Despite the media claiming Trump has acknowledged that Biden “won” the election, President Trump clearly signaled the opposite Saturday night when he announced the addition of Sidney Powell to his campaign’s legal team.

“I look forward to Mayor Giuliani spearheading the legal effort to defend OUR RIGHT to FREE and FAIR ELECTIONS! Rudy Giuliani, Joseph diGenova, Victoria Toensing, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis, a truly great team, added to our other wonderful lawyers and representatives!”

Sidney Powell entered the national spotlight when she became the defense attorney for former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, dramatically changing the trajectory of his legal fortunes.

On Friday, Powell told Lou Dobbs of Fox Business that she is going to “release the Kraken,” and that she “can hardly wait to put forth all the evidence we have collected on Dominion.”

“President Trump won this election in a landslide,” Powell told Dobbs. “It’s going to be irrefutable. Patriots are coming forward every day, all day, faster than we can collect their information.”

“We’ve got statistical evidence of just hundreds of thousands of votes just being put in and replicated,” she added, before she called for a  “massive criminal investigation,” which she says will “affect millions of voters and elections.”

“People need to come forward now and get on the right side of this issue and report the fraud they know existed in Dominion Voting Systems because that’s what it was created to do,” she continued. “It was its sole original purpose, it has been used all over the world to defy the will of people who wanted freedom.”

Dobbs then responded by noting that there have been multiple attempts to “overthrow his presidency” and asked Powell if she agrees the alleged voter fraud that occurred in the presidential election was part of it.

“Oh, absolutely,” she replied. “It’s been organized and conducted with the help of Silicon Valley people, the big tech companies, the social media companies, and even the media companies. And I’m going to release the Kraken.”

Joe Biden is weighing whether to pull one of the Senate's two independents, Sen. Angus King, I-Maine, into his Cabinet as the director of national intelligence, a possibility "under serious consideration," a source told Politico.

"You want intelligence to be truthful and unvarnished and as straightforward as possible — not what you want to hear, not what supports your policy positions," King, a member of the Senate's Intelligence and Armed Services Committees, told AP earlier this year.

"Because if you don't get that kind of information, you're liable to make catastrophic mistakes."

King's critique came as President Donald Trump had played loyalists Amb. Ric Grenell and then ex-Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, in that role in the past year.

Ratcliffe was a vocal advocate for Trump during the House impeachment inquiry, famously saying the "president is not above the law, but he surely is not below it." Grenell, then acting DNI, is now a vocal surrogate of the Trump campaign during the legal election challenge, most notably in Nevada.

King is "a diligent and thoughtful member of the Senate Intelligence Committee for eight years, and in that role has provided effective oversight of the intelligence community," according to former Clinton administration Defense Secretary William Cohen.

"He would be a very capable candidate for DNI," Cohen told Politico.

"Biden knows this world well and will appoint serious and credible professionals to restore the morale in the intelligence community which has been badly harmed by the recent appointment of unqualified political appointees to senior positions."

Communications director Matthew Felling told Politico in a statement: "Sen. King is a committed public servant with an abiding, independent Maine spirit and a deep knowledge of the intelligence community," adding he "has a long track record of advocating for a clear-eyed, fact-based IC, which operates free of political influence in order to best serve America's national security interests."

According to Maine law, if a vacancy occurs for the office of U.S. senator, the governor appoints an interim senator until an election can occur. Janet Mills, the current governor of Maine, is a Democrat​

SCORECARD is now being activated to steal the vote on behalf of Joe Biden once again. Biden utilized THE HAMMER and SCORECARD while running for Vice President in 2012. Votes are again being stolen on Joe Biden’s behalf as he runs for President of the United States in 2020.

This time, SCORECARD is stealing votes in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, and Arizona, according to Montgomery.

SCORECARD steals elections by tampering with the computers at the transfer points of state election computer systems and outside third party election data vaults as votes are being transferred. The Obama White House had an encrypted VPN in order to access THE HAMMER at will.

In August 2015, CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery provided the FBI and the DOJ with evidence stored on 47 hard drives that implicates Robert Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President Joe Biden, in illegal activities, Montgomery states.

Among the 600 million pages of documents stored on those 47 hard drives of electronic data that Montgomery turned over to the FBI were 10,000 pages of documents regarding Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, according to Montgomery. The 10,000 pages of documents regarding Hunter Biden and Joe Biden included videos and images. 

Going all the way back to 2003, Montgomery maintains, the U.S. government continuously targeted Joe Biden and Hunter Biden with electronic surveillance via THE HAMMER.

On February 3, 2009, Brennan and Clapper moved THE HAMMER to Fort Washington, Maryland and began using the foreign surveillance system for domestic surveillance, targeting President Obama’s political enemies for “blackmail and leverage.” Montgomery, as a CIA contractor, worked for John Brennan and James Clapper. 

Montgomery became a whistleblower upon seeing first hand how the Obama administration had turned THE HAMMER against America. Montgomery received two limited immunity agreements from the DOJ and the FBI in exchange for evidence production and testimony.

Joe Biden's cancer charity spent more than $3 million on salaries and zero on cancer research and grants during a two-year period, according to tax filings reviewed by the New York Post.

Documents also show the Biden Cancer Initiative, founded by Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden and wife, Jill, after Joe's oldest son, Beau, died in 2015 from brain cancer, spent nearly $1 million on travel and conference expenses during that time.

The charity took in $4.8 million in contributions in fiscal years 2017 and 2018 and spent $3 million on payroll in those two years.

Gregory Simon, president of the Biden Cancer Initiative and former Pfizer executive, reportedly received $429,850 during the 2018 fiscal year, nearly double what he made in 2017.

Danielle Carnival, former chief of staff for Obama's Cancer Moonshot Task Force, was paid $258,207 in 2018.

The initiative, suspended in 2019 as Biden became further involved in the 2020 presidential election, was initially touted as an organization that would "develop and drive implementation of solutions to accelerate progress in cancer prevention, detection, diagnosis, research and care, and to reduce disparities in cancer outcomes."

The boxes indicating grant distributions remained blank, suggesting no money was put forth by the charity. The Biden Cancer Initiative was created after Joe’s oldest son, Beau Biden, died in 2015 after suffering from a brain cancer diagnosis. Biden led Obama’s cancer task force while serving as vice president. After leaving office 2017, the Biden Cancer Initiative continued in its quest to find cancer treatments.‘The Biden Cancer Initiative will develop and drive implementation of solutions to accelerate progress in cancer prevention, detection, diagnosis, research and care, and to reduce disparities in cancer outcomes,’ said a press release from that year. The Board of Directors included NFL Sideline reporter Erin Andrews and Jimmy 'Taboo' Gomez, a cancer survivor and musician from Black Eyed Peas.The Biden Cancer Initiative suspended operations in July 2019 as Joe Biden became further entrenched.
