Iran protests spinning out of control~regime lashes out at foreign interference as Biden sanctions morality police

The outrage over the beating death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini for her improperly wearing her hijab represents “the first big show of opposition on Iran’s streets since authorities crushed protests against a rise in gasoline prices in 2019,” according to Reuters. Revolution beckons.

One would hope that  America, which the Iranian mullahs regard as Iran’s chief enemy — the Great Satan — would increase sanctions upon this regime which abuses women, murders dissidents, and destabilizes regional security, not to mention international security, given its far-reaching proxies. Hezbollah’s external operations group, known as Unit 910, is reported to be “even more active in Canada than they were in the United States.”

So what have Joe Biden’s handlers done? They announced “sanctions on Iran’s morality police” in response to Amini’s murder. Whatever that means. Biden’s handlers instead should be sanctioning the regime as a whole, and decisively rejecting the prospect of another disastrous Iran deal.

According to Gabriel Noronha, who served as Special Advisor for Iran in the U.S. State Department in 2019-2020, the Iran deal will mean a cash windfall for the regime, with “$90 billion in access to foreign exchange reserves, and then a further $50-$55 billion in extra revenue each year from higher oil and petrochemical exports, with no restrictions on how or where the money can be spent. Personally, the most troubling transfer of funds will be the $7 billion ransom payment the United States is preparing to pay for the release of four Americans from an Iranian jail.” All this is reminiscent of the $33.6 billion in secret payments facilitated by the Obama administration.

Iran is well on its way to completing a nuclear bomb (if not already there) while the sanctioning of the morality police only makes it appear to the world as if the Biden administration was doing something, a tired old strategy of the Left. How much does the Biden administration really care about women’s rights in Iran? Biden’s outrageous ambassador-at-large for international religious freedom, Rashad Hussain, slammed India for not allowing Muslim women the so-called “right” to wear a hijab, stating: “The Indian state of Karnataka should not determine permissibility of religious clothing. Hijab bans in schools violate religious freedom and stigmatize and marginalize women and girls.”

The hijab is a paramount expression of women’s inferiority and ownership by men according to the Sharia. It is commanded in the Quran that women be fully covered save for their eyes, lest she be “abused” (Quran 24:31, 33:59). Female coverings have no place in free countries, especially full coverings such as the burqa and niqab, for obvious security reasons. A coalition of Iranian dissidents, the National Council of Resistance of Iran, “who are challenging the regime of President Ebrahim Raisi, should have a seat at the UN to counter the government’s lies and support of terrorism,” according to pro-democracy activist Dr. Ramesh Sepehrrad.

In a case of one fool makes many, Justin Trudeau followed suit and also sanctioned Iran’s morality police. Canada’s notoriously incompetent Foreign Minister Melanie Joly promised an explanation in “due course.” In 2016, a year after Trudeau came to power, Liberal Montreal mayor Denis Coderre quietly traveled to Iran, where he signed a groundbreaking agreement with the terrorist-funding rogue regime to “boost mutual cooperation in various fields.” That same year, a big celebration for Hijab Solidarity Day took place “under the auspices of the City of Ottawa.” Woke hypocrisy and manipulation of “diversity” is breathtaking.

The people of Iran, particularly the dissidents who risk their lives to advocate for real freedoms, know better. So far, in the wake of Amini’s murder, at least 41 people have died. Iran now finds itself unable to control anti-regime protests which have spread like wildfire far beyond the borders of Iran, while the  regime’s judiciary now warns of “decisive action without leniency.”

Despite a growing death toll and a fierce crackdown by authorities, videos posted on Twitter showed demonstrators calling for the fall of the clerical establishment while clashing with security forces in Tehran, Tabriz, Karaj, Qom, Yazd and many other Iranian cities.

The out-of-control protests have the Iranian regime lashing out at foreign governments.  Iran’s “Butcher of Baghdad” President Ebrahim Raisi stated: “We will not allow people’s security to be put at risk under any circumstances,” and stressed that Iran’s “enemies wanted to exploit the unrest.” We hope the disastrous Iran deal will not be concluded as Iran grapples with the unrest and a growing threat of revolution; it would amount to Biden bailing out the regime.

U.S. Reserving Diversity Visas Mostly for Muslim Immigrants

While increasing numbers of Americans are wondering how they’re going to pay for both gas and groceries this month, the Biden administration is busy concentrating on what’s really important: celebrating diversity. The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) reported Thursday that “recently released State Department estimates indicate that a majority of those coming to the U.S. via the Diversity Visa Lottery during the next fiscal year (2023) will be Muslims, despite the fact that adherents of that faith account for less than a quarter of the world’s population.” What could possibly go wrong? Surely you don’t object to this, do you? Biden’s handlers are no doubt standing ready to brand anyone who dares utter a murmur of dissent as “racist” and “Islamophobic.”

There are other reasons why Americans may look askance at the prospect of bringing large numbers of Muslims into the country. While there is no doubt whatsoever that the overwhelming majority of Muslims will never become terrorists, there is no reliable way to determine, among those wishing to enter the country, which hold jihadist sentiments and which do not. The consequences in this case could be lethal.

One of the key elements of the Left’s rap sheet on me is that I supposedly fail to distinguish between “extremist” and “moderate” Muslims, but the real problem is that Muslims all too often don’t do so, either. Ibrahim Simpson and Nadir Soofi, the Islamic State (ISIS) jihadis who came to kill us all at the Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest I co-sponsored with Pamela Geller in Garland, Texas in 2015, were members in good standing of the Islamic Community Center of Phoenix. In January 2016, Abdul Shaheed (formerly Edward Archer) shot Philadelphia police officer Jesse Hartnett multiple times at close range. He was a member of Philadelphia’s Mujahideen Mosque.  The Tsarnaev brothers, who bombed the Boston Marathon in 2013, were members of the Islamic Society of Boston, as were many other jihadists.

What’s more, With 42,000 jihad attacks around the world since 9/11, numerous jihad plots in the U.S., and criminals quoting the Qur’an to justify their criminality, there is ample reason to be concerned about Islam. But to take note of such facts is “Islamophobic,” and so the CIS reported that the percentage of Muslim migrants to be given the next round of Diversity Visas would be much higher than it has been in the recent past: “This is up sharply from the FY 2020 level of about 18 percent.”

The CIS explained that “given our government’s reluctance to gather data along religious lines, this information is teased out of statistics dealing with the country of origin of the diversity visa holders. A more precise statement would be that, out of 43,129 expected diversity visas, 21,000 will come from five Muslim-majority nations (Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Morocco, and Uzbekistan), while 22,129 will come from the rest of the world, or so the most recent State Department Visa Bulletin tells us.” Iran? Yes, you read that right. And what efforts will be made to ensure that those coming from Iran aren’t going to engage in, say, kidnapping plots aimed at silencing Iranian dissidents? No such efforts will be made at all. They would be “Islamophobic.”

CIS added that “since there are 43 Muslim-majority nations in the balance of the world, most sending us diversity visa holders — and not counted among the five — it is clear that a majority of the lottery visas will go to people living in Muslim nations. These 43 nations sent us 5,746 lottery visa holders in 2020 and include Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, and Syria.” Meanwhile, “two heavily Muslim nations, Pakistan and Bangladesh, which used to provide large numbers of Diversity Visa Lottery winners, no longer do so as they have joined the list of major migrant-sending countries and are no longer eligible for the program.”

Aside from the possibility of admitting jihad terrorists, there will also be societal upheaval resulting from the admission of people among whom are many who have a vastly different idea of how societies ought to work from the one that Americans generally hold. The Qur’an calls for the beating of women “from whom you fear disobedience” (4:34). It allows a man to have as many as four wives (4:3), and these wives may be prepubescent (65:4). It allows for the sexual enslavement of infidel women (4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). Will every last Muslim who enters the U.S. next year believe in and act upon those beliefs? Of course not. But some will. And the people who set these immigration policies will not be among those who will be forced to pay the price for them.

What is going on in America? Every day it seems another story surfaces about an FBI raid on another conservative. This time, it was a Catholic pro-life activist in Pennsylvania. LifeSite News reports:

A well-known pro-life author, sidewalk counselor, and father of seven was the latest victim of a U.S. Department of Justice-sponsored SWAT raid and arrest — for supposed “FACE Act” violations — at his rural home as his children looked on “screaming.”

Mark Houck is the founder and president of The King’s Men, which promotes healing for victims of pornography addiction and promotes Christian virtues among men in the United States and Europe.

According to his wife Ryan-Marie, who spoke with LifeSiteNews, he also drives two hours south to Philadelphia every Wednesday to sidewalk council for six to eight hours at two different abortion centers.

Ryan-Marie, who is a homeschool mother, explained the SWAT team of 25 to 30 FBI agents swarmed their property with around 15 vehicles at 7:05 a.m. this morning. Having quickly surrounded the house with rifles in firing position, “they started pounding on the door and yelling for us to open it.”

The raid apparently stems from events in October 2021 at an abortion clinic. According to Ryan-Marie, on several occasions last year, Mark, 48, took the eldest of his seven children, then age 12, to an abortion clinic where he went to counsel mothers planning to abort their children. For “weeks and weeks,” a pro-abortion protester got in her son’s face, screaming “crude… inappropriate and disgusting things… such as, ‘Your dad’s a fag'” and other statements too vile for the Catholic mom to repeat.

She said that Mark repeatedly told the man that he didn’t have permission to speak to his son and asked him to stop. “He kept doing it and kind of came into [his son’s] personal space” as he continued to shout obscenities. “Mark shoved him away from his child, and the guy fell back. He didn’t have any injuries or anything, but he tried to sue Mark,” Ryan-Marie added, noting that the case was thrown out of court earlier this summer.

Merick Garland’s weaponized DOJ put a different spin on the incidents:

The charges stem from two separate incidents both on October 13, 2021, which occurred at the Planned Parenthood Elizabeth Blackwell Health Center on Locust Street in Philadelphia, where Houck allegedly assaulted the victim, a 72-year-old man, identified in the Indictment as “B.L.,” because B.L. was a volunteer escort at the reproductive health care clinic. In the first incident, B.L. was attempting to escort two patients exiting the clinic, when the defendant forcefully shoved B.L. to the ground. In the second incident, the defendant verbally confronted B.L. and forcefully shoved B.L. to the ground in front of the Planned Parenthood center, causing injuries to B.L. that required medical attention.

Biden-appointed U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Jacqueline C. Romero, apparently signed off on the raid on Houck’s home.

Mark was arrested and appeared in federal court, charged with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, “which makes it a federal crime to use force with the intent to injure, intimidate, and interfere with anyone because that person is a provider of reproductive health care.”

Once again, we see Joe Biden’s two-tiered justice system at work. Remember when news dropped that the Supreme Court was set to overturn Roe v. Wade and the violent left attacked more than 50 pro-life centers? Guess how many people have been arrested in connection with those attacks? Not a single one. PJ Media’s Robert Spencer reported:

Nonetheless, it’s clear that Biden’s Justice Department, which took the highly unusual step of openly dissenting from the decision overturning Roe and has been decidedly reluctant to protect conservative Supreme Court Justices from illegal protests at their homes, is hardly making the protection of pro-life centers a high priority. No one has been arrested from the pro-abortion group Jane’s Revenge, despite its open threats to pro-lifers. “We will hunt you down and make your lives a living hell,” the group has said. This is, it says, a “war” against pro-lifers.

And a Catholic dad with seven children warranted the full wrath of Joe Biden’s DOJ, with a SWAT raid on the family home at 7:05 a.m. According to Ryan-Marie’s account, there were 25-30 agents in 15 cars. They surrounded the house with rifles in firing position, and “started pounding on the door and yelling for us to open it.”

Mark replied, “Please, I’m going to open the door, but, please, my children are in the home. I have seven babies in the house.”

“But they just kept pounding and screaming,” the mother said. “They had big, huge rifles pointed at Mark and pointed at me and kind of pointed throughout the house,” and ordered the children upstairs. “The kids were all just screaming. It was all just very scary and traumatic.”

This should terrify every American. Mark Houck isn’t a drug lord or a mass murderer. He was involved in a minor scuffle at an abortion clinic, and now he’s facing a possible sentence of 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and fines of up to $350,000 if convicted.

In his dark speech at Independence Hall, Joe Biden declared war on Americans who oppose his party’s radical left-wing agenda. LifeSiteNews noted:

Since the Biden administration has taken power in January 2021, Garland’s Department of Justice and the FBI have committed dozens of SWAT team raids that have been characterized as a political “weaponization” of the federal agencies against pro-lifers, Trump supporters, conservative Christians, and medical freedom advocates.

In March, the FBI rounded up 10 pro-life activists, including Joan Andrews Bell, with SWAT team raids that serve to intimidate and humiliate the accused through an exercise of excessive force.

A surfaced video of one of these raids shows armed agents holding pro-lifers at gunpoint and ordering them to put their hands up, drop to their knees and scoot backward out their front door in the middle of the night. The pro-lifers are respectful and compliant throughout.

In other words, the raid on Mark Houck was not a one-off. Joe Biden’s weaponized DOJ could be coming for any one of us. If you are a conservative and express your views by protesting in any way, you need to have a talk with your family—today—about what to do in the event of an FBI raid and what your contingency plans are in the event you’re arrested. Biden has made it clear that dissent won’t be tolerated, and they’re rounding up people like Mark Houck to send a message: comply or you’ll pay. These are very scary times.

(Natural News) Worsening inflation (stemming from endless fiat currency money printing) is causing food, energy, and housing to become unaffordable for millions of Americans, putting them on a trajectory of homelessness and destitution.

Right now, homeless encampments are expanding in cities like Los Angeles, Atlanta, Philadelphia, and Oakland. The situation is bound to get far worse as inflation accelerates and people find themselves jobless due to plummeting economic activity while manufacturers downsize operations.

All across America right now, people are moving out of (unaffordable) apartments and rental homes, and moving into RVs or campers. Many of these people have jobs yet still can’t afford to save enough money for a down payment on a home. As economic conditions deteriorate, many of these people will move from RVs to cars or trucks… and then eventually to tents on the street. There, they are largely forgotten by the very same bureaucrats who promised them jobs and government assistance. Those are also the same bureaucrats who created the very problems that cause homelessness in the first place, such as worsening inflation by handing out stimulus money… or forcing small businesses to shut down over “covid” claims.

The controlled demolition of America is well underway.

While most homeless people are non-violent individuals who are merely trying to survive in a collapsing civilization, problems such as drug addiction, mental illness, public health violations, and violence continue to plague homeless encampments. These tent cities are almost always filthy, rodent-ridden, feces-festering shantytown fixtures that reek of trash and desperation. As they grow in size and numbers, they are going to pose a significant challenge to the operations of entire cities, especially given that these encampments have their own rules, leadership, and underground economies. They do not abide by mainstream society’s rules, and except in rare cases, local police and city council members pretend these homeless encampments don’t exist. They are, in effect, “no-go zones” for police and first responders, except on the rare occasions when city leaders decide to “clean out” all the tents and trash, thrusting the homeless individuals who lived there into even more desperate circumstances.

Many homeless turn to retail theft to survive

With the US economy collapsing, homelessness is going to become a way of life for millions more Americans. In order to survive, many of these individuals turn to retail theft, shoplifting all sorts of goods (including food) from local retail establishments.

The Epoch Times reports on, “The growing threat of organized retail crime,” citing so-called “ORC rings” (Organized Retail Crime = ORC) that are growing more numerous and powerful in cities across America:

The massive wave of retail thefts in the United States over the past two years has become a major challenge for both the retail industry and law enforcement.

The number of increasingly professional organized retail crime (ORC) rings and their frequent attacks have reached a crisis scale, according to the National Retail Federation (NRF) in a Sept. 14 report.

That article cites NRF vice president Mark Meadows, explaining, “These highly sophisticated criminal rings jeopardize employee and customer safety and disrupt store operations. Retailers are bolstering security efforts to counteract these increasingly dangerous and aggressive criminal activities.”

Epoch Times adds:

Items under CRAVED include apparel, health and beauty, electronics/appliances, accessories, food and beverage, footwear, home furnishings, housewares, home improvement, eyewear, office supplies, infant care, and toys.

“We are seeing more and more, particularly, organized retail crime,” said Corrie Barry, Best Buy’s CEO, in late 2021 to the NY Post.

“You can see that pressure in our financials. And more importantly, frankly, you can see that pressure with our associates. It’s traumatizing,” she said. 

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce demanded earlier this year that Congress take action to address the rise of ORC crimes, calling them a “national emergency.”

Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva blamed radical Democrats and prosecutors, saying that they “live in this ‘woke palace’ where they’re not affected by the policies, but the average person IS impacted by them.”

In other words, America is beginning to see the rise of organized retail theft rings that are increasingly terrorizing brick-and-mortar stores, traumatizing their employees, and looting their merchandise.

It doesn’t take a genius to realize most of these retail stores are going to cease operations in these areas, leaving locals with a barren landscape of abandoned retail buildings.

Democrats in Illinois have legalized squatting and trespassing… police will no longer remove anyone from your private property

The bureaucratic geniuses in Illinois — who favor criminals and punish the law-abiding — recently passed and signed into law the “SAFE-T Act” which would eliminate bail for second-degree murder, arson, kidnapping, violent assaults, and many other series crimes. In essence, the act allows police to arrest a murderer, hand him a ticket to appear in court next year, then release him right back onto the streets to murder again.

State Senator Donald DeWitte is desperately trying to repeal this dangerous, lawless act that was pushed by Democrats. From Senator DeWitte’s website:

“I can’t walk down the street without being stopped by someone who asks how the SAFE-T Act can be stopped,” said Sen. DeWitte. “Constituents are particularly worried about criminal offenses that will, as of January 1, be considered ‘non-detainable.’ People have legitimate concerns, and we need to pump the breaks on implementation so the long list of unintended consequences tied to the Act can be addressed.”

DeWitte continued, “According to state’s attorneys across the state, the Act will make it extremely difficult for them to hold violent criminals pre-trial, including crimes as serious as murder if the accused person no longer poses a significant threat to a specifically identifiable person. General risk is no longer good enough, and that heightened standard will cause some very dangerous individuals to be released within hours of their arrest.”

Those same state’s attorneys have said offenses like second-degree murder, arson, aggravated battery, kidnapping, burglary, robbery, intimidation, aggravated DUI, aggravating fleeing & eluding drug offenses, threatening a public official, and drug-induced homicide could no longer meet the standard for pre-trial detention.

What many people don’t yet realize is that trespassing is no longer a crime that law enforcement can prevent. They can’t arrest and remove squatters, for example, who decide to move into your shed, garage, RV, or home.

As ABC7 Chicago reports:

Grundy County Sheriff Ken Briley is raising concerns because the law will ban arrest for people accused of certain misdemeanors. He cited trespassing as an example.

“Today, I can arrest him if you sign a complaint for trespassing,” Briley said. “January 1st, I’m not going to be able to do that. The law says I have to write him a ticket and leave.”

In other words, the homeless masses will soon be able to move into any home they choose, and police will not remove them, even if they are trespassing.

This means private property owners in Illinois have no legal means by which to remove individuals — including drug addicts, prostitutes and violent criminals — who invade their property. If you leave your home for a weekend and a homeless person breaks in and takes over your home, you have no legal means to remove them.

This means you are on your own, and you have to decide how to handle potentially large groups of people who are now living in your garage or home. If the police do nothing, do you have the right to be your own police? What level of force can a private citizen exert in order to convince a trespasser to leave?

In Democrat-run cities and counties, it’s obvious that private property owners who threaten trespassers using guns or knives will, themselves, be arrested and prosecuted by radical left-wing District Attorneys. In other words, if you find squatters in your home, crapping on the carpet and spraying graffiti on the walls, and you call the police to remove them, the police will tell you there’s nothing they can do. If you pull a gun and try to force the squatters to leave, the police will arrest you, and while you’re in jail, those squatters will rip your home to shreds and probably set it on fire.

This is Illinois under Democrat control, and it’s a feature of civilization collapse that’s coming to every “blue” city and county across America, where criminals are protected and the law-abiding are punished. A similar situation already exists in Oregon, for example, where some property owners are quite literally listing homes for sale that already have squatters who refuse to leave. These property listings, as you might imagine, are heavily discounted, and buyers are not allowed to tour the homes or see inside them before making offers. That’s because somebody probably already crapped on the carpet and set the wallpaper on fire.

If you currently own property in the state of Illinois, your property value is about to get crushed

A sensible question arises from all this: What is the value of private property in a state where the security of such property cannot be enforced? The answer is zero.

No home is worth anything if a flash mob of homeless looters can rampage through your home at any time, with the full approval of the state’s left-leaning lawmakers, while police are unwilling to do anything to stop it (because they are bound by the new law).

If you own real estate in Illinois, sell it before January 1.

If you don’t sell your property and leave Illinois, you are bonkers.

If you live in the state of Illinois, leave before January 1 or get to a rural, conservative community where you have a chance of finding law enforcement, judges, and juries that still recognize common sense and the right to defend your own home against looters and squatters.

Because remember: As homelessness explodes across America, millions of destitute, desperate people will take over private homes and buildings, rendering the very idea of private property null and void. Now it’s the mob’s property, and mob rule is exactly what Democrats are striving for, which is why they deliberately wrote and passed this law to nullify private property and unleash violent criminals onto the streets of Illinois.

Chaos is coming to the blue cities… all by design.

Illinois, California, Oregon, Washington, New York, New Jersey, and other democrat-dominates states are about to be plunged into a hellish, Mad Max-like scenario, where police are powerless, criminal gangs run rampant across society, and law-abiding citizens either flee or get raped and murdered. It looks like Democrats are finally getting the society they voted for, and as this accelerates, we are going to see a wave of refugees fleeing the cities and seeking sanity in red states / rural America, where secure borders will be quickly erected to halt the influx of democrats who ruined their own home states and now want to cause the same destruction everywhere else.

Those who stay behind will find themselves fighting zombies and orcs, like something out of a mishmash of Lord of the Rings meets The Walking Dead. The good news is that with collapsing consumer demand, ammunition is about to become a lot more affordable. (It’s true. Firearms and ammo sales are plummeting right now, and you should expect to see ammunition on sale soon.) Confirmed: Venezuela Sending Violent Prisoners Across Our Southern Border

Rep. Troy Nehls (R-Texas) tweeted that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has confirmed that Venezuela is dumping its prisoners, some of them violent, onto our southern border, where they saunter into the U.S.

“DHS confirms that Venezuela empties prisons and sends violent criminals to our southern border,” Nehls tweeted. “President Trump warned us about this years ago.”

FACT-O-RAMA! IN 1980, Democrat President Jimmy Carter allowed Cubans to enter the U.S. Cuba’s dictator Fidel Castro emptied his prisons and mental hospitals and sent them to Florida. Naturally, a nation-wide crime wave ensued. Of the 3,000 Cubans relocated to California alone, 2,000 had been arrested in the first five years of their arrival. Other states reported similar devastating situations. Democrats never learn from their mistakes.

The nation is now crawling with Venezuelan thugs, and more are on the way. Good thing the Democrats defunded police departments across the country.

Breitbart points out that the DHS report is calling for Border Patrol agents to be on the lookout for Venezuelan prisoners, though that is nearly impossible as we have no effective diplomatic relationship with Venezuela and can’t access prison records. So unless someone crossing the border admits he or she is a criminal, he or she can’t be stopped.

The former prisoners are said to be traveling in caravans from Tapachula, Mexico to our southern border. The report cannot confirm whether or not the criminals, many of whom are murderers and rapists, are traveling together or spanning out and hiding in numerous caravans, but it was common knowledge within certain groups of immigrants that there were criminals among them.

“Unless we apprehend someone who voluntarily tells us they have committed a violent crime in Venezuela, we can only guess and that doesn’t work well,” an unnamed source told Breitbart. “They will more than likely be released.”

During a debate on an Italian talk show, the leader of the anti-mass immigration party Fratelli d’Italia (Brothers of Italy) and a member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies, Giorgia Meloni, defended her party’s support of the famous motto, God, Country, and Family. Italy’s former left-wing Prime Minster, Enrico Letta, believes the concept is outdated. Meloni, however, stressed, “Fatherland is fundamental, Family is fundamental, and religious identity is also fundamental.”

“Look, I consider myself a conservative. Let’s not forget that the motto “God, Fatherland, and Family” was thought up by Mazzini. I don’t think it clashes with modernity. What does that mean? It means to defend an identity, which is the identity of our society, a European identity,” explained Meloni.

She continued, “It means that the family is the founding core of our society, the most important social safety net we have. It means that the fatherland is the identity that brings us together.”

Meloni also spoke of the importance of Christians being proud and open about their identities:

I don’t believe we ought to hide our identity, in order to respect others. Which is what leftists believe. It is paradoxical to remove crucifixes from our classrooms, while accepting that entire European neighborhoods have been taken over by Islamic sharia. I don’t get it, honestly.

The leader, predicted to become Italy’s next prime minister under a new conservative coalition government, reminded the audience that “Christian values have molded our civilization.”

“Mashalla” commented numerous users under a video that is currently going viral on the social media platform “TikTok.” It shows a dozen young men of Arab descent dancing on Vienna’s Kärntnerstrasse. They largely block the pedestrian zone, hundreds of people have gathered and are watching the performance.

The video now has 230,000 views and is said to have been recorded in downtown Vienna in the past few days. In addition to many Arabic comments praising the dances of the compatriots, there are also dismayed comments in German. “This is no longer Vienna,” writes a user. “I swear I think I’m in Syria not in Vienna,” commented another.

Crowds of this kind can also pose a security risk – the eXXpress has already reported on sexual harassment of migrant men in German and Austrian cities, so-called “encirclements”.

I know. You’re not really shocked or appalled, but this information came as news to the Miami Herald’s Ana Ceballos, particularly when it comes to Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.), who Ceballos’ article says is “playing with fire.”

The reporter goes all the way back to February to cite a speech DeSantis made at Hillsdale College to make her point.

“Put on the full armor of God. Stand firm against the left’s schemes. You will face flaming arrows, but if you have the shield of faith, you will overcome them, and in Florida, we walk the line here,” DeSantis said in his speech. “And I can tell you this, I have only begun to fight.”

Now, I wince a little bit at DeSantis using “the left” where the apostle Paul talks about the devil in Ephesians 6:10-18, but I get his point. The left is engaging in a hard push for policies that violate Judeo-Christian morality in many ways, and believers need to engage many of the same weapons of spiritual warfare — prayer, faith, devotion to God’s Word — to aid in combatting these assaults.

But, as Ceballo points out, this is problematic because there’s a slim chance that an extremely small fringe of people might take the spiritual warfare talk literally.

“[DeSantis] and other Republicans on the campaign trail are blending elements of Christianity with being American and portraying their battle against their political opponents as one between good and evil,” Ceballos states. “Those dynamics have some political observers and religious leaders worrying that such rhetoric could become dangerous, as it could mobilize fringe groups who could be prone to violence in an attempt to have the government recognize their beliefs.”

This, in Ceballos’ eyes, is Christian nationalism, which, she claims, “for many conservatives has become a political identity.” The problem with that assertion is that she’s dead wrong.

Christian nationalism is a phenomenon, but it’s a minuscule movement of people who believe that the U.S. is a strictly Christian nation and that the only people who can be Americans must be a particular type of Christian. The vast majority of conservative, Bible-believing Christians don’t subscribe to this notion.

That doesn’t stop leftists from slapping the “Christian nationalist” label on Republican politicians. But Ceballos had to go 1,349 miles to find a pastor who was willing to play her game. She quotes Brian Kaylor, a pastor in Jefferson City, Mo., whose specialty is the intersection of faith and politics. A quick perusal of Kaylor’s Twitter account shows that he has major issues with politicians using scripture — when those politicians are Republicans.

“I think, at best, DeSantis is playing with fire,” Kaylor declared in the article. “If asked, I’m sure he would tell you he is not telling people to literally go and fight. But this rhetoric in this political environment is dangerous.”

Kaylor, a Baptist pastor, for crying out loud, accuses DeSantis of being exclusive of non-Christians in the piece.

“If there is any privileging of one faith’s tradition, then you don’t have true religious liberty for everyone,” he claims. “If you don’t believe in religious liberty for all, then you don’t believe in religious liberty at all.”

Ceballos also quotes Yale sociologist Philip Gorski, who wrote a totally unbiased book entitled The Flag and the Cross: White Nationalism and the Threat to American Democracy.

“The full armor of God passage is a favorite amongst certain types of Pentecostals who really do see the world in terms of spiritual warfare,” Gorski informs readers.

Another professor tells Ceballos that DeSantis is using “God talk” and “Christian nationalist talking points” to gain votes.

DeSantis fought back in the form of a statement from Press Secretary Bryan Griffin.

“The governor is a Christian and there is absolutely no issue with him sharing his values or utilizing them in his decision-making as a leader. Questions like ‘What does the governor believe about the Christian nationalism movement that has been getting more attention since Jan. 6, 2021?’ — which are indistinguishable from ridiculous leftist political talking points — are indicative of the problem of overtly biased reporting that plagues the modern media,” the statement read.

Christians know that political and cultural issues are important, worthwhile fights.

“We understand that these policy fights are, indeed, in many cases, moral issues,” said Dr. Albert Mohler of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary about Ceballos’ article. “Otherwise, we wouldn’t be concerned about them.”

Two things are completely missing from Ceballos’ piece and the quotes from these scholars who don’t want to give any conservative Christians the benefit of the doubt. The first thing is that the use of scripture in political speeches has been part of the American fabric since the founding of the country. Politicians as diverse as George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Jimmy Carter, and Ronald Reagan have invoked the Bible and the Christian faith. Does this make them “Christian nationalists”? Did fringe mobs leap into action from these speeches and statements?

The other thing that Ceballos and her sources miss — or ignore — is that Democrats use scripture, speak in churches, and invoke Christianity all the time. Was it “Christian nationalism” when Hillary Clinton spoke in an African American church and co-opted a black dialect to say that she was “no ways tired” of fighting? Is it “playing with fire” for Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi to invoke their Catholicism, which they often do, or for Stacey Abrams to mention that she’s the daughter of pastors, which she does all the time? Is the fact that Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) is a pastor who fights for unbiblical policies an issue?

Why is it only a problem when the current crop of Christian conservatives invoke scripture? Why does Ceballos think that DeSantis is in the wrong when he talks about spiritual warfare? Why are the other politicians she mentions, including Georgia senate candidate Herschel Walker, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), and Michigan secretary of state candidate Kristina Karamo, all Republicans?

We all know the reason why. It’s because, in the eyes of Ceballos, everything Republicans do is a problem.

I don’t know about most of you, but I lead tame life for a guy who is supposed to be a violent extremist. Sure, I yelled a lot at the college football game last Saturday night but there has been a decided lack of setting things on fire, rioting, or plotting my next move as one of the greatest dangers to America.

The Democrats’ ongoing fairy tale about the nonexistent right-wing domestic threat is on my last nerve now, especially since we all know that the real dark evil in this country is lurking on the left. It’s not even on the fringes. A couple of weeks ago we saw the president of the United States deliver an unhinged screed and declare ideological war on half the voters in the country.

As we’ve mentioned here, many of the citizens of this great Republic aren’t wowed by Old Joe’s lack of control over his anger issues. Ryan wrote yesterday that the bad news about that for the Democrats just keeps rolling in:

The speech was divisive, disturbing, and downright scary, and Biden set out to paint “MAGA Republicans” as true enemies of the state. While it might have worked to some small degree among the radical factions of the left, a bombshell new poll has revealed that a majority of Americans — politics aside — believe that Biden’s nasty, evil speech was terrible form.

A new Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll published exclusively at The Hill revealed that a whopping 60% of Americans believe Biden’s speech “divided the country and set it back.” In comparison, only 40% believed his speech “united the nation and moved it forward.”

But wait, it gets worse — for Biden. Fifty-six percent of respondents said they opposed Biden’s speech, and 44% supported it. Those aren’t the numbers an underwater-polling president needs so close to a major election.

Democrats aren’t big on learning from their mistakes these days. Paula has this from the Senate race in Ohio:

But until this week, Ryan was running a disciplined campaign and had even distanced himself from Biden in order to gain the support of Republican and independent voters. Polling shows the race in a virtual tie, with Vance edging out Ryan in the RealClear Politics average by just 2.3 points, a month out from the start of early voting in the state. Ryan’s internal polling must be much worse, because on Tuesday, he turned a sharp corner and went full Joe Biden, lashing out at Trump supporters on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”

“We have to kill and confront [the MAGA] movement,” Ryan told host Willie Geist, adding that only “normal mainstream Republicans” are worth working with. He said this moments after (laughably) proclaiming that he’s “one of the most bipartisan members of Congress” and insisting, “I want to work across the aisle.”

Calling for the death of a movement that represents roughly half of America doesn’t seem like a good strategy if you’re touting your bipartisan bonafides, yet Ryan went there.

Yes, these are the same Democrats who love to blame “Republican rhetoric” for every crime under the sun. A picture of a target on a mailer from Sarah Palin was once blamed for a mass shooting.

Democrats have a lot of things to be angry about these days, to be sure. Biden’s mask is slipping more often, and they are having difficulty pretending that he’s functional. The strain of lying to themselves about this train wreck economy has to be taking its toll as well.

We know that they don’t have the guts to act up in red states and cities, but the commie places are probably ramping up for some election time powderkeg action. The Dems do love a good riot to deflect from their failures.

The domestic threat from violent extremists is very real. What’s really scary about that is that most of them are in the Biden administration.

Biden’s handlers may negotiate plea deal with 9/11 mastermind, allowing him to avoid death penalty

U.S. military prosecutors are reportedly negotiating potential plea deals with 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other conspirators imprisoned in Guantanamo Bay.

The plea deals may allow the five dependents to escape a potential death penalty, according to CBS. Mohammed is widely credited with being the architect of the 9/11 terror attacks. The other four defendants are Ramzi Binalshibh, Mustafa Ahmed al-Hawsawi, Walid bin Attash and Ammar al-Baluchi.

Attorneys for the defendants reportedly say they would be willing to enter a guilty plea in exchange for taking the death penalty off the table, as well as for getting treatment for alleged torture they experienced while in CIA custody….

The trial for the five men has been bogged down in legal challenges for years. Prosecutors attempted to advance via pre-trial hearings in late 2021, but there remains no end in sight.

Each of the defendants has been assigned a military lawyer, a civilian lawyer and a human rights lawyer. The case has come before seven different judges, with the latest being Air Force Lt. Col. Matthew McCall.

Yet another Muslim journalist working for the New York Times praises Hitler

After the New York Times terminated its relationship with a Gaza-based journalist who said he favored killing and burning Jews “like Hitler did,” the newspaper is looking into additional reported instances of its journalists praising Hitler on social media.

The same watchdog group, HonestReporting, that unearthed the post by Fady Hanona also dug up a 2012 Facebook post by a Times videographer, Soliman Hijjy, who HonestReporting said wrote “How great are you, Hitler.” Hijjy also shared variants of the post again in 2018 and 2020, HonestReporting said.

HonestReporting also expressed concern about social media posts made between 2011 and 2018 by Hosam Salem, a freelance photographer whose work has appeared in the Times.

The Times told HonestReporting it reviewed the concerns and took “appropriate action.”…

And, at least in Hijjy’s case, a video he created for the Times, “Gaza’s Deadly Night: How Israeli Airstrikes Killed 44 People,” was denounced when it came out as a “shocking” “hatchet job.” So the issue isn’t just the social media posts, it’s the nexus between the social media posts and the hate-filled agenda that filters through into the New York Times journalism….

The coming indictment of President Trump is part of the provocation scheme designed to whip up the American people into an emotional state of revolt. And if that’s not enough, my sources tell me Democrats are making a highly organized attempt to rig the 2022 midterms and maintain control over both the House of the Senate, after which gun confiscation laws will be passed and signed into law to further provoke American conservatives into an attempted uprising.

It is critical that We the People do not fall for the provocations. Violence is what the regime wants to provoke, which means violence is exactly what we must reject. This is a time for all real Americans to “go Gandhi” against the corrupt establishment and demand the dismantling and banishing of this authoritarian, Marxist system of selective prosecutions and government-sponsored terrorism that has been weaponized against American conservatives.

CLAIM: IRS agents plan to arrest and prosecute Americans for failure to pay new “assault weapons” taxes

Over the weekend, I was told from a reliable, embedded source that the Democrats, if they hold the House and Senate, plan to pass new “assault weapons” legislation that would require nationwide registration and tax payments for each rifle (or pistol capable of holding more than 10 rounds) that a person owns. If this passes, anyone obeying the new law would effectively violate their own Fifth Amendment rights by testifying against themselves via registration of their firearms. Failure to register or pay new firearm taxes would result in one of the new 87,000 IRS agents visiting your home and arresting you at gunpoint for “tax evasion.” (This explains the need for 87,000 new IRS agents and why they need to be trained in the use of “deadly force” against the American people.)

This effort is not designed to actually confiscate all the guns, I’m told, but rather to anger the American people so much that they revolt against the government, thereby creating the chaos that the regime needs to declare an active insurrection and invoke a form of martial law that would see US troops operating on the streets of America.

Essentially, the Biden regime is trying to “J6” half the country and throw as many conservatives, Christians, and pro-2A people as possible into gulags and death camps (formerly known as “quarantine camps” under covid, of course). The regime is merely one crisis away from pulling this off.

Remember that Democrats project all their own evil intentions onto their political opponents. When Democrats claim that conservatives are “a threat to democracy,” it’s because Democrats are trashing democracy. (They rigged the 2020 election with ballot stuffing mules, after all.) When they claim conservatives are violent, it’s because radical Leftists are violent. (Antifa, anyone?) When they claim conservatives don’t value children, it’s because Democrats themselves want to mutilate and murder children via transgender surgeries and abortions.

Every accusation the Democrats hurl at conservatives is actually a description of their own dark intentions.

The coming October false flag – can it be stopped?

In addition to the warnings described above — which would take place after the midterm elections — there’s a new warning emerging about an October surprise false flag attack that’s being engineered to portray conservatives and gun owners as violent terrorists. The media narrative is already being put into place on this, as you may have noticed, and the FBI is running a Whitmer-style false flag plot to recruit disenfranchised conservatives and make them the patsies in a large-scale bombing or shooting of some kind that will be tailor-made for CNN and the media to push the final “conservatives are terrorists” narrative.

Nobody is better at plotting and carrying out large-scale acts of terrorism in America than the FBI itself, which of course masterminded the 1993 Twin Towers bombing, the Oklahoma City bombing, the Waco affair (with the help of the ATF), and the 9/11 attack in NYC. The FBI was behind each of them, running the ops, recruiting the “terrorists” and providing intelligence, hardware, and technical assistance to carry out the attacks.

This new false flag attack is likely to be carried out just in time to strongly affect the early November midterm elections, and the staged terrorism event will be used as justification to arrest as many conservative podcasters (Gavin McInnes, anyone?), social media influencers and anyone to whom some level of “revolt” talk can be attributed. The First Amendment be damned, the Biden regime is going to say that any conservatives who merely expressed disagreement with the Biden regime are by definition guilty of yelling fire in a crowded theater and subject to arrest, even if they had nothing at all to do with whatever event unfolds.

That’s the mega-false flag event that’s being planned, I’m told. At the same time, there still exist white hat forces inside the FBI, DOJ, Pentagon, police forces, law enforcement, etc., who have a real shot at frustrating or even halting this effort. There’s a civil war right now inside the FBI and the Pentagon (both), and with each passing day, more and more government agents are realizing if they don’t get on the side of freedom and the rule of law, they will watch their own country go down in flames in the coming chaos. The worst deep state actors are rapidly running out of friends, and it is notable that even J6 wasn’t able to be pulled off as they had hoped. It fizzled. And the same may happen with the October surprise being planned. (Let us pray for peace and wisdom so that all those who are able to see can discern the truth about what’s happening and thereby help stop it.)

Improved election integrity in multiple states is also a positive factor

Notably, nearly two dozen US states have passed laws improving election integrity since the stolen 2020 election, and this may be a decisive factor in preventing the Dems from successfully rigging the midterms. If the GOP can seize the House — even without the Senate — the Biden regime’s most nefarious plans for gun confiscations and a civil war revolt are sent back to the drawing board. For this reason, voting for GOP candidates is critical to saving America, even as much as we are all fed up with the RINOs and the jellyfish spines of conservative lawmakers who seem utterly incapable of doing anything useful when they gain power.

In addition, many mainstream news publishers have seen enough of the lawlessness of the Democrats to start sounding the alarm. The WSJ, incredibly, is now calling out the FBI for its unjustifiable raid on Mar-a-Lago, as it seems the radical deep staters on the Left have gone too far even for Wall Street. After all, even the WSJ knows that a civil war or martial law is bad for markets, and as much as the WSJ pushes the mainstream narrative on almost everything (vaccines, Ukraine, etc.), it has obviously come to realize that if we don’t stop this lawlessness by the Democrats, whatever free market foundation still surviving in America is likely to be obliterated.

Tyranny is bad for business, in other words. Especially when you know where this is going: Price controls for food and fuel, followed by government seizure of private producers, resulting in full-blown fascism/communism as the government seizes the means of production and plunged America into a Venezuela-like collapse scenario, run by authoritarian tyrants who answer to anti-human globalists.

Many in the mainstream who have been anti-Trump for the last six years are now suddenly realizing that the Democrats aren’t going to stop at destroying Trump… they’re going to destroy America! Thus, they must be stopped simply out of a concern for self-preservation.

So the good news is that the most nefarious plans of the radical Marxists aren’t guaranteed to succeed. There are powerful forces now lining up against them, which is precisely why they’re pulling a “Hail Mary” false flag attempt to demonize conservatives and seize even more federal power under the next declared emergency. Critically, gun owners, Trump supporters, and Christians need to stay calm and refuse to be cajoled into acts of violence. If they stay calm and resist the violence, the Biden regime ends up burying itself under corruption and fraud, and the American people have a real chance at restoring their constitutional republic.

A US Army colonel turned away busloads of Americans, allies and orphans trying to flee Afghanistan during the chaotic evacuation of war-torn country last August, a new documentary claims.

The unidentified colonel was accused of “murdering” the passengers by witnesses who said he blocked passengers of five buses from getting on planes that could have flew them out of Kabul.

Members of a high-level special operations volunteer team made the shocking claim in the new documentary “Send Me.”

The refugees all had verified documents and had been searched by Marines when they arrived at the airport’s secret US military-controlled Black Gate on Aug. 25, 2021 around 3 a.m., team members said.

They were met by an unidentified official from the 82nd Airborne Division who would not let the buses through.

“There was a colonel that who came out and wanted to show that essentially he was the one that could decide whether or not somebody could get on a plane or not,” said a member of the team whose identity was concealed by the documentary’s producers.

The colonel made the call to ‘put everybody back out,” MMA fighter turned-solider Tim Kennedy said.

“‘I don’t care who they are, they get back on those buses and those buses go back into Kabul,’” he said, according to Kennedy — even after the team explained their bags had been screened and were already in the airport.

The colonel could not be pleaded with, and would not even make an exception for people with US passports because he didn’t know “if that’s fake or not,” the anonymous team member recalled.

He then ordered the refugees back into the bus and off the base at gunpoint, where they would pass through a vengeful Taliban security force.

“This decision to turn this bus around essentially just killed, just murdered these people,” former Marine Chad Robichaux said.

“And by the way some of these people are children, some of these people are women, some of these people are Americans that we just sent back to the Taliban.”…

“We knew what he looked like. The CIA let us know; he looked exactly as they’d described him.”

Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical Left and Islamic terrorism.

The suicide bombing at the Kabul airport that killed 13 military personnel and as many as 200 Afghans became one of the defining moments of the disgraceful days of the final retreat.

The Biden administration and its allies had claimed that the withdrawal meant that no more Americans would die in Afghanistan and yet more military personnel died in one day of the withdrawal than in the final two years of the war. And one year later, unanswered questions remain about one of the deadliest attacks in that bloody war. Who was the suicide bomber? How was he able to get close enough to pull off his attacks and why wasn’t he stopped?

Even though the terrorist has been widely named as Abdul Rahman al Logari, one year later the Biden administration has yet to officially release his name. When the Washington Examiner‘s Jerry Dunleavy inquired of the State Department, he was directed to the Pentagon which sent him to the FBI. Al Logari’s identity was made public by ISIS-K after the attack. The only ones keeping the name secret are Biden administration officials and their departmental allies.

Why?

The most obvious reason was that during the Trump administration, the CIA had warned India that Al-Logari was planning to carry out a suicide attack in New Delhi. Indian authorities caught him and turned him over to the CIA which kept him in a prison near Bagram Air Base. During Biden’s disastrous withdrawal, Bagram was abandoned and the Taliban freed the prisoners.

Al-Logari among them. The only reason the Kabul airport suicide bombing happened was because Biden allowed Bagram to fall into Taliban hands before all of our people were out of the country. The fall of Bagram forced the evacuation to flow through the Kabul airport which trapped most Americans behind enemy lines and also freed the suicide bomber who struck the airport where our military forces were cut off and surrounded by the enemy on all sides.

But that may not be the full story.

While 13 American military personnel were killed in the bombing, many were wounded. One of those was Tristan Hirsch who suffered a traumatic brain injury and lost some of his friends.

In an interview with the Chico-Enterprise Record, Hirsch described the horrors he had witnessed in those final days. And he revealed that they knew about the suicide bomber.

“We knew about him two days prior to the attack,” he said. “We knew what he looked like. The CIA let us know; he looked exactly as they’d described him.”

That would stand to reason since the CIA had the original intelligence that caught him in 2017, and had held him at Bagram. The Agency would have had images and biometrics of Al-Logari.

According to the former Marine, the bomber came and went.

“A friend of mine who was a sniper racked back his rifle and was ready to kill the guy,” Hirsch said. “We asked for permission and the reply was, ‘let me get a military judge to see if it’s legal.’”

The rules of engagement imposed by the Obama administration had crippled the ability of American military personnel to preemptively take out Islamic terrorists.

“We’re fighting on with our hands tied behind our back,” a staff sergeant had complained.

Obama’s rules of engagements led to a massive loss of American lives. The Obama surge significantly increased troop numbers, raising them to 100,000, but prevented them from actually fighting the enemy. These were the years during which the war in Afghanistan was lost. Everything else since then was just a holding action for a war that we had already lost.

Under Obama’s rules of engagement, troops were forbidden to take out a terrorist unless he was visibly in the act of attacking Americans. Unless a terrorist was actively setting off a bomb, he couldn’t be shot. American deaths skyrocketed while the Taliban insurgency really took off.

The Trump administration had rolled back some of those rules of engagement. Democrats and the media complained about the increase in civilian casualties. It’s not clear what the rules of engagement were under Biden, but according to Hirsch, the battalion commander was worried. Even if he complied with the rules of engagement, he might still face political vendettas from the Biden administration, the Left and even from some Republicans for killing an “innocent” man.

The best evidence of this is that a drone strike on a suspected suicide bomber in the aftermath of the Kabul suicide bombing led to an outcry from some Republicans because he allegedly turned out to be an aid worker and not a terrorist. The demands that the military punish those personnel behind the drone strike from both the Left and some on the Right shows exactly why the Kabul suicide bombing happened when it could have been preemptively prevented.

Politics came before saving the lives of Americans.

“What the strike in Kabul really sends home is the reality that for all of our technical capacity, we’re really good at reaching out and killing people and still really bad at knowing if the people we’re killing are the people we’re after,” Rep. Peter Meijer, an anti-Trump Republican who recently lost reelection, sneered.

The men on duty at Kabul Airport were not invested with whatever brand of omnipotence Biden, Democrats, Rep. Meijer and assorted backseat drivers expected. They had a choice between preemptively taking action against a man who had been identified to them as an enemy, or waiting until he did something that made it all too obvious that he was here to kill them.

They waited and 13 American military personnel died.

The terrorist attack at Kabul Airport was a microcosm of the war in which the lives of the men on the ground mattered less than the effete sensibilities of Washington D.C. elites, the partisan politics of party members looking to score cheap points by hanging them out to dry, and the obsession with, even at the very end, winning the hearts and minds of the Afghans.

And it’s only going to get worse.

Lloyd Austin, Biden’s woke Secretary of Defense, has announced a new program to further tie the hands of American military personnel. The Civilian Protection Center of Excellence will cost “tens of millions of dollars” a year with 150 staffers and will involve extra “screenings” before drone strikes are launched that will once again put terrorist lives ahead of Americans.

A few hours before 9/11, Bill Clinton was giving a speech in Australia where he revealed that he could have taken out Osama bin Laden. “I nearly got him. And I could have killed him, but I would have had to destroy a little town called Kandahar in Afghanistan and kill 300 innocent women and children, and then I would have been no better than him. And so I didn’t do it.”

The actual number was 200. And Clinton’s people were worried about damaging a mosque.

Bill Clinton missed numerous opportunities to kill Osama bin Laden. Multiple screenings, meanderings and concerns about collateral damage and political fallout scuttled each one.

Nearly 3,000 people died in New York, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. because of it. Thousands more have died of diseases and health problems linked to the Islamic attacks.

A generation after Bill Clinton’s decision to put the lives of 200 Muslims in Afghanistan ahead of 5,000 lives in this country, Joe Biden did the same thing all over again. With similar results.

The campaign against Al Qaeda in Afghanistan ended as it began, with a Democrat in the White House who put enemy lives ahead of those of Americans. And then launched a coverup.

Long before the Mar-a-Lago raid, Sandy Berger, Clinton’s national security adviser, stole classified documents from the National Archives involving the failure to kill Bin Laden, stuffed them into his socks and pants, buried them in a construction trailer, and then cut them up and destroyed them.

He got off with a fine.

The Biden coverup of the Kabul airport suicide bombing had been a quieter affair. A matter of refusing to answer questions, playing dumb and changing the subject.

But as the men who were there continue to speak out, it may not remain quiet for long.

BREAKING: Iraq Presidential Palace Stormed, U.S. Embassy Helicopter Evacuation

The Iraq presidential palace was stormed by angry protestors on Monday, while the U.S. Embassy was evacuated by helicopter in a scene reminiscent of the last days of South Vietnam.

Initial reports are that the helicopters were ordered in and the staff ordered out when rioters breached the Zone. I also saw a report that one person had been shot and killed, but no clue whether they were American, American staff, or a rioter.

That’s pretty much all we know so far about the situation at the embassy.

This marks the Biden Administration’s second humiliating bugout from an Islamic country in just over a year. 13 Americans were killed in Kabul during Presidentish Joe Biden’s botched retreat from Afghanistan on August 17. Untold hundreds of Americans and thousands of our allies remain stranded there.

What happens next in Iraq is anyone’s guess, once you see the scene inside the presidential palace:

Security forces fired tear gas at protesters at the entrance to the heavily fortified government zone as dozens of young men hurled stones at each other in street battles.

Gunfire was heard in central Baghdad, reporters said, apparently from weapons being fired into the air.

Shocking footage from inside the palace showed scuffles breaking out between protesters and baton-wielding cops wearing bullet proof vests.

The riots broke out following the permanent resignation from politics — we’ll see just how long it really lasts — of influential Shia cleric Muqtada al-Sadr. For good measure, he previously withdrew his plurality party from parliament.

The caretaker government of Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi was already weak and essentially powerless.

What’s going on in Iraq?

In a word: Iran.

Al-Sadr’s statement appears to be a reaction the retirement of Shiite spiritual leader Ayatollah Kadhim al-Haeri, who counts many of al-Sadr’s supporters as followers. Al-Haeri said he would be retiring as a religious authority and called on his followers to support Iran’s Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, seen as a blow to al-Sadr.

At first glance, the chaos in Iraq looks something like a semi-legal coup, backed by Iran. At the very least, it’s political chaos engineered by local forces friendly to Iran.

U.S. commits $7,000,000,000 more to the Taliban despite severe human rights abuses

It isn’t enough that Joe Biden left behind $7 billion (at least) worth of sophisticated military equipment that the Taliban quickly seized. It wasn’t enough, either, that he left Americans to die violent deaths in Afghanistan. Now the Biden administration is discussing giving the Taliban $7 billion more. Biden claims that any money donated to Afghanistan for relief will be kept out of the Taliban’s hands or used by the Taliban in a humanitarian fashion.

As it celebrates its windfall, the Taliban mocks America. Last year, Taliban members dressed up as US troops, as the NY Post reported:

After a humiliating swift takeover of Afghanistan amid President Biden’s botched troop withdrawal, Taliban leaders and fighters are now rubbing it in America’s face — showing off their new uniforms and gear taken from US special forces stockpiles provided to the Afghan army.

The Taliban are becoming wealthier and more powerful thanks to their chief benefactor, Joe Biden.

The Biden administration is proceeding with talks to unfreeze the $7 billion in Afghanistan’s assets held by the U.S. Federal Reserve, Reuters reported on Monday, despite the Taliban failing to meet human rights commitments and harboring al-Qaeda mastermind Ayman al-Zawahiri in Kabul.

Reuters on Monday quoted “three sources with knowledge of the situation” who said the administration is prepared to overlook a great deal of misbehavior by the Taliban because of Afghanistan’s growing humanitarian crisis.

The United Nations and U.S. Special Investigator General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) both warned this month that nearly half of the Afghan population will experience “extreme levels of hunger” in the coming winter, with millions facing “near-famine conditions.”

SIGAR also warned about the Taliban’s growing “repression of women and girls,” a clear violation of promises the Islamist regime made to the United Nations after President Joe Biden’s catastrophic withdrawal one year ago brought the Taliban back to power.

The contrast between SIGAR’s warnings captures the dilemma facing the civilized world, as the Taliban refuses to hear Western demands or implement needed reforms until America unfreezes the funds it holds, while humanitarian groups warn they cannot deliver aid to sick and starving Afghans while the national economy lies in ruins.

On the other hand, unfreezing Afghanistan’s assets would put billions of dollars at the disposal of a violent extremist regime that was just caught giving aid and comfort to al-Qaeda leadership and would effectively reward the Taliban for taking the people of Afghanistan hostage.

The American people will not look kindly on handing $7 billion over to the Taliban after a failed 20-year, $5 trillion effort to turn Afghanistan into a democracy, especially since much of the Taliban leadership is currently under U.S. sanctions or wanted by the FBI on terrorism charges….

For the second night in a row, police showed up at the home of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) in the early hours of Thursday morning, responding to a fake 911 call. Once again, it appears that someone on the Left is hoping to get Greene into a situation in which she or others in her home could be killed.

Two police officers rushed to Greene’s home in Rome, Ga., in response to a call they received at 2:53 a.m. The call, according to the Rome Police Department, was about “a male possibly shooting his family members and then himself.”

MSN reported that “the suspect, who called through an internet chat that appeared to be a suicide crisis line, falsely told police responders that a man ‘came out as trans-gender and claimed they shot the family’ at Greene’s address, the report said.” The caller gave his name as Wayne Greene and told police on the call: “If anyone tried to stop me from shooting myself, I will shoot them.” He also warned cops that “they would be waiting for us.”

At the house, there was, of course, no Wayne Greene. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene once again met the police officers at the front door, as she did in the early hours of Wednesday morning. They told her about the call and, according to the Rome Police Department, “confirmed this was a second false report.” The report added that the call can’t be traced, “due to the person(s) using a VPN.”

As Greene stated Wednesday, “This is how they get people killed… it’s like political terrorism.” Police responding to what they have been led to believe is a crisis situation could all too easily respond mistakenly but lethally to innocuous behavior, resulting in Greene’s death or the death of someone else at the house.

As Stephen Green reported Wednesday, the first caller told cops that someone had been shot inside Greene’s home. The Rome News-Tribune said that the call led cops to think “a man who had been shot multiple times was in the bathtub at Greene’s home. The caller also stated there was a woman inside the home and possibly children with her. When officers arrived, Greene assured them there was no issue at the home.”

For that call, we know the motive. The Rome Police Department stated: “After we cleared the call and went back in service, Rome-Floyd 911 received a call from the suspect, claiming responsibility for the incident and explaining his/her motives. It was a computer-generated voice. They explained they were upset about Ms. Greene’s stance on ‘trans-gender youth’s rights,’ and stated they were trying to ‘swat’ her. The report also stated that the caller claimed they are connected to a website that police said supports cyberstalking and gave the police their user name on the site.”

This makes it clear yet again: radical Leftists are totalitarians. They want their opponents silenced. They want their opponents dead. They will brook no dissent.

Greene’s spokesman Nick Dyer said: “Right now, Congresswoman Greene’s safety is our number one concern. Late last night, she was a victim of a political attack on her family and home. Whoever committed this violent crime will face the full extent of the law.” To that, MSN sneered that “a statement from Greene’s office… described the calls as ‘violent crimes’ even though no violence occurred.”

It’s only conservative speech that is violent, you see. Leftists actively trying to fool cops into committing an act of violence and kill a sitting congresswoman? That’s not violence. Violence is only something the other side engages in.

Greene herself was having none of it and said: “Those media companies, they’re responsible for trying to get me killed by those horrific headlines. The disgusting left, MSNBCs and the NBCs, putting headlines up there that I’m targeting trans kids, that is the biggest lie, and I should sue them for saying such things.”

That would be refreshing, particularly if her suits were victorious, but the more immediate question at hand is: will this persistent swatter be caught? If he or she is caught, will there be any serious prosecution? Or will a Leftist judge who holds the same view of Marjorie Taylor Greene as that of the swatter himself dismiss these crimes as an innocuous exercise in political protest and release the offender with a slap on the wrist, if that? The larger question is: can a committed conservative, a genuine and effective dissident from the line of the political and media elites, get justice in America today?

“Dozens of acts of violence, destruction, and harassment aimed at intimidating anti-abortion Christians and conservatives” represent a serious breach of the rule of law, not to mention outright persecution. But what concern does the Biden administration have for America’s foundations, constitution and law? The invasion of the Southern border points to the answer.

Since the leak of Justice Samuel Alito’s draft majority opinion in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case that eventually led to the overturning of Roe v. Wade, America has endured a “Summer of Rage.” The wave of demonstrations saw protesters going far beyond simply donning “Handmaid’s Tale” bonnets and gathering around the Supreme Court. There have been dozens of acts of violence, destruction, and harassment aimed at intimidating anti-abortion Christians and conservatives. In this series of articles, we identify key players, organizations, and locations in this radical movement. We will also explain elements of the interconnected system that provides organizational and/or financial support for this radical agenda.

According to a list maintained by the Family Research Council (FRC), there have been 87 attacks on churches or pregnancy centers since the Dobbs decision was leaked on May 2, 2022. Of those attacks, there have been 34 on churches, 53 attacks on pregnancy centers, and 23 “other incidents,” including attacks on government buildings, based on the FRC data.

This procession of hate crimes has been ongoing throughout the publication of the Summer of Rage exposé, which is now in its sixth installment. Just this week, we saw what appears to be yet another example. Vandals scrawled the threat “if abortions aren’t safe, neither are you,” as well as the words “Jane’s Revenge,” in red paint at the Bethlehem House pregnancy care center in Easthamptom, Massachusetts. Jane’s Revenge is the name of one of the amorphous groups of radical leftists that has been the subject of this series.

Pro-life pregnancy centers provide resources for families and encourage them to choose life for their unborn children. Bethlehem House is run by volunteers and provides wipes, car seats, strollers, blankets, clothing, and other essentials for young children.

They also give away blessed rosaries, which The Atlantic recently likened to “assault weapons.”

On June 25, 2022 alone, the day after Roe v. Wade was overturned, there were attacks on eight churches, eight pregnancy centers, and a government building.

These attacks have generated minimal acknowledgement, much less a response, from the Biden administration and federal law enforcement, who steadfastly track—and prosecute—incidents targeting abortion providers….

Joe Biden is under pressure to ban Iranian president Ebrahim Raisi, known as the Butcher of Baghdad, from an upcoming U.N. appearance. In the interests of national security, Biden should refuse the Raisi visit, but as usual, his weakness and appeasement prevail.

The first commitment of the American government should be national security, which Joe Biden and his Democrat cronies have long abandoned. Just look at the Southern border to see how much American national security really matters to Joe Biden.

(August 15, 2022 / JNS) Under pressure to deny an entry visa to Iran’s president, the U.S. State Department says it must uphold its commitments to the United Nations under its arrangement as the host country.

Seven Republican senators sent a letter on Aug. 2 to U.S. President Joe Biden urging him to deny visas for Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and his delegation to attend the U.N. General Assembly in September. Raisi is scheduled to speak at the event.

A State Department spokesperson told JNS that it is “generally obligated under the United Nations Headquarters Agreement to facilitate travel” by U.N. member representatives. The spokesperson added: “We take our obligations under the U.N. Headquarters Agreement seriously. At the same time, the Biden administration has not and will not waver in protecting and defending all Americans against threats of violence and terrorism.”

The spokesperson said that visa records are confidential under U.S. law and couldn’t be discussed.

The senators wrote that “Raisi’s involvement in mass murder and the Iranian regime’s campaign to assassinate U.S. officials on American soil make allowing Raisi and his henchmen to enter our country an inexcusable threat……

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is on a campaign swing on behalf of Republican candidates around the country. And if you listen to what he has to say for more than a couple of minutes, you realize that, no matter what candidate he’s supposed to be touting in his speech, his focus is on 2024 and the presidential race.

DeSantis is trying out applause lines, testing them with MAGA audiences in battleground states. “The State of Florida is where woke goes to die,” he exclaims at every stop to big cheers. His battle against COVID-19 mandates also got huge applause as he ticked off government mandates and strictures he opposed.

Since recent scientific evidence has proven DeSantis right — for the most part — that part of his presentation should resonate strongly with independent voters. But it’s Florida’s war against woke that the people come to hear. And DeSantis doesn’t disappoint.

Spectator World:

DeSantis’s recurring focus, though, and the topic that got the loudest cheers, was battling Covid mandates and woke culture. He listed off the ways in which Florida has stood up to “the woke mob,” namely: by relinquishing the Disney Corporation’s special treatment in the wake of the Parental Rights in Education law uproar, banning Critical Race Theory in schools, promoting parents’ rights, establishing an initiative to educate children on American civics and to instruct kids on the consequences of communism “and how that has destroyed so many societies.”

DeSantis called the CRT ban the biggest issue his administration has worked on, saying schools need to “educate our kids [rather than] indoctrinate them” on matters such as “woke gender ideologies.” Returning time and again to matters that concern children, DeSantis spoke about the “mind virus” of woke ideologies “totally divorced from reality,” pointing as an example to Lia Thomas, the University of Pennsylvania transgender swimmer who swam on the men’s team for three years, only to become a champion after switching to the women’s team.

Most revealing was the way in which DeSantis was selling himself: a non-nonsense, hard-charging, stand-up-to-the-left kind of candidate who doesn’t apologize for having sharp elbows.

DeSantis then went on to toot his own horn, subtly. Without naming names, he said, “A governor worth his salt is somebody who’s capable of being a leader, and there’s really no substitute for that. When you’re the governor, the buck stops with you.” He said the duty of a governor is to “stand up for people in your state,” adding that when he himself was elected governor, he didn’t do things based on polls, but made decisions “on conviction” and by “doing what’s right.”

DeSantis 2024 implied, the governor wrapped up with a “go get ’em!” closer on courage. As a political leader, you “have to be willing to show some courage to take on the woke mob, fighting cancel culture — that’s what is called for right now.”

“I get attacked when I roll out of bed in the morning,” he said nonchalantly. “I’m used to it. That’s just the cost of being engaged and standing for the truth. It’s worth it.”

There’s little doubt that DeSantis is the MAGA crowd’s number-two choice. But if Trump runs, DeSantis is still likely to finish a distant second. And for those who see Trump-DeSantis as a “dream ticket, there are electoral college handicaps to such a pairing, although it’s not illegal.

Besides, with both candidates agreeing on almost every issue, DeSantis wouldn’t bring much to the ticket — not as much as a vice presidential candidate from Pennsylvania or Wisconsin.

But Trump’s availability is by no means assured. His legal problems are escalating, and he will be 78 years old if he decides to run in 2024. So DeSantis is correct in getting an early start on the campaign in case Trump would, for whatever reason, falter.

“Street takeovers” are becoming quite common in Los Angeles and big cities. A mob of people and cars, responding to a prompt on social media, show up at an intersection and raise holy hell. Police try to break it up but are usually far too late.

Such was the case on August 15 when a flash mob showed up at Figueroa Street and El Segundo Boulevard. After a few minutes of causing mayhem on the streets, they moved into a 7-Eleven store like a swarm of locusts. They picked it clean of anything of value in a matter of minutes.

“Cars were just going everywhere,” said neighbor Lisa Trafton. “And then I looked into the store because I wanted to get a pop and the store’s totally trashed.”

Security video released by the LAPD shows dozens of people streaming into the store. At first, many people appeared to be simply shopping for snacks, but suddenly others started running in, ransacking shelves and jumping the counter to grab items behind the register. Candy, chips, and drinks were left strewn all over the store, and a cash register was destroyed, but it’s not clear if any money was taken.

“Angry mob mentality inside the store,” said Det. Ryan Moreno. “They started ransacking the place, taking food, cigarettes, lottery tickets — tried to get the cashier’s box.”

It’s unknown if any cash was taken. The lone store employee, while harassed and threatened, emerged unharmed.

Police said they will start confiscating cars of both drivers and spectators at street takeovers in the future.

“If they’re going to start doing this kind of stuff, inconveniencing people, locking up freeways and taking over freeways, cars are going to start disappearing real soon,” Moreno said.

People in the area said they have been seeing businesses disappearing lately and fear more investments may go away, if the bad behavior continues.

“We’re losing a lot of stuff and we’re not going to have the resources,” said Compton resident Kevin Hosley. “People are going to pull out of us. A lot of us can’t afford to move to $700,000 homes. We’re stuck. We got to live in it but people don’t want to take care of what we got.”

Obviously, the last thing the police want is for this kind of thing to become a trend — the next big thing on social media. But it’s hard to see how they can stop it. Confiscating cars of violators is a good start, but most of the looters were on foot or passengers.

Until the looters are deterred by a justice system that takes property crime seriously, this lawlessness will continue—and get worse. As it stands now, they’re laughing at the justice system, knowing they can act with impunity and, at worse, get a slap on the wrist.
