From a Muslim standpoint, this is just the natural order of things. Non-Muslims paying for the upkeep of Muslims is a Qur’anic dictate: “Fight against those who do not believe in Allah or the last day, and do not forbid what Allah and his messenger have forbidden, and do not follow the religion of truth, even if they are among the people of the book, until they pay the jizya with willing submission and feel themselves subdued.” (Qur’an 9:29)

The caliph Umar said the jizya payments from the dhimmis were the source of the Muslims’ livelihood: “Narrated Juwairiya bin Qudama at-Tamimi: We said to `Umar bin Al-Khattab, ‘O Chief of the believers! Advise us.’ He said, ‘I advise you to fulfill Allah’s Convention (made with the Dhimmis) as it is the convention of your Prophet and the source of the livelihood of your dependents (i.e. the taxes from the Dhimmis.)’” (Bukhari 4.53.388)

The UK jihad preacher Anjem Choudary said in February 2013: “We are on Jihad Seekers Allowance, We take the Jizya (protection money paid to Muslims by non-Muslims) which is ours anyway." The normal situation is to take money from the Kafir (non-Muslim), isn’t it? So this is a normal situation. They give us the money. You work, give us the money. Allah Akbar, we take the money. Hopefully there is no one from the DSS (Department of Social Security) listening. Ah, but you see people will say you are not working. But the normal situation is for you to take money from the Kuffar (non-Muslim) So we take Jihad Seeker’s Allowance.”

“Zurich churches pass on tax money to Islamic associations,” translated from “Zürcher Kirchen leiten Steuergeld an Islamverein weiter,” HeimatKurier, March 15, 2024 (thanks to Medforth):

The Catholic and Protestant Church in Zurich wants to give away a whopping two million francs in tax money to Islamic associations. What is sold as a gesture of goodwill is a cash injection for Islamization. With the gift of money, the Swiss are involuntarily helping to finance the Islamic conquest of land.
In Zurich, only recognized religious communities are entitled to state funding. Currently these are three Christian and two Jewish communities. Since the Protestant and Catholic churches seem to be swimming in money through tax contributions, they now want to give the “Association of Islamic Organizations Zurich” (VIOZ) a cash gift of around two million francs.

Islamization and false tolerance
A staunch supporter of the project is the reformed church council president and former SP cantonal councillor Esther Straub. She promotes the idea and speaks of it as a sign of “interreligious cohesion”. This kind of accommodation is, of course, sought in vain in Islamic countries with Christian minorities. The church uses this money to distribute money to Islamic organizations, which are often noticed in Switzerland with fanatical tendencies.

Promoting moderate Islam?
The former left-wing politician argues that the move is intended to finance decidedly non-radical and moderate Islamic associations. With over 40 facilities, VIOZ operates around 90 percent of the mosques in the canton of Zurich. There are also other associations. In addition to the three VIOZ facilities in Winterthur, there is also the “An nur Mosque”, which, according to security authorities, is a real hotspot for jihadism. How interconnected or separated the VIOZ is with such communities cannot be clearly determined. In the past there have been cases in which the moderate mask slipped off the faces of radical Islamists in Switzerland

Islamism from the streets to the universities
In October 2023, a 25-year-old Syrian also had to appear in court in Winterthur. He had previously been convicted of a jihadist trip to Syria. However, due to a cozy sentence, he was little deterred and continued to carry out terrorist propaganda for IS. The University of Bern provided another case of Islamism. After the Middle East war broke out last fall, an “Islam expert” and lecturer at the university expressed his joy at the event. The author was even the husband of the head of the Islamic Institute. The couple quickly distanced themselves from violence and terror, which meant they were probably back within the definition of “moderate”. In Schaffhausen it even became known that a convicted “ex-terrorist” was teaching in a mosque.

Switzerland withdraws passports from Islamists
The Islamist side effects of the population exchange have led to a return of passport withdrawals in the Swiss Confederation. Since 2020, a total of seven people have had their citizenship revoked, and corresponding proceedings are pending for another dozen. Just a few weeks ago, Zurich became the scene of an Islamic terrorist act in which a 15-year-old Tunisian injured a Jew with a knife on the street.

Remigration instead of Islamization
Due to numerous jihadist incidents and their involvement in Islamic cultural associations, it is uncertain whether the two million francs of tax money that the local churches want to give to Muslim associations will ultimately end up with questionable organizations. In addition, the Swiss people have repeatedly spoken out clearly against further Islamization in the past, for example with the ban on minarets in 2009. By continuing to finance Islamic associations, the canton continues to cultivate a parallel society for itself. This gives rise to Islamist activities and clans, as a look at neighboring states makes clear. Instead of giving further impetus to Islam and the Islamism associated with it, the canton should strive for a policy of remigration. Muslims who want to live strictly according to their beliefs and customs then have the opportunity to do so in an Islamic country.

Hezbollah’s Covert U.S. Training Ground for Muslim Children in Dearborn, Michigan

At the Great Revelations Academy, the convergence of troubling Islamic teachings and Sharia adherence unveils a disturbing reality of Islamic radical grooming within U.S. borders, underscored by the troubling fact that the U.S. government has granted tax-exempt status to an institution facilitating such jihadist indoctrination.

In a Sharia-adherent event that has attracted considerable attention, the Islamic Al-Mustapha Girl Scouts recently held their annual Takleef Celebration at Great Revelations Academy, a private Islamic school in Dearborn, Michigan. The controversial school has connections to staunch supporters of Hezbollah and the Iranian regime. The ceremony, deeply rooted in Shiite Islamic tradition, marks the coming of age for young Muslim girls, imposing upon them the rigorous observance of Sharia law, including the controversial practice of wearing the hijab. The troubling implications of such Islamic ceremonies reinforce a doctrine of female subjugation and raise profound concerns about the integration of Muslim communities into Western societies.

Ceremony Overview

The Takleef Celebration Event is a pivotal moment in the lives of young Shiite Muslim girls. It signifies their obligation to start observing Islamic practices, such as fasting, praying, and dressing modestly (often, girls are given their first chador, a full-length body covering) from as young as nine years old.

The event underscores the adherence to Sharia law, even in Western settings, compelling these young girls to take on responsibilities that emphasize their role in preventing male temptation through their attire. This practice not only sexualizes children at a tender age but also places an undue burden on them, aligning with a broader Islamic perspective that sees women primarily as guardians of virtue through modesty.

In Western nations, women who adopt Sharia practices are a threat, as their commitment lies in the propagation of Islamic law. This is of particular concern to Dearborn, known as the Arab capital of North America, where Lebanese, Syrian, Palestinian, Iraqi, and Yemeni communities are concentrated. The city claims the highest American Muslim population per capita, primarily of Shiite Muslim denomination, and is also home to the nation’s largest mosque. Arabic signs adorn the facades of restaurants and businesses. Even within Dearborn’s public schools, all meat served is Halal—a strategic means employed by Muslim minorities to gradually introduce elements of Sharia into the broader non-Muslim majority of the West.

The Hijab: Symbol of Oppression

Contrary to Islamic and left-wing narratives that frame the hijab as a symbol of cultural identity or religious devotion, the ceremony and teachings at the Great Revelations Academy utilize it as a means of oppressing young girls. The event instills in young girls the belief that their values and social responsibility hinge on their ability to conform to strict Sharia dress codes designed to mitigate male desire. This perspective is further reinforced by Islamic scriptures, which dictate the covering of women as a preventive measure against potential abuse, essentially normalizing a culture of victim-blaming.

The Quran itself commands women to cover themselves to the extent that they are no longer capable of provoking temptation, and if they do not, they are considered fair game to be “abused.” As Robert Spencer explains, “It is not a cultural custom as some purport; it’s a religious edict.”

(Quran 24:31) And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and be modest, and to display of their adornment only what is apparent, and to draw their veils over their bosoms, and not to reveal their adornment except to their own husbands or fathers or husbands’ fathers, or their sons or their husbands’ sons, or their brothers or their brothers’ sons or sisters’ sons, or their women, or their slaves, or male attendants who lack desire, or children who know nothing of women’s nakedness. And do not let them stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide from their adornment. And turn to Allah together, O believers, so that you may succeed.

(Quran 33:59) O prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their veils close around them. It will be better so that they may be recognized and not molested.

The Great Revelations Academy’s Radical Islamic Ties

Investigations into the Great Revelations Academy reveal a concerning foundation rooted in Islamic extremism. Founded in 2015 by fervent supporters of Grand Ayatollah Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah, a key figure in the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran and considered the spiritual leader of Hezbollah, the academy’s ideological underpinnings raise alarming questions about the education and values being imparted to young Muslims in America.

The U.S. considered Fadlallah responsible for the bombing of multinational forces in Beirut in October 1983, in which 241 U.S. Marines and 56 French paratroopers were killed in two explosions. He was designated a terrorist by the U.S. Treasury Department.

Fadlallah hated with a vengeance the United States government and Israel. He regularly praised the terror attacks that killed Israeli citizens. He was known as an enthusiastic supporter of suicide bombings against Israel. Fadlallah wished that the state of Israel would cease to exist.

Fadlallah’s support for terrorist actions and organizations underscores the troubling nature of the academy’s association with his teachings. Furthermore, Clarion Project reports that statements from the academy’s founders, such as Fouad Bayoun, explicitly express their dedication to spreading Fadlallah’s message in the United States.

Principal Sheila Bazzi-Charara has openly declared the academy’s adherence to Fadlallah’s philosophy, mission, and vision, further solidifying its ties to extremism. Additionally, collaborations with organizations like the Qaim Project, led by Sheikh Mohammad Ayad, demonstrate the academy’s alignment with extremist ideologies.

Ayad’s Qaim Project glorifies Hezbollah and Hamas, advocating for a Shiite-Sunni jihadist alliance against the West. The project’s endorsement of the Iranian regime and its anti-American worldview further exemplify the academy’s dangerous associations.

Guest speakers like Sheikh Amin Rastani, known for their support of the Iranian regime and affiliation with regime-friendly religious schools in Qom, Iran, further reinforce the academy’s extremist ties.

Additionally, connections to radical figures further highlight the concerning nature of the academy’s associations. In 2015, at the Az-Zahraa Islamic Center in Detroit, MI, radical Imam Dr. Sayed Moustafa Al-Qazwini praised the opening of the troubling Great Revelations Academy and encouraged the construction of more Islamic schools in America for Muslim children.

Al-Qazwini, known for his extremist views and anti-Semitic rhetoric, demands a perpetual state of war with Israel, expresses hatred towards Jews, defends Hamas, and propagates conspiracies such as claiming that “ISIS is the production of Israeli intelligence.” Such endorsements from individuals with radical ideologies underscore the academy’s alignment with extremist agendas.

In light of these findings, it becomes clear that the Great Revelations Academy serves as a platform for disseminating an Islamic view that not only contradicts Western values of equality and freedom but also perpetuates a divisive and dangerous worldview.

The troubling revelation of the Great Revelations Academy’s Islamic radical ties raises serious concerns about the grooming of Muslim children in America to adhere to Sharia law and sympathize with terrorist groups and ideologies. The lack of oversight regarding the teachings at this Islamic institution is deeply troubling. Furthermore, the fact that the Great Revelations Academy is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code raises questions about whether American taxpayers should be compelled to support a school that promotes anti-Western beliefs and supports organizations and individuals with harmful Islamic intentions.

John Quincy Adams and His ‘Essay On Turks’

SEE: https://www.jihadwatch.org/2024/03/john-quincy-adams-and-his-essay-on-turks; republished below in full, unedited, for informational, educational, & research purposes:

Today, a side of Adams that was not made much of in his lifetime has for many of us become the most important, and much-needed, part of his legacy: his critical view of Islam and of Muhammad. He derived these views from experience — his own and his father’s — of Muslim behavior (both of the Barbary Pirates and of the Ottoman Turks, from his lifelong study of history, and from his intensive reading of the Qur’an. John Adams and Thomas Jefferson were sent in 1786 to negotiate in London with the ambassador from Tripoli, Sidi Haji Abdrahaman, about the seizure of American ships. They reported back in a joint letter to John Jay (then a senior American diplomat), explaining that “We took the liberty to make some inquiries concerning the grounds of their pretensions to make war upon a nation who had done them no injury, and observed that we considered all mankind as our friends who had done us no wrong, nor had given us any provocation. THE AMBASSADOR ANSWERED US THAT IT WAS FOUNDED ON THE LAWS OF THEIR PROPHET, THAT IT WAS WRITTEN IN THEIR KORAN, THAT ALL NATIONS WHO SHOULD NOT HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED THEIR AUTHORITY WERE SINNERS, THAT IT WAS THEIR RIGHT AND DUTY TO MAKE WAR UPON THEM WHEREVER THEY COULD BE FOUND, AND TO MAKE SLAVES OF ALL THEY COULD TAKE AS PRISONERS, AND THAT EVERY MUSSELMAN WHO SHOULD BE SLAIN IN BATTLE WAS SURE TO GO TO PARADISE.”

John Quincy Adams would certainly have learned from his father about what the Tripolitanian ambassador had maintained in his discussions with Adams and Jefferson. He may even have been later shown a copy — he was then a junior at Harvard — of the letter that was sent to John Jay. He also had his own rich store of observations of Muslim behavior, for the Barbary Pirates continued, throughout the next thirty years, from 1786 to 1816, to attack American shipping and seize American seamen, who were then held for exorbitant ransom. For a while after the First Barbary War (1801-1805) with Tripoli, attacks decreased. But when the Americans became preoccupied with European matters, eventually fighting the British in the War of 1812, the Barbary states — Tripoli, Tunis, Algiers — resumed attacks on American and European shipping. Once the War of 1812 had ended, and the Treaty of Ghent (1814) was signed, the Americans resumed a more aggressive policy in the Mediterranean. When America defeated Algiers in the Second Barbary War, that spelled the end of the last major campaign of the Barbary pirates. Western ships increasingly surpassed in speed and deadly force (better cannons) those of the Muslims, and the Barbary pirate threat to Christian shipping steadily decreased as a result.

It was clear to John Quincy Adams, that while force could change Muslim behavior, nothing would change the Muslim belief that they had “a right and a duty” to make war on the Infidels. This war was on continuous display in the Mediterranean against all who were too weak to withstand them, as was their making “slaves of all they could take as prisoners” — the Christian seaman they held as slaves in North Africa, some permanently enslaved, while others were to be ransomed for sums. American shipping initially proved to be a most vulnerable target, given the small size of the American navy. It was only the buildup of that navy, begun by Jefferson, and its deployment to the Mediterranean to take aggressive action against the Barbary pirates, that finally halted, after two wars a decade apart, the attacks by Muslim corsairs on American ships and seamen.

The other example John Quincy Adams had immediately before him of Muslim aggression against Christians was the suppression, by the Turks, of the Greeks when they began their war for independence. That war lasted from 1821 to 1832, and while the Greeks were ultimately successful, Adams, who during this period was Secretary of State (1817-1825), and then President (1825-1829), received direct accounts of the extreme brutality by the Muslim Turks against the Greek Christians.

But it was not just his contemporaneous experience of Muslim behavior toward Christians that formed John Quincy Adams’s view of Islam. He was a deep student of history all of his life. He knew how Islam had spread across the Middle East and North Africa, and how its advance was halted in the west by Charles Martel at Poitiers in 732, and in the east, much later, at the gates of Vienna in 1683. He knew about the 800 years it took the Christians to complete the Reconquista of Spain. He knew how, over 1200 years, Muslim armies had conquered many different lands, and subjugated many different peoples.

And he took a special interest in the Ottoman Turks, who were in a long but steady military decline that began with that defeat at Vienna in 1683. The Ottomans began to lose battles, small ones at first, to the increasingly more powerful Russian forces. Their first major defeat came in the Russo-Turkish War of 1768-1774, after which they were compelled to sue for peace. According to the Treaty of Küçük Kaynarca (July 21, 1774), Russia’s right was recognized to intervene to protect Christians in the Ottoman Empire — a clear indication of Muslim brutality against subjugated Christians, for why else would such intervention be thought necessary? A series of Russo-Turkish wars, and Russian victories, continued to whittle away at Ottoman domains in the Caucasus. When Adams was the Minister to Russia (1809-1814), with direct and frequent contact with the Tsar, he would have heard about Russian clashes with, and victories against, the Ottoman Turks in the Caucasus.

After he left the Presidency in 1829, John Quincy Adams undertook almost immediately to write and publish his strong views on Islam and Muslims. This “Essay on Turks,” little noted at the time, has now become the best-known of all his contributions as an American statesman. The “Essay on Turks” is now more famous than the three treaties he negotiated (the Treaty of Ghent, the Treaty of 1818 with Great Britain, and the Adams-Onis Treaty of 1819), more famous than his work on the Monroe Doctrine, more famous than his defense of Indian rights, or even than his argument at the Supreme Court that led to the setting free of African slaves in the Amistad case.

The “Essay on Turks” startles us now because we are not used to such a forthright and truthful account of Muhammad and of Islam. We live in a different time, sunk in a swamp of appeasement and interfaith outreach, when pusillanimity and evasion are the order of the day in public discussions of Islam. The most-quoted part of the “Essay on Turks” was put up at Jihad Watch just a few days ago, on July 11, the 250th anniversary of Adams’s birth, but it deserves to be reposted:

In the seventh century of the Christian era, a wandering Arab of the lineage of Hagar, the Egyptian, combining the powers of transcendent genius, with the preternatural energy of a fanatic, and the fraudulent spirit of an impostor, proclaimed himself as a messenger from Heaven, and spread desolation and delusion over an extensive portion of the earth. Adopting from the sublime conception of the Mosaic law, the doctrine of one omnipotent God; he connected indissolubly with it, the audacious falsehood, that he was himself his prophet and apostle. Adopting from the new Revelation of Jesus, the faith and hope of immortal life, and of future retribution, he humbled it to the dust, by adapting all the rewards and sanctions of his religion to the gratification of the sexual passion. He poisoned the sources of human felicity at the fountain, by degrading the condition of the female sex, and the allowance of polygamy; and he declared undistinguishing and exterminating war, as a part of his religion, against all the rest of mankind. THE ESSENCE OF HIS DOCTRINE WAS VIOLENCE AND LUST: TO EXALT THE BRUTAL OVER THE SPIRITUAL PART OF HUMAN NATURE.

Between these two religions, thus contrasted in their characters, a war of twelve hundred years has already raged. That war is yet flagrant; nor can it cease but by the extinction of that imposture, which has been permitted by Providence to prolong the degeneracy of man. While the merciless and dissolute dogmas of the false prophet shall furnish motives to human action, there can never be peace upon earth, and good will towards men. The hand of Ishmael will be against every man, and every man’s hand against him. It is, indeed, amongst the mysterious dealings of God, that this delusion should have suffered for so many ages, and during so many generations of human kind, to prevail over the doctrines of the meek and peaceful and benevolent Jesus.

The precept of the Koran is perpetual war against all who deny that Mahomet is the prophet of God. The vanquished may purchase their lives, by the payment of tribute; the victorious may be appeased by a false and delusive promise of peace; and the faithful follower of the prophet, may submit to the imperious necessities of defeat; but the command to propagate the Muslim creed by the sword is always obligatory, when it can be made effective. The commands of the prophet may be performed alike, by fraud, or by force.”

The natural hatred of the Mussulmen towards the infidels is in just accordance with the precepts of the Koran.

In writing his “Essay on Turks,” he was really writing an essay on all Muslims, even if what prompted him was the behavior, at the time of its writing, of the Ottoman Turks. In particular, Adams was concerned with the brutality of the methods used by the Turks in suppressing the Greeks who were fighting for their independence. The Ottoman Turks could reasonably be taken to represent Islam and Muslims. They had for centuries possessed the caliphate; they were the leading Muslim power at the time; it was their brutal behavior toward Christians that was most in evidence. And indeed, he makes clear early on that while his essay is about the Turks, they were simply practicing the same Islam, with the same Qur’an, as the Arabs, the Afghans, the Muslims in India, in Central and East Asia.

John Quincy Adams had seen how both the Turks, and the North African pirates, from Tunis, Tripoli, and Algiers, had behaved toward Christians. He had read the Qur’an, understood its contents, realized that the war against all Infidels was not an aberration: “The natural hatred of the Mussulmen towards the infidels is in just accordance with the precepts of the Koran.” He had first heard of this from his father’s account of the Tripolitanian ambassador, in 1786. Nothing he learned subsequently, through reading or observation, suggested another — kinder, gentler — view of Islam. Hatred, and perpetual war against the Infidels — these Qur’anic injunctions accorded with the dispatches he received from those reporting on the Barbary Pirates, and the Ottoman-ruled Greece and the Balkans. That war could never end, until the final defeat of one side or the other.

Adams had grasped the doctrine of jihad, even if he never used that word: it signified the struggle, incumbent upon all Muslims, to defeat all Infidels, until Islam everywhere dominated, and Muslims ruled, everywhere: “The precept of the Koran is perpetual war against all who deny that Mahomet is the prophet of God.” He had seen how the Barbary Pirates and the Turks had behaved toward Christians. He understood how the texts and teachings of Islam explained the behavior of both the Barbary Pirates in their attacks on Christian shipping, and the brutal behavior of the Turks in suppressing the Greeks. He knew, having seen it, about the “false and delusive promise of peace” that the Barbary Pirates would offer after defeats, and “submit to the imperious necessities of defeat,” but were required by their creed to renew warfare whenever it could be “made effective.” The Qur’an required perpetual war until the final victory of Muslims everywhere.

Adams called Islam a “merciless and dissolute dogma.” He understood the “mercilessness” of the actual Muslims, the Turks, then on the warpath against the Greeks. When he spent five years as Minister of Russia, he surely heard from the Russians about the brutal treatment of Christians in the Ottoman domains, which is why the Russians demanded, after their first major victory over the Turks in 1774, that they be allowed to act, when they deemed it necessary, as protectors of those Christian communities. He heard, too, of course, about the treatment of the American seaman seized and enslaved by the Barbary pirates. A student of history, he would have been aware of how Muslims, over 1200 years of conquest, had treated those they defeated, often killing their captives. He had read, in the Qur’an, the suggestions as to various ways that Infidels could be mutilated and killed: striking at their necks, cutting off their hands and feet, crucifying them, and so on. One can well imagine how Adams, who read the Christian Bible daily, must have reacted in horror when he first came across such examples of Qur’an-mandated cruelty, as in 5:33:

The only reward for those who make war upon Allah and His messenger and strive after corruption in the land will be that they will be killed or crucified, or have their hands and feet on alternate sides cut off, or will be expelled out of the land. Such will be their degradation in the world, and in the Hereafter theirs will be an awful doom.

As to what he called the “dissolute dogma” of Islam, by this Adams meant that Muhammad had “poisoned the sources of human felicity at the fountain, by degrading the condition of the female sex.” The Muslim view of women as merely sexual objects, who existed to gratify the sexual passion of men, could be seen in Islam’s acceptance of polygamy, and of using female captives, those who were “slaves that the right hand possesses,” for sexual pleasure, and of conceiving of the Muslim Heaven only in terms of a sexual paradise, where the best Muslims were promised 72 black-eyed virgins, so very different a concept from the Heaven of Christianity. What could be more “dissolute” than the Muslim idea of Heaven as a kind of brothel with dozens of permanently accommodating females for each deserving man?

Adams also grasped the role of religiously-sanctioned deceit or “fraud” that Muslims were allowed to practice both to protect themselves, and to lure their enemies into traps, or even by the making of treaties that could be broken whenever the Muslim side felt strong enough to go to war, never mind what they had promised. The most important Qur’anic verse sanctioning deception of non-Muslims states: “Let believers not take for friends and allies infidels instead of believers." Whoever does this shall have no relationship left with Allah – unless you but guard yourselves against them, taking precautions.” (Quran 3:28; see also 2:173; 2:185; 4:29; 22:78; 40:28).

Al-Tabari’s (838-923 AD) Tafsir, or Quranic exegesis, is a standard reference. It glosses 3:28 as follows: “Under their [infidels’] authority, fearing for yourselves, behaving loyally to them, with your tongue, while harboring inner animosity for them… Allah has forbidden believers from being friendly or on intimate terms with the infidels in place of believers – except when infidels are above them [in authority]. In such a scenario, let them act friendly towards them.”

The Islamic scholar Ibn Kathir (1301-1373) wrote about 3:28: “Whoever at any time or place fears their [infidels’] evil, may protect himself through outward show.”

In support of this, Ibn Kathir quotes two of Muhammad’s companions. Abu Darda said: “Let us smile to the face of some people while our hearts curse them.” Al-Hassan said: “Doing taqiyya is acceptable till the day of judgment [in perpetuity].”

Adams had almost certainly not read Ibn Kathir or Al-Tabari. But he had understood enough from the Qur’an itself, not just from 3:28 but also from other verses, such as 3:54, where Allah is praised as a master schemer, or deceiver: “And they (the disbelievers) schemed, and Allah schemed (against them): and Allah is the best of schemers.” His “Essay on Turks” makes much of the role fraud played in the spread of Islam.

One can well imagine Adams’s surprise when he first read in the Qur’an that Allah was lauded, as “the best of schemers” — one more example of what, Adams realized, was a kind of Christianity in reverse. The praise in the Qur’an of deception and fraud, the command to wage Jihad, or perpetual warfare “in the path of Allah,” against the Infidels, the description of how to strike terror among Islam’s enemies, the practice of sating one’s lust with plural wives, and captive females used as sex slaves, the Muslim heaven which promised the sensual bliss of 72 dark-eyed virgins — all of this horrified him.

John Quincy Adams did not have to worry about a small army of Muslim apologists ready to attack him for stating home truths about Islam. In his day, there was no CAIR, no Linda Sarsour, no John Esposito to condemn him for “Islamophobia” and to try to lead his likely audience astray. There were no Muslims, and consequently no mosques, offering unwary Infidels the chance to participate in those Ask-A-Muslim exercises in cozy taqiyya and tu-quoque. Adams’s uncompromising description of Islam was confirmed by what Americans knew about Muslim behavior, both from their experience with the Barbary Pirates, and from observing how the Turks — the most powerful Muslims of the time, possessors of the caliphate, who ruled, directly or through suzerains, the Middle East, North Africa, Greece, the Balkans, and much of the Caucasus — treated their Christian subjects. His lifetime of study of history naturally included, among its subjects, how Islam spread, what its texts and teachings, as conveyed in the Qur’an, revealed about its essence, what was required of the non-Muslims subjugated by Muslim conquerors, what was revealed about Muhammad’s character from the reports of his words and deeds. Adams’s rereading of the Qur’an to understand the tenets of this faith and the character of its prophet Muhammad, who “by fraud or by force” had conquered so many lands, helped explain, and made sense of, the behavior of “the Turks” as they put down, with their wonted brutality, the Greek Christians who had risen up to defy their Turkish Muslims.

There is one more thing about John Quincy Adams that deserves notice. He was, by all accounts, a brilliant orator, known as “Old Man Eloquent.” That oratorical skill was much in evidence when he argued on behalf of the Amistad prisoners before the Supreme Court. But he was also brilliant as a writer, and had he not been, his essay on “the Turks” (that is, on Islam) would not now be so often read, nor has it had the impact it has had on those who — not least here at this site — have been lucky enough to learn of it. From an early age Adams showed himself to be precociously adept at English composition. As with everything he deemed important, he worked and worked at it. Dip into any of the 14,000 pages of his diaries, even the entries he wrote in his early teens, and you will of course find some laconic jottings, but also the rounded periods of a fully formed prose style. In between diplomatic postings, and while he was simultaneously serving in the United States Senate, which would have been task enough for most men, Adams was appointed to the prestigious post of Boylston Professor of Rhetoric and Oratory at Harvard in 1806; he immediately set to work on the lectures he would deliver to his students. We know that he read and studied many writers on rhetoric, including Quintilian, Cicero, Bacon, and George Campbell, all of whom he made use of in the thirty-six lectures he prepared for his Harvard students between 1806 and 1809. When his students heard that he would be leaving Harvard to become United States Minister to Russia, they asked that his lectures be published, and they were, as “Lectures on Rhetoric and Oratory.” He understood the importance of studying rhetoric, that is the art of persuasion. This was not a mere flourish, but essential to winning and convincing an audience. He ranked it high among his accomplishments. In 1810, Adams wrote in his diary about his Lectures that “I shall never, unless by some special favor of Heaven, accomplish any work of higher elevation.”

Actually, he did “accomplish” one “work of higher elevation” even than his lectures on rhetoric and oratory. His most important written work, as we now realize, is the one on Islam, the “Essay on Turks,” which today amazes many at first reading, and then heartens those who realize they have finally found the American statesman they have been looking for in vain, the one we need most today. And it turns out to be John Quincy Adams who, alone among our presidents, senators, congressmen, cabinet ministers, diplomats (and Adams filled every one of those offices), so perceptively grasped the disturbing sinister essence of Islam.

That same “Essay on Turks” ought to be required reading in courses on American history." Ideally, it ought to be assigned along with both Adams’s furious denunciation of how the white settlers and their government were mistreating the Indians (with the case of the Creeks pushed forcibly westward offered in evidence), and with a description of his central role, including his closing argument before the Supreme Court, in the Amistad case. For Adams will then be understood as what, in fact, he always was — an implacable defender of human rights. The chiefest offenders against human rights, then as now, in 1829 and in 2017, were Muslims. Should his “Essay on Turks” become part of the required reading in American history, and even were it to be assigned by a teacher hostile to its contents, Adams’s eloquent truth-telling will not be convincingly rebutted, and will, in any case, prove impossible to forget.

Democrat, MUSLIM AG Ellison Continues War on Legal Gun Sales with Complaint Against Fleet Farm~SEE OUR PREVIOUS POSTS ABOUT KEITH ELLISON HERE: https://ratherexposethem.org/?s=Keith+Ellison

“I’m proud to be a Protect Minnesota Orange Star Candidate. Gun violence has disrupted the lives of Minnesotans of all ages and all walks of life, and it’s long past time to do something about it. I will always be an ally in that fight as Attorney General.” (Keith Ellison/Facebook)

“Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison is accusing Fleet Farm of violating state law when the retailer allegedly sold firearms to ‘straw purchasers,’ according to newly filed court documents,” ABC affiliate KSTP Eyewitness News reported Monday. “Defendants knew or had reason to know, based on the circumstances of the sales and the information known to Defendants, that straw purchasers were not purchasing for themselves and were buying firearms for others,” Ellison charged, accusing the Midwest retail chain “of violating the Minnesota Gun Control Act.”

“A citizen can purchase traditional rifles and shotguns without a permit. Purchase of a handgun, however, requires a valid permit that will include a criminal background check. Likewise, the purchase or transfer of a pistol or a semi-automatic military-style assault weapon will require completing a purchase/transfer permit,” John Mascolo, Esq. of FindLaw writes. “Applicants for a gun permit in Minnesota must undergo a criminal background check through the Minnesota Crime Information System and the National Instant Criminal Background Check System or NICS. Those seeking to purchase a firearm may seek a permit from their local police chief or county sheriff.”

Is Ellison saying Fleet Farm, which as a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) is routinely audited by an ATF notorious for “zero tolerance” revocations over innocuous paperwork flubs, transferred guns without going through the process? No? Then what’s his beef?

“It’s alleged Fleet Farm sold 13 guns during a 12-month period to a straw purchaser who later pleaded guilty to helping straw purchase nearly 100 firearms,” KSTP explains. “The lawsuit mentions specific firearms used in the Truck Park Bar shooting in October 2021 that left one person dead and another 14 injured.”

And that is Fleet Farm’s fault…how? Does Minnesota law limit how many firearms purchases a citizen can make in a year? It does not.

Curiously, one of the “commonsense gun safety laws” the prohibitionists have tried to enact everywhere, (in Everytown!), is a “one-gun-a-month” law. They do things incrementally, and many would prefer “no-guns-a-month,” but as an aside, a U.S. District judge just held that California’s purchase limitation edict “did not fit within the nation’s historical tradition of firearms regulation.”

So, Ellison is running afoul of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA), of Bruen, and more to the point, of the clear Second Amendment proscription that “the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” And his excuse for going after Fleet Farm is that its retail employees can’t do the impossible and read the hearts and minds of customers, and that it is therefore responsible for not just their criminal actions, but for the subsequent actions of those they deal with.

In truth, he just wants to use the virtually unlimited resources of the state to rob a victim with deep pockets blind through lawfare and shut all gun dealers down, which is par for the course with this character.

When he was in Congress, he was part of a group of Democrat gun prohibitionists who staged a sit-in, which “shut down the House’s legislative work” to demand more citizen disarmament. He and the two were clearly and defiantly obstructing and impeding official proceedings, a charge used to throw J6 Capitol protestors into the federal gulag.

Ellison is a former leader of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, co-founded by Bernie Sanders. And the Caucus (with Ellison specifically lauded) maintains “ties” with the Communist Party USA and “close ties” with another “progressive” group, the Democratic Socialists of America, the domestic arm of Socialist International.

The DSA devoted a page on their website (until they took it down to try to hide it—this link goes to the Internet Archive record, which may load slowly but they can’t erase) to hymns glorifying their “struggle.” The following example should be of special interest, since the people they’re talking about are pretty much you and me:

Are you sleeping, are you sleeping, Bourgeoisie, Bourgeoisie, And when the revolution comes, We’ll kill you all with knives and guns, Bourgeoisie, Bourgeoisie

That’s what he represents. And this is what Fleet Farm does:

“Fleet Farm has been serving hardworking families since 1955. We’re built on a foundation of Midwestern values. You could say we’re a lot like our customers. We believe in honoring tradition, taking pride in our work and doing what’s right.”

It’s all part of a wider movement to ban not just guns (Ellison doesn’t like the First Amendment any better than he does the second), but to demonize and exclude those with traditional American values. Look at the government and media push going on before the upcoming November elections to conflate rejection of collectivism, immorality, and treason with “white rural rage,” for the DOJ/FBI to portray those Americans as “the greatest threat,” and to condemn “Christian Nationalists” as theocratic Nazis for believing rights are “endowed by our Creator” instead of privileges to be portioned out or withheld by the state.

There’s no room in Keith Ellison’s America for such outcasts. That’s why they’re so desperate to disarm us. And that’s why the government monopoly of violence subversives masquerading as “gun safety advocates” at Giffords proclaimed “We are proud to endorse Keith Ellison for attorney general.”

US intel top dog: ‘Al Qaeda and ISIS, inspired by Hamas,’ have told Muslims to ‘attack Israeli and US interests’

The Islamic State and al-Qaeda have been calling upon Muslims to attack Israeli and U.S. interests for years, but Avril Haines was likely too consumed with hunting for “insurrectionists” to notice.

“ISIS, Al Qaeda ‘Inspired by Hamas’ to Attack Americans and Israelis, US Intel Chief Says,” Algemeiner, March 11, 2024:

US Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines said on Monday that the Islamist terrorist groups al Qaeda and Islamic State (ISIS) have been inspired by Hamas to attack Americans and Israelis.

“While it is too early to tell, both al Qaeda and ISIS, inspired by Hamas, have directed supporters to conduct attacks against Israeli and US interests,” Haines testified to the US Senate Intelligence Committee. “And we have seen how it is inspiring individuals to conduct acts of antisemitism and Islamophobic terror worldwide.”

Antisemitism has skyrocketed since Hamas’ Oct. 7 massacre across southern Israel launched the current war in Gaza, which is ruled by the Palestinian terrorist group. Antisemitic incidents have reached record levels in the US and several European countries following the Hamas atrocities, which resulted in the largest mass slaughter of Jews since the Holocaust by the Nazis during World War II.

“It is likely that the Gaza conflict will have a generational impact on terrorism,” Haines told US lawmakers. “The crisis in Gaza is a stark example of how regional developments have the potential of broader and even global implications.”

Haines also noted concerns that the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza could spread global insecurity: “The crisis in Gaza is a stark example of how regional developments have the potential of broader and even global implications.”…

No kidding, really? This kind of incisive analysis is why Haines makes the big bucks.

Diversity, ya know, is our strength. Borders and immigration controls are racist.

“Jordanian man arrested in Florida for antisemitic threats against Orthodox Jews,” Jerusalem Post, March 10, 2024:

A man in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, is under investigation for what authorities are calling anti-Semitic attacks, as reported by Local 10 News.

Mohamed Al Saccal, 39, has been accused of using a sharp object, described by some victims as a dagger, to threaten Orthodox Jews in the community.

According to Sgt. Brain Schnell, this incident is part of a disturbing trend of harassment targeting members of the Jewish community over the past three days.

Al Saccal allegedly chased the couple on their way to a synagogue along Collins Avenue, yelling anti-Semitic sentiments and threatening their lives.

According to the report, Al Saccal, a resident of Sunny Isles Beach born in Jordan, is currently in custody, facing charges of aggravated assault.

Authorities are considering upgrading these charges to hate crimes in light of the nature of his actions….

Are Ramadan Jihad Cells Already In U.S.?

SEE: https://www.jihadwatch.org/2024/03/are-ramadan-jihad-cells-already-in-u-s; republished below in full, unedited, for informational, educational, & research purposes:

Two recent interviews — one with former Navy SEAL and Blackwater founder Erik Prince and one with Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., — pointed to the gathering threat of terror violence inside the country this year.

Aside from these two and a few more, though, there seems to be scant attention being paid to the likelihood that a confluence of threat indicators will erupt into street violence on a scale we’ve not seen since the summer of 2020.

This year, the Islamic month of Ramadan begins on March 10.

It runs until sundown on April 10.

Against the backdrop of Israel’s ongoing Swords of Iron military operation against Hamas in the Gaza Strip, a month that even in less tumultuous years often sees an accelerated pace of jihad attacks globally, this year’s Ramadan likely will be the occasion for even more renewed calls for attacks against Jews in Gaza, Judea, Samaria, the rest of Israel, and the United States (U.S.) homeland as well. Indeed, U.S. imams have already begun calling for the killing of Jews on a genocidal scale.

Intelligence officials warned in January 2024 that Hezbollah may be plotting terror attacks inside its homeland this year.

Also in January, a group of former senior FBI officials sent a letter to congressional leaders warning of a “new and imminent danger.”

That danger, they wrote, arises from the ongoing mass invasion of military-age men from all over the world, among whom surely are not only Chinese Jungle Tigers but also Islamic terrorists seeking vengeance against Jews and for U.S. support of Israel.

Epoch Times show host and reporter Roman Balmakov interviewed Erik Prince at the March 2024 CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference. During the interview, entitled “Terrorist Sleeper Cells Are Already in the U.S.,” Prince told Balmakov that one reason he believes the Biden administration is so reluctant to strike back in any meaningful way against Iranian terror proxies  much less any Iranian target itself  is that the Iranian regime has already surged unknown numbers of military fighters across our southern border.

The prince suggested that such fighters — whether Iran’s own IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps), Quds Force, or proxy jihadis from HAMAS, Hizballah, or Houthis — could be flown on Iran’s Mahan Air from Iran to Venezuela.

From there, they could head north through the Darien Gap, which lies between Colombia and Panama, and then on up to and across the U.S. southern border.

Combined with other hostile military forces already certainly here, to include Chinese Jungle Tigers and Hezbollah cadres, these forces are likely forming cells, conducting pre-attack casing, surveillance, and training, and getting ready to launch combined attacks inside the homeland later in 2024, or should the U.S. do anything to upset Iran’s mullahs.

On March 3, 2024 Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., joined FOX News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” program with Maria Bartiromo.

Sen. Marshall warned about Chinese triads operating across America.

Triads are transnational organized crime syndicates based in Communist China, but operate globally, including the U.S.

It must be understood that these triads operate with the full knowledge and at least tacit acquiescence of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

Sen. Marshall noted that in Kansas and the U.S. more broadly, there has been “an explosion of human trafficking.”

Specifically, he was talking about the proliferation of massage parlors in Kansas as well as other states.

Those massage parlors, plus other Chinese fronts like hair or nail salons, are evidence not only of human smuggling and the enslaved Chinese women who work there, but also of a sophisticated money laundering operation.

Sen. Marshall spoke also about the flood of fentanyl trafficking across that southern border, a drug trade that he pointed out dates back to the era of Mao Zedong, when methamphetamine precursors were first sent into the U.S. in collaboration with the Mexican cartels.

Now, in addition to that early Chemical Warfare (CW), the CCP in collusion with the Mexican cartels, are smuggling fentanyl chemical precursors into Mexico, with American users the ultimate intended target.

With over 100,000 drug deaths in the U.S. every year, and most of those due to fentanyl (sometimes laced with other counterfeit drugs often bought online), there is no question that the CCP is waging Chemical Warfare against the U.S.

Sen. Marshall called out the Biden administration for permitting drug and human trafficking across the U.S. southern border with Mexico, despite the clear national security implications that put our entire nation in danger.

On a final note, the Washington Examiner and other news outlets reported in early March 2024 that the Biden administration had flown some 320,000 illegal aliens directly from unknown Latin American countries into the U.S. to unsuspecting American communities that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) refused to identify.

The secret airlift was kept secret from the American public to minimize the number of illegals being processed through U.S. southern ports of entry via the CBP One cell phone app.

America’s friends, allies, and enemies alike all see this happening. They all know that those with malign intent have a free pass into the U.S. under the Biden administration.

As the FBI officials wrote in their letter to Congress, “the warning lights are blinking.”

Candace Owens apologizes to Muslims for post-9/11 treatment, claims she was taught all Muslims were terrorists

She claims that it was beaten into students (figuratively!) every day that “every Muslim was a terrorist.” When and where did this happen? It wasn’t even a week after 9/11 that George W. Bush went to a mosque in Washington and declared that “Islam is peace.” The media inundated us after 9/11 with material about how Muslims condemned 9/11 and were being victimized by counterterror measures. Those of us who dared to note that Islamic texts and teachings contained justifications for violence against unbelievers, which is a readily provable fact, were put in the position of constantly having to affirm that not all Muslims were terrorists, and nevertheless were constantly accused of saying this, despite never having said it. We were excoriated, deplatformed, and marginalized as “Islamophobes” anyway, while groups with demonstrable links to jihadis gained regular establishment media access and wide influence among government and law enforcement officials. No one beyond a few nuts was actually claiming that every Muslim was a terrorist.

Candace Owens is here repeating talking points that Islamic groups such as the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) perfected in the years following 9/11 in order to stymie and silence those who spoke the truth about the motives and goals of jihad terrorists. I very seriously doubt that she could document her claims here with any actual evidence whatsoever.

The Crime of Mohamed Hadid

SEE: https://www.jihadwatch.org/2024/03/the-crime-of-mohamed-hadid; republished below in full, for informational, educational, & research purposes:

Ah, the Hadids. Where would we be without them? Brainless beauties, those Hadid girls, Gigi and Bella, sashaying down the catwalks of the Western world, and their doting, equally empty-headed, stage-door papa, a real-estate tycoon on his uppers and down on his luck, in sunny California, appear to have no other subject in their empty heads – as their Instagram postings make clear — than the hideousness of the Israelis and the sheer wonderfulness of the Palestinians they persecute. Gigi has informed the world that “Jesus was a Palestinian,” that the Palestinians are the “indigenous” people of a place known for thousands of years as “Palestine,” inhabiting the area long before the Jews ever arrived from Europe to steal their land and drive them out. It appears from her imaginative retelling of history that the Muslim Arabs arrived in “Palestine” two thousand years before Islam even existed. A neat trick!

Lately, the girls have been less loquacious, what with all their high-toned vogueing, and it is Mohamed Hadid who has hogged the Hadid limelight. While it is Hadid’s remarks on Israel that have been most intolerable, he also has a long record of sharp dealing; he has been sued by almost everybody he has ever had real estate dealings with, in one case even being forced by the courts tear down a $100 million mansion he had built in Bel Air, that violated zoning laws and because of its size, threatened to slide down a hill into his neighbors’ home. Just now he has uttered a threat to the President that he will no doubt regret, should the FBI come a-calling to read him the riot act. You can find his threat to “hunt down Biden like a Nazi war criminal” for his support of Israel here: “Mohamed Hadid: We will hunt down ‘Zionist criminals’ like Biden for court,” by Michael Starr, Jerusalem Post, March 4, 2024:

Real estate mogul Mohamed Hadid lashed out at US President Joe Biden on Sunday for his relations with Israel during the October 7 War, saying that it was the American leader’s war against Palestinians and that he would be hunted down like a Nazi war criminal.

This is [US President Joe] Biden’s war on the Palestinian people,” Hadid said on Instagram in response to a TRT World clip of UN Sustainable Development Network director Dr. Jeffery Sachs calling on the US to cease supplying ammunition to Israel. [Jeffrey Sachs is another in our series of “World’s Greatest Authorities.”] “He will be in court with the rest of the Zionist criminals. We will hunt them down like they did the Nazis.”

The current war in Gaza is not Biden’s war against the Palestinians. It’s Hamas’ war against Israelis. Hamas started a war that the Israelis neither wanted nor expected, on October 7, when 3,000 of its operatives pushed into Israel from Gaza, and proceeded to rape, mutilate, torture, and murder 1,200 Israelis, and to kidnap another 265. Israel is now fighting the fourth war for its survival. The other three were the wars of 1948, 1967, and 1973. Mohamed Hadid seems to think that the war is “Biden’s” because, he mistakenly believes, Biden has the power to stop the war at any point. He has a touching belief that Israel is America’s lapdog, that must listen and obey. Israel is an ally, possibly America’s closest ally. It is grateful for American military assistance. It listens carefully to the advice American administrations give. But Israel cannot be bullied to accept a diktat, as Mohamed Hadid seems to think. Jerusalem has shown it has no intention, for example, of accepting a permanent ceasefire in Gaza and its overarching war aim remains the complete dismemberment of Hamas as a military threat.

And does Hadid mean when he says that Biden, having been “hunted down” like the Nazis, will receive the same fate as did those war criminals tried at Nuremberg? Does he want to see him put to death?

If Hadid were to be convicted for “threatening the President,” he could be punished with a five-year prison term, a fine of $250,000, and three years of “supervised release.” It was bad enough for Mohamed Hadid when his net worth fell from over $100 million just a few years ago to $1 million today. Now, with the right judge, and the wrong lawyer, he may be spending five years in the hoosegow. And then there is that $250,000 fine. But you needn’t worry about Mohamed Hadid. He’ll be visited at least once every few weeks by Gigi, or by Bella. They can talk about Paris fashions, and Bel Air real estate, and all the great things that are happening now in “Palestine.”

Hamas-linked CAIR top dog: Muslims ‘willing to negotiate’ with Biden regime about Palestine, Yemen, and Kashmir

SEE: https://www.jihadwatch.org/2024/03/hamas-linked-cair-top-dog-muslims-willing-to-negotiate-with-biden-regime-about-palestine-yemen-and-kashmir; republished below in full, unedited, for informational, educational, & research purposes:

Nihad Awad of the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is threatening to withhold Muslim votes from Old Joe and his fellow corruptocrats unless they fall into line and support the global jihad more wholeheartedly. And they’re falling into line. The Biden regime has already begun to betray Israel, and more is coming.

“CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad In Dearborn, Michigan: No Party Should Take Muslim-American Voters For Granted; We Invite President Biden To Negotiate With Us On Changing His Policies On Palestine, Yemen, Kashmir,” MEMRI, February 26, 2024:

Source: Online Platforms – “American Moslem Society (Masjid Dearborn) on YouTube”
Nihad Awad, executive director of CAIR the Council on American-Islamic Relations spoke at the American Moslem Society (Masjid Dearborn) on February 25, 2024, ahead of the Democratic presidential primary elections in Michigan. He urged his audience to vote “uncommitted” in the primaries in order to send the message to Biden that Muslims will never vote for him. He said that Muslim voters should not be taken for granted by any political party, and he emphasized that the political parties should also focus on Muslim interests.

Awad said that Muslim Americans are willing to negotiate with President Biden, his administration, or his campaign on changing their policies towards Palestine, Yemen, and other issues, such as Kashmir. He said that the “Zionist lobby” has been able to influence American lawmakers to pass resolutions benefiting Israel. Awad explained that the reason for this “moral and political corruption” is that institutions have been able to “buy the loyalty” of these lawmakers. He continued to suggest that instead of American Muslims spending money on humanitarian aid, they should spend money on “those who make political decision here,” and avoid the destruction caused by America altogether. The talk was streamed live on the mosque’s YouTube channel.

Nihad Awad: “Do the upcoming elections affect what is happening in Gaza? The answer is a million percent “yes,’ because what is happening in Gaza now is happening with the consent, arming, support, justification, and protection of the U.S. administration, the administration of President Biden. He is doing that because he thinks that since he is the president, he has the right to do so, because he is managing the affairs of the country. But who put him in the White House? The voters, including the Muslim voters in Michigan.

[…]

“Now the responsibility is yours once again, do you understand? The responsibility to express your indignation at this unjust president who is financing this crime is yours once again.

[…]

“The Zionist lobby, or the pro-Israel lobby, was able to influence the Congress and the Senate to pass resolutions that give Israel $14 billion, regardless of the massacres. What is the reason for this moral and political corruption? It is because some institutions have managed to amass money over the years, and buy the loyalty of those [lawmakers]. The solution is that we liberate their loyalty from political corruption.

[…]

“You can send a very powerful message next Tuesday by choosing the ‘uncommitted’ option. This is a powerful message – the Muslims in Michigan are saying to [Biden]: ‘We will never vote for you, you will not get our trust.’ What will happen if this message is received on Tuesday evening? I expect that either the President changes his policy towards the war in Gaza and demands a ceasefire, or there will be pressure on him from the Democratic Party to resign and nominate another candidate, because Muslims anywhere in the U.S. will not vote for him.

[…]

“Subsequently, if President Biden, his administration, or his campaign want to negotiate with us after receiving a clear message, we will negotiate with them about changing his policies on Palestine, Yemen, and many other issues. Gaza is only the spearhead. It is the start. It exposes (people’s views).

“But beyond Gaza, there is Yemen, there is the Arab and Islamic world, and there are Muslim minorities that are suffering in India and in Kashmir.

[…]

“No political party should take our votes for granted. At the end of the day, we are Muslim voters, not Democrat or Republican voters. We are focusing on our interests, and they should focus on our interests, too. This message is not intended for Biden alone, but to the Democratic Party in its entirety and to the Republican Party as well.

[…]

“Do you know how much Muslims in the U.S. spend on humanitarian aid? Give me a number. It is about $1.5 billion.

[…]

“In other words, the Muslims in America are sending their money to rebuild what the U.S. has destroyed. Why? Because we do not have enough political power here to prevent those unjust policies that bring about killing, destruction, and displacement. We, as Muslims here, are acting the other way around. Instead of preventing the catastrophe from happening, we wait until it happens, and then we deal with it over there. We do this time after time. But brothers, we spend $1.5 billion on what is called ‘the aftermath.’ Why don’t we spend just $50 million on those who make the political decisions here, and save the Islamic nation from the killing, death, and destruction?”

Media Blackout: 67+ ‘Prominent’ Muslims in Minnesota Arrested in Biggest U.S. Pandemic-Era Fraud Scheme

SEE: https://www.jihadwatch.org/2024/03/media-blackout-67-prominent-muslims-in-minnesota-arrested-in-biggest-u-s-pandemic-era-fraud-scheme; republished below in full, unedited, for informational, educational, & research purposes:

Scores of prominent Islamic migrant figures, most with deep ties to the Democratic Party and including donors to Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey’s reelection campaign, alongside a celebrated left-wing journalist, business owners, and government workers, stand accused of wire fraud, money laundering, bribery, and conspiracy to commit those crimes. They allegedly funneled millions of federal dollars, earmarked for feeding underprivileged children, into personal luxuries, ranging from lavish homes and high-end cars to even a beach resort in Kenya.

The Feeding Our Future fraud scheme, uncovered by federal authorities, represents one of the most egregious examples of pandemic-era fraud, with over $250 million stolen from programs designed to feed needy children in Minnesota. The scheme involved a network of almost exclusively Islamic immigrant defendants who exploited the Federal Child Nutrition Program. This program was intended to provide nutritious food to underserved children, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic when regular school meals were disrupted.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office recently announced the indictment of ten additional individuals, bringing the total number of defendants to 70. These latest indictments involve charges of conspiracy, wire fraud, money laundering, and bribery, highlighting the complex web of deceit spun by the accused to misappropriate federal funds. About half of the individuals charged in the Feeding Our Future fraud case have also received tens of millions of dollars in state contracts for services like child care and assistance to seniors and people with disabilities. It has been noted that among the 70 defendants, many attempted to flee their home countries, which are predominantly Islamic-controlled, as authorities closed in on them.

Among the newly indicted is Ikram Mohamed, a 41-year-old consultant for Feeding Our Future, who played a pivotal role in the operation. Mohamed is accused of using her consultancy, IM Consultation LLC, to launder kickbacks and fraud proceeds under the guise of operating several food sites enrolled under the Federal Child Nutrition Program. She is charged with multiple counts, including conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering.

Mohamed’s family members were deeply involved in the scam. Her husband, Shakur Abdinur Abdisalam, falsely claimed to have served over one million meals through his company, Inspiring Youth & Out Reach LLC (“Inspiring Youth”), defrauding over $1.5 million. Similarly, Mohamed’s sister, Aisha Hassan Hussein, and her mother, Fadumo Mohamed Yusuf, operated sites that collectively claimed to serve nearly 2 million meals, obtaining millions in fraudulent funds.

Suleman Yusuf Mohamed and Gandi Yusuf Mohamed, brothers of Ikram Mohamed, along with other defendants such as Sahra Sharif Osman, Said Ereg, Najmo Ahmed, and Hoda Ali Abdi, were also implicated in the scheme. Each played a role in creating entities or running operations that submitted false claims for meal services that were either inflated or never provided, funneling millions of dollars for personal gain.

The federal Child and Adult Care Program and the Summer Food Service Program, together allocating $4 billion annually to feed people across the country, became conduits for this extensive embezzlement. Feeding Our Future, as a recipient of hundreds of millions of dollars from these federal programs between 2019 and 2021, channeled funds to numerous nonprofits primarily run by immigrants across Minnesota. However, these funds were allegedly diverted for personal enrichment rather than fulfilling their intended purpose of providing meals to underserved children.

Federal prosecutors assert that sponsor organizations like Feeding Our Future distributed them to food vendors and sites upon receiving funds through the Minnesota Department of Education. These entities were entrusted with providing ready-to-eat meals to local children. Instead, it’s alleged that most funds were squandered on lavish personal expenses such as luxury homes and flashy cars.

According to Minnesota Department of Education records, Feeding Our Future was legally allowed to keep up to 15 percent of the funds it received as administrative fees. However, the indictment alleges that the organization and its contractors went far beyond this, using fraudulent means to siphon off millions of dollars.

The detailed accounts of fraudulent activities, from creating sham companies to submitting falsified meal counts and attendance rosters, paint a picture of a calculated exploitation of a federal program designed to provide crucial nutrition to underserved children during the Covid crisis. The defendants’ actions, driven by greed, not only misappropriated vast sums but also undermined the integrity of a critical support system.

The individuals charged in the indictments span a wide range of backgrounds, from Islamic restaurant owners to Islamic nonprofit executives. Their alleged involvement in this elaborate scheme underscores the breadth and complexity of the fraud perpetrated against programs intended to support vulnerable communities.

The following individuals are named in the indictment United States v. Aimee Marie Bock et alindictment
  1. Aimee Marie Bock, 41, Apple Valley, founder and executive director of Feeding Our Future. Prosecutors accused her of overseeing the fraud scheme. She has pleaded not guilty.
  2. Abdikerm Abdelahi Eidleh, 39, of Burnsville, worked for Feeding Our Future and is accused of soliciting and receiving bribes and kickbacks from sites Feeding Our Future sponsored. According to court documents, agents believe Eidleh fled the country and was in Mogadishu, Somalia.
  3. Salim Ahmed Said, 33, of Plymouth, owns and operates Safari Restaurant in Minneapolis, one of the largest Feeding Our Future sites, which received more than $16 million.
  4. Abdulkadir Nur Salah, 36, of Columbia Heights, Minnesota, is charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery, federal programs bribery, conspiracy to commit money laundering, and money laundering. Abdulkadir Salah owned and operated Safari Restaurant, a site receiving over $16 million in fraudulent Federal Child Nutrition Program funds.
  5. Ahmed Sharif Omar-Hashim, also known as “Salah Donyale,” 39, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, is charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery, federal programs bribery, conspiracy to commit money laundering, and money laundering. Omar-Hashim created Olive Management Inc., a site that received approximately $5 million in fraudulent Federal Child Nutrition Program funds.
  6. Abdi Nur Salah, 34, Minneapolis, a former senior policy aide to Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey, acquired the nonprofit Stigma-Free International from its previous owner, listed in the indictment as “Individual A.”
  7. Abdihakim Ali Ahmed, 36, of Apple Valley, Minnesota, is charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery, federal programs bribery, conspiracy to commit money laundering, and money laundering. Media Silence

In the shadow of this staggering scandal, one question looms large: Why the deafening silence from the media? With a story of this magnitude involving prominent figures, widespread fraud, and the exploitation of essential aid meant for the most vulnerable, the lack of comprehensive coverage is deeply concerning. Could it be that the narrative doesn’t fit the agenda of most media outlets? Is it possible that the ties of those involved to influential Democrat political circles, alongside the broader political landscape, have contributed to this glaring absence of scrutiny?

As the open borders crisis continues to unfold in America, encouraged and facilitated by some left-wing political factions, one cannot help but wonder: Would the media response be the same if the perpetrators were conservative Americans tied to the Republican Party in a red state? The discrepancy in coverage raises troubling questions about media integrity, bias, and the prioritization of narratives over truth. In a society where the press is supposed to serve as a watchdog, holding power to account, the silence surrounding this scandal is a stark reminder of journalism’s lack of vigilance and impartiality in today’s climate. It underscores the imperative for citizens to demand transparency, accountability, and equal scrutiny regardless of political affiliation. The true measure of a free press lies not in what it reports but in what it chooses to ignore.

Welsh singing star Charlotte Church leads ‘From the river to the sea’ chant, denies it’s antisemitic

In the Western since Oct. 7, there has been an explosion of antisemitism. Antisemitism is being normalized.

Popular culture is influential. The “Sing for Palestine” event, led by Charlotte Church, called for the destruction of Israel. It also constituted incitement against Jews and Zionists. While the Left is infamous for stifling free speech that is merely found to be offensive, the Left has shown remarkable tolerance for antisemitic incitement and even violence.

After she led “From the river to the sea” chants, Church denied that the chant was antisemitic, and attempted to justify it by pointing out that Palestinians are being killed in Israel’s war on Hamas. This justification, too, is becoming increasingly normalized. Pro-Hamas individuals and groups as a rule do not point out Hamas’ use of human shields, which is directly responsible for the number of civilian deaths. Nor do they condemn the United Nations for stymieing Israel’s efforts to evacuate refugees. Many Leftists don’t know the facts and history of the Palestinian jihad, but easily digest the prevailing propaganda, and then regurgitate it.

“Welsh singing star Charlotte Church leads ‘from the river, to the sea’ chants,” JNS, February 27, 2024:

At a “Sing for Palestine” event in Caerphilly, South Wales, musician and actor Charlotte Church led a choir that included children in singing a protest chant calling for the destruction of Israel.

In a video of the performance, Church can be seen wearing a keffiyeh. Near the end of the show, she sang with the group, “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.”

“I stand by everything that we sang on Saturday. It was really beautiful,” Church said. The singer called the event “a deeply spiritual experience for me, and I would do it again 100 times and plan to.”

She interprets the slogan as advocating for “the human rights and for the equal liberty of Palestinian people as well as Israeli people on the lands of Israel and Palestine.”

The singer shifted the focus away from her statements and to the war in Gaza, saying “This is about the slaughter of tens of thousands of innocent people, the slaughter of children. What is happening in Gaza is a hell on Earth. A hell has been created, people are being purposefully starved and it’s emotional.”….

“Charlotte Church denies ‘River to the Sea’ song sang during pro-Palestine concert is antisemitic,” by Ellie Muir, Independent, February 26, 2024:

Charlotte Church has denied the song “From the River to the Sea” is antisemitic after she belted out a rendition at a pro-Palestine concert.

The Welsh musician was recorded singing the divisive song, which can be interpreted as a direct call for the state of Israel to be destroyed, during a pro-Palestine fundraising concert….

Once again, the Biden regime is trying to appease its far-Left, Israeli-hating base. The regime could destroy the alliance altogether and throw Israel at the jihadis in exchange for Muslim support for Biden’s reelection.

“In Private Remarks to Arab Americans, Biden Aide Expresses Regrets on Gaza,” by Reid J. Epstein and Erica L. Green, New York Times, February 9, 2024:

In a closed-door meeting with Arab American leaders in Michigan this week, one of President Biden’s top foreign policy aides acknowledged mistakes in the administration’s response to the war in Gaza, saying he did not have “any confidence” that Israel’s government was willing to take “meaningful steps” toward Palestinian statehood….

The Biden aide, Jon Finer, a deputy national security adviser, offered some of the administration’s clearest expressions of regret for what he called “missteps” it had made since the beginning of the violence, and he pledged that it would do better.

During a meeting on Thursday with Arab American political leaders in Dearborn, Mich., Mr. Finer said, “We are very well aware that we have missteps in the course of responding to this crisis since Oct. 7,” according to a recording of the gathering obtained by The New York Times. A National Security Council official confirmed the recording was authentic.

Mr. Finer added: “We have left a very damaging impression based on what has been a wholly inadequate public accounting for how much the president, the administration and the country values the lives of Palestinians. And that began pretty early in the conflict.”…

Mr. Finer and several other senior Biden administration officials, including Samantha Power, the administrator of the United States Agency for International Development, traveled to Dearborn on Thursday for a series of meetings, including one in which Mr. Finer’s comments were recorded.

Those sessions came a week after Biden's campaign aides, including Julie Chávez Rodríguez, the manager of his 2024 bid, quietly traveled to the city and met with a few officials, including Representative Rashida Tlaib, a Palestinian-American progressive who is at the forefront of Democratic calls for a cease-fire.

However, Mayor Abdullah Hammoud of Dearborn and several other local officials declined to meet with Ms. Chávez Rodríguez. Mr. Hammoud later issued a statement saying he wished to speak with policymakers instead of campaign officials. White House officials then scrambled to arrange a visit.

During Thursday's meetings, Mr. Finer articulated the American government’s efforts to bring a halt to the war in Gaza. Building a formal diplomatic relationship between Israel and Saudi Arabia, he said, is a critical step toward creating a Palestinian state. Doing so, he added, requires politically difficult sacrifices from both countries and the United States.

“We will have to do things for Saudi Arabia that will be very unpopular in this country and in our Congress,” Mr. Finer said. “Will Israel be willing to do the hard thing that’s going to be required of them, which is meaningful steps for the Palestinians on the question of two states?" I don’t know if the answer to that is yes. I do not have any confidence in this current government of Israel.”…

Pakistan: Muslims torture Christians and force them to recite the Islamic profession of faith

The Qur’an says “There is no compulsion in religion” (2:256). However, what constitutes “compulsion” is in the eye of the beholder. The institutionalized subjugation of the dhimma, with its regular humiliation and harassment, from which one can be freed for the simple price of converting to Islam, is not considered compulsion. Remember Steve Centanni and Olaf Wiig, the journalists who were kidnapped and forced to convert to Islam — even though their conversions were obviously coerced, their captors made them say that they were converting freely, and the captors probably believed that themselves. After all, the journos could have chosen to be killed instead.

“Christians Tortured, Forced to Recite Islamic Creed in Pakistan,” Morning Star News, February 1, 2024:

LAHOREPakistan (Christian Daily InternationalMorning Star News) – An Islamist cleric presided over the forced conversion of two Christians into Sialkot District, Pakistan, after they were tortured into reciting the Islamic conversion creed, sources said.

Azam Masih, 28, and his brother, Nadeem Masih, were abducted, beaten with iron rods and pressured to convert to Islam on Jan. 22 in the Kotli Loharan area, said Adil Ghauri, chairman of the Masihi Baidari Tehreek or Movement for Christian Awakening.

Azam Masih was working at his tailoring shop in the Kharota Syedan market when Naseem Shah and accomplices held him at gunpoint and forcibly took him to the house of another suspect, Sunny Shah, Ghauri said.

“The assailants accused Azam of patronizing ‘wrongdoings’ in the area and started beating him with iron rods,” Ghauri told the Christian Daily International-Morning Star News, adding that the suspects later abducted his younger brother, brought him to the house and subjected him to the same torture. “The accused then forced the two Christians to recite the Kalima [proclamation of Islamic conversion] if they wanted to save their lives, threatening to kill them if they refused. The tortured brothers had no choice but to surrender to this demand.”

The suspects also recorded a video statement from the two brothers in which they were forced to say that they were converting to Islam of their own free will, Ghauri said. He added that the assailants also snatched mobile phones and other belongings from the two brothers before releasing them.

The rights activist said the brothers and their impoverished Christian family chose to keep silent about the ordeal, as the suspects had warned them against contacting police.

“We came to know about this incident on Jan. 24 and immediately contacted the family,” Ghauri said. “After much persuasion, we were able to convince the family to file a First Information Report [FIR] with the police, as keeping silent would have only encouraged the perpetrators to target more Christians living in the village.”

More than 300 Christian families are settled there, he added.

Kotli Loharan police arrested a Muslim cleric alleged to have conducted the conversion and registered charges against the suspects of kidnapping, punishable by death or life imprisonment; theft with intention to cause injury or death, punishable by up to 10 years in prison; threatening death or grievous injury, punishable by up to seven years in prison; causing injury to extort a confession, punishable by up to 10 years in prison; and acts committed by several persons in furtherance of common intention.

The suspects, Naseem Shah and Sunny Shah, have criminal backgrounds and have been involved in inciting hatred against Christians, Ghauri said.

“This is not the first time Christians have been targeted in that area,” Ghauri said. “In fact, after the Aug. 16, 2023 attacks in Jaranwala, at least two-three attempts were made to stir religious tension by throwing torn pages of the Quran near Christian homes. Had the police and district administration taken timely action against the perpetrators of those incidents, this incident could have been prevented.”…

Rewarding the Oct 7 Massacres With a ‘Palestinian’ State

SEE: https://www.jihadwatch.org/2024/02/rewarding-the-oct-7-massacres-with-a-palestinian-state; republished below in full, unedited, for informational, educational, & research purposes:

What do you get when you massacre over a thousand people? A country.

What do you get when you massacre over a thousand people, rape, behead, torture and kidnap everyone Jewish, Christian or non-Arab in sight? International diplomatic recognition.

Secretary of State Tony Blinken has reportedly begun conducting a review of options for recognizing a ‘Palestinian’ state after the war. The State Department has claimed there are no policy changes, but that may yet be more diplomatic doubletalk.

UK Foreign Secretary David Cameron, brought in after PM Rishi Sunak ousted Minister Suella Braverman for speaking out against the pro-Hamas rallies, published an op-ed calling for a “pause” in the fighting, exchanging Israeli hostages for captured Hamas terrorists, and providing “safe passage” to “key Hamas leaders” and “the people responsible for October 7” to leave Gaza. After that he announced that his government might recognize an Islamic terror state.

“We – with allies – will look at the issue of recognising a Palestinian state, including at the United Nations,” he claimed. “That could be one of the things that helps to make this process irreversible.”

Why the urgent need for the “irreversible” recognition of a terror state?

According to Cameron, “we must give the people of the West Bank and Gaza the political perspective of a credible route to a Palestinian state and a new future.”

The “people” in question have already been polled on what they want from the future.

A poll found that 74% of ‘Palestinians’ supported the Hamas atrocities of Oct 7 and a majority “extremely” supported them. Only 12% were against. 83% of those in the West Bank, under the Palestinian Authority and the immediate beneficiaries of statehood, supported the crimes.

98% in Gaza and the West Bank said that they felt ‘pride’ as ‘Palestinians’ over the war. 74% expected the fighting to end with the defeat of Israeli forces in Gaza. Only 17% supported a two-state solution, while 77.7% wanted to destroy Israel and replace it with a ‘Palestinian’ state.

This is what supporting the “Palestinian people” with a “Palestinian state” really means.

Former Minister Theresa Villiers who, unlike Cameron, had backed Brexit, warned that “accelerating unilateral recognition of Palestinian state would be to reward Hamas’ atrocities.”

And that’s exactly right.

The only reason any of this is being discussed is the Oct 7 Hamas attack. Recognizing a terror state after one of the worst acts of terror in history will retroactively validate everything.

Hamas will be able to claim victory, and so will the ‘Palestinians’ who took part in it, cheered it and supported it to a larger degree than Germans supported Hitler.

The Palestinian Authority, on which hopes for a Palestinian State, depend is just as bad.

Despite Blinken’s best efforts, Mahmoud Abbas, the PLO leader who serves as the official .President of the Palestinian Authority, refused to disavow the Oct 7 attacks. Instead, the PLO, Fatah and other elements of the ruling regime in charge of the West Bank have praised it and others, like the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, even bragged about taking part in the attacks.

A video from the Palestinian Authority terror group features “terrorists wearing Fatah’s yellow armbands firing Kalashnikov rifles at a kibbutz” and “a Fatah terrorist stamping on the head of a murdered Israeli” as the group boasts that “we had a prominent and clear role” on Oct 7.

Abbas was elected to a four-year term in 2005. There have been no elections since and he has functioned as a glorified dictator subsidized by our foreign aid. His likely successors, including the imprisoned leader of a terror group who is ahead in the polls, all praised the Hamas attack.

Democratic elections in a ‘Palestinian’ state would mean Hamas. The Islamic terror group won the 2006 legislative elections and took over Gaza. That's why there have been no elections since. Current polls show that if there were to be democratic elections, Hamas would easily win them.

Biden claimed that, “the vast majority of Palestinians are not Hamas. Hamas does not represent the Palestinian people.” But the vast majority of them disagree and want Hamas to head or form part of a unity coalition of Islamic terrorist groups running a ‘Palestinian’ state..

The only Palestinian Authority candidate who could beat Hamas is Marwan Barghouti, the grandfather of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, currently serving several life sentences in Israel prison, who responded to Oct 7 by urging a total war against Israel. Hamas has demanded Barghouti’s release as part of any ‘terrorists-for-hostages’ trade with Israel..

Recognizing a ‘Palestinian’ state means either recognizing the Palestinian Authority’s terror dictatorship in the West Bank or Hamas. Either way, an Islamic terrorist group will run the place, eliminate any opposition and launch more terrorist attacks against Israel and then anyone else.

But diplomats who were blindsided by the Oct 7 attacks are fighting to take control of the situation and the narrative by offering up the same old failed policies. Diplomats claim that Oct 7 was caused by a failure to negotiate, but it had really been brought about by endless negotiations.

Before the Oct 7 assault, National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan had an article in Foreign Affairs magazine touting how negotiations with Hamas had led to quiet in Gaza. After the Hamas invasion, the online version had that edited out and only the print copies remain.

The roots of the Oct 7 attack lie in the 1992 pressure campaign to force Israel to take back the Hamas terror leaders it had deported, followed by the Oslo accord deals with Arafat and the PLO, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice’s ’s insistence on democratic elections that brought Hamas to power, Obama’s Arab Spring which empowered the Muslim Brotherhood parent organization of Hamas to win democratic elections, including in neighboring Egypt, which provided a vital outlet of support for Hamas, and then the Iran Deal that funded the state sponsor of Hamas which led Iran to expand its operations and ambitions around the region.

The addiction to diplomacy, nation building, accords and agreements led fatally to Oct 7.

Israel has resisted allowing Hamas to take part in elections only to face pressure from Rice.

“Whenever you have 80 percent of the Palestinian people turn out in a free and fair election, one that is free of violence, it has to be a cause for hope,” Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice argued after Hamas won the 2005 election.

In 2007, a year after Hamas seized control of Gaza, Rice declared, “frankly, it’s time for the establishment of a Palestinian state.”

No matter how often the same approach fails, the diplomats never admit they were wrong.

To be a modern day diplomat is to ignorantly blame a lack of diplomacy and negotiations for everything and to promise that they can fix everything. Diplomats have been telling us for generations that a “Palestinian state” would be the solution to all of the problems in the region, but ever since the Oslo accords, life in Israel and the Middle East has become much more violent.

There’s a limit to how much damage generals can do, but not diplomats.

Compare the damage from the Iraq War to the fallout from the Arab Spring which didn’t just set one country on fire, but led to brutal and enduring civil wars in Yemen, Syria and Libya, while causing serious harm in Egypt, Tunisia, and many other countries across the region.

Oct 7 was not the result of a military process, but a diplomatic one, in which the Biden administration and several Israeli governments had negotiated temporary quiet with Hamas.

Diplomats can’t afford to allow the impression that there is a military solution to terrorism. Or too much of anything else. And so they’re rushing to impose a diplomatic solution that would empower terrorists because that is all that diplomacy with terrorists ever accomplishes.

Since Oslo, diplomacy has consistently proved the flip side of the Roman “si vis pacem, para bellum” or “if you would have peace, prepare for war.”

Israelis have learned the hard way that if they prepare for peace, they will have war. Diplomacy is supposed to avert war, but with Islamic terrorists it encourages war instead.

Despite all the promises, the Oslo accords and other peace negotiations never ended the violence because the Islamic terrorists quickly realized that violence was their best leverage. Negotiations soon fell by the wayside as Palestinian Authority terrorists focused on direct or indirect proxy terrorism. Hamas then took up the slack by promising to turn the violence on or off in exchange for money and political power. Recognizing a “Palestinian” state after Oct 7 would validate terrorism as the ultimate strategy yet again and would ensure more such attacks.

The push for a “Palestinian” state after Oct 7 not only rewards the atrocities of that day, but encourages the Arab Muslim ‘Palestinian’ settlers living in the West Bank and Gaza to repeat them.

What do you get when you massacre over a thousand people, rape, behead, torture and kidnap everyone Jewish, Christian or non-Arab in sight? The answer should not be your own country.

Maryland: Muslim Teacher Says She’s Victim of Racism After She’s Suspended for Calling for Israel’s Disappearance Inbox

SEE: https://www.jihadwatch.org/2024/02/maryland-muslim-teacher-says-shes-victim-of-racism-after-shes-suspended-for-calling-for-israels-disappearance; republished below in full, unedited, for informational, educational, &research purposes:

CAIR files discrimination lawsuit against Montgomery County Public Schools

A Muslim elementary school teacher in Maryland has filed a discrimination complaint after being suspended for using the phrase “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” as her email signature. More on the outraged, and outrageous, Hajur El-Haggan, can be found here: “Muslim school teacher says she’s victim of racism after being suspended for using ‘From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free’ as her email signature,” by Emma Richter, DailyMail.com

A Muslim school teacher in Maryland said that she is a victim of racism after she was suspended for using ‘From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free’ as her email signature.

Hajur El-Haggan, a math teacher at Argyle Middle School, was placed on administrative leave in November after she was told that her chosen signature was not allowed.

This was her school email, not her personal account. Students, parents, and fellow teachers would all be subjected, in their email correspondence with her, to this message: “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.”

This phrase is a call for the establishment of a Palestinian state on all the land from the river Jordan to the Mediterranean Sea, and for the disappearance of the Jewish state. All of its Jewish inhabitants would be expelled or killedRightly understood, it is a call for ethnic cleansing, and the replacement of the only Jewish state by a twenty-third Arab one. It is understandable that the principal would not want one of his teachers displaying such a sentiment on a school account.

The Muslim and Arab-American teacher has since gone on to file a discrimination complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Maryland Commission on Human Rights against Montgomery County Public Schools.

‘I have co-workers who have “Black Lives Matter” in their email signatures, or links to their pronouns and what they mean. My quote does not fall into a different category,’ El-Haggan told KUTV.

She is wrong. Her quote is in a different category. “Black Lives Matter” does not call for ethnic cleansing or the destruction of a state and its people. Phrases about pronouns that have to do with self-identification as non-binary, similarly, are not a threat to the existence of anyone. “From the river to the sea” is such a threat; it means politicide accompanied by ethnic cleansing.

The complaint stated that after she was reprimanded by the school’s principal about her email signature, she offered to take it down, but they [sic] proceeded to tell her that she would still be suspended.

Even if El-Haggan had taken down that email signature, that would not have changed the fact that she supports the disappearance of Israel, and the removal of all of the Jews living now “between the river and the sea.” Isn’t that the real “racism” that is involved here, and not her suspension? She was not suspended because she is a Muslim Arab, but because of her support for the ethnic cleansing of Jews “from the river to the sea.”

The discrimination complaint, which has also been filed with the local Fair Employment Practices Agency, said that El-Haggan and her colleagues at the school ‘hold certain personal and political views regarding various social injustices.’…

Would a teacher who had made known his, or her, support for the KKK, or for neo-Nazi groups, be allowed to continue as a teacher? El-Haggan’s views are not merely “political,” but rather, a call for the destruction of a country and the ethnic cleansing — some might even say the attempted “genocide” — of its people.

The complaint also noted that besides El-Haggan, other teachers in the middle school ‘expressed opinions about various political and social matters.’…

But none of her fellow teachers called for what amounts to ethnic cleansing.

‘Just like here in America, we have “From sea to shining sea,” it’s no different. It’s a call for freedom, peace, basic rights, and humanity and coexistence,’ El-Haggan said….

No, Ms. Al-Haggan. They are not the same. “From sea to shining sea” is merely the geographical description of a country — America — that is being celebrated as “beautiful/from sea to shining sea.” “From the river to the sea” is not a call for “freedom, peace, basic rights, and humanity and coexistence,” but rather, a malevolent call for the destruction of a state and its people.

The complaint also said that that three days before she was placed on leave, the Palestinian flag in her car that said ‘Free Palestine was cut off of her vehicle and written on….

Did she promptly report this act? It would be strange – should raise a skeptical eyebrow – if she had not done so. Or was this claimed attack dreamed up later to support her lawsuit, suggesting that she was living in a hostile, anti-Palestinian, racist environment?

The phrase ‘From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free’ has long been seen as a call for destruction by the Jewish population, but for the Palestinian community and their supporters, it has been seen as a peaceful call for liberation.

No, that phrase is not seen as a “peaceful call for liberation” by the Palestinians. They know exactly what it means — the destruction of the Jewish state and the expulsion, or killing, of its Jewish population. In this hoped-for future state of “Palestine,” only Israeli Arabs would be allowed to remain.

There is speech that is beyond the pale. Calling for the destruction of a state and its people, because of their religion, is such speech. It is reasonable for the Montgomery County School Board to want to protect its students from such speech, directed at the only Jewish state, just as it would want to protect them from teachers found to endorse the KKK or neo-Nazis. El-Haggan and her lawyer hope to convince the judge that “from the river to the sea” is an innocuous call for “peace and liberation.” It is not. And the lawsuit will be determined by whether or not the judge, or possibly members of a jury, understand its malevolent significance.

Dearborn, MICHIGAN Named ‘America’s Jihad Capital,’ Mayor and Biden Respond About the Way You’d Expect

AP Photo/John Locher
The Wall Street Journal did everyone a service Friday by publishing an op-ed entitled “Welcome to Dearborn, America’s Jihad Capital: Imams and politicians in the Michigan city side with Hamas against Israel and Iran against the U.S.” This was an eyebrow-raising exposition by Steven Stalinsky of the indispensable Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) of how numerous Islamic leaders and other public figures in Dearborn have openly supported Hamas, which the State Department still officially considers to be a jihad terror group. Instead, however, of concern about open support for terror in Dearborn, the article has given rise to concerns — expressed even by the Biden regime — about “Islamophobia.”

The whole incident has been an illustration of how stigmatized honest discussion about the jihad threat has become in the U.S. today, after well over twenty years of relentless propaganda from government and law enforcement officials, as well as from the establishment media, about how such discussion is an unacceptable manifestation of hate. Stalinsky himself, after the firestorm began, was put into the unenviable position of having to insist, “Nothing in my article was written to instigate any sort of hate.”

Indeed, but that doesn’t mean there wasn’t any hate in the article. It was just all coming from the other side. Stalinsky’s article notes that “a local headline describing an Oct. 10 event at the Ford Performing Arts Center read, "Michigan rally cheers Hamas attack.’” He shows Imam Imran Salha of the Islamic Center of Detroit in Dearborn calling for the “demise” of Israel, which, if it ever happened, would result in the murders of millions of Israelis.

Stalinsky also points out that another Dearborn-area imam, Usama Abdulghani, “called Oct. 7 ‘one of the days of Allah’ and a ‘miracle come true.’ He described the attackers as ‘honorable.’ He said they were ‘lions’ defending ‘the entire nation of Muhammad the messenger.’” Also, “the Islamic Center of America, a leading Dearborn mosque, held a memorial service on Dec. 30 for a Hezbollah operative killed in an Israeli airstrike.

The Hadi Institute, which runs an Islamic Montessori school and bills itself as a youth community center, held a “Commemoration of the Martyrs” on Jan. 5. This event honored Quds Force Commander Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, leader of the Iran-backed Popular Mobilization Forces in Iraq.” All this and more, Stalinsky says, makes for “a moment for counterterrorism officials to be concerned.”

There is, however, no indication that they are. The Journal’s article has enraged city officials, not because the city is a hotbed of support for jihad violence, but because it has been exposed as such. Dearborn Mayor Abdullah Hammoud, whose most self-righteous victimhood mode is fully activated, announced Saturday: “Effective immediately - Dearborn police will ramp up their presence across all places of worship and major infrastructure points." This is a direct result of the inflammatory @WSJ opinion piece that has led to an alarming increase in bigoted and Islamophobic rhetoric online targeting the city of Dearborn. Stay vigilant.”

This was pure grandstanding. There had been no threats anywhere in Dearborn; if there had been, Hammoud certainly would have said so. He was simply indulging in the left’s tried-and-true propaganda technique of equating dissident speech with violence and treating it as incitement (while steadfastly ignoring actual calls for violence and real attacks committed by leftists).

Related: Old Joe Biden Has a New Nickname, and This One Isn’t Funny At All

And if any leftists are claiming victimhood and accusing their opponents of “hate speech,” Old Joe Biden can’t be far away. The leftist wonk who runs his X account declared on Sunday, “Americans know that blaming a group of people based on the words of a small few is wrong. That’s exactly what can lead to Islamophobia and anti-Arab hate, and it shouldn’t happen to the residents of Dearborn – or any American town. We must continue to condemn hate in all forms.”

Whoever was putting this unctuous and hypocritical twaddle into hateful Old Joe’s mouth didn’t mention the WSJ article, but that was the only instance of “Islamophobia” the noble people of Dearborn are dealing with, so his intention was unmistakable. It’s unusual for the president of the United States, even a figurehead like Old Joe, to comment on a newspaper article that has nothing to do with himself or his policies, but the Biden regime is deeply worried about the defection of the Muslim bloc from the left’s coalition over the regime’s putative support for Israel. And so Old Joe and his henchmen are playing the “Islamophobia” card wherever and whenever they can.

Amid all this controversy, one question remains unanswered and totally ignored: is Dearborn really America’s jihad capital? Should its mayor be more concerned about that than about clamping down on criticism? The consequences of ignoring that question, after all, could be explosive.

Jackpot! Muslim Woman in Tennessee Gets $100,000

Can you guess for what?

SEE: https://www.frontpagemag.com/jackpot-muslim-woman-in-tennessee-gets-100000; republished below in full, unedited, for informational, educational, & research purposes:

There are several ways to get rich in Old Joe Biden’s America. Among the most notable are winning an elected office, being the son of a major elected official, and being part of one of the left’s protected victim groups who can make a case for having been the victim of discrimination. That last one is why a woman in Tennessee, Sophia Johnston, is $100,000 richer today.

Of course, another feature of Old Joe Biden’s America is that $100,000 today amounts to only $14,474 in 1973 dollars, 1973 being the year Old Joe entered the Senate and began working for a better deal for the common man. So it cannot be said that winning her discrimination case has made Sophia Johnston rich, but still, $100,000 even in 2024 dollars is a nice chunk of change to get just for winning the victimhood jackpot.

The Nashville Tennessean reported Monday that Johnston “has reached a settlement with Rutherford County and members of the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office after she was forced to remove her hijab for a booking photo at the Rutherford County Detention Center in late August.” Johnston claimed that “the forced removal of her religious covering for a minor — and since dismissed — criminal booking violated her First Amendment right to practice her religion without interference.”

Even worse, Johnston contended, it was obscene. The Miami Herald reported in August 2023 that “forcing an observant Muslim woman to remove her hijab in front of men who are not family is ‘humiliating and degrading,’ according to the lawsuit, which likened doing so to making a woman remove her shirt in public.”

The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office folded easily in the face of the prospect of being accused of “Islamophobia”: “As part of the settlement, the county agreed to update its booking and jail policies to accommodate religious attire, delete Johnston’s booking photos and all video footage in which she was depicted without wearing her hijab, and pay her $100,000.” What? No all-expenses-paid vacation in an Islamic holy city of her choice? No valet service? What kind of a settlement is this?

A lucrative one. Daniel Horwitz, the chief of Johnston’s legal team, crowed: “This is a historic win for Ms. Johnston and her entire religious community. Citizens have the right to practice their religion without unreasonable governmental interference, and we are proud to have vindicated Ms. Johnston’s rights and secured permanent policy changes that will prevent violations like this from recurring. Every government agency in Tennessee should take notice.”

This was indeed “a historic win for Ms. Johnston and her entire religious community,” but it’s a loss for the safety and security of the people in Rutherford County. The reason why Muslim women are asked to remove their hijab for booking photos is because something could be concealed within it, including a weapon, and to enable more precise identification. But all that goes out the window when Muslim groups play the “Islamophobia” card.

The updated booking policy states that “arrestees and citation recipients are not required to remove religious head coverings for booking photos as long as the view of the face and profile are not obstructed by religious attire.” Great. Knives, drugs, and who knows what else could be hidden in there, but who cares? To maintain such concerns would be “Islamophobic.”

Johnston was understandably happy after her victory, saying: “I’m extremely grateful (for the results. It wasn’t just for me. It was something that I wanted to make sure I did for you all.… It feels like I’m not just a voice just for myself, (but rather) a voice to all religions to let them know that it’s okay to practice religion, to stand up for your rights and hopefully empower others to do the same thing.”

That’s marvelous. She is indeed a voice not just for herself, but for everyone who is aiding and abetting the breakdown of common-sense safety standards all over the country in the name of “equity” and the avoidance of “discrimination.” The next time someone conceals a weapon in headgear and attacks someone in a police station, Sophia Johnston and Daniel Horwitz should get a personalized thank-you card from the victim (or victims).

Johnston adds: “I just remember being feeling alone,” she said. “It took me through a lot of changes — a lot of PTSD even afterwards. I just felt like my rights were being violated in the worst way. … I’ve never done anything wrong in my life. So it was very different for me. And then having gotten to the point where my hijab had to be removed and everything, it was very scary for me.”

I’m so very sorry. But why should others now be endangered to make up for this unsettling experience?
