Old Joe Biden gave the commencement address at Howard University on Saturday, and as he has done so many times during his presidency, he stoked the flames of racial hatred, resentment, division, and mutual suspicion. That’s par for the course for this conscience-free, senescent corruptocrat, but his words at Howard had an ominous edge that all Americans should not fail to discern. Biden wasn’t just lying, as he always does. He was signaling future plans of his regime.

Biden repeated his frequently repeated lie that Donald Trump had called Nazis “fine people,” and also said: “But on the best days, enough of us have the guts and the hearts to st- — to stand up for the best in us. To choose love over hate, unity over disunion, progress over retreat.  To stand up against the poison of white supremacy, as I did in my Inaugural Address — to single it out as the most dangerous terrorist threat to our homeland is white supremacy. And I’m not saying this because I’m at a black HBCU.  I say it wherever I go.”

What’s a “Black HBCU,” Joe? “HBCU” stands for “Historically black colleges and universities,” so our alleged president, who is sharp as a tack and not at all in the throes of advanced dementia, was saying that he was speaking at a “black historically black college and university.” This ridiculous phrase could be the result of Joe’s speechwriter making lazy use of the acronym, but it’s more likely that Biden was going off-script and saying something incoherent. Again.

Old Joe lied yet again when he said that he repeats the lie that white supremacists constitute the nation’s biggest terror threat everywhere he goes, but he has indeed said it before. And not just Biden, but also Gestapo chief Merrick Garland, and the FBI have told us so, and they wouldn’t lie to us, now, would they? In November 2021, FBI and Homeland Security Department officials increased investigations of “domestic extremists,” reiterating the claim that they are today’s foremost terror threat. Yet no matter how often Biden and his henchmen repeat this, actual white supremacist terrorists in any significant numbers have been conspicuously lacking.

Ever so conveniently for Biden, no sooner had he uttered this false claim again at Howard on Saturday than a couple of hundred actual white supremacist terrorists miraculously materialized in Washington. All were young, physically fit men; not a single fat Nazi in the bunch. All wore the same blue shirt and khaki pants uniform, all with their faces covered, and once again, the feds showed no curiosity about who they are and made no attempt to determine where they came from or where they went. This clumsy false-flag operation was widely exposed and ridiculed on Twitter, but conservative writer Chris Brunet pointed out:

“What’s sad about this clip is that everyone here on my side of Twitter instantly knows this is a glowie/fed operation… pure theatre. But it is actually a really effective psyop, they keep doing it, because it works. Ask any normal person on the street, ask your mom, ask your sister, and they will be terrified of this clip and fall for it hook-line-and-sinker.”

The FBI has also been busy fashioning a white supremacist threat in other ways. Whistleblowers have revealed that Old Joe’s pure-as-the-driven-snow FBI has been hard at work pressuring agents to classify cases as “domestic violent extremism” (DVE) when they aren’t, and rewarding them when they do. That’s how you create a white supremacist terror threat.

This revelation came last year in a letter that Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) sent to FBI top dog Christopher Wray. Jordan stated that “from recent protected disclosures, we have learned that FBI officials are pressuring agents to reclassify cases as ‘domestic violent extremism’ even if the cases do not meet the criteria for such a classification.” This was no surprise. This is, after all, the same FBI that investigated angry parents who protested at school board meetings against the imposition of the woke agenda in public schools.

That’s the threat that was contained in Old Joe’s words at Howard. Old Joe said it plainly last September in his ominous red and black speech: “Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.” The parents at the school board meetings were just the beginning. This regime aims to criminalize political dissent, and that will require demonizing and stigmatizing fully half of the electorate. Before too long it will be clear that when Biden claims that white supremacists are the biggest terror threat the nation faces, he means ordinary Americans who have never broken any law but who oppose his agenda. If everyone who opposes him is a white supremacist terrorist, then the nation has over a hundred million of them. Arrests and prosecutions on false pretenses will follow. That’s the threat that was contained in his words at Howard.

As Ben Bartee noted Saturday, Old Joe Biden’s commencement speech at Howard University “included a hearty condemnation of the alleged scourge of White Supremacy™ in America.” In fact, the alleged president called white supremacy “the most dangerous terrorist threat to our homeland.” Then on Sunday, Homeland Security Secretary and failed Disinformation Governance Board overlord Alejandro Mayorkas agreed with Old Joe, emphasizing that “domestic violent extremism is our greatest threat right now.” Many other Biden regime officials have said the same thing in the nearly two and a half years now that they have been inflicting themselves upon us. The reason why they keep making this false claim is clear and ominous.

Mayorkas, of course, answered in the affirmative: “It tragically is. And the terrorism context, domestic violent extremism is our greatest threat right now. Individuals are driven to violence because of ideologies of hate, anti-government sentiment, false narratives, and personal grievances. Regrettably, we have seen a rise in white supremacy. The principle underlying our work is that when one community is targeted, Jonathan, when one community is targeted, we as a country are targeted.”

Note how Mayorkas related “anti-government sentiment” to “white supremacy.” Old Joe revealed the game that is being played here last September when he said in his ominous red and black speech that “Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”

You Knew This Was Coming: NYC Catholic Church Hosts ‘God Is Trans’ Exhibit

Well, this was inevitable. It was only a matter of time before Leftist Christians, marinating in the relentless insanity of their pet causes, would fashion gods in their own image: trans, queer, woke, and whatever else the Left is idolizing. The Church of St. Paul the Apostle, a Roman Catholic parish on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, has shown itself to be only too happy to forsake the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob for the Left’s idols of the moment, so it was the perfect place for a recent exhibit celebrating everything the Left cherishes most: narcissism, perversion, delusion, and madness. The church has put up an exhibit entitled “God is Trans: A Queer Spiritual Journey.”

One never knows in these heady days of the woke Pope Francis, but this exhibit seems to run directly contrary to the Catholic Church’s position on these matters. Back in 2019, the Vatican’s Congregation for Catholic Education issued a document entitled “‘Male and Female He Created Them’: Towards a Path of Dialogue on the Question of Gender Theory in Education.” It stated that the transgender ideology was a “fictitious construct” and that the ideas of “intersex” or “transgender” led to “a masculinity or femininity that is ambiguous, even though (in a self-contradictory way), these concepts themselves actually presuppose the very sexual difference that they propose to negate or supersede.”

The Vatican added that transgenderism “has the effect of obscuring the fact that a person’s sex is a structural determinant of male or female identity.” In other words, you were born a boy or a girl. Your gender identity was not, as the fashionable parlance would have it, “assigned” to you. This is common-sense stuff, which is rare enough these days, and it didn’t fly at the Church of St. Paul the Apostle.

The UK’s Daily Mail reported Monday that the exhibit, which was created by an artist named Adah Unachukwu, “features somewhat abstract colorful paintings which appear to show where the personal meet[s] the spiritual, with videos of the artist among more traditional holy imagery.” That sounds innocuous enough, but the exhibit itself actually states: “God is Trans maps the queer spiritual journey by three significant points: Sacrifice, Identity, and Communion.” One painting, Sacrifice, addresses “the need to shed an old life and personhood in order to be able to focus on your spiritual need. There is no devil, just past selves.”

That last bit goes way beyond even what the advocates of transgender madness have asserted before. We’re told that calling a man who has decided he is a woman by his old male name is the unacceptable sin of “deadnaming,” but now at St. Paul’s, the former self of a person suffering from transgender madness is not just dead, but demonic. And the rest of the statement, about shedding the old life and personhood, is a woke caricature of the actual Christian faith, and of Jesus’ statement: “If any man would come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.” (Matthew 16:24)

The exhibit inadvertently pointed up its own narcissism and self-absorption in saying: “What does holiness look like? What does your god look like? Are those two portrayals that can be merged?” The answer for the Left is that their god looks exactly like them, as they have made themselves into gods by claiming that sex is “assigned,” not embedded in every cell, and can be changed at will.

Not everyone was thrilled with this idolatry. The New York Post reported Sunday that one parishioner declared: “The church should not be promoting this. I understand there are transgender people. I pray for all people but enough is enough. It seems like they are trying to force the agenda on others.” Gee, ya think? The same person added: “Also when a friend asked a priest about this they didn’t answer. You can’t put this out on the altar and then hide. That’s what gets the church in trouble.” Indeed. If the clergymen at St. Paul’s are going to embrace and proselytize for woke pseudo-Christianity, they should own up proudly to what it is doing, not skulk around in the shadows hoping to snare the unwary.

This being Manhattan, others were quite happy with the exhibit. One woman said: “I don’t understand the art, but this church is very liberal, which is why I love this church. They are really in the present when others are not.” Great. But the idea of the Church is not to be “in the present,” but to express eternal truths. St. Paul’s has instead opted to push the fashions of the moment, bringing to mind another one of Jesus’ statements: “Leave them; they are blind guides. If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.” (Matthew 15:14)

Biden Regime Still Shoveling Taxpayer Money into Afghanistan~Meanwhile, the Taliban is persecuting Christians

A new inspector general’s report released Tuesday gives us the latest evidence of the perfidy and anti-Americanism of the Biden regime: even after the Taliban took over in that country in the wake of the regime’s catastrophically botched withdrawal of American troops, the American taxpayer remains the world’s largest donor to Afghanistan. This is beyond absurd, as the Taliban, which is inveterately hostile to the U.S., is inevitably going to obtain some or all of that money, and could conceivably use it to finance attacks on Americans and U.S. interests. Is that what the traitor class that is running the Biden regime wants?

The Washington Times reported Wednesday that “some $2.1 billion has flowed to Afghanistan since August of 2021.” Biden regime officials, of course, insist that this is humanitarian aid that is “going to assist Afghans and not feed into the Taliban’s treasury.” The obvious problem with this, however, is that “the special inspector general for Afghan reconstruction said officials can’t say for sure that the Taliban isn’t siphoning some of the money away from the groups the U.S. is funding.” Of course. Why wouldn’t they? And what could conceivably stop them? In light of that, and the nefarious uses to which the Taliban could put the money, we shouldn’t be sending a penny to Afghanistan. But clearly, Biden’s handlers have different priorities from those involving the safety and well-being of the American people.

Inspector General John F. Sopko stated: “Since the Taliban takeover, the U.S. government has sought to continue supporting the Afghan people without providing benefits for the Taliban regime. However, it is clear from our work that the Taliban is using various methods to divert U.S. aid dollars.” He “pointed to reports that the Taliban levies fee charges on nongovernmental organizations still operating in the country. And in some areas, Taliban officials have ordered NGOs to provide assistance to Taliban personnel before others.” And of course, the Biden regime’s State Department “doesn’t know how much assistance has been siphoned off in that manner.” Why would they? They’re too busy implementing Critical Race Theory and putting on drag shows.

Meanwhile, the Christian news organization Mission Network News reported on April 3 that “the Taliban are offering money for Afghans to turn in any Christians they know. And Afghans are desperate, further heightening the security risk [to] Christians.” This might lead some to think that the U.S. should continue the humanitarian aid, so as to relieve the Afghans’ plight and ease the pressure on the country’s tiny and embattled Christian minority. But U.S. taxpayer money appears to be going straight to the Taliban.

Evidence for this was provided late last year. Da Afghanistan Bank, Afghanistan’s Taliban-controlled central bank, tweeted the images on Nov. 29, Dec. 5, Dec. 6, and Dec. 14, 2022: massive stacks of American hundred-dollar bills, wrapped in plastic, bar-coded, and placed in boxes or blue plastic bags on the tarmac at the Kabul airport. The bank said this was $40 million in “humanitarian aid,” but said nothing about who had sent it, and one observer said that judging from the photos, there looked to be much more than $40 million flowing into the Taliban’s coffers. So who was funding the Taliban with tens of millions in untraceable cash?

The prime suspect, of course, was Old Joe Biden and his handlers.

On Aug. 31, 2021, Old Joe declared, “We will continue to support the Afghan people through diplomacy, international influence, and humanitarian aid.” Then in January 2022, National Security Council spokes wonk Emily Horne said proudly: “The United States is announcing a new contribution of more than $308 million in humanitarian assistance for the people of Afghanistan. This brings total US humanitarian aid in Afghanistan and for Afghan refugees in the region to nearly $782 million since October 2021, and we remain the single largest donor of humanitarian aid in Afghanistan.”

Dr. Niamatullah Ibrahimi, whom the Australian Broadcasting Corporation identifies as “an international relations lecturer and Afghanistan expert from La Trobe University,” said that it would not be difficult at all for the Taliban to hijack this aid money: “The distribution and dispersal of the money are not very transparent. There is very little that we know about how this money is used in Afghanistan and the mechanisms of control over aid delivery.”

Indeed. But no one seems to mind, and the money just keeps flowing in. What could possibly go wrong? Ask Afghanistan’s Christians.

The least honorable president in American history had a softball interview with MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle on Friday, in which he uttered one of the most outlandish lies of his entire life, which has been filled with his outlandish lies: “I think I’ve proven myself to be honorable, as well as effective.” As Matt Margolis noted Sunday, this was in the course of a paean of boasting from Old Joe Biden that included praise of his own wisdom and experience. But now Joe Biden would have us believe that he is honorable, too? Come on, man! This guy lies every time his lips move.

The part about Old Joe being effective, however, was actually true. If Biden wanted to weaken America (politically, militarily, and economically), erase the Southern border, antagonize our friends as well as our enemies worldwide, and advance the Left’s socialist, authoritarian agenda at the expense of the American people, then he has indeed done a bang-up job. If, on the other hand, he is really as America-First as he has been pretending to be lately, now that the 2024 campaign season is approaching, then he has been a galloping disaster as president, and just the opposite of effective. It all depends on your point of view, you see, and since Old Joe’s administration is dedicated to calling opposing views “disinformation” and silencing them accordingly, pretty soon we will all have to agree that his presidency has been remarkably effective.

But honorable? That Old Joe would even dare say this is staggering. The man is the most dedicated and relentless liar ever to occupy the Oval Office, and we’re talking here about a job that has been held by such skillful prevaricators as Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, and Richard M. Nixon. Biden has lied throughout his political career and long before it even started: on Dec. 1, 1965, the faculty of the Syracuse College of Law published a report about Young Joe, stating that Biden “used five pages from a published law review article without quotation or attribution” and recommended that he fail a legal methods course because of his plagiarism.

For years, Biden was so craven as to lie about the central tragedy of his life, the auto accident that took the life of his first wife Neilia. Old Joe repeatedly claimed that she was killed by a drunk driver; the driver, however, was not drunk, and the real story was that Neilia drove into the path of the oncoming truck. The driver’s daughter repeatedly asked Biden to apologize for lying about her father, who was driven into a deep depression by Biden’s public lies. True to dishonorable form, Old Joe never did apologize. Then in Sept. 1987, Biden torpedoed his own presidential campaign when he delivered a speech that lifted an entire story of his early life from a speech by British Labour leader Neil Kinnock.

The lying has continued since Old Joe began pretending to be president, and has gotten so bad, and so obvious, that the New York Times felt it necessary back in Oct. 2022 to do some damage control, informing us that “Biden, Storyteller in Chief, Spins Yarns That Often Unravel.” That’s all it is, see. It’s not as if he were a deeply dishonest man or anything like that. But even the Times couldn’t make Joe look good when it started ticking off some examples: “The exaggerated biography that Mr. Biden tells includes having been a fierce civil rights activist who was repeatedly arrested. He has claimed to have been an award-winning student who earned three degrees. And last week, speaking on the hurricane-devastated island of Puerto Rico, he said he had been ‘raised in the Puerto Rican community at home, politically.’”

The lies have gone on and on. On the campaign trail in 2019, he told a story about a Navy captain who tried to refuse a Silver Star after trying and failing to save a wounded comrade. The story wasn’t true, as even the Washington Post admitted, but instead of discarding it after it was publicly revealed to be false, Old Joe made it about his family. In Dec. 2022, Biden retold the same story, but this time it was about his uncle Frank being awarded a Purple Heart. That version was a lie as well. And most recently, Biden has been insisting that his notorious son Hunter has “done nothing wrong.”

Old Joe Biden is a lot of things. “Honorable” isn’t even close to being one of them.

In 2021, Pope Francis urged Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban to take in more migrants, “opening ourselves to the thirst of men and women of our time.” On a recent visit to Hungary, the Pope again urged Orban to take in migrants and even became political in urging an end to “self-referential forms of populism” in Europe. He equated open-door migration to Christianity.

ABC reported that “while Orbán’s government has consistently rejected asylum-seekers from the Middle East and Africa, around 2.5 million Ukrainians fleeing war in their country found open doors.” Orban has made his position clear on numerous occasions as to why he has closed Hungary’s doors to the mainly Muslim migrants flowing in from the Middle East and Africa. It was all about national security and preserving Hungary’s culture. He stated in 2021 that “migrant armies are banging on Europe’s doors, on the doors that seal off migration routes on land and at sea.”

In contrast, the UK projects that 56,000 illegal migrants will enter the country via the English Channel this year. Serious criminals — including murderers, terrorists, and rapists — have been found among English Channel migrants. The situation has prompted UK Immigration Minister Robert Jenrick to warn that illegal migrants “cannibalize” communities by importing “different lifestyles.” Italy has also now declared a state of emergency over its own influx of illegal economic migrants from Africa.

Hungary has chosen to preserve its values, protecting its citizens from the threat of jihad, Sharia no-go zones, Sharia patrols, high crime, Islamic supremacism, sex assaults, “Islamic separatism” and the like. The small nation has also been spending tens of millions of dollars to rebuild churches and Christian communities destroyed by jihadis in the Middle East. So this is not about “racism,” as the Pope also suggested by saying that it was “sad and painful” to see doors closed to people who were “unlike us.”

Actions speak louder than words. Until the Pope enables opening the doors of the Vatican, including those of his own quarters, to the mainly Muslim migrants from Africa and warmly welcomes all of the illegal, unvetted migrants,  he should carefully consider his words to Hungary. He should also tell the victims of the worst crimes — including victims of terror — to their faces that open-door migration policies are a positive good.

Hungary has much to teach the Pope about responsibility to one’s own household. The Pope is more moved by illegal economic migrants than he is by Christians being slaughtered in Africa and the Middle East.

All right, but the definition of “a good life” differs sharply in both religions. The pope would stoutly deny this and call anyone who pointed it out “Islamophobic,” but nonetheless, it is the case.

Qur’an 98:4-6: “Nor were the people of the book divided until after the clear proof came to them. And they are not ordered to do anything else but serve Allah, keeping religion pure for him, as hanifs, and to establish prayer and to give alms. That is true religion. Indeed, the unbelievers among the people of the book and the idolaters will remain in the fire of Gehenna. They are the most vile of created beings.”

Qur’an 5:14: “And with those who say: Indeed, we are Christians, we made a covenant, but they forgot a part of what they were reminded about. Therefore we have stirred up enmity and hatred among them until the day of resurrection, when Allah will inform them of their handiwork.”

Qur’an 5:17: “They indeed have disbelieved who say, Indeed, Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary. Say, Who then can do anything against Allah, if he had willed to destroy the Messiah son of Mary, and his mother and everyone on earth? The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah, and his word that he conveyed to Mary, and a spirit from him. So believe in Allah and his messengers, and do not say Three, Stop, it is better for you. Allah is only one God. It is far removed from his transcendent majesty that he should have a son. Everything that is in the heavens and everything that is on the earth is his. And Allah is sufficient as defender.”

Qur’an 5:116: “And when Allah said, O Jesus, son of Mary, did you say to mankind, Take me and my mother as two gods besides Allah? He said, Be glorified. It was not for me to say what I had no right to say. If I said it, then you know it. You know what is in my mind, and I do not know what is in your mind. Indeed, you, only you, are the knower of hidden things.”

Qur’an 19:35: “It is not fitting for Allah that he should take to himself a son. Glory be to him, when he decrees a thing, he says to it only, Be, and it is.”

Qur’an 9:30-31: “And the Jews say, Ezra is the son of Allah, and the Christians say, The Messiah is the son of Allah. That is their saying with their mouths. They imitate the statements of those who disbelieved before. May Allah curse them. How perverse they are. They have taken as lords besides Allah their rabbis and their monks and the Messiah, the son of Mary, when they were called to worship only one God. There is no God except him. May he be glorified from all that they ascribe as partners.”

Qur’an 9:29: “Fight against those do not believe in Allah or the last day, and do not forbid what Allah and his messenger have forbidden, and do not follow the religion of truth, even if they are among the people of the book, until they pay the jizya with willing submission and feel themselves subdued.”

Commonalities between religions
The theme of the colloquium, “Creative Commonalities between Christianity and Islam”, the Pope said, reflects how “each of us is like the link in a long chain: many people have preceded us on the beautiful and challenging road of encounter and friendship, others will follow us, as we hope and pray, confirming that feeling of brotherhood that is the foundation of relations between peoples”….

Bringing his message to a close, the Pope noted that the dialogue practiced and promoted requires a style of sincerity and mutual respect if it is to be fruitful, and requires “an awareness of both convergences and divergences”. He spoke of compassion for all, before adding that “we also believe that not everything ends with death, but that there is another life, eternal, where we will give account to God for our actions and receive reward or punishment”.

Finally, the Pope noted that “our common commitment is to a good life” and this, he concluded, “gives glory to God and joy to all those we meet on our earthly pilgrimage”.

The notorious “influencer” and convert to Islam, Andrew Tate, who once said that “ISIS are the real Muslims,” sparked outrage when he issued a challenge to Satanists who shredded a Bible.

But Tate’s invitation backfired:

Social media users accepted the “challenge” by Tate and started posting photographs and videos desecrating the Quran. They trended #AndrewTateQuranChallenge to post on the media. There were images of burnt Quran, pork and bacon placed on the open Quran, the holy book in the mouth of a pig and other derogatory imagery against the Quran.

As Hindustan Times reported, Tate’s tweet “quickly sparked backlash and accusations of ‘Islamophobia’, with many people criticizing Tate for promoting intolerance and disrespect towards the Muslim faith.”

Even Muslims aren’t spared charges of “Islamophobia,” no matter what the intent. In Tate’s case, he was displaying bravado with a hint of a threat to those who might take up his challenge. Others saw it as an insult to issue such a dare. Then there was Tate’s unintentional defense of Christianity. The truth is that Christianity is the real religion of peace, tried and tested. You won’t hear about Christians beheading, murdering, maiming, or mobbing anyone who tears up a Bible or offends Christianity. And the reason certainly is not that Christians don’t feel offended or hurt. It’s because there is nothing in Christianity that calls for the death of anyone who blasphemes, unlike Islam:

As for the gutless Satanists who tore up the Bible, they, too, know that Christianity is a religion of peace and that they had nothing to fear.

The emoji he used at the end of the tweet gave the impression that he wanted to say if anyone tried the same with Quran, he or she would not be spared. However, it did not go well with the netizens.

For those who are unaware, SatanCon is a formal ceremony that ‘renounces’ symbols of oppression by ripping up a Bible and a ‘Thin Blue Line’ flag that represents police. The video that Tate quoted showed a woman tearing up Quran and chanting ‘Hail Satan’. SatanCon 2023 was a three-day event that took place in Boston, USA. It was hosted at the Marriott Copley Place by the Satanic Temple. The event marked the 10-year anniversary of the Temple.

In December 2022, Andrew Tate, a former Orthodox Christian embraced Islam. Since then, his Muslim fan base has increased exponentially. Tate was arrested and jailed in Romania as part of a human trafficking and rape investigation. Tate’s residence in Bucharest, where he was held alongside his brother Tristan, was raided by the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT)….

This weekend, a group of Christians tried to hold talks in central Gothenburg, but instead they were exposed to a large gang chanting “Takbir – Allahu akbar”.

It was on Saturday that the Christian group distributed materials and preached in Nordstan. A group of youths surrounded and then tried to disrupt the preachers.

“They have done this several times. There is probably a connection between their holiday and their actions,” says one of the preachers to Samnytt.

Law enforcement officers turned the gang away from the scene.

What can we say to Catholics who are stubbornly happy with their religion? How should we respond when they say, "I was born a Catholic and I will die a Catholic?" Is there a way we can warn our loved ones of their pending peril without harming our relationships? Yes, we must speak the truth in love, with compassion, and pray for our Sovereign Lord to open their hearts (Acts 16:14). We must warn them that sin has separated them from God (Isa. 59:2). As ambassadors for Christ, we must beg them on behalf of Christ to be reconciled to God (2 Cor. 5:20).
Following are some biblical and persuasive heart-to-heart conversations we can have with our Catholic friends and loved ones.
What if Our Roles Were Reversed?
If our roles were reversed, I would want you to pursue me with the truth until I repented and believed God's Word. Never would I want you to give up on me, because so much is at stake. I love you too much to let you march proudly down the wide road to destruction without warning you. There is a reason why the Lord Jesus said very few find the narrow way that leads to life (Mat. 7:14). It is because the god of this world (Satan) has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God (2 Cor. 4:4). One of Satan's most powerful tools to blind unbelievers is religious pride and indoctrination. The only way this veil of blindness can be removed is when you turn to Christ (2 Cor. 3:14-16). This means you must turn away from your priests, who are false mediators, and turn to Christ, who is the only mediator between God and man (1 Tim. 2:5). As God's perfect man and man's perfect God, He is worthy of all your undivided trust and faith!
Only the Gospel Can Transform Sinners into Saints
Please understand that we were all conceived in sin and born sinners (Psalm 51:5). There is more bad news because there is no human cure for sin. Sacraments, penance, indulgences, the Mass, and good works can never cancel the punishment for sin, which is an eternity in hell away from the presence of God (Rev. 20:13-15). However, there is good news! God's love and mercy provided the one way to be saved! A divine cure is available free for the asking because of a love story written in blood on a wooden cross 2000 years ago. The Lord Jesus Christ died as a sinless substitute for sinners who would repent and trust Him alone for the forgiveness of sin and reconciliation with God (1 Pet. 3:18). He died once for all sin, for all time; there are no more offerings for sin (Hebrews 10:10-18). Three days later, God raised Him from the dead for our justification and to show that divine justice was satisfied (Rom. 4:25). This is the greatest news a condemned sinner on death row could ever hear!
There Is Only One Infallible Source for Truth
Did you know that the nature of deception is that people never know they are deceived until they are confronted with the truth? Many Catholics first found out they were deceived when they began reading the Bible. Once in bondage to religious deception, they were set free by the truth (John 8:31-32). I plead with you to trust Jesus, who is the personification of truth (John 14:6). He came to testify to the truth and everyone who is of the truth hears His voice (John 18:37). His Word must become your supreme authority for truth because it is the only infallible source to protect us from the lies and deception of false teachers (John 17:17).
Test the Uninspired Words of Men with the Inspired Word of God
Please understand the crucial difference between the Bible and religion. The Bible is what God says, while religion is what man says God says. You can go directly to the source for truth and test the uninspired words of men with the inspired Word of God (Acts 17:11). We know that all Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness (2 Tim. 3:16). That means Scripture is our divine authority for exposing what is false and correcting the errors. God has left us with His Word so that we can avoid being deceived by false teachers. Did you know that the Catholic teaching on venial sin is a perpetuation of the first lie of Satan in the garden? The serpent told Eve "You surely will not die" if you disobey God (Gen. 3:4). The lie of venial sin is reproved by Scripture, which declares all sins are punished by death (Rom. 6:23).
The Promise of the Gospel Is Eternal Life
Please know that Catholicism withholds the Gospel's promise of eternal life from its people. Instead, it offers "conditional life" by teaching you must attain salvation by what you DO instead of what Christ has DONE. This makes your eternal destiny conditional because you will never know in this life if you have done enough to merit the glory of heaven. The Catholic Church deceives you by distorting the Gospel and denying the sufficiency and finished work of Jesus (John 19:30; Gal. 1:6-9). You have been misled into believing the work of redemption must continue on Catholic altars. Please reject this false and fatal gospel and put all your faith in what Christ has already DONE. When you do, God will give you the assurance of eternal life (1 John 5:13). There is no greater joy and peace than to know the moment you take your last breath you will be in the presence of your Lord and Savior forever!
Members of the True Church Will Never Perish
Your priests have indoctrinated you with a false security that you belong to the one true church founded by Christ. Yet, the Catholic Church looks nothing like the first-century church. It drifted into apostasy when it was no longer submitted to the supreme authority of Scripture. The apostles warned that apostates would depart from the faith of the apostles and follow doctrines of demons, including forbidding the clergy to marry (1 Tim. 4:1-3). Jesus said there would be many, not few, false Christians who called Him Lord but will not enter into heaven (Mat. 7:21-23).
The true Church is built upon the one foundation of the apostles and prophets with Christ Jesus Himself being the cornerstone (Eph. 2:20). It upholds the doctrines they preached and warns about traditions of men that invalidate the Word of God (Mark 7:13). This is the only Church in which no one member can perish or be cast away (John 6:37-40). This is the Church to which the Lord Jesus promised, "the gates of hell shall not prevail against it" (Matt. 16:18). The Lord Jesus purchased this church with His own blood and He is its only Head (Acts 20:28). It is the Church which man enters as he is born of the Spirit (1 Cor. 12:13). If anyone does not belong to the one true church at the end of their days, it will have been much better if they had never been born.
Religion Cannot Save Anyone
I recognize that you are proud of your religion and are committed to it, but religion cannot save you. If anyone had reason to boast in his religion, it was the apostle Paul. He was passionately religious, zealous for good deeds, and blameless and righteous according to the law. Yet, he counted it all loss for the sake of Christ. Paul realized his righteousness fell short of the perfect righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith. He exchanged his religion for an eternal relationship with Christ (Phil. 3:3-9). It is my heart's desire that you do the same. One day you will stand before the Lord Jesus Christ and He will either be a merciful Savior or a sin-avenging judge. If you have not believed His Gospel, you will pay the penalty of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power (2 Thes. 1:8-9). God's Gospel is a message to believe, an invitation to accept, and a command to obey. I plead with you to come to Jesus, with empty hands of faith, before it is too late.

Earlier this year I noted that the mainstream acceptance of transgenderism would be the precursor to the normalization of pedophilia. The evidence to support this was quite clear. And I’m sorry to say that I was right. The Minnesota legislature is in the process of changing the legal definition of “sexual orientation” which literally opens the door to mainstreaming pedophilia.

Here’s how it’s being done. The bill modifies the existing Minnesota law that designates sexual orientation as a protected category, making it unlawful to discriminate based on sexual orientation within the state.

The first thing it does is adds a definition for gender identity:

Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 363A.03, is amended by adding a subdivision to read:

Subd. 50. Gender identity. “Gender identity” means a person’s inherent sense of being a man, woman, both, or neither. A person’s gender identity may or may not correspond to their assigned sex at birth or to their primary or secondary sex characteristics. A person’s  gender identity is not necessarily visible to others.

But this is not even the most disturbing part of the legislation. The legislation amends Sec. 2. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 363A.03, subdivision 44, to read as follows:

Subd. 44. Sexual orientation. “Sexual orientation” means having or being perceived as having an emotional, physical, or sexual attachment to another person without regard to the sex of that person or having or being perceived as having an orientation for such attachment, or having or being perceived as having a self-image or identity not traditionally associated with one’s biological maleness or femaleness. “Sexual orientation” does not include a physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult.

That portion striking out the part that reads, “‘Sexual orientation’ does not include a physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult,” is not a mistake. The Democratic majority in the House of Representatives has made the decision to eliminate a clause that explicitly excluded pedophilia from being considered a valid sexual orientation.

This doesn’t mean that pedophilia will be legalized in Minnesota… yet… but by specifically removing the clause excluding pedophilia as a protected sexual orientation, pedophiles will become a protected class, subject to the same legal protections against discrimination currently enjoyed by gays, lesbians, transgenders, etc.

Do you think it’s an accident that this clause is being removed at the same time “gender identity” is being added? Of course, it isn’t. I told you that the transgender movement would be the catalyst for normalizing pedophilia, and here’s your proof. Minnesota Democrats clamoring to co-author this bill, and if this comes up for a vote, they’ll vote for this because none of them will want to go on record opposing adding gender identity as a protected class.

Make no mistake about it. This is only the first step.

Not very long ago, Sara Savoia would have been ridiculed, but the madness of the over-the-top purveyors of wokeness has become all too familiar.

Robes are worn by Catholic, Orthodox, and Anglican priests, Hindu priests, Buddhist monks, and others. Savoia’s reasoning extends to insinuating that they are all “drag queens.” It is reckless for the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board to pay a wage to Savoia to spread what education advocate Cristina Bairos Fernandes accurately described as “mind-bending” disrespect. She is unfit to be around children.

Would anyone be willing to bet that Savoia would never have tweeted a similar message about Muhammad? Or about a revered figure from any other faith but Christianity? And that the school would have instantly fired her had she done so?

A since-deleted tweet from an Ontario, Canada school board’s gender consultant garnered criticism on Good Friday when she posted a message stating that Jesus was a drag queen.

“Here’s a reminder that Jesus himself was a radical activist … and a drag queen. And also not white,” Sara Savoia, the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board’s Trans and Gender Diverse Student Support Coordinator, wrote in part, including a painted illustration of Jesus surrounded by several children.

The illustration itself showed Jesus wearing a white robe and contained the text: “Oh look, it’s a man in a dress telling stories to children.”

The tweet ended by wishing a Happy Easter to all who were celebrating.

Savoia, who uses she/they pronouns, according to her Twitter profile, manages the district’s affairs regarding gender identity, sexual orientation and other LGTBQ+ rights.

She deleted the tweet after a firestorm erupted and locked the account shortly after, prompting users to take their criticism elsewhere.

Chanel Pfahl, an Ottawa resident and education advocate, shared a screenshot to her own account where she captioned the image with, “Happy Easter everyone! And a reminder from OCDSB’s gender consultant:”

“You’ve gotta be kidding me,” one user weighed in.

Education advocate Cristina Bairos Fernandes wrote, “The disrespect is mind bending.”

“She’s trolling us right?” a third wrote. Others criticized the comment for insinuating all who wear traditional Middle Eastern attire are “drag queens,” ripping the remark as “out-of-touch.”….

The Muslim World League (MWL) was created in Saudi Arabia in 1962 by Saudi leadership and the International Muslim Brotherhood. The MWL’s Secretary General is appointed by the Saudi Crown Prince, and MWL is directly tied to the Saudi government. The MWL has many “humanitarian” and “relief” organizations as a part of its network, many of which have had their assets frozen by the U.S. government for directly supporting significant terrorist operations worldwide. At the international level, The MWL’s Secretary General Mohammad Al Issa works closely with the World Economic Forum, the World Health Organization, the United Nations High Commission for Refugees, the World Council of Churches, the World Food Programme, the International Federation of Red Cross, and Red Crescent Societies, and others.

This is the “key advisor” to All Arab News – which purports to be a “Christian” media outlet.

Another key advisor for All Arab News is His Excellency Dr. Ali Al Nuaimi, the first Secretary General of the Muslim Council of Elders.

Some of the most well-known Islamic scholars and supporters of the global jihad sit on the Muslim Council of Elders, including:

  1. Chairman, “His Eminence” Grand Imam Shaikh of al-Azhar, Dr. Ahmed al-Tayyib. Al Azhar is the oldest and most prestigious university of Sunni Islamic jurisprudence on the planet. Al Azhar teaches that “warfare against non-muslims” is obligatory for all Muslims until “Allah’s divine law”/sharia is imposed on every human on earth. Specifically, “Now if the deeds of the jihad – including fighting the infidels and breaking their spine through all possible means – are permissible according to Sharia, then it is impossible to define those acts as terrorism.”
  2. Dr. Abdullah Nassif (also Naseef). Nassif is one of the founders and senior leaders of the Rabita Trust and the International Islamic Council for Dawa and Relief (IICDR), both of which fund Al Qaeda, Hamas, and other terrorist organizations. The Rabita Trust is a part of the Muslim World League and has been identified by the U.S. and other governments as supporting terrorism.
  3. Dr. Abdallah bin Bayyah. Bayyah serves in senior leadership positions in the International Muslim Brotherhood’s International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS), Global Center for Renewal and Guidance (GCRG), and several other leading Muslim Brotherhood organizations overseeing operations in Europe.

The alignment of bad actors in positions of national leadership and influence in the U.S. evangelical community is preparing their next action steps coordinated with the communist Movement, including controlled opposition (read “republican leadership”), in accordance with the Muslim World League (MWL) and the General Secretary’s Global Interfaith Operations.

The MWL Secretary General – Mohammad al Issa – has penetrated conservative Christian leadership circles and solidified their support. Meanwhile, the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood leaders – specifically the U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations (USCMO) – continue to create “partnerships” in the Christian community – Catholic, protestant, and evangelical/non-denominational alike – in order to subvert and hinder their efforts, and advance already established information operations.

Three children and three adults were brutally murdered by a transgender shooter, Audrey Hale, at the Christian Covenant School in Nashville on March 27th. The attack was planned “over a period of months,” according to the Nashville police. 

On March 30th – three days after the massacre — President Joe Biden proclaimed March 31st as “Transgender Day of Visibility.” Instead of honoring the memory of the victims murdered in cold blood at the school, Biden decided that it was more important to honor the “joy, strength, and absolute courage” of “millions of transgender and nonbinary Americans.”   

The president’s press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, said on March 30th that “our hearts go out to…the trans community as they are under attack right now.” No, Ms. Jean-Pierre, our hearts go out to the six victims at the Christian school slain by a transgender killer just three days earlier, and to the victims’ survivors.

First Lady Jill Biden did go to Nashville to attend a vigil for the victims of the massacre. But President Biden, who is supposed to be the nation’s mourner-in-chief in times of tragedies like this, did not join her. In fact, the president did not spend a moment publicly lamenting the abominable, targeted attack on innocent children and adults at the Christian school by the fiendish killer just a week before the start of Holy Week. Instead, President Biden exploited the tragedy to push his gun control agenda. He also lashed out at those he accused of being “MAGA extremists [who] are advancing hundreds of hateful and extreme state laws that target transgender kids and their families,” laws which he claimed were “un-American.”

On the same day that two of the victims — 9-year-old Hallie Scruggs and 61-year-old substitute teacher Cindy Peak – had their funerals, the Biden administration added insult to injury by kicking off its “White House Roundtable Affirming Transgender Kids.” President Biden chose the day that one of the three Christian kids slaughtered by a mentally deranged transgender was buried to affirm transgender kids.

If President Biden is so concerned about extremists, he should condemn the Stalinist trans militants who threaten biological women with physical harm for speaking their minds about fair competition in women’s sports. The latest example was the assault on April 6th by trans militants against Riley Gaines, a former NCAA swimmer who had just delivered a speech at San Francisco State University (SFSU) on the theme of protecting women’s sports. She ended up, after the speech, barricaded in a safe room for three hours for her own protection until the police were able to escort her safely out of the building.

“The pendulum has swung too far,” said Ms. Gaines. “Women should not be put in danger because we feel uncomfortable sharing a changing space with someone of the opposite sex. We shouldn’t be put in danger because we want our sports to be safe and fair. We have the right to express this without being mobbed. I’m sure the Biden administration will release a statement expressing how this further endangers the LGBTQ community and continue to preach ‘inclusion’ no matter how females are hurt or excluded in the process.”

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had already encouraged aggressive behavior by transgender activists on the very same day as the attack against Ms. Gaines occurred. “LGBTQI+ kids,” she said, “fight back. They’re not going anywhere. And we have their back. This administration has their back.”

Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris, who has stayed away from the southern border areas most impacted by the Biden administration’s disastrous immigration policies, rushed down to Nashville on April 7th. She was not in Nashville to give comfort to the families, friends, and colleagues who are in mourning for the six victims mowed down by the transgender shooter. No, the vice president flew to Nashville to rally around three Democrat Tennessee legislators who had brought the legislative proceedings on the floor of the Tennessee House of Representatives to a halt. The agitators who threw a temper tantrum on the House floor were protesting that they did not get their way in passing their proposed gun control measures.

Two of the rabble-rousers, Reps. Justin Jones and Justin Pearson used a bullhorn on the floor of the chamber to incite disorder from their supporters in the gallery. They were expelled by a two-thirds vote of the Tennessee House of Representatives. The third, Rep. Gloria Johnson, escaped the same punishment by one vote.

The two black Democrats who were expelled are portraying themselves, with the help of the left-leaning mainstream media, as the victims of racism. The third legislator who was not expelled, Rep. Johnson, claimed falsely in interviews that she was spared only because she was white.

However, Rep. Johnson has a major credibility problem in playing the race card to explain why her two colleagues were expelled while she was not. Before the Tennessee legislative chamber voted on whether to oust Rep. Johnson, two attorneys spoke on her behalf. They distinguished Rep. Johnson’s behavior from that of Reps. Justin Jones and Justin Pearson in arguing why she should be spared expulsion.

As reported by The Tennessean, the attorneys, who were former House members, argued that “while Johnson stood in support of her two freshman colleagues, she did not lead the chants with a bullhorn.” That argument was enough to sway the one Republican vote that was necessary to prevent Rep. Johnson from being expelled by the required two-thirds vote.

Republican Rep. Lowell Russell explained that he voted against expelling Rep. Johnson because she “did not participate to the extent that Jones and Pearson did. Either Jones or Pearson smuggled a bullhorn into the chamber. The two used that bullhorn to shout and scream and incite the crowd to chant ‘no action, no peace.’ The video showed Johnson did not appear to do anything other than stand near the Well and move her lips.”

Whether one agrees with the outcome of the three expulsion votes or not, racism was not the cause. Moreover, Justin Jones has already returned to the House after he was appointed to take his seat again by the Nashville Metro Council on April 10th. He did not miss even one-floor session in the House. Justin Pearson’s reinstatement was approved by the Shelby County Board of Commissioners in Memphis on April 12th. There will be special elections later this year that both will most likely win if they run.

Rather than urge patience to allow the institutional process for reinstatement to take its course, Vice President Harris used her hastily arranged visit to Nashville to further inflame tensions in Nashville. She extolled the incitement of disruptive behavior that resulted in the obstruction of an official legislative proceeding.

Vice President Harris exclaimed, “It wasn’t about the three of these leaders. It was about who they were representing. It’s about whose voices they were channeling! Understand that!” Gesturing and raising her voice to emphasize her points, the vice president added, “A democracy says you don’t silence the people! You do not stifle the people! You don’t turn off their microphones when they’re speaking about the importance of life and liberty!” 

The vice president provided yet another example of the Left’s selective outrage with her self-righteous indignation, shared by many Democrats and left-leaning media outlets, at the expulsion of Reps. Jones and Pearson. Democrats had no problem, however, supporting calls for the expulsion of Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives for entirely bogus reasons. The pretexts offered for expelling Republican House members included false claims that they assisted the January 6th Capitol rioters and that those who voted against certifying Joe Biden’s presidential election results deserved to be expelled for doing so.

It is all about democracy for me, not for thee. Or, as George Washington University Law School Professor Jonathan Turley put it, “It all comes down to ‘whose voices are being channeled’ as opposed to what the law or democracy may dictate.”

Kamala Harris and her Democrat comrades, including her boss Joe Biden, seem to forget that they have consistently tried to stifle protesters who disagree with the progressive Left’s agenda. For example, parents who dared to air their grievances loudly at public school board meetings over the critical race theory and transgender ideology indoctrination force-fed to their children in the classroom were labeled “domestic terrorists.”

The vice president’s husband, Doug Emhoff, tried to connect the hate that led to the Holocaust’s genocide and crimes against humanity with the protests at school board meetings. “Hate is interconnected,” Second Gentleman Emhoff said. “You see it in the discourse in the country right now. You see it in the divide that we have. Just going to school meetings, you see that hate that is out there.” 

Parents who, out of love for their children, spoke out to protect them from being brainwashed in school with dangerous ideologies are hatemongers in the eyes of the Second Gentleman and, no doubt, in the eyes of many members of the Biden administration. Rabble-rousing legislators who willfully obstructed the official legislative process of the chamber to which they swore their support for the U.S. and Tennessee Constitutions are considered champions of liberty in the eyes of the Biden administration. Transgenders were being honored by the Biden administration with a special day and workshop while the victims of a transgender shooter at a Christian school were still being buried.

On President Biden’s watch, the progressive Left has brought America to the point of what Victor Davis Hanson called “self-inflicted madness.”

While the FBI has been sending spies into Catholic churches, hunting for “domestic terrorism,” Old Joe Biden’s laughably named “Justice” Department has just offered what Fox News calls a “sweetheart plea deal” to a woman who claims to be a man and who smashed doors, destroyed a statue of the Virgin Mary, assaulted a church staffer, and sprayed graffiti at a Catholic church in Washington state. There isn’t even the pretense of fairness anymore. The double standard is glaring and obvious.

Fox reported on Wednesday that Merrick Garland’s Justice-for-Leftists department recommended that Maeve Nota, a balanced, well-adjusted woman who claims to be a man and sometimes goes by the name Adam Nota, get no jail time at all for her vandalism spree at St. Louise Catholic Church in Bellevue, Wash., last June, not long after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.

According to the police report, Nota threw quite a tantrum: “She was crying hysterically, yelling obscenities, & refused to identify herself. At one point, when in the seated position, Nota threw herself to the ground & began rolling down the small grass hill… According to the witness, Nota shouted, ‘F**k you! F**k the church! The church is grooming kids!’ Among the graffiti per police: ‘women haters’ ‘rot in your fake hell’ ‘abusers’ ‘kid f***ers’ ‘we hate women’ ‘kid groomers’ ‘we hate gay people.’” One thing you can say about Leftists: they always pour on the charm. Who could resist this lovely lady’s appeal to reason?

Nota did much more than just scream obscenities. According to Fox, she “smashed two glass doors with rocks,” and “police said he used a backpack full of spray paint cans to smash the police vehicle before turning himself in.” If Jason Rantz of Seattle’s KTTH is correct that Maeve Nota is a woman, Fox should be ashamed of itself for pandering to her mental illness by referring to her as a male. In any case, its report adds, “A church staff member was spray-painted across their face while attempting to chase Nota away.”

Mike Davis of the Article III Project, which is dedicated to defending judges who rule by the Constitution rather than the politics of the moment, noted the alleged Justice Department’s double standard: “It is very clear that the Biden Justice Department has politicized and weaponized the FACE Act to go after pro-life Christians praying outside of abortion clinics like Mark Houck while turning a blind eye to violent felons terrorizing and badly damaging Catholic churches like Maeve Nota.”

Mark Houck is the clearest example of how viciously anti-Christian Catholic Joe’s regime really is. Biden’s appallingly corrupt FBI arrested him in the most terrifying way possible. As PJM’s Paula Bolyard reported, the feds carried out “a SWAT raid on the family home at 7:05 a.m. According to [Houck’s wife] Ryan-Marie’s account, there were 25-30 agents in 15 cars. They surrounded the house with rifles in firing position, and ‘started pounding on the door and yelling for us to open it.’” Houck’s children were screaming in terror.

Davis added, “The Biden Justice Department tried to put Houck in prison for 11 years for defending his son while recommending no jail time for Nota after this deranged trans terrorist badly damaged a Catholic church, fought with the police, assaulted a church employee, and scared the hell out of a little old lady praying.”

And just to emphasize that the action against Houck wasn’t a one-off, the following week, the FBI carried out a similar raid at the home of a 73-year-old pro-life activist, Chester Gallagher. But Maeve Nota did $10,000 in damages to St. Louise Catholic Church, and there was no SWAT raid. Fox reported that “according to filings from early March, Biden’s Justice Department hit Nota with the destruction of religious property, a misdemeanor that can carry up to one year in prison and $100,000 in fines.” However, “a previously unreported plea agreement between the Justice Department, Nota, and his attorney shows that they will recommend no jail time and three years of probation at the time of his sentencing on June 2.”

That’s it. Three years of probation. If Maeve Nota had decided to have her violent fit at an abortion center, she might never breathe free air again. But she had the good judgment to have it at a Catholic church instead. Thus her rage coincides with the regime’s agenda, and she can go on to strike another church on another day. That’s justice in Old Joe Biden’s America.

After Audrey Hale, a woman who thought she was a man, murdered six people at a Christian school in Nashville, Tenn., Leftists hastened to tell us how victimized and marginalized people who are deluded or confused about their gender really are. It would have been easy to get the impression that a Christian had just murdered six “transgender” people rather than the other way around. But no Leftist went as far as Micah Louwagie, the pastor of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Fargo, N.D., who preached a sermon on Sunday likening Audrey Hale to no less a figure than Jesus Christ.

In understanding how anyone could make such a comparison, it’s important to note that Micah Louwagie is, like Audrey Hale, a woman who pretends to be a man, so it’s understandable that she would be sympathetic to Hale, but it also provided a fresh indication of the extent to which the Left’s gender madness today is a kind of ersatz religion, in which the people who are deluded into thinking that they are actually members of the opposite sex take the place of Christ as the sacrificial victim who suffers for the sins of others.

Louwagie began by reading an account of the crucifixion of Jesus from the Bible. This was odd, as one would expect that she would have rejected the Bible as homophobic, sexist, patriarchal, Zionist, and a host of other sins against the contemporary Left, but apparently, Pastor Louwagie has a nuanced theology. She then immediately mentioned the Nashville shooting, saying: “Instead of focusing on ways this could’ve been prevented, such as gun control, a significant number of people have turned their attention to the shooter’s identity.” Yes indeed, because the shooter’s identity appears to have been an integral aspect of her motivation, but as far as Micah Louwagie was concerned, that was itself the problem.

“Some folks,” she continued, “have tried to focus on eradicating trans people as a solution, because they have been waiting, just waiting for an opportunity such as this. They’ve been waiting for a reason, any reason to stoke their hatred.” Louwagie was not alone in seizing upon a mass murder by a “trans person” as a pretext for claiming that there was some effort afoot to “eradicate” such people, but her comparison to Jesus was new. Fox News reported Tuesday that Louwagie likened “allies” who “betray” men who think they’re women and women who think they’re men to “Jesus’s disciples who fled when he was arrested.”

Louwagie declared that “marginalized folks, those of us with the least amount of privilege and power, they need those who have more privilege and power than they do to physically place their bodies between them and the people, powers, and institutions that are literally killing them.” This is, of course, ridiculous. The real “marginalized folks” in today’s society are patriotic Americans who don’t believe it’s possible to change one’s gender. The people with the privilege and power are Louwagie’s “trans” friends, such as Dylan Mulvaney, the guy pretending to be a woman who is suddenly getting inundated with endorsement contracts. And Audrey Hale didn’t shield anyone from getting killed by placing her body anywhere; on the contrary, she opened fire on innocent children.

Warming to her theme despite its offensiveness and idiocy, Louwagie went on to “compare the Pharisees’ treatment of Jesus to politicians who make laws against drag shows and transgender players in sports.” She explained, “Those leaders were looking for any excuse, valid or not, to crucify Jesus and they found that reason… It’s baffling to me that someone’s existence can be so threatening, that people decide they need to be controlled, that they need laws made against them, or even worse, that the people that they find so threatening should die.” Remember, the people who died in the case to which she was referring were not “transgender”; they were the victims of a “transgender” person.

“Jesus did not die,” Louwagie declared, “so violence could be perpetuated in God’s name. Jesus did not die for access to guns.” She said nothing about how easier access to guns might have prevented Hale’s massacre altogether, as someone might have been on hand who was armed and could have stopped her as soon as she opened fire.

Oddly enough, no one at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Fargo stood up and decried Louwagie’s sermon as a monstrous example of victim-blaming. But it’s supposed to be a Christian church. Will Micah Louwagie, with her hollowed-out Christianity, be fired now? Unlikely. After all, the place must be pretty woke to begin with: they hired her in the first place. The worst aspect of all this is that they likely didn’t see anything wrong with her sermon at all.

Vatican repudiates papal bulls calling for resistance to jihad violence

VATICAN CITY (ChurchMilitant.com) – The Vatican has abrogated three papal bulls claiming that the documents are offensive to indigenous peoples and “have never been considered expressions of the Catholic faith.”

The bulls Dum Diversas (1452), Romanus Pontifex (1455) and Inter Caetera (1493) contain the basis for the “doctrine of discovery,” which “is not part of the teaching of the Catholic Church,” the Vatican has announced.

Cultural Imperialism

“The Church acknowledges that these papal bulls did not adequately reflect the equal dignity and rights of indigenous peoples,” the dicasteries for Culture and Education and for Promoting Integral Human Development said in a joint statement published Thursday.

The Vatican dicasteries quoted Pope Francis’ words endorsing the repeal of the bulls: “Never again can the Christian community allow itself to be infected by the idea that one culture is superior to others, or that it is legitimate to employ ways of coercing others.”

Since the Magisterium “upholds the respect due to every human being,” the “Catholic Church therefore repudiates those concepts that fail to recognize the inherent human rights of indigenous peoples, including what has become known as the legal and political ‘doctrine of discovery,'” the Vatican statement categorically declared.

The bulls’ contents “were manipulated for political purposes by competing colonial powers in order to justify immoral acts against indigenous peoples that were carried out, at times, without opposition from ecclesiastical authorities,” the statement added.

Modern-day Islamophiles have sought to present these as wars of conquest and colonization.

But top Islamic scholars told Church Militant that the Vatican had annulled the bulls not so much because of their purported relationship to colonialism and slavery but because the documents were offensive to Islam and an obstacle to ongoing dialogue.

Appeasing Islam

“The revocation of these bulls is likely the result of Francis’ ongoing ‘dialogue’ with the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmed al-Tayeb,” Robert Spencer, Islamic scholar and author of The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam (And the Crusades), told Church Militant.

“That ‘dialogue’ only resumed, after al-Tayeb broke it off during the papacy of Pope Benedict XVI, when Francis agreed not to criticize Islam or speak out against Muslim persecution of Christians. Al-Tayeb, meanwhile, made no similar concessions. The ‘dialogue’ is entirely one-sided,” Spencer noted.

“The public repudiation of these long-forgotten documents is intended to buttress the pope’s efforts to engage Islamic groups in this dialogue, which results only in the issuance of soothing falsehoods and will not prevent a single Christian from Muslim persecution,” Spencer added….

In fact, all three bulls are mentioned together in volume seven of the scholarly series Christian–Muslim Relations: A Bibliographical History — Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa and South America (1500-1600), published in 2015 by the academic publisher Brill.

Enemies of the Cross

“The Dum Diversas of 1452 authorized the king of Portugal to attack, conquer and subdue not only Muslims but also pagans and other unbelievers and to seize their goods and territories, transferring them to his own possession,” the book notes.

In its Latin text, Romanus Pontifex encourages “Catholic kings and princes” to “not only repress the ferocity of the Saracens [Muslims] and the other infidel enemies of the Christians but also conquer their kingdoms and places, even if they exist in very distant and unknown parts from us, for the defense and increase of the Faith.”

The bull Inter Caetera is a historic remnant with no juridical, moral or doctrinal value.

The bull condemns “the perfidious enemies of the Cross, especially the Saracens and all the other infidels” and orders the excommunication of those who send the Muslims “weapons and other things prohibited by the law.”

It authorized King Alfonso of Portugal to “invade, conquer, defeat and subjugate all Saracens and pagans and other enemies of Christ” and to “enslave their persons perpetually” and seize their possessions for profit.

Pope Nicholas V ends the bull with a warning that no one may “infringe or rashly contradict his decree. … But if anyone does attempt this, let him know that he will incur the indignation of almighty God and His blessed Apostles Peter and Paul.”

In Dum Diversas, Nicholas V commends Alfonso for intending “to subjugate the enemies of Christ, i.e. the Saracens, and bring them back to the faith of Christ with a mighty hand,” noting that “the authority of the Apostolic See supports you in this.”

Dum Diversas ends with a similar proscription:

It is therefore permissible for no man to diminish this page of our concession, reparation, will, indult and decree, or oppose it with rash initiative. If anyone dares to attack her, let him know that he is about to incur the wrath of Almighty God and the blessed Apostles Peter and Paul.

Inter Caetera both “confirmed the terms” of Romanus Pontifex and “specified that the spiritual jurisdiction of the regions conquered was to lie with the Order of Christ, the successors to the Knights Templar in Portugal,” the Brill book explains.

The Holy See confirms that Inter Caetera has already been abrogated.

“These bulls, with their statements about how important it is to resist the efforts of Islam to conquer and subjugate Christians, embarrass Pope Francis and today’s Vatican,” Spencer said, lamenting how the pope “is wholeheartedly committed to the fond and false notion that ‘dialogue’ with Islam will blunt, and possibly even extinguish, the jihad imperative.”

“The recent histories of Nigeria, Iraq and elsewhere show how false and damaging that idea really is,” Spencer warned.

In July 2022, two protestors with a large banner confronted the pontiff during Mass at the Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré Basilica outside Quebec City and asked him to rescind the “doctrine of discovery.”

However, in a statement to the United Nations Ninth Session of the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues in April 2010, the Vatican argued it had abrogated the doctrine as early as 1494.

“The bull Inter Caetera is a historic remnant with no juridical, moral or doctrinal value,” the statement said. “The Holy See confirms that Inter Caetera has already been abrogated and considers it without any legal or doctrinal value.”

Isn’t this wonderful? Now: when is the Easter celebration at the local mosque? What’s that? Never? These expressions of generosity and outreach always and in every case only go in one direction, and are never reciprocated. Now, why is that?

The Easter octave, that is to say the eight days following Easter, is not new. It was the Emperor Constantine, in the 4th century, who introduced it into the Catholic liturgy: it is a question, in the daily mass, of “reviving the event of Easter Sunday.” By songs and texts taken from Easter, we mean to “remember that the Resurrection extends beyond the Easter feast,” we can read on the site of the Catholic Church in France. During this period, “the newly baptized on Easter night wear their white garments.”

This year, the Thursday of the Octave of Easter will be a little special in the Saint-Pierre-Saint-Paul church in Lille, the priest welcoming there for the second consecutive year… “the iftar under the stars.” This breaking of the Ramadan fast (according to the definition given by the Larousse of iftar) is part of the “nomadic scene for the time of a moon” imagined by the association (duly supported and subsidized by public funds) Attacafa (culture, in Arabic) which, since 1984, has made a point of “creolizing the cultural places of the region and the metropolis [of Lille] to fight against all forms of ethnocentrism.” Hats off to the artist. Celebrate the breaking of the Ramadan fast in a church, you had to dare. The soothing presentation, as coated in sugar as the pastries associated with the event in the collective imagination, obviously aims to extinguish the prejudices of the most refractory: “This festival offers you, through a desacralized program, to take share in this time of sharing, celebration and tolerance, because this is also the meaning of this particular month.”

For the modest sum of 10 € (full price), and with a reservation, you can start the evening of April 13 by listening to the concert of Turkish singers and musicians Gülay Hacer Toruk and Fawaz Baker. Then, from 8:41 p.m., according to the Allevents and Lille Actu site, “the members of the association “Turkish women from the North” will prepare the meal!

On the side of the diocese, there is a tendency to minimize the event and to keep its distance: according to the communication manager contacted by Boulevard Voltaire, this welcome should only be seen as an “initiative of the parish and not of the diocese” to “live in friendship with our Muslim brothers. And no meal, in any case on the spot. The priest has lent his church ‘only’ for the concert, as he does for secular concerts insofar as respect for this consecrated place, not for the banquet. A priori the banquet will take place outside the church,” says one to Boulevard Voltaire. The sites announcing the iftar, however, suggest the opposite, giving no other meeting place after the concert.

Perhaps the parish priest of Saint-Pierre-Saint-Paul and the Attacafa association found their inspiration not far from there, on the other side of the border, in Molenbeek? In June 2016, according to the Saphir News website, a giant fast-breaking meal (iftar) was organized at the Saint-Jean-Baptiste church. 600 people responded “to share a meal prepared mainly by volunteers from mosques and Muslim associations in the town”: “A fraternal gesture, which [was] nothing more than a sign of the good relations […] established over time between Christians and Muslims.” Relations somewhat cooled, we will agree, over the attacks of March 22 in Brussels and the many edifying reports on this city that followed.

Perhaps, who knows, the Lille initiative also aims to restore the image of Wazemmes – a popular district of Lille where the Saint-Pierre-Saint-Paul church is located. The reputation of this district was somewhat tarnished in 2016 by a vitriolic open letter from a CNRS researcher, Philippe Froguel – a former leftist sympathizer yet – to Martine Aubry: according to this diabetes specialist, the middle classes and students had fled the neighborhood because the living conditions there had become very difficult, in particular due to “community regression.” He had given as an illustration “the ordeal” experienced by the women in his laboratory, objects of “contemptuous demonstrations by Islamists of all stripes.”

Will this (repeated) gesture of friendship disarm “Islamists of all stripes,” whose presence, seven years later, cannot be doubted, whether residual (if one is optimistic) or exponential (if we are not)…or to be taken by them as a huge symbolic victory?

On the same day that his principal opponent was indicted on the most dubious of charges, our Supreme Leader Joseph R. Biden Jr. proclaimed Friday to be the Transgender Day of Visibility, complete with a presidential proclamation. With six people dead in Nashville at the hands of a “transgender American” just four days before, this proclamation appeared at first glance to be spectacularly tone-deaf. It was planned before the shooting, as Old Joe first proclaimed March 31 to be the Transgender Day of Visibility in 2021, but nonetheless, Biden’s handlers had plenty of time to call it off after the massacre, or at the very least to temper it with a warning about the violence. Instead, whichever socialist wonk wrote the proclamation for Old Joe went full-throttle.

In light of the Nashville shooting, the proclamation’s message couldn’t have been clearer if Biden’s handlers had tacked “Or Else” in giant letters onto the end of it. The proclamation claims that “a wave of discriminatory State laws is targeting transgender youth, terrifying families and hurting kids who are not hurting anyone.” This is clever framing: state attempts to stop the mutilation of vulnerable and confused children are “terrifying families and hurting kids.” The devastation wrought by the mutilations themselves, as well as the lifelong dependence upon pharmaceuticals and the endless war with one’s true self, is passed over in silence.

Not only that but – what else? – racism is playing a part in all this victimization as well: “An epidemic of violence against transgender women and girls, in particular women and girls of color, has taken lives far too soon. Last year’s Club Q shooting in Colorado was another painful example of this kind of violence — a stain on the conscience of our Nation.” Men who think they’re women and women who think they’re men are victims, you see, and for the Left, that means they deserve special privileges and accommodations.

Conspicuously, however, the proclamation says nothing whatsoever about the Nashville shooting. The proclamation expatriates how people who suffer from these gender delusions are paragons of heroism and integrity, sterling individuals who have unjustly suffered so much. If one of them lashes out in violence against all the persecution they have endured, it’s regrettable, sure, but entirely understandable. The proclamation hails “the joy, strength, and absolute courage of some of the bravest people I know — people who have too often had to put their jobs, relationships, and lives on the line just to be their true selves.” Accordingly, “today, we show millions of transgender and nonbinary Americans that we see them, they belong, and they should be treated with dignity and respect.” Once again: or else.

Warming to his or her or xis topic, Biden’s ghostwriter dived headlong into overwrought rhetoric, portraying these confused and deluded people as nothing less than the heroes of our age: “Transgender Americans shape our Nation’s soul — proudly serving in the military, curing deadly diseases, holding elected office, running thriving businesses, fighting for justice, raising families, and much more.” Wow! No doubt they can also leap tall buildings in a single bound.

When you compare this to the reality—squat Rachel Levine serving risibly as assistant secretary of health, “gender-fluid” Sam Brinton parading around in the women’s clothes he found in the luggage he stole, and poor Audrey Hale opening fire at a Christian school—this rhetoric is jaw-droppingly out of focus and divorced from reality.

But it serves its purpose. Portraying transgender people as selfless, energetic, productive, wholesome, and heroic is designed to disarm opposition to the entire transgender project. This has been a full-court press since the Nashville shooting Monday, with media outlets and Leftist pundits everywhere acting as if a crazed Christian killed six transgender people, rather than the other way around. The Leftist establishment is attempting to instrumentalize the Nashville attack and blame its victims in order to shame any further opposition to trans madness into silence.

“America,” Old Joe’s ghostwriter proclaimed, “is founded on the idea that all people are created equal and deserve to be treated equally throughout their lives. We have never fully lived up to that, but we have never walked away from it either. Today, as we celebrate transgender people, we also celebrate every American’s fundamental right to be themselves, bringing us closer to realizing America’s full promise.” Sure. A promise to protect those who are bamboozled into a life of rage and madness by the false claim that mutilating themselves will bring them liberation. That lie, and others like it, is indeed at the core of our nation’s soul today. That’s why we’re in this fix.

Pope Francis denies that Hell is ‘a place,’ says it is ‘a posture towards life’

VATICAN CITY (LifeSiteNews) — In an interview to mark his 10-year anniversary, Pope Francis appeared to deny the existence of Hell, saying that it “is not a place” but is instead simply “a state of the heart” and “a posture towards life.”

The pontiff’s comments formed part of a lengthy conversation conducted by Argentinian news site Perfil, one of a number of recent interviews the Pope granted journalists to mark his decade upon the papal throne. Touching on a number of topics he discussed with other reporters, Francis also spoke about his philosophical and theological thought, along with aspects relating to global politics.

As part of the in-depth discussion, Francis was asked, “What is your own interpretation of Hell and paradise, and what happens to people who go to Hell, and what happens to those who go to paradise?”

Giving a trademark lengthy, convoluted, and somewhat evasive answer, Francis appeared to deny the existence of Hell as an actual place. “Hell is not a place,” he said. “If one goes to attend the Last Judgment, and sees the faces of those who go to Hell, one gets scared. If you read Dante, you get scared. But these are media representations.”

Expanding on his answer, Francis described Hell simply as “a state” — a description that appeared to refer to a state of mind. “Hell is a state, there are people who live in Hell continuously.”

He clarified that he was not referring to suffering generally, but to “those who make a world of bad or sick self-referentiality, and end up living in Hell.”

Hell is a state, it is a state of the heart, of the soul, of a posture towards life, towards values, towards the family, towards everything. There are people who live in Hell because they seek it, there are others who do not, who are suffering. And who goes to Hell, to that Hell, to that state? They are already living from here.

Not content with appearing to deny the existence of Hell, however, Francis implied that there was no one actually in Hell — an about-turn in his argument that saw him appear to thus accept that Hell could be real.

“If you ask me how many people are in Hell, I answer you with a famous sculpture of the cathedral of Vézelay,” he said. Providing a description of the sculpture, Francis noted that the sculpture “has Judas hanging and the devil pulling him down, and on the other side they have the Good Shepherd, Jesus who grabs Judas and puts him on his shoulders with an ironic smile.”

“What does that mean?” he queried. “That salvation is stronger than damnation. This pilaster is a catechesis that should make us think.”

“God’s mercy is always at our side, and what God wants is always to be with his people, with his children, and not for them to leave him,” he ended.

His remarks echo those made in a controversial interview with atheist journalist Eugenio Scalfari, in which Scalfari claimed that Francis denied the existence of Hell and argued instead that “lost souls” were annihilated upon the death of the earthly body.

The Vatican subsequently issued a process of damage control following Scalfari’s publication of the interview. At the time, Fr. Thomas Rosica, English-language assistant to the Holy See Press Office, told LifeSiteNews: “All official, final texts of the Holy Father are found on the Vatican website,” and since they were never published by the Holy See Press Office they “should not be considered official texts.”

They were, said Fr. Rosica, “private discussions that took place and were never recorded by the journalist.”

The apostle Paul spent his entire ministry proclaiming, defending, and contending for the purity and exclusivity of God's Gospel. When the Gospel first came under attack in the Galatian churches, Paul responded with righteous anger and indignation towards the false teachers because so much was at stake. He issued a severe warning and then repeated himself so there would be no misunderstanding. "As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed!" (Gal. 1:9). This is as harsh as God’s inspired Word ever gets…pronouncing a damning curse on anyone who distorts or alters His Gospel. 
Nothing Can Be Added to God's Gospel
Paul pronounced the damning curse on the Judaizers, who only professed to believe in the person and work of Christ, but were distorting His Gospel by adding something to it. These false teachers were requiring Gentiles to become Jewish proselytes and obey the Mosaic Law to be saved. They were nullifying God's saving grace by adding religious rules and rituals as requirements for salvation. They were insulting the Lord Jesus Christ by adding to His perfect, all-sufficient work of redemption. Paul soundly rebuked the Judaizers when he wrote: "we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ" (Gal. 2:16).
Is the Roman Catholic Clergy Accursed?
There are many perversions of God's Gospel today; however, the greatest of all distortions is the false and fatal gospel of the Roman Catholic Church. According to the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC), the following six requirements have been added to the Gospel and are necessary for Catholics to be saved: baptism (CCC, 1256), sacraments (CCC, 1129), good works (CCC, 1477), the sacrifice of the Mass (CCC, 2180), penance (CCC, 980), and keeping the law (CCC, 2068). According to God's inspired, infallible Word, every Roman Catholic pope, cardinal, bishop, priest, and nun is under a divine curse for teaching a distorted gospel. They are all included in Paul's divinely inspired anathema. "Even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed!" (Gal. 1:8). Catholics must be warned that their clergy is condemned by the one true God. No one should believe the uninspired words of men unless they conform to the inspired Word of God (Acts 17:11).
What Does it Mean to Be Accursed?
In Galatians 1:8-9, the word “accursed” is the Greek word anathema. It means to be turned over to God for destruction. God's Word is pronouncing a damning curse on anyone who distorts or alters His Gospel. If you add anything to the Gospel or take anything away from the Gospel, you are to be turned over to God for destruction. Those who teach any way of salvation, other than through the perfect, all-sufficient work of Jesus Christ alone, are accursed. The Lord Jesus describes what it means to be accursed in Matt. 25:41. He said: “Depart from Me, you accursed, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels.” To be cursed is to be put away from the presence of Christ, and thrown into the eternal fire prepared for the devil.
Christians Must Not Tolerate any False Gospels
Most of our Christian leaders are rightfully exposing Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons, and Muslims as false teachers, but we can only wonder why they are not denouncing the false teachers of Roman Catholicism. Have they considered Paul's question? “For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ” (Gal. 1:10). Paul's admonition is clear. If we tolerate any false gospel, we are not pleasing our Lord.
Christians Cannot Be Yoked with Unbelievers
Paul did not seek unity with the Judaizers, who believed in Jesus but were distorting His Gospel. He was outraged because they were confusing the Galatian believers. Paul was amazed and astonished that Christians were tolerating a false gospel and not resisting the Judaizers. We see the same thing happening today. Many Christians are tolerating false gospels. Instead of exposing the false and fatal gospel of Catholicism, they are seeking unity with Roman Catholics to fight the social, moral, and political wars. We must obey God's Word! "Do not be bound together with unbelievers" (2 Cor. 6:14).

We Must Rescue Those Who Are Deceived
Satan’s most popular and destructive lie is that salvation can be merited by good works. Of all the different faiths in the world, there are really only two. One is by grace through divine accomplishment, the other is by works through human achievement. One is based on what Jesus Christ has DONE, the other is what man must DO. People will never know they are deceived until they are confronted by the truth. As truth-bearers, we must rescue those who are perishing by speaking the truth in love. We must call Catholics and others who are trapped in religious deception to repent of their false and fatal gospel and to believe God's Gospel (Mark 1:15).
