It was announced Thursday that numerous anti-white organizations have been awarded millions of dollars by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative as part of their expansive “Racial Equity Grants” initiative. The “Racial Equity Grants” are comprised of “a Five-Year, $500 Million Commitment” to “advance racial equity, diversity, and inclusion”.

The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative was founded in 2015 by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan. In addition to funding race-baiting in schools, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative has pledged tens of millions to fight “climate change” and “vaccine hesitancy.”

Last month, it was reported that Mark Zuckerberg “put an unprecedented amount of private funding — $419.5 million — into mail-in and get-out-the-vote efforts in 2020.”

According to the New York Post:

Mark Zuckerberg’s millions bought lefty activists access to local election offices, allowing them to organize massive get-out-the-vote efforts in Democrat-dominated cities from the inside.

Zuckerberg interfered in the election by funding the blandly-named, but highly partisan groups Center for Technology and Civic Life and the Center for Election Innovation and Research.

School Board Members are Too White, Racist and Must Be Trained

Just one of the Racial Equity Grantees, “School Board Partners” received a $1.5 million dollar grant from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative to further the goal of training “2,500 school board members across the U.S. over the next decade.”

Subversive groups like School Board Partners are working to indoctrinate students into hating America and one another. They are dangerous and will not stop until Americans become aware of their radical activities.

The goal for these Nobel Laureates is not a good economy for America, but to impose a “redistribution of wealth” on a global scale.

Joe Biden and his team keep trotting out the same left-wing political operatives posing as economists to justify the massive “Build Back Better” socialist spending scam. The Biden administration knows that the complicit mainstream media will not dig too far into the nature of these “Nobel Laureates” and is banking on the ignorance of Americans.

The bankruptcy bill piles onto the unconstitutional $1.2 trillion dollar “human infrastructure” package passed last week, and the $1.9 trillion dollar “American Rescue Plan” that passed in March.

Who are these Nobel Laureates? Are they really advocating for a strong American economy as the Democrat establishment would have citizens believe?

The so-called “economists” may be Nobel Laureates, but a simple review of their highly partisan work reveals a disturbing hatred for America’s once-great free-market system. As reported at RAIR, many of these same radical left activists endorsed Joe Biden for president (for his economic and coronavirus policies), pushed for a global carbon tax, and fought against a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.

In response to a tweet criticizing the massive new spending bill by Senator Tom Cotton, White House “Rapid Response Director” Mike Gwin obnoxiously retorted in part: “I think I’ll trust the judgment of 17 Nobel laureates over that of a junior Hill staffer operating a troll account.”

The Nobel Laureates have openly trashed the policies that led to a great economy under President Donald Trump. Shortly before the pandemic in December 2019, an article at The Week lamented that the powerful economy may lead to Trump’s re-election:

Wage growth is relatively high, inflation is low, unemployment is really low, and the stock market is booming. Could the economy hand Trump a second term?

Despite Trump’s excellent economy, the left-wing Nobel Laureate economists wrote in part that Biden’s economic policies would be “vastly superior to the counterproductive economic policies of Donald Trump.” The economists are not stupid and they are not blind. But they do have an agenda.

Radical Left Economists

As reported at RAIR, the goal for these Nobel Laureates is not a good economy for America, but to impose a “redistribution of wealth” on a global scale.

The Economic Policy Institute, a blandly named progressive think tank molded by Democratic Socialists of America member Lawrence Mishel, organized the “Build Back Better” letter signed by the Nobel Laureates.

When Mishel stepped down from his role as president in 2017, Thea Lee took his place. Notably, Thea Lee was hired in May by Biden’s U.S. Labor Department to “lead the agency’s International Labor Affairs Bureau (ILAB).”

One of the promoters of Build Back Better legislation, Joseph Stiglitz, praised the economy in Venezuela and personally met with the late dictator Hugo Chavez, has worked closely with George Soros (and is president and founder of Soros-funded globalist group “Initiative for Policy Dialogue“), and has chaired the world’s largest socialist organization “Socialist International”.

Of the Build Back Better legislation, Stiglitz says in part:

With the investments being financed by tax increases, the inflationary impacts will be at most negligible…

Joseph Stiglitz won his Nobel Prize with fellow economists George Akerlof and Michael Spence, all of whom formally endorsed Joe Biden. George Akerlof happens to be married to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, who has championed horrific policies, such as snooping on citizens’ bank accounts.

Nobel Laureate Robert Solow has served in varying capacities at the radical left Federation of American Scientists, Center for American Progress, and JStreet.

Another Nobel Laureate, Daniel Kahneman, has collaborated with fellow economist Cass Sunstein. Sunstein gained notoriety for his book “Nudge”, which he wrote with yet another Nobel Laureate economist Richard Thaler. “Nudge” was noteworthy for showing Democrats how to use legislation to “nudge” citizens to engage in certain behaviors.

‘Ease Inflationary Pressures’

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki falsely claimed earlier this month that the Nobel Laureates said the spending bill would “reduce inflation.” In the wake of her blatant lie, the latest leftist talking point is that the Nobel Laureates believe that the bill will “ease inflationary pressures“ by vastly expanding government.

“Not one. Not two. Not even sixteen.” SEVENTEEN Nobel Prize-winning economists said that Joe Biden’s Build Back Better will ease longer-term inflationary pressures and lower costs for American families,” declared the official Democrat Twitter account.

“Not one, not two, not three, but seventeen Nobel prize-winning economists say that passing Build Back Better will ease inflationary pressures and lower costs for American families,” Biden’s handlers repeated.

“Build Back Better will help ease inflationary pressures and lower costs for families,” Biden said again:

“17 Nobel Prize-winning economists agree that passing the Build Back Better legislation will help ease longer-term inflationary pressures and lower costs for working families,” declared Kamala Harris, repeating the line almost verbatim.

White House Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates gushed that “17 Nobel Prize winners in economics said that BBB will lower inflationary pressures” and “BBB will make the biggest investment in affordable housing ever, lowering rents.”

Do any of them actually think for themselves or are they just parrots for a talking point? The “Build Back Better” language is not limited to Biden. The globalist left has repeated it over and over again:

In order to justify their massive spending, the left, with help from RINOs, have redefined “infrastructure”. “Infrastructure” now means pretty much any new massive government program designed to get Americans dependent on the government.

Old Joe Biden convened a Cabinet meeting on Friday afternoon, and even the WhiteHouse.gov transcript, which presumably has been cleaned up a bit for clarity, provides a picture of a barely coherent Potemkin president, hardly able to complete a sentence as he labors to assure the American people that the money we are going to be forced to spend on his bloated and massively corrupt infrastructure plan will be used exactly as specified. Yeah, that’s the problem.

Biden stumbles right out of the gate, struggling to deliver even his introductory remarks about Kamala Harris’ presence by phone from France: “Well, I want to thank you all for being here. I want to thank Vice President Harris, who is on the line. I asked her to go to Paris to meet with Macron — with President Macron — and to work on some things relating to Libya and a few other things. And — and thanks. I — Madam Vice President, in a little while, after this is over, maybe we can talk and see how things are going okay for you. All right?”

All right. But how are things going okay for Biden himself? The faux president did then recover himself a bit and delivered a sentence flawlessly, although the sentence itself was dubious at best: “And we’ve gathered my Cabinet this afternoon at a moment of immense hope and possibility, in our view, for the United States.”

Hope and possibility? The only hope and possibility the American people have right now is that this regime might be rendered powerless in 2022 and sent packing in 2024. In the meantime, how bad can things get, culturally, societally, militarily, economically, politically? Strap in and brace yourself, because we haven’t hit bottom yet.

“The American people,” Old Joe continued implausibly, “sent us here to deliver. The American people said they sent us here to make their government work, and they sent us here to make a difference in their lives. And I believe we’re doing that. I believe that’s just what we’re doing.” Did the American people really vote for galloping socialism, racial division, and a legally untouchable elite class? Doubtful, but anyway, that’s what we have.

And so: “On Monday, I look forward to signing into law the Infrastructure Act — the Investment and Jobs Act, which we’ll do outside, God willing, if the weather — the weather holding.” He claimed that the bill “represents critical investments that are long overdue in our country — from rebuilding our roads and highways, to getting rid of the lead pipes; delivering clean water to thousands of fam- — tens — actually, millions of people around the nation; to making high-speed Internet accessible to every American, rural and urban; to forfitin- — to fortifying our bridges and powerlines and levees that stand up to the increasing threats posed by extreme weather and super storms. And we have $99 billion worth of losses just this year because of the consequence of those environmental events. To fortifying our bridges, our power lines, as I said, and our levees.”

Got that? He’s going to fix not only our highways but our weather. He’s going to provide every American family with a five-gallon jug of snake oil. And he’s going to do it with marvelous efficiency: “But also to — one of our biggest responsibilities is to make sure all the money is used efficiently and effectively. And I have a lot of experience in doing that. I — when the — when I was Vice President, I was given the responsibility of overseeing, as my — now running the Vets Department, but my — the former — the former chief of staff of — I was saying here to Denis, who can tell you — of implementing the Recovery Act, which was nearly $9 billion in stimulus pack- — $900 billion stimulus package. And in the process, I’m proud to say we were able to — the President gave me the authority — which I will be signing as well — the — to use whatever assets the federal government had — any personnel in the federal government. And we put together a good team because we — when we finished implementing the Recovery Act, it was determined that it had less than two tenths of 1 percent waste or fraud. Period.”

Yes, that’s really what the transcript says. President Demento is trying to tell us that he has lots of experience spending taxpayer money efficiently, and he’s going to do it again now: “I was — that’s how I became known. The President started calling me ‘Sheriff Joe,’ but — from President Obama at the time. Because I made it a point, every day, to stay on top of how exactly the money was spent, what projects were being built, what projects were not being built, and how it was functioning. And it was one of the most efficient implementations of a major program in modern American history.”

Well, great. But besides wasting billions to fight “climate change” that has never been conclusively proven to be soluble by federal programs, the plan, according to Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) “perpetuates a labor shortage” by continuing “welfare benefits without work requirements for able-bodied adults without dependents at a time where there are 10.1 million job openings — more openings than there are people looking for work.” He adds: “It’s mind-blowingly corrupt.”

And Old Joe is going to make sure personally that the money is wasted just the way he told us it would be. How reassuring!

Pakistan: Muslim abducts Christian preteen, ‘Every year 1,000 Christian and Hindu girls forced to convert to Islam’

Sahiwal (AsiaNews) – Another Christian girl was abducted by a Muslim in Pakistan. Meerab Abbas, 12, was taken by Muhammad Daud, 10 years her senior and a native of the Pakistani province of Balochistan.

The girl lived in Sahiwal (Punjab) with her mother, Farzana, a 45-year-old widow who works as a domestic worker.

She disappeared on 2 November, in all likelihood taken to Balochistan to be forced to convert to Islam and marry Daud.

So far, police have arrested two suspects, but the girl remains in the hands of her abductors….

Fr Zahid Augustine, pastor in Sahiwal, joined the appeal, explaining that Farzana “already has many challenges to face in her life”.

“We call upon the government to consider these abductions and forced marriages as a grave issue and adopt strict laws to protect minorities, who are essential for the development of the country,” he said.

“Mareeb is only 12 years old, and she cannot marry,” he added. “The perpetrators commit these crimes in the name of religion. We just want justice.”

Human rights activist Ashiknaz Khokhar notes that kidnapping underage girls from religious minorities is commonplace in Pakistan.

“The government is not taking this issue seriously and parliament recently refused to pass the bill on forced conversion,” Khokhar explained.

“Every year about 1,000 Christian and Hindu girls are forced to convert to Islam. There is a dire need for a dedicated law to protect minority girls.”

Increase in Medicare Premiums Will Wipe Out Gains in Social Security

Friday night is a great night to go out with friends, drink, eat, play around, and generally goof off. It’s decidedly not a night that most Americans pay attention to the news.

The government knows this, which is why they usually announce really bad news on Friday night. Such was the case this past Friday evening when the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services announced a shocking 14.5% increase in Medicare premiums for seniors.

It’s OK, though, says the government. Social Security has increased its payments to seniors by 5.7%, so everything is going to be alright.

Is it?

Bideninflation is running at an annual rate of 6.2%. Medicare premiums are increasing by 14.5%. The Social Security cost of living adjustment is only 5.7%. I know that math is supposed to be racist and everything and that there is no wrong answer, but it looks like senior citizens are getting royally shafted.

CNN:

It “will consume the entire annual cost of living adjustment (COLA) of Social Security recipients with the very lowest benefits, of about $365 per month,” said Mary Johnson, a Social Security and Medicare policy analyst for The Senior Citizens League, an advocacy group. “Social Security recipients with higher benefits should be able to cover the $21.60 per month increase, but they may not wind up with as much left over as they were counting on.”

Medicare premiums have typically increased at a far faster rate than Social Security’s annual adjustments, the league said. And much of the 2022 increase in Social Security benefits will be eaten up by inflation, which is also rising at a rapid clip.

Was the increase preventable? Certainly, the pandemic and associated medical costs for seniors was reason for an increase.

But the CMS is citing another reason for the massive increase — a brand new drug that’s supposed to treat Alzheimer’s disease. It’s extremely controversial because its benefits are uneven at best. Plus it’s wildly expensive.

CMS said part of the increase for 2022 was because of uncertainty over how much the agency will end up paying to treat beneficiaries to be treated with Aduhelm, an Alzheimer’s drug approved by the US Food and Drug Administration in June over the objections of its advisers. Some experts estimate it will cost $56,000 a year. Medicare is deciding whether to pay for it now on a case-by-case basis.

Because Aduhelm is administered in physicians’ offices, it should be covered under Medicare Part B, not Part D plans, which pay for medications bought at pharmacies. Traditional Medicare enrollees have to pick up 20% of the cost of most Part B medications, which would translate into about $11,500 in out-of-pocket costs for those prescribed Aduhelm.

One former FDA advisor called the approval of Aduhelm “probably the worst drug approval decision in recent U.S. history” for an Alzheimer’s treatment. So why approve it, and why is Medicare intent on giving it a huge boost by paying for it?

As someone who watched his mother die after living more than a decade with Alzheimer’s, I know the helpless feeling that caregivers and loved ones experience as they watch their parent or relative succumb to the ravages of this terrible disease. The entire Alzheimer’s community — doctors, nurses, caregivers — have been begging the government to approve this drug, despite its cost and its uncertain benefits. No new Alzheimer’s drug has been approved since 2003, and the pressure on the government from senior citizens was intense.

Politicians who want to stay in office don’t resist the entreaties of desperate people. That’s the reality that any president would have faced. And with the reality of an aging population increasing the number of Alzheimer’s patients from its current 5.8 million to 12 million by mid-century, any help from the government will be welcomed.

Imagine caning a person for his or her choice of religion. It’s a Sharia dictate in the religion of peace, in which genuine “diversity” and equality do not exist.

Malaysia, once a beacon of “moderate Islam,” began public canings in 2015 in the same state of Kelantan where this is taking place now.

To convert out of Islam is punishable by death.

“They wish that you reject Faith, as they have rejected (Faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another). So take not Auliya’ (protectors or friends) from them, till they emigrate in the Way of Allah (to Muhammad). Banned activities in Kelantan also include “distorting Islamic teachings.”

The northeastern Malaysian state of Kelantan has implemented amendments to its criminal code based on sharia law, banning about two dozen activities, including attempts of converting out of Islam. Violators could face prison, fines or canings.

The Kelantan Syariah Criminal Code (I) Enactment 2019 went into effect on Nov. 1, making 24 activities illegal, The Star newspaper reports.

Banned activities include proselytizing, distorting Islamic teachings, disrespecting the month of Ramadan, destroying houses of worship, tattooing, undergoing plastic surgery, engaging in sexual intercourse with corpses and non-humans, witchcraft and false claims.

The new offenses are punishable by imprisonment up to three years and a fine up to RM5,000 (US$1,202) or six strokes of the cane.

The amendments to the state’s criminal code, proposed in 2019, are based on the Syariah Criminal Code (II) 1993 and the existing 1985 Syariah Criminal Code. The state sultan, Muhammad V, gave consent to the amendments in July 2020.

Kelantan Chief Minister Ahmad Yakob has said during a program on Oct. 31 that the enforcement of the new bans will help strengthen the sharia law not only in Kelantan but also in other states in the Muslim-majority Southeast Asian country.

He was also quoted as saying that the enforcement seeks to educate and bring the violators back to the right path of Islam and is not simply a means to punish them….

A new bulletin from the Department of Homeland Security took effect Thursday, and notes that “the Homeland continues to face a diverse and challenging threat environment.” Hey, that’s great news! The terror threat is now officially “diverse” — that’s a good thing, right? Diversity is our strength! The diversity, in this case, includes both “domestic violent extremists and those inspired or motivated by foreign terrorists and other malign foreign influences,” but it’s clear that the feds are mostly concerned about those domestic violent extremists. As USA Today noted in its report on the new DHS bulletin, “In September, FBI Director Christopher Wray referred to the rising domestic terror threat, telling a Senate committee that domestic terror cases had more than doubled since early 2020.” Sure they have. But is this because there are more domestic terror cases, or because the feds are now aggressively looking for some in order to validate their claims?

The DHS bulletin warned of the possibility of terror attacks in the coming weeks, as “several religious holidays and associated mass gatherings” are now approaching “that in the past have served as potential targets for acts of violence.” At the same time, however, officials conceded that intelligence agencies have not found any “imminent and credible threat to a specific location in the United States.”

The threats they’re really worried about are those that supposedly come from alleged right-wing extremists who are enraged at Biden’s handlers’ gallop toward authoritarianism: “The ongoing global pandemic continues to exacerbate these threats, in part due to perceived government overreach in implementation of public health safety measures.”

Oh yeah, there are jihadis around as well: “Further, foreign terrorist organizations and (domestic violent extremists) continue to attempt to inspire potential followers to conduct attacks in the United States, including by exploiting recent events in Afghanistan.” This is because al Qaeda and ISIS “celebrated perceived victories over the United States and encouraged the use of violence by their followers and supporters to further their objectives. These foreign terrorist organizations will likely continue to maintain a highly visible online presence in an attempt to inspire U.S.-based individuals to engage in violent activity.”

The part about jihadis possibly plotting to strike inside the United States is certainly true, and there is an abundant attestation to that from the open and unapologetic words of the jihadis themselves. But the clear implication of the DHS bulletin—that the threat the jihadis pose to the U.S. is secondary to a terror threat from Americans who are angry at the federal government’s outrageous overreach in the months that Joe Biden has pretended to be president of the United States—is as baseless as it is ominous.

Biden’s handlers, and even Old Joe himself, have repeatedly warned about a “white supremacist” terror threat that is supposedly the greatest threat the nation faces today. The only thing this scenario lacks is actual white supremacist terrorists. And so they have to be invented. Old Joe and the establishment media defamed Kyle Rittenhouse as a white supremacist last year, doing everything they could to make him fit their ridiculous myth of violent, racist, right-wing fanatics menacing the good and decent spiritual descendants of the soldiers who stormed the beaches of Normandy, the fine young men, and women of Antifa.

And it isn’t just Rittenhouse. Virtually everyone who dissents from the Leftist agenda is a “white supremacist” and/or a “violent extremist” these days – even me. A few months ago, the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism (GIFCT), an organization created by Facebook, Microsoft, Twitter, and YouTube to police terrorism on the Internet, bizarrely designated my organization Jihad Watch a “violent extremist” group, despite the fact that pretty much all we do is type, and report on jihad activity in the U.S. and around the world. In response to a letter from my attorney demanding a retraction, the GIFCT refused to back down. Those who designated Jihad Watch as a “violent extremist” group explained that we reported on violent activity – terrorist bombings, murders, etc. – and that this in some way “dehumanized” Muslims.

How we did this was left unexplained; it would have been impossible to explain, as it is absurd on its face. The response to my attorney’s letter was essentially the increasingly common Leftist argument that speech that dissents from its party line is violence, and hence must be shut down.

So that’s that, at least for now. When I hear the DHS warning about a rise in the number of “domestic violent extremists,” now I know why: because ordinary, law-abiding Americans who utter inconvenient truths are being smeared with this label. And remember: if they can do it to me, they can do it to you. Remember also: it won’t stop with labeling.

Parents in Scottsdale, Ariz. are pretty upset over the actions of their school board. Sure, parents all across the country are angry, but Scottsdale parents have even more reason to be. You see, someone tied to their school board has kept a dossier of parents who dissented at board meetings.

Fox News reports:

More than 600 parents in Scottsdale, Arizona, are demanding the resignation of the school board president after a shocking revelation.

The president, or possibly his father, appears to have kept a dossier on 47 parents who dared to speak out against his policies at school board meetings — a dossier complete with Social Security numbers, background checks, a divorce paper, mortgage documents, trade certifications, and screenshots of Facebook posts.

It’s not clear what the school board or the compiler of the list planned to do with the information that had been compiled. Was someone going to dox these parents? Were they going to threaten parents with the information or retaliate in some way?

No matter the purpose of the dossier, parents are understandably livid.

Over 650 parents have signed a petition calling for the resignation of SUSD Governing Board President Jann-Michael Greenburg.

The Scottsdale Independent pointed out that multiple people had access to what the paper has dubbed “the Greenburg files — including the school board president and his father, Mark Greenburg.

The digital dossier is housed on Google Drive and contains content, including photos of district parents and at least one minor, personal financial documents, including professional certifications, and mortgage statements.

Jann-Michael Greenburg denies any dealings with the dossier, but his replies to questions from the paper sound awfully defensive.

“I categorically deny having anything to do with any of this. If you are going to claim in a story right now, that I had anything to do with this, I would argue that crosses the line,” Jann-Michael said, while his father was also on the call.

“We are going to have forensic IT staff look into this and figure out what that is. You can file with law enforcement, I am not sure even why we are looking at these photos.”

He even sounded snippy when asked why his father would have compiled such a list of parents and their sensitive information:

“I am not my father’s keeper and I think that has been made clear previously,” he said of previous issues regarding a parody website aimed at former SUSD board member Barbara Perleberg. “I have been sent screenshots on what is done on CAN. I have been sent videos, and, yes, from parents, including my own father. Yes, people send me emails and text messages, but I don’t store them and I don’t know who stores them if that is what you are asking.”

Needless to say, parents don’t care about the Greenburgs’ family dealings, but they do want answers as to why somebody has been keeping a list.

A group of parents appeared on Fox News to air their grievances and share their side of the story.

“We the parents are the people and [the school board is] the government and the Constitution and the laws are there to protect us against the very thing that they’re doing and trying to accuse us of doing and potentially wanting to charge us for,” Dillard told host Laura Ingraham.

And it’s easy to see why parents are so upset in an era where school boards are increasingly antagonistic toward parents who aren’t willing to cave to the woke agenda. The Virginia gubernatorial election hinged on issues involving parental involvement in education, Condescender-in-Chief Barack Obama referred to the “fake outrage” of worried moms and dads, and Attorney General Merrick Garland has considered attempting to weaponize the Department of Justice against parents.

The trouble in Scottsdale has become yet another example of school boards attempting to intimidate dissenters into sitting down and staying silent.

“This latest scandal in Scottsdale…is proof…who[m] the label ‘domestic terrorist’ really belongs to. It’s not the parents,” fellow parent Amy Carney added.

Parents, don’t be afraid. Stand up. Make your voice heard. And don’t allow your school boards to intimidate you.

This fight is far from over.

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, a Republican, on Friday, signed into law SB 9014, a bill forwarded by the governor's Cabinet limiting vaccine and mask mandate requirements by local government and businesses regarding COVID-19.

The law, signed by the lieutenant governor and the speaker of the General Assembly on Nov. 1, is likely to face immediate legal challenges, according to The Tennessean.

The new law restricts privately owned businesses from requiring COVID-19 vaccination proof and allows only schools and other public entities to enact mask mandates under an extreme surge of 1,000 infections or more for every 100,000 residents in a 14-day period.

"We had a federal government who required businesses against their will, who required employees against their will, to make a personal health decision which is an egregious overreach by the federal government," Lee said, according to WTVF Nashville.

Members of Nashville's Metro Council called on Mayor John Cooper, a Democrat, last week to consider all avenues, including legal methods, to "clarify the city's authority," The Tennessean previously reported.

According to the outlet, the law would take away Nashville's authority to maintain its own mask mandate.

The law follows Lee's legal battles over EO 84, which allowed parents to opt out of school mask mandates. The bill also follows several states' legal challenges to President Joe Biden's mandate requiring businesses of 100 employees or more to mandate vaccination or frequent testing.

A federal appeals court issued a temporary stay on the mandate last weekend after a joint challenge from Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah.

Countries bordering Belarus have “warned the migrant crisis on the European Union’s eastern borders could escalate into a military confrontation while Ukraine said it would deploy thousands of more troops to reinforce its frontier.” Meanwhile, the EU which is at the center of the crisis remains nothing more than an “observer.”

Days ago, Poland vowed to “defend Europe” from the “migrant invasion” unleashed by Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko. Somebody has to do so, given the incompetent, globalist EU.

Lukashenko’s forces coerced over 1,000 refugees to smash through the border, while the EU watched. Now that violent clashes have raged through a night, the EU is raising concerns, as it accuses Belarus of “mounting a ‘hybrid attack’ on the bloc.” Ironic that Lukashenko would use a form of retaliation that the EU has been welcoming: open-door migration.

Poland now finds itself bearing the brunt of the conflict between the EU and Belarus. While the EU accusations against Lukashenko are true, the EU has steadily pushed open door Muslim migration as a “human right.” In a single year, “the highest number of arrivals – 1,015,078 – was recorded in 2015. More than 800,000 of them were trafficked by sea from Turkey to Greece, and the majority of them continued to travel through Europe to reach Germany and Sweden.” Those two countries welcomed them with open arms, with full approval from the EU, only to see chaos unleash in their respective countries with soaring crime, sex assaults, jihad threats, and no-go zones.

Adding to the trouble is now Belarusian ally Russia:

The crisis has sparked a new confrontation between the West and Russia, which dispatched two nuclear capable strategic bombers to patrol Belarusian airspace on Wednesday in a show of support for its ally.

As tensions between Poland and Belarus escalate, the EU owes Poland sufficient support and finances to deal with it.

Poland has been historically steadfast in protecting its borders from Muslim migrant invasions since the Syrian crisis, while the EU lambasted the country for not taking in migrant quotas, and threatened punitive action. The EU has also recently refused to help 12 countries financially to build needed border fences, and now Lukashenko is making a global embarrassment out of the inept EU.

Another complexity: the EU’s top court recently demanded that Poland to pay an unreasonable daily fine of over $1.1 million USD in a row over judicial reforms, described as a “bitter feud with the EU over changes that are seen as weakening the independence of Polish courts.”

The EU has a standing record of harassing EU members that do not ascribe to its self-destructive globalist policies, as it steadily encroaches upon the sovereignty of those nations. This has raised numerous concerns about other countries exiting the EU. Many fear a “Polexit,” given its recent tensions with the EU. With the new tensions at Poland’s Belarus border, the EU’s approach of mere condemnation of Lukashenko is appalling.

KAPCIAMIESTIS, Lithuania/WARSAW Nov 11 (Reuters) – Countries bordering Belarus on Thursday warned the migrant crisis on the European Union’s eastern borders could escalate into a military confrontation while Ukraine said it would deploy thousands more troops to reinforce its frontier.

Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia said Belarus posed serious threats to European security by deliberately escalating its “hybrid attack” using migrants to retaliate for EU sanctions.

“This increases the possibility of provocations and serious incidents that could also spill over into the military domain,” a joint statement by the countries’ defence ministers said.

While not an EU member, Ukraine is wary of becoming another flashpoint in the escalating migrant crisis. Kyiv announced drills and the deployment of 8,500 additional troops and police officers to the country’s long northern border with Belarus. read more

Migrants stranded inside Belarus threw rocks and branches at Polish border guards and used logs to try to break down a razor wire fence overnight in new attempts to force their way into the EU, the authorities in Warsaw said.

The EU says Minsk is encouraging thousands of migrants fleeing war-torn parts of the world to try to cross its borders and may impose new sanctions on Belarus and airlines ferrying the migrants as soon as Monday. read more

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko threatened to retaliate, including by shutting down the transit of Russian natural gas via Belarus, although there was no immediate response from Russia, its close ally and financial backer.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said Moscow will try to help Europe weather an energy crunch and is hoping that German authorities will soon certify the Nord Stream 2 pipeline that will carry more Russian gas to Germany.

Moscow reacted angrily in the past when Ukraine, another transit country, disrupted supplies of gas to the West and Lukashenko has proved a difficult partner, pushing back against its wishes at times while accepting loans and subsidised energy.

LAPD gives up on stopping crime, tells residents to “cooperate and comply” with robbers

Robberies are now so bad in Los Angeles that the LAPD is directly advising residents to “cooperate and comply” with robbers. Stunningly, even the police in LA are no longer urging people to try to stop robberies or catch the criminals carrying them out. Instead, they say “cooperate and comply” so that you can, “Be a good witness.”

Of course, robbers know full well that it’s hard to be a good witness when you’re dead.

The LAPD essentially just announced a “free pass” for all criminals who seek to rob people, and they’ve even reminded those criminals why they might want to shoot and kill their victims in order to eliminate witnesses.

This is “policing” in a liberal city. It’s beyond pathetic… it’s criminal. The LAPD is essentially aiding and abetting violent criminals at this point, and that stance has the full support of Democrats, of course, who think police should be defunded and that criminals should be set free. (We are not blaming the police, but rather the lunatic left-wing Marxists who give them orders.)

In San Francisco, shoplifting has been legalized, so thieves simply loot retail stores in broad daylight:

Get out of blue cities while you still can

If you are crazy enough to still be living in a blue city, your window of opportunity to evacuate before the total collapse arrives is rapidly closing. It is abundantly clear that, if current trends continue, police will be forced to simply abandon large swaths of blue cities and label them, “non-enforcement zones” where criminals operate without limits.

Remember the CHAZ zone in Seattle? Police evacuated, leaving the residents behind as kidnapped victims of insane, lunatic left-wing violent criminals who proclaimed ownership over six city blocks of downtown Seattle.

In 2022, we’re going to see something similar happening on a much larger scale, with many square miles of blue cities utterly abandoned by law enforcement.

Treasonous Democrat mayors and governors, meanwhile, push unconstitutional gun restrictions in order to make sure residents cannot defend themselves against violent criminals. No police, no Second Amendment, no rule of law… you’re on your own.

And then when you dare defend yourself — like Kyle Rittenhouse — you are declared a murderer and a terrorist.

Get out while you still can. Get to a pro-2A state where you can arm yourself and where you can legally deploy firearms against robbers and home invaders who mean you harm.

The answer to violent crime is more guns in the hands of law-abiding citizens. States with the highest rates of gun ownership have the lowest rates of violent crime. And the cities with the worst violent crime — Chicago comes to mind — have the strictest gun laws that leave law-abiding citizens helpless in the face of increasingly aggressive criminals.

Food inflation will only make the criminals more desperate

The Biden regime’s never-ending money printing that’s pushing runaway inflation and food price increases is only making criminals more desperate. As the Biden regime prints more fiat currency, it drives low-income people to the point of poverty and homelessness. Even with rising wages, food prices are rising more than twice as fast, and the “transitory” excuse of the White House has already collapsed. Inflation is accelerating rapidly, and America is headed into a Venezuela-style hyperinflation event.

(Natural News) New York City, also known as abortion and infanticide central, is setting up special Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine” sites all across the city to start mass injecting young children as part of the government’s ongoing plandemic depopulation ritual.

These special “pop-up” sites are specifically geared for children aged 5-11 who are now eligible under Pedo Joe Biden’s “Build Back Better” (6uild 6ack 6etter) scheme to take “Operation Warp Speed” injections from Pfizer, which were introduced by the previous administration.

According to reports, more than 1,000 sites are now being set up for this purpose, many of them at schools. “Medical professionals,” the mainstream media claims, will be on-site at all of them to “safely” and “effectively” administer the shots.

“Overall, I guess I just have a little jump in my step,” rattled a student named Sylvan Booudo to the local fake news media. Booudo was one of the first children in line to receive the jab.

For a city that is so eager to murder babies both in the womb (abortion) and out (infanticide), it is strange that the city is suddenly so worried about saving children’s lives that it is investing who-even-knows how many millions of dollars to “flatten the curve” with this mass injection scheme.

Unborn and recently born children have no value whatsoever in New York City – that is until they are old enough to get injected. At that point, New York politicians suddenly want to save them from “covid” through forced jabbing at a local pop-up tent.

It is a conflicting and illogical policy, but some people are apparently falling for it. The very eugenicists who get a thrill out of mass-murdering babies now expect us all to believe that they want to “save lives” by injecting children with mystery chemicals at warp speed.

Could it be that the jabs are just infanticide in disguise, except for older children? Since five-year-olds are too old to be legally aborted, perhaps the injections are a barely subtle way of ending these older children’s lives incognito in order to avoid raising suspicion.

“How long is it? One month until they jab their little kids with the second shot?” asked one commenter at Citizen Free Press. “They get to learn the truth just before Christmas. I wonder what they will do with the presents with no little ones around Christmas morning.”

“Maybe the Yule log can be used on the witches mandating or encouraging these jabs on the little children.”

“The criminals in government and the vaccine industry will probably be giving the vast majority if not all of those kids a saline solution alone, to use New York as a fake example for the rest of the nation, to try to justify force-injecting children everywhere else,” speculated another.

In another lawsuit filed against President Biden, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, 23 plaintiffs complained to the Middle District Court of Florida that their requests for religious exemptions from Biden’s vaccine mandate were denied, thus violating their First Amendment rights, among others.

The plaintiffs included Navy SEAL 1 and 2, two Lieutenant Colonels, an Army Ranger, a National Guardsman, and several federal civilian contractors, among others.

No names were provided in the lawsuit, but the backgrounds of each were provided in the 120-page lawsuit. The story of “Navy SEAL 1” reveals the character and integrity each possesses, along with the courage needed to “buck the system” with this lawsuit.

Liberty Counsel represents them and noted in its lawsuit that

Plaintiffs are United States Armed Forces servicemembers, federal employees, and federal civilian contractors who face a deadline under [Biden’s] Federal COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate … that violates their sincerely held religious beliefs, and have been refused any religious exemptions or accommodation.

They are facing

pressure and abuse … and disciplinary actions have already commenced for some….

Defendants are threatening these military heroes with dishonorable discharge for even requesting a religious exemption from COVID-19 shots.

Dishonorable discharge is worse that a criminal conviction for these service members because it is a badge of disgrace that follows them for the rest of their lives.

The lawsuit declared

Having sacrificed everything to defend America and its citizenry — and while carrying the images and sounds of war with them throughout their lives — America, the “land of the free and the home of the brave,” would betray them with the worst punishment of dishonorable discharge. And for what cause?

Simply because they seek an accommodation from the COVID-19 shots on account of their sincerely held religious beliefs. [Emphasis in original.]

Navy SEAL 1 serves well as an example of the 23 individuals willing to risk it all to challenge the vaccine mandate:

Plaintiff NAVY SEAL 1, United States Navy, is a citizen of the State of California currently stationed at a United States Naval facility in California.

NAVY SEAL 1 has requested an exemption and accommodation of his sincerely held religious objections to the Secretary’s mandate that all United States Armed Forces personnel accept and receive one of the COVID-19 vaccines as a condition of remaining in their sworn posts.

NAVY SEAL 1’s request for a religious exemption and accommodation was denied, and he was immediately removed from his position in the United States Navy.

Liberty Counsel provided the court with his background and achievements while serving:

Special Operations Chief NAVY SEAL 1 enlisted in the Navy in 2009 and wanted to serve his country to the best of his ability.

NAVY SEAL 1 sought to and became a Navy SEAL. He received training from 2009 starting and finishing BUD/S (Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL) and SQT (SEAL Qualification Training) with class 278.

He deployed to Afghanistan from December 2011 to September 2012, and received a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with a combat “V” (valor) for his actions during deployment, along with a combat action ribbon.

NAVY SEAL 1’s second tour was to the Philippines in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, working under Joint Special Operations Task Force (JSOTF), and receiving an Army Commendation medal.

For his third tour, which was outside of his usual deployment cycle and thus 100% voluntary, NAVY SEAL 1 volunteered to augment SEAL Team Seven during the height of the Mosul, Iraq clearance from February to April 2017.

During NAVY SEAL 1’s fourth tour, in Iraq from August 2017 to March 2018, NAVY SEAL 1 was the acting assault lead, putting him in charge of a platoon level force to execute the tactical direction of the platoon chief, and he earned a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with a “C” (Combat).

His most recent tour was to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from March to September 2020. For his leadership setting up, organizing, and executing a large joint close air support (CAS) and combat search and rescue (CSAR) exercise, NAVY SEAL 1 received a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal. This robust exercise included units from 5 different countries and over 15 assets.

NAVY SEAL 1 also received awards for his time spent at training commands. His first tour was at TRADET-1 as the SOUC (Special Operations Urban Combat) Lead Petty Officer from December 2014 to June 2016. He received a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Award for his efforts there.

His second training command tour was as the Lead Chief Petty Officer of the Navy’s only Joint Close Air Support school. For his efforts in synchronizing joint assets and providing mission critical qualification training for creating Joint Terminal Attack Controllers (JTAC) he received a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Award.

Navy SEAL 1 is also a Christian. As Liberty Counsel explained,

Plaintiffs [including Navy SEAL 1] sincerely hold religious beliefs that their bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and that they are to glorify God with their bodies lays the foundation for everything they do, consume, or inject into their bodies.

From this foundation they make studied and reasonable decisions about what is good and what is not good or may not be good for their bodies.

To knowingly abuse their bodies by engaging in a dishonorable act, or consuming or injecting a substance that will or may produce adverse consequences, is a sin against God.

This belief and other sincerely held religious beliefs are foundational to all their decisions and actions and are not limited to aborted fetal cell lines.

Plaintiffs [including Navy SEAL 1] have sincerely held religious beliefs that the Holy Spirit — through prayer and the revelation of Scripture — guide them in all decisions they make in life.

Plaintiffs [including Navy SEAL 1] have sincerely held religious beliefs that Jesus Christ came to this earth, died on the cross for their sins, was resurrected three days later, and that when He ascended to Heaven, He sent the Holy Spirit to indwell His believers and to guide them in all aspects of their lives.

This is anathema to Navy SEAL 1’s commanding officers, as Liberty Counsel explained:

On September 7, 2021, NAVY SEAL 1 submitted to the United States Navy a request for religious exemption from the Federal COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate as an accommodation of his sincerely held beliefs.

NAVY SEAL 1 articulated to his commander that he has and exercises sincerely held religious beliefs that compel him to abstain from receiving any of the currently available COVID-19 vaccines.

NAVY SEAL 1 met with his unit’s Chaplain, who reviewed his request for a religious exemption and accommodation and found that NAVY SEAL 1’s request was sincere.

NAVY SEAL 1’s Chaplain forwarded NAVY SEAL 1’s request to the command.

After review, NAVY SEAL 1’s request for a religious exemption and accommodation was denied, and he was preemptively removed from his position as Platoon Chief.

NAVY SEAL 1 faces potential court martial, dishonorable discharge, and other life altering disciplinary measures for exercising and seeking accommodation of his sincerely held religious beliefs against COVID-19 vaccination.

As a result of the denial, Navy SEAL 1 and the other plaintiffs “face the unconscionable choice of violating their sincerely held religious beliefs or facing court-martial and dishonorable discharge from their faithful service to the nation,” according to the lawsuit.

By being prohibited in their constitutionally and statutorily protected rights to the free exercise of their sincerely held religious beliefs….

By being forced to choose between maintaining the ability to feed their families and the free exercise of their sincerely held religious beliefs….

By being stripped of their rights to equal protection of the law and being subjected to disfavored class status in the United States Armed Forces….

[and by facing] the prospect of irreparable medical injury as a result of the Federal COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate.

The plaintiffs demand that the court issue a temporary restraining order and that Biden and the other named defendants “immediately comply … so that each individual has the option to accept or refuse administration of the COVID-19 vaccines.” Biden and the others “will immediately cease in their refusal to consider, evaluate, or accept Plaintiffs’ requests for exemption and accommodation for their sincerely held religious beliefs.”

Time is running out. Navy and Marine Corps service members have until November 28 to become fully vaccinated, or suffer the consequences.

Unless the court intervenes.

Biotechnology company Moderna Therapeutics has launched large-scale testing of its COVID jab on infants as young as six months old. The vaccine clinical trial, called KidCOVE, is being carried out at 81 locations across 30 states on some 13,275 healthy children between six months and 12 years old.

The first participants were enrolled in the trial in March 2021 (the same time when Moderna’s competitor Pfizer started the same trials in the same cohort). The study is estimated to be completed in June 2023.

The primary purpose of the study, according to Moderna, is to test the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine mRNA-1273 in protecting children from getting sick if they come into contact with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which causes COVID-19.

The company plans to conduct the study in two parts, staggering the recruitment of three different age groups: (1) children between the ages of six years to less than 12 years old; (2) children between the ages of two years to less than six years old; (3) children ages six months to less than two years old.

Moderna explains that participation in the KidCOVE Study “lasts approximately 14 months and includes phone calls, telemedicine visits, and up to seven visits to the study site.”

Initially, every young participant will be given “up to 3 dose levels” of the study vaccine or the placebo in the upper arm, about 28 days apart.

Parents or guardians will be asked to use an eDiary app on their smartphones to report any COVID symptoms a child experiences. It is also noted that every child will be closely monitored if any symptoms of COVID are reported at any time throughout their participation.

Moderna specifically underlines the importance of diversity of the study, stressing that recruitment of “children of all ages, genders, races, and ethnicities” is critical for “creating a vaccine that will protect people of all ages and from all backgrounds against this devastating disease.”

Moderna is looking for generally healthy children for its trials, but those with chronic diseases such as asthma, diabetes cystic fibrosis, and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection are also welcome if their conditions are stable. Young girls must not be pregnant or breastfeeding and use proper contraception/ abstinence through the trial.

Just the News reported that the media attention to the vaccine trials in infants has gained traction this week, when the University of Wisconsin medical school announced that “dozens” of children under age six were participating in its trial at American Family Children’s Hospital.

Bill Hartman, co-principal investigator of the KidCOVE clinical trial at UW–Madison, described the study on infants and toddlers as the “final frontier.” He said, “Our very youngest children need to get the vaccine and we need to make sure they are safe.” Hartman called the subjects of the trials “heroes” who “will be able to tell the story of how they helped save the world.”

Hartman provided in the e-mail to the outlet that “many kids” have contracted COVID during the Delta variant spreading throughout the country this past summer, which landed 30,000 kids in hospitals.

He added that infected children had either missed daycare or school or “they [children] went on to infect the people around them, including immunocompromised relatives.”

Hartman also pointed to the nearly 600 child deaths attributed to COVID, comparing them to 188 flu deaths in the same population that occurred in the season preceding the pandemic.

Finally, the doctor mentioned infants younger than one possibly being at higher risk of severe illness with COVID than older children, “likely due to their immature immune systems and smaller airways, which make them more likely to develop breathing issues with respiratory virus infections.”

According to Just the News, Doctor Hartman “didn’t respond to a subsequent query about the documented difficulty of young children transmitting COVID; why he compared multiple seasons of COVID to one flu season; or a request for the underlying health of children who died from the flu versus COVID.”

The outlet asked Harvard Medical School epidemiologist Martin Kulldorff, a pioneer in vaccine safety, to comment on Hartman’s arguments.

Kulldorff explained that while the children, indeed, are “about as likely to be infected as adults,” there is also “more than a thousand-fold difference in mortality risk between the old and the young,” and called the risk of young children, even those under the age of one, of dying from COVID “minuscule.”

He also stressed that children are not major spreaders of the virus and that vaccination is “not a burden that we should put on children” in order to protect those at higher risk of getting the disease.

Meanwhile, the CDC has never studied how many of the reported 567 COVID deaths in children aged 0-17 were incidental to the virus versus caused by it, per Kulldorff.

Last week, during the Florida Summit on COVID, some of the nation’s top medical scientists sounded the alarm against a push to vaccinate a population which has essentially zero chances of dying from COVID while being at risk of developing severe complications from the experimental shots.

International researchers are also questioning the need to vaccinate children against COVID.

The Elsevier medical journal Toxicology Reports notes that “the COVID-19 attributed deaths per capita are negligible in children” while “the normalized post-inoculation deaths are small, but not negligible, in children.”

The largest medical experimentation in human history, as Dr. Robert Malone called it, continues, and is now enrolling the youngest humans. Is it not the “final frontier” that the government and the pharmaceutical companies should not be allowed to cross?

Record 4.4 Million People Quit Their Jobs in September

In August, 4.3 million people — a record number — quit their jobs for a variety of reasons. It was believed that once the labor market began to settle down after the disruptions caused by the pandemic those numbers would ease and the demand for work would catch up with the supply of jobs.

That may be the case, but not in September. A record 4.4 million workers decided to leave their jobs, raising the specter that the disconnect between the number of jobs and people looking for work would continue to dampen economic growth.

The specific industries being affected by people leaving their jobs reveal one aspect of the crisis: In a flush labor market, many workers have the luxury of changing careers for better pay, benefits, or both.

Washington Post:

In September, the number of quits increased in arts, entertainment, and recreation (+56,000); a category labeled “other services” (+47,000); and state and local government education (+30,000). In general, industries with the highest percentages of workers quitting include trade, transportation, and utilities, particularly retail, professional and business services, and leisure and hospitality industries like arts and entertainment, and hotels and restaurants. A whopping 6.6 percent of workers in accommodation and food services quit their job in the month.

The South, the West and Midwest have the highest numbers of workers quitting their jobs, at 3.3, 3.1 and 3.0 percent, while only 2.2 percent of workers in the Northeast are quitting jobs.

The number of people leaving their jobs is a staggering three percent of the entire workforce. When 6.6 percent of the hotel and restaurant employees leave their jobs in one month — and that’s with large incentives not present before the pandemic — you have to think there’s a fundamental shift in the labor force at work.

But what is it these people want?

Economists surmise that phenomena is a result of a complicated mix of trends. Child and family care, and schooling unpredictability continue to fuel the reluctance of some parents to get back into the labor force. Public health concerns remain an issue for in-person work, with the virus caseloads remaining stubborn despite declining significantly from their mid-September peak.

Many workers have made the calculation that their old jobs — low paying work in industries like restaurants, which have really struggled to fill holes — are no longer desirable, even as companies dangle raises and bonuses to lure workers back to the workplace. Some older workers have taken early retirements, part of a portrait of a labor force that has shrunk, by percentage of the U.S. population during the pandemic.

And some economists’ question whether there are other factors that have reshaped the traditional dynamics of the labor force after 750,000 people have died.

Speaking from experience, there are few jobs with higher stress levels and lower rewards than restaurant and bar work. So it’s not surprising that the turnover in those jobs would be so high.

According to the jobs site ZipRecruiter, 55 percent of people looking for work on their site desire some kind of home employment.

Of those who were seeking the ability to work from home, 85 percent said either workplace safety concerns (50 percent) or child care/family care needs (35 percent) were driving their decisions — data that indicates how many people are attempting to switch industries in the hopes of being able to work from home.

The pandemic has started a revolution in employment that we are only able to dimly discern the outlines of at present. It’s unsettling to industries, to workers, and their families — as all revolutions are.

Not everyone is “learning to code.” But a far greater number of people will probably end up happier and more satisfied with their jobs when it’s all said and done.

On Wednesday, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled that a statewide school mask mandate ordered by the state’s acting Health Secretary Alison Beam in August was “void and unenforceable.” In a 4-1 decision, the court ruled that the state bureaucrat overstepped her authority by ordering students to wear masks in school in an attempt to slow the spread of the Chinese coronavirus.

The masking order stated that: “Each teacher, child/student, staff, or visitor working, attending, or visiting a School Entity shall wear a face covering indoors, regardless of vaccination status.” That order extended to private and religious schools, career and technical colleges, and childcare providers.

The state immediately appealed the decision, meaning that the mandate is still in effect for the time being. While announcing the state’s appeal of the decision, a spokesperson for Governor Tom Wolf, a Democrat, claimed that Beam’s authority to issue the mandate was “clearly outlined in existing law.”

But the majority of judges disagreed with that statement. Writing for the majority, Judge Christine Fizzano Cannon explained that the state’s Department of Health “does not have carte blanche authority to impose whatever disease control measures the Department of Health sees fit to implement without regard for the procedures for promulgating rules and regulations, expedited or otherwise.”

The majority opinion was strict in pointing out that they were not ruling on the efficacy or the science related to mask-wearing, only on the procedural process in issuing the mandate, which they said that Acting Health Secretary Beam largely ignored in issuing her own “emergency declaration.”

“The Acting Secretary issued the Masking Order, which is a regulation, without complying with the mandatory rulemaking requirements of the Commonwealth Documents Law and the Regulatory Review Act. In so doing, the Acting Secretary attempted to issue her own emergency declaration about the dangers of COVID-19 and mutations thereof, including the Delta variant,” the court said.

The decision stems from a lawsuit brought by Pennsylvania Senate President Pro Tempore Republican Jake Corman and several other parents against Beam and the Department of Health. Among other things, the suit claimed that the mask mandate was a denial of their children’s right to a free, appropriate public education; caused their children’s education to be disrupted by an illegal order; and significantly altered how educational programming occurs in schools.

“Today’s ruling validates what we have said all along — mask decisions should be made by parents and school boards, NOT unelected bureaucrats. A blanket mandate does not address the unique needs and circumstances of individual communities, and it takes power away from the people who are in the best position to protect our kids,” Corman said in a statement with Senate Majority Leader Kim Ward.

Part of the ruling stems from the fact that there was no statewide declaration of emergency in effect when Beam issued the mandate. Wolf had originally declared an emergency in March of 2020. But in May of this year, voters approved two amendments limiting the governor’s authority to declare such emergencies. Following the adoption of those two amendments in June, the state’s General Assembly approved a resolution terminating the original emergency declaration.

On Monday, the governor announced that he would be returning masking authority to local school districts in January, but that he would continue to order mask-wearing in child care centers and early-learning programs.

“Now, we are in a different place than we were in September, and it is time to prepare for a transition back to a more normal setting,” Wolf said. ”Unfortunately, the COVID-19 virus is now a part of our daily lives.”

But the COVID-19 virus is only a part of our daily lives because of government actions such as this mask mandate. Left to their own devices to make their own decisions, the people of Pennsylvania and the United States would be just fine.

(Natural News) An effort by Pennsylvania Acting Health Secretary and Branch Covidian Alison Beam to force all public school students in the Commonwealth to wear a mask all day long has been struck down by a state court judge.

Judge Christine Fizzano Cannon ruled that Beam’s mask fetish was unlawfully pushed on students without proper review or approval. It was also done in violation of a constitutional amendment passed by Pennsylvania voters that limits the executive branch’s authority during a state of emergency.

Leftists like Beam love to claim that they support “democracy” when it suits their own agenda. But in this case, democracy did not accomplish what Beam personally wanted so she simply tried to override the will of Pennsylvania voters like some kind of petty dictator.

In her decision, Cannon wrote that Pennsylvania law does not give health secretaries like Beam “the blanket authority to create new rules and regulations out of whole cloth, provided they are related in some way to the control of disease or can otherwise be characterized as disease control measures.”

Cannon also made it clear that she has “no opinion regarding the science or efficacy of mask-wearing or the politics underlying the considerable controversy the subject continues to engender” so that none of the Branch Covidians could accuse her of taking a political side against “science.”

Mask tyrants like Alison Beam need to go

The Commonwealth Court as a whole, it turns out, sided 4-1 with the ranking Republican in the state Senate, as well as numerous others, who banded together to sue the state for Beam’s unlawful mandate, which fictitiously took effect back in early September.

It would seem as though the only people in favor of trampling democracy are public school “educators” and board members who feel as though their own personal opinions on “covid” can simply be decreed on a whim as it personally suits them.

This is not how things work, though – or at least it is not how things are supposed to work. Every single Alison Beam out there must be challenged and challenged hard or else they will continue to turn our country into a Fauci Flu dictatorship.

The Alison Beams of the world will also continue to tyrannize our children as long as we let them. If we give them an inch, they will absolutely take a mile and them some, which is why they all need to be cut off from power immediately and permanently.

In a statement, state Rep. Jesse Topper warned that Beam’s agenda is “an end-around (to) the constitutional amendment passed by the people, limiting the executive branch’s authority during a state of emergency.”

“[This is] about the idea of imposing a mandate like this on a healthy population of children outside any of the regulatory process that you would normally have to go through, or any of the legislative process you would normally have to go through.”

Politicians, celebrities and other “elites,” meanwhile, continue to throw awards ceremonies, dinner parties and other large events at which they are routinely seen not wearing a mask or social distancing.

“The masking of children is a form of child abuse,” wrote one Citizen Free Press commenter. “Interfering with a child’s breathing is a form of child abuse. This must stop now.”

“Time to throw the people out who demand the mandates,” wrote another.

Many, many others said similar things about how tyrants like Beam have got to go if our country has even the slightest chance of ever again returning back to something that even just resembles normal.

On Thursday, the Yemeni media outlet Al-Masdar Online reported that Houthi jihadis in Yemen, which are backed by the Islamic Republic of Iran, stormed our embassy in Sana’a, seizing “large quantities of equipment and materials.” Just days before that, according to the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), they “kidnapped three Yemeni nationals affiliated with the U.S. Embassy.” Biden’s team promised America would be back, but didn’t say anything about Jimmy Carter coming around again as well.

A State Department spokesman confirmed the Yemeni report, saying: “The United States has been unceasing in its diplomatic efforts to secure their release. The majority of the detained have been released, but the Houthis continue to detain additional Yemeni employees of the embassy.” They are being “detained without explanation and we call for their immediate release.” The U.S., the spokesman continued, is “concerned about the breach of the compound” and is calling “on the Houthis to immediately vacate it and return all seized property.”

Yeah, I’ll bet the Houthis are shaking with fear now. Because Biden’s handlers are really going all out on this one: deploying the Navy? Sending in the Marines? Immediately imposing crippling sanctions? Come on, man! The Biden team, said the State wonk, “will continue its diplomatic efforts to secure the release of our staff and the vacating of our compound, including through our international partners.” That’ll show ‘em.

Contrast that weak and uninspired response with what is going on among the Houthis themselves. Last June, according to MEMRI, the Houthis’ Al-Eman TV featured an Islamic scholar, Dr. Ahmad Al-Shami, telling a room full of children that “the scam of 9/11 was a theatrical show produced by the Jews and the Americans. They killed a group of their own people so that they could have a pretext.… All of this is done under the pretext of fighting terrorism, which ‘emerged from your midst of Muslims and Arabs.’” Al-Shami declared: “When we say ‘Death to America,’ it means life for all the nations that America is killing. When we say ‘Death to Israel,’ it means life for all the people, around the world, in whose killing and corruption Israel is taking part.”

The students then began chanting “Allahu akbar! Death to America! Death to Israel! Curse be upon the Jews! Victory to Islam!”

Charming. Yet when Donald Trump had the Houthis designated as foreign terrorists, the Leftist political and media establishment was (as always regarding anything and everything Trump did) outraged. No fewer than twenty-two aid groups that were operating in Yemen demanded that the designation be revoked “immediately,” and when his handlers gained control of the presidency, Old Joe Biden did just that. Trump was right again. If any group deserves to be considered foreign terrorists, it’s the Houthis.

Nevertheless, in September the Biden administration quietly removed an advanced missile defense system from Saudi Arabia, despite the fact that the Saudis are suffering ongoing air attacks from the Houthis in Yemen.

Did Biden’s handlers think that removing the missile defense system would move the Houthis, or their Iranian backers, to make a reciprocal gesture of goodwill? Did they think that the Houthis would stop teaching children to scream “Death to America” and tell them that America turns out to be pretty nice after all?

The removal of the missile defense system was obviously another attempt to appease the mullahs in Tehran, who so far have not been moved by Biden’s handlers’ many overtures to soften their harsh anti-American rhetoric. Pentagon spinmeister John Kirby, however, said nothing about the Islamic Republic as he admitted to “the redeployment of certain air defense assets”; instead, he insisted that the American commitment to its allies in the Middle East remained “broad and deep.”

Kirby added: “The Defense Department continues to maintain tens of thousands of forces and a robust force posture in the Middle East representing some of our most advanced air power and maritime capabilities, in support of U.S. national interests and our regional partnerships.” But it is increasingly clear to the world that this is just empty verbiage and nothing more. The storming of our embassy in Yemen proves that anew.

Will this new act of belligerence by Iran’s Yemeni clients lead Biden’s handlers to abandon their policy of appeasement toward the Islamic Republic of Iran? Will they drop their pipe dream of reviving the nuclear deal and begin to deal realistically with the genuine threat that Iran and its clients pose? Once again: come on, man!

Judge Orders FBI to Stop Search of Project Veritas Founder O’Keefe’s Phone Following Raid

The FBI has been ordered by a federal judge to stop plundering information from James O’Keefe’s phone following a raid on his home and other properties connected with Project Veritas last weekend.

The raid was a chilling and frightening overreach by law enforcement of protected journalistic work product. O’Keefe has said that his phone offers a window into what other projects he and his staff are working on — projects the Biden Administration may not want him to cover.

The FBI raided O’Keefe’s apartment about 6 a.m. on Saturday with a phalanx of agents taking his electronics and other information, which they claimed would help discover how the journalist came into possession of President Biden’s daughter’s diary.

They claim the diary was stolen. O’Keefe denies that characterization.

The president’s daughter, Ashley Biden’s, diary reportedly contains down, dirty, and disgusting secrets about the Biden family.

Judge Analisa Torres ordered the FBI to stop exploiting information contained in O’Keefe’s phone and to verify that they’d done so by Friday.

O’Keefe and Project Veritas have been in negotiations with the Justice Department about the diary and its provenance since last year.

Unless O’Keefe stole that diary, there’s doesn’t appear to be anything different about O’Keefe coming into possession of the document than what happens every day at the New York Times or Washington Post with their leaked documents.

Prior restraint doesn’t even begin to cover how intrusive and frightening this intentional intimidation by law enforcement is on a journalistic enterprise.

The raid is reminiscent of the one conducted by former California Attorney General Kamala Harris into the work product of David Daleiden, who produced a series of explosive videos showing Planned Parenthood buying and selling aborted baby parts.

The way it looks now, this judge’s ruling is a win for journalism, but journalists who don’t like O’Keefe may not see it that way.
