As election challenges head to court, we’ve got updates from Washington, D.C.

On today’s Jay Sekulow Live, we discussed the election legal challenges heading to court. Several lawsuits have already been filed and there will be additional lawsuits filed over the next several days.

There are filings out of Michigan, and several in Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona. There’s more to come. This is just to beginning. I would encourage you to avoid feeling like you are on pins and needles every moment. This is a process and there is still plenty of time to go.

My dad, Jay Sekulow, is in Washington, D.C. and he gave us an update of what’s going on:

I understand the anxiety and the frustration but these are not going to be decisions that come down in the next two or three days that are going to end this one way or another or overturn this. What you have right now, first of all, the electors have not met. The Electoral College has not met so all of these controversies that you are seeing are what we call live controversies.

Now on Friday, in my outside private capacity as the President’s attorney, we went to the Supreme Court and asked the Court to issue a directive, an order, saying you’ve got to segregate these ballots in Pennsylvania. That’s a have-to. Number two, and equally important, you have to make sure that those votes, although counted, these ballots that came in late are not added to the general totals. So far, I will say, the order has stayed in place. Justice Alito issued it. Now it has been referred to the entire Court. So the question will be what the entire Court does with this in the days ahead. This was a very important, very significant first step in the legal process. It’s not the end of the legal process. It’s the very beginning of the Supreme Court side of this.

The reason it went to Justice Alito, for those of you who don’t know, he’s the Circuit Justice that handles matters that come out of the 3rd Circuit. Pennsylvania is in the 3rd Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals. So requests for emergency action, for administrative stays go to the circuit justice and therefore it went to Justice Alito. Justice Alito ordered the segregation of the ballots. That was an important first step, a critical first step, because it sets the ground work for the future litigation.

That’s the step that if you don’t get it, then you’re case is in real trouble. As always, we’ll keep you updated on the latest developments in this legal phase of the presidential election.

Fox News faces an array of challenges after President Donald Trump leaves office: a potential ratings decline, Trump’s tweets attacking the network, and the threat that he could start a rival media outlet.

Yet Fox News has faced many obstacles during its 18 years as the No. 1 cable news network, and has managed to maintain its lead. It has weathered a sexual-harassment scandal, the death of founder Roger Ailes, the departure of stars Glenn Beck, Bill O’Reilly and Megyn Kelly, and the arrival of right-leaning rivals, Newsmax and One America News Network.

Few observers expect Trump’s barrage of attacks to knock Fox News off its throne anytime soon.

“They have the distribution, talent and resources to be successful no matter who is president,” said Christopher Balfe, chief executive officer of Red Seat Ventures, which helps build businesses for media personalities like former HLN star Nancy Grace.

Still, Fox News’s resilience could be put to the test like never before. Axios reported Thursday, citing unidentified sources, that Trump is planning a subscription-based streaming platform similar to Fox Nation, a $6-a-month service launched two years ago.

Meanwhile, Trump is stepping up his attacks against the network after an election loss that he has steadfastly rejected. Fox News, like nearly all major media, has declared Joe Biden the presidential winner.

On Thursday, Trump tweeted that Fox’s daytime ratings have “completely collapsed” because the network “forgot what made them successful, what got them there.” Fox News was the biggest difference between the 2016 and 2020 elections because the network forgot its “Golden Goose,” he said.

Trump also amplified a series of Twitter posts from users criticizing Fox News as insufficiently loyal to the president and urging conservatives to switch to competitors such as Newsmax.

Shares of Fox News’s parent company (FOX) declined more than 6% Thursday amid the attacks and speculation that Trump might back or launch a rival news service.

Newsmax, which was founded by Trump ally Christopher Ruddy, has seen an uptick in viewers in recent days. It still hasn’t declared Biden the president-elect and has used that decision to curry favor with Trump supporters who are skeptical of the results and angry that Fox News made an early call for the Democrat in the key state of Arizona.

On Thursday, Ruddy tweeted that Trump called him and “congratulated Newsmax on our ratings explosion.” Trump is “watching Newsmax,” he said, “and also wants every vote counted!”

Negotiating Tool

Trump’s relationship with America’s most-watched news channel has waxed and waned over the years. He was a frequent Fox News guest long before he decided to run for president, and the network’s evening commentators have been ardent supporters of him throughout his time in office. With the ties fraying, Fox would be wise to patch things up quickly, said Jon Klein, a former president of CNN’s U.S. operations and current co-chairman of the streaming company Tapp Media LLC.

“Many Fox News viewers adore President Trump,” Klein said. “If Trump undertook a concerted ongoing anti-Fox News campaign, that would have a real impact on Fox’s numbers because those Trump loyalists will do as they’re told.”

Still, the real estate mogul behind a book called “The Art of the Deal” could be using his attacks against Fox as a bargaining tool, Klein said.

“Everything for him is about the negotiation,” Klein said. “Once the dust settles, I’m sure he will make the best deal he can, whether it’s starting his own company or getting paid a lot of money to appear on someone’s else air.”

Trump has continued to praise Fox News’s prime-time hosts, which he sees as more sympathetic to his cause. On Thursday night, he recommended a segment by commentator Sean Hannity about voting machines.

Fox management remains upbeat that it can weather the latest turmoil. On an earnings call last week, CEO Lachlan Murdoch pointed out that the network has led the cable news industry through a number of administrations.

“We love competition,” Murdoch said. “We have always thrived with competition, and we have strong competition now.”

In response to Trump’s tweets on Thursday, Fox News said its daytime audience is up 62% -- averaging 2.7 million viewers for the seven days through Wednesday -- from the same period last year, citing Nielsen data. The network also was the most-watched on election night, with an audience of 14.1 million.

Other Options

If Trump wants to start his own media company, he could follow the path of former Fox News star Glenn Beck, relying on his large base of grassroots supporters to pay him monthly subscriptions.

But while Beck was able to attract tens of thousands of subscribers to TheBlaze, former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin shut down her online TV channel only a year after its launch.

Trump could create a meaningful media business with his own streaming service -- which would be less of a major threat to Fox.

“I think a lot of people would sign up for a $5 or $6 a month subscription service to watch his show and support him,” Balfe said. “I don’t think it’s a Fox News channel competitor, but it could be a very successful streaming channel.”

 

Pa. Officials Ask Judge to Toss Trump Lawsuit Over Election Results

Officials in the election battleground state of Pennsylvania on Thursday asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit brought by U.S. President Donald Trump's campaign seeking to prevent the state from certifying its results in the vote for president.

In court filings in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, lawyers for the Pennsylvania secretary of state and seven of the state's counties said the case made vague and unsupported allegations "on the basis of repeatedly-rejected legal theories and no evidence."

"This Court should see this lawsuit for what it is: a transparent and premeditated attack on our electoral system that broadly seeks to disenfranchise all Pennsylvania voters who legally cast ballots in this election," four of the counties said in a court filing.

Pennsylvania officials said they "administered a proper, fair, and secure election" and would vigorously defend the case. They also said that the plaintiffs lacked standing for their suit.

Joe Biden, a Democrat, won the majority of the vote in all seven of Pennsylvania's counties cited in the lawsuit and is up more than 53,000 votes with an estimated 97% of ballots counted across the state.

Republican Trump's campaign said the "Democrat-majority counties" did not provide partisan election observers an opportunity to assess the processing of mail-in ballots, placed the observers too far from the tabulation of votes and allowed mail-in voters whose ballots were deficient to cast provisional ballots in what they say was a flouting of the state's electoral rules.

But Pennsylvania officials said the election observers were, in fact, allowed to assess the processing of mail-in ballots and that all of the state's counties were permitted to inform residents if their mailed-in ballots were deficient, even if it was not mandatory for them to do so.

On Saturday media networks and Edison Research called Biden the victor in Pennsylvania, putting him over the 270 electoral votes needed to win.

But Trump has refused to concede and has repeatedly claimed there was widespread voter fraud. His campaign has filed a string of lawsuits in several battleground states.

Legal experts say the lawsuits have little chance of changing the outcome of the election. A senior Biden legal adviser has dismissed the litigation as "theatrics, not really lawsuits."

Was the fix baked right into the system?


President Trump on Thursday tweeted out information from One America News Network (OANN) claiming that Dominion, the voting system that experienced several glitches favorable to candidate Joe Biden, “deleted” 2.7 million votes for him, and, in Pennsylvania, switched 221,000 Trump votes to Biden, swinging the election.


“REPORT: DOMINION DELETED 2.7 MILLION TRUMP VOTES NATIONWIDE. DATA ANALYSIS FINDS 221,000 PENNSYLVANIA VOTES SWITCHED FROM PRESIDENT TRUMP TO BIDEN. 941,000 TRUMP VOTES DELETED. STATES USING DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS SWITCHED 435,000 VOTES FROM TRUMP TO BIDEN,” the president tweeted.











Unsurprisingly, the tweet featured a disclaimer from Twitter saying the information is “disputed.” Note that “disputed” is not the same as false; most any claim made in politics is disputed by someone.


Dominion was rejected by the Texas secretary of state in 2013 and 2019 due to various issues that led it to fail basic reliability and accuracy tests.


The voting system’s improperly counted ballots (incorrectly handing 6,000 Trump votes to Biden) resulted in a false Biden win (and a false win in a congressional race) in Antrim County, Michigan, and provoked glitches leading to extended voting hours and delayed results.


According to a comprehensive, five-page report on Dominion Voting Systems from 2019, the designee of the attorney general recommended that “certification should be denied.”


“Computer systems should be designed to prevent or detect human error whenever possible and minimize the consequences of both human mistakes and equipment failure. Instead, the Democracy Suite 5.5-A is fragile and error-prone. In my opinion, it should not be certified for use in Texas,” Designee James Sneeringer noted.


In addition to a “complex, error-prone, and tedious” installation process, the report described several red flags discovered during tests of the system.


“During our voting test, we discovered that some party names and proposition text were not displayed, and one scanner was not accepting some ballots,” the report read.


The secretary of state’s office also flagged the Dominion software as potentially confusing voters.


At one point while scanning ballots, something flashed on the display so briefly we could not read it. After several attempts to re-scan the ballot, we were able to discern that it was a message reading “Ambiguous Marks” that was displayed for a second or less. It then reverts to the “System Ready” message. The voter has no way of knowing what, if anything, is wrong since the error message does not persist long enough to read it.


The report goes on to say that “The ballot-marking devices incorrectly informed voters that they were casting their ballots, when in fact they were only printing them. The ballots are not counted until they were scanned on a different device.”


The Dominion software also caused issues in Georgia. As Fox 5 Atlanta reports, 80,000 absentee ballots were affected, causing election result delays.


OANN highlighted the fact that Dominion has ties to the Clinton Foundation. Penelope Chester-Starr is Dominion’s communications manager. Before assuming that role, she worked for the Clinton Growth Initiative and was vice president for Teneo, the firm created to help manage Bill and Hillary Clinton’s foreign businesses and which booked their personal speaking engagements. Chester-Start also helped organize a 2017 Women’s March protesting President Trump.


Furthermore, there appears to be a formal partnership between the Clinton Growth Initiative and Dominion Voting Systems.


Dominion was used in at least 47 counties in Michigan, which President Trump had been projected to win. The president’s legal team is pushing for a full audit in the counties in which the voting system was used.


Representative Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) has called on Arizona officials to “investigate the accuracy and reliability of the Dominion ballot software.”


“No election results should be certified until a complete audit of the Dominion machine tallies is made,” he added.


Many statistical oddities occurred in the presidential race, which cast doubt on the legitimacy of the “Biden victory” the mainstream media wants us to believe in.


One of the most glaring issues is the vast difference in Georgia of the number of individuals who voted for President Trump, but not for the state’s U.S. Senate race, versus the number of voters who did the equivalent for Joe Biden.


For the president, it was 818, meaning that of the millions of voters who cast ballots for him, only a little over 800 did not also vote for the Senate race.


For Biden, however, the number was 95,801 — meaning nearly 96,000 people allegedly voted for the former vice president but did not bother choosing candidates in the Senate contest.      Christian Learning Centers of Greenville County (CLC) is a self proclaimed gospel ministry ministering to public school students through the Released Time program in Greenville SC area public schools. The CLC mission statement reads, "[CLC] exists...to encourage [children] to embrace the gospel of Jesus Christ". CLC's ministry verse, John 4:34, carries with it a clear missions meaning. The CLC calls us to "worship with us" on its fundraising page.

    CLC, however, is not what it seems. The CLC leadership and sponsoring churches are made up of everything from conservative evangelicals, to left leaning charismatics, to rank theological liberals. The Chairman of CLC board, Kevin Brady, attends Advent United Methodist Church. Board member, Richard Furman, attends First Presbyterian Church of Greenville. Board member, Gabe Vicks, attends Word of Life. Board member, Todd Hyneman, attends Holland Park Church of Christ. Among sponsoring churches, three United Methodist churches, a liberal Presbyterian church, several charismatic churches, and a half dozen SBC churches are listed on the CLC website. Social justice is often promoted on CLC podcasts. In the CLC doctrinal statement, the gospel is at best supplemented and at worst replaced with social justice. Three podcasts produced by the CLC present a wildly liberal view of race relations and a posting of this extremely worldly music video promoting social justice/social gospel can be found on CLC's official Facebook page. For the 2019 event, far left actor Kevin Sorbo was the keynote speaker.

From a video recorded on BJU campus, Pettit gave lavish praise and full endorsement of the CLC. "We are fully engaged in helping the [CLC]...Dr. Bobby Wood one of our vice presidents is now a new member of the [CLC] board and we are so glad he is there...as a university we are FULLY SUPPORTIVE of the CLC...I'd like to to highly encourage you to consider a financial gift to the CLC because they are a FRONT LINE MINISTRY GETTING THE GOSPEL OUT to those who live in darkness".

    The CLC is NOT front line gospel ministry. At the helm of this organization are those who attend churches that deny gospel. They go into schools to teach what their own denominations teach - a false gospel. Pettit is not only solidifying his position of fellowship with highly compromised SBC Gene Fant, he also, along with Dr. Bobby Wood, finds himself shoulder-to-shoulder in MINISTRY COOPERATION with new evangelicals and apostates. Dr. Pettit has fully engaged himself in a classic ecumenical relationship; a relationship which is strictly forbidden in Scripture. Of the likes of CLC, the Scriptures are clear..."do not receive him into your house nor greet him, for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds (2 John 1:10) "...[anyone] who preach[es] another gospel to you than what we have preached to you, LET HIM BE ACCURSED (Gal 1:8). 




  Dr. Pettit says endorse, support, partner, share, fully engage with an apostate. The scriptures say let them be accursed, do not receive him or greet him, have no fellowship. This partnership is not just an issue of secondary separation, it is that of primary separation. Dr. Pettit is not continuing in the footsteps of the biblically separated leadership of the past, he is following in the footsteps of the late Dr. Billy Graham. Graham contaminated the gospel for untold generations and led God's people into sin by welcoming apostates and gospel deniers into ministry cooperation with him. Dr. Pettit's compromise and disobedience, I believe, will snuff out the Greenville gospel light and remove the Bible from the "buckle of the Bible belt."

Oregon became the first state to decriminalize hard drugs like heroin, cocaine and meth in a 59-41% vote as of early Wednesday morning, according to the Associated Press. 


The "Drug Addiction Treatment and Recovery Act" will transition Oregon's drug policy from a punitive, criminal approach to "a humane, cost-effective, health approach."


"People suffering from addiction are more effectively treated with health care services than with criminal punishments," the bill reads. "A health care approach includes a health assessment to figure out the needs of people who are suffering from addiction, and it includes connecting them to the services they need."


MARIJUANA LEGALIZATION SUPPORTERS TOUT ECONOMIC BENEFITS IN NEW VOTER PITCH


Instead of treating drug users as criminals, Oregon will now offer them addiction services funded by marijuana tax revenue, which is more than $100 million a year in the state. 


Only small amounts of drugs are decriminalized, such as less than 1 gram of heroin or MDMA; 2 grams of cocaine or methamphetamine; 12 grams of psilocybin mushrooms; and 40 doses of LSD, oxycodone or methadone.


Criminal penalties for possession of these amounts are replaced with a fine of up to $100, which can be waived if the user is evaluated at Addiction Recovery Centers. 


Crimes that are associated with drug use, such as manufacturing drugs, selling drugs and driving under the influence, are still criminal offenses. 


More than 100 organizations endorsed the measure, including the Oregon Chapter of the American College of Physicians, Oregon Nurses Association, Oregon School Psychologists' Association, Oregon Academy of Family Physicians, the ACLU and others. 


There was also a fair amount of opposition to the measure, with two dozen district attorneys in the state saying the measure “recklessly decriminalizes possession of the most dangerous types of drugs (and) will lead to an increase in acceptability of dangerous drugs.”


Multiple countries in Europe, including Portugal, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, have decriminalized hard drugs without rampant negative effects. 




















Portugal decriminalized all drugs in 2001, which did not lead to an increase in drug use, but did result in a dramatic reduction of pathologies associated with drug use, such as sexually transmitted diseases and overdose deaths, according to a 2009 Cato Institue study. 


A 2015 European Drug Report also found that Portugal's drug overdose death rate is five times lower than the European Union average.

Oregon Grants COVID Relief Funds to Strippers, Lap Dancers,

The COVID “CARES Act” bailout money is being doled out to Oregon strippers, hookers, and lap dancers. And you thought there might be waste, fraud, and abuse in the system.


Oregon, which may have the nation’s most elastic free speech code, announced that strippers and other “sex workers” are eligible for COVID relief funds because they have nowhere else to turn and are falling through the cracks in the pandemic.


The PDX Stripper Strike, a chapter of the Portland-based Haymarket [Stripper] Pole Collective has been granted $600,000.00 in taxpayer money to give out to black, indigenous, and transgender “sex workers.”



George Soros’s Open Society Foundation, which, besides agitating for legalizing all drugs in Oregon, wants to legalize all sex work. It defines “sex workers” as:


[A]dults who receive money or goods in exchange for consensual sexual services or erotic performances, either regularly or occasionally.


The term “sex worker” recognizes that sex work is work. Prostitution, on the other hand, has connotations of criminality and immorality. Many people who sell sexual services prefer the term “sex worker” and find “prostitute” demeaning and stigmatizing, which contributes to their exclusion from health, legal, and social services.

[Sex workers] are suffering right now, and they don’t have anywhere to turn. We’re providing educational grants, professional development grants, and direct aid—rent support, food, and hygiene supplies—to sex workers most impacted by prejudice and COVID. Organizations like ours are the only things keeping sex workers from falling through the cracks.


Donations for the Oregon sex worker relief are also being taken under the auspices of the Young Woman’s Christian Association, also known as the YWCA.

Is the Democrat Party inevitably destined to be AOC’s Democrat Party?


Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), seen as one of the most radical left-wing lawmakers in Congress, has her squad growing thanks to the election of a handful of young new progressives on November 3.


The “Squad” refers to the freshman congresswomen elected in the 2018 midterms who, like Ocasio-Cortez, favor socialist policies such as the Green New Deal, Medicare for All, open borders, and defunding the police. The other members of the group are Representatives Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.), and Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.).


Two of the new additions to The Squad are male. 


The first, Democrat Mondaire Jones of New York, is an advocate for Medicare for All and the Green New Deal and has called for defunding police departments and ending cash bail.


“Congress must cease all funding that militarizes police forces, repeal the 1994 Crime Bill that accelerated mass incarceration, and abolish cash bail, which condemns poor people to pretrial detention while more affluent people await trial from the comfort of their homes,” he wrote in a June article.


For Jones, dismantling white supremacy involves “moving funding away from police departments and toward programs that improve public safety by helping to address the roots of systemic inequality.”


Jamaal Brown, also of New York, likewise backs the Green New Deal and Medicare for All, along with canceling student debt and “shifting funding and resources from police departments, jails, and prisons to new agencies designed to protect public health.”


In addition, he has pushed the “Reconstruction Agenda,” which includes creating a “National Truth and Reconciliation Commission to investigate, document, and assess the federal government’s role in America’s history of racism.”


According to Brown, a “federal investigation and commission modeled on the transitional justice approach in Germany, South Africa, and Rwanda” is needed to make a proposal for slavery reparations.


He also wants to “dramatically” reduce prison populations, by ending mandatory minimums, cash bail, the “war on drugs,” and what he calls “mass deportation.”


Then there’s Cori Bush (D-Mo.), who, in addition to the Green New Deal, seeks a $15 minimum wage, the abolition of immigration enforcement, and an end to “right-to-work” protections for workers — a move that would empower labor unions.


Bush has floated the idea of funding more social services not only by defunding the police, but the military as well.


“If you’re having a bad day, just think of all the social services we’re going to fund after we defund the Pentagon,” she tweeted in October.


The election of the three radicals will strengthen the Democrat Party’s progressive wing, which has taken heat in recent days as moderates within the party are blaming the more extreme element for the party’s loss, rather than gain, of seats in the House on Election Day.


House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn (D-S.C.) said in a caucus call last week that if “we are going to run on ‘Medicare-for-all,’ defund the police, socialized medicine, we’re not going to win.”


The Free Beacon has reported on Democrats’ support for defunding the police, despite claims by some progressives that they never supported the idea:


Earlier this year, progressive Democrats backed proposals to defund police departments across the country. In July, Reps. Ayanna Pressley (D., Mass.) and Rashida Tlaib (D., Mich.), both members of the far-left “squad,” endorsed a bill that would strip federal funding for police departments and disband several federal law enforcement agencies. Ocasio-Cortez, who has also backed efforts to defund police departments, said New York City’s decision to cut more than $1 billion in funding for the city’s police department in June did not go far enough, saying “the fight to defund policing continues.”


Ocasio-Cortez, however, defended progressives by arguing that the Democrats who support policies such as the Green New Deal and Medicare for All won reelection.











House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) has said that the New York congresswoman “runs the floor. That wing of the party, the socialist wing of the party, they are the new power of the Democratic Party.”


Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) does not renounce socialism because it would get her in trouble with her party’s progressives.











Democrats are currently on track to lose between seven and 11 seats in the House of Representatives, which would make for the thinnest majority in two decades.

Oklahoma Republican Sen. James Lankford said he would step in and intervene if Joe Biden doesn’t have access to daily intelligence briefs by Friday.


Lankford told radio station KRMG that as chairman of the Subcommittee on Regulatory Affairs and Federal Management, it would be “no loss” if Biden received the briefings. “This needs to occur so that regardless of the outcome of the election, whichever way that it goes, people can be ready for that actual task,” he told the radio station.


The White House has chosen to give Biden the deep freeze on intel briefings. But the Senate isn’t the White House. Lankford can do as he pleases.


But perhaps realizing he was off the reservation on showing Biden any consideration, he later supported the president’s legal effort.



Still, Lankford is only following the recommendation of the 9/11 Commission, which believed the Clinton transition to George Bush — a delayed outcome during which Clinton played many of the same games that Trump is playing with Biden — led to a weakening of national security. The committee recommended the new president-elect be briefed daily about threats and opportunities.

“There’s nothing wrong with Vice President Biden getting the briefings to be able to prepare himself and so that he can be ready — the President’s already getting those,” Lankford said, adding that Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, a Democratic senator from California, also has the appropriate clearances to begin receiving briefings because she serves on the Senate Intelligence Committee.


Sen. Mark Warner, the top Democrat on the Intelligence Committee, also called for Biden to receive the briefings.


“As has been done in every other transition, the President should order that Biden and his team receive the PDB, as has been done in the past, even during the contested election of 2000,” Warner said Wednesday. “It’s simply irresponsible to withhold this in these uncertain times.”


Biden was declared president by the media less than a week ago. They’re still counting votes in several states. Not a single state has certified the election. Donald Trump’s legal options are narrowing very quickly and will soon be gone, but he is perfectly within his rights to pursue them.


There is no rush except by the media, who are attempting to give the impression they are running Trump out of town. All they’re doing by this attempt to humiliate the president is to stiffen his spine and the spines of his supporters. Trump will never concede. It’s what the media craves and he will never give it to them.


The media wants a Trump concession because they have all these stories already written and narratives set about the Trump presidency. They want to be able to do an obituary — not to eulogize but to berate and mock Trump. I’m sure the networks had special broadcasts already in the can about what a terrible, awful, no good, rotten president he was.


How dangerous he was, they will say — a danger that never quite materialized. So I guess he wasn’t much of danger except in the fevered imaginings of paranoid liberals.


Trump will likely lose his legal challenges. At that point, he will probably relent and begin to transfer power to Biden. He, like Hillary Clinton, will never accept his defeat. And neither will his supporters.

The tech firm Eventbrite, which had been used to organize rallies supporting President Donald Trump, has canceled the events on its website because they violate its “Terms of Service.” The company said the rallies convey “harmful misinformation.”


All organizers have been ordered to report to 1984’s Room 101 to get their minds straight. That actually isn’t true, but it’s starting to feel true. It’s a rueful acknowledgment of the totalitarian bent of the Leftist tech giants who have taken it upon themselves to determine what information shall be disseminated.


Three large rallies and events are expected in Washington, D.C., on Saturday. There’s the Million MAGA March, along with Stop the Steal and the March for Trump event organized by Women for Trump. At least two used Eventbrite’s platform to invite people and those two were canceled by the online platform. Attempts to view the events are met with a gee-whiz-we’ve-got-nothing-to-show-you-announcement.



The leader of Women for Trump, Amy Kremer, says in a series of tweets that her March for Trump rally is still on and claims that Facebook, Mailchimp, and Eventbrite all tried to shut her down.

Eventbrite sent the group a letter saying the event promoted “harmful misinformation.”


We encourage our organizers to express their views and gather for a chosen purpose as long as it’s done in a way that doesn’t violate our Terms of Service. We do not permit events, content, or creators that share potentially harmful misinformation. In this instance, we have determined that your event violates our Community Guidelines and is therefore not permitted on the Eventbrite platform. As a result, your event listing has been removed and any paid orders have been refunded.


The letter also said that if they did anything like this again, they may get tossed off the platform forever.


While you may continue to use Eventbrite for other events, please note that repeated or severe violations of our Guidelines may result in your account being terminated.


Violaters veel zee punished.





Newsweek reports that media outlets have determined Joe Biden to be the winner of the presidential election and “Trump has refused to concede.” Of course, the president is litigating the preliminary results of different states’ elections and is contesting the results, as he has a right and obligation to his 70 million-plus voters to do. Newsweek states that the president and his lawyers have “failed to provide any evidence for [his voter fraud] allegation.” Reams of paper with legal arguments, proof, and affidavits filed under penalty of perjury have been proffered in courtrooms around the country outlining the proof for such claims.  Not only does Newsweek predict elections, but it also apparently predicts court cases.


Indeed, Trump may lose his appeals, but he also may not. Newsweek thinks it knows best, however.


Eventbrite has canceled events and customers it deems unfit for its platform before. The pro-America, anti-terror group, run by terror victim Brigitte Gabriel, was canceled and thrown off Eventbrite, when the notorious anti-conservative group, The Southern Poverty Law Center,  claimed that ACT for America “promoted hate.”


Big Tech’s cancelation of right-of-center groups and ideas continues apace on Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms. Platforms like Parler, MeWe, and Minds.com are exploding in growth because they promise not to censor legal content.

A judge in Pennsylvania has ruled in favor of the Trump campaign after concluding that ballots received after 8 p.m. on Election Day that were segregated should not be counted.


The judge also determined that Kathy Boockvar, the Pennsylvania secretary of the Commonwealth, lacked the “statutory authority” to change election law days before the election.


“[The] Court concludes that Respondent Kathy Boockvar, in her official capacity as Secretary of the Commonwealth, lacked statutory authority to issue the November 1, 2020, guidance to Respondents County Board of Elections insofar as that guidance purported to change the deadline in Section 1308(h) of the Pennsylvania Election Code […] for certain electors to verify proof of identification, based on Secretary Boockvar’s interpretation and application of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision in Pennsylvania Democratic Party v. Boockvar,” Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt’s ruling reads. “Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS that Respondents County Boards of Elections are enjoined from counting any ballots that have been segregated.”





Last week, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito ordered Pennsylvania election officials to segregate those ballots that came in after 8 p.m. on Election Day.
