Judicial Watch Releases Damning New Information on the Moderna Vaccine

News has come out regarding the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, courtesy of Judicial Watch. The watchdog group announced yesterday that it had obtained records from a FOIA lawsuit against the Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Disease. The entities had failed to respond to a FOIA request filed in June of 2021 regarding “the biodistribution studies and related data for the Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson& Johnson COVID vaccines.”

Judicial Watch said that the records contained information…

…regarding data Moderna submitted to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on its mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, which indicate a “statistically significant” number of rats were born with skeletal deformations after their mothers were injected with the vaccine. The documents also reveal Moderna elected not to conduct a number of standard pharmacological studies on the laboratory test animals.

Moderna submitted a Nonclinical Overview to the FDA to have its vaccine approved. Included in that overview was information that rats born to mothers that had been given the mRNA vaccine had skeletal abnormalities that included conditions such as “rib nodules” and “wavy ribs.” Moderna said the conditions were not considered “adverse.”

Whether or not this is significant for pregnant mothers who took the jab more than likely remains to be seen. In October of this year, the CDC said that COVID-19 vaccines were recommended for people six months and older, including pregnant and nursing mothers and women who are trying to become pregnant. According to the agency, getting COVID-19 could result in complications that could affect pregnancy and a baby’s development.

The point is that Moderna should have told us about the issue with the bone problems in the rats, and the FDA and CDC certainly should have told us. I believe that is called allowing people to make informed decisions about their bodies. And last I checked, that was a very important issue for many.

During the pandemic, the public was urged again and again to get their vaccines, boosters, and third boosters. Even today, we are still being told to get yet another booster. It has even been billed as an important part of our holiday preparations. As I mentioned in another piece, my wife is still being asked how soon the next generation of jabs will be released.

Fortune recently featured an article that talked about a study in the American Journal of Medicine. The upshot of the Canadian study is this: people who opted out of the jab were 72% more likely to get into an auto accident. The theory is that such people distrust their governments. This, in turn, might also mean that they will ignore basic traffic safety rules. The authors of the paper went so far as to suggest that doctors talk with unvaccinated patients about safe driving and that insurance companies take vaccination status into account when it comes to issuing or renewing policies.

Earlier in December, the website News@Northeasten ran a piece highlighting a study by Northeastern physics professor Mauricio Santillana. Santillana, who specializes in epidemiology, worked with a team of researchers who tracked deaths from COVID-19 during the initial year of the pandemic. In a nutshell, the group found…

…that deaths spiked in well-connected, Democrat-heavy cities early in 2020, but that by the first pandemic winter, deaths were about three times higher in Republican-leaning—and specifically Trump-leaning—areas of the country.

So, as Gavin Newsom’s administration once said, “Vax for The Win.” Maybe. On the other hand, you could vax for myocarditis and children with bone deformities. But those details aren’t important. Line up, citizen. Get your shot, preserve your credit score, and keep your insurance rates low. Never mind those pesky rats. It’ll all work out. You have Biden’s and Fauci’s word on it.

DeSantis Unveils the First Steps in His COVID-19 Accountability Plan

In a private meeting with the Republican Party of Florida earlier this month, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) indicated that his administration would look for ways to hold COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers responsible for false claims about their products. Specifically, he referenced cardiac side effects from the vaccine and said that Florida would lead in addressing the issue. On Tuesday, DeSantis chaired a COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Accountability Roundtable and previewed the actions Florida will take.

DeSantis and the panel noted that the behavior of medical boards, federal government mandates, and a legacy media funded by Big Pharma allowed the vaccine makers to profit off mRNA technology. The governor then added that several false statements were made about the vaccines during the rollout. DeSantis referenced the claims that widespread vaccination would end COVID, that the vaccinated would not get infected, and that vaccines prevented transmission. “I think people want the truth, and they want accountability, so you need to have a thorough investigation into what’s happened with these shots,” he said.

“We also need ways to get more data so that we can better evaluate what actually happened. And the fact of the matter is we lack comprehensive patient-level data from the pharmaceutical industry, and that makes it very difficult for independent researchers to check the integrity of these shots that have been so pushed on Americans,” DeSantis pointed out.

Florida Public Health Integrity Committee member Dr. Joseph Fraiman interrupted and shared that he personally had trouble accessing patient-level data about the vaccines from the clinical trials to review. He added that there had been an open letter to the British Medical Journal (BMJ) asking Pfizer and Moderna to release it. “Well, maybe with what we are doing today, we’ll be able to get the data whether they want to give it or not,” DeSantis answered.

He continued, “In Florida, it is against the law to mislead and misrepresent, particularly when you are talking about the efficacy of a drug. We’ve seen just recently, Florida got $3.2 billion through legal action against those responsible for the opioid crisis. So, it’s not like this is something that is unprecedented.”

DeSantis announced a petition to be submitted to the Florida Supreme Court to impanel a statewide grand jury to investigate any and all wrongdoing in Florida concerning COVID-19 vaccines. The governor expressed confidence that the petition would be approved. He added that it would provide legal tools to get the additional information and open the door for legal accountability for any identified misconduct.

Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo made the second announcement, citing a German study that conducted autopsies on individuals who died suddenly in a specified time period after receiving the vaccine. Some of the individuals suffered from atypical or subclinical myocarditis. The researchers attributed the illness to the vaccine. Because these individuals died at home without being diagnosed, they are not included in the data on myocarditis. Florida will initiate a surveillance study to identify and document individuals who suffered from this vaccine side effect.

Finally, DeSantis announced how Florida would keep the public health establishment honest. DeSantis cited the public health response to the George Floyd riots as evidence of corruption in the system. While open states like Florida faced criticism for having beaches open, over 1,000 public health “experts” said that gathering for the protests was more important than locking down for COVID. No other type of protest or activity was permitted — just those surrounding Floyd’s death. If you went to play golf, you were trying to kill grandma. It was the height of absurdity.

“And our CDC, at this point, anything they put out, you just assume at this point it is not worth the paper it is printed on,” Desantis asserted. “And so it’s not serving a useful function. It’s really serving to advance narratives rather than do evidence-based medicine.” To combat the politicization of public health, Ladapo will convene a panel of independent experts to review public health guidance on various issues.

The Public Health Integrity Committee in Florida will assess recommendations and guidance related to public health and healthcare and offer critical assessments of the information the CDC and FDA provide. DeSantis discussed his plan to create this panel with other governors and alluded that other states may follow suit.

His plan is one of the many things that Congress should look at to devise systems to bring the NIH, CDC, and FDA under control. COVID brought to light the politicization of and conflicts of interest throughout the nation’s healthcare establishment. These agencies squandered their credibility, and it must be repaired before the next public health emergency.

U.S. House Repeals Military COVID Vaccine Mandate

In a Dec. 6, 2022 proposed compromise version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year (FY) 2023, the U.S. House of Representatives authorized $857.9 billion in spending for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and included a provision repealing a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for all military personnel instituted by the Biden administration last year. The repeal would take effect 30 days after the DoD funding authorization bill becomes law. To become law, the bill still needs to be passed by the U.S. Senate and signed by President Biden.1 2 3 4 5

Congress May Seek Help for Terminated U.S. Military Personnel

“I’m very grateful that we were able to build bipartisan, bicameral support and get this into the body of the bill,” said U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee. “Getting this issue off the table and bringing some common sense to bear around the vaccine mandate was a very important thing to do.”2

Additional congressional action, including reinstatement and providing back pay, is expected next year to assist U.S. military personnel, who were terminated for not complying with the federal government’s forced vaccination policy.2

Sen. Blackburn added:

There are many that have been removed. And some of those had already had COVID. Some of those had medical exemptions that were denied. And we are continuing to work through this issue, and to be certain that people are made whole will be important. But right now it is getting this lifted, and once we have done that, we will be able to move forward.2

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy of California said, “These heroes deserve justice now that the mandate is no more. The Biden administration must correct service records and not stand in the way of re-enlisting any service member discharged simply for not taking the COVID vaccine. Make no mistake: this is a win for our military. But in 28 days the real work begins. The new House Republican majority will work to finally hold the Biden administration accountable and assist the men and women in uniform who were unfairly targeted by this administration.”2

Federal Vaccine Mandate Has Hurt Military Recruitment

Among the principal concerns of members of Congress who have opposed the vaccine mandate for the military is that it has hurt recruiting efforts by the Pentagon. This was recently confirmed by Marine Corps Commandant General David Berger. “Where it is having an impact for sure is on recruiting,” said Gen. Berger, who admitted that the mandate was a “nonstarter” for many who are interested in enlisting in the military.6

“Small areas, big factor,” Gen. Berger said. “You talk to me in the cafeteria, and one of my first questions is, ‘Do I have to get that vaccine?’ And you go, ‘Yeah, you do.’ Ok, I’ll talk to you later. It’s that fast.”6

All branches of the military have been negatively affected by the COVID vaccine mandate, particularly the U.S. Army, which fell 25 percent (more than 10,000 soldiers) short of its recruiting target in FY2022. According to data released on Dec. 2, the Army has discharged 1,841 active-duty soldiers for refusing to get a COVID shot. While the Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps have either stopped discharging personnel or been barred from continuing to do so by the courts, as of this past summer these branches had expelled 800 airmen, 1,000 sailors, and 2,000 Marines for opting to exercise their informed consent rights and not get vaccinated for COVID.6 7 8

“By the end of 2022, the active U.S. military will be at its smallest size since the creation of the all-volunteer force,” said Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York. “There is no sunlight on the horizon,” said Sen. Thom Tillis of North Carolina. “It’s becoming clear the all-volunteer force that has served our country well over the last 50 years is at an inflection point.”9 10

We previously reported on the ongoing legal struggle between Kiwi parents and the state over the medical fate of their baby, named Will — a story with important implications for medical freedom and parental authority throughout the West.

The parents believe they have the moral authority to direct their child’s medical care. The state believes differently.

A critically-ill six-month-old baby will be placed under the temporary guardianship of New Zealand’s High Court after his parents refused to allow him to undergo lifesaving heart surgery using blood from people vaccinated against Covid-19.

Handing down the judgment on Wednesday, Justice Ian Gault ruled that the boy, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, would remain under the court’s guardianship until he had recovered from the surgery.

The court also appointed two doctors as its agents to oversee issues around the operation and the administration of blood, according to court documents.

The state always requires a brigade of soulless police willing to go to bat for it — the “just following orders” people. Some of these cops enjoy power trips, some are just in it for a paycheck, and others tell pretty little lies to themselves when their conscience pangs them. Others are simply too cowardly to ever stand up for what’s right. These are not respectable law enforcement servants; these are footsoldiers of totalitarianism, and they are sowing karma for themselves.

The parents had lined up unvaxxed donors and identified them to the court, which still rejected their pleas. Making appropriate arrangements with the hospital would have been imminently doable.

Research shows, and even the corporate media has been forced to admit recently, that young males are at elevated risk of heart inflammation (myocarditis) compared to the rest of the population.

Several Western countries, in fact, due to sober risk assessments, have banned the shots for children under 12. The potential costs far outweigh the potential benefits.

The New Zealand government, headed by WEF cut-out Jacinda Ardern, has embarked on a decidedly different trajectory, kidnapping children to infuse them with blood even in the face of viable alternatives that would respect parents’ sacred right to determine their own children’s destinies.

This is criminal. Every agent of the state — from the prime minister down to the cops — involved in this travesty of justice should be treated as enemy combatants and fully prosecuted as war criminals under Nuremberg II.

The Medical Community’s Reprehensible March Toward Segregated Medicine

The need for someone who “looks like me” has become part of the American psyche. There are tens of thousands of articles about how people of color need someone who “looks like them” if they are to be inspired – or even able to achieve. A lack of “people who look like me” is also used to explain why people of color may receive inferior medical treatment.

This perspective is now found throughout the medical establishment. St. George’s University sums up the belief of many medical schools today. The Medical School states: “When a patient cannot find providers that resemble them, their beliefs, their culture, or other facets of their life, they run the risk of not being understood or being able to receive the appropriate treatment.”

Or as the University of Michigan Health Lab claimed: “Minority Patients Benefit From Having Minority Doctors.”

The National Library of Medicine lists dozens of articles claiming that healthcare outcomes are significantly impacted by discordant patients and medical providers. All of these claims are made in an effort to justify the need for more “people of color” in the medical field.

Yet, few ask how such a medical system would work. Would such a system mean that white patients would not be treated by Indian or Asian doctors? Should Blacks only be treated by Black doctors?

Currently, Asians comprise 17% of America’s doctors while only being 7% of the population – should they be limited to only treating 7% of all Americans?

Moreover, one has to ask how such a system could ever play out. According to one medical school, there are over 135 medical specialties and subspecialties. That includes everything from allergies to ophthalmic surgery to urology. Is it even possible that there can be the right ratio of doctors of all races and nationalities in every specialty?

There is no scientific basis for patients requesting that their doctor reflects their racial makeup. In fact, false claims that people differ biologically by race are exactly what has led to racism. Yet the American Medical Association continues to tout the political line that “diversity” in medicine leads to better health outcomes.

There is a constant flow of articles claiming that “racial discrimination permeates the healthcare systems” in the United States. But all accusations of racism are generalized. None of the articles ever discuss any specific doctors – nor any specific allegations.

If these associations learn that any doctors are indeed providing inferior care due to racism, those doctors should be disciplined. But no such charges have ever been made – despite the medical establishments’ ubiquitous charges of racism in the healthcare system.

If anything, the medical community has gone above and beyond to specifically protect black patients.

During the early days of the pandemic, many public health authorities gave black Americans priority access to vaccines – even before elderly white patients. The federal government and many local governments invested significant money in marketing the vaccine to black patients specifically. Now, white Americans are more likely to die of covid than black Americans, according to Harvard’s School of Public Health.

Prior to the vaccine, black Americans were dying at higher rates due to increased levels of comorbidities – including diabetes and heart disease. At the time, the racial disparity in death rates was a top conversation sparking questions about racism in the medical profession. But even after the disparity is reversed, the media continues to smear the American healthcare system as racist.

In the very article that described the white death rate surpassing the black death rate, the Washington Post wrote: “When it comes to racism, most people think of something that occurs between individuals. But it’s as much about who has access to power, wealth, and rights as it is about insults, suspicion, and disrespect. Prejudice and discrimination, even if unconscious, can be deadly — and not just for the intended targets.”

The Harvard professor interviewed for the report claimed that the American healthcare system needed to further address “the cumulative impact of injustice” in the same article, too.

Even when the medical community moves mountains to protect non-white patients, it is accused of harboring unconscious bias and constructing a system of injustice.

Rather than promoting scaremongers – that somehow white doctors are callous to the concerns of non-whites – the medical association and the media should be promoting a rational message based on science. After all, our bodies are essentially the same. The heart functions no differently in a black person than it does in a white person.

Constant claims that America’s healthcare system is racist will only lead to distrust. People may avoid treatment. Or people may equate vital medical advice like “stop smoking” or “improve your diet” to racism rather than science.

Yes, cultural differences can impact our health. Yes, some diseases tend to be more prominent in some races than others. However, white doctors are quite capable of understanding those variations. Just as Asian doctors are capable of treating a Jew who suffers from Tay-Sachs Disease more often than other nationalities.

Nothing is to be gained – and much is to be lost by racializing our healthcare system. Yet, in the name of supposed racial equity, our medical system seems to be moving toward a system based on race rather than science.

White House COVID Doc: The Way to ‘Move on’ From COVID Is Endless Boosters

In a sadistic and disorienting rhetorical flourish, White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator Dr. Ashish Jha, COVID Warlord Fauci’s diverse protégé, declared that the best way to “move on” from COVID-19 is actually to submit to an endless booster campaign for eternity.

“Despite aggressive messaging, U.S. vaccination rates remain low,” reads the ABC News chyron.

“People aren’t listening. What do you do?” asks the near-hysterical news actor, her voice inflecting upwards at the end of the question to indicate frustration.

“It’s been obviously a long two and a half years,” Dr. Jha begins. “We understand that people want to move on. The good news is that people can move on if they keep their immunity up to date.”

“Move on” doesn’t mean what they apparently think it does.

Notice the presumption buried in Dr. Jha’s answer: it’s up to the Public Health™ experts to decide when and how Americans can “move on” from COVID. Individuals have no agency; they are subjects of the state whose behavior is dictated by technocrats who make decisions for them. Their adulthood is swapped for a sort of biomedicalized infancy, in which they are not trusted to live their own lives and make their own risk assessments.

The Public Health™ experts have been publicly floating the idea of changing the definition of “fully vaccinated” to include recent boosters for over a year now. Presumably, they have only held off because they fear doing so would garner too much public backlash.

As Jha laments in the clip above, commiserating with the exasperated corporate news actor who asks “what do we do?” to coerce more Americans into getting the booster, uptake of the boosters is still extremely low. Enough people have figured out the con game to matter, and they want off the booster treadmill.

But rest assured that, if they thought Chinese-style “Zero-COVID” policies were possible, they would require regular boosters to work, go to school, or even go to a restaurant. They always push the agenda as far as possible without risking total revolt.

Fauci recently had the audacity to even suggest shutting schools down again — likely just to put out a feeler to see what more draconian measures the feds can get away with and to gauge the public backlash that the proposition might spur.

This is how power-hungry technocrats always operate. Push, push, push to the breaking point, take the foot off the gas temporarily to release the pressure, and then go back to pushing as soon as the public is lulled back into apathy.

(Natural News) A study conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) revealed that the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines increase the risk of myocarditis (heart muscle inflammation) by 13,200 percent.

It examined the effects of vaccination using the mRNA COVID-19 injections from Pfizer and Moderna, based on the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). The cases were then cross-checked to match the CDC’s definition of myocarditis. A total of 1,626 cases of myocarditis had been examined.

According to CDC researchers, 105.9 myocarditis cases per million doses were recorded in the 16- to 17-year-old male cohort injected with the second dose. The 12- to 15-year-old male cohort, meanwhile, recorded 70.7 myocarditis cases per million doses following the second vaccine shot. Moreover, the 18- to 24-year-old male cohort also saw significantly higher rates of myocarditis for both the Pfizer (52.4 cases per million) and Moderna (56.3 cases per million) vaccines. (Related: Large Nordic study finds that mRNA COVID vaccines increase risk of myocarditis.)

The study authors ultimately concluded that the risk of myocarditis after receiving mRNA COVID-19 vaccines should be considered in the context of the supposed “benefits” of vaccination.

The public health agency, however, has doubled down on its insistence that adverse reactions after vaccination are rare.

“COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective, and severe reactions after vaccination are rare,” said the CDC. “Most patients with myocarditis or pericarditis after COVID-19 vaccination responded well to medication and rest and felt better quickly.

The agency also pointed out that “reports of death after COVID-19 vaccination are rare,” and that “reports of adverse events, including deaths, do not necessarily mean that a vaccine caused a health problem.”

McCullough: Post-vaccination reports of myocarditis are far from rare

Texas-based cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, however, disagreed with the notion of myocarditis being a “rare” adverse event.

“In cardiology, we spend our entire career trying to save every bit of heart muscle. We put in stents, we do heart catheterization, we do stress tests, we do CT angiograms. The whole game of cardiology is to preserve heart muscle,” McCullough said in a statement to the Epoch Times.

“Under no circumstances would we accept a vaccine that causes even one person to sustain heart damage. Not one. And this idea that ‘Oh, we’re going to ask a large number of people to sustain heart damage for some other theoretical benefit for a viral infection,’ which for most is less than a common cold, is untenable. The benefits of the vaccines in no way outweigh the risks.”

Given the plethora of studies confirming a link between vaccination and myocarditis, the CDC has started active surveillance of adolescents and young adults to monitor their progress following heart-related incidents after vaccination. Long-term outcome data, however, are not yet available.

Meanwhile, the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology have advised that people with myocarditis should refrain from competitive sports for three to six months, and only resume strenuous exercise after a normal ECG and other test results are obtained. They have also advised that further mRNA vaccine doses should be deferred.

Nearly two years after the introduction of COVID-19 biologics around the world, the pharmaceutical industry is facing a waning demand for these products. Scott Rosenstein, a New York-based health care adviser to Eurasia Group said:

Supply is exceeding demand in much of the world, even with many countries rolling out booster shots. Once the perception set in that omicron is less likely to lead to severe illness, and the vaccines don’t do a great job at preventing infection while still providing strong protection against severe illness, demand for Covid vaccines has tailed off considerably.1

U.S. Discarded 81.1 Million Doses of COVID Shots

In June 2022, the U.S. Centers for Control and Disease Prevention (CDC) said that pharmacies and state health authorities and federal agencies in the United States discarded 82.1 million doses of COVID shots between December 2020 and May 2022.2

Many doses of COVID shots have been discarded because their shelf life expired or because they were compromised due to broken freezers and power outage issues.3 The CDC has stated that one of the reasons that many COVID shot doses have had to be discarded is because, unlike most other biologics in the U.S., the COVID shots are manufactured in multi-dose vials, which means all the doses must be used within hours once the vials are opened or must be discarded if unused.4

Canada Disposes of More Than 25 Million COVID Shot Doses

The government of Canada recently discarded 7.7 million doses of Moderna/NIAID’s Spikevax mRNA biologic because of low demand. As of June 2022, the government had thrown away 1.2 million doses of Spikevax that had expired, along with 13.6 million doses of AstraZeneca/Oxford University’s Vaxzevria vaccine, 7,000 doses of Pfizer/BioNTech’s Comirnaty mRNA biologic and 3.1 million doses of the Novavax’s Nuvaxovid vaccine.5

Canada’s vaccination rate has been high with 80 percent of Canadians having received two doses of COVID shots. However, there has been far less uptake of additional booster shots. Only 50 percent of Canadians have received a third booster shot and 14.3 percent have received a fourth dose, despite recommendations by public health officials.

Switzerland Will Throw Away 9 Million Doses of Spikevax

Swiss government officials have reported that they will destroy nine million doses of Spikevax that have expired, with an additional 5.1 million shots to expire by February 2023. With less than 70 of its population vaccinated, Switzerland has one of the lowest COVID vaccination rates in Europe.6

India Threw Away 100 Million Doses of CoviShield

Indian vaccine maker Serum Institute of India said it had to throw away 100 million doses of its COVID vaccine, CoviShield, after they expired. The company halted its production of CoviShield in December 2021 due to low demand.7 Adar Poonawalla, CEO of Serum Institute, said, “The booster vaccines have no demand as people now seem fed up with Covid. Honestly, I’m also fed up. We all are.”

He added:

Going forward, when people take a flu shot every year, they may take a Covid vaccine along with it. But in India, there is no culture of taking a flu shot every year, like in the West.

(Natural News) The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) wants half a trillion dollars from Dr. Eric Nepute, a Missouri doctor and chiropractor who allegedly violated the COVID-19 Consumer Protection Act by telling people they could take vitamin D and zinc in order to stay healthy throughout the plandemic.

Because Nepute also sold vitamin D and zinc – many chiropractors sell vitamins and dietary supplements to patients who want them – the FTC is accusing him of committing fraud.

“The federal government is suing me for half a trillion dollars … for telling people to take vitamins,” Nepute says about this latest political circus and abuse of taxpayer dollars by the feds.

Nepute’s case is scheduled to go to trial in Missouri federal court next March. A jury will decide if the FTC’s 27-page complaint against him, which was issued in April 2021, holds any merit.

The 41-year-old licensed chiropractor owns and operates the Nepute Wellness Center in St. Louis. He also owns Quickwork, a limited liability company that does business under the name of “Wellness Warrior.”

That Wellness Warrior entity advertised, promoted, and sold a product called “Wellness Warrior Vita D,” along with other products, that contain anti-covid ingredients such as vitamin D and zinc.

“Starting no later than June 2020, [Nepute] began advertising a protocol that customers should follow to protect against, prevent, or treat COVID-19,” the FTC complaint states. “This protocol, which has varied over time, advises consumers to take [daily] substantial quantities of emulsified Vitamin D3 and zinc.”

According to the FTC, there are “no published studies” that “prove Vitamin D protects against, treats, or prevents COVID-19.”

Like the FDA, the FTC doesn’t want Americans to stay healthy with natural vitamins and minerals

Truth be told, there are no published studies that suggest covid “vaccines” protect against, treat, or prevent the Fauci Flu either. In fact, a bulk of available evidence suggests that the jabs make things worse for a person’s immune system.

There is, however, plenty of evidence that points to vitamin D is effective against colds and the flu, which is basically all the Chinese Virus ever was (with a few bio-engineered modifications).

Even so, the FTC says Nepute’s “lack of factual or scientific bases for these claims [are] frequently accompanied by equally unsupported assertions regarding applicable science.”

“In short,” the FTC adds in its complaint, “defendants are selling their products by disseminating information, exploiting fears [amid] a pandemic, and posting a significant risk to public health and safety.”

Once again, these are all the very same things that Rochelle Walensky at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Tony Fauci at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) did concerning face masks, stay-at-home orders, the jabs, and more.

None of those interventions bear anything scientific to support them, and all of them were propagated to the masses to stoke fear and panic. And yet the FTC is not going after any of them, nor is it going after the likes of Pfizer and Moderna for lying about the safety and efficacy of their covid injections.

The reason is that the federal deep state and its Big Pharma partners are a protected class that owns the “science” on all matters. Only they are allowed to produce “cures,” in other words.

“The only reason they’re coming after me – and they said this – is because I’m the first doctor they went after, and they want to set a precedent,” Nepute says. “They said they wouldn’t stop until they had ‘blood on their sword.’ That’s literally from the FTC’s mouth.”

(Natural News) The hundreds of grants and investments totaling at least $132 million that were earmarked by the FTX Foundation and its FTX Future Fund for use in developing new bioweapons, “vaccines” and other chemical and pharmaceutical products are officially null and void. And their recipients are now in a panic about it.

Following the announced resignation of the entire Future Fund leadership team on November 11, one of the companies that was supposed to receive a cash grant from it, SecureBio, lamented the fact that employees at his firm will now be out of a job unless emergency backup funding is procured.

“We don’t think it is right that anyone should lose their jobs over a financial calamity totally unrelated to the excellent work they are doing,” announced SecureBio co-founder Kevin Esvelt.

SecureBio had initially been awarded a $1.2 million grant to develop “better pandemic defenses,” according to Coin Telegraph.

Another company, a biotechnology firm called Sherlock Biosciences, was supposed to receive $2 million from the Future Fund to study infectious diseases. HelixNano, a similar firm within the same field, was supposed to receive $10 million for vaccine research.

Then there is Our World in Data, which was supposed to be given $7.5 million to “track trends relevant to humanity’s long-term prospects,” whatever that is supposed to mean.

FTX was also involved in research to “debunk” the merits of ivermectin as a viable remedy for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19).

Another entity that was supposed to be on the dole of FTX’s “philanthropic” efforts via Sam Bankman-Fried’s (SBF) “Building a Stronger Future” initiative is ProPublica, which was to receive the first tranche of a $5 million grant this year, followed by more disbursements in 2023 and 2024.

Organizations that received money from FTX in the 90 days prior to its bankruptcy could be subject to a “clawback”

According to Molly Kovite, a lawyer and member of the “Effective Altruism” group, all of these organizations and others that received money from an FTX entity within the 90 days prior to its bankruptcy declaration could be forced to pay it all back through a process known as a “clawback.”

Two days after Kovite announced this on November 14, Open Philanthropy, the philanthropic funder that Kovite represents, announced that it is seeking applications from grantees affected by the collapse of the Future Fund. Each application will be evaluated and provided funding at the group’s discretion.

Meanwhile, U.S. Senators Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Richard Durbin (D-Ill.) are requesting that SBF, the former FTX CEO, and John Jay Ray III, the current CEO, provide more information about what happened to collapse the fraudulent cryptocurrency exchange.

Some 13 different requests for documents, lists, and answers have been sent by these two, who are still awaiting answers on behalf of the American public.

“The public is owed a complete and transparent accounting of the business practices and financial activities leading up to and following FTX’s collapse,” the two lawmakers wrote, emphasizing that there has been an “apparent lack of due diligence by venture capital and other big investment funds eager to get rich off crypto.”

“These developments justify our long-standing concerns that the crypto industry ‘is built to favor scammers’ and ‘designed to reward insiders and to defraud mom-and-pop investors,'” they further added.

SBF and Ray have until November 28 to provide the requested materials, which also include “complete copies of all FTX and FTX-subsidiary balance sheets, from 2019 to the present.”

Warren and Durbin also want SBF to provide an explanation for his business decisions as well as strange statements he has made on Twitter that appear to be encoded for secret communication.

SLOW MOTION GENOCIDE: Excess mortality up 40% all around the world following release of covid “vaccines”

(Natural News) Mathematician Igor Chudov conducted an assessment of two completely different datasets encompassing tens or even hundreds of millions of people from which he concluded that the relative risk of death for people who got “vaccinated” for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) is 40 percent higher than that of the unvaccinated.

All around the world where Fauci Flu shots were unleashed, Chudov says, excess mortality is through the roof. It is something that many of us have known about for a while now, but that was substantiated by a patchwork of data from here and there – not quite enough to convince some, in other words, that mass depopulation is, in fact, taking place.

Well, Chudov addressed this by conducting an extensive analysis of numerous datasets to scientifically prove that covid shots are killing lots and lots of people, despite being branded as the “cure” for Chinese Germs. (Related: The more covid jabs a person gets, the greater his or her chances are of dying.)

“Many countries are experiencing excess mortality,” Chudov writes. “There are some indications that excess mortality is related to the Covid vaccination program … Various countries have very different RATES of Covid vaccination among their populations – and their mortality statistics are available.”

“In the UK, the population is split into deprivation quintiles with varying vaccination levels, with excess mortality also known … I analyzed excess mortality by country as well as excess mortality in the UK by quintile deprivation.”

Operation Warp Speed led to MORE excess mortality, not less

Chudov points to two different articles, one that shows excess mortality by country and the other that shows it using the UK deprivation quintile. Amazingly enough, analyses of both of these completely different datasets produce the very same results.

One of the things Chudov uncovered is a “pull-forward effect” in the Y-intercept of his linear regression chart. In short, the pull-forward effect shows that if the so-called “vaccines” were truly effective at quelling the plandemic, then there would have been negative excess mortality after they were unleashed. The exact opposite actually occurred.

“A sad outcome of the first two years of the Covid pandemic is that Covid killed persons with ‘comorbidities,’ very old people, and so on,” Chudov explains. “Had the pandemic not happened, the mortality would be the same yearly. However, Covid caused the unfortunate premature demise of people who were likely to die in the next few years.”

“So, if the pandemic stopped and vaccines were not affecting mortality, you would expect NEGATIVE excess mortality – simply because people who were likely to die in 2022 already died in 2020. The negative Y-intercept shows this pull-forward effect, discussed in detail by the Ethical Skeptic.”

While admittedly “extremely speculative,” Chudov’s latest work serves as some real food for thought – especially since it is based on two completely different and unrelated datasets that led him to the exact same conclusions.

A 40 percent increase in mortality is anything but minor, Chudov warns, referring to government officials and corporate media outlets that continue to claim covid jab deaths are “rare.”

Keep in mind that, in this context, a 40 percent increase in mortality means that a “fully vaccinated” person will now live for significantly less time than he or she otherwise would have had covid jabs not been injected.

“For example, a 40-year-old was expected to live until about 80,” Chudov explains. “If mortality increases by 40%, the same 40-year-old would be expected to live only until 64. This is not a precise estimate – it is meant only to show that excess mortality is a serious issue.”

Send out millions of ballots in the mail so that extra ballots are easy to come by. Delay vote counting any time a Republican is winning, and use the delay to scrounge up whatever number of Democrat ballots is necessary to “win.” Rinse, then repeat in 2022, 2024, 2026, etc. Keep the plandemics going, the masks going, the media psyop going, the mail-in ballots going and the rigged elections going.

That’s where we are in America today, and the latest victim of this election theft fraud is Kari Lake, who should have already been declared Governor-Elect of Arizona. Instead, the media called her corrupt opponent, Katie Hobbs, the “winner” of the race, and anyone who questions the steal will be called an “election denier” and an “enemy of democracy.”

Yet who is destroying democracy here? Clearly, it’s the Dems who are rigging the elections yet again… and they’re doing it in plain view, right in front of the people of Arizona and the world.

Just how much blatant election theft will the people put up with?

My question today is simply this: What will the people of Arizona do in response to this blatant election theft? Will they just back down and take another punch to the gut, telling themselves, “We’ll win next time!” or will they demand an honest election?

According to The Gateway Pundit, one group of AZ citizens is already demanding new elections to take place December 6th, carried out with in-person paper ballot voting. The Democrats, of course, will never agree to honest voting, since they would handily lose such an election.

What options remain for citizens when election theft is so blatant and malicious? Mass protests might be one option, but the deep state would obviously stage saboteurs in the crowd, dressed as MAGA Republicans, to carry out acts of violence so that Biden could claim conservatives are terrorists.

In a free country, you might be able to speak out and alert your fellow Americans to the theft that just happened, but Big Tech and the DOJ have already declared that anyone who doesn’t accept the steal is engaged in acts of “misinformation” or “insurrection” and should therefore be banned or perhaps even criminally investigated.

Thus, in America today, when Democrats openly steal an election, you aren’t allowed to protest the theft or even talk about it without being labeled terrorists or criminals. This is exactly the playbook of one-party rule that has been carried out in other fascist/communist regimes such as those under Stalin, Mao, or Mussolini. Now, it’s being rolled out across America, and the GOP establishment apparently has no desire to stop it.

Kari Lake, for her part, is saying she will not concede to this stolen race. But Dr. Oz conceded quickly, and so did a lot of other Republicans who are proving they have no backbone for the real political fight this country now faces.

Elections are rigged through government-coordinated censorship, which is blatantly unconstitutional

We live in a nation where the US government conspires with Big Tech to censor conservative voices, and then we’re told that Democrats are the ones protecting “democracy.” We live in a nation where the media is nearly 100% rigged in favor of Democrats, where virtually every corporation, university, and institution is all-in with the Democrat agenda (climate change quackery, child grooming, pedophilia, transgenderism, etc.). And yet we’re told that conservatives are such a danger to democracy that they should never be allowed to speak, operate businesses (ESG scores), or win elections.

Apparently, the American people are supposed to just sit down, shut up and have their children mutilated, their dollars looted, their economy crushed, their food supply compromised, their speech silenced and their future annihilated, all in order to protect America from “extremism.”

(Natural News) Remember that infamous New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) study that declared ivermectin to be an ineffective remedy against the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19)? It turns out that the now-defunct cryptocurrency exchange FTX helped pay for it.

On May 16, the FTX Foundation issued a press release “proudly” announcing financial support for the “global expansion of the TOGETHER Trial,” as they called it, the lead investigators of which were awarded that very same day the prestigious Trial of the Year Award from the Society for Clinical Trials (SCT) in San Diego.

“Each year the SCT presents one award for a randomized clinical trial published the previous year that best exemplifies five key criteria including improvements to humankind and provides a basis for substantial and beneficial changes to health care,” the press release states.

“The TOGETHER Trial is the largest placebo-controlled COVID-19 trial and has, so far, evaluated 11 different treatments for COVID-19. On May 16, the TOGETHER trial receives the award and announces more than $18 million in funding and purchase commitments from the FTX Foundation that will enable the expansion of the trial from Brazil and Canada, to include experienced sites in South Africa, Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Bahamas, Pakistan, Vietnam, and Ghana.”

The press release goes on to feature quotes from several lead investigators as well as employees at the FTX Foundation, all of whom celebrated and praised each other for this “achievement”. Did FTX steal crypto investors’ money to fund corrupt studies like the TOGETHER Trial?

David Henderson of EconLog critiqued the FTX-funded anti-ivermectin study and found that “it is not nearly as conclusive and persuasive as the two doctors’ quotes and other media coverage would lead us to believe.”

It turns out trial participants actually did benefit from the use of ivermectin, which in many other countries is available as an over-the-counter medication similar to aspirin. Only in the United States and other heavily globalist-controlled countries is ivermectin prescription-only or not available at all due to political pressures.

Henderson explains that the study’s methodology was flawed because prospective patients who were sick with covid and actually wanted ivermectin shied away from it because of the 50-50 chance that they would end up with a placebo instead.

“Further, those who wanted ivermectin likely would have had a serious case of COVID; hence their desire for the drug,” he says. “Therefore, we can assume that the trial participants skewed toward those who considered themselves at low risk from the illness. This conflicts with the stated goal of the trial, which was to study high-risk patients.”

None of this ended up mattering, though, as the globalists behind the TOGETHER Trial produced the results they wanted. And the FTX Foundation is a big reason why that happened, as the organization presumably stole crypto investors’ money to supply the cash needed to make it happen.

Since we now know that FTX head Sam Bankman-Fried bilked investor cash to funnel it into Ukraine and ultimately the Biden regime and other Democrats, it is hardly a stretch to assume that the same criminality was used to fund this anti-ivermectin trial, and possibly other studies as well.

“Criminal charges need to be brought to those responsible for shutting down doctors from helping their patients during the pandemic,” wrote a commenter about the anti-ivermectin agenda and everyone behind it, including Bankman-Fried and his FTX scam.

Man Who Invented Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Admits He Hasn’t Been Jabbed

Dr. Ugur Sahin, the CEO of BioNTech—the biotechnology company that worked with Pfizer to develop the world’s first COVID vaccine—has admitted on camera that he did not get jabbed with the COVID vaccine. When asked by a German reporter why he wasn’t vaccinated, Dr. Sahin became evasive and vaguely claimed that it’s illegal for him to get vaccinated and his company must focus on producing billions of vaccines for others.

The revelation that the man who developed the Pfizer vaccine has not been vaccinated himself recalls claims by Bill Gates’ former doctor that while Gates pushes vaccines on humanity, he does not allow his own family to get vaccinated.

You don’t have to be a body language expert to see that Sahin became very agitated and uncomfortable when the question of why he wasn’t jabbed came up.

And his claim that it’s illegal for him to get jabbed with the Pfizer shot doesn’t add up.

So what’s the real reason Sahin didn’t get jabbed with his own vaccine? Could it perhaps have anything to do with the fact that he developed the vaccine in just a few hours on his computer in a single day?

Previously, the fastest vaccine ever developed took more than four years of hard work.

But Dr. Sahin — who founded BioNTech with his wife — made a “rough design over one weekend.”

And this “rough design” received FDA authorization just months later. Moderna’s vaccine also took just two days to design, as Business Insider previously reported.

None of this inspires confidence in the vaccines, does it?

Perhaps that’s why the fact-checking industry had to poke its nose in and disrupt the flow of information. According to Reuter's fact checkers, Dr. Sahin of BioNTech did not admit that he is unjabbed. That’s right. Despite the fact you heard him say exactly that with your own ears, Reuters is claiming that you are wrong, Sahin himself is wrong, and the BioNTech CEO is vaccinated with his own product, the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine.

As per usual, the Reuters fact-checking team provides precisely zero evidence to back up their wild claims. Despite this, Facebook and other social media platforms will not allow anybody to contradict what Reuters is saying about Sahin’s vaccination status.

Reuters was tapped by Facebook as one of its approved fact-checking groups and given the ability to mark stories on the site as “true” or “false”. While this idea sounds fine in theory, in practice it has had a chilling effect on free speech, while limiting the free expression of truth seekers on the internet.

It is worth remembering at this point that fact-checkers are unqualified amateurs who do not hold qualifications as journalists or investigators. Snopes CEO David Mikkelson employed his new wife, an L.A. based high class escort, to work for the fact-checking site. The rest of the contributors are bloggers with leftwing activist backgrounds.

These are the people Big Tech has entrusted with policing social media and denying citizens their right to free speech.

Senior fact checker Kim LaCapria even admitted she regularly “fact checks” while stoned. Sure, it may be legal. That’s not the problem. The problem is that fact-checking the news is a serious business, and it should be taken seriously by fact checkers – especially now that Facebook and other social media sites have anointed them as watchdogs of all of our news feeds with the power to shadowban users.

Facebook should draw the line at using the services of a fact-checking company whose senior staff admit they work while stoned. There is too much at stake.

But instead, whenever stories emerge that are damaging to the establishment, fact-checkers are weaponized to bury them by falsely labeling such stories “misleading” or “hoaxes” even if they are completely authentic.

This then serves to justify their censorship by social media algorithms and the targeted banning and de-platforming of anyone who tries to amplify information that fact-checkers have buried.

Fact-checkers are not impartial, independent outlets, interested in establishing the truth. They are hyper-partisan attack dogs working on behalf of the corrupt establishment.
