Dozens of violent pro-abortion activists who attacked crisis pregnancy centers faced no consequences, but pro-lifers charged by the Biden administration could face up to 11 years of jail time. As always, the Biden administration is targeting the wrong “problem.”Americans peacefully protesting abortion and waiting to counsel women willing to listen outside abortion clinics have been charged by the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ), LifeNews reported on August 9. For instance, last year, pro-life atheist Herb Geraghty was indicted for supposed violations of the FACE (Freedom to Access Clinic Entrances) Act. Since then, 11 other peaceful pro-life protesters have been charged with FACE Act violations for an alleged “blockade” of a Mount Juliet, Tenn., abortion clinic in 2021.
A federal indictment alleges that the pro-life defendants “engaged in a conspiracy to prevent the clinic from providing” and patients from receiving abortion services and violated the FACE Act by “using physical obstruction to intimidate and interfere with the clinic’s employees and a patient”…Attorneys for the defendants argued in a motion to dismiss that post Dobbs v. Jackson-the Supreme Court ruling that overturned Roe vs. Wade- there is no federally protected right to abortion. Judge Kollar-Kotelly denied the motion…
Handy and the other defendants have insisted that their intention was not to deny rights but to prevent federal crimes from taking place, most notably instances of infanticide and partial birth abortion which are prohibited under the Born Alive Infant Protection Act and the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act.
At least one of the individuals charged for peacefully protesting at the clinic could be looking at 11 years in jail, three years of supervised release, and up to $350,000 in fines. Another target of the Feds is Eva Edl, “who is a German survivor of a communist prisoner-of-war concentration camp during World War II” and a human rights advocate, LifeNews reported.
The defendants had reason to believe these crimes were taking place based on undercover footage of an abortionist filmed in 2012…Further evidence of Santangelo’s crimes against born alive infants surfaced in March of 2022 when Handy and her colleague Terrisa Bukovinac, founder of PAAU, recovered a box labeled “medical waste” outside Washington Surgi-Center containing the remains of 115 abortion victims including 5 post viability babies. Three of the five appeared to be victims of federal crimes.
The FACE Act hasn’t been much used against pro-lifers since its 1994 inception, but under Biden, at least 22 peaceful pro-lifers were indicted by the DOJ under FACE in 2022 alone.
Terrisa Bukovinac, the founder of the liberal pro-life group Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising (PAAU), claimed uneven application of the law.
“In addition to prohibiting blocking access to abortion centers, the FACE Act includes similar protections for churches and pro-life pregnancy centers. Since the enactment of the FACE Act in 1994, 126 pro-life activists have been charged under the law as opposed to fewer than 3 pro-abortion advocates,” she said, noting that Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) has called for repealing FACE because of this unequal application.
“This is despite the more than 70 instances of violence committed against churches and pregnancy centers—including firebombings since the overturning of Roe vs. Wade,” Bukovinac added.
LifeNews reported that the government accused the pro-life advocates of “a conspiracy to prevent the clinic from providing” abortion services and a FACE violation of “using physical obstruction to intimidate and interfere with the clinic’s employees and a patient.” The event was mostly singing and praying from pro-lifers doing a peaceful sit-in. It “was so lawful and peaceful that local police let them go after minor misdemeanor charges,” LifeNews added.
But not the Biden administration. The weaponized DOJ continues its biased persecution of pro-life advocates.
Update 9:26 p.m.: Decision Desk HQ has called the race for the NO votes, 57.34% to 42.66. As a result of the loss, a constitutional amendment will be on the ballot in November that would, according to Ballotpedia:
establish a state constitutional right to “make and carry out one’s own reproductive decisions,” including decisions about abortion, contraception, fertility treatment, miscarriage care, and continuing pregnancy;
prohibit the state of Ohio from interfering with this constitutional right, except when the state demonstrates “that it is using the least restrictive means to advance the individual’s health in accordance with widely accepted and evidence-based standards of care;”
allow the state to restrict abortion after fetal viability, defined as “the point in a pregnancy when, in the professional judgment of the pregnant patient’s treating physician, the fetus has a significant likelihood of survival outside the uterus with reasonable measures;” and
prohibit the state of Ohio from banning abortion when, in the professional judgment of a physician, an abortion “is necessary to protect the pregnant patient’s life or health.”
If the amendment passes, abortion doctors with a financial interest in killing babies will be allowed to determine whether an unborn child is viable and whether the mother’s emotional “health” would make an abortion necessary. Look for emboldened leftists to put forth other radical amendments that would not only destroy the state constitution but the very fiber of our culture.

Ohio voters are heading to the polls today for a special election to determine how hard it should be to amend the state Constitution. As it currently stands, a citizen-initiated ballot effort needs 50% plus one to amend the Constitution. If Issue 1 passes, the threshold will be raised to 60% plus one, a supermajority. In addition, if Issue 1 passes, groups seeking to amend the Constitution will need to obtain signatures from all 88 counties in Ohio rather than the current number of 44.
The Ohio legislature put the issue on the ballot to raise the threshold for amending the state Constitution. As the law currently stands, it’s fairly easy for special-interest groups, often from out of state, to come in and pour tens of millions of dollars into a citizen-initiated constitutional amendment proposal without any involvement from one-half of Ohio counties. I’ve often been surprised on Election Day to open my ballot only to find a constitutional amendment I’d never heard of. That’s because I live in a small rural county that’s not usually the target of canvassers seeking signatures to put an issue on the ballot. The special-interest groups pick and choose which counties to target and leave the other 44 without a voice in the matter.
An astounding $32 million has been poured into the efforts for and against Issue 1 for an August special election when turnout is traditionally quite low. A huge percentage of that money has come from out-of-state special-interest groups, making this a national election of sorts:

Why, you may be asking, are all these out-of-state left-wing groups aligned against issue 1? It’s because they can’t get their policies through the conservative Ohio legislature. They hope to make end-runs around the process by enshrining issues like abortion rights (through all nine months of pregnancy), gun control, and radical environmentalism into the state Constitution with a simple 50%-plus-one majority. In fact, radical abortion-rights supporters already have a proposed amendment on the ballot in November. If Issue 1 passes, they’d need to get a supermajority in November rather than a simple majority.
The constitutional amendment process has been abused for decades to help everyone from payday lenders to casinos, among other big-money interests, who have essentially written their business plans into the Ohio Constitution. In fact, the casinos used the constitutional amendment process to give themselves a gambling monopoly in the state, even including real estate plats in the Constitution to show where their casinos would go.
The state Constitution has been amended almost 200 times and contains nearly 70,000 words. It “looks like a paperback novel, something you’d pick up in the grocery store with Fabio on the cover,” LaRose quipped. Compare that to the U.S. Constituiton. “There have been 11,000 attempts throughout our history, but it’s only been amended 27 times because the founders said you need 75% of states to ratify constitutional amendments,” he added. “It’s about 7,000 words. It has led our nation through some very challenging times. And it fits in your pocket.”
As of Wednesday, more than 533,000 people had voted by mail or in-person since early voting began July 11, according to data collected by The Associated Press. That’s nearly double the final early voting figures for Ohio’s two previous midterm primary elections, which included races for governor and Congress. In the May 2022 primary, for example, 288,700 people voted early, according to AP data.
It’s also more than three times the roughly 142,000 early ballots cast by mail or in-person during last year’s August elections, although drawing a comparison is tricky. August special elections traditionally have been held in even-numbered years and are intended for local races and issues. The last statewide question on an August ballot in Ohio was in 1926.
There have been rallies, debates, and emotional ad campaigns both for and against Issue 1. Early voting indicates that those opposing it had an early advantage, according to the AP: “As of Tuesday, voters identified by L2 as Democrats had cast more than 52% of ballots, compared with 40% by voters identified as Republicans. Independents cast the remaining ballots, according to the firm, which models party affiliation using the partisan primary a voter most recently participated in.”

Through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), America First Legal (AFL) has obtained files that show that DHS’s Office of Terrorism and Violence Prevention, instead of devoting its time and attention to tracking and impeding the activities of actual terrorists, is focusing on getting you to inform for them about pro-life “suburban moms” and your “old friend from high school” who doubts the Leftist establishment line.

Michael Benz, the executive director of the Foundation for Freedom Online, reported Tuesday that DHS is developing “an online ‘Choose Your Own Adventure’-style video series to ‘deradicalize’ friends and family.” But the “radicalization suspects” aren’t even close to being actual terrorists: “They are typical everyday Americans with typical everyday American opinions.” Those opinions, however, differ from those of the Leftist elites, and now those Leftists elites have made it clear: disagreeing with them makes you a terrorist.
The videos contain a series of profiles of these allegedly “radicalized” Americans. One of them is “Ann,” a “suburban Mom” who “has become increasingly more concerned about the welfare of other children” and has become a “middle-aged pro-life advocate.” It’s not clear whether or not DHS realized what it was admitting when it said that a pro-life advocate was concerned about children, as its focus is all on helping you stop Ann’s terrorist activities.
Is Ann blowing things up or flying planes into buildings? No, “audiences watch Ann’s activities from the perspective of her preacher, her longtime friend, and her hairdresser. In one scenario, Ann utters the phrase ‘baby killer’ at a public ribbon-cutting event at a local bakery. DHS gives you, the bystander, three choices: calling Ann’s husband, contacting Ann’s preacher, or stopping by Ann’s house. In another scenario, as Ann’s hairdresser, viewers listen to Ann ‘bring up pro-life arguments and… ranting,’ after which Ann shows ‘videos of violent protests on her phone.’ Bystanders are given three choices: calling the sheriff on Ann, talking about Ann to coworkers, or researching the groups Ann talked about.”
What, DHS? There’s no option to join Ann in trying lawfully and peacefully to stop the wanton sacrifice of children to Moloch. But of course that is a rhetorical question. For Leftists, there is only one point of view: their own. The DHS video scenario epitomizes the Left’s hostility to dissenting views.
In another scenario, “Courtney” is an “old high school friend” of the person who is envisioned as watching the video. Courtney is also a “budding conspiracy theorist.” She “has become fixated on conspiracy theories regarding government connections to child abuse and trafficking:” Oh, well, we can’t have that! Courtney’s practice of “spreading conspiracy theories” and her rising “level of anger” is enough to get the DHS’s attention. Game players can opt to “monitor Courtney’s other posts and conversations, check in with her ex-husband, or message her to snoop on her private life.”
Then there’s “Pete,” who is “anti-government, anti-authority.” Heavens to Betsy, how could anybody be anti-government when we have this all-powerful, all-seeing Big Brother watching our every move for signs of “radicalization”? As you might expect, Pete is also an “abusive parent/stepdad,” and a snooper has “seen him post on some radical sites with violent tendencies.” Note that DHS does not say that Pete himself called for any violence. Just posting on a site that has “violent tendencies,” whatever that means, is enough. Players are given the choices of “contacting Pete’s wife, interrogating Pete about it at a softball game, or simply keeping ‘closer tabs’ on Pete’s online activity.” DHS wants you looking in the window at what ol’ Pete is up to, apparently.
Keeping “closer tabs” is what this is all about. This is police state stuff from the DHS. Setting Americans spying on their neighbors and reporting them to the state—that’s what they did in East Germany, and that’s what the DHS wants for us all. Time to shut that department down.

Antifa? Black Lives Matter? Come on, man! You’ll find it comforting to know that the FBI has been busy tracking the real terrorists that threaten the safety of every decent, law-abiding American today: people who traveled to Washington for Trump’s rally against election fraud on Jan. 6, 2021, and Americans who dare to oppose the relentless sacrifices to Moloch that are the cornerstone of the Democrat Party’s program. The FBI has become so thoroughly corrupt and politicized that its agents apparently have no problem serving as attack dogs for the Left’s sinister agenda.
Just The News reported Saturday that the feds have “politicized cases regarding Jan. 6 defendants and pro-lifers while retaliating against internal whistleblowers” as some of those same whistleblowers testified before the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government. And Fox News reported Thursday that according to another whistleblower, “the FBI created a threat tag following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade last year, but it later ‘shifted’ to focus on pro-life individuals,” as if they were the real threat.
George Hill, a retired supervisory intelligence analyst in the FBI’s Boston field office, testified that “the Washington Field Office pressured other field offices to investigate citizens for activities protected by the First Amendment.” The Washington feds wanted the Boston office “to open cases on, first, seven individuals who came up in a sweep of bank records served up by the Bank of America, and then a larger group of 140 Americans guilty of nothing more than riding buses to D.C. to attend former President Trump’s Stop the Steal rally on Jan. 6, 2021.” Nor was this pressure singular: “Washington, Hill believes, applied similar pressure on the Philadelphia Field Office.”
Hill testified that on a nationwide call with all 56 FBI field offices, Steve Jensen, who was at that time the chief of the FBI’s Domestic Terrorism Operations Center Section, asked the Philadelphia feds about their investigations of three individuals. “The Philadelphia office said the individuals had posted on social media about being pro-Second Amendment and anti-abortion, but that it didn’t mean they were ‘insurrectionists seeking to overturn our democracy,’ Hill recalled.” This cut no ice with Jensen, who shot back: “I don’t give a blank, they’re all bleeping terrorists, and we’re going to round them up.”
When the feds did round them up, they did so in the most brutal manner possible. Former FBI SWAT team member Steve Friend testified “that after raising concerns about using a SWAT team to arrest a subject of the Jan. 6 investigation, he was ordered off the job for a day. A friend explained that the Jan. 6 subject was cooperating with the FBI and willing to surrender voluntarily, so he was concerned that the bureau wasn’t using the least intrusive methods possible to arrest them.” Clearly, the feds were not interested in being non-intrusive. They wanted to send a message, and they did with the arrests of pro-life activist Mark Houck.
Meanwhile, another FBI whistleblower, Garret O’Boyle, was suspended after he testified to Congress about the feds’ politicization. He explained: “I thought the FBI was being weaponized against agents or anybody who wanted to step forward and talk about malfeasance inside the agency prior to this. But now, after what has happened to me, I don’t think I can ever be convinced that it’s anything different than that.”
O’Boyle “testified that following the Supreme Court’s decision to return abortion to the states in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the FBI prioritized possible threats against the justices from pro-lifers, focusing on ‘pro-life adherence.’” O’Boyle recounted: “Why are you focusing on pro-life people? It’s pro-choice people who are the ones protesting or otherwise threatening violence in front of Supreme Court Justices’ houses.” But the FBI even wanted pregnancy centers investigated. O’Boyle remarked: “Why would we go and talk to these people about threats when, if somebody is going to be getting threatened, it would be them?”
O’Boyle was even ordered to ask a pro-lifer “about the threats to the Supreme Court. I was like, why would this person know about those threats? He’s pro-life. Like, he’s not the one going and threatening the Supreme Court Justices.” Of course. And the FBI leadership knows that. But they have a quota of “right-wing extremists” to fulfill. O’Boyle notes that his superiors at the FBI told him to divide one domestic terrorism case into four separate cases. Then, he said, the feds could go to Congress and say “look at all the domestic terrorism we’ve investigated. Where, really, I was working on one case. But the FBI can then say, well, he actually had four, and so we need you to give us more money because look at how big of a threat all this domestic terrorism is.”
Can the FBI be redeemed? Or should this desperately corrupt agency simply be shut down?

Fentanyl is no laughing matter — unless you’re Joe Biden, apparently.
On Wednesday, Biden spoke at the House Democratic Caucus Issues Conference at the Hyatt Regency in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. During an off-script moment, trying to poke fun at Marjorie Taylor Greene, he revealed just how little he cares about the fentanyl epidemic he created with his border crisis.
“I’ve read she was very specific recently, saying that a mom — a poor mother who lost two kids to fentanyl — that, that I killed her sons. Well, the interesting thing is that fentanyl they took came during the last administration,” he said, then laughed.
Wow, how human, how empathetic, Joe. It must take a unique kind of sociopath to laugh about a mother losing two children to fentanyl.
“What a disgusting thing to do. Especially from a president who has seen such an increase in fentanyl smuggling on his watch,” RNC Rapid response director Tommy Pigott tweeted.
Rep. Jim Banks (R-Ind.) called Biden’s behavior “shameful and embarrassing.”
“What a horrible person,” said Fox News contributor Liz Peek.

The Minnesota state senate passed an abortion rights bill that guarantees a right to an abortion up to the time of birth.
The bill, known as the Protect Reproductive Options (PRO) Act, passed by a vote of 34-33 and now goes to Gov. Bill Walz’s desk. He has indicated he will sign it.
“Minnesotans don’t support elective third-trimester abortion. They just don’t. But that’s what this extreme bill entrenches in our state law: the right to abort any baby for any reason at any time up to birth,” said Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life (MCCL) Co-Executive Director Cathy Blaeser. “Under this bill, even babies who are old enough to live outside the womb and to feel excruciating pain have no protection from lethal violence. The extremism of H.F. 1 puts Minnesota in the same category as just a handful of countries around the world, including North Korea and China.”
H.F. 1, authored by Sen. Jennifer McEwen,would create a “fundamental right” to abortion and would allow abortions for any reason, even late in pregnancy. Since a fetus can feel pain as young as 20 weeks into gestation and no later than 28-30 weeks, some states have mandated anesthesia for babies to be aborted.
Many amendments that would have made H.F. 1 less extreme were voted down or thwarted. The defeated amendments included ones to protect unborn children in the third trimester (with exceptions), to protect against the barbaric procedure known as partial-birth abortion, to provide the option of anesthesia when unborn children can feel pain, and to protect women’s health by requiring that third-trimester abortions take place in a hospital.
Additional abortion-expanding bills have also been introduced at the Capitol. One bill, H.F. 91/S.F. 70, would repeal numerous abortion-related laws, including a law protecting newborns who survive abortion.
Backers of the bill claim it only legalizes what was already legal and will codify the “human right” to abortion into law.
“The PRO Act solidifies Minnesotans’ human rights into state law and is an insurance policy that our rights won’t be taken away by politicians or judges,” said Dr. Sarah Traxler, chief medical officer at Planned Parenthood North Central States.
“All I want, and doctors across Minnesota want, is to provide the best care we can to our patients. And by passing the PRO Act into state law, the Minnesota Legislature will allow us to do just that,” she added in a statement.
That is surely an obfuscation of the meaning and intent of the Minnesota bill.
Opponents disagree, arguing the bill establishes a right to abortion up until the moment of birth. Republicans had attempted to amend the bill with “guard rails” that would restrict abortions in the third-trimester, but the newly-elected Democratic majority blocked their amendments.
“Today we are not just codifying Roe v. Wade or Doe v. Gomez, as the author has indicated, we are enacting the most extreme bill in the country,” said Republican Senate Minority Leader Mark Johnson, of East Grand Forks during debate.
If the backers of this bill are so sure of the moral rightness of their cause, why try to hide what the bill will do? Why the misdirection by Planned Parenthood?
The short answer: they know that if what this bill really does ever becomes generally known, there will be an outrage not only among pro-life advocates but among ordinary people as well, who will object to the legislature passing this barbarous bill in their name.

Forgetting the Declaration of Independence’s words while campaigning in 2020, Joe Biden famously said that all “men and women [sic] created by — you know, you know, the thing.” Now Kamala Harris has quoted the Declaration, too, and perhaps knows the “thing” but doesn’t want to say the thing.
That is while giving a Sunday speech in Tallahassee, Florida, marking the 50th anniversary of the now-overturned, unconstitutional Roe v. Wade opinion, Harris cited the rights mentioned in the founding document but omitted the very first one: life.
Moreover, while she did say that we are “endowed” with certain rights, she neglected to mention the endower: God. And many find this just too convenient to have been a Biden dotard moment, as mentioned a right to life and the Creator of life wouldn’t exactly have buttressed the pro-prenatal infanticide appeal she was issuing.
Harris’s glaring omissions occurred at the beginning of her remarks. After she stated that “we collectively believe and know America is a promise — a promise of freedom and liberty — not for some, but for all,” she added:
“A promise we made in the Declaration of Independence [states] that we are each endowed with the right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
The Declaration’s actual text reads: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
The first right is a prerequisite, too. After all, there can’t be any liberty or pursuit of anything if there’s no life in the first place. Related to this, Harris preceded the above remarks with more than a touch of irony. Mentioning how she and others were “mourning” the “senseless gun violence” that took place in Monterey Park, California, on Saturday, she passionately said that “this violence must stop” — in a speech advocating violence in the womb. But Harris, who is often mocked for being inane and incoherent, was mainly, and roundly, criticized for her life omission.
Get a Life, Kamala
As to this, Representative Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.), no stranger to the world’s slings and arrows herself, wrote Monday in response to Harris:

Then, some “said the omission exposed her argument as weak,” reported Fox News.
“‘When you have to omit entirely one of the most integral parts of the Declaration of Independence in attempts to further your argument, said argument is immediately and objectively powerless,’ the Senate Working Group’s Leslie Ann Robertson said,” the site continued.
“‘This point is obvious but when the ‘right to life’ blows up your message so bad you have to pretend it doesn’t exist then maybe your message isn’t very good,’ GOP operative Matt Whitlock said,” Fox also informs.
What does exist, though, at least in the world according to Kamala, is a right to kill. In her Sunday speech, she used the term right(s) 16 times, and 10 of those instances related to prenatal infanticide. She spoke of how “50 years ago today,” activists “won a fight in the United States Supreme Court to recognize the fundamental constitutional right of a woman to make decisions about her own body — not the government.”
How this can be squared with the government compelling women to take a largely untested “vaccine,” Harris did not explain.
Harris continued in that vein, talking-point style, speaking of how Americans for nearly 50 years “relied on the rights that Roe protected,” how “last June, the United States Supreme Court took away that constitutional right — a fundamental right, a basic freedom,” and how Congress “must pass a bill that … protects reproductive rights.” She even channeled climate-con kid Greta Thunberg at one point, saying of those who’d defend the unborn, “How dare they? How dare they?!”

Of course, Harris doesn’t mean a word of this. Remember that this is the woman who, when asked by The Late Show host Stephen Colbert how she went from essentially calling Biden a racist and sex abuser to being BFF with him, replied while cackling, “It was a debate!… It was a debate!” In other words, “Don’t you know, idiot, that I’m just in this for the power? It’s all Kabuki theater.”
Perhaps as much as any other politician, Harris is the very embodiment of power lust. She doesn’t care about unborn babies or about mothers, either — or anyone’s “rights.” She wants power for power’s sake.
But for a reminder of what Harris is indifferent to, in worldly gain’s name, you can watch an interview (video below) with three women who are sincere — three ex-abortion center workers. The testimonial of one of them, Deborah Edge, was particularly heart-wrenching.
“I remember — I-I-I have a visual, all the time I always remember this; it’s very disturbing to me,” she said, describing what transpired during certain abortions. “He [the abortionist] would hold the fetus by the feet and kinda’ pull down and insert the claws; and when he would squeeze them, you can see that that baby’s toes spread open [reacting to the pain].” (This portion begins at 8:58.)
Of course, all this violence, claiming more than 600,000 lives a year, is done without guns — and also, Kamala Harris should note, without God and respect for life.

Well, this has been an interesting week, hasn’t it? Aside from the big news about the Big Guy’s boxes, the new GOP contingent in the House of Representatives shook off the post-speaker blues and got right to work. True, the legislation the House passed in terms of the IRS and the pro-life agenda is destined for doom in the Senate and would not have survived a presidential veto anyway. But you have to give the Republicans credit for fighting the good fight and for making the Democrats say all of the quiet parts out loud.
For example, this week, the House passed a measure that condemned attacks on pro-life facilities and churches. According to Just the News, the resolution “condemns recent attacks of vandalism, violence, and destruction against pro-life facilities, groups and churches” and “calls upon the Biden Administration to use all appropriate law enforcement authorities to uphold public safety and to protect the rights of pro-life facilities, groups, and churches.” The vote was 222-219 and was, as usual, split along party lines. But three Democrats—Vicente Gonzalez of south Texas, Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, and Marie Gluesenkamp Perez of Washington—supported it.
The article cited a report published by the Family Research Council entitled “Hostility Against Churches Is on the Rise in the United States – Analyzing Incidents from 2018-2022.” The report by Arielle Del Turco, states:
Between January 2018 and September 2022, at least 420 acts of hostility against U.S. churches occurred. The types of acts identified include vandalism, arson, gun-related incidents, bomb threats, and more. There also appeared to be an increase in frequency over the course of the reporting period.
The report notes that there were 342 incidents of vandalism, 58 incidents of arson or attempted arson, 12 incidents involving guns, 11 bomb threats, and 19 incidents that fell into the “other” category, which consisted of assaults, interruption of services, or threats. Twenty incidents involved a combination of offenses. The only states where violence was not reported were Delaware, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, and Vermont. The number of incidents spiked as a result of the Dobbs leak, consisting mostly of pro-abortion graffiti. When the Dobbs decision was handed down, the trend continued. Other incidents were attributed to the treatment of native children in former Catholic schools in Canada, and unrest surrounding the George Floyd incident and the Black Lives Matter movement. Some were incidents of vandalism without messages, and some contained Satanic messages.
As a former liberal and abortion advocate, I understand the passion behind “reproductive rights.” Been there, done that. I get it. But at the same time, shouldn’t Congress be able to agree that vigilante violence is wrong? That chaos is bad? What differences should be worked out without destruction? That we can argue without burning down buildings? Whatever one’s opinion on a given matter may be, civilized people do not do these things. We can all get together on that, right?
I guess not.
Senator Mike Lee once told me that people on Capitol Hill have absolutely no clue what is going on outside the Beltway. So it might be that when Democrats vote against condemning violence against churches and pro-life centers, they may not truly understand the message they are sending. They may not grasp the potential consequences of their actions.
But given the double standard they apply when it comes to things like this, and the idea that violence (of which they approve ) must always equal free speech, it would appear that our Democrat leaders are happy with giving a nod to anarchy, in much the same way CNN talked about “mostly peaceful riots.” After all, Democrats in Congress have delivered more than their fair share of incendiary rhetoric while accusing Mega MAGA Republicans of plotting a violent overthrow of the government. Damage to cities, businesses, and the injuries and deaths of ordinary Americans were nothing more than collateral damage in the fight for a “noble cause,” while J6 has been hailed as the worst thing to happen to our country since Pearl Harbor. So, I have little if any doubt that those who voted against Wednesday’s bill knew exactly what they were doing. They are perfectly content with violence if it agrees with their manifesto and is done by others.
It takes a special kind of narcissism and a level of dysfunctionality approaching sociopathy for the Democrats to vote against not only this bill but the Born Alive Act. And, all Congress jokes aside, I congratulate those legislators who are willing to brave those things and face the derision of the media, academia, and a segment of society that is not far behind their party in terms of derangement.
Of course, no legislation or even court cases will put an end to abortion. For that to happen, society must find the idea morally objectionable. That requires morals, which seem to be in short supply.

2023 is off to a resounding start, with the most pro-life president of the post-Roe v. Wade era blaming pro-lifers for the Republicans’ disappointing showing in the midterm elections. After being widely blamed for that poor showing, Donald Trump struck back on New Year’s Day, writing on Truth Social: “It wasn’t my fault that the Republicans didn’t live up to expectations in the MidTerms. I was 233-20! It was the ‘abortion issue,’ poorly handled by many Republicans, especially those that firmly insisted on No Exceptions, even in the case of Rape, Incest, or the Life of the Mother, that lost large numbers of Voters. Also, the people that pushed so hard, for decades, against abortion, got their wish from the U.S. Supreme Court, & just plain disappeared, not to be seen again. Plus, Mitch stupid $’s!”
The singular achievement of the Trump presidency was the appointment of three pro-life Supreme Court justices who finally rid the nation of Roe v. Wade, which even the Left’s Supreme Court heroine Ruth Bader Ginsburg acknowledged was poorly reasoned, on thin (at best) Constitutional foundations, and simply bad law. Donald Trump, despite the shortcomings of his superabundantly publicized personal life, won the enduring gratitude of pro-lifers by laying the foundation for the removal of that exercise of judicial tyranny. The Dobbs decision came courtesy of the justices he appointed, and restored to each individual state the right to determine its abortion laws, and to outlaw it if a majority saw fit to do so. As a result, the relentless sacrifices to Moloch have actually eased in some areas.
It would be reasonable to think that any candidate responsible for such an achievement would run on it and run on it hard, but Trump is busy running the other way. He claims that “the ‘abortion issue’” was “poorly handled by many Republicans, especially those that firmly insisted on No Exceptions, even in the case of Rape, Incest, or Life of the Mother, that lost large numbers of Voters,” and yet there simply were no such candidates in the 2022 midterms. Not a single Republican was out there running on the idea that abortion must be banned when the life of the mother is at risk. The question of whether a mother should kill her child if her own life is in danger, rather than sacrifice her life so that her child may live, is a separate question; the fact remains that this was simply not an issue for anyone in 2022. So what is Trump talking about?
Trump also apparently believes that pro-life positions cost Republicans at the polls. Yet even a cursory glance at the record shows that not to be the case. After the Dobbs decision, Trump’s bête noire, Ron DeSantis, vowed to expand pro-life protections. Yet DeSantis won nearly 60% of the vote as he was reelected governor of Florida in November 2022. Brian Kemp once tweeted: “I’m pro-life and unapologetic about it. During my time as Secretary of State, I sued the Obama Justice Department twice – and won – to keep illegals from voting. As governor, I’ll do what it takes to have the strongest pro-life, anti-abortion laws in the country.” Yet in 2022, he once again defeated the perennial rising star of the Democrat party and the establishment media, supermodel Stacey Abrams. And it’s the same all over the country: the strongest pro-life candidates, including Mike DeWine in Ohio and Greg Abbott in Texas, won their 2022 elections. So whom is Trump talking about?
There is likewise no actual evidence for Trump’s claim that pro-life voters “got their wish from the U.S. Supreme Court, & just plain disappeared, not to be seen again.” The media spent the summer and fall boasting that young women, eager to abort their children, would swing the election hard to the Left; although the Republicans underperformed, this was not due to any pro-abortion wave, but to the effects of gerrymandering and mail-in ballots. Republican candidates actually secured a decisive national popular vote advantage, but due to Democrat and RINO chicanery, this didn’t translate into seats.
Trump was certainly correct, however, that “Mitch’s stupid $” was a baneful influence on the elections, but this was an ancillary point that many others have made, and certainly didn’t outweigh the significance of the pro-life president abandoning and criticizing his own base. Trump has apparently decided to try to appeal to the Romney/Cheney establishment Republicans, a strategy that is almost certainly doomed to fail, as they hate him passionately and immovably, and his move to the Left will only alienate his core supporters.
This is a great shame. Trump was a remarkably effective president. In my book Rating America’s Presidents. I gave him the highest possible rating. But is Trump himself aware of what made his presidency so successful? At this point, the answer to that question is unclear at best.
Defrocked Priest Responds to Vatican, Isn't Backing Down: 'We're Not Going Anywhere'
A well-known Catholic priest who has for decades been a prominent figure in the pro-life movement has been defrocked by the Vatican. Frank Pavone, the 63-year-old founder of Priests For Life, a high-profile, pro-life organization, was purportedly removed from the priesthood Nov. 9 with no chance for an appeal. The Vatican made the shocking move after charges Pavone is guilty of "blasphemous communications on social media" and "persistent disobedience" in communications with his bishop, USA Today reported. The startling story of Pavone's laicization broke after Catholic News Agency reviewed a letter reportedly sent to U.S. bishops from Archbishop Christophe Pierre, Vatican ambassador to the United States, detailing the dismissal. Pavone joined CBN's Faithwire to discuss the matter and to proclaim he has no plans to stop his pro-life work. Here's what he had to say.

Frank Pavone, who leads the advocacy group Priests for Life and was once a spiritual advisor to Donald Trump when he was president, has been removed from the priesthood by the Vatican.
No specifics of why Pavone was defrocked have been given by the Vatican, but Pavone has frequently clashed with his superiors over some of the language he has used in his social media postings.
A letter from the papal nuncio to the United States, Archbishop Christophe Pierre, to Pavone informing him of the action — called “laicization” — was vague. “This action was taken after Father Pavone was found guilty in canonical proceedings of blasphemous communications on social media, and of persistent disobedience of the lawful instructions of his diocesan bishop,” it states.
Pierre may have been talking about a tweet from 2020 that included some very unpriestly characterizations. In it, Pavone referred to “supporters of this goddamn loser Biden and his morally corrupt, America-hating, God-hating Democrat party.”
The letter from the papal nuncio in the U.S. was addressed to the bishops, alerting them of the decision.
The statement said that Mr. Pavone was given “ample opportunity to defend himself” as well as “multiple opportunities to submit himself to the authority of his diocesan bishop.”
“It was determined that Father Pavone had no reasonable justification for his actions,” it says.
The statement said the future of Mr. Pavone’s role at Priests for Life would be entirely up to the group, which it described as “not a Catholic organization.”
“As you will know, Father Pavone was a very public and high-profile figure associated with the Right to Life Movement in the U.S.,” Archbishop Pierre states. “His dismissal from the clerical state may, therefore, be a matter of interest among the faithful.
Pavone promised to keep fighting.
And Pavone has legions of supporters, including consecrated bishops.
It’s difficult to unpack the politics of the Vatican because so much happens behind the curtains. But we can speculate that Pope Francis himself either approved the decision or stepped aside to allow it to happen. Priests don’t get defrocked every day, and a well-known priest like Frank Pavone must have transgressed beyond a few curses on Twitter to force the hand of the Holy Father and receive the ultimate priestly punishment.
It may very well have been that Pavone was too loud in his opposition to abortion. Francis is trying to keep the Catholic Church in America from tearing itself apart over abortion. In the U.S., as in some western countries, the church’s anti-abortion activism has led to a split between pro-life and pro-abortion camps that are being fought from the top down. From the Conference of Catholic Bishops to the smallest parish, there are divisions that have roiled the church.
Pavone won’t be silenced, which begs the question of why Pope Francis and Pavone’s enemies wanted to defrock him in the first place. All they’ve done is raise his profile and turn him into a martyr.
And that will surely help his cause going forward.

Yahoo! Finance not only thinks that killing off babies in the womb is a solution for diaper poverty in the U.S. but also says Americans’ nappy woes should be blamed on pregnancy centers.
With the headline “America is facing a diaper crisis, and the anti-abortion movement is making it worse,” the article’s author, Senior Editor Sandra Salathe, alleges that “Roughly one-third of U.S. families are unable to afford diapers necessary to keep their babies dry and clean.”
Salathe neglects to mention that diaper prices, among other baby items such as formula, have been severely impacted by climbing inflation and the ongoing supply chain crisis under President Joe Biden. Instead, she says that pregnancy centers are somehow responsible for the “physical,” “mental,” and “economic” stress that families endure trying to keep their babies diapered.
“The coronavirus pandemic has played a heavy role in this crisis, and as households seek help from nonprofit organizations, anti-abortion centers (AACs) may be misrepresenting the extent of their services,” Salathe writes.
Using information fed to her by the leftist, pro-abortion activist group Equity Forward, Salathe amplifies claims that Heartbeat International, a Christian network of pro-life resource organizations, and the more than 3,000 lifesaving pregnancy centers in the U.S. are using their donations and public funding to pay for the upkeep of their services instead of helping vulnerable members of their community.
Never mind that a majority of voters favor public funding for pregnancy centers and that it is abortion facilities like Planned Parenthood that are more focused on giving out sex books and harmful abortion drugs than diapering babies they think should be dismembered in the womb.
Neither the article’s author nor Equity Forward disputes the fact that Heartbeat International and other pro-life organizations distributed 1.2 million packs of diapers to babies in need in 2019. Instead, Salathe and Equity Forward Director Ashley Underwood take issue with the fact that the same pregnancy centers they want investigated and shut down for human rights violations (how ironic) aren’t always equipped to provide baby supplies to 100 percent of the families that walk through their doors.
Nationwide pregnancy centers serve close to 2 million people annually by offering hundreds of millions of dollars worth of free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, counseling, care from licensed medical professionals, STD testing, and, yes, material items for babies and mothers such as diapers. That number is likely to increase in pro-life states where more women will be carrying their babies to term thanks to abortion bans.
There are more than 2,500 pregnancy centers in the U.S. that offer items like diapers to people in need yet the corporate media, Hollywood, the nation’s largest abortion provider Planned Parenthood, and Democrats call these organizations’ efforts to aid mothers and babies “deceptive,” “emotionally manipulative,” “fake,” and “disinformation.“
There is no doubt that the coordinated effort to downplay the important work of pro-life advocates and doctors in favor of abortion extremism is furthered by the corporate media. Salathe’s article in Yahoo! Finance proves to be no exception.

FACTS ABOUT BIDEN’S FAILURES
Democrats fought to keep us barricaded at home even though they knew in May 2020 that 84% of COVID patients had been locked down.
We’ve had historically high murder rates for two years now because Democrats thought that letting prisoners out of jail, defunding the police, and no-bail laws would attract black voters. Instead, it got them killed in record numbers.
Pretending the southern border is closed, even as illegals admit how easy it is to get in, is costing us 100,000 American lives every year from fentanyl overdoses. The Chinese commies send fentanyl to their friends in the Mexican drug gangs, who then cook it up and sneak it over the border. Gee, I wonder if Biden is keeping the border open so that his puppet masters in Beijing can make mad stacks AND slaughter Americans? Remember, “good” drug dealers don’t kill their customers.
FACT-O-RAMA! Many of the fentanyl deaths are in people who don’t even know they taking the drug. It is mixed into other drugs like Percocet which people, especially teens, buy off the street.
With the midterm elections approaching, the Democrats have found themselves between a rock and Biden’s shower wall (did I mention Joe Biden allegedly showered with his young daughter Ashley who believes she was molested as a kid but can’t recall who did it?). So they are running on three issues from their almost pageless playbook,

Abortion on demand up until high school graduation day
FACT-O-RAMA! Repealing Roe vs. Wade did NOT make abortion illegal. It sent the issue to the states to decide for themselves. Now please tell your screeching liberal sister-in-law and her trans-pansexual boi?-friend to shut up.
With little to run on and much to hide, Biden decided to suck up to women as he spoke Friday.
“I don’t think the MAGA Republicans have a clue about the power of American women,” Biden kiss-assed. “Let me tell you something: They’re about to find out.”
But here is the punchline: poll after poll suggests that abortion isn’t the saving grace Biden is hoping for. A recent Harvard poll suggests a 60% majority of voters are either against abortion or don’t care enough about it to have it affect their vote. When asked to rank their most important issues, abortion came in 7th place.
If the Democrats are hoping abortion on demand will help them dodge a rhino bullet, let them.

What is going on in America? Every day it seems another story surfaces about an FBI raid on another conservative. This time, it was a Catholic pro-life activist in Pennsylvania. LifeSite News reports:
A well-known pro-life author, sidewalk counselor, and father of seven was the latest victim of a U.S. Department of Justice-sponsored SWAT raid and arrest — for supposed “FACE Act” violations — at his rural home as his children looked on “screaming.”
Mark Houck is the founder and president of The King’s Men, which promotes healing for victims of pornography addiction and promotes Christian virtues among men in the United States and Europe.
According to his wife Ryan-Marie, who spoke with LifeSiteNews, he also drives two hours south to Philadelphia every Wednesday to sidewalk council for six to eight hours at two different abortion centers.
Ryan-Marie, who is a homeschool mother, explained the SWAT team of 25 to 30 FBI agents swarmed their property with around 15 vehicles at 7:05 a.m. this morning. Having quickly surrounded the house with rifles in firing position, “they started pounding on the door and yelling for us to open it.”
The raid apparently stems from events in October 2021 at an abortion clinic. According to Ryan-Marie, on several occasions last year, Mark, 48, took the eldest of his seven children, then age 12, to an abortion clinic where he went to counsel mothers planning to abort their children. For “weeks and weeks,” a pro-abortion protester got in her son’s face, screaming “crude… inappropriate and disgusting things… such as, ‘Your dad’s a fag'” and other statements too vile for the Catholic mom to repeat.
She said that Mark repeatedly told the man that he didn’t have permission to speak to his son and asked him to stop. “He kept doing it and kind of came into [his son’s] personal space” as he continued to shout obscenities. “Mark shoved him away from his child, and the guy fell back. He didn’t have any injuries or anything, but he tried to sue Mark,” Ryan-Marie added, noting that the case was thrown out of court earlier this summer.
The charges stem from two separate incidents both on October 13, 2021, which occurred at the Planned Parenthood Elizabeth Blackwell Health Center on Locust Street in Philadelphia, where Houck allegedly assaulted the victim, a 72-year-old man, identified in the Indictment as “B.L.,” because B.L. was a volunteer escort at the reproductive health care clinic. In the first incident, B.L. was attempting to escort two patients exiting the clinic, when the defendant forcefully shoved B.L. to the ground. In the second incident, the defendant verbally confronted B.L. and forcefully shoved B.L. to the ground in front of the Planned Parenthood center, causing injuries to B.L. that required medical attention.
Biden-appointed U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Jacqueline C. Romero, apparently signed off on the raid on Houck’s home.
Mark was arrested and appeared in federal court, charged with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, “which makes it a federal crime to use force with the intent to injure, intimidate, and interfere with anyone because that person is a provider of reproductive health care.”
Once again, we see Joe Biden’s two-tiered justice system at work. Remember when news dropped that the Supreme Court was set to overturn Roe v. Wade and the violent left attacked more than 50 pro-life centers? Guess how many people have been arrested in connection with those attacks? Not a single one. PJ Media’s Robert Spencer reported:
Nonetheless, it’s clear that Biden’s Justice Department, which took the highly unusual step of openly dissenting from the decision overturning Roe and has been decidedly reluctant to protect conservative Supreme Court Justices from illegal protests at their homes, is hardly making the protection of pro-life centers a high priority. No one has been arrested from the pro-abortion group Jane’s Revenge, despite its open threats to pro-lifers. “We will hunt you down and make your lives a living hell,” the group has said. This is, it says, a “war” against pro-lifers.
And a Catholic dad with seven children warranted the full wrath of Joe Biden’s DOJ, with a SWAT raid on the family home at 7:05 a.m. According to Ryan-Marie’s account, there were 25-30 agents in 15 cars. They surrounded the house with rifles in firing position, and “started pounding on the door and yelling for us to open it.”
Mark replied, “Please, I’m going to open the door, but, please, my children are in the home. I have seven babies in the house.”
“But they just kept pounding and screaming,” the mother said. “They had big, huge rifles pointed at Mark and pointed at me and kind of pointed throughout the house,” and ordered the children upstairs. “The kids were all just screaming. It was all just very scary and traumatic.”
This should terrify every American. Mark Houck isn’t a drug lord or a mass murderer. He was involved in a minor scuffle at an abortion clinic, and now he’s facing a possible sentence of 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and fines of up to $350,000 if convicted.
In his dark speech at Independence Hall, Joe Biden declared war on Americans who oppose his party’s radical left-wing agenda. LifeSiteNews noted:
Since the Biden administration has taken power in January 2021, Garland’s Department of Justice and the FBI have committed dozens of SWAT team raids that have been characterized as a political “weaponization” of the federal agencies against pro-lifers, Trump supporters, conservative Christians, and medical freedom advocates.

In March, the FBI rounded up 10 pro-life activists, including Joan Andrews Bell, with SWAT team raids that serve to intimidate and humiliate the accused through an exercise of excessive force.
A surfaced video of one of these raids shows armed agents holding pro-lifers at gunpoint and ordering them to put their hands up, drop to their knees and scoot backward out their front door in the middle of the night. The pro-lifers are respectful and compliant throughout.
In other words, the raid on Mark Houck was not a one-off. Joe Biden’s weaponized DOJ could be coming for any one of us. If you are a conservative and express your views by protesting in any way, you need to have a talk with your family—today—about what to do in the event of an FBI raid and what your contingency plans are in the event you’re arrested. Biden has made it clear that dissent won’t be tolerated, and they’re rounding up people like Mark Houck to send a message: comply or you’ll pay. These are very scary times.

At 3:17 on Saturday morning, a fire broke out at Life Choices, a Christian pregnancy clinic in Longmont, Colorado that offers “’Christ-centered ministry providing education, support, healing, and limited medical services for sexual life choices.” Police regard the fire as an arson attack. The building was also daubed with graffiti reading “Bans off our bodies” and “If abortions aren’t safe neither are you,” along with the anarchist symbol. With all the incendiary language coming from Democrat leaders, the only surprise here is that more such clinics haven’t been torched thus far.
There certainly has been plenty of incitement. One of the rising stars of the Democrat Party, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-Swizzle Stick) demanded that pro-abortionists go “into the streets,” and party elder stateswoman Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Eye-Popping Fury) declared, “The hell with the Supreme Court. We will defy them!” The eminent and universally respected speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi (D-Ice Cream Freezer), sent out a fundraising email calling on her supporters to “RISE UP” and “make every last anti-choice Republican REGRET what they’ve done.”
Barack Obama’s call was more muted: “Join with the activists who’ve been sounding the alarm on abortion access for years – and act. Stand with them at a local protest.” At a time when Leftist protests so easily become violent, it was noteworthy that Obama didn’t say anything about protesting peacefully (unlike, say, Donald Trump on Jan. 6, 2021). Jill Biden tweeted: “For nearly 50 years, women have had the right to make our own decisions about our bodies. Today, that right was stolen from us. And while we may be devastated by this injustice, we will not be silent. We will not sit back as the progress we have already won slips away.” And: “Tomorrow, we will continue to fight — for our daughters and granddaughters, and for ourselves — until all women can decide our own futures once again.”
Well, they didn’t sit back in Longmont, Colo. They fought. Is the torched pro-life clinic, which suffered extensive fire and smoke damage, what all these Leftist leaders wanted? Will they condemn this arson? It’s much more likely that they will ignore it altogether, just as they ignored the Antifa and Black Lives Matter riots of the summer of 2020.
Democrat leaders are also likely to ignore the Saturday morning attack on the Vermont State House, where the attackers also painted “If abortions aren’t safe you’re not either” and caused over $25,000 in damage. Here once again the basic intelligence of Leftist rioters is in serious question. Are they not aware that there probably isn’t a single person in the Vermont State House who is happy that Roe v. Wade was overturned? Do they seriously not know that Vermont is one of the least likely states to outlaw abortion now that states are able to do so? Don’t they realize that Vermont has given us Howard Dean and Bernie Sanders? If this attack had taken place at the state house in Texas or Alabama, it would at the very least make some sense, but Vermont? If anything proved that these thugs are indoctrinated bots bereft of the most elementary critical thinking skills, it was this attack.
Much more important, however, is the Left’s increasing taste for political violence. Remember that the Biden administration refused to condemn the illegal protests at the homes of the Justices who were seen as likely to vote to overturn Roe (and did so). Remember that back in 2018, speaking about the separation of migrant children from their putative parents at the Southern border, Pelosi said, “I just don’t even know why there aren’t uprisings all over the country. And maybe there will be when people realize that this is a policy that they defend.” At that time, Waters called on her followers to confront and menace Trump administration officials: “If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.” And in 2020, Kamala Harris said of the Left’s riots, “They’re not going to stop. This is a movement, I’m telling you. They’re not going to stop and everyone beware, because they’re not going to stop. They’re not going to stop before Election Day in November and they’re not going to stop after Election Day. Everyone should take note of that on both levels. They’re not going to let up and they should not and we should not.”
As the incidents in Colorado and Vermont have shown anew, they haven’t stopped. And they won’t stop, because the incitement is coming from the top.

(Natural News) Pro-death terrorists are roving the country and destroying pro-life resource clinics, according to reports.
The latest incident among many occurred in Eggertsville, N.Y., where a pro-life center called CompassCare was reportedly “firebombed” and sprayed with graffiti early this week.
An “abortion terrorist group” called Jane’s Revenge has been tied to the incident as an incriminating message scrawled on the side of the CompassCare building read “Jane was here.”
Every visible window of the facility was smashed in and reports indicate that the offices inside were “extensively damaged by flames and smoke” – all to fight back against the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
Jane’s Revenge took credit for another recent incident in Madison, Wisc. The group firebombed the headquarters of Wisconsin Family Action (WFA), a pro-life organization.
Just like the Eggertsville incident, Jane’s Revenge threw Molotov cocktails into the WFA building and spray-painted its walls with the following message:
“If abortions aren’t safe, then you aren’t either,” followed by an anarchist symbol.
Pro-life lives don’t matter to violent leftists
According to CompassCare CEO Jim Harden, these acts of violent destruction are “the face of abortion.”
“They’re revealing it to us right now,” he said in a video, pointing behind him to the vandalism of his group’s building. “We’re all about life. We want to save every single human life we possibly can. And they’re looking to destroy our ability to do that. But they did not succeed.”

at around 2:30 a.m., prompting the Eggertsville Hose Company and several other volunteer companies to fight the blaze.
Amherst police, town fire investigators, and an Erie County Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit also arrived on the scene, determining that $150,000 in damage was caused to the structure and its contents.
Brian J. Kulpa, Amherst’s Supervisor, said some kind of incendiary device was used to light the fire. There is no justification for this crime, he added, and town police are investigating it as arson while pursuing a path of prosecution.
While nobody was inside the building at the time of the fire, emergency responders were forced to risk their own lives while putting out the fire, Kulpa added. Two volunteer firefighters had to be treated for minor injuries but they have since been released from the hospital.
“No matter who you are or what your political opinion is, you know, there’s no given right to express your opinion through violent actions,” Kulpa said.
CompassCare, which is based out of Rochester, acquired the former medical office on Eggert Road in 2019. That same year, it retrofitted the building and opened it as a crisis pregnancy center to help women save their unborn babies.
The group’s expansion into the Buffalo area followed a merger with three other independent crisis pregnancy centers, expanding the group’s ability to provide free basic medical care as well as counseling to women in need.
“So if we can give her a vision, or a future after having a child, saying, ‘I can do this, I see now it’s possible,’ she’s truly empowered,” Harden explained.
About 20 women per week on average visit CompassCare’s Eggertsville location – or at least they did. Now that the building is destroyed, they will have nowhere to go until the property is fixed and restored to what it was.
Jane’s Revenge, meanwhile, promised to undertake a “Night of Rage” in response to the leaked opinion from the Supreme Court about overturning Roe v. Wade. Hopefully, the group’s members are tracked down and dealt with before they cause
any further damage or destruction of private property.

As pro-lifers try to protect the unborn from violence, they find themselves in the pathway of Leftist violence. If it isn’t Antifa being violent, it’s Black Lives Matter being violent or Leftists allying with pro-Palestinian activists in violence (campuses and beyond). Recall in Canada, that even though tens of thousands turned out in Ottawa to support the Freedom Convoy, Liberal Prime Minister Justin Trudeau stirred fears of violence, and referenced Freedom Convoy supporters as “racists,”“misogynists” and even terrorists. But instead, peaceful, freedom-loving, law-abiding citizens chanted “freedom,” engaged in prayer, distributed food, and set up bouncy castles for kids in freezing cold temperatures.
Leftists more readily employ violence, while searching for incidents of violence among the Right.
Though Biden campaigned on unity, he has not condemned a single one of the attacks on pro-life organizations.

WASHINGTON —Referring to abortion as “reproductive health care,” President Joe Biden reiterated his commitment to codifying Roe v. Wade into law on Friday, the 48th year since the U.S. Supreme Court issued the decision that resulted in more than 60 million deaths of unborn children — and counting.
“In the past four years, reproductive health, including the right to choose, has been under relentless and extreme attack,” he said in a statement released by the White House. “We are deeply committed to making sure everyone has access to care — including reproductive health care — regardless of income, race, zip code, health insurance status, or immigration status.”
“The Biden-Harris Administration is committed to codifying Roe v. Wade and appointing judges that respect foundational precedents like Roe,” he advised. “We are also committed to ensuring that we work to eliminate maternal and infant health disparities, increase access to contraception, and support families economically so that all parents can raise their families with dignity. This commitment extends to our critical work on health outcomes around the world.”

As previously reported, prior to the election, Biden made clear on his campaign website that he planned to codify Roe v. Wade into federal law.
The page, called the “Biden Agenda for Women,” which is still available for viewing, explains, “Biden will work to codify Roe v. Wade, and his Justice Department will do everything in its power to stop the rash of state laws that so blatantly violate Roe v. Wade.”
He also outlined that he wishes to reinstate federal Title X and Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood, and to repeal the Hyde Amendment, which prohibits taxpayer funds from being used for abortion (with exceptions).
In October, during a town hall event hosted by NBC News, Biden similarly outlined that he would urge Congress to pass a bill making Roe the law of the land when asked by a woman — who spoke of taking birth control in college — what his plans are to protect “women’s reproductive rights” now that Amy Coney Barrett is seated on the U.S. Supreme Court.
“[W]e don’t know exactly what she will do, although the expectation is that she very well may overrule Roe,” he replied. “And the only responsible response to that would be to pass legislation to make Roe the law of the land. That’s what I would do.”
“Life begins at conception in the Church’s judgment. I accept it in my personal life,” he said in 2012. “I refuse to impose it on equally devout Christians and Muslims and Jews, and I just refuse to impose that on others …”
“I do not believe that we have a right to tell other people that — women — they can’t control their body. It’s a decision between them and their doctor. In my view and the Supreme Court, I’m not going to interfere with that,” Biden stated.
However, Scripture states in Romans 13 that civil leaders are to be the “minister of God for good,” being representatives of God’s will on Earth in the application of the law.
“For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid, for he beareth not the sword in vain. For he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil,” Romans 13:4 states.
Proverbs 24:11-12 outlines, “If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain, if thou sayest, ‘Behold, we knew it not,’ doth not He that pondereth the heart consider it? And He that keepeth thy soul, doth not He know it? And shall not He render to every man according to his works?”
2 Chronicles 19:6 similarly teaches that judges are to represent the will of God, stating, “And said to the judges, ‘Take heed what ye do, for ye judge not for man, but for the Lord, who is with you in the judgment. Wherefore now let the fear of the Lord be upon you; take heed and do it, for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God …'”
