CDC Uses Orwellian Woke Transgender Euphemism

On Friday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended that pregnant women receive a COVID-19 vaccine after a new study suggested it would be safe for them and for their babies. Of course, the CDC did not actually use such clear language, however. Instead, the agency resorted to woke transgender euphemisms.
“CDC recommends that pregnant people receive the COVID-19 vaccine,” Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the agency’s head, announced on Friday. “We know that this is a deeply personal decision and I encourage people to talk to their doctors or primary care providers to determine what is best for them and their baby.”

The CDC web page on COVID-19 vaccines and pregnancy repeatedly referred to “pregnant people,” as if men, as well as women, can get pregnant.
This language is far from new to those who have followed transgender activism. Transgender activists insist that “men” can get pregnant and breastfeed — or “chestfeed,” according to the latest lingo.
This is nonsense, of course. Only females can get pregnant, carry children, and (barring rare and unnatural hormone conditions) feed them at the breast. So, why insist on “people” instead of “women” who are pregnant or breastfeeding?
Some of those biological women identify as men, regardless of the fact that they are female from conception and down to the DNA in every adult cell in their bodies. A woman who is pregnant or breastfeeding can claim to be a man all she wants, but that does not mean that men get pregnant or naturally breastfeed.
Transgender activists not only call these women men, but aim to normalize the idea that men can become pregnant. This is an Orwellian redefinition of terms, and it’s dangerous.
Transgender activists claim that this language is “inclusive,” but it is intentionally confusing and destructive.
Transgender identity in medicine has caused real harm. In one particularly tragic case, a pregnant woman who identified as a man went to a hospital with abdominal pain. Because she identified as male and records listed her as male, doctors discounted the idea that she could be in labor. She did not receive the care she needed and her child died.
The transgender movement arguably does harm to the very people it aims to help.
Research shows that there are significant risks with sex reassignment surgery, including heart conditions, increased cancer risk, and loss of bone density. Children with gender dysphoria (the condition of persistently identifying with the gender opposite one’s biological sex) are extremely unlikely to continue in that condition after puberty. Many realize they are not transgender, but instead gay or lesbian — like detransitioner Charlotte Evans, who launched a network for formerly transgender people.
Biden, however, has rushed to embrace transgender ideology, particularly in medicine. He nominated a man who identifies as a woman — and who supported chemical castration for minors — to a key post at the Department of Heath and Human Services, and the Democratic-majority Senate confirmed him. The Biden HHS is trying to force Roman Catholic doctors to perform transgender surgeries against their consciences.
It is not surprising to see the CDC under Biden use euphemisms like “pregnant people,” given Biden’s radicalism on this issue. Yet it is important to note and counter this deceptive language.

Americans should celebrate the fact that COVID-19 vaccines are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. My wife is breastfeeding our daughter, and she and I just got Moderna vaccines. But the words the CDC uses to make this important announcement matter, and those words are confusing and destructive.

CDC stands for Centers for Disease Control. That’s supposed to be the job of that particular federal agency: controlling disease. But in 2021 America, doing the job that your agency was created to do isn’t enough. Now the CDC’s job is to take the money we’re forced to give them, by federal law, and use it to scold us for things we may or may not have done. Now their job is to call us all racists because otherwise journalists and other Democratic Party activists will keep yelling at them.
The last time I paid any attention to CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, she was moaning about her “recurring feeling… of impending doom” about COVID-19. She used her public platform to spread fear, uncertainty, and doubt, and the libs all loved her for it. The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in the death of over 500,000 Americans. Tens of millions have been infected. And across this country people are suffering. Importantly, these painful experiences and the impact of COVID-19 is felt, most severely, in communities of color—communities that have experienced disproportionate case counts and deaths, and where the social impact of the pandemic has been most extreme.
Yet, the disparities seen over the past year were not a result of COVID-19. Instead, the pandemic illuminated inequities that have existed for generations and revealed for all of America a known, but often unaddressed, epidemic impacting public health: racism.
What we know is this: racism is a serious public health threat that directly affects the well-being of millions of Americans.
Isn’t racism the real virus, when you don’t think about it?
Well, she might be onto something. Being falsely accused of racism does tend to raise my blood pressure.
If anything bad has happened to you because of COVID-19, the first thing you need to do is look in the mirror. Do you see a white face? Well then, stop complaining. You don’t matter. You didn’t actually think you were a human being, did you?
This is what they call “mission creep.” Racism is the perfect distraction for any government agency, or corporation, or other large group of people who have power and want to hold onto it. Unlike an actual disease, which is what the CDC is supposed to be fighting, the disease of “racism” can be whatever they want it to be. The symptoms are whatever they want them to be. And they don’t need to offer any proof that “racism” is the problem in any particular instance. In fact, asking for proof just shows that the skeptic is a racist!
Here’s how it works:
“COVID-19 is racist.”
“What? That’s insane. Why are my taxes paying you to spew this nonsense?”
“Oh, so you’re denying racism exists, racist?”
In real life, you can tell whether a disease has been cured by measuring the health of the patient. If he’s still sick, the cure isn’t working. If various measurable indicators of health improve, it’s working. The key word there is “measurable.” There are tangible results. But when you deny reality and blame everything on “racism,” you don’t need to worry about all those pesky facts and evidence. Emotions are the only thing that count. If you feel that something is racist, then it’s racist.
Once something has been declared racist, you can demand whatever you want in order to cure it. And then comes the best part: There’s no cure until you decide there is! Until then, everybody else has to meet your demands without question or criticism, or else they’re just proving you right.
Libs are absolutely obsessed with race. Look, here’s another example from just the other day:
Fonts are racist now. Fonts!
Accusing people of racism is a lucrative business, and a business needs to grow to survive. So get ready, because more and more things you’ve lived with your whole life are about to be declared “racist.” And if you have a problem with it, you’re a racist too. Ain’t the future grand?
But look on the bright side: If the director of the CDC can waste time on this crap, the pandemic really is over!

According to a PowerPoint presentation obtained by The Washington Beacon, the app, developed by the University of Illinois, assigns users a “health status”—green, yellow, or red—that dictates access to public spaces similar to the Alipay Health Code program implemented by Communist China.
“The school’s system uses a mobile app that records test results and Bluetooth data to determine who has been exposed to the virus—and ‘links building access’ on campus to that information. Local businesses have also embraced it, making entry conditional on a ‘safe status’ reading from the app,” The Beacon reported.

Dr Anthony Fauci has claimed that in order for herd immunity against coronavirus to be reached in the US, children and even babies will have to be vaccinated.
Speaking during a Senate hearing, the chief medical adviser to the Biden administration said “I think we should be careful about wedding ourselves to this concept of herd immunity because we really do not know precisely, for this particular virus, what that is.”
“We don’t really know what that magical point of herd immunity is, but we do know that if we get the overwhelming population vaccinated, we’re going to be in good shape. We ultimately would like to get and have to get children into that mix,” Fauci added.
Appearing later on CBS News, Fauci outlined plans to vaccinate children as young as six-month-old babies early next year:
On Wednesday, Fauci dismissed concerns that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines could impact children’s genetics.
“We’re going to be looking at multiple aspects of safety,” Fauci told reporters, adding “There is really no biological reason at all to indicate or even predict that you would even see any modification of a genetic profile when you’re dealing with mRNA, which has no way of integrating into the genome of a cell.”

Alex Jones breaks down the recent admissions of humanoid entities being created to circumvent human rights violations in experimental research, and shows the stories showing admissions that mRNA technology leads to cancer.
Vaccine manufacturers Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna are both currently running tests of their mRNA vaccines in children.
Moderna has also revealed that it has a study underway in children under 12 that will eventually include those as young as six month old babies.
CDC figures show that of almost 400,000 US deaths counted as from COVID-19, just 93 were children 4-years-old and younger.
The figure equates to less than 0.1% of the population, yet Fauci is suggesting that 23.6 million children aged 0-5-years-old need to take the vaccine, arguing that if they do not, herd immunity may not be reached.
Elsewhere during the Senate hearing Thursday, Rand Paul, also a doctor, clashed with Fauci, arguing that forcing people to wear masks after they have had the virus or the vaccine is compromising immunity.
“There have been no scientific studies arguing, or proving, that infection with COVID does not create immunity,” Paul stated.

Both Pope Francis and Dr. Anthony Fauci are endorsing globalism as an answer to COVID-19, climate change, poverty and other issues.
In an interview with Italian journalist Domenico Agasso, set to be released Tuesday, Pope Francis promotes the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset agenda.
Regarding COVID, the Pope says, “The world will never be the same again. But it is precisely within this calamity that we must grasp those signs which may prove to be the cornerstones of reconstruction. Speeches are not enough to solve emergencies. The pandemic is an alarm signal on which humanity is forced to reflect. This time of trial can thus become a time of wise and far-sighted choices for the good of humanity, of all humanity.”
Pope Francis also calls for “a new model of development” that is more environment-friendly.
He urges the world start this phase as soon as possible, saying, “If we don’t roll up our sleeves and immediately take care of the Earth, with radical personal and political choices, with an economic ‘green’ turn by directing technological developments in this direction, sooner or later our common home will throw us out the window. We cannot waste any more time.”
One way to accomplish this, according to the pontiff, is by “limiting support to companies that are harmful to the environment and to peace.”
This coming from the Vatican, which literally did business with Hitler, Mussolini, and other Axis leaders during and even after WWII.
Again promoting “reconstruction” or a Great Reset, the Pope asks world leaders to “rebuild from the rubble.”
Part of the rebuilding process includes the removal of “social injustice and marginalization.”
Pope Francis explains, “We can heal injustice by building a new world order based on solidarity, studying innovative methods to eradicate bullying, poverty and corruption, all working together, each for their own part, without delegating and passing the buck. Also by working to provide healthcare for all.”
Those who “manufacture and traffic in arms” and engage in crimes against humanity are also condemned by the Pope as he promotes an agenda created by those same groups.
“United in fraternity, humanity is able to face common threats, without any more counterproductive mutual recriminations, instrumentalization of problems, short-sighted nationalism, protectionist propaganda, isolationism and other forms of political selfishness.”
The open call for a “new world order” is interesting for many reasons, one being the mainstream media’s mockery of “conspiracy theorists” who have warned of the planned global government system for decades.
Apparently, the establishment hacks ridiculing people like Alex Jones have never seen George H. W. Bush calling for a NWO, which he did multiple times.
While Pope Francis calls for a new world order, Dr. Anthony Fauci appeared on NBC News with Chuck Todd on Sunday to promote globalism.
Todd told Fauci many people feel that “Due to climate change and due to globalization in general, it’s inevitable, we’re going to deal with more and more viruses like this.”
The NBC host asked, “What’s the biggest lesson you’re going to take away to prepare for the next one?”
Fauci responded “Let’s take global to begin with. We have to have a better global health security network of interconnectivity, of communication, of transparency so we are talking to each other all the time and know what’s going on.”
“So, keep the science up,” he said. “Continue to support the public health infrastructure and remain global in our interactions. As I’ve said so many times, a global pandemic requires a global response.”

Joe Biden finally addressed the American people Thursday, for the first time in almost two months, and decreed that if they continue to follow CDC rules they might be able to have a barbecue in their own backyards in four months time.
But in the same breath Biden threatened to take away that monumental freedom if Americans do not remain ‘vigilant’.
Only around 7000 people tuned into the White House stream to watch Biden’s first proper address.
He managed to sound semi-coherent for around twenty minutes, with the biggest takeaway being that more strict restrictions will come back if Americans start trying to live their lives normally again without masks or avoiding each other.
“If we do our part… by July 4, there’s a good chance you, your families, and friends will be able to get together in your backyard or in your neighborhood and have a cookout or a barbecue and celebrate Independence Day… Small groups will be able to get together,” proclaimed Biden:
He then added, “If we don’t stay vigilant and the conditions change, then we may have to reinstate restrictions to get back on track.”
Biden also told Americans “I need you to get vaccinated when it’s your turn… And to help your family, your friends, your neighbors get vaccinated as well.”
Biden added that people need to “listen to Dr. Fauci,” who this week admitted there is no science behind continued lockdowns.
Biden declared that Fauci has “has assured us, the vaccines are safe. They underwent rigorous scientific review. I know they are safe.”
Responding to the dangling carrot of backyard cookouts, Tucker Carlson tore into Biden, saying “How dare you tell us who we can spend the Fourth of July with”:
“Who are you talking to? This is a free people, a free country,” Carlson raged.
The Fox host also pulled Biden up on his vaccine rhetoric, noting “He said, there will be enough vaccines for every person in America … and if you take that shot, things potentially could get back to normal. No mention at all of the people who might not want to take the shot.”
While Biden blathered on about President Trump being awful and various woke non-issues, he failed to even mention the massive immigration crisis on the border that he has directly instigated in a matter of days.
Outrage: Biden’s Border Patrol Is Not COVID-Testing Immigrants Swarming and Overwhelming the Border

When Joe Biden signaled his open-borders plan, it triggered human traffickers south of the border to start teeing up swarms of people to storm the U.S. and flood the already COVID-pandemic-slammed U.S. labor market. But now we learn that the Biden administration has not been COVID testing the illegal immigrants swarming the border before they’re released into the interior of the U.S.
Joe Biden knew this before he opened the borders. He gobsmackingly asserted that the U.S. “didn’t have a COVID vaccine” and claimed the pandemic was so severe he had to spend nearly $2 trillion to fight it.
The Washington Examiner reports that the Border Patrol and the Department of Homeland Security are not COVID-testing the illegal aliens and their children. Why? Even if they did test positive, “they cannot return children and some families.” Adults can be deported, but not people with children.
The Border Patrol is not allowed to quarantine illegal aliens with the virus. The Examiner reports that they’re urged to turn them over to “local health systems.”
The Border Patrol cannot legally force anyone in custody who is suspected of having the virus to stay in custody for a 14-day quarantine period. Instead, agents have been instructed to refer migrants suspected of being coronavirus-positive to “local health systems,” which CBP noted “could be any local health authority, hospital, health facility, etc. depending on the area.”
A 2019 Border Patrol survey revealed that children are bought, sold, or rented to be part of fake “family units” – a ticket to the U.S.
[…] Border Patrol agents identified more than 6,200 fraudulent family members in fiscal year 2019, which runs from Oct. 1, 2018 through Sept. 30, 2019. This is at a time when Border Patrol agents apprehended over 473,000 people who presented themselves as a family unit.
[…] “The parents are poor, and a stranger offers to pay them $1,000 to use their child, that parent is going to go for that incentive,” Delgado said. “You have a child’s life in a stranger’s hands.”
The Examiner reports the Border Patrol can only do so much and testing is not one of the things it does.
“Border Patrol agents look over migrants for symptoms of COVID-19, but the Border Patrol itself cannot administer rapid coronavirus tests and has not tested anyone.
[Customs and Border Protection] personnel conduct initial inspections for symptoms or risk factors associated with COVID-19 and consult with onsite medical personnel, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), or local health systems as appropriate,” Customs and Border Protection, an agency of the Department of Homeland Security that oversees the Border Patrol, told the Washington Examiner in a written statement.”
Officers are overwhelmed. Requests by PJ Media to get in touch with the Border Patrol union several times this week, for example, have languished for days.
A few of the people showing up at the southern border were seen wearing the Biden campaign logo on shirts reading, “Biden Please Let Us In.”
But this theater hides a potentially much more serious problem that Biden has not addressed. Why is Biden letting in thousands of people into the country during a pandemic that the president maintains is out of control?
Texas Governor Gregg Abbott, who just opened up his state, removing mask mandates and freeing businesses to reopen to 100%, was asked by the Biden administration to use state resources to test.
Abbott was outraged that Biden would make the country “a magnet.”
“The unconscionable act by the Biden Administration of released COVID-positive illegal immigrants in our state puts the lives of Texans and Americans at risk. Border security is strictly a federal responsibility. The federal government alone has the responsibility to test, screen and quarantine illegal immigrants crossing our border who may have COVID. Instead of doing their job, the Biden Administration suggested it did not have sufficient resources and, remarkably, asked Texas to assist them in aiding their illegal immigration program. Texas refused. We will not aid a program that makes our country a magnet for illegal immigration.”
Congressman Henry Cuellar (D-Texas) complained that people from Mexico, who test positive by activist groups stationed at the bus stations to test people, are allowed to get on Greyhound buses and travel to the interior of the country without being stopped.
“They tested some of the people who got put at the bus station in Brownsville and according to the rapid tests, about 108 tested positive. So basically that creates a situation that they are letting people who are positive (for coronavirus) get on buses and with the permission of Homeland Security they can go anywhere in the United States,” Cuellar said during an online news conference.
Greyhound is deeply concerned about the safety of its employees and acting as a vector for disease for the rest of the nation. The transportation company is demanding DHS assure the company illegal aliens riding the buses are COVID-free.
As a result of the increased human trafficking, drug cartels can now use the humans to decoy Border Patrol officers and keep them busy, while drugs are snuck in through another spot in the border.
Biden knew what he was doing. He dismantled the effective border security agreements Trump had with Mexico and Guatemala and stopped the construction of Trump’s wall. Trump’s moves to secure the U.S. border look even more prescient in a COVID-afflicted environment.
But Biden doesn’t care that his moves don’t help U.S. citizens but, in fact, could kill them.
He’s purposely let people into the country who are, in some cases, COVID-positive. Just as U.S. businesses are on the verge of making a comeback, states are re-opening, and people who have been out of work will have to compete with the cheap labor Biden allowed in.
Some people would say elections have consequences and, of course, they do.
But this is way beyond “consequences.”
It’s treachery.

‘Freedom Bracelet’ Tracking Device Launched As Alternative To COVID-19 Quarantine

Israel has rolled out what it is calling a ‘Freedom bracelet’, a tracking device that will serve as an alternative to a two-week quarantine for anyone entering the country from abroad.
The device, which looks like a smart watch is being produced by a company called SuperCom, which has previously worked with governments of several countries on systems to track and monitor prisoners.

Ordan Trabelsi, the CEO of SuperCom, said “We call it a ‘freedom bracelet’ because we are not locking anybody up, but rather giving them the opportunity to go home.”
…And be tracked by the government if they try to leave their house.
“Nobody is forced to do it, but for those who are interested, it gives them another option: more flexibility,” Trabelsi added.

So, the choices are be locked up for two weeks in a military-administered quarantine hotel, or take the tracking bracelet.
It doesn’t really sound like ‘freedom’.
The development comes at the same time as a court ruling demanding that the country’s domestic spy agency the Shin Bet must back off Covid-19 contact-tracing surveillance.
The court ruled that the efforts are “draconian” and a threat to democracy in the country, and can only be used in emergencies.
Israel is also operating a two tier society where those who have been vaccinated have a ‘green pass’ to go where they want, and those who haven’t must stay under lockdown.

In his ruling Thursday against the CDC’s unconstitutional overreach, U.S. District Court Judge J. Campbell (“Cam”) Barker declared, “Although the COVID-19 pandemic persists, so does the Constitution.”
At issue was whether a federal agency — in this case, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or CDC — had the power to prevent landlords from evicting tenants during the pandemic. Or, in the words of Barker, “whether the federal government has [the] authority to order property owners not to evict specified tenants.”
Barker continued:
Here, after analyzing the relevant precedents, the court concludes that the federal government’s Article 1 power to regulate interstate commerce and enact laws necessary and proper to that end does not include the powers to impose the [CDC’s order].
The order from the CDC ignored any such constitutional restraints, declaring unilaterally its power “to … halt residential evictions to prevent the further spread of COVID-19.”
Its order had no time limit:
Under this Order, a landlord, owner of a residential property, or other person with a legal right to pursue eviction or possessory action, shall not evict any covered person from any residential property … during the effective period of the Order.
Thou shalt obey, or else, said the CDC: Anyone who violated the order could face up to a year in jail and a fine of up to $250,000.
The lawsuit was brought by several plaintiffs who either owned rental properties or managed them, and was presented to the court by the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) and the Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF).
When the lawsuit was originally filed last October, TPPF General Counsel Robert Henneke stated, “The federal government cannot interfere with private property rights or our clients’ access to the courts to exercise their rights under state law. The CDC uses a facially absurd and twisted logic to suggest its intrusion into private property rights is a public health issue.” This logic, he added, “has inevitably and predictably allowed [politicians and government agencies] to exploit the [issue].”
Following the decision, the legal groups said that this ruling is likely to be the first of many:

Much comfort may be drawn from this case: There are judges who understand and will defend the Constitution when it is assaulted; “Cam” Barker was a Trump appointee; governmental overreach is generating many similar court cases and lawsuits; and the court system is the final arbiter and backstop or roadblock to unlimited federal tyranny using the COVID-19 scare as an excuse.
Although Trump’s appointees to the Supreme Court have greatly disappointed many by ignoring legitimate constitutional issues surrounding the 2020 presidential election, the more than 200 federal judges appointed by Donald Trump, including Barker, are going to have a lot more to say about defending and restoring the Constitution to its rightful and proper place in restraining governmental overreach.
WHO COVID ‘Investigator’ Is Chinese CDC Adviser Who Accepted CCP Research Grants.

Marion Koopmans, a member of the recent World Health Organization mission to discover the origins of COVID-19 in China, has served as an advisor to the Chinese Communist Party’s Center for Disease Control and Prevention and authored studies funded by Chinese government-backed grants, The National Pulse can reveal.
The World Health Organization (WHO) delegation concluded that it was “extremely unlikely” the virus came from a Chinese Communist Party lab despite reports showing China refused to share all relevant data to the early days of COVID-19.
But Koopman’s ties to the Chinese Communist Party, which resemble a similar relationship to fellow WHO researcher Peter Daszak, call into question the validity of the team’s findings.
A document entitled “Scientific Advisory Group members” from the World Health Organization (WHO) contains Koopman’s professional bio, which reveals she has served as a “member of the scientific advisory board of the Centres for Disease Control of Guangdong China“:
As member of the scientific advisory board of the Centres for Disease control of Guangdong China, she has advised on the building of the laboratory capacity for emerging infectious disease detection in this region, and has ongoing research collaborations trying to unravel emergence and spread of viruses through the animal production chain in this region.
Koopmans also lists the affiliation on her own LinkedIn.
What’s more, Koopmans has authored scientific research papers and journal articles backed by Chinese Communist Party grants.
A July 2020 study – Exploring utility of genomic epidemiology to trace origins of highly pathogenic influenza A/H7N9 in Guangdong – was “supported by grants from National Key Research and Development Program of China [and] the National Key Research and Development Program of China.”
“We thank the twenty-one collaborating laboratories in Guangdong province that participated in the longitudinal surveillance,” a summary adds.
Another 2017 study focusing on Zika virus was also funded and executed by the Guangdong provincial government, according to a summary:
We thank all of the related laboratory and administrative personnel at Guangdong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the Jiangmen Center for Disease Control and Prevention for their contribution to the follow-up investigation. The present study was supported by grants from the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology ProgrammA and the National Key Development Program.
And another Koopman-led 2014 study done alongside Guangdong Provincial CDC researchers on Influenza A(H7N9) was “supported by 12th five-year-major projects of China’s Ministry of Public Health.”Koopmans has also authored a host of studies financially backed by the state-run China Scholarship Council including reports on Norovirus, Rotavirus, Calcineurin, and migration.
The latest revelations are sure to force a further rowing back by the establishment media of the previously lauded investigative group.

It contains false and misleading information about the Fifth International Public Conference on Vaccination, which was sponsored by the 39-year old U.S. non-profit educational charity the National Vaccine Information Center, and held online in October 2020. Promotion of the CCDH report resulted in the spreading of fake news and misinformation by mainline media outlets in Great Britain and the U.S.

Fauci Proudly Announces US Will Stay in and Fund WHO Under Biden, Walking Back Trump Withdrawl

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and chief medical advisor to the president, was pleased to tell the pro-China World Health Organization (WHO) on Thursday that the United States will remain in it after Joe Biden reversed President Trump’s decision to pull the United States out of the scandal-plagued outfit.
“I am honored to announce that the United States will remain a member of the World Health Organization,” Fauci said while speaking at a World Health Organization Executive Board meeting.
At the gathering, Fauci called WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus “my dear friend.”
Tedros is an actual communist who does not even have a medical degree. He landed his UN job with backing from Communist China. Before setting up shop at WHO, he played a leading role in the murderous Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) in his native Ethiopia. This Marxist terror organization declared war on other ethnic groups. Tedros served as a top member of TPLF’s Politburo Central Committee.
The U.S. government designated TPLF a terrorist organization for its history of murder, kidnapping, and other violent acts, including attacks on religious figures, journalists, and private citizens. In fact, the Global Terror Database still lists it as such.
Fauci then announced that Biden had signed a letter retracting former President Donald Trump’s decision to withdraw from WHO — and assured those present that the United States will continue to fund the organization.
“I join my fellow representatives in thanking the World Health Organization for its role in leading the global public health response to this pandemic,” Fauci said.
The NIAID head made no mention of the WHO’s failures during the COVID-19 outbreak, during which it allowed China to lie and downplay the nature of the disease until it had spread to much of the world.
It was because of the WHO’s failures and its favoritism toward China that President Trump withdrew the United States from it in July 2020.
“China has total control over the World Health Organization despite only paying $40 million per year compared to what the United States has been paying, which is approximately $450 million a year,” Trump said in July 2020. The country was scheduled to withdraw from the organization in July 2021.
“The Biden Administration also intends to be fully engaged in advancing global health, supporting global health security and the Global Health Security Agenda, and building a healthier future for all people,” Fauci declared in his speech before the WHO Executive Board.
Fauci further announced that Biden will reaffirm the United States’ commitment to join COVAX, a WHO program to push vaccine acceleration and distribution while subsidizing vaccine access in poorer countries.
Tedros was grateful to know the United States will be remaining in his organization.

Fauci was often at odds with President Trump on COVID-19 policy, but the NIAID director appears eager to form part of the Biden administration.
In November, in fact, Fauci appeared in a livestream with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, in which the tech baron said he would work closely with the new administration to “push around authoritative information on vaccines.”
On his second day in office, Joe Biden is expected to sign an executive order mandating the use of masks or face coverings in airports and on commercial planes.
This would come right after his Wednesday order that all federal employees and contractors wear masks, as well as anyone in federal buildings or on federal lands.
“Put simply, masks and other public health measures reduce the spread of the disease, particularly when communities make widespread use of such measures, and thus save lives,” reads Wednesday’s order.
The expected Thursday order would extend to modes of public transportation such as trains and intercity buses.
These moves have the support of the unions.
As Fox News notes:
Airlines for America, a trade organization with members including most major U.S. carriers, has previously and repeatedly championed masks in both airports and on airplanes since the start of the pandemic. Most recently, the group lauded the Federal Aviation Administration’s decision to implement a new “zero tolerance” policy for passengers who refuse to comply with the airlines’ mask policies, or exhibit unruly behavior. While not a federal mandate — the airlines are currently responsible for setting and enforcing their own face-covering policies — the FAA will impose steeper fines and penalties for passengers who refuse to comply with the carriers’ rules.
… “We will no longer adjudicate certain of these unruly passenger cases with counseling or warnings,” FAA Chief Steve Dickson told Reuters, outlining fines of up to $35,000 and possible jail time. “We’re going to go straight to enforcement.”

WHO, Fauci Warn COVID-19 Vaccines May Not Prevent Infection and Disease Transmission

At a virtual press conference held by the World Health Organization (WHO) on Dec. 28, 2020, WHO officials warned there is no guarantee that COVID-19 vaccines will prevent people from being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus and transmitting it to other people.1 In a New Year’s Day interview with Newsweek, Anthony Fauci, MD, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), reinforced the WHO’s admission that health officials do not know if COVID-19 vaccines prevent infection or if people can spread the virus to others after getting vaccinated.2 According to U.S. and WHO health officials, vaccinated persons still need to mask and social distance because they could be able to spread the new coronavirus to others without knowing it.3 4
Although the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) in December 2020 for Pfizer/BioNTech5 and Moderna6 to release their experimental mRNA vaccines for use in the U.S., the companies only provided evidence from clinical trials to demonstrate that their vaccines prevented more mild to severe COVID-19 disease symptoms in vaccinated participants compared to unvaccinated trial participants. The companies did not investigate whether the vaccines prevent people from becoming asymptomatically infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus and/or transmitting it to other people.7 8
WHO Officials Say COVID-19 Vaccines Designed to Prevent Severe Disease
According to WHO officials, while it appears the vaccines can prevent clinically symptomatic COVID-19 clinical disease, there is no clear evidence COVID-19 vaccines are effective at preventing asymptomatic infection and transmission. During the press conference, WHO chief scientist and pediatrician Soumya Swaminathan, MD said:
We continue to wait for more results from the vaccine trials to really understand whether the vaccines, apart from preventing symptomatic disease and severe disease and deaths, whether they’re also going to reduce infection or prevent people from getting infected with the virus, then from passing it on or transmitting it to other people. I don’t’ believe we have the evidence on any of the vaccines to be confident that it’s going to prevent people from actually getting the infection and therefore being able to pass it on.9
Dr. Swaminathan said the COVID-19 vaccine was designed to first prevent symptomatic disease, severe disease and deaths. Mark Ryan, MD, MPH, who is executive director of the WHO Health Emergencies Program, agreed with Swaminathan and added:
So the first primary objective is to decrease the impact the disease is having on people’s lives and, therefore, that will be a major step forward in bringing the world back to some kind of normal. The second phase is then looking at how will this vaccine affect transmission. We just don’t know enough yet about length of protection and other things to be absolutely able to predict that, but we should be able to get good control of the virus.10
SARS-CoV-2 Eradication Via Mass Vaccination is a “Moonshot”
Dr. Ryan also pointed out that the decision by WHO to try to eradicate the SARS-CoV-2 virus “requires a much higher degree of efficiency and effectiveness in the vaccination program and the other control measures” and that it is likely the new coronavirus will “become another endemic virus, a virus that will remain somewhat of a threat but a very low level threat in the context of an effective vaccination program.”
Ryan cautioned that, like with measles and polio, there is no guarantee of eliminating the SARS-CoV-2 virus through mass vaccination programs. He said:
The existence of a vaccine even at high efficacy is no guarantee of eliminating or eradicating an infectious disease. That’s a very high bar for us to be able to get over. First, we have to focus on saving lives, getting good control of this epidemic, and then we will deal with the moonshot of potentially being able to eliminate or eradicate this virus.11
Azar Says Get Vaccinated But Still Mask Up
In a Dec. 22 interview, HHS Secretary Alex Azar told Fox News that the current “consensus” among health officials is that people who get two doses of COVID-19 vaccine should still mask up and practice social distancing. He said:
We’re still studying some fundamental scientific questions though, such as, once you’ve been vaccinated, do you sill need to wear a mask to protect others, could you still be carrying the virus even though you’re protected from it…If you’re getting vaccinated right now, still social distance, still wear a mask, but all these [recommendations] have to be data and science-driven, so we’re working to generate the data there so that as we go forward, we’ll be able to advise people on a foundation of data.12
Fauci Says “We don’t know what we don’t know,” but COVID-19 Vaccine Passports and Mandates May Be Coming
In an interview on CNN in early April 2020 when most states were in some form of a coronavirus lockdown, Dr. Fauci told Alyson Camerota that, “It’s very likely that there are a large number of people out there that have been infected, have been asymptomatic, and did not know they were infected.”13 Eight months later, on New Year’s Day 2021, Dr. Fauci told Newsweek that in his role as the new Administration’s chief medical advisor, there is a possibility the federal government will eventually introduce “COVID-19 vaccine passports” and that some city, county or state governments and businesses will make COVID-19 vaccines mandatory, including in schools.14
Everything will be on the table,” Dr. Fauci declared.
A week earlier, Fauci told The New York Times that between 70 percent and 90 percent of the U.S. population would need to get COVID-19 vaccinations in order for the country to reach vaccine-acquired herd immunity. He explained why he has continued to shift the “herd immunity” goal post over the past year:
When polls said only about half of all Americans would take a vaccine, I was saying herd immunity would take 70 to 75 percent. Then, when newer surveys said 60 percent or more would take it, I thought, ‘I can nudge this up a bit,’ so I went to 80, 85… We really don’t know what the real number is. I think the real range is somewhere between 70 to 90 percent. But, I’m not going to say 90 percent.15
Even as Fauci discussed vaccine passports and mandates in Newsweek, he admitted proving that COVID-19 vaccines do more than prevent clinical disease but also block infection and transmission has been elusive. He emphasized that persons who get vaccinated still must wear masks:
We do not know if the vaccines that prevent clinical disease also prevent infection. They very well might, but we have not proven that yet….That’s the reason I keep saying that even though you get vaccinated, we should not eliminate, at all, public health measures like wearing masks because we don’t know yet what the effect [of the vaccine] is on transmissibility.16
Fauci added, “We don’t know what we don’t know.”
Immunity Passports: Suggested Soon After the COVID-19 Pandemic Began
Government health officials in Israel are getting ready to issue a COVID-19 “green passport” to citizens who have received two COVID-19 shots, which will exempt them from travel restrictions and testing for infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus or being required to quarantine after exposure to an infected person. 17 Technology companies have been working on creating a digital certificate, which contains personal medical information giving evidence that an individual has been vaccinated and can be used as a screening tool by employers, businesses and owners or operators of services and public venues, such as airlines, theme parks, concert halls, hotels and other places where people gather in groups with other people.18 19 20 21
Immediately after the coronavirus pandemic was declared by the WHO last winter, Silicon Valley businessman Bill Gates began talking about the need for issuing digital certificates proving immunity to the virus and, once a COVID-19 vaccine becomes available, proof of vaccination. In a comment posted on Reddit in March 2020, Gates said, “Eventually we will have some digital certificates to show who has recovered or been tested recently or when we have a vaccine who has received it.”22 That same month in a TED Talk, Gates explained how lockdowns and resulting “economic pain” will prevent people from getting naturally acquired immunity to the SARS-CoV-2 virus and that immunity “certificates” will eventually be required. Gates said:
Now we don’t want to have a lot of recovered people, you know. To be clear, we’re trying through the shutdown in the United States, to not get to one percent of the population infected. We’re well below that today, but with exponentiation you could get past that three million. I believe we will be able to avoid that with having this economic pain.
Eventually, what we’ll have to have is certificates of who is a recovered person, who’s a vaccinated person, because you don’t want people moving around the world where you’ll have some countries that won’t have it under control, sadly. You don’t want to completely block off the ability for people to go there and come back and move around.23
In an Apr. 9 interview on National Public Radio (NPR), Gates returned to the message that some “social distancing” measures have to stay in place “until we get a vaccine that almost everybody’s had.” He said:
What I’m saying, what Dr. Anthony Fauci is saying, what some other experts are saying, there’s a great deal of consistency. We’re not sure yet which activities should be resumed, because until we get a vaccine that almost everybody’s had, the risk of a rebound will be there.24
As of Jan. 3, 2020, the CDC had recorded over 20 million COVID-19 cases and nearly 350,000 related deaths.25
New Study: Evidence of Lasting Immunity After Mild or Asymptomatic COVID-19 Infection
A study was published in Science Immunology on Dec. 24, 2020 by scientists from Queen Mary, University of London in which they analyzed antibody and T cell responses in 136 London health care workers and reported that there was evidence of protective immunity up to four months after mild or asymptomatic COVID-19.26 A press release issued by the University stated that mild or asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infections represent the largest infected group and noted that researchers found T cell responses tended to be higher in those with the classic, defining symptoms of COVID-19, while asymptomatic infection resulted in a weaker T cell immunity than symptomatic infection, but equivalent neutralizing antibody responses.27
One of the researchers commented:
Our study of SARS-CoV-2 infection in healthcare workers from London hospitals reveals that four months after infection, around 90 percent of individuals have antibodies to block the virus. Even more encouragingly, in 66 percent of healthcare workers we see levels of these protective antibodies are high and that this robust antibody response is complemented by T cells which we see reacting to various parts of the virus. This is good news. It means that if you have been infected there is a good chance that you will have developed antibodies and T cells that may provide some protection if you encounter the virus again.28

The CDC’s Affirmative Action Eugenics for the Coronavirus Vaccine

Before the coronavirus pandemic, the CDC was too busy fighting racism to do its job. As the vaccine rolls out, the CDC decided to build the vaccine waiting list around affirmative action.
Who gets to live or die? Much like in Nazi Germany, it helps to be a member of the right race.
The CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices has announced that the priorities for distributing vaccines are to prevent death, preserve society, and help those facing "disparities", and then maybe, "increase the chance for everyone to enjoy health and well-being."
Vaccine distribution is to be guided by four principles, one of which is to fight "health inequities" and another is to "promote justice". It's not the CDC's job to fight for social justice, but to fight viruses. Having failed miserably at its one job, which it chose not to do, it's instead pursuing racial equity eugenics by tackling "health inequities" for "racial and ethnic minority groups".
The CDC and NIH had turned to the National Academies to produce A Framework for Equitable Allocation of Vaccine for the Novel Coronavirus which falsely claimed that "COVID-19 illnesses and deaths are strongly associated with race" due to "systemic racism" and that a "vaccine allocation framework" had to reduce these "health inequities" with affirmative action.
The report noted that the "committee anticipates that the criteria will, in practice, tend to give higher priority to lower-income individuals... and Black, Hispanic or Latin, American Indian and Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities."
A government agency had paid for and was making use of a report which would decide who was to live or die based on race and income. And no one was willing to say a word about it.
Tennessee's Department of Health had already announced that it would be using the National Academies report and intended to dedicate 10% of the vaccines to SVI "vulnerable" areas.
The eugenics strategy of public health had been baked in long before the pandemic with the CDC’s Social Vulnerability Index. SVI was supposed to help rush aid during a natural disaster to those who might need it the most, but SVI added race as a "vulnerability" to create affirmative action disaster relief. During a hurricane, your odds of getting help increased if you were in a minority area. And it decreased if you ranked higher on the SVI because you had more income.
This was bad enough. But now vaccine distribution will be driven by the SVI’s numbers.
At least 26 states are going to be using SVI for the vaccine rollout. Not all of them are planning to use it to decide who gets the vaccine based on their race. Some intend to use it, as originally intended, to spread awareness, but other states are going all in on racial equity eugenics.
Ohio’s vaccination plan indicates that state health authorities will focus on "equity" and will use federal guidance to "ensure equity in distribution" and address "racial and ethnic disparities".
In Tennessee, "priority will be given to areas in the CDC’s Social Vulnerability Index".
Minnesota's vaccine distribution guidelines put promoting justice in second place and warned that vaccine doses will be allowed based on the needs of health care personnel, nursing home residents, and SVI areas. The Minnesota guidelines define “other attributes to be considered in prioritization” as including, “people from certain racial and ethnic minority groups who are
disproportionately affected by COVID-19”: treating minority status as a medical vulnerability.
That’s how ‘health equity’ medicalizes minority status and turns it into a medical disability.
States that don’t use the SVI may actually be using even more outrageously racist guidelines. California’s Community Vaccine Advisory Committee began with proposals to have groups that were the victims of "historical injustices" be first in line for the vaccine. The committee consists of medical groups, as well as radical leftist groups like the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, several unions, and assorted minority activist groups. CVAC put “equity” second on its priority list.
Vaccine equity eugenics hit the public eye when a New York Times article quoted Harald Schmidt, a German academic who had worked for Germany’s Ministry of Health and the European Parliament, and acts as an adviser to UNESCO and the World Bank's Population and Reproductive Health Unit, suggesting that minorities should go ahead of older people.
“Older populations are whiter, ” Dr. Schmidt was quoted as saying. “Society is structured in a way that enables them to live longer. Instead of giving additional health benefits to those who already had more of them, we can start to level the playing field a bit.”.
"Dr. Schmidt" has an MA in Philosophy from the University of Munster, the academic home of one of the most notorious Nazi eugenicists who worked under Mengele, and also boasts a PhD in Health Policy from the London School of Economics.
Like Jill Biden, he’s not a doctor, but that didn’t stop the Journal of the American Medical Association from publishing a paper co-authored by Schmidt titled, “Is It Lawful and Ethical to Prioritize Racial Minorities for COVID-19 Vaccines?” which gamed potential affirmative action eugenic court cases by focusing on factors like "geography, socioeconomic status, and housing density that would favor racial minorities de facto, but not explicitly include race."
While Schmidt has gotten the bulk of the attention, the paper was also authored by Michelle A. Williams, the dean of Harvard's T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and Larry Gostin who heads the O'Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law. Schmidt, as well as his co-authors, took part in the Vaccine Allocation and Social Justice event, along with Philadelphia's Deputy Health Commissioner, a strategic adviser to the Davos-based Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Initiatives, along with top state health officers from Tennessee, California, and Illinois.
And Nancy McClung: a former nurse who serves on the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices’ Ethical Principles for Allocating Initial Supplies of COVID-19 Vaccine.
The research materials included a paper co-authored by Ezekiel Emanuel, an Obamacare architect and a prominent proponent of triage, who had already co-authored another paper, which had warned that while directly prioritizing race "would likely be ruled unconstitutional", the better approach would be "considering vulnerabilities that, while possible for people of all races, are commonly produced by racism".
Finally, Emanuel noted that "disparities could be further reduced by avoiding prioritization strategies, such as age-based preference, that risk widening racial and socioeconomic disparities."
The paper co-authored by the man who wrote Why I Hope to Die at 75 was saying the same thing Schmidt had said but coded in the ambiguous language of public policy. The elderly should not get access to the vaccine earlier because they are on average more likely to be white and wealthy and saving their lives first would widen “racial and socioeconomic disparities”.
A decade after Obamacare opponents were ridiculed for warning about death panels, national and local governments are following triage measures that decide who lives or dies by race.
The CDC evolved and deployed this policy while Republicans were at the helm, and did nothing.
It’s not too late to stop it.
President Trump can clean house at the CDC and take as many of the decisions about vaccine policy out of its hands as possible. Republican governors and legislatures should stop letting the same experts who have botched the pandemic every step of the way use SVI for the vaccine.
Whatever happens this time around, using tools like SVI creates a horrifying legal and medical precedent in which medical treatment gets allocated based on minority status. As socialized medicine digs deeper into medical decision making, this will become the norm.
Beyond the pandemic, waiting for a kidney transplant, hip replacement surgery, or a scarce medication will be determined by medicalizing privilege and treating minority status as an illness in greater need of care and ‘whiteness’ as a sign of health privilege that requires less care.
Affirmative action is merging with death panels to transform equity into triage. If we don’t stop it, it will kill us. Reverting to the worst abuses of segregation will kill our souls and then our bodies.

On Tuesday, the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee held a hearing on early and outpatient treatment of COVID-19. Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) went after the health bureaucracy, mentioning Dr. Fauci by name. He roasted the government experts for crushing dissenting views and holding their own opinions above others.
In Dr. Paul’s opening remarks, he apologized for the behavior of Ranking Member Gary Peters (D-Mich.), who was dismissive and left the hearing. Paul said that science is about debate, evidence, and discussion. Contentious debate, Paul said, is how we get to the truth. He asserted that Peters’ failure to engage in this process and reliance on consensus is how science dies.
“Science is not about ad hominem and attacks,” Paul said. “So, by attacking this panel without listening to it, leaving in a huff and having no questions shows a small-mindedness, a closemindedness and really it should be everything we should avoid.”
Paul made the case that both COVID-19 and the measures we have taken to control the virus can have deadly consequences. He shared that he and his wife were mourning a neighbor who recently passed away with COVID-19. Then he described the case of a woman in her 30s with two young children who died of a fatal arrhythmia early in the pandemic. Her outpatient stress test was canceled to preserve hospital capacity, and she died before she could be correctly diagnosed.
He cautioned that no one has the market cornered on being right about COVID-19. “But it’s a mistake to say one person should have all the power to determine what we should do,” the senator said. “When we place too much confidence in government doctors, such as Dr. Fauci. Dr. Kory (a witness on the panel) mentioned it. He mentioned in June about steroids. I mentioned it in March when Dr. Fauci came into my committee hearing.”
He then went on to explain his medical rationale for thinking that steroids may work. End-stage COVID-19 is similar to many other end-stage illnesses in its clinical presentation. To Dr. Paul, it made sense that treatments that work in other cases where adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and toxic shock occur could help COVID-19 patients.
After describing another case, Paul recalled, “So, I raised my hand to Dr. Fauci and said, ‘Do you think steroids might have a role in this?’ He sort of dismissed me, and said the studies were showing it probably wouldn’t work.”
“But I would think most people would argue now that one of the most significant developments in the acute care of the COVID patient has been steroids actually, and trying to give them the steroids before they’ve gotten into the full ARDS syndrome,” said Paul. “Some are even getting it at a very early stage in the disease. But that came from people asking questions, being skeptical and not letting one doctor, such as Dr. Fauci, say ‘Oh that’s not right, young man, go sit in the corner.'”
This is not the first time Paul has questioned Dr. Fauci’s singular authority over all things COVID-19. At another hearing regarding school reopenings, they sparred over the impacts of COVID-19 on children. They were also confrontational regarding immunity to COVID-19 post-infection. Paul actually said that Fauci was not the “end all” in the response and that there had been enough mistakes in the pandemic response that everyone ought to have a little more humility.
For those of you who are not aware—and why would you be with our incurious corporate media—frontline clinicians and researchers have been doing studies on readily available generic drugs to use in outpatient COVID-19 infections. The goal is to reduce not just deaths but also disease severity and hospitalizations.
Senator Peters deserves to be called out for his response. In his opening statement, he talked about the deadly impacts of COVID-19. He talked about the need for evidence regarding COVID-19 outpatient treatments and said the committee was not pursuing evidence. Rather, they were pursuing politics. It is too ironic from the guy who stormed out and didn’t listen to the researchers’ and clinicians’ evidence. He submitted 50 letters from public health experts noting the importance of science in the pandemic response and then left before scientific evidence was provided.
The medication being discussed in this hearing is ivermectin. It has not been studied as much as HCQ, but the results to date are encouraging. The witnesses have studies covering over 4,000 patients in various settings but cannot obtain a review through the NIH. They asked for the committee’s assistance with this and noted that funding for additional studies is not readily available. Money to study the efficacy of current generic medications in new applications is difficult to obtain. That is a tragic fact, as these medications are less expensive and more readily available.
Outpatient treatment is always preferable to hospitalization and death. If we had these tools, Los Angeles would not be shut down again due to hospital capacity concerns. Draconian instructions for the Christmas holiday would also not be necessary. It is also likely Dr. Anthony Fauci would lose much of his influence over public policy, and the demands for his face in pressers and on magazine covers would decrease.
Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) should be lauded for holding these hearings, and more of our leaders should take them as seriously as Senator Paul does. As Paul correctly pointed out, our government “experts” do not have the final say on these topics. Input from clinicians treating patients and researchers is just as important. One could even assert that their input is more valuable. Clinicians have to face their patients every day and bring their best advice. Researchers are motivated to solve problems. The incentives in the health bureaucracy are significantly less clear.

Johns Hopkins Study Saying COVID-19 Has ‘Relatively No Effect on Deaths’ in U.S. Deleted After Publication

Conventional wisdom is that COVID-19 has caused thousands of deaths in the United States and nearly 1.5 million worldwide. This perception has been directly challenged by a study published by Johns Hopkins University on November 22.
Genevieve Briand, assistant program director of the Applied Economics master’s degree program at Johns Hopkins University, critically analyzed the impact that COVID-19 had on U.S. deaths. According to Briand, the impact of COVID-19 on deaths in the United States can be fully understood by comparing it to the number of total deaths in the country.
According to the study, “in contrast to most people’s assumptions, the number of deaths by COVID-19 is not alarming. In fact, it has relatively no effect on deaths in the United States.”
Wait, what? Really?
That’s what it says. And, it should come as no surprise that the study was deleted within days.
Luckily, a back-up copy remains on The Wayback Machine, and we can still read the study.
So, how exactly did the study conclude that COVID-19 has had “relatively no effect on deaths”? Here’s how the study made this determination:
After retrieving data on the CDC website, Briand compiled a graph representing percentages of total deaths per age category from early February to early September, which includes the period from before COVID-19 was detected in the U.S. to after infection rates soared.
Surprisingly, the deaths of older people stayed the same before and after COVID-19. Since COVID-19 mainly affects the elderly, experts expected an increase in the percentage of deaths in older age groups. However, this increase is not seen from the CDC data. In fact, the percentages of deaths among all age groups remain relatively the same.
According to Briand, “The reason we have a higher number of reported COVID-19 deaths among older individuals than younger individuals is simply because every day in the U.S. older individuals die in higher numbers than younger individuals.”
Briand’s analysis found that the range of deaths amongst the older population has remained within the range of past years.
So, if COVID-19 has actually had no significant impact on U.S. deaths, why does it not appear that way?
To answer that question, Briand shifted her focus to the deaths per causes ranging from 2014 to 2020. There is a sudden increase in deaths in 2020 due to COVID-19. This is no surprise because COVID-19 emerged in the U.S. in early 2020, and thus COVID-19-related deaths increased drastically afterward.
Analysis of deaths per cause in 2018 revealed that the pattern of seasonal increase in the total number of deaths is a result of the rise in deaths by all causes, with the top three being heart disease, respiratory diseases, influenza and pneumonia.
“This is true every year,” explained Briand. “Every year in the U.S. when we observe the seasonal ups and downs, we have an increase of deaths due to all causes.”
Here’s where things get interesting.
When Briand looked at the 2020 data during that seasonal period, COVID-19-related deaths exceeded deaths from heart diseases. This was highly unusual since heart disease has always prevailed as the leading cause of deaths. However, when taking a closer look at the death numbers, she noted something strange. As Briand compared the number of deaths per cause during that period in 2020 to 2018, she noticed that instead of the expected drastic increase across all causes, there was a significant decrease in deaths due to heart disease. Even more surprising, as seen in the graph below, this sudden decline in deaths is observed for all other causes.
The study found that “This trend is completely contrary to the pattern observed in all previous years.” In fact, “the total decrease in deaths by other causes almost exactly equals the increase in deaths by COVID-19.”
Briand concludes that the COVID-19 death toll in the United States is misleading and that deaths from other diseases are being categorized as COVID-19 deaths.
There have been reports of inflated COVID-19 deaths numbers for months. Patients who never tested positive for the disease had COVID-19 as their cause of death on their death certificates. In May, Jared Polis, the Democrat governor of Colorado, disputed official coronavirus death counts, saying even those of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) were inflated as the result of including people who tested positive for the coronavirus but died of other causes. In July, a fatal motorcycle accident victim was listed as a COVID-19 death.
On Thursday, Johns Hopkins University explained that they deleted the article on the study because it “was being used to support false and dangerous inaccuracies about the impact of the pandemic.”
They did not, however, challenge the accuracy of the data or its conclusions. In other words, the article was deleted because it didn’t fit the proper narrative.

“Fire Fauci!” Why Trump should dump him, sooner rather than later

During a Florida campaign rally on Sunday, Trump supporters urged the president to “Fire Fauci,” of the White House coronavirus task force, who has held forth at the National Institute of Infectious Diseases (NIAID) since 1984.
“I appreciate the advice,” President Trump told the crowd, but “let me wait until a little bit after the election.” A month before the election, as it happens, Fauci helped make the case for his own dismissal.
“The fact is that we’ve got to make sure that we have a health care system where no one can go without necessary health care and quality health care. I think there’s this concern that if you make it universal, the quality will go down. It doesn’t necessarily have to go down at all. But when people fall between the cracks of health care, then you get an even more difficult situation than the outbreak itself poses.”
That was Fauci at a UC Berkeley Forum in early October, in a pitch for a “universal” system, the brand of government monopoly health care Democrats want. According to Fauci, not having government health care is worse than the difficulties of “the outbreak.” The diminutive NIAID boss wasn’t done.
“Covid-19 is a very bright light on the social determinants of health that have been there all along, that we don’t pay a lot of attention to, and that are, in essence, killing minorities,” Fauci said. “I would hope that the terrible experience that we’re going through now galvanizes and energizes us to make a decades long commitment to doing things about these social determinants of health, which are reversible, but they’re not reversible overnight or in one or two years.”
Fauci did not chart the science behind the “social determinants” of health and how, exactly, they are “killing minorities.” Neither did he outline what “things” would have to be done over a long period of time. Fauci did say that even if a vaccine were “available now,” he wouldn’t expect life to look “normal” again until at least the second half of 2021. The science behind the Fauci’s prophecy did not emerge in the forum, in effect a campaign ad for Joe Biden.
Fauci is routinely hailed as the nation’s top infectious disease expert even though his bio shows no advanced degrees in molecular biology. Dr. Fauci laments “anti-science bias,” and complains that people “don’t believe in authority,” a thinly disguised demand for unquestioned belief in Dr. Anthony Fauci his own self.
Fauci has admitted to lying about the need for masks and his pronouncements avoid hard data on the mortality rate, death rate, recovery rate and so forth. The NIAID boss is also quiet on “gain of function” (GOF) research which “improves the ability of a pathogen to cause disease.” According to the National Institutes of Health Office of Science Policy, GOF has “the potential to enhance the pathogenicity or transmissibility of potential pandemic pathogens (PPPs)” and has thus “raised biosafety and biosecurity concerns.”
As Talha Birk noted in The Lancet, the NIH banned GOF research in 2014 but revived it in 2017 over the objection of many scientists. Fauci defends GOF research and in 2019 NIAID funded the Wuhan Institute of Virology with nearly $4 million for GOF research on bat coronaviruses. The transfer of U.S. taxpayer dollars to a Chinese lab makes it a public issue but media and government have yet to press Fauci on what he knew and when he knew it. Like Hunter Biden’s laptop, the authoritarian Dr. Fauci enjoys complete immunity from the establishment media.
According to Fauci the pro-China WHO boss Tedros is a “really an outstanding person,” and Dr. Fauci holds similar views of himself. “With all due modesty, I think I’m pretty effective,” Fauci told interviewer Norah O’Donnell of CBS in a July 15 interview with InStyle. “I certainly am energetic. And I think everybody thinks I’m doing more than an outstanding job.” Like Eve Rand in Being There, Fauci reveals himself to himself and he is drenched and purged.
Fauci’s October forum did not include Peter Duesberg, former professor of cell biology at UC Berkeley and author of Inventing the AIDS Virus, highly informative on the history of virology and other scientific matters. Duesberg, a world-class virologist, found no evidence that HIV causes AIDS. Fauci relentlessly attacked Duesberg, and even got him canceled from media appearances.
AIDS never ravaged the heterosexual community as Fauci prophecied, yet Fauci remained at the helm of NIAID. “Deep state fraud” Fauci is now the Democrats’ Lysenko and the major mouthpiece for the white coat supremacy Democrats seek to impose.
President Trump has good cause to fire Fauci at first opportunity. On the other hand, as Marlon Brando said in On the Waterfront, there’s “a lot more” to this than anybody thought.
Why did Fauci support the dangerous GOF research his own NIH banned? What was going on at the Wuhan Institute of Virology? What does Dr. Anthony Fauci know that he isn’t telling? With all the death and damage from the China virus, the people have a right to know. As President Trump says, we’ll see what happens.
