Federal Appeals Court Revives FDA Lawsuit Regarding Anti-Ivermectin Campaign

A federal appeals court overturned a prior judgment on Friday, enabling a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) lawsuit involving its campaign against the use of ivermectin to treat COVID-19 to proceed.
In a lawsuit filed against the FDA last year, three different doctors asserted that the agency had overstepped its boundaries in its anti-ivermectin campaign, “acting more like a medical body than a regulator.”
A district judge had originally ruled that the lawsuit could not proceed, but in a Friday decision, the 5th Circuit Appeals judge gave the physicians new hope by remanding the matter to a lower court for reconsideration.
“FDA is not a physician. It has authority to inform, announce, and apprise — but not to endorse, denounce, or advise,” said Judge Don Willett. “The Doctors have plausibly alleged that FDA’s Posts fell on the wrong side of the line between telling about and telling to.”
Ivermectin is an anti-parasite drug that is frequently prescribed to horses but also occasionally prescribed to people as well. The FDA’s campaign, which featured viral posters stating “You are not a horse,” underscored the agency’s warnings that it should not be used to treat the COVID-19 virus.
“Although [the] FDA has approved ivermectin for certain uses in humans and animals, it has not authorized or approved ivermectin for use in preventing or treating COVID-19, nor has the agency stated that it is safe or effective for that use,” the agency’s recommendations stated.
While a handful of people were reportedly hospitalized and some even died from the drug, which occurs if one takes ivermectin in addition to certain other medications, many groups still welcomed it as a miracle cure and claimed to receive beneficial results for their health.
However, In 2021, a review of 14 studies on the use of ivermectin concluded that there was insufficient evidence to justify its usage, adding that “few [of the studies] are considered high quality.”
Yet, “It must be acknowledged that some of these studies were possibly intentionally designed to yield predetermined findings,” researchers maintained.
Besides COVID-19, there have also been reports from those suffering from autoimmune disorders who claim that ivermectin helped combat their negative symptoms and that they have been taking the anti-parasite drug for years.
The National Institutes of Health and the World Health Organization are two organizations that have consistently advised against using ivermectin to treat COVID-19.
The anti-ivermectin FDA campaign, according to the three doctors, damaged their doctoral reputations since they had previously encouraged the use of the drug. One doctor was expelled from medical school, and another was even suspended from working at a hospital.
“This case has broad implications for protecting the practice of medicine from unlawful interference by the FDA,” the doctors’ attorney, Jared Kelson, said in a statement. “It’s about ensuring that federal agencies act only within their statutory authority. The FDA crossed a bright line here.”
One of the pro-liberty plaintiffs in the case, Mary Talley Bowen, praised the decision on Friday.
“A small win, or at least a step forward, in a monumental battle to protect the doctor-patient relationship from government tyranny… ONWARD!” Bowen said.

(Natural News) Just hours before Boris Johnson announced his resignation as prime minister of the United Kingdom back in July, an official government report was released showing that children “vaccinated” for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) are 45 times more likely to die from any cause than unvaccinated children with natural immunity.
Further, that same report revealed that fully vaccinated kids are 137 times more likely than their unvaccinated counterparts to die from “covid.” This disturbing little factoid flies in the face of everything we have been told for the past several years about how the jabs supposedly protect against the alleged virus.
The U.K.’s Office for National Statistics (ONS) put forth the data in a report called “Deaths by Vaccination Status, England, 1 January 2021 to 31 May 2022.” You can read it for yourself at this link.
The Exposé deserves credit for poring through the ONS data to figure all this out. After all, the government presents it with minimal fanfare and in such a way as to make it difficult to fully ascertain.
One would think that if “saving lives” was truly the goal here that revelations such as these would be all over the news and flowing from the lips of politicians. Instead, we get nothing but silence or flat-out denial about the facts. ONS caught trying to disguise “horrific” mortality rates among covid-jabbed kids
In this case, The Exposé figured out that the ONS once again tried to disguise the reality that children who get injected with Fauci Flu shots are a ticking time bomb for sudden death.
The ONS has done this many times throughout the scamdemic, hiding the truth in its voluminous datasets that are continually manipulated to make it more difficult to suss out the truth.

In a nutshell, the ONS failed to provide the death rate per 100,000 children and teenagers in its dataset, even though this information was provided for all other adult age groups contained in the same dataset.
How The Exposé was able to break through the deception was by piecing together other information that was provided to calculate what that figure would have been had the ONS provided it directly as it did for all the adult age groups.
“… all we need to do is divide each vaccination group’s ‘person-years’ by 100,000, and then divide the number of deaths among each vaccination group by the answer to the previous equation, to work out the mortality rates by vaccination status,” The Exposé explains.
The resulting figures, the outlet further maintains, “reveal that unvaccinated children are much less likely to die of Covid-19 than children who have had the Covid-19 injection.”
“Based on Pfizer’s vaccine efficacy formula, this data reveals that the Covid-19 injections are now proving to have negative effectiveness against death among children,” we also now know.
In the comments, someone wrote that this is hardly a surprise since Big Pharma and the governments it controls have been targeting children for many decades with their deadly injections.
“‘Murder them while they are young!’ is the motto of the evil ones,” this person wrote before then offering a blessing to the victims across time. “Eternal life blessings for Yahweh’s saints!”

According to newly released internal emails from Facebook and Twitter, the Biden regime coordinated with Big Tech to restrict the speech of individual Americans. These revelations prove that the Biden regime is a fascist government, in violation of the U.S. Constitution.
At least 45 Biden officials worked with Big Tech to silence Americans
More than one federal agency reached out to Facebook and Twitter employees, instructing the social media giants to flag specific information as “misinformation.” This vast censorship enterprise included at least 45 identified federal employees. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Health and Human Services (HHS), the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, and the Office of the Surgeon General were all involved. These agencies repeatedly pressured Facebook and Twitter to censor specific topics, and they even directed the platforms to suppress speech using official, government-approved narratives.
“We have already received a number of documents that clearly prove that the federal government has an incestuous relationship with social media companies and clearly coordinate to censor freedom of speech, but we’re not done,” said Schmitt in a joint statement. “The Department of Justice is cowering behind executive privilege and has refused to turn over communications between the highest-ranking Biden Administration officials and social media companies. That’s why, yesterday, we asked the Court to compel the Department of Justice to produce those records. We’re just getting started – stay tuned.”
CDC worked regularly with Facebook to control speech
A CDC official coordinated monthly meetings with Facebook employees to deploy “debunking” strategies. Facebook employees waited for official CDC narratives to be crafted before they went ahead and censored Americans with this “debunking” strategy. These “debunking strategies” were used to protect public health officials who were causing serious harm throughout society (e.g., Anthony Fauci). One White House Official coordinated with Facebook to take down parody accounts that exposed Anthony Fauci.
Instead of working on ways to improve public health, the CDC spent its resources on conducting regular “be on the lookout” calls. CDC employees surveilled social media to find messages that they wanted to censor. Most of the censored speech was speech that held the government accountable for all the fraud, deception, and malice they were causing as part of their covid-19 response.
Twitter was also in on these crimes, and even scheduled meetings with Biden White House officials to identify “vaccine misinformation.” Almost all of this “vaccine misinformation” from a year ago was either proven true at the time or would eventually be proven true. YouTube provided communications about content moderation that was directed by eleven federal officials, including officials with the Census Bureau and the White House.
The U.S. Surgeon General’s office devised a “misinformation health advisory” in July of 2021 and worked with a senior Facebook official to implement its conditions throughout social media. In the email, the Facebook official acknowledged Meta’s compliance with the speech directives. “I know our teams met today to better understand the scope of what the White House expects from us on misinformation going forward.” That same Facebook official discussed numerous steps to censor freedom of speech with HHS officials.

Fauci has destroyed the lives of hundreds of millions of people with his fraudulent guidance
Even though he was talking specifically about influenza, Fauci’s words about natural immunity being the best immunity apply to the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) and all other diseases – weaponized or otherwise.
The human body possesses the ability to learn from initial infection, preventing a second or third infection from forming. Jab-induced “immunity,” comparatively, is short-lasting and questionably effective, at best.

Fauci knows all this, having openly admitted it in public long before the Chinese Virus arrived. Once covid appeared out of nowhere, Fauci’s tune changed and suddenly there was no possible way to ever develop natural immunity to the disease.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) now admits that everyone who is unvaccinated has natural immunity and is protected, but that is not what Fauci has been saying for the past two-and-a-half years.
Fauci’s guidance contends that the only way to stay “protected” against the Fauci Flu is to roll up your sleeve for an mRNA (messenger RNA) injection – even though we now know that doing so reduces immune protection and makes a person more prone to getting sick.
Had nobody listened to Fauci, covid would have been long gone ages ago. Now, it has become a disease of the “fully vaccinated,” as the only people who seem to be getting ill again and again are those who took the shots – and especially those who took the “boosters” as well.
“Fauci is the biggest mass murderer ever in the entire history of the world,” wrote a commenter about how once this all catches up with people’s immune systems, the death toll from Fauci Flu shots will be astronomical.
“Remember how he pretended to be puzzled at herd immunity?” wrote another about Fauci’s bad acting when questioned about his ever-shifting guidance. “Well, that definition was changed, too. To have immunity, you have to be ‘vaccinated,’ according to the government.”

(Natural News) Health freedom is under attack in a new way. Illinois Senator Richard Durbin (D) is the sponsor of a new regulatory proposal -the Dietary Supplement Listing Act of 2022. This regulatory nightmare would give the pharmaceutical industry (FDA) more control over nutritional supplements, allowing the Food and Drug Administration to regulate many out of existence.
Under the new legislation, nutritional, food-based, and herbal supplements would be required to undergo the same pre-market approval process as drugs – limiting access and driving up the cost of some of the most basic nutrients and superfoods.
Drug industry seeks to destroy NAC, B6, CBD and much more
Dr. Joseph Mercola warns that the Dietary Supplement Listing Act of 2022 would allow the drug industry to take over supplements and regulate them out of existence. In the past, he said, “the drug industry and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration have tried to ban certain supplements, including vitamin B6 and N-acetylcysteine (NAC), by reclassifying them as new drugs.” The latest hostile takeover of supplements would ensure that millions of Americans are unable to take care of their health in the most basic, fundamental ways.
This legislation would allow the FDA to reclassify certain supplements as “new drugs.” Supplement companies will not be able to afford millions of dollars in new regulatory fees that will be required to get their products approved by the FDA. If passed, this will drive small supplement manufacturers out of business, allowing the drug companies to continue buying them up. Right now, fourteen mega corporations – including the likes of Pfizer, Nestle, and Bayer – control more than one hundred of the most popular supplements on the market. For example, Nestle Health Science has bought up Garden of Life, Vital Proteins, Wobenzym, Persona Nutrition, Nuun, Orthica, Pure Encapsulations, Douglas Laboratories, Genestra, Minami, AOV, Klean Athlete, Bountiful, and its smaller brands Solgar, Osteo Bi-Flex, Puritan’s Pride, Ester-C, and Sundown. Once the drug companies control these products, the formulas are often adulterated and manufactured with fillers and synthetic chemicals.
The Dietary Supplement Listing Act of 2022 has already been introduced to the US Senate and referred to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions. It is expected to become a part of the FDA’s Safety Landmark Advancements Act. Daniel Fabricant, Ph.D. president and CEO of the Natural Products Association, warned, “Last time I checked, dietary supplements are not drugs, biologics or medical devices, so why Congress or anyone supporting nongermane legislation that will only add costs to consumers who are doing all they can to stay healthy is extremely troubling.”
Big Pharma trying to control, distort, eliminate the very God-given substances that help the body heal
The FDA has been writing warning letters to supplement companies, telling them not to market N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) for any health issues. NAC has been used as a remedy to help the body synthesize glutathione, strengthening the immune system. The FDA threatened Amazon to stop selling NAC products after learning about the public’s interest in NAC for combating infections.
This is just the tip of the spear. In 2007, Medicure Pharma manufactured a synthetic version of vitamin B6, for which they owned a drug patent. Medicure Pharma called the vitamin MC-1 and used it to treat inadequate blood flow.
That year, Medicure Pharma called on the FDA to target any dietary supplement manufacturer that used vitamin B6 in their formula. Medicure Pharma argued that any product that contained pyridoxal 5?-phosphate was guilty of selling an “adulterated” product under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, article 402(f). The drug company had already entered MC-1 into the drug bank and believed they had exclusive rights to manufacture the synthetic B6 vitamin – no competition allowed. However, various whole food vitamin manufacturers used the natural form of vitamin B6 (pyroxidine) and refused to acquiesce to the Medicure Pharma and the drug industry. When a pharmaceutical company turns a vitamin into a synthetic drug, they are able to jack up the price and market it as theirs.
Under the new regulatory proposal, drug companies would be able to legally get away with this fraud with just about any natural vitamin or phytochemical. This will inevitably destroy health food stores and push basic food-based supplements into the pharmacy, where drug companies can control the price and limit access.

America’s top healthcare agencies are facing an alarming rate of resignations. “Low morale” and “bad science” practiced by the agencies and caused by the political pressure from the Biden administration are the primary factors that make even top-level employees call it quits.
Last week, Dr. Marty Makary, a top public-health expert at Johns Hopkins University and a medical advisor to Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin; and Dr. Tracy Beth Høeg, an epidemiologist affiliated with the Florida Department of Health, posted an article in which they quoted doctors and scientists at the top levels of the U.S. National Institute of Health (NIH), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on their dreadful work conditions. The latter said they felt “variously frustrated, exasperated, and alarmed about the direction of the agencies to which they have devoted their careers.”
The article reads,
“It’s like a horror movie I’m being forced to watch and I can’t close my eyes,” one senior FDA official lamented. “People are getting bad advice and we can’t say anything.”
Support for masking in schools, school closures, and the authorization of experimental gene therapeutics against Covid (aka “vaccines”) for children four and under were among the major decisions made by the federal agencies that undermined personnel’s morale.
From the very onset of the pandemic, all of the agencies ostensibly responsible for sound healthcare policies have been mired in controversy for inconsistent and confusing messaging and for decision-making that was at odds with the available science. The high-profile employees of the agencies say the root cause is that politics is driving science, and not the other way around.
The result of the pressure is what Makary and Høeg call “bad science,” when the top decision-makers deliberately “use weak or flawed data to make critically important public health decisions.”
Per the article,
“There’s been a large amount of turnover. Morale is low,” one high level official at the CDC told us. “Things have become so political, so what are we there for?” Another CDC scientist told us: “I used to be proud to tell people I work at the CDC. Now I’m embarrassed.”
This is the agency whose goal is to “increase the health security of our nation” by “conducting critical science and providing health information that protects our nation against expensive and dangerous health threats.” In the end, it is the CDC that makes public health recommendations based on research done internally and by its sister agencies, the FDA and the NIH.
Those two are experiencing a state of affairs that is not much better.
At the NIH, doctors and scientists complain to us about low morale and lower staffing: The NIH’s Vaccine Research Center has had many of its senior scientists leave over the last year, including the director, deputy director and chief medical officer. “They have no leadership right now. Suddenly there’s an enormous number of jobs opening up at the highest-level positions,” one NIH scientist told us.
The NIH is responsible for biomedical and public health research and works to find the best ways to apply the findings “to enhance health, lengthen life, and reduce illness and disability.”
Then, there’s the FDA, which is presumably working to ensure the safety of medical products — including vaccines — and food to “protect public health.”
Discussing the FDA’s decision to recommend the Moderna and Pfizer Covid shots for young children and the overall detrimental impact of the botched pandemic policies supported by the FDA that hurt children, one official told the authors, “I can’t tell you how many people at the FDA have told me, ‘I don’t like any of this, but I just need to make it to my retirement.’”
Yet many chose to leave rather than be a part of the travesty, with the decision to vaccinate all American children being the last straw. They say that the data provided by Pfizer, for example, was “extremely weak” and “inconclusive,”
Referring to Pfizer’s vaccine efficacy in healthy young children, one high-level CDC official — whose expertise is in the evaluation of clinical data — joked: “You can inject them with it or squirt it in their face, and you’ll get the same benefit.”
Moderna’s efficacy data was just as bad, added Makary and Høeg.
If the shots were simply ineffective, that would only be a part of the issue. Yet the shots are not just associated with a stunning number of adverse events and deaths in children, they irreparably disrupt the natural development of their innate immune systems. When that ultimate defense mechanism is undermined, any infectious disease may kill children. The constant reinfection of vaccinated people, including little ones, is also associated with an increased risk of cancer, as explained to The New American by world-class vaccinology and immunology expert Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche.
Despite unacceptably low data quality, the agencies moved forward with the recommendation that all children in America, up to 75 percent of whom have acquired natural immunity against Covid as a result of previous infection, be immunized with the experimental shots. Both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are considered “investigative,” i.e., experimental, and are administered under the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).
“That slap in the face of science may explain why only 2% of parents of children under age five have chosen to get the Covid vaccine, and 40% of parents in rural areas say their pediatricians did not recommend the Covid vaccine for their child,” noted the doctors.
The doctors also point out that employees are being “muzzled” against open dissent and feel uncomfortable discussing the scientific observations that go against the official internal narrative. Makary further cited FDA staffers, who complained that “You get labeled based on what you say. If you talk about it you will suffer, I’m convinced,” and, “If you speak honestly, you get treated differently.”
Makary and Høeg conclude that the result of the healthcare agencies’ caving into political pressure is crumbling public trust in “public health itself” with “potentially disastrous consequences.”

Undisclosed royalty payments estimated at $350 million from pharmaceutical and other firms to Dr. Anthony Fauci and hundreds of National Institutes of Health (NIH) scientists do present “an appearance of a conflict of interest,” according to the agency’s acting director.
Dr. Lawrence Tabak, who took over as NIH director following the December 2021 resignation of the agency’s long-time leader, Dr. Francis Collins, told a House Appropriations Committee subcommittee that federal law allows the royalty payments, but he conceded that they don’t look ethical.
“Right now, I think the NIH has a credibility problem and this only feeds into this, and I’m only just learning about this,” Rep. John Moolenaar (R-Mich.) told Tabak. “People in my district say, ‘Well, so-and-so has a financial interest,’ or they don’t like ivermectin because they aren’t benefitting from that royalty.
“You may have very sound scientific reasons for recommending a medicine or not, but the idea that people get a financial benefit from certain research that’s been done and grants that were awarded, that is, to me, the height of the appearance of a conflict of interest.”
In response, Tabak said NIH doesn’t endorse particular medicines.
“We support the science that validates whether an invention is or is not efficacious, we don’t say this is good or this is bad. … I certainly can understand that it might seem as a conflict of interest,” he said….
Moolenaar’s reference to Fauci was in regard to him telling The Associated Press in a 2005 article that first brought the NIH royalties issues into the headlines that he had donated his royalties to charity.
But the issue faded from the headlines after 2005, and it’s only now getting renewed attention as a result of revelations first reported on May 9 by The Epoch Times that documents obtained in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit brought by a nonprofit government watchdog show an estimated $350 million in undisclosed royalty payments from pharmaceutical and other private firms to top NIH executives, as well as to hundreds of the agency’s health scientists and researchers….

The U.S. Department of Defense’s Threat Reduction Agency has also funded Metabiota to operate biolabs in the Ukraine
U.S. federal law prohibits the use of “official resources,” such as federal funds or one’s job title, for private gain, be it your own gain or someone you know. A recent investigation has unveiled evidence showing Dennis Carroll, former director of the United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Pandemic Threat Program, may have done just that. As reported by investigative journalist Paul Thacker:1
“While at USAID, Dennis Carroll oversaw a federal program called PREDICT, from which funds were used to launch another organization called the Global Virome Project. After leaving USAID, Carroll then became chair of the Global Virome Project’s board.
‘It would appear that Dennis Carroll violated federal law that prohibits the use of official resources for private gain or for that of persons or organizations with which he is associated personally,’ Craig Holman of Public Citizen said when shown emails2 made public by the nonprofit US Right to Know.
‘Official resources — including government means of communications, government-funded travel or even the use of one’s official title — may not be used to promote private interests, such as the Global Virome Project.’”
U.S. Right to Know (USRTK) obtained the incriminating documents3 through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. According to USRTK,4 it appears Carroll first designed the PREDICT program as a proof of concept for the Global Virome Project, and while he was receiving six-figure paychecks ($166,500 in 2019) from the USAID, he then founded, promoted, and raised funds for the Global Virome Project, in some instances using USAID funding to do so.
Goals of the PREDICT Program and Global Virus Project
The USAID PREDICT program involved identifying viruses with pandemic potential. Contractors funded through this program have included the EcoHealth Alliance, headed by Peter Daszak who, incidentally, in the last year has also gotten into hot water over potential violations of law.
According to Thacker, in early March 2022, Congressional members sent a letter to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), asking the agency to investigate EcoHealth for potential “contract irregularities and anonymous private donations, in violation of a federal statute.”
The Global Virome Project was launched to hunt down and catalog previously unknown viruses around the globe. According to USRTK, the Global Virome Project is currently trying to obtain $1.2 billion to fund the collection and identification of more than 1 million viruses from wildlife, with the goal of predicting which ones might evolve to infect humans.
Virus Researcher May Have Siphoned Taxpayer Funds
As detailed by USRTK and Thacker, USAID appears to have funded overseas travel to promote and fundraise for the Global Virome Project using PREDICT program monies — all while Carroll was still heading the USAID.
What’s more, emails suggest Carroll may have used his position as USAID director of pandemic threats to build credibility for the controversial Virome Project and get it off the ground. As just one example, in an August 2017 fundraising pitch, one of the Global Virome Project board members stated that the idea for the project was “championed by the USAID Emerging Pandemic Threats Division.”5
Based on the emails obtained, it appears the USAID Pandemic Threats Division, under Carroll’s direction, funneled at least $270,969 to the Global Virome Project.6 However, it could potentially be hundreds of thousands of dollars more.
One email states that the Virome Project’s budget was overdrawn by $118,000 and that a $116,000 unobligated sub-award earmarked for Columbia University was offsetting the overdraft.
That email also referenced a $341,000 sub-award that would be given to Metabiota for a cost-benefit analysis once “the balance of our Y5 [year 5] obligation is received from USAID, but please let me know if this is unacceptable, and I’ll see what can possibly be done (creative accounting required).”7
Walter Shaub, former director of the Office of Government Ethics called the evidence “troubling,” as Carroll’s use of a USAID email address is prohibited if the Global Virome Project is not a government project, but his own.8 Kedric Payne, senior director of ethics with the watchdog group Campaign Legal Center, also commented, telling USRTK:9
“The law is clear that officials cannot use government resources to benefit themselves or prospective employers. If Carroll was involved in decisions benefitting GVP while he was at USAID, it is likely that he needed approval from the agency’s ethics officials. The public has a right to know if their public officials comply with conflict of interest laws.”
Similarly, Scott Amey, general counsel for another watchdog group called the Project on Government Oversight, stated, “There’s [sic] numerous conflict of interest laws that should be investigated here to ensure that Carroll didn’t violate the laws on the books.”10
Carroll’s Work on the Two Projects Overlapped for Years
While Carroll has publicly stated that he founded the Global Virome Project after he retired from USAID, this does not appear to be the case. While it’s still unclear when Carroll actually retired from USAID, the Los Angeles Times reported that PREDICT was shut down in September 2019, and according to The New York Times, Carroll retired when PREDICT shut down.
In February 2020, several news outlets reported that Carroll had stepped in as chair of the Global Virome Project.11 However, USRTK claims12 the emails show Carroll’s work on the Virome Project began in March 2017, and “indicate that Carroll’s work as USAID’s leader in viral surveillance and as the chair of the Global Virome Project overlapped for years.”
“Carroll organized calls and meetings on the project’s work with other co-founders, sought donations and helped refine fundraising pitches, pushed favorable messages in the press, and consulted on its application for tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service — all while still working for USAID,” USRTK reports.13
Public Citizen Craig Holman told Thacker:14
“Whether or not Carrol is currently receiving lucrative compensation as chair of the Project is beside the point. [He] can still be held liable, even though he has left federal service. The Inspector General’s office should investigate whether the law was broken and, upon finding probable cause, refer the case to the Department of Justice for prosecution.”
On a side note, the FOIA documents also reveal a connection to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in China. It appears the USAID PREDICT program funded laboratory equipment for the WIV through grants to the EcoHealth Alliance.
Of course, we also know that EcoHealth Alliance funneled funding from the National Institutes of Health to the WIV by subcontracting research to them. According to USRTK, Shi Zhengli, a top coronavirus researcher at the WIV, not only worked with PREDICT but was also slated to work with the Global Virome Project.
In one March 2019 email from Daszak to someone at USAID (the recipient’s name has been redacted), Daszak notes that lawyers had flagged the overlap in Carroll’s role at USAID and the Virome Project as potentially problematic, and had suggested changes to a board of directors’ letter.
The details of what were changed have been redacted, but Daszak’s comment seems to imply that they’re aware that what they’re doing is not quite right. Daszak wrote: “I realize this isn’t the language you wanted, but it’s safer for us at this sensitive point where we still receive USAID funding ... for GVP related activities.”15
Lofty Goals That Have Resulted in Nothing
While Carroll has described the Global Virome Project as “the beginning of the end of the pandemic era,”16 critics have pointed out that the premise behind it brings more risk than reward. Michael Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota told USRTK:
“If I thought there was a kind of ‘viral smoke alarm,’ I would invest everything imaginable in that, but this project doesn’t give us that ... Deep knowledge about Zika and Nipah has still not led to proven vaccines against them ...
Show me one thing they’ve done that has made a difference, where they could even make a case that they supposedly prevented a pandemic. Which one did they prevent? Did they find anything that helped us with this coronavirus?”
Other critics include University of Sydney evolutionary biologist and virologist Edward C. Holmes, University of Edinburgh virologist Andrew Rambaut, and Scripps Research virologist Kristian G. Andersen. In a 2018 Nature article17 titled “Pandemics: Spend on Surveillance, Not Prediction,” the trio wrote that the Global Virome Project is unlikely to predict or prevent future pandemics because animal viruses rarely cause epidemics in humans:
“Around 250 human viruses have been described, and only a small subset of these have caused major epidemics this century. Advocates of prediction also argue that it will be possible to anticipate how likely a virus is to emerge in people on the basis of its sequence, and by using knowledge of how it interacts with cells (obtained, for instance, by studying the virus in human cell cultures). This is misguided.”
Curious Biden-China-Ukraine Connections
Other curious connections that are emerging from this story revolve around Metabiota, which was a core partner of the USAID PREDICT project, and later contracted to perform a cost-benefit analysis for the Global Virome Project. As detailed by the Daily Expose:18
•One of Metabiota’s investors is Rosemont Seneca,19 an investment fund co-managed by Hunter Biden.20
In an exclusive report,21 the Daily Mail recently reported that evidence found on Hunter’s laptop confirms that he helped secure “millions in funding” for Metabiota, a U.S. contractor in Ukraine “specializing in deadly pathogen research,” which is what the Russian government on March 24, 2022, had claimed during a press conference.
•Neil Callahan is a cofounder of Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners, and he not only sits on Metabiota’s board of advisers, but he also co-founded Pilot Growth Management, which is Metabiota’s primary investor.
•Another Metabiota funder is In-Q-Tel, a CIA venture capital firm that specializes in high-tech investments that support or benefit the intelligence capacity of U.S. intelligence agencies.
•Metabiota is also funded by the U.S. Department of Defense’s Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) to operate biolabs in Ukraine.
The founder of Metabiota, Nathan Wolfe, also has ties to the World Economic Forum (WEF), which is driving The Great Reset agenda. He’s a WEF Young Global Leader graduate and was awarded the WEF’s Technology Pioneer award in 2021.
Wolfe has served on the EcoHealth Alliance’s editorial board since 2004. In 2017, he co-wrote a study on coronaviruses in bats together with Daszak (EcoHealth). Wolfe has also received more than $20 million in research grants from Google, NIH, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and others.
According to the Daily Expose, Wolfe also has ties to deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. In his 2012 book, “The Viral Storm,” Wolfe thanked friends for their support, including Epstein and Boris Nikolic. Nikolic, a biotech venture capitalist, was named “back-up executor” in Epstein’s will.
Take Action
There are many things here that we, the American people, need to get to the bottom of, starting with the misuse of taxpayer funds. To that end, if you live in the U.S., I would suggest you contact members of Congress and ask them to investigate22 the potential unlawful actions of Carroll during his time at USAID.
The U.S. Congress has the power to conduct investigations into potential criminal conduct, and if malfeasance is found, they can then refer the matter to the Department of Justice for investigation and prosecution, if appropriate.23 To find out who your Congressman is, and their contact information, see USA.gov.

Paul contends such a move would be consistent with NIAID’s mission statement which asserts that the organization “conducts and supports basic and applied research to better understand, treat, and ultimately prevent infectious, immunologic, and allergic diseases.”
“We’ve learned a lot over the past two years, but one lesson, in particular, is that no one person should be deemed ‘dictator-in-chief,’” Paul said in a statement.

Dr. Francis Collins, former NIH Director and current “science advisor” to Joe Biden, has long proclaimed himself and Dr. Anthony Fauci as “not political figures.” But newly leaked audio, obtained by The Daily Wire’s Meg Basham, tells a far different story.
The audio was taken on October 26th, 2021 at an event hosted by Christianity Today in conjunction with the Institute of Politics (a leftwing organization founded by David Axelrod). Russell Moore, a favorite among socially left-leaning “evangelicals” like David French and Beth Moore, conducted the interview portion that included Collins.
What followed was the mocking of Christians, the dismissal of individual rights, and false assertions about the legalities involved with vaccine mandates. But rest assured, none of this was political per Collins’ self-description.
“The US government does have the authority to mandate vaccinations if there is an outbreak that is threatening people, because it’s not just about you, it’s about the people you’re going to infect,” Collins claimed, even though science journals were already reporting by that point that vaccinated people were just as likely to spread the then-dominant Delta variant as those who were unvaccinated.
Collins went on to ask rhetorically, “Do [mandates] convince people who otherwise wouldn’t get them?” He answered himself, “Oh yeah, especially if it means losing your job.”
Perhaps Collins should opine less on legal issues because that turned out to be objectively false. As most are aware, the Supreme Court ended up striking down the Biden administration’s federal vaccine mandate. Collins tried to cite Jacobson vs. Massachusetts, a 1905 case that involved state-level mandates, in the interview, again showing his lack of knowledge of the topic. The lack of empathy shown to those losing their jobs over a mandate that was scientifically pointless (everyone spreads COVID) is also striking.
Later, Collins would go on to outright mock Christians who value personal freedom from the government.
Collins said evangelicals, in particular, over-emphasize notions of personal liberty when it comes to mandates, saying they have so “wrapped themselves in the flag and wrapped themselves in this concept of personal freedom, that public health just grates on them.”
“[Evangelicals] have forgotten many times that freedom is not just about rights,” Collins contended. He then employed a mocking caricature of a Southern accent, asking the students, “How many times have you heard, ‘Muh freedom means I got rights’? Well, okay, you also have that other R-word: responsibilities. That’s what freedom is supposed to incorporate.”
I’m not sure what planet this man lives on, but freedom is actually about rights. There can be no freedom without rights, and anything that violates those rights is logically not freedom. The nod to “responsibilities” is a weak, commonly used excuse by government apparatchiks to force their agenda on others. Even tackling Collins’ claim on the merits, what responsibility to others does someone have to get vaccinated if the vaccine does not stop the spread of COVID?…
Arguably the most politically pointed portion of Collins’ remarks came when Moore asked him about the political opinions of his fellow Christians. Collins answered by referencing an Atlantic article by anti-Trump pundit Peter Wehner, another member of his and Moore’s book club, that argued evangelicals have “embraced the worst aspects of our culture and our politics” and that “churches [have] become repositories not of grace but of grievances, places where tribal identities are reinforced, where fears are nurtured, and where aggression and nastiness are sacralized.”…

Scientists worry self-spreading vaccines could be hijacked to make biological weapons.

Such vaccines are designed to spread from one person to another—just like viruses themselves—rather than be injected into each individual to trigger an immune system response.
The unvaccinated would then ‘catch’ the vaccine, Daily Mail explains, as it spreads rapidly across the country in airborne droplets passed on via close contact with others, just as colds and flu already spread.
Roughly a dozen research institutions in the U.S., Europe, and Australia are already investigating the potential for self-spreading vaccines in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The research has already been subsidized by the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH).
One advanced project related to self-spreading vaccines is being funded by the U.S. Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

In a 2019 paper prepared for the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), the authors admitted that self-spreading vaccines are “not non-lethal: they can still kill,” Daily Mail reports.
“Some people will die who would otherwise have lived, though fewer people die overall,” they said, adding “The other issue is there is no consent (for vaccination) from the majority of patients.”
Pointing to governments of the world adding fluoride to their population’s drinking water, professor Dominic Wilkinson, a medical ethics specialist at Oxford University, argued that “Nobody is asked whether they give consent, even those who disagree with it. Instead, we entrust elected officials to examine the likely health benefits and make decisions based on the evidence.”
“I don’t think that there is anything intrinsically different when it comes to the idea of self-spreading vaccines.”
Scientists like Dr. Filippa Lentzos, senior lecturer in science and international security at King’s College London, are worried about the risk that weakened viruses could mutate into more potent forms once they are free to spread in the population.
Dr. Lentzos warns of a danger that the science behind self-spreading vaccines could be hijacked to make biological weapons: “Such a self-spreading weapon may prove uncontrollable and irreversible,” she said.
BACKGROUND:
For now, most of the research on self-spreading vaccines involves animal-to-animal or animal-to-human spread, with human research so far focusing on whether the idea is safe in principle, Daily Mail notes.
Vaccines would only need to be given—either injected or potentially inhaled—to small groups of people from different parts of the country, who would then transmit the vaccine to those in their local community.
