Oprah Winfrey joined race-obsessed left-wing groups focused on incentivizing black Americans to vote for hard left democrats for a webinar Thursday. The event was blandly marketed as a forum to “discuss the Georgia Special Election,” but the ultimate goal is get a Senate majority in order to easily push a socialist agenda.
As previously reported at RAIR Foundation USA, some of the policies being promoted by the activists in Winfrey’s webinar include defunding police, open borders, restrictions on speech, tax-payer funded abortion without restrictions, a welfare state, massive taxes and amped-up Chinese coronavirus tyranny.
A mass email sent on December 2nd signed by Stefanie Brown James, co-founder of a subversive Clinton-tied group The Collective advertised the event. The panel discussion moderated by Oprah Winfrey featured representatives from the Soros-Funded “Black Voters Matter” group and the communist-tied “New Georgia Project” among others. The event was advertised under the hashtag #OWNYourVote.
One of the groups, the “New Georgia Project,” is currently “under investigation for improper registration activities,” as reported at the New York Post this week. The New Georgia Project was founded by failed gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams and was, until January, chaired by Rev. Raphael Warnock, who is running against Sen. Kelly Loeffler for the January 5th run-off election.
The Washington Free Beacon reported that Georgia Senate candidate Raphael Warnock “was listed as CEO of the New Georgia Project from 2017 until Feb. 21, 2020.” As a young man, Warnock served as a youth pastor at the radical Abyssinian Baptist Church in Harlem which hosted the late communist dictator Fidel Castro.

The Webinar largely consisted of Oprah Winfrey speaking with actress Kerry Washington discussing how excited they are that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris won, which of course, they did not. Despite Oprah, the mainsteam media and the socialist groups’ assertion that the election was called for Joe Biden, the states have until December 14th to resolve disputes surrounding voter fraud.
Kerry Washington also promoted another event “Rock the Runoff” with Stacey Abrams. Oprah additionally spoke with Stefanie Brown James (The Collective), LaTosha Brown (Black Voters Matter), Nse Ufot (New Georgia Project), and Cheryl Lowery (The Joseph and Evelyn Lowery Institute). While the ladies appear to be concerned citizens looking to ensure voter participation, they are trained radicals.
Just today for example, participant and communist training school Rockwood alum LaTosha Brown tweeted about “police murders” and expressed anger at former President Barack Obama for his recent comments about the “defunding police” movement. Further, she sickeningly tweeted in part: “I live in a country where the ‘defund the Police’ statement is far more offensive than the actual killing of Black people.” (emphasis added)
Brown, of course, did not express concern for the police officers regularly attacked and killed by criminals.

President Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani has tested positive for the coronavirus. President Trump broke the news Sunday afternoon via Twitter.
Referring to Giuliani as “by far the greatest mayor in the history of NYC,” Trump announced that the former mayor and crimefighter “has tested positive for the China Virus.”
“Get better soon Rudy, we will carry on!!!” Trump added.
Giuliani is 76 years old, which puts him in the high-risk category for the virus. As of this writing, Giuliani has not addressed his diagnosis publicly.

The Trump campaign is celebrating a huge legal victory after Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer said he would allow investigators to conduct a forensic examination of 22 Dominion voting machines used on Election Day in Antrim County, Michigan.
“Our team is going to be able to go in this morning at about 8:30 and will be there for about eight hours to conduct that forensic examination and we’ll have the results in about 48 hours, and that’ll tell us a lot about these machines,” Trump election attorney Jenna Ellis told Fox News.
Rudy Giuliani called the order a “big win” for honest elections, though the legal challenge is actually not related to the presidential election. Judge Elsenheimer’s order stems from a challenge by a voter who claims that ballots were damaged during a recount of a village marijuana proposal that just barely passed. Antrim County infamously showed Joe Biden as the winner of the county before a “human error” was discovered and Trump was revealed the true winner of the county by several thousand votes.
Lawsuits allege that nearly 300,000 votes were manipulated in Michigan. Dominion “is responsible for “the injection or fabrication, of 289,866 illegal votes in Michigan, that must be disregarded,” says expert witness Russell Ramsland Jr.

An audit of 1,400 mail-in ballots in Nevada found that two percent were cast by voters who never actually received a ballot in the mail, and one percent were cast by voters who say they didn’t even vote.
The audit, which was conducted by Baselice and Associates for the Trump campaign’s legal team in Nevada, found that 579,000 absentee ballots were returned to the state by Election Day. If three percent of those ballots were improperly cast, that comes to 17,300 illegal votes.
The Trump campaign was also granted the right to inspect voting machines used during the election, though they’ve yet to be granted a proper inspection.
“Machines were not usable, and we were not able to make a determination about the accuracy and integrity of the election process based on this inspection,” Trump’s legal team said. “We are entitled to a computer forensic inspection in accordance with the judge’s order. We were prevented from doing one. This was a digital election and we were not allowed a digital inspection. The ‘inspection’ today was like trying to determine if a car had failed brakes without getting underneath the car.”
The Trump campaign alleges that 130,000 ballots from Clark County were verified using a machine they believe was not operated properly. They’ve long held the belief that President Trump is the true winner in Nevada. The Silver State has six electoral votes.
A hearing is to be held in Carson City, Nevada, on Thursday. “We have so much evidence we had to rent a separate car,” says Matt Schlapp, chairman of the American Conservative Union, who’s with the Trump legal team in the state.
On Wednesday, Schlapp also said that “The numbers of illegal ballots in NV from outside Nevada has now doubled” from his original assessment of just 9,000.
President Donald Trump on Wednesday called for a full forensic audit of mail-in ballots that were cast in key states during the Nov. 3 presidential election. In a lengthy pre-recorded speech, the president said that “tens of thousands [of ballots] have fraudulent signatures” in key states. It means “a full forensic audit is required to ensure that only legal ballots from lawfully registered voters that were properly cast are included,” Trump added. “The reason for this is clear,” he said, “they were not verifying signatures because they know the ballots have not been filled out by the voters in whose names they were cast.” The only way to remedy the situation, Trump said, is to carry out a full review of ballot envelopes, which contain the signatures. He did not say what states should carry out the auditing process. Over the past three weeks, Trump’s legal team has sent several letters to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger, demanding a full signature audit. Raffensberger, however, has responded by saying that it’s not possible to match the ballots and the envelope with the signature, citing privacy laws. His team and other Republicans have pushed for signature-audit procedures in Pennsylvania. “We need a systematic analysis of the mail-in ballots to review the envelopes,” Trump said. “It’s about the signature. And if they’re on the envelopes, we can only review the envelopes. And that will tell us everything. This is the absolute minimum we should expect.” On Election Day and beyond, poll watchers were not allowed to watch the tabulation process in several heavily Democratic areas, Trump said, arguing that it further compounded the allegedly fraudulent vote-tabulation process. In testimonies over the past week in Michigan, Arizona, and Pennsylvania, GOP poll observers said they witnessed irregularities, saw votes that were cast for Trump going to Biden, and were harassed by election workers. Secretaries of state in these places have said there has not been sufficient evidence of voter fraud or irregularities that would overturn the election result. Going further, a spokesman for Michigan’s Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, told Epoch Times that Republican poll watchers who testified in front of the Michigan Legislature this week displayed a “lack of knowledge” about vote-counting and promoted “conspiracy theories,” without elaborating. Trump, meanwhile, argued that his efforts to find voter fraud and irregularities are a bid to safeguard the U.S. election system. “This is not just about my campaign, although it has a lot to do with who’s going to be your next president,” Trump remarked. “If we don’t root out the fraud, the tremendous and horrible fraud that’s taken place in our 2020 election. On Tuesday, a truck driver testified that he had driven thousands of ballots from Bethpage, N.Y., to Lancaster, Pa., two weeks before Election Day. Phill Kline, a former attorney general of Kansas and director of The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, said The Amistad Project has corroborated the truck driver’s story.
“The evidence demonstrates, and it’s through eyewitness testimony that’s been corroborated by others by their eyewitness testimony, that 130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election were shipped from Bethpage, New York, to Lancaster, Pennsylvania,” to a facility incapable of processing them, Kline explained in the press conference. A spokeswoman later clarified that the estimate ranges from 144,000 to 288,000 ballots.
“This evidence demands investigation. This evidence demands answers,” Kline insisted. He reported that The Amistad Project is working with the FBI and U.S. attorneys in various jurisdictions to get to the bottom of the story.
Jesse Morgan, the truck driver involved, told his story at the press conference.
“I drive a tractor-trailer for U.S. postal service, a subcontractor. I drive a route from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to Bethpage, New York, to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and back to Lancaster,” he explained.
“On October 21, when I arrived for my usual route for Bethpage,” he recalled, “an expeditor made three references to ballots that were to be loaded into my trailer, including saying, ‘Hey, you have ballots today.'”
He recalled receiving 24 Gaylord boxes full of ballots, stacked on top of each other. He saw that “envelopes had handwritten return addresses.”
“They were complete ballots. I didn’t think much of it at the time,” Morgan said. When he arrived in Harrisburg, he was not allowed to offload the mail. “I was made to wait for roughly 6 hours, from 9:15 a.m. to nearly 3 p.m.,” he recalled.
“All of this was weird,” Morgan said. After waiting for six hours, he went inside and asked to see the expeditor. “I was told to wait for the transportation supervisor,” an official Morgan had never dealt with. “He’s a top guy, he’s the kind of guy that would speak to my boss.”
“The supervisor told me to drive to Lancaster without being unloaded in Harrisburg,” Morgan said. “I knew the ballots were loaded for Harrisburg.” He also recalled asking for his ticket, the slip that shows he arrived, and a late slip to prove he had been delayed. The supervisor refused to give him the slip.
“I then drove to Lancaster, unhooked my trailer in its normal place, and then drove my truck to where I always park it,” he recalled. “The next day, it just got weirder. As I arrived at Lancaster… my trailer was gone, not there anymore.”
“Since I started driving that Bethpage route, I’ve always had trailer 10-R-1440,” Morgan said. He noticed because he really liked that trailer.
“What happened on October 21 was a series of unusual events that cannot be a coincidence,” the truck driver insisted. “I know I saw ballots with return addresses filled out, thousands of them, thousands. Loaded onto my trailer in New York and headed for Pennsylvania.”
“As things became weirder I got to thinking and wondered why I was driving complete ballots from New York to Pennsylvania. I didn’t know why, so I decided to speak up,” Morgan said.
Col. Tony Schaeffer, who is working with The Amistad Project team, said the organization had backed up Morgan’s story.
Kline said sources told him Morgan’s story “matched up perfectly on how you would insert fraudulent mail into the stream.”
At the press conference, other whistleblowers spoke about postal workers delivering Joe Biden campaign mail while they discarded mail from the Trump campaign.

An investigation into SEC filings has revealed that the firm which owns Dominion Voting Systems received $400 million dollars from a Swiss bank with close links to the Chinese government less than a month before the election.
The investigation centers on Staple Street Capital, which acquired Dominion Voting Systems in 2018.
Dominion Voting Systems operates voting machines in 28 states and has been accused by President Trump and his supporters of being involved in deleting millions of votes for Trump in addition to switching votes to Biden on election night.
“On Oct 8, 2020, Staple Street Capital filed SEC Form D offerings and sales amount of $400,000,000 with the Sales Compensation Recipient identified as UBS Securities,” states the investigation, which also notes that another payment of $200,000,000 was received in December 2014.
“UBS Securities is a Swiss investment bank which owns 24.99% of UBS Securities Co LTD, a Chinese Investment Bank. The remaining 75% of UBS Securities CO LTD is owned by the Chinese government,” states the report.
The overall owners of UBS Securities Co LTD are;
– Beijing Guoxiang (33%) – UBS (24.99%) – Guangdong Comm. Group [zh] (14.01%) – China Guodian (14%) – COFCO Group (14%)
Aside from UBS, the other four owners of UBS Securities are all Communist Chinese front groups.
Beijing Guoxiang is a state owned asset.
Guangdong Comm. Group 100% stakeholder is the Guangdong Provincial Government.
China Guodian is state owned enterprise administered for the SASAC for the state Council
COFCO Group is a state owned enterprise under the direct supervision of the SASAC.
SASAC The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) is a special commission of the People’s Republic of China, directly under the State Council.
The revelation that Dominion Voting Systems has financial ties to the Chinese government via UBS Securities will bolster claims by Trump supporters that foreign actors working on behalf of Communist China may have sought to meddle in the presidential election to help Joe Biden.
Other connections between Dominion Voting Systems and the Chinese government have also emerged in recent weeks, including the company’s Core Infrastructure Manager of Information Technology, Andy Huang, who previously worked for China Telecom, which is “wholly run by the Chinese government,” reported the National Pulse.

When attorney Sidney Powell promised to “unleash the Kraken,” most assumed she was simply referring to a lawsuit.
But along with that lawsuit, there is a person: Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia, and his resume is beyond impressive. In his affidavit filed with Powell’s Georgia lawsuit on Wednesday, he noted a few of his remarkable accomplishments:
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from George Mason University, a Ph.D. degree in Management of Engineering and Technology from CalSouthern University and a Doctoral (Ed.D) degree in Education from George Washington University.
I have advanced training from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), National Security Agency (NSA), DHS office of Intelligence & Analysis (I&A) and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
He has even been mentioned favorably in, of all places, the New York Times. In the article “How One Man Conned the Beltway,” the Times noted in September the exceptional work done by Keshavarz-Nia in helping exposing Garrison Kenneth Courtney, who ran a scam called Alpha214 to rake in high salaries from industries by promising government contracts. Wrote the Times, “In doing cybersecurity and technical counterintelligence work for the C.I.A., N.S.A. and F.B.I., he had spent decades connecting top-secret dots. After several months of working [in the present investigation] he began connecting the dots.” The Times added that the people working with him considered him “the smartest person in the room.”
Courtney, 44, is now spending seven years in jail thanks in part to the sleuthing of Keshavarz-Nia.
And the good doctor is connecting the dots once again, this time exposing the massive fraud that allegedly gave Biden the victory over President Trump in the presidential election.
In his nine-page affidavit, Keshavarz-Nia concluded
with high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states, resulting in hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to [former] Vice President [Joe] Biden.
These alterations were the result of systemic and widespread exploitable vulnerabilities in [the Dominion Voting System and related systems and software] that enabled operators to achieve the desired results.
In my view, the evidence is overwhelming and incontrovertible.
He is not bashful about his education or experience:
My experience spans 35 years performing technical assessment, mathematical modeling, cyber-attack pattern analysis, and security counterintelligence linked to FIS operators, including China, Iran, North Korea, and Russia.
I have worked as a consultant and subject-matter expert supporting the Department of Defense, FBI and US Intelligence Community (USIC) agencies such as the DIA, CIA, NSA, NGA, and the DHS I&A supporting counterintelligence, including supporting law enforcement investigations.
What he uncovered confirmed evidence found by others, thus strengthening his conclusion:
The USIC has developed the Hammer and Scorecard tools, which were released by Wiki Leaks and independently confirmed by Lt. Gen Thomas McInerney (USAF, retired), Kirk Wiebe, former NSA official and Dennis Montgomery (former CIA analyst).
The Hammer and Scorecard capabilities are tradecrafts used by US intelligence analysts to conduct MITM attacks on foreign voting systems, including the Dominion Voting System (DVS) Democracy Suite and Systems and Software (ES&S) voting machines without leaving an electronic fingerprint.
As such, these tools are used by nefarious operators to influence voting systems by covertly accessing DVS and altering the results in real-time and without leaving an electronic fingerprint.
He explained how those “nefarious operators” gained access to the DVS through a “back door”:
I have previously discovered major exploitable vulnerabilities in DVS and ES&S that permit a nefarious operator to perform sensitive functions via its built-in covert backdoor.
The backdoor enables an operator to … perform system updates and testing via the Internet without detection. However, it can also be used to conduct illicit activities such as shifting votes, deleting votes, or adding votes in real-time (Source: DVS Democracy Suite EMS Manual, version 5.11-CO::7, P.43). These events can take place through the Internet and without leaving a trace.
He learned that DVS has “a strategic relationship with Venezuela’s Bitza Corporation which is 28% owned by former President [Hugo] Chavez.… the DVS/Bitza software was co-developed in Venezuela to alter vote counts to ensure President Chavez (and later, President Maduro) were guaranteed to win an election.”
This confirms another affidavit filed by a former high-level security official from Venezuela who saw the system in operation.
Not only is DVS designed not to leave a fingerprint behind, it is also structured so that its owners cannot readily be determined. As Keshavarz-Nia discovered:
DVS is comprised of several companies which obfuscate its true organizational and ownership structures. The DVS companies include: 1) Dominion Voting Systems International Corporation, a Barbados corporation; 2) Dominion Voting Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation; and 3) Dominion Voting Systems Corporation, a Canadian corporation.
Similarly, Smartmatic is comprised of: 1) Smartmatic International Corporation, a Barbados corporation; 2) Smartmatic USA Corporation, a Delaware corporation; 3) Smartmatic International Holding B.V, a Netherlands corporation; and 4) Smartmatic TIM Corporation, a Philippines corporation.
Based on my counterintelligence experience in USIC, I conclude that corporate structures were partially designed to obfuscate their complex relationships, especially with Venezuela, China and Cuba; and impede discovery by investigators….
DVS has acknowledged that Chinese made parts are used in its voting machines. However, the company is unwilling to share details on its supply chains, foreign ownership, or its relationship with China, Venezuela and Cuba. In particular, I have seen USIC intelligence reports showing China’s espionage activities in the United States and efforts to infiltrate elections.
Since these countries are our enemies, I conclude that FIS [Foreign Intelligence Service employees] and other operators were involved to influence the outcome of the 2020 election.
Keshavarz-Nia discovered “significant anomalies” as a result of the fraud:
I have conducted detailed analysis of the NY Times data sets and have discovered significant anomalies are caused by fraudulent manipulation of the results.
In my expert judgment, the evidence is widespread and throughout all battleground states I have studied. I conclude the following:
a. The vote count distribution in PA, WI, MI, AZ, NV, and GA are not based on normal system operation. Instead, they are caused by fraudulent electronic manipulation of the targeted voting machines;
b. On approximately 2:30 AM EST, TV broadcasts reported that PA, WI, AZ, NV and GA have decided to cease vote counting operations and will continue the following day. The unanimous decision to intentionally stop counting by all 5 battleground states is highly unusual, possibly unprecedented and demonstrates prior coordination by election officials in battleground states.
There would be no legitimate reason battleground states need to pre-coordinate election activities and stop on-going adjudication processes.
However, it is equally puzzling that the vote counting did not stop, as reported. In fact, it continued behind closed doors in early hours of November 4, 2020.
This activity is highly unusual and demonstrates collusion to achieve the desired results without being monitored by watchers.
Such deliberate and intentional fraud had its inevitable consequences, declared Keshavarz-Nia:
The data variance favoring Vice President Biden continues to accelerate after 4:30 AM EST on November 4, 2020 and continues its momentum through November 9, 2020.
This abnormality in variance is evident by the unusually steep slope for Vice President Biden in all battleground states on November 4, 2020. A sudden rise in slope is not normal and demonstrates data manipulation by artificial means.
For example in PA, President Trump’s lead of more than 700,000 count advantage was reduced to less than 300,000 in a few short hours, which does not occur in the real world without an external influence.
I conclude that manually feeding more than 400,000 mostly absentee ballots cannot be accomplished in a short time frame (i.e., 2-3 hours) without illegal vote count alteration.

In my expert opinion, the DVS Democracy Suite, Scytl/SOE Software/eClarity and Smartmatic have not produced auditable results in the 2020 election.
It is evident that ballots were not properly validated, system records were not kept, and the system experienced considerable instability even several days prior to November 4, 2020 that required DVS to implement software changes at the last minute.
In addition, the disparity in data distribution after 4:30 AM on November 4, 2020 indicates significant systemic anomalies that were widespread among all battleground states.
The evidence is both extensive and persuasive and indicates large-scale fraud by remote operators.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s (R) bad day is about to get even worse. Early on Monday morning, news broke that a Dominion voting machine server crash delayed the third Georgia recount. Just after noon, the Donald Trump campaign sent its fifth request for a signature audit involving absentee ballots.
“Until the signatures are matched, the vote count in Georgia is a complete fraud,” former New York City mayor and Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani declared in a statement. “There is no way of knowing which ballots are honest and which ballots are fraudulent.”
The Trump campaign claimed that between 38,250 and 45,626 absentee ballots were illegal due to signature-matching failures, numbers that far exceed Biden’s 12,670 margin of victory in the state.
Addressing Raffensperger, Trump attorney Ray S. Smith III said, “It is not possible for you to accurately certify the results in the presidential race from the November 3, 2020, election until and unless there is a thorough audit of the signatures, which we have now requested four times in writing prior to this request. You cannot in good faith conclude the ongoing statutory recount until you have instituted a signature matching audit.”
Late Sunday evening, Dominion Voting Systems machines crashed in Fulton County as Georgia continued its third recount of the presidential election results. Roughly 88 percent of the county’s results had been counted. Raffensperger’s office later explained that the crash resulted from human error.
Last week, Michael Steel, a spokesman for Dominion, denied claims that votes cast through the company’s systems were at risk of being altered.
“Look, when a voter votes on a Dominion machine, they fill out a ballot on a touch screen. They are given a printed copy which they then give to a local election official for safekeeping. If any electronic interference had taken place, the tally reported electronically would not match the printed ballots. and in every case where we’ve looked at — in Georgia, all across the country — the printed ballot, the gold standard in election security, has matched the electronic tally,” he argued.
When it comes to signature-matching, election officials have to check the signatures on the secrecy envelopes before counting absentee ballots in those envelopes. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, even if election officials did illegally count absentee ballots, it may be impossible to fix the problem, since ballots are not kept with secrecy envelopes after officials remove and tally them.
Election officials rejected 2,011 absentee ballots in the Georgia general election, according to Raffensperger’s office. Voters returned a total of 1.32 million absentee ballots, so the rejection rate is 0.15 percent, the same as in the 2018 election. That year, Georgians cast only 284,000 absentee ballots, 454 of which were rejected for signature mismatches.
Allegations of voting tabulation errors have plagued Georgia’s election system for the weeks after Nov. 3. A previous recount found thousands of previously-uncounted ballots. Recently, the five-member Georgia State Election Board agreed to extend the use of 24/7 monitored drop boxes for the runoff elections on January 5.
In a USA Today op-ed last week, Raffensperger claimed that “Georgia had a wildly successful and smooth election.” He lamented, “My family voted for Trump. He threw us under the bus anyway.”
On Monday, he argued that Trump had been misled by “misinformation.”
“There are those who are exploiting the emotions of many Trump supporters with fantastic claims, half-truths, misinformation—and frankly, they are misleading the president as well, apparently,” Raffensperger said.

Election authorities in Georgia have opened investigations into progressive groups trying to sign up new voters in advance of twin January elections that will determine control of the U.S. Senate, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said on Monday.
Raffensperger, a Republican, said his office was examining registration efforts by America Votes, Vote Forward and the New Georgia Project. He said some groups had been encouraging people who lived outside Georgia to register to vote in the state.
"These third-party groups have a responsibility to not encourage illegal voting. If they do so, they will be held responsible," Raffensperger said.
The state is the site of a pair of Jan. 5 runoffs for U.S. Senate seats that will determine which party controls the upper chamber of Congress for the next two years and with it the ability to advance or block Democratic President-elect Joe Biden's legislative agenda.
Raffensperger said his office also had several investigations open into accusations of wrongdoing in the U.S. presidential election.
Outgoing Republican President Donald Trump has repeatedly and without evidence claimed his loss to Biden in the Nov. 3 election was the result of widespread fraud, though state and federal election officials have said there is no evidence of it.
Much of Trump's anger has been trained on fellow Republicans Raffensperger and Georgia Governor Brian Kemp after Biden narrowly won their state.
Raffensperger said during a news conference at the state Capitol that his office continues to investigate any credible claims of illegal voting and violations of state election law. His office currently has more than 250 open cases from this year, he said.
He singled out groups that he said are working to register people in other states to vote in a high-profile runoff election for Georgia's two U.S. Senate seats. His office's 23 investigators also continue to look into allegations of problems with absentee ballots, as well as claims of people who voted twice, people who cast a ballot in a dead person's name and non-residents who voted in Georgia, he said.
But Raffensperger also punched back — as he has repeatedly in the weeks since the Nov. 3 general election — at allegations of widespread election fraud that are circulating online. Trump, who narrowly lost to Biden, is among those criticizing the state's handling of the election.

The secretary of state's office is looking into a sworn statement from a Republican official in Gwinnett County, in Atlanta's northeastern suburbs, that says there were more absentee ballots than absentee ballot envelopes, Raffensperger said.
“This is the kind of specific charge that our office can investigate and ascertain the truth," he said.
Raffensperger said his investigators are also looking into specific allegations of improper actions by four groups.
America Votes has sent absentee ballot applications to people at addresses where they haven't lived in more than 25 years, while Vote Forward tried to register a dead Alabama woman to vote in Georgia and the New Georgia Project sent voter registration applications to New York City, he said.
A spokesperson for America Votes said in an email to The Associated Press that the group is working to make sure every voice is heard.
“America Votes has mailed registered voters in Georgia applications to safely and securely vote by mail in the January runoffs. These mailings were sent to the list of registered voters maintained by the Secretary of State," Sahil Mehrotra wrote.
Vote Forward and the New Georgia Project didn't immediately respond to emails seeking comment Monday.
Raffensperger also said a group called Operation New Voter Registration Georgia is telling college students they can change their registration to vote in Georgia for the runoff and then change it back to another state after the election. That group doesn't seem to have an online presence, and an email sent to an address on a flier circulating on Twitter bounced back, saying the account doesn't exist.
County election workers around the state are currently working on a recount of the presidential race that was requested by the Trump campaign, and Raffensperger said he expects them to finish by the Wednesday night deadline. Under state law, the losing candidate can request a recount when the margin is less than 0.5%. Certified results showed Trump losing to Biden by 12,670 votes, or 0.25%.
The recount, which is being done using scanners that read and tabulate votes, is the third time the votes in the presidential race are being counted in Georgia. After the initial count following Election Day, Raffensperger selected the presidential race for an audit required by state law. Because of the tight margin, he said, the audit required the roughly 5 million votes in that contest to be recounted by hand.

Left-wing groups who seek to fundamentally transform America into a socialist country are descending upon Georgia in order to win two Senate seats (currently held by Republican Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler) in run-off races to be held on January 5, 2021. The left is throwing their weight behind their far-left challengers Jon Ossoff and Rev. Raphael Warnock.

Many of the groups have direct ties to former President Barack Obama and failed Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton. The following organizations compiled by RAIR Foundation USA offer readers a small sample of left-wing groups fighting to drag Democrats, particularly black Democrats, to the polls on election day. Noteably, several groups plan on offering food and other incentives for voting, which is potentially a federal crime.
Indivisible
“Control of the Senate — and the opportunity to realize all our progressive priorities — hinges on two runoff elections in Georgia in less than seven weeks,” an email from the Clinton-Allied left-wing group Indivisible declared on November 19. “So between now and then, we have to do everything we can to get David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler out of office on January 5,” it continued.
Indivisible has joined other leftist groups in setting their sights on Georgia in order to take over the Senate and get “a real shot at all our progressive priorities,” according to yet another mass email sent to supporters on Wednesday, November 25th. Indivisible, a “partner” of Hillary Clinton’s “Onward Together” group, was founded by Democrat staffers Ezra Levin and Leah Greenberg specifically to resist President Trump.
“We’ve got big plans for 2021, from major democracy reform initiatives to work on climate, racial justice, immigration, economic justice, health care, and more,” Indivisible declares in their email. “We’re going to be fighting for all these things regardless,” the email continues, “but we know we can get a lot more done a lot more quickly if we have the Senate working for us instead of for Mitch McConnell’s elite white buddies.”
The Collective
The Clinton-tied Collective PAC supports leftist black candidates for all levels of government. They claim radical black officials such “Squad” member Ayanna Pressley and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison as some of their many “victories”.
Founded by the Quentin James and his wife Stefanie Brown James, The Collective regularly cites the need to “build black political power.” Quentin James previously served as the “Black Americans Director for the Ready for Hillary PAC” and before that as a staffer for the 2008 Obama campaign. Importantly, Quentin James also “founded” Inclusv along with close Obama ally and author of “Brown is the New White” Steve Phillips after Hillary Clinton sought to bring progressive black Americans into her failed 2016 campaign for president.

Quentin James’ wife Stefanie served as “the National African American Vote Director for the 2012 Obama for America Campaign.” Both Quentin and Stefanie served in high ranking roles at the NAACP.
In an email sent on “Black Friday” to supporters, The Collective requests that people “virtually volunteer” to support the leftist candidates in the Georgia runoffs. “The Georgia runoffs on January 5 will determine the future of the Senate…make sure you sign up to virtually volunteer with The Collective to help us get out the vote and make history,” the email states.
Vote.org is actively fighting to bring “young voters, low-income voters, and voters of color” to the Georgia runoffs, according to a mass email sent on November 19th. Part of their strategy includes “proven, research-backed tactics” such as texting, billboards and free food. Vote.org claims to be “partnering” with radical left groups such as “Southern Poverty Law Center, Fair Fight [founded by Stacey Abrams], the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, and Black Voters Matter [see below].”
It may sound non-partisan, but Vote.org is as left-wing as it gets. Founded by longtime left activist Debra Cleaver who cut her teeth at a now-defunct voter group that targeted swing states, Vote.org originally launched in 2008 as “Long Distance Voter” (LDV). The goal for all of these groups is to target so-called “low-propensity voters” or those who are not likely to vote (i.e. Democrats).
Cleaver, who tweeted on Thanksgiving day that “criminal republicans should be tried for treason” among other things, is now the founder and CEO of VoteAmerica.com. Vote.org is now led by Andrea Hailey, who tweeted shortly after President Trump’s inauguration that activists must “[G]et to work building coalitions to fight Trump NOW.”
Black Voters Matter
One of the above-mentioned partners of Vote.org has their own Georgia strategy. The newly-launched Black Voters Matter is a recipient of a part of $150 million fund for “racial justice” groups being doled out by George Soros’ Open Society Foundations, as reported in July at the New York Times.
Black Voters Matter was founded by the radical socialist group Liberation Road’s Latosha Brown and Clifford Albright, a recipient of the “Soros Equality Fellowship.” According to their website, Black Voters Matter will launch a “statewide outreach tour on the ‘Blackest Bus in America'” which includes “digital and radio advertisements, community events, and food giveaways” to incentivise black Georgians to vote.
“BVM’s Can’t Stop Won’t Stop tour is part of its core mission to expand Black voter engagement and build progressive power. As part of the We Got The Power campaign, BVM will team up with more than 40 local, Georgia-based organizations to encourage voters to register, submit absentee ballots, and vote early. The campaign will also include special outreach to historically disengaged communities like young, first-time voters and formerly incarcerated individuals.”
Repeating the lie about “voter suppression,” Latosha Brown was quoted as bragging about “taking our movement to build and drive Black voting power in Georgia to the next level.”
Our Revolution
Our Revolution is a dangerous socialist organization founded to “carry on Bernie Sanders’s progressive movement”. Our Revolution, like Bernie Sanders, is closely tied to America’s largest Marxist organization, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).
According to an email sent on November 19, Our Revolution is “launching our GEORGIA GROUND GAME CAMPAIGN” in order “boost[ing] turnout in the majority black precincts surrounding Atlanta [which] is key to winning both Senate Races in Georgia.”
RAIR Foundation USA previously reported on an international communist gathering attended by DSA leader Maria Svart and David Duhalde, Political Director of Our Revolution, among others.
“Losing even one of these Georgia races means that we will have zero legislative progress on healthcare, the climate crisis, fixing democracy, and on and on,” laments another email dated November 16th. “We can’t let the fascist enablers funding the Republican Party steal our future by winning Georgia and keeping Mitch in power,” the email continued.
Speaking of Our Revolution, they are currently working with the Athens area chapter of DSA to knock on doors for Deborah Gonzalez to be elected as District Attorney.

Runbeck Election Services said in a statement Tuesday that it "is working with Tarrant County elections officials to investigate if the problem is printing-related or scanning-related. Once the investigation is complete, we will offer our support to all partners and vendors involved to determine the appropriate next steps to ensure that all ballots are properly tabulated."
20,000 (1/3) Texas mail-in ballots could be rejected due to scanning problem:
FORT WORTH, Texas - Tarrant County elections officials say a third of received mail-in ballots have been rejected because the company that printed them made a mistake. With one week until Election Day, elections administrator Heider Garcia said barcodes are not scanning properly on some ballots because the print shop that made them did a poor job and they are unreadable by machines. Garcia estimates more than 20,000 mail-in ballots are affected and the elections board will have to manually tabulate those ballots. “The print shop that did these ballots for us basically can improve the quality of printing because those barcodes are not 100% legible 100% of the time to the scanner,” Garcia said. Garcia said his top priority is to legally process them and Commissioner Roy Brooks gave him a very clear warning. “Any solution to this problem that does not result in having every one of those votes counted is unacceptable,” Brooks said during Tuesday’s Commissioner’s Court meeting. The county judge agreed. “Top priority,” said Judge Glen Whitley. “The integrity of the ballot.” Garcia had no issue with their requests. “You’re right. There is no other option,” he said. Garcia emphasized Tarrant County voters with mail-in ballots should send their completed ballots by mail or in person just as they normally would and those ballots will be counted. “Basically what this is, we are going to have to keep scanning those ballots, let the certified system say we can’t read these. Then the ballot board is going to replicate those into clean copies so they can be counted. That is the process outlined in the law,” Garcia said. Days before early voting began, Garcia gave FOX4 a look at the process. A company called Runbeck Election Services in Arizona was selected over dozens of bidders to print those ballots. “It is not the voters fault that we hired a vendor that did substandard work,” Brooks said. Garcia said his office will be able to overcome this hurdle. “That’s the important message here. This is not a, ‘We think this will work.’ We’ve been doing this for years every election,” Garcia said. “It’s looking just like a matter of a lot of work more than we expected. But not unknown, not unfamiliar.”

Bishop Reginald Jackson stepped to the microphone at a drive-in rally outside a church in southwest Atlanta as his voice carried over a loudspeaker and the radio to people gathered in, around and on top of cars that filled the parking lot.
“Let’s keep Georgia blue," Jackson said. “Let’s elect Jon Ossoff, Raphael Warnock to the United States Senate.” The presiding bishop of more than 400 African Methodist Episcopal churches in Georgia added a pastoral flourish as horns honked and supporters cheered: “If I have a witness, somebody say amen!"
As Georgia becomes the nation’s political hotspot this winter before twin runoff elections Jan. 5 that will determine control of the Senate, faith-based organizing is heating up.
Conservative Christians are rallying behind Republican Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue, while Black churches and liberal-leaning Jewish groups are backing Democratic challengers Rev. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff. The Democrats' fates are seen as intertwined in a state that this year turned blue in the presidential election for the first time since 1992 by a razor-thin margin.
“These runoffs are critically important,” Jackson said. “We want to make sure there is no decrease in turnout.”
Across Georgia, the African Methodist Episcopal Church is implementing a program designed to ensure its members, and Black voters overall, cast ballots in the runoff — focusing on votes by mail and early in-person voting. Pastors at each church remind tens of thousands of congregants every week to apply for an absentee ballot and of early voting dates, Jackson said in an interview. Each local church also follows up with congregants to make sure they have a plan to vote.
The New Georgia Project, a nonpartisan voter mobilization group founded by Democrat Stacey Abrams, who ran for governor in 2018, is also preparing to tap the influence of faith communities in stoking turnout.
Rev. Billy Honor, director of faith organizing at the group, said the conservative Christian Faith & Freedom Coalition — founded by former Georgia GOP chairman Ralph Reed — has long positioned Georgia “as the home of evangelical fundamentalist types when it comes to the political space."
“But the truth is, for a very long time, there has been an active, effective movement of progressive-minded, justice-centered clergy” who have worked in the state on voting rights, health care and other issues, Honor added. He said Warnock was part of that work before his candidacy. Warnock is senior pastor at Atlanta's Ebenezer Baptist Church, the congregation led by the late Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.
Meanwhile, Loeffler and Perdue can expect to benefit from a conservative Christian base that has long boosted the state’s Republicans. Faith & Freedom made Georgia one of its top three spending targets in a $50 million get-out-the-vote program during the general election and plans increased organizing for the runoffs.
The reach of "the evangelical vote in Georgia is very large and very strong,” Timothy Head, the group’s executive director, said in an interview.
Head noted that while President Donald Trump kept a strong hold on white evangelical voters this year, Perdue out-performed Trump in Georgia during the general election. President-elect Joe Biden may have won over some evangelicals by contrasting his character with that of Trump, Head said, but he argued that the same sort of case would be harder for Democrats to make against Loeffler and Perdue.
Another faith-focused conservative group, the legislative affiliate of the Family Research Council, is holding trainings and pastor briefings before the runoffs. The anti-abortion group Susan B. Anthony List, whose president advised Trump’s reelection campaign on Catholic outreach, has announced a $4.1 million plan to boost Loeffler and Perdue through a partner political action committee.
Religious issues already have become a campaign flashpoint in the runoff. The GOP has resurfaced excerpts from past Warnock sermons to assail him as insufficiently supportive of the military as well as anti-Israel. The Democrat signed a letter last year comparing Israel's policy toward Palestinians to “previous oppressive regimes" and criticized it in a 2018 sermon, while also calling for a two-state solution in the region.
Warnock pushed back in a recently released television ad, saying the attacks are “trying to scare people by taking things I’ve said out of context from over 25 years of being a pastor.”
One group criticizing Warnock as too left-leaning on Israel, the Republican Jewish Coalition, is also mobilizing on behalf of the GOP incumbents.
Jewish Democrats in Georgia predicted that the GOP attack on Warnock’s Israel record would fall flat, citing his record of friendship with the Jewish community through his pulpit at Ebenezer.
Sherry Frank, president of the Atlanta section of the National Council of Jewish Women, said she sees “no doubt in the Jewish community about (Warnock’s) stance on Israel and anti-Semitism.” Frank's group is conducting nonpartisan voter turnout work for the runoffs.
Georgia’s Jewish Democrats also see, in Ossoff and Warnock, candidates whose joint push for the Senate harkens back to a tradition of Black and Jewish leaders working together during the civil rights movement. Warnock has a bond with a prominent Atlanta rabbi whose predecessor at the synagogue was close with King.
Warnock is viewed “as the inheritor" of King’s legacy, said Michael Rosenzweig, co-chair of the Georgia chapter of the Jewish Democratic Council of America, which has endorsed both Democrats. “And to the extent that Jews were supportive of the civil rights struggle and supportive of (King), I think they look supportively on Rev. Warnock.”
Ossoff, who is Jewish, has defended Warnock against GOP criticism over Israel and fondly recalled his own connection to the late Rep. John Lewis, a Georgia civil rights leader who endorsed Ossoff before his death in July. The $107 million contract awarded by Georgia for Dominion Voting Systems should be thoroughly investigated for potential "benefits being paid to family members of those who signed the contract," according to former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell on Newsmax TV.
"There should be an investigation, a thorough criminal investigation, frankly, of everyone involved in acquiring the Dominion [Voting] System for the state of Georgia," Powell told Saturday's "The Count" hosted by Tom Basile and Mark Halperin.
"And frankly for every other state, given how appalling the system is and the fact it was designed to manipulate the votes and destroy the real votes of American citizens who were casting legal votes."
Powell's investigation is turning up potential criminal allegations, including "money or benefits being paid to family members of those who signed the contract for Georgia."
"I think there are multiple people in the Secretary of State's office and other that should be investigated in Georgia for what benefits they might have received for giving Dominion the $100-million, no-bid contract," Powell said.
The Atlanta-Journal Constitution reported in 2019, however, Georgia did receive three bids for the new voting systems, with Dominion winning on being "the lowest-cost system among three companies that submitted bids."
That contract was pursued by the state after Stacey Abrams never conceded to Gov. Brian Kemp in the 2018 midterm elections, claiming the Secretary of State and Kemp unlawfully ''suppressed'' votes by voiding registrations found to be illegitimate.
