Leave it to the Washington Post to find kiddie-porn convicts and portray them sympathetically.
But the Post added a special touch in its story about kiddie-porn aficionado Welsey Hawkins. It importuned the registered sex offender to say he’s sorry for the harsh questions about him that Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson received from Republican senators during her confirmation hearings.
As with many of her sentences in child-porn cases, Jackson ignored the request of prosecutors for a long jail term and sentenced Hawkins to a much lesser one. So of course, the natural thing for the leftist Post to do was seeking the pervert’s opinion about it.

To its credit, before finding Hawkins, the Post published a piece about his crime.
The confessed homosexual uploaded child porn to YouTube in 2012 when he was 18 years old, and “an undercover detective soon emailed him, suggesting the two had ‘similar interests,’” the Post reported:
Hawkins emailed the agent two videos, and wrote that he was interested in boys ages 11 to 17. Authorities executed a search warrant in June, finding 17 videos and 16 images of boys on a laptop and a phone.
Hawkins cooperated with the investigation, federal prosecutors said. In court filings, they wrote that the recent high school graduate had agreed to be interviewed by detectives, admitted possession, entered a pre-indictment guilty plea and took “full responsibility for his actions.”
Although federal guidelines called for a sentence of eight to 10 years, prosecutors said that given Hawkins’s age and lack of criminal record they recommended two years. According to documents given to senators, a U.S. probation officer recommended a year and a half.
His defense attorney blamed Hawkins’ “sexual identity issue complicated by his mother’s strict religious beliefs and that his offense was prompted by a teenage sexual drive, not an intrinsic sexual attraction to significantly younger children.”
Jackson, then a federal district court judge, sentenced him to three months in prison and three months probation.
Addressing Hawkins, she said, “you were only involved in this for a few months” and that “other than your engagement with the undercover officer, there isn’t an indication that you were in any online communities to advance your collecting behavior.”
Jackson added that the age difference between Hawkins and the victims in the videos wasn’t all that great. One was eight years old.
In 2019, the Post reported, Jackson sent Hawkins to a halfway house after his probation officer told Jackson that “despite being in treatment for more than five years [Hawkins] continues to seek out sexually arousing, non-pornographic material and images of males 13 to 16-years-old.”
Sympathy for the Judge
In the piece that ensued, Hawkins confessed that what he did was a “bit monstrous.”
But the Post couldn’t stop there. It tossed in a chance for Hawkins to bash the Republicans who attack Jackson’s record on perverts.
“Of the attention his case is getting now, Hawkins noted that many in the GOP continued to support candidates who faced allegations of sexual misconduct, the Post reported:
“While I’m not defending my actions, because, again, they are undefendable, I feel that their hypocrisy should be pointed out.”
Perhaps most surprising, Hawkins said, was that he found himself feeling sympathy for the judge he had once been angry with for sending him to prison.
“I wasn’t very happy that she gave me three months, though, after reflection when I was in jail, I was hearing from other people who said it was their first time arrested and they got five years, six years.
“I feel that she chose to take into consideration the fact that I was just getting started [in life] and she knew this was going to hold me back for years to come regardless,” he said, “so she didn’t really want to add on to that.”
GOP senators presented Jackson’s record of sending child porn in some detail, and Senators Josh Hawley noted that her sympathy for perverts includes criticizing sex-offender registries.
In the case of United States v. Hawkins, the sex offender had multiple images of child porn. He was over 18. The Sentencing Guidelines called for a sentence of up to 10 years. Judge Jackson sentenced the perpetrator to only 3 months in prison. Three months.

(Natural News) We have received a batch of new intel from US military sources. Although it’s always difficult to sort out fact from fiction, this is a credible source, and previous intel from this source has proven mostly accurate.
According to the information received by this source and then filtered for us (to remove any OPSEC details), there are some bombshell developments underway right now inside the deep layers of the Pentagon and the Biden regime. First, inside the Pentagon and even the intelligence community, there is growing consensus that the Biden regime is rapidly putting America on a path of economic destruction and that it must be stopped from within. Thus, the number of people inside the CIA, FBI, DHS, DoD, etc. who are now switching hats — from “black hat” to “white hat” — is rapidly expanding.
What I’m told is that many of these people are of course corrupt, greedy bastards, but there are limits to what they will tolerate. I’m told that indictment papers for Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Hunter Biden, and Joe Biden are already circulating within the intelligence community. All the players are fully aware of the serious crimes of official corruption that have been committed by these people, spanning several decades. The intelligence community influencers are attempting to prepare a way to remove Joe Biden from power, publicly expose the Biden crime family and still maintain some degree of credibility for Democrats in the mid-term elections. If this seems like an impossible task to you, most of the deep state experts also agree. There is no way to expose all this without ripping the credibility of the Democrats (and the controlled media) to shreds, and that’s the main reason why there is internal pushback against this strategy.
That’s also why there is a contingent within the deep state that seeks to remove Joe Biden using another method — such as a false flag operation — so that he can be “taken out” and given a hero’s funeral, much like the official funeral of traitor John McCain, who was part of the Russia collusion coup attempt against Trump.

Some of these operatives will also sneak into the USA across the open southern border, most likely pretending to be South American. Once in the USA, they can easily acquire the weapons and explosives they need to carry out their murderous tasks of causing chaos and fear across America.
Effectively, Joe Biden is now the world’s No. 1 funding source for radical terrorism in the Middle East. And high-level officials inside the intelligence community are fully aware that Biden’s actions are going to place themselves and their families in danger, given that some of the terrorism targets in the USA are almost certain to include radical Islamic extremists targeting government installations of some kind. (The Pentagon was specifically mentioned in all this, although it’s not clear how any terrorist could threaten the Pentagon building or grounds, given how high the security is around that installation.)
In my own assessment, I tend to believe that terrorists will prefer “soft” targets such as nightclubs and heavily attended sporting events, etc., where they believe they can accrue very high casualties due to the density of people in a small space. Think Las Vegas shooting, or the Orlando gay nightclub shooting from a few years back.
Whatever form it takes, it is verified that the US intelligence community believes Biden’s actions in funding Iran will unleash a new wave of actual terrorism in Western Europe and America. We’re not talking about the fake, staged FBI events like the theatrical kidnapping of Michigan Gov. Whitmer. That was pure theater run by the FBI. What we’re talking about now is actual unbounded violence carried out by well-funded terrorist groups funded by the government of Iran which is effectively funneling Biden’s US money into his terrorism operations.
They are rushing to remove Biden to try to salvage the mid-term election outcome for Democrats
For these reasons (and others), the decision has been made within the intelligence ecosystem to get rid of Joe Biden. It is only a matter of what means will be used to achieve that goal. It seems likely that the timetable for this would be accelerated by the deep state itself, given how Biden’s disastrous polling numbers are dragging down Democrats’ chances in November like an anchor and chains wrapped around some poor guy’s ankles. Unless something radical changes, the Democrats will lose their House majority, and with it they will lose House investigatory subpoena power which they have used to threaten and intimidate their political enemies since early 2019. The SECRET civil war is already underway
There is a better-than-even chance that Joe Biden will be arrested and removed from power before he can pull the trigger on global thermonuclear war. But there’s also a real chance that he will destroy America before there is enough internal consensus to move against him. What’s clear in all this is that the regime’s war against the American people has shifted focus; now they’re at war with other factions inside the government itself, not merely pro-Trump patriots. They are in effect fighting a two-front war in America.
In effect, we are watching an internal, “secret” civil war unfolding by the day. You can expect all sorts of fireworks from this action, as various factions of the deep state and intelligence community will wage false flags, assassinations, blackmail, and staged child trafficking stings against each other. He told Lovell that as a young guy who’s always paid attention to politics, he was shocked that some he “looked up to” throughout his life have now invited him to attend “sexual get-togethers,” which he said were actually orgies.
The House representative from North Carolina added that cocaine and drug use was rife among DC insiders.
We are on a knife’s edge, and the future of America is in real jeopardy
The end result is impossible to predict from the outside, looking in. There’s a chance the good guys pull this off and the Bidens, Clintons, and Obamas end up indicted or imprisoned. There’s also a chance that all the people who have a conscience are purged from the system and we end up in a draconian, totalitarian regime ruled by psychopaths and mass murderers.
So interpret this in whatever way suits you best, but do not think the patriots have this in the bag. They don’t. Not yet anyway. (Natural News) Virginie de Araujo-Rechhia, a French lawyer on Reiner Fuellmich’s Grand Jury team, has reportedly been arrested at her home and taken into custody.
On Mar. 22, 2022, de Araujo-Rechhia was picked up by police amid her work with three different citizens’ associations in France that are trying to bring criminal charges against politicians who voted for an Aug. 5, 2021, law that brought in a wave of repressive Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) restrictions.
The full circumstances surrounding de Araujo-Rechhia’s arrest remain unknown. Most of the news outlets reporting on it say that her current whereabouts are unknown.
“We don’t fully know the circumstances under which such a measure was decided and what she is being charged with,” one report explained. “We have been trying since this morning to determine where she has been taken.”
“All our efforts in this regard have so far been in vain. Thanks for circulating this message, without changing a single word. We’ll keep you informed as soon as possible.”
Governments conspire with the media to spread “panic propaganda 24/7,” Fuellmich says
In case you missed it, Fuellmich assembled a coalition of lawyers and judges to prosecute the crimes against humanity that were committed in the name of “public health.”
Dubbed the Peoples’ Court of Public Opinion, this coalition recently gathered in Germany, where Fuellmich is from, to compile all of the details about what corrupt leaders have done under the directive of the World Economic Forum (WEF).
“This case, involving the most heinous crimes against humanity committed under the guise of a corona pandemic, looks complicated only at first glance,” Fuellmich said in his opening statement.
“One, there is no corona pandemic, but only a PCR test ‘plandemic’ fueled by an elaborate psychological operation designed to create a constant state of panic among the world’s population. This agenda has been long-planned.”
One of the people who joined Fuellmich was de Araujo-Rechhia, who is now apparently being targeted by the state, potentially in retaliation for her work on the project.
In France, conditions degraded quickly under the authoritarian leadership of Emmanuel Macron, who imposed harsh restrictions on the French people, including Fauci Flu “vaccine passports.”
There were massive protests against Macron’s fascism, but ultimately France was still plunged into a tyrannical nightmare under his directives.
A similar situation occurred in Germany, Fuellmich’s homeland, where leaders similarly imposed harsh measures aimed at stopping society from living any kind of normal life.

The United States Supreme Court ruled Friday that the Navy can make its own decisions on whether to deploy sailors, including SEALs, who refuse to receive a Covid shot.
The Supreme Court’s decision reverses the decisions of a district judge in Texas, where a case brought by 35 special warfare service members (26 of whom were SEALs) was originally filed, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Judge Reed O’Connor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas issued a preliminary injunction in early January saying that the Navy must allow members of the elite special operations community to opt-out of the vaccination mandate if they have religious objections. The injunction also prohibited commanders from making any changes to the SEALs’ military assignments based on a refusal to be vaccinated.
In late February, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals denied an emergency stay of a preliminary injunction filed by the Department of Defense, arguing,
The Navy has not accommodated any religious request to abstain from any vaccination in seven years, and to date it has denied all religiously based claims for exemption from COVID-19…. But evidence … suggests that the Navy has effectively stacked the deck against even those exemptions supported by Plaintiffs’ immediate commanding officers and military chaplains.
Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, who ordered all troops to get vaccinated against Covid back in August 2021, had urged the nation’s highest court to remedy what he claimed was “an extraordinary and unprecedented intrusion into core military affairs.”
A sworn declaration in the case was filed by Vice Chief of Naval Operations Admiral William K. Lescher. According to NPR, Lescher claimed “that the illness of even one member of a small SEAL team due to COVID-19 could compromise a mission.” He added that it would be a dereliction of duty “to allow unvaccinated personnel into an environment in which they … risk the lives of others.”
Notably, the DOD did not seek to block the part of the federal judge’s ruling that said service members cannot be disciplined or discharged as a result of refusing the Covid shot.
Still, the SCOTUS listened, with three justices — Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, and Clarence Thomas — dissenting.
Justice Brett Kavanaugh issued a concurring opinion in which he said, “Under Article II of the Constitution, the President of the United States, not any federal judge, is the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces.” The justice concluded there was “no basis in this case for employing the judicial power in a manner that military commanders believe would impair the military of the United States as it defends the American people.”
Echoing the Biden administration’s narrative on the dangers associated with being unvaccinated, Kavanaugh also argued that “ordering unvaccinated personnel into an environment in which they endanger their lives, the lives of others, and compromise accomplishment of essential missions,” is, basically, a “dereliction of duty.”
In a dissenting opinion, Justices Alito and Gorsuch wrote that the court “does a great injustice to the 35 respondents” who “appear to have been treated shabbily by the Navy.”
The SCOTUS “essentially gives the Navy carte blanche to warehouse respondents for the duration of the appellate process, which may take years” by issuing a “partial stay” on the lower court’s order and by using the “language proposed by the government,” wrote the justices. They assumed that this decision would be “career-ending” for the plaintiffs.
To succeed, the administration must show that it can defeat the servicemen’s rights granted by the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) and their free-exercise claims. Yet, “it cannot make that showing,” argued Alito and Gorsuch.
The justices pointed out that “all the evidence available at this stage suggests that the Navy gave no real consideration to respondents’ requests, and the Navy had no compelling need to proceed in that fashion.” They described how the Navy established a 50-step exemption procedure, and
Only at step 35 was someone in this chain [of reviewers] told to read the exemption requests, but it appears that this individual was not given an opportunity to recommend that a request be granted.… Instead, this person’s sole task was to record pertinent information on a spreadsheet and send the package on to the vice admiral.
The result of such a procedure was “not surprising,” said Alito and Gorsuch. “Although more than 4,000 exemption requests had been submitted by February 15, 2022, not a single one had been approved when the complaint, in this case, was filed.”
Military.com notes that the SCOTUS’s Friday decision will likely impact other legal challenges against the Defense Department over the Covid vaccine mandate, “including a potential class-action suit filed in Florida by 30 unnamed officers and service members seeking relief from the order.” In that case, the judge ruled in early March that the Navy could not remove one of the plaintiffs, a destroyer commander, for refusing the shot.
In mid-February, a federal judge in Georgia issued a similar hold for an Air Force officer, arguing that the officer’s constitutional and statutory religious rights should be respected.
According to the Navy’s official website, 4,462 active components and 3,265 Ready Reserve service members remained unvaccinated as of March 23.
So far, the service has granted a total of 13 permanent medical exemptions and 220 temporary medical exemptions, while also granting zero permanent religious exemptions and nine temporary religious exemptions.
The deadline for active-duty Navy service members to be fully vaccinated was November 28, 2021. Ready Reserve Navy service members were given until December 28, 2021.
The Navy has already booted 652 servicemen for refusing the Covid shot.
According to USA Today, at least 98.5 percent of the Navy’s active and reserve members have been immunized against Covid.

In France, the Emmanuel Macron regime is now talking about setting up a food voucher system to help residents afford to eat. That system will likely be tied into Macron’s Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine passport” system.
Diesel may also soon need to be rationed as countries cut off their imports of Russian supplies due to sanctions and anti-Russia sentiment. Since diesel powers the world, this will have a devastating effect on an already crippled supply chain.
Meanwhile, millions of refugees are pouring out of Ukraine, and the Biden regime is eager to take them all in even as Americans suffer and struggle to put food on the table amid soaring inflation and supply shortages.
Much of Ukraine is having to be supplemented with humanitarian aid just to keep enough food flowing into people’s homes. In some areas of the country, less than four days’ worth of food remains.

“As gas prices surge, fertilizer supply is shrinking. That has sent wheat, corn, vegetable oils, and soybean prices through the roof – particularly troubling for countries already struggling with food insecurity.”
Macron recently proclaimed that there is now a “worldwide food crisis” that affects not just French people but everyone.
“I want to put in place a food voucher [system] to help the most modest households and the middle class facing these additional costs,” Macron told France Bleu radio the other day.
Since wheat supplies from Russia and Ukraine are now cut off from the rest of the world – these two countries are considered a “breadbasket” for certain food commodities – global wheat prices have soared.
“Together, the (two) countries export 30% of the world’s wheat,” reports indicate. “Fertilizer supply is low, too, as energy prices surge.”
“The shockwaves have even reached the world’s biggest economy. US food prices rose 1% in February, the largest monthly increase since April 2020. Over the past 12 months, overall US food prices increased 7.9%, the biggest jump since July 1981.”
As for diesel, if Europe adopts a full embargo, the entire world could be plunged into an extreme oil supply shortage – that is, unless OPEC nations begin really ramping up production, and quickly. So far, OPEC has been hesitant to do anything that might help the situation.

Is there any crime committed by an “oppressed” identity politics monster too vile for the pro-crime media to defend?
Ever since Ketanji Brown Jackson’s decision to give a child porn offender a light slap on the wrist and apologize to him came up, the media has been frantically spinning. And now the Washington Post decided to look Wesley Hawkins up and give him a sympathetic profile.
The lowest sentence of the seven was in the case of Wesley Hawkins. He was 18 years old when he downloaded scores of videos and images containing child pornography in 2012, the New York Times reports.
The prosecutor in the case had recommended a two-year sentence, the U.S. Probation Office had recommended an 18-month sentence, and the U.S. sentencing guidelines had recommended a sentence of 97 to 121 months in prison. The defense lawyer sought a day in prison.
Hawkins pleaded guilty to downloading and trading child pornography, and Jackson sentenced him in November 2013, according to the New York Times. Jackson sentenced Hawkins to three months in prison and six years of supervised release.
In other words, nothing. And radically below the sentencing guidelines.
According to a statement of offense to which Hawkins stipulated, he downloaded and shared videos and images of prepubescent children to YouTube and a file-sharing account.
Note the prepubescent part. It’s important because one of the sexually abused children was as young as 8 years old. This is also important because Ketanji Brown Jackson will lie about it.
There were videos of 11 and 12 year olds committing sexual acts, a video of an 11-year-old being raped by an adult male, a video of an eight-year-old committing a sexual act, to name a few. Police found 17 videos and 16 images of boys on his computer and phone, many of them violent. The teen later pleaded guilty.
This is horrifying evil. And it’s what the media is now trying to clean up and justify.
In a sentencing memorandum, Hawkins’ public defender said his client initially reacted to the images that he saw with “confusion and shock rather than arousal.” He viewed more child pornography over the next several months, but he “did not amass a large collection,” the memo said.
The natural response to the “confusion and shock” was to keep consuming child porn.
“Importantly, Mr. Hawkins’ connection to the images he viewed appears to be one of identifying with his age-mates emotionally, instead of exploiting them sexually. Mr. Hawkins said he found the fellow teenagers in the photos easier to connect with than adults,” the memo said.
Again, prepubescent children. Hawkins was 18.
In imposing the sentence, Jackson acknowledged the defense claim that Hawkins should not be considered a pedophile because his age was close to that of the children depicted in the images, according to the New York Times.
And again, some more context before the media starts spinning and the Washington Post starts ginning up sympathy for a pedophile.
He later uploaded five videos of pornographic content involving children from his computer to YouTube, which is what tipped off the police. An undercover officer emailed him, suggesting the two had ‘similar interests.’ Hawkins then emailed the cop two videos, and wrote that he was interested in males age 11 to 17.
So Hawkins did share the material and solicited it. He started off with a target age range beginning with 11. That is not close to his age. And he kept on doing it.
The sealed request demonstrated that Hawkins did not commit any sexual crime or violation of his conditions, but, ‘despite being in treatment for more than five years,’ Hawkins ‘continues to seek out sexually arousing, non-pornographic material and images of males 13 to 16-years-old.’
Now on to the Washington Post’s sympathetic profile which is headlined as, “Wesley Hawkins, talk of the Brown Jackson hearings, describes life after pornography sentence”.
If the Bezos social justice paper had anything resembling a soul, it might want to do a sympathetic profile of some of the abused children, not the perpetrator.
Instead, we learn from the Washington Post that, “His mornings had been filled with looking for his next job, his afternoons rereading one of his favorite books by Jamaican novelist Marlon James, he said, and his nights bingeing his favorite Netflix series “The Last Kingdom.”
And there’s a handfed attack on Republicans that I’m sure wasn’t carefully prompted by the reporter.
“Of the attention his case is getting now, Hawkins noted that many in the GOP continued to support candidates who faced allegations of sexual misconduct. “While I’m not defending my actions, because, again, they are undefendable, I feel that their hypocrisy should be pointed out.”
But he manages to admit that she did give him a slap on the wrist.
“I wasn’t very happy that she gave me three months, though after reflection when I was in jail, I was hearing from other people who said it was their first time arrested and they got five years, six years.”
Now Hawkins’ enabler will sit on the Supreme Court and be able to protect pedophiles and all sorts of criminals she sympathizes with from there.

A judge who does not believe in the Constitution, but believes in critical race theory, is unfit.

The existence of a speech by Biden’s Supreme Court nominee, Ketanji Brown Jackson, praising Derrick Bell, the godfather of critical race theory, and citing his book, “Faces At the Bottom of a Well”, as an influence has been widely reported. Conservatives have covered Bell’s racist views, his praise for Farrakhan, his antisemitism, and attacks on America. Much of this was already hashed out during the exposure of the relationship between Barack Obama and Derrick Bell.
But it’s important to specifically focus on Jackson’s interest in “Faces At the Bottom of the Well.”
In her speech, Jackson mentions that Bell, whom along with his wife she praises throughout her speech, “wrote a book in the early 1990s about the persistence of racism in American life”.
The subtitle of the book, which few people have mentioned, is, “The Permanence Of Racism”.
Persistence and permanence are not the same things. But this is another example of Jackson subtly distorting Bell and his book in order to make their extremism seem more moderate.
Jackson goes on to say, “My parents had this book on their coffee table for many years, and I remember staring at the image on the cover when I was growing up; I found it difficult to reconcile the image of the person, who seemed to be smiling, with the depressing message that the title and subtitle conveyed. I thought about this book cover again for the first time in forty years when I started preparing for this speech.” That would have made her ten years old.
As others have pointed out, “Faces At the Bottom of the Well” was published when Jackson was in her early twenties during Bell’s tantrum against Harvard University. It’s unlikely that Biden’s Supreme Court nominee grew up with the hateful text, but it’s entirely plausible that she was influenced by the book which came out when she was at Harvard and then Harvard Law.
Since Bell began his racial strike against Harvard Law before she had completed her undergraduate degree, it’s unlikely that she had taken any of his classes, but the former member of the faculty was clearly an influence on her. Perhaps Jackson’s memory is faulty or she’s deliberately backdating the book’s influence on her childhood to make it seem more innocent. Surely no one could blame a ten-year-old for being attracted to a racialist text.
“Faces At the Bottom of the Well” is the sort of racist book that could conceivably appeal to a bright ten-year-old. Bell, despite his position, was never much of a legal or constitutional scholar, and Faces, like the preceding “And We Are Not Saved”, conveys its message that the constitution is just a facade for a white racist agenda through science fiction short stories.
Where “And We Are Not Saved” transports the protagonist back to the Constitutional Convention to denounce the Constitution, “Faces At the Bottom of the Well” indulges in more hyperbolic science fiction scenarios including the rise of a new continent of Afroatlantis and space aliens offering Americans profits in exchange for selling black people into space slavery.
While the scenarios are absurd, they’re there to illustrate Bell’s argument that the Constitution is nothing more than what benefits white people at any given time. This is the same argument that the godfather of critical race theory had repeatedly made throughout his career, contending, for example, that the ban on segregation was not a rejection of racism, only a ploy by white people to defeat the Soviet Union and Communism by showing that they weren’t racist.
(Likewise, Faces, along with a defense of Farrakhan and condemnation of Jews for opposing black antisemitism, portrays Jews as protesting against the plan to sell black people into slavery only because in the absence of blacks, “Jews could become the scapegoats”.)
Such racial conspiracy theories, ubiquitous in the work and thought of black nationalists and supremacists, who always begin and end with the premise of white evil, pervade Bell’s work.
“Faces At the Bottom of the Well” was a way to popularize and communicate this central idea at a level that even a child or a not particularly bright Harvard student, already nursing resentments, would be able to understand by depicting scenarios in which the white society and white people would cheerfully revamp the Constitution to bring back black slavery.
Thus near the end of the “Space Traders” story, Bell has the Supreme Court unanimously rule that, “if inducted in accordance with a constitutionally approved conscription provision, blacks would have no issues of individual rights for review” and tells us that, “By 70 percent to 30 percent, American citizens voted to ratify the constitutional amendment that provided a legal basis for acceptance of the Space Traders’ offer”. Behind the SciFi is the message that the majority of Americans, the Supreme Court, and the Constitution would allow black people to be enslaved again and that therefore black people should not rely on whites or the Constitution.
The Constitution, according to Bell, is merely the whim of a white agenda that serves its purposes. To the extent that the law has outlawed segregation and slavery, it did so only because it temporarily served white purposes and the moment that it would serve white purposes to enslave black people again, it would be done within the Constitution.
That is the message of “Faces At the Bottom of the Well”: the book that influenced Jackson.
Does Jackson believe that the Supreme Court would rule that black people could be sold into slavery? Like everything about her record, we know we can’t expect an honest answer.
And yet her speech, which touches not only on the racist rants of Bell and his wife but on the 1619 Project, introduces the idea that our founding documents are racially untrustworthy.
Praising the racial revisionist history of the 1619 Project, Jackson touts Nikole Hannah-Jones’ “provocative thesis that the America that was born in 1776 was not the perfect union that it purported to be” and that only black civil rights activism made America “the free nation that the Framers initially touted.”
Much like the 1619 Project, this description is rife with historical anachronisms and fundamental inaccuracies that is even less befitting a Supreme Court justice than a New York Times hack, but also implicitly echoes the critical race theory understanding that the civil rights struggle was not about upholding the Constitution, but overcoming it, that America’s founding documents, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were racist and remain the enemy.
In the process of her lecture, Jackson invokes critical race theory, the pernicious concept of “white privilege”, and intersectionality.

The Supreme Court nominee praises Gloria Richardson who, in Jackson’s words, “took part in several protests that ended in violent clashes with white residents” and “indirectly challenged SNCC’s non-violent ideology.” She quotes Richardson as saying, “[w]hen we were attacked at demonstrations, [we women] were the ones throwing stones back at the whites.”
Gloria Richardson was a wealthy leftist organizer with political connections during the Cambridge Riots who had contemptuously dismissed Martin Luther King and asserted, “We weren’t going to stop until we got it, and if violence occurred, then we would have to accept that.”
Black nationalists hail her because she’s seen as breaking the embargo on local nonviolence in protests. And Richardson had emphasized that to the extent to which she used nonviolence was as a “tactical device”. To Jackson, most of the law seems to likewise be a tactical device.
And that’s the problem.
Absorbing the paranoid racism of the godfather of critical race theory during her formative years at Harvard makes for a bad judge and a worse justice. Bell’s approach to the Constitution, like that of black nationalists, was that it was a trick to lure black people into lowering their guard.
White people, he believed, could never be trusted and all that mattered was seizing power.
Any laws or documents made by white people would only serve them. Only black people could secure the rights of black people. Like the Nazis, the ultimate truths were race and power.
Everything else was a distraction.
If that is Ketanji Brown Jackson’s worldview, she cannot be expected to come out and say it. But the highest court in the land is the last place for racial paranoia and nationalism. The Supreme Court is charged with upholding the Constitution. A judge who does not believe in the Constitution, but believes in critical race theory, the 1619 Project, and white privilege is manifestly unfit to decide the fate of a nation and its hundreds of millions of people.
Derrick Bell and his hateful ideology believed that white racism was the only abiding truth.
There’s no room for that kind of thinking on the Supreme Court.

While the world is caught up with the Russia-Ukraine crisis, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is trying to rally Turks across Europe to “work harder” to “advance the causes of Allah.”
And he “sees Turks living in Europe as his own citizens.” Turkey does not belong in NATO. It should have been ejected long ago. The Islamic supremacist, opportunist Erdogan has made no secret about his long-term ambition of global conquest in the form of a revived Ottoman Empire.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is attempting to rally Turks across Europe behind his political Islamist cause, according to a report by the Stockholm-based Nordic Research & Monitoring Network.
Erdoğan who clearly sees Turks living in Europe as his own citizens, rather than nationals and/or residents of the countries where they live, work and retire, called on all to unite under one nation and one flag, the network said on Monday.
Last month, Erdogan said that when Turkey properly mobilises this power, no organisation, no evil structure, no hidden or open obstacles can stand in its way. He spoke at a meeting organised by the Union of International Democrats (UID), known as Erdoğan’s Justice and Development Party’s (AKP) proxy group abroad.
Erdoğan’s speech at the UID meeting was by far the most provocative to date, amounting to overt political interference in European affairs and using Turks and Muslims as trump cards against the nations, the network said.
Formerly named as The Union of European Turkish Democrats (UETD), the group was evaluated as incompatible with Germany’s constitutional order, according to a report by the German domestic intelligence agency, the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) in 2017. BfV has confirmed that it was spying on the group in Germany as an anti-sabotage measure.
The UID has 253 branches with 38 regional organisations in 17 countries.
In his speech, Erdoğan gave directions to UID members to work harder to achieve their objectives, the network said.
“The more you expand this umbrella as the UID, the more you increase your sphere of activity and influence, the more successfully you can fulfil the mission of delivering these messages to our citizens, organising them and preparing them for the future,” it cited Erdoğan as saying.
“The next pillar of the bridge we built from the past to the future should and will be the places where we live in Europe,“ Erdoğan said.
Erdoğan said hundreds of millions of Muslim friends and brothers stand behind the Turks and that they all are committed to the advancement of the causes of Allah and the truth.

The flyer that was reportedly posted in a break room at a Calgary, Alberta, Home Depot showed the home improvement giant’s logo and was titled, “Leading Practices: Unpacking Privilege.” It asks employees to literally “check” their “privilege,” whether it be “white privilege,” class privilege,” “Christian privilege,” “cisgender privilege,” “able-bodied privilege,” or “heterosexual privilege.”
Whoever was ultimately responsible for this should realize that advocating for human rights does not entail bashing any other group. Battling discrimination and racism is one thing. To zero in on a target unjustifiably is another.Also, blacks are still held as slaves by Arab Muslims in Algeria, Mauritania, Sudan and Libya. Many Arabs are anti-black. Afghans are at the back of the bus in Iran. China is openly racist against blacks and overweight people. The largest “Black nationalist organization in the US,” the Nation of Islam, spreads virulent hatred against Jews, whites and LGBTQ groups. Muslim rape gangs also view white girls as “worthless” and “trash.”
What do the woke think? That discrimination and racism are exclusively a white problem? Or that racism from other groups is parked at the border in an era of multiculturalism and open-door immigration?
Shame on Home Depot in Calgary, which has chosen the woke path of exclusivity rather than inclusivity in its divisive and discriminatory practices. It is also insulting to visible minorities, who are perpetually deemed to be helpless victims who are in need of handouts and patronizing sympathy from the woke.
Aburrahman Muhammad, an imam who was once with the International Institute of Islamic Thought but had the good sense to leave, observed:
This sense of victimization has now reached a point – especially given the consistent rhetoric of groups like the Council on American-Islamic Relations – that many rank-and-file Muslims now genuinely believe that they are a persecuted and oppressed group.
This applies also to many blacks in America, Canada, and elsewhere. It isn’t only whites who were oppressors.
Hate against any and every group as such as wrong. That includes the perpetual targeting of whites for past wrongs, which is often done by those who at the same time exonerate non-whites for current and ongoing human rights abuses. Ironically, it is the white woke working alongside supremacist groups such as Muslim Brotherhood-linked organizations and the Communist-rooted Black Lives Matter, who perpetuate anti-white “privilege.” It’s a method of manipulating societal and individual weakness to stir up race wars, in pursuit of the goal of destroying Western democracies from within and supplanting them with Marxist regimes. The average Leftist believes these claims. Many BLM leaders have also lined their pockets, playing the victimhood card and betraying their own people.
America had a black president. That would have been unthinkable just a few decades before he was elected. Too many Western countries have evolved to the point of (as they say in economic terms) diminishing returns.
Fighting discrimination and advocating for equal rights and human rights is admirable, but the likes of Home Depot and the woke brigade, who incessantly parade their superiority (“privilege,” they call it) while spreading the propaganda of victimhood groups are the real racists.

Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., questioned Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson as the Senate Judiciary Committee continued its Supreme Court confirmation hearings March 22. Blackburn focused part of her questioning on abortion. She asked Jackson about whether the constitution protects the rights of people to have an abortion. Jackson said the Supreme Court considers the right to an abortion to be an unenumerated right. Blackburn also asked about Jackson’s views on critical race theory in school and transgender athletes. Jackson said giving her own opinions on those issues are not in her purview as a judge. Jackson was nominated by President Joe Biden in February to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. If confirmed, she will be the first Black woman on the high court. After opening statements from Jackson, her colleagues, and the senators March 21, senators will spend two days questioning Jackson at length about her rulings and judicial philosophy. On the final day of the hearings March 24, the Senate Judiciary Committee will hear from friends and colleagues of Jackson about her temperament and approach to the law.

The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) continues to cater to its vocal LGBTQ employees at the risk of ostracizing its less-progressive employees and family audiences, this time forming a task force on gay and transgender issues to develop a plan to be a “force for good” for those communities, according to the Washington Examiner.
The announcement is just the latest effort to win favor with LGBTQ employees angered by CEO Bob Chapek’s initial decision to stay silent on Florida’s Parental Rights in Education Act, which prohibits teachers from discussing sexuality with children in grades K-3 and requires school boards to establish parental notification procedures about their rights to make “decisions regarding the upbringing and control of their children.”
In typical left-wing fashion, liberals and mainstream media outlets attempted to misrepresent the legislation by dubbing it the “Don’t Say Gay bill.” But when confronted by the bill’s actual language, a large majority of voters support the bill’s intent, according to a poll by the Daily Wire, which found 69 percent of Republicans, 57 percent of Independents, and even 62 percent of Democrats supported the bill.
As noted by the Examiner, Disney faced criticism from the LGBTQ community earlier this month after Chapek defended the company’s silence on the bill.
“I want to be crystal clear: I and the entire leadership team unequivocally stand in support of our LGBTQ+ employees, their families, and their communities. And, we are committed to creating a more inclusive company — and world,” he said in the memo, according to The Hollywood Reporter. “As we have seen time and again, corporate statements do very little to change outcomes or minds. Instead, they are often weaponized by one side or the other to further divide and inflame. Simply put, they can be counterproductive.”
But just days later, Chapek told shareholders that Disney opposed the bill “from the outset” and announced it would make $5 million in donations to groups advocating for gay and transgender rights and would halt all political donations in Florida.
In addition to the creation of the new task force, Disney has also announced that Chapek and his senior leaders will be leading a global listening tour to meet with the company’s employees and hear their concerns about Disney’s response to the highly popular Florida law.
“We know the moment requires urgency, and words are not enough,” Chapek told Disney employees at a virtual town hall. “So we are taking some actions right now.”
Meanwhile, employees at Disney who identify as more conservative and Christian have been pleading with Chapek and other top leaders to remain neutral and focus on creating family-friendly content rather than wading into this highly controversial debate. In an open letter to TWDC published in the American Conservative, employees also described an atmosphere at the company in which they feel targeted and marginalized:
As employees of the Walt Disney Company, we believe in the dignity of all people. This is why we do what we do. We write stories. We make costumes. We act in parades. We run cruises. We stream movies. We make magic. We do this because our work contributes to a fountain of wonder that inspires joy, awe, and delight in guests and audiences of all ages. We are proud employees of the Walt Disney Company. We love our jobs because we get to share the wonder of life and human experience with millions of people worldwide.
However, over the last few years, one group of cast members has become invisible within the company. The Walt Disney Company has come to be an increasingly uncomfortable place to work for those of us whose political and religious views are not explicitly progressive. We watch quietly as our beliefs come under attack from our own employer, and we frequently see those who share our opinions condemned as villains by our own leadership.
The company’s evolving response to the so-called “Don’t Say Gay” legislation in Florida has left many of us wondering what place we have in a company actively promoting a political agenda so far removed from our own. TWDC leadership frequently communicates its commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where cast members feel comfortable sharing their perspectives and being their authentic selves at work. That is not our workplace experience.
The letter continues at length to describe how poorly the company treats less-progressive employees.
It also goes on to encourage Chapek to return to his original neutral stance on Florida’s legislation:
Disney is far more important and impactful to the world by avoiding politics than it will ever be by embracing a political agenda. By focusing on entertainment that inspires us with stories of universal appeal, we are doing good in the world.
Disney shouldn’t be a vehicle for one demographic’s political activism. It’s so much bigger and more important than that. More than ever, the world needs things that we can unite around. That’s the most valuable role The Walt Disney Company could play in the world at this time. It’s a role we’ve played for nearly a century, and it would be a shame to throw all of that away in the face of left-wing political pressure. Please don’t let Disney become just another thing we divide over.
Sadly, it appears TWDC is more concerned about placating progressives than maintaining any semblance of a family-friendly reputation. According to Variety, Disney’s Pixar has restored a same-sex kiss to its upcoming film Lightyear, set to hit theaters June 17, in yet another effort to apologize for its initial response to the Florida parental-rights bill. The film, which focuses on the real-life inspiration for the Toy Story character Buzz Lightyear, features a prominent female character named Hawthorne who was already depicted as having a “meaningful relationship” with another woman, Variety wrote, a point that may have been missed by young audiences were it not for a kiss between the two characters. Initially cut from the film, the kiss was reinstated following the backlash from employees over the Florida parental-rights bill.

The Gender Mapping Project offers classes for adults harmed by the gender industry, online prostitution, pornography, and social media cults that are causing many young people to get lost down the dark road of gender ideology. The project is also tracking gender clinics around the world that are performing surgeries like orchiectomies (testicle removal) on children as young as twelve.
Much like Project Veritas, the Gender Mapping Project volunteers go undercover, either inside clinics or on the phone, recording evidence of these crimes against humanity. PolitiFact, a left-wing “fact-checker,” has repeatedly denied that children are getting hormones or surgeries.
The information is unsubstantiated. The guidelines for the medical care of transgender patients, developed by organizations such as the Endocrine Society and the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, do not recommend puberty blockers for children who have not reached puberty; do not recommend hormone treatment for those under 16 years old; and typically restrict genital reassignment surgery to those 18 and older, who also meet other criteria.
The onset of puberty is the baseline for medical intervention. Puberty typically occurs between ages 10 and 14 for girls and 12 and 16 for boys.
But the Gender Mapping Project has evidence that says this is a lie.(It’s also interesting that PolitiFact did not mention mastectomies at all in their “fact-check,” which, according to evidence, are absolutely done to children as young as 12.) Here’s Arielle Scarcella confirming with a gender clinic in Texas that—until the law changed recently—they were performing mastectomies on 12-year-olds. Such laws do not exist in other states, where the barbaric practice is still going on.

The clinic told Arielle that the surgeons operated on children 12 AND OVER. This is NUTS.
The opening line reads, “Mastectomy for chest masculinization is a commonly performed gender-affirming surgery in minor patients, a vulnerable population with unique developmental and psychosocial needs.” [Emphasis mine] The analysis highlights a 16-year-old patient who tried to remove her own breasts and was then given a double mastectomy. Imagine enabling the self-harm of a mentally ill person who tried to cut off her breasts instead of committing her for psychological help! But that’s what’s happening! The medical establishment has gone completely bonkers.
Aharon’s research has found hundreds of clinics that are performing this irreversible surgery, and more, on minors for tens of thousands of dollars. “Ten years ago there were a handful of gender clinics for children. Now, thanks to Gender Mapping Project, we know there are over 200 in North America. And we are still counting,” she told PJ Media. One of the lies that the fact-checkers tell is that “puberty blockers” are not hormones and they are “reversible.” Aharon disagrees.
“Lupron is an end-stage cancer drug and it causes all kinds of harm in the bodies of children,” she said. “Puberty is a very important time in a young person’s life where their brain develops.” Taking these puberty blockers “stunts them forever.” Many people who have reached out to Aharon, who were prescribed these drugs, report bone density problems, small, underdeveloped penis size, and massive mental health problems. These effects of the blockers are not reversible.
Aharon says that the trend used to be favoring boys who were recruited by the gender cult, but now it’s girls. “Now it’s young, straight girls between the ages of 12-16,” she said. “Between 90.3% and 93% of them are females.”
On Aharon’s website is a working catalog of the clinics that take children and give them hormones and/or surgeries. The ones marked with red pins have personal stories attached, like this one from Planned Parenthood in Richmond, Virginia.
Planned Parenthood prescribed cross-gender hormones to my son on the first visit. It was a nurse and no doctor or therapist available. He got very ill from the effects of the hormones and would not stop vomiting. His GP called and begged them to stop prescribing these as her patient is very sick and also has Aspergers. They said no. He is now 22 but still has stomach issues and feels sick all the time. I tried talking to the nurse at PP and told her about his disability. She said people with disabilities have the right to change sex too! Imagine that! My son got very anorexic and till today his stomach is a mess.
One woman named Willow said it began when she was a teenager. “I was on Tumblr,” she said. “Through the feed, there was a lot of trans stuff… I was self-diagnosing myself.”
Many teenagers find themselves looking for a community and find welcoming people encouraging them to be trans and go down the road to medicalization. “I stubbornly went through the motions of trying to get testosterone,” said Willow. “The consultation was 30 minutes or less” and she was given testosterone that day. “It was euphoric…like when a kid gets candy…I rode that euphoric wave for about a year and then it started plateauing.”
Willow’s mother didn’t know what to do except support her because medical professionals told her that not affirming gender dysphoria leads to suicide. “I got a consultation for a double mastectomy and that surgeon was like, ‘yeah we’ll just do it,'” without any consultation with her therapist or any questions about mental health.
This story is not unique. There are thousands of detransitioners exposing the horrors of the gender industry.
