Hungary, which has a Christian constitution, has been unwavering in defending its culture and rule of law, and protecting its citizens from Islamization. In its preamble, the Hungarian constitution declares its Christianity and its role in preserving nationhood. It also honors its “forebears who fought for the survival, freedom and independence” of Hungary.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has been vocal about his country’s determination to reject open-door immigration in order to preserve Hungarian culture. He has put a stop to illegal Muslim migrants trying to storm in, by building a wall. The EU has condemned Orban for his stance as he continues to expose the goals of globalists.

Responsible immigration while upholding the rule of law and national security should be a priority for every nation. Instead, these important attributes of any leader have been virtually abandoned by “progressive” globalists and weak so-called conservative leaders (such as Boris Johnson).

Ahead of European Parliament elections in 2019, Orban stated in a speech:

“We wish for the veil to fall from the eyes of the people of Europe, so they can see and understand that without Christian culture there will be no free life in Europe,” said Orban, who sees Muslim immigrants as threats to Europe’s lifestyle. “Without defending our Christian culture, we will lose Europe and Europe will no longer belong to Europeans.”

Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán believes the mass migration agenda is part of a “global plan” to create a “new proletariat” in the West, advanced by people who care nothing for culture and national identity and consider only economics.

Speaking at the 4th Budapest Demographic Conference, organised as a forum where pro-family policies and other measures to reverse population decline without resorting to mass immigration, Orbán addressed attendees including former U.S. Vice President Mike Pence, the President of Serbia, the Serbian President of Bosnia, and the prime ministers of Slovakia and Slovenia, noting that the cause of national conservatism had “suffered sensitive political losses” in recent years.

“President Trump was not able to continue his work” in the United States after January 2021, he lamented, while former Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu is now in opposition — “and God knows what will happen in Germany this Sunday” when Angela Merkel’s notionally centre-right party may be displaced by a left-wing government possibly including the communist Marxist Left Party in national elections.

“Like those before me, we are concerned about the advent of the New Marxist, New Leftist ‘woke’ movement, as it is called in America. We can see that already in kindergartens they want to miseducate our children; they use children as Pride activists, they are telling children about the ‘free choice of genre — this is part of the New Marxist ‘woke’ programme,” he warned.

Decades of Soviet communist domination, however, has “inoculated” former Eastern Bloc countries such as Hungary and Poland against “the ‘woke’ virus”, in his view — “our history is protecting us against the cultural left.”

As a result, the Hungarian leader suggested, his government and likeminded administrations in the region can see the divide on demographics more clearly.

“Is it a problem that the population is in decline?” he asked.

“The West… just does not want to maintain itself. Let’s not beat around the bush: certain civilisations are able to reproduce; the Western civilisation is not able to reproduce — so much so that they are unable to decide whether this is a problem at all.

“Some are of the opinion that this is not a problem, and they argue that by increasing productivity and by developing technology fewer people will be able to generate more goods, more public good. Mechanised production, artificial intelligence, an automated economy — human labour doesn’t count anymore. That is the technocratic, Silicon Valley solution,” he explained.

“And there are others who sense the problem of declining demographics and they want migration. They believe alien peoples from distant lands should be moved in and that will stop the demographic decline. But mass migration… the millions of people who have been lured here, are basically a global plan of moving in the new proletariat,” he accused, adding that the promoters of this worldview “do not take into account the cultural aspect of democracy.”…..

Michigan: Federal judge throws out female genital mutilation case against Muslim physicians

DETROIT — A federal judge on Tuesday threw out the nation’s first female genital mutilation case, delivering a major blow to the prosecution and survivors who had hoped the Detroit case would help end a practice that is still performed on millions of girls worldwide.

In dismissing the four-year-old case, U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman concluded the prosecution was vindictive in seeking new charges against the accused, who had previously convinced the judge to declare the federal female genital mutilation ban as unconstitutional.

“The court concludes that the prosecution in this matter is vindictive. The government obtained the fourth superseding indictment, which asserts new and additional charges, in retaliation for defendants’ past success in having other charges dismissed,” Friedman wrote in his ruling. “Such vindictive or retaliatory prosecution is a due process violation of the most basic sort.”

The lead defendant is Dr. Jumana Nagarwala, whom prosecutors allege cut the genitals of nine minor girls during after-hours procedures at a Livonia clinic that belonged to her doctor friend, who also was charged in the case. Nagarwala has long denied engaging in genital mutilation, saying the procedure she performed on minor girls was a benign, religious practice that involved only scraping or “shaving” of the genitalia, not cutting.

Nagarwala’s attorney, Shannon Smith, applauded Friedman’s ruling, but called the ending of this case “bittersweet.”

“Yes, they’ve won, but they’ve never been vindicated in court. Those things never happened. The things the government alleged never happened,” Smith said. “Our clients have lost so much of their lives. The impact on their lives has been unspeakable. It’s hard. They’ve gone through half a decade of being charged and living under these charges.”

Smith also expressed frustration with much of the case being sealed.

“I’m not surprised with how it ended. But what’s really sad is that so much of the case is under seal and is not available to the public,” Smith said. “I can understand why people reading about this are going to be so upset and confused and not understand … but so much of the case is under seal.”

The U.S. Attorney’s Office declined comment Tuesday, noting it has not yet reviewed the judge’s ruling, which essentially ends the case unless the government appeals.

The case involves nine girls, ages 7 to 12, from Michigan, Illinois and Minnesota, including some who cried, screamed and bled during the procedure and one who was given Valium ground in liquid Tylenol to keep her calm, court records show.

Among the accused were three mothers, including two Minnesota women whom prosecutors said tricked their 7-year-old daughters into thinking they were coming to metro Detroit for a girls’ weekend, but instead had their genitals cut at the Livonia clinic as part of a religious procedure….

Senate Confirms Radical Eco-Terrorist as Chief of the Bureau of Land Management

The Senate confirmed, by a vote of 50-45, Tracy Stone-Manning to be the new director of the Bureau of Land Management. That Stone-Manning has espoused radical environmental views should not be a surprise.

But the new BLM director was also a declared sympathizer and member of the radical eco-terrorist group Earth First! and admitted to retyping and sending a letter warning the U.S. Forest Service of a tree spiking in Idaho.

The purpose of tree spiking is not to save trees but to strike fear and terror in the hearts of loggers and the companies that hire them. At the time of the tree spiking, Stone-Manning was an active member of Earth First! and was described as “extremely anti-government.”

AZ Central:

Former Forest Service Special Agent Michael Merkley, the lead agent on the tree-spiking case, wrote to members of the U.S. Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee informing them that Stone-Manning was not only “an active member of the original group that planned the spiking to the Post Office Timber Sale Trees,” but that she was “vulgar, antagonistic, and extremely anti-government,” only choosing to cooperate after she was informed that she could face charges if she did not comply with the orders of a federal grand jury.

Stone-Manning also lied during her confirmation hearing, according to GOP Senator John Barrasso.

“This investigator has confirmed what I have been saying,” said Barrasso. “Tracy Stone-Manning collaborated with eco-terrorists who had booby trapped trees with metal spikes. She mailed the threatening letter for them and she was part of the cover up. She did not cooperate with investigators until she was caught.

“Tracy Stone-Manning lied to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee by claiming the tree spiking was ‘alleged’ and that she was never investigated. Now, we have confirmation that neither of those things are true. President Biden must withdraw her nomination.”

Her nomination was opposed by two past BLM directors, including Barack Obama’s BLM chief Bob Abbey, who said, “To put someone in that position that has this type of resume will just bring needless controversy that is not good for the agency or for the public lands.” Another former BLM head, Jim Caswell, said, “If she’s confirmed, it’s just going to be impossible … It’s a detriment to the employees.”

With questionable integrity, radical views (she said the U.S. would do well to follow Communist China’s population control measures), and a dismissive attitude toward other points of view, what is Tracy Stone-Manning doing anywhere near an office of any federal agency?

Stone-Manning’s nomination was a payoff to the radical green groups that worked tirelessly to get Joe Biden elected. Biden had to give the radical greens something, so he threw them a bone with the BLM nomination of an eco-nut.

Surely there are better ways to pay a political debt than rewarding a member of an eco-terrorist group with a job. But in Joe Biden’s Washington, this is how it’s done.

 

POLICE STATE NEW JERSEY’S Rutgers UNIVERSITY professors mark 20th anniversary of 9/11 by assaulting America

America’s recent military withdrawal from Afghanistan “is a fantastic defeat for U.S. imperialism,” crowed Rutgers University professor of media studies Deepa Kumar during the Sept. 10 webinar “Twenty Years after 9/11: Islamophobia and the Politics of Empire.” With a penchant for impenetrable leftist jargon, she and her colleagues at New Jersey’s flagship public university engaged in an anti-American diatribe on the eve of 9/11’s 20th anniversary.

The anti-Semitic Rutgers University women’s and gender studies professor Jasbir Puar, a well-known extremist, opened the event, which highlighted a new edition of Kumar’s book Islamophobia and the Politics of Empire, with baseless, and sometimes bizarre, cant. Thus, America’s Afghanistan campaign was a “war that was deliberately designed through its preemptive targeting never to end,” she said. She condemned “near-universal feminist approval” of American military responses to Al-Qaeda’s 9/11 attacks as expressing the “Orientalism of gender studies,” which “by and largely institutionalized veiling as a trope of women’s oppression.”

Women in Afghanistan and other Muslim-majority countries might well agree with this “trope,” but Puar dismissed such concerns as part of the “rationalized psyche of American imperialism” and its “thoroughly overdetermined questions.” This entails “liberal savior rhetoric” of “white men saving brown women from brown men, and its homo-nationalist corollary, white queers saving brown queers from brown cis-gendered, straight people,” she said.

Deranged as that is, she was only warming up. “Homo-capitalist forces of a purported secular queerness” meanwhile “produce coming out as a technology of Christian theological confession” as part of a worldview that “hypercritically demands reconciliation of Islam and sexuality.” Such vacuity is what passes for intellectual sophistication in academe.

Having previously compared American armed forces to Islamic State jihadists, Kumar likewise denigrated concern for gays and women under Islamic law as “liberal Islamophobia.” America’s Afghanistan war was the “white man’s burden dressed-up and packaged to be palatable in the twenty-first century,” she said. “By no means were women liberated,” she stated, for warlords merely succeeded the American-led overthrow of the Taliban, an assessment that neglected real advantages for Afghan women freed from the Taliban’s “gender apartheid.” In a classic straw man fallacy, she asserted that Americans believe Muslims in Afghanistan or Iraq “are not prepared to enter the stage of democracy” and are, therefore “uncivilized and barbaric.” Denying the validity of her own assertion as a “long-held Orientalist myth,” she simultaneously ignored the complicated reality of American-led efforts to promote democratization in Muslim lands.

As if Muslims had never been imperialistic, Kumar found fault only with Westerners, for through the centuries “Spanish, British, French and American imperialisms have all been important vehicles for the development of anti-Muslim racism.”

“Donald Trump’s presidency was the most Islamophobic in U.S. history,” she said, while American evangelicals are “extreme rabid racists”—an irredeemably racist generalization itself. Echoing traditional Islam’s denial of freedom of conscience, Kumar cast former Muslims in a “native informant role” who present Muslim countries as “terribly backward.” Similarly, free speech regarding Islam is nothing, she said, but a “cover to spout anti-Muslim racism, as we have seen in the various cartoon controversies in Europe.”

In this setting, Rutgers University assistant professor of Africana Studies Noura Erakat provoked no dissension with such vague statements as “racism better understood is racial capitalism.” She particularly gushed over “one of the most epic prison breaks of our time” recently in Israel, where imprisoned terrorists tunneled out of confinement. “Six prisoners overcame the only nuclear empire in the Middle East and global empire’s self-proclaimed unique ally with a set of spoons,” she rejoiced.

These killers are, for Erakat, perpetual victims, for “Israel has racialized Palestinians as always already guilty. Their crime is their existence and the threat they pose … to Zionist settler sovereignty.” In the face of Palestinian crimes, she equivocated that “terrorism has no juridical meaning in international law,” something she should tell the United Nations’ Office of Counterterrorism. Rather, she suggested that Israeli self-defense is the real terrorism, even as the Israeli military puts its own soldiers in mortal danger to protect Palestinian civilians. She snidely speculated “whether state actors can commit terrorism or instead if their casualties in combat are strictly collateral damage regardless of the carnage or the recklessness or the deliberate nature of their strikes.”

Erakat concluded falsely that terrorism “is restricted to a particular group of people rather than a set of behaviors.” Therefore, she said, “Palestinians remain the terrorists. This reflects a cornerstone of anti-Muslim racism in the context of imperial violence.” Meanwhile, “Arabs in the United States continue to benefit from probationary U.S. citizenship contingent on endless U.S. war-making in the Middle East,” she asserted incongruously, given her status as a Palestinian-American living peacefully in the land she loathes.

Such “Islamophobia” was decried by other panelists as part of a wider pattern of Western exploitation and racism throughout history. Among these was the feminist writer Naomi Klein, Rutgers’ inaugural Gloria Steinem Endowed Chair in Media, Culture and Feminist Studies, who labeled as “agricultural violence” social transformations throughout history, such as the English enclosure movement, which privatized and settled communal lands. Keeanga-Yamahtta Taylor, a pro-LGBT African-American Studies professor from nearby Princeton University, described the 1992 Los Angeles riots, in which 63 people died, as the “LA rebellion.” She also fantasized that “police were deified as soldiers” in the 1990s.

Simple decency dictates that every anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks that killed almost 3,000 innocent Americans should be a time of mourning. Yet the panelists twisted the sacred memory of the terrorists’ victims to portray them, and by extension, all Americans as deserving of the attacks. For these privileged academics, “Islamophobia”—a word coined to silence critics of Islam—demonstrates how the capitalist West, as once represented by the World Trade Center’s twin towers, is a cancer upon a largely nonwhite global proletariat.

Little will change until America’s tax- and tuition-paying public demand that universities stop supporting such radical chic, anti-American drivel.

Hero flight attendants fought off an enraged passenger who attempted to storm the cockpit of a JetBlue flight out of Boston this week — at one point being heard saying “Allah” — in a brutal clash that has once again raised questions about airline safety.

That passenger on JetBlue Flight 261 heading to San Juan, Puerto Rico, Wednesday night “had to be physically restrained by flight crew members … during the passenger’s attempt to gain access to the flight deck,” an FBI agent states in his affidavit.

The suspect, Khalil El Dahr, “became angry” after a phone call he tried to make was unsuccessful, the affidavit states.

Soon after, he “rushed toward the flight deck yelling to be shot,” the FBI agent writes. “Six or seven” flight crew members then took him on until they could subdue him.

At “one point during the incident, they were able to understand El Dahr said ‘Allah’ in a raised tone,” the agent reports….

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, amid the weakness of America on the global stage, grows ever more aggressive. He has made no secret of his goal to revive the Ottoman Empire. Now he has proudly opened “the Turkevi Center, a 36-story skyscraper located just across the street from UN headquarters.”

Turkey has already noted its common ground on Islam with the Taliban, which views Turkey as an ally. The Taliban’s mission is to export Sharia globally.

Erdogan stated:

For Turkey has nothing that contradicts their [the Taliban’s] faith. And because Turkey has nothing that contradicts their faith, I think that we will be able to discuss and agree on these issues better. 

To spell it out for all those who believe Islam is a “religion of peace”: Turkey’s leader has admitted to the unity of belief between the Taliban and the Turkish State. Westerners keep on telling mainstream Islamic scholars (e.g. the Grand Sheikh of Al Azhar) and leaders of Islamic countries (like Turkey, Iran and Wahhabi Saudi Arabia) how much more they know about Islam.

“The Turkevi Center, which will become the hub of Turkish culture in the US, will also house the UN’s permanent mission of Turkey.” Turkish mission and culture is wrapped up in the jihad. Now the foundation is grounded in NYC, set in concrete: a 36-story skyscraper that can be seen from “downtown Manhattan, the East River and Long Island.” Erdogan stated in New York:

I expect you to continue your activities of charity, (Islamic) cause and benevolence at a faster pace….In addition to Covid-19 we are also fighting another virus which is more destructive, more deadly and more insidious. The name of this virus is hostility towards Islam.

A.k.a. the “Islamophobia” canard. In Erdogan’s mind, the American flag is now supplanted with the Turkish flag, and less than two weeks after the anniversary of 9/11 to boot, in New York City — the city once transformed by Donald Trump.

Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will open on Monday the Turkevi Center, a 36-story skyscraper located just across the street from UN headquarters.

The Turkevi Center, which will become the hub of Turkish culture in the US, will also house the UN’s permanent mission of Turkey and the Turkish Consulate General.

The building, which features traditional Turkish architectural motifs, especially from the Seljuk Empire, rises into the sky in the shape of a tulip and can be seen from downtown Manhattan, the East River and Long Island.

Turkevi Center to reflect Turkey’s culture
It was designed as a symbolic skyscraper that will add to the skyline of New York, one of the world’s most iconic cities, while reflecting Turkish culture, history and diversity.

The Turkevi Center’s swooping curves and geometric crescent patterns were designed by Perkins Eastman. This new, 563-foot tall consulate of the Republic of Turkey is a modern architectural interpretation of “Islamic themes and Turkish art and culture.”

United Glass Metal Yapi engineers and fabrication specialists built the building’s iconic glass facade and perforated metal paneling. The consulate will house new passport and visa branch offices, conference rooms, a multi-purpose prayer room, fitness center, auditorium, underground parking, and residential space for staff and visitors.

After his visit to the Turkevi Center, Erdogan addressed members of the Turkish American community at an event held by the Turkish American National Steering Committee.

He urged Muslims to elect representatives in federal and state elections, vowed to help out in any way he can and branded hostility against Islam as more dangerous than Covid-19.

“I expect you to continue your activities of charity, (Islamic) cause and benevolence at a faster pace,” the Turkish president said. “In addition to Covid-19 we are also fighting another virus which is more destructive, more deadly and more insidious. “Grateful” Refugee Plots to Bomb Pittsburgh Church

If one of those fabled white supremacist terrorists that Biden’s handlers keep telling us are the biggest terror threat in America today had been caught plotting to bomb a mosque, you can bet you would have heard about it. But the news Thursday that a Muslim named Mustafa Mousab Alowemer pleaded guilty to a jihad plot to bomb a Pittsburgh church, the Legacy International Worship Center, got little notice. That’s no surprise: the story doesn’t fit the narrative of either Biden’s handlers or the establishment media, which is that there is no significant jihad terror threat, and a much bigger problem is the “Islamophobia” of Trump’s bloodthirsty MAGA legions. Back in the real world, the guilty plea is a small reminder of what the real threat really is.

There is another reason why both the administration and the media would rather have this story go away, amid the chaos at the Southern border and just after the catastrophe in Afghanistan: Alowemer, 23, came to the United States from Syria as a refugee when he was 18. Yet he doesn’t exactly fit the image of a grateful refugee, eager to become a part of our glorious multicultural mosaic. He told investigators, according to the criminal complaint against him, that “his motivation to detonate a device at the Church was to support the cause of ISIS and to inspire other ISIS sympathizers in the United States to join together and commit similar acts in the name of ISIS.” He added that he “also targeted the Church, which he described as Christian and Nigerian, in order to ‘take revenge for our [ISIS] brothers in Nigeria.’” Christians are suffering fierce persecution from Muslims in Nigeria, but as far as Alowemer was concerned, this meant only that they were infidels at war with Allah, and he thirsted for revenge.

The young jihadi wanted to maximize the casualty count. The Associated Press reported that Alowemer had “detailed plans” to bomb the church, including a particularly cruel touch: “Federal prosecutors said at the plea hearing that he talked about potentially planting a second explosive device, timing the detonation to coincide with when first responders would begin to arrive.”

The criminal complaint also inadvertently reveals the cluelessness of the FBI regarding the beliefs, motives, and goals of Islamic jihadists. It states:

In or around April 2018, the FBI identified a social networking account with display name “Mustafa Alowemer” as likely belonging to Alowemer. Notably, the “Intro” section of the social networking account included a phrase in Arabic text that an FBI linguist translated as “hoping to Allah that he dies in a way that does not require the traditional funeral cleansing and burial rituals.” This same FBI linguist interpreted this statement to mean that Alowemer wanted to die by being blown up, which would render traditional Islamic funeral rituals unnecessary or impossible.

Well, yes, but the FBI linguist seems to have omitted the key point: In a tradition, Muhammad ordered that the bodies of the martyrs are not to be washed, as the blood and gore with which they may be covered is attractive to the virgins of paradise. Alowemer didn’t necessarily have to be blown up, but simply to die in the process of killing infidels, as the Qur’an promises paradise to those who “kill and are killed” for Allah (9:111). If Alowemer had succeeded in mounting his attack and the FBI was there expecting him to try to blow himself up, they could have been completely wrongfooted.

Anyway, Alowemer was forthright in this social media account about his desire to wage jihad. He wrote: “Indeed, I ask Allah to relief [sic] us and grant us Nafir,” that is, the ability to answer the call to wage jihad. He considered doing so outside the country, at one point asking: “If I want to do Nafir to Turkey and then to Syria or Iraq, do you know someone who can help me?” But ultimately he decided to stage his jihad right in the country that had welcomed him and showered benefits upon him to enable him to start a new life far from a war zone.

Now that Alowemer has pleaded guilty, will investigators go on to other cases, or will they try to determine where Mustafa Mousab Alowemer learned his understanding of Islam? Where did he get the idea that it would be a good idea to pledge allegiance to the Islamic State? Has his mosque been investigated? Why not?

And above all, will Biden’s handlers consider the implications of a young jihadi targeting Christians in the United States for murder after coming here as a refugee? Will they redouble their efforts to vet the Afghan evacuees and other refugees properly, and make new efforts to ensure that no jihadis will enter the country? Don’t be silly. That would be “Islamophobic.”

In another sign of the times, the Taliban — the militant Islamic terrorist group which now runs most of Afghanistan — has named a special envoy to the United Nations and is requesting to address the UN’s General Assembly this week as world leaders convene in New York City.

On September 20, Suhail Shaheen, who currently serves as the Taliban’s spokesperson in Qatar, was nominated to be the terror group’s ambassador to the UN.

UN Secretary-General António Guterres first received word on September 15 from the former Afghan government’s ambassador, Ghulam Isaczai, regarding who would be attending this week’s meeting in New York.

On Monday, Guterres received a letter from the Taliban’s new foreign minister, Amir Khan Muttaqi. The new foreign minister disputed the former ambassador’s claim to the diplomatic credentials and requested to speak with the General Assembly.

Reportedly, the letter explains that the former government and its president, Ashraf Ghani, had been “ousted” as of August 15 and that countries across the world “no longer recognize him as president.” Therefore, Isaczai should no longer represent Afghanistan at the UN.

Stéphane Dujarric, a spokesman for Guterres, confirmed receipt of the communication and has sent both requests to the nine-member UN credentials committee.

“The Secretary-General received a communication with the letterhead ‘Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ dated 20 September 2021, signed by ‘Ameer Khan Muttaqi’ as ‘Minister of Foreign Affairs,’ requesting to participate in the ’76th session of the UN General Assembly on September 21-27 2021,'” Dujarric said.

No meeting of that credentials committee, which includes members from the United States, China, and Russia, has yet been scheduled, making it unlikely that the Taliban’s new foreign minister will address the UN during this week’s meeting.

Few nations have yet recognized the Taliban’s new government, but the Islamic terrorist group is working hard to garner that recognition. The UN and the Taliban are reportedly working together to provide food and other aid amid a burgeoning humanitarian crisis in the war-torn country, for instance.

And of course, the U.S. government says it is still communicating with the group in an effort to evacuate American citizens and Afghan allies who remain in the country.

But the Taliban’s subjugation of women and its brutal cultural edicts are bound to keep many countries from offering formal recognition.

Last week, approximately two dozen former Afghan diplomats released a statement pleading with countries not to legitimize the Taliban’s new government with any formal recognition.

In that statement, the diplomats ask that the world “Not further legitimize the Taliban by recognizing their interim government in Kabul. Recognizing the so-called Islamic Emirate of the Taliban will not only legitimize the group but also validate their suppressive regime and forceful subjugation of the Afghan people to their rule. The Taliban is a terrorist group. Most of the Taliban leaders and members of their interim government are on the UN sanction list as terrorists.”

In addition, a group of GOP lawmakers is urging the Biden administration not to recognize the Taliban’s new government. In a letter to Secretary of State Antony Blinken, a group led by Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) expressed their concerns.

“Since reestablishing control of Afghanistan, the Taliban resumed the same murderous and oppressive habits that characterized their leadership tenure prior to the arrival of U.S. forces in 2001,” the group, which includes Senators Ernst, Rick Scott (R-Fla.), Dan Sullivan (R-Alaska), and Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.), wrote.

A quick recognition of the new “Islamic Emirate of the Taliban” seems unlikely — at least in America. With Americans still trapped in the country, it’s unlikely that even the Biden administration would make such a gigantic mistake.

But the United Nations may be a different story. Only nine members of the 15 member Security Council must agree to the Taliban’s inclusion at the UN. Certainly, the United States has veto power over that inclusion, but can we trust this administration to veto the Taliban’s membership after it simply gave them Afghanistan?

Perhaps soon, we’ll see a representative from the Taliban seated on the UN’s Human Rights Council alongside other paragons of human rights such as China, Cuba, Pakistan, and Venezuela.

Afghan Refugees Accused of Sex Abuse of Minors, Spouse Abuse

They didn’t leave Afghanistan very long ago, and so it is understandable that Bahrullah Noori and Mohammad Haroon Imaad, two Afghan evacuees at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, would behave as if they were still there. The Justice Department announced Wednesday that a federal grand jury in Wisconsin charged Noori with “attempting to engage in a sexual act with a minor using force against that person, and with three counts of engaging in a sexual act with a minor, with one count alleging the use of force.” Imaad was charged with “assaulting his spouse by strangling and suffocating her.” The alleged crimes took place at Fort McCoy, where Noori and Imaad have been staying in anticipation of being placed in some lucky American neighborhood. The Justice Department said nothing about how both men were just following religious and cultural norms that other Afghan refugees are likely to follow as well, or about the implications of that fact for the entire Afghan refugee resettlement project.

Noori’s victims, according to the indictment, “had not attained the age of 16 years and were at least four years younger than the defendant,” who is 20. No one in the establishment media will dare to talk about it, but the fact is that in the culture in which Noori was raised, an unmarried girl who is 16 is getting a bit long in the tooth. The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has reported that over half of the girls in Afghanistan are married before they reach the age of eighteen. In early 2002, researchers in refugee camps in Afghanistan found half the girls married by age thirteen. In one camp, more than two out of three second-grade girls were either married or engaged, and virtually all the girls who were beyond second grade were already married. One ten-year-old was engaged to a man of sixty.

And it’s not just Afghanistan: child marriage has abundant attestation in Islamic tradition and law. Turkey’s directorate of religious affairs (Diyanet) said in January 2018 that under Islamic law, girls as young as nine can marry. Ishaq Akintola, professor of Islamic Eschatology and Director of Muslim Rights Concern, Nigeria, said in 2016: “Islam has no age barrier in marriage and Muslims have no apology for those who refuse to accept this.” Dr. Abd Al-Hamid Al-‘Ubeidi, Iraqi expert on Islamic law, said in 2008: “There is no minimum marriage age for either men or women in Islamic law. The law in many countries permits girls to marry only from the age of 18. This is arbitrary legislation, not Islamic law.”

Dr. Salih bin Fawzan, a prominent cleric and member of Saudi Arabia’s highest religious council, declared in 2014 that there is no minimum age for marriage in Islamic law at all and that girls can be married “even if they are in the cradle.” Pakistan’s Council of Islamic Ideology has ruled that “Islam does not forbid the marriage of young children.”

These authorities say these things because hadiths that Muslims consider authentic record that Muhammad’s favorite wife, Aisha, was six when Muhammad wedded her and nine when he consummated the marriage: “The Prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death)” (Bukhari 7.62.88).

Marrying young girls was not all that unusual for its time, but because in Islam Muhammad is the supreme example of conduct (cf. Qur’an 33:21), he is considered exemplary in this even today.

And regarding spousal abuse, the Qur’an teaches that men are superior to women and should beat those from whom they “fear disobedience”: “Men have authority over women because Allah has made the one superior to the other and because they spend their wealth to maintain them. Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because Allah has guarded them. As for those from whom you fear disobedience, admonish them and send them to beds apart and beat them.” (4:34)

Muhammad’s child bride, Aisha, says in a hadith that Muhammad “struck me on the chest which caused me pain, and then said: ‘Did you think that Allah and His Apostle would deal unjustly with you?’” (Sahih Muslim 2127) Another hadith states: “Rifa`a divorced his wife whereupon AbdurRahman bin Az-Zubair Al-Qurazi married her. Aisha said that the lady (came), wearing a green veil (and complained to her (Aisha) of her husband and showed her a green spot on her skin caused by beating). It was the habit of ladies to support each other, so when Allah’s messenger came, Aisha said, ‘I have not seen any woman suffering as much as the believing women. Look! Her skin is greener than her clothes!’” (Sahih Bukhari 7.77.5825)

In light of all this, no one should be surprised that Bahrullah Noori and Mohammad Haroon Imaad, fresh from Afghanistan’s deeply Islamic culture, should be caught in America behaving like Afghans. The larger question is whether it is wise to endanger women and girls by bringing into the country a large group of people among whom is an unknowable number who think the same way that Bahrullah Noori and Mohammad Haroon Imaad do. But that question will, of course, not be asked. To ask it would be “Islamophobic.”

 

10% of Biden’s Afghanistan Aid Will Go To Taliban~Why are American taxpayers funding the Taliban?

Deborah Lyons, the head of the UN mission in Afghanistan, met with Sirajuddin Haqqani, a wanted terrorist with the Haqqani Network, a Taliban component with close ties to Al Qaeda.

Lyons had served as Canada's ambassador in Kabul when the Taliban carried out a suicide bombing against a Canadian embassy convoy. Lyons put up a monument to the security contractors who were wounded and killed, but they sued after being abandoned afterward.

Sirajuddin Haqqani is a wanted terrorist with a $10 million FBI reward on his head.

“It is impossible to provide humanitarian assistance inside Afghanistan without engaging with the de facto authorities,”  U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned.

The de facto authorities being the Islamic terrorists of the Taliban and Al Qaeda.

The official word is that the Taliban won’t stop the UN humanitarian operations. Whether or not the Taliban will refrain from taxing the UN’s proposed $1.2 billion aid boom is another question.

Without waiting for that question to be settled, Biden has not only kicked in $64 million, but the Treasury Department issued a license for Afghanistan aid which states that it, "will continue to support the continuity of the U.S. government’s important humanitarian-related work in the region", while claiming that "we have not reduced sanctions pressure on Taliban leaders or the significant restrictions on their access to the international financial system."

The Taliban and most “humanitarian” groups in Afghanistan are using the Islamic Hawala system which enables international finance and massive terrorist fundraising at the same time.

And “humanitarian aid” is one of the best ways to fund Islamic terrorists. The Taliban impose an Islamic tithe which American taxpayers will end up paying once the millions in aid arrive.

The Taliban had set up its Commission for the Arrangement and Control of Companies and Organisations at least over a decade ago. Much like the old Afghan government, it made few distinctions between for-profit companies and non-profit charities and taxed them both.

When the United States was in control of Afghanistan, USAID and the UN were exempted from government taxes. That was only fair considering that the vast majority of Afghanistan’s money came from USAID and the UN. But the local Afghan “implementing partners” paid taxes to the government and if they did business in Taliban territory, they also paid off the Jihadists.

We don’t know exactly how much taxpayer money went to the Taliban, but one survey found that contractors priced in 20% to 30% from their contracts as payoffs. More formally, the Taliban tend to charge a 10% Islamic tax on income and a 2.5% Islamic wealth tax. While this is modest compared to taxes in some western socialist countries, the only service the Taliban provide is not killing you. That doesn’t require much infrastructure but is really valuable on the ground.

Every charity and humanitarian group has denied paying taxes to the Taliban because it’s illegal. All of them, or almost all of them, are likely lying because otherwise, they’d be dead.

The Taliban had an extensive and sophisticated tax collection network long before they took Kabul which included all the usual elements of bureaucracy, registration, certificates, and assessments. They even have “NGO coordinators” who work with non-profit groups.

As an Economist article noted, "Britain’s Foreign Office had to remind ngos not to pay taxes to the Taliban."

The Taliban at one point provided a list of non-profits that had registered with their Commission for the Arrangement and Control of Companies and Organisations. The group “included UN agencies, national and international NGOs and human rights organizations” including those that  “rely on funding from a wide range of sources, including both the UN and the US government”.

That was back in 2013 when the Taliban had far less power and were less intimidating.

It’s a safe bet that nearly every non-profit still operating in Afghanistan is registered with the Commission, and was probably registered in previous years, and is paying off the Taliban.

Even if the UN succeeds in exempting its operations from taxes, the “implementing partners”, local Afghan groups, will still pay taxes to the Taliban. And their employees and those of the groups they fund will certainly be taxed. If the United States funds doctors and clinics, they will be taxed (as they were before the fall of Kabul), if we fund teachers, they will pay taxes to the Taliban, and so will every beneficiary of our “humanitarian aid”.

"We can maintain a humanitarian commitment to... the Afghan people in ways that do not have any funding or assistance pass through the coffers of a central government," Ned Price, Biden’s State Department spokesman, falsely claimed.

Price knows that’s a lie.

Even if the humanitarian aid doesn’t initially pass through the Taliban’s coffers, it will inevitably end up there as it works its way through Afghanistan. Even if we just shipped food and medicines, the Taliban will take its ‘cut’ of the medicine and food as they used to before. They will then be able to dispense it to their supporters or resell it on the black market. Both are common practices for Islamic terrorist groups like the Houthis in Yemen or Hamas in Israel.

That’s why it’s common for there to be a “humanitarian crisis” in terrorist hellholes like Yemen or Gaza. No matter how much aid is sent in, the crisis never goes away because the terrorists not only steal the aid, they deliberately create the crises so that they have more aid to steal.

The only way to stop the crisis is to either kill the terrorists or at least stop sending them aid.

The 10% in the headline is a crude estimate. Any money or aid dispatched to Afghanistan will resonate back and forth through the economy with the Taliban taking a cut at every end. And the final amount will be a whole lot more than the formal Islamic tithe which the Taliban impose.

There is no way to provide humanitarian aid to a terrorist state without funding its regime.

And that will mean difficult moral choices.

When the Great Famine struck Russia as a result of Communist collectivism, the United States undertook a massive aid effort, sending $20 million (a quarter million in today’s dollars) in food aid. The noble effort saved millions and bailed out the Bolshevik regime which showed no gratitude and went on to kill millions anyway. Then it built up a massive nuclear program while plotting to destroy the United States and murder hundreds of millions of Americans.

No one wants to deny aid to suffering people, but when the cause of the suffering is a genocidal enemy regime, subsidizing it only makes things worse. Refusing to provide aid or normalize economic relations with the Soviet Union might have saved far more lives in the long run.

The Taliban won because many Afghans decided to support them or not to resist them. That is a choice that they will have to live with and learn to regret if anything is going to change.

Providing aid to Afghanistan will bail out the Taliban. The more aid we send to Afghanistan, the more powerful, the more secure, and the more aggressive the Taliban’s ambitions will grow. The harder the Taliban have to work to maintain control over Afghanistan, the less scope they will have for terrorism abroad. The more aid we send, the broader the Taliban’s horizons will grow.

Senator Cory Booker foolishly argued that aid is a “strategic leverage that we have over the Taliban.” No, it’s strategic leverage that the Taliban have over us as the Biden administration and the UN negotiate with the terrorists over the right to bail out their vicious regime.

Biden kept falsely claiming that he had to get out of Afghanistan because we couldn’t keep spending money on the failed state. Yet he began sending more money to Afghanistan before all of the Americans he abandoned behind enemy lines had even been evacuated.

After leaving massive caches of weapons and vehicles for the Taliban to enjoy, Biden is dispatching another $64 million, of which millions will likely end up in the hands of the Taliban.

The Taliban will impose their Islamic tithe on the aid that Biden sends to Afghanistan. And taxpayers will be the ones paying the tithe to support the Taliban’s Jihad against non-Muslims.

Americans aren’t just paying taxes to the government, they’re paying them to the Taliban.

(Natural News) In lockstep with fake “president” Joe Biden’s ongoing efforts to inject every last American with a Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine,” officials in the District of Columbia are doing their part to try to get more needles into arms by roving local neighborhoods in search for the “unvaccinated.”

Elissa Silverman, a D.C. Council Member, spoke at a recent meeting about how she is personally very upset about the fact that not everyone in the area has agreed to roll up their sleeves for an “Operation Warp Speed” shot.

“I want to understand our city’s strategy regarding the unvaccinated because that’s, like, the big deal here,” Silverman whined. “If I’m looking at the data correctly, almost all of our unvaccinated residents 12 and older are insured by Medicaid. That’s like the entire universe.”

Because Silverman feels as though everyone should be forced to get injected against their will – this is also known as medical fascism – she is calling on D.C. officials who are higher up on the food chain than herself to take swift and immediate action to get everyone jabbed.

Another council member by the name of Mary Cheh further complained about how she witnessed students at Wilson High School sitting close to one another at lunch – gasp! These same students were also not wearing face masks, which upset Cheh even more.

To try to get their way, these two women are attempting to launch a crusade against the unvaccinated and other “non-compliant” people, including public school students who refuse to wear a mask and stay socially distanced from one another at all times.

They are joined by Patrick Ashley of D.C. Health, who announced that his department has unleashed an “outreach program” that involves going door to door to get more needles into arms.

“And as a reminder, we knock on doors until we actually get someone to talk to us,” Ashley announced. “And so, they’ll go back to a house four or five, six times, if necessary, multiple times of the day.”

Unlike the two women, Ashley stated that he agrees with the Constitution that Americans have the freedom and liberty to reject Fauci Flu shots if they so choose, which really upset Silverman.

“The president is saying it’s not a choice anymore!” Silverman interrupted and shouted at Ashley as he was stating that Wuhan Flu shots are “a choice of theirs to make.”

“The biggest threat to our city right now” is unvaccinated residents, Silverman further bellowed in a manner similar to Veruca Salt from “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory:”

Needless to say, Silverman is a “bad egg.” Until she gets put in her place, however, Silverman will more than like continue to try to impose her Cult of Covidism religious beliefs on others by making other people’s bodies her choice.

Silverman brought up the recent move by the Los Angeles Board of Education that aims to force all public school students 12 years of age and older to be medically raped with Trump Vaccines as an example for D.C. public schools to follow.

Ashley responded to Silverman with a bit more dignity than she showed him by saying that he looks forward to any “other suggestions” she might have for how to “make more strides in those communities” where compliance with Operation Warp Speed is currently lacking.

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, meanwhile, has decided to try to force all government employees in the district to take a Fauci Shot or three.

After news about the job listing went viral, the job listing was altered to remove the term “strike team” from the job title as well as the “duties” section of the job description.

The original URL of the job posting also contained the “strike team” term, but it was replaced by a new URL lacking the term. You can see the original URL in this link.

As part of the stealth editing, the Washington government also removed “strike team” from the following duties description:

Maintaining the readiness of the isolation and quarantine strike team, facilities, and equipment.

After the job listing was edited, that duty description at first read:

Maintaining the readiness of the facilities and equipment.

Notice that this duty description removed the terms “strike team” as well as “isolation and quarantine.”

That duty description line was later edited yet again to include comments about doing laundry and making beds. So now they want us to believe that a job listing for “strike teams” actually means people who will make beds and do laundry.

Maintaining the readiness of the facility and equipment which includes ensuring contractors have cleaned the facility adequately.  Staff may also be responsible for making beds, doing laundry, and restocking supplies.

Really? They want us to believe this? (Gee, I thought I was joining a kick-ass strike force assault team, and all they have me doing is the f##king laundry!)

“Strike team” refers to an armed government assault force that uses violence to achieve its goals of medical kidnapping

When governments use the term “strike team,” they are of course referring to a heavily armed assault team that uses violence (or the threat of violence) to achieve its goals. In this case, their goal is obviously medical kidnapping.

The purpose of the “strike team” is to raid the homes of unvaccinated people and force them into quarantine/death camps at gunpoint, after which many will likely be exterminated. Their deaths, of course, will be blamed on “covid.”

Nowhere in the history of any government, anywhere in the world, have “strike teams” sat around folding laundry and making beds, which is the current (laughable) cover story now appearing in the edited job listing. Do they really think we will swallow that one? “Hurry, go get more pillowcases… send in the strike team!”

The fact that government goons in Washington State first posted the job description as a “strike team” ad, and then later tried to surreptitiously remove the term from the listings in order to hide it, reveals a shocking level of deception.

The informed American people already know that governors like Inslee, by interfering with ivermectin and other lifesaving, low-cost medications that could be saving lives right now, are culpable in the deliberate mass deaths of “covid” victims, most of whom are actually victims of the spike protein bioweapons jabs that are falsely labeled “vaccines.”

It’s clear that rogue governments in Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, and other countries are gearing up for the planned mass extermination of their own populations, with covid death camps under construction and being celebrated as a kind of “final solution” to the pandemic.

It’s also clear from that same document that the CDC plans to separate families by force, using strike force teams to remove people from their homes, rip them from their families, and force them into covid death camps against their will.

Adding to the red alert situation for all this, fake president Joe Biden — an illegal imposter waging war against America — recently signed an executive order adding measles to the list of diseases for which a person can be medically kidnapped and thrown into a quarantine death camp.

This means, of course, that the criminal government plans to “diagnose” people with measles — no doubt using fraudulent PCR tests that can fake any infection — in order to kidnap them and throw them into quarantine death camps. There’s little question that political dissidents will suddenly be diagnosed with measles so that this can all be swept under the canopy of “public health.”

Washington Gov. Inslee is a war criminal waging war against the people of Washington, just like Fauci, Biden, Walensky, and others are war criminals waging war against the entire population of the United States. Now all the signs are readily apparent that they are gearing up for mass medical arrests across the country, followed by mass executions and mass graves. There’s little doubt they will also attempt to target unvaccinated people since those are the ones most likely to survive the spike protein culling attempt and very likely engage in resistance against the global government genocide agenda that’s now underway.

The Biden regime has airdropped tens of thousands of Afghans into cities and towns across the United States without vetting them. That’s bad enough for the small-town Americans who must deal with the inevitable crime wave and tax burden.

But even those whom U.S. authorities have cleared can be a major national-security threat.

Writing last week before the Haitian invasion began at Del Rio, Texas, Todd Bensman of the Center for Immigration Studies reminded readers of the federal government’s pending two-year-old indictment of a former Afghan interpreter for the U.S. military. Prosecutors allege that he smuggled Afghans — one of whom was a potential major security threat — across the border with Mexico.

And as the New American has reported twice this month, authorities have stopped two previously deported Afghan felons from re-entering the country.

The Smuggler

Mujeeb Rahman Saify, who worked for U.S. Special Forces, landed here in 2009, the federal indictment says, on a Special Immigrant Visa. Those visas are what many Afghans are using to enter the country in the latest evacuation.

Authorities charged him with “conspiracy to smuggle aliens to the United States, encouraging and inducing alien smuggling, and attempting to bring aliens to the United States,” federal prosecutors said. He faces 10 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.

“According to the indictment, between July 2016 through February 2017, Saify conspired with members of an Afghanistan and Pakistan-based smuggling network to smuggle two Afghanistan nationals to the United States,” prosecutors alleged:

The Afghanistan nationals did not have prior authorization to enter the United States and one had been denied a U.S. visa.  The indictment alleges that Saify made contact with the aliens and arranged meetings with the co-conspirators to discuss smuggling arrangements. Further, according to the indictment, Saify received payment, gave instructions to the aliens to facilitate the smuggling venture, and he used email and phone communications to facilitate and coordinate the criminal operation. 

So here was a man supposedly loyal to the United States, who had committed himself to the “idea” of America, as President Joe Biden calls the country. But Saify’s work as an interpreter, Bensman wrote, was no guarantee he would stay loyal to the country and obey its laws. In fact, one of the men he smuggled into the country couldn’t get a job with the military because he was a security threat.

“The still-pending indictment shows the limits to which national security vetting for visas can truly plumb hearts and minds of Afghans sired in a pre-modern nation steeped in fundamentalist Islam,” Bensman wrote:

As if Saify’s alleged violation of a compact with his adopted host nation was not bad enough on its own, one of the Afghans he allegedly helped smuggle over the Texas-Mexico border had been fired from U.S. Army employment as a “security threat”, had been banned from setting foot on another U.S. base, and was barred for life from ever receiving a special immigrant visa.

That Afgan’s name is Wasiqu Ullah. (The Saify case court records only identify Ullah as “Alien 2”, however other court records soundly identify Alien 2 as Ullah.) Neither could care [less] about what America did or didn’t want. They took matters into their own hands.

With Saify working on illegal arrangements from New Jersey, Ullah paid $16,000 for his border end-run. He came across the Rio Grande at Brownsville, Texas, on January 19, 2018.

Had border security officials not checked Defense Department records when Ullah applied for asylum, he likely would have received it. Bensman dug up court records that explained just who Ullah was:

Ullah had worked as a linguist for the U.S. Army at Camp Leatherneck from January 2011 to January 2014, even though one of his brothers was terminated as a linguist for involvement with Taliban sympathizers. Ullah ran into trouble when he applied for a special immigrant visa to come live in the United States, a benefit of service to the American operation in Afghanistan.

But during the security screening, he failed a routine polygraph in answering whether he was a member of an anti-coalition group or had ever participated in an attack against coalition forces. An army counterintelligence memorandum judged that Ullah was suspected of affiliating with a foreign intelligence security service “such as the Taliban”, which meant Ullah had some communications that could pose a “force protection threat”, the appellate court record states.

The Saify gang used fake foreign passports and visas to smuggle in their human cargo. The illegal aliens also carried other fake documents and even “papers indicating finite hotel reservations that matched bogus return-flight itineraries.”

The Saify case proves that even Afghans who worked for U.S. forces in Afghanistan can’t be trusted. That work, we are told, makes them potential targets for the new Taliban regime. And so they must be resettled here.

Rapist, Robber Watch Lists

Last week, an Afghan convicted of aggravated robbery in 2011, and deported in 2017, nearly slipped into the country after landing on an evacuation flight. Officials at Dulles caught him before he was “resettled.”

Authorities at Dulles also stopped a previously-deported Afghan rapist. Resettlement officials are also dealing with Afghan men who bring in child brides.

More than 100 Afghan “refugees” Biden tried to bring into the country showed up on terror watch lists.

Michigan: Muslim doctor charged with female genital mutilation part of ‘secret network’ performing procedure in US

We are constantly told the opposite by propagandists in the West, but the reality is that female genital mutilation (FGM) is justified in Islamic law. It is practiced by some non-Muslims, but only in majority-Muslim areas where the influence of Islamic culture, mores, and law is all-pervasive.

“It is a religious thing. Do you want to change religion?” said one Egyptian in response to a campaign to eradicate female genital mutilation. “You only listen to what the West is saying.”

The establishment media ignores the fact that FGM is mandated in Islamic law: “Circumcision is obligatory (for every male and female) (by cutting off the piece of skin on the glans of the penis of the male, but circumcision of the female is by cutting out the bazr ‘clitoris’ [this is called khufaadh ‘female circumcision’]).” — Umdat al-Salik e4.3, translated by Mark Durie, The Third Choice, p. 64

Why is it obligatory? Because Muhammad is held to have said so: “Abu al- Malih ibn Usama’s father relates that the Prophet said: ‘Circumcision is a law for men and a preservation of honor for women.’” — Ahmad Ibn Hanbal 5:75

“Narrated Umm Atiyyah al-Ansariyyah: A woman used to perform circumcision in Medina. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said to her: ‘Do not cut severely as that is better for a woman and more desirable for a husband.’” — Abu Dawud 41:5251

That hadith is classified as weak, but this one is classified as sahih (reliable): “Aishah narrated: ‘When the circumcised meets the circumcised, then indeed Ghusl is required. I and Allah’s Messenger did that, so we performed Ghusl.’” — Jami` at-Tirmidhi 108

If Muhammad had the genitals of his favorite wife, Aisha, mutilated, that is a strong endorsement of the practice from the man who is an “excellent example” (Qur’an 33:21) for Muslims.

Why does it matter whether or not FGM is Islamic? Because the practice will never be eradicated if its root causes are not confronted. As long as those Muslims continue to believe that Allah and Muhammad want it done, for some that will override all other considerations, in the United States and everywhere else.

A Muslim doctor on trial for allegedly performing genital mutilation on nine girls, all seven years-old, was also part of a secret network of physicians who traveled across the country performing the brutal procedure, according to federal prosecutors.

Dr. Jumana Nagarwala was cleared of female genital mutilation charges in November 2018 during the nation’s first-of-its-kind case, when a federal judge ruled that a law banning the practice was unconstitutional.

But the Michigan doctor still faces an obstruction charge for allegedly hiding information during the trial, and was back in court Thursday. That saw prosecutors reveal that doctors in California and Illinois were also cutting young girls as part of a religious rite in the esoteric Indian Muslim sect, Dawoodi Bohras, according to the Detroit Free Press.

Nagarwala was initially charged with mutilation, conspiracy and obstruction along with Dr. Fakhruddin Attar, who allowed her to perform the surgeries at his clinic in Livonia, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit.

The same charges were brought against Attar’s wife, Farida, and a woman named Tahera Shafiq, who assisted in the procedure, as well as four women who tricked their daughters into going to the suburban clinic to undergo the practice for religious purposes.

US District Judge Bernard Friedman dismissed all but one obstruction charge against Nagarwala, Attar, his wife Farida and Shafiq in November 2018. He declared a 1996 federal law banning the practice unconstitutional and concluded that it’s up to the states to regulate female genital mutilation.

The obstruction trial was underway until the coronavirus pandemic hit and brought it to a halt. Then, in March, prosecutors issued a superseding indictment with five new charges, including conspiracy to make false statements and witness tampering, the Detroit Free Press reported.

Prosecutors argue that that Nagarwala and her three cohorts lied to the FBI about the mutilations that they were performing and intimidated others in their community to lie if the FBI interviewed them about it.

The four defendants requested Thursday’s hearing to dismiss the case altogether, arguing that the prosecutors were only pursuing the new charges out of retaliation.

‘The government is acting with extreme prosecutorial vindictiveness in issuing yet another superseding indictment nearly half a decade after charges were first issued,’ the defense argued in court filings, seen by the Detroit Free Press, adding that the new charges are ‘retaliation for the defense successfully decimating the government’s case.’

Friedman said Thursday that he would take their arguments into consideration, but was still reviewing the new indictment and would make a decision at a later date.

Nagarwala, who is an emergency room doctor at Henry Ford Health System, was arrested in April 2017 after two young girls accused her of performing the mutilation procedures on them earlier that year.

She denied the allegations and claimed she was performing a religious practice for families in the Muslim sect, Dawoodi Bohras, and that it only involved scraping the membrane of the girls’ genitalia as part of the religious custom.

But doctors’ reports obtained by the Detroit Free Press indicate the children suffered more severe injuries including scarring, a small tear, lacerations and what appeared to be the surgical removal of a portion of genitalia….

Blinken Warned Taliban Could ‘Make Rapid Territorial Gains’ in March Letter

The architects of Biden’s Afghanistan disaster are all playing the, “I Knew Nothing” game. But there’s a good deal of evidence that they did know.

In Wednesday’s article, I discussed Secretary of State Blinken’s culpability.

 23 staffers at the U.S. Embassy in Kabul signed a memo warning that the Taliban were about to take over Kabul and that evacuations needed to begin. The date was July 13, 2021. There was still a month left until the Taliban would enter Kabul. And that should have been plenty of time to conduct an evacuation and get American civilians safely out.

Weeks after the memo, Blinken was still insisting, all evidence to the contrary, that, “No one has an interest in a military takeover of the country by the Taliban, the restoration of an Islamic emirate.”

Notably, the letter that Blinken dispatched to Afghanistan’s president at the time, warned that the Taliban could “make rapid territorial gains”.

The letter, which Tolo got a copy of, shows that Blinken actually knew the risks of the game he was playing.

Further, Blinken writes that even with the continuation of the US financial assistance to Afghan forces after an American withdrawal, he is “concerned that the security situation will worsen and that the Taliban could make rapid territorial gains” and that he shares this so that President Ghani “understands the urgency of my tone regarding the collective work outlined in this letter.”

So much for the  “I Knew Nothing” game.

Why settle for losing a war against Islamic terrorists, when you can also carry on your demographic change project in America.

The Biden administration is certainly figuring out how to make the most of the massive flood of Afghans by dumping them in red states.

Georgia is getting over 1,000 Afghans “resettled” there.

It’s one way to get Stacey Abrams the governorship.

Texas is getting 4,481 Afghans dumped on the state. Michigan will get 1,280, Florida, 1,030, Pennsylvania 995, Ohio 855, Kentucky 850, Missouri 1,200 and Oklahoma 1,800.

Keep in mind this is just the down payment.

Biden’s fake evacuation left most of the SIV visa holders in Talibanstan. Once they make their way out, we’ll have to resettle all of them. And you can bet that a whole lot of them will be resettled in places where they can displace Republicans by supporting leftist candidates.

And once you account for family reunification, the 1,000 will quickly turn into 3,000 and 5,000.

Then the terror attacks will begin.

Hungary: Pope urges Orban to take in more migrants, ‘opening ourselves to the thirst of men and women of our time’

But the Pope doesn’t care about Christian Hungary. He sees no obligation to open himself to the thirst of the natives of Europe who want to be safe from jihad and Islamization. His pastoral concern is strictly one-sided.

Budapest: Pope Francis said on Sunday that Hungary could preserve its Christian roots while opening up to the needy, an apparent response to nationalist Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s stand that Muslim immigration could destroy its heritage.

Francis was in Hungary for an unusually short stay that underlined differences with the anti-immigrant Orban, his political opposite.

Closing a Church congress with a Mass for tens of thousands of people in central Budapest, Francis used the imagery of a cross to show that something as deeply rooted as religious belief did not exclude a welcoming attitude.

“The cross, planted in the ground, not only invites us to be well-rooted, it also raises and extends its arms towards everyone,” he said in his remarks after the Mass.

“The cross urges us to keep our roots firm, but without defensiveness; to draw from the wellsprings, opening ourselves to the thirst of the men and women of our time,” he said at the end of the open-air Mass, which Orban attended with his wife.

“My wish is that you be like that: grounded and open, rooted and considerate,” the Pope said.

Francis has often denounced what he sees as a resurgence of nationalist and populist movements, and has called for European unity, and criticised countries that try to solve the migration crisis with unilateral or isolationist actions.

Orban, by contrast, told the Bled Strategic Forum in Slovenia last week the only solution to migration was for the European Union to “give all rights back to the nation state”.

The Pope has called for migrants to be welcomed and integrated to tackle what he has called Europe’s “demographic winter”. Orban said in Slovenia that today’s migrants “are all Muslims” and that only “the traditional Christian family policy can help us out of that demographic crisis”….

“I asked Pope Francis not to let Christian Hungary perish,” Orban said on Facebook. Hungarian news agency MTI said Orban gave Francis a facsimile of a letter that 13th century King Bela IV sent to Pope Innocent IV asking for help in fighting the Tartars….

Texas: Iranian national heading to prison for illegally exporting military equipment to Iran

SAN ANTONIO (CBSDFW.COM) — A court in the Western District of Texas has sentenced a man pf [sic] Iranian descent to more than five years in prison for violating the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.

Mehrdad Ansari, a resident of the United Arab Emirates and Germany, was sentenced to 63 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release for his role in a scheme to obtain military-sensitive parts for Iran.

“This case reaffirms HSI’s resolve and commitment in securing the homeland by targeting foreign actors attempting to procure sensitive technology by exploiting the U.S. export laws,” said HSI San Antonio acting Special Agent in Charge Craig Larrabee.

In coordination with his co-conspirators, Ansari obtained and attempted to obtain parts that had dual military and civilian capability and could be used in such systems as nuclear weapons, missile guidance and development, secure tactical radio communications, offensive electronic warfare, military electronic countermeasures (radio jamming), and radar warning and surveillance systems.

On May 7, a San Antonio federal jury convicted Ansari on one count of conspiracy to violate the Iranian Transaction Regulations, one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, one count of conspiracy to defraud the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and two counts of aiding and abetting the making of false statements.

Evidence presented during trial revealed that the 40-year-old attempted to transship testing equipment obtained from the U.S. by co-defendants, Taiwanese citizen Susan Yip, and Iranian citizen Mehrdad Foomanie, using Ansari’s companies, Gulf Gate Sea Cargo L.L.C., and Global Merchant L.L.C., based in Dubai.

From Oct. 9, 2007, to June 15, 2011, Yip and Foomanie obtained or attempted to obtain from companies worldwide more than 105,000 parts valued at approximately $2,630,800, involving more than 1,250 transactions. The defendant’s main role was to get a particular set of parts from a Central Texas company that was key for the Iranian government’s testing of all other parts…..
