Outraged by the growing influence of the mass-murdering Chinese Communist Party and other perceived problems, U.S. lawmakers recently re-introduced legislation that would end U.S. membership in the United Nations and its agencies, such as the UN World Health Organization (WHO).

In addition to ending U.S. government involvement with the UN, the American Sovereignty Restoration Act (H.R. 7806) would remove the UN’s controversial headquarters from U.S. soil and protect American troops from having to serve under UN command.   

U.S. Representative Mike Rogers, a conservative Republican representing eastern Alabama, has been the lead sponsor of the bill in several congresses so far. He has raised numerous concerns over the years, including corruption, waste, hostility to Israel, opposition to fundamental American principles, the UN’s hatred of the Second Amendment, and more.

“The United Nations has repeatedly proven itself to be an utterly useless organization,” explained Rogers in a statement announcing the re-introduction of the bill last month, doubling down on previous comments referring to the UN as a “disaster.”

Some of the congressman’s major concerns are the UN’s growing hostility to genuine human rights and its increasing subservience to the dictatorship in Beijing and others hostile to individual liberty and the United States.

“The UN’s founding charter states the UN’s mission ‘to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small,’” added Rogers in the statement. “However, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet has proven herself to be nothing more than a puppet for the Chinese Communist Party — aiding the CCP in playing down the very real and horrifying genocide being carried out against Uyghurs.”

Indeed, The New American has been exposing the “Socialist” Bachelet for years. From her close ties to the communist movement in Latin America and Beijing to her ongoing anti-American diatribes calling for restricting rights in America, Bachelet has become extremely controversial. Concerns about the UN official’s abuse of diplomatic immunity to shield her and others from criminal probes are also growing.

Rogers blasted the UN’s cozy relationship with the Chinese Communist Party. “It’s unconscionable that China continues to sit on the UN Human Rights Council even as it carries out this disturbing genocide on top of its numerous and daily violations of basic human rights,” the Republican congressman said.

“It’s clear the UN has abandoned the ideals set in its founding charter and that’s why, among many other reasons, I’ve reintroduced legislation to withdraw the United States from the UN,” he added.

When introducing the bill in 2019, Rogers blasted the UN as an “inefficient bureaucracy” and a “complete waste of American tax dollars.” Saying the legislation was one of his top priorities, Rogers noted that the global organization “works against America’s interests around the world” and continues to “attack our rights as U.S. citizens.” 

Another key element of the bill would end U.S. involvement in the disgraced World Health Organization. Among other scandals, the UN agency is led by a former communist terror leader backed by Beijing and was repeatedly exposed parroting the CCP’s talking points.

“The WHO lost all credibility when they chose to put public health second to the Chinese Communist Party by helping the CCP cover up the origins of COVID-19,” continued Rogers, blasting the UN WHO as “corrupt.”

Reacting to similar concerns, President Donald Trump started the process to remove the U.S. from the WHO, drawing widespread applause from conservatives and Republicans across America.

Joe Biden promptly re-engaged with the UN agency after taking power, though numerous congressional efforts to stop funding for and end U.S. involvement in WHO continue. (Trump did get the United States out of UNESCO, the UN’s “education” agency, and so far Biden has not been able to reverse that.)

Co-sponsors of the latest iteration of the American Sovereignty Restoration Act include Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), Rep. Diana Harshbarger (R-Tenn.), Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.), and Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-Texas).

Massie, a longtime champion of the #Amexit movement to get the United States out of the UN, previously told The New American that there are many reasons why the U.S. government should cut all ties with the controversial global organization.

“The best thing that you can say about the United Nations is it’s mostly ineffective and a waste of money,” said Congressman Massie, who campaigned for an “Amexit” from the UN after the British people voted for a “Brexit” from the European Union. “That’s the best thing you can say about it. So I’m glad that they are somewhat ineffective, but I don’t like that we waste the money.”

But that is just the start. Another major problem is that the UN is packed with autocratic regimes and is constantly seeking to infringe on the sovereignty of nation-states.  “It’s full of dictators, and it’s also something that I don’t think our sovereign government should defer to,” Massie explained in an interview at The John Birch Society’s 60th-anniversary celebration.

“For instance, a lot of these foreign relations bills that come in front of us in Congress and the whereas clauses — they might say ‘whereas the UN has said this,’ or ‘the UN decided this, now, therefore, be it resolved’ — well that’s almost an automatic no for me, because why would I defer to the United Nations if we’re a sovereign country?” asked Massie.

The Kentucky congressman, who has a near-perfect score on The New American magazine’s Freedom Index, also warned that the U.S. government supplies far more than the American people’s “fair share” for the UN’s budget. “But a fair share would be zero, and we should get out,” he added.

With an added boost from the United Kingdom’s successful bid to secede from the European Union, Massie launched the “Amexit” campaign in 2016, saying there was a fresh interest in the move. Trump’s efforts to end U.S. involvement in various UN agencies and programs also proved to be popular with Americans.

The Deep State, though, wants to keep Americans entangled in international organizations. “They would like to see us fully involved in the United Nations and intervening in every country possible,” Massie said, adding that global agencies increasingly dictate policy to American elected officials and that many congressmen are more than willing to bow down.  

In a more recent interview with The New American magazine in which he called for passing the American Sovereignty Restoration Act, Massie took special aim at the World Trade Organization, saying it has long been “hostile” to the United States. Indeed, it was the WTO that purported to “force” Congress into repealing its country-of-origin labeling for meat.

Blasting the UN as “a collection of dictators,” Massie also pointed to the WHO’s attacks on science and language — and how the CDC followed suit in seeking to redefine terms such as “vaccine” and “herd immunity.” “It is Orwellian in the sense that they’re trying to control thought by controlling the language that we use,” he added.

As the UN becomes increasingly aggressive in its efforts to undermine the sovereignty and redefine the concept of rights — not to mention empower Communist China and itself — public sentiment in America is souring. Top conservatives ranging from U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) to former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin (R) have expressly called for the United States to exit the UN, too.

The effort to liberate the United States from the UN — an agenda long championed by The John Birch Society, which publishes this magazine — has been gaining steam for decades. Congressional votes on defunding the UN and the Trump administration’s strident attacks on the UN have shown that the movement is no longer a fringe issue, as it was in the 1960s and 1970s.

One leading advocate for the American Sovereignty Restoration Act was former Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas). Paul, who ran for president and made history by attracting millions of young people and breaking fundraising records, introduced the bill regularly in the 1990s and 2000s. He called on Congress to at least vote on the bill, so Americans could know where their representatives stood on the issue.

Another lead champion of the measure was U.S. Congressman Larry McDonald (D-Ga.), a hardcore conservative who also served as the chairman of The John Birch Society. Unfortunately, in the mid-1980s a Soviet fighter jet shot down the commercial airliner he was a passenger on.

Even establishment-minded figures have joined the chorus. Former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley said Americans must decide whether or not the U.S. government should remain involved.  “The American people need to decide if it’s worth it,” she said of continued U.S. membership, adding that “the verdict is still out.”

As is typical, the bill has been referred to the House Foreign Affairs Committee, where internationalists in leadership will do their best to ignore it and keep it bottled up. However, with a public groundswell in favor of getting the U.S. out, lawmakers will have to bend to the will of their constituents.

In answer to the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling that removed federal protections for abortion, President Joe Biden has issued a limp-wristed yet costly rebuttal in his latest executive order. The document purports to protect “access to reproductive health care services” — a.k.a infanticide — despite the fact that Biden already admitted, “No executive action from the president can do that,” in his remarks following the SCOTUS decision to overturn Roe v Wade.

“Let me be very clear and unambiguous,” he read from the teleprompter that day. “The only way we can secure a woman’s right to choose and the balance that existed is for Congress to restore the protections of Roe v Wade as federal law.”

Too late. Senate Republicans already blocked an attempt by House Democrats to pass legislation enshrining the murder of the unborn. It was a replay of the similar routing of their deceitfully-named Women’s Health Protection Act in February.

Biden has obviously forgotten about those defeats, along with his party’s dismal prospects, when he points to the upcoming mid-terms as an antidote. “This fall, Roe is on the ballot,” he slurred in June. In remarks delivered after signing Friday’s order, he repeated the appeal with the rallying cry: “Vote, vote, vote, vote.” His confusion manifested further as he called the Supreme Court “out of control” and began reading teleprompter instructions out loud in the middle of his speech.

Despite his bewilderment, the reality of today’s political climate casts a “shameless pandering” hue on today’s executive order. Even leftists admit it has no teeth. The Associated Press quoted Georgetown University law professor Lawrence Gostin, who described the order as “underwhelming” and said, “There’s nothing that I saw that would affect the lives of ordinary poor women living in red states.”

Regardless, it will certainly impact taxpayers who will be footing the bill for each measure Biden has concocted. His executive order is packed with the same baseless, hyperbolic accusations that Attorney General Merrick Garland pitched in his June 24 statement complaining about the SCOTUS ruling. “Women who reside in states that have banned access to comprehensive reproductive care must remain free to seek that care in states where it is legal,” he wrote as if SCOTUS had closed all state borders. Further suggesting that the nation’s high bench had also bound and gagged the masses, he added that “individuals must remain free to inform and counsel each other about the reproductive care that is available in other states.”

Similar exaggerations and insinuations appear throughout today’s executive order and are used as excuses for the administration to commandeer tax dollars for its murderous agenda. Here are some highlights:

• The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) will be expanding access to “medication abortion,” otherwise known as Mifepristone or the “abortion pill.” According to American Life League, it starves an unborn baby to death and causes a woman to abort spontaneously. The abortion pill is banned in several states since the SCOTUS ruling but is still widely available, even through mail order. Aren’t pharmaceutical companies, courtesy of Uncle Sam, already fleecing the American taxpayer enough without using baby-killing as yet another pretext?

• That’s not the only waste of taxpayer dollars the president is ordering. He also directs HHS to expand access to contraception. Why? The recent SCOTUS ruling does nothing to limit that.

• The agency is also supposed to uphold federal law to ensure pregnant women have “access to the full rights and protections for emergency medical care afforded under law,” (they don’t already have that?) and to beef up federal encroachments on healthcare under the guise of protecting patient privacy (as if HIPAA weren’t already bad enough). Moreover, HHS will be launching abortion “access” advertising campaigns (without a word about life-enhancing abstinence programs or adoption alternatives).

• Biden gratuitously assumes a “heightened risk” to those “seeking and providing” abortions — risk from bloodthirsty pro-life activists, no doubt — and in disturbingly vague language pledges to “ensure” and “protect” their safety. The administration will additionally offer “volunteer” legal assistance to help patients and providers circumvent state restrictions. Who will foot these additional bills? The American taxpayer, of course.

Underscoring each of these measures, the president’s executive order also establishes an interagency task force made up of the HHS, the attorney general, and the White House Gender Policy Council. Biden set up the latter in March of 2021 so bureaucrats could hire more bureaucrats to “face the current crisis” of “gender inequality” in the “United States and globally.” Again, your tax dollars at work!

Nothing in Biden’s executive order is authorized by the Constitution, yet he sanctimoniously defends himself, claiming that SCOTUS eliminated a woman’s so-called constitutional “right to choose” to kill her unborn offspring. The White House declares that restricting access to what leftists Orwellingly refer to as “reproductive health care” will deny “fundamental rights — to privacy, autonomy, freedom, and equality.” The president did not attempt to reconcile his administration’s self-righteous indignation with its federal mandates for Covid vaccines.

I don’t know. But I do know, from the frantic emails filling my inbox, that the raid on its headquarters has thrown many gay, bisexual, and transgender young adults into turmoil as their main source of income has been ripped away due to irresponsible and archaic views of sex work.”

Brinton wrote the defense in response to a 2015 federal raid of the New York offices of Rentboy.com, an online “escort service” that facilitated the trafficking and abuse of boys around the world. The National Pulse examines the case:

“In one case, after an escort agency failed to provide photo identification for an escort, a RENTBOY.COM employee advised the escort agency that he had deleted photographs with the face of the subject escort, but left the advertisement online and left photographs that showed only the escort’s body,” explained the indictment.

“In another case, after a different escort agency refused to provide identification for several escorts who appeared underage, the same RENTBOY.COM employee “suggested to [him] to crop the faces of those super young escorts,” continued the indictment, which also noted that the company never reported the cases to law enforcement agencies.

Concerning posts in Asia, Rentboy “failed to comply with its own standards requiring age verification,” even ignoring “employees [who] complained to RENTBOY.COM management about the quantity of underage escort advertisements.”

“In another email, another RENTBOY.COM employee speaking about the Asia-market ads said “Christ … talk about copyrighted and underage pies! TONS in that area … ALWAYS,” detailed the indictment, which also revealed that company executives never acted on these concerns.

Instead, “RENTBOY.COM employees reviewing Asia advertisements were also told by the defendant JEFFREY HURANT and other RENTBOY.COM managers to apply lesser standards in doing age verification of Asia-market advertisements.”

“As was summarized in one email, “In Asia ok to approve them … unless you see a baby … : ),” continued the indictment.

But Brinton thinks these practices are actually positive and supportive for gay boys. He wrote:

Why do they care? The same reason I do. Because sex work disproportionately affects the LGBT community. Transgender people engage in sex work at a rate 10 times that of cisgender (nontrans) women. And many LGBT youth engage in sex work just to survive. A 2013 Center for American Progress report suggests that LGBT youth are more than three times as likely to have engaged in survival sex.

I am not a person using sex work to survive. I am, however, overwhelmed with messages from GBT young men who are afraid of having to return to their families, where they face mistreatment, and even worse, because the main and most secure connection they had to income through escorting is now gone.”

They are reaching out to me because of my passion for ending conversion therapy, a set of the dangerous and discredited practices linked to severe depression, substance abuse, and even suicide. The connection is horrifying: Many of the young men were forced into conversion therapy by their families — the families to which they may now have to return without a steady income. This makes it my issue.

One of the young men who messaged me said, “I was never harming anyone with the work that I was doing. As cheesy as it sounds, most of the people just wanted a human connection with someone who they could relate to on some basic human level.” Another young man added, “It feels like we had a chance to act with dignity and authenticity for the first time and it was taken away from us.”

They are right. The rent boys weren’t harming anyone. But now these young men might have to return to communities and homes which have rejected who they are. And that’s when the real danger begins.

Brinton believes that the degradation and dangers of underage prostitution are superior to a teen being forced to live with his family who doesn’t approve of his lifestyle. The horror! Imagine that: a teenager might have to rein in his behavior for a few years until he’s able to support himself in a manner other than servicing men for cash (an option that never even seems to cross the depraved Deputy Assistant Secretary’s mind).

I have no doubt Brinton will comport himself in his new role with every bit as much professionalism and competence as the Biden Collective’s other tokenist appointments.

(Natural News) We have received word that the Pentagon (Pentagram) will not be allowing any new abortion laws as a result of the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization to stand.

Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III issued a statement in response to the SCOTUS decision basically stating that abortion will remain legal, regardless of what the highest court in the land thinks about it.

“Nothing is more important to me or to this Department than the health and well-being of our Service members, the civilian workforce, and DoD families,” Austin said.

“I am committed to taking care of our people and ensuring the readiness and resilience of our Force,” he added.

“The Department is examining this decision closely and evaluating our policies to ensure we continue to provide seamless access to reproductive health care as permitted by federal law.”

According to Politico, the Department of Defense (DoD) does not yet have any policy to announce that would accommodate female service members who want to murder their babies but currently live in states where the gruesome practice is now illegal.

“Female troops seeking the procedure already face steep hurdles to getting the care they need: They cannot get abortions at military medical facilities, and federal law also prevents troops from using their Tricare health insurance to cover the cost of the procedures at private facilities, unless the life of the mother is at risk due to the Hyde Amendment,” Politico reported.

ANARCHY: America’s most powerful institutions are planning to ignore the SCOTUS ruling

Austin’s use of the word “continue” to describe the seamless access to abortion he says will remain in the military points to the fact that large factions of American institutions are planning to flat-out disobey and rebel against the court ruling.

Both the aforementioned ruling and the overturning of Roe v. Wade represent a major blow to the baby murder industry, which Leftist women rely on as a key component of their identity.

The assumption, based on the DoD and the Pentagon statement is that “reproductive health care,” as they are erroneously calling it, will continue to be provided in violation of the Supreme Court rulings.

Someone on Twitter asked if any of this is actually legal, to which the simple answer is: no, it is not legal. But disregarding the law no longer seems to come with any consequences, at least not for Leftists who want to continue living in utter sin and depravity without consequences.

“The feds don’t have to acknowledge state laws,” suggested another. “Federal offices and such operate under federal jurisdiction, not state jurisdiction. State governments can’t go after federal employees and such operating on federal land.”

Another called this an insurrection against SCOTUS, which is exactly what it is – and it is being sanctioned by the very same Biden regime that claims the Jan. 6, 2021, incident was the worst thing to ever happen in America.

“So then what’s the point of the Supreme Court?” asked another – great question.

Perhaps it is time to just shut the government down completely until we can get to the bottom of this, said someone else, perhaps partially tongue-in-cheek but also making a great point about how this so-called government causes more harm than good, much like the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines.”

“The military is ruling over the Supreme Court?” asked another. “What does the Pentagon have to do with the rule of law?”

Someone else echoed this by pointing out that the Pentagon has no say whatsoever over the law and is stepping completely outside the bounds of its jurisdiction.

(Natural News) Americans who were upset with Republicans when then-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell refused to advance then-President Barack Obama’s third Supreme Court nominee, Merrick Garland, in 2016 because they knew he was a left-wing extremist owe the Kentucky Republican and the GOP, in general, a hearty thank you.

Since he was installed as the attorney general of the “Justice” Department, he has engaged in one war after another against perceived political opponents of the Democrat Party, including ordering the FBI to conduct investigations into parents who show up to school board meetings expressing anger and resentment at the adoption of divisive curricula like critical race theory and sexually inappropriate materials for young students.

Now, Garland has expanded his war on the majority of America, according to Revolver News:

Ladies and gentlemen, we regret to inform you that Merrick Garland is at it again. His office just took two actions in two consecutive days that constitute a tacit legal insurrection against the United States of America.

Just yesterday, in an unprecedented move, our intrepid United States Attorney General’s office released a statement saying that the DOJ “disagrees” with the Court’s ruling securing Second Amendment concealed carry rights.

The statement comes in response to a massive 6-3 ruling against an overly restrictive law in Democrat-run New York denying citizens of the state their Second Amendment right to carry a concealed weapon for self-defense, requiring them to ‘show special need’ for having a gun (meanwhile, the uber-left privileged in the state get whatever they want).

“We respectfully disagree with the Court’s conclusion that the Second Amendment forbids New York’s reasonable requirement that individuals seeking to carry a concealed handgun must show that they need to do so for self-defense,”  the statement said on Thursday.

“The Department of Justice remains committed to saving innocent lives by enforcing and defending federal firearms laws, partnering with state, local, and tribal authorities, and using all legally available tools to tackle the epidemic of gun violence plaguing our communities,” the statement said.

Translation: Merrick’s Justice Department is disagreeing with a legitimate ruling on a fundamental constitutional right from the nation’s highest court, suggesting that the department will actually work with the deep-blue state to circumvent the ruling.

Then on Friday, Merrick’s agency issued yet another statement disapproving of the high court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade because there is no constitutional guarantee for abortions (or any medical procedure), sending the issue back to the states where it should have remained all along.

“Today, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey and held that the right to abortion is no longer protected by the Constitution,” Garland said in the second statement.

“The Supreme Court has eliminated an established right that has been an essential component of women’s liberty for half a century – a right that has safeguarded women’s ability to participate fully and equally in society. And in renouncing this fundamental right, which it had repeatedly recognized and reaffirmed, the Court has upended the doctrine of stare decisis, a key pillar of the rule of law,” he continued.

“The Justice Department strongly disagrees with the Court’s decision. This decision deals a devastating blow to reproductive freedom in the United States. It will have an immediate and irreversible impact on the lives of people across the country. And it will be greatly disproportionate in its effect – with the greatest burdens felt by people of color and those of limited financial means,” he added.

Again, the high court did not take away a right; abortion was never a constitutional right, to begin with, and that’s what the ruling reflected.

While the DOJ has issued statements in the past on a number of occasions that the then-current AG is “disappointed” with rulings, never before has the department said it disagreed with a ruling, as if the AG even has a right to do so.

But it also suggests that the department also will refuse to enforce the ruling, which is de facto insurrection and, to paraphrase the Democrats, is “extremely dangerous to our democracy.”

Attorney General Merrick B. Garland today released the following statement following the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs, State Health Officer of the Mississippi Department of Health, et al. v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization et al.:

“Today, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey and held that the right to abortion is no longer protected by the Constitution.

“The Supreme Court has eliminated an established right that has been an essential component of women’s liberty for half a century – a right that has safeguarded women’s ability to participate fully and equally in society. And in renouncing this fundamental right, which it had repeatedly recognized and reaffirmed, the Court has upended the doctrine of stare decisis, a key pillar of the rule of law.

“The Justice Department strongly disagrees with the Court’s decision. This decision deals a devastating blow to reproductive freedom in the United States. It will have an immediate and irreversible impact on the lives of people across the country. And it will be greatly disproportionate in its effect – with the greatest burdens felt by people of color and those of limited financial means.

“But today’s decision does not eliminate the ability of states to keep abortion legal within their borders. And the Constitution continues to restrict states’ authority to ban reproductive services provided outside their borders.

“We recognize that traveling to obtain reproductive care may not be feasible in many circumstances. But under bedrock constitutional principles, women who reside in states that have banned access to comprehensive reproductive care must remain free to seek that care in states where it is legal. Moreover, under fundamental First Amendment principles, individuals must remain free to inform and counsel each other about the reproductive care that is available in other states.

“Advocates with different views on this issue have the right to, and will, voice their opinions. Peacefully expressing a view is protected by the First Amendment. But we must be clear that violence and threats of violence are not. The Justice Department will not tolerate such acts.

On Sunday, former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, 78, went into a ShopRite supermarket on Staten Island to campaign for his son Andrew, who is running for governor. A ShopRite employee named Daniel Gill, 39, spotted him and saw an opportunity to demonstrate anew the ascendancy of fascist thuggery among the Left: Gill approached Giuliani from behind and hit him hard on the back, all the while shouting about how the pro-life Giuliani was “gonna kill women.” The elderly Giuliani staggered but didn’t fall. The only thing that fell (yet again) was the likelihood of Leftists calming down and tolerating any dissent from their views.

Giuliani, who in the 1990s pulled the city out of a Leftism-induced tailspin of economic decline and rising crime (only to have his work undone by Bloomberg, de Blasio, and now Eric Adams), was talking to a group of supporters when, as he later recounted, “All of a sudden, I feel this, ‘Bam!’ on my back. I don’t know if they helped me not fall down, but I just about fell down, but I didn’t.” Nonetheless, Gill had given him no inconsiderable wallop: “I feel this tremendous pain in my back, and I’m thinking, what the — I didn’t even know what it was.”

Gill, however, made sure he knew what had happened and why “All of a sudden, I hear this guy say, ‘You’re a f–king scumbag,’ then he moves away so nobody can grab him. And he says, ‘You, you’re one of the people that’s gonna kill women. You’re gonna kill women. You and your f–king friend are gonna kill women.’ Then he starts yelling out all kinds of, just curses, and every once in a while, he puts in that woman thing. You guys think you’re saving babies, but you’re gonna kill women.’”

A woman who was in the ShopRite at the time, Rita Rugova-Johnson, said she was “stunned” by Gill’s actions. “I was shoulder-to-shoulder with Rudy inside ShopRite. We’re talking, and all of a sudden an employee came out of nowhere and open-handedly slapped him in the back and said, ‘Hey, what’s up scumbag?’

Gill has been well indoctrinated, not only into the Left’s line about murdering children but into its increasing contempt for civility and peaceful, mutually respectful discourse. Giuliani himself articulated the widening chasm between Leftists and those who dissent from their agenda when he said: “The Supreme Court made a decision. You don’t go around attacking people because of it. I mean, go get it changed.” That’s what conservatives set out to do when Roe v. Wade was first decided in 1973, and now their work has finally come to fruition. Leftists are somewhat less patient: faced with the setback of Dobbs v. Jackson, they call for violence, riot, and hit old men from behind.

Giuliani said that Gill’s blow made him feel as if “somebody shot me,” and added: “Luckily, I’m a 78-year-old who is in pretty good shape. If I wasn’t, I would have hit the ground and probably cracked my skull.” He determined to call the police and have Gill arrested to demonstrate that even in Joe Biden’s America, where laws are flagrantly flouted as long as it’s Leftists who are flouting them, this kind of behavior must not stand: “I say to myself, ‘You know something? I gotta get this guy arrested. I talk about the ‘broken windows’ theory all the time. You can’t let the little things go.” The “broken windows” theory led to Giuliani’s revival of New York City in the 1990s: prosecute minor crimes such as graffiti tagging, and criminals will get the message that their activities are not being tolerated. Crime will decrease. Giuliani implemented this theory, and it worked. Sunday he said: “I’m like, ‘I’m gonna get this guy arrested as an example that you can’t do this. And I said, also, in New York, we don’t prosecute people anymore And one of the reasons I brought crime down is I didn’t ignore stuff like this.”

Andrew Giuliani, for his part, said that his father was “tough as nails. He’s doing fine. But it’s a sad day when New Yorkers’ greatest crime fighter, ‘America’s Mayor,’ is attacked. I blame the left-wing for encouraging violence. This is crazy.” Yes, it is, but what else is the Left in general but crazy? Confronted with a Supreme Court decision that did not outlaw abortion, but only made it possible for some states to outlaw it, the totalitarian Left is in a towering rage that it can no longer force the entire country to comply with its proclivities. Rudy Giuliani is unlikely to be the last pro-lifer to be assaulted. Moloch is very, very angry.

The Dobbs v. Jackson decision doesn’t make abortion illegal; it just sends the decision as to whether or not to outlaw it back to the states. But that isn’t good enough for the totalitarian Left, which has to be able to sacrifice children to Moloch everywhere, without any hindrance, or all the fun goes out of the whole thing. And so Leftists are reacting to the decision with their predictable rage and hysteria; Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-Space Cadet) demanded that pro-abortionists go “into the streets,” and Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Rage) declared, “The hell with the Supreme Court. We will defy them!” And now House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Stolichnaya) has, with all of the Left’s characteristic unapologetic gaucherie, used the decision as the basis for a fundraising appeal, during which she called upon her followers to “rise up.” Insurrection? Count on it.

Pelosi’s crass fundraising email stated: “Trump’s Supreme Court just ruled to rip reproductive rights away from every single woman in this country.” The choice of words here was unfortunate, to put it mildly, in light of the fact that Pelosi was raising money for the cause of maintaining the legality of ripping children limb from limb in their mother’s womb, but the message only got worse from there. “I don’t say this lightly,” Pelosi’s fundraising writer continued with all the portentous solemnity he or she could muster: “How we act TODAY will decide the future of reproductive rights.”

Yeah, sure. Pelosi has earned millions upon millions while acting as a servant of the people, but she still has the lack of self-awareness and no-holds-barred gall to ask her Leftist followers, who are no doubt struggling to make ends meet on their latest welfare check or government subsidy, to kick in a few bucks to help her ensure that no one, but no one, is prevented from killing a baby should he or she or xe choose to do so. It all depends on the Leftist little guy. Pelosi’s email warns, “We can either sit back and admit defeat to these far-right extremists…,” and then comes the red type in bold and underlined:

“Or we can RISE UP, meet this ONCE-IN-A-GENERATION moment, and marshal a response so HISTORIC that we make every last anti-choice Republican REGRET what they’ve done.”

What an interesting choice of words, Madame Speaker! What exactly do you mean by making pro-lifers “regret” what they’ve done? To be sure, Pelosi’s fundraising wonk could simply mean that the Republicans should be made to suffer a defeat at the ballot box that is so resounding and catastrophic that their miserable, beaten remnant will never dare to oppose abortion again. Or the email could mean that Republicans should be brutalized and subjected to violence until they are too frightened to oppose abortion.

Pelosi couldn’t possibly mean that, could she? The door is definitely left open to that idea in the email, which continues: “Please, [name], I’ve never needed your support more than today. Can you chip in $15 so we can WIN these midterms and finally codify reproductive rights into law?” Ah, so it is all about the elections, and working peacefully and legally for change. But read on: “[Name], this isn’t a normal fundraising email. And a normal response won’t suffice.”

Now, wait a minute. A normal response won’t suffice? If Pelosi’s hapless mark duly kicks in fifteen bucks for the murder of children, wouldn’t that be a normal response to a fundraising email? But a normal response won’t suffice. Pelosi’s email here, with its “RISE UP” and “REGRET what they’ve done” and “a normal response won’t suffice,” definitely leaves the door open to being read as a call for violence. Although the boss frequently appears to be alcohol-addled, Pelosi’s office isn’t stupid and likely meant it to be capable of being read in this way. Even if they didn’t, imagine if a conservative Republican representative sent out the identical email: there would be furious calls for his or her resignation and dark warnings about elected officials encouraging “white supremacist violence.”

What’s more, it’s not in the least farfetched that Pelosi would be calling for violence. In 2018, speaking about the separation of migrant children from their putative parents at the Southern border, Pelosi said, “I just don’t even know why there aren’t uprisings all over the country. And maybe there will be when people realize that this is a policy that they defend.”

Maybe she’ll get her uprisings now. But Pelosi, because she is part of the Leftist elite that is above the law in America today, will face no consequences for this email. Consequences, my friend, are for conservatives.

This trend accelerated after the May leak of the draft SCOTUS opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson. Now, you get to pay an abortion subsidy “tax” every time you shop for many goods and services.

I’ve been irked since the ’90s, when Big PR decided consumers preferred to spend their money at companies that undertook “social responsibility.” Not me — I’d rather pay five bucks less for that dress than bask in the virtuous glow of knowing I’d been coerced into funding the purchase and planting of a sapling or the rehabilitation of a gimpy sea turtle, or whatever. When I want to shop, I want to shop; when I want to donate to charity, I want to donate to a charity that I choose. Why should corporations force me to subsidize their favorite woke causes every time I do business with them?

But after the Dobbs decision, companies are in a lather to promote abortion — and consequently, there’s an employee abortion-travel premium built into their pricing.

DHS Tells Catholic Churches to Prepare for ‘Extreme Violence’

Roe v. Wade has at long last been overturned, and the Left’s response has been predictable: Leftists are pounding the walls and gnashing their teeth with rage and hatred. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-Make Mine a Double) has shouted that the decision is “illegitimate” and led pro-abortion activists in chants of “into the streets.” Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Unhinged) has proclaimed, “The hell with the Supreme Court. We will defy them!” But no one expects the supporters of Antifa and Black Lives Matter to confine their rage to words alone: even Old Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security paused from hunting for “white supremacists” on Friday to warn Catholic churches to prepare for a “night of rage.”

If there is violence at churches, it certainly won’t be anything new. Live Action’s Lila Rose pointed out Thursday that “Since the Dobbs v Jackson draft was leaked, pro-abortion activists have: -Vandalized 16 churches -Vandalized at least 16 pro-life pregnancy centers -Firebombed 4 pro-life pregnancy centers and offices -Attempted to assassinate a Supreme Court Justice Where’s the outrage?”

Where indeed? We can only imagine what would be happening now on CNN and in The New York Times if 16 abortion clinics had been vandalized, but the guardians of acceptable opinion can’t be bothered to deplore violence in the service of their pet causes.

Pro-abortion activists have been threatening violence if Roe was overturned for quite some time. It would be more surprising at this point if Leftists remained calm and vowed to work peacefully and within the bounds of the law than if they started howling with irrational rage and burning things down, as they sought to forbid states from outlawing the murder of children.

Accordingly, the DHS has told churches to be ready for “extreme violence.” This is striking in itself. Considering that Biden’s handlers’ Justice Department has taken the unprecedented step of publicly dissenting from the Supreme Court’s decision and that the Biden administration refused to condemn the illegal protests at the homes of the Justices who were seen as likely to vote to overturn Roe (and did so), it’s nothing short of astonishing that this warning was issued at all. After all, the Biden Department of Homeland Security was only recently setting up a Disinformation Governance Board to monitor and control Americans’ speech. Now it cares if Catholic churches are targeted for being pro-life? It’s intriguing that DHS apparently believes it has to keep up appearances in this regard. Is the DHS aware that the cultural momentum is swinging away from the hard Left that has dominated American society for so long?

And so, the DHS warned Catholic Churches that pro-abortion terrorists, including the Antifa-linked Jane’s Revenge, are planning a “Night of Rage” for Friday night, with churches and pregnancy centers as their primary targets. Jane’s Revenge fulminated, “We have agonized over this apparent absence of indignation. Why is it that we are so afraid to unleash hell upon those who are destroying us? Fear of state repression is valid, but this goes deeper than that.”

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Stockton, Calif., accordingly issued an “urgent memo” to its clergy and parishes. It explained that a DHS agent, Jesse Rangel, had informed diocesan officials that an “extremist group” had issued a “manifesto” calling for attacks on churches beginning at 8 p.m. on the night that the Dobbs decision was issued, which would of course be Friday night.

According to Newsweek, “the memo does not describe the specific threats facing churches, but states that Rangel told the diocese that ‘large groups with cells nationwide have already been discovered ‘casing’ parishes, including here in California.'” Accordingly, the Stockton diocese issued a “critical notice” for clergy and parish officials to “develop a plan should you see or hear anything suspicious.”

The memo told the churches, “Make sure you have ushers and or security available during your services and perhaps identify who among your volunteers and parishioners are law enforcement. Suspicious activity would include someone asking out-of-place questions (Largest Mass times? Doors always open? Do you have security?, looking around church property, protestors, and general disturbances.”

That’s fine, but it also underscores the apparent fact that the churches are on their own. All the DHS did was issue a warning? Imagine if a militant pro-life group had announced plans to “unleash hell” on abortion centers. Do you think in that case that DHS would have limited itself to sending out a warning? Kamala Harris held another meeting with abortion activists Tuesday to discuss ways to prepare for the potential end of Roe v. Wade this summer.

Harris welcomed legal and technology experts who support abortion to a roundtable meeting, signaling the Biden administration’s continued commitment to legalized abortion on demand. It is her third meeting with abortion activists since news broke in May about a leaked draft ruling showing the U.S. Supreme Court overturning Roe and allowing states to protect unborn babies from abortion again.

“I think we all believe and know that our nation was founded on certain principles that we hold dear: principles of freedom, liberty, and self-determination,” Harris said in her opening statement. “And I do believe that all of those principles are at stake when we look at the leaked draft opinion about what this decision may end up being.”

A White House spokesperson told The Hill that the focus of the meeting was the practical impact of overturning Roe on issues like privacy, contraception, and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
Those invited to attend included New York University School of Law professors Peggy Cooper Davis and Melissa Murray, Harvard Law School professor Glenn Cohen, UC Irvine School of Law professor Michele Bratcher Goodwin, University of Michigan Law School professor Leah Litman, leaders with the Brennan Center for Justice, and Ms. Magazine writer Jennifer Weiss-Wolf, according to the report.

A White House official told CNN that the Biden administration wants to build a strong coalition of abortion supporters to work together in response to the likely ruling.

“What’s important to keep in mind here is that some of the vice president’s goals really have been around ensuring that people in this country have an understanding of what is at stake here,” the official said. “And that does take some work in terms of building out who is the coalition of people that are affected by this, that are interested in having their voices be heard.”

These meetings also appear to be an attempt to draw positive attention to Harris, who is widely unpopular with Americans. According to CNN, “Tuesday’s event, an official told CNN, will draw on Harris’ ability to bring people from wide-ranging backgrounds together to work on specific issues.”

Last week, Harris held a meeting with pro-abortion religious leaders and, in mid-May, with abortion workers to talk about ways to keep abortions legal and available if the Supreme Court allows states to protect unborn babies from abortion again.

Harris said the Biden administration supports “unfettered” abortion – meaning the killing of unborn babies for any reason up to birth, paid for by taxpayers. She also made the baseless claim that overturning Roe would lead to banning same-sex marriage and contraception in the near future.

To Harris, unborn babies’ lives do not matter as much as “self-determination.” Harris also has claimed that aborting an unborn baby is about the “right to live and love.”

Harris’s position on abortion is radical and out of touch with most Americans. A former U.S. senator, she co-sponsored a bill that would have forced states to legalize the killing of unborn babies in abortions for basically any reason up to birth, even if Roe is overturned, and forced taxpayers to pay for them.

Since Roe in 1973, more than 63 million unborn babies and hundreds of mothers have died in supposedly “safe, legal” abortions.

It appears the Supreme Court likely will overturn Roe this summer after a leaked draft shows the justices ruling against the 1973 decision in the Mississippi case Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health. If that happens, states will be allowed to protect unborn babies again, and experts predict as many as 26 will do so. This would result in hundreds of thousands of unborn babies being saved from abortions every year.

Today, Vice President Kamala Harris held a roundtable in Los Angeles, California with faith leaders to discuss some of the most urgent challenges facing our communities, including protecting reproductive rights and addressing the epidemic of hate that is gripping our nation.
 
Attendees discussed the importance of protecting access to reproductive health care, preserving the right to self-determination for individuals and families, and working together to chart the path forward. The Vice President affirmed the key role faith leaders play in bringing people together to move our country in the direction of justice, and she highlighted the constitutional rights affirmed in Roe, including the right to privacy, which protects the right to use contraception, and the freedom to marry the person you love.
 
Participants underscored the importance of ensuring that health care decisions are made by women without government interference, and the need to work together as a coalition to safeguard this right. The Vice President raised that the Louisiana legislature passed a bill that would ban abortion even in cases of rape and incest, saying the bill illustrates that there is a clear and imminent threat to the shared principle of allowing women to make decisions about their own bodies.
 
During the conversation, the Vice President also raised the issue of gun violence that has been plaguing our nation. The Vice President thanked the faith leaders for the important role they play in working toward healing, hope, and unity in their congregations and communities.
 
The Vice President affirmed that faith leaders are essential partners to the Administration and that she looks forward to continuing to work with them to build coalitions across faiths.

How Joe Biden and the I.R.S are Performing Criminal Acts

In an earlier article about Facebook billionaire Mark Zuckerberg’s efforts to fix the 2020 presidential election, we observed that the root cause of America’s current problems, beginning with broken borders and off-the-charts urban violence – is lawlessness.[1] We also observed that this lawlessness originates in the White House, and includes the Justice Department, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Executive Branch generally.

Discussions of the border problem often touch on the criminal element that violates our unenforced border laws beginning with drug dealers, sex traffickers, and migrant smugglers. But the crime problem is vastly understated in these references which gives the impression that it is largely confined to the countries they have left, and has no impact on the country they have invaded. In July 2018, the Government Accountability Office issued a report containing “Criminal Alien Statistics,”[2] which serves to correct this false impression.  Among its conclusions, the report states that one in five federal prisoners in the United States is a criminal alien. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

The G.A.O. report covered the period between 2011 and 2016. During that time frame, approximately 2 million foreigners crossed the border into the United States illegally – which is just about the number of unvetted foreigners whom border officials predict will cross the border illegally this year alone. In that same time frame, there were more than 730,000 criminal aliens in U.S. prisons, federal and state, and local jails. Criminals are not usually arrested the first time they commit a crime and are often released with minimal time served when they are. So while there were 730,000 criminal aliens in U.S. prisons, they accounted for 4.9 million arrests and 7.5 million offenses – which would translate into 10 times greater number of victims than offenders. 

The offenses of these criminals, according to the report, included more than 1 million drug crimes (number of victims unknown); 500,000 assaults; 133,800 sex offenses (number of actual victims who may have been reluctant to report the crimes also unknown); 24,200 kidnappings; 33,300 “homicide-related events:” and “1,500 terrorism-related crimes.”

How many lives were damaged or destroyed by these aliens who entered the country illegally and should never have even been here in the first place, will never be known, and yet the lawless Biden administration which will not enforce existing immigration laws is planning to continue the outrage and pile up the victims at an even greater rate.

And worse. On July 14, 2021, Fox News Channel host Tucker Carlson revealed the Biden Administration had suborned the U.S. military to ship tens of thousands of illegals into cities across the country at taxpayer expense. Laughlin Air Force Base in Texas was used as the platform from which to secretly board illegals and fly them, under the dark of night, to locations across the U.S.  Many other illegals were being sent to occupy the American interior, also at taxpayer expense, but by bus rather than by jet. In the words of Center for Immigration Studies fellow Todd Bensman, “a conveyor belt of commercial and charter buses … are carrying tens of thousands, sight unseen, from Texas, Arizona, and California borderlands northward, and they are dropping their Haitian, Venezuelan, Cuban, and Central American family units in Florida and New Jersey, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, and into large cities in Texas such as Dallas and Houston.”

The fact that the Biden administration chose the middle of the night to ship illegals secretly is a clear indication that the White House was quite aware it was conducting an illegal operation. Its goal, as Tucker Carlson claimed was “changing the electoral map” of the United States and enacting “demographic transformation in our country, without our consent, and in violation of our laws.” Former Trump White House advisor Stephen Miller explained on the same show: “[W]hat is happening now is unprecedented…. This is not about an administration that is unable to protect the border. This is about an administration that in a very purposeful, planned, deliberate, painstaking fashion has turned our Border Patrol and I.C.E. [Immigration & Customs Enforcement] agencies into resettlement agencies…. This is a planned resettlement. The largest of its kind, I would suggest, perhaps in the history of the world in terms of the number of illegal border crossers being resettled into the interior of our country in violation of plain law.”

In a similar vein, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis reported in early November 2021 that, over the course of the preceding summer, dozens of flights had transported groups of illegals from America’s southern border to Jacksonville, Florida in the middle of the night. “Over 70 air charter flights [on] jetliner airliners coming from the southwest border have landed at Jacksonville International Airport,” said Larry Keefe, DeSantis’s public safety spokesman. “On average, there are 36 passengers on each of these flights,” added Keefe. “And that has been going on over the course of the summer through September…. Who is facilitating this travel? How are they getting here? Who are the support people? Who are the sponsors?” 

To answer Keefe’s questions, the support people and sponsors of the aforementioned flights were, in many cases, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that have long enjoyed tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This status permits donors to give money to NGOs while claiming their donations as tax deductions. In many cases, the cost of the midnight flights was paid in full by faith-based and open-border NGOs that had contracted with and were being paid by, the federal government.

Using tax-exempt foundations to defraud taxpayers into subsidizing an illegal invasion of the United States was only possible because of the collusion of the White House and the I.R.S. in supporting this subversion of the American immigration system. And this was only the big picture lawlessness. The smaller details were also full of improprieties. As Breitbart.com reporter John Binder notes, these illegal aliens often received special privileges unavailable to American citizens and legal residents:

“All of the border crossers and illegal aliens used Department of Homeland Security (DHS) forms as their proof of identification, as Biden has allowed them to bypass standard TSA [Transportation Security Administration] rules where American citizens must show photo identification to board commercial flights. Most shockingly, perhaps, the forms border crossers and illegal aliens are allowed to use as official forms of identification for TSA include arrest warrants, deportation orders, Notices to Appear (NTA) in immigration court, and federal custody booking records. In addition, TSA officials confirmed that border crossers and illegal aliens boarding domestic commercial flights do not have to undergo health screenings beforehand.”

The obvious injustice of such an arrangement is greatly compounded by the fact that the very activities in which the NGOs are complicit amount to the willful provision of assistance to countless thousands of people who have intentionally broken American immigration laws. Such NGO activities are clearly in violation of the legal requirements that govern 501(c)(3) nonprofits, requirements that explicitly prohibit support for unlawful actions. As the Internal Revenue Code (I.R.C.) states without ambiguity:

  • “[Tax-]exempt purposes may generally be equated with the public good, and violations of law are the antithesis of the public good. Therefore, the conduct of such activities may be a bar to exemption.”
  • “Not only is the actual conduct of illegal activities inconsistent with exemption, but the planning and sponsoring of such activities are also incompatible with charity and social welfare.”
  • “Violation of constitutionally valid laws is inconsistent with an exemption under IRC 501(c)(3).”
  • “[A]ll charitable organizations, regardless of their form, are subject to the requirement that their purpose may not be illegal or contrary to public policy.”

It is impossible to read this Code without concluding that the Internal Revenue Service itself is not only derelict in its duty but has operated with criminal intent to violate its own statutes, indeed its own mission – and on a massive scale.

An enormous amount of money flows from the federal government to the various NGOs that help illegal aliens make their way to their ultimate destinations across the United States. The most recent year for which an accurate dollar figure is available is 2020, the final year of Donald Trump’s presidency. Even under the immigration policies of President Trump, which were far more restrictive than those of his successor, the federal government in 2020 alone distributed more than $1.5 billion among 42 separate nonprofit organizations that provided housing, educational, medical, and legal services for illegals. The leading recipient of this government largesse in 2020 was an Austin, Texas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit named Southwest Key Programs, which received $400 million in taxpayer funds. The second-leading recipient was BCFS Health & Human Services, a San Antonio-based 501(c)(3) which took in at least $253.1 million from the federal government.

In short, aiding and abetting people who break America’s immigration laws has become a very lucrative enterprise for these NGOs, thanks to the contempt the Biden White House and its bureaucratic agencies have for the law itself.

Another Texas-based 501(c)(3) organization, the Val Verde Border Humanitarian Coalition (VVBHC), processes large numbers of illegal aliens for airline flights or bus trips from Texas to places like Florida, Indiana, New York, Tennessee, and Utah. It also provides those passengers with basic necessities such as food, drink, and access to shower facilities. Moreover, VVBHC is assisted in these endeavors by two additional 501(c)(3) nonprofits, the Salvation Army and the United Methodist Committee on Relief.

In a similar spirit, Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley (CCRGV) plays an active role in providing food and shelter to illegal migrants who have been released from federal custody, before they make their way to their final destinations in various locations across the United States. CCRGV also collaborates with a fellow 501(c)(3) nonprofit named Team Brownsville to provide such items as food, clothing, and diapers — as well as assistance in coordinating travel plans — for illegal aliens in Brownsville, Texas.

Also in Texas, Mercy Ministries works with fellow 501(c)(3)s like Catholic Charities and the Holding Institute to shelter illegal migrants in Laredo.

The Biden Administration has quietly flown enormous numbers of illegal alien minors from Texas to New York between the hours of midnight and 6:30 a.m.  Many of those illegals are then dropped off at the Syosset, Long Island campus of MercyFirst, a 501c3 nonprofit sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy, a fellow Catholic 501(c)(3 nonprofit. From there, they are helped to find permanent homes.

On July 28, 2021, Texas’ Republican Governor, Greg Abbott, issued an executive order barring all citizens and residents of that state from providing transportation services for any migrants who had crossed the southern U.S. border illegally. Abbott’s order sparked the ire of the Catholic Legal Immigration Network Inc. (CLINIC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that characterized the governor’s edict as “an affront to human dignity and morality.” “It promotes racial profiling and punishes organizations, including CLINIC affiliates, for providing vital, life-saving services to immigrants,” said Viviana Westbrook, CLINIC’s state and local advocacy attorney. “This order, its origins, and its goals,” she added, “are a direct attack on all of us, undermining the core value shared by Catholics and other people of faith across this country — we can and must welcome.”

These sentiments may seem noble, but even the Church must obey the law, as its Divine Authority famously said, “Render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s, and unto God what is God’s.” Sedition is not a holy obligation or rite.

Republican Congressman Lance Gooden of Texas has warned that in collaboration with the Biden Administration, tax-exempt NGOs are not only “facilitating human smuggling and child trafficking in our country,” but are also “allowing these migrants, many of whom are unknown to U.S. law enforcement agencies, to board commercial aircraft, creating one of the greatest threats to U.S. national security since September 11, 2001.”

In February 2022, Rep. Gooden introduced The Stop Federal Funding for Human Trafficking and Smuggling Act, legislation designed to deny the flow of government dollars to nonprofit organizations that help facilitate illegal entry into the United States. As Gooden said in a statement: “The Biden administration is working with nonprofits, U.S. corporations, and international agencies to operate an illegal immigration network that spans from South America to every community in the United States. Taxpayer dollars should not be subsiding a mass invasion of our country, and it is time to put a stop to this corrupt operation.”

Former White House Office of Management & Budget Director Russ Vought, who now serves as president of Citizens for Renewing America, lauded Gooden’s bill: “Many NGOs openly encourage the flaunting of our border and immigration laws, providing ‘how-to’ guidance on how to come to the United States illegally, and then reward such activity by facilitating and funding housing, food, utilities, and legal support. The net effect of these activities either directly promotes or provides cover for human trafficking operations, and the exploitation of men, women, and children at the border under the guise of ‘helping’ migrants. I support Rep. Gooden's efforts to make sure groups that facilitate these activities are no longer funded with the hard-earned tax dollars supplied by the forgotten men and women of America.”

When Chris Cabrera, chief of the National Border Patrol Council in South Texas, was asked in February 2022 whether open-borders NGOs “are working at cross purposes to you,” he replied: “Most definitely. And they should not be allowed to, but our government allows it. And that’s a problem. And it’s one reason [Border Patrol] morale is so low.”

Like Texas, California is another state that serves as a destination for countless thousands of illegal border crossers from Mexico and Central America. California-based nonprofits like the San Diego Rapid Response Network (SDRRN) and Jewish Family Service of San Diego (JFS) — both of which receive significant funding from American taxpayers — have helped the Biden Administration fly illegal aliens into the U.S. interior at no cost to them, while allowing them to evade normal airport-security requirements. Indeed, the illegals are asked to do nothing more than pledge that they will check in with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency at some future date — a pledge that is almost always broken.

The San Diego Rapid Response Network — which was launched in 2017 by two California ACLU chapters, the San Diego Organizing Project, and SEIU Local 221 — professes to combat “dehumanizing immigration enforcement activities, including checkpoints, raids, arrests, and harassment, occurring in San Diego County.”

In other words, the lawlessness of the Biden administration has spawned a mentality that is seditious and insurrectionary, and thanks to the complicity of the I.R.S. funded by taxpayer donations that were never intended for such illegal and subversive purposes.

Jewish Family Services is a tax-exempt NGO that colludes with the Homeland Security Department to provide illegal aliens with shelter services. Moreover, JFS furnishes illegals with information packets that explain how they can: find an immigration attorney, apply for asylum, get past TSA agents at airports without showing proof of ID, get free access to high-quality hotels, contact immigration NGOs that can help them break the law, and enroll their children in U.S. public schools. “We … stand with all Dreamers and their families,” JFS proclaims, “and all estimated 11 million undocumented immigrants who consider the United States to be their home.” So much for the rule of law.

In November 2021, Just The News reported that Jewish Family Services, in its most recent financial statement, indicated that it had received more than $16 million in government support during the preceding fiscal year.

JFS’s subversive attacks on U.S. immigration law pre-date the Biden demolition project. JFS opposed virtually all Trump-era immigration policies, including the so-called Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP), a government action stipulating that foreign individuals traveling northward through Mexico and seeking asylum in the U.S. without proper documentation, could be required to remain in Mexico while waiting for their asylum hearings in America to eventually make their way onto a court calendar. Prior to the implementation of MMP, American border agencies had been required to release such illegals into the country’s interior, on the shaky expectation that they would someday show up for their asylum hearings. By JFS’s calculus, MMP was a “cruel and inhuman” policy. JFS is entitled to its opinion, but not to subverting the law and abusing taxpayer monies to implement its own agendas.

Other California-based 501(c)(3) nonprofits that help illegal aliens access free food, hotel rooms, and commercial flights into the American interior include Catholic Charities of San Diego and the Los Angeles-based Shapiro Foundation. In San Diego, many illegals have been housed at hotels including The Four Points by Sheraton, where rates start at $159 per night. Elsewhere in southern California, various nonprofit NGOs have negotiated arrangements with the Biden Administration and the state to provide illegals with hotel rooms costing $71 to $90 per night — again, all courtesy of the U.S. taxpayer, and a derelict I.R.S.

Another center of illegal entry into the United States is Arizona, where, between March 2021 and March 2022, a 501(c)(3) non-profit called the Regional Center for Border Health helped more than 16,700 illegal migrants obtain food, clothing, and transport to far-flung locations across the United States where they could provide a demographic basis for future Democrat majorities – at least according to the assumptions of their Democrat sponsors.

Catholic Charities, meanwhile, has operated regular shuttle buses to Arizona’s Yuma International Airport, where illegal aliens are provided free commercial flights to their ultimate destinations. Many of those flights are paid for by Miles4Migrants, a tax-exempt NGO that uses donated air miles to cover the costs.

No account of nonprofit organizations’ complicity in lawbreaking would be complete without some mention of what was done in 2018 by Pueblo Sin Fronteras (PSF, “People Without Borders”), a Chicago-based organization founded in 2001 by Roberto Corona, a Mexican-born activist dedicated to promoting the rights of illegal aliens in the United States. PSF is a project of another Chicago-based nonprofit, the now-defunct La Familia Latina Unida (“The United Latin Family”). Describing itself as “a collective of friends” who stand “in permanent solidarity with displaced peoples,” PSF has led numerous caravans of migrants and refugees from Central America to the U.S. The organization not only pledges to “provide humanitarian aid and legal advice” for such sojourners but also candidly declares that its overriding objective is to “abolish borders” and facilitate the free, unregulated movement of Central American migrants into the United States. It proposes to do this by dismantling the immigration system and legal order that made America such a desirable destination in the first place and replacing it with the lawless attitudes and practices that made Central America a slum.

In the spring of 2018, People Without Borders helped organize a caravan of hundreds of people from Central America seeking to enter the United States illegally. The co-organizer of that caravan was the CARA Family Detention Pro Bono Project, a coalition composed of the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, the American Immigration Council, the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Three of those four coalition members are tax-exempt NGOs.[3]

On March 23, 2018, People Without Borders publicized the caravan by issuing a press release demanding that Mexico and the United States “respect our rights as refugees and our right to dignified work to be able to support our families”; “open the[ir] borders to us because we are as much citizens as the people of the countries where we are and/or travel”; and end-all “deportations which destroy families.” Notice that everything in this statement is an unsubstantiated claim beginning with the presumption that the caravan members are refugees with rights. Asylum seekers do have rights, but only because America honors them, and the current crisis at the border is in large part the result of would-be asylum seekers failing to show up for the court appointments designed to establish that they are indeed asylum seekers and not just liars seeking the bounties that the rule of law made possible before the Biden progressives began destroying them.

In mid-October of 2018, People Without Borders spearheaded an effort to overwhelm America’s border-control apparatus when it helped launch yet another large caravan — composed of several thousand people from Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador — that began migrating northward for the declared purpose of breaking America’s immigration laws and occupying the United States.

In an October 21, 2018 press release, People Without Borders accused President Trump and the U.S. of using “repressive tactics” to inflict “fear and racism” on the people of Central America. These preposterous claims indicate what little chance there is that such people would make a positive contribution to American life should they succeed in their malign agenda. This agenda was made clearer in the statement of one of its funders, Freedom For Immigrants, an Oakland, California-based tax-exempt advocacy group which claims that America’s “immigration detention system is built upon a long history of white supremacy, capitalism, and imperialism.” Sure, that’s what America needs – more racist Marxists who want America to look like Communist Cuba.

The I.R.S. is the patron saint of a movement to break America’s immigration laws, occupy its cities, bilk its taxpayers, overwhelm its health, welfare, and education services, fill its prisons, and destroy its constitutional order. By their words and actions alike, this movement had shown its utter contempt for America’s integrity as a sovereign nation, and for the hard-won principles that made it the object of their envy. The I.R.S. has abandoned its responsibilities and betrayed its mandate in order to turn a blind eye to its own brazen complicity in advancing chaos and lawlessness through the length and breadth of a once-proud nation.

The defenders of Oprah guru Mehmet "Mohammed" Oz say that there's something "xenophobic", "Islamophobic" and otherwise bigoted about questioning the progressive Senate candidate's Turkish citizenship.

But running for the Senate with dual citizenship is strange in and of itself. Doing so while being a citizen of an enemy nation tied up with Islamic terrorism is really... unsavory.

But Senator Lindsey Graham would like to borrow that word.

In interviews, Republicans gave Oz what amounts to a leg up in his nasty primary by saying that they have no concerns about his loyalty and no problems with him receiving classified briefings should he become a U.S. senator.

“That whole line of attack is unsavory to me,” said Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.). “I have no doubt that he’s loyal to the United States.”

As loyal as Lindsey who never met a Muslim Brotherhood member he would condemn.

Republican Sens. John McCain of Arizona and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina broke the GOP silence on Capitol Hill on Sunday to issue a scathing condemnation of President Donald Trump’s ban on travel to the United States from seven Muslim-majority countries.

“We fear this executive order will become a self-inflicted wound in the fight against terrorism,” McCain and Graham said in a joint statement, adding that Trump’s executive order “may do more to help terrorist recruitment than improve our security.”

Quite a recommendation.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) backed up celebrity doctor Mehmet Oz on Tuesday, calling attacks on his dual U.S.-Turkish citizenship “unsavory.”

Oz’s campaign for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania has faced scrutiny for his close ties to Turkey, a nation run by autocrat Recep Tayyip Erdogan. In addition to his dual citizenship he has pledged to revoke it if elected, resurfaced photos showed Oz voted in Turkey’s most recent presidential election while reportedly not voting in America’s election.

Oz, who claims he maintains Turkish citizenship to care for his elderly mother, served in Turkey’s military to receive it. Oz also has a real estate portfolio within the country. An advocacy group has called on the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate Oz for failing to register as a foreign agent for his work with Turkish Airlines.

These connections to Turkey drew criticism from former President Donald Trump’s former Secretary of State and CIA Director Mike Pompeo, who said he has “judgments about [Oz’s] priorities.

However, Graham came to Oz’s defense in an interview with Politico, calling the attacks on Oz’s Turkish ties “unsavory.”

“That whole line of attack is unsavory to me. I have no doubt that he’s loyal to the United States,” Graham said.

Oz also found support from National Republican Senatorial Chair Rick Scott (R-FL), who does not “have a concern about” Oz’s dual citizenship.

“It’s a legit issue, but I think he’s answered it well. I don’t have any concerns about it myself,” said Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-ND).

“I can’t imagine why anybody would be against [Oz] just because he maintains dual citizenship,” Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) told Politico.

On the other hand, Democrat Senator and Senate Foreign Relations Committee chair Bob Menendez (D-NJ) strongly criticized Oz for his connections to Turkey, signaling an attack Democrats may use against him if he advances to the general election.

“Why then? Why not now? If you want to be a U.S. senator, you should tell the people of Pennsylvania that your only allegiance is to the United States,” Menendez said.

A Pro-Democrat super PAC has already run an attack ad against Oz for his ties to Turkey that saw support from Armenian-American and Greek-American leaders.

Oz campaign spokesperson Brittany Yanick painted this criticism of Oz as “xenophobic attacks.”

“These are pathetic and xenophobic attacks on Dr. Oz by David McCormick, who should be ashamed of himself,” Yanick said. “There is no security issue whatsoever, and David McCormick knows that Dr. Oz has maintained his dual citizenship to make it easier to help care for his mother who has Alzheimer’s and lives there.”

A "Catholic" president believes a woman has an inherent right to “abort a child”

President Joe Biden’s outgoing press secretary, Jen Psaki, was asked by reporters last week to explain the president’s use of the words “abort a child” when commenting on who should make that judgment. Psaki ducked the question. She responded only that “the President’s view on a woman’s right to make choices about her own healthcare is well known, well documented, well stated.”

President Biden also said that certain basic rights, such as the right to privacy, are inherent rights. They do not come from the government, President Biden said, “but because I’m just a child of God; I exist.”  He would recognize, of course, that a pregnant woman too is a “child of God” who also has an inherent right to privacy.

However, in the pregnant woman’s case, according to the expansive concept of privacy adopted in Roe v. Wade, her inherent right to privacy means that she can make the choice, in President Biden’s own words, to “abort a child.” Conversely, in this way of thinking, the aborted child does not exist as a “child of God” with the inherent right to life but is considered instead to be a throw-away body part.

Indeed, Jen Psaki refused to answer whether the president supports an unlimited right to abortion, even up until the moment of birth. “He supports the right of a woman to make choices about her own body with her doctor,” Psaki insisted.

The Declaration of Independence recognized that “all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

During the course of the nation’s history and Supreme Court interpretations of the Constitution over time, these basic rights have been extended to all “persons” and given deeper meaning as they are applied to new circumstances.

However, it is one thing to interpret the fundamental principle of “liberty,” as that word is used in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution, to include a notion of privacy in someone’s intimate personal relationships that is protected from undue governmental interference. It is quite another thing to say that the protection of one’s privacy intrinsic to one’s own liberty extends to extinguishing another living being created in the image of God.

Abortion presents complex policy issues that are better left to be sorted out by the political process in which the people have a say through their elected representatives. Creating a completely new constitutional right to “abort a child” does violence to the true meaning of unalienable, God-given rights that are considered so fundamental to ordered liberty that they are beyond lawmakers’ discretion to deny.

President Biden and his press secretary have no problem referring to the right of a “woman” to make choices about her own body, evidently assuming that everyone knows what a “woman” is. Well, not everyone, as we saw during the Senate confirmation hearing of President Biden’s choice for the Supreme Court, Ketanji Brown Jackson.

"Can you provide a definition for the word ‘woman?’" Senator Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., asked the Supreme Court justice in waiting. "Can I provide a definition? No," Ms. Jackson responded. "I can't."

Thus, after Justice Stephen G. Breyer formally steps down as an associate justice this summer, he will be replaced by a justice who could not, or would not, even provide a definition of the word “woman.” Will she refer to "pregnant people" or "birthing people” instead as the class of individuals with the right to make choices about their own bodies and "abort a child," in order not to offend transgender men?

The Biden White House is so angry about the potential overruling of Roe v. Wade that the president and his spokesperson did not speak out for days against plans by pro-abortion extremists to carry their militant protests to where conservative Supreme Court justices live and where Catholics worship.

“I think the president’s view is that there’s a lot of passion, a lot of fear, a lot of sadness from many, many people across this country about what they saw in that leaked document,”  White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said, referring to the leaked draft opinion overruling Roe v. Wade written by Justice Samuel Alito.

A radical pop-up group known as Ruth Sent Us, named after the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, is one of the extreme leftist organizations behind an effort to intimidate Supreme Court justices by invading their privacy at home.

Another radical group involved with coordinating protests to pressure the Supreme Court to uphold Roe v. Wade is Rise Up 4 Abortion Rights. Its website calls for people opposed to “patriarchal domination” and “female enslavement” to “resist” and “fill the streets with our fury.”

Is a replay of the disruptive anti-police protests of the summer of 2020, which led to violence in the streets, in the offing?

The Ruth Sent Us group published the residential locations of six conservative justices and urged its followers to “rise up” in protest against them “to force accountability.”  

Some radical pro-abortion activists gathered outside the homes of targeted Supreme Court justices on Saturday, in one case loudly chanting “No uterus, no opinion” outside of Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home.

A reporter described the pro-abortion protest scene outside of Justice Kavanaugh’s home as "one of the scariest things" he had ever witnessed. He characterized the protests as an "attempt at intimidation."

Justice Alito and his family reportedly have been moved to an undisclosed location out of concern for their personal safety.

The radicals’ raucous protests outside the justices’ homes may have violated a federal law prohibiting pickets, parades, or demonstrations “near a building or residence occupied or used by” a judge “with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge…”

But don’t expect the Biden Justice Department to take any action to enforce the law. Attorney General Merrick Garland is too busy monitoring parents’ behavior at school board meetings.

On May 9th, following the protests at two justices’ homes over the weekend, with more planned for this week, Jen Psaki finally tweeted the following statement:

“@POTUS strongly believes in the Constitutional right to protest. But that should never include violence, threats, or vandalism. Judges perform an incredibly important function in our society, and they must be able to do their jobs without concern for their personal safety.”

The White House also put out a statement on May 9th declaring that President Biden “strongly condemns” a Molotov cocktail attack on a Wisconsin pro-life group’s office over this past weekend.

Too little too late. President Biden himself should have gotten ahead of the mounting danger to the Supreme Court justices’ safety and the risk of violence. He should have addressed pro-abortion supporters directly with an urgent message for them to stand down from taking actions intended to intimidate any justices.

President Biden failed to do so.

Instead, President Biden managed to find time last week to insult the many millions of law-abiding Americans who believe in former President Donald Trump’s America First agenda. The president degraded his office by outlandishly claiming that the “MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization that’s existed in American history — in recent American history.”

That distinction belongs to Antifa and other far-left groups prone to violence. 

Pro-abortion radicals not only hate the Supreme Court justices who may overrule Roe v. Wade, as well as the institution of the Supreme Court itself. They also hate the Catholic Church.

Pro-abortion radicals have no compunctions about defacing churches with pro-abortion graffiti, which they did last week to a Catholic Church in Boulder, Colorado.

Pro-abortion radicals also have no compunctions about interfering with Catholics’ freedom of worship, as they did last Saturday when they blocked the entrance to a New York City church.

And that is not all. Ruth Sent Us also tweeted the following threat on May 7th: “Stuff your rosaries and your weaponized prayer. We will remain outraged after this weekend, so keep praying. We’ll be burning the Eucharist to show our disgust for the abuse Catholic Churches have condoned for centuries.”

Where is the self-declared devout Catholic Joe Biden’s outrage over a threat to burn the Eucharist? President Biden found time recently to condemn Islamophobia, but he has given hatred directed at Catholics by members of the Democrats’ progressive Left base a free pass.

Leftists have a habit of demanding rights for themselves and their own causes, including freedom of speech and privacy while having no problem denying these same rights to their declared “enemies.”

The Democrats' far-left base believes in mob rule rather than the rule of law. It is past time for President Biden to repudiate them.

U.S. Code § 1507 states that “any individual who “pickets or parades” with the “intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer” near a federal court or “near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer (emphasis mine)” will be fined, or “imprisoned not more than one year, or both.”

It’s no surprise that Joe Biden’s Department of Justice hasn’t lifted a finger to arrest anyone obviously trying to interfere with a Supreme Court decision. It’s also not particularly surprising that Joe Biden’s U.S. Marshals Service hasn’t been tasked with protecting the homes of conservative justices who are under threat.

But the biggest non-surprise of all is that Biden doing nothing about prominent Democrats like House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) all but encouraging and justifying violence against the justices.

Fox News:

“While we have seen and heard extraordinary anguish in our communities,” Pelosi, D-Calif., said, “we have been moved by how so many have channeled their righteous anger into meaningful action: planning to march and mobilize to make their voices heard.”

In the statement, Pelosi also attacked Republicans and the Supreme Court over the expected ruling, and says that Democrats will “fight relentlessly to enshrine Roe v. Wade as the law of the land.”

“Righteous anger,” indeed.

“Republicans have made clear that their goal will be to seek to criminalize abortion nationwide,” Pelosi said. “Republican state legislators across the country are already advancing extreme new laws, seeking to arrest doctors for offering reproductive care, ban abortion entirely with no exceptions, and even charge women with murder who exercise their right to choose.”

None of those proposals have passed in any state legislature. Pelosi is dancing with strawmen to gin up outrage against the justices. And given the hysteria that Pelosi and other Democrats are generating against the justices, any such rhetorical incendiary devices could motivate some radical left crackpot to attempt to give Biden a few more Supreme Court picks.

This should concern Attorney General Merrick Garland. But the man who wanted to sic the FBI on parents protesting at school board meetings — a purely local matter — is predictably quiet when federal judges are under threat from a hysterical mob of left-wing crazies.

Fox News:

According to senior fellow at the National Review Institute and Fox News contributor Andy McCarthy, the Biden DOJ is being silent on this for the same reason as the White House: “They are elevating their political interest in portraying the draft Supreme Court opinion as extreme over their constitutional duty to execute the laws faithfully and protect both the Court and the justices.”

“I would note that months ago, when Attorney General Garland unjustifiably dispatched the FBI to investigate parents who were protesting the inclusion of racist and anti-American materials in school curricula, Garland claimed that the Justice Department had an interest in protecting teachers and school administrators. Not only was it untrue that schools were under siege; the relationship between parents and schools is a state and local issue, not a federal one — hypothetically, if a parent were to assault a teacher, it would be a state crime, not a federal one,” continued McCarthy.

Garland is just Biden’s errand boy. He does what he’s told to do. But Pelosi’s veiled threats against the justices, claiming that some anger is justified and should be encouraged, puts the Speaker outside the lines of acceptable behavior in a volatile political atmosphere.

Chicago's GAY Mayor Issues 'Call to Arms' Against Supreme Court After Abortion Decision Leak

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is keenly aware of what she did when she issued a “call to arms” to fight the Supreme Court. With all the violence in her own city, maybe it is just background noise like gunshots on a Saturday night.

The mayor, who presides over a city with the 10th highest murder rate in the country, thought nothing of turning up the flame under an already roiling mob of “protesters” who are quite literally obstructing justice by blocking the homes of Supreme Court justices.

A far-left group leaked the addresses of the justices’ homes and a map for how to get each one, and since then the mobs have begun camping outside the homes of Brett Kavanaugh, John Roberts, and Samuel Alito in hopes of changing votes after a leaked draft decision on Mississippi’s Dobbs case suggested that the Court would send the issue of abortion back to the states.

Lightfoot’s “call to arms” came after a news conference in which she vowed to make the Windy City a “sanctuary” for abortion for women — but not for babies.

She promised $500,000 of other people’s money to pay for “free” abortions for people who come to Chicago to take advantage of the city’s newly declared “sanctuary” status.

“Proud to stand side-by-side with fearless women leaders of Chicago,” she wrote online. “We will fight like hell to protect reproductive freedom for women here and across the country.” What she doesn’t say, of course, is that even if Roe v. Wade and Casey v. Planned Parenthood decisions, the flawed “canon” of law untethered from the Constitution, are removed, the issue of abortion goes back to the states.

Lightfoot probably didn’t read Justice Alito’s majority opinion, but if she did, she would see that he included a proviso that this decision affected life and not other jurisprudence.

But Lightfoot, like many other people, knows that the gay marriage decision Obergefell v. Hodges, which somehow found same-sex marriage in the Constitution, may also one day devolve back to the states, where marriage always has been. She doesn’t want that to happen, thus her call to arms.

In a Twitter thread, the Chicago mayor, who’s gay, said to her “friends in the LGBTQ+ community” that “the Supreme Court is coming for us next. This moment has to be a call to arms. We will not surrender our rights without a fight—a fight to victory!”

Lightfoot doesn’t trust the same voters who put her into office to decide the issues of marriage and abortion.

As Michael Quinn Sullivan, the publisher of Texas Scorecard, put it, “if this isn’t a call to insurrection, what is?”

Look for Sullivan to have his taxes audited next year.

California to become the first “abortion tourism” state, luring pregnant women to the state with funds for airfare, lodging, meals

(Natural News) With the landmark 1973 Supreme Court Ruling (Roe v. Wade) soon to get the ax, California is already preparing to become the first ABORTION TOURISM STATE. A new bill, proposed by California senators Nancy Skinner and Anna Caballero, would pay pregnant women to travel into California and terminate the life of their baby. This program would financially incentivize women to get pregnant and abort their babies, over and over again.

This new package (Senate Bill 1142) would provide pregnant women with all the funds they need for a free abortion vacation. The bill calls these abortion vacation amenities “practical support services.” These funds include money for airfare, lodging, meals, dependent childcare, gas, and other financial assistance – as long as the women commit to aborting their babies. This program can target women at any stage of their pregnancy, even when the baby is viable outside the womb.

California Democrats look to regulate the population by controlling and coercing women

California Democrats are literally trying to regulate the population of the United States by coercing women into convenient abortions, at any stage of their baby’s gestation. The state would issue abortion vacation funds to various nonprofit organizations in the form of grants. Additionally, the law would require the California Health and Human Services Agency to conduct an “educational and outreach campaign” to lure women into abortion. The Agency would be tasked with developing a website, pointing women in the direction of the nearest abortion provider. After they make travel arrangements for the abortion, the targeted women can be reimbursed for practically all expenses related to the trip.

For the Democrats, this program is obviously all about control, as they take other people’s money to dictate predatory medical procedures over a woman’s body. In the process, they degrade the woman and discard innocent human life, while providing NO assistance to help the woman or her child find healing, life, dignity, and a future together.

High-level Democrats would love to end Roe v. Wade, because it allows them to control women at the state level, using taxpayer funds to dictate a pregnant woman’s future, while shouldering her loss, shame, and guilt. Democrats do not care about a woman’s choice, or else they would provide financial assistance programs to support her baby and the woman’s mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Protecting human life is more important than ever, as predatory governments and corporations prey on women and offer no hope for their situation, their family, or their future.

California already disregards body autonomy rights in favor of coercion and death

California is already pushing abortion for women. Abortion is financially incentivized by the state’s Medicaid program. California taxpayers are forced to pay for population control, as women are coerced into violating the body autonomy rights of the most vulnerable – their own child. Private insurers are even forced to pay for abortions under state law. California legislators are trying to erase the “right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” from the U.S. Constitution by guaranteeing unchecked abortion rights in the state’s Constitution.

Democrats pretend to be about “women’s rights,” but their actions suggest they only care about destroying the next generation of women and men. Suddenly, in California, it’s all about “my body, my choice” – as the state disregards the basic human rights of the unborn, allowing unchecked dismembering and vacuuming of their body parts, straight from the mother’s womb.

Of course, these fetal organs are valuable in the organ trafficking industry. The vaccine industry notoriously uses fetal organs to replicate pathogens for their biologics. Perhaps the state of California is being used to keep this organ trafficking industry viable, as the vaccine industry expands. Ironically, California is the same state that has vanquished all body autonomy rights, forcing adults, children, and babies to succumb to destructive vaccine mandates and passports (that are also causing further harm and loss of life).

(Natural NewsNBC News and PBS News correspondent Yamiche Alcindor, a black woman, is livid over the revelation that the Supreme Court is planning to overturn Roe v. Wade.

According to Alcindor, “women of color” like herself will now “be forced to have pregnancies that they cannot afford.” And the worst part, she says, is that “they will then turn into children” – oh, the horror!

Like many other leftist women, Alcindor apparently believes that protecting children in the womb is one of the worst things that could ever happen. She said that the news is “like someone has died” – a funeral, if you will, for legalized abortion.

Alcindor made a trek to the Jackson Women’s Health Organization in Mississippi, an abortion clinic that is at the center of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the SCOTUS case that prompted all of this.

“While conservatives are celebrating the possible end of Roe v. Wade, some women here tell me they feel ‘gutted,’ ‘devastated,’ and ‘like someone has died,'” Alcindor tweeted.

Overturning Roe v. Wade will also overturn “gay marriage,” Alcindor suggests

Alcindor proceeded to tell fill-in host Kristen Welker that “while women are getting the service that they need today, and they’re getting abortion today, their question is how long?” the implication being that we should all feel sorry for these poor women who do not want their babies.

Perhaps they should have thought about that before getting pregnant in the first place. Then they would not “need” to get this “service,” and there would not be a pity party on the Left about potentially losing access to the procedure.

“As is the case with most of the media coverage on the issue, notice how liberal journalists never show an ounce of concern for and compassion towards the babies whose lives are ended,” writes Curtis Houck for mrcNewsBusters.

In Alcindor’s debased opinion, the Supreme Court is out of touch with the average American woman, who apparently hates children so much – and also hates using birth control – that having to bear one after engaging in irresponsible sexual behavior is the worst thing that could ever possibly happen.

“They’re saying … women here are going to be put in danger because they’re going to be forced to have pregnancies and have children that they simply cannot afford, or that they simply do not want that it’s not their choice anymore,” Alcindor went on to complain.

In her view, people “on the ground” want unlimited access to abortion, but politicians are “talking about legislation and talking about what could come next,” meaning no more legalized abortion.

Somehow, the overturning of Roe v. Wade will also affect “gay marriage,” according to Alcindor. Welkner, upon hearing this suggestion, agreed with Alcindor.

Alcindor also talked about “privilege,” claiming that one woman getting an abortion walked up to her with “tears in her eyes and said that she went up to the volunteers to thank the – thank them for their work because she said her as a woman who’s an attorney who has the means and resources that she’ll always be able to get an abortion because she’ll be able to fly to one of what they’re calling the 13 Safe States.”

The United States is being split, in other words, into pro-abortion and pro-life states. And only the “privileged” will be able to cough up enough cash to travel elsewhere to get an abortion if they live in a “red” state.

“Mississippi as a state doesn’t have a lot of safety nets, that the women who are going to be forced to have these children, they’re going to have a really hard time trying to support those children,” Alcindor added.

The latest Fox News poll reflects a pro-life trend that has been growing for years. In a poll completed just before Politico announced the leak of the Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization on Monday, Fox reported that a majority thinks abortion should be illegal “all (11%) or most of the time (43%).” Those who think abortion should be legal “is [at] a record low and it’s also the first time the portion saying ‘illegal’ has been above 50% on a Fox News poll.”

The trend favoring the pro-life position has been apparent for years. Back in 1998, Gallup asked, “Do you think abortions should be legal under any circumstances, legal only under certain circumstances, or illegal in all circumstances?” At the time, 15 percent said abortion should be illegal in all circumstances. Ten years later, that percentage was 18 percent, and since then it has moved higher, to nearly 20 percent.

According to the Pew Research Center’s latest polling results, 39 percent say abortion should be illegal in all or most cases.

Last June, Gallup found that 52 percent of Americans take a pro-life position on abortion, wanting all (19 percent) or almost all (33 percent) abortions made illegal. That same poll found that only 32 percent of those polled think abortions should be legal up to the moment of birth.

January 2021, a Marist poll found a majority of those polled were pro-life and oppose all or nearly all abortions. A poll conducted later that year by CBS News reported that 55 percent of Americans say abortion should either be more limited or should not be permitted at all.

A Morning Consult poll conducted last year found that a majority of those polled want abortions to be made illegal either in all cases or only legal in very rare cases such as rape or incest, or when the pregnancy directly affects the life of the mother. Those exceptions constitute less than two or three percent of all abortions, which means, as Steven Ertelt of Life News put it, “Most Americans support making virtually all abortions illegal.”

Another measure of growing opposition to abortion comes from the pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute, which reported that since Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973, states have imposed more than 1,300 restrictions on the procedure, including more than 100 last year alone.

At least one of them — Texas SB 8, the “Heartbeat Law” — made headline news, especially as other states such as Oklahoma and Idaho passed nearly identical laws.

In commenting on the Texas law, former Texas congressman Dr. Ron Paul pointed out that

It is no coincidence that Roe v. Wade came at a time when respect for natural rights of life, liberty, and property, was on the decline.

The ultimate solution, Dr. Paul wrote, was to reverse the trend by recognizing that abortion is the taking of an innocent life:

The way to reverse these developments is to restore respect for the inalienable right to life, liberty, and property, of all human beings, both born and unborn.

The cause of life is inseparable from the cause of liberty.

It’s taken 50 years, but the trend, and the momentum, is unmistakable. The Supreme Court “leak” is now propelling forward the conversation that states and their citizens must have on the issue. And they’re increasingly moving back to the Declaration of Independence’s crystal-clear statement:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

Amid SCOTUS Leak, Congressional Democrats Push Radical Abortion Bill

Democrats in Congress, weaponizing a recent leak suggesting the Supreme Court will overrule Roe v. Wade, are seeking to enact a blatantly unconstitutional bill that would enshrine Roe v. Wade into federal law and overturn all state-level restrictions on abortion.

The bill, deceitfully titled the “Women’s Health Protection Act,” is numbered H.R. 3755 in the House and S. 1975 in the Senate. The House version, sponsored by Representative Judy Chu (D-Calif.) has 215 cosponsors; while the Senate version, sponsored by Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), has 47 cosponsors. Not only is every cosponsor a Democrat, but nearly the entire Democrat congressional caucus supports this radical bill.

On September 24, 2021, the House voted 218-211 in favor of H.R. 3755 — with only one exception, every Democrat voted in favor of it. On February 28, 2022, Senate Democrats attempted to pass the bill, but it was defeated by a 46-48 vote.

Despite H.R. 3755’s failure to pass the Senate, the Left will continue doing everything possible to force it through. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer vowed to hold another vote on the bill, and leftists are renewing their calls to end the filibuster, even if only for abortion-related votes.

Furthermore, the Deep State is pushing for the continuation of Roe v. Wade and unlimited abortion access. For example, 17 leftist governors signed a letter calling for the passage of H.R. 3755 and S. 1975. Additionally, the United Nations voiced its support for abortion, while globalist world leaders also condemned Roe’s possible overturning.

H.R. 3755 and S. 1975 are packed with extremist and unconstitutional provisions. It would:

  • End all state and federal laws requiring parental consent for minors to obtain an abortion.
  • End all state laws requiring doctors to give mothers information about alternatives to abortion.
  • End all state restrictions on late-term abortions; only six other countries, including China and North Korea, allow abortions this late.
  • Force medical professionals to commit abortions against their conscience.
  • Force hospitals to commit abortions or else lose public funding.
  • End the Hyde Amendment and other safeguards preventing taxpayer funding of abortions.

Under Article I, Section 8 and the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the federal government has no authority to any make laws concerning abortion, much less override state laws that prohibit or restrict it in order to protect the life of the pre-born.

Additionally, H.R. 3755 and S. 1975 are littered with “woke” language such as “reproductive justice.” It also claims that abortion and other “restrictions on reproductive health … perpetuate systems of oppression, lack of bodily autonomy, white supremacy, and anti-Black racism.”

H.R. 3755 and S. 1975 are unconstitutional bills that seek to uphold a deeply flawed, unconstitutional, immoral, and unscientific Supreme Court ruling. Congress would be wise to totally reject them.

Far-left Website Vice Promotes "Do-it-yourself" Abortion Pills

On Tuesday, the far-left website Vice promoted and shared a self-described anarchist group’s recipe for a do-it-yourself abortion pill, which could allow prospective mothers to end their baby’s life without medical assistance. The Four Thieves Vinegar Collective, a biohacking group, which has a history of sharing do-it-yourself medications, first concocted their homemade abortion pill in 2019.

Last year, in reaction to the Texas legislature passing its heartbeat law, the group released a 17-minute video on how to make misoprostol tablets, which can be used to induce abortions. The video is presented by Michael S. “Mixael” Laufer, the leader of the Four Thieves Vinegar Collective.

“The first thing to mention is this has been put together with a little bit of haste,” Laufer said in the video. “There’s been a great deal of panic because the Republic of Texas has gotten up to some shenanigans to benefit people who are in power and to keep a bunch of other people powerless.”

While it’s unwise to promote “do-it-yourself” medication, isn’t it even more unwise to do so “with a little bit of haste?”

On Tuesday, Laufer shared the video on Twitter. Despite their much-stated aversion to sharing “medical misinformation,” the tweet remains up on the social network.

“Not hypothetical at all. Go forth and rock it,” Laufer wrote.

In the video, Laufer lays out his shady methods for how to obtain misoprostol from veterinarians who use the drug to treat ulcers in horses.

“You will need the misoprostol powder, you will need a scale, you will need a pollen press … you’ll need some confectioners’ sugar and some cornstarch or powdered milk, and you’ll need a spray bottle. And that’s it, six things,” Laufer calmly asserts in the video, in which he explains how to kill a fetus in utero.

Laufer claims his baby-killing solutions are 85-95 percent effective. He also says that the pills he teaches laymen to make should be a last resort, and that people should seek assistance from established abortion providers first.

“The video is likely to help at least some people seeking abortions,” the Vice story, written by Jason Koebler, asserts. The article appears on the Vice Motherboard technology page.

“Motherboard cannot speak to the safety of making your own pills, and the Four Thieves Vinegar Collective has been criticized by some in the pharmaceutical and medical establishment who think that making DIY medicine isn’t safe under any circumstances,” Koebler’s story says.

But Motherboard’s Twitter page issued no such caveat, instead linking to the video with a tweet that reads, “Misoprostol is relatively easy to acquire from veterinary sources, since in addition to medically inducing abortions, it’s also used to treat ulcers in horses.”

So the story provides the caveat that the safety of making your own abortion pills cannot be vouched for, but then the source’s Twitter page tells you how easy it is to get the ingredients.

If you’re thinking that Vice was among those criticizing people such as Joe Rogan and Aaron Rodgers for using ivermectin, which news sources such as CNN continually referred to as “horse medicine,” despite the fact that the drug also had human uses, you’re absolutely right. Vice at least appears to grasp the irony a little bit.

“This is reminiscent of ivermectin, which is used to control parasites in horses but also became a favored — but ineffective — COVID treatment among conspiracy theorists. Ivermectin’s use in horses made it easier for humans to get without a prescription,” the piece points out.

At the time, Vice itself tweeted that Rogan was spreading “misinformation.”

“Rogan has recovered from COVID-19 and used his first show back to spread misinformation about the horse-deworming drug he took,” Vice tweeted with a link to a story which accused Rogan of “shilling for ivermectin.”

Now Vice itself is shilling for a horse drug to be used on humans — for abortion, of all things.

Since a leak at the Supreme Court revealed a draft of a majority decision that would overturn Roe v. Wade — the flawed high court decision that has allowed abortion to be legal at the federal level since 1973 — pro-abortion forces have ramped up their rhetoric and intimidation tactics against the Court and pro-life forces.

And now, at least one far-left information source is even promoting risky do-it-yourself abortions.

Someone named “Darrian the insurrectionist” (@DarrianRilley) wrote on Twitter that “Political violence works,” and that the left really needs to stop “playcating [sic] to the right.”

“Leftist [sic] in America need to burn down the Supreme Court if Roe V wade is overturned,” this account further wrote, apparently not breaking any of Twitter’s “community guidelines” with this violent rhetoric.

Another Twitter user named “Schrödinger’s Zen … (or Roger)” (@RWNJ_) promised to “HELP BURN THIS [expletive] TO THE GROUND!!!” if Roe v. Wade gets overturned.

Then we have “Chrisoula Baikos #GoodTrouble” (@SOEAtlanta) who called for a “Scorched earth” response to the overturning of Roe v. Wade.

“Burn it all to the ground,” this red-haired female added, with Twitter’s apparent blessing.

“REMINDER: the Democratic House, Senate and Presidency could stop this with ONE LAW, TODAY,” added someone named “Elizabeth C. McLaughlin (she / her)” (@ECMcLaughlin).

“BURN IT ALL DOWN,” McLaughlin added.

Conservatives have been taken down by the state for saying much less

On and on and on, on their social media platform of choice, leftist Twitter users are not beating around the bush in expressing their demonic bloodlust for abortion to remain legal at all costs.

If these deranged baby murderers do not get their way, they are planning (or so they say) to burn down the Supreme Court and other American institutions. You might even say they are planning an insurrection against the United States government, come June.

Keep in mind that conservatives were tarred and feathered for storming the Capitol building in Washington, D.C., last summer. The Left called Trump supporters “insurrectionists,” and some of them are still rotting in prison without charges due to their political activism.

Now, the same virtue signalers who decried right-wing free speech as “violence” are openly calling for actual violence if they lose their “right” to tear limb-from-limb unborn children.

On his blog, Hal Turner from the “Hal Turner Radio Show” explained that he was arrested by federal agents back in 2009 for far less than what deranged leftists are now tweeting on Twitter.

Turner wrote an editorial about a federal court of appeals ruling that called the three judges in that case “traitors” to the Constitution. It also quoted Thomas Jefferson’s famous “Tree of Liberty” letter, which reads:

“The tree of liberty must be replenished from time to time, with the blood of tyrants and patriots …”

“These judges deserve to be killed,” Turner further opined in the piece, adding that “their blood would replenish the tree of liberty, a small price to pay to assure freedom for millions.”

At the time, Turner was told that because “someone (who read my editorial) might take my words to heart and take action” that he was guilty of a “threat” – even though his op-ed was just that: an opinion.

“I was arrested, held without bail, prosecuted in December, 2009 and the trial resulted in a HUNG JURY, 9 voted ‘not guilty,'” Turner writes. “The government prosecuted me again in March, 2010, and again, HUNG JURY.”

“The government went on to prosecute me an astonishing THIRD TIME. By then I was bankrupt and could not afford my lawyers, so I was given a public defender. At trial #3 on Friday, August 13, 2010, I was convicted and sent to federal prison … Because ‘someone might take my words to heart.'”

According to Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Chief Michel Moore, protesters swarmed Pershing Square and began throwing rocks at police officers. Some of them also smashed squad car windows, injuring one officer in the process.

“A segment of the group began to take the intersection,” Moore tweeted. “We attempted to communicate, clear and provide dispersal order to the group.”

“Crowd began to throw rocks and bottles at [officers],” he added. “We have one [officer] injured ([unknown] extent).”

An ambulance was called to the scene as photos and video footage of the violent incident began to circulate on social media.

Protesters were also seen toppling barriers and tagging graffiti outside the U.S. Courthouse at 350 W. 1st St. A tactical alert was issued to ensure enough resources for other service calls, though it was deactivated before 11 p.m.

Many pro-abortion rioters in LA were seen carrying communist flags

Journalist Andy Ngô also tweeted about the protest, which looked a whole lot like the George Floyd riots of mid-2020.

Calling the crowd a “mob” of “far-left pro-abortion rioters,” Ngô offered his followers a breakdown of what happened, along with video footage – see below:

Ian Miles Cheong also tweeted about the LAPD face-off with abortion-loving “communists,” since many in the violent mob were seen carrying communist flags.

All of this is quickly shaping up to be George Floyd 2.0, and in a mid-term election year, no less. Keep in mind that the Floyd riots also occurred during a critical election year.

“Electioneering is what Democrats call this,” wrote someone at Zero Hedge about how the leak appears staged, especially when considering the timing.

“A spontaneously (organized days ago) peaceful riot with zero consequences for the DemonRat organizers and paid ‘demonstrators,'” wrote another, adding to the sentiment. “The FBI will move in and seize all evidence and make it disappear.”

“The cops were triggered and ran away to a safe space where they could get three weeks paid leave while getting therapy in various brothels in Panama, Costa Rica and Laguna Beach,” this same commenter further joked, perhaps hitting a few more truths along the way.

Another asked why leftists in Los Angeles, which is at no risk of losing abortion services any time soon, are upset that they will not be able to get an abortion in North Dakota. And more importantly, why are they attacking local police over something the Supreme Court is slated to do at the federal level?

“That’s not the issue,” responded another. “The goal is to rally the Democratic Morons to show up in November. The election is no longer about the miserable job the Dems have been doing; it is now about Roe v. Wade. Get it?”

“To get even, the Court should release a statement that the current consensus is not to overturn R.v.W., regardless of where it really stands.”

Another made the same connection to the George Floyd riots, suggesting that those, too, were orchestrated for maximum shock factor to persuade many otherwise apathetic people to get out there and vote against Donald Trump back in 2020.

After two years of violent attacks on American liberties and the Constitution under the pretext of the “pandemic response,” breaking long-standing ethical norms and procedures of the nation’s top court does not seem like a big deal to leftists. A leaked draft majority opinion on the Supreme Court’s decision that overturns the purported constitutional right to abortion is already paying off and giving the Democratic Party something to run on this fall besides President Biden’s catastrophic record. 

While many on the Left were outraged and frustrated by the Politico report on the draft that the Court recognized as authentic, the more pragmatic wing of the camp saw it as an opportunity to divert voters’ attention away from the economy, which was “built back better” to the point of looming food shortages, among other Biden’s “achievements.”

“2022 IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ELECTION of OUR LIFETIME!” shouted Democratic National Committee Chairman Jaime Harrison on Twitter, while warning voters that “attacking fundamental freedoms — a woman’s right to choose” is only a step in a lengthy process of Republicans “ravaging our rights.”

As reported by CNBC, “Hours after the draft was leaked, the Democratic National Committee, the governing body for the party, sent out a text message to potential donors highlighting the document.”

The message reportedly reads, “News shows SCOTUS is set to overturn Roe. We must hold the GOP accountable for their attacks. Rush $15 to the DNC.” The DNC has also launched ads on its Facebook page calling on people to donate to help preserve abortion “rights,” per the report.

On Tuesday, President Biden released a statement saying that his administration is strongly supporting women’s “right” to abort their children and called on the people to elect “pro-choice” officials in the upcoming mid-term elections.

So did his former boss, Barack Obama, in an ostentatious statement posted on Twitter.

The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) said in its own statement that “the stakes of protecting and expanding our Democratic Senate Majority that will fight to protect women’s health care [have] never been higher.”

Speaking at a ritzy gala organized by pro-abortion EMILY List on Tuesday, Vice President Kamala Harris urged Americans to “link arms in this fight” against “those Republicans leaders who are trying to weaponize the use of the law against women” and elect more pro-abortion legislators this November.

Democrats are also trying to invoke the boogeyman of patriarchy and remind American women that they are actually oppressed. According to The Hill, Democratic strategist Christy Setzer said, “It’s on. It’s time to get angry. It’s time to organize but mostly it’s time to tell a coherent story about what Republicans are doing to everyone that is not a straight, white Christian male in this country.” Setzer added that if the Democrats decide to make this their top message, they could change the trajectory of the elections.

Another Democratic strategist cited by the outlet, Karen Finney, called the leak a “shock to the system people needed” and “a wake-up call for women across America to understand what’s at stake.” 

And it looks like this strategy is bearing fruit.

NARAL Pro-Choice America, a pro-abortion advocacy group, reported a 1,403-percent increase in donations since Politico published the SCOTUS draft on Monday night.

ActBlue, the nonprofit tech company that facilitates fundraising for left-wing groups and the Democratic Party, stated that donors had given $12 million in a little over 24 hours.

Numerous pro-abortion Democratic lawmakers used the leaked draft as an opportunity to “fundraise like crazy,” as Insider put it. The report added that “on the Republican side, Supreme Court-themed fundraising was comparatively muted, although several conservative candidates and committees did ask for cash.”

In the meantime, Chief Justice John Roberts called the leak a “betrayal” and ordered an investigation into this stunning breach of the secrecy surrounding the Supreme Court deliberations.

The SCOTUS blog lamented that “This leak is the gravest, most unforgivable sin” and destroys trust among the justices and the staff. 

GOP Senate leader Mitch McConnell slammed the leak as “an attack on the independence of the Supreme Court” and “yet another escalation in the radical left’s ongoing campaign to bully and intimidate federal judges and substitute mob rule for the rule of law.” 

“Progressive” public figures, however, cheered for another tradition — and possibly a law — being broken in what they perceived would work to their political favor.

As reported by the Daily Caller, “Several prominent liberals took to social media to praise the anonymous individual” who leaked the draft.

Among others, Ian Millhiser, a senior correspondent at Vox, wrote, “Seriously, shout out to whoever the hero was within the Supreme Court who said ‘f*ck it! Let’s burn this place down.’”

As the old saying goes, “Desperate times call for desperate measures.” Therefore, it comes as no surprise that the party that faces devastating losses in the November midterms is trying to utilize whatever straw of hope they can to rally their dejected supporters around a new flag.

In other words, it looks like Democrats are using street magicians’ favorite trick — misdirection — and badly want voters to forget about the staggering inflation, corruption scandals, unprecedented border crisis, Covid mandates, and foreign-policy failures and focus on the issue of abortion instead.

Old Joe Biden said Tuesday that Justice Samuel Alito’s leaked draft majority opinion overturning Roe v. Wade was “really quite a radical decision” and “a fundamental shift in American jurisprudence,” but as usual, he was lying. Alito’s decision appears to be carefully reasoned, firmly based on what the Constitution actually says, and written with full recognition of the nature and importance of judicial precedent. What is unprecedented is the leak that has allowed us to evaluate this decision before the Court has actually ruled on the case at hand, Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. That is the key aspect of this incident for what it reveals about the state of American public life today, the cardinal importance of abortion for the Left, and what might happen next.

As Chief Justice John Roberts stated, “This was a singular and egregious breach of that trust that is an affront to the Court and the community of public servants who work here.” NPR legal affairs correspondent, Nina Totenberg, explained: “No fully-formed draft opinion has been leaked to the press or outside the court. Once or twice there may have been leaks that say how is something is going to turn out, or after the fact that somebody may have changed his or her mind. But this is a full-flown, Pentagon Papers-type compromise of the court’s work.” She added that while the leak wasn’t illegal, “it’s a career-ender for whoever did.”

Maybe it is. But maybe not. The leaker, once he or she is found, will without any doubt be lionized as a hero on the Left for allowing for what Daniel Greenfield called an attempt to “intimidate the Supreme Court” with “narratives, protests, and threats.” This is the Left that has likened violent and destructive Antifa thugs to the American heroes who stormed the Normandy beaches. This is the Left that has so much contempt for American history that it was torn down or overseen the removal of statues of Thomas JeffersonAbraham Lincoln, and Ulysses S. Grant. This is the Left that has made it abundantly clear that it intends to “fundamentally transform the country,” as Old Joe promised to do in May 2020, echoing Barack Obama’s 2008 pledge.

Leftists today have repeatedly demonstrated their hatred for America’s heritage, laws, traditions, and Constitution. Why should they respect the time-hallowed custom of preserving the secrecy of unpublished Supreme Court documents, or punish the person responsible, especially when that person’s actions have helped them further their agenda? A vote to overturn Roe v. Wade would likely be five to four; only one Justice has to be threatened or frightened into changing his or her vote for the Left’s sacrament, the centerpiece of its worship of radical individualism and personal autonomy, and its refusal to accept biological reality, to be preserved. The person who would be responsible for that Justice changing his or her vote would be hailed with more gusto and fervor than the Left hailed even George Floyd, Huey P. Newton, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, or Alger Hiss.

And now Barack Obama has called for protests: “We’re asking you to join with the activists who’ve been sounding the alarm on this issue for years and act. Stand with them at a local protest. Volunteer with them on a campaign. Join with them in urging Congress to codify Roe into law.” The intimidation will begin. Chief Justice Roberts, however, insists that it won’t work: “To the extent this betrayal of the confidences of the Court was intended to undermine the integrity of our operations, it will not succeed. The work of the Court will not be affected in any way.”

Maybe it won’t. But what has happened to Roberts himself? He was placed on the Court as a conservative. In his early years, he voted with conservative stalwarts Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas. But over the years, something has changed. By June 2020, Roberts had essentially transformed himself into another vote for the Left on the Court. ABC News reported that Roberts “voted with the progressive wing on abortion, immigration, and Title VII,” and that consequently, “some outraged legal conservatives have accused Roberts, who was appointed by Republican President George W. Bush, of betrayal.”

No one knows why Roberts turned, but it’s noteworthy that like so many other conservatives when they get to Washington, he did. One rarely, if ever, sees the opposite phenomenon: a prominent politician getting elected, or chosen for the Court, as a Leftist, and then moving rightward. Why? Will the intimidation and threats we will certainly see now be the first? Unlikely. Or is it simply a matter of not getting invited to the best parties in Washington, and being shunned by the in-crowd?

Whatever it is, it’s a terrible way to legislate and adjudicate. Whatever happens now, it is likely to take us to even newer lows.

Democrats Cash In $7 Million on "Leaked" Supreme Court Draft

When they're not cashing in on murdered babies by selling their parts, they're doing it with fundraising.

Democrats and their affiliated outside groups have raised more than $7 million since a report first unveiled a leaked draft Supreme Court opinion that would overturn the historic Roe v. Wade ruling and allow states to restrict abortions.

The donation website ActBlue, which allows donors to contribute online to Democratic campaigns, political action committees and outside groups that often support the the party’s policy goals, processed the gargantuan sum since Politico published the draft opinion Monday

And that's just ActBlue, which is massive in its own right, but far from all of it.

Some of that might be passive, sure, lefties feeling drawn to vent by sending money, but campaigns that bring in sizable amounts of cash do not pop up overnight. Even accounting for the media's function as a promotional arm for the fundraising machine, this is likely to be the result of targeted fundraising campaigns that had enough lead time to be developed and deployed.

As we've seen with this entire process, a variety of lefty special interest and activist groups were clearly tuned in and aware of what was about to happen. They had campaigns, ranging from protests to fundraising, ready to go as soon as the news went public.

And they're cashing in. $7 million is just the tip of the iceberg. Between the money that's going to flow in from megadonors (whom do you think Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren are trying to impress with their public meltdowns) into dark and lighter money machines, we'll be looking at a quarter billion before long.

That's money Dems desperately need to compete in the midterms. Major donors had been shy because the odds were bad. This "leak" helps goose them.

Follow the money. Always follow the money.

Combined, they have ownership in nearly 90% of all S&P 500 firms,1, and through their investment holdings, they secretly wield monopoly control over all industries. In short, the idea that there is competition in the marketplace is a clever illusion.

BlackRock Is Buying Up Homes

By now you may be familiar with the World Economic Forum slogan, "By 2030, you will own nothing." To that end, BlackRock and other investment firms are currently buying up every single-family home they can find, making cash offers of 20% to 50% above the asking price.2

Depending on where you live, you may have noticed that homes are selling within hours of being listed, making house hunting nearly impossible. Homebuyers in my home state of Florida are certainly experiencing this phenomenon.

Investment firms are also buying up entire neighborhoods. As just one example, a 124-home neighborhood in Conroe, Texas, was bought for $32 million — 20% above listing — by Fundrise LLC, a real estate crowdfunding company, which then turned around and made all the homes into single-family rentals (SFRs).3

According to investment experts, SFRs are "exceptionally attractive investment assets," and this is one aspect driving the trend. Demographic changes such as millennials starting families and affordability constraints are also said to be driving factors.4 But that really does not fully explain what's happening.

The War Against Private Property

Buying a home has been part of the American dream since the founding of this country. It's been a significant part of financial success and security. Now, lower to middle-class Americans are being intentionally positioned to become permanent renters, which means they cannot build equity. Their ability to purchase a home, even if they can afford it, is being stripped from them by companies that can outbid them with cash offers.

In a recent episode of "60 Minutes" (above), Lesley Stahl actually did a good job exposing why home prices are going through the roof. It's not just that these investment companies can snap up homes with the click of a button, but they're also artificially driving up prices of both homes and rents.

For example, rents in Jacksonville, Florida, rose an average of 31% in 2021, and Austin, Texas, saw rents jump by 40%. The reason appears to be twofold: We're not building enough housing, and what is being built is being bought by corporate landlords at above-market prices.

Corporate real estate investors don't even look at the homes they're bidding on, and typically waive inspections. The home can be in any shape and sold within hours. As Stahl notes, "this puts first-time homebuyers at a serious disadvantage," as they have many hoops to jump through before they can secure a loan and close the deal.

The government estimates we're currently 4 million homes short, and that shortage continues to grow. One real estate investment firm interviewed by Stahl states that they list, on average, 200 to 300 homes for rent each week, and receive 10,000 leasing inquiries weekly.

Not-So-Hidden Wealth Redistribution

As noted in a tweet by Cultural Husbandry:5

"This is wealth redistribution, and it ain't rich people's wealth that is getting redistributed. It's normal American middle class, salt of the earth wealth heading into the hands of the world's most powerful entities and individuals. The traditional financial vehicle [is] gone forever.

Home equity is the main financial element that middle class families use to build wealth, and BlackRock, a federal reserve funded financial institution is buying up all the houses to make sure that young families can't build wealth ... This is a fundamental reorganization of society."

Indeed, it's right in line with plans for societal reorganization described under banners such as The Great Reset, Build Back Better, Agenda 21, and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (see videos below).6,7

These agendas all work together toward the same goal, which is a global monopoly on ownership and wealth, with a clear separation of the haves and have nots; the owners and the owned; the rulers and the ruled; the elite and the serfs.

'Sustainable Development' Agenda Is a Plan to Enslave You

The war against private property goes back decades. In 1976, during the first United Nations Conference on Human Settlements, called Habitat 1,8 the U.N. stated, in Item 10:9

"Land ... cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes. Public control of land use Is therefore indispensable."

The idea, apparently, is that private investment firms like Vanguard and BlackRock can prevent social injustice by buying up all private property and renting it out. This way, no one (except their investors) can build wealth.

This is what "equity" is all about, and it has nothing to do with equality. "Social equity" is incredibly unfair, as it strips those with talent and drive of the ability to make something out of themselves.

Private Property and Freedom Are Inseparable

The UN's Human Settlements agenda, Agenda 21, and the 2030 Sustainable Development agenda are in direct conflict with the U.S. Bill of Rights and the founding principles of this country. George Washington declared, "Private Property and freedom are inseparable." Similarly, John Adams stated that "Property must be secure, or liberty cannot exist."

In 1992 at the Earth Summit, under-secretary-general of the Convention on Climate Change and executive director of the UN Environment Program, Maurice Strong, stated that:10

"Current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class, involving high meat intake, consumption of large amounts of frozen and convenience foods, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and workplace air-conditioning, and suburban housing, are not sustainable."

If meat consumption, frozen foods, fossil fuel use, home appliances, air conditioning, and single-family homes are "unsustainable," it stands to reason that the goal of any sustainable development scheme is to eliminate all of those things. This is easier done in some countries than in others. As explained by the Cook Country News-Herald back in 2012:11

"Because Congress does not agree to all these United Nations schemes to steal our property and destroy our economy, they are passed by fiat, executive orders, proclamations, directives and generous grants given to local communities ..."

In short, the technocratic elite is trying to circumvent the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights through various means, such as the effort to make the United Nations and the World Health Organization into global centers of power, with member states being forced to comply with whatever agendas they set, thereby undermining national sovereignty.

As explained in the Agenda 21 video above, Agenda 21 doesn't stop at restricting private homes and land ownership. It also includes:

Seizure of private property Forbidding human access to land
Relocation of people from rural areas to cities Additional taxation
Water use restrictions Restricting the amount of waste you're allowed to produce
Forced community involvement Manipulation of transportation patterns and increasing gas prices to restrict travel — all in the name of "saving the earth"

In short, the global elite want you to believe that the only way to save the planet is for you to be their slave. It's a tragic ultimate outcome for sure. If they are successful, virtually all of your constitutional rights and freedoms will be eliminated.

Who Owns the Farmland and Dictates Food Policy?

Private homeownership isn't the only thing threatened by the encroaching monopoly of elitists. Bill Gates is now one of the largest private owners of U.S. farmland,12 and he also wields unrivaled power over global food policy,13 as detailed in the AGRA Watch report,14 "The Man Behind the Curtain: The Gates Foundation's Influence on the UN Food Systems Summit."

While Gates is just one man, his clout is significantly leveraged and magnified by the fact that he funds such a large number of companies and organizations that they do his bidding on the sly. When you see long lists of groups, you automatically think there are many players in the game when, in fact, Gates is the singular thread running through most or all of them.

In its 2014 report,15 "Three Examples of Problems with Gates Foundation Grants," AGRA Watch highlights why Gates' massive investments in global food production have failed to solve any of the very real problems we face. First and foremost, many of the solutions that he backs are "Band-Aid solutions" that in fact worsen the root problems.

Examples include the funding of the development of genetically engineered (GE) foods designed to be higher in certain nutrients. The problem is that these crops then end up replacing local diversity with just a few GE varieties that don't even take local conditions into account. So, by pushing for "fortified" crop varieties, malnutrition actually deepens, as biodiversity is reduced.

Secondly, "a stubborn focus on yield" is at odds with research showing that low yield or insufficient production is not causing world hunger. "There is ample evidence today that the problem instead is poverty and lack of access, which is deepened by the destruction of local food systems and commercialization of food," AGRA Watch notes, adding:

"Grants by the Gates' Foundation and AGRA continue to focus on yield, priming Africa for a system suited to the needs of the profit-seeking, yield-oriented commercial farmer rather than the peasant or small farmer producing diverse crops for a local community."

Additional observations can be found in the AGRA Watch article16 "Philanthrocapitalism: The Gates Foundation's African Programs Are Not Charity," published December 2017, in which philanthrocapitalism is described as "an attempt to use market processes to do good," but which is inherently problematic "as markets are ill-suited to producing socially constructive ends."

Put another way, Gates' brand of philanthropy creates several new problems for each one it solves. Gates is also invested in the synthetic beef industry, and not surprisingly, he's been calling on Western nations to transition to a 100% fake beef diet17 — all in the name of saving the environment. It's the same argument pushed by Agenda 21 and the rest of the sustainable development schemes.

Media and Medicine Are Completely Controlled

Mainstream media and the pharmaceutical industry are two other important areas that have been taken over by a monopoly-centered "deep state." Both industries are overwhelmingly owned by BlackRock and Vanguard,18 so to think the mainstream media will report on the truth is foolhardy, to say the least, especially as it pertains to health and medicine.19

Allopathic medicine, by the way, has been controlled by those in the grip of greed ever since John D. Rockefeller founded the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research in 1901 and campaigned to eliminate naturopathic medicine, which was the norm, in order to replace it with petroleum-based patented drugs.

Anything that couldn't be patented was abolished and known cures were dismissed as quackery. Rockefeller accomplished this the same way Gates and other technocrats do it today — through control of the media.

WHO Treaty Is COVID Wolf in Sheep's Clothing

The WHO's pandemic treaty is perhaps the greatest threat we've faced so far and will go a long way toward implementing The Great Reset. As I noted in a March 2022 article,20 the pandemic treaty is a direct threat to a nation's sovereignty to make decisions for itself and its citizens and will erode democracy everywhere if enacted.

May 24, 2021, the European Council announced it supported the establishment of an international Pandemic Treaty, under which the WHO would have the power to replace the constitutions of individual nations with its own constitution under the banner of "pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response."21

March 3, 2022, the Council authorized the opening of negotiations for an international agreement. The infographic below, sourced from the European Council's website,22 summarizes the process.

There's simply no question that this treaty is part of the globalists' plan to monopolize health systems worldwide,23 and a way for them to force mandatory vaccinations, vaccine passports, and digital identities on the uncooperative masses.

Any pandemic-related decision the WHO makes would supersede national and state laws. Eventually, all health-related decisions could come under the WHO's jurisdiction, as the stated goals of the treaty include not only future pandemic response but also a stronger framework for health with the WHO as the coordinating authority on global health matters more generally.24

Director-general of the WHO, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, has also gone on record stating that his "central priority" as director-general of the WHO is to push the world toward universal health coverage.25 As noted by Dr. Peter Breggin,26 referring to Ghebreyesus' address to the WHO Executive Committee on January 24, 2022, in which he spelled out his global health plan, "The spirit of Communism can be felt throughout the document."

WEF: 'World Is Best Managed by Self-Selected Coalition'

The WEF's 2010 "Global Redesign" report27 argues that the world is best managed by a self-selected coalition of "stakeholders" — multinational corporations, governments, international bodies such as the UN and the WHO, and select civil society organizations — that then make decisions on behalf of the global population.

If you look, you'll find that all the globalist agendas, regardless of what they're called, have this aim. They're all working in lockstep to strip power from the people by making elected officials irrelevant. All the power is to be in the hands of a self-selected, self-nominated elite. If you believe they have any intention of doing what's best for the people, it's time to wake up, because you're clearly dreaming. 

For well over 100 years, they've done what's best for them, even though their decisions poisoned our food supply, soils, air, and water. Even though it destroyed our environment and resulted in unsafe medicines and toxic foods; even though it led to starvation, disease, and death.

They've lied, cheated, and used every underhanded, immoral, and unethical trick in the book. They've coerced, bribed, and manipulated at will. They've slowly but surely infiltrated every area of society with the intention of altering it to serve their own ends.

Technology, which is the foundation upon which technocracy rests, has allowed this self-selected group of megalomaniacs to thrive and build their power structure in the shadows. Only now are they starting to really show their true colors, their desire for absolute power and control.

As noted by New American contributor C. Mitchell Shaw,28 "If you are not paying for the product, then you are the product." YOU and your personal data are the products of Google, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. These platforms are all selling your personal data for profit. That's the business they're in.

Your data are also fed to artificial intelligence, and algorithms are created to profile and manipulate you. Everything you say and do is being used against you. The end goal of these megalomaniacs is always the same: to make money off you, even if it harms or kills you, and to manipulate you into accepting their proposition to rule over you. This all ends when enough people wake up to what they're doing and refuse to go along with their program.

If all goes as planned, the Senate Judiciary Committee will soon consider a nominee for the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals who is even more radical than recently confirmed Ketanji Jackson Brown, the new associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court who doesn’t know what a woman is.

President Biden’s latest nominee is Nancy Abudu, a radical leftist — if not a communist — who toils for the openly anti-white, pro-communist Southern Poverty Law Center.

Hearings on Biden’s nominees are slated for April 27. 

SPLC’s Invitation to Murder

Led by the Family Research Council, a victim of the SPLC’s smear tactics that almost led to a mass murder at FRC headquarters, prominent conservatives laid out the case against Abudu in a detailed letter.

Writing to Judiciary Chairman Dick Durbin and his GOP counterpart, Chuck Grassley, in January, the signatories were blunt. 

“Abudu works for a disreputable organization that has no business being a feeder for positions to any judicial office — not even of a traffic court — let alone the second-highest court system in the United States. She is a political activist, not a jurist, and is unfit to serve at the federal appellate level,” they wrote.

Of course, Biden and his people certainly know about SPLC. And they know why Abudu will be opposed. But Biden nominated the leftist precisely because she works for the leftist smear machine. Biden’s controllers want a hard-core leftist on the 11th circuit.

SPLC is a “a corrupt organization infamous for its decades-long managerial corruption and notorious for unscrupulously designating its political opponents as ‘hate groups’ or ‘extremists,’” the letter averred:

These destructive accusations have done real harm to many people. In the first conviction under the post-9/11 District of Columbia terrorism statute, the convicted terrorist was shown to have been motivated by the SPLC’s “hate group” designation and related identifying information

In 2012, that nutcake, Floyd Lee Corkins, went to FRC headquarters in Washington, D.C., on a murder mission because of SPLC:

Using the SPLC “hate map,” this native of northern Virginia targeted the Family Research Council (FRC) and two other nearby groups in August 2012 for having beliefs supporting traditional marriage. Fortunately, no one was killed, although he did shoot and critically wound FRC’s unarmed building manager who subdued him while wounded.

Despite repeated requests, the SPLC has refused to change its defamatory designations of organizations like FRC with whom, at the end of the day, it merely holds deeply held policy differences. The shooter-domestic terrorist told the FBI that the source of his information was the SPLC. Worse yet, over the past decade the SPLC has targeted an increasing number of policy groups with whom it has policy disagreements. Any group that disagrees with the SPLC about positions it advocates is deemed to be evil and worthy of destruction.

Of course, SPLC hates The New American and its publisher, The John Birch Society.

The Problem With Abudu

Aside from being a political activist, the signers wrote, Abudu surely knew not only about the shooting, but also about SPLC’s “sleazy corporate culture,” which included “long-term charges of racial discrimination and sexual harassment” against founder Morris Dees. “There was a mountain of evidence … when Ms. Abudu arrived there.”

Dees and other SPLC leaders were jettisoned.

Abudu, the letter said, could have easily learned about the outfit’s “notorious reputation” even among leftists, and she clearly didn’t care about SPLC’s “toxic racial and sexual climate.”

The committee must find out whether Abudu interviewed Morris or any other notorious leaders who were forced to resign, the letter said:

Abudu’s acceptance of a senior litigation management role inside America’s largest political defamation factory disqualifies her from any position in which she would be expected to serve as an impartial arbiter of facts and law.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, the appeals court for the 11th Circuit receives appeals from Georgia and Alabama.

Adubu would be required to recuse herself from any cases in those states brought by either SPLC or the communist-founded American Civil Liberties Union, another subversive outfit for which she worked.

Darwinian Racism: How Darwinism Influenced Hitler, Nazism and White Nationalism

Richard Weikart's new book cuts through political manipulation of history

Suffering is a commodity. Two recent events demonstrated this. On March 27, 2022, Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the Academy Awards. Many prominent African Americans, including Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Wanda Sykes, condemned Smith's choice to resort to violence. Race hustlers, though, depicted Will Smith as a victim of white supremacy. The Guardian ran a piece calling the reaction to Will Smith an example of "downright racist … anti-blackness … inequality in plain sight." "Race scholar" and Loyola Marymount University Professor Maia Niguel Hoskin wrote that the slap "is about … White supremacist culture designed to police the behavior of Blacks." Others focused on Jada Pinkett Smith as a victim. "How a black woman’s hair grows out of her head has been a constant battle in this country … while at the same time celebrating white women for fitting your styles … Humiliating a black woman fighting for equality is not a ha-ha moment. Making fun of a black woman a week after we saw Ketanji Brown Jackson’s ambush" proves that "racism always finds a way," wrote columnist Jeneé Osterheldt.

A similar process of victim-mongering occurred after Ketanji Brown Jackson was nominated for the Supreme Court. My Facebook page was flooded with memes depicting Jackson as a helpless Little Match Girl facing off against big, scary, white male dragons.

In fact, of course, Smith is worth an estimated $350 million. He is one of the most profitable and popular film stars who has ever lived. Jackson is the child of two professionals. She attended Harvard and married surgeon Patrick Jackson, a Boston Brahmin, and descendant of a Continental Congress delegate and also a relative of Oliver Wendell Holmes and former House Speaker Paul Ryan. She is a millionaire. White male Joe Biden guaranteed her elevation by vowing, in a political promise to help him win an election, to nominate only black women to the SCOTUS. Ilya Shapiro, a white man, tweeted that Sri Srinavasan, an Indian immigrant, was the best-qualified person to be the next SCOTUS nominee. Shapiro was suspended from his job for this tweet. Neither alleged "white male privilege" nor the first amendment guarantee of free speech protected Shapiro from workplace retaliation for expressing his opinion. Senate questions for Jackson were brief and mild compared to the trials-by-fire endured by conservative nominees Clarence Thomas, Robert Bork, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett.

Slavery, Jim Crow, and white supremacy are all too real and unspeakably evil. But rushing to attribute criticism of Will Smith or the Senate questioning of Ketanji Brown Jackson to past evils is not warranted by the facts. People made those connections because they commodify suffering to gain political ends. In this approach, suffering belongs exclusively to African Americans. Race hustlers are currently depicting war-ravaged Ukrainians as enjoying white privilege, as Joy Reid did in her March 7, 2022 broadcast.

Evil, like suffering, is also commodified. Powerbrokers rush to monopolize the evil Nazis committed to serve their own narrative ends. This commodification and monopolizing of evil interfere with our desire to understand.  

Americans have been struggling for ninety years in their effort to tell the Nazi story accurately. This effort is recorded, inter alia, in Peter Novick's 2000 book, The Holocaust in American Life, Tom Segev's The Seventh Million: The Israelis and the Holocaust, the This American Life episode "Before It Had a Name" and the documentary "Imaginary Witness: Hollywood and the Holocaust." It's hard to believe now, but there was a time when Hollywood moguls were fearful of making accurate films addressing Nazism. There was a time when Holocaust survivors and those who recorded their stories, both in the US and in Israel, were ignored and silenced. In the Soviet Bloc, the unique victimization of Jews under Nazism was suppressed to near invisibility. There was a time, even after the publication of Mein Kampf, when mainstream American and British magazines focused on the interior decorating of Hitler's homes. In these articles, Hitler was referred to as "charming."

In much American media produced before, during, and immediately after World War II, Hitler was seen as a lone madman, unconnected to previous history or culture, and Nazism almost as a kind of virus – an alien force that infected otherwise innocent Germans. There was a great deal of emphasis on depicting "good Germans," so that Americans could learn to hate Nazis while not hating all Germans because Germans were an important part of America's cultural and economic life. This process of condemning Nazism while shielding German identity from hatred is exemplified by the 1951 best-picture-nominee, "Decision before Dawn." In profound contrast to this approach, in 1996, Daniel Jonah Goldhagen published Hitler's Willing Executioners: Ordinary Germans and the Holocaust. This book became a bestseller and an international sensation. The book was accused, by serious scholars, of being racist against Germans. Goldhagen, his critics alleged, depicted Germanness itself as the guilty party. "No Germans, no Holocaust," as Goldhagen put it. While others pointed to a perfect storm leading up to Hitler's rise, including Germany's defeat in World War I, the violent rise of Communism in Russia, the Versailles Treaty, the Depression, etc, Goldhagen insisted that "Not economic hardship, not the coercive means of a totalitarian state, not social-psychological pressure," caused Germans to kill, but rather their own anti-Semitism. Raul Hilberg, the "founder of the academic field of Holocaust studies," said that Goldhagen depicted Germans as being possessed of "a medieval-like incubus, a demon latent in the German mind ... waiting for the chance to strike out." Hilberg said that Goldhagen is "totally wrong about everything."

Another big change in how the story of Nazism has been told is in how various retellings depict Christians and Christianity. Nazism's ultimate goal was to eliminate Christianity (see hereherehereherehere.) In material produced before and during the war, journalists and filmmakers recorded Nazi persecution of Christians. See, for example, "Nazi Persecution of the Catholic Church Shows They Fear It," from the June 1, 1936 New York Timesor "3 Faiths Protest Nazi Persecution: A Catholic, Protestant, and Jew Represent the Conquered Peoples at Meeting Here" from the November 14, 1941 issue. The Times covered clergy who resisted the Nazis, including Dutch Archbishop Johannes de Jong, German Bishop von Galen, Belgian Cardinal van Roey, Norwegian Lutheran Bishop Eivind Berggrav, Serbian Orthodox Patriarch Gavrilo, and the Swiss Calvinist Karl Barth.

The 1943 Hollywood feature film, Hitler's Madman dramatized the real-life assassination of top Nazi Reinhard Heydrich by Czechoslovak partisans, and the subsequent retaliatory Nazi massacre of the Czech village of Lidice. In that film, Heydrich plows his car through a Czech Christian festival, and one of Heydrich's men shoots the village priest dead. In real life, Heydrich was anti-Christian and he identified "clerics" as well as Jews as among the German people's "eternal" "enemies." Heydrich devised ways to close and limit the operation of churches.

Popular attention to Nazi persecution of Catholics and other Christians changed dramatically after the 1963 play, "The Deputy." "The Deputy" insinuated that Pope Pius XII shared guilt for the Holocaust. One image promoting the work depicts a monstrous face wearing a grotesque caricature of Catholic vestments. One of the eyes in the face is replaced with a swastika. Nazism = Catholicism, the image communicates. Playwright Rolf Hochhuth was a former Hitler Youth member. Hochhuth went on to make other shocking allegations. For example, his 1967 play Soldiers, An Obituary for Geneva suggested that Winston Churchill plotted the murder of the Prime Minister of the Polish Government in Exile, General Wladyslaw Sikorski. There is clearly a pattern here; Hochhuth wrote plays that denigrated WW II heroes of the Allied side. Hochhuth also praised Holocaust-denier David Irving as a "fabulous pioneer of contemporary history." Ion Mihai Pacepa, the highest-ranking defector from the Soviet Bloc to the West, and author of the book Disinformation, alleged that Hochhuth's play was part of a KGB campaign. Whether Hochhuth intended it or not, his tarnishing of Western anti-Nazi figures like Churchill and Pope Pius XII served Soviet interests.

John Cornwell's 1999 book Hitler's Pope: The Secret History of Pius XII and Daniel Jonah Goldhagen's 2003 book A Moral Reckoning: The Role of the Catholic Church in the Holocaust and Its Unfulfilled Duty of Repair are representational of more recent works condemning Catholics and Catholicism for Holocaust guilt. Both works were criticized as severely flawed (see herehere, and here).

Anti-Semitism from Christians is an undeniable historical fact, and confronting that fact in an honest way with a view to repentance and reconciliation is a good thing, and has been pursued by the Vatican for decades, and, indeed, for centuries. Too many Christians were at worst complicit in genocide and were at least not as heroic as, say, Franz JägerstätterSophie SchollDietrich Bonhoeffer, or the Ulma Family, all of whom were martyred for their resistance to Nazism. What is not a good thing is the distortion of history by politics. "History is politics projected into the past," said Mikhail Pokrovsky, the Russian Marxist historian. We deserve a better approach to history.

In fact, the Catholic Church was notorious among intellectual elites one hundred years ago. It was notorious because official Catholic teaching insisted on human equality, an insistence that defied then current scientific racism, that argued against human equality on scientific grounds. Noteworthy Catholic documents on the equality of humans include, for example, the 1537 Sublimis Deus, which argues for the full humanity of the then recently discovered Native Americans; 1888 In Plurimis, which argues for the full humanity of enslaved persons; Pius XI's 1938 statement that "Anti-Semitism is inadmissible. Spiritually, we are Semites," as well as his 1937 encyclical Mit brennender Sorge. Yes, Catholics have certainly been bigoted and have committed crimes inspired by their bigotry. But official Catholic Church teaching has insisted, for centuries, on human equality, and, again, during the rise of scientific racism one hundred years ago, this stance was seen as backward and anti-science.

Today, though, it has become conventional in university classrooms, in the press, and in popular books and films, to conflate Nazism with Christianity. For one example, see this 2022 Reddit thread. An author attributes the Holocaust to an alleged Christian "two thousand year hatred" for Jews without which "there never could have been the Holocaust."

For the "Nazism is Christian" narrative to work, one must forget that the first and last victims of a Nazi mass killing campaign were not Jews, but were, rather, handicapped Germans. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum lists the following numbers for civilians killed: Jews, six million. Soviet civilians, seven million. Non-Jewish Polish civilians, 1.8 million. Further down, the list records deaths of hundreds of thousands of Serb civilians, people with handicaps, Roma, aka Gypsies, Jehovah's Witnesses, "asocials," German political prisoners, and homosexuals. Nazis persecuted mixed-race Germans, that is Germans with one African parent, forcing them to undergo sterilization. Nazis murdered three million Soviet POWs. Soviet POWs were the first to be gassed with Zyklon B. They were also shot and starved to death. German Nazis did not treat American or British POWs this way. If the death toll includes military deaths, Nazis killed 24 million Soviet citizens. How to explain these deaths?

No group suffered the same percentage loss as Jews. Nazis murdered over 60% of all Europe's pre-war Jewish population. The numbers of Gypsies killed are uncertain; by one estimate, half of Europe's Gypsies were killed by Nazis. Most of these Gypsies were Christian. Even hard-hit Slavic countries like Poland, Belarus, and Russia did not lose that high a percentage of their non-Jewish populations. Even so, we are still talking about millions dead. To personalize those millions of non-Jewish, largely Slavic deaths, think of Czeslawa Kwoka. This sweet-faced, 14-year-old Polish Catholic girl was imprisoned, beaten, and died in Auschwitz. Why did Nazis murder Polish Catholic children, not just in Auschwitz but also in Kinder-KZ Litzmannstadt, a Nazi concentration camp specifically for Polish, Catholic children, children as young as two years old? Why did an SS man force children to watch as he decapitated a 12-year-old Polish Catholic boy? Why did Nazis place 7-year-old Halina Bukowiecka on a train with other Polish Catholic children, without food or water, for a days-long trip to Germany, where she and others would be mistreated and sometimes killed? The Nazism = Christianity explanation fails to explain these atrocities against largely Christian, civilian victims. We need another explanation.

Daniel Jonah Goldhagen exercises "considerable distortion" to write off the persecution of non-Jews as "incidental … mere tactical operations." Goldhagen's dismissal is wrong. Soviet POWs, handicapped Germans, persons with one African and one German parent, Polish Catholic two-year-olds: what ties all these targeted populations together is not Christian anti-Semitism, but rather Nazism's biological focus, a focus sometimes called "scientific racism," "social Darwinism," or "eugenics." All of these diverse populations, in their millions, were deemed "life unworthy of life," and a biological threat to Germany.

Nazism advanced a new ethic, a new ethic that explicitly rejected Christianity and was informed by scientific racism. Germans should be kind and loving – to other Germans. Germans should ruthlessly exploit and then mass-murder those not conducive to German advancement. SS Reichsführer Heinrich Himmler, in his speeches, stated this new ethic quite succinctly.

"We will have to deal with Christianity in a tougher way than hitherto. We must settle accounts with this Christianity, this greatest of plagues that could have happened to us in our history, which has weakened us in every conflict … We shall once again have to find a new scale of values for our people … everything that we do must be justifiable vis-à-vis the clan, our ancestors. If we do not secure this moral foundation which is the deepest and best because the most natural, we will not be able to overcome Christianity on this plane and create the Germanic Reich which will be a blessing for the earth … We must be honest, decent, loyal, and comradely to members of our own blood and nobody else … Whether nations live in prosperity or starve to death interests me only in so far as we need them as slaves for our culture … Whether ten thousand Russian females fall down from exhaustion while digging an anti-tank ditch interests me only in so far as the anti-tank ditch for Germany is finished."

Himmler stated the Nazi ethic explicitly in recorded speeches. Why, then, does one still encounter, in social media debates on the internet, in college classrooms, and in high-profile published books and journalism, so little about the role scientific racism played in Nazism, and so much about Christian anti-Semitism? Because evil and suffering are commodities. If one can attribute absolute evil to Christianity, then one has struck a blow against Christianity, against religious belief, and against Western Civilization; and one has struck a blow for their competitors, including scientism, relativism, Marxism, and Atheism.

Atheists like to say that religion has killed more people than any other cause. This statement is fabricated out of thin air, but one hears it frequently, without support, of course. Atheists like to present Atheism as the panacea. If only we could all wise up and acknowledge that there is no God, war would cease. If only we could replace backward, superstitious religious belief with scientism, human life would improve stratospherically.

John Lennon's "Imagine" encapsulates this approach. "Imagine there's no heaven … No hell below us … Nothing to kill or die for. And no religion, too … Imagine all the people livin' life in peace." Steven Pinker, in his 2011 book The Better Angels of Our Nature, correlates "The Escalator of Reason," that is a posited increase in rational thought, to a decline in human violence. The title of Michael Shermer's 2015 book The Moral Arc: How Science Leads Humanity Toward Truth, Justice, and Freedom announces the book's thesis. Oxford Fellow and atheist Peter Atkins argues in a 2018 article that "only science can answer all the big questions" while religion offers only "the sword, the bomb or the flame." To acknowledge that top theorists justified Nazi crimes with an explicit rejection of the Judeo-Christian ethic and with reference to science and rationality is a bridge too far for devout Atheists.

The very best author to read on Nazism's roots in scientific racism is Richard Weikart. A great place to start reading Weikart is his brief, accessible, 2022 book, Darwinian Racism: How Darwinism Influenced Hitler, Nazism, and White Nationalism. Richard Weikart has been publishing on Germany, Nazism, and Darwin for over twenty years. His work has been published by the University of Chicago Press and it has appeared in peer-reviewed journals. He has presented at numerous academic conferences. He is an emeritus professor of history at California State University, Stanislaus. Weikart is fluent in German, was a Fulbright scholar in Germany, and lived in Germany for five years. His work has been called, by his fellow scholars, "masterful," "outstanding," "sober," " insightful, thoughtful, informative, and highly readable."

Why, then, has Weikart's work not made the same splash as work by Daniel Jonah Goldhagen or John Cornwell? Why do some Amazon readers award Weikart's books one-star, as does this poorly punctuated three-sentence review: "Hitler was baptized as a Christian and died a Christian. I would not even give this book 1 star not even worth reading" (sic). Why does Robert J. Richards, the Morris Fishbein Distinguished Service Professor of the History of Science and Medicine at the University of Chicago, dismiss Weikart as a "religious conservative" who sees shapes in clouds? Why is Richards an endowed chair at the prestigious University of Chicago, why is John Cornwell at Cambridge, and why did Goldhagen teach at Harvard, while Weikart spent his career at a less prestigious school? Why? Because Richard Weikart tells unpopular truths. Nazism was inspired by Darwinism. It is simply less popular to state that basic truth than to pump out yet another trite attack on Catholicism in particular and religious belief in general.

In his books that I have read, Weikart never exculpates Christianity or denies Christian anti-Semitism, or Nazism's exploitation of pre-existing anti-Semitism to accomplish its evil ends. Weikart never claims that being a Christian or any other kind of religious believer exempts one from committing atrocities. He makes clear that Darwin was no Nazi, and that believing in Darwinism does not turn one into a Nazi. Weikart emphasizes that many factors, having nothing to do with Darwinism, contributed to the rise of Nazism. But Weikart is crystal clear and irrefutable on his main point: Nazis themselves cited a Darwinian evolutionary worldview as foundational to their ethic and their genocidal behavior.  

Nazis rejected the Judeo-Christian ethic that had been foundational to Western Civilization. Nazis rejected the concept, unique to the Hebrew Bible's book of Genesis, that all humans were equally created in the image of God, and that, therefore, unjustly ending any human life carries an eternal cost. Nazis regarded human beings as comparable to animals, the very animals we slaughter without much thought. Nazis rejected Christian concepts of compassion. Nazis embraced the idea that human groups are arranged on an evolutionary hierarchy, with higher and lower forms. Nazis enthusiastically embraced the idea of struggle as perfecting the species, of "survival of the fittest" as the highest and unquestionable good, and of death as the just destroyer of uncompetitive life. Nazis reduced "life unworthy of life" to a biological threat to the German species. Jews, handicapped Germans, Christian Gypsies, and Slavs, were biological threats that needed to be destroyed just as rats or lice are destroyed in order to enable the flourishing of the desired species. Any "Christian compassion" extended to non-group members was deleterious and condemnable. Nazis spelled out these beliefs in document after document, speech after speech, textbook after textbook. Weikart documents this in exhaustive detail.

Is Weikart threatening Darwinian evolution as a scientific theory? Not for this reader. I accept Darwinian evolution and I have never read anything by Weikart that caused me to doubt Darwinian evolution. But Weikart's work makes plain that powerful people accepted Darwinian evolution and made the immediate leap into genocide.

One can witness the leap from Darwin to genocide in German Darwinian Ernst Haeckel's ironically titled 1904 book The Wonders of LifeOn page 121, Haeckel argues strenuously against the belief in "the immortality of the soul" or in "an all-loving God." How could a human being who was "utterly ruined … born an idiot" enjoy eternal life in Heaven, Haeckel asks. "Pathology, the science of the diseased organism" obliterates faith in God. On page 122, Haeckel argues that "the widespread belief that man is bound under all circumstances to maintain and prolong life" is a senseless religious dogma. "Lunatics, lepers, people with cancer" Haeckel protests, are kept alive "without the slightest profit to themselves or the general body." "What a huge public and private expenditure!" he mourns, on page 123. "A dose of morphia" or a "dose of some painless and rapid poison" "under the control of an authoritative commission" would solve the problem. Then, just as the Nazis did – see the opening of Leni Riefenstahl film Olympia – Haeckel jumps over 2,000 years of Christian influence on ethics and returns to the ancient, Pagan world, where parents had the good sense to commit infanticide of their defective offspring. "The ancient Spartans" owed their "bodily strength and beauty as well as their mental energy and capacity" to the infanticide of the "weak or crippled." "Religious journals" protest with "pious indignation" "as always happens when pure reason" "opposes prejudices and traditional beliefs" "Religion" is "irrational and superstitious."

Haeckel's argument is not unique. Similar intellectual journeys were taken by others, including Lothrop Stoddard and Madison Grant, two big names in American scientific racism. Stoddard's 1922 book, The Revolt Against Civilization: The Menace of the Under Man, praises Darwin as making Stoddard's own racist ideas possible. Stoddard positions Darwin as an authoritative opponent of "The Christian doctrine of the equality of all souls before God." He blames this doctrine for "appeals to altruism" which mistakenly encourage efforts to improve "inferior" lives. Stoddard denigrates the compassion springing from Christian teachings of "equality" as "emotional" and "mystic faith." To replace these inferior approaches, Stoddard recommends "science" and "reason" because both inarguably demonstrate that some human lives are worthless. "During the past ten years biology and kindred sciences have refuted practically all the intellectual arguments on which the doctrine of 'natural equality' relies." Stoddard spent time in Nazi Germany and reported the chummy conversations he shared with Himmler. He observed Nazi eugenics procedures and granted those procedures his stamp of approval. Nazis were "weeding out the worst strains in the Germanic stock in a scientific and truly humanitarian way."

Margaret Sanger, who founded what would become Planned Parenthood, cited Darwin when, in 1920, she bemoaned "philanthropies and charities" that "build asylums and hospitals and keep the medical profession busy preserving those who could not otherwise survive." Sanger voiced an opinion that would appear again and again in Darwin-inspired commentary, including that produced by Nazis: that there is a greater difference between the highest and lowest human and the lowest human and an animal. Because of this differential between more highly evolved humans and less evolved ones, Sanger argued, external control of human reproduction is necessary. In 1916, Sanger wrote, "the aboriginal Australian, the lowest known species of the human family, just a step higher than the chimpanzee in brain development, has so little sexual control that police authority alone prevents him from obtaining sexual satisfaction on the streets." Compare this Sanger statement to one by Ernst Haeckel, "The distance between the thinking soul of the cultured human and the thoughtless animal soul of the wild natural human is extremely vast, greater than the distance between the latter and the soul of a dog." And compare Sanger and Haeckel to this statement: "The gulf between the lowest creature which can still be styled man and our highest races is greater than that between the lowest type of man and the highest ape." The final speaker is Hitler.

In 1916, Madison Grant published The Passing of the Great Race, a book Hitler called his "bible." Scholar Jonathan Spiro writes that "Mein Kampf is riddled with passages that seem directly inspired by The Passing of the Great Race" some "encapsulate all the aspects of Grantian thought including the primacy of race" and "the worship of modern science." Grant wrote, "The laws of nature require the obliteration of the unfit, and human life is valuable only when it is of use to the community or race … The church assumes a serious responsibility toward the future of the race whenever it steps in and preserves a defective strain … A rigid system of selection through the elimination of those who are weak or unfit – in other words, social failures – would solve the whole question in one hundred years."

Grant, an environmentalist who co-founded the Bronx Zoo, played a role in placing Ota Benga, a Pygmy, on display with primates in 1906. The goal was to demonstrate that Benga was close to a monkey himself. The Evening Post reported that Benga "has a great influence with the beasts …  including the orang-outang with whom he plays as though one of them … chattering to them in his own guttural tongue, which they seem to understand." The Rev. James H. Gordon said, "The Darwinian theory is absolutely opposed to Christianity, and a public demonstration in its favor should not be permitted." The always enlightened New York Times responded that Ota Benga "belongs to a race that scientists do not rate high in the human scale…The idea that men are all much alike … is now far out of date." Benga, being low on the evolutionary scale, was, the Times wrote, not capable of experiencing "humiliation and degradation." Benga eventually committed suicide.

Nor did Grant, Stoddard, and other Darwin-citing, scientific racists limit their disdain to dark-skinned people. Eastern and Southern Europeans were also deemed racially inferior. America's mainstream and even scholarly presses – including the New York TimesThe Saturday Evening PostThe American Anthropologist, Colliers, and The Atlantic were flooded with inflammatory racist material denigrating Poles, Slovaks, Jews, and Italians as subhuman. As sociologist Edward Alsworth Ross put it, "A Slav can live in dirt that would kill a white man." Ironically, Grant, a self-declared member of the superior Nordic race, but, an arthritic, was too frail to testify in front of Congress. Even so, through lobbying, Grant influenced Congress to pass immigration restrictions targeting allegedly racially inferior Eastern and Southern Europeans.

This history violates the monopoly race hustlers claim over evil and suffering. Eastern and Southern Europeans were white and largely Christian. These white, Christian peasants were subject to murderous and hateful racism. They were lynched, exploited at work sites, and defamed.  

In short, those seeking the roots of Nazism in Christianity are commodifying evil and suffering to serve their own petty vendetta against faith and to shield science from critique. Those genuinely about the heartbreaking, demanding work of understanding atrocity will benefit from reading Richard Weikart.

Darwinian Racism: How Darwinism Influenced Hitler, Nazism, and White Nationalism, is a must-read intro to Weikart's entire oeuvre. Though jam-packed with facts and citations, Darwinian Racism is an easier, quicker read than Weikart's more scholarly works.

Weikart proves that Nazis themselves believed themselves to be good Darwinians. They got this idea not from fringe publications or conspiracy theories but from esteemed scientists. Chapter one of Weikart's book includes Darwin quotes which, even if you have encountered them in other contexts, are newly shocking in the context of a discussion of genocide. "We may console ourselves with the full belief, that the war of nature is not incessant … that the vigorous, the healthy, and the happy survive and multiply … Thus, from the war of nature, from famine and death, the most exalted object which we are capable of conceiving, namely, the production of the higher animals, directly follows" (emphasis added). These exact words could appear in a Himmler speech justifying the Einsatzgruppen. Obviously, Darwin and Himmler would apply a different valence to the words. Compare that quote to this one, "War is thus the unalterable law of all life, the precondition for the natural selection of the strong … What appears to people thereby as cruel is from the standpoint of nature obviously wise." The speaker of this last quote is Hitler.

Weikart shows, in chapter two, that Hitler held to a Darwinian worldview. In chapter three, Weikart amply demonstrates that Darwinian evolution was advanced by Nazis in Nazi-mandated school curricula. "Nature eliminates everything sick and weak. All life is struggle. The weak perish," reads the captions on a series of drawings depicting a fox eating a rabbit, a bird falling from the sky, and other cheerful, very non-Disney themes pounded into the heads of German tots. Catholics protested; Konrad Lorenz, who would later win a Nobel Prize, countered, "evolution provided an even more elevated ideal" than Catholicism did. The elevated ideal the church of Darwin promised was "the higher evolution of humanity." "For us, the race and volk are everything … the individual person as good as nothing."

Lorenz was a Nazi Party member. His ethic directly contradicts the Talmud's commentary on Genesis' insistence that we all descend, not from a plethora of diverse creations, but from one couple, Adam and Eve. This descent, the Talmud informs us, means that to murder one person is to murder the entire world. Similarly, the Talmud teaches that after Cain murders Abel, not just Abel's "blood," but his "blood," plural, cry out from the ground. Why is "blood" plural? The Talmud explains: "This teaches that it was also the blood of his children and his children’s children, and all his future generations, until the end of the human line, that would have one day descended from him. They all stood up and cried out before the Holy Blessed One. (So you learn from this that one person is considered as important as the entire work of Creation.)" Clearly, in the ethic of the Hebrew Bible, murder is a big deal. To the Darwin-inspired Nazi, to kill an individual who is not a member of one's own volk, "the individual person is as good as nothing."

Chapter four of Weikart's book records the many other Darwinian Nazi scientists at work during the Third Reich. Hans Weinert, one of the scientists Weikart discusses in chapter four, was a university anthropologist. In the interest of advancing Darwinian science, Weinert proposed inseminating a chimpanzee with sperm from a Pygmy. Such hideous proposals are not limited to Nazi scientists from decades ago. In 2001, Richard Dawkins, arguably the most famous, celebrated, and charismatic atheist and Darwinian in the world today, encouraged his fellow scientists to use genetic engineering to create a "missing link" between apes and humans. "The same benefits in moral education would be delivered by a successful hybridization of a human and a chimpanzee … it would shatter our speciesist illusions very effectively." Dawkins goes on to compare aborting a human fetus to eating beef, using that as an illustration of "speciesism." Himmler similarly complained of "speciesism." "Man is nothing special at all … He has no idea how a fly is constructed – however unpleasant, it is a miracle," Himmler said, in one of his speeches justifying the genocide of human beings.

In chapter five, Weikart covers eugenics and euthanasia. Those adopting these policies believed themselves to be Darwinists. They cited Darwin's statements like, "Hardly anyone is so ignorant as to allow his worst animals to breed." Weikart quotes Darwin contrasting the "hard reason" that might encourage callous treatment of handicapped persons with "sympathy." In the Christian worldview, "sympathy" is not the opposite of "hard reason." Rather, Christians like the geophysicist and Catholic Xavier le Pichon, regard handicapped persons as necessary and beneficial parts of God's creation.

Chapter six documents Nazi propaganda's promotion of Darwinism. Nazi propaganda did "not just mention Darwinism in passing, but accorded it a prominent place in Nazi racial ideology." Chapter seven charts Nazi Germany's treatment of German Darwinian Ernst Haeckel. The above-mentioned Robert J. Richards claims that Nazi Germany rejected Haeckel. Weikart proves Richards' claim false. Heinz Brucher was a world-class botanist, a Nazi Party member, an SS Sammelkommando – that is, one who stole seed research from the Soviet Union – and, after the war, a biology advisor to UNESCO. Before Nazis began their T4 euthanasia program, "Heinz Brucher was publicly lauding Haeckel for advocating the killing of disabled people." Heinrich Schmidt, Haeckel's protegee and director of the Haeckel house, wrote in 1934, "In the new Reich, his [Haeckel's] ideas about biology … are celebrating a surprisingly powerful resurrection. The religious trajectory of the present is often traveling in the course of his simple, yet sublime nature religion."

In chapter eight, Weikart lists American neo-Nazis and white supremacists who embrace Darwinism. He cites the 1896 book Might is Right, which repeatedly cites Darwin as the new gospel. The book is available for free at white supremacist websites. "As Darwin commands, let the strongest live," author Ragnar Redbeard writes. No longer should humanity follow the "hypnotic myth that centers around the execution of a Hebrew slave." "Christ was a pariah Jew." "Darwinism is the mortal foe of Hebraism." We must reject "the Gospel of Ineffectuality." Our heroes must be "brutal," made so through "brutal warfare, brutal personal encounters, brutal thoughts." "A man is brutal who will not turn the other cheek." Redbeard parodies the Christian beatitudes. He writes, "Cursed are the unfit for they shall be righteously exterminated." Like the Nazis, Haeckel, and many New Atheists today who regret the Judeo-Christian influence on Western Civilization, Redbeard wishes to turn the clock back to Ancient Paganism, focused, as it was, on amoral beauty, strength, health, youth, selfish desires, and raw power. Redbeard writes, "In ancient Rome, it was considered the height of impiety, heresy, and treason, for free-born citizens to adore a circumcised Asiatic [Jesus], but in America it is considered pious and fashionable and highly commendable to do so." Redbeard also bemoans Christianity's negative influence on manly Nordic Pagans. Christians banned the "holmgang," a one-on-one fight to settle disputes. "When Clericalism abolished the holmgang the pride of Norland silently waned away … when it banned gladiatorial contests, the Eternal City had its day."

Robert J. Richards has written "Was Hitler a Darwinian?" a 2013, 54-page rebuttal to Richard Weikart's work. Richards repeatedly resorts to ad hominem commentary, referring to anyone who mentions Darwinism's influence on Nazism as a "conservative" "religious" thinker; in fact, Richards does this in his first sentence, and repeats the ad hominem comment four times; "religious" is also used to dismiss other "constricted" "thinkers" four times, as in "a myriad of religious and politically constricted thinkers." Such thinkers are not "reputable." Richards explicitly blames Christianity for Nazism. Richards claims that Hitler admired Christianity's "greatness." Richards draws a straight line from Martin Luther to Nazism.

In 1919, Julius Streicher helped to found the Deutschsozialistische Partei a nationalist, anti-Catholic, and anti-Semitic party. Soon thereafter he joined the Nazi party. In 1923, he began publishing Der Sturmer, an anti-Semitic and also an anti-Catholic newspaper. In 1937, Streicher was given a copy of Martin Luther's "The Jews and their Lies" for his birthday. Many authors cite this as Streicher's first encounter with Luther's work. Streicher was 52 at the time. He had been a leading German anti-Semite for at least 18 years. He had been publishing the most notorious anti-Semitic newspaper in history for 14 years. Streicher is not alone. Johannes Wallmann argues against the idea that Luther's sixteenth-century tract was continuously influential in Germany. In any case, Luther raged violently against the Catholic Church, and his Reformation was followed by two centuries of vicious blood-letting by Catholics and Protestants on each other. The Nazis did not oppose Catholicism because of Martin Luther. The Nazis opposed Catholicism for their own reasons.

The most notorious Nazi anti-Semitic film, The Eternal Jew, conflated Jews and rats. It depicted Jews as biological and economic threats. The most successful Nazi propaganda film, Jud Suss, relied on images of Jews as middleman minorities who manipulated the powerful to their own economic enrichment and the impoverishment of the German middle and lower classes. Nazis did not choose Luther's tract as their primary propaganda instrument. They choose biological and economic imagery. Aligning their anti-Semitism most significantly with Christianity did not meet Nazi ideological ends. Presenting their anti-Semitism as rooted in biology, economics, and culture did.

Richards mentions only Jews as victims of the Nazis, and anti-Semitism as the only Nazi hate. Richards thus never has to address why Nazis murdered handicapped Germans, Gypsies, Slavs, homosexuals, Polish children, and why Nazis sterilized Germans of African descent. Richards creates a strawman, insisting that Weikart cannot prove Darwinian evolution to be incorrect. I don't think Weikart ever attempts to do that, certainly not in the book under review here. Richards writes that Haeckel's "own moral theory certainly did not abandon Judeo-Christian precepts." In fact, as the above quotes show, it certainly did exactly that. Richards makes a mistake many invested in the "white privilege" assumption about racism make. Only whites are racist; only non-whites are victims of racism. Richards identifies Madison Grant as prejudiced against Slavs – he was – but Richards inexplicably calls "Poles, Czechs, and Russians" "swarthy." In other words, because Grant denigrated Slavs, Slavs must be dark-skinned. Most Slavs are in fact quite pale. Richards claims that "nowhere does Hitler even use" "any word that obviously refers to evolutionary theory." In fact, Hitler does, and he also refers to the "struggle for existence," for example, "the natural struggle for existence which allows only healthy and strong individuals to survive is replaced by a sheer craze to 'save' feeble and even diseased creatures at any cost." I asked Weikart about the specific term "evolution" in Mein Kampf in the original German. Weikart wrote back that Richards "argued that the German term 'Entwicklung,' which can be translated as 'development' or 'evolution' was no longer being used by biologists during Hitler’s time to refer to biological evolution. This is completely false. Biologists during the entire twentieth century used the term 'Entwicklung' to mean evolution."

As I write this, Russians are committing atrocities in Ukraine. In one intercepted phone call, a laughing Russian woman tells her man to wear a condom when raping Ukrainian women. A Russian soldier has been arrested for filming assaults on babies. He apparently hoped to market the videos. Commodifying evil and suffering to insist that white skin or Christianity explains wrongdoing, and even reactions to Will Smith's Oscar slap, is abhorrent. The Judeo-Christian tradition insists on a different approach. We are all culpable – white, black, rich, poor, believer, Atheist – "All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." We must all monitor our behavior in order to comply with God's commands based on the premise that we are all made in the image and likeness of God.

We may never be fully able to get into the minds of individual Nazis who committed atrocities. But we can read, in clear prose, their justifications for genocide. Those justifications were, more often than not, written out in the logic of scientific racism and a rejection of the Judeo-Christian ethic.

Now that the suspected New York train shooter has been arrested by the police, charges of terrorism and hate crimes can’t be far behind. Or can they?

As PJ Media has reported, suspected terrorist Frank James was a supporter of the black separatist group Nation of Islam. His recorded rantings on his YouTube channel and Twitter account were full of his racist poison. YouTube has already disappeared his channel with Frank James’s hundreds of videos.

But there’s one comment, in particular, that may sound eerily familiar to those who were sentient beings on 9/11/01 and remember its aftermath.

One of the most shocking comments uttered in response to the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center towers and the Pentagon and the attempted attack on the White House or Congress was said by Senator Barack Obama’s spiritual advisor and pastor, the Reverend Jeremiah Wright.

Barack Obama’s Chicago minister, who officiated the Obama’s wedding ceremony, declared before cheering parishioners that the Islamist Al Qaeda attack was America’s “chickens coming home to roost.” It was so divisive that Obama, then running for president, had to disavow Wright and gave a speech on race to distract from the poison coming from the pulpit of the church he’d belonged to for 20 years.

James, who, as we reported, calls himself a “prophet of doom,” described 9/11 as “the most beautiful day, probably in the history of this f***ing world.”

James was also quite upset that new Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is married to a white man. “I had no idea, with that African name, that she would be married to a white man. … Our black sister Supreme Court Justice, power to the people, is married to a f**king white man. (Crying) I don’t believe this sh*t. Oh, God! Wait a minute. This motherf**ker right there, there he is. There he is! White man! Black sister, Ketanji, married to a white man.”

He posted positive things about Black Lives Matter shooter Micah Xavier Johnson, who murdered five Dallas Police officers.

Will the Leftist media memory-hole the name of the racist terror suspect and stay mum on hate crime and terror charges against the man, as they have done with other Leftist killers?

Laura Ingraham Hits Trump for Endorsing Oz in Senate Race

Laura Ingraham is none too pleased with Donald Trump’s endorsement of Mehmet Oz for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania, or Sean Hannity’s for that matter.

Oz is seeking the Republican nomination and hopes to replace the retiring Pat Toomey (R-PA).

On Tuesday’s Ingraham Angle, the Fox News host played years-old clips of Oz expressing concerns about climate change, the ability of mentally unwell people to purchase firearms, and states enacting strict anti-abortion laws. For Ingraham, his previous positions on these issues are disqualifying.

The host welcomed former Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway to the show to discuss the endorsement. Conway has endorsed Dave McCormick in the primary.

“Do you think the Trump endorsement of Oz was a mistake?” Ingraham asked Conway.

“Well, President Trump’s endorsement in these Republican primaries is a highly sought after and deeply consequential piece of political currency. So many people want it, they make the trek to Bedminster or Mar-a-Lago–”

The host cut her off and asked, “Was it a mistake, Kellyanne?”

Rather than talk up her preferred candidate – McCormick – Conway praised Trump, who was on the record as being pro-abortion until he ran for president. She said he had a “conversion” on the issue. She also accused Oz of making “rookie mistakes.”

Ingraham then noted that her Fox News colleague Sean Hannity is partial to Oz.

“Hannity, I think, I believe endorsed Oz and I think that’s, you know, that’s probably not inconsequential for President Trump,” she said. “You wouldn’t answer the question whether it was a mistake. I think it was a mistake to endorse Oz. I’ll say it. I’m not afraid to say it. It was a mistake to endorse Oz.”

U.S.A. – -(Ammoland.com)- “This is all about winning elections in order to stop the Radical Left maniacs from destroying our country,” Donald Trump declared Saturday in his “Endorsement of Dr. Oz.” “Dr. Oz is Pro-Life, very strong on Crime, the Border, Election Fraud, our Great Military, and our Vets, Tax Cuts, and will always fight for and support our under-siege Second Amendment.”

A skeptical reaction by the Fletcher character from The Outlaw Josie Wales comes to mind. As does a nagging suspicion about being played.

Hey, someone’s gotta say it.

Regular readers of this column will remember the documentation of Oz’s stances on guns before he was running for office, including hosting “This Is Our Lane: Doctors Speak about Gun Violence,” endorsing infringements “including the banning of semiautomatic firearms” under the guise of “public health,” and further using his mass media platform to “sell” due process-denying “red flag laws” to his low-information audience.

The Gun Feed provided further irrefutable evidence of where Oz’s sympathies lie, including his call for fans to contact Congress to get the CDC back into the anti-gun advocacy through junk science business, and his Moms Demand Action-promoted hosting of anti-gun Rep. Lucy McBath.

“If the former president backs him that will tell all but the most self-deluded ‘3D chess’ apologists all they need to know,” I noted at the time.

Not quite.  The guy made a name for himself on TV by firing people. Perhaps if he was better at picking them in the first place, he wouldn’t need to end up angrily attacking so many he had nothing but high praise for in the beginning.

Consider all the wonderful things he said about William BarrChristopher WrayJeff SessionsMike PenceAnthony Scaramucci“Mad Dog” MattisMark Milley, and more.

Then consider how he described them and their qualifications after their fallings out, respectively: BarrWraySessionsPenceScaramucciMattisMilley

That’s not to say Trump was wrong in his final assessments, but we’re talking about his initial ones here. And noting he’s a man who puts the highest priority on being perceived as a winner, we see the reason he has nothing but superlatives in his latest endorsement:

“Perhaps most importantly, I believe that Mehmet Oz will be the one most able to win the General Election against a Radical Left Democrat looking to do unthinkable harm to our Country.”

How electing someone the smart money says will be a leader in future Republican “compromises” on guns will be a “win” (for anyone who cares about the right to keep and bear arms) is left unstated. But it’s bigger than that, though, right? We need a Republican Senate majority so we can stop dangerous Biden appointments, like the recently confirmed Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, pushed over the top by two other Trump endorsees Susan Collins, and Mitt Romney.

Speaking of that process, it’s on Senate Judiciary Committee Republicans to explain why they didn’t even try to deny a quorum and prevent the vote from coming to the floor. It’s also on each of the national “gun rights groups” that did not urge their members to pressure them, and are now using the existential threat Jackson represents to solicit donations. There was no chance? How would they know without a committed fight, and how would that fight, and its risks, compare against the ones their members will now be forced into?

Now, in Pennsylvania, gun owners will once more be forced into a “lesser of two evils” decision, and one that can’t be resolved in the primary.  Trump’s first choice, Sean Parnell, appeared to be on track with key “conservative” issues, including guns and immigration but suspended his campaign after being accused of abuse by his estranged wife. The other alternative is globalist “Bush Republican” David McCormick who throws gun owners this bone while wearing the obligatory orange vest and cap:

“Protecting our 2nd Amendment Rights – Dave grew up hunting on his family’s farm in Bloomsburg and remains a hunter to this day. He is a strong believer in our Second Amendment rights and will stand up against the extreme left who want to abolish our Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.”

An identical testimonial, equally as weasel-worded and meaningless, could have been offered up by Fudds for Biden. This is the best that Pennsylvania Republicans can offer, and the most that Pennsylvania gun owners have the clout to demand? Over the years acceptance of oath-breaking lumps like Tom Ridge, Arlen Specter, and Pat Toomey have convinced the establishment that they can get away with serial betrayals and never pay a price at the polls.

Left unaddressed is what the effects of taking fire out of bellies will have on voter turnout. Won‘t everyone be surprised, including Donald Trump considering his prospects for a 2024 comeback, if their best-laid schemes result in John FettermanMalcolm Kenyatta, or Conor Lamb taking home the prize?

A Walt Disney Company whistleblower made a bombshell claim on Monday when she revealed that hundreds of employees have been arrested for child sex crimes throughout the years, and the company has done everything possible to sweep that under the rug to protect its brand.

Last month, three Disney employees were caught up in a child sex trafficking sting.

The whistleblower, who went by the name Kathy, made her claim on Newsmax’s The Benny Show with host Benny Johnson. She explained that the company never internally addresses “things that are unpleasant” and employees are instructed not to bring up issues that could jeopardize Disney’s world-famous brand.

Disney has, however, felt that embracing transgender ideology and opposing Florida’s Parental Rights in Education bill are somehow on brand. Recent polling shows that over 60% of U.S. voters support the bill’s language.

Johnson asked Kathy if Disney ever internally addressed the “very severe and horrifying record” of Disney employees being charged for sex crimes against children. She emphatically said, “No.”

“We don’t talk about things that are unpleasant,” she added. She also explained that Disney employees are “constantly” monitored. While it would be nearly impossible for an employee to do anything to a child while on the clock, the real issue is what they do on their personal time.

“We are watched constantly. We have cameras everywhere on us. You can’t walk away with a child. So that would be pretty much an impossibility. But what people do on their off time. That’s kind of scary… And it’s not discussed.” One employee caught in the sting last month was a 27-year-old lifeguard at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort named Xavier Jackson.

“I would bet dollars to donuts that the leadership team never even spoke to the rest of the team about why [Jackson] is no longer with the company.”

The whistleblower also lamented the way the company has embraced a woke agenda.

“I don’t see it getting any better…The agenda has to be pushed…I don’t think it’s going to make a huge difference in their business,” Kathy said. “The middle-class American family is not what Disney is after anymore.”

Earlier this month, a recording of a company-wide zoom meeting was leaked, and it showed Karen Burke, the president of Disney’s General Entertainment Content, saying Disney has “many, many, many LGBTQIA characters in our stories.” The leaked recording also showed executive producer Latoya Raveneau stating that her team has implemented a “not-at-all-secret gay agenda” and is regularly “adding queerness” to children’s programming.

The company has also committed to fighting Florida’s new Parental Rights in Education law.
