Back on March 23, 1933, before he became the world’s universal symbol for the embodiment of evil, German Chancellor Adolf Hitler spoke before the Reichstag, urging it to pass an Enabling Act that would give him dictatorial powers. He said that this was urgently needed in light of an imminent threat to the nation. Hitler claimed that in 1918, Marxist organizations had seized power in Germany, leading to “a time of boundless misfortune for Germany, that is to say, the working German Volk [people].” But he assured the Reichstag deputies that “the German Volk itself has increasingly turned away from concepts, parties, and associations which, in its eyes, are responsible for these conditions.” Does this sound familiar? It should. These are the same rhetorical notes Old Joe Biden sounded during his ominous Thursday night speech branding Donald Trump and his supporters as enemies of the state.
Probably more out of historical illiteracy than historical awareness, Biden’s handlers chose September 1 for Biden’s profoundly disturbing and un-American speech. That’s right, it was the 83rd anniversary of Hitler’s invasion of Poland when Old Joe stood before an ominous red and black backdrop and recalled Hitler’s demonization of his opposition, declaring that “Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”
Of course, Joe hastened to assure us that he didn’t want to pitch every Republican into the gulag just yet: “Now, I want to be very clear — very clear up front: Not every Republican, not even the majority of Republicans, are MAGA Republicans. Not every Republican embraces their extreme ideology. I know because I’ve been able to work with these mainstream Republicans. But there is no question that the Republican Party today is dominated, driven, and intimidated by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans, and that is a threat to this country.”
That suggests what the next step will be. Will Biden and his henchmen try to force Republicans to join up with the uniparty pseudo-Republicans who allow the Democrats to implement their full hard-Left agenda, Mitt Romney and Liz Cheney and Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski and Adam Kinzinger and all the rest, and to denounce and repudiate Trump and any idea of making America great again? If so, what will happen to those who do not? Will they be prevented from taking any Congressional seats to which they’re elected, and even arrested as enemies of “our democracy”?
That’s what Hitler did with the Communists he blamed for Germany’s woes. In his Enabling Act speech, Hitler accused the Communists of “pillaging, arson, raids on the railway, assassination attempts, and so on–all these things are morally sanctioned by Communist theory.” He also declared that the German people were already in the process of defeating these great enemies. He spoke of “the necessity of thoroughly rejecting the ideas, organizations, and men in which one gradually and rightly began to recognize the underlying causes of our decay.” He added: “Filled with the conviction that the causes of this collapse lie in internal damage to the body of our Volk, the Government of the National Revolution aims to eliminate the afflictions from our völkisch life which would, in future, continue to foil any real recovery.”
Biden sounded the same notes, here again, declaring that the nation was bouncing back despite the best efforts of these internal enemies to destroy it: “American manufacturing has come alive across the Heartland, and the future will be made in America — no matter what the white supremacists and the extremists say,” as if America-First patriots, whom Biden was busy smearing as white supremacists and extremists, were against American manufacturing. “I made a bet on you, the American people,” Biden continued, “and that bet is paying off. Proving that from darkness — the darkness of Charlottesville, of COVID, of gun violence, of insurrection — we can see the light. Light is now visible.”
These resonances are real and ominous. For the first time ever in over two hundred years of American history, a president has declared that his primary political opposition stands outside the bounds of acceptable political discourse. The logical next step is the one Hitler took: he blamed one of his strongest adversaries, the Communist Party, for the Reichstag Fire, and outlawed it accordingly. With the Communist deputies barred from being present, the Reichstag passed the Enabling Act, and Germany’s unfortunate fourteen-year experiment with a representative republic was over.
But that couldn’t possibly happen here, could it? It would be as outlandish and frankly inconceivable as the prospect of a president of the United States standing in front of a couple of Marines and a strongly Naziesque backdrop and denouncing his legitimate political opposition as enemies of the state. Simply could not happen! Not in “our democracy”!
On Twitter, many people took issue not only with Joe Biden’s hateful rhetoric towards Republicans but the scene in which Biden spoke. In response to his speech, Twitter users gave Biden the nickname, Pedo Hitler, which trended on Twitter Friday morning.

The other day, President Joe Biden accused voters of the opposition party of turning to “semi-fascism.” This is probably the first time in American history a president has openly attacked the opposing party’s constituents in this way.
Then again, Biden, who once alleged that the chaste Mitt Romney was harboring a desire to bring back chattel slavery, is prone to stupid hyperbole. And it’s true that most people who throw around the word “fascist” fail to do so with much precision. These days, the word “democracy,” like “fascism,” has lost all meaning. According to Democrats, asking someone to show ID before voting is an attack on “democracy,” but so is the Supreme Court’s handing back power to voters on the abortion issue. When you have no limiting principles of governance, anything that inhibits your exertion of power is seen as anti-“democracy.” If students have loans to be paid, “forgive” them. If you can’t pass a bill, the executive branch should do it by fiat. If the court stops it, pack it. Power is only to be limited when the opposition holds it.
A microcosm of this confused thinking can be found in the recent spate of hysterical media pieces about alleged Republican “book banning.” The use of “ban” by the media is more than a category error; it’s an effort to paint parents who use the very same exact democratic powers the left has relied on for decades as book burners. Public school curricula and book selection are political questions decided by school and library boards. Neither have a duty to carry every single volume on racial identitarianism or sexually explicit material simply demanded by some busybody at the American Library Association.
Henry Olsen of the Ethics and Public Policy Center notes that fascists “believed that multiparty democracy weakened the nation and that competitive capitalism was wasteful and exploitative. Their alternative was a one-party state that guided the economy through regulation and sector-based accords between labor and business.”
Well, is it not the left that champions government intervention in the economy, with never-ending regulations, subsidies, and mandates that effectively allow for controlling the means of production? Leftists — some incrementally, some less so — are the proponents of nationalizing the health care system, the energy sector, and education. Again, if progressives have any limiting principles when it comes to intervention in our economic lives, I’d love to hear about them.
Are the most vociferous defenders of “democracy” not the ones who sound suspiciously like they want a one-party state? Modern Democrats have stopped debating policy or accepting the legitimacy of anyone who stands in their way. They will pass massive, generational reforms using parliamentary tricks, without any input from the minority. And they don’t merely champion their work as beneficial; they claim these bills are needed for the survival of “democracy” and “civilization” — nay, the survival of the planet. Anyone who opposes saving Mother Earth is surely an authoritarian. There is nothing to debate. The villainization of political opponents isn’t new, but we are breaking new ground.
Some may find it a bit fascist-y that the FBI feels free to instruct giant rent-seeking corporations to censor news to help elect their preferred candidate, as it did with Facebook. Or that the White House is in the business of “flagging” “problematic posts” and threatening corporations to “root out” “misleading” speech or be held accountable. One wouldn’t be off base seeing a “Disinformation Governance Board” that sifts through speech the administration dislikes or a Justice Department that treats those protesting authoritarian school boards as “domestic terrorists” as “semi-fascist.”
It is curious, as well, that the same people who control basically all major institutions in American life — academia, media, unions, Silicon Valley, Wall Street, trade associations, public schools, publishing, the entire D.C. bureaucracy, Hollywood, Madison Avenue, not to mention the presidency and Congress — claim to be victims of budding authoritarianism. The only major institution free of progressives’ grip right now is the Supreme Court. And the left is engaged in a systematic effort to delegitimize the Court for doing its job and limiting the state’s power.
None of this is to say that the right is innocent. I often find myself debating the populist right on issues ranging from the free markets and the role of the state. Abuses of the Constitution should be called out no matter who engages in them. However, progressivism’s crusade to destroy the separation of powers, its attacks on religious freedom and free speech, its undermining of civil society, its binding of the economy to the state, and its fostering of perpetual dependency and victimhood are far bigger long-term threats to the republic than Trumpism — and far closer to the definition of “semi-fascism” than the Republican agenda.

I must admit that I’m still trying to wrap my head around Biden’s primetime speech on Thursday evening. Who thought this was a good idea?
Biden’s message was bad enough—his political opponents are fascists, and if you don’t support him and the Democrats, you’re a fascist, too—but the staging felt like something from 1933 Germany, and the ominous red lighting in the background didn’t help.
The optics were so bad that even some at CNN were alarmed by the spectacle.
The use of the Marines behind Biden for such a blatantly political speech was criticized by the network’s chief national affairs correspondent, Jeff Zeleny.
“There’s nothing unusual or wrong with a President delivering a political speech — it’s inherent in the job description,” Zeleny tweeted. “But doing it against a backdrop of two Marines standing at attention and the Marine Band is a break with White House traditions.”
CNN’s Brianna Keilar agreed, saying it “flies in the face” of the notion that the American military is “supposed to be apolitical.”
“Whatever you think of this speech the military is supposed to be apolitical,” Keilar tweeted. “Positioning Marines in uniform behind President Biden for a political speech flies in the face of that. It’s wrong when Democrats do it. It’s wrong when Republicans do it.”
The overtly partisan nature of the speech also didn’t sit well with CNN contributor Scott Jennings. “This was a very, very partisan speech. His core message to me was if you don’t vote Democrat, we don’t have a democracy anymore, so that’s not going to land very well at all with any Republican voter, no matter what kind of Republican they consider [themselves to be].”
Of course, not everyone on the network had the same response.
CNN correspondent Eva McKend, for example, dubbed the speech “very, very patriotic.”
“And something else that really stuck out to me is that he almost seemed to be reclaiming patriotism. Often you hear Republicans argue that they are the pro-America party. The Democrats are not patriotic enough. But what was more pro-USA than this speech?” she asked. “And I think this is exactly what Democratic voters wanted to hear. We honor the will of the people, right? A nod to our democracy but also a nod to preserving reproductive rights. He is the president of all America. We are still at our core a democracy. I mean all of these things, it was a very, very patriotic speech, and I think that that is a lot of what Democratic voters across the country—they want to be patriotic, too. They want to be part of the American story, too. I think he spoke to that.”

“Clear and present danger” aren’t words any president should use lightly because that’s when the big guns used to come out against the First Amendment — and might again.
Set aside for a few minutes the vaguely Nurembergesque optics of Thursday night’s historically divisive speech by Presidentish Joe Biden so we can concentrate on the content.
“MAGA Republicans have made their choice. They embrace anger,” Biden angrily declared. “They thrive on chaos. They live not in the light of truth but in the shadow lies together.”
“That’s why respected conservatives, like Federal Circuit Court Judge Michael Luttig, has called Trump and the extreme MAGA Republicans, quote, a ‘clear and present danger to our democracy.”
Ben Shapiro called it “the most demagogic, outrageous, and divisive speech” he’s ever seen from an American president because Biden “essentially declared all those who oppose him and his agenda enemies of the republic.”
Biden’s speech came just two days after he not-so-implicitly threatened [VIP link] millions of law-abiding Americans with military action. “For those brave right-wing Americans,” he sneered, “if you want to fight against the country, you need an F-15. You need something little more than a gun.”
Ricochet’s Jon Gabriel said that Biden’s word choice was as “deliberate as it was divisive,” reminding readers that the C&PD doctrine was “created by the Woodrow Wilson-era Supreme Court to curtail the free speech of Americans.”
Biden, warned Gabriel, “floated a legal pretext to silence Republicans heading into the midterm elections.”
Already, social media giants like Facebook and Twitter have been revealed as willing stooges for government end-runs around the First Amendment, as our own Stacey Lennox noted just today:
On the heels of shocking comments by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg about the FBI’s role in censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story, initial e-mails related to a lawsuit filed by Schmitt and Landry show even more evidence that the Biden administration is using Big Tech to do what it is not, allowed to do according to the Constitution.
Lennox wrote that “Further disclosures could demonstrate that Big Tech and the government are conspiring to censor information related to any number of issues.”
But back to Thursday night’s demagoguery.
MSNBC’s Eugene Robinson approvingly described Biden’s speech as an “urgent, wartime address.”
Many on the Right, including my friend and colleague Stephen Kruiser, believe that Biden’s speech was a display of weakness, “the panic and flop sweat of every Washington power player inside the Beltway.” I don’t necessarily disagree, but let's at least consider that it might have been something else: A display of dangerously hubristic overconfidence in the administration’s own power.
Their power not to govern but to rule.
What else is there to call it when the Biden regime goes from surreptitiously silencing critics via social media back channels to openly floating a Wilson-era pretext for jailing us?
If this scheming mediocrity believes he can use his signature to transfer up to a trillion dollars from blue-collar Americans into the wallets of lawyers, doctors, and Trans Deconstructive Lit Theory majors and call it “debt relief,” why wouldn’t he think he can use the coercive power of the state to silence his critics?

In a speech billed as “non-political” by the White House, Joe Biden seized the opportunity in Philadelphia last night to reveal his true colors. His 24-minute speech was filled with what many see as outrageous misstatements, falsehoods, innuendoes, and hatred of traditional Americans and traditional America
.Below we quote extensively from the White House transcript of the screed:
Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our Republic….
But there is no question that the Republican Party today is dominated, driven, and intimidated by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans, and that is a threat to this country….
MAGA Republicans do not respect the Constitution. They do not believe in the rule of law. They do not recognize the will of the people.
They refuse to accept the results of a free election. And they’re working right now, as I speak, in state after state to give power to decide elections in America to partisans and cronies, empowering election deniers to undermine democracy itself.
MAGA forces are determined to take this country backwards — backwards to an America where there is no right to choose, no right to privacy, no right to contraception, no right to marry who you love.
They promote authoritarian leaders, and they fan the flames of political violence that are a threat to our personal rights, to the pursuit of justice, to the rule of law, to the very soul of this country.
They look at the mob that stormed the United States Capitol on January 6th — brutally attacking law enforcement — not as insurrectionists who placed a dagger to the throat of our democracy, but they look at them as patriots.
And they see their MAGA failure to stop a peaceful transfer of power after the 2020 election as preparation for the 2022 and 2024 elections.

Democracy cannot survive when one side believes there are only two outcomes to an election: either they win or they were cheated. And that’s where MAGA Republicans are today….
MAGA Republicans look at America and see carnage and darkness and despair. They spread fear and lies — lies told for profit and power….
The MAGA Republicans believe that for them to succeed, everyone else has to fail.
The speech was interrupted frequently by avid Biden supporters when he reiterated a statement with which they agreed.
Very few people actually watched the speech. That was likely because of a local college football game going on simultaneously, and because only CNN among the major networks covered it from start to finish. Other networks, including ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox News didn’t cover it live.
There was a very clear ominous militaristic theme to the speech, with Marines standing behind Biden, backlighted in 1930’s Hitler-style red. Erick Erickson called the presentation reminiscent of Hitler’s Third Reich, with Biden “flanked by Marines and backlit by mid-1930s German red mood lighting.”
In addition, Biden revealed either his ignorance or his deliberate misunderstanding of the word “democracy,” which he used dozens of times to describe what the Founders actually created: a constitutional republic. Those Founders knew the dangers of democracy as being just one short step toward mobocracy and then tyranny.
This follows Lenin’s instruction, “First confuse the vocabulary.” As Founding Father James Madison wrote in The Federalist, No. 10:
Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their death.
Biden implied the use of force to correct the errors of his enemies:
I have come to this place … to speak as plainly as I can … about the power we have in our own hands to meet these threats….
Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our Republic….
There is no question that the Republican Party today is dominated, driven, and intimidated by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans, and that is a threat to this country….
It is within our power, it’s in our hands — yours and mine — to stop the assault on American democracy.
He said nothing about the FBI raid on Trump’s private residence. He didn’t have to. There, in full public view, is precisely how Biden will use agencies such as the FBI to “stop the assault on American democracy.”
He said nothing about the failures of his administration: inflation, invasion, military disaster, and loss of respect abroad. Instead, he claimed that his policies are working to improve the economy, while the economy itself is poised on the brink of recession.
Biden is guilty, after all is said and done, of projecting onto his enemies the very charges that are rightly applied to him and his administration. By offending the 70-plus million people who voted for Donald Trump in 2020, Biden has sown the seeds of his own demise.

Hello, all you semi-fascists! Apparently, if you believe in limited government and protection of the Americanist system of government as devised by the Founding Fathers, that makes you a semi-fascist, according to President Biden.

While he was at a Democratic party fundraiser at a private home, most of the establishment media, including NBC News, reported that President Biden said, “What we’re seeing now is the beginning of the death knell of an extreme MAGA philosophy. It’s not just Trump, it’s the entire philosophy that underpins the — I’m going to say something, it’s like semi-fascism.”
NBC suggested that this means “the ‘Make America Great Again’ philosophy central to Donald Trump’s presidency, [is] like semi-fascism.”
Then perhaps by extension, all those who support the philosophy are semi-fascists. And what exactly is fascism? It seems we should know that in order to know semi-fascism.
According to Webster’s New World Dictionary and Thesaurus, fascism is “a system of government characterized by dictatorship, belligerent nationalism and racism, militarism, etc.: first instituted in Italy, (1922-43).”
In the November 1964 issue of The John Birch Society’s American Opinion monthly journal, our editorial staff wrote, “I regard Communism, Nazism and Fascism as having one underlying principle — dictatorship — the theory that Government should have the right to control the lives, the fortunes, the happiness, the beliefs, and every detail of life of the human being, and that man is a pawn of the Government, rather than the American conception that Government is created for the benefit of mankind.”
In its May 1963 issue, American Opinion staff wrote that Karl Marx, who paved the way for Lenin, should be known as the godfather of European fascism, as fascism did not come into being until after the Leninist revolution, and its best-known leaders were Mussolini (a Socialist) and Adolf Hitler (a National Socialist).
There are also some that point to the political right as where fascists belong. However, as our organization has presented for decades, the political spectrum indicates that total government control as brought about by dictatorship through Communism, Nazism, fascism, etc., is properly found on the left side. The American Republic as established under the Constitution is found in the center, where some amount of government is needed to protect God-given rights, but not too much to interfere with our practice of those rights.
In an economic sense, fascism deals with the amount of government ownership and control. This is covered very well in our video Overview of America. Let’s listen as narrator Mr. John McManus explains:
Now, we can get into a deeper discussion about how federal subsidies, regulations, and government mandates play into moving the free market away from its foundations. But for the sake of argument, let’s assume that the president is not suggesting moving closer to fascism. So why would the president use this to label his political opposition? Is he ignorant of its true meaning? Did his political handlers inject that as a talking point? Or is there more to it?
In his 1965 bookSlightly to the Right!, H.L. “Bill” Richardson, who would go on to serve several terms in the California State legislature and to found Gun Owners of America, suggested, “Confusing the meaning of words is an age-old art. It is now a studied science, used by Communists to confuse large segments of the world population, while at the same time relaying specific instructions to the party faithful. They refer to it as Aesopian or ‘sectarian’ Language. It is quite simply — semantic weaponry.”
We would be naïve to think that this tool is not employed today.
Continuing in his book, Mr. Richardson wrote, “The Communists build strong emotional feelings toward certain [trigger] words. They then use these words as ‘scare symbols’ to activate people in specified directions.… Communists also like to build words into effective trigger weapons which bring about feelings of disgust.”
One of these words is indeed “fascism” or “fascist.”
As Mr. Richardson pointed out, “One tactic that is a favorite of the Communists is to take their strongest opposition, destroy or disgrace it, and thus all of the lesser opposing forces will readily fall. A good example of this is the John Birch Society. The Senate Internal Security Sub-committee released its document, ‘The New Drive Against the Anti-Communist Programs’ in 1961, which spoke directly about the Communists’ concern over the awakening anti-Communist forces in this Nation. The Senate Committee report showed how the John Birch Society was singled out by the Communists as an organization to disgrace. The report stated:
Never, since the most virulent days of Goebbels’ “hate” propaganda, has anything appeared in the United States comparable to a 47-page booklet, dated June, 1961, put out by the Communist Party of the United States in connection with its drive to smother the expanding anti-Communist movement in this country.
The 35-cent booklet is entitled, “The Fascist Revival,” and purports to tell “the inside story of the John Birch Society.” The author is Mike Newberry, another Worker-specialist in unbridled smear.’”
By Worker-specialist, they were referring to the Worker, the official communist newspaper in America.
Not surprisingly, “The Fascist Revival” makes no effort to define fascism, yet uses various smear tactics throughout to get the reader to be triggered against JBS and its supporters.
A directive issued by the Communist Party helps to explain this tactic. In the 1953 Handbook on Propaganda, Oliver Carlson published this directive, which stated,
When certain obstructionists [to Communism] become too irritating, label them, after suitable build-ups, as Fascist or Nazi or anti-Semitic, and use the prestige of anti-Fascist and tolerance organizations to discredit them.
In the public mind constantly associate those who oppose us with those names which already have a bad smell…. The association will, after enough repetition, become “fact” in the public mind.… Members and front organization must continually embarrass, discredit and degrade our critics. Accuse them of being traitors to the war effort, fascists, Red-baiters, peace-destroyers, Quislings, labor-baiters and anti-Semites.
As Mr. Richardson concluded, “The public has been conditioned to react against conservatives but not against communists.… Certain words can and do trigger emotions. These emotional reactions can trigger people into acting without thinking. When a person becomes emotionally involved he may lose his ability to reason.”
So when you hear Biden the Great Uniter falsely label millions of Americans as semi-fascists, know that the historical company he keeps isn’t too impressive when it comes to freedom and Americanism. It appears he’d rather hitch his wagon to Marx. And as he continues to iterate, he’d much rather have America devolve into mob rule, otherwise known as democracy, which as you can see from the political spectrum is just a step away from total government. It is mob rule. Therefore, you will not find the word democracy in the Constitution or any of the 50 state constitutions. We do not stand and pledge allegiance to the Flag and the democracy for which it stands, but to the Republic for which it stands.
Perhaps Biden did get something right. He said in his fundraising speech, “The MAGA Republicans don’t just threaten our personal rights and economic security, they’re a threat to our very democracy.”
There is also a darker reason for doing what Biden did. Perhaps he’s hoping Antifa will see this as an invitation to smash fascists. Time will tell.
Again, confusing the meaning of words is a tactic of communists, and those advocating for democracy, knowing full well the Founding Fathers were adamantly against it, have certainly made a trigger out of it. Thus, there must be some agenda behind it.
The Handbook on Propaganda summarizes the main objectives of communist propaganda as:
1. To make use of any and all existing discontents … to direct them into channels for undermining both the symbols as well as the practices of the established order.
2. To foment strife and suspicion among and between all other political, social, economic, and religious groups and associations to the end that they will not unite against the Communists.
3. To create and organize a host of false “front” organizations with seemingly limited and legitimate objectives.
Remember, communist propaganda doesn’t have to be uttered by a card-carrying member. Sometimes it’s best to use what Stalin described as useful idiots and JBS Founder Robert Welch called “comsymps” (communist sympathizers).
As political campaign rhetoric heats up, know that Biden is just continuing the communist, globalist agenda many before him have begun, and those that stand up against it are going to be the ones who catch the most flak, as The John Birch Society can attest from being in the communist crosshairs since at least 1961.
To best fight, an attack on America is to first recognize that there is an organized attack. This has been handily demonstrated over the last three years. When governments around the world act in lockstep with the tactics of communist countries, the agenda of control through world government has never been more apparent.
What other patriotic organization recognizes this and then works to counter-act it? The John Birch Society is a unique organization that works toward less government, more responsibility, and — with God’s help — a better world.

Is it true that Catholics need not apply at one Greenwich, Conn., public school? Are evangelicals on the same do-not-hire list? And if you are a teacher over the age of 30, is there a chance you are not woke enough to be hired?
In the first video of its new Education Series, Project Veritas lowered the boom on Jeremy Boland, assistant principal of the Cos Cob Elementary School. “Believe it or not, the open-minded, more progressive teachers are actually more savvy about delivering a Democratic message without really ever having to mention politics,” he said. “So, it’s subtle. They [teachers I hire] will never say, ‘Oh, this is [a] liberal or a Democratic way of doing this.’ They’ll just make that the norm—and this is how we handle things. It’s subtle…That’s how you get away with it.”
He said his goal is for the students to eventually vote Democrat.
But there is more than political indoctrination at play in this traditionally Republican town. There seems to be outright anti-Catholic bigotry.
“Protestants in this area [of Connecticut] are probably the most liberal. But if they’re Catholic—conservative—you don’t hire them,” he said in the undercover video. “If someone is raised hardcore Catholic, it’s like, they’re brainwashed—you can never change their mindset.”
He also discussed how the school quietly discriminates in its hiring practices. “For one position, I think we had 30 applicants. So out of all those applicants, I don’t think I interviewed anybody over the [age] of 30… the older you get, the more set in your ways, the more conservative you get.”
Such is the fifth column of woke bigotry that seems to have infected a school in one of the wealthiest towns in America. Republican First Selectman (the New England equivalent of mayor) Fred Camillo says he does not doubt the veracity of Project Veritas’s undercover videos: “The Veritas video just released, and I see no reason to suspect it is not accurate. It is shameful and needs a full investigation into not only this administrator but the damage caused to applicants, past and present. Our kids deserve better. Our schools deserve better. Our town deserves better.”
As a graduate of the school in this traditionally Italian-American neighborhood and a former teacher himself, Camillo said, “To think that Roman Catholic applicants may have applied for teaching positions and not received proper consideration due to their religion seems like something from a bygone era, not 2022. According to this assistant principal, conservatives, older applicants, and others deemed not progressive were not given an opportunity afforded to others. We are entrusted with the task of educating students and encouraging critical thinking. Brainwashing and indoctrination have no place in halls of learning, or anywhere else, for that matter.”
Because of the widespread unpopularity of the Woke agenda, the educator in this case, and probably in other school districts around the country, opted to secretly implement the progressive agenda in what looks like a violation of state law and common fairness. While parents are busy earning a living, some so-called educators here and around the country are using parents’ tax dollars to work against their role in raising and educating their children. Rather than backing up parents, who by right are the primary educators, they are undermining them.
In the video, Boland makes clear he is not there to back up the parents and that he makes a point of never hiring teachers who will back up parents. “Do we work for the parents or do we work for the kid?” he asked. “We work for the kid.” In his view, schools are there to replace parents in the chain of influence on their children.
A number of years ago, in this same school system, a group of parents formed a coalition to oppose a school program. When the leader of the meeting asked those in the hall how many of them were told they were the only ones to complain, more than half the people raised their hands. Modern public education can be a hall of smoke and mirrors where things are not as they seem. Truth can be the first casualty and parental involvement is not always welcomed.
One response in Connecticut has been to allow parents to instruct their children to opt-out of surveys in public schools. The Family Institute of Connecticut and other groups believe these sometimes intimate surveys of students—the results of which may or may not be shared with parents—are being used to target students regarding their sexuality and other equity agenda goals, if not outright grooming. A complete reform of transparency in education is needed if public education is to live up to the public part of its name.
Ryan Girdusky’s 1776 PAC has made some substantial headway in replacing woke school boards in Miami and Broward counties in Florida, and other school district elections across the country. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has also focused his attention on local school board contests. Perhaps the simplest solution is to allow public education dollars to follow the students to whatever school they choose to attend. Given the lack of transparency, as demonstrated by Project Veritas in the Greenwich Public Schools, parents need direct financial leverage to ensure schools do not undermine their values or promote a secret social or political agenda.

After the New York Timesterminated its relationship with a Gaza-based journalist who said he favored killing and burning Jews “like Hitler did,” the newspaper is looking into additional reported instances of its journalists praising Hitler on social media.
The same watchdog group, HonestReporting, that unearthed the post by Fady Hanona also dug up a 2012 Facebook post by a Times videographer, Soliman Hijjy, who HonestReporting said wrote “How great are you, Hitler.” Hijjy also shared variants of the post again in 2018 and 2020, HonestReporting said.
HonestReporting also expressed concern about social media posts made between 2011 and 2018 by Hosam Salem, a freelance photographer whose work has appeared in the Times.
The Times told HonestReporting it reviewed the concerns and took “appropriate action.”…
And, at least in Hijjy’s case, a video he created for the Times, “Gaza’s Deadly Night: How Israeli Airstrikes Killed 44 People,” was denounced when it came out as a “shocking” “hatchet job.” So the issue isn’t just the social media posts, it’s the nexus between the social media posts and the hate-filled agenda that filters through into the New York Times journalism….

There should have been a victory parade and a nationwide celebration of the freedom of expression, but the great day came with no fanfare at all: the Department of Homeland Security has announced that its sinister little exercise in Orwellianism, the Disinformation Governance Board, as of Wednesday is officially and definitively dead. You may have thought this cynical attempt to criminalize dissent from the Left’s agenda had died long ago, but actually in mid-May the DHS only “paused” the Disinformation Governance Board, and there was every reason to believe that once the controversy had died down and Americans’ attention was elsewhere, it would be revived in some form or another. And make no mistake: that’s still true. It isn’t as if the Biden administration has suddenly discovered a new admiration for the freedom of speech.
The DHS announcement of the demise of the Ministry of Truth contained the seeds for its future revival, for it begins by reminding us of the alleged “threat” that “disinformation” poses to “the homeland,” that is, the embarrassment and irritation that news that isn’t approved by the political and media elites causes to those very same elites when it gets out to a large segment of the public: “The Department welcomes the recommendations of the Homeland Security Advisory Council, which has concluded that countering disinformation that threatens the homeland and providing the public with accurate information in response, is critical to fulfilling the Department’s missions. We thank the Subcommittee for its work, which required extensive fact gathering and analysis over a short period of time.”
Right after claiming that “disinformation” is a big threat, the DHS announces that “Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas has terminated the Disinformation Governance Board and rescinded its charter effective today, August 24, 2022.” Well, that’s great, but if disinformation is such a big threat, then why are you deep-sixing your anti-disinformation apparatus, Mr. Secretary? No explanation is included in the announcement, which continues: “With the HSAC recommendations as a guide, the Department will continue to address threat streams that undermine the security of our country consistent with the law while upholding the privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties of the American people and promoting transparency in our work.”
So what the DHS statement amounts to is an affirmation that America faces a very big threat from “disinformation,” and it’s the government’s job to save us from this “disinformation” by informing us of what is true and what isn’t and presumably to censor the alleged disinformation in some way. But then the statement announces that the board that DHS set up for precisely that purpose is being terminated and then goes on to say that DHS will keep working against alleged threats to “the homeland.” So in three terse paragraphs, we have two declarations that DHS must fight threats, and one statement that a principal means to fight these threats is being terminated.
It would make more sense with the overall thrust of the announcement if the second paragraph had been about establishing the Disinformation Governance Board rather than disbanding it. And that’s just one reason why it’s virtually certain that the Board will be back under some new clumsy Orwellian name and with better PR but unmistakably the same thing as the first Board was: an attempt to restrict the freedom of speech of Americans and to control the public discourse so that only the Left’s perspective gets aired.
In fact, the Board may already be back. Back in June, the Biden administration announced, according to the New York Post, that a new disinformation team headed by none other than Kamala Harris would be focused on “developing programs and policies” that would protect “political figures” from “disinformation,” “abuse” and “harassment.” This disinformation panel includes Mayorkas, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and Gestapo chief Merrick Garland and presumably is up and running, albeit with a studiously low profile, so as to avoid the outrage and uncomfortable First Amendment questions that did in the first Board.
Nonetheless, Harris’ panel is also on dangerous ground in terms of the First Amendment, as “abuse” and “harassment,” to say nothing of “disinformation,” are subjective terms. What is to prevent the person who is charged with judging what constitutes them — Harris, evidently — from considering sharp criticism, or even any criticism at all, no matter how accurate or justified, to be abuse or harassment? As the DHS continues to work on ways to counter the “threat” of “disinformation,” will it ever deign to explain to us peasants how it plans to distinguish actual disinformation from genuine disagreement on the facts or how it intends to ensure that its efforts against “disinformation” aren’t just an attempt to silence political disagreement?
No such explanations are likely to be forthcoming. But more efforts to shut down the freedom of speech? They’ll be coming for sure, and quickly.

(Natural News) At a recent Action Alliance event in Nuremberg, Germany, Children’s Health Defense (CHD) President Mary Holland issued a call to action about not letting those behind the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) plandemic off the hook for their crimes against humanity.
Holland spoke about the importance of the Nuremberg Code, which was codified after World War II to prevent atrocities like the Holocaust from ever happening again.
Built on the medical and legal ethics established in Germany before the Nazi regime, the Nuremberg Code also laid the groundwork for how to deal with anyone who might try to impose another mass genocide, which is exactly what those behind the plandemic set out to do.
“For more than 75 years, the Nuremberg Code has been a beacon of light – all medical and legal norms have been based on it since 1947,” Holland said. “The Nuremberg Code is the foundation for modern medical ethics.”
“The code has been incorporated into U.S. federal and state law, and U.S. courts have recognized the Nuremberg Code as a universal, international legal standard – like the norms prohibiting slavery and piracy.”
Forcing people to mask in solitary confinement and submit to experimental “vaccines” violates the Nuremberg Code
Even if entire nations or continents decide to scrap the Nuremberg Code in practice – which is what most of them did by imposing wide-scale medical fascism – this does not nullify its tenets.
Every individual has the right to just say no to drugs, in this case, Fauci Flu shots, regardless of what the government says. Every individual also has the right to just say no to masks, which are an unproven and dangerous medical device.
“Tragically, in the last two-and-a-half years, we have witnessed a global assault on the Nuremberg Code,” Holland lamented. “Governments, medical establishments, universities, and the media have violated the very first principle and every other principle of the code’s 10 points.”
“They have coerced people into being human guinea pigs.”
Holland is committed to seeing every last person responsible for destroying people’s lives and livelihoods with plandemic tyranny brought to justice. It starts with calling them out, followed by actions such as lawsuits.
“We must stop this,” Holland said. “And we must ensure this does not happen again.”
Unfortunately for those who already took the jabs, no amount of justice will give them back their natural, healthy immune systems. Many of them will face a lifetime of illness or premature death as a result of their compliance.
“We live in dangerous times. If world governments and their collaborators continue to flout the Nuremberg Code and censor those of us who criticize ‘The Big Lie’ – we know where this leads,” Holland warned.
“It leads to atrocities. It leads to a legacy of ashes.”
Throughout the plandemic, these atrocities included children and teenagers becoming disabled or dying due to the jabs; adults and elderly people being denied life-saving treatments, and families being separated from one another in “quarantine camps.”
These crimes against humanity must stop. And people must take a stand and just say no to medical fascism whenever, and wherever, it rears its ugly head.
“It is in our power to say, ‘No more! Respect and uphold this code!'” Holland explained. “And let’s not forget: we are winning.”
“The narrative that these injections work is over. The narrative that we must lockdown is over. The narrative that we must test asymptomatic people is over. The narrative that our ‘leaders’ know what they’re doing is over. Let us let that sink in.”

The American Civil Liberties Union is representing a group of students and teachers who are suing to put a stop to Florida’s ban on Critical Race Theory (CRT), which went into effect in July.
Florida’s Stop Wrongs Against Our Kids and Employees (Stop W.O.K.E.) Act, which was signed into law by Republican Governor Ron DeSantis in April, prohibited CRT from being taught in the Sunshine State’s classrooms.
Specifically, the legislation makes it illegal for educators to teach that one race is superior to other races or that someone is racist strictly on the basis of race or gender.
As the Washington Times notes, DeSantis has called CRT “state-sanctioned racism.” At the time of its signing, DeSantis said no one should be ashamed of their race.
“In Florida, we will not let the far-left woke agenda take over our schools and workplaces. There is no place for indoctrination or discrimination in Florida,” the governor declared at the time.
The defendants in the new lawsuit are the Florida Board of Governors of the State University System and the board of trustees from six state universities.
“The Stop W.O.K.E. Act is racially motivated censorship that the Florida legislature enacted, in significant part, to stifle widespread demands to discuss, study, and address systemic inequalities, following the nationwide protests that provoked discussions about race and racism in the aftermath of the murder of George Floyd,” the lawsuit reads.
“All educators and students have a right to teach and learn free from censorship or discrimination,” said Leah Watson, who works as a senior staff attorney with the ACLU’s Racial Justice Program. “In an effort to prevent progress towards racial justice, the Stop W.O.K.E. Act deprives educators and students of important tools to challenge racism and sexism. We urge the court to put an immediate stop to this discriminatory classroom censorship bill.”
The ACLU has asked a federal court to deem the Stop W.O.K.E. Act unconstitutional. The ACLU is one of various lawsuits against the legislation presently making its way through the courts. As of yet, no judges have blocked the law.
CRT is simply a branch of Marxist Critical Theory, which asserts that all of history has been one of an oppressing class and an oppressed class. Since no actual legal class structures existed in the United States, CRT advocates argue that the oppressed class are the non-white peoples of the country.
Part of the reason CRT had spread so far in the United States is that it is being pushed by the teachers' unions.
The NEA … wants to “provide an already-created, in-depth, study that critiques empire, white supremacy, anti-Blackness, anti-Indigeneity, racism, patriarchy, cisheteropatriarchy, capitalism, ableism, anthropocentrism, and other forms of power and oppression at the intersections of our society.” That is, the NEA wants to indoctrinate students into believing that every person who is not a straight white man is, to some extent, a “victim of oppression.”
With three million members, affiliates in 14,000 communities across America, and a $350 million annual budget, the NEA is a powerful lobbying group that has generously contributed to liberal causes, giving millions in donations to liberal groups and Democratic candidates in the 2020 election cycle, including funneling $176,649 directly to Joe Biden’s presidential campaign, according to the Open Secrets website. The NEA, which counts Jill Biden among its long-time members, drew praise from the president as recently as Friday, who called it “one of America’s indispensable organizations.
Regardless of the inevitable opposition from the Left, DeSantis made the right call in banning CRT in Florida. For far too long, the Left has been allowed to openly indoctrinate students in not only CRT but various forms of socialism and degeneracy. And the Right’s refusal to do anything about it, other than complain, is what has permitted the culture to change so drastically within only a couple of generations.
Now, of course, other Republicans across the country are following suit in striking down CRT. The key is that victory in the culture war requires more than finger-pointing; it calls for proactive action and the willingness to use institutional power to stop the Left’s agenda.

California parent Jessica Konen is suing her local school district for secretly indoctrinating her 6th-grade daughter into the cult of transgenderism, convincing her to change her gender identity, all while urging her not to discuss the situation with her mother because she could not be “trusted.”
The behavior of these woke teachers matters not only because parents - as opposed to the government - are supposed to be in charge of raising their own children, but also because transgenderism is a treacherous ideology that threatens the very underpinnings of both our society and Western civilization as a whole.
It is not about homosexuality or bisexuality, which Americans have become increasingly tolerant of in recent years. Many Americans are even supportive of transgender people when they are consenting adults, but they do not support groomers’ efforts to force impressionable children to renounce their birth sex and pretend to be something they are not. The rise of groups such as Gays Against Groomers, whose members are aghast at reports of little kids being forced to attend drag queen performances, shows that plenty of gays recognize it is wrong to push transgender ideology onto children.
It is about totalitarian thought control. The advocates of transgenderism, backed by the Biden-Harris regime, would force Americans to recognize an individual’s professed gender identity even if it doesn’t match the person’s birth sex. Forcing people to say things they know aren’t true is the essence of totalitarianism.
As I have written before, just about no one cared about the previously minuscule number of consenting adults having sex-reassignment surgery or hormone therapy until the Left started to demand that people think of these things as normal and forced these beliefs on children.
The Left doesn’t care about how many victims it creates, even as it breaks the fragile bodies of young people who lack the maturity to make informed decisions – decisions that will come back to haunt them in their later years.
Advocated by these radicals, puberty blockers, which can harm young people, are being prescribed for children who are now, because of incessant propaganda, reporting discomfort with their sex in record numbers. Long-term use of these drugs adversely affects brain development, bone density, and fertility but more and more medical doctors are violating the Hippocratic Oath by supporting their use on gender-confused young people.
This brings us to the case of Jessica Konen, whose young daughter was pressured to join the destructive cult.
Konen is suing with the assistance of the Center For American Liberty, a nonprofit that, according to its website, is “fighting against growing anti-free speech and anti-civil liberties trends.” The legal complaint (pdf) in the case was filed June 14 in the Monterey County office of the Superior Court of California.
San Francisco-based attorney Harmeet K. Dhillon is spearheading the legal effort. Dhillon is CEO of the Center For American Liberty.
Parents have “the right to know what is going on in their child’s school,” Dhillon told Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle,” as she explained how teachers pushed the young girl to join an “Equality Club” aimed at convincing students to embrace new gender identities.
“They invited kids, including Jessica’s daughter, to be in this club, and they told these kids, do not tell your parents, and specifically Jessica’s mom, do not tell them, they cannot be trusted,” she said.
“They gave them reading materials about transgenderism. They secretly changed the pronouns, but when in front of the parents, referred to their children by their birth pronouns. Behind the parents’ back, in the school, [they] used their new identity. All this was done secretly.”
According to the legal complaint, the Spreckels Union School District near San Jose adopted a “parental secrecy policy” that “authorizes minor children to make mature, consequential, and potentially life-altering decisions—such as what gender to identify as; how to express their gender identity, including, but not limited to, females binding their breasts so they look more like males; what name to be called; what pronouns to use; and what privacy facilities to use—with no notification to or input from parents.”
Teachers at Buena Vista Middle School in the school district took Konen’s daughter, A.G., 11 at the time, and recruited her into an “Equality Club” in which she was advised that she may be transgender and bisexual, two concepts that were not familiar to her. At one point teachers changed the name of the club to UBU, or “You Be You,” to avoid detection by parents. A.G. attended Buena Vista from fall 2018 to spring 2021 for the 6th through 8th grades.
A.G. attended a club meeting at the suggestion of a friend after 6th-grade instruction began. The girl was not interested in the discussion and decided not to attend future club meetings. But two weeks later a teacher asked her to return to the club, telling her she “fit in perfectly.” A.G. began attending the meetings again. Teachers told her at first that she was bisexual even though she did not understand the concept of bisexuality. Not long after, teachers told the girl she was transgender even though she did not grasp the concept, the legal complaint stated.
Teachers were persistent as they encouraged the child to change her name to a masculine name and present as male in order to express the new identity. Despite the emotional trauma they inflicted on the young girl, the teachers told her not to let her mother know about this because her mother supposedly could not be “trusted.”
They also forced A.G. to read articles about how to conceal her newly discovered transgender status from her mother. The teachers created a “Gender Support Plan” that directed faculty to call the daughter by a new name, male pronouns, and to allow her to use the unisex teachers’ restroom.
The California Department of Education officially encourages young children to embrace transgender identities. Even though the U.S. Supreme Court had held that parents have the right to direct the upbringing and education of their children, it is the department’s position that schools ought to keep secrets from parents; its recommended reading list promotes books for kindergartners about students undergoing gender identity transition.
During the brainwashing process, A.G. took on a new gender identity different from her female sex at birth, as well as a boy’s name and masculine pronouns, according to the legal complaint.
A.G.’s original identity went down the memory hole as teachers began referring to her by her new name and pronouns. Her name was changed in educational records and she was allowed to use the teachers’ unisex bathroom, all without informing her mother.
The school deliberately deceived Konen about her child’s assumed gender identity by using the girl’s birth name and feminine pronouns when the mother was present. When Konen was not present, the teachers resumed calling the girl by a boy’s name and using masculine pronouns.
Teachers told A.G. not to tell “her mother about her new gender identity, and by otherwise concealing facts regarding A.G.’s new gender identity from Ms. Konen.”
Konen had said she “supports her daughter, regardless of the decisions she makes. Ms. Konen simply wants to be a part of her daughter’s life and exercise her rights as a parent to direct the upbringing of her child.”
But the teachers deprived Konen of her parental rights during a crucial phase of her daughter’s development by “choosing for themselves how to direct A.G.’s upbringing regarding the major life decision of A.G.’s gender identity, and concealing critical facts from Ms. Konen, her parent.”
The teachers’ actions “also violated Ms. Konen’s and A.G.’s rights under federal and state law and inflicted serious emotional and mental harm upon them.”
This case is not an outlier.
As California and federal officials continue to advocate for transgenderism, more such lawsuits are coming.

(Natural News) Just days before millions of American children returned to school for the fall term, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) surprised the country by reversing course and finally recognizing the right of all individuals to make their own health decisions – at least for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19). The New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA) says it fully expects that defendants in natural immunity challenges will try to argue that such lawsuits are now moot because of the CDC’s backtracking. But according to attorney Jenin Younes, those cases are still fully valid, no matter the CDC shenanigan of the day.
“… because we argued that their constitutional rights were already violated, and we are seeking recognition of that going forward, the courts should not dismiss the appeals (or cases still pending in lower courts) on mootness grounds,” Younes wrote in an email.
At least four separate NCLA cases are potentially affected by the CDC’s policy reversals, including one against Michigan State University‘s employee mandate, another against Rhode Island’s healthcare worker mandate, and a number of class-action suits against federal employees and federal contractors.

Attorney Michael Senger is outraged over the CDC’s about-face, seeing as how millions of workers, students, and others lost their jobs, were told they could not receive an education or were forced to take unwanted jobs while facing exclusion “from everyday life activities and basic medical care,” all because of “a differentiation that the CDC now admits does not make sense.”
Senger was involved with a now-dismissed Big Tech case that is seeking to be reinstated.
There are other cases as well within the military, for instance, which is not changing its jab mandate requirements despite the changes made to the CDC guidance.
Attorney R. Davis Younts, who successfully represented a Navy lieutenant in a mandate challenge from back in the spring, says the military “absolutely should” change its policy “because the whole justification for denying religious accommodation [requests] is that there’s no safe alternative to the vaccine.”
Now that the CDC has admitted that the shots are medically useless, Younts hopes that military servicemen resisting them will resubmit their RARs based on the fact that the CDC’s position on the matter has changed.
“It seems like every day the FDA or the CDC or some report continues to confirm what we’ve been saying: that there’s no reason for these shots,” says Liberty Counsel Chairman Mat Staver.
Liberty Counsel is actively challenging the jab requirement in the armed forces, and Staver has promised to provide updates about the “various different courts we’re in.”
“I think this is another mile marker in the long march of incompetence from Washington bureaucrats that claims to follow ‘science’ yet this science has been out for well over a year and has been ignored by the CDC and the corporations that are clearly state actors,” added U.S. Freedom Flyers co-founder Joshua Yoder, whose group challenged jab mandates for pilots.
Yoder says that regardless of what the CDC is saying now, its prior mandates caused “unimaginable, unquantifiable damage” to people’s lives. And simply changing the narrative now “will not exempt them from accountability,” he says.
Meanwhile, both adults and children alike who were forced to take the jabs are now suffering from heart inflammation and other health damage that is more than likely permanent.

The IRS, for example, is running help wanted ads for tax enforcement agents who are “willing to use deadly force” against the American people. This is openly touted by the IRS in multiple job openings that also declare applicants must be willing to “participate in arrests, execution of search warrants, and other dangerous assignments.”
Note that all such job applicants must take all required COVID-19 vaccines, which means they have to submit to a suicide cult death shot in order to work for the larger suicide cult which is the globalist government regime. Some people will do anything to wield power over their fellow citizens, even if it means killing themselves with a clot shot in the process.
The weaponization of federal agencies is causing informed Americans to withdraw their consent
When government ceases to “serve” the people and becomes the enemy of liberty and constitutional liberties, the people withdraw their consent. And that’s happening everywhere now. More and more people realize the FBI is an armed terrorism cartel with no constitutional authority whatsoever.
This video is an excellent demonstration of what can happen when you call the police on ATF agents who are harassing you with unconstitutional powers and threats. At least two families have decided to remove their children from Stetson Middle School after over-the-top gay pride celebrations this year.
Jim Jacobs said he and his brother have decided to send their children to different schools because of what he believes is cultural indoctrination instead of education occurring in the West Chester Area School District.
“The last thing I wanted to do was to transfer my son for his 8th-grade year, but enough is enough,” said Jacobs. “At Stetson, there is no freedom of speech but freedom of ‘woke’ speech. The tolerance promoted by Diversity/Equity/Inclusion is not practiced towards those who have disagreements with or dare to question the ‘woke’ agenda.”
During the gay pride celebrations, boys were encouraged to wear dresses during Gay Pride Month and a male teacher taught in high heels. However, Jacobs’ son was pulled out of class for wearing Uggs that officials deemed slippers, although the youth had worn Uggs the previous year without incident.
“So my son gets disciplined for wearing Uggs (which are said to not adhere to the dress code), but boys are encouraged to wear dresses and male teachers can teach in stilettoes! Really?” Jacobs said. “I called Assistant Principal (James) DeWitt to ask if that was true. He verified it and told me that ‘boys dressing as girls and a male teacher wearing high heels is perfectly acceptable and not in violation of the dress code.’”
And DeWitt also told Jacobs, “This teacher has worn high heels on multiple occasions and that if the teacher is comfortable wearing them, then the school supports him.”
“My son told me that the same teacher who wears high heels would wave the gay pride flag and march it through the cafeteria at lunch and that this was completely accepted and encouraged,” said Jacobs. “How are these not clear-cut examples of indoctrination and the promotion of a specific social agenda?”
“The final straw was the fact that students were encouraged to wear ‘gay pride’ flags for Gay Pride Week. My son’s friends were wearing American flags, and he wanted to wear a Blue Lives Matter flag. I saw nothing wrong with that since if students are allowed to wear Gay Pride flags, others should be allowed to wear an American flag, right?
“However, a gay student opposed the American flags being worn, so Mrs. Heather Selgrath, the 8th-grade counselor, told students who were wearing American flags and Blue Lives Matter flags (my son) that they had to take them off and put them away in their lockers,” said Jacobs.
“It’s selective enforcement of the dress code,” Jacobs said. “It’s ridiculous.”
Also, Jacobs said his 12-year-old niece had to do a book report this semester, but her only option was to do one on a Black or transgendered person.
“Why?” he asked.
“My brother is flipping out,” Jacobs said. “They had his daughter wearing all this make-up and posing with another girl because that’s what they’re encouraging.”
Both Jacobs and his brother are sending their children to Catholic schools in the fall.
“Students were encouraged to take pictures with same-sex students in front of the gay pride flag at school,” he said. There were also pictures on the wall for students to pose with. “When the LBTGQ display by the pride flag is examined closely, pictures of various individuals on the school wall can be seen,” he said.
“Googling two of their names gave extremely disturbing results,” he said. One was Frida Kahlo, “who was a Communist artist ‘regarded as an icon for Chicanos, the feminism movement, and the LGBTQ+ movement,’” he said. “And another was Bianca Del Rio, who is a drag queen comedian, ‘whose YouTube videos contain off-color raunchy, comedy routines and discuss heroin usage and men’s penises.’ One has to question the academic value of displaying these pictures in a middle school for 11 to 13-year-old children.”
“These activities and displays are unquestionable distractions and liabilities to academic learning, which should be the primary purpose of our public schools,” Jacobs continued. “Promotion of political and social agendas should be verboten. Unfortunately, freedom of speech doesn’t exist anymore in public schools such as in the WCASD…there is only freedom of ‘woke’ speech and selective enforcement of dress codes. Taxpayers should not be required to fund this nonsense.”
“This is unbelievable, crazy stuff,” Jacobs said about the school’s emphasis on LGBTQ issues. “It’s not enough to be gay. You have to be flamboyantly gay.”
Elana Fishbein, a Lower Merion resident and founder of No Left Turn in Education said, “Our schools have been completely derailed by woke people who call themselves ‘educators.’ These woke mobsters hijacked the schools and are suffocating and sexualizing our children with their perverted ideology. For them, furthering an ideology is their mission, not imparting knowledge and skill building. And while religion was chased out of school halls long ago, this ideology has become, ironically, not only a new religion but a cult. Today, they are the true schoolyard bullies.”

In a recent House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee hearing, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg proclaimed “the more pain we are all experiencing from the high price of gas, the more benefit there is for those who can access electric vehicles.” That evoked a response from Florida Rep. Carlos Gimenez.
“So you’re saying the more pain we have, the more benefit we’re going to get?” the Florida Rep. wondered. “Of course — no,” said Buttigieg with a laugh.
“I think that’s what I heard you say,” countered Gimenez, who later tweeted “the more pain Americans felt, the better for electric vehicles. It’s an evil way of governing.” The Havana-born representative has seen it before.

As a man who often speaks “at length about his faith,” Secretary Buttigieg is surely familiar with the empirically verifiable Christian doctrine that human beings are deeply flawed. In the socialist view, human flaws and vices somehow disappear when someone is elected to public office or employed by the government. The flaws and vices don’t disappear, and access to the levers of government power, with little or no accountability, can easily amplify the flaws.
Under socialist superstition, virtually everything government does is for the greater good. The people are to believe that no politician or bureaucrat would ever use the power of the state against political opponents, or people they simply don’t like. By saying “we” must experience pain when he means “you,” Buttigieg exposes that ruse in fine style.
Pete Buttigieg is a gay Christian involved in a same-sex marriage. The Secretary appears to regard these conditions as accomplishments and job qualifications. In a similar style, when fired by new San Francisco district attorney Brooke Jenkins, attorney Alicia Hurtado claimed “I am the highest ranking/LGBTQ member of the management team at that office.” In the woke view, this status somehow overrides actual job performance, an issue that came up for Buttigieg in his run for president.
“At a time when economic inequality and racial justice are at the nation’s political forefront,” CNBC noted, “Buttigieg’s candidacy could be hamstrung by the impression that he has not tried hard enough to improve the conditions of South Bend’s poor and minority communities.” According to resident Shawn White, 24, “Ain’t shit changed. How is he gonna run the whole country if you can’t even get your city right first?”
In the view of many others, mayor Buttigieg didn’t get South Bend right. His performance as Transportation Secretary, to say the least, hasn’t exactly proved stellar.
During a crippling supply-chain crisis, Buttigieg was off on a two-month “maternity leave,” a move he defended as work, “not a vacation.” The former mayor evidently believed his job was to model gay marriage, not to keep the vital supply chain moving. When it stalled, the federal Transportation Secretary blamed the people.
“Supply, demand, and the pandemic” are the main forces behind the supply chain bottlenecks, Buttigieg explained. “Americans have more money in their pockets compared to a year ago. Where they used to maybe spend it on going to shows or travel, they've been more likely to spend it on things, which is why actually we have a record number of goods coming through our ports.”
As embattled Americans might note, Biden’s Transportation Secretary failed to quantify the money now in their pockets compared to a year ago. Buttigieg failed to pin down the rise in the rate of inflation, a big issue for American workers, and he did not put a number on the cargo ships waiting to unload. Americans might think the federal Transportation Secretary should be forthcoming with such vital information.
Like Voltaire’s Dr. Pangloss, Buttigieg tells Americans they live in the best of all possible worlds if only they would deny what their own experience tells them. If the people regard Pete Buttigieg as a complete bust it would be hard to blame them. On the other hand, there are grounds for gratitude.

Lower Your Expectations, Serfs
You are asking for too much, you terrible person. You want cheap gas and a functioning supply chain, air conditioning and not to eat bugs. But most of all, you expect the elite to actually do its job, and for that, you are terrible. And racist.
Bums litter our streets figuratively and – in ghastly form – literally. Criminals run rampant unmolested by the gendarmes, who have been told – expressly and impliedly – to let the crooks be. Our economy is sensational, groovy, glorious – except for the inflation and the hollowing out of your 401K. Try to buy a house instead of renting – just try.
The globalist elite has failed in doing what we want, but it seems to be doing what it wants. It is gathering power and payoffs unto itself, and that is precisely the goal. If we are worrying about feeding our families – and they control the food – then we are less likely to get uppity and demand that our elite not suck.
The problem for them is that, at least in America, we still have some power to change things without conflict. But elsewhere, where the path to peaceful change is blocked by undemocratic regimes, it's getting ugly. In Sri Lanka, where the government decided to ban fertilizer because some Davos nimrods wished to appease an angry weather goddess, they rebelled. In Holland, the Dutch farmers are rebelling in order to save their farms from a similar fate. But in Canada, the truckers rebelled, and they were crushed. Now, Trudeaussolini is trying the same fertilizer scam. Who had "Famine in Manitoba" on his 2022 bingo card?
And here in America, they tried to ban modern guns. I wonder why.
The real defining election issue for the next couple of decades is going to be whether we choose to move into a future of shared prosperity, where everyone lives free and safe and well, or toward the WEF feudalism model where we own nothing, have no freedom, and obey our unaccomplished overlords. That is how we need to put it. If you vote for a Democrat, you vote for tampon shortages and auto burglaries, at least for the time being until they ban private automobiles. Oh, and let's not forget mutilating your kid both mentally with CRT and physically with surgery via elite gender nonsense.
They really do hate you, and they really do want you dead or enslaved. And until every Republican politician gets that, until they learn what time it is, we're going to merely manage the decline instead of going on the counter-offensive and wreaking these people and their trash ideology once and for all.
Are People on Planes Getting Dumber?
Yes, definitely.
I have had to fly a lot in recent weeks in connection with my new non-fiction book, "We'll Be Back: The Fall and Rise of America" – six weeks, six trips. One thing has become abundantly clear. People are getting dumber, and there's no better demonstration than taking a flight.
First of all, flights are unbelievably expensive. It's incredible. An economy ticket is what a first-class fare would have been when Trump was in office, and now a first-class ticket requires your firstborn. And for some reason, the crews now feel like they have to talk to you all the time. Safety briefing? Fine. But I don't need the pilot's musings on his thoughts about life. Fly the damn plane. If we're hitting turbulence, warn us. Tell us when we are arriving. Otherwise, silence. I want to sit there and stew unharangued.
And no, I do not need to hear about your wonderful credit card offers or be warned not to drink my own booze – like every normal person, I hit the bar before I fly instead of sneaking snorts of McCallan in my seat like a teen raiding dad's liquor cabinet. Here's one idea, though. Adequate ground staffing so that there is more than one person checking luggage for 300 people. It's like every flight is a surprise – "Gee, who would have thought a 777 would hold a lot of people?"
And the passengers… cue the circus music. Look, I don't think you need a top hat and tails to fly, but a lot of these people dress like hobos who got vomited up by other hobos. The boarding process is a parade of muffin tops and tacky tatts. Thanks for the glimpse of your pierced navel, lady – here's an idea: Wear a shirt.
Carry-on luggage…who is unaware that bin space is tight and that your steamer trunk won't fit? Check your damn bags, people. I was consigned to steerage once, and this dude from some bizarre foreign country is sitting there and in the foot space where my feet go is this giant lute – I think it was an oud. And he looks at me like I'm the idiot when I say, "Hey, you need to get your blanking oud out of my seat." We did not chat on the flight, so some good came of it.
Crying kids. I get it. Been there. Crying kids are part of life, and we need to deal. I am not complaining about that. We need strong young to fight communists, so children should be encouraged and parents rewarded instead of hassled. But you don't have to let your kid sing a song. Unless it is "Love Will Tear Us Apart" or "Anarchy in the UK" – that would rock.
Then there are the masked people with their masked children. I don't wear masks because I am a man, so I get dirty looks when they have to sit around me. Drones. Oh, and another thing – do not have long, loud cell chats as we board. "Hi, getting on the plane. Call you when I land." That is the totality of an appropriate cell call on a plane, not some lengthy digression about how Lou in marketing was telling Sheila to get her TP46 forms organized, but she thought he said TP47 forms, and shenanigans ensued. Just sit there on the plane in uncomfortable silence as Team Dumbass tries to figure out how storage bins work.

The Biden administration has made no secret about its desire to insert itself into the lives of Americans as much as possible — especially when it comes to guns.
There aren’t many things that the administration wants more than to enact gun control, and the first step to confiscating guns would be a nationwide gun registry. Think about it: if the feds know who owns what, it’s easier for them to go after otherwise law-abiding gun owners.
Thankfully, the law prohibits the federal government from compiling a gun registry, although some states do have them. That’s not stopping the administration from using executive agencies to gather gun use data in a sneaky way.
Here’s how: the Department of Commerce sends out a census survey called a Commodity Flow Survey every year that ends in 2 or 7.
“The purpose of the survey is to help the federal government understand the flow of commerce to help shape policies regarding transportation and shipping,” explains John Crump at Ammoland.
Shipment ID number, shipment date, the month of the day, not the year. The value of the shipment, the weight of the shipment in pounds. The commodity code for standard classification of transported goods, which is a list from the Department of Commerce, the commodity description, a hazmat number if it applies, the modes of transportation by which it was transported, the city and country if it’s a foreign destination, how it was transported abroad if it was transported abroad, and if transported domestically, the city, the state, and the zip code of where it went. So not the physical address, but the city, the state, and the zip code.
Since it’s 2022, it’s the year for the Commodity Flow Survey. Normally the surveys go out to a random sampling of businesses, but this year, a disproportionate amount of them went to companies that sell accessories for guns, like scopes and holsters.
Companies face a fine if they don’t fill out the form, although only one fine has been issued in the history of this survey, and that was in 1994. But the companies receiving this year’s surveys are concerned about the implications of the administration compiling so much gun accessory information at one time.
“The Bruen decision confirmed that we the people have a right to carry a gun outside the home for self-defense,” Crump points out. “Using holster data, the government could potentially figure out where people plan on concealing a firearm and match that up against permitting data to determine who will be carrying arms without going through the ‘proper’ channels to carry a gun.”
Some of the companies have hired counsel to help them fight the bureaucratic overreach of the Biden administration.
“Some companies reached out to Arbiter Weston Martinez of Texas for help,” writes Crump. “Mr. Martinez is the former Texas Real Estate Commissioner under former Governor Rick Perry. Mr. Martinez is well connected in the political sphere and believes that the companies are being targeted to gather intel on the gun market. He has vowed to help push back against the alleged government overreach.”
“This particular administration has shown that they are the least trustworthy of any administration in the history of the United States when it comes to the lawful rights of lawful responsible gun owners nationwide,” William Kirk, president of Washington Gun Law, said in a video. “You see with this data, not only could you derive who is purchasing holsters, but in many ways, you would be able to determine what a person was likely carrying and even how they may be carrying a weapon.”
Erickson agrees that the administration is plowing ahead with this egregious overreach with no regard for the rights of American citizens.
“They don’t care about your privacy,” he said. “They don’t care about your gun rights. They don’t care about congressional laws that prohibit the formation of a gun registry. They want to be able to target and harass gun owners.”
This administration will stop at nothing to foist its far-left agenda, including doing an end-run around the law and using administrative data to go after legal gun owners. We must stop these people, and that starts with voting GOP in 2022.
