American Medical Grads to Trump: Halt Visas, ‘No Shortage’ of Doctors

American medical school graduates are asking President Trump to expand his executive order to halt the H-1B and J-1 visa programs that import thousands of foreign doctors every year — taking jobs from qualified Americans who are unmatched for residencies.
In interviews with columnist Michelle Malkin, American medical graduates — unmatched for residencies — say there is no shortage of qualified doctors.
The medical process mandates that these graduates attend residency in order to begin practicing in the U.S. If a graduate is unmatched, they are often left with hundreds of thousands of dollars in student loan debt and no way to pay it back.
One such graduate, Dr. Ricardo, told Malkin that more than 5,700 American medical graduates have gone unmatched for residencies this year as the U.S. keeps importing thousands of foreign doctors on H-1B and J-1 visas to fill residency spots.
American taxpayer dollars help fund, through Medicare, matching foreign doctors with U.S. residencies.
“This past year, there were a total of 34,266 training positions for doctors,” Ricardo said. “We had 33,887 matched positions — which only left just north of 1,000 free training positions … we had 5,717 U.S. citizens go unmatched this year.”
Another American medical graduate, Dr. Emily, said she and others should not be forced to compete against import foreign doctors for limited jobs. Emily said:
In summary, we had 5,000 Americans who did not get a job who now face extreme burdens of cost of living … and we pump in at least 5,000, if not 10,000 foreigners. Again, there is no shortage. We have thousands of people who are our own people, I want my own people first, always. There’s no reason for these people getting visas over us because we can easily meet the demand.
Dr. Paulina, a first-generation American medical graduate, say the process is especially unfair because she and others take out hundreds of thousands of dollars in student loans to get a quality medical education while imported foreign doctors from India and Pakistan go to school for free.
Paulina said:
Our parents came here, they sacrificed, they worked so hard. They put us through college and then they have to sit here and see us not get accepted into medical schools and our jobs being taken over by these people who don’t even have medical school loans like we have. They don’t pay anything for their medical education. It’s all free in India and Pakistan … because there’s so much poverty in those countries. They’re supposed to be helping their own and then they come here and take our jobs. We have student loans to pay off. And we’re left in limbo, we can’t do anything about it.
Dr. Leroy, a black American, said he has about $450,000 in student loans that he has no way of paying off today.
“You can’t have a playing field where people from India can score high on an exam and have preference while we are driving Uber and doing Amazon Flex in order to pay our bills,” Leroy said.
The medical graduates said it is vital that Trump halt the H-1B and J-1 visa programs in any expansion of his executive order, especially when more than a million American medical professionals have been laid off during the Chinese coronavirus crisis.
“It’s like saying to students, ‘You’re going to finish middle school in your district, but the high school in your district will be open to the entire world. We’re not going to ensure that only people from the district go to this high school,'” Leroy explained.
While Trump considers expanding the order, Senators David Perdue (R-GA), Dick Durbin (D-IL), Todd Young (R-IN), and Chris Coons (D-DE) — as well as the Democrats’ HEROES Act — have sought to increase the number of foreign doctors and nurses taking high-paying American medical jobs.
Every year, the U.S. admits about 1.2 million legal immigrants on green cards to permanently resettle in the country. In addition, another 1.4 million foreign workers are admitted every year to take American jobs. Often, Americans are fired and replaced by foreign visa workers. Many are forced to train their foreign replacements.

NEW BOMBSHELL: Email Trove Shows Hunter Biden Arranged WH Meetings for CCP Officials

Breitbart revealed on Friday that it has obtained emails from a business partner of Hunter Biden that detail how the son of then-Vice President Joe Biden used his access to his father to arrange private meetings for “potential foreign clients and investors at the highest levels in the White House.”
“These never-before-revealed emails outline how a delegation of Chinese investors and Communist Party officials managed to secure a private, off-the-books meeting with then-Vice President Joe Biden,” Breitbart alleges. This investigation is separate from the bombshell New York Post article about a laptop computer that allegedly contains proof that Joe Biden was lying when he said he had no knowledge of his son’s business dealings in the Ukraine.
Facebook and Twitter have taken unprecedented steps to quash the story, claiming, incredibly, that the article contains personal information that had been “hacked.” Don’t be surprised if the Big-Tech giants do the same with this story, hoping to shove it down the memory hole ahead of the 2020 election.
“In a 2011 email, Hunter Biden’s business associates also discussed developing relations with what one called ‘China Inc.’ as part of a ‘new push on soft diplomacy for the Chinese.'” Breitbart said. “These and more explosive never-before-revealed emails were provided to [author Peter] Schweizer by Bevan Cooney, a one-time Hunter Biden and Devon Archer business associate. Cooney is currently in prison serving a sentence for his involvement in a 2016 bond fraud investment scheme.”

Cooney claims he was the “fall guy” for the fraud scheme, while Hunter Biden got a pass. Archer, Biden-the-younger’s longtime business partner, awaits sentencing in the case.
“From prison, Cooney provided Schweizer with written authorization, his email account name, and password to his Gmail account to retrieve these emails,” the Breitbart report continues. “He authorized, in writing, the publication of these emails— notable because it is the first time a close associate has publicly confirmed Hunter’s trading on his father’s influence.”
In a November 2011 email forwarded to Archer, a business contact teased an opportunity to gain new clients by helping to arrange White House meetings for a group of Chinese executives and government officials with ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
“I know it is political season and people are hesitant but a group like this does not come along every day,” Mohamed A. Khashoggi wrote to an associate of Hunter Biden and Devon Archer. “A tour of the white house and a meeting with a member of the chief of staff’s office and John Kerry would be great,” he added. Khashoggi said he wasn’t sure if attendees at such a meeting would need to be “registered,” ostensibly as agents under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
Khashoggi said the trip could be “a soft diplomacy play that could be very effective” and would give Hunter Biden’s business partners “good access to [the Chinese] for any deal in the future.” The damning report continues:
Before contacting Hunter Biden’s associates, the CEC had been trying to get meetings with top Obama-Biden administration officials to no avail. “From the DC side as you will see below they [CEC] have written letters to several members of the administration and others and have so far not had a strong reaction.”
“This is China Inc,” wrote Khashoggi in the email, referring to the delegation of Chinese billionaires.
“Biggest priority for the CEC group is to see the White House, and have a senior US politician, or senior member of Obama’s administration, give them a tour… If your friend in DC can help, we would be extremely grateful,” Khashoggi emphasized.
Hunter Biden and Devon Archer apparently delivered for the Chinese Communist Party-connected industrial elites within ten days.
Six days after the initial email, Archer received a follow-up email from Gary Fears, who had forwarded him the initial overture, inquiring about a meeting between Archer and CED officials to discuss a potash mine deal. “Do me a favor and ask Hunter [Biden] to call me — I’ve tried reaching him a couple of times.” Archer responded, “Hunter is traveling in the UAE for the week with royalty so probably next week before he will be back in pocket…. The meeting with [CEC representative] was good. Seems like there is a lot to do together down the line. Probably not a fit for the current Potash private placement but he’s a good strategic relationship as the mine develops. Definitely have a drink with Mohammed and let him know how impressed I was with his whole deal.”
Archer shot off another email a minute later, saying, “Couldn’t confirm this with Hunter on the line but we got him his meeting at the WH Monday for the Chinese folks.”
The Breitbart report says that Obama-Biden administration archives and White House visitor logs show the 30-member Chinese delegation visited the White House on Nov. 14, 2011, “and enjoyed high-level access.” According to the report, while the Obama-Biden visitor logs don’t mention a meeting with the vice president, an “off-the-books meeting was revealed” by CEC Secretary-General Maggie Chen, who bragged in a biography about meeting Vice President Biden.
“The relationships established during that visit may have benefited Hunter Biden and Devon Archer down the road,” Breitbart claims. “Two years later, they famously helped to form the Chinese government funded Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) investment fund,” which later invested in a ride-sharing company with ties to a former CCP official.
As of publishing time, the Biden campaign has not responded publicly to the alleged scandal.
Expect to see another round of Big-Tech censorship in an attempt to keep this report hidden from the American public in an effort to protect Joe Biden.

Biden: Muslims Will Serve ‘At Every Level’ of His Administration

The sparse attendance and conspicuous lack of enthusiasm at Joe Biden’s rallies seems to have led old Joe’s handlers, despite his 10,000-point lead in the polls, to decide that another round of Islamopandering might be just the shot in the arm their campaign needs. After all, hard-Leftists such as Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and Linda Sarsour are all Muslims, and all were firmly in the Bernie Sanders camp before the Democratic National Committee shivved their man yet again. Their support for Biden has been decidedly tepid. And so it was time to send them some love.
On Wednesday, Biden released a video message to Muslim Advocates, the association of Muslim lawyers that bears the primary responsibility for demanding, back in 2010, that the Obama administration remove all mention of Islam and jihad from counterterror training. Obama, of course, immediately complied, despite the fact that this would hamstring the ability of law enforcement and intelligence agencies to understand, and defeat, jihadists. And now Joe is working hard to show them that he will be just as solicitous.
“Today,” Biden declared, “trust is ebbing; hope seems elusive. Instead of healing, we’re being ripped apart.” That’s actually true, Joe, but whose fault is it, really? Biden continued: “And I refuse to let that happen. We have too bright a future to leave it shipwrecked on the shoals of anger and division.” After that poetic flight, Biden got to the point: “As president, I’ll work with you to rip the poison of hate from our society, honour your contributions and seek your ideas. My administration will look like America, Muslim Americans serving at every level.”
Let’s see. Muslims make up around one percent of America’s population. So if the administration of President Biden (or President Harris, or President Pelosi) is actually going to “look like America,” it will feature one Muslim appointee for every ninety-nine non-Muslim appointees.
Of course, the Democrats are unlikely to be that rigorous. Biden needs the support of the hard-Left, including not only Muslims such as Omar, Tlaib, Sarsour and their Muslim supporters, but their non-Muslim supporters as well, who are likely thrilled that Biden will be “inclusive” enough to place large numbers of Muslims in positions of power and influence. And in doing so, the Biden/Harris/Pelosi administration is unlikely to make any effort whatsoever to rule Sharia supremacists, Muslim Brotherhood operatives, and enemies of the freedom of speech out of consideration. Why, that would be “Islamophobic.”
And if there is anything Biden doesn’t want to appear to be at this point, it’s “Islamophobic.” At his town hall Tuesday, where George Stephanopoulos and Co. fawned over him for an hour and a half, Biden once again repudiated what he called the “New Green Deal,” despite the fact that his website still affirms support for it. The far-Left is increasingly dominant in the Democratic Party, and doesn’t take kindly to the candidate’s repeatedly throwing them under the bus. And so look! He said “Inshallah”! And now he wants Muslims at “every level” of his administration!
Will the far-Left be fooled by this? Probably not, as they’re more evil than they are stupid, but they don’t really have any other place to go. The notorious anti-Semite and former Women’s March leader Linda Sarsour signaled last July that she was keeping Biden on a short leash, stating “I choose Biden” and then immediately emphasizing that her support was decidedly conditional: “But I choose him as my opponent in the White House. I want him to defeat Trump so we can mobilize our movements to hold him accountable and push him to do and be better. We can’t do that with Trump.”
Bernie Sanders, said Sarsour, “earned our votes & we need Biden to continue to do the same.” She elaborated: “When Joe Biden does the right thing, you better believe Linda Sarsour’s going to say, ‘You know what? Thank you so much President Joe Biden for doing the right thing.’ And when President Joe Biden doesn’t do the right thing our community needs to come together and hold him accountable.”
Even Biden’s latest pledge isn’t going to make this problem go away. The only thing that will mollify the Omar/Tlaib/Sarsour (and AOC) wing of his party will be for him to embrace, wholeheartedly and without reservation, their entire socialist, internationalist, pro-migration, anti-counterterror agenda. Anything short of that, and the hard-Left will stay home, and then so will Joe, with nowhere to go but his basement even on January 20. Joe’s people will be working very hard in the next two weeks stave off that possibility, and so expect him to engage in even more Islamopandering.

Kamala Harris Is Getting Advice From Hamas-Linked CAIR

The Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has always had friends in high places, and could conceivably (if the polls are right, which seems unlikely, and ol’ Joe gets the 25th) soon have the ear of the president of the United States: the Washington Free Beacon reported Tuesday that “as California’s attorney general and then as U.S. senator, Harris forged a relationship with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), one of the nation’s top anti-Israel groups and advocates for boycotts of the Jewish state.”
CAIR is not just anti-Israel. CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas terror funding case — so named by the Justice Department. CAIR officials have repeatedly refused to denounce Hamas and Hizballah as terrorist groups. Several former CAIR officials have been convicted of various crimes related to jihad terror. CAIR’s cofounder and longtime Board chairman, Omar Ahmad, as well as its chief spokesman, Ibrahim “Honest Ibe” Hooper, have made Islamic supremacist statements about how Islamic law should be imposed in the U.S. (Ahmad denies this, but the original reporter stands by her story.)
Even worse, CAIR chapters frequently distribute pamphlets telling Muslims not to cooperate with law enforcement. CAIR has opposed virtually every anti-terror measure that has been proposed or implemented and has been declared a terror organization by the United Arab Emirates. CAIR’s Hussam Ayloush in 2017 called for the overthrow of the U.S. government. CAIR’s national outreach manager is an open supporter of Hamas.
Nonetheless, according to the Free Beacon, “CAIR advised Harris on community issues during her time in California politics.” In 2018, Harris wrote to CAIR: “Please accept my gratitude and admiration for your tireless work to promote peace, justice, and mutual understanding.”
The Harris/CAIR association goes back years before that as well: “As California’s top cop, Harris partnered with local CAIR officials and relied on them to advise her about community matters. In 2015, for instance, Harris hosted CAIR for an interfaith community event following a deadly terrorist attack in San Bernardino. In 2016, as Harris ran for the Senate, CAIR’s political action committee donated $1,750 to boost her campaign.”
CAIR’s careful cultivation of Harris has been part of a long-term strategy that also involves electing Muslims to offices at all levels, federal, state, and local. Another Islamic advocacy group in the U.S., the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC), called upon Muslims to “invest in building power for Muslims in politics” in a May 23, 2020, tweet that featured a photo of a smiling Salam al-Marayati, MPAC’s President and co-founder, with the notorious Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Impeachment). “We ensure that Muslim voices are heard by decision-makers in Washington, DC,” the tweet also says, “and we work diligently with policymakers like Rep. Adam Schiff to advocate for legislation that protects our communities.”

Biden Says Enactment of Homosexual, Transgender ‘Equality Act’ Is ‘Top Legislative Priority’ if Elected

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden says that, if elected, he will make the “enactment of the Equality Act during his first 100 days as president a top legislative priority.” The controversial bill has been of concern to Christians as it is believed that it would preclude entities — including faith-based organizations and others who do not want to participate in affirming sinful behavior — from living out their convictions in society without the heavy hand of government coming down upon them.
“The Equality Act is the best vehicle for ensuring equal rights under the law for LGBTQ+ Americans, and will guarantee that LGBTQ+ individuals are protected under existing civil rights laws,” reads “The Biden Plan to Advance LGBTQ+ Equality in America and Around the World,” as posted to his campaign website.
“Biden will make enactment of the Equality Act during his first 100 days as president a top legislative priority,” it outlines. “Biden will also direct his Cabinet to ensure immediate and full enforcement of the Equality Act across all federal departments and agencies.”
The page also states that in addition to pushing for Congress to make the Act law, he will use his executive authority to “immediately reverse the discriminatory actions of the Trump-Pence Administration and then go further to end discrimination against LGBTQ+ individuals.”
As previously reported, the bill, which passed the U.S. House of Representatives last year but has moved no further, would amend the 1964 Civil Rights Act — which currently prohibits discrimination on the basis of “race, color, religion, sex, or national origin” — to add “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” to the list. The two terms would be included as pertaining to matters of “sex” discrimination.
“[D]iscrimination against a married same-sex couple could be based on the sex stereotype that marriage should only be between heterosexual couples, the sexual orientation of the two individuals in the couple, or both,” the legislation, introduced by Rep. David Cicilline, D-RI, reads in part. “Discrimination against a pregnant lesbian could be based on her sex, her sexual orientation, her pregnancy, or on the basis of multiple factors.”
The measure would also outlaw “conversion therapy,” which faith groups say would prohibit licensed Christian therapists and counselors from sharing with homosexuals or those struggling with transgenderism that Jesus Christ offers hope and change to every man via the good news of salvation and regeneration.
“The discredited practice known as ‘conversion therapy’ is a form of discrimination that harms LGBTQ people by undermining individuals sense of self worth, increasing suicide ideation and substance abuse, exacerbating family conflict, and contributing to second class status,” the Act states.
Most commonly, the bill prohibits discrimination in employment and housing, meaning that faith-based employers, Christian schools and churches cannot fire an individual for engaging in same-sex behavior, nor can landlords with convictions about marriage decline to rent to two men or women. Women’s shelters would also not be permitted to turn away men who identify as women.
As previously reported, a Christian-based women’s shelter in Alaska filed suit in November after it was placed under investigation by the Anchorage Equal Rights Commission for declining to admit a man who identifies as a woman as the shelter was not accepting any new guests at the time.
A Christian-owned and operated foster and adoption agency likewise sued the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) after it was given the ultimatum to either change its policies and allow placement in same-sex homes or close its doors.
Several lawsuits have been filed in recent years against faith-based hospitals that have declined to allow the performance of sex-change related operations on the premises — mainly women who sought the removal of their uterus so that they would feel more masculine physically. The 2019 version of the Equality Act proposed in Congress specifically stated that religion cannot be cited to protect one’s actions if sued, outlining, “The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 shall not provide a claim concerning, or a defense to a claim under, a covered title, or provide a basis for challenging the application or enforcement of a covered title.”
A number of faith-based groups have spoken out against the measure, stating that not only will the bill threaten businesses run by Christians and others, but it will also have negative ramifications on churches and religious schools.
“[T]he Equality Act would suppress particular beliefs on sexual expression and behavior, especially religious convictions on sexuality, marriage, human nature, and human dignity. The law would devastate institutions built on those convictions, such as schools, charities, small businesses, hospitals, and houses of worship,” wrote Thomas Farr of the Religious Freedom Institute.
“The Act will expose persons or groups holding these beliefs to lawsuits and financial ruin. The law will mark them – like racists – as ‘hateful’ and ‘bigoted.’
“If gender identity and sexual orientation become a new protected class under federal law, then biological men will be permitted to use women’s restrooms, locker rooms, and any other facility designated for women. The Equality Act would mean even Christian retreat centers, youth camps, and Christian schools would all have no protection under the law to keep facilities, retreats, or camps strictly for biological females,” also outlined My Faith Votes.
The religious liberties group Alliance Defending Freedom similarly noted, “The ‘Equality Act’ … threatens religious colleges and universities, forbidding college students from using their federal tuition assistance at schools that ‘discriminate’ on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. That means any Christian university that has a code of conduct prohibiting homosexual behavior or that declines to let biological males compete on women’s sports teams will lose federal student aid.”
Last month, at the Human Rights Campaign’s virtual Unite for Equality event, Biden noted that one of his goals is to pass the Equality Act.
“You deserve a partner in the White House to fight with conviction and win the battles ahead,” he stated. “Together we’ll pass the Equality Act, protect LGBTQ+ youth, expand access to health care, support LGBTQ+ workers, win full rights for transgender Americans, recommit to ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic by 2025, advance LGBTQ+ rights around the globe, not just at home.”
On Thursday evening, during a town hall event hosted by ABC News, a mother whose eight-year-old son purportedly identifies as girl, asked the candidate what he would do to “reverse [the Trump administration’s] dangerous and discriminatory agenda and ensure that the lives and rights of LGBTQ people are protected under U.S. law.”
“I would flat out just change the law,” Biden replied. “I would eliminate those executive orders, number one. … And so I promise you there is no reason to suggest that there should be any right denied your daughter …”
As previously reported, President Trump has also spoken favorably of homosexuals throughout his tenure, posting in recognition of Pride Month last year and authorizing then-U.S. Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell to lead a campaign to decriminalize homosexuality worldwide.
Grenell now leads the “Trump Pride” advisory board, which according to Trump’s website, “is a diverse coalition dedicated to re-electing President Trump, the first president to begin his presidency in support of marriage equality.”
“President Donald J. Trump is the only President to openly support the LGBT community since his first day in office,” the page reads. “President Trump stands in solidarity with LGBT citizens by supporting and enacting policies and initiatives that protect the wellbeing and prosperity of all gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender Americans.”
In August, when Grenell recorded a video referring to Trump as the “most pro-gay president in American history,” the president re-tweeted the recording with the exclamation, “My great honor!!!”
Psalm 119:136 laments, “Rivers of waters run down mine eyes because they keep not Thy law.”
