New Jersey High School Yearbook Removes Names of Jewish Students, Replaces Their Photo with One of Muslim Students

Just as protesters screaming “From the river to the sea/Palestine will be free” want Israel to disappear, in order to be replaced by a 23rd Arab state, some people in a New Jersey town wanted to make Jews disappear from this year’s high school yearbook. More on that sinister removal of a photograph of a Jewish group, and its replacement by a Muslim group in the yearbook, can be found here: “‘Blatant Antisemitic Act’: High School Yearbook Erases Jewish Students’ Names, Replaces Photo With Muslim Students,” by Jack Elbaum, Algemeiner, June 6, 2024:

A town in New Jersey has become the center of controversy after the local high school’s yearbook removed the names of Jewish students from a page and replaced their photo with one of Muslim students — an incident that the town’s mayor called a “blatant antisemitic act.”

The 2023-2024 yearbook for East Brunswick High School replaced a photo of the Jewish Student Union (JSU) with Muslim students and erased the names of the members of the JSU, leaving a large blank space on the page.

East Brunswick Mayor Brad Cohen expressed outrage over the incident and said new yearbooks would be ordered.

"At a minimum, I have … been assured that new yearbooks will be ordered and distributed with the correct pictures and names,” Cohen wrote in a Facebook post on Tuesday. “Hate has no place in East Brunswick and antisemitism will not be tolerated.”

Of course, it’s good that those yearbooks will be swiftly replaced. But what remains is the shock and pain felt by Jewish students and their parents when they first discovered the sinister replacement of a photograph of a Jewish student group and the removal, too, of their names.

Cohen announced there would be an investigation into the incident.

“The administration will need to determine: 1. How did this happen? 2. What person or persons are responsible? 3. Who are the yearbook advisers and who signed off on this page? 4. Did this act occur on the publisher's end? 5. How will perpetrators be held accountable? 6. "Does this constitute a hate crime and how will this be prosecuted?” the mayor added.

Dr. Victor Valeski, superintendent of the East Brunswick Public School System, has also addressed the incident.

We are aware of an error in the yearbook,” Valeski said in an email on Tuesday. “We are working with the publisher to correct the yearbook. We are also investigating how the error occurred and will address that as appropriate at the conclusion of this investigation.”…

Was it merely an “error,” a slip by someone who by mistake removed a photograph of Jews and replaced it with one of Muslims, or was it, which is far more likely, a deliberate attempt at antisemitic sabotage, a way to remove Jews from the yearbook, which represents the collective memory of the students, so that those memories will be Judenrein?

This Case-of-the-Judenrein-Yearbook takes place at a time of steep rises in antisemitic acts that between 2022 and 2023 increased by 135 percent in K-12 schools, and by 321 percent at colleges and universities. Outside of schools, antisemitic acts among the general public soared by 140 percent.

Last month, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) opened an investigation into the Berkeley Unified School District in California based on a complaint that it has allowed “severe and persistent” antisemitism since Oct. 7, with Jewish students experiencing bullying and harassment.

In January, OCR also opened an investigation into the Oakland Unified School District after it hosted a “teach-in” that gave educators guidance on how to address Israel and the Middle Eastern conflict in their classrooms. Resources included the website “Decolonize Palestine,” which claims Israel is not a democracy and does not have the right to exist. It also claims that the creation of the state of Israel was a result of the “transference of Europe’s guilt onto the Palestinians.”…

Here we have Jewish students in the Berkeley School District enduring harassment and bullying, with no help provided to them by school administrators. And next door to Berkeley, things are even worse at the Oakland Unified School District, that distributes materials for classroom use, putting on a “Teach-in” to provide teachers with “Resources” for classroom discussion of the Arab-Israeli conflict. Among other things, those teachers were provided with the dreamy misinformation that Israel is not a democracy, and what’s more, the Jewish state “does not have the right to exist.” The Teach-in concluded by claiming that Israel was created not by the Zionists themselves, but by Europeans, who wanted to “transfer Europe’s guilt” for having allowed the Holocaust to happen by laying that guilt on the innocent Palestinians, who had done nothing to warrant Israeli enmity.

That Oakland School District Teach-in further calls for supporting the boycott, divestment, and sanctions (BDS) movement, whose aim is to isolate Israel from the rest of the world (the so-called “international community”), by way of preparation for the eradication of the Jewish state and its replacement by a 23rd Arab state. A pseudo-documentary that was also part of the Teach-in, claimed — with a straight face — that Israel wants to take over not just the West Bank and Gaza, but also parts of Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq, a preposterous charge for which there is not the slightest evidence. But the anti-Israel cabals working quietly across the land to gain power in our school systems, so that they can brainwash both the teachers, and the children, to hate Israel, are only just now being uncovered. And only now are pro-Israel groups beginning to fight back.

Mother of Israeli woman killed by Hamas slams AP for giving award for photo of jihadis with her body

If Shani Louk had been anything but Israeli, the AP would not have given the photo any award.

“Hamas victim Shani Louk’s grief-stricken mother reveals how an award given for a photo of tattoo artist’s naked and mutilated body being paraded by terrorists forces her family to relive her murder on October 7,” by Dan Grennan, Daily Mail, April 7, 2024

The grief-stricken mother of Hamas victim Shani Louk has revealed how an award given for a photo of her daughter’s half-naked and mutilated body forced her family to relive the trauma of her murder.

The 22-year-old German-Israeli was one of 364 people killed at the SuperNova Festival, which she was attending with her boyfriend, in the October 7 attacks.

The picture shows four Hamas militants celebrating as they brandish a rocket launcher and guns while sitting on top of Shani Louk’s body, which is lying face down in the back of a pickup truck.

The photo, taken by freelance photographer Ali Mahmud, was the centerpiece of the submission that won photo agency AP the Team Picture Story of the Year category from the Donald W. Reynolds Journalism Institute at the Missouri School of Journalism.

Now Shani’s mother, Ricarda, has revealed the award has forced her family to relive the trauma of her daughter’s murder.

She told the Telegraph: ‘[It is] ‘traumatic for all of us. Just try to imagine seeing your beloved girl lying half-naked and lifeless on the truck with those savages around her.’

The tattoo artist was still wearing the clubbing outfit she had on while attending the music festival in the picture.

Separate footage recorded in the hours after the photo was taken shows her body being paraded around the streets of Gaza, with some passers-by spitting on her.

‘Seeing those pictures again because of the contest makes our family relive the pain,’ said Ms Louk.

The 53-year-old added that her family were not told in advance that the photo was being put forward for an award, which she said ‘made me angry’.

The fact they celebrated this photo with a prize makes us hurt even more because really, it’s like celebrating that they were killed.

I mean, the whole massacre is celebrated. It’s not by chance that they chose this picture so it hurts us even more….

Democratic Senate Staffer Filmed Gay Sex Tape in a Senate Hearing Room

One thing is certain: Democrats won't be accusing Republicans of "defiling the sanctity of the Capitol" anymore.

An aide to retiring Senator Ben Cardin has been caught taping a gay sex video in a Senate hearing room. The aide is alleged to be Aidan Maese-Czeropski, who reportedly posted obscene images under the pseudonym "Andre."

Earlier in the week, Maese-Czeropski accosted Rep. Max Miller of Ohio and let loose an antisemitic rant against him. As Rep. Mike Collins points out, it's been a "heckuva week for the left."

One poster on X went even further than Collins: "They take an unfathomable amount of our money and spend it against our will. They pass tyrannical police state legislation over us. They weaponize the justice system. They force gender confusion & sexuality on our children. They erect Satanic monuments in federal buildings. And then they as***ck each other on the Senate floor to celebrate all their power. I'm so done."

Some websites carry the actual sex video. I'm not that desperate for traffic. If you want to see it, there are any number of links that would take you to a site with the video available in all its uncut glory.

The Spectator's Cockburn took the xxx-rated video in stride.

One pic in particular, shared privately with Cockburn, raised his eyebrow, as it was taken in what certainly appears to be a conference room in the Hart Senate Office Building, where his boss’s office is located.

In the photo, the strapping young gentleman is naked but for a jock strap, on on all fours, facing away from the camera.

A cartoon of the Capitol Dome tastefully covers the extremities of his rear end — best to be tasteful after all. Cockburn shares this information for the benefit of the Capitol cleaners — though the House may no longer be in session, the Senate side can be plenty messy in their own right…

No, the video says nothing generally about the Democratic Party. If you don't think there are Republicans with videos like this, you are sadly out of touch and misinformed. I don't think it says something in general about Congress either. After all, members of Congress are human (we think...mostly anyway) and are tempted by the same sins as the rest of us.

Since Mr. Maese-Czeropski is already "out," the video is only harmful to him because it exposes his massive disrespect for his job and his workplace.

On a post on Linkedin, Maese-Czeropski tried to play the victim.

This has been a difficult time for me, as I have been attacked for who I love to pursue a political agenda. While some of my actions in the past have shown poor judgement, I love my job and would never disrespect my workplace. Any attempts to characterize my actions otherwise are fabricated and I will be exploring what legal options are available to me in these matters. As for the accusations regarding Congressman Max Miller, I have never seen the congressman and had no opportunity or cause to yell or confront him.

Really? Having sex in the Senate Judiciary hearing room isn't disrespecting your workplace? You're disrespecting the people of the United States, cretin. That you can't recognize that fact makes you unfit to work for the people of Maryland and the United States.

James O’Keefe Exposes Hawaii Gov’s Ban on Public Photography in Lahaina

James O'Keefe goes undercover in Lahaina, Hawaii, to reveal a shocking directive from Governor Josh Green: a prohibition on photography on public land. Local law enforcement is enforcing this outrageous order, but even members of the Hawaii National Guard have criticized these actions. But O'Keefe Media Group (OMG) isn't just reporting; we're taking action. We are suing Governor Josh Green for this blatant infringement on our 1st Amendment rights. This isn't merely about the freedom to take photos; it's about the freedom of the press and the right to hold our leaders accountable.
