Not a good sign for future U.S. relations with Israel. But this is also a sign of how topsy-turvy the world is today. Biden wouldn’t be caught dead naming someone who had noted that Islam is not a religion of peace to any position at all in his administration. Such a person would be poison to the Democrats and to most Republicans. But demonize Israel and justify murder of civilians? Welcome aboard!

“Reema Dodin to be first Palestinian-American White House staffer,” by Tzvi Joffre, Jerusalem Post, November 24, 2020:

Reema Dodin, a Palestinian-American, will serve alongside Shuwanza Goff as a deputy director of the White House Office of Legislative Affairs, President-elect Joe Biden announced on Monday. Dodin will be the first Palestinian-American to serve as a White House staffer, according to Palestinian media.

The new White House staffer was born to Jordanian-Palestinian immigrants in the US. Dodin’s family is originally from Dura, near Hebron, according to Palestinian media.

Dodin served as deputy chief of staff to Democratic Senator Richard Durbin and has also served on the Judiciary Subcommittee on Human Rights and the Law, among other positions.

She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is also a Truman National Security Fellow, a New Leaders Council Fellow, an Aspen Socrates alum, a former term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a member of the Jenkins Hill Society – a consortium of women in politics supporting female politicians.

During the Second Intifada, in 2002, Dodin spoke about the Palestinian-Israeli conflict with residents of Lodi, California, saying that “suicide bombers were the last resort of a desperate people,” according to the Lodi News-Sentinel.

In 2001, Dodin took part in a demonstration at UC Berkeley calling for the university to divest from Israel, according to the Berkeley Daily Planet, a local news publication. The demonstrators compared Israel to apartheid South Africa….

When Reema Dodin, who has been appointed deputy director of the White House Office of Legislative Affairs by Joe Biden, in 2002 expressed her deep understanding of, and sympathy for, all those “desperate people” who became suicide bombers, she must have been thinking of such bombings as these that took place in Israel that very year:

  • An outdoor shopping mall in Jerusalem, the Khomron, January
  • Karnei Shomron Mall bombing, February
  • Efrat Supermarket bombing, February
  • Ariel Hotel Lobby bombing, March
  • Yeshivot Beit Yisrael massacre, March
  • Café Moment bombing
  • Egged Bus Bombing

Here’s a list of the seven Israelis who were murdered in that attack on an Egged bus by a “desperate” suicide bomber:

  • Mogus Mahento, 65, of Holon
  • Bella Schneider, 53, of Hadera
  • Alon Goldenberg, 28, of Tel Aviv
  • Aharon Revivo, 19, of Afula
  • Shimon Edri, 20, of Pardes Hanna-Karkur
  • Mikhael Altfiro, 19, of Pardes Hanna-Karkur
  • Meir Fahima, 40, of Hadera

That same year, the Passover Day Massacre took place; it deserves special attention.

In the attack, 30 mostly elderly Israelis, some of them Holocaust survivors, were celebrating Passover together. A “desperate” Palestinian understandably had been planning, with others, to express his “desperation” in the only way he could: carefully bringing in a suitcase full of explosives, threading his way to the dining room where the elderly Israelis were assembled, and blowing as many of them as he could to kingdom come.

Here is a list of those who were murdered. There were also 140 wounded, some very seriously: I have not listed their names. I wonder if Reema Dodin will ever see this list. And if she did, would she care? Or only say that she cared?

Family Victims

  • Shula Abramovitch, 63, of Holon
  • David Anichovitch, 70, of Netanya
  • Alter Britvich, 88, of Netanya
  • Frieda Britvich, 86, of Netanya
  • Andre Fried, 47, of Netanya
  • Idit Fried, 47, of Netanya
  • Dvora Karim, 73, of Netanya
  • Michael Karim, 78, of Netanya
  • Eliezer Korman, 74, of Ramat HaSharon
  • Yehudit Korman, 70, of Ramat HaSharon
  • St.-Sgt. Sivan Vider, 20, of Bekaot
  • Ze’ev Vider, 50, of Bekaot
  • Ernest Weiss, 80, of Petah Tikva
  • Eva Weiss, 75, of Petah Tikva
  • Anna Yakobovitch, 78, of Holon
  • George Yakobovitch, 76, of Holon

Additional victims

  • Sgt.-Maj. Avraham Beckerman, 25, of Ashdod
  • Shimon Ben-Aroya, 42, of Netanya
  • Miriam Gutenzgan (Gottsegen), 82, Ramat Gan
  • Amiram Hamami, 44, of Netanya
  • Perla Hermele, 79, of Stockholm, Sweden
  • Marianne Myriam Lehmann Zaoui, 77, of Netanya
  • Lola Levkovitch, 70, of Jerusalem
  • Sarah Levy-Hoffman, 89, of Tel Aviv
  • Furuk Na’imi, 62, of Netanya
  • Eliahu Nakash, 85, of Tel Aviv
  • Chanah Rogan, 90, of Netanya
  • Irit Rashel, 45, of Moshav Herev La’et
  • Clara Rosenberger, 77, of Jerusalem
  • Yulia Talmi, 87, of Tel Aviv

Here’s a little bit about the “desperate” suicide bomber who was responsible for the Passover Day massacre:

On the evening of 27 March 2002, a Palestinian bomber, Abdel-Basset Odeh (or Abd Al-Baset Odeh), disguised as a woman, approached the hotel carrying a suitcase which contained powerful explosives. The suicide bomber managed to pass the security guard at the entrance to a hotel, then he walked through the lobby passing the reception desk and entered the hotel’s crowded dining room.

At 19:30 the suicide bomber detonated the explosive device he was carrying. The force of the explosion instantly killed 28 civilians and injured about 140 people, of whom 20 were injured severely. Two of the injured later died from their wounds. Some of the victims were Holocaust survivors.

That Passover attack did receive widespread coverage. It was surely known to Reema Dodin. Do you think she was horrified? Grief-stricken? Or do you think that she felt, rather, a twinge of sympathy for Abdelbasset Odeh, the suicide bomber who had been driven to such an act, she says, because he belonged to a “desperate people”? Did the thought cross her mind – “What else could he have done? What would you have had him do?” Yes, I think it did.

There were many other terrorist bombings — some of them suicide bombings, others not – in Israel for the rest of that month. And there had been even more bombings the month before, and just as many in the month after. Month after month. This is what Israelis – men, women, and children – have endured, sometimes less and sometimes more, depending on the year, from Palestinian terrorists.

And these bombers have streets and squares named after them by the Palestinian Authority. Their families receive large monthly stipends for those acts of derring-do.

But let’s come back, by a commodious vicus of recirculation, to the point I alluded to in the first line of yesterday’s article. That is the argument that, after all, Reema Dodin made her hideous remark in 2002, and that she should not be held to account for something she said 18 years ago, even though by that time she was already an adult, in her early twenties. That some remarks or behavior can be forgiven, is true for many things, but not for all things. People do change. There is the well-known example of Hugo Black, who, as a young Alabamian, was a member of the Ku Klux Klan. As a Supreme Court Justice, he spent much of the rest of his life as a defender of civil rights.

There are unpleasant attitudes, and behaviors that Smith, Jones, and Robinson may have once exhibited, but then had a real change of heart, and convincingly expressed their shame and chagrin that they could ever have thought or expressed or done such things.

Imagine someone running for office who is discovered to have in the past – at least 18 years before — done one or more of the following that have just come to light.

  1. Belonged to a college fraternity that did not admit Jews or Blacks.
  2. Belonged to a country club that did not admit Jews or Blacks.
  3. Flown a Confederate flag from his car.
  4. Had a bumper sticker that read: “Don’t let Zionists ruin your day.”
  5. Signed a petition demanding that homosexuals be banned from marching in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in South Boston.
  6. Threw eggs along with other middle-school children at the house of the first Mexican family to move into the neighborhood.
  7. Took part in a march in support of Augusto Pinochet.
  8. Sent copies of Madison Grant’s “The Passing of the Great Race” to his Senators and Representatives, accompanied by a note “This is a book you must read.”
  9. Had a bumper sticker that read: “My son banged your honor student’s math teacher.”

These all represent, albeit with different intensities, some most unpleasant and obvious examples of prejudice, racism, antisemitism, vulgarity, but I can imagine Smith, Jones, and Robinson, who might have been guilty of one or more of the ten listed, over time coming to their moral senses and deploring those memberships, those bumper stickers, those petitions, marches, and books.

But what Reema Dodin said was altogether different and far worse: she was expressing her understanding for, and asking you to join her in it, the suicide bombers who murder as many innocents as they can. She wants us not just to understand why they do what they do, but to sympathize with them. This understanding/sympathizing with mass murderers is like a bumper sticker supporting the early release of that “mixed-up kid” Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Excuses that are being made for her that all make references to her “youth” at the time she made that remark, but they never actually mention her intolerable statement. Nor has she said a word about it, preferring to have the Biden transition team drum up statements of support from a handful of — three – Senators, making sure that at least two of the three were Jewish. The Biden campaign has chosen to defend her. Why shouldn’t she have defended herself? Why is she herself remaining silent? Why doesn’t she tell us, following a well-worn script, “just how appalled I am at my remark from 18 years ago. It has nothing to do with whom I am today. I condemn it, completely and wholeheartedly”?”

Here is the statement the Biden people have released about Reema Dodin: “Reema is the first to tell you she has grown from her youth in her approach to pushing for change, but her core values of fighting to expand opportunity to building a stronger middle class remain her driving force,” a spokesperson for the transition team said.

She harnessed her activism into action, becoming a well-respected and trusted leader in the US Senate. Her years of Senate experience and perspective will help President-elect Biden and Vice-President Harris respond to our nation’s most urgent challenges.

Notice that the statement does not address the real issue, does not mention her 2002 remark, does not say she no longer believes that “suicide bombers” are merely “desperate people” who have no other way to express themselves. It’s only that she has “grown from her youth” – and you are expecting then to read “and no longer holds the views about “suicide bombers” that she once expressed and which she deeply regrets,” but instead, you read “in her approach to pushing for change.” That’s not an answer. It’s an evasion.

So I’ll repeat the question that can only be answered by Reema Dodin: Do you still believe, or do you regret, and cannot even imagine how you could ever have said such a thing as “suicide bombing Is the last resort of a desperate people”?

Here’s what those three grand panjandrums of the Senate had to say in praise of Reema Dodin:

You would be hard-pressed to find someone as talented, passionate, and whip smart as Reema Dodin in Washington DC,” Oregon Senator Ron Wyden tweetedon Wednesday. “The Biden administration couldn’t have picked a more capable person to join its team to work with Congress.”

Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey also spoke up for Dodin.

The Biden Administration will need the best hearts and minds in DC and across the country to combat the challenges ahead. In Reema Dodin, they’ve found both,” Casey tweeted.

Connecticut Senator Richard Blumenthal added: “Over my 10 years in the Senate, Reema has been an invaluable source of insight & counsel.

“She is invariably conscientious & caring, & the Biden Admin is lucky to have her. I’ll miss her on the Senate Floor, but look forward to working w/her in her new role.”

This is fulsome praise – in the correct meaning of that word, which is not “extravagant” but, rather, signifies, pejoratively, “effusive, excessive, or insincere praise.”

We don’t want the glowing references from three Senators (two of them Jewish) about how “talented, passionate, and whip smart” Reema D. is, what an “invaluable source of insight and counsel,” so “conscientious and caring” and among the “best hearts and minds in DC and across the country.” That’s all irrelevant to the grim matter at hand.

All we want is for Reema D. to speak for herself, and to have her tell us in her own words what she now thinks about her 18-year-old remark that “suicide bombers are the last resort of a desperate people.” Is she merely “dismayed”? “Profoundly saddened”? “Or “I am truly, genuinely sorry”? Will she say that “Eighteen years ago, I was a totally different person. That’s not who I am today.” Or better, but not there yet, “I am horrified at my words, and at the idea behind them, both of which were inexcusable”? Or would she want to insist that “I was very young, and just wasn’t thinking clearly”? Tell us, Reema, straight out – no more hiding behind references from Senators, please – what you now think about your explaining/understanding/excusing Palestinian suicide bombers.

And then we will be able to judge what, at this point, we think of you.

HBO Documentary Celebrates 4-Year-Old Transgender Boy

MATTHEW 18:6-"But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

This month, HBO Max released the documentary Transhood, a film celebrating transgender identity for children as young as age four. According to director/producer Sharon Liese, the film’s central characters — children ages 4, 7, 12, and 15 — “redefine ‘coming of age.'” Many conservatives rightly condemned the film as “child abuse,” launching a Twitter hashtag “#BoycottHBO.”

While the documentary’s basic premise is disturbing enough, the outrage focused on a clip slightly longer than one minute in which a pro-LGBT church celebrates the “transition” of a 4-year-old boy identified as “Phoenix.”

“Today, we choose to recognize, honor, love, and celebrate anyone here who would claim their identity publicly as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, intersex, pansexual, asexual, or any category that I’ve left out,” a female minister says in the clip.

A mother brings her two children to the altar and introduces her four-year-old boy. “This is Phoenix,” the mother says. A woman hands the boy a microphone to announce his transgender identity as a girl, but Phoenix turns to his mother, saying he is “shy.”

“Do you want to tell everyone if you’re a boy or a girl?” his mother encourages.

“I just want to tell them that I’m a girl,” the boy says to his mother.

“Okay, you can tell them that,” his mother says. The boy turns to the crowd, holds up the microphone, and then reconsiders, saying, “I don’t want to do it.”

“Phoenix would like you to know that she’s a girl and she prefers ‘she’ and ‘her’ pronouns,” the mother says as the embarrassed boy walks off the stage.

The mother brings her son back to the stage as the congregation joins in a disturbing prayer. “May you be well, safe, and whole. We honor you exactly as you are,” the minister says.

Ironically, the minister, the congregation, and even the boy’s mother did not honor him exactly as he is — they honored him according to a profession of transgender identity that he is too young to make. Even if he were old enough to understand the meaning of gender and biological sex, the boy could not change the fact that he is male — that every full cell in his body carries X and Y chromosomes and that from conception, through his time in the womb, and before and after puberty he has developed and will continue to develop as male.

The minister’s Orwellian prayer about accepting the boy “exactly” as he is involves denying the plain biological reality right in front of her. This is bad enough, as it encourages the boy to grow up with a false understanding of biological sex. Yet this ceremony and the attitudes it encourages may also harm the boy physically.

Biden Endorses Transgender Activism for 8-Year-Old Children

Many medical professionals now encourage experimental “treatments” to “confirm” children’s “gender identity.” Major medical associations have embraced transgender ideology, recommending experimental “puberty-blocking” drugs with long-term side-effects for kids and cross-sex hormones for older children and young adults. Endocrinologists have warned that the “treatments” actually cause a disease that will likely stunt these children’s growth and cause long-term harm.

Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling, who has encouraged transgender “treatments” for some who suffer from gender dysphoria, has rightly warned about “a new kind of conversion therapy for young gay people, who are being set on a lifelong path of medicalization that may result in the loss of their fertility and/or full sexual function.” She shared a documentary about the gender clinic in Britain, where whistleblowers have voiced concerns that some parents push transgenderism on children because the parents prefer a “straight” transgender child over a “gay” child.

Men and women who once identified as transgender have grown to reject that identity, lamenting the serious damage they did to their bodies. “I am a real, live 22-year-old woman, with a scarred chest and a broken voice, and five o’clock shadow because I couldn’t face the idea of growing up to be a woman, that’s my reality,” admitted one woman who once identified as a man and took cross-sex hormones. One man described his artificial female anatomy as a “Frankenstein hack job.”

Evidence from the 10 available prospective follow-up studies from childhood to adolescence for gender dysphoric kids (who identify with the gender opposite their biological sex) shows that about 80 percent of those kids lose their gender dysphoria around the time of puberty. For these and other reasons, many pediatricians have condemned the mainstreaming of transgenderism among children as “child abuse.”

Similarly, the Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh condemned the HBO documentary as child abuse, urging an HBO boycott.

“HBO is promoting and normalizing the most horrific forms of child abuse with its ‘Transhood’ documentary. If you have HBO’s streaming service, cancel it. Don’t give your money to this evil,” Walsh tweeted.

“It’s grotesque to tell this tiny boy to be ‘well, safe, & whole’ when probably they’ll chemically castrate him with puberty blockers as part of their destructive trans ideology,” political commentator Liz Wheeler tweeted. “He’s not old enough to walk on stage by himself. He can’t ‘pick’ a gender.”

Transgender activism involves a great many societal changes that will undermine the rights of girls and women to privacy in spaces like bathrooms and changing rooms, as well as their right to fair competition in sports. Yet the disturbing advocacy of transgender identity for young children — likely later to involve experimental treatments that amount to chemical castration — is utterly sickening.

Episodes like this should jolt Americans out of their complacency on this issue, and encourage them to stand up for truth against this nefarious movement.

New Documentary Transhood Shows Mother Declaring Her 4-Year-Old-Son Is a Girl

One tweet featured a picture of Phoenix and his mother reading a book called Jacob’s New Dress; a book Walsh called “LGBT propaganda.”

“You're literally watching her brainwash the child into thinking he's a girl,” Walsh wrote. “It's no mystery how children end up ‘trans.’ This is it. Right here.”

Transhood, which was released on HBO on Nov. 12, follows four transgender children and their families as the children explore their chosen gender identities. The film follows the children between 2014 and 2019.

Big Tech Expert: Google Shifted at Least 6 Million Votes

republished below in full unedited for informational, educational & research purposes:

A tech expert says the outcome of the 2020 election was ‘manipulated’ for Joe Biden right in front of our eyes.

No wonder he didn’t have to campaign much.

Tech expert and researcher for the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology Dr. Robert Epstein told Tucker Carlson on his Fox News program that Google manipulated search and other data, including using voting reminders, to manipulate the results of the 2020 election.

The Harvard Ph.D. and his 33-member research team watched tech giants Google, Yahoo, YouTube, Bing, and Facebook in three swing states—Arizona, North Carolina, and Florida—during the 2020 election. The former Psychology Today editor said his team “preserved 500,000 ephemeral experiences,” which he says are those short, quick bursts of information or experiences that disappear within seconds. He described “ephemeral experiences” in a 2019 interview and said how important it is to catch them in real-time.

“If you don’t monitor, you can’t go back in time and figure out what these companies were showing people because what they’re showing people is ephemeral. That’s the term that Google’s own employees use internally, they’re showing ephemeral experiences, those really short-lived experiences that kind of appear before your eyes and then disappear, like search results for example.”

He told Carlson that the 500,000 ephemeral experiences his team captured in the lead-up to the 2020 election gleaned 30 times more data than they got in 2016.

Here’s How Google Can Shift 15 Million Votes Without Anyone Realizing It

Here’s what Google did.

“Google’s search results were strongly biased in favor of liberals and democrats. This was not true on Bing or Yahoo. The bias was being shown to pretty much every demographic group we looked at, including conservatives. In fact, conservatives got slightly more liberal bias in their search results than liberals did. How do you account for that? […] These manipulations that we’ve so far quantified could easily have shifted at least six million votes in one direction. That’s the bare minimum at this point that I’m confident of. The maximum we haven’t even begun to estimate because we have so much data to look at.”

He says his team caught Google in the act and described what he called “a smoking gun.”

“Then we found what seems to be a smoking gun. We found a period of days when a vote reminder on Google’s home page was being sent only to liberals. Not one of our conservative field agents received a vote reminder during those days. The good news is on that fourth day that we were monitoring, we went public with some of our findings and Google backed off. They literally shut off that manipulation that night, and so for four days before the election they were showing vote reminders to everyone finally.”

That was at least the margin of the election.

Report: Google Sent Liberals, But Not Conservatives, a Vote Reminder. GOP Senators Want to Know Why

Epstein says this wasn’t unexpected. After all, in a leaked video from a 2018 all-employee meeting following the 2016 election, Google executives bemoaned the election results and vowed to do something about it in Trump’s re-election bid. But on Tucker Carlson Tonight, Carlson asked Epstein if “manipulations of one company, Google, could have determined the outcome of the election.” His chilling answer was, “yes.”

“We’ve been told this by nearly a year by whistleblowers from Google. We’ve seen it in leaked documents from Google, leaked videos from Google. There’s no question that they set about that after the 2016 election to make sure that President Trump, whom I do not support by the way, to make sure he is not reelected. And the massive amount of data that we’ve collected is consistent with what the whistleblowers and leaks have been telling us for a long time now, so yes, the answer is yes.”

After that video appeared in 2018 (see it below), Epstein said they could shift more than six million votes to the Democrats. In the data that he and his researchers are culling, it’s probably many million more votes than that.

Breitbart was given the leaked tape that includes some stunning assessments of Trump and his voters.

These individuals, who preside over a company with unrivaled influence over the flow of information, can be seen disparaging the motivations of Trump voters and plotting ways to use their vast resources to thwart the Trump agenda.

Co-founder Sergey Brin can be heard comparing Trump supporters to fascists and extremists. Brin argues that like other extremists, Trump voters were motivated by “boredom,” which he says in the past led to fascism and communism.

The Google co-founder then asks his company to consider what it can do to ensure a “better quality of governance and decision-making.”

VP for Global Affairs Kent Walker argues that supporters of populist causes like the Trump campaign are motivated by “fear, xenophobia, hatred, and a desire for answers that may or may not be there.”

Later, Walker says that Google should fight to ensure the populist movement – not just in the U.S. but around the world – is merely a “blip” and a “hiccup” in a historical arc that “bends toward progress.”

Another Google executive appeared to be crying in the video over the results of the 2016 election. Maybe the results of Google’s concerted manipulations in 2020 will turn her frown upside down.

After pushing the idea that a couple hundred thousand dollars in Russian Facebook ads, many seen after the election, stole the election for Trump in 2016, Democrats don’t have a leg to stand on if they want to push back on this assessment of Google’s powerful and frightening efforts. In fact, Epstein says Democrats will probably be happy about the results of the tech manipulation – until they’re in the crosshairs.

Global Transport Body Developing “Travel Pass” App To Link Proof Of Vaccination To Passports

No vaccination, no airplane ticket

republished below in full unedited for informational, educational & research purposes:

The world’s largest air transport lobby group is developing a global ‘COVID travel pass’ app that will link vaccination status and coronavirus test results to a person’s travel documents.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA), which represents airlines all over the world, has announced that its app will be trialed by British Airways’ parent company IAG SA before the end of the year, with the full roll out expected to be in the first months of 2021.

It will be available for all Apple and Android mobile devices and will display an electronic version of a person’s passport along with official ‘proof of vaccination’ and test results.

“Our main priority is to get people traveling again safely. That means giving governments confidence that systematic Covid-19 testing can work as a replacement for quarantine requirements,” said IATA Senior Vice President Nick Careen.

IATA Director General and CEO Alexandre de Juniac also told Deutsche Welle news agency that the body is proposing a systematic testing procedure for all passengers wishing to fly.

The IATA’s travel pass is distinct from the CommonPass, a program sponsored by the World Economic Forum, which is pushing for a post-COVID “Great Reset” that would transform the world.

A third ‘COVID passport’ app called the AOKpass from travel security firm International SOS is currently undergoing trials  between Abu Dhabi and Pakistan.

International SOS co-founder Arnaud Vaissie told reporters that “There is massive pent-up demand,” as well as “tremendous fear about traveling and this is what we are trying to mitigate.”

The developments come on the heels of the CEO of Qantas Airlines declaring that the COVID-19 vaccine will be mandatory for anyone boarding flights, and that this will become the norm for all international travel.

Qantas has also said it will likely adopt the ‘travel pass’ app being developed by the IATA.
