Trudeau makes protests for whites illegal while exempting refugees, immigrants, ethnic minorities

(Natural News) Not only is China-loving Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau a dictator wannabe, but he’s also a self-loathing anti-white racist, as evidenced by details buried in his evoking the Emergencies Act earlier this week to crush the “Freedom Convoy” protest.

According to Summit News:

The Canadian government’s Emergency Measures Regulations: SOR/2022-21 order bans people from taking part “in a public assembly that may reasonably be expected to lead to a breach of the peace.”

However, the law does not apply to “any person in a class of persons whose presence in Canada, as determined by the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration or the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, is in the national interest.”

The ‘exempted class’ includes refugees, immigrants, those seeking asylum, Indians, and others who are “protected temporary residents.”

The vast majority of Canadian citizens are white, however, so these rules do not apply to them: They are still required to check their liberties and freedoms with Trudeau, who has given them his ‘thumbs down.’

That said, some are openly questioning if Trudeau’s order really does just apply to white people.

“Why are members of First Nations, refugees, and temporary residents exempted from the prohibition to ‘participate in a public assembly that may reasonably be expected to lead to a breach of the peace’ as part of the Emergencies Act regulations?” People’s Party of Canada leader Maxime Bernier tweeted.

“It appears as though the Canadian government views native Canadians as second-class citizens who should have fewer rights than foreigners,” Summit News’ Paul Joseph Watson wrote, adding: “How can such brazen discrimination based on skin color and nationality be in any way legal?”

Answer: When Trudeau declares it ‘legal,’ apparently.

The prime minister’s authoritarian ways have come increasingly under fire by Canadian civil liberties groups, clergy, and opposition lawmakers as his government continues its crackdown on “Freedom Convoy” truckers protesting his insane COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

“The rainy streets of Toronto, Canada’s largest city, are eerily quiet, with police cruisers blocking intersections and helicopters circling overhead. This does not feel like the safe and stable country I grew up in,” former Canadian Broadcasting Corporation producer, writer, and podcaster Tara Henley noted in a column for The Daily Mail this week.

“On Monday, the Prime Minister invoked the Emergencies Act, which became law in 1988 and has never been used – and it is not yet clear what he’ll do with these powers,” she continued, adding that Trudeau’s action “has poured gasoline on what was already a raging fire.”

“I fear that Canadians are headed for the sort of volatile, drawn-out, intractable conflict that tears societies apart,” Henley continued, adding a comparison to the U.S.: “The same type of ‘take no prisoners,’ merciless discourse that has transformed America into an endless political battlefield, where opponents can never agree and seemingly nothing is ever resolved.”

She also noted that invoking the Emergencies Act is “widely” known among Canadians as being a “nuclear option” and was last invoked by Trudeau’s father, Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau, in 1970, when it was then known as the War Measures Act.

Noa Mendelsohn Aviv, executive director of the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, does not believe Trudeau has met the standard for invoking the authority.

“We should not be normalizing the use of emergency acts to deal with localized, specific challenges that can be addressed through law,” she told Henley.

The Canadian House of Commons also erupted this week after Trudeau replied to a Jewish member of Parliament by accusing members of the opposition Conservative Party of “standing with people who wave swastikas.”

Conservative MP Melissa Lantsman first quoted Trudeau from a 2015 speech, saying, “If Canadians are going to trust their government, their government needs to trust Canadians,” then questioned why the PM characterized members of the Freedom Convoy as “very often misogynistic, racist, women-haters, science-deniers, the fringe.”

After accusing him of fanning “the flames of an unjustified national emergency,” Lantsman, the first Jewish woman to be elected as a Conservative MP last October, demanded to know — “When did the prime minister lose his way?”

“Conservative Party members can stand with people who wave swastikas, they can stand with people who wave the Confederate flag,” Trudeau said in response. “We will choose to stand with Canadians who deserve to be able to get to their jobs, to be able to get their lives back. These illegal protests need to stop, and they will.”

That led to outrage from other members of Parliament, as Fox News reported:

The other side of the chamber erupted in response, prompting Speaker of the House of Commons Anthony Rota to interrupt in an attempt to restore order. He also admonished all — “including the Right Honourable prime minister” — to avoid “inflammatory” language in the House.

Pope FRANCIS funnels money to illegal Muslim migrants

VATICAN (ChurchMilitant.com) – Pope Francis is channeling funds to illegal Muslim immigrants, who have stormed the Lithuanian border in record numbers.

The illegal border crossers, who are coming in via Belarus, pose a threat to the national security of the mainly Catholic country. 

As Lithuania struggles to fight the influx, the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development announced Saturday that Pope Francis had sent 50,000 euros through the apostolic nunciature in Vilnius to assist migrants in Lithuania on the Belarusian border. 

Francis’ support for the flood of illegals in the troubled region is the pontiff’s second aid package since sending 100,000 euros to migrants on the border between Poland and Belarus in early January.

In a press statement, the Vatican said that the Holy Father’s contribution to migrants on the Polish border was intended to “deal with the migratory emergency on the border between the two countries.”

Both aid packages will be channeled through local Catholic aid agencies Caritas Vilnius and Caritas Polska. The agencies are primarily assisting Muslim migrants from Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan and Iran. A smaller number of refugees, some of them Catholic, come from Congo-Brazzaville, Togo, Cameroon and the Ivory Coast.

Weaponizing Immigration

“What is noteworthy about the pope’s donations to these migrants is that Poland is doing all it can to keep them [the migrants] out, charging that Belarus’ [President] Lukashenko has weaponized Muslim migrants to weaken Polish civilization,” historian of Islam Robert Spencer told Church Militant.

Spencer, who has written over 21 books on Islam and the Middle East and is the author of recent bestseller Mass Migration in Europe: A Model for the U.S.?, elaborated: 

The pope seems blithely unconcerned about the possibility of the weakening or destruction of what is left of Catholic European civilization at the hands of migrants who believe they are the “best of people” (Qur’an 3:110) and that non-Muslims are “the most vile of created beings” (Qur’an 98:6). 

The pope shows no concern whatsoever for the national security concerns that are leading some Eastern European states to try to keep the migrants out. If the pope were dedicated to the destruction of Catholic Europe, what would he be doing differently? Nothing….

A survey of Lithuanians revealed that citizens did not like that “most refugees are Muslims” and that “Muslim refugees will try to popularize their religion among us,” even though respondents mostly disagree with propositions that all terrorists are Muslims. The survey found that women felt more threatened by Muslim refugees….

Learning that President Biden and Cuban visa fraudster Alejandro Mayorkas, the Homeland Security secretary, wouldn’t deport illegal alien sex fiends, killers, and other criminals was bad enough.

And Mayorkas again promised not to enforce immigration law last week.

But now we learn that the Biden Regime is actually importing criminals. And dumping them into American towns and cities.

So the regime will not only pursue The Great Replacement of the American people, but also move it along with dangerous thugs.

Dope Fiends, Drunk Drivers Welcome

And the imported “criminals” aren’t just shoplifters and petty thieves who needed a hand up, or a loaf of bread and a bottle of water to make it through the day. They are hardened, dangerous criminals who will, in the end, rob, rape, and murder Americans.

“An [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] source tells me the agency has been releasing some illegal immigrants with misdemeanor criminal histories, including assault, DUI, drug possession, & illegal re-entry,” Melguin tweeted with the video. “ICE did not deny [it] when I asked, telling me all releases are on a ‘case by case’ basis.”

So “case-by-case,” Biden and Mayorkas want your town’s new residents to include drunk drivers, dope fiends, and violent thugs.

The video shows at least 50 single adult illegals simply dropped at a parking lot in Brownsville, Texas. The men had ankle monitors and they covered their faces. And yet another of the ubiquitous leftists who toil for non-governmental agencies led them.

“The source said the reporting only scratches the surface and that the mass releases have been happening discretely since February, that ICE fugitive operations teams are essentially nonexistent, and that ICE Enforcement and Removal Operation (ERO) has become what the source called an ‘unofficial travel coordination agency,’” Melugin reported:

“Between [releases] and the vaccine mandate the morale is at the lowest,” the source said. “Imagine going to the office to make phone calls all day to coordinate travel for someone who just came in illegally, some of them with criminal records.”…

The ICE source told Fox that the agency is now releasing migrants with misdemeanor crimes such as assault, DUI, drug possession and illegal re-entry, and only withholding those with serious felonies.

Better yet, taxpayers get the bill, Melugin continued.

“We make contact with the family members and ask them for an address and to please buy a ticket (bus or plane),” the ICE source told him. “If they don’t, then the NGO buys the ticket and bills the government.”

Flights to New York

Fox also revealed that Biden and Mayorkas are dumping illegals in Westchester, New York.

Leaked video shows migrants being transported on secret charter flights under the cover of night from southern border states to Westchester, New York. 

“‘The government is betraying the American people,’ a federal contractor told a Westchester County police officer in a conversation recorded on the officer’s body camera on the tarmac of a Westchester airport on Aug. 13, 2021,” Fox reported. 

Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino obtained the footage through a records request, although reports about the flights were published in the New York Post in October.

“Our government is completely out of control right now. They have lied to us. They’ve lied to the American people,” Astorino told Fox Talker Tucker Carlson. Astorino, a Republican, is running for governor of the failed and corrupt state:

Astorino said he personally saw the migrants being put on a bus to a Costco, where they were “then released into cars into the community.”

The video is clear: The Biden Regime is waging a demographic war on Americans. And Westchester cops knew nothing about the dumping.

“You’re on a secure facility here; we really don’t know anything and we’re in charge of security,” Westchester Police Sergeant Michael Hamborsky told one of the contractors:

“This is anti all our security stuff,” Hamborsky said.… 

“I’m just trying to figure out what’s what, who’s who and how I’m supposed to keep this secure,” Hamborsky told the contractors.… 

“We’re not allowed to have our picture taken when we get on base,” one contractor told the officer as they began showing him lanyards around their necks. 

“Un-f–king-believable,” Hamborsky responded. “And who’s that by? DHS [Department of Homeland Security]?”

“Yes, and the United States Army,” the contractor responded. “You’re on a federal installation but DHS wants everything on the down low.”

Another contractor told Hamborsky: “Listen, my thing is I like to comply but technically we’re not supposed to show IDs or anything. Like I said, everything is supposed to be hush hush.”

The contractors also confessed why the government wants the subversion flights kept secret. “Look who’s in office. That’s why, come on,” the contractor told Hamborsky: 

“But what’s the big secret?” the cop asked. 

“You know why. Because if this gets out, the government is betraying the American people,” the contractor said. 

Biden and Mayorkas, again, have proudly said they will not enforce immigration law.

ATTORNEY GENERAL Garland Ignores Vital Immigration Law Enforcement Crippling national security and public safety.

Rampant violent crime across the United States, particularly in cities and states run by radical leftist mayors and governors is of great concern to Americans everywhere and is an outgrowth of the insanity of the defund police movement and “criminal justice reform” which has led to violent criminals being released without bail causing carnage at unprecedented levels.

Perhaps in response to this crisis, on January 21, 2022, the Department of Justice issued a press release:  Attorney General Merrick B. Garland Delivers Remarks at the U.S. Conference of Mayors that provided a transcript of his remarks as they were delivered.

It is important that, as you read the transcript, to remember that the Attorney General of the United States is also the chief law enforcement officer of the United States.  Many federal law enforcement agencies operate under the aegis of the Justice Department but even those agencies that operate under the auspices of other agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, and the Treasury Department still rely on the federal prosecutors of the Justice Department they partner with to further criminal investigations and prosecutions for all crimes comprehended under federal statutes.

Violations of federal criminal laws are prosecuted by federal prosecutors who are assigned to the U.S. Attorney’s offices located across the United States.

Federal prosecutors are not, however, required to accept the prosecution of all cases that are presented to them by federal agents.  Because of limited resources and political considerations, federal prosecutors have far-ranging discretion in deciding whether or not to pursue criminal charges in the cases that are brought to them.

U.S. Attorneys are beholden to the “marching orders” issued by the Attorney General for whom they all work.

This brings us back to Attorney General Garland’s prepared remarks and a particular worrisome excerpt:

Keeping our country safe and the American people safe is a core priority of the United States Department of Justice. A critical part of keeping our country safe is protecting it from foreign and domestic terrorism.

These are dangers that Justice Department law enforcement components work against all day, every day. And as I have said, they are dangers that we work against together with our state and local partners, without whom we cannot succeed.

Another important part of keeping our country safe is working alongside all of you to protect our communities from violent crime, particularly the scourge of gun violence.

At the Justice Department, we stand shoulder to shoulder with you in the fight against violent crime, and we will use every tool at our disposal to protect our communities.

Last year, the department launched a comprehensive anti-violent crime strategy aimed at harnessing our resources of every relevant component in the department, including our United States Attorneys' Offices, our litigating divisions, all of our law enforcement agencies, and our grantmaking offices.

Recognizing the importance of anti-violent crime strategies that are tailored to individual communities, we directed each United States Attorney’s Office to work with its state and local partners to address the crime problem in those communities.

As a result, the FBI, ATF, DEA, and U.S. Marshals Service partnered with state and local agencies and police departments to embed agents in homicide units, confiscate illegal firearms, disrupt violent drug trafficking, and provide other support where needed.

That very last paragraph is beyond shocking.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the immigration law enforcement elements of that federal leviathan are conspicuously absent from the Attorney General’s statement which included the threats posed by international terrorists even as he enumerated many other federal agencies.

The Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) has always included immigration law enforcement officers.  In point of fact, the 9/11 Commission, to which I provided testimony, made it abundantly clear that the 9/11 terror attacks and other such attacks, were only possible because of multiple failures of the immigration system.

A variety of other task forces have also traditionally included immigration law enforcement personnel.

Other law enforcement efforts are largely duplicated by local and state law enforcement agencies however, the enforcement of the immigration laws including the deportation (removal) of illegal aliens is unique to the DHS.

We will consider the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission shortly, but first I want you to know that in writing my article today I am calling upon my extensive real-world experiences as an INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service) special agent.

I was the first INS agent assigned to the Unified Intelligence Division of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in New York City.  I worked closely with the DEA, FBI, local and state police, and a variety of law enforcement agencies both within the United States and even foreign governments.

That assignment lasted for about four years whereupon I was promoted to the position of Senior Special Agent and assigned to the Organized Crime, Drug Enforcement Task Force.  Once again, I was assigned to various other federal agencies to provide my unique authority and expertise as an INS agent to assist in conducting investigations and subsequent prosecution of large-scale narcotics trafficking organizations.

There are a variety of crimes that pertain specifically to aliens who commit serious crimes in the United States that are uniquely pursued by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.  Among these crimes are:

8 U.S. Code § 1326 (Reentry of aliens who were previously removed from the United States)- which carries a maximum of 20 years in prison for aliens who are deemed to be “aggravated felons.”

8 U.S. Code § 1324 (Bringing in and harboring certain aliens).

18 U.S. Code § 1546 (Fraud and misuse of visas, permits, and other documents) can carry up to 25 years in prison when such crime is committed in conjunction with terrorism.

18 U.S. Code § 922 (Unlawful acts concerning firearms and ammunition) the following subsection addresses possession of firearms or ammunition by illegal aliens:

(5)who, being an alien—

(A)is illegally or unlawfully in the United States; or

(B)except as provided in subsection (y)(2), has been admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant visa (as that term is defined in section 101(a)(26) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(26)));

Additionally, the removal (deportation) of aliens helps to combat recidivism.  Criminal aliens who are no longer in the United States cannot carry out crimes in the United States.

Nevertheless, the Biden administration has gutted both border security and the enforcement of our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States.  Garland’s omission of immigration law enforcement from the efforts to help combat violent crime was clearly consistent with the policies of the Biden Administration.

Transnational gangs are running rampantly across the United States, frequently profiting by their involvement in the drug trade which has caused the deaths of tens of thousands of victims in the United States.

Gang violence causes many additional deaths- frequently within the ethnic immigrant communities where these criminals, from all over the world, now operate with impunity particularly in so-called “Sanctuary Cities” and “Sanctuary States.”

The preface of the official report 9/11 and  Terrorist Travel - Staff Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States began with the following paragraph:

It is perhaps obvious to state that terrorists cannot plan and carry out attacks in the United States if they are unable to enter the country. Yet prior to September 11, while there were efforts to enhance border security, no agency of the U.S. government thought of border security as a tool in the counterterrorism arsenal. Indeed, even after 19 hijackers demonstrated the relative ease of obtaining a U.S. visa and gaining admission into the United States, border security still is not considered a cornerstone of national security policy. We believe, for reasons we discuss in the following pages, that it must be made one.

Border security is national security, but perhaps the most overlooked element of immigration law enforcement is the enforcement of our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States. 

Page 54 of the above-cited report contained this excerpt under the title “3.2 Terrorist Travel Tactics by Plot.”

“…once in the United States terrorists and their supporters tried to get legal immigration status that would permit them to remain here, primarily by committing serial, or repeated, immigration fraud, by claiming political asylum, and by marrying Americans. Many of these tactics would remain largely unchanged and undetected throughout the 1990s and up to the 9/11 attack.”

Thus, abuse of the immigration system and a lack of interior immigration enforcement were unwittingly working together to support terrorist activity. It would remain largely unknown since no agency of the United States government analyzed terrorist travel patterns until after 9/11. This lack of attention meant that critical opportunities to disrupt terrorist travel and, therefore, deadly terrorist operations were missed.

I included that statement in my prepared testimony when, on March 10, 2005, I testified before a hearing conducted by the House Judiciary Committee, Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security and Claims on the topic,  Interior Immigration Enforcement Resources.

Advice for Garland, Biden and Mayorkas: as I noted in my prepared testimony for a hearing conducted by the Senate Judiciary Committee on July 12, 2006, “A nation without secure borders can no more stand than can a house without walls.”

Catholic Charities eager to ‘serve’ Afghan Muslim refugees while abandoning the most needy Christians

There is big money in the business of settling refugees. Never mind the fact that jihadists and a range of criminals are coming to America unvetted. Robert Spencer wrote about the astronomical size of it HERE.

It is easy for refugee resettlement advocates to find the right, tender words while laughing all the way to the bank, but it isn’t a pretty picture: hardworking Americans donate their money in trust, while their children’s future security diminishes year after year.

We are privileged to be part of Operation Allies Welcome, the federal effort to resettle 83,000 Afghans.

Unvetted Afghans, that is, and generally not Christians. In Afghanistan, the most needy are Christians who are in hiding with no way to escape. According to Open Doors USA, Afghanistan is the number one worst place in the world for Christians to live.

Across the globe, Open Doors found that there has been a 24% increase in Christians killed because of their faith. The West is regarded as a haven for Christians, but it hasn’t proven to be such in the last few years. Unvetted Muslim migration has proven to be a disastrous project for the EU, bringing with it escalating violent crimes, threats of jihad, Muslim rape gang activity, no-go zones, Sharia patrols, and the like.

Jihad Watch reported recently about a record-breaking 360 million Christians persecuted in 2021, and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban often called racist for guarding his borders, is among the very few who speak out.

So how are the “big-hearted” Catholic Charities and the US Conference of Catholic Bishops helping the world’s most needy: Christians? They aren’t.

Over 47 years, Catholic Charities has resettled more than 14,000 refugees from 60 countries into western North Carolina. It is our deep commitment to comfort and serve those we resettle.

In their first 90 days, we provide services to welcome and acclimate refugees to American culture and navigate our complex systems of healthcare, employment, housing, even grocery shopping.

We are privileged to be part of Operation Allies Welcome, the federal effort to resettle 83,000 Afghans. Although the sudden U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan meant our evacuees arrived in less than three months, not six as anticipated, we responded quickly by adding staff, working overtime, and collaborating with volunteers and partners.

Unfortunately, with so little affordable housing available, we were forced for the first time to place our clients in hotels as we search for permanent housing. We use suite-style hotels to help them feel at home, but the temporary nature understandably prolongs an unsettling transitory phase…

Canada is not vetting its refugees, illegals, or economic migrants. In fact, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau supports open borders no matter what. Who could forget the big welcome from globalist Trudeau, who also threw out a welcome mat even to returning Islamic State fighters? In 2018, Canada announced plans to “lead the charge” for the UN Migration Pact. And those whom Canada was welcoming weren’t persecuted Christians. Then a year later, Canada set out a country-wide plan to welcome more than 1,000,000 new immigrants over three years. It looks like the Trudeau Liberals were right on track: 1,000,000 unvetted Afghans want to come to Canada. What timing. Although the process hasn’t yet started to bring in nearly that amount, “Cabinet has proposed to raise the national quota to 411,000 more immigrants in 2022 and 421,000 in 2023.”

Canada is already under anti-Islamophobia M-103, and “Canadian Muslims have given Justin Trudeau a mandate to eliminate Islamophobia,” a priority for his government.

With the determined Canadian Muslim vote, Trudeau is geared up to win for years to come, while Canada has given no priority to national security, nor to vetting the quality of immigrants entering Canada. Yet still, the government is touting how good 1,000,000 Afghans will be for the country.

Afghans like most from Muslim countries also strongly support the Palestinian “resistance,” so given Canada’s ever-shifting demographic, expect anti-Semitism to be on the rise. Even Germany’s Angela Merkel admitted that anti-Semitism is coming to the country from “refugees or people of Arab origin.”

Canada is still a long way off from accepting the number of Afghan refugees it said it would.

The quota was originally 20,000 but then that number was doubled to 40,000.

In fact, the country’s Immigration Minister Sean Fraser says more than a million Afghans have asked to come to Canada and so far we’ve only accepted 6,750 to date, according to Blacklock’s Reporter.

“We look forward to welcoming even more Afghan refugees,” said Fraser.

“I anticipate that if we remain on track, sometime in the next calendar year, now that we’re in 2022, we will cross the 40,000 threshold.”

Afghanistan has a population of 40 million.

“The circumstances of course are heartbreaking in Afghanistan,” said Fraser. “It is not necessarily one million distinct applicants. I use the point to illustrate the pressures the system is facing when it comes to processing and identifying 40,000 cases that qualify.”

Last year, Canada welcomed 405,000 immigrants from all over the world, breaking the previous record of 400,870 in 1913.

It was the first increase in federal immigration quotas in a national recession.

Cabinet has proposed to raise the national quota to 411,000 more immigrants in 2022 and 421,000 in 2023.

What will those wily drug cartels think of next? This video makes me glad I don’t work for the U.S. Border Patrol.

The two-minute, 19-second video was posted on Monday to Funker530.com, a website owned and operated by combat veterans. It is footage recorded by a modified drone as it hovers directly over a small encampment and drops several small bombs. The first round of explosions is just occurring at the beginning of the video, after which half a dozen or so figures can be seen running from the target area. The drone then drops three more bombs, which also detonate upon impact. Then the drone surveys the area for perhaps half a minute more before it either malfunctions or is struck by something, and it spins wildly for another minute before the video ends.

The video’s poster goes by an obvious pseudonym (Will Killmore) and describes himself as a decorated airborne combat vet who then trained to become a journalist. He writes that reports indicate the drone was operated by the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. “Killmore” claims that drone mods were first pioneered by ISIS in Iraq and Syria, but this one was unusual because it was capable of dropping several of the petite bombs at once.

Funker530 describes its mission on its Patreon page as striving to “bring the public an unfiltered view into conflicts unfolding around the globe.” The group says, “Our veteran writers do their best to use their experiences to analyze and translate footage so that the general public can better understand the world outside of their bubble.” Funker530 is trying to archive combat footage, which it calls “crucial pieces of history,” that it says Big Tech social media platforms delete every day. “We have been told by YouTube that they may be deleting our YouTube channel within the next 30 days, which will destroy the largest archive of combat footage from Afghanistan and Iraq. As far as the rest of the world is concerned, those specific events will have never occurred,” warns Funker 530.

What sort of identification do you need to fly from a U.S. airport? According to the Transporation Security Agency (TSA), there are 16 forms of ID you can use to board an airplane. Generally, they include any government-issued ID like a driver’s license or a passport as well as military IDs, transportation worker cards, and a border crossing card.

And, if you’re an illegal alien and can’t manufacture your own ID or buy it, you can use your government-issued arrest warrant.

Responding to Republican Texas Rep. Lance Gooden’s Dec. 15 inquiry about illegal migrants flying across the country, TSA Administrator David Pekoske explained that certain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documents may be considered acceptable forms of alternate identification for non-citizens, including a “Warrant for Arrest of Alien” and a “Warrant of Removal/Deportation.”

“TSA’s response confirms the Biden Administration is knowingly putting our national security at risk,” Gooden told the DCNF. “Unknown and unvetted immigrants shouldn’t even be in the country, much less flying without proper identification.”

It must be comforting to illegal aliens to know that getting arrested won’t keep them from flying the friendly skies.

“TSA is committed to ensuring that all travelers, regardless of immigration status, are pre-screened before they arrive to the airport, have their pre-screening status and identification verified at security checkpoints, and receive appropriate screening based on risk before entering the sterile area of the airport,” Pekoske wrote.

Pekoske outlined that the alien identification number found on a DHS document is processed through one or both of the following databases: the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) One mobile application or TSA’s National Transportation Vetting Center (NTVC).

Individuals who use the alternate forms of identification undergo extra screening, according to the letter.

We’re sure that all this screening will be very informative and perhaps even interesting. But the primary question being asked isn’t how much screening is done but rather will the screening make the public safer?

Certainly, the TSA isn’t going to let a known terrorist fly, regardless of their immigration status, right?

Right?

The BBC says that Malik Faisal Akram, the Texas synagogue hostage-taker, was investigated by MI5 just prior to coming to America.

Akram arrived in the U.S. from London on Dec. 29 of last year. Given the British authorities’ track record in terrorist investigations, Rep. Gooden might have a good point.

Gooden earlier told the DCNF that he was told by a border patrol officer that “they often have to take migrants at their word that they are who they say they are” when issuing DHS documents accepted by TSA as alternate forms of identification.

If an identity cannot be verified through a database search, an airport’s Federal Security Director (FSD) is left to determine any extra screening process or decide to deny the individual entry, according to the letter.

There is always going to be a conflict between liberty and security in a free country. That’s not what’s at stake by allowing criminal illegal aliens the privilege of flying in the U.S.

The stakes are far higher. The Constitution, as has been said many times, is not a suicide pact. But are we supposed to bend over backward in allowing illegal aliens to travel because it might hurt their feelings if we were to require them to have the same identification as legal residents and citizens?

A migrant caravan with roughly 600 migrants headed toward the United States from Honduras was stopped at the Guatemalan border shortly after.

When an estimated 300 of the migrants seeking to illegally immigrate arrived at the Izabal province of Guatemala, law enforcement with “anti-riot” gear was prepared to halt the massive group in their tracks, ABC News reported.

Thirty-six of those migrants were already deported back to Honduras, whereas 10 of them got the green light to continue their trek, the outlet added.

The migrants are now being told to go back to their home countries or stay in the country if they have proper documentation.

The group was mostly comprised of people from Cuba, Nicaragua, and Honduras, according to Border Report.

Migrants will occasionally travel in caravans through Central America in hopes of illegally immigrating to the United States in a way that they perceive to be safer and less expensive than traveling alone or working with smugglers.

Although many of these people may be headed to the U.S. for good reasons, the Guatemalan government was right to prevent the caravan from going any further.

These caravans, primarily because of their sheer size, pose significant health and public safety threats.

First off, there’s a reason why Guatemala is requiring proof of vaccination and a negative COVID-19 test. The principle of mandatory vaccination is obviously flawed, but there is still enough reasonable concern about the spread of the illness to solicit a negative test prior to entry.

There’s no clear vetting process for the people in these caravans, so it’s impossible to know everybody’s background. This leaves the door open for drug trafficking, violence, and numerous other crimes to occur. Guatemala is simply doing its duty to protect its citizens, which in turn will benefit the U.S.

The U.S. Customs and Border Patrol has been overwhelmed with droves of illegal immigrants making their way across the border, which has been met with little action from the Biden administration.

In the 2021 fiscal year, there were over 1.7 million border encounters, according to government data. For the 2022 fiscal year, which includes October and November 2021, there have already been 338,000 encounters, and that does not even factor in the soon-to-be-released December figures.

As the winter months bring cooler yet more bearable weather to Mexico and the American Southwest, it would not be surprising if more caravans form. Hopefully, other governments will take action to process these caravans, discourage them from arriving at the U.S. border, and take the strain off of American forces.

New York Mayor Eric Adams on Sunday allowed legislation that will allow over 800,000 noncitizens to vote in municipal elections to automatically become law.

Opponents of the law, which was passed by the City Council, have already vowed to challenge it. Unless a judge ultimately stops the legislation from being implemented, New York will be the biggest city in the nation to give the vote to non-citizens, although 15 municipalities across the country currently allow it.

Under the new law, the Board of Elections must now begin drawing an implementation plan by July. That includes voter registration rules and provisions for the creation of separate ballots for municipal races in order to prevent noncitizens from voting in state and federal races.

The legislation allows noncitizens to vote who have been lawful permanent residents of the city for at least 30 days, along with “Dreamers” and all those authorized to work in the U.S., to participate in elections for mayor, city council members, borough presidents, comptroller and public advocate.

Noncitizens will have the chance to vote for the first time in 2023.

“We build a stronger democracy when we include the voices of immigrants,” said former City Councilmember Ydanis Rodriguez, a leading advocate for the legislation.

Rodriguez has now been appointed by Adams as Transportation Commissioner.

Adams had previously cast uncertainty over the legislation’s fate when he voiced concern about the month-long residency standard but later affirmed that those concerns did not mean he would veto.

Because Adams failed to take action within his 30-day time limit, it automatically became law at midnight Sunday.

“I believe that New Yorkers should have a say in their government, which is why I have and will continue to support this important legislation,” the Democrat mayor said in a statement Saturday night, adding that dialogue with colleagues dispelled his earlier concerns.

Former Mayor Bill de Blasio expressed similar concerns before leaving office but did not move to veto the bill.

Some states, including Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, and Florida, have enacted rules to preemptively prohibit laws like the one passed in New York City.

New York Republicans have blasted the law.

Chair of the New York State Republican Committee Nick Langworthy called the bill “perhaps the worst idea out of New York City Democrats ever.”

“This radical legislation is unconstitutional, un-American, and downright dangerous. This not only will undermine the credibility of local city elections but will undoubtedly interfere with the integrity of state and national elections across New York State. Democrats do not get to create their own brand of citizenship to manipulate elections,” Langworthy stated, pledging to “use every single legal method to stop it.”

Minority Leader Joe Borelli joined Langworthy in condemning the legislation, noting that the New York Democrats will be granting a right to vote to people who are citizens of other countries and have a right to vote there. “If they want to vote here, they should go through the process of becoming citizens, because that is how you show a real commitment to being a part of this city and this country,” he added.

Democrats also want to radically reshape voting at the federal level. Their proposed “For the People Act” would force states to eliminate safeguards against electoral fraud with the ostensible aim of promoting democracy, but which critics say would weaken election integrity and result in the federalization of elections.

According to a summary of the proposal, the bill “expands voter registration and voting access” by requiring automatic and same-day registration while limiting states’ and localities’ ability to purge voter rolls. It would also mandate nationwide universal mail-in voting and put an end to voter ID requirements.

The challenges of passing a bill as ambitious as the For the People Act have led Democrats to release updated versions of “election reform” in the hopes of finding better success within their slim congressional majority. They are expected to soon bring the Freedom to Vote Act, which died in the Senate in October, back for reconsideration.

Provisions found in the Freedom to Vote Act that aren’t in the For the People Act include allowing certain election officials to sue if they are undeservedly removed from office, increasing protections against intimidating election workers, and allowing voters to sue if their vote is not counted.

Democrats simultaneously want to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act, which is intended to stop “discrimination” against nonwhite voters.

“When we get piled upon one another in large cities, as in Europe, we shall become as corrupt as Europe,” warned Thomas Jefferson more than two centuries ago. Anyone taking this seriously will find it troubling that certain prominent Americans, such as commentator Glenn Beck, have supported the expansion of the U.S.’s population to one billion people via continued immigration. And one person who is taking this very seriously is Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

On Tuesday night, Carlson opened his show pointing out that our biggest problems generally get the least attention and are thus allowed to fester. And here’s a big one: With the United States’s fertility rate below replacement level (2.1 children per woman) at 1.781, native-born Americans’ numbers are shrinking. Yet our population continues growing for one — and only one — reason: (im)migration.

What’s more, with immigrationists holding political and cultural sway, there’s impetus not to halt or reduce our human imports, but to increase them.

Carlson introduced the issue thus:

The size of your population matters very much. The size determines a nation’s character. It often determines its fate…. The United States is growing faster than most Americans understand. If you were born in 1969 … you arrived in a country with a little over 200 million people in it. There are now 334 million people in it. That’s an awful lot of new people in an awfully short time. How many people is that exactly? Well, it’s nearly twice the population of the entire western United States. That’s 13 states, including California. That is massive and incredibly rapid demographic growth, and it’s accelerating.

Immigration is now at the highest level ever recorded in American history. So is the number of foreign-born already living here. Over just the last year, roughly two million people from the Third World came across our borders illegally. All of them arrived with the blessing of the White House. It makes you wonder what sort of economy Joe Biden imagines we’re going to have going forward. Domestic manufacturing is in steep decline, automation is replacing many of the low-skilled jobs that still remain. So what are these millions of new people going to be doing for work 20 years from now? They can’t all be Nancy Pelosi’s housekeepers. They can’t all bus tables at the French Laundry in Napa.

The irony is that the immigrationist Left once claimed to care about “overpopulation” and its strain on resources. Yet a simple reality, the 600-pound demographic gorilla in the center of the room, is now rarely discussed: If current immigration trends continue, our 334 million population will become 500 million.

Then 800 million.

Then one billion — and beyond.

In fact, figures ranging from Matt Yglesias to Glenn Beck have proposed stoking immigration further to reach the latter number (to, their theory goes, “compete” with China). We seldom ask, however, how many people are too many, notes Carlson.

Statist politicians won’t ask because more “bodies in a country mean more power for the people who run it,” the commentator also stated. “Big nations need big governments.” He then warned:

That’s bad news for the rest of us. First, and most obviously, big governments don’t treat their citizens very well…. The larger a bureaucracy becomes, the more impersonal it gets. Past a certain size, organizations of any kind lose their regard for people. As they get bigger, they get blunter, more soulless and cruel. The people in charge no longer care what you think. They don’t have to worry about how their policies will affect you or your family. And that’s the inevitable product of population growth. If you had five children, you would bathe them all in love and attention. If you had 5,000 children, you wouldn’t know their names.

Carlson’s quotable last line should become a mantra. For many commentators have discussed our (im)migration’s qualitative nature — i.e., 85 to 90 percent of our post-1967 (im)migrants have hailed from the Third World, and 70 to 90 percent of them have historically voted for statists (Democrats) upon naturalization. But quantity matters, too.

Harking back to Jefferson’s warning, is it a coincidence that our big cities are Democrat bastions, rural areas are heavily Republican, and suburbs are somewhere in-between? Sure, much of this has to do with large metropolises often being heavily black/Asian-descent/Hispanic and the countryside being primarily white (and the suburbs being a mixture) and those groups’ voting, respectively, mainly Democrat and mainly Republican — but not all of it. For example, Salt Lake City, Utah, is almost 66 percent non-Hispanic white but voted heavily Democrat in the last election.

The reality is that overcrowding is unhealthful. Consider ethologist John B. Calhoun’s 20th-century experiments in which mice were forced to live in limited space, but were provided ample food and freedom from disease and predation. Breeding led to overcrowding and, ultimately, the kinds of social ills plaguing our big cities: greater aggression among dominant males; homosexuality; “absentee fatherhood” that forced females to fend for themselves; “child abuse”; and, eventually, anti-social behavior, self-absorption, and narcissism and an associated decline in fertility (and then extinction).

While we must extrapolate animal studies to people with caution — man has a spiritual dimension as well — we’re also of the flesh and subject to many of nature’s rules. Thus does the above amount to a cautionary tale.

Then there’s what I call The Phenomenon of the Bathroom. If you live alone, your bathroom is always available; if you have one roommate, it will occasionally be occupied when you want it, but not usually. But what if you live with 10 other people in the same apartment?

The bathroom will rarely be free; what’s more, some people will be inconsiderate (not self-governing) and monopolize it. This will lead to the regulation of the bathroom and perhaps penalties for rule-breakers. This is a metaphor, of course, for how overcrowding begets big government.

As for Carlson (his video segment is below), he also made a point summed up well by a Herb Stein paraphrase: “If something can’t go on, it won’t.” Our immigration-born system, along with our moral decay, are, to use a fashionable term, unsustainable. Either we collapse them — or they’ll collapse us.

Montana has far less government and more freedom than Germany. Could this partially be because, while the two are roughly the same size, Montana has one million people and Germany 83 million?

Of course, though, statist politicians who know that densely populated big cities will empower them will want America to be Gotham coast to coast.

Donald Trump has come out in full support of Viktor Orban in Hungary’s upcoming spring election. The two share the priority of putting their country’s citizens and laws first and strengthening national security and the economy.

Last summer, during a Tucker Carlson interview, Orban referenced Trump as “a great friend of Hungary” and praised his "America first" foreign policy.”

The two are frequently bashed by globalists for taking national security seriously and protecting the cultures of their nations. Hungary spends tens of millions to rebuild churches and Christian communities destroyed by jihadis in the Middle East, yet has been referenced by globalists in derogatory terms such as “racist” and “xenophobic.”

While Western globalists swing their doors open to unvetted Muslim migrants, Christians are nowhere adequately aided by globalist-led countries.

Hungarian Foreign Affairs Minister Peter Szijjarto has rightly stated:

Orban has remained unapologetically steadfast in protecting the country’s Christian character from an unvetted Muslim migrant invasion, unlike Britain and EU globalist-governed countries. The EU has resisted Orban at every turn, trying to impose Muslim migrant quotas on Hungary and other EU countries which are trying to protect their culture and identity. Trump was widely condemned for temporarily halting immigration from a handful of Muslim countries that were actually selected by the Obama Administration as being unable or unwilling to provide adequate information about those trying to enter the US.

Orbán was first prime minister from 1998 till 2002 when his party — Fidesz — was forced into the opposition for eight years before he came been back in power in 2010 and won reelection in 2014 and 2018.

While he is Hungary’s longest-serving prime minister, he will go up against a largely unified opposition this spring when he attempts to secure a fourth consecutive term in office.

1.9 Million Migrants Apprehended Along Southwest Border, 500,000 ‘Got Away’

Border Patrol agents apprehended more than 1.9 million migrants who illegally crossed the southwest border with Mexico between ports of entry during 2021. Another estimated half-million migrants managed to avoid apprehension and sneak into the U.S.

Unofficial numbers indicate that Border Patrol agents assigned to the nine southwest border sectors apprehended approximately 1,929,000 migrants who illegally crossed between ports of entry in 2021. Official U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reports revealed that agents apprehended 1,773,674 migrants through the first 11 months of the year. A source operating under the umbrella of CBP told Breitbart Texas that, with three days to go, agents apprehended approximately 156,000 migrants in December to date.

In addition to the apprehension of migrants, officials disclosed to Breitbart that a minimum 428,000 migrants are reported as “got aways.” The known got-away count is updated daily by the Border Patrol, according to the source. The data is entered into a system of record easily accessible to agency leaders. The metric is usually not released by DHS. The estimate is achieved by counting migrants who ultimately escape apprehension after being observed by aircraft and camera systems. Agents also use traditional sign-cutting techniques to identify footprints.

Agents previously told Breitbart the numbers of got aways are likely much higher this year because of the constant flow of migrants being apprehended along the southern border impedes the agency’s ability to adequately patrol miles of the border. The absence of routine patrols is driving the got-away numbers up as there are no available Border Patrol agents to respond to electronic sensors, camera activations, and unmanned aerial surveillance sightings.

Combining the actual apprehension totals and the got aways, nearly 2.4 million migrants illegally crossed the border between ports of entry this year.

There is both bad news and good news for Planned Parenthood these days. Even while abortion made a brief stop once again at the Supreme Court, its numbers are dropping.

A few years ago, abortion hit its lowest rate since it was legalized. The drop in abortion rates parallels the fall in birth rates. Both stem from a decline in pregnancies.

America isn’t becoming more moral, only more lonely.

A recent New York Times headline declared, “The Married Will Soon Be the Minority”. But it’s not just the married, but anyone in a relationship or who is connected to other people.

Marriage rates hit an all-time low around the same time, with the single population rising sharply. But the singles weren’t just postponing marriage in favor of extended relationships, because there was also a sharp drop in the rates of physical intimacy between men and women.

Americans were becoming more lonely even before the pandemic. The arrival of the pandemic divided families, cut off grandparents from grandchildren, parents from adult children, children from other children, and made the country an even more lonely and isolated place.

Over the pandemic year, the nation’s population grew by only 0.1%. According to the Census Bureau, that was “the lowest rate since the nation’s founding.” Its estimate also showed that for the first time "net international migration... has exceeded natural increase for a given year."

America’s population has been declining for a while, but the pandemic was particularly catastrophic with international migration easily topping excess births at 244,622 to 148,043.

The demographic snapshot of a society coming apart, the familial, civic, and cultural bonds between Americans dissolving even as growth comes from mass migration is a familiar story from Europe. Internally and externally, we are becoming a society in name only, linked by the legal technicalities of a vast bureaucracy and a disposable multinational consumer culture.

To understand the wave of wokeness and other political cults consuming our civic culture, we need only observe that a third of Americans now have no religion: a number that has doubled in under 15 years. Growing numbers have no family, no children, and little more than their jobs.

And that is why we have open borders. Someone has to fill all those jobs. Generations of Republican leaders defined America as a place where people came to work. Every illegal alien at the border was evidence that our way of life worked at least insofar as economics went. Likewise, it appeared that our culture worked because it was so popular around the world.

Cold War logic reduced America to a marketplace. If the country passed the rigorous test of the market, then the rest was bound to fall into place. But after the Cold War came and went, mass migration and mass culture continued to hollow out the country. Free enterprise is vital to a free society, but it isn’t, for most people, the thing that gives them meaning and purpose.

A nation cannot exist as nothing more than a series of workplaces and stores in which tokens earned at the former are then spent at the latter. Mistaking the economic machinery for a nation is the fallacy of assuming that man is nothing more than the sum of his biological systems.

What happens to a society whose people have no reason to go on beyond their set routines interspersed with bouts of hedonism? What happens to a nation that loses its soul?

Europe had answered that question a generation or two before we did. Unfortunately, we did not pay attention to the answer. America lasted longer because we retained our convictions of exceptionalism, our faith, and our family ties longer than Europe did. But with every passing year the cities of the New World with their hipster elites and multicultural labor forces, and subsidized dying rural areas, resemble the decadence of the Old World that their ancestors once escaped.

The restrictions of the pandemic made sense to those elites in exactly the way that it infuriated the rural and working classes. Lockdowns, remote meetings, and masks allowed the elites to retreat further behind a digital iron curtain, serviced by unobtrusive servants, real and virtual, AI and gig workers, freed from having to even leave their apartments to enjoy the pleasures of life.

It never occurred to them, and still doesn’t, that most people don’t want to live that way.

Beyond the now-famous population crash in New York and California, and the population rise in Texas and Florida is the fact that the highest percentage population growth took place in Idaho, followed by Utah and Montana, while the largest percentage losses were suffered by Washington D.C., New York, and Illinois. Some of those numbers can be explained by people from the latter places making their way to the former. But that does not explain all of it.

Americans are experiencing an internal migration and counter-migration, traveling to city-states like New York City and Los Angeles County for economic purposes, and leaving them in pursuit of meaningful connections and a different way of life. It’s why one of the underreported stories in the nation’s demographics has been the black population leaving New York City for the South.

Behind the statistics, the columns of black numbers on white paper are a spiritual crisis that is much more difficult to fit between the narrow lines of government statistical forms.

A nation needs vertical and horizontal connections, people to other people, and to something above them, a sense of awe and destiny, and without them, it withers and dies. The pandemic reaffirmed to many elites their conviction that there are no meaningful connections, that other people are threats and irritants, and that man is just an intelligent ape existing on the random sufferance of a cruel universe that can blot all of us out in a single instant.

It is not at all irrational for anyone living with the conviction of fragility and meaninglessness to panic at the pandemic, global warming, or the threat of nuclear war. If the only order in the universe comes from the arrangement of its underlying forces, then doom is only a matter of time. And the only way to contain the catastrophe is by imposing a totalitarian order.

There is little room in this gloomy universe for the future. That’s why the hipster elites, in between Uber trips to bars and eateries, avoid human connections, escape into digital carpe diems, and reject the idea of having children because they don’t expect mankind to survive global warming, or of whatever crisis comes next to justify their lack of faith in the future.

Their needs, for clean floors, for customer service, or takeout, can be met by a disposable labor force in America or in China. Natural population growth just hastens the apocalypse anyway.

Against this tide of elite despair which permeates the culture that they produce and that has been all but written into law, some cultural resistance continues. Every child born is itself a form of resistance to this elite vision of a cold universe and its even colder technocratic counterparts on this world which would raise children in digital wombs to grow up to be the last of their kind.

In this generation, for the first time in our nation’s history, most Americans have abandoned hope that the future will be better. The low birth rates, the lack of relationships, and the social collapse are all the fruits of the same poisoned tree. Defeating that defeatism will not be easy and our leaders have offered little more than shopworn cliches as the nation’s culture declined.

But despair is not inevitable. It’s the vacuum that forms when there is nothing left to believe in.

Globalization atomizes us. It breaks us up into discrete and isolated groups in the name of diversity, in the name of progress, and in the name of making us more manageable. Fragmented people have less to aspire to beyond their creature comforts. They are easier to soothe with an expansion of the welfare state, a new hate object, and a smartphone model.

The alternative is to rebuild those connections that make life meaningful, national and familial, and without which nations turn childless and are easily swamped by mass migration.

The Left didn’t just open up the borders around the body of our nation, it hollowed out its soul. A lonely nation of isolates wrapped in their digital cocoons is easy prey for technocratic globalism.

These latest numbers are a warning sign that America is much closer to becoming Europe than we thought. To defeat the threat of demographic replacement and illegal migration, we have to build walls not only around our borders but around our culture, our communities, and our families. We have to not only fight against what we don’t want but to fight for what we do.

Pennsylvania Gets Christmas-Day Delivery of Illegal Aliens From Biden Claus

Some people call them “ghost flights” — federally chartered planes that arrive in the dead of night at airports far from the U.S. border and deep inside the country’s interior. They drop off their cargo of illegal aliens, who are immediately boarded onto waiting buses and distributed who-knows-where. Flight manifests are never made available by the government, even to the contractors who fly the planes for them and especially not to local officials.

On Christmas Day, the Wilkes Barre-Scranton International Airport in Pennsylvania received two such flights, and local Republicans are trying to get to the bottom of it.

“No one was made aware of it. They did their very best to make this very secretive,” Rep. Dan Meuser (R-Penn.) said on NewsMax TV’s National Report on Monday. “Planeloads of underage migrants are being secretly flown into northeast Pennsylvania with the idea of quietly resettling them across the region, and so it’s not just one plane thus far. It’s been four and it is, in fact, confirmed. And we are receiving no information at all. I have letters out to Sec. Mayorkas at the Dept. of Homeland Security. We have other calls into the State Dept.”

Meuser sent a letter to Sec. Mayorkas in which he referred to an earlier ghost flight that had landed in Scranton on Dec. 17. “It is my understanding that a total of 130 immigrants, 118 minors and 12 adults, arrived aboard an iAero charter flight on Friday, Dec. 17, and were subsequently transported on buses from a private hangar,” he wrote. “This flight seems to have occurred without airport officials receiving notice or a passenger manifest.”

On Sunday, Meuser learned that two more flights arrived in Scranton. A fourth flight is scheduled to land on Dec. 30.

“The lack of communication and transparency surrounding this process is unacceptable,” he said. “Your agency failed to notify me or any other local officials of these activities, leaving us unable to answer the concerns of constituents in the communities we represent. Pennsylvanians deserve to know about these decisions affecting their community.”

Lou Barletta, who previously represented Pennsylvania’s 11th district in the U.S. Congress (where he pushed back hard against the Obama administration’s lax immigration policies) is currently running for Governor of Pennsylvania. On his website, he noted the after-dark Christmas Day illegal immigrant drop-offs:

Two more chartered airplanes originating in El Paso, Texas landed at Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport on Christmas night, adding to the evidence that illegal immigrants are being flown to Northeast Pennsylvania without citizens’ knowledge. The two flights originated in El Paso, stopped in Cincinnati, and landed in Pennsylvania at 6:48 p.m. and 8:47 p.m. on December 25, according to FlightAware.com. The air carrier was World Atlantic Airlines, which contracts with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to transport illegal immigrants.

On Dec. 23, Barletta sent a letter of protest to Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf and Atty. Gen. Josh Shapiro regarding the Dec. 17 ghost flight. He concluded his letter with a series of questions for the state leadership:

Was there indeed a flight from El Paso to Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport on December 17, 2021, for the purpose of transporting illegal immigrants?
  1. Were you aware of this flight?
  2. If so, what was your reasoning for permitting it to land?
  3. If you permitted the flight to land, why were the citizens of Pennsylvania not informed?
  4. How were criminal background checks conducted on the passengers?
  5. How did you determine the passengers’ COVID-19 or vaccination status?
  6. How many passengers were on board and where are they now?
  7. Will there be more such flights in the future?
  8. If you were not aware of the flight, will you commit to an investigation to determine how this was allowed to occur without your knowledge?

The only answer Barletta received to his questions was two additional illegal immigrant distributions on Christmas Day.

Ghost flights are a prevalent facet of the Biden administration’s policy of demographic transformation; socialism-accustomed, future-democrat-voting colonizers are distributed throughout the nation at taxpayer expense. These globalist-socialist settler transports typically occur in the dead of night, and airport workers are instructed not to discuss what they see — clear indicators that the government is well aware it’s doing something against the will of the people and quite possibly illegal.

It is impossible to argue that this mass importation of impoverished, dependent, culturally incongruent colonizers is in any way good for America. Any parent who ever spent five years paying for a child’s braces or struggled to afford the local school taxes must be choking on his or her rage at the liability the Biden administration is nonchalantly heaping on all our shoulders. With anywhere from 14 million to 25 million or more illegal aliens in the U.S., depending on whose estimate you subscribe to, the cost to taxpayers is staggering. Overwhelmed schools, unpaid hospital bills, uninsured accidents, and crime without restitution are the gifts bestowed upon law-abiding citizens by our government’s indefensible immigration practices.

Americans would rather get a lump of coal in their stocking than a special midnight delivery from Brandon Air.

Republicans move to ban federal funds to states, cities that allow non-citizens to vote

Several liberal municipalities from San Francisco to New York have moved to allow non-citizens to cast ballots in local elections.

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., is leading a coalition of Republicans in Congress to sponsor legislation that would ban federal funding to states or localities that allow foreigners to vote in U.S. elections.

The new legislation, dubbed the Protecting Our Democracy by Preventing Foreign Citizens from Voting Act, was introduced after many liberal municipalities from San Francisco to New York had moved in 2021 to allow non-citizens to cast ballots in local elections.

“It’s ridiculous that states are allowing foreign citizens to vote,” Rubio said. “However, if states and localities do let those who are not U.S. citizens to vote in elections, they shouldn’t get U.S. citizen taxpayer money.”

The measure is being cosponsored by GOP Sens. Steve Daines of Montana, Thom Tillis of North Carolina, John Kennedy, of Louisiana, Rick Scott of Florida, and James Lankford, R-Oklahoma.

Rep. Jeff Duncan, R-S.C., plans to introduce companion legislation in the House. 
  
“Voting in this country is a right that should solely be limited to American citizens. Allowing non-citizens or illegal immigrants to vote, even if only in state or local elections, gives foreign nationals influence on some of the most important decisions impacting our families, our rights, and our representation in government,” Duncan said. 

Daines said he was concerned that “far-left states and cities have moved to disenfranchise Americans by allowing non-citizens to participate in our elections.”

Kennedy said the move toward non-citizen voting makes a mockery of U.S. citizenship.”

The proposed federal law comes a few months after Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger proposed an amendment to his state’s constitution banning non-citizen voting in his state.

“From New York City to San Francisco, more and more extreme liberal jurisdictions are extending voting to non-citizens,” he told Just the News. “Citizens-only voting has overwhelming bipartisan support.”

Rubio’s new bill would prohibit federal funds from going to any state or local government that allows foreign citizens to vote in any federal, state, or local election and require all state or local governments to certify they do not allow foreign citizens to vote when applying for federal funding.

The issue of non-citizen voting first came to a boil at the end of the 2018 Georgia governor’s race, when Democrat Stacey Abrams suggested the “blue wave” of voters she hoped would put in her office included the “documented and undocumented,” the latter a liberal preferred term for illegal aliens.

Republicans from eventual winner Brian Kemp to President Donald Trump alleged she was calling for foreigners to vote. Abrams denied it, saying she only meant that illegal aliens are part of the constituency she planned to represent and was not seeking ineligible voters to cast ballots.

But within two years, several liberal communities have begun the process of allowing non-citizens to vote in local elections. A 1994 congressionally-passed law prohibits non-citizens from voting in elections for federal officeholders.

In Vermont, the cities of Montpelier and Winooski, both with populations under 8,000, have approved allowing non-citizens to cast ballots in municipal elections for mayor, city council, and school board.

San Francisco, nine cities in Maryland, and two communities in Massachusetts have all approved noncitizen voting, although the latter are still awaiting state legislative approval. And Chicago, New York City, and Los Angeles are also moving forward with plans to allow foreign citizens to vote in local U.S. elections.

New York’s City Council voted earlier this month to allow 800,000 non-citizens lawfully residing in the city to vote in municipal elections. 

Biden Let 600,000 Migrants Illegally Enter Without Testing or Vax Mandate

Mark Morgan, former acting commissioner of Customs and Border Protection, said on Thursday’s edition of the Breitbart News Daily podcast with host Alex Marlow that the Biden administration exempts migrants crossing the southern border from coronavirus testing and vaccine mandates while imposing such decrees on Americans.

President Joe Biden has repeatedly framed acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination as a “patriotic” action, most recently linking vaccines with “patriotism” and getting vaccinated as a “patriotic duty.”

Morgan said, “[Joe Biden] said that it’s unpatriotic for you not to get a vaccine. Meanwhile, it’s this president’s policies that have incentivized two million apprehensions during his first eleven and a half months of office. Another number that’s very important: 600,000 got-aways, That’s 600,000 illegal aliens that have broken into our country and invaded, and why? Because 60, 70 percent of our Border Patrol resources are pulled off the front line, pulled off the national security mission to process two million [migrants].”

Morgan said none of the migrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border since Biden’s inauguration have been screened as to their vaccination status or tested for COVID-19.

“Three million [migrants] in 12 months that tried to illegally enter our country,” he stated, “and guess what? Guess how many are being tested, and guess how many are being mandated to be vaccinated. Zero. So of the three million that have attempted — the six hundred thousand that have been successful, the other six, seven hundred thousand that this administration has allowed in to illegally enter — they’re not testing them, nor is there any vaccine mandate for those individuals, and they’re being flown to every town, city, and state in this country. On what planet does that make sense?”

He concluded, “The president gets out and talks about the variant, and how it’s our patriotic duty to get vaccinated, while he knows that he’s allowing in tens of thousands every single week into this country  unvaccinated, and we know that a minimum of 25 percent of the illegal aliens crossing our borders have active COVID.”

The Tide of Afghan Refugees to U.S. is Only Beginning

Biden brought tens of thousands of unvetted Afghans to America, the vast majority of whom had no visas and were not eligible for anything.

Call that Phase 1.

Since then the State Department and the Biden administration have been negotiating with the Taliban to bring over everyone else.

Call that Phase 2.

What’s Phase 2 going to look like? Take that 50,000 and double it. At the very least.

More than 60,000 Afghan interpreters and others who have applied for visas to seek shelter in the U.S. after working alongside American forces still remain in Afghanistan, a State Department official said Thursday.

About 33,000 Afghans, including principal applicants and their families, have already cleared the more-onerous vetting requirements and could be eligible for immediate evacuation. This is the first time that the State Department has provided a number on those left behind since the Afghanistan government collapsed this summer.

A total of 62,000 Afghans are believed to have been left behind, the official said.

Some “conservatives” are jumping all over this to demand that they all be brought to America yesterday, but as I’ve been writing for years, the vast majority of these people are not “interpreters”, they were employed by the United States or some contractors associated with us in some capacity. And then all their kids and spouses and relatives have to come along too.

The State Department official said that the remaining 29,000 visa applicants are in earlier stages of the application process. The figure doesn’t include their family members at this stage. The vetting steps aim to verify their employment history and check for connections to U.S.-designated terrorist groups.

There will be no vetting. We know this because there was no vetting with the tens of thousands that the Biden administration already brought to America.

Likewise, the vetting here will most likely involve running their names (or the names they’re providing) through a database to see if anything pops up.

If it doesn’t, they’ve been “vetted”.

The U.S. is co-organizing a couple of flights a week, but scheduling depends on conditions at Kabul airport—which is only partly operational—and the weather. It could take until well into 2022 to complete the evacuation of those who already qualify for flights. If the other 29,000 visa applicants pass vetting, they too would become eligible for evacuation along with their immediate family members.

We’re easily looking at 100,000. If not more.

And by 2022, they will have discovered tens of thousands of more “interpreters”. Too many media “conservatives” are falling for this scam in a knee-jerk effort to attack the Biden administration. Much like they stupidly complained about the airstrike that took out someone they thought was a suicide bomber. Instead of attacking the Biden administration for the right thing which is opening the country to a huge number of migrants from a hostile culture, some of whom are or will become terrorists.

Pro-migration activists escalating race-themed ‘hate’ PR campaigns against critics of mass migration

The latter point does not matter to Leftist pro-migration activists. They claim to represent “human rights” and opposition to racism but ignore the global jihad, which inflicts the worst human rights abuses globally. They care nothing about the astronomical numbers of jihadist blacks who are murdering Christian blacks in Africa. To Leftists, some black lives don’t matter. Useful idiots scream “racism” at critics of irresponsible immigration policies, dismissing those critics who are from multiracial groups. Meanwhile, advocacy for open-door immigration policies threatens the sovereignty and security of Western countries.

Heidi Beirich is a hardcore Leftist activist who formerly led the SPLC’s “Intelligence Project.” Beirich is now working with another “social justice” activist group, the Global Project Against Hate and Extremism. She insists contra-factually that “the argument for curbing immigration is just a ‘white nationalist’ argument that America should be for white people, and everybody else is somehow subpar and doesn’t belong.”

Beirich took a run at me in the Toronto Star, calling me “anti-Muslim” for writing for Jihad Watch after I was fired by the Trudeau Liberal government for criticizing Islam. She was quoted as saying that “Douglass-Williams has been ‘on the anti-Muslim circuit for some time’ and has written hundreds of articles for Jihad Watch since 2012.” She falsely asserts that Jihad Watch is “anti-Muslim.” Jihad Watch is about the stealth and violent jihad; is she then insinuating that all Muslims are jihadists?

She and a colleague landed the Southern Poverty Law Center in a lawsuit for falsely designating the Center for Immigration Studies as a “hate group.” And after Robert Spencer was blacklisted by Mastercard, Beirich said: “We want PayPal, we want Mastercard, we want all of them to stop servicing hate groups.” And she herself is the self-appointed arbiter of what constitutes a hate group.

In 2017, Judicial Watch warned that evidence had emerged that Middle Eastern jihadists were entering the United States across the Mexican border. It is a common-sense observation that jihadists on a mission of conquest would exploit open borders. But Leftists, especially those who materially gain from the business of open-door migration, continue to defame and libel genuinely concerned citizens. Should anyone oppose the obvious dangers of open-door immigration policies, they are called “racists,” “Islamophobes,” “anti-Muslim,” and “white supremacists.”

Meanwhile, jihad training camps have been operating “in America’s back yard,” and with the opportunity that reckless open-door immigration policies offer, and the fact that martyrdom is the jihadist’s ultimate calling, America is in trouble. And drug traffickers and other unvetted criminals are also all welcome.

The argument for curbing immigration “is just a white nationalist argument that America should be for white people, and everybody else is somehow subpar and doesn’t belong,” said Heidi Beirich, who named her activist group, The Global Project Against Hate and Extremism.

The GOP has “benefited enormously from [establishment] media outlets actively normalizing anti-immigrant hysteria,” according to an op-ed published by the Los Angeles Times.

“This movement has very sinister origins, right? Racist eugenicist beliefs that have shaped the ideology,” claimed Lola Ibrahim, the director of the Migrant, Immigrant & Refugee Rights Alliance. She spoke at a December 9 online meeting of progressives seeking to minimize media coverage of Americans’ views about immigration.

The mainstream groups include the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), NumbersUSA, the Federation for American Immigration Reform, and the Immigration Reform Law Institute.

“The point is to intimidate people and prevent them from articulating these mainstream policy views,” responded CIS director Mark Krikorian. He continued:

If they can shut us up, they have a good chance of preventing these views from being articulated by politicians and writers. [If] so, they would’t have political effect because even if people agree with you, if no one is talking about those issues and no politicians are running on them, then people’s opinions and views can’t translate into policy.

It is somewhat successful but not nearly as much as they want. Obviously, concerns about excessive immigration are breaking out of the box that these groups would like to confine them to. It’s not just [President Donald] Trump — Trump was more a manifestation of that happening rather than the cause of it.

Multiple polls show the public is increasingly opposed to the federal government’s economic policy of cheap labor migration. That policy cuts Americans’ wages, raises their housing costs, and diverts politicians from national problems of productivity, alienation, health, education, research and prosperity.

For example, the left-wing Equis Research group reported December 13 that almost 51 percent of Latinos want to rollback asylum migration, and 45 percent want to reduce legal immigration:
