39 Stores are Leaving NYC… Because of Theft

A new robbery pattern targeting pharmacies is now taking over NYC, at the worst possible time. Over the past year dozens of pharmacies shut down, and if this crime pattern isn't stopped, more closures are pretty much guaranteed...

Thieves Loot Fedex Trucks… As NYC Falls Apart

Thieves in NYC have reached a new low as they're now targeting delivery trucks, stealing packages while they're in transit. But as bad as this sounds, it’s part of a sophisticated crime trend as some of the thieves have teamed up with hackers to locate expensive products while they're in the hands of companies like fedex.

The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) has denied President-elect Donald Trump’s request to stop the sentencing in his so-called “hush money” case in New York.

In a 5-4 ruling on Thursday, SCOTUS rejected Trump’s emergency request to delay the proceedings.

Justices on the bench, including Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, voted to approve Trump’s request. However, Trump-appointed justice Amy Coney Barrett voted against it with the Democrat justices. In January 2024, she also previously sided with the Biden administration on a border measure.

Justice John Roberts also voted against the request, siding with the Democrats.

In a brief order, the justices gave two reasons for their decision.

“First, the alleged evidentiary violations at President-elect Trump’s state-court trial can be addressed in the ordinary course on appeal. Second, the burden that sentencing will impose on the president-elect’s responsibilities is relatively insubstantial in light of the trial court’s stated intent to impose a sentence of ‘unconditional discharge’ after a brief in-person hearing.”

Trump is set to be sentenced on Friday, just ten days before he is set to be inaugurated on January 20th for a second term.

Migrants Flood NYC… To Avoid Trump Deportations

As the new president prepares to enter the White House, some say NYC's sanctuary status may offer one of the last possible refuges for those afraid of a potential surge in US deportations. That being said, legal asylum seekers have a right to remain in America, even outside of sanctuary cities... which has many wondering who the real beneficiaries of sanctuary city policies are.

NYC Calls On Army… As Migrant Gang Invades Queens

Community leaders in a working class NYC neighborhood are demanding that army national guard troops be deployed to clean up their streets, which are overrun by what critics say is gang related criminal activity, which threatens the lives of locals and law abiding asylum seekers alike. Are troops an over reaction to a problem the city can solve on its own, or is an elevated response involving the army appropriate?

Migrant Gangs Leave NYC… To Destroy New Jersey

Recent reports indicate that gang-related crime is up in 8 states, one of which is New Jersey, which just so happens to be next door to America's largest sanctuary city, New York. Over the last year, NYC has seen high numbers of asylum seekers arrive, however not all of those who claim to be seeking asylum are... instead a small number of people have come here looking for something else.

A judge has ruled that a 100-foot “Vote for Trump” sign will be allowed to be lit up in upstate New York.

On Monday, Montgomery County Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Slezak lifted a temporary restraining order following a city lawsuit against the CEO of Sticker Mule, Anthony Constantino.

The city had claimed that Constanino’s “Vote for Trump” sign sitting on top of his firm’s building violated local zoning laws and posed a traffic hazard.

The city, which is represented by attorneys working for Mayor Michael Cinquanti (D-N.Y.), argued that the company did not obtain the required permits to put in the sign up. They also said that drivers could be distracted by the sign.

Constantino’s legal team responded to the allegations stating that the sign was far enough from major roads to avoid such risks.

“All I know is tonight the party is on and the lighting will occur and there is no court order prohibiting the lighting and display of the sign,” Sal Ferlazzo, Constantino’s lawyer, said. “So it’s obviously a nice victory for Anthony and his team.”

After Slezak heard arguments in court, she lifted the restraining order and cleared the way for the sign’s lighting.

“We are all set to light it up!” Constantino told The New York Post.

Constantino added that Democrats “want to get rid of free speech and censor America and so the sign now signifies something even bigger than what I thought … In America, I got a First Amendment right.”

“It’s my building,” he continued, “it’s a beautiful sign and whether you’re a Democrat or Republican, the sign is an uplifting thing for community enthusiasm.”

The city has until October 18th to refile the case.

Constantino intends to celebrate the court victory and the sign’s debut by holding a rally with special speakers, including local politicians and athletes.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams has been indicted on federal criminal charges.

On Wednesday, Adams (D-N.Y.) was indicted, making him the first mayor in New York to be charged while in office.

Due to the indictment being sealed, it is unclear what the charge or charges Adams is set to face.

According to reports, the indictment comes following an investigation on whether Adams conspired with the Turkish government to funnel illegal foreign donations into his coffers in exchange for pressing the Fire Department to approve a new, high-rise Turkish consulate in Midtown despite safety concerns.

There are multiple ongoing federal investigations into Adams and people affiliated with him and his administration.

The indictment comes after Adams’ police commissioner, his schools chancellor and his health commissioner all step down from their positions.

On September 5th, FBI agents raided the homes of two of Adams’ top aides, First Deputy Mayor Sheena Wright and Deputy Mayor for Public Safety Phil Banks.

New York City Hall chief counsel Lisa Zornberg also resigned from her position following the resignation of former NYPD Commissioner Edward Caban after the raids.

Adams had once called himself the “the future of the Democratic Party” and the “Biden of Brooklyn.” However, the mayor’s chances of winning a second term as well as serving out the remainder of his term are in jeopardy.

According to reports, calls for the mayor’s resignation are expected. However, he has insisted that he will not resign.

“I always knew that If I stood my ground for New Yorkers that I would be a target — and a target I became,” Mr. Adams, 64, said in a statement Wednesday night. “If I am charged, I am innocent and I will fight this with every ounce of my strength and spirit.”

Jumaane Williams, the public advocate for New York City, would take over as acting mayor in the event that Adams resigned.

After emerging victorious in a special election in 2019, Williams, a left-leaning Democrat from Brooklyn, worked as a public advocate. After winning a full term reelection in 2021, he made an unsuccessful bid for governor the following year.

NYC Releases Entire Migrant Gang From Prison~City Moves Homeless Migrants Out of Expensive Apartments to make room for thousands of new people

Although the vast majority of asylum seekers have come to NYC to pursue the American dream, recent high profile crimes have been committed by criminals possibly linked to gangs that have infiltrated our shelter system. Complicating matters is NYC's status as a sanctuary city, with what critics say are soft on criminal laws that allow dangerous criminals to be released and not held in jail, regardless of where they're from...

NYC Starts Paying Migrants $4,000 Each... To Leave

NYC has a controversial new plan to help families move out of its shelter system, and it involves paying $4000 of their moving related expenses. Although the program isn't yet open to single adult asylum seekers, it is also limited to only families who have federal work permission... the very thing many economists said people needed to leave the shelters on their own, which isn't happening as fast as NYC would like.

NYC Just Evicted 40,000 Migrant Families…

NYC just decided to evict every family living in its shelter system. The shelters are at capacity, and the city claims evictions must happen to make room for new arrivals, who will also be evicted after their shelter stay expires...

NYC Destroys Park… Moves in Homeless People

NYC has plans to replace a community garden with an affordable housing complex, with 40% of the units going to homeless individuals. Although most new yorkers want to help the homeless, there are always protests and lawsuits whenever the city tries to follow through on that desire... and this time, it's happening in one of New York's most expensive neighborhoods.

Squatters Break Into NYC Mansion… Refuse To Leave

Squatting in NYC just got worse... and properties from apartments to houses are being taken over by those who refuse to pay for them, even after a recent law meant to stop squatters was passed just last month.

NYC Police End “Peaceful” College Protest With Force~NYC Thieves Raid 300 Stores… Without Getting Caught

On the first day of school, police cleared not-so-peaceful protesters from the entrance to Columbia University. Although this was a relatively small protest by NYC standards, observers say that since the humanitarian crisis in Palestine is still going on, there may be more protests in the near future...
