Multiple sources are claiming Supreme Court Justice John Roberts is an “anti-Trumper” who is actively working to ensure President Trump isn’t re-elected.

A video going viral online shows Arizona State Senator Eddie Farnsworth citing a Supreme Court staffer who allegedly heard SCOTUS judges yelling behind closed doors during a heated argument.

Farnsworth describes a statement made by a “Current staffer for one of the Supreme Court Justices.”

“He said the justices, as they always do, went into a closed room to discuss cases or to debate,” Farnsworth explained. “There are no phones, no computers, no nothing. No one else is in the room except the nine justices. It’s typically very civil.”

He continued, saying, “They usually don’t hear any sound, they just debate what they’re doing. But, when the Texas case was brought up, he heard screaming through the walls as Justice Roberts and the other liberal justices were insisting that this case not be taken up. The words that were heard through the wall when Justice Thomas and Justice Alito were citing Bush vs Gore, from John Roberts, were,

‘I don’t give a ***** about that case, I don’t want to hear about it. At that time we didn’t have riots.’ So, what he was saying is he was afraid of what would happen if they didn’t do the right thing.”

“I’m sorry, but that is moral cowardice,” Farnsworth declared. “We in the SREC, I’m an SREC member, we put those words in very specifically, because the charge of the Supreme Court is to ultimately be our final arbitrator, our final line of defense for right and wrong, and they did not do their duty. So, I think we should leave these words in because I want to send a strong message to them. Thank you.”

Corroborating this account is an interview with Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne, a Trump insider, who told the Strange Report podcast about the Supreme Court clerk’s experience before Farnsworth spoke out.

According to Howard-Browne, “The clerk said, ‘The justices are normally calm. They meet behind closed doors, and you never hear anything, but it was a screaming match. You could hear it all down the hallway.'”

“He said they met in person… they didn’t trust the telephonic meeting,” Howard-Browne told Strange Report. “Chief Justice Roberts was screaming, ‘Are you going to be responsible for the rioting if we hear this case?’ And then Roberts went on to say [to Justice Neil Gorsuch], ‘Don’t tell me about Bush versus Gore. We weren’t dealing with riots then, and you’re forgetting what your role is. And I don’t want to hear anything from the two junior justices.'”

The clerk alleged that Roberts continued, saying, “I will tell you how to vote,” with Justice Clarence Thomas supposedly answering, “This will be the end of democracy, John.”

“When they left the room, Roberts and the liberals and Kavanaugh had big smiles; Alito and Thomas [were] visibly upset; ACB and Gorsuch didn’t seem fazed at all,” according to Howard-Browne’s source.

“So obviously, it’s clear that Chief Justice Roberts is intimidated by Antifa, the left-wing rioting,” the pastor concluded. “And, of course, that’s the problem that we’re dealing with. Apart from the corruption that’s in our courts, and the judges that are legislating from the benches, and all the corruption that we’re dealing with here with the voting fraud and the scandals of what’s taking place. This would be ultimately the scenario that I could just see unfolding in the Supreme Court.”

In addition to these claims, Trump attorney Lin Wood wrote on Twitter Thursday, “This may be the most important tweet of my life.”

He continued, “Chief Justice John Roberts is corrupt & should resign immediately. Justice Stephen Breyer should also resign immediately. They are ‘anti-Trumpers’ dedicated to preventing the public from knowing the TRUTH of
Trump’s re-election.”

Elaborating, Wood claimed Roberts was heard discussing Trump in a phone conversation, saying, “the mother f#*ker would never be re-elected.”

“Roberts engaged in phone conversations with Justice Stephen Breyer discussing how to work to get Trump voted out,” Lin wrote.

The POTUS attorney added, “This is a sad day for our country but a day on which we must wake up & face the truth,” and told Americans, “Roberts is the reason that SCOTUS has not acted on election cases. Others involved.”

Changing the direction of his Twitter rant, Wood said he’s “long had questions about ‘the John Roberts’ on Jeffrey Epstein private jet flight logs. I suspected it was our Chief Justice. MSM has shown no interest in investigating issue to find TRUTH. America is now entitled to know the answer. Every lie will be revealed. Pray.”

“The documentation of my claims about Justices Roberts & Breyer has been placed in hands of several third parties,” Wood added. “When one cannot attack message, all too often messenger is attacked. But TRUTH cannot be denied. It cannot be destroyed. I have made sure of that TRUTH.”

Infowars has reached out to Lin Wood to inquire about the documentation of his claims, but has yet to receive a response.

One final tweet on the subject by Wood explains that if he gave the wrong date for the alleged phone call where Justice Roberts said Trump would “never be re-elected,” that the judge can give the exact date himself.

“While you have his attention, ask him some other questions. He owes The People answers. He owes us TRUTH,” Lin wrote.

 

California officials blast court ruling to reduce Orange County jail population

Officials in Orange County, Calif., are fighting a court order aimed at slashing the population of inmates in the county due to the coronavirus. 

Sheriff Don Barnes pushed back against the Orange County Superior Court, which ordered the reduction of the county's jail populations by 50% on Friday in an effort to achieve proper social distancing and prevent further spread of COVID-19. 

"I have no intention of releasing any of these individuals from my custody," Barnes said, according to Los Angeles's KABC-TV. "We are going to file an appeal and we're going to fight it and if the judge has any intent of releasing any one of these individuals, he will have to go through line by line, name by name, and tell me which ones he is ordering released."

CALIFORNIA OFFICIALS DEFY ICE DETAINER, RELEASE CONVICTED CHILD MURDERER

The decision by the court was made in response to an April lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in an effort to protect disabled and medically vulnerable people at the Orange County Jail, reports said. 

In the order, Judge Peter Wilson wrote that Barnes’ “deliberate indifference to the substantial risk of serious harm from COVID-19 infection to … medically vulnerable people in [his] custody violates their rights," according to KCBS-TV of Los Angeles.

"Public safety does not just mean crime," added Jacob Reisberg with the ACLU. "Public safety also means, is there a hospital bed open if you get sick? And if there's a massive outbreak in the jail, which this de-population order is trying to avoid, there will not be hospital capacity in Orange County for people on the outside who get COVID."

Barnes announced an outbreak in the jails that stood at 138 cases on Friday, before infections jumped to 416 by Monday, according to KABC-TV. 

The recent outbreak prompted Reisberg to call the jails  "fu----- deathtraps," on Twitter Monday. The sheriff, meanwhile, argued the high number of infections was because the jail was testing everyone, even those who were asymptomatic. 

District Attorney Todd Spitzer, who is also opposed to court-ordered inmate reduction, said that the outbreak at the jails mirrors a recent surge in the county. 

Orange County set new records for coronavirus cases and hospitalizations Monday, according to county health officials. More than 3,250 COVID-19 cases were reported on Monday, which brings the total number of infections to 105,764.

"Why does anybody think that what's going on in our jails is not gonna be a mirror image of what's already happening on the outside?" Spitzer said. "The numbers in the jail are not out of control or inflated as compared to what's going on outside of our jails."

The order would allow for the release of more than 1,800 inmates, which Barnes and Spitzer believe would create more crime and victimize more people. According to the station, data from the DA's office showed that low-level offenders released early or on $0 bail during the pandemic have committed crimes at nearly three times the normal rate. 

"There's no doubt it would jeopardize public safety because these are some of the worst of the worst," Spitzer said.

The ACLU and the Orange County Sheriff's Department were ordered to file a joint status report of compliance no later than Jan. 6, according to KCBS-TV.

In Flint, Michigan, on May 1, at a Family Dollar store, a 43-year-old security guard, a family man, the father of six children, was shot dead after asking a customer to wear a mask (“Killed for Doing His Job,” The Sun, May 4, 2020).

In Staten Island, New York, on May 25, a mob of angry customers at a Shoprite grocery store cursed and berated a woman for not wearing a mask. One shamer removed his mask so he can yell louder (“Video shows mob berating woman,” Fox News, May 26, 2020).

In Gardena, California, on July 5, a security guard shot and killed a 50-year-old man at a supermarket because he wasn’t wearing a mask (“California security guard charged with murder,” Fox News, Jul. 9, 2020).

In Bayonne, France, in July 5, a 59-year-old bus driver, family man, father of three daughters, was beaten to death by a group of passengers who refused to comply with the mask rule (“French bus driver died,” Agence France-Presse, Jul. 11, 2020).

In Lansing, Michigan, on July 14, a man stabbed another man in a restaurant after being told he had to wear a mask. He fled the scene and was later shot to death by a policewoman after he approached her with a knife and would not put it down (“Suspect killed by Michigan deputy,” ABC News, Jul. 15, 2020).

In Minden, Ontario, on July 15, a man assaulted a grocery store employee after being told to wear a mask and was later shot to death after a confrontation with police in his home. One of the employees said later that they shouldn’t have to enforce government rules. “If we didn't have to force him and tell him that he couldn't come into the store, nothing would have happened, really. He would have got his groceries and went along with his day” (“OPP shoot man dead hours after mask dispute,” CBC.ca, Jul. 15, 2020).

In Lakeside, Colorado, on July 19, a woman shopping in a liquor store was cursed and attacked with a cart for not wearing a mask (“Mask Madness,” The Washington Times, Jul. 20, 2020).

In Albuquerque, New Mexico, on July 21, a man who was told that he had to wear a mask to have his automobile serviced ran over the shop owner’s son (“New Mexico deputies,” Associated Press, Aug. 24, 2020).

In Gainesville, Georgia, on about July 23, a woman shopping in a Walmart with her two young children was severely berated by another customer for not wearing masks. The mask shamer said, “I hope you all die” and walked off. Walmart policy does not require young children to wear masks (“Store Mask Bully,” Western Journal, July 29, 2020).

In San Diego, California, on July 23, a woman pepper sprayed a man who wasn’t wearing a mask. He and his wife were sitting outside alone, social distancing and eating a snack. The woman sprayed the entire container into the poor man’s face (“Man allegedly pepper-sprayed for not wearing facial covering,” ABC10 News San Diego, Jul. 24, 2020).

In Hackensack, New Jersey, on July 29, in a Staples store, a 54-year-old woman who had recently undergone a liver transplant and was walking with a cane, demanded that another customer wear a mask and was subsequently shoved to the floor and suffered a broken leg (“Woman Shoved to the Ground,” NBC4 New York, Jul. 31, 2020).

In Manhattan Beach, California on July 31, a woman berated a man for not wearing a mask (even though he was sitting outside and eating at the time), then threw hot coffee on him. The victim subsequently beat up the crazed woman’s husband (“California Couple Throws Coffee,” International Business Times, Aug. 1, 2020).

In Wisconsin, on July 31, the head of the Department of Natural Resources, instructed his employees that they must wear masks even while video conferencing from their homes (“Employees need masks,” The Kansas City Star, Aug. 10, 2020).

On August 10, a woman and her two children were removed from a Southwest Airlines flight because her three-year-old autistic son would not wear a mask. She had a note from the boy’s doctor about his special condition, but Southwest apparently does not allow medical exemptions (“Family removed,” USA Today, Aug. 11, 2020).

On August 19, a mother and her six children were removed from a JetBlue Airways flight after her two-year-old daughter kept pulling off her mask. The other passengers were loudly protesting the airline’s decision, saying, ‘That’s not fair; don’t do that to that mother,” to no avail. Another mother was kicked off the same flight with her young son for sticking up for the first mother (“Mom traveling with 6 kids kicked off,” ABC News, Aug. 21, 2020).

Former Navy Seal Robert O’Neill, one of the nation’s brave heroes who participated in the raid that killed mass murderer Osama Bin Laden, was banned from flying on Delta on August 20 after he tweeted a selfie of himself not wearing a mask on a Delta flight, calling masks “dumb.” Even though he was eating and drinking at the time and airline policy does not require wearing a mask for such an activity, he was perhaps targeted for his jocular attitude against masking.

On August 31, there was a shootout at a Family Dollar store in St. Louis after employees told two customers that they must wear masks according to a city ordinance. One of the customers shot at an employee, who returned fire and wounded the man (“Missouri man shot,” Fox News, Sept. 5, 2020).

On September 23, a mother was tased and handcuffed by a security officer for not wearing a mask at an outdoor eight-grade football game in Logan, Ohio (“Woman apparently tased at football game,” WTAP.com, Sep. 24, 2020). She was seated far from other people in the bleachers.

That same day, police in Moscow, Idaho, arrested three unmasked Christians who were participating in a hymn sing outside city hall, even though there have been zero covid-19 deaths or hospitalizations in the entire county (“Idaho Christians Arrested,” PJ Media, Sept. 24, 2020).

Three National Football League teams have been fined more than $1 million because their coaches didn’t wear masks at all times during games (“Coach Faces $100K Fine,” The Daily Wire, Sep. 30, 2020).

Actor Jason Isaacs of Harry Potter said that non-mask wearers should be in prison or the stocks or executed by hanging “(“Harry Potter star,” Insider, Sep. 29, 2020).

On October 3, the office of California Gov. Gavin Newsom sent out a tweet urging restaurant goers, “Don’t forget to keep your mask on in between bites. Do your part to keep those around you healthy.”

On October 19, a woman punched a Delta flight attendant on route from Atlanta to Miami after the attendant told her and her boyfriend to wear a face mask (“Woman incorrectly wearing face mask throws punches,” The Daily Caller, Oct. 20, 2020).

On October 25, Delta Airlines sent a memo to its employees stating that 460 people have been added to its no-fly list for refusing to comply with their mask regulation. The list is typically reserved for suspected terrorists.

On October 25, two women stabbed an employee of a store 27 times and kicked him in the head after he asked them to wear a mask. The event took place in a Snipes record store in Chicago (“Sisters allegedly hold down, stab guard,” Chicago Sun-Times, Oct. 27, 2020). The employee was stabbed in the arms, back, and chest with a small knife and survived.

Oregon Gave Antifa Your CARES Act COVID Relief Tax Dollars During the Riots. Wait, It Gets Worse

That which is rewarded is repeated. Apparently, the State of Oregon wants more antifa and Black Lives Matter rioting. At at time when violent rioters were setting fires, looting, and terrorizing the people of Portland, they were rewarded with U.S. CARES Act COVID relief funds.

Repeating: When Portland was burning, the state of Oregon gave the arsonists gasoline.

The group “SNACK BLOC” that received CARES ACT money designed to help people in need – or so we thought – is unabashedly antifa and BLM. It’s not even a semantical close call. Oregon’s Health Authority gave money to a group that came out of the shadows to support antifa and riots.

I say out of the shadows because according to Willamette Week, the loosely formed “group” supposedly existed for three years, but has no webpage, and just started a Twitter account timed to the beginning of Portland’s 100-plus days of non-stop rioting.

Their first message? “Don’t talk to cops.”

They participated in the attack on Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler’s home.

“You know you’re the fu–ing mayor, right? Like we’re at your building because we want YOU to stop the police officers from ‘repeatedly striking’ individuals.”

They “helped” “comrades” with bail.

The group “helped” to get rid of cops, like the Marxists they are. The group encouraged people to turn off their cell phones while at protests.

Just so you know, your cell phone is a fu–ing snitch. Don’t let that rat see you at a protest, and definitely don’t post pictures with it. Turn it off or put it on airplane mode.

They threw a “bloc party.” You know like “black bloc,” the clothes worn by members of antifa?

In case you’re skeptical about characterization of the group’s purpose, the local press knows exactly who and what it is.

Willamette Week called it “the protest support and mutual aid group … that’s provided resources for almost 100 days of protests across Portland.”

Along with organizing its own events, Snack Bloc has been at seemingly every protest, march and vigil around the city over the past three months, providing snacks, water and supplies to protesters at the Stripper Strike, BLM Art Therapy and rallies across Portland.

In a video the group made  – your tax dollars at work – the group called for “burning it down” for the “revolution.”

Defund, Dismantle, and BURN IT DOWN. ✊🏾 Resources for the REVOLUTION

The group’s Twitter account started in June of 2020, when it came out of the shadows to conveniently become a 501c3 charitable group.  The Twitter account has been dormant since September 12, when the riots were smoked out by wildfires in the metro area. But they got their U.S. taxpayer money.

A community resource and support for rallies, protests, community events, vigils and more. Holler if you wanna start one in your town.

On September 6th the group sent this tweet:

COMRADES! We’re prepping for the coming fall and winter and we could really use some funds to keep Portland safe and warm. If you’re able, please donate to our Venmo or PayPal. If not, please just Retweet to help.

Their calls for money were answered. The Oregon Health Authority granted the antifa support group a health equity grant award of $145,000 in September. That money came directly from the CARES Act money intended to help people suffering from the COVID shutdowns, not people throwing super-spreader riot events.

When the awards were made in September, the head of the OHA said they were fully aware of the group’s receiving the money and noted how “vital” they are to “their communities” for the “collective work” to end racism, “especially relating to COVID-19.”

“We look forward to partnering with these remarkable organizations and communities, who do such vital work to serve their communities,” said Patrick Allen, OHA director. “We are deeply aware how these organizations’ linkages and knowledge of their communities and the challenges they face are so important to bringing resources to help. We look forward to the collective work to continue to meaningfully address the systemic racism and structural inequities that have caused so much health disparity, especially relating to COVID-19.”

Patrick Allen claimed that the money would go to groups “disproportionately impacted by COVID-19.”

The grants focus resources on communities most disproportionately impacted by COVID-19 and programs that will address health and economic disruptions, food insecurity and housing, and safety and violence prevention, among other aspects of need.

The OHA said that its criteria for doling out funds are:

  • Health and Economic Disruptions
  • Food Insecurity and Housing
  • Safety and Violence Prevention

One of these things is not like the other.

The loosely formed “SNACK BLOC” can hardly be supportive of “violence prevention” when it literally fed antifa and BLM rioters violently trashing the city.

The State of Oregon also granted money to another group with terror ties. The Center for Cultural Organizing received $275,000 in funding from U.S. taxpayers for COVID relief. This is the group that supported the imam from a Portland mosque, Al Saber “the sword,” which produced more than seven terrorists who supported Jihad in Afghanistan and elsewhere, including the Portland “Christmas Tree Bomber.”

Founded by Portland-area immigrants and refugees, the Center for Intercultural Organizing (CIO) was originally established to combat widespread anti-Muslim sentiment after 9/11. On September 8, 2002, authorities arrested a well-known Portland Imam at the airport—Sheik Mohamed Abdirahman Kariye, spiritual leader of the As-Saber Mosque (Masjed As-Saber)—falsely claiming his brother’s luggage contained traces of TNT. CIO’s founders organized a multicultural march and protest outside the federal building in downtown Portland, attended by local Muslims and other activists.

The imam the group was formed to help was booted from the country at long last after he was put on the country’s “No Fly” list in 2002. It also fetes the lawfare group of attorneys who defend GITMO detainees.

Pope Francis is condemning citizens for protesting the same tyrannical Chinese coronavirus mandates that he has personally been ignoring for months. Meanwhile, the Pope praises the “healthy indignation” seen in the communist-created Black Lives Matter riots ostensibly over the death of George Floyd.

In his new book – Pope Francis, widely considered to be a heretic by practicing Catholics – the Pontiff condemns those who do not blindly follow the economy-killing and freedom-crushing lockdowns imposed by partisan, power-hungry leaders:

“Some groups protested, refusing to keep their distance, marching against travel restrictions – as if measures that governments must impose for the good of their people constitute some kind of political assault on autonomy or personal freedom…”

The Marxist pope condemned governments who have chose not to lockdown their citizens, shut down businesses and destroy their economies stating: “Those governments have mortgaged their people”.

The pope has long dreamed of redistributing the world’s wealth, a dog-whistle for class war which would result in socialism.

For the past several months the Pope himself has been criticized for refusing to wear a coronavirus mask amid a supposed rise in cases in Italy and the rest of Europe. The Vatican even released a statement acknowledging that the 83-year-old pontiff, who is missing a portion of one of his lungs, is in a high risk category and are working on the Pontiff to take proper precautions.

The pope has also been criticized for not using sufficient amounts hand sanitizer during public appearances with audiences and for not keeping sufficient distance from the event attendees.

Just last month, at a Vatican event the mask-less pope disregarded coronavirus measures. Despite the fact that it was declared mandatory to wear one both outdoors and indoors in the Vatican City, the Pontiff stood along side prelates, kissed the hands of newly ordained priests and talking with mask-less guests. Ironic that in Pope Francis’ new book, he slammed those who claim “that being forced to wear a mask is an unwarranted imposition by the state”.

This past Monday, Pope Francis once again disregarded all coronavirus mandates and met with NBA players to discuss their so-called social justice efforts with the dangerous Black Lives Matter communist group. Ironic that in Pope Francis book, he slammed those who claim “that being forced to wear a mask is an unwarranted imposition by the state”.

While the pope continues to support communist-created demonstrations, Catholics in France have been demonstrating weekly to reinstatement their masses. The Pontiff has not offered his support to Catholics suffering assaults on their religious liberties by their government but instead, criticized those demonstrating for government to allow their Churches to open.

LTRP Note: Since the inception of Lighthouse Trails in 2002, we have been researching and warning about what is happening in today’s Christian colleges, seminaries, and universities. The letter below from Manny Silva (co-founder of Concerned Nazarenes) (posted with his permission) illustrates the great dilemma in which many Christian parents find themselves today, and it is utterly heartbreaking. Over the years, so many parents and grandparents have told us how their child’s or grandchild’s faith was turned upside down after attending a Christian college for even just a short time.

We wrote the booklet Epidemic of Apostasy in 2013 (from a report we released in 2011) showing how the Christian schools were incorporating Spiritual Formation (i.e., contemplative spirituality) into their students’ lives. We warned that doing this was going to turn these young people emergent. If anyone reading the following letter thinks for a minute that the huge emphasis on contemplative spirituality in the church these last two decades has not produced “social-justice warriors” in our young people who are joining (or at least sympathizing with) the Marxist, Black Lives Matter, pro-hate, anti-biblical movements currently happening, then he or she has not done due diligence in understanding what we’ve been warning about for nearly 19 years. We have always stated and will continue to warn as the Lord allows that the Spiritual Formation movement (now in the majority of Christian colleges) is a disguised effort by our Adversary to lead followers away from the Cross and into deep deception! Want to have a socialist, anti-moral, angry, and disillusioned child or grandchild? Just send him or her to a school that promotes Spiritual Formation.

And do not think that today’s Christian leaders are not much to blame for what is happening with our young people and the colleges—just read Roger Oakland’s book Faith Undone and Ray Yungen’s A Time of Departing* to understand the roles Christian leaders have played and the links involved in bringing about an emergent “social-justice” Bible-rejecting revolutionary movement within the church.

My son is a freshman at Gordon College. We enrolled him because we believed the school is a solid Christian college. But now, we have serious issues with what is going on campus this semester. We and many other parents of Gordon students are extremely concerned with the direction things are going. So if you are considering sending your student to Gordon College next year, please contact me at my e-mail address.

The biggest symptom of what we see is a falling away from the biblical principles that the school stands for, is the division being caused on campus by the Black Lives Matter movement. Student BLM activists have been exhibiting less than Christ-like behavior, such as racially divisive signs on campus. And one of the most serious concerns is that students who oppose BLM, or oppose social justice/Critical Race Theory are being vilified, intimidated, harassed, and even coerced into participating in activities which they do not agree with! These are all symptoms of a bigger problem, in which social-justice ideology is supplanting a biblical worldview on a college campus which we were certain would provide a solid basis for my son’s learning and spiritual growth. That is all in doubt now!

I have attended or listened to chapel messages where Scripture was twisted (by college professors!) into a social-justice theme. My son has not learned much about God’s Word in many of these chapel services. Racial issues seem to be overly-discussed in many classes, and activities and events are almost all themed on racial issues—but again, always slanted towards those who support BLM and social-justice causes. If you disagree, you are disapproved of, or you are forced to stay silent.

This in unacceptable on a Christian campus. Therefore, this is a clear warning to all parents considering Gordon College. We have not given up. We have started a group for concerned parents, and we are working hard to see if we can help rescue Gordon College from going over the precipice, where it will become undiscernible as a Christian school, and it will turn into just another secular, godless school in practice.

We are already getting an early taste of what Biden-Harris’s America will look like. Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Antifa thugs harassed, threatened and assaulted pro-Trump demonstrators, who had peaceably assembled on Saturday in the nation’s capital for what was billed as the Million MAGA March. The radical leftists are preparing to own the streets, forcing law abiding Americans to either kowtow to their demands or get out of the way.

What a difference four years make. When Donald Trump was elected president in 2016, 'Not my president' marches took place across the country. The marches were loud, angry and unruly. Conservatives who witnessed the marches undoubtedly did not like what they were hearing and seeing, but they did not try to bully the protesters. They respected the First Amendment rights of those upset by the election’s outcome so long as the protesters expressed their views peacefully, which they not always did.

Fast forward to 2020 when conservatives backing President Trump have cause to be upset about what many believe to have been a stolen election. Trump supporters organized protests, culminating on Saturday when thousands gathered in Washington D.C. for the Million MAGA March. President Trump drove past and waved at the demonstrators at one point.

The Trump supporters sang patriotic songs and exercised their First Amendment right to peaceably assemble and voice their objections regarding how the presidential election was handled. But the radical leftists could not care less about the First Amendment except when it helps them. The BLM and Antifa radicals violently confronted the pro-Trump demonstrators as they were wrapping up the MAGA gathering and preparing to leave.

The Daily Caller’s Jorge Ventura tweeted, “Multiple Trump supporters assaulted by pro-BLM supporters in Washington D.C. One of the supporters assaulted was brutally knocked out. The scene is chaotic right now #MillionMAGAMarch.”

Andy Ngô is a journalist who has reported extensively on Antifa’s violence. He was roughed up by Antifa thugs last year in Portland. Ngô tweeted  about the rioters’ unprovoked attacks on Saturday, including an attack on an elderly couple. Ngô wrote in one of his tweets, accompanied by a video of the incident, that a “BLM rioter rushes in and punches a woman in the back of the head as she’s walking away.”

A video posted on Twitter by NBC reporter Shomari Stone shows fireworks being hurled in the direction of Trump supporters while they were dining outside at a restaurant following the MAGA Million March.

The D.C. police not only failed to intervene and protect the peaceful demonstrators from the rioters. As reported by Breitbart, the D. C. police blocked a safer route that the Trump supporters were trying to use to exit the area, forcing them “to walk through a gauntlet of BLM, Antifa, and black bloc assailants in order to leave the area.”

The Trump-hating mainstream media downplayed or distorted what happened. CNN, for example, ran a story entitled “MAGA March brings together Trump voters, far-right leaders and counterprotesters, ending in some clashes.” CNN’s main takeaway was that “Saturday's rally illustrates the thinning of a line between the mainstream right and far-right extremists.” CNN referred to smaller groups of “counter demonstrators” who had gathered “in support of President-elect Joe Biden's electoral victory.” There was not a word said about Antifa or BLM specifically, not to mention their role in starting the “clashes.” We can assume from CNN’s reporting that CNN believes Antifa and BLM agitators should be lumped in with the rest of the cadre of Biden supporters.

Ellison Barber, a so-called “reporter” for MSNBC, tried to make herself the victim when she accused Trump supporters of  “chasing us as we walk further back,” after some protesters began chanting “fake news” in her presence. Then she editorialized: “This gives you a sense of the crowd here. They have no intention of accepting the election results. And as you can tell from the jeering right now, not fans of ours, either.” No to worry. MSNBC, like CNN, has plenty of fans on the far left.

Andy Ngo warned that the “wanton violence in the nation’s capital” on Saturday “demonstrates that BLM-antifa is not going away. They’re emboldened. They are an existential threat to the Constitution & liberal democracy.”

The existential threat is coming not only from the wanton violence against law-abiding Americans that BLM and Antifa perpetrate. BLM is most likely going to be given the opportunity by the Biden-Harris administration to destroy our constitutional republic from within.

Patrisse Cullors, one of the leaders of the Black Lives Matter movement, sent a letter recently to Biden and Harris claiming in effect to speak for all black people who voted for Biden. She requested a meeting to "discuss the expectations that we have for your administration and the commitments that must be made to Black people." According to Cullors, “The best way to ensure that you remedy past missteps and work towards a more just future for Black people—and by extension all people—is to take your direction from Black grassroots organizers that have been engaged in this work for decades, with a legacy that spans back to the first arrival of enslaved Africans. We look forward to meeting with you at your convenience to begin the immediate work of Black liberation."

What is the ideology that Cullors would bring with her to a seat at the table in Biden’s White House? “We are trained Marxists,” she has said.

What is the BLM “agenda” that Cullors wants “to be prioritized?” It includes defunding the police.  According to Cullors, the “fight for black liberation” includes closing all federal prisons and immigration detention centers and dismantling Immigration and Customs Enforcement. She supports reparations for what she describes as "the historical pains and damage caused by European settler colonialism", including "financial restitution, land redistribution, political self-determination, culturally relevant education programs, language recuperation, and the right to return (or repatriation)." And, by the way, Cullors hates Israel and links the Palestinians' victimhood narrative with the suffering of black people in the United States.

Assuming that Joe Biden succumbs to the pressure exerted by BLM and other progressive leftist movements that claim he is indebted to them for his victory, the left will have an inside track to enact their radical agenda. They will also have the BLM and Antifa shock troops to enforce their agenda and squelch any serious opposition.

If leftists were calling him “Death Santis” before over COVID-19, he’s doubly earned the nickname now.

Florida governor Ron DeSantis (R) has prepared an “anti-mob” legislation that would expand the state’s Stand Your Ground law to allow citizens to shoot at looters.

The legislation says it is an attempt to prevent “violent and disorderly assemblies” by permitting violence against anyone involved in the “interruption or impairment” of a business, which the proposal describes as being a burglary within 500 feet of “violent or disorderly assembly.”

Florida’s Stand Your Ground law, passed in 2005, removed the burden of having to retreat first before using force to counter a threat and gave judges more leeway to grant “immunity” to someone they believed acted in self-defense before letting a case get to the jury.

This comes as the year 2020 has been rocked by riots and looting throughout America since the deaths of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor.

DeSantis, a vocal supporter of President Trump, reportedly submitted copies of the legislation to the state’s Senate Committee on Criminal Justice and the House Judiciary Committee, according to the Miami Herald.

The outlet notes that “Other key elements of DeSantis’ proposal would enhance criminal penalties for people involved in ‘violent or disorderly assemblies,’ make it a third-degree felony to block traffic during a protest, offer immunity to drivers who claim to have unintentionally killed or injured protesters who block traffic, and withhold state funds from local governments that cut law enforcement budgets.”

The section of the proposal targeting counties and municipalities that make “disproportionate funding reductions” to law-enforcement agency budgets is likely DeSantis’ way of fighting back against the “defund the police” movement. Under the governor’s proposal, each municipality would need to certify to the state by October 15 that it is not disproportionately cutting law-enforcement agencies’ funding.

And the Tampa Bay Times reported on the reception the draft legislation is getting from key Republican leaders in the GOP-controlled state legislature:

Incoming Senate President Wilton Simpson is “interested in taking a look at the issue,” but there is no update on what the Senate plans to do with the draft language the governor’s office emailed in September, according to Senate spokeswoman Katie Betta.

Sarasota Republican state Sen. Joe Gruters, who doubles as the chairman of the Republican Party of Florida, told the Times/Herald on Monday that the governor “has the right idea” with the proposal. He did not say whether he will sponsor the bill, only that he “will definitely be supporting it however I can.”

Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri, who serves as the legislative chair of the Florida Sheriffs Association, said the issue is an important one to sheriffs across the state but was hesitant to comment on draft legislation.

“The sheriffs want to review it and look forward to the proposed bill that comes out of drafting, and we will carefully analyze and consider it, and take a position once we see the final form,” Gualtieri said Tuesday.

As expected, the proposal has elicited criticism from liberals in the state.

“It dangerously gives armed private citizens power to kill as they subjectively determine what constitutes ‘criminal mischief’ that interferes with a business,” former Miami-Dade prosecutor Aubrey Webb told the Herald. “Someone graffiti-ing ‘Black Lives Matter’ on a wall? Urinating behind a dumpster? Blocking an entrance?”

“Any number of things could occur. ‘Interruption or impairment’ to what degree? You could have people who are peacefully assembling who go in and out of a store — and a store owner or even a passerby could get nervous and misinterpret something and think they have the right to use unnecessary physical force — or even deadly force,” said Reid Rubin, a retired Miami-Dade homicide prosecutor.

Melba Pearson, a civil-rights attorney and former deputy director of Florida’s American Civil Liberties Union, told the Times the bill is “designed to tamp down on First Amendment rights of protesters.” She called the term “anti-mob” misleading, asserting that Florida did not have large-scale clashes between police and protesters like other states.

“These are not mobs running around the street. People are using their First Amendment rights. This is a democracy, lest some in Tallahassee forget,” said Pearson, a former Miami-Dade prosecutor.

First, Pearson is wrong in saying this is a democracy. The United States and the State of Florida are republics.

Second, while it is true that Florida has escaped the kind of anarchy seen in Portland, there certainly are Antifa cells and other armed left-wing elements in the state (the John Brown Gun Club, the Coalition of Armed Labor, etc.), and the only reason they haven’t risen to CHOP-level mob violence is because Republican leaders such as DeSantis repeatedly show that such antics will not be tolerated in the Sunshine State.

 

The Left Goes Full-Fascist With an Enemies List

Even as last week’s election results are being contested and the Democrats’ massive voter fraud is being exposed, the supporters of empty-suit candidate Joe Biden are already claiming victory and chafing at the bit to implement their radical agenda. And in contrast to his hypocritical call to “put away the harsh rhetoric” and unify Americans after the purported divisiveness of Donald Trump, Biden’s supporters have already begun threatening their political opponents with vicious retribution for supporting their #MAGA nemesis.

True to their totalitarian nature, newly-reelected New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and other high-profile Democrats tweeted Friday that Trump supporters essentially should be blacklisted for their role in advancing his unacceptable agenda to make America great again. “Is anyone archiving these Trump sycophants for when they try to downplay or deny their complicity in the future?” the socialist Ocasio-Cortez tweeted. “I foresee decent probability of many deleted Tweets, writings, photos in the future.”

“Lol at the ‘party of personal responsibility’ being upset at the idea of being responsible for their behavior over last four years,” she added later. It takes enormous chutzpah to accuse Republicans of misbehavior in our current, thuggish “cancel culture” marked by rampant leftist violence.

“Complicity” is a loaded word, which she no doubt chose intentionally. It means participation in criminal or wrongful activity. The implication, of course, is that both President Trump and his supporters are not simply political opponents but are legally guilty of wrongdoing and must be punished.

In a democratic political system, one party “punishes” the other by beating it in elections. Losing the election – being denied the opportunity to implement your agenda – is the punishment. The opposing parties then move forward together in an often uneasy or even contentious coexistence until the next election. But totalitarians by definition reject coexistence; after seizing power they punish their opponents literally and brutally, out of pure vindictiveness and with the intent to eradicate any opposition once and for all.

In a related tweet on Friday, Never-Trumper columnist Jennifer Rubin, the Washington Post’s token “conservative” (until she officially dropped the label from her bio two months ago), embraced her inner totalitarian: “Any [Republican] now promoting rejection of an election or calling to not to follow the will of voters or making baseless allegations of fraud should never serve in office, join a corporate board, find a faculty position or be accepted into ‘polite’ society,” Rubin stated with eyebrow-raising directness. “We have a list.”

We have a list. The left is gleefully boasting about putting together an enemies list to ostracize – no, to destroy – Trump supporters. This echoes unhinged Rep. Maxine Waters’ reprehensible call two years ago to her supporters to publicly confront and harass Trump cabinet members: “Let's make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere.”

Not welcome anymore, anywhere. This kind of ugliness goes far beyond agreeing to disagree. It is a rabble-rousing call to wage mob intimidation against fellow Americans, ostracize them from what Rubin calls “polite” society, and ruin their livelihoods. This is a totalitarian threat.

And who has this enemies list? Other social media users announced on Friday the launch of an ominous new initiative: the Trump Accountability Project, the purpose of which, as Emily Abrams, former campaign staffer for failed presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg, tweeted, is “to make sure anyone who took a paycheck to help Trump undermine America is held responsible for what they did.”

“We must never forget those who furthered the Trump agenda,” the Trump Accountability Project website states. “We should welcome in our fellow Americans with whom we differ politically. But those who took a paycheck from the Trump Administration should not profit from their efforts to tear our democracy apart.”

Don’t assume that the Party of Tolerance and Inclusiveness will “welcome” Trump supporters under a Joe Biden-Kamala Harris regime, or that their retribution will be limited to paid employees of the Trump administration. As the Massachusetts Daily noted, in addition to campaign workers, political appointees, and Trump donors, the Trump Accountability Project site originally added to its hit list “Individuals and Organizations that publicly endorsed either of Trump’s campaigns for President, in 2016 or 2020. – This means you.” So paid or not, anyone who publicly declared they were voting for Trump is a target. [That part of the statement disappeared from the website by Saturday morning, no doubt because it exposed just how broad and “inclusive” their vengeful scope really will be.]

We have already witnessed innumerable violent examples in the recent past, caught on video, of just how “welcoming” the left is to Trump supporters even while Trump is still in office. Are we now expected to believe that, if Biden is confirmed as President, the Democrats will treat Trump voters with any less cruelty, as long as the latter didn’t receive an actual paycheck bearing Trump’s signature?

The website continues: “The world should never forget those who, when faced with a decision, chose to put their money, their time, and their reputations behind separating children from their families, encouraging racism and anti-Semitism, and negligently causing the unnecessary loss of life and economic devastation from our country’s failed response to the COVID-19 pandemic.”

Every one of these points is either misleading, an outright lie, or pure Democrat projection. Temporary separation of illegal alien families at the border is for the protection of the children and a check against human trafficking -- not, as the left insists, just capricious cruelty (nor did it originate with Trump; Barack Obama, with Biden as Vice President, separated families as well). It is the Democrats who have divided us with their inherently racist identity politics. It is the Democrats who openly express anti-Semitism (Ilhan Omar, anyone? Rashida Tlaib? Linda Sarsour? Black Lives Matter?), not Trump, who is widely considered the most pro-Jewish and pro-Israel American president ever. It was not Trump but Democrat state leaders like the incompetent New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and tyrannical Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer who exacerbated the “unnecessary loss of life and economic devastation” from the coronavirus.

Right-wing social media reaction to these threatening tweets was swift and defiant. Conservative actor and Twitter gadfly James Woods tweeted to AOC, “Are you literally making lists? I understand you’re an ignorant nitwit who’s never had a passing acquaintance with a history book, but political lists are EXACTLY what Communists do: Lenin, Stalin, Pol Pot, Castro. So put me at the top of your list, you moron. I’d be honored.”

Republican Senator Marsha Blackburn too proudly offered her name to the list: “If by undermining America you mean stopping Democrat socialists, not defunding police and blocking the Green New Deal, add me to your list,” she wrote, adding the hashtag #MAGA.

Today’s Democrat Party – proudly far-left, anti-Constitution, anti-capitalism, and anti-American – has demonstrated through its ruthless "cancel culture," its violent assaults and mob harassment against conservatives, and its lawless urban rampages which the media dishonestly dismiss as "mostly peaceful protests," that it is totalitarian to the core. Can anyone seriously doubt that, given enough power, and aided and abetted by today’s media propagandists, the left would not merely eject conservatives from their “polite” society, but would establish re-education camps and eventually even gulags for those who hold “incorrect” opinions? It has happened everywhere that totalitarianism reigns. All freedom-loving Americans must defy and vigorously denounce the left’s call to exact revenge upon their political opponents.

In cities and towns across America on Nov. 3, people braced for post-election riots and destruction by Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Antifa – a continuation of the violence those groups had been committing for months – which had been threatened by top Democrats. Store owners boarded up their windows. Police were put on alert, and in some places the National Guard was called up.

But not in Montana. Earlier this year, Black Lives Matter and Antifa got a clear message that their brand of intimidation and violence would not work there! Here’s just one story.

On June 6, hundreds of agitated BLM-allied leftists converged on Depot Park in the center of Kalispell, Montana for a so-called “protest.” Kalispell, a small city north of Missoula in the northwest corner of the state, had not seen anything like this before.

Many locals feared that a mob would attempt to deface or destroy the Flathead County Veterans Memorial in the center of the small downtown park, as BLM activists had done to other monuments (particularly those involving military figures) across the country. And neighborhood businesses were on edge.

But when the BLM supporters arrived, the area around the monument was surrounded by dozens of well-armed local citizens. (Montana allows open-carry of firearms without a permit.) And the locals were prepared to also protect the nearby local businesses if necessary.

As a result, everything was peaceful. The leftists got the message! The virtue-signaling local people were surprisingly restrained. They stayed on the side of the street with their signs and banners and didn’t even block traffic. Even the more surly rabble-rousers held back.

And the word got around. There haven’t been any Black Lives Matter or Antifa problems in Montana.

How civilized life was intended

This is, of course, what the founders of America intended. Regular citizens who have a stake in the community are supposed to be able to protect themselves and others, especially at times of civil unrest. For most of our history, that’s how things were.

Unfortunately, in most of the country people now continue to live in fear of uncontrolled, lunatic mobs burning and looting buildings, tearing down monuments at will, and even attacking (and sometimes killing) bystanders. People living in fear and insecurity gives power to the Left and elected officials. And to make things even worse, the fake-news media viciously distort legitimate self-defense by citizens. But it’s not what America is all about.

Other attributes in Montana

Montana is quite civilized and normal. This is largely because most citizens are serious about preserving their Constitutional rights. And it’s much more than just self-protection.

They have maintained fair elections: At the polls, voters always had to show their photo ID to cast their ballot. Although this time most counties opted instead to go to mailed-in ballots, local election offices still kept the process clean. (It helped that many Montanans hand-delivered their ballots to election offices, rather than trust the US Mail.)

As a result of having a legitimate process, President Trump won Montana with 57% of the vote, and Republicans won the races for Governor, US Senate, US House, and all the major statewide offices.

VIENNA, AUSTRIA: Another Terrorist Released Early, Another Deadly Terror Attack

After being captured while trying to join the Islamic State, Kujtim Fejzulai, a dual citizen of Austria and North Macedonia, was sentenced to 22 months in prison. However, after showing a positive attitude and completing Muslim deradicalization programs, he was released early. Once released, he assembled a variety of weapons and launched a terrorist attack in Vienna (where he was born), killing four and insuring fourteen others. Fejzulai was killed by police. David Wood discusses the terror attack and its connection to the Quran and the Islamic doctrines of jihad and taqiyya.

The flawed policy of releasing convicted terrorists before they have completed their sentences has once again struck a lethal blow. This time it happened in the Austrian capital of Vienna.

A man armed with a handgun, assault rifle, and machete attacked innocent civilians Monday outside the Seitenstettengasse synagogue, killing four and wounding several others including a police officer responding to the incident. Witnesses said they heard the man shouting "Allahu Akbar" during the attack.

The gunman was killed by responding officers within 10 minutes of the attack. Authorities are now investigating whether this was part of a larger terror network or a lone wolf acting on his own. The terrorist was identified as Kujtim Fejzulai, a 20-year-old with dual citizenship in Austria and Northern Macedonia.

Following the identification, the descriptive phrase "was previously known ..." was once again uttered by investigators. Fejzulai had been convicted of providing material support for a terrorist organization following his capture in Syria when attempting to join ISIS. He was sentenced in April 2019 to 22 months in prison. However, because of his age and Austria's lenient policies regarding youthful offenders, he was released in December having served just 8 months of his original sentence.

"He [Fejzulai] was young and enjoyed the privileges of the laws pertaining to minors," said Austrian Interior Minister Karl Nehammer, explaining why Fejzulai was released early from prison.

Fejzulai "managed to deceive the judicial system's deradicalization program" to secure his release," Nehammer said.

Fejzulai managed to fool others regarding his radicalization. His attorney, Nikolaus Rast, said he saw his client as "completely harmless" after meeting in the 2019 case. Rast seemed to believe Fejzulai's conversion to a radical form of Islam was the result of some unfortunate coincidence of fate.

"He was a young man who was searching for his place in society, who apparently went to the wrong mosque, [and]ended up in the wrong circles," Rast said.

As ridiculous as that comment sounds, it does recognize that mosques, where radical imams are free to coax the vulnerable to the glories of jihad, can play an important role in the radicalization process.

It's not the first time.

In 1994, Rashid Baz, a New York City cab driver, attended the Islamic Society of Bay Ridge mosque. While there, Baz listened to a fiery anti-Semitic sermon calling for the death of Jews, preached by one of the Imams. Following that experience, Baz attacked a van full of Orthodox Jewish students on the Brooklyn Bridge with automatic weapons, killing 16-year-old Ari Halberstam and wounding several others.

London's Finsbury mosque offers another example of this phenomenon. It was there a former ex-con named Richard Reid heard the call for jihad by radical imams such as Abu Hamza, and responded in 2001 by placing an explosive device in his footwear and attempted to blow up an American Airlines flight from Paris to Miami.

Social media is another catalyst in the radicalization process.

Just before waging the Vienna attack, Kujtim Fejzulai posted a photo of himself holding a machete, a handgun, and an AK-47 on Instagram while pledging allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurashi.

This was not Fejzulai's first foray into social media. Officials had been monitoring him after he posted extremist missives on the internet prior to his 2019 conviction, and also after his December prison release, Nehammer said. He did not say why Fejzulai was not returned to prison after his internet activity was discovered. Perhaps that was not considered a violation of Fejzulai's post-release guidelines.

Austrian security officials were notified in July by Slovakia's intelligence services that Fejzulai had attempted to purchase ammunition there. That information was never acted upon.

Had it been, perhaps four innocent people would still be alive.

Nehammer is now calling for an immediate examination of the effectiveness of Austria's de-radicalization program. We would hope that the examination results in changes, such as mandates for training staff to see through the "jail wise" cons used by incarcerated Islamic terrorists to feign rehabilitation, as Fejzulai did. We would also hope that stringent post-release conditions would be placed on every paroled terrorist.

A change in the laws governing early release of terrorists would also be a step in the right direction. The UK took that important step earlier this year after two terrorist attacks by jihadists released early from prison.

Both Usman Khan and Sudesh Amman were serving time in UK prisons for terror related crimes when they were granted early release under the UK's older sentencing laws. After their release, they were separately killed by police as they mounted terror attacks, despite being under police surveillance. Khan stabbed at least two individuals to death on the London Bridge in November 2019; Amman stabbed two people in Streatham, London, in February 2020.

Waiting until another terror attack occurs before considering changes to counter terrorism strategies is a dangerous policy. Rehabilitation and de-radicalization programs are well-intentioned goals; however, they cannot be the primary goal in combating radical Islamic terrorism.

"Protecting the public is Government's first duty..." as the UK's Justice Secretary Robert Buckland reminded us in February.

And unless immediate security measures are taken to stop the prison door from opening early for convicted terrorists, more violent acts like these will continue. And that is unacceptable.

The U.S. government policy still (we may hope President Trump will change this soon) doesn’t even recognize the existence of Islamic jihad; how can officials possibly vet for it.

More of what Bishop Malone doesn’t mention: Somali Muslim migrant Mohammad Barry in February 2016 stabbed multiple patrons at a restaurant owned by an Israeli Arab Christian; Ahmad Khan Rahami, an Afghan Muslim migrant, in September 2016 set off bombs in New York City and New Jersey; Arcan Cetin, a Turkish Muslim migrant, in September 2016 murdered five people in a mall in Burlington, Washington; Dahir Adan, another Somali Muslim migrant, in October 2016 stabbed mall shoppers in St. Cloud while screaming “Allahu akbar”; and Abdul Razak Artan, yet another Somali Muslim migrant, in November 2016 injured nine people with car and knife attacks at Ohio State University. 72 jihad terrorists have come to the U.S. from the countries listed in Trump’s immigration ban.

What’s more, all of the jihadis who murdered 130 people in Paris in November 2015 had just entered Europe as refugees. In February 2015, the Islamic State boasted it would soon flood Europe with as many as 500,000 refugees. The Lebanese Education Minister said in September 2015 that there were 20,000 jihadis among the refugees in camps in his country. On May 10, 2016, Patrick Calvar, the head of France’s DGSI internal intelligence agency, said that the Islamic State was using migrant routes through the Balkans to get jihadis into Europe.

As President, Joe Biden has pledged he will increase “refugee” intake by 700%. No vetting of the new arrivals will be done; that would be “Islamophobic.” What could possibly go wrong?

“Austrian Interior Minister: All Those Held in Connection to Vienna Attack Have Migration Background,” Sputnik News, November 4, 2020 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

Four people were killed and more than a dozen injured, several of them critically, in Monday’s attack in the Austrian capital. The 20-year-old perpetrator was shot and killed by police. Authorities have classified the attack as a terrorist incident motivated by Islamist extremism.

All those detained in connection with Monday’s terror attack in the centre of Vienna have a migrant background, and some are foreign nationals, Austrian Interior Minister Karl Nehammer has said.

Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, Nehammer also indicated that the arrested people were between the ages of 18 and 28, and are under investigation for suspected involvement in a terrorist organisation. Police earlier reported that 14 people had been detained in Austria after raids at 18 separate locations.

The interior minister added that more than a terabyte of video evidence of the attacks from eyewitnesses confirmed the lone attacker theory to be true, and showed the brutality and cruelty with which they took place.

Nehammer also reported that Slovak officials had informed their Austrian neighbours of ammunition possibly being bought by the terror suspect inside Slovakia, but “something went wrong” and that an “apparent miscommunication” took place between Austrian agencies after the intelligence was received.

“In the past few hours information has come to light that some time before the terror attack, Slovakian intelligence informed BVT [Austrian intelligence] about the attacker. The information was that he wanted to get ammunition,” Nehammer  said.

The minister blamed his predecessor Herbert Kickl for weakening the capabilities of Austria’s domestic intelligence service and causing it “lasting damage”.

Nehammer also repeated that the attacker had fooled Austria’s deradicalisation programme “perfectly”, leading to his early release from custody on terrorism-related charges late last year….

 

BLM activist Cori Bush becomes Missouri’s first black congresswoman

A Black Lives Matter activist in Missouri breezed to an election night victory to become the state’s first black congresswoman.

Cori Bush, who may become the fifth member of “The Squad,” garnered a whopping 84 percent of vote in the state’s 1st Congressional District.

“This is definitely a night to remember,” Bush, who is also a nurse, told her supporters during her acceptance speech.

“This has been a historic day from the beginning to the end.”

Bush had the backing of the Justice Democrats — who helped propel Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to her first upset victory over 10-term incumbent Joe Crowley.

In her August Democratic primary, Bush had her own upset victory, defeating longtime incumbent, Missouri Rep. William Lacy Clay.

Bush got involved with the Black Lives Matter movement in 2014, when Michael Brown, an unarmed black teenager, was shot and killed by a white police officer in Ferguson.

She joined the protests that erupted in the wake of the shooting and soon began leading the protests in her Missouri district.

Bush has remained engaged in protest work ever since, getting heavily involved in the recent protests surrounding the murders of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor.

 

Hundreds Arrested in Minneapolis Protest Against Trump

More than 600 marchers were arrested on Wednesday night after blocking traffic on I-94 in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. Earlier, several dozen protesters set off fireworks and spray-painted business storefronts leading to the arrest of 14.

The unrest occurred after Donald Trump demanded that counting ballots in some states be halted because state laws were being violated.

Fox News:

A few dozen protesters marched through the city’s Uptown neighborhood, lighting fireworks and carrying a banner that read “America is Over” as presidential election results started to come in.

The protesters also blocked traffic, spray-painted storefronts, and threw traffic signs and debris into the streets, police told Fox News in a statement.

Everything was fine until the mostly peaceful marchers started to shoot fireworks into the ranks of police.

Police at the scene maintained their distance from the protesters until members of the group shot firecrackers at officers and refused to obey orders, police spokesman John Elder said in the press release.

Police arrested 12 adult females and one adult male on suspicion of rioting. One adult female was also arrested for fourth-degree assault in addition to the rioting suspicion charge.

It’s an intriguing notion that after 140 million people went to the polls to elect the next president that this is an indication that “America is over.” If anything it shows we’re just getting started.

But most of the action last night happened on I-94 near downtown as hundreds of people spilled out on to the interstate playing chicken with drivers until the police finally closed the highway.

State troopers and Minneapolis police cited 646 people for walking on the highway and being a public nuisance after the protest that started on the streets of Minneapolis spilled onto 94.

No chemical irritants or force were used, and no one was hurt.

94 was shut down between Highway 280 in St. Paul and Interstate 35W in Minneapolis for hours while people were cited. The roadway finally reopened at 1:23 a.m.

The State Patrol and Minneapolis police were assisted by the Hennepin County Sherriff’s Office, University of Minnesota Police Department, and Metro Transit Police.

Under Minnesota law, it is illegal for pedestrian, bicycle, or non-motorized traffic to be on the freeway.

The state police felt it necessary to explain to the children why walking on a highway is dangerous.

This is a preview of what we’re in store for if Trump wins re-election. The kids will stomp their feet and throw a tantrum any time Trump does something they don’t much care for — which will probably be nearly every day. God help us if they get really mad.

A vile and blasphemous rap video recently posted online by the movements Thank God for Abortion and Shout Your Abortion shows abortion advocates dancing in a church, including a choir with “abortion” sashes around their necks, as the song blasts interference from the Church and State and demands bodily “sovereignty” and “legal, safe and free” abortion.

The “Thank God for Abortion Anthem” is led by Viva Ruiz of the Thank God for Abortion movement, who appears in the video as the “abortion pope” and wears a mitre with the word “abortion” sprawled across it in gold. She also dons a clergy stole with the phrase “Thank God for abortion” in large letters.

“God is cool with me/[Expletive] the State; they just can’t take it,” Ruiz says, while giving a middle finger to the camera. “God is cool with me/[Expletive] the Church; they only fake it.”

“God is cool with me/She says, ‘Girl, you know I love you,'” she continues, referring to the Almighty with a feminine pronoun at first. “God is cool with me/He says, ‘Girl, you know I got you.'”

The majority of the recording is about autonomy and the assertion that neither the Church or State has the right keep women from obtaining an abortion. It calls upon “fascist politicians” and “Christian fundamentalists” to “get with it,” and includes sexually suggestive bodily movements.

As previously reported, Ruiz was behind the “Thank God for Abortion” float that appeared in the 2018 New York City Pride Parade.

“Queer people, gay people, trans people, and people of faith all have abortions,” a comment from Ruiz under the video reads. “I have had two abortions, am Latinx, queer, fluid, and Christian. We know that God loves us and we are blessed.”

“Blocking access to abortion is racist, is classist, is ableist, is gender-based violence. We demand that everyone, regardless of faith, stand with us for reproductive freedom under the banner of bodily autonomy: we belong to ourselves.”

However, during the Oct. 28 broadcast of Answers News from the Kentucky-based apologetics ministry Answers in Genesis, co-host Avery Foley noted that Ruiz’ assertion that “we belong to ourselves” is “completely antithetical to the biblical view that we belong to Christ and we are accountable to God for our actions.”

She stated that she was especially disgusted by the lyric “The love of Christ compels me,” which actually comes from 2 Corinthians 5:14 and says exactly opposite of what Ruiz intended by her statement.

“It is because of Christ’s love that we live for the One who died for us. We die to ourselves because of the love of Christ,” Foley explained. “Jesus Christ emptied himself, gave up the glories of Heaven, condescended to come down to this world to live in a sin-cursed and a broken world to suffer, to be tempted in every way just as we are, to willingly go to the cross, to be mocked, to be beaten, to be scorned, to die in the place of sinful human beings in order that we might have eternal life.”

“She’s taking that and she’s saying [about] all that Christ did on the cross …. [that] the love of Christ compels me to murder my own child and to encourage others to murder their own child and to defend the choice to murder children,” Foley lamented. “She’s taking the love of Christ and completely twisting it and making it all about a selfish, self-centered choice and celebrating and worshiping that.”

The verse following — 2 Corinthians 5:15 — teaches, “He died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves but unto Him which died for them and rose again.”

1 Corinthians 6:20 also states, “For ye are bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.”

1 Corinthians 6:13 outlines, “Now the body is not for fornication but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.”

1 Thessalonians 4:3-5,7-8 likewise instructs, “For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication, that every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God.”

“For God hath not called us unto uncleanness but unto holiness. He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man but God who hath also given unto us His Holy Spirit.”

Galatians 5:23 says that one of the fruits of the Spirit is self-control, adding, “And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.”
