Last Monday's shocking images of police sirens blaring outside Mar-a-Lago, former President Donald Trump's magnificent Palm Beach, Florida, estate, will not soon be forgotten.
Much has already been said and written about the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago that precipitated those sirens: "outrageous," "unprecedented," a "crossing of the Rubicon" moment. Regrettably, all of that is true. The siccing of the national law enforcement apparatus to execute a pre-dawn raid on a top partisan rival -- especially when that rival is the head of state's predecessor and perhaps-likely future opponent -- is a contemptible act of raw political bloodlust. It is an act far more befitting a crumbling hellhole like Venezuela, or a third-world country in sub-Saharan Africa, than it is the land that was to be, per Benjamin Franklin's alleged quip, "a republic, if you can keep it."
America, it seems, won the Cold War only to see its own federal law enforcement/national security apparatus morph into a version of the old East German Stasi -- and barely three decades after the fall of the Berlin Wall, to boot.
Attorney General Merrick Garland's Thursday press conference, remarkably defensive and defiant in tone, did not dispel any concerns or assuage any critics. (Those critics, incidentally, include even former Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang and disgraced former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.) The scuttlebutt is that Trump was hoarding deeply secretive, classified information deep in the bowels of Mar-a-Lago, in violation of the Presidential Records Act. But the back-and-forth between the National Archives and Trump's personal legal team surrounding the boxes of material, entirely routine for an ex-president when it comes to things like establishing a presidential library, was by all accounts unfolding amicably: A subpoena was issued this spring, Trump's lawyers were cooperative and archivists had already recalled 15 boxes earlier this year.
Furthermore, the Presidential Records Act isn't even a criminal statute, and probable cause for the violation of a criminal statute is the necessary precondition for a magistrate to sign off on a search warrant. As the case may be, the magistrate who signed off on this particular warrant, Bruce Reinhart, is a Jeffrey Epstein-connected ex-defense attorney who just so happened to donate thousands of dollars in 2008 to then-presidential candidate Barack Obama. Go figure.
Many of the Biden Regime's apologists are out in full force, suggesting that the raid was necessary because Trump was obstructing the return of existentially vital documents. This is demonstrably specious.
First, whatever documents Trump may have had in his private Mar-a-Lago possession, there was absolutely nothing there that is new to Biden, Garland, and FBI Director Christopher Wray; Trump has been out of office for nearly 19 months, by now. Second, as a former president, Trump had unilateral, plenary authority to declassify any document that he wanted to declassify -- period. Without seeing the specific search warrant, then, it is impossible to know whether the documents the feds sought had already been declassified. Third, all ex-presidents receive various taxpayer-funded accoutrements, among them a staff with security clearances and secure facilities (SCIFs) for the maintenance of classified records. It simply beggars belief that any document at Mar-a-Lago was at risk of falling into the wrong hands.
The FBI, at this point, is also undeserving of any benefit of the doubt. We are now two years after former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith pled guilty for lying to a court to obtain a FISA warrant against former Trump campaign aide Carter Page. The FBI under Wray's predecessor James Comey, of course, was complicit in the propagation of the bogus "Steele dossier" and the general Russia-collusion hoax, whose raison d'etre was solely to delegitimize Trump's presidency from the outset. That would be the same James Comey, incidentally, who let 2016 Trump challenger Hillary Clinton off the hook for -- you guessed it -- storing reams of classified documents on an unsecured personal server on the grounds that she merely exhibited "extreme carelessness."
Most recently, the FBI disgraced itself during the controversy surrounding the 2020 plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer -- a plot that bears all the markings of a nefarious Deep State entrapment scheme. Similar entrapment speculation remains about the role Ray Epps played during the Jan. 6, 2021, jamboree at the U.S. Capitol, although one is usually lambasted as a "conspiracy theorist" for this entirely reasonable inference.
There are three primary conclusions to draw from Monday's unprecedented raid -- an epochal moment in the history of American law enforcement, opening up a Pandora's box that will never be put back into place. First, it seems that Trump's fundraising and support metrics have only increased due to his perceived martyrdom, thus bolstering his prospects in his likely-impending 2024 Republican presidential primary. Since this "rally around the flag" effect was so easily foreseeable, it seems likely that this was a factor in Garland's decision to approve the raid. The Regime seems to think that, since it defeated Trump in 2020, it can do so again in 2024.
The other two conclusions are even more nefarious.
The second conclusion to draw is that every alarm conservatives have sounded over the past few years about the spiraling out of control of America's two-tier system of justice has now been vindicated. The Biden Regime is completely unapologetic about its targeting of political opponents -- just ask Peter Navarro, John Eastman, Jeffrey Clark, Steve Bannon, or even Project Veritas' James O'Keefe. The imperative for conservatives is to respond not merely by tsk-tsking but by recognizing "what time it is" in this ailing, late-stage republic and to demonstrate a willingness to counter the Left's brazen assaults with our own willingness to prudentially engage in escalatory, tit-for-tat, mutually assured destruction tactics. Sometimes, the only way out is through.
The third and final conclusion is the most terrifying: The Biden Regime has demonstrated its willingness, and indeed its eagerness, to take America to hitherto unprecedented depths of depravity -- and it has done so for the very simple reason that it can. For this was an act of power qua power -- an act of public humiliation intended to make a political opponent bend the knee once and for all before The Regime.

The FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago was supposed to be the pivotal moment that ended Trump’s political aspirations to return to the White House. Leftists cheered on all corners of social media, thinking that someone was finally going to take Trump down.
And then we found out that the “classified” documents the FBI was reportedly looking for had long been declassified and that the DOJ sought approval from an anti-Trump magistrate judge. Furthermore, the White House quickly distanced itself from the raid, claiming that no one, be they staffers or Joe Biden, knew about it.
No one actually believes that, by the way.
However, it was widely assumed that Attorney General Merrick Garland knew all about it. After all, he is the Attorney General and Trump is the former president. You don’t go barging into a former president’s home under a false pretext without getting all sorts of clearance and approval high up the chain, right?
Even former Obama adviser David Axelrod never doubted that Garland approved the raid, “Merrick Garland is a notoriously cautious person,” Axelrod dubiously claimed. “He would not have authorized it unless they believed they had significant evidence that a crime had been committed, and a federal judge wouldn’t have signed off on it, they were aware of the stakes as well.”
USA Today also wrote that “Since the warrant involved the unprecedented request to search the home of a former president, [Ellen Cohen, who worked with Judge Bruce Reinhart when he was a prosecutor] said the warrant likely would have been vetted at the highest levels of the Justice Department, including Attorney General Merrick Garland.”
Well, according to a report from Newsweek, Garland wasn’t even in the loop. According to the publication, “[a] senior Justice Department source says that Garland was regularly briefed on the Records Act investigation, and that he knew about the grand jury and what material federal prosecutors were seeking. He insists, though, that Garland had no prior knowledge of the date and time of the specific raid, nor was he asked to approve it.”
“I know it’s hard for people to believe,” the official told Newsweek, “but this was a matter for the U.S. Attorney and the FBI.”
The official claims that FBI Director Christopher Wray is the one who gave the go-ahead.

You know, if the raid were entirely kosher, you wouldn’t have everyone in the Biden administration desperately distancing themselves from it, would you? Why is this hugely consequential raid something no one in the Biden administration wants to take credit for?
The answer is obvious, isn’t it? As PJM’s Stacey Lennox reported Wednesday, “according to a new poll from Convention of States and Trafalgar Group, the majority of Independents, 53.9%, believe Trump’s political enemies are behind the FBI Raid. They join 76.7% of Republicans who hold the same view. The two groups are also aligned on enthusiasm to vote based on the FBI raid.”
The raid also “increased the motivation to vote for 83.3% of Republicans and 71.7% of Independents.”
The corrupt Biden administration, drunk with power, screwed up royally and is trying to wash its hands of it in an effort to contain the fallout.

The FBI did not raid President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate to retrieve documents he wrongly took from the White House after he “lost” the 2020 election.
Rather, former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy says, the FBI used that excuse to cover the agency’s real goal: to find evidence with which they can link Trump to the mostly peaceful protest at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, which Democrats falsely call an “insurrection.”
Federal prosecutors would then use that information to indict Trump for one or more crimes.
And frighteningly, as Legal Insurrection’s William Jacobson observed, the government is moving on all fronts. Yesterday, the FBI seized U.S. Representative Scott Perry’s personal phone. Several congressmen, including GOP leader Kevin McCarthy, received subpoenas to testify before the January 6 “insurrection” committee, which is led by a former insurrection sympathizer.
The Democrats’ goal: Stop Trump from running for president in 2024, and make him the issue in November’s midterm elections.
Stop Trump for 2024
Writing for the New York Post, McCarthy explained that Democrats hope to get evidence with which they can indict Trump.
When Trump left office, he took 15 boxes of records that he subsequently returned to the National Archives upon request. But if the documents he returned were classified, they “were thus potentially evidence of crimes. In addition, since it is believed Trump did not return everything that was shipped out of the White House in those hectic days of January 2021, there was significant reason to suspect he continued to retain classified information at Mar-a-Lago.”
They may not be altered by statute, precisely because the Framers did not want the executive branch to be dominated by the legislature, as would happen if Congress could disqualify incumbent or potential presidents simply by passing a law. The Constitution’s qualifications for the presidency are minimal — one must be over 35 and a natural-born citizen. Being a felon is not a disqualification, so even crimes potentially far more serious than mishandling classified information are not a bar to seeking the presidency.
Moreover, the Constitution also prescribes the basis for disqualifying a person from seeking the presidency or other federal office: conviction by the Senate on an impeachment article voted by the House. Again, what is prescribed by the Constitution may not be altered by a mere statute. To trigger disqualification, Congress would have to impeach and convict Trump; it cannot be done by criminal prosecution.
Thus, the supposed classified documents Trump retained are “a pretext to obtain a warrant” to look for evidence that would link Trump to the “insurrection” — “a Capitol riot offense — either a violent crime, such as seditious conspiracy to forcibly attack a government installation (which is highly unlikely), or a non-violent crime, such as conspiracy to obstruct the January 6 joint session of Congress to count electoral votes, or conspiracy to defraud the government.”
Phone Seized, Congressmen Subpoenaed
Jacobson explained the raid this way: “This is a provocation. They are trying to get a reaction that allows a further crackdown.”
That crackdown, though, has begun. A day after the FBI raided Trump’s home, it seized Perry’s cellphone.
The congressman from Pennsylvania strongly protested subpoenas the January 6 committee sent in May to Representatives Kevin McCarthy of California, Jim Jordan of Ohio, Andy Biggs of Arizona, and Mo Brooks of Alabama.
Perry received one, too.
“That this illegitimate body leaked their latest charade to the media ahead of contacting targeted Members is proof positive once again that this political witch hunt is about fabricating headlines and distracting the Americans from their abysmal record of running America into the ground,” he told Axios.
The raid at Trump’s home, Jacobson wrote, is “also a provocation to get Trump to declare his candidacy for President before the midterms. Democrats would love to turn 2022 into a referendum on Trump rather than the deliberate destruction of the national borders and inflation.”
“Would the FBI and DOJ do such a thing?” he continued:
Aren’t they “above” politics? The then FBI Director James Comey admitted to trying to set up the new President Trump by alerting him to the Steele Dossier, and then leaked the story of the briefing to CNN, which gave license to report on the false allegations in the dossier. So yes, the FBI and DOJ would do such a thing, and have done such a thing to Trump.

In a last-ditch effort to save her failing campaign for reelection to the House from Wyoming, Rep. Liz Cheney is running ads on Fox News. The ads, featuring her father, Dick Cheney, who served as vice president under George W. Bush from 2001 to 2009, drip with vitriol:
In our nation’s 246-year history there has never been an individual who is a greater threat to our republic than Donald Trump….
Trump tried to steal the last election [2020], using lies and violence to keep himself in power after the voters had rejected him.
He is a coward. A real man wouldn’t lie to his supporters.
He lost his election and he lost big.
I know it, he knows it and deep down I think most Republicans know it.
In Wyoming, most Republicans know no such thing. Having voted for Trump by 70 percent in 2020 and having witnessed the continuing inquisition by the January 6 investigative committee co-chaired by Dick Cheney’s daughter, they are not likely to welcome the ad campaign. And Republicans in Wyoming hold a four-to-one advantage over Democrats.
But Cheney Senior continues, saying that he is proud of his daughter for “standing up for the truth, doing what is right, honoring her oath to the Constitution when so many in our own party are too scared to do so. Liz is fearless. She never backs down from a fight.”
And then, ominously, he adds:
There is nothing more important she will ever do than lead the effort to make sure Donald Trump is never near the Oval Office again.
And she will succeed.
Down in the polls by more than 20 points, just how is Cheney likely to succeed in that effort?
More than once she has given indications of her willingness to sell out to the Democratic Party in order to get to Trump. In an interview with The New York Times on Sunday, she said she’d “rather serve with [far-left House Democrats] Mikie Sherrill and Chrissy Houlahan and Elissa Slotkin [Freedom Index (FI) ratings of 8, 6, and 8 respectively] than Marjorie Taylor Greene [FI 95] and Lauren Boebert [FI 90].… They love their country, they do their homework, and they’re people that are trying to do the right things for the country.”
The strongest indication that she has already written off next Tuesday’s results and is ready to move on came during an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper on “State of the Union” on Sunday. When asked about 2024, she responded:
I haven’t really … at this point, I have not made a decision about 2024….
But I do think, as we look towards the next presidential election, as I said, I believe that our nation stands on the edge of an abyss. And I do believe that we all have to really think very seriously about the dangers we face and the threats we face. And we have to elect serious candidates.
And just whom would she pick as a “serious candidate?”
Tapper rightly concluded:
When you hear a politician talking about the country “standing on the edge of an abyss” and the need to elect “serious candidates,” well, it doesn’t take an astrophysicist to figure out what’s going on there.
Cheney has expressed disdain not only for Donald Trump but also for his potential rival in 2024, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis: “I think Ron DeSantis has lined himself up almost entirely with Donald Trump, and I think that’s very dangerous.”
CNN’s editor-at-large Chris Cillizza sees just how she could keep Trump out of the White House in 2024: by running as an Independent — a spoiler — who “could skim off enough voters to potentially hamstring the former president’s chances of winning.”
By continuing to run poisonous anti-Trump ads in an election she is going to lose, she is signaling that she is just the one Democrats could use as a foil. In the meantime, she will, with a compliant and complicit mainstream media on her side, keep her lamp burning bright as the “conservative” voice at one of the major left-wing news outlets after she loses next week’s primary election.

The two-tiered legal system keeps coming for Donald Trump, and he keeps fighting back — this time with video proof of prosecutorial bias. After the unprecedented raid on his Mar-a-Lago home on Monday, Trump is now in New York for depositions in a civil case against him. But the depositions won’t get far.
Shortly before the scheduled deposition Wednesday morning, Trump posted three videos on his Truth Social account that point the finger at one person: Letisha James. The New York attorney general ran for office on the platform that she’d get Donald Trump.
Later, after Trump arrived at James’s “plush office,” he issued a statement saying he would invoke his Fifth Amendment right to remain silent.
Trump posted the three videos on Wednesday to spotlight James, the person behind another legal “witch hunt” against him, currently underway in New York. James is shown repeatedly promising to “get” Trump as she was running for New York attorney general. “We’re gonna sue him, we’re gonna be a real pain in the ass,” she promised voters before being elected to office. In another video, she says, “what is fueling my soul is Trump.”
The videos are a mash-up of many times on the campaign trail where James promised to prosecute Trump for whatever she could dig up on him.
Fox News reports that “James’ office has been conducting a civil investigation into the Trump Organization to find out whether Trump and his company improperly inflated the value of assets on financial statements in order to obtain loans and tax benefits.” Among the properties James is going after are his residence at Trump Tower and “Trump’s estate Seven Springs in Westchester, [and] New York, 40 Wall Street.”
Trump posted on Truth Social from James’s office that he was “at the very plush, beautiful, and expensive A.G.’s office. Nice working conditions, as people are being murdered all over New York – and she spends her time and effort on trying to ‘get Trump.’”

The former president also issued a statement on Truth Social about the depositions, the witch hunt, and invoking his 5th Amendment privilege.
Trump stated, “Letitia James opening campaigned on the policy of ‘Get and Destroy Trump.’ This political attack on me, my family, and my great company is her despicable attempt to fulfill that cynical, and very corrupt promise.” Later, he said she “colluded with others to carry out this phony, years-long crusade that wasted countless taxpayer dollars all in an effort to prop up her political career.” He said that “what Letitia James has tried to do in the last three years is a disgrace to the legal system.”
And then Trump delivered the knock-out punch: he’s invoking his Fifth Amendment privilege to stay silent.
“I once asked,” he wrote, “if you’re innocent why are you taking the Fifth Amendment? Now I know the answer to that question. When your family, your company, and all the people in your orbit have become targets of an unfounded, politically motivated Witch Hunt … you have no choice.”
America is watching. As PJ Media reported, a poll by the Trafalgar Group this week showed that 80% of Americans believe there is a two-tiered system of justice; one for elites and one for people elites don’t like.
Trump said America is turning into a banana republic. Based on what the justice system is doing to him, he’s right.
On 'John Bachman Now', Newsmax contributor and former FBI agent Michael Grimm said Wednesday, the Trump raid has tarnished our entire justice system. "It is really a black eye on our entire justice system and this is a stain that is indelible, it's never going to be removed, and I don't think anyone is left in this country with any faith in the integrity of either the FBI or the DOJ for that matter."
FBI AGENTS RIFLING THROUGH TRUMP'S OFFICE & MELANIA'S WARDROBE:

It is peculiar that Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence was dramatically raided at this particular time, in a stunningly unprecedented act by the FBI, when National Archives had already inventoried the contents of Trump’s boxes back in February. The National Archives was quoted as stating in February that it was “in the process of inventorying the contents of the boxes,” and also insisted that the process was “part of a MUTUAL ongoing effort to retrieve presidential documents, not a raid.”
Most of the mainstream media were quick to report last night that Eric Trump told Fox News that the FBI raid was conducted over documents sought by National Archives, but they left out the most important part of Eric’s statement: Donald Trump’s full cooperation, as well as Eric’s.
The motive of the FBI is clearly evident in the invasion of Trump’s residence. The raid was agenda-driven with midterm elections in mind, to soup up the Democrat and legacy media narrative, which will include plenty of spin and further lies, this time about what will likely be presented as the discovery of what was in Trump’s files. Trump issued a statement:
These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents. Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before. After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate. It is prosecutorial misconduct, the weaponization of the Justice System, and an attack by Radical Left Democrats who desperately don’t want me to run for President in 2024…
From Adam Schiff’s flat-out lies against Trump in a big, expensive Russian collusion hoax to a refusal to investigate the corrupt Hunter Biden and Hillary Clinton (including her long history of mishandling and hiding classified documents), America is now under a two-tier system of justice: one for Democrats and another for Republicans, especially Donald Trump.
The New York Times reported in April on Joe Biden’s determination to ruin Trump:
Mr. Biden confided to his inner circle that he believed former President Donald J. Trump was a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted, according to two people familiar with his comments. And while the president has never communicated his frustrations directly to Mr. Garland, he has said privately that he wanted Mr. Garland to act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor…
A federal judge had to sign off on the Mar-a-Lago raid, although the identity of the judge has not been revealed as of this writing. Meanwhile, the White House denies any prior knowledge of the FBI plans, if you can trust what comes out of the Biden White House. The weaponization of the justice system and security state has risen to a new level. Democrat tactics match the levels of corruption expected in countries such as Venezuela, where the rule of law hardly exists anymore. As Lara Trump stated on Fox News last night: “if they are doing this to a past President, what will they do to you?” She is right. They are unscrupulous and will come after anyone who challenges the deep state and its woke ideologies, which they are pushing on children in primary schools.
The desperation of the corrupt Democrat establishment is evident in the invasion of Mar-a-Lago. It shows their fear of the consequences they know they would face in the event of a Trump election win. The DOJ and FBI now bear an incredible burden of proof. Trump wasn’t even anywhere near Mar-a-Lago when the FBI invasion was launched, so there was no valid concern about him possibly destroying evidence. It was rather, a stunt.
Now, all mainstream media attention is back to savaging Trump, justifying the indefensible while Democrat sharks and their cronies trample upon American due process. Attention will now be shifted away from the decrepit Joe Biden and the mess he’s made of the country domestically and abroad, just in time for the mid-terms. As Churchill once said, “Never let a good crisis go to waste.” This has become the Democrat mission statement in the many crises they create in order to win by the dirtiest means possible. Let’s hope the Mar-a-Lago stunt backfires.

So we are now living under a lawless, tyrannical terrorism regime that’s pretending to be a legitimately elected “democratic” government but is nothing of the kind.
Essentially, this means that no state, no state governor, and no American is obliged to recognize the authority of any branch of the federal government under this regime, as the regime is utterly lawless and despotic and has abandoned every mechanism of due process and the rule of law. This regime now rules by force and coercion, not by the consent of the governed. Thus, America has transitioned from a nation of goodwill and a reasonable social contract of governance to an authoritarian regime that wields its political power as a weapon to destroy the political opposition, media opposition, and election integrity.
The Biden regime is now actively engaged in straight-up treason against the United States of America, and the American people are slowly waking up to this horrifying fact.
The intention of this regime is to cancel or control all elections, online speech, media publications, and all three branches of government from this day forward, establishing a unipolar political monstrosity that eliminates all opposition from any sector of society. They are very close to having achieved this outcome following the rigging of the 2020 election and the cooperation with communist China to weaponize SARS-CoV-2 and unleash a biological weapon against the American people in order to destroy the economy and control the masses. Even now, 70% of US adults have taken at least one dose of a covid-19 vaccine, according to the CDC and reported by Reuters. This means that nearly three out of four Americans have been injected with a depopulation death jab, and a significant percentage of those people will be dead from the vaccine before the end of 2030.
Technically, that’s over 231 million Americans who have been injected with a deadly shot. If just 20% of those die in the next decade, that’s 46 million Americans who will be victims in this vaccine holocaust pushed by both Trump and Biden. (Yes, Trump started it and handed the baton to Biden in a tag-team effort.) Are you beginning to see the bigger picture yet?
The truth is, the American people have been targeted for extermination by the regime. And if the people rise up, they will be deemed “extremists” and subjected to a domestic military response, likely coupled with a nationwide gun confiscation effort and a declared emergency that will attempt to suspend all elections. This is why it is crucial that the American people do not resort to a violent uprising to escape this tyranny. Peaceful methods must be employed so that the authoritarian regime isn’t handed a justification to increase their level of violence and tyranny against the American people. Furthermore, we must not give the regime an excuse to declare a state of emergency before the mid-term elections.
As we get closer to the elections in November, we fully expect the regime to become increasingly desperate, and we believe they are likely to do something truly extreme such as setting off a dirty bomb, detonating a nuclear bomb in a US city, taking down the power grid and blaming Russia, freezing the banking system with an engineered liquidity freeze, launching an EMP weapon against the US to blame China or North Korea, igniting World War III with China or Russia, unleashing a hemorrhagic fever virus against the population or igniting a civil war in some region of the country. There is nothing the regime won’t do to stay in power and terrorize the American people.
Do not be suckered into violence. That’s what the regime wants.
At the same time, do not give in to tyranny. Support pro-America candidates like Kari Lake and Blake Masters. Continue your preparedness efforts to survive after the chaos is unleashed. Have backup comms, food, emergency medicine, and systems of off-grid money such as precious metals or barter items. Voice your opinions to your representatives in Congress, and demand they take action to investigate the regime for its tyranny and lawlessness. Contact your state governor and demand they nullify the FBI, DOJ, ATF, and IRS. It is now perfectly clear that America is going to be plunged into a horrific scenario of strife and collapse, and only those who are prepared and determined will survive the onslaught.

When the FBI raided Donald Trump’s home on Monday, a key aspect of what made the United States of America great and free has been lost, and likely cannot be recovered. John Adams and Thomas Jefferson detested one another for years before their eventual reconciliation, but neither one used the agencies of the U.S. government to hound, persecute or discredit the other. Other bitter political opponents throughout the history of the republic have never before used the government’s own mechanisms of justice to do injustice to their foes. Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, and their henchmen have brought America to a new phase of its history, and it is not likely to be one that is marked by respect for the rule of law or defense of the rights of individual citizens. Instead, we are entering an ugly age of authoritarianism, in which the brute force of the state is used to bend the people to the will of the tyrant.
Trump announced on Monday, “These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents. Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before. After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate.”
The 45th president is not given to understatement, but the FBI raid on his home is much more than just unnecessary and inappropriate. It is criminal. The FBI that was heavily involved in trying to frame and destroy Trump in the Russian Collusion hoax is now trying once again to destroy him, apparently by claiming that he improperly took classified material from the White House. They never cared when Hillary Clinton misused classified material on a grand scale; what is the difference? They’re also likely trying to find something to link him more firmly to the January 6 “insurrection” that never was. The Left’s January 6 narrative has been full of holes from the beginning: Trump told the demonstrators to proceed peacefully, the people who entered the Capitol had no weapons, and no one had sketched out any kind of plan to do what the Left continues to claim that Trump was trying to do all along, overthrow the government and rule as a dictator.
But Joe Biden’s handlers are desperately afraid that Trump will return to the White House on January 20, 2025 and that things will go harder for them next time than they did during his first term. They’re afraid that a vengeful Trump will do a genuine and thorough housecleaning of the desperately corrupt and compromised Washington bureaucracy, and that many of them will, quite justly, end up out of power, and some of them will, even more justly, end up in prison. So they’ve determined to pre-emptively do the same to Trump. If they can’t actually find anything to prosecute him for (and Lord knows they’ve tried, this is the most investigated and poked and prodded and scrutinized man in American history, and still those who hate him have nothing), then at very least they hope to taint Trump so completely in the eyes of the distracted and indifferent public that they will have a fighting chance in 2024.
This is banana republic stuff. This is the kind of thing that moved Woodrow Wilson to intervene militarily in Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, and Nicaragua, explaining: “We are friends of constitutional government in America; we are more than its friends, we are its champions. I am going to teach the South American republics to elect good men.” Wilson was an authoritarian scoundrel and one of the worst presidents we have ever endured, but much as he hated Theodore Roosevelt and feared that he would be reelected to the presidency in 1920 (instead, Roosevelt died in 1919), Wilson never had rogue government agents raid Roosevelt’s home looking for something they could use to pin some crime on him.
Merrick Garland recently signaled that something like this was in the offing when he emphasized that no one was above the law and anyone could be prosecuted. No one is above that law, that is, except Hillary Clinton, Hunter Biden, all the FBI officials who have been implicated in the Russian Collusion hoax, and all the other Leftists who have escaped and will continue to escape prosecution because they hold what the elites consider to be acceptable political opinions.
The two-tier justice system that aggressively prosecutes conservatives while turning a blind eye to Leftists who have committed similar or worse crimes is now out in the open. Trump did nothing, but the FBI will find some crime for which the Justice Department will prosecute him. Hillary Clinton and Hunter Biden did a great deal, but none of it matters to corrupt officials who share their worldview.
The lesson is clear: in America today, in the corrupt kleptocracy of Joe Biden, you have to have the right opinions. Then all doors will open for you and you can even break laws with impunity, and have no fear of prosecution. But if you dare to dissent from the opinions of the elites, prepare to be hounded by the new super-IRS and the weaponized FBI, and you’ll face raids, prison, and who knows what else is coming.
Many conservatives are saying that this ensures Trump’s victory in 2024. But what makes them think that this corrupt regime will allow the man whom they fear and hate above all others to return to the White House? It’s clear now. They will stop at nothing.

In a statement released on Monday, Donald Trump revealed that the FBI raided his Mar-a-Lago home.
“These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents,” Trump said. “Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before. After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate.”
Trump believes that the raid, which he called “political persecution,” is part of the Democrats’ plan to weaponize the Justice Department to prevent him from running for president again in 2024, and hurt Republicans in midterm elections in November.
“They even broke into my safe!” Trump said. “It is political targeting at the highest level!”
Trump was not done slamming the raid, which he compared to Watergate. “What is the difference between this and Watergate, where operatives broke into the Democrat National Committee?” he asked. “Here, in reverse, Democrats broke into the home of the 45th President of the United States.”
He then pointed out that he’s been the target of government persecution for years, “with the now fully debunked Russia, Russia, Russia Scam, Impeachment Hoax #1, Impeachment Hoax #2, and so much more, it just never ends. It is political targeting at the highest level!”
Trump also pointed out the difference between how he is being treated and how his former rival was treated. “Hillary Clinton was allowed to delete and acid wash 33,000 E-mails AFTER they were subpoenaed by Congress. Absolutely nothing has happened to hold her accountable,” Trump pointed out. “She even took antique furniture, and other items from the White House.”
A raid as consequential as this most certainly had to be approved at the highest levels of the Department of Justice. Attorney General Merrick Garland will have to answer for what is most certainly a gross abuse of power by a Democrat-controlled federal government.

Garland has proven to be one of the most partisan individuals to hold the office. Under Garland’s leadership, the FBI conducted searches of Project Veritas over the alleged theft of Joe Biden’s daughter Ashley’s diary, and threatened states that pass voter integrity laws over bogus allegations of minority voter suppression. Garland has also abused his power to protect Biden and his allies and targets Biden’s enemies whenever possible. He even declined to launch an investigation into COVID-19 nursing home deaths in New York, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, protecting the Democrat governors of those states.
Garland has also shown a grudge against Donald Trump. Not only did he allow disgraced FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe to win back his full pension, he also allowed for Donald Trump’s private tax records to be released to Congress despite Congress having no legitimate claim to access them.
In recent weeks, Garland refused to respond to the assassination attempt on Justice Brett Kavanaugh by a radical left-wing abortion activist. Not only did he refuse to remove the protestors who were illegally assembled outside of Kavanaugh’s home before the assassination attempt, but he refused to after the attempt as well.
Republicans in Congress will most certainly demand answers from Garland on this raid.

(Natural News) Former President Donald Trump and his team have been huddling together at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida for the better part of a year plotting how he plans to return to the White House in 2024.
After handily winning the GOP nomination, which he will if he runs — and we believe he is going to run — Trump will once again fall under major attack by the far-left media propagandists and the deep state, all of whom will go to extreme lengths to keep him out of the Oval Office because they are petrified of his ‘America First’ agenda, which empowers citizens and strips power from the governing elite.
But in addition to these plans, Trump made a pledge this week to former U.S. military members discharged because they refused to take the problematic, largely still experimental, and often dangerous COVID-19 vaccine.
Namely, Trump plans to reinstate those “patriots” and more.
“We have to abolish all COVID mandates and lockdowns,” Trump told the Turning Point USA conference in Tampa, Fla., on Saturday. “Rehire every patriot who was shamefully fired from the military, with an apology — we have to give them an apology. And all of their back pay.”
Trump would be well-poised to deliver on this proposal if he’s elected to a second, non-consecutive term in the 2024 presidential election.
The former president has suggested he’s likely to run, with some polling showing Trump with a dominant lead in a tentative 2024 GOP primary.
In the speech, Trump also criticized what he identified as “woke’” cultural policies targeting the military.
“You hear all about the woke stuff… I think a lot of our military laugh it off, but at some point, it really gets in there, you get infected, and it’s bad,” he said.
Regarding Trump’s plans to continue draining the swamp once he gets back into the Oval Office, they will be multifaceted, very targeted, and take into consideration the embedded opposition to his policies.
According to Axios, whose correspondents spent three months interviewing some two dozen Trump insiders and others familiar with the planning, Trump will reimplement “Schedule F,” an executive order he issued just days before the 2020 election and which was quickly rescinded by President Joe Biden that calls for completely reshaping hundreds of federal agencies.
The plan calls for firing thousands of current bureaucrats and replacing them with young professionals who are all-in with his “MAGA” agenda. Schedule F formed a new category of federal employees who are in “positions of a confidential, policy-determining, policy-making, or policy-advocating character,” and allows for those employees to be replaced following a presidential transition.
“The Federal Government benefits from career professionals in positions that are not normally subject to change as a result of a Presidential transition,” the order says.
Axios adds:
Former President Trump’s top allies are preparing to radically reshape the federal government if he is re-elected, purging potentially thousands of civil servants and filling career posts with loyalists to him and his “America First” ideology, people involved in the discussions tell Axios.
The impact could go well beyond typical conservative targets such as the Environmental Protection Agency and the Internal Revenue Service. Trump allies are working on plans that would potentially strip layers at the Justice Department —including the FBI, and reach into national security, intelligence, the State Department, and the Pentagon, sources close to the former president said.
As many as 50,000 employees could immediately be fired, including many at the Justice Department, Pentagon, and the FBI.
Axios further explained that the Trump effort to reshape government institutions and change their culture, politically, is extensive, multi-layered, and ongoing.
“Well-funded groups are already developing lists of candidates selected often for their animus against the system — in line with Trump’s long-running obsession with draining ‘the swamp,’” the outlet reported. “This includes building extensive databases of people vetted as being committed to Trump and his agenda.”
“The preparations are far more advanced and ambitious than previously reported. What is happening now is an inversion of the slapdash and virtually non-existent infrastructure surrounding Trump ahead of his 2017 presidential transition,” the report continued.
Trump is coming back and he’ll win the nomination. We just need to make sure his election isn’t stolen from him — again.

Very, very quietly, the Biden administration has authorized the completion of a section of Donald Trump’s border wall near Yuma, Ariz. This after Biden promised that “not another foot” of the wall would be built during his administration.
The plan “includes filling four major gaps in the wall that continue to allow the Yuma area to be one of the busiest corridors for illegal immigration crossings,” according to Fox News.
Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said the construction was designed to “deploy modern, effective border measures” and improve “safety and security along the Southwest Border.” Gee. No one else ever thought of that.
The project will be funded under Homeland Security’s 2021 budget, though it was initially planned to be funded by the Defense Department.
Yuma’s border sector remains an unsolved issue for the Biden administration as border patrol agents have already stopped migrants more than 160,000 times from January through June in the sector this year.
The figure is nearly quadruple the number of migrant stops from last year and the Yuma sector remains the busiest migrant sector in the state of Arizona.
Do you think it’s a coincidence that Biden broke his promise not to build another foot of the border wall because Democratic incumbent Sen. Mark Kelly is in a very tough re-election fight? The GOP primary next Tuesday will determine who Kelly will run against. It will either be venture capitalist Blake Masters, who is endorsed by Trump, or wealthy businessman Jim Lamon.
Masters is up by a few percentage points on Lamon, but either candidate should give Kelly a run for his money. In that sense, every little bit helps, and the wall is very popular in Arizona.
Biden’s anti-wall rhetoric was fierce during the campaign.
During an interview in August 2020, Biden told NPR’s Lulu Garcia-Navarro: “There will not be another foot of wall constructed on my administration, No. 1.”
“I’m going to make sure that we have border protection, but it’s going to be based on making sure that we use high-tech capacity to deal with it. And at the ports of entry — that’s where all the bad stuff is happening,” he added.
Biden also ceased all new border wall construction after he took office and has told Congress to cancel funding for border wall construction.

The selling out of America to Beijing continues.
Joe Biden is expected to make an announcement later this month about undoing tariffs on Chinese imports put in place under the Trump administration. This would ostensibly be with the aim of combating rising inflation, although some of Biden’s own advisors warn that removing the tariffs would have no meaningful impact on inflation.
Politico spoke with three industry officials and a former federal official with knowledge of the White House’s plans. They said Biden will go public with his plans in July. A top White House official who also talked to the outlet, however, said there is, as of yet, no date set for the announcement.
According to Politico, the White House hopes to tame the historically high inflation presently ravaging the country, and some Biden advisors, along with outside advisors, believe the solution is to strike down tariffs on Chinese goods in order to lower consumer prices.
Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo have long advocated for across-the-board tariff relief as a solution to inflation, though the proposed lift would fall short of the sweeping changes the two hope for.
Per the sources cited by Politico, the White House plans are not final but are likely to be divided into three parts.
For one, they intend to scrap a limited number of tariffs, such as one on consumer goods like bicycles. While the specific duties to be targeted are still being debated, two sources who spoke to Politico on condition of anonymity claimed the proposed relief would affect approximately just $10 billion worth of imports out of the $370 billion that the Trump administration slapped tariffs on.
Second, the White House reportedly plans to announce that the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) will roll out a new exclusion process so that companies can get exemptions from the tariffs on Chinese goods. This would be a step up from the exemptions USTR handed out on 352 types of imports from China this year.
This would be a way of addressing longstanding concerns from the U.S. that Beijing boosts its domestic tech sectors, including the production of semiconductors and batteries, to the disadvantage of foreign competition. The planned actions by the White House would possibly lead to new duties on such products as a way of improving the odds from U.S. companies.
The senior administration official who spoke with Politico said talks continue and that no final decision has yet been reached.

The announcement will represent the culmination of a year-long debate at the White House over when and how to reshape Trump’s trade legacy on China. The administration last year considered a plan to pair tariff relief for consumer goods with new duties on high-tech Chinese goods, but elected to allow USTR Katherine Tai to engage her Chinese counterpart in economic conversations before announcing the plan.
When initial talks between the Biden administration and China proved fruitless, the White House was ready to move forward with the plan late last winter, but Russia’s invasion of Ukraine pushed those plans back, as many of the administration’s economic and national security officials focused on supporting Kyiv and punishing Moscow.
In contrast to Yellen and Raimondo, Tai and Labor Secretary Marty Walsh, as well as organized labor, have advocated for keeping the Trump-era tariffs as they are. Tai has been one of the voices in the Biden White House arguing that undoing the tariffs would not alleviate inflation — but would deprive the U.S. of major leverage when negotiating with the Chinese on trade.
Word of these changes comes as the USTR this summer conducts a review of the Chinese tariffs that are mandated by law. Per Politico, more than 300 American companies have called for the Trump-era tariffs to be kept in place.
That Biden would rather ease tariffs on a hostile regime than address the actual issue behind inflation — the reckless policies of the unaccountable Federal Reserve — may be frustrating, but not surprising.
Biden has long shown himself to be Beijing’s best friend in America. Lifting the Trump tariffs would simply be one more instance in a long line of actions that have strengthened China while weakening America.

Recall the Charlottesville protest that became violent after clashes between the Unite the Right rally and so-called “anti-racism” counter-protesters. James Alex Fields Jr. rammed his car into the crowd and was subsequently found guilty of killing Heather Heyer and injuring dozens. The Left zeroed on the tragedy to the exclusion of all other tragedies — from Black Lives Matter to the ongoing jihad.
During the Black Lives Matter melee, at least 11 Americans were killed, along with another 14 incidents linked to the hooliganism that saw businesses vandalized and burned to the ground, historic statues destroyed, and even children killed in the unrest. Since the nationwide protests following George Floyd’s murder in summer 2020, misinformation about Black Lives Matter has spread online, ranging from misleading claims about the movement’s founder to false assertions about the group’s politics.
The publications by these self-proclaimed fact-checkers and their eagerness to scream “misinformation” have become so biased that every time you see an article preceded by “fact check” or the word “misinformation,” brace yourself for Leftist propaganda.
BLM founder Patrisse Cullors — a self-described trained Marxist — “paid her baby father $970,000 for ‘creative services’, her brother $840,000 for security, a fellow director $2.1m and reimbursed the organization $73,000 for a charter flight.” When Candace Owens confronted Cullors at her home, all she could come up with was to smear right-wingers as “dangerous,” and she lambasted Owens for being a black woman perpetuating a “white agenda.” Black Lives Matter made a fool out of the gullible Left as it swelled its pockets and did nothing for blacks.
The entire Leftist activist media obsession has stayed laser-focused on Charlottesville and then on the manipulated event of January 6. At the latter, Rosanne Boyland was killed. Vanity Fair wrote that she became “radicalized,” and that it was the violent crowds that killed her. CNN ran a “fact check” claiming that she died of an amphetamine overdose.
Now the Gateway Pundit has published the damning report below. It’s disturbing and includes video footage, for which viewer discretion is advised. Police who are sworn to protect and serve are seen as violent brutes, willing to serve the will of dark overlords. The report states that police virtually murdered Rosanne Boyland, in a coverup that is troubling and revealing of the Leftist vision for America.
