Pro-Palestinian Protesters Disrupt Macy’s Parade, Deface NY Public Library

Jeff Christensen
Por-Palestinian protesters jumped the barricades at Sixth Avenue during the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and ran into the street. They glued their hands to the pavement, chanting "No more nickels, not another dime, no more money for Israel's crimes."

They can't do any better than that? Iambic pentameter, it's not. Nor is it very clever. Also, the rhyme is forced and doesn't flow at all.

In fact, this is a miserable excuse for protest chanting. They need to take some lessons from the Vietnam-era protesters; the hippies, the yippies, the SDS, and, of course, the Weathermen. "Hell no, we won't go" and "Hey! Hey! LBJ! How Many kids did you kill today" outshines anything these pro-terrorist kids can come up with.

One banner, when unfurled, read, "Liberation for Palestine and Planet" which conveniently promoted two wildly unrelated causes; end to fissile fuels and freedom for Palestine.

Fox News:

The protesters wore white jumpsuits, doused themselves with red liquid and glued their hands to the street to try to disrupt the parade. The crowd lining the sidewalk could be heard drowning out the chants with boos.

NYPD officers were seen removing the protesters from the street and taking them away from the scene so that the parade could continue.

On another part of the parade route, protesters waving Palestinian flags and holding pro-Palestinian signs were singing a variety of chants, including "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free."

Some chanted, "There is only one solution, intifada revolution," while others called for a cease-fire in the Israel-Hamas war.

This woman has the right idea.

Even Native Americans got in the act. The float from the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe was passing Macy's flagship store when a young man raised a small Palestinian flag over his head. No fair piggybacking your protest on that of the Palestinians.

Another group of protesters spray-painted the words "Free Palestine" on the pillars of the front of the New York Public Library and spray-painted bloody handprints on the base of the building as well.

The library didn't think much of the "protest."

"The New York Public Library is a public institution with a mission to provide free access to knowledge for all. We strongly support the right to protest. Unfortunately today, individuals involved in a protest vandalized the Library's flagship Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, a space devoted to the open exchange of ideas and intellectual debate. This comes at a time when the city's libraries are facing steep budget cuts that have left us unable to maintain our current levels of service, and this vandalism will be costly to repair. We do not anticipate any unplanned closures due to this, and remain committed to providing the resources we know so many people rely on," the library said in a statement.

I'm afraid any plea for understanding fell on deaf ears.

Teachers Unions for Palestine

Peddling Jew-hate to our kids.

On the same day that thousands of rockets rained down on innocent Israeli citizens, photos, and videos emerged of people dancing in the street. This time, those images were not broadcast from Middle Eastern cities but instead filmed right here in the United States.

The examples are well-known. A man in Boston holds up a phone showing a beheaded baby and makes an obscene hand gesture to the camera, recording his laughter. A hijab-wearing woman at a Democratic Socialists of America rally says she’s glad for the Hamas attack and does not consider herself an American. Students in Cooper Union lead a pro-Palestinian rally brandishing anti-Zionist posters, shouting anti-Semitic slogans and terrifying Jewish students barricaded in the library as anti-Israel protestors bang on the doors.

These offensive messages are orchestrated. The people delivering them clearly have been propagandized to hate Jews. Many of their talking points have a not-so-surprising source: radicalized teachers’ unions.

Leftist support for Hamas is grounded in part in years of propaganda, denouncing Western values, from some of the unionized teachers indoctrinating American children. Those activist teachers belong to unions that exploit the profession and muzzle good teachers while working to turn our kids into leftist activists.

Teachers’ unions support Black Lives Matter and introduced the group’s messages into our schools after George Floyd’s death. It should be no surprise, then, that just as BLM Chicago released an image of a Hamas parachuter with the caption, “I Stand with Palestine,” student activists cheer Hamas’s evil, too.

A BLM spinoff, BLM at School, called the violence a “direct result of decades of Israeli settler colonialism . . . occupation, blockade, apartheid and attempted genocide” of Palestinians. The statement’s language is reminiscent of a National Education Association (NEA) “new business item” from 2019 alleging “apartheid,” “gross human rights abuses,” and “atrocities” against Palestinians. BLM at School, including its BLM Week of Action, routinely receives the backing of the NEA and the American Federation of Teachers.

Year after year, unions here and abroad spare no effort to denounce Israel and promote the Palestinians, whose leaders have never renounced their stated objective to annihilate the Jews and Israel. In 2022, for example, the NEA adopted a business item promising to “support and spotlight the efforts of our fellow teacher union colleagues within the Palestinian and Israeli teachers unions affiliated with Education International.” Education International includes 383 teacher groups from around the world; the General Union of Palestinian Teachers (an arm of the Palestine Liberation Organization) and the National Education Union of the United Kingdom are members. According to the Jewish Chronicle, dozens of Jewish teachers resigned from the National Education Union because of its stance on Israel: NEU leaders reportedly visit the radical GUPT and platform GUPT leaders who say that Israel has massacred Palestinians in a way “worse than the Holocaust itself,” and who have “praised murderers as ‘martyrs.’”

Teachers’ unions in America hold similar views. Two years ago, American Federation of Teachers affiliate United Teachers of Los Angeles backed a resolution condemning Israel. Around the same time, United Educators of San Francisco voted to support BDS—boycott, divestment, and sanctions—against Israel, as did Seattle’s public schools. Randi Weingarten, head of the AFT, denounced Jewish critics of her stalling to reopen schools after Covid-19 shutdowns, calling Jews in America part of the “ownership class.” As author Marc Stern noted, had such words come from Louis Farrakhan or a Proud Boys member, they’d be correctly condemned as anti-Semitic.

Union officials may stand strongly against Israel and Palestine, but most teachers disagree with the leadership, like the Jewish teacher in Los Angeles who said that she feared for her safety after the UTLA vote.

Still, the unions, which draw funding for their political activities from teachers’ dues, have no qualms in peddling anti-Israel views.

Teachers’ unions are among the nation’s most influential labor groups. They are famously successful at helping elect legislators who will codify radical union priorities into laws governing classrooms. It’s thus easy to imagine that more young people in America will embrace their ideas about Israel.

Pro-Palestinian Group Posts Map Detailing Location of Jewish Groups in NYC

AP Photo/Bebeto Matthews
"From Palestine to NYC. Globalize the Intifada," was the message on a pro-Palestinian group's Instagram post that details the locations in New York City of Jewish groups with "blood on their hands."The map stated that the Jewish organizations indicated were zones of "direct action."

Within Our Lifetime urged its 121,000 followers to "Know Your Enemy." This not-very-subtle effort to incite violence against Jews caught the attention of the NYPD and drew an outraged response from politicians and ordinary citizens.

"Each of the sites on this map is tied to the ongoing genocide in Gaza and the settler-colonization of Palestine. They reflect a network of dispossession, policing, prisons, surveillance, counterinsurgency, war, destruction, imperialism, and militarization across the globe, with the mass media complex that manufactures consent for genocide acting as tools of the oppressor. These sites are also multi-purpose assets for some of the system's most powerful perpetrators of violence. May this map serve as a call for every struggle to act in their own interest. As we do so, we uplift one another's struggles and free Palestine from the river to the sea," the map reads.

The post has since been deleted.

Fox News:

Among the locations on the map are NBC News Studios, Fox Corp., where Fox News and the New York Post are located, New York Times, Defense Logistics Agency, Meta, and more.

The group describes itself as a "Palestinian-led community organization" with 121,000 followers on Instagram.

New York City political leaders commented on the map, saying it calls for violence against Jewish individuals.

"Coded calls for violence against Jews are proliferating on social media," Rep. Ritchie Torres, D-N.Y. wrote on X.

This isn't the first time an antisemitic group posted a map showing the locations of Jewish organizations. The Times of Israel writes of "The Mapping Project" that emerged last year which also targeted locations of Jewish groups in Massachusetts.

The images recall the “Mapping Project,” an anonymous effort last year that listed the names and locations of Jewish institutions in Boston as supporters of “the colonization of Palestine.” That project was condemned and disavowed by a wide range of organizations, including pro-Palestinian groups. In 2021, a local leader of the Council on American-Islamic Relations warned an audience to beware of “polite Zionists,” including Jewish federations, synagogues, and Hillels, the Jewish campus organization.

The posts displayed black-and-white maps with pins denoting the locations of a number of Jewish and pro-Israel organizations. Some are focused on funding settlement expansion or the growth of Jewish neighborhoods in east Jerusalem, such as the Central Fund of Israel, Friends of Beit El, Friends of Ateret Cohanim, and Friends of Ir David.

“Some of the most egregious organizations that we should be protesting every day are the fake zionist charities funding settlers in Palestine,” read one of the posts. “Make these locations a stop in your protests. picket and leaflet outside of them, make supporters of genocide uncomfortable!”

"Uncomfortable" is a pretty explicit threat when you're directing it at people already disposed to violence against Jews. The pro-Palestinian groups may be able to get away with that crap in Europe, but threatening words and behaviors in the U.S. should land them in jail.

How Iran Fuels the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict

Why the Islamic Republic has to keep the fire going.

SEE: https://www.frontpagemag.com/how-iran-fuels-the-israeli-palestinian-conflict/;

Many observers suggest that the elimination of Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), or ending their role in Gaza, could lead to lasting peace between Israelis and Palestinians. Proponents of this view often assume that Hamas and PIJ are autonomous, unitary actors, overlooking the influence of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has played a significant role as a peace spoiler in the region. As long as the Islamic Republic’s peace-spoiling efforts are not fully acknowledged and countered, peace between Israelis and Palestinians will remain elusive.

The Islamic regime in Iran, founded in 1979, espoused “the most radical anti-Israeli or anti-Zionist” position in the Muslim Middle East. In a theological innovation, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, the founder of the new regime, asserted that liberating Jerusalem from the “Zionist enemy” and its return to Muslim hands was a precondition for completing the Islamist revolution and the return of Mahdi, the Shiite 12th Imam.

The regime has started to practice “redemptive anti-Semitism,” a highly virulent form of antisemitism that considers the physical annihilation of the state of Israel to be one of its highest callings. The obsessive focus on Jerusalem has also served a realpolitik purpose. Since the Saudi Kingdom, the main rival of Khomeinism, was the custodian of Mecca and Medina, Khomeini tried to even the playing field by declaring the Muslim shrines of Jerusalem to be of equal value and essentially appointing Iran as its custodian.

Having created this mission, the regime took actions ranging from using merely abusive language to violently foul actions to point out its commitment to obliterating Israel from the face of the earth. Calls for the destruction of Israel, referred to as “the Little Satan,” were a feature of Quds Day, a large annual event to express support for the Palestinians and opposition to Zionism.

However, the new regime had limited resources to confront powerful Israel directly. Instead, they adopted the low-cost strategy of engaging in conflict through proxy groups, which allowed the regime to avoid direct confrontation. The Islamic Republic has spent the last four decades building a network of nineteen terrorist organizations on Israel’s borders, including Hamas and Islamic Jihad in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, and Hezbollah in Lebanon, as well as 16 other terror groups in Syria, Iraq, and Yemen. These proxies enabled Iran to engage in conflict with Israel from multiple fronts.

This highly successful strategy helped the regime to make significant inroads in the Middle East and to encircle Israel from all fronts. Through this strategy, the regime was able to gain strong influence in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Yemen, as well as in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. In Lebanon and the Gaza Strip, Hezbollah, Hamas, and Islamic Jihad have morphed into radical sub-state actors, virtually able to control their respective territories.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and its foreign terror operation unit, the Qods Force, provide these proxy groups with money, training, and weapons to use against the Jewish State. Iran not only provides terror proxies with advanced rockets and armed drones but has also helped them develop drone and missile production facilities of their own, creating a sophisticated arsenal within range of Israeli cities.

The IRGC trained proxy groups to use several asymmetrical tactics against Israel (and the US forces in the region), including kidnappings, hijackings, and suicide bombings (also known as the poor man’s smart bomb), as well as roadside bombings deployed against US and IDF forces to inflict maximum casualties. The IRGC also trained proxies to disperse weapons, infrastructure, and fighters among the civilian population and in local houses and public institutions, mosques, and hospitals to minimize the cost of their actions. They use civilians as human shields, regardless of whether they are killed when the enemy bombs those infrastructures in retaliation.

On several occasions, Israeli leaders were willing to make peace with Palestinians. However, the Iranian regime has categorically opposed it and used its proxy networks to undermine peace efforts.

For instance, when Palestinians and Israelis engaged in peace talks in Oslo and Madrid in 1990 and 1991, the regime in Tehran was greatly alarmed by the prospect of a peace deal and rushed to create a “rejectionist front” to scuttle the deal. As a matter of fact, regime leaders admitted that peace in the region would further isolate them, and challenge not only their revolutionary ideology but also their geopolitical ambitions. For instance, Masoud Eslami, an official in the Iranian Foreign Ministry, wrote, “If the Arabs were to get closer to Israel, Iran would become even more isolated. And then Israel would be in a position to turn itself into a major problem for Iran.” Thus, the regime had no recourse but to order Hamas and Hezbollah to derail the peace talks.

After the initiation of Israeli-Palestinian peace talks, the Islamic Republic promptly organized the International Conference in Support of Palestine in Tehran. At this conference, they offered financial support to Hamas and the PIJ. The regime declared Iran’s readiness to engage in jihad for Palestine’s liberation and pledged to combat Israel alongside Palestinians if necessary. Following this, Palestinian jihadi groups escalated their activities and intensified suicide attacks against Israeli civilians and soldiers. They also abducted and killed numerous Israelis, aiming to undermine the peace supporters in Israel.

Despite increased efforts, the Israeli intelligence and security services had little luck in preventing the jihadist suicide attacks from mushrooming. As a result, public opinion in Israel turned sour on the peace process, effectively ending any remaining hopes for peace.

Iran’s peace-spoiling blueprint was also visible in the collapse of the Camp David II talks. Despite a generous offer from Ehud Barak – a virtual return to the 1967 borders, a Palestinian capital in the Abu Dis neighborhood, and a condominium in the Holy Basin – Yasser Arafat strangely refused. Several assumptions were offered for Arafat’s sudden change of mind, among them possible intimidation from Iran.

During the late spring and summer of 2000, the IRGC-QF increased training and funding for Palestinian militants. When Ariel Sharon, the opposition leader, decided to visit the Temple Mount on September 28, the jihadists were ready to turn the mass unrest into a new Intifada. They received broad support from Tehran. Between 2001 and 2003, the Israeli Navy intercepted three vessels carrying Iranian and Hezbollah weapons, including Karina A. The latter was purchased by an associate of Arafat and loaded with Iranian weapons in the port of Bandar Abbas.

The goal of the Iranian regime has never changed. The regime continues to undermine peace and create a situation that prevents Israelis and Palestinians from reaching a deal because peace would further isolate Iran. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said his regime will continue to support Palestine and bless Jihad against the enemies of Islam, (a reference to Israel), and that the only solution for peace is “the elimination of the Zionist regime.”

Iran’s peace-spoiling blueprint was visible in the Hamas October 7th terrorist attack against Israel. The regime coordinated and ordered Hamas to initiate this conflict with Israel to complicate any attempts by Saudi Arabia to normalize relations with Israel. The Islamic Republic views normalization between Israelis and Saudis as a devastating blow to its revolutionary export doctrine.

Every time Israelis and Palestinians (and Arab nations) work towards a peaceful Middle East, Iran’s Islamic regime intervenes to disrupt these efforts. From a theological standpoint, a peaceful Palestine undermines the regime’s objective of liberating Jerusalem. Consequently, regardless of the destruction of Hamas and Islamic Jihad, as long as Tehran’s regime exists with its eschatological beliefs, it will vehemently oppose any solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and attempt to thwart it.

“It’s a flag that represents its people, it’s a flag that represents a nation, the heritage of the people, their traditions, their culture and it doesn’t represent a terrorist group.”

That sounds compelling until one remembers that this is an artificial nation and people with no distinctive traditions or culture of its own, created solely as a weapon to be used against Israel.

“Palestinian flag to fly over North Andover Town Common after Select Board approves application,” WHDH, November 13, 2023:

NORTH ANDOVER, MASS. (WHDH) – Dozens of people crowded into North Andover High School on Monday to voice their opinions during a lively Select Board meeting where a proposal to fly the Palestinian flag above Town Common was ultimately approved.

The request to fly the flag on the Town Common flag pole was approved after about an hour of public comment, during which those gathered spoke both in favor of and against flying the flag amid the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas.

“It’s a big deal for us to see the Palestinian flag that many of us think represents the attempted genocide of the Jewish people,” said Rabbi Iden Irelander. “It basically represents Hamas, since they are the elected ruling party in Gaza.”

One supporter said, “It’s a flag that represents its people, it’s a flag that represents a nation, the heritage of the people, their traditions, their culture and it doesn’t represent a terrorist group.”

This application came after an Israeli flag had flown on the Common for about a month following the Oct. 7 attack on Israel by Hamas….

Glorifying Hamas and Teaching Palestinians’ Blood Libel to Children

What many UN and US teachers have in common.

[Make sure to read Joseph Klein’s contributions in Jamie Glazov’s new book: Barack Obama’s True Legacy: How He Transformed America.]

Members of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) teaching and administrative staff celebrated Hamas’ massacre of 1400 Israelis and abductions on October 7th. UN Watch, a human rights organization that monitors the United Nations’ compliance with the principles of its own Charter, has just issued a blistering report exposing this scandalous endorsement of the actions of genocidal terrorists

For example, an UNRWA principal, Iman Hassan, praised the massacre for “restoring rights” and “redressing” Palestinian “grievances.”

An UNRWA teacher, Osama Ahmad, posted, “Allah is Great, Allah is Great, reality surpasses our wildest dreams” on the morning of October 7th as news of the genocidal attacks was spreading,

An UNRWA English teacher, Asmaa Rafiq Kuheil, posted, “7th, October, 2023! Sculpture the date!” To make sure that nobody missed the point, this Hamas supporter added a heart emoji to his post.

Another UNRWA English teacher, Mohammed A. Adwan, justified Hamas’ deliberate slaughter of the most Jews on a single day since the Holocaust as “resistance, regaining our rights and defending our land.” He propagated the blood libel that Israeli Jews are European colonizers who “occupy” the Palestinians’ homes and “displace our ancestors with massacres.” According to this false victimhood narrative, the Jewish people who live in Israel today have no historical connection to the land of Israel, the Jewish homeland where Jews have lived continuously for nearly 4000 years. This false narrative also castigates the Jewish inhabitants as white European “colonialists” – a racist accusation that ignores Israel’s actual demographics. A higher percentage of Israeli Jews today are categorized as Mizrahi (descendants of African and Middle Eastern Jews) than Ashkenazi (descendants of European Jews). Mizrahim, who were welcomed to reside in Israel and became Israeli citizens, were often fleeing the persecution of Jews in the Arab lands where their families had lived for centuries. Arab countries, on the other hand, have been far less hospitable to so-called Palestinian “refugees.”

Mohammed Al-Shaikh Ali, who has identified himself as an UNRWA employee, posted an ominous warning on October 10th to any Gazans thinking of escaping Gaza to Egypt: “Anyone who talks about taking refuge in Sinai is a traitor, and such people, along with anyone who tries to flee to the south, should be treated the way we ought to treat traitors.”

An UNRWA Gaza psychological school counselor, Niveen Afana, posted her prayer the day after Hamas’ savage attacks on Israeli civilians: “Allah, have mercy on our martyrs, heal our wounded, free our prisoners, strengthen our mujahideen (holy warriors), and grant them victory over the unbelievers.”

These examples and others that UN Watch’s report describes of UNRWA staff’s hate speech, blood libel against Jews, and support for the Hamas terrorists are sickening but not unexpected, given UNRWA’s anti-Semitic track record. But this evil phenomenon is spreading throughout the world, including across America.

Even in New York City, home to the largest Jewish community in the world outside of Israel, public school teachers are spouting the same hate speech and demonization of Israel as the pro-Hamas UNRWA teachers do.

A Manhattan pre-K teacher, Siriana Abboud, for example, “offers social-media guides on how to talk to 4-year-olds about ‘land theft, displacement, and ethnic cleansing,’” the New York Post reported. “She proselytized online that ‘teaching can never be radical or revolutionary, so long as you deny the ongoing and violent colonization of Palestine by Zionism’ and that early education can be a ‘tool for liberation.’” Abboud called Israel a “fascist ethnostate.”

New York’s Department of Education rewarded Ms. Abboud earlier this year with the Big Apple Award for 2023-2024 as a “liberation-inspired educator” who advocates “global consciousness.” The only “consciousness” she possesses is her hatred of Jews. The award entitles this anti-Semite to engage with the School Chancellor’s Teacher Advisory Council where she will have the opportunity to advocate for incorporating her blood libel against the Jewish State of Israel in citywide education policies and programs.

Ms. Abboud should not be anywhere near pre-K children with her poisonous ideas, let alone be in a position to influence any citywide education policies and programs. She should be required to forfeit her award and be kicked out of the School Chancellor’s Teacher Advisory Council.

A Gotham Tech High School teacher, Mohammad Jehad Ahmad, denounced New York City’s Department of Education for distributing to the city’s teachers some sources of information it recommended for use in classroom discussions on the Israel-Hamas war. Ahmad claimed the Department was distributing “Zionist propaganda” even though the Department of Education referenced some websites that are heavily biased against Israel.

Mr. Ahmad called New York City Chancellor David Banks a “white supremacist, imperialist scumbag” for daring to condemn Hamas’ October 7th terrorist attacks. Ahmad praised Hamas’ dastardly massacre of young people at a music peace festival and Hamas’ slaughter of families, young children, and even babies as “a successful military campaign.”

Ahmad also wrote on X: “So-called ‘Israel’ is a settler colony that was invented and only continues to exist through terrorism, dispossession, ethnic cleansing, and ongoing incremental genocide.” And he displayed a pro-Hamas paraglider photo online.

“How can Jews feel safe in Mohammad’s classroom?” Justin Spiro, a New York City school social worker, asked. They can’t. This pro-Hamas Jew hater does not belong anywhere near a classroom, but he is counting on his teachers’ union to protect him.

New York City school teachers, staff, and students walked out of the city’s schools to participate in a pro-Palestinian rally on November 9th, in concert with a nationwide “Shut it down for Palestine” protest. The Palestinian Youth Movement, the National Students for Justice in Palestine, the ANSWER Coalition, the People’s Forum, and the International Peoples’ Assembly were the organizers of the nationwide walkouts. Their stated purpose was to “keep building momentum and increase the pressure with more marches, walk-outs, sit-ins, and other forms of direct action directed at the political offices, businesses, and workplaces that fund, invest, and collaborate with Israeli genocide and occupation.”

New York City public school teachers participating in the walkout ignored Chancellor David Banks’ warning that “When speech and action — even on one’s personal time — undermines the mission or core functions of NYCPS [New York City Public Schools], we will review and take appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.” He made it clear in his e-mail to teachers and staff that even out-of-school political activity can violate city rules if it “disrupts … the school environment.”

In this case, New York City teachers walked out of school during their working hours, along with students and staff, to incite hate against Israel with their scurrilous accusation that Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinian people. By their actions, they have contributed to creating a more hostile “school environment” for Jewish students who are pro-Israel. The teachers especially deserve punishment for shirking their educational responsibilities to spread hate.

In Massachusetts, a school superintendent sent an e-mail just days after the Hamas massacre to teachers in her district directing them to a site that states: “Contrary to the standard mythology, especially in Israel, Israeli terrorism has been significantly worse than that of the Palestinians.”

On the Left Coast, the Oakland Education Association responded to the October 7th terrorist attack and aftermath by condemning Israel. This union accused Israel of maintaining a “75-year-long illegal military occupation of Palestine” and espousing “genocidal rhetoric and policies against the people of Palestine.”

The Oakland Education Association recommended to its members that they should use the “Teach Palestine” website as a resource. This website points to several examples of lessons for teachers to use in brainwashing their students with pro-Palestinian propaganda.

In one example, a third-grade teacher describes how she coaches her students to believe the false narrative that Israel was created as “a European colony” resulting in the forcible removal of “750,000 Palestinians from their homes and lands.” This teacher indoctrinates her students to view the Palestinians’ experience as equivalent to the Native Americans’ loss of land in the United States.

The third-grade teacher says not a word to her students about the continuous presence of Jews in their historic homeland for nearly 4000 years because such a fact would contradict her colonization fabrication. She skips over the fact that the Arabs rejected the opportunity for the Palestinians to have an independent state of their own in 1948, as well as the Palestinian leadership’s rejection of Israel’s generous land for peace offers several times since. She omits any mention of Hamas’ declared mission to destroy Israel altogether and kill as many Jews as possible.

The pro-Hamas teachers are stuck in their own web of lies and vicious slurs with their attempts to rationalize, even celebrate, Hamas’ savagery. They are complicit in egging on the Palestinian terrorists to conduct more vicious attacks against Israeli civilian women, children, infants, and the elderly in what a Hamas media adviser said will hopefully become a “permanent” state of war.

UN agency staff celebrated Oct. 7 Hamas massacre of Israeli civilians

UNRWA’s support for jihad terrorists has been abundantly documented, but no one seems to mind.

“UN Agency Staff Celebrated Oct. 7 Massacre, Part of ‘Terror Strategy’ at Root of Hamas Attack, Watchdog Says,” by Debbie Weiss, Algemeiner, November 6, 2023:

Teachers at Palestinian schools run by the UN agency responsible for Palestinian refugees celebrated Hamas’ Oct. 7 massacre against Israel and are part of a “national strategy to commit acts of terror,” the head of a watchdog group told The Algemeiner following the release of the group’s new bombshell report on the matter.

At least 14 teachers at schools run by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) publicly celebrated the Hamas atrocities on their social media accounts, with one calling the morning of Oct. 7 an “unforgettable glorious morning,” a report released on Monday by the Institute for Monitoring Peace and Cultural Tolerance in School Education (IMPACT-se) found.

The report also identified at least 100 Hamas terrorists who are graduates of UNRWA’s education system. It highlighted Amer Yaser Nazmi Sada, whose diploma was found in the vehicle of one of the terrorists who participated in the Oct. 7 slaughter of Israeli families. The diploma, granted to Sada in 2018 upon his graduation, was signed by the chief of UNRWA’s vocational program in Gaza, Farid Ajmi’an Abu Adhira.

One UNRWA employee in Gaza, Mahmoud Abu Adhm, uploaded several posts supporting the massacre by Hamas, the report showed. In one, posted three days after the attack, Abu Adhm urged the Palestinian terrorist group to kill Israeli hostages, citing Islamic texts: “Do not walk past a captive who has not been given amnesty without striking off his neck so as to terrorize the enemy.”

IMPACT-se CEO Marcus Sheff told The Algemeiner: “When you teach young people to cut the neck of the enemy, do not be surprised when you see acts like that.”

“When you teach young people that Jews should be exterminated, do not be surprised when that is what they attempt to do,” he added.

In another instance, the official Facebook page of an UNRWA elementary school in the West Bank city of Nablus posted a video of a school rally held on Oct. 26 featuring a young boy, accompanied by what seems to be an UNRWA administrator, calling for victory for Hamas’ “jihad warriors” in Gaza and evoking the defeat of the Jews at Khaybar at the hands of Muhammad’s forces in 628 CE….

Gaza: ‘Palestinians’ scream ‘Allahu akbar’ as they watch footage of Hamas destroying Israeli military vehicles

Wait, what? The “Palestinians” are watching movies? But…but…the New York Times AP and CNN told me that they were starving and had neither food, water, nor electricity to project images of Hamas destroying military vehicles. They couldn’t have been lying to me, could they? Inconceivable!

“Palestinians Gather Outside Gaza’s Al-Shifa Hospital To Watch Screening Of Footage Of Hamas Destroying Israeli Military Vehicles,” MEMRI, November 4, 2023:

On November 4, 2023, Gaza Now on Telegram uploaded a video of what it described was a screening outside of the Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza of footage of Hamas’s Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam destroying Israeli military vehicles. The large crowd cheered and shouted: “Allah Akbar!” during the screening.

A U.S. military supply ship was prevented from departing from the Port of Oakland on Friday due to pro-Palestine protesters tying themselves to the vessel and calling for an end to the Israeli-Hamas conflict in Gaza.

Additionally, the furious protesters obstructed access to Berth 20, which is home to the container ship Cape Orlando.

According to protest organizations, the ship was loaded in Tacoma, Washington, with military hardware and weapons that were headed for Israel.

The Arab Resource Organizing Center, which is based in San Francisco, reportedly coordinated the protest.

“It’s incumbent on all of us as taxpayers to demand more and to stop U.S. aid to Israel as long as the violence continues,” said Lara Kiswani, the organizer and executive director of the Arab Resource and Organizing Center.

Around 200 people were demonstrating, and many of them were holding banners calling for an end to U.S. military assistance to Israel while carrying Palestinian flags.

Police were also present at the scene.

A representative for the Port of Oakland refrained from condemning the protesters and instead said that since the demonstration started at 6:45 a.m., it has not interfered with any other cargo handling operations.

In order to make sure the protests were peaceful, Oakland Police informed KPIX that they were monitoring the rally and working with the Port of Oakland and the U.S. Coast Guard.

As of Friday at 4:33 p.m. PST, no one has been arrested.

And began when a plane from Tel Aviv landed in Makhachkala city. In nearby Khasavyurt, people also stormed the Hotel Flamingo and went room-to-room looking for any Jewish people inside. Police had to be called to both locations to deal with the crowds. It follows a surge in anti-Semitism due to Hamas’s attack on Israel and Israel’s subsequent invasion of the Gaza Strip.

More than 7,000 pro-Hamas protesters marched across the Brooklyn Bridge, shutting it down briefly, chanting anti-Semitic slogans. and calling for the elimination of the Jewish State “by any means.”  The “Flood Brooklyn for Gaza” protest was held on Shabbat — something Jewish leaders pointed out was almost certainly a deliberate snub.

“It’s not an accident that pro-Hamas activists would pick this place to protest Jews,” said former City Councilman David Greenfield, a Brooklyn Democrat.

The significance of the protest site was not lost on New York’s Hasidic Jewish community. The marchers wound their way through Crown Heights, home to thousands of Hasidic Jews. Orthodox Rabbi Motti Seligson, 41, of Crown Heights noted that the march was scheduled at the same time as an annual gathering where more than 1,000 Hasidic college students from around the world come to Crown Heights.

“We’re seeing forces of evil that are promoting murder genocide of Israelis and civilians in Gaza because of the support for the terrorist elements that are in their midst,” he said.

The pro-Hamas rally proved to be fun for all ages.

New York Post:

Earlier, Marie Edward, 67, of Sunset Park, held a sign reading “Zionism is terrorism” while watching others march along Eastern Parkway.

She accused Israelis of being the real “killers” and defended Hamas’ heinous Oct. 7 massacre.

“It’s not a question of ‘justified.’ If you are occupied, you fight back and do what they did…they will fight back,” she said.

One of the protesters was just 15 years old and bore a sign reading, “F–k Israel all my homies hate Israel” — a mockery of the Middle Eastern country made in the format of an internet meme.

“They do it too, only worse” is hardly a compelling argument.

Some ralliers were blatantly heard screaming, “Long Live Hamas as they paraded past the corner of 4th Avenue and East 13th Street.

The massive protest culminated at Union Square, with hundreds flooding lower Manhattan Park..

A makeshift basketball hoop was erected on the pavement out of Banksy’s iconic poster of a young girl releasing a heart balloon and multiple alternate side parking signs.

The amateur display read: “F–K ISRAEL. That’s what New Yorkers are saying”

If you peruse other news headlines on the rally, you’ll see that most news outlets identify the protest as a march for a “ceasefire in Gaza.” Looking at the signage and listening to the marchers screaming for Jewish blood, that’s a deliberate falsification. The march was for the elimination of the Jewish state and the people who lived in it.

Brigitte Gabriel: The Brutal Details About Palestinians the Media Ignores

Last week a group of pro-Palestinian protestors stormed the Cannon House Office Building and staged a protest inside the Rotunda. Protests are not allowed in congressional buildings, so they had no right to be there. Roughly 300 of these protesters were arrested for illegally demonstrating, and a few more were charged with assaulting police officers.

The protest, which promptly met the qualifications of an insurrection (according to Democrats), was organized by the supposed “Jewish” organizations Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) and IfNotNow. How Jewish are these groups in reality? I dare say very little.

IfNotNow claims to be an organization of Jews but doesn’t appear to have any good relations with longstanding Jewish advocacy groups. Similarly, JVP is likely no more Jewish than Joe Biden. JVP doesn’t even claim to be an organization exclusively for Jewish anti-Zionists but merely “an organization that is inspired by Jewish values and traditions to work towards peace and justice.”

How did such fringe groups acquire the resources to stage a massive protest at the Capitol? Just follow the money, which leads us to George Soros.

“Through Soros’s philanthropic work, JVP was awarded several grants totaling $650,000 that bankrolled its ‘human rights’ campaign and ‘social welfare activities’ in the Middle East, according to a grant database maintained by the Soros-funded Open Society Foundations, the central hub of the financier’s anti-capitalist, redistributionist network,” writes Mia Cathell over at our sister site Townhall. “The Soros-branded Open Society Policy Center Inc. — once the second-largest spender on federal lobbying after the U.S. Chamber of Commerce — donated $150,000 and $200,000 in 2021 and 2019, respectively, to the Jewish Voice for Peace Action Incorporated, JVP’s tax-exempt 501(c)(3). And, in 2017, Soros’s primary grant-giving vehicle, the Foundation to Promote Open Society, gifted JVP $300,000.”

For our VIPs: In the Soros Justice System, No Conservative Is Safe

IfNotNow has also been the beneficiary of Soros’s money. “Soros’s grant-making Foundation to Promote Open Society handed $200,000 in 2019 and another $200,000 in 2021 to the 501(c)(3) IfNotNow Education Fund for growing membership, visibility, and impact around ‘general support’ to end Israeli ‘occupation in the Middle East’ (meaning the eradication of Israel), Open Society Foundations grant records show.”

Should we really be all that surprised that Soros’s hand is in all this? Soros-funded prosecutors have been weaponizing the justice system against Trump and conservatives; with all of his resources, it’s a no-brainer to imagine that he’s funding various organizations that are causing civil unrest. For decades, Soros has made his intentions about using his wealth and resources to advance leftist causes clear. His handpicked prosecutors are trying to put Trump behind bars as we speak. Before long, none of us will be safe from the clutches of the web of corruption funded by Soros.

The real question is, what are we going to do about it? The first step in defeating your enemies is knowing where they are. That’s why we at PJ Media will continue to do our part to report the truth and expose those who have been corrupted by George Soros and his empire. We are not afraid to call them out, but we need your help if we’re ultimately going to succeed.

Jordanian pol: A Palestinian father is a man who says ‘I want my son to die’

“Say, O you who are Jews, if you claim that you are favored of Allah apart from mankind, then long for death if you are truthful.” (Qur’an 62:6)

Talal Abu Ghazaleh also says: “Let them destroy [Gaza]. What is destroyed can be rebuilt. I think that the goal of [Hamas’s] lions of humanity was to cause the demolition of those buildings so that they could be rebuilt properly, according to more aesthetic and newer engineering standards.”

It was all about aesthetics, you see.

“Jordanian-Palestinian Businessman And Politician Talal Abu Ghazaleh: We Welcome Death; So Far Gaza’s Losses Haven’t Even Been In The Thousands, The Russians Lost 27 Million In WWII; Hitler Left Some Jews Alive So We Will Know Why He Had To Kill Them,” MEMRI, October 12, 2023:

Jordanian-Palestinian businessman and former senator Talal Abu Ghazaleh said on an October 12, 2023, show on NBN TV (Lebanon) that the Israelis fear death, “we on the other hand welcome death.” He continued to say that Palestinians want their children to die as martyrs, and that this does not exist in the Israeli mentality. Abu Ghazaleh added: “People who flee death cannot defeat people who seek death.” Abu Ghazaleh continued to say that Russia willingly sacrificed 27 million of its people during World War II so it could survive. He explained that until now, Gaza has only lost thousands of people, and Israel cannot possibly kill all the two million people in Gaza, because half of them are in the underground tunnels. Abu Ghazaleh continued to claim that a German cabinet minister had told him that Hitler left some Jews alive “on purpose” so that people would understand why the Holocaust was justified.

Talal Abu Ghazaleh: “Israel would not sacrifice a single person. There isn’t a goal for which it would sacrifice a single person. They are afraid of death. Death for them is strange and loathsome. We, on the other hand, welcome death. A Palestinian carries his son on his shoulders, with a headband on the kid’s forehead, which his father inscribed: “Martyrdom Seeker.” This is a man who says: ‘I want my son to die.’ A [Palestinian] mother says: ‘I have given birth to six children, so that three could die in the revolution. I gave birth to children so that they would be martyred.’ This does not exist in the Zionist mentality.”

Interviewer: “So this is not a battle on equal terms. The [enemy] cannot have the same determination as the Palestinians.”

Abu Ghazaleh: “You cannot defeat someone who wants to die. People who flee death cannot defeat people who seek death. What happened in Germany in the World War? Entire cities were destroyed. But didn’t Germany become later one of the five most wealthy countries in the world? Let them destroy [Gaza]. What is destroyed can be rebuilt. I think that the goal of [Hamas’s] lions of humanity was to cause the demolition of those buildings so that they could be rebuilt properly, according to more aesthetic and newer engineering standards.”

Interviewer: “This would be true if it wasn’t for the multitudes of innocent civilian victims [in Gaza]…”

Abu Ghazaleh: “How many? How many victims?”

Interviewer: “The number goes up every moment…”

Abu Ghazaleh: “How many? Two thousand? The casualties always accumulate, unfortunately… Fine. How many people did Russia sacrifice in its war against the Nazis? 27 million. Not just a thousand… We haven’t gotten to thousands yet. Russia knowingly sacrificed those people. It was no coincidence. It is not that Russia did not know that these people were going to die. It wanted 27 million people to die so that Russia could survive. We, Palestinians, are the same. There are two million people [in Gaza]. If one dies…I hope I will be one of them. It would be an honor to die as a martyr. But there are two million people in Gaza. Will [Israel] kill two million people? How? Half of them are hidden underground, in tunnels.

“We are facing a problem that has an easy solution. The [Israelis] will not become refugees, because they have their own countries. They have [foreign] passports. All the enemies have dual citizenship. So, we can solve the problem of the [Palestinians] who wait to return to their country, and the Israelis will go back to their countries. After all, they were either forced to come to Palestine or were led astray.

“The Jews do not have any ideology. All they care about is money and interests. I had a friend who was a German cabinet member. I once asked him: ‘When Hitler, may God forgive him, carried out the Holocaust, why didn’t he finish the job and kill all the Jews?’ He said to me: ‘It’s the other way around, but don’t tell anyone I said this. He left a group of them on purpose so that people would know why we carried out the Holocaust. When you would be tormented by them, you would know the reason.'”

The Palestinian Authority Provides Hamas Killers with $2,789,430 in ‘Pay-For-Slay’ Largesse

The Palestinian Authority has just shown what it thinks of the 1,500 Hamas murderers who were killed during the recent attack on Israeli civilians. Starting now, it intends to lavish large monthly sums, for life, on the families of those who died after torturing and murdering Israeli civilians. And the Bidenites, instead of cutting all aid to the PA, as it is required to do under the Taylor Force Act, if the PA continues with its “Pay-For-Slay” policy that rewards past, and incentivizes future, terrorism against Israel, have instead been increasing their aid to the PA.

Here are the latest figures on those additions to the “Pay-For-Slay” recipients, including those being made to the families of the 1,500 Hamas murderers who were killed during their attacks on Israeli men, women, and children: “PA will pay $2,789,430 to families of 1,500 dead Hamas terrorist murderers, this month,” by Itamar Marcus, Palestinian Media Watch

The PA will pay $2,789,430 to families of 1,500 dead Hamas terrorist murderers, this month.

Under Palestinian Authority law, every terrorist who is killed attacking Israel is defined as a “Martyr” whose family is immediately rewarded by the PA with a 6,000 shekels ($1,511) grant and a 1,400 ($353) per month allowance for life.

This means each family of the 1,500 dead Hamas terrorists who invaded Israel will receive 7,400 shekels for this first month. Families of those terrorists who were married and had children will receive even more. The PA will pay at least 11,100,000 shekels ($2,789,430) this month as a reward for participating in last week’s murders and atrocities against Israeli civilians.

In addition, the 50 captured Hamas terrorist murderers will receive monthly salaries in prison starting at 1,400 shekels/month which will eventually rise to 12,000 shekels/month. Terrorists who are married and have children will receive even higher salaries. This month these newly arrested terrorists will receive at least 70,000 shekels ($17,590).

In total, the PA will pay at least 11,170,000 shekels ($2,807,021) in payments under the PA’s “Pay-for-Slay” program to the Hamas terrorists this month. This is a low estimate since as the war continues there will be additional Hamas terrorist “Martyrs” and prisoners. This figure is added to the more than 100,000,000 shekels/month the PA already pays in salaries to imprisoned terrorists and families of terrorist “Martyrs.”

The Palestinian Authority should be sending a big thank you to the EU countries and Norway, currently the largest funders of the PA because the PA could not possibly make these terror payments without them. These donor countries like to pretend that it’s not their money rewarding terrorists, but everyone knows that the PA could not reward terrorists without this generous foreign funding. When payments to teachers, police, and street cleaners are taken care of by international donors, the PA has the hundreds of millions available it needs to pay for terror.

The Bidenites have blatantly ignored the Taylor Force Act that Congress passed in 2018. That act was meant to halt all American aid to the Palestinian Authority, as long as the PA continued to fund its “Pay-For-Slay” program. “Pay-For-Slay” provides generous subsidies — much larger than the average Palestinian wage — to imprisoned terrorists, and to the families of terrorists who were killed while committing their terrorist attacks. Thus “Pay-For-Slay” both rewards past and incentivizes future, acts of terrorism. Mahmoud Abbas has made clear he will not end that program, announcing  that he will continue the program even “with my last penny.” And the Bidenites, instead of adhering to the clear intention of Taylor Force, have chosen to simply ignore it and to continue to provide aid to the PA both directly, and indirectly through UNRWA and other organizations. Since Biden took office, more than half a billion dollars has been given in that manner to the PA, even though “Pay-For-Slay” remains.

The Bidenites have claimed that since this money is “for humanitarian purposes” and is not given directly to the PA, then it is not covered by the Taylor Force Act. But money is fungible; American aid given to the Palestinians through non-governmental groups does free up other PA money that funds “Pay-For-Slay,” and thus that aid violates the intention of the Taylor Force Act to halt aid to the PA as long as “Pay-For-Slay” continues. The Bidenites are flouting the will of Congress and the aim of Taylor Force.

If the Bidenites were serious about enforcing the Taylor Force Act, they would not be relying on intermediaries to continue funding the PA but would halt all payments, both to non-governmental groups, no matter how “humanitarian” their claimed goals, and to UNRWA, because in the end such payments relieve the PA of certain expenses and thus allow it to continue funding Pay-For-Slay. It’s not just the letter, but the spirit of Taylor Force, that must be upheld, and Congress should be angry at the Bidenites for ignoring both. Of course, the Taylor Force Act is not working as it was supposed to. The PA in just the last year has given close to $200 million to its “Pay-For-Slay” program. It can afford to do so because of all the money the Bidenites have supplied to the PA indirectly, through non-governmental “humanitarian” programs, including UNRWA.

Hamas’ savagery doesn’t trouble him at all. After all, the unbelievers are just animals:

“Indeed, the worst of animals in Allah’s sight are the ungrateful who will not believe.” (Qur’an 8:55)

“Already we have created many of the jinn and mankind for Gehenna, having hearts with which they do not understand, and having eyes with which they do not see, and having ears with which they do not hear. They are like cattle, no, they are worse. These are neglectful.” (Qur’an 7:179)

“American Imam Tom Facchine: We Support the Palestinian Resistance – No Ifs, No Ands, No Buts, No Apologies, No Condemnation – You Don’t Criticize the Table Manners of a Starving Man,” MEMRI, October 10, 2023:

A video of New York State Imam Tom Facchine was posted on the YouTube account of UTICA Masjid on October 10, 2023 in which he expressed his support for Palestinian “resistance.” He said: “We are with the Palestinian resistance 100%, no ifs no ands, no buts, no equivocations, no apologies, no condemnations.” Facchine said that “you don’t criticize the table manners of a starving person.” During the attack on southern Israel 1200 Israelis were murdered and more than 100 were kidnapped, most of whom were civilians including children and the elderly. According to reports, victims were raped, dismembered, and decapitated.

Is Hamas Weaponizing Palestinians As Explosions from Israeli Air Strikes Turn Gaza Into Graveyard?

A careful campaign of deception ensured Israel was caught off guard when the Palestinian Islamist group Hamas launched its devastating attack. The bloodshed is witnessing continuous bombardment, which is the most intense Israel has ever directed at Gaza. Buildings have been destroyed, including many occupied by civilians, and rescue services were struggling to reach new bomb sites quickly. Hamas, the militant group, has had a significant impact on the Middle Eastern landscape, especially concerning the Israel-Palestine conflict. Israel said it strives to keep Gazans safe by warning them with leaflets, text messages, and phone calls in advance of a military strike.
