Last week the student chapter of Turning Point USA at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) attempted to show on campus a film, “The Greatest Lie Ever Sold: George Floyd and the Rise of BLM,” produced by The Daily Wire and narrated by Candace Owens.
Fifteen minutes into the film, before an audience of approximately fifty students and others intrigued by the title of the film and curious about its contents, roughly the same number of students, at least one faculty member, and possibly others unaffiliated with the university stormed onto the stage, screaming that the film was “racist” and holding signs proclaiming it “hate speech.” By doing so, they prevented the audience from watching it.
To his credit, Dr. Craig Wright, CCSU’s Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, implored the protestors to disperse and continue their protest outside. Reluctantly, they did so.
But by beating drums and screaming loudly enough, the protestors made it impossible for the audience inside to hear the movie. Periodically, protestors embedded in the audience screamed slogans and stormed the stage, preventing the movie from being seen.
In response the campus police at the event did nothing. Finally, the president of the TPUSA chapter had no choice but to stop the film, before the audience had any real idea of its contents.
In the end, the protestors won.
The arrogance of the protestors and their enablers on the CCSU faculty is staggering. They clearly believe they can silence anyone whose opinions are different from their own, and that they will not be held liable for their thuggish behavior.
This past November CCSU formally upheld the same TPUSA students’ right to show a film critical of transgender surgery and the sterilization of children this sometimes entails. But it did so with obvious reluctance, citing legal obligations rather than any awareness of how essential free expression is to the university’s foundational commitment to the production and dissemination of knowledge.
After the more recent event, CCSU Associate Vice President of Communications and Media Jodi Latina stated publicly that suppression of speech will not be tolerated. But in the absence of any punishment, or even a reprimand, of the offending students, her promise rings hollow.
What happened at CCSU is not unique. Suppression of opinions students find “offensive” is so pervasive in America’s colleges and universities that according to a recent nationwide poll of 45,000 students conducted by the Foundation of Individual Rights and Expression, 61% of those polled said they would feel “uncomfortable” expressing an unpopular opinion to fellow students on social media. When asked which opinions should be barred from expression on their campus, 73% agreed that speakers calling Black Lives Matter a “hate group” should be prohibited, while 60% felt the same concerning the immorality of all abortions. Even worse, only 37% of the students polled believe that shouting down a speaker at a university is never acceptable, while 22% said there were circumstances in which violence would be justified in silencing a speaker they disagreed with.
The enforcement of a left-wing ideological orthodoxy on issues such as abortion, race, and transgenderism is not only contrary to the very purpose of a university. It also reveals the “diversity” to which university administrators are so loudly committed to being in fact its exact opposite: a racially and ethnically heterogenous student body that nonetheless thinks the same things and is entitled to silence with impunity any opinion it finds objectionable.
The justification several of the CCSU protestors offered for their authoritarianism is that the expression of certain ideas, even absent any exhortation to violence, can somehow jeopardize a person’s physical safety, and for that reason alone can be prohibited. But they cited no evidence to substantiate their concern. Not once in the over three decades on which I have served on the CCSU faculty has the expression of an idea, whether in a film or by a speaker on campus, led to violence or to any physical altercation.
Unless universities are what John Stuart Mill famously termed “a free marketplace of ideas,” in which ideas are like the products in stores consumers evaluate freely before purchasing them, they are mere engines of ideological indoctrination. As such, they are no different from universities in the Soviet Union, Communist China, and North Korea.
But there is cause for hope. Aware of the likely result, the TPUSA students at CCSU persevered, and by asserting their own right to free expression, they affirmed the right of all students to free expression. For their courage and commitment to principle, they deserve the respect and gratitude of everyone.

Yes, it has come to this. By a resounding vote of 299 to 116, the UK’s House of Commons on Wednesday outlawed thinking the wrong thoughts in the wrong place. According to the Catholic Herald, MPs including the Conservative government’s Home Secretary Suella Braverman and Attorney General Victoria Prentis rejected an amendment that would have protected “private prayer and consensual conversations within any ‘censorship’ zone.” “Censorship” zones are areas around abortion centers.
The vote comes just a day after a pro-life activist, Isabel Vaughan-Spruce, was arrested for the second time in several weeks for praying silently outside one of the centers for sacrifices to Moloch. “I’m not protesting,” Vaughan-Spruce explained. “I’m not engaging in any of the activities prohibited.” But she was thinking the wrong thoughts and thus had to face what British authorities call “justice” in these dark days.
Jeremiah Igunnubole, who is legal counsel for a firm that has represented people who have been arrested for thought crimes outside of abortion centers, observed that the vote was a “watershed moment for fundamental rights and freedoms in our country.” Yes, indeed. In fact, it is a signpost of the end of freedom in Britain.
Igunnubole continued: “Parliament had an opportunity to reject the criminalization of free thought, which is an absolute right, and embrace individual liberty for all. Instead, Parliament chose to endorse censorship and criminalize peaceful activities such as silent prayer and consensual conversation.” And of course, an extremely dangerous precedent has been set: “Today it’s abortion. Tomorrow it could be another contested matter of political debate.”
According to the Herald, the new law criminalizes “any form of ‘influence’ outside of all abortion facilities, including silent prayer.” Offenders will be fined £100 ($118) the first time they are arrested for wrongthink; if court proceedings are deemed necessary, the fines could increase to £1,000 ($1,183). Amid the debate over this measure, a Conservative MP, Andrew Lewer, injected a note of sanity: “Police shouldn’t be asking ‘What are you thinking about?’” Indeed. And what if the person praying denies the offense? The World Economic Forum has been touting brain implants, and it’s easy to see how handy they’ll be for British police: the bobbies (do they still call these sinister Orwellian figures “bobbies”?) will simply be able to consult a readout of your thoughts, and if prayer shows up, you’ll have to pony up.
Lewer continued to point out what should have been obvious to everyone and prevented even a single MP from voting for this measure: “Censorship of this sort is a notoriously slippery slope. It might not be your thoughts that are criminalized today, but I think we should all be careful not to open the door to that tomorrow about some other opinions that people may hold about something else.” Now that the door has indeed been opened, Conservative MP Sir John Hayes spelled out the implications: “We now have people arrested for praying, interrogated by the police, asked what they’re praying about, what they’re thinking. This is dystopian. It’s like a mix of Huxley, Philip Dick, and all that.” Quite right, old fellow, and don’t forget that Orwell chap, eh wot?
There are, meanwhile, a few more important matters that British police could be doing instead of spending their time arresting people for thinking the wrong thoughts. Another MP, Eddie Hughes, pointed out that “Given the other crimes that were going on in Birmingham at that time,” that is, the time that Isabel Vaughan-Spruce was arrested for praying silently, “it is important to see that the police had clearly determined that the most important thing they had to do at that particular time was not to deal with knife crime or with people stealing tools out of other people’s vans to stop them earning a living but to arrest and interrogate a woman who was silently praying outside a clinic that was closed. Surely that shows a sense of complete disproportionality on the part of the police.” Yes, it does, and it’s going to get worse.
MP Ian Paisley (not to be confused with the late Northern Irish preacher) added: “Despite the level of crime across this society—I think there were over 500 knife crimes last year—are we actually going to ask the police to get engaged and be detained in questioning people about what they are thinking in certain parts of the United Kingdom? That is a complete waste of police resources and police time, and it should not be done.” It should not, but now it will be. And the Biden regime, no friend of the freedom of speech itself, is watching and (silently) taking notes.

Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) is the culture warrior we need these days. He has pledged to protect the children of Florida, and he is making good on his promise.
Last December, an event called “A Drag Queen Christmas” took place at venues in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Orlando. The show was part of a national tour, and despite the repeated claims that the event was “family-friendly,” it was loaded with graphic sexual content.

At the Dec. 26 show, one local activist interrupted the proceedings to shout that children shouldn’t be present.
Javier Manjarres of The Floridian documented both the lasciviousness of the show’s content along with the fact that minors were present at the performance.

Shortly after the run of performances, DeSantis’ Press Secretary Bryan Griffin issued a statement:
The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) is aware of multiple complaints about a sexually explicit performance marketed to children held in Fort Lauderdale on December 26th. The Department is actively investigating this matter, including video footage and photographs from the event. DPBR will, like in other cases, take action.
Exposing children to sexually explicit activity is a crime in Florida, and such action violates the Department’s licensing standards for operating a business and holding a liquor license.
The Department will share any collected evidence with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for potential criminal liability.
The Department frequently conducts investigations into these matters upon tips provided by the public, and we thank the public for continuing to bring attention to these incidents. Investigations of such allegations will remain a priority for the Department and, indeed, are ongoing.
And last week, DeSantis made good on his pledge. Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DPBR) has filed a six-count complaint against the Orlando Philharmonic Foundation, Inc. for hosting the event in Orlando on Dec. 28 while children were present. The complaint could cause the venue where the drag show took place to lose its liquor license.

Respondent promoted the Show using targeted, Christmas-themed promotional materials that did not provide notice as to the sexually explicit nature of the Show’s performances or other content.”
The state adds, “Rather than call attention to the Show’s sexually explicit content or acknowledge that it might not be appropriate for children, Respondent’s promotional materials unequivocally stated ‘[a]ll ages welcome.'”
The Floridian reports that “whatever plausible deniability the show has to defend itself is a barely-visible piece of paper taped to a door reading, ‘while we are not restricting access to anyone under 18, please be advised some may think the context is not appropriate for under 18.'”
The state claims that, prior to the shows, it warned the foundation that “[s]exually explicit drag show performances constitute public nuisances, lewd activity, and disorderly conduct when minors are in attendance” and that if the foundation “failed to ensure that minors were prohibited from attending such performances, its license would be subject to penalties up to and including revocation.”
Naturally, the Democrats and their accomplices in the mainstream media are going after DeSantis for protecting kids. State Rep. Anna V. Eskamani (D-47th district) went after the governor in a tweet thread complaining about his “anti LBGTQ+ agenda.”
All of this is proof that DeSantis is doing the right thing in going after venues that expose minors to sexually explicit content and fighting against the left’s drag obsession. Keep up the good work, Governor!

(Natural News) When Barack Obama was in the White House and Democrats controlled Congress for his first two years in office, they passed a bill dubbed “Obamacare” that was the first step toward giving federal government bureaucrats complete control over Americans’ health care.
Since all Americans require medical care during their lives, the move was seen by critics as the ultimate authoritarian move; after all, if the government controls all healthcare decisions, tyrannical government bureaucrats could then begin to dictate behaviors and reward or punish people based on behavior.
Now, the government is attempting yet another major authoritarian move: The creation of a “digital currency” with the endgame objective being to control behaviors through “programmable” money that can influence and/or block certain spending habits.
“The Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Innovation Center, or NYIC, announced that it would be launching a 12-week proof-of-concept pilot for a central bank digital currency, or CBDC,” Coin Telegraph reported this week.
The outlet continued: “In a Nov. 15 announcement, the New York Fed said the program would explore the feasibility of an ‘interoperable network of central bank wholesale digital money and commercial bank digital money operating on a shared multi-entity distributed ledger’ on a regulated liability network. Banking giants including BNY Mellon, Citi, HSBC, Mastercard, PNC Bank, TD Bank, Trust, U.S. Bank, and Wells Fargo will be participating in the pilot by issuing tokens and settling transactions through simulated central bank reserves.”
Mind you, the participating banks are advertising this simply as a concept to make interoperability more feasible, but make no mistake, this ‘test’ is research: The Fed wants to develop and then hone this technology so that a ‘programmable’ digital currency can be introduced to the general public for the express purpose of controlling spending habits by favoring or disfavoring products (think ‘yes’ for electric cars, solar panels, and fake ‘meat’ but ‘no’ for cigarettes, alcohol, gasoline, and anything deemed ‘harmful to the planet’).
“The NYIC looks forward to collaborating with members of the banking community to advance research on asset tokenization and the future of financial market infrastructures in the U.S. as money and banking evolve,” NYIC Director Per von Zelowitz said in announcing the pilot program.
“Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank President Esther George said in an interview that inflation is at risk of growing entrenched in the economy, making it difficult for the Federal Reserve to fight inflation without a recession. George said that labor is the driver of inflation now, rather than supply chain or production shortages, and the real challenge for policymakers is prematurely ending rate increases,” private intelligence firm Forward Observer reported in a note to subscribers earlier this month.
An accompanying analyst comment noted: “Fed officials have previously waved off the risk of recession, so this admission is significant. George is now saying the proverbial quiet part out loud, as [Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome] Powell has been engineering a deliberate recession since last year.”
Now, as an engineered recession is upon us, the same Fed will be introducing a digital currency that it can manipulate on behalf of the wishes of the deep state permanent government.
N.Y. Fed said in a statement: “This U.S. proof-of-concept project is experimenting with the concept of a regulated liability network. It will test the technical feasibility, legal viability, and business applicability of distributed ledger technology to settle the liabilities of regulated financial institutions through the transfer of central bank liabilities.”

(Natural News) The personal data of more than 145 million Americans are being indiscriminately handed over by the Biden regime’s State Department to various law enforcement and intelligence agencies for illegal and unconstitutional probing, according to a letter sent from Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) to Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
Without any proper legal due process or apparent oversight, Biden’s State Department is reportedly pulling private information from people’s passport applications without their knowledge or consent and passing it off to other government agencies. Wyden’s letter is part of an ongoing investigation into Operation Whistle Pig, a wide-ranging leak investigation launched by a Border Patrol agent and several of his supervisors at the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol’s National Targeting Center.
“I write to express serious concern that the Department of State is providing law enforcement and intelligence agencies with unfettered access to personal data, originally collected through passport applications, of the more than 145 million Americans with a passport,” Wyden’s letter reads.
It adds that “the breadth of this access highlights the potential for other abuses. In a July 13, 2022, briefing for my office, State Department officials confirmed that 25 other federal agencies have access to the Department’s database of passport applications.” (Related: In April, Biden’s State Department issued a memo claiming that covid “most likely” escaped from a lab in Wuhan, China.)
The Biden regime is an unlawful and unconstitutional regime
Among the data being collected from Americans and passed from the federal government to law enforcement and intelligence groups are names, addresses, birth dates, biometric data like fingerprints and facial images, email addresses, phone numbers, gender, race, Social Security numbers, and other private information.
“The [State] Department’s mission does not include providing dozens of other government agencies with self-service access to 145 million Americans’ personal data,” Wyden’s letter goes on to state.
“The Department has voluntarily taken on this role, and in doing so, prioritized the interests of other agencies over those of law-abiding Americans. While there is a legitimate role for the use of this information by law enforcement, the current unregulated system of interagency access to millions of Americans’ records goes far beyond what a reasonable person would expect or tolerate.”
There is no legal requirement that the State Department provide any of this information upon request, except through a normal legal process such as a subpoena or court order. In this case, there is none of that present, which means the Biden regime is committing an unconstitutional act.
It remains unknown the level to which each of the 25 law enforcement and intelligence agencies on the dole has access to said data. Some may only have access to a small amount of it while others have full access – we just do not know because there is no transparency.
Wyden also alleges that a Border Patrol agent misused government databases to pursue a rogue leak investigation into a news reporter and her relationship with a congressional staffer. The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of Inspector General (OIG) launched a probe into these allegations, as well as into the work of said Border Patrol agent.

“Abuses of this access came to light through a report of an investigation by the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General (OIG) into activities at Customs and Border Protection (CBP),” a letter about the investigation states.

American regulators authorized a single Pfizer-BioNTech Covid booster shot for healthy five- to 11-year-olds in a bid to enhance their protection against the infection and severe disease. The additional dose, like the initial vaccination series for young Americans, is covered by the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), which means that it remains “investigational,” e.g., experimental.
According to the Tuesday press release of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the said age group could take a third dose at least five months after completion of a primary series with the Pfizer-BioNTech shots.
Claiming that vaccination “continues to be the most effective way to prevent COVID-19 and its severe consequences, and it is safe,” FDA Commissioner Robert M. Califf said that children have been getting infected and hospitalized at a higher rate with the arrival of Omicron. He added that children “may also experience the long term effects, even following initially mild disease,”and urged parents and caregivers to vaccinate their children.
Conversely, Peter Marks, director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, did not mention that the vaccination protects against infection — because it does not — and instead claimed that it is “effective in helping to prevent the most severe consequences of COVID-19.”
But there’s a caveat: “Since authorizing the vaccine for children down to 5 years of age in October 2021, emerging data suggest that vaccine effectiveness against COVID-19 wanes after the second dose of the vaccine in all authorized populations,” noted Marks. He then concluded that the agency determined that the “known and potential benefits” of a booster dose for children outweigh its “known and potential risks.”
The decision was made without holding a traditional meeting of the FDA’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC), which evaluates vaccines’ safety, efficacy, and appropriate use by reviewing and verifying the data provided by the vaccine’s manufacturer.
The meeting was skipped, explained the FDA, because “the agency previously convened the committee for extensive discussions regarding the use of booster doses of COVID-19 vaccines and, after review of Pfizer’s EUA request, the FDA concluded that the request did not raise questions that would benefit from additional discussion by committee members.
In other words, the federal body did not identify any information that should have been discussed in more detail by the experts on additional doses of the experimental biological product for children that started being used in humans only last year.
While the FDA said that it would post the documents it used to conclude that the booster was “safe and effective” later, the decision left many wondering if the third dose is indeed necessary for children.
For example, is there a “medical emergency?” As appears on the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website, Covid deaths in the age groups of 5-11 and 12-17 are not even reflected in its Covid tracker “due to low numbers.”
While that alone should be enough to end the discussion on experimental gene therapeutics for children, the media and non-establishment experts point to efficacy and safety concerns.
It appears that the overwhelming majority of American children may not need any Covid shots, let alone additional doses, since they have already recovered from Covid.
Adding to public confusion, the CDC estimates 3 out of every 4 U.S. children of all ages have been infected with the coronavirus since the pandemic’s start — many of them during the winter omicron wave. Still, health authorities urge vaccination even in people who’ve previously had COVID-19, to strengthen their protection.
Is natural immunity, which one acquires after recovering from an infection, worse than “vaccine immunity”? Eighty-one research studies published in reputable medical journals confirm that natural immunity to Covid is equal or superior to any immunity provided by the shots due to the fact that the latter do not form mycotic immunity, which is crucially important to guard off the respiratory infection.
But the matters get even worse since the efficacy of shots turns negative over time.
The CDC recently the CDC recently reported higher COVID-19 case rates have been recorded among fully vaccinated children than unvaccinated in the age group 5-11 since February 2022. That’s the first time CDC recorded a higher case rate among fully vaccinated young children since data was first collected in December 2021.
That means that vaccinated children are more likely to get infected with Covid than their unvaccinated peers.
How about the “safety” part? Apparently, it is extremely disturbing. What is even more disturbing is that America’s top regulatory body is informed on the data.
While the FDA says that it had “no questions” in regard to Pfizer documents, Pfizer — and the FDA — is fully aware that the shot is associated with significantly elevated death rates in the vaccinated trial participants compared to those who received a placebo.
Calling the vaccination of children “child sacrifice,” Malone notes,
Research shows that there is no benefit to children receiving a COVID shot, and in fact, the shots can cause potentialharm, adverse effects and death. According to Pfizer’s own study trial data, the chance of death in children from the shot is 107 times higher than death from COVID.
The deadly ramifications of the Pfizer shots were also observed by the Office for National Statistics, which revealed that children are up to 52 times more likely to die following the Covid injection than children who have not received it, added the doctor.
The final decision on recommending children aged five to 11 to get a third dose of Pfizer shot will be made by the CDC on Thursday.

Califf explained: “We’re in the negative spiral right now due to mostly chronic disease, drug overdose, and gun violence.” So where does “misinformation” come in? Well, you see, we’re not listening to our moral superiors when they tell us how to deal with these things:
Mental health being a very important part of the problem. If you think about the common chronic diseases we’re talking about good ol’ fashioned heart disease, diabetes, obesity. This is driven by day-to-day habits that people have. Driven largely by the information they’re ingesting and not driven by the information they should be getting about the measures that are affective. One that we have a lot of control over is we now have generic medicines for most of those that are pretty inexpensive and a lot of people aren’t taking them. We got to reach people with secondary prevention but also make sure we flood the airwaves and our personal interactions with positive, reliable, useful information.
On CNN Saturday, Califf doubled down, again warning against “misinformation” in such apocalyptic terms that he appeared to be signaling that Biden’s handlers are working on still more speech restrictions. Asked to explain why he thought “misinformation” was the leading cause of death in America today, Califf immediately retreated, admitting that he had no data to establish his claim and tacitly admitting that it was just a Leftist talking point:
Uh, I have to acknowledge there’s no way to quantify this. So I can’t say, you know, the numbers come out just like they would, uh, heart disease or cancer. But let’s look at it. You know, we’re in a country now which is seeing an erosion in our life expectancy, so that we’re now living on average five years shorter than the average of other high-income countries. Now, of course, this– these are all based on estimates, but this is quite disturbing. And as you correctly pointed out, let’s look at the causes of death. Uh, as you correctly said, heart disease, cancer, COVID, uh, much of this is a common chronic disease that we know a lot about how to treat.
And of course, with COVID, the situation is we know that if you’re vaccinated and up-to-date with your vaccinations, um, you have a ninety percent reduction in the risk of death, and then if you are unlucky enough to get infected, or unfortunate enough, another ninety percent reduction in death with the anti-virals which are now available. So almost no one in this country should be dying from COVID if we were up-to-date on our vaccinations and got appropriate anti-viral treatment. What has concerned me for a long time before the pandemic is that we’re seeing this reduction in life expectancy from common diseases like heart disease. I’m a cardiologist by training. We know so much about what to do to prevent, uh, bad outcomes from heart disease, um, but somehow the messages, the reliable, truthful messages are not getting across, and it’s being washed out by a lot of misinformation which is leading people to make bad choices that are unfortunate for their health.
Who is spreading misinformation here? That noted right-wing outlet, the New York Times, reported on Feb. 28 about a new study that didn’t quite agree with Califf’s rosy picture of the vaccines’ efficacy. As the omicron variant surged, the Timesstated, “the vaccine’s effectiveness against hospitalization declined to 73 percent from 85 percent in the older children. In the younger children, effectiveness dropped to 48 percent from 100 percent. But because few children were hospitalized, these estimates have wide margins of error. The numbers for protection from infection are more reliable. Vaccine effectiveness against infection in older children decreased to 51 percent from 66 percent. But in the younger children, it dropped sharply to just 12 percent from 68 percent.”
But as far as Robert Califf is concerned, if we silence such inconvenient data and only allow the FDA’s line to flood the airwaves, many lives will be saved. We’ll be living in an authoritarian police state that silences dissenting views, but when has the Left ever been worried about that?

Old Joe Biden’s handlers haven’t been able to give us a clear answer about what the Department of Homeland Security’s ominous new Disinformation Governance Board is actually going to do. But now its censorship power-drunk chief, Nina Jankowicz, has provided a detailed description of an authority she wants to have in order to fight this alleged disinformation, and it’s downright chilling.
So far, the powers behind the Disinformation Board haven’t been able to get their stories straight about exactly what “disinformation” the Board would supposedly combat. When Politico first revealed the existence of the Board, it said it would be “countering misinformation related to homeland security, focused specifically on irregular migration and Russia.” Then DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas went further, saying it would “combat this threat not only to election security but to our homeland security.” Jen Psaki then suggested that it would be dealing with supposed disinformation about “COVID for example, and also elections and eligibility.” Under fire over this brazen assault on the First Amendment, Mayorkas claimed that the Board would not be dealing with the statements of American citizens at all.
Jankowicz, however, appears to have different ideas. In avideothat surfaced Tuesday, Jankowicz is speaking to a panel of nine people; seven are visible, and two have their cameras turned off. The disinformation czarina spoke of how Leftists must start to micromanage Twitter in order to combat the speech of those whom they hate.

The available video begins with Jankowicz dropping a bomb about Twitter verification: “Um, and I am eligible for it because I’m verified, but there are a lot of people who shouldn’t be verified who aren’t, you know, legit, in my opinion, I mean, they are real people but they’re not, um, trustworthy.” Now, Twitter verification began simply as a way for prominent people to be distinguished from impersonators. The Leftists who have been running Twitter muddied the waters somewhat when they began taking away some people’s verification badges (the famous blue checkmark) or denying it to some highly popular accounts for the crime of dissenting from the Left’s line. But now Jankowicz wants to take the idea of the blue checkmark as some badge of honor to a new level, denying it to those whom she considers not trustworthy. Why we should trust her judgment in this is left unexplained.
Jankowicz continued, “Anyway, so verified people can, um, essentially start to edit Twitter, the same sort of way that Wikipedia is, so they can add context to certain tweets. Um, so, just as an [sic] easy example, not from any political standpoint, if President Trump were still on Twitter, and tweeted a claim about voter fraud, someone could add context from one of the sixty lawsuits, uh, that went through the court, or, uh, something that an election official in one of the states said, perhaps your own secretary of state, uh, and, and his news conferences, something like that, adding context so that people, um, have a fuller picture, rather than just an individual claim on a tweet.”
It’s unclear when this panel discussion was filmed. Twitter, of course, began adding fussy notes to certain dissident tweets, enforcing the Leftist narrative, in the run-up to the 2020 presidential election. Jankowicz apparently wants to go that one better, empowering certain people (chiefly herself, no doubt) to hound dissidents (especially, of course, the hated Trump, if the Twitter fascists hadn’t shunted him off the platform already) with their harassing “context” every time they step out of line.
Is this the sort of thing the Disinformation Governance Board is going to do? Will individual censors be provided to prominent dissidents, with some being strict and others lax, after the manner of gulag prison guards? Or will this be a group effort? Time will tell, unless the efforts to stop the flagrantly unconstitutional Board before it even gets started are successful.
It will be interesting to see how those efforts shake out. Will there be any Democrats, any Democrats at all, who will be willing to stand up for the First Amendment? Will Mitt Romney and Liz Cheney explain to us that we really have to forget about this freedom of speech business, and accept the “corrections” of our moral superiors and the guardians of acceptable opinion? Will protestors surround the homes of Supreme Court Justices, trying to menace them into voting for the destruction of America as a free society?
Now is the time for patriots to stand for freedom, whatever the cost. It will be interesting to see who does, and who does not.

By now, you’ve probably heard that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has created a Disinformation Governance Board to oversee what information is and isn’t “truthful.”1 This includes information relating to elections.2 It’s so incredibly Orwellian, you’d think it was pure fiction, yet here we are. It’s real.
This “Ministry of Truth” will reportedly operate under and receive funding from the Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships (CP3), created by President Biden to “curb radicalization in the U.S.”3 It appears those in the Biden administration must have thought "1984" was an instruction manual rather than a warning.
Known Disinformation Spreader Made Head of Truth Ministry
Heading up this new “Ministry of Truth” is Nina Jankowicz,4 a “Russian disinformation expert” who in her spare time makes a fool of herself singing made-up show tunes about disinformation and erotic Harry Potter songs5 on TikTok.
As noted by both Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson and Jimmy Dore of “The Jimmy Dore Show” in the videos above, Jankowicz is qualified to do absolutely nothing. Independent journalist Glen Greenwald also highlighted Jankowicz’s obvious lack of real credentials in a May 4, 2022, Substack article:6
“The concept of ‘anti-disinformation expert’ is itself completely fraudulent. This is not a real expertise but rather a concocted title bestowed on propagandists to make them appear more scholarly and apolitical than they are ...
There is no conceivable circumstance in which a domestic law enforcement agency like DHS should be claiming the power to decree truth and falsity ... The purpose of Homeland Security agents is to propagandize and deceive, not enlighten and inform.
The level of historical ignorance and stupidity required to believe that U.S. Security State operatives are earnestly devoted to exposing and decreeing truth is off the charts … That nobody should want the U.S. Government let alone Homeland Security arrogating unto itself the power to declare truth and falsity seems self-evident.”
Surprisingly enough, even mainstream news outlets have pointed out Jankowicz’s role in the spreading of disinformation and outright lies. For example, as reported by the British Daily Mail:7
“The Russia disinformation expert previously called the laptop of President Joe Biden's son Hunter a 'Trump campaign product.' This is causing questions over Jankowicz's ability to accurately judge disinformation now that several sources have come out confirming the validity of Hunter's laptop ...
When stories about Hunter Biden's laptop started emerging, several outlets, social media sites and left-leaning disinformation experts claimed that it was just misinformation coming from Trump and others on the right.
In an October 2020 report, Jankowicz shared her skepticism of the contents of the laptop and the claims it belonged to Hunter. 'We should view it as a Trump campaign product,' she told the New York Daily News at the time. Twitter repeatedly took down the Hunter Biden laptop story and prevented it from being spread on the platform.”
In one October 2020 tweet, she referred to the Hunter Biden laptop story as a “fairytale.”8 Jankowicz was also among those who insisted Trump had colluded with Russia to win the presidency in 2016, a claim we now know is patently false. In reality, it was Hillary Clinton and her allies who colluded to fabricate this false narrative and derail Trump’s presidency.9
Over the past couple of years, we’ve repeatedly seen how information censored on the grounds that it was “misinformation” turned out to be factual and true. In early 2020, YouTube betrayed its founding principles and started censoring and banning anything that contradicted the World Health Organization’s stance on COVID-19.
Yet, time and again, the WHO turned out to be wrong.10 No organization is infallible, and the WHO has a long history of corruption that makes its ability to discern what’s best for public health all the more suspect. Twitter followed suit, axing health experts, scientists, and respected journalists like Tess Lawrie, Martin Kulldorf, Jay Bhattacharya, Dr. Robert Malone, Steve Kirsch, Alex Berenson, and many more.11
Jankowicz’s Hostile Stand Against First Amendment Rights
Jankowicz has also publicly opposed the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, saying free speech is bad for “marginalized communities.” Shortly after Elon Musk announced his takeover of Twitter, she told NPR:12
“I shudder to think about if free speech absolutists were taking over more platforms, what that would look like for the marginalized communities ...
We need the platforms to do more, and we frankly need law enforcement and our legislatures to do more as well … the U.K. has an online safety bill that's being considered right now where they're trying to make illegal this currently, quote, ‘awful but lawful content’ that exists online where people are being harassed.”
Lack of censorship on social media will make abuse against marginalized groups worse, she claims. At the same time, she insists that “a HUGE focus” of the new disinformation board will be “protecting free speech, privacy, civil rights and civil liberties.”13
This is clearly Orwellian doublespeak, where what’s being said is the complete opposite of reality. How can you have a board dedicated to dictating “truth,” which means censoring “untruth,” while simultaneously protecting free speech? Either all viewpoints are allowed, or only one viewpoint is permitted, and if only one viewpoint is tolerated, then there’s clearly no free speech.
In her book, “How to Lose the Information War,” she also criticized Poland’s efforts to eliminate rampant online censorship of conservatives on social networks by forming a Ministry of Digital Affairs.
In other words, she wants conservative views to be censored, not just in the U.S., but everywhere. In that book, she also called on the U.S. government to regulate and conduct oversight of people who disagree with the Democratic party on Twitter. As noted by Carlson, that’s likely why she was selected in the first place.
Not surprisingly, then, Jankowicz has expressed “dismay” at Musk’s decision to no longer censor posts discussing potential fraud in the 2020 election.14 Interestingly, in a September 2020 tweet, she defined the term “color revolution” and “why the U.S. isn’t a candidate for one.”15
In it, she noted that “Believe it or not, sometimes people get fed up with having their voices silenced for decades,” but she then insisted that a color revolution isn’t possible in the U.S. because “we are not an autocracy,” and color revolutions only occur in oppressive autocracy regimes.
Given an Inch, They’ll Take a Mile
Others disagree with that assessment. As noted by former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard (video above), every dictatorship and autocracy has had a ministry of truth, a department of propaganda. And Biden just joined them.
Gabbard also accurately points out that the government has been working with media and Big Tech to censor for some time already. We’ve become increasingly aware of this covert backdoor influence over the past two years. Now, however, they’re formalizing that influence, which is, by the way, completely unconstitutional.
Moreover, the scary truth here is that the terms “misinformation” and “disinformation” could cover absolutely anything. As noted by Carlson in the featured video, the DHS has not actually defined or given any clues as to what mis- or disinformation actually is.
“Would you declare war on a country you couldn’t name?” Carlson asks. “Would you sentence someone to death for a crime you couldn’t describe? Of course you wouldn’t, not if you were a sane and decent person. Because you can’t have justice without precise definitions ...
But they’re not defining the core concept, the heart of what is effectively a new law enforcement agency. Maybe that is because [U.S. secretary of homeland security, Alejandro] Mayorkas doesn’t want justice, and neither does the president he serves. They want power. And to get power, they plan to control what you think.”
Carlson points out that the DHS has now publicly admitted they intend to punish people for merely thinking “the wrong way,” even if they’ve committed no actual crime worthy of judicial intervention. In short, anyone who disagrees with the Biden administration is now an enemy of the state. As noted by Carlson:
“You can’t make any of this up. It’s too grotesque. Would you believe a novel with this plot? No, you wouldn’t, but it’s happening, and that’s the bad news. The good news is, everyone involved in Joe Biden’s Ministry of Information is a buffoon. They may be evil, but they’re also ridiculous.”
He then airs one of Jankowicz’s undignified TikTok videos, where she’s singing about disinformation. “This is now one of our top law enforcement officials,” he dryly notes. Jankowicz has also, ironically, accused Republicans of dealing in “highly emotional rhetoric,” which proves nothing except the fact that she’s read George Orwell’s “1984” more than once.
In fact, Democrats accuse their opponents of doing exactly what they themselves are doing so regularly, you can be near-assured that any accusation is a veiled admission at this point. And, in his report, Carlson reviews how Jankowicz is guilty of this exact behavior. Carlson also points out that her falsehoods have by no means been inconsequential.
Her disinformation helped presidential candidate Biden to lie about an incredibly important story — Hunter’s laptop — that could have altered the outcome of the presidential election, had it been up for public discussion. Jankowicz has never apologized for dismissing what was in fact truthful, and neither has anyone else who insisted the laptop was “Russian disinformation.”
An International Coordination Effort to Censor Free Speech
Now, some have pointed out that this Disinformation Governance Board didn’t come into existence until Musk bought Twitter, promising to turn it into a free speech platform.16,17 However, other evidence strongly indicates there’s international coordination taking place.
In mid-April 2022, the European Union approved new rules aimed at policing Big Tech platforms. As reported by the Financial Times:18
“The EU will force Big Tech companies to police content online more aggressively after approving a major piece of legislation that sets the rules for the first time on how companies should keep users safe on the internet ...
Leading tech groups will be forced to disclose to EU regulators how they are tackling disinformation and war propaganda in order to curb the spread of fake information — an effort that has gained fresh momentum since the Russian invasion of Ukraine ... Countries such as the U.S., Canada and Singapore are expected to follow with similar rules in the coming months.”
Some of the language used to describe this EU legislation sounds good — for example, it will ban the targeting of internet users based on personal information such as gender, religion, and sexual preferences, and terms and conditions must be clearly understandable even to children.
However, there are also many reasons to suspect that these regulations will end up serving as a springboard for government-directed censorship. Among them is the fact that the EU is supporting the proposal to make the WHO into a global health authority, and the WHO, in turn, is setting up its own censorship network.
A key player in that network is NewsGuard,19 which entered into a partnership with the WHO in August 2020.20 As reported by Carlson, NewsGuard has also received funding from the U.S. Pentagon to blacklist any site that publishes “misinformation” about the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Time to Draw a Line in the Sand
Clearly, the shocking censorship we experienced during the COVID pandemic was only the beginning. It’s going to include all kinds of information. The creation of a DHS Disinformation Governance Board is truly a watershed moment in history, and we cannot allow it to stand. As noted by Carlson in the featured video at the top of this article:
“Just to be clear, this is a nightmare unfolding in slow motion. But this is the point where we’re just going to have to draw the line. No, Joe Biden, you cannot have a federally funded ministry of truth. And no, Nina Jankowicz can’t run it. Period. It’s not your country ... and you don’t get to do this to a free people. Period. This can’t happen.”
May 1, 2022, GOP Rep. Lauren Boebert introduced a bill to immediately defund and terminate the Disinformation Governance Board. In an interview with Fox News, Boebert said:21
“This kind of stuff is terrifying. We in Congress have the power of the purse. It is our duty to shut down this department immediately. I’m calling on leadership in the Republican Party — Leader McCarthy, Whip Scalise, and others — to join me in calling for this department to be shut down and defunded.
No tax dollars should go to where Biden can use the power of the federal government to silence truthful stories like Big Tech did with the Hunter Biden story. Democrats took [Orwell’s book ‘1984’] not as a warning, but as a guide.
This is really a department of propaganda. To say that the federal department has a say in what’s right and what’s wrong, what’s truth and what’s not — this is a very dangerous place that we’ve come to."

The Biden administration is calling in backup to bail out its Disinformation Governance Board just days after a disastrous launch. Their ringer is a former government official who blamed Russia for the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Department of Homeland Security chief Alejandro Mayorkas this week tapped former DHS secretary Michael Chertoffto advise the board. Its executive director, Nina Jankowicz, had come under fire after she asserted the release of Biden’s emails was a “Russian influence op.” Chertoff has made similar claims, arguing after the 2020 election that “human intelligence sources”—referring to Russian spies—likely obtained emails from Hunter Biden’s computer. Chertoff dismissed as “preposterous” the claim that the emails were recovered after Biden abandoned his laptop at a computer repair shop.
Chertoff’s appointment could signal more trouble for the board, which has come under intense scrutiny from Republicans. Critics have dubbed the board the “Ministry of Truth,” a nod to fears that it would enable the government to interfere with a free press. Republicans have criticized Jankowicz’s defense of the Steele dossier, the Democrat-funded opposition research that made false claims of a Trump-Russia collusion.
Mayorkas, citing “confusion” about the board’s role, requested the Homeland Security Advisory Council make recommendations for how his department could “effectively and appropriately address disinformation that poses a threat to the homeland.” He picked Chertoff, an advisory council member, and Washington, D.C., super lawyer Jamie Gorelick, the council’s co-chair, to oversee the initiative.
Two other members of the Homeland Security Advisory Council, former CIA director Leon Panetta and former representative Jane Harman (D., Calif.), also pushed the unfounded claim about Biden’s laptop….
Chertoff claimed in his dismissal of the Biden laptop story that Giuliani had “weaved a kind of preposterous story about getting this from a laptop that was left to be repaired.”
“But it looks like the evidence that’s emerging shows that these purported documents were circulating by the Russians in Ukraine for some period of time. This suggests that this information is not only online but it’s an old-fashioned spy story involving human intelligence sources,” said Chertoff, who served in the George W. Bush administration.

The FBI may have conducted millions of warrantless searches of Americans’ electronic data last year, U.S. intelligence officials acknowledged in a report released Friday.
The report from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence revealed that the bureau conducted up to 3.4 million searches of U.S. data drawn from the National Security Agency. Senior Biden administration officials told The Wall Street Journal the number is likely inflated due to the way individual queries are tabulated, but the number was still nearly triple that of the prior year.
“We’re committed to proactively informing the public, who entrusts us to protect our nation and our civil liberties, on the Intelligence Community’s use of key national security authorities,” said ODNI Chief of Civil Liberties, Privacy, and Transparency Ben Huebner.
The report is the first time a U.S. intelligence agency has published an accounting of how the FBI scoops up data through Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. The FBI has been heavily criticized for abusing this process in the Trump-Russia collusion investigation and Section 702, which governs the bureau’s actions, is set to expire next year.
The NSA collects vast amounts of data from international phone calls and emails under the law, passed in the wake of 9/11, to safeguard national security. But the data is only analyzed if an intelligence agency culls it from the NSA database.
The 3.4 million figure “is certainly a large number,” a senior FBI official told reporters Friday, after the report was released. “I am not going to pretend that it isn’t.”…

The pharmaceutical company Moderna announced it is set to request an emergency use authorization (EUA) from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its Covid shot for children ages six months to six years old. The vaccine’s efficacy is estimated to be less than 44 percent for infants, and less than 38 percent for children aged two to six.
According to the announcement posted on Moderna’s website, Phase 2/3 of the so-called KidCOVE study showed “a robust neutralizing antibody response” and “a favorable safety profile” of the two-shot dose that contained a quarter, or 25 μg, of the adult mRNA dose.
KidCOVE tested Moderna’s shot on children in two age groups: from six months to under two years, and from two years to under six years of age.
The U.S. federal government took part in the trials. Per Moderna, the trials on children are being conducted in collaboration with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), part of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
The company will be sending the documents to the FDA, the European Medicines Agency (EMA), and “other global regulators” in the coming weeks, per the announcement.
Stéphane Bancel, chief executive officer of Moderna, noted that there is “the need for a vaccine against COVID-19 in infants and young children,” and that his company will be submitting the data “as soon as possible.” The top pharma executive added that he believes the vaccine for infants and young children “will help end this pandemic.”
Despite the fanfare, the announcement provides that Moderna’s shot efficacy in children six months to two years old was just 43.7 percent. It was even lower in the older age group, with a 37.5-percent efficacy rate in children two to under six years old.
Moderna does not see it as a problem, and says that the “majority” of Covid cases in participants “were mild, and no severe COVID-19 disease was observed in either age group.”
“The absence of any severe disease, hospitalization, or death in the study precludes the assessment of vaccine efficacy against these endpoints,” concludes the biotech giant.
In an interview with The New York Times, Dr. Jacqueline Miller, Moderna’s senior vice president for infectious diseases, said, “What we have seen is a successful trial.”
“What I will say is 37.5 percent and 43.7 percent are higher than zero,” she added. “If I were the parent of a young child, I would want there to be some protection on board, especially if we see another wave of infections.”
Some biotech experts, such as French-American consultant Marc Girardot, argue that the immune protection against coronaviruses in humans is never “zero,” since people have always been surrounded by them and have developed a certain level of immunity.
For Moderna, it is obviously not the case.
As do their colleagues at Pfizer, Moderna believes that to generate a higher immune response in children, they would need to take three instead of two doses.
“Similar to adults, Moderna is preparing to evaluate the potential of a booster dose for all pediatric populations, including those aged 6 months to under 6 years, 6 to under 12 years, and adolescents,” the company says, adding that one of the booster candidates would include the omicron variant booster.
According to a study published by the New York State Department of Health in late February, Pfizer-BioNTech’s two-dose Covid shot, which, like Moderna’s, uses mRNA technology, provided abysmal protection for children aged five to eleven during the wave of omicron infection in New York. As reported by The New American on the matter,
During the Omicron surge from December 13, 2021 through January 30, 2022, the effectiveness against infection plunged from 68 to just 12 percent for children in that age group. Protection against hospitalization dropped from 100 to 48 percent during the same period.
Moderna also indicated that it has initiated the submission of the document needed for the FDA to authorize its 50-μg, two-dose shot for children aged six to under 12 years.
Finally, the company is updating its request to authorize its shot for those aged 12 to 17. That request, which was filed last summer, was put on hold in October 2021 because the FDA asked the company to provide more data on such side effects associated with the shot as myocarditis, or inflammation of the heart.
As reported by The New American at that time, the Nordic countries have suspended administering Moderna’s Covid “Spikevax” vaccine over an increased risk of side effects such as inflammation of the heart muscle in younger recipients, and have recommended that men under the age of 30 not take it.
On January 31, 2022, the FDA granted full approval for Moderna’s shot, marketed as “Spikevax,” to be used on people aged 18 and older. The agency also shortened the recommended interval between the initial inoculation and booster shot from six to five months.

Fauci Does Not Want Autoposies Performed
Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), did not want autopsies to be done on the bodies of Covid patients.
However, pathologist Ryan Cole said at the event that a nine-year-old had died from the vaccine on his table. “Dead,” Cole said. He added that he does not want to see another child on his table who has died after the vaccine. The pathologist said autopsies are finally being performed.
In the same place where the nine-year-old lived, a healthy 22-year-old wrestler also died after his third shot. It will soon be on Cole’s table so that he can determine the cause of death.
“We were told: do not do autopsies, don’t look, and that is what your government is giving you for data. Don’t ask, don’t tell, don’t look, these are not the droids you are looking for, everything is safe and effective, go jab up the children with a shot that does not work for a virus that is no longer here and most of them have already recovered,” said Cole. He added that doctors who ask questions must fear their careers being destroyed.
Dr. Cole echoed the sentiments of his friend and colleague, Dr. Malone; fighting for children’s safety is also a hill he is willing to die on. The doctor stressed that they are fighting for a generation that “should not be harmed for something they do not need.”
The pathologist also stressed that natural immunity is “far better than a vaccine ‘therapy.'” There are 150 studies published on this at Brownstone Institute by their colleague, Dr. Paul Alexander.
Cancer Spreads Like Wildfire

A key concern that vaccine passports bring to the fore is related to privacy. If implemented, they will strip us of most of the privacy we’re used to, as they are a precursor to digital identity and a far more invasive digital surveillance apparatus

The vaccine passport is a platform to which they can add a digital ID and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). This would give them near-total control over your life, as they can “cancel” your existence and ability to live if you dissent

In my mind, there’s little doubt that the primary reason for the rollout of the COVID jabs was not for public health but to justify the rollout of vaccine passports, which in turn are just the first iteration of a much broader mechanism to surveil, track, manipulate and control the population of the world.
Corbishley has been a journalist, writing about politics, finance, and privacy issues for the past decade. While based in Barcelona, Spain, he’s been contributing to two U.S. blogs since 2013.
“Israel was the first democratic country to launch digital IDs, in February, 2021, and when I started to see what was going on there, I began to get very concerned,” Corbishley says. “I wrote an article in April 2021, raising my concerns about the risks these vaccine passports posed.
Then, little by little, I began to see what's happening in Europe. I began to see what was happening in Italy, in France, when the so called Green Pass was launched in June. This was a document that was supposed to be created to enable travel between countries in Europe.
Very quickly, it began to be used to control access to public services, access to public places within one's own country. We were beginning to see restrictions that we'd never seen in our lifetime.
So, I began to write more and more and this brought me to the attention of the Vermont-based publisher, Chelsea Green. We had some conversations and we decided that there was an opportunity to write about something that everybody should know about. Even at this stage. It's not being talked about anywhere near as much as it should be.”
Two Key Concerns
One of the primary concerns vaccine passports bring to the fore is related to privacy. If implemented, they will strip us of most of the privacy we’re used to. It’s quite clear that they are a precursor to digital identity and a far more invasive type of digital surveillance apparatus.
“The passports essentially function as a gateway to allow government to herd us into a totally new reality where our actions, our movements, our thoughts, our behavior are tracked and surveilled,” Corbishley says.
But it's not just about surveillance. It’s also about forcing compliance, and that’s the second key concern.
“If we've learned one thing about the vaccine passport, this is about changing the way we relate to government, and it's about changing the way government relates to us, the governed.
If you do not do exactly what the government says going forward, whether that is putting one jab inside your arm, whether is putting two jabs inside your arm, or however many jabs inside your arm, you will be deactivated. You will not be able to access the most basic services and the sort of places that we need to be able to participate in society and economy.”
Surveillance on Steroids
Of course, we’ve been under surveillance for many years already. All Google-related technologies are tracking and surveillance technologies. Our cell phones track and surveil us. Ditto for Facebook and other social media platforms. They’re all harvesting personal information and keeping tabs on everyone’s whereabouts.
We also know these technologies have been used to influence and manipulate people’s thoughts, beliefs, and behavior. Up until now, however, all of that manipulation has been covert. The system that’s being erected now is unique and new in that the forced compliance will be, in many cases, overt — blatant and indisputable, as punishment will be tied to things like your personal finances and travel privileges.
Clearly, the vaccine passport is a platform to which they can add central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). So, as an example, the government could put out a political narrative, and if you vocalize disagreement, there goes access to your bank account. Or your travel privileges. Or your loan application.
With Google-based smart homes, it’s not even impossible to foresee a future in which you could simply be locked inside your home if you were to be labeled a dissenter. Or locked out of your home. Or they could shut off your utilities.
The possibilities to punish dissenters are endless when everyone and every THING is digitally identifiable, trackable and wirelessly connected. With a single keystroke, someone you don’t know can shut down your life, rendering you homeless and helpless.
Chances are, there won’t even be a live person anywhere for you to contact with your grievances. Much of the system will be run by artificial intelligence and various algorithms. It’s important to realize that if we accept vaccine passports, we’re basically giving our consent to everything that comes after, Corbishley warns. We’re accepting that this is our future.
Why We Must Reject Digital IDs and CBDCs
We must also remain alert to the rollout of other control mechanisms that are just as problematic as the vaccine passports, especially digital IDs and CBDCs, but also any number of other digital and biometric controls. As explained by Corbishley:
“Right now, in Canada, we've got the premier of Ontario saying that they are going to withdraw the vaccine passports. We've got Alberta saying it's going to withdraw the vaccine passports.
This is the message we're getting from all over the Western world. It's like, ‘It's time to take a step back. We are now going to let you live your life. We're going to let some kind of normality return.’
You're seeing Scandinavia talking about doing away with vaccine passports altogether. So, it's interesting to see some countries using that language. But I think you have to be very careful because as they're talking about doing this, they're ushering in digital identity systems, which are going to be on a much grander scale than the vaccine passports ...
They are instituting digital identity that is going to allow not just this kind of control of your vaccine status, but control of your tax records, control of your employment records ... And they will include ... your vaccine status. So, it's extremely disingenuous. I think they are misleading their populations in a very dark way ...
All of these things are happening, but the ultimate step is probably the central bank digital currencies, which are likely to come on board in the next three to five years.
The chairman of the Bank of International Settlements, Agustín Carstens, who used to be the chairman of the Bank of Mexico, openly said that the wonderful thing about central bank digital currencies is that it allows them to track everything you do.
What he didn't say is that it allows them to deactivate an account. It allows them to stop people from being able to transact. They didn't go that far. But he said that this is so different from cash. So yeah, people are not realizing just how this control grid is being built, little by little, piece by piece, but they need to start paying attention before it's too late.”
They’re Building a Social Credit System
By now, many are familiar with the social credit system in China or have at least heard of it. How does this system compare or relate to vaccine passports and digital IDs?
“I think that the social credit system in China is, to a certain extent, a template. It's where governments probably want to go. They would like to be able to use the new technologies we have to nudge people into the right sorts of behaviors without having to use more overt punishment.
You can either reward people for doing the right sort of things, or you can give them a little digital spank every now and then when they're doing the wrong sort of things. I think that that is where China is leading the way.
Ironically, in the research I did for my book, I found that while China’s ambitions with the credit social credit system are essentially unfettered — they want total control — they're not there yet.
They're still running quite a few pilot schemes. So, it depends where you are in China, the extent to which you are exposed to this kind of system, where you're getting points for good behavior and where you're getting points deducted for bad behavior.
But the template is there. You've also got companies like Ant Financial and Tencent. These are the equivalents of Google, Facebook, whatever, that are running their own social credits schemes within their own little universe. So, it's a very complex situation in China. It's not as complete as some might believe, but the intention, the ambition, is huge.
I would say that we are definitely seeing examples of this beginning to feed through into the West. We're seeing banks talk about using our social media behavior to determine our credit score, which is very similar to what they're doing in China. There's clearly the means, and there's clearly a desire to push in that direction.”
Unity Is the Challenge of Our Lifetime
The challenge we now face is that, to have any chance of preventing this control grid, we need to be unified. The problem is, many simply aren’t able to see the dangers. Most people under the age of 30 are used to doing just about everything on their phones, and the convenience of digital IDs and digital banking is alluring.
Organizations such as the World Economic Forum and many of the central banks that are pushing the rollout of this control grid can also make it impossible or near-impossible to live without a digital ID and CBDCs. Already, we’ve seen leaders saying, out loud, that their goal is to make life as difficult and inconvenient as possible for anyone without a vaccine passport. They’ll do the same for digital IDs and CBDCs.
“One of the best examples is Italy,” Corbishley says. “If you want to see a country that has really gone into sixth gear with the vaccine passports, it’s Italy. They’ve said, ‘Look, if you don't have this document, you cannot work. You cannot get on a bus and go across town. You cannot get on the metro. You cannot access retail premises apart from supermarkets, pharmacies, petrol stations and pet stores.’
You have basically closed down, narrowed down the existence to such a limited one that most people end up just saying, ‘OK, let's do it. I don't have an alternative. I'm not going to survive this way.’
If you have a mortgage and your finances are already tight, and your government is telling you, you're not going to be able to work, most people crumble, and so they're able to do it ...
A journalist in Canada was talking about the truckers, the Freedom Convoy. He was saying, ‘These guys don't represent Canadians; 90% of Canadians have taken the vaccine and they're all perfectly happy with the restrictions, the mandates.’ It's like, how do you know how many of those 90% actually took the vaccine because they had no choice? It was a very disingenuous argument.”
How to Prepare for the Inevitable
While the situation is bleak and dire, Corbishley doesn’t believe vaccine passports, digital IDs and CBDCs are inevitable. “I think we're in the midst of a major battle,” he says.
The question is, how can we win when all the cards seem stacked against us?
“I think that we have to, No. 1, inform as many people as possible. That's why I wrote the book. I wrote the book hoping to reach people who maybe had been vaccinated, but were beginning to have certain doubts, people who were on the fence.
I mean, I know plenty of people who have had two shots, who are wary about having a third one. I know plenty of people who have had two shots, have had Omicron, and they're now thinking, ‘Why the heck am I having to take a third shot?’ People are beginning to question this.
I think that we are in the midst of what can only be described as an existential battle. If we lose this battle, it can be very difficult, as individuals, to protect ourselves because the degree of control they will have over us is going to be huge.
I think there will be this creation of a parallel community, a parallel society, where people are able to function. We're seeing signs of bartering beginning to take place within a community like that in Italy. They are surviving as best they can — and we're talking about millions of people who haven't crumbled. They've not given way yet.
That gives me a certain amount of hope. I think the fact that people have grown tired of the restrictions means that government is having to, to a certain extent, reconsider, but at the same time, they are pushing through digital IDs.
I think this is what is really important for people to understand. While they’re saying, ‘We are going to abandon the vaccine passports,’ in most countries where they're saying this, that is not the case. In the U.K., they've not done that. They have simply shifted from a mandatory vaccine passport to a voluntary vaccine passport.
You've got vaccine passports very much in use for international travel. So, if you're British, you want to travel to mainland Europe, if you've not got your vaccine passport, you're not going to be able to go mainland. It’s the same if you're European and want to go to the U.S.
So, there is so much happening it's hard to keep track. That is coming from somebody who spends most of his day trying to keep track of these things. If you are just someone who is working a 9-to-5 job and you get home and you've got three kids to look after, it's going to be much harder to keep abreast of these developments.
I have a certain amount of hope that they haven't won yet. But it's an immense amount of power they have. We are talking about organizations like the World Economic Forum, which represents hundreds of the most powerful companies on the planet. We're talking about the most powerful governments on the planet.
So, it's going to be a huge battle, and they've got most of the advantages in this battle. But I do think that what's happening in Canada suggests a resistance can be formed. I think that resistance is growing in Germany. It's certainly growing in Austria. The government is beginning to have second thoughts about the vaccine mandate.”
Expect Economic Collapse
There are also the growing economic risks, globally, to consider. The central banks around the world have painted themselves into a corner and they can’t get out. We are almost certain to see another financial crisis. It’s only a matter of when.
There is already clear evidence we are in the early stages of economic collapse, and that’s a parallel issue that needs to be taken into consideration when trying to predict what might happen with digital IDs and CBDCs, as they’re all connected. To prepare for an inevitable economic collapse, I would suggest focusing on improving your resiliency on a local level.
For example, make sure you have access to water supplies other than your tap, grow your own food, and develop relationships with other local growers and farmers to build your food security.
These are very basic things that can save your life when everything collapses and your dollar, drachma or euro becomes fit for use as toilet paper. Having food, water, shelter, and community makes you far more resistant to tyranny because if you don’t have these things, you need the government to provide them for you.
“I think the community is essential,” Corbishley says. “Having people who are of a similar mindset, of a similar worldview, people you can definitely count upon ...
Resilience is going to be very tough. As a result of the lockdowns, small businesses are in serious straits. They've had to take on huge amounts of debt just to weather the lockdowns … There's no doubt that large companies have much easier access to cheap debt than small companies ...
This is tragic because small businesses are a fundamental cornerstone of the community. They're a fundamental part of the global economy and, even more important than that, small businesses are run by independent people. If we begin to see a massive culling of small businesses, then we are going to see less independence and more dependence. So, that is one area which deeply concerns me ...
I think the most important thing, and the hardest thing, is to maintain your humanity. I think that is fundamental and that is why having a community around you that you love and that loves you is absolutely essential to surviving this. I don't think you can be an island and get through what’s coming.
Another thing I would suggest, if you do have money, if you have investments, is to diversify as much as possible — probably not best to have all your money in a bank, and especially not one bank ...
If you look at countries like Mexico, going through the Tequila Crisis in the 1990s, or Brazil, going through the huge hyperinflation it had, how do you survive that relatively intact? When you own real assets, you own property. Maybe you own precious metals ... In Turkey, inflation is absolutely surging and people are using gold, they are looking at cryptocurrencies. They are doing anything except keeping their money in Turkish lira.”

So, in closing, the best you can do right now is to educate yourself about the impending digital control grid, share information, resist and oppose any and all attempts to implement vaccine passports or digital IDs, take a stand for freedom, build community and prepare for deteriorating economic conditions by diversifying your monies and investments.

The United States Marine Corps (USMC) announced last week that it has discharged 640 Marines for not getting the COVID-19 shot, in keeping with President Joe Biden’s decree, reportedBreitbart.
“To date, 640 Marines have been separated from the Marine Corps with the vaccine refusal discharge code,” said the release from the USMC.
This brings the total number of troops dismissed to date over being vaccine-free to over 1,000.
An estimated 9,000 Marines are not vaccinated, and despite the dismissals and continued pressure, reportedly no more Marines opted to get the shot last week.
While the USMC has received 3,595 requests for religious exemptions, it has approved only six.
The USMC is not the only armed service dismissing its employees over a vaccine.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has been under a vaccine mandate for all the county’s employees since August 2021. The deadline for showing proof of vaccination was October 1, 2021.
However, Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva has refused to fire those who will not get the shot.
So, this month, the L.A. County Board of Supervisors approved a measure that would sidestep Villanueva.
The board approved a measure that would give the county personnel director the power to discipline or dismiss employees who do not comply. A hearing scheduled for March will determine if terminations over vaccination status will be enforced. If they will, then 4,000 L.A. County Sheriff’s Department staff members are facing termination.
In response to this, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem issued a public offer of employment to any vaccine-free L.A. County Sheriffs who are terminated for their decision.
“To LA County law enforcement officers facing potential firing: In South Dakota, you will not be fired for making personal health decisions,” tweeted the governor. “We respect law enforcement and everything you do to defend our freedoms. We would love to have you come join us.”
New York City has also been dismissing workers en masse for not complying with the vaccine mandate.
Last week, the city confirmed that 1,430 workers were fired for not getting the vaccine, after 1,000 workers who were already on unpaid leave gave in and got the shot under threat of losing their jobs.
Late Sunday night, hackers attacked the website of GiveSendGo, a Delaware-based Christian crowdfunding platform that facilitated the collection of over $8.7 million worth of donations for the Freedom Convoy, the trucker protests in Canada.
Hackers redirected to the domain GiveSendGone.wtf and showed a scene from the Disney film “Frozen” as a backdrop and a manifesto criticizing the Freedom Convoy.
According to The Daily Dot’s Mikael Thalen, the redirected website addressed “GiveSendGo grifters and hatriots” who “raised to fund an insurrection.” The hackers alleged without proof that GiveSendGo donors “helped fund the January 6th insurrection in the U.S.” and “helped fund an insurrection in Ottawa.”
“You are committed to funding anything that keeps the raging fire of misinformation going until that it burns the world’s collective democracies down,” the hackers alleged in the manifesto.
“The leaders of this ‘movement’ are known extremists who publicly stated that they want to overthrow the government,” the hackers wrote without any evidence proving their claims. “They held a city hostage for weeks while terrorizing the peaceful citizens who live there.”
Finally, the hackers, again without proof, accused GiveSendGo of having “a history of providing a platform for individuals and organized groups to fund hate groups, promote disinformation and insurrection disguised as ‘protests.’ Most of their larger campaigns are, in some way, a continuing threat to democracy.”
According to the National Post, the hackers also published a spreadsheet of raw donor data that contained names, emails, and dollar amounts of about 93,000 individuals who purportedly donated funds to the Freedom Convoy. This included an American tech billionaire, two NASA employees, and Canadian civil servants, among many others.
The report verified that all donations, except 686, were below $1,000 each. The largest donation of $215,000 was made on February 6 and was listed as “Processed but not recorded” without any other information. The largest named donation of $90,000 was made on February 9 by American tech billionaire Thomas Siebel, founder of enterprise software company Siebel Systems and artificial intelligence software platform and applications company C3.ai. He also provided a $9,000 donation to GiveSendGo.
Among the other donations was the largest donation of $75,000 from Canada, with an added $1,000 in GiveSendGo’s tip jar made by the president of a New Brunswick-based pressure washer manufacturer. The London, Ontario-based vice president of the AutoCanada car dealership chain also donated $25,000, while the chair of a Cannington, Ontario-based community and family support organization donated $20,000. Ben Pogue, a Dallas, Texas-based construction magnate who donated over $200,000 to help re-elect former U.S. president Donald Trump, donated $20,000 to the Freedom Convoy.
The Christian Post reported that last week the Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued an order to halt access to the funds raised by GiveSendGo. On Saturday, the crowdfunding site took to Twitter to clarify that the funds for the Freedom Convoy are “not frozen contrary to what you might be hearing on the news” and that they were “working with many different campaign organizers to find the most effective legal ways to continue funds flowing.”
