Dr. Anthony Fauci, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) director and medical advisor to Joe Biden, defended controversial “gain-of-function” research in 2012, and said the research was worth the risk of a pandemic.
“In an unlikely but conceivable turn of events, what if that scientist becomes infected with the virus, which leads to an outbreak and ultimately triggers a pandemic?” Fauci wrote in an article in the American Society for Microbiology in October 2012—which was first reported by The Australian. “Scientists working in this field might say — as indeed I have said — that the benefits of such experiments and the resulting knowledge outweigh the risks.”
Gain-of-function research involves extracting natural virus samples from animals and engineering them to infect humans for the development of therapeutics and vaccines.
This stunning revelation comes on the heels of researchers raising new questions about the origins of the COVID-19 virus. It also comes after Dr. Fauci’s recent admission that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) sent $600,000 to the Wuhan Institute of Virology for research into the transmissibility of bat coronaviruses to humans, and his concession that COVID-19 may not have been naturally occurring after insisting for over a year that it was. Earlier this week, Facebook made an unusual reversal of its policy banning posts suggesting that COVID-19 may have originated in a Chinese laboratory. A House GOP report also found that “significant circumstantial evidence raises serious concerns that the COVID-19 outbreak may have been a leak from the Wuhan Institute of Virology,” and that Dr. Anthony Fauci’s NIAID funded work there that “appeared to directly or indirectly involve controversial ‘gain of function’ research.”
Fauci may be trusted by Joe Biden and many other Americans, but he may have been directly involved in funding the research that ultimate caused the COVID-19 pandemic.

On Monday, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) laid the groundwork for forcing doctors and hospitals to perform transgender surgery in the name of fighting “discrimination.” HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra and Assistant Secretary of Health Rachel Levine (a biological male who identifies as a woman) announced that HHS would adopt the Orwellian redefinition of “sex” to force transgender ideology in the medical field, mainstreaming the arguable chemical castration of children.
“The Supreme Court has made clear that people have a right not to be discriminated against on the basis of sex and receive equal treatment under the law, no matter their gender identity or sexual orientation. That’s why today HHS announced it will act on related reports of discrimination,” Becerra announced in a statement. He cited the case Bostock v. Clayton County (2020), where the Court wrongly decided that Title VII’s prohibition of discrimination on the basis of sex applies to discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.
“Fear of discrimination can lead individuals to forgo care, which can have serious negative health consequences,” Becerra argued. “It is the position of the Department of Health and Human Services that everyone – including LGBTQ people – should be able to access health care, free from discrimination or interference, period.”
Levine framed the issue as a matter of health care access for regular maladies like a broken bone or a cancer screening.
“The mission of our Department is to enhance the health and well-being of all Americans, no matter their gender identity or sexual orientation,” Levine said (emphasis original). “All people need access to healthcare services to fix a broken bone, protect their heart health, and screen for cancer risk. No one should be discriminated against when seeking medical services because of who they are.”
Terry Schilling, president of American Principles Project, exposed this deceptive messaging.
“Make no mistake: the policy announced by HHS today is not about ‘fix[ing] a broken bone’ or ‘screen[ing] for cancer risk.’ No American was being denied access to these treatments for identifying as ‘LGBTQ.’ Rather, this policy is really about forcing hospitals and medical professionals to adhere to leftist ideology regarding sexuality and gender—and in particular to provide sex-change procedures to all comers, including children,” Schilling warned.
Schilling noted that in March, Sweden’s Karolinska University Hospital, which treats minors experiencing gender dysphoria (the persistent condition of identifying with the gender opposite one’s biological sex), announced it would not provide “puberty-blocking” drugs or cross-sex hormones to children under the age of 16. Schilling also cited Britain’s High Court ruling protecting children from such chemical interventions on the grounds that minors cannot consent to procedures that may make them infertile.
“Yet, it is now apparently the policy of the U.S. government that such treatments must be given to children or else healthcare institutions risk losing federal funding and being shut down,” Schilling lamented. “This is a travesty and must be opposed. Lawmakers in Congress and in the states should follow the lead of Arkansas and act to protect the health and well-being of children as well as the conscience rights of medical professionals. Voters will be watching.”
Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito warned about threats to the medical field from the ruling in Bostock v. Clayton County.
“Healthcare benefits may emerge as an intense battleground under the Court’s holding,” Alito warned in a scathing dissent. “Transgender employees have brought suit under Title VII to challenge employer-provided health insurance plans that do not cover costly sex reassignment surgery.”
“Such claims present difficult religious liberty issues because some employers and healthcare providers have strong religious objections to sex reassignment procedures, and therefore requiring them to pay for or to perform these procedures will have a severe impact on their ability to honor their deeply held religious beliefs,” Alito added.
The Obama administration interpreted Section 1557 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) — which prohibits certain forms of discrimination in health care — to force Roman Catholic hospitals and doctors to perform transgender surgeries, in violation of their consciences and their interpretation of the Hippocratic oath.
Catholic hospitals will not perform surgeries that remove healthy biological functions, such as reproduction unless such treatments are necessary to solve a worse malady. Some doctors have warned that even the cross-sex hormones — the less invasive “treatment” — give healthy people a disease. The actual surgery often involves sterilizing a patient for life. Mandating such “treatments” would force doctors to carry out procedures that they believe involve harm to a patient, thus violating the Hippocratic oath.
The HHS directive Becerra issued on Monday pledges that HHS’s Office of Civil Rights (OCR) “will comply with the Religious Freedom Restoration Act… and all other legal requirements.” However, President Joe Biden supports the Equality Act, which would remove the religious freedom law’s protections in cases involving claims of discrimination against LGBT people.
While the HHS directive makes no mention of minors, Schilling was correct to warn that this move bodes ill for health care issues involving children. Levine has previously supported “treatments” to block children from going through “the wrong puberty,” and he refused to reverse his support for what amounts to the chemical castration of children.
While the Biden administration moves to force transgender ideology in medicine, there is no evidence that transgender surgery improves the mental health outcomes of gender dysphoric people. Men and women who formerly identified as transgender and underwent surgery have grown to reject transgender identity and lament the damage they did to their own bodies.
While Levine may frame this order in terms of fixing a broken bone or getting cancer screenings, Americans should see through this charade. Fighting “discrimination” against LGBT people involves forcing transgender ideology on the health care profession, even forcing doctors to violate the Hippocratic oath and perhaps even mandating chemical castration for gender-confused children.

It was just a matter of time — though it took nearly 100 years — before Planned Parenthood would cancel its own founder, the suddenly “problematic” Margaret Sanger (1879–1966).
In an April 17 New York Timesop-ed, Planned Parenthood President and CEO Alexis McGill Johnson admitted that “Up until now, Planned Parenthood has failed to own the impact of our founder’s actions. We have defended Sanger as a protector of bodily autonomy and self-determination while excusing her association with white supremacist groups and eugenics as an unfortunate ‘product of her time.’”
Sanger’s vision for limiting America’s black population through the championing of birth control and “healthcare services” is seamlessly outlined in her 1939 initiative “The Negro Project.” Sanger herself wrote about speaking at a Ku Klux Klan meeting in her autobiography and publicly supported the 1927 Supreme Court ruling Buck v. Bell, permitting the sterilization of “unfit” people without their consent. But Johnson is careful not to rush to judgment: “Whether our founder was a racist is not a simple yes or no question. Our reckoning is understanding her full legacy and its impact. Our reckoning is the work that comes next.”
But while the organization conducts its “woke” investigation, and this trivia makes the national news, the nefarious evils of America’s largest abortion provider remain buried.
Planned Parenthood faces ongoing investigations by U.S. House and Senate committees into their involvement in human fetal tissue trafficking — a federal felony — and illegal profiting from transfers of organs harvested from aborted human fetuses, yet, it’s clear abortion alone does not satisfy the agency. So it’s not surprising they would have come up with other ways to turn a profit.
A harrowing report from Judicial Watch, published April 1, reveals that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has paid tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars to obtain human fetal tissue from the California-based “procurement” firm Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR), undoubtedly supplied by abortion providers such as Planned Parenthood.
According to the report, the fetal tissue was used in a sort of Frankenstein project to create “humanized mice” to test “biologic drug products.” To this day, research continues unimpeded on these lifeless, preborn babies, as no one can provide consent for medical experimentation on an aborted fetus — certainly, the mother would not object, as she is not concerned about what happens to her aborted child.
Now the pro-abortion side would say that fetal experimentation is a complete myth concocted by “anti-choice” activists stirring the pot over a “trivialized harm.” Yet records of tissue purchases between ABR and government agencies prove the reality is far from being all in our minds.
Judicial Watch has acquired communications from January 2011 to April 2018 between ABR procurement manager Perrin Larton and FDA research veterinary medical official Dr. Kristina Howard, confirming the purchase of organs from aborted human fetuses.
In an e-mail dated September 27, 2012, Howard submitted an application to Larton for “tissue purchases” in the amount of $12,000. The contract reportedly requested tissue from an aborted fetus with a gestational age of 16 to 24 weeks and “One set of tissue (thymus/liver) approx. twice monthly.”
Instructions stated that the tissues were to be shipped “fresh; on wet ice.”
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton, whose watchdog group has released two previous sets of records exposing unlawful transactions between ABR and the FDA, had these remarks on the findings:
These fetal organ trafficking documents shock the conscience and show potentially illegal use of tax dollars to purchase organs of the unborn killed through abortion.
According to 42 U.S. Code § 289g–2 — prohibitions regarding human fetal tissue, the purchase of human fetal tissue is “unlawful for any person who knowingly acquires, receives, or otherwise transfers any human fetal tissue for valuable consideration if the transfer affects interstate commerce.”
In March 2019, Judicial Watch moved forward with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against Health and Human Services (HHS), of which the FDA is a part (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department Health and Human Services (No. 1:19-cv-00876). Additional records secured by the group demonstrate the National Institutes of Health (NIH) purchased aborted fetal parts for HIV research, paying “at least $18,100 between December 2016 and August 2018 to ABR for livers and thymuses from second-trimester aborted fetuses.”
Judicial Watch reported that “ABR has been the subject of criminal referrals from House and Senate committees investigating whether Planned Parenthood or any other entity was illegally profiting from the handling of fetal tissue from aborted babies.”
However, in March 2018, government agency officials determined that purchasing human fetal tissue for research purposes was not protected by federal regulations.
An “overview” supplied by ABR describes the firm as a “non-profit corporate foundation … devoted to providing services in connection with the procurement of human organs and tissues for medical and scientific research.”
Yet such a statement is deceptive, as ABR is most certainly capitalizing on abortions performed every few seconds in this country. Meanwhile, Planned Parenthood rakes in triple the amount of money from one abortion, selling livers, brains, eyes, hearts — really whatever organs they can salvage. And now it’s up to the courts, and so far many judges have been complicit in continuing this evil, though they hold the power to stop it.
Joe Biden’s coronavirus task force entertained a contact-tracing app that would allow businesses to deny services to people based on their health data, according to a report.
According to a PowerPoint presentation obtained by The Washington Beacon, the app, developed by the University of Illinois, assigns users a “health status”—green, yellow, or red—that dictates access to public spaces similar to the Alipay Health Code program implemented by Communist China.
“The school’s system uses a mobile app that records test results and Bluetooth data to determine who has been exposed to the virus—and ‘links building access’ on campus to that information. Local businesses have also embraced it, making entry conditional on a ‘safe status’ reading from the app,” The Beacon reported.

The Senate has voted to confirm Xavier Becerra, Joe Biden’s pick to head the federal Department of Health and Human Services. As Deion Kathawa notes at American Greatness, the California attorney general is a rather odd choice for the job.
After a video by pro-life activist David Daleiden exposed Planned Parenthood’s sale of body parts from aborted babies, Becerra charged Daleiden with 15 felonies. The California attorney general also sued the Little Sisters of the Poor, as Kathawa explains, “because their Catholic faith compelled them not to be complicit in the sale of contraceptives under Obamacare.” With other groups, attorney general Becerra proved more lenient.
In Mendota, near Fresno, the MS-13 gang imposed a reign of terror, committing at least 14 murders, with some victims hacked to death before they could testify. Federal authorities spearheaded the case against the gang, and Becerra only showed up after the feds arrested 25 MS-13 members. The attorney general made it clear he was not concerned about the gang’s “status.” In similar style, the murder of police officers Ronil Singh and Brian Ishmael, both by illegal aliens, prompted little concern for the slain officers and no campaign against criminal illegals, who enjoy sanctuary in California.
These issues did not surface in Becerra’s HHS hearing. Neither did the curious case that led to his surprising departure from Washington in 2016.
Rep. Becerra, once on Hillary Clinton’s shortlist as a running mate, headed the House Democratic Caucus and was in charge of its server. The Democrat’s IT man Imran Awan had access to that computer, and that was a problem. DNC boss Debbie Wasserman Schultz not only brought Awan aboard but hired his wife and other family members, though none had degrees in information technology.
The unvetted Awan could not possibly have qualified for a security clearance but he enjoyed access to the computers of 45 members of Congress, including members the House Intelligence and Foreign Affairs committees. When investigators from the Capitol Police requested the server under Becerra’s control, they got only false information. Becerra, reportedly in line for a key post on the House Ways and Means Committee, bolted for California, where Gov. Jerry Brown tapped him for attorney general. In that role, Becerra upheld sanctuary policies and filed more than 100 lawsuits against the Trump administration, at a cost of $41 million.
“Congress Pays $850,000 to Muslim Aides Targeted in Inquiry Stoked by Trump,” read the November 25, 2020 New York Times headline. According to the story, the previously unreported settlement is one of the largest to resolve discrimination or harassment claims, in this case by people who “lost their jobs and endured harassment in part because of their Muslim faith and South Asian origins.” In this narrative, Awan’s computer capers had little if anything to do with it, and the award doubtless sinks any prospect for a full investigation.
In these conditions, Democrats believe it’s safe to bring Becerra back to Washington. He’s unqualified to head HHS but for Democrats, Trump Derangement Syndrome and disregard for national security count as qualifications. The problem did not start with Becerra.
In 1976, John Brennan voted for the Stalinist Gus Hall presidential candidate of the Communist Party USA, a party funded by the Soviet Union. That disqualified Brennan for any federal intelligence job, but from 2013 to 2017, the Gus Hall voter headed the CIA. In that powerful post, and afterward, Brennan aided and abetted the covert operations against candidate and President Trump.
Brennan was the choice of the composite character president David Garrow described in Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama. His Dreams from My Father, Garrow wrote, was a novel and the character “Frank” was Frank Marshall Davis, an African American Communist who spent much of his life defending all-white Soviet dictatorships.
As Paul Kengor documented in The Communist, Davis’ FBI file runs some 600 pages and Frank was on the bureau’s security index. So no surprise that the composite character removed Frank from the audio version of Dreams, and Frank makes no appearance in anything under the Obama brand, including Promised Land.
The composite character president looked the other way at militant Islam, so Becerra’s experience with Imran Awan was a perfect fit. Becerra is back in Washington now, as Deion Kawatha observes, with help from Republican Susan Collins, whose “yea” carried the day for the California Democrat. His HHS post is doubtless a rest stop en route to a place on some Democrat’s ticket, or maybe his own.
For his part, Imran Awan has been rather quiet since he bagged $850,000. If the Democrats’ favorite IT man sought a post at HHS, Xavier Becerra would surely hold the door open.

Dr Anthony Fauci has claimed that in order for herd immunity against coronavirus to be reached in the US, children and even babies will have to be vaccinated.
Speaking during a Senate hearing, the chief medical adviser to the Biden administration said “I think we should be careful about wedding ourselves to this concept of herd immunity because we really do not know precisely, for this particular virus, what that is.”
“We don’t really know what that magical point of herd immunity is, but we do know that if we get the overwhelming population vaccinated, we’re going to be in good shape. We ultimately would like to get and have to get children into that mix,” Fauci added.
Appearing later on CBS News, Fauci outlined plans to vaccinate children as young as six-month-old babies early next year:
On Wednesday, Fauci dismissed concerns that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines could impact children’s genetics.
“We’re going to be looking at multiple aspects of safety,” Fauci told reporters, adding “There is really no biological reason at all to indicate or even predict that you would even see any modification of a genetic profile when you’re dealing with mRNA, which has no way of integrating into the genome of a cell.”

CDC figures show that of almost 400,000 US deaths counted as from COVID-19, just 93 were children 4-years-old and younger.
The figure equates to less than 0.1% of the population, yet Fauci is suggesting that 23.6 million children aged 0-5-years-old need to take the vaccine, arguing that if they do not, herd immunity may not be reached.
Elsewhere during the Senate hearing Thursday, Rand Paul, also a doctor, clashed with Fauci, arguing that forcing people to wear masks after they have had the virus or the vaccine is compromising immunity.
“There have been no scientific studies arguing, or proving, that infection with COVID does not create immunity,” Paul stated.

On Thursday, the U.S. Senate narrowly confirmed Xavier Becerra as secretary for Health and Human Services (HHS), 50 to 49. Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) joined the Democrats in voting for Becerra. Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii), who would almost certainly have voted for Becerra, was absent.
Becerra’s confirmation sends a chilling message to pro-life Americans and Americans of faith. Yet conservatives aren’t taking it lying down. As soon as the Senate confirmed Becerra, Republicans and conservative groups announced that they would keep up the pressure to fight for the religious liberty Becerra threatens.
Becerra has no medical experience, but he has a long track record of promoting leftist social issues and silencing those who disagree. As California attorney general, Becerra continued the prosecution of pro-life journalist David Daleiden (after Kamala Harris began it). Becerra also vigorously defended a California law that would have forced pro-life pregnancy centers to advertise abortion — before the Supreme Court struck it down. Becerra also targeted the Little Sisters of the Poor after the Trump administration provided an exemption for the nuns the Obamacare contraception mandate.
Becerra also sued the Trump HHS after the agency struck down an Obama-era rule forcing transgender ideology in health care. He also furthered Kamala Harris’s policy of demanding that nonprofit organizations turn over their donor lists, which would likely expose the donors to harassment, especially since the California attorney general’s office has previously leaked this kind of donor information.
After Becerra’s confirmation, conservatives girded their loins to face the threat.
“The Senate has just narrowly confirmed an extremist, Xavier Becerra, to serve as Secretary of Health and Human Services,” Kristen Waggoner, general counsel at Alliance Defending Freedom, which represented the pro-life pregnancy centers before the Supreme Court in a case against Becerra, said in a statement.
“From his new role, we expect Mr. Becerra will continue his attack on the civil liberties of those with whom he disagrees. However, his confirmation will not stop ADF from our steadfast commitment to advocate for religious liberty, free speech, the protection of life, and parental rights, even if it means meeting him once again at the U.S. Supreme Court,” Waggoner added.
The National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA), the pro-life pregnancy center coalition that successfully sued Becerra at the Supreme Court, warned Becerra that it would gladly defend the pro-life movement’s free speech in court again, if necessary.
“We will continue to protect the free speech rights of our movement’s leaders as they support women and save lives across our nation,” Anne O’Connor, NIFLA’s vice president of legal affairs, said in a statement. “Becerra will rue the day he attempts to use his position in the U.S. government to attack pregnancy centers again. His anti-life bullying will not be tolerated.”
“Becerra’s extreme views are a threat to women’s health, pregnancy centers and free speech,” O’Connor added. “See you in court,” she warned.
“Xavier Becerra is a dangerous ideologue who has made a career of attacking long-held religious freedom protections and using his office to pursue a partisan political agenda,” First Liberty Institute Deputy General Counsel Justin Butterfield said in a statement. “His policy position as Attorney General in seeking to force the public disclosure of donors to non-profit organizations is so extreme that organizations from the ACLU the PETA submitted briefs at the U.S. Supreme Court challenging him. “Becerra isn’t right for the job because in the middle of a global pandemic the Department of Health and Human Services needs to be focused on health and human services. Becerra is a culture warrior who made his name in bloody-knuckled politics by bullying nuns. This confirmation fight is over, but I’m going to keep working with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to make sure that Congress defends First Amendment freedoms when bureaucrats and regulators put partisan agendas ahead of constitutional protections,” Sen. Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) declared.
By nominating Becerra, Joe Biden confirmed that his presidency represents a threat to religious freedom. Americans of conscience should be shocked and horrified that Biden would nominate the radical Becerra with his track record of silencing dissent. By doing this, Biden exposed his true colors and that should alienate millions of Americans.
Make no mistake: Joe Biden is no moderate, and Becerra is one more glaring piece of evidence to that effect. Americans need to unite against the president’s dangerous agenda to silence conservatives, and conservatives should gird their loins for the coming battles ahead.

Joe Biden finally addressed the American people Thursday, for the first time in almost two months, and decreed that if they continue to follow CDC rules they might be able to have a barbecue in their own backyards in four months time.
But in the same breath Biden threatened to take away that monumental freedom if Americans do not remain ‘vigilant’.
Only around 7000 people tuned into the White House stream to watch Biden’s first proper address.
He managed to sound semi-coherent for around twenty minutes, with the biggest takeaway being that more strict restrictions will come back if Americans start trying to live their lives normally again without masks or avoiding each other.
“If we do our part… by July 4, there’s a good chance you, your families, and friends will be able to get together in your backyard or in your neighborhood and have a cookout or a barbecue and celebrate Independence Day… Small groups will be able to get together,” proclaimed Biden:
He then added, “If we don’t stay vigilant and the conditions change, then we may have to reinstate restrictions to get back on track.”
Biden also told Americans “I need you to get vaccinated when it’s your turn… And to help your family, your friends, your neighbors get vaccinated as well.”
Biden added that people need to “listen to Dr. Fauci,” who this week admitted there is no science behind continued lockdowns.
Biden declared that Fauci has “has assured us, the vaccines are safe. They underwent rigorous scientific review. I know they are safe.”
Responding to the dangling carrot of backyard cookouts, Tucker Carlson tore into Biden, saying “How dare you tell us who we can spend the Fourth of July with”:
“Who are you talking to? This is a free people, a free country,” Carlson raged.
The Fox host also pulled Biden up on his vaccine rhetoric, noting “He said, there will be enough vaccines for every person in America … and if you take that shot, things potentially could get back to normal. No mention at all of the people who might not want to take the shot.”
While Biden blathered on about President Trump being awful and various woke non-issues, he failed to even mention the massive immigration crisis on the border that he has directly instigated in a matter of days.

When Joe Biden signaled his open-borders plan, it triggered human traffickers south of the border to start teeing up swarms of people to storm the U.S. and flood the already COVID-pandemic-slammed U.S. labor market. But now we learn that the Biden administration has not been COVID testing the illegal immigrants swarming the border before they’re released into the interior of the U.S.
Joe Biden knew this before he opened the borders. He gobsmackingly asserted that the U.S. “didn’t have a COVID vaccine” and claimed the pandemic was so severe he had to spend nearly $2 trillion to fight it.
The Washington Examiner reports that the Border Patrol and the Department of Homeland Security are not COVID-testing the illegal aliens and their children. Why? Even if they did test positive, “they cannot return children and some families.” Adults can be deported, but not people with children.
The Border Patrol is not allowed to quarantine illegal aliens with the virus. The Examiner reports that they’re urged to turn them over to “local health systems.”
The Border Patrol cannot legally force anyone in custody who is suspected of having the virus to stay in custody for a 14-day quarantine period. Instead, agents have been instructed to refer migrants suspected of being coronavirus-positive to “local health systems,” which CBP noted “could be any local health authority, hospital, health facility, etc. depending on the area.”
A 2019 Border Patrol survey revealed that children are bought, sold, or rented to be part of fake “family units” – a ticket to the U.S.
[…] Border Patrol agents identified more than 6,200 fraudulent family members in fiscal year 2019, which runs from Oct. 1, 2018 through Sept. 30, 2019. This is at a time when Border Patrol agents apprehended over 473,000 people who presented themselves as a family unit.
[…] “The parents are poor, and a stranger offers to pay them $1,000 to use their child, that parent is going to go for that incentive,” Delgado said. “You have a child’s life in a stranger’s hands.”
The Examiner reports the Border Patrol can only do so much and testing is not one of the things it does.
“Border Patrol agents look over migrants for symptoms of COVID-19, but the Border Patrol itself cannot administer rapid coronavirus tests and has not tested anyone.
[Customs and Border Protection] personnel conduct initial inspections for symptoms or risk factors associated with COVID-19 and consult with onsite medical personnel, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), or local health systems as appropriate,” Customs and Border Protection, an agency of the Department of Homeland Security that oversees the Border Patrol, told the Washington Examiner in a written statement.”
Officers are overwhelmed. Requests by PJ Media to get in touch with the Border Patrol union several times this week, for example, have languished for days.
A few of the people showing up at the southern border were seen wearing the Biden campaign logo on shirts reading, “Biden Please Let Us In.”
But this theater hides a potentially much more serious problem that Biden has not addressed. Why is Biden letting in thousands of people into the country during a pandemic that the president maintains is out of control?
Texas Governor Gregg Abbott, who just opened up his state, removing mask mandates and freeing businesses to reopen to 100%, was asked by the Biden administration to use state resources to test.
Abbott was outraged that Biden would make the country “a magnet.”
“The unconscionable act by the Biden Administration of released COVID-positive illegal immigrants in our state puts the lives of Texans and Americans at risk. Border security is strictly a federal responsibility. The federal government alone has the responsibility to test, screen and quarantine illegal immigrants crossing our border who may have COVID. Instead of doing their job, the Biden Administration suggested it did not have sufficient resources and, remarkably, asked Texas to assist them in aiding their illegal immigration program. Texas refused. We will not aid a program that makes our country a magnet for illegal immigration.”
Congressman Henry Cuellar (D-Texas) complained that people from Mexico, who test positive by activist groups stationed at the bus stations to test people, are allowed to get on Greyhound buses and travel to the interior of the country without being stopped.
“They tested some of the people who got put at the bus station in Brownsville and according to the rapid tests, about 108 tested positive. So basically that creates a situation that they are letting people who are positive (for coronavirus) get on buses and with the permission of Homeland Security they can go anywhere in the United States,” Cuellar said during an online news conference.
Greyhound is deeply concerned about the safety of its employees and acting as a vector for disease for the rest of the nation. The transportation company is demanding DHS assure the company illegal aliens riding the buses are COVID-free.
As a result of the increased human trafficking, drug cartels can now use the humans to decoy Border Patrol officers and keep them busy, while drugs are snuck in through another spot in the border.
Biden knew what he was doing. He dismantled the effective border security agreements Trump had with Mexico and Guatemala and stopped the construction of Trump’s wall. Trump’s moves to secure the U.S. border look even more prescient in a COVID-afflicted environment.
But Biden doesn’t care that his moves don’t help U.S. citizens but, in fact, could kill them.
He’s purposely let people into the country who are, in some cases, COVID-positive. Just as U.S. businesses are on the verge of making a comeback, states are re-opening, and people who have been out of work will have to compete with the cheap labor Biden allowed in.
Some people would say elections have consequences and, of course, they do.

Israel has rolled out what it is calling a ‘Freedom bracelet’, a tracking device that will serve as an alternative to a two-week quarantine for anyone entering the country from abroad.
The device, which looks like a smart watch is being produced by a company called SuperCom, which has previously worked with governments of several countries on systems to track and monitor prisoners.

Ordan Trabelsi, the CEO of SuperCom, said “We call it a ‘freedom bracelet’ because we are not locking anybody up, but rather giving them the opportunity to go home.”
…And be tracked by the government if they try to leave their house.
“Nobody is forced to do it, but for those who are interested, it gives them another option: more flexibility,” Trabelsi added.

So, the choices are be locked up for two weeks in a military-administered quarantine hotel, or take the tracking bracelet.
It doesn’t really sound like ‘freedom’.
The development comes at the same time as a court ruling demanding that the country’s domestic spy agency the Shin Bet must back off Covid-19 contact-tracing surveillance.
The court ruled that the efforts are “draconian” and a threat to democracy in the country, and can only be used in emergencies.
Israel is also operating a two tier society where those who have been vaccinated have a ‘green pass’ to go where they want, and those who haven’t must stay under lockdown.

It hasn’t taken President Joe Biden long to demonstrate that he is the most pro-abortion president in history. His appointment of California Attorney General Xavier Becerra to be secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services is proof.
Becerra’s track record as California’s attorney general indicates his bias against the pro-life movement—particularly against the work of pro-life pregnancy centers.
This nationwide, life-affirming network includes over 2,500 pro-life centers and medical clinics. Each agency provides hope, counsel, medical services, material resources, housing referrals, and much more to mothers considering abortion.
Primary among these is the procedure of ultrasound, which is medically necessary to confirm an intrauterine pregnancy. Statistics show more than 80% of mothers considering abortion choose life after seeing an ultrasound image of their unborn child.
All of these services are free of charge. The staff of these centers and clinics are comprised of medical health care professionals, as well as hundreds of thousands of volunteers committed to making a difference in the lives of mothers, families, and the unborn.
A 2020 study from the Charlotte Lozier Institute in Washington, D.C., shows the impressive outreach and impact of this national network. According to this study, the work of pregnancy centers:
— Provided ultrasound confirmations of pregnancy, at no cost, to 486,213 mothers.
— Provided sexually transmitted infections testing and treatment, at no cost, to 160,201 patients.
— Provided mothers and families with material resources, such as housing referrals, diapers, and baby clothes, etc., at no cost.
— Provided total services, both medical and nonmedical, worth $266,764,916. Such services do not cost taxpayers one dime.
One would think that the work of these faith-based, charitable organizations would be supported by all who care about human life, regardless of political views. Not so for Becerra and the Biden administration. If Becerra had his way at the Supreme Court, these centers would have been forced to promote abortion.
Even worse, the government could have fined them out of existence. Where would that leave the hundreds of thousands of mothers, fathers, families, and babies that depend on the essential resources pregnancy centers provide?
It has long been the narrative of the pro-abortion crowd that pro-life pregnancy centers are deceptive and fraudulent. Why? Because they are pro-life and do not perform or refer for abortion.
Yet, these centers are absolutely upfront about their pro-life viewpoint and their operational standards require that it be disclosed to every patient. Regardless, the abortion lobby, led by Planned Parenthood, has for years demonized these charities, attempting to target their operations through hostile legislation.
In 2015, California passed its so-called Reproductive FACT Act mandating that pro-life centers promote abortion by posting a sign with large fonts in their waiting areas. The sign was required to advise patients at the centers: 1) that they have a right to a state-funded abortion, and 2) of the existence of an 800 number to call to get the abortion process started.
This law was co-sponsored by California’s then-attorney general, Kamala Harris, and supported by her successor, Becerra. Becerra vowed to aggressively enforce the law and make sure that pro-life centers use the walls of their waiting areas to promote abortion. This mandate destroys the pro-life mission of these centers to promote life.
Can the government force Alcoholics Anonymous to post a sign promoting the sale of liquor to its adherents? Can the government force the American Cancer Society to promote cigarettes? If this law had prevailed, then the answer to these questions would have been “yes.”
The law was struck down in 2018 by the United States Supreme Court in the landmark case of NIFLA v. Becerra. The court declared that the law violated the free speech rights of pro-life centers. In doing so, the court handed Becerra, Harris, and allies a humiliating defeat.
If confirmed, Becerra has a national platform to attack pro-life centers. As secretary of HHS, he will be uniquely positioned to pass regulations that impact operations of such centers—particularly those that are licensed medical clinics.
Becerra is joined in the new administration by Harris, who partnered with him to destroy the work of these life-affirming agencies. What mischief can we expect to see from these two in their new positions of power? This should be concerning to all who care about providing abortion alternatives to mothers.
Biden came into office using hollow words about “unity.” His actions so far indicate that such talk is empty. When it comes to unity, millions of workers, medical professionals, and volunteers at pro-life pregnancy centers are left out in the cold. So are millions of Americans who care about the life issue.

Marion Koopmans, a member of the recent World Health Organization mission to discover the origins of COVID-19 in China, has served as an advisor to the Chinese Communist Party’s Center for Disease Control and Prevention and authored studies funded by Chinese government-backed grants, The National Pulse can reveal.
The World Health Organization (WHO) delegation concluded that it was “extremely unlikely” the virus came from a Chinese Communist Party lab despite reports showing China refused to share all relevant data to the early days of COVID-19.
But Koopman’s ties to the Chinese Communist Party, which resemble a similar relationship to fellow WHO researcher Peter Daszak, call into question the validity of the team’s findings.
A document entitled “Scientific Advisory Group members” from the World Health Organization (WHO) contains Koopman’s professional bio, which reveals she has served as a “member of the scientific advisory board of the Centres for Disease Control of Guangdong China“:
As member of the scientific advisory board of the Centres for Disease control of Guangdong China, she has advised on the building of the laboratory capacity for emerging infectious disease detection in this region, and has ongoing research collaborations trying to unravel emergence and spread of viruses through the animal production chain in this region.

What’s more, Koopmans has authored scientific research papers and journal articles backed by Chinese Communist Party grants.
“We thank the twenty-one collaborating laboratories in Guangdong province that participated in the longitudinal surveillance,” a summary adds.
Another 2017 study focusing on Zika virus was also funded and executed by the Guangdong provincial government, according to a summary:

The latest revelations are sure to force a further rowing back by the establishment media of the previously lauded investigative group.

It contains false and misleading information about the Fifth International Public Conference on Vaccination, which was sponsored by the 39-year old U.S. non-profit educational charity the National Vaccine Information Center, and held online in October 2020. Promotion of the CCDH report resulted in the spreading of fake news and misinformation by mainline media outlets in Great Britain and the U.S.

President-elect Joe Biden’s amnesty plan will reportedly provide the glittering prize of U.S. citizenship to everyone who can show they were in the United States illegally on January 1, if Congress passes the wage-cutting, nation-changing legislation amid a deep economic recession.
“To qualify, immigrants must have been in the United States as of Jan. 1, a move meant to blunt any rush to the border,” according to a description provided “by transition officials” to the Washington Post.
But the “rush to the border” is likely because migrants and the coyotes’ smuggling industry can backdate documents and forge new identities, especially when the prize is the opportunity to escape their lives in undeveloped countries and then become citizens of the United States of America.

Levine is currently the Secretary of Health for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in charge of the local response to the coronavirus pandemic.

EXCERPTS:Levine, a male who identifies as female, faced harsh criticism for removing his mother from a personal care home during the COVID-19 pandemic after he had directed nursing facilities to admit people who had previously tested positive for COVID-19. The elderly are at particular risk for the virus. U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- Democrat Joe Biden sent another strong signal about the direction on guns his administration will take by announcing his pick to head the Department of Health and Human Services is Xavier Becerra, the anti-gun California attorney general who replaced another gun prohibitionist, Kamala Harris, when she was elected to the U.S. Senate.
Becerra is the defendant in several ongoing gun rights lawsuits filed by the Second Amendment Foundation, Firearms Policy Coalition, and others. He’s been sued at least five times by SAF.
If he is confirmed as HHS Secretary next year, he will be in a position to put the full force of the federal government behind the notion that guns are a health risk.
Various anti-Second Amendment groups have been crusading for years to declare “gun violence” a public health crisis. None of these groups ever seem to create a ripple in the news when there is a fatal stabbing or someone is bludgeoned to death. Becerra would likely get plenty of support from such organizations.
But he may have trouble being confirmed depending upon the outcome of the double Senate election in Georgia on January 5th. If Republican incumbents Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue are re-elected, it gives the GOP a thin majority. Republican Sen. Tom Cotton of Alabama already said he will vote against confirming Becerra.
Fox News is reporting “Republicans slammed President-elect Joe Biden after he announced his choice of California Attorney General Xavier Becerra for secretary of Health and Human Services on Monday, and they criticized Becerra's record on abortion and other issues.”
Conservative groups such as the Alliance Defending Freedom and the Susan B. Anthony List has labeled Becerra an “extremist,” Fox added. Religious leaders are also slamming the choice, again on the abortion issue.
In September, Becerra’s office made a big splash with the announcement that he was leading a “coalition” including the anti-gun Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence “in filing a lawsuit against the Trump Administration demanding the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) correct its interpretation of what qualifies as a firearm.”
The lawsuit is aimed at defining so-called “80 percent” frames as firearms.
It’s no small wonder why Giffords Executive Director Peter Ambler issued a ringing endorsement of Becerra when news broke Monday about Biden’s pick.
“After four years of Donald Trump, Americans desperately need strong leadership from the top to confront public health crises like the coronavirus pandemic and gun violence,” Ambler said in a prepared statement. “Xavier Becerra is a superb choice to take charge of Health & Human Services, which will have one of the most critical missions in the Biden-Harris Administration. Becerra has an impressive record of taking action to protect and improve public health, he’s been a partner in the fight against gun violence, never backing down from special interests like the gun lobby in his mission to save lives. We look forward to working with him and the rest of the cabinet to address gun violence.”
No doubt most of the resistance to Becerra will relate to the abortion issue, but Becerra would remain no friend to American gun owners as head of HHS.
Last year, when a killer opened fire at the annual Garlic Festival in Gilroy with a semi-auto rifle he brought from neighboring Nevada, Becerra lamented “We cannot enforce California laws in Nevada.”
At the time, KGO reported that despite California’s restrictive gun control laws prohibiting the sale or import of so-called “assault rifles” into the state, “the suspected gunman brought one into the state.”
Gun rights activists shook their heads because the media, and Becerra, missed the point entirely. Determined killers will ignore gun control laws and find ways to commit their heinous acts. Transporting the gun into California simply underscored the problem with such laws: They don’t really prevent crimes.
While he was in the state assembly representing California’s Legislative District 31, Democrat Becerra voted against legislation prohibiting junk lawsuits against gun manufacturers for crimes committed by third parties misusing their firearms. He voted against reducing the waiting period for firearms purchases from three days to one day. He was rated “F” by the National Rifle Association.
Biden is in the midst of picking people to fill his cabinet positions as the possibility of any reversal of the election grows increasingly remote. Over the weekend, President Trump traveled to Georgia in an effort to get out the vote for Loeffler and Perdue, while insisting he won the state and contending he won elsewhere.

Biden's nomination of CA AG Becerra is a bad omen for American's gun rights.
U.S.A. -(AmmoLand.com)- President-elect Joe Biden is taking an early turn to the far left with his nomination of California Attorney General Xavier Becerra to take over the Department of Health and Human Services.
That nomination would put a firebrand gun control collaborator at the helm of the nation’s leading health organization delivering services and support of scientific advances in medicine, public health, and social services. This is a harbinger that the federal office that employs 80,000 and has a $1.3 trillion budget will be used to push an antigun ideology over science. Attorney General Becerra’s nomination means that the next four years will be an administration pushing firearm ownership as a public health crisis and using the cover of a national health emergency to trample on Constitutional rights.
Attorney General Becerra’s public career started in California, working as a deputy attorney general for California’s Department of Justice before he was elected to the State Assembly, then to the U.S. House of Representatives from 1993-2017. He left Congress when he was chosen by California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom to succeed U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris as California’s Attorney General.
California Gun Control Parade
When it comes to gun control, California’s jockeying to lead the parade with Attorney General Becerra as the drum major waving the giant stick. He’s embroiled in two lawsuits challenging California gun control laws that could have national impacts. The first is Duncan vBecerra, a case challenging California’s ban on standard capacity magazines, or what the state labels “large-capacity magazines” (LCMs). In 2000, the state banned the sale of new magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds, but a 2016 voter initiative called Proposition 63 made possessing those magazines purchased before the ban illegal. U.S. District Court Judge Roger Benitez blistered the law in his ruling that it’s unconstitutional. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit upheld Judge Benitez’s ruling earlier this year.
Another high-profile challenge to California’s onerous gun control laws is Miller vBecerra, a case that challenges the state’s nearly 20-year ban on modern sporting rifles, or what they knowingly mislabel “assault rifles.” That case, too, was brought before Judge Benitez, who ruled the law was unconstitutional. Attorney General Becerra also appealed the case to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, where it was denied a motion to dismiss the case.
That’s Not All
Attorney General Becerra’s fights to place stumbling blocks in the way of lawful firearm ownership don’t just involve modern sporting rifles and their magazines. He’s also defending a law that requires universal background checks for ammunition purchases. California passed a law requiring background checks for ammunition sales, which was challenged by U.S. Olympic Gold Medalist Kim Rhode. The case, Rhode vBecerra, challenges the burdensome regulation that was fraught with inaccuracies and outages. Judge Benitez thrashed that law and issued a preliminary injunction to stop the state from enforcing the law. Attorney General Becerra again appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and won a stay against the preliminary injunction while the case awaits hearing there.
Attorney General Becerra also led the defense of California’s slow-motion handgun ban. In Pena vHoran, a challenge to California’s Unsafe Handgun Act that bans handguns in common use for lawful purposes. That case was appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, but denied review last summer, along with nine other firearm-related cases. He also defended the law in NSSF v State of California, filed in 2014 that went to the California Supreme Court, the state’s mandate to incorporate microstamping technology for firearms that doesn’t exist. In 2007, California gun control advocates knew they couldn’t outright ban handguns, so they put a condition on their approved sale. They would be required to incorporate technically-unfeasible microstamping technology, that would make identifying marks on two places of each cartridge casing fired from the firearm. The state’s Department of Justice created a list of “approved” handguns that’s only shrunk. They haven’t added a new semiautomatic handgun since 2013 when then-Attorney General Kamala Harris triggered the law. A new law passed in California last session only speeds that shrinking roster. The new law calls for three handguns to be removed for every new one added.
Wrong Prescription
The problem with Attorney General Becerra leading the nation’s health agency is that any issue he finds politically unfavorable can be labeled a public health crisis and be used to justify unprecedented restrictions on Constitutionally-protected individual liberties. Gun control advocates have been trying to do this for years as if criminal activity could be cured with a pill. Thinking this wouldn’t happen would be foolish. The evidence abounds that this not only could happen, it has and is happening. The COVID pandemic saw governors order firearm retailers and ranges to close, reversing course only after threats of lawsuits, or their orders were tossed out by judges. Democratic Govs. Gavin Newsom and Andrew Cuomo trampled on religious liberties by attempting to block people from attending services at churches and synagogues. They didn’t stop until the courts told them, and even then, they’re grousing that they’re the authority.
They’re neglecting that they are accountable to the people. That’s us. Don’t expect Attorney General Becerra to be any different at the Department of Health and Human Services. He’ll make you swallow the gun control pill and it will come in one color. Blue.

Dr. Anthony Fauci says it might be necessary for Washington to impose a mask mandate on all 50 states, given the worrisome rise in coronavirus cases across the U.S. Fauci made the remarks during an interview on CNN.
Previously Fauci had opposed a federal mask mandate as unworkable and unenforceable.
Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, has been urging Americans to use masks for months. “I have trust in the American people that if we put a strong emphasis on the importance of wearing masks, that we will come around and do that and get that percentage up above the relatively low percentage of people that are using masks,” Fauci said on July 21 on NPR’s Morning Edition.
But he has said before that he doesn’t think a federal law would be the way to go.
Earlier this month, a poll found that 92 percent of Americans believe that wearing a mask is a good idea. But only about 60 percent wear one. Changing people’s minds about wearing a mask outdoors will be difficult as long as we’re getting mixed messages from public health professionals.
“I don’t like to be authoritarian from the federal government, but at the local level, if governors and others essentially mandate the use of masks when you have an outbreak, I think that would be very important,” Fauci told Alabama Sen. Doug Jones during a Facebook live event in July.
Until now.
“Well, if people are not wearing masks, then maybe we should be mandating it,” Fauci told CNN’s Erin Burnett Friday.
The obvious difficulty in issuing a federal mask mandate is how to make it enforceable. Maybe we could take a page from the Chinese secret police playbook. It worked for them.
Fauci admits difficulty in enforcement but thinks if we all join hands (virtually) and dance around the maypole as one, everybody will be eager to comply — or something.
“There’s going to be a difficulty enforcing it, but if everyone agrees that this is something that’s important and they mandate it and everybody pulls together and says, you know, we’re going to mandate it but let’s just do it, I think that would be a great idea to have everybody do it uniformly,” he said.
Mayors and governors across the country have had mask mandates in place for months and yet we’re seeing a massive surge in positive test results. Citizens are ignoring social distancing rules and congregating in large numbers. And police officers are refusing to enforce the rules largely because they’ve got better things to do. Issuing a ticket that people are going to ignore anyway will not scare people into wearing a mask when they’re supposed to.
We locked down the country for two months, drained trillions of dollars from the economy, destroyed jobs, industry, and lives for what purpose? The coronavirus has roared back after cities and states reopened even slightly. Chicago and New York City have been essentially locked down since March. Their business and entertainment districts are ghost towns. Thousands of companies have been shuttered permanently.
All for what?
If the definition of crazy is to do the same thing over and over expecting different results each time, our public health establishment, politicians, and bureaucrats are 100 percent, certifiably nuts.

Doctors from countries around the world banded together to issue a collective statement declaring the COVID-19 pandemic a sham.
In footage released by UK company Oracle Films, members of the World Doctors Alliance take turns explaining why the coronavirus has been overblown in their respective jurisdictions.
“I want to say that we do not have a medical pandemic or epidemic,” explains Netherlands general practitioner Dr. Elke De Klerk in a short excerpt from the meeting.
“We also state that COVID-19 should not be on list A for any longer, because we now know that it is a normal flu virus and the normal flu virus isn’t on list A.”
De Klerk goes on to say thousands of doctors and nurses are ready to join a class action lawsuit against the state, given that many nurses “do not want the vaccine that is being prepared for us.”
“I want to state, if there is no pandemic, I’m wondering why our kids are in schools with masks,” De Klerk ponders, going on to explain the PCR test currently used to test for the virus is faulty.
“There’s no reason for panic. Also in the medical practice, there’s no reason for panic,” assures De Klerk. “The panic is created by these false-positive PCR tests. 89 or 94 percent are false positive. They don’t test for COVID-19, and also the rest is false negatives, so we have to look at clinics. Medical doctors have to stop looking at those tests. That’s very important. Let’s go back to the claims and to the facts.”
In another video from the meeting on October 10, World Doctors Alliance host Dr. Heiko Schöning explains the group believes the coronavirus epidemic to be a “planned-demic.”
“Yes, so these are the statements of experts, doctors and our others scientists and activists all over the world,” Schöning says after hearing from over 14 doctors, adding, “and we have this good message to the people:
“We see no evidence of a medical pandemic, so it looks like a plan-demic, and we all together say we don’t want this new normal, and we don’t want to go back to the old normal because the old normal created this situation of new normal. We want a better normal!”

WASHINGTON —The American Medical Association, along with the abortion and contraception giant Planned Parenthood, have filed an appeals petition with the U.S. Supreme Court in an effort to overturn new Health and Human Services (HHS) rules that resulted in Planned Parenthood losing federal Title X funds.
“Millions of people have depended on Title X since its inception, receiving critical family planning and sexual health care each year. And under a long-settled regulatory framework, the Title X program has been a resounding success,” the writ of certiorari reads.
“For 50 years, grants to reproductive health care providers have dramatically reduced unintended-pregnancy and abortion rates and have provided low-income individuals millions of screenings for [cervical] cancer, sexually transmitted infections, and HIV,” it states. “The rule reverses that progress and hobbles the program.”
As previously reported, the organizations had sued in March 2019 after HHS announced its intention to revert to the 1988 standard under the Reagan administration, which disqualified family planning organizations from receiving Title X funds if abortions are performed in the same building where contraceptives and other family planning services are offered.
The change meant that abortion providers would either have to divide their services into two separate physical locations, or lose funding.
“This rule will require Title X providers to maintain physical and financial separation from locations which provide abortion as a method of family planning,” a document released by HHS outlined.
“This physical and financial separation will ensure compliance with the statutory requirement that Title X funding not support programs where abortion is a method of family planning — and is consistent with the plain text of Section 1008, legislative history, and case law,” it stated.
The rule change also removed a requirement under the Clinton administration to refer for abortions. However, not only are recipients now not mandated to refer, but they are completely prohibited from doing so. Title X grantees also may not “perform, promote, or support abortion as a method of family planning.”
While federal judges Washington, Oregon and California had struck down the HHS rules, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a decision in June 2019 that the lower courts had not sufficiently analyzed certain aspects of the case and opined that the Trump administration was likely to win the legal challenge.
The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, however, blocked the HHS regulations, stating that prohibiting entities from referring mothers for an abortion “quite clearly ‘interferes with communications’ about medical options between a patient and her provider.”
Therefore, the American Medical Association and Planned Parenthood, among others, have appealed to the Supreme Court to resolve the issue. The groups similarly argued that the rules are unnecessarily restrictive, go further than the original 1980’s mandate and prefer prenatal care over the abortion option.
“Under the rule, if a patient tells her provider that she wants an abortion, the provider must refuse to provide her a referral and instead must provide a referral for care she neither needs nor requested — information about prenatal care,” the writ of certiorari reads. “This necessarily steers a patient toward carrying a pregnancy to term against the patient’s wishes.”
“[E]ven when a patient specifically requests information about abortion only, practitioners must disregard the patient’s decision. If a practitioner provides any information about abortion, then the patient must also be counseled about other options she does not want and must be told about the ‘risks and side effects to … [the] unborn child,'” it states.
As previously reported, while modern-day Planned Parenthood leaders ardently argue that abortion is a mother’s “right,” the organization’s feminist founder, Margaret Sanger, actually wrote against abortion, stating that “the hundreds of thousands of abortions performed in America each year are a disgrace to civilization.”
“The great majority of women … belong to the working class. Nearly all of these women will fall into one of two general groups — the ones who are having children against their wills, and those who, to escape this evil, find refuge in abortion. Being given their choice by society — to continue to be overburdened mothers or to submit to a humiliating, repulsive, painful and too often gravely dangerous operation, those women in whom the feminine urge to freedom is strongest choose the abortionist,” she remarked in her book “Woman and the New Race.”
However, Sanger’s solution to countering abortion was birth control, initially naming her organization the American Birth Control League. She was also a proponent of eugenics against the physically and mentally disabled, using birth control to prevent undesirables from reproducing and to keep healthy women from producing large families.
“The question that society must answer is this: Shall family limitation be achieved through birth control or abortion? Shall normal, safe, effective contraceptives be employed, or shall we continue to force women to the abnormal, often dangerous surgical operation?” Sanger asked.
According to Planned Parenthood’s latest annual report, the organization performed a record number of abortions during the 2018-2019 fiscal year, as 345,672 babies were murdered in their mother’s womb, up 12,915 from the year prior and up 24,288 from two years ago. Government funding was also at a record high, as Planned Parenthood received over $616 million in reimbursements and grants.
Proverbs 6:16-17 states that God hates “hands that shed innocent blood.” Ecclesiastes 11:5 says, “As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child, even so thou knowest not the works of God, who maketh all.”

Frontline doctors from across the US held a “White Coat Summit” on Monday in Washington DC to dispel the misinformation and myths surrounding the coronavirus.
The doctors are very concerned with the disinformation campaign being played out in the far left American media today.
