It
will take the passing of quite some time before many Americans can erase
the image of the Senate’s new Democratic Minority Leader Charles “Chuck”
Schumer being overly emotional when describing President Donald Trump’s
ban on unvetted Muslims from seven terrorist-havens in the Middle East.
What
most Americans believe is a common-sense policy appeared to have caused
the career politician to choke back tears in his favorite place — in
front of TV cameras and microphones. “Schumer — battle-hardened
partisan — appeared to have a difficult time talking about Trump’s
temporary ban on Muslim
refugee resettlement. Schumer labeled Trump’s executive order “mean-spirited
and un-American,” which sounded like a political symphony to the
Trump-hating propaganda meisters covering the Schumer performance.
“This
political hack really gets my goat! He’s been a member of both houses
of Congress for many, many years and I’ve never seen Schumer holding tears
back after thousands of Americans were killed fighting the enemy — Islamic
terrorists. He never shed a single tear for the victims of the Benghazi
attack. He’s a disgrace as an American not to mention a shady Senator,”
says Schumer’s fellow New Yorker, Henry McGrath, a retired NYPD cop.
Schumer
has also been quoted as saying, “Tears are running down the cheeks
of the Statue of Liberty tonight as a grand tradition of America, welcoming
immigrants, that has existed since America was founded has been stomped
on.”
“Senate
Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is the chief obstructionist of domestic
policies and appointments of President Donald Trump,” well-known
police adviser and former NRA publications editor John
M. Snyder noted this week.
“Schumer
opposes the civil right to keep and bear arms as well as the civil right
to life itself,” Snyder added.
President
Trump himself has called Schumer the “clown
of clowns,” while top talk show host — and former Justice Department
chief of staff — Mark Levin called him a hypocrite since Schumer is a
staunch “gun-grabber” who wishes to disarm American citizens
while he packs a concealed handgun and is usually surrounded by armed
protection officers.
“Hopefully,”
Snyder said, “there are enough patriots in the Senate Democratic
Caucus to overcome Schumer’s attempts to thwart the will of voters as
expressed last November in the victory they gave Trump for his America
first positions.”
“Schumer
plots to prevent Senate confirmation of Supreme Court nominees who support
the right to life and the right to keep and bear arms. He worked to derail
the appointment of gun rights and life rights supporter Sen. Jeff Sessions
(R-AL) as Attorney General,” said the top spokesperson for gun rights.
Snyder
said, “Sen. Schumer is a leading opponent of the right to life and
of the right to keep and bear arms for the defense of life. He promotes
abortion and even partial birth abortion. He promotes bans on the acquisition
and use of firearms and certain types of firearms by law-abiding citizens.
Citizens want them for the defense of life as well as for other legitimate
purposes.”
“Schumer,
the ‘clown
of clowns,’ is a leading spokesman in the United States today for
what St. John Paul termed the ‘culture of death.'”
Snyder
pointed out that, “Clown Schumer attacks President Trump as a hard
right guy. But the Senate Minority Leader himself is a ring leader of
the loony left. Voters have dumped these nut cakes. Senators should approve
Trump’s pick for Attorney General. They should reject Schumer’s plan to
hold up approval of Supreme Court nominees.
“They
also should enact legislation in support of the right to life and of the
right to keep and bear arms. Among the latter is the proposed Concealed
Carry Reciprocity Act of 2017, H.R.
38, by Rep. Richard Hudson (R-NC) with 140 cosponsors.
H.R.
38 “would require states to recognize the validity of every other
state’s gun carry licenses, but it would require concealed carriers to
follow the specific laws of whatever state in which they are carrying,”
reported the Washington Free Beacon.
The
bill “ads language designed to ensure that those in Constitutional
Carry states, where no permit is required to concealed carry, are protected
by the legislation,” continued the Beacon.
The
bill also would allow concealed carry in the National Park System, the
National Wildlife Refuge System, and on lands under the authority of the
Bureau of Land Management, Army Corps of Engineers, and Bureau of Reclamation.
H.R.
38 has been referred to the Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives.
“We
need national reciprocity for concealed gun carry,” said Snyder.
“A
positive state CCW or concealed carry policy enables a qualified individual
to carry a particular concealed firearm within his or her state of jurisdiction
if legally permitted to do so,” Snyder noted.
“With
national reciprocity, a state-issued CCW permit would be honored throughout
the country, similar to the way in which state-issued driving permits
now are honored throughout the country,” he added.
“In
a survey of United States police chiefs and sheriffs conducted last year
by the National Association of Chiefs of Police, over 86 percent said
they supported nationwide recognition of state issued concealed weapons
permits,” Snyder.
“With
President Trump now in office and with Republicans in charge of both houses
of Congress, proponents of the individual Second Amendment civil right
to keep and bear arms can and should advance the American freedom agenda,”
Snyder said.
“In
addition to fostering national reciprocity for concealed firearm carry,”
he added, “Washington should slash the law enforcement funding of
cities and states following policies contrary to the spirit of the Second
Amendment, and repeal federal laws interfering with Second Amendment liberties.”
A practicing
Catholic, Snyder has been named “the dean of Washington gun lobbyists”
by the Washington Post and New York Times, “a champion of the right
of self-defense” by the Washington Times, the “gun dean”
by Human Events, and “the senior rights activist in Washington”
by Shotgun News. The Trace designated him a power broker.

I have
to laugh because even the incorrigible Howard Stern has made some strong
statements against Democrats, albeit this was back in 2008. Stern claims
to be a libertarian, and he said, “I have vowed, I will never vote
for a Democrat again. No matter who they are. I don’t care if God
becomes a Democrat. These Democrats are communists. This is communism.
This is gangsterism. This is crazy.”
Robart
is No Laughing Matter
As Senator
John Warner stated, protecting our borders is at the heart of sovereignty,
and Democrat Judge James Robart’s actions are no laughing matter.
He has put the kibosh on Trump’s executive order to check refugees
coming in from seven different terrorist-promoting Islamic nations to
make sure they do not wish to do harm to American citizens. Why would
any sane person want to stop the President from protecting us? As my retired
attorney friend, Joe, said to me, “That’s really it Kelleigh,
they’re insane.”
What
really blows my mind is the fact that not one Federal Judge in America
tried to stop even one of Obama’s unconstitutional Executive Orders,
but President Trump’s EO to protect America is stopped by a leftist
Democrat judge. God help us! But then, in reality, they have no right
to do so. This belongs to the executive branch alone.
Robart’s
Nomination
On December
9, 2003, Robart was nominated by President George
W. Bush to a seat on the United
States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Robart
was unanimously confirmed by the United States Senate on June 17, 2004.
George W. Bush also nominated Gorsuch to federal court and he too was
confirmed unanimously. The Senate, knowing Bush was left of center, and
really pro-choice, easily confirmed this democratic lawyer to the high
court, just as they confirmed Neil Gorsuch in 2006.
Robart’s
Ruling
This
Democratic Liberal Judge is a full-fledged socialist. His ruling didn’t
consider any opinions on the law. He believed, without legal authority,
that the president wasn’t making a smart move, and he stayed it.
This decision on the immigrant ban from terrorist promoting countries
went to the Ninth Circuit court, the most liberal court in the nation
and of course, they stayed it. Protecting America from Islamic terrorists
was one of Trump’s promises, and who is delaying our safety? None
other than the Democratic Socialists…again! This time of the judiciary!
And
Judge Michelle Friedland of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit,
who ruled on the Trump travel order won the ACLU’s “LGBT Award.”

The
Ninth Circuit has continued the stay, and now the higher court’s
denial of an immediate stay means the legal battles over the ban will
continue for days at least. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San
Francisco asked challengers of the ban to respond to the appeal, and for
the Justice Department to file a counter-response by Monday afternoon.
It could
go to the Supreme Court. But what if the Senate holds up Trump’s
confirmation of Judge Gorsuch? A four to four vote by the Supremes could
leave us high and dry with the last decision holding. We may be overrun
with terrorists from Islamic terrorist states, all because of one socialist
judge.
It is
NOT a “Muslim ban.” You will search the Executive
Order in vain for mentions of Islam, or any other religion. Trump
reminded reporters that ISIS specifically said that they would use the
migration system to infiltrate the United States and other countries.
The order is based on security reviews conducted by President Barack
Obama’s deputies. The moratorium is temporary, and the executive
order is absolutely legal, and is a security measure. [Link]
Vetting
Foreigners from Terrorist States
President
Trump wanted to vet foreigners arriving from Somalia, Syria, Sudan, Iraq,
Iran, Libya and Yemen. Trump’s order bars citizens of the seven
countries from entering the U.S. for 90 days, all refugees for 120 days
and indefinitely halts refugees from Syria. Pretty simple and straightforward.
Chuck
Schumer recently stated, “There are tears running down the cheeks
of the Statue of Liberty tonight.” He said this in response to Trump’s
EO on immigrants from these pro-terrorist states, but that is quite a
change from the tweet Schumer sent out in 2015 when he said, “We
must tighten loopholes in the Visa Waiver program, ensure passports can’t
be faked, and stop terrorists who want to exploit the system.”
Many
other presidents have implemented travel bans in the past. Jimmy Carter
implemented a travel ban on
citizens from Iran after the Shah was deposed and students seized
the U.S. Embassy in 1979.
And
will wonders never cease, even Obama implemented a ban against refugees
from Iraq in 2011. It was two Iraqi Muslims living in Kentucky who were sending
weapons and cash to al-Qaida in Iraq. They were arrested, tried, convicted,
and are in prison. Apparently, the Judge was unable to access this information.
Ann
Coulter’s recent article
reminded us of Elian Gonzalez. The Clinton administration used the executive
branch’s broad power over immigration to send a 6-year-old boy back to
a communist dictatorship. The courts were completely powerless to stop
him.
State
Department Whistle Blower
Mary
Doetsch, a
retired U.S. State Department veteran has blown the whistle on the
entire refugee program by sending a letter to the Chicago Tribune. She
wrote, “As a recently retired 25-year veteran of the U.S. Department
of State who served almost eight years as a refugee coordinator throughout
the Middle East, Africa, Russia and Cuba, I have seen first-hand the abuses
and fraud that permeate the refugee program and know about the entrenched
interests that fight every effort to implement much-needed reform. Despite
claims of enhanced vetting, the reality is that it is virtually impossible
to vet an individual who has no type of an official record, particularly
in countries compromised by terrorism. U.S. immigration officials simply
rely on the person’s often rehearsed and fabricated ‘testimony.’
I have personally seen this on hundreds of occasions.”
Mary
goes on to say that she is in complete agreement with President Trump’s
EO, and that she doesn’t believe it goes far enough!
Robarts
Inaccuracy on Arrests
Judge
Robart asked DOJ attorney Michelle Bennett how many arrests of foreign
nationals had come from the states in Trump’s EO.
She
said she didn’t have that information, and then Robart claimed that
there were none, but Breitbart
reported that according
to a database built by the Senate’s immigration subcommittee,
the federal government has arrested and convicted at least 73 people from
the seven countries of Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Sudan, and Yemen. That fact alone tells us the huge inaccuracy of this judge’s rationale
for imposing a “Temporary Restraining Order” ban on the president’s
popular reform of the expensive refugee and immigration programs allowing
untold numbers of terrorists into our nation without the vetting that
has always been customary.
Several
sites have verified that these countries and even others not listed, are
hotbeds of terrorism training and activities with plans against the United
States. Here
is a list of some of the terrorists who have committed crimes from these
very countries, and here
are the countries with a large terrorism presence. Somali refugees who
have come to this country have even been involved in terror plots, including
more than 40 of which left the country to join ISIS, al-Shabab and al-Qaida,
according to the FBI.
Somalis
seem to be a big problem as they are ripe for recruitment by ISIS. Minnesota’s
Attorney General said, “We have a terror
recruitment problem in Minnesota” involving the Somali refugee
community in the state.” Obama actually had to approve grants to
teach Somali youth how to avoid being recruited. But there’s more,
these same refugees have carried out knife attacks in malls and on college
campuses injuring a number of people. We know this judge doesn’t
live in a cave, his entire stay on President Trump’s order is purely
political.
Pamela
Geller, editor in chief of the Geller Report and president of American
Freedom Defense Initiative, said Robart’s decision, if upheld, smacks
directly at the sovereignty of the United States and strips the president
of his constitutional authority to protect the nation.

Suing Trump Over Ban
Can
you believe there are 97 companies suing President Trump over his temporary
refugee ban? Gateway
Pundit reports that these companies use refugees as cheap labor in
their manufacturing; of course, it’s all about money…not safety.
Apple,
Google, Facebook, Spotify, Airbnb, Citrix, eBay, Etsy, Intel, Microsoft,
Netflix, Snap, Twitter and Uber are just some of the high-profile companies
that participated in filing the brief, the goal of which is to make clear
that the technology industry and American businesses in general oppose
Trump’s ban. Here

I would
urge folks not to buy Chobani yogurt inasmuch as Chobani announced the
hiring of Syrian Muslims. The owner of Chobani was tied
to the Clinton campaign and Clinton Global Initiative. The same now
goes for Starbucks Coffee regarding their hiring. What about jobs for
the American citizens?
Judge
Napolitano Weighs In
Martha
MacCallum interviewed Judge Andrew Napolitano on Judge Robart’s
stay, and he stated clearly and unequivocally that President Trump has
the power to do exactly what he’s doing. Here’s what he said
in this interview
with MacCallum.
“We
have a federal district court judge in Seattle who basically second-guessed
the President on the wisdom and propriety of the President’s executive
order. And that is absolutely not the job of federal judges in our society.”
“The
law on which President Trump relied is crystal clear. A 1952 statute
which says, just as John Roberts read from the government’s brief,
that the president of the United States has the authority to
suspend any immigration of an individual or a group or a class of people,
for public health, public safety or national security. It’s
not the President and the courts, it’s not the President and the
Congress. It’s the President alone.”
Judicial
Tyranny
Black
robed tyrants are legislating from the bench. Our President is right,
should someone arrive on these flights who is a terrorist and acts to
kill Americans, the blame will land directly on these judicial tyrants.
That a district judge would overrule the president of the United States
on a matter of border security in wartime is subversive.
When
politicians don black robes, and seize powers they do not have, they should
be called out for what they are – usurpers and petty tyrants. It
is our elected representatives who make the laws and rule the nation,
not judges or justices!
Does
our current status quo make our Constitution a suicide pact? Thomas
Jefferson certainly said as much, warning that accepting judicial supremacy
would make our founding document just that, a “felo de se,”
(suicide) as
he put it in Latin.
Acceptance
of judicial supremacy, by the way, is precisely why President Trump’s
temporary ban on immigration from seven Muslim-majority nations is on
hold. Alexander Hamilton wrote in The Federalist, No. 78 that the judiciary
is the “least dangerous” branch of government because it “has
no influence over either the sword or the purse,” yet it’s trumping
the man with the sword, the president. But does it have to be this way?
No,
Trump could simply ignore the court ruling suspending his ban.
Jefferson
explained why in 1820, writing
that “to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional
questions” is “a very dangerous doctrine indeed and one which
would place us under the despotism of an Oligarchy.” This is where
we are now, and have long been – suicide-pact territory. The will
of a nation 320-million strong is expressed through its duly elected
representatives and laws are passed….And then that will is thwarted
by five black-robed lawyers in a central-government tribunal.
Does
this sound like a government of, by and for the people to you?
The
Bottom Line
American
citizens have seen terrorist activities on our own soil for years now. Here
is a full list, starting in April of 1972. We have welcomed immigrants
with open arms since the nation’s inception, but with caution to
protect our people. There are many reasons most citizens want immigrants
vetted, not only for the harm they might intend, but for assimilation,
and disease…diseases we have not seen in decades. We do not want
“no-go” zones throughout our country. And yes, I’ve
seen women in full burkas in my local grocery.
I have
two British friends, one who is an American citizen and one who is still
in UK, who would so love to come to America and become a naturalized citizen.
The UK today is overrun with so many Islamists that British citizens,
women especially, are afraid to be in certain parts of the country.
My friend
Stan, who has been here for decades, told me that it took him many steps
to become an American citizen and all told, it was about two years. He
is an absolutely wonderful addition to our citizenry. My friend Shirley
should also come to the USA, she loves our country.
However,
today, plane and shiploads of refugees from countries known to breed terrorists
are being dumped in cities all over America. Without the vetting, it has
become a breeding ground for terrorist training and terrorist activity.

Senior Advisor, Steven
Miller said, “The U.S. has an absolute sovereign right to determine
who can and cannot enter our country.”
Laura
Ingraham says our President should address the nation to make his
case for the executive order, and I agree. The reality is, his action
is absolutely legal, and it is being done for the safety of all Americans.
Our
President needs to tell these judges to go pound sand!

Paris is spending 20 million euros ($22 million) to build
a protective barrier around the Eiffel Tower to replace temporary
structures that were put up after a series of terror attacks.
“Sadly, the risk of terrorism hasn’t gone away,” deputy mayor
Jean-François Martins said at a Paris press conference. “It’s not a
wall, it’s an aesthetic perimeter.”
Martins wouldn’t confirm a report in Thursday’s Le Parisien newspaper
that a clear glass structure would be built around the tower’s
esplanade. The form the new structure takes will depend on solutions
proposed in response to the city’s call for tenders, he said.
Temporary and movable metal barriers were sporadically thrown up in
2015 and have been in place continuously since France hosted the Euro
2016 soccer championships last summer.
The new perimeter will include the space under the tower, as well as
two ponds on either side of it, an area roughly 200 by 300 meters. It
must be able to stop bullets and vehicles, he said. Tourists will be
free to enter the area after a security check, with payment required
only to go up the Tower itself.
Martins said he didn’t think the site of yet another security measure
in Paris — where fully armed soldiers on patrol has become a common
site — will deter tourists. “What scares tourists is lack of security,
not security,” he said. The new structure will be the most visible and
permanent change to the Paris landscape in response to terrorists.

The stunning postcard-perfect vista surrounding Misael
Lopez in this town about one hour from Madrid belies his constant
anxiety, even fear.
That’s because the former legal adviser to the Venezuelan Embassy in
Iraq is revealing secrets he says his government doesn’t want disclosed.
“I’m concerned about my safety and my family’s safety everywhere I
go,” Lopez said as he walked the cobble-stoned streets of Toledo.
Lopez, 41, says he reported what he says was a scheme to sell
passports and visas for thousands of dollars out of the embassy and
repeatedly turned down offers to get a cut of the money. But it was the
response from his government — which has denied his allegations — that
surprised him the most.
CNN and CNN en Español teamed up in a year-long joint investigation
that uncovered serious irregularities in the issuing of Venezuelan
passports and visas, including allegations that passports were given to
people with ties to terrorism. The investigation involved reviewing
thousands of documents, and conducting interviews in the U.S., Spain,
Venezuela and the United Kingdom.
One confidential intelligence document obtained by CNN links
Venezuela’s new Vice President Tareck El Aissami to 173 Venezuelan
passports and ID’s that were issued to individuals from the Middle East,
including people connected to the terrorist group Hezbollah.
The accusation that the country was issuing passports to people who
are not Venezuelan first surfaced in the early 2000s when Hugo Chavez
was the country’s president, interviews and records show.
A Venezuelan passport permits entry into more than 130 countries
without a visa, including 26 countries in the European Union, according
to a ranking by Henley and Partners. A visa is required to enter the
United States.
Over the course of the CNN investigation, Lopez provided documents
that show he repeatedly told Venezuelan officials about what he
discovered. But he said instead of investigating his allegations, the
government targeted him for disclosing confidential information. U.S.
officials were also made aware of his findings.
“You cannot be a cop, and a thief at the same time,” Lopez said. “I decide to be a cop and do the right thing.”
Doing the right thing has cost him.
Unwelcome surprise
It didn’t start out that way.
Lopez, a lawyer who worked as a police officer in Venezuela, said he
thought becoming a diplomat was a great career opportunity, which would
also allow him to serve his country. With that in mind, he moved to
Baghdad to start his new life at the Venezuelan Embassy.
But, he recalled, he got an unwelcome surprise on his first day in July 2013.
His new boss, Venezuelan Ambassador Jonathan Velasco, gave him a special envelope, he said.
“He gave me an envelope full of visas and passports,” Lopez recalled.
“He told me, ‘Get this, this is one million U.S. dollars.’ I thought it
was like a joke. Then he told me here people pay a lot of money to get a
visa or a passport to leave this country.”
About one month later, Lopez said he realized it was no joke.
An Iraqi employee of the embassy, who was hired to be an interpreter,
told him she had made thousands of dollars selling Venezuelan passports
and visas, he said. And he could make a lot of money, too.
But Lopez said he told her it was wrong and he refused.
The employee pressed the issue, telling him there were thousands of
dollars to be made, he said, even discussing an offer to sell visas to
13 Syrians for $10,000 each.
And, Lopez, said, she told him he could get a cut of the money, too.
Again, he said he refused.
“I suspect it might be terrorists; that’s why I reject, of course, immediately,” Lopez said.
And he said it just got worse.
Lists of names
Lopez said he was stunned when he found a document inside the
embassy. It was a list of 21 Arabic names with corresponding Venezuelan
passport numbers and Venezuelan identification numbers. A Venezuelan
immigration official told CNN that a cross-check of the passport numbers
indicated that the passports are valid and match the names on the list
Lopez found — meaning the people on the list could be able to travel
using those passports.
But incredibly, a publicly available database in Venezuela examined
by CNN shows 20 of the 21 identification numbers are registered to
people with Hispanic names — not the Arabic names listed on the
passports….
U.S. lawmakers heard reports about Venezuelan passport fraud during
congressional hearings as far back as 2006. In fact, a congressional
report warned, “Venezuela is providing support, including identity
documents that could prove useful to radical Islamic groups.”
And a state department report at the time also concluded that
“Venezuelan travel and identification documents are extremely easy to
obtain by persons not entitled to them.”…

It’s being called the “Swedish
Spring”; a groundswell of support for a top cop who went public on the
epidemic of crimes being committed by Muslim migrants which has led to
Swedes demanding a national conversation on the issue.
Since
veteran police officer Peter Springare blew the whistle on the
devastating effects mass immigration has had on Sweden, likes on a Facebook page set up in his honor have swelled to over 130,000 in the space of less than a week.
In
his original Facebook post, Springare warned about how, “Our pensioners
are on their knees, schools are in chaos, health care is an inferno,
police have been completely destroyed,” as a result of soaring migrant
crimes.
Springare revealed that the crimes he
is processing, which include rape, assault, violence against police,
drug trafficking and murder, were almost exclusively committed by
someone named “Mohammed” or a variation of that name. The suspects were
also invariably from Iraq, Turkey, Afghanistan, Somalia, or Syria.
Springare acknowledged that his post was “not politically correct” but that he “doesn’t give a shit”.
After the post received media attention, Springare was hit with an internal investigation on the grounds of“racial agitation”.
Sweden’s Prime Minister Stefan Löfven also responded to the controversy, claiming that Springare’s assertions were “wrong”.
Springare
has promised to post an update on Friday, which will undoubtedly
refocus attention on the huge numbers of Muslim migrants who are
committing serious crimes.
His
supporters are calling on political leaders to address an issue that has
been considered taboo for years, despite constant riots, torching of
cars, violent attacks and sexual assaults being carried out by Muslim
migrants in cities throughout Sweden on a routine basis.
Film
makers who attempt to document the problems caused by Sweden’s Islamic
no-go ghettos are routinely attacked. Ami Horowitz was viciously assaulted by a gang of Muslim men in Stockholm recently, at one point fearing for his life.
The situation is so dire that even some Somali immigrants are considering returning home, saying that areas of some Swedish cities are more dangerous than their notorious homeland.
Springare’s warning was backed up by Gothenburg police officer Tomas Åsenlöv, who revealed that cops were being told to implement Code 291 rules to hide “all information about the immigration-related crime.”
The
call for a national debate about the problem is particularly novel
given that public figures who have spoken out about mass immigration,
such as Sweden Democrat Party politician Michael Hess, have been hit with “hate crimes” charges.
However, the mood is clearly changing with opinion polls showing the anti-immigration Sweden Democrats rapidly growing in popularity.
The latest poll puts them 7 points ahead of their nearest rivals with the next election scheduled for September 2018.
Another poll
that asked 10,000 Europeans in 10 different European countries if they
advocated a total ban on Muslim immigration found that 55% were in
support of such a measure with just 20% opposed.

allergic to reporting on terrorism at all. On Monday, the White House released a list of 78 terror attacks since 2014 that they feel “did not receive adequate attention from Western media sources”:
CNN’s Jim Acosta said his producer was given the list of
the 78 attacks outside of the White House. Though he did not read
the list in full on air, Acosta said it included attacks like Paris,
Brussels, Nice, Istanbul and San Bernardino.
The terror attacks in Paris and San Bernardino were widely reported;
but again, the media avoided tying the atrocities to radical Islam at
all costs.
At MacDill Air Force Base Monday, Trump argued that, “It’s gotten to a
point where [terrorism is] not even reported, and in many cases the
very, very dishonest press doesn’t even want to report it.”

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Hard-left political activist David Brock,
founder of Media Matters – the father of “Fake News” – is working with
co-conspirators Google and Facebook to implement a strategy designed to
ban conservative and libertarian websites, including Infowars.com. This
is especially a problem given attempts being made by Eric Schmidt, the
founder of the multinational conglomerate Alphabet Inc., the parent
company of Google, to cozy up to the Trump administration.
On Dec. 14, 2016, Schmidt was included in a group of prominent tech industry executives that met with then President-elect Donald Trump in a much-publicized meeting.
On Jan. 17, 2017, Politico reported that Schmidt
was sited at an unannounced visit to Trump Tower, where he lunched
privately with Jared Kushner, Trump’s real estate magnate son-in-law
married to Trump’s daughter Ivanka in 2009, who has emerged to be named a
Senior Advisor to his father-in-law in the White House
In briefing book entitled “Media Matters, The Top Watchdog Against Fake News and Propaganda: Transforming the Media Landscape” (obtained by the Free Beacon)
that Brock published privately in January to solicit donors, Brock
asserts in the first sentence, “The onslaught of well-funded right-wing
media brings with it significant challenges.”
This first sentence
telegraphs that by creating and advancing the narrative of “Fake News,”
Brock is trying to launch what the hard-left calls “a meme.” That
“meme” or theme is designed to discredit news media that dare publish
conservative views differing from the hard-left news reported by CNN and
MSNBC, as well as increasingly by the New York Times – the object of
several recent President Trump tweet attacks. On the first page,
Brock targets Breitbart.com as having received “millions in funding from
extremist billionaires close to the Trump administration,” while
providing “a nexus point for the so-called alt-right (the newest
branding for white nationalism, anti-Semitism, and misogyny) to exploit
vulnerabilities through the media landscape.” Note here that Brock
is also creating a narrative – adding to the meme – that the
“alt-right” (another term created by Brock and the hard-left to attack
conservatives) are haters – characterized as “white nationalists,
anti-Semites, and misogynists” – the new hate tags Brock and his
co-conspirators on the hard-left intend to apply (along with the
accusation of being “racists”) on any news agency that refuses to
uncritically parrot a hard-left ideological interpretation of current
events.
Brock leaves no doubt that Google and Facebook are his
co-conspirators in advancing the “Fake News” meme against news
organizations like Infowars.com. Consider Media Matter’s clearly
articulated strategy that Brock lays out on page two of his briefing
book: “Over the next four years, Media Matters will focus on achieving the following outcomes:
“Serial
misinformers and right-wing propagandists inhabiting everything from
social media to the highest levels of government will be exposed. “Internet
and social media platforms, like Google and Facebook, will no longer
uncritically and without consequence host and enrich fake news sites and
propagandists. “Toxic alt-right social
media-fueled harassment campaigns that silence dissent and poison our

Clearly,
Brock intends to continue directing Media Matters as a hard-left attack
machine with no respect for the First Amendment that will inevitably
target news organizations like Infowars.com not only to shut
Infowars.com down, but also to punish Alex Jones and all others

announced a policy that would ban websites “that peddle fake news” from
using its online advertising service. Hours later, Facebook updated
the language in its Facebook Audience Network policy amending the policy
to specify that Facebook “will not display ads in sites that show
misleading or legal content, to include fake news sites.”
On Jan. 25, 2007, Recode.com reported
that Google, since declaring the policy against “fake news,” has banned
200 publishers from using its AdSense network, an ad placement service
that automatically places text and display ads on participating sites
based on audience characteristics. Recode further reported Google
declined to provide a listing of the banned sites.
On Jan. 26, 2017, Lachan Markay reported
in the Washington Free Beacon that Media Matters had launched a
petition campaign during the 2016 presidential campaign aimed at
pressuring Facebook into prohibiting “Fake News” website to accept Media
Matters goal of getting Facebook to “adjust its model to stem the flow
of damaging fake news from its platform pages.”
In his briefing
book, Brock acknowledged that while Google was a relatively easy sale on
“fake news,” Facebook was a much harder sale, with Mark Zuckerberg
initially calling the notion that “fake news is a problem” is “crazy.” So what did Media Matters do? “In
November, we launched a campaign pressuring Facebook to: 1) acknowledge
the problem of the proliferation of fake news on Facebook and its
consequences for our democracy and 2) commit to taking action to fix the

WASHINGTON —A religious rights organization has petitioned the U.S. Supreme
Court to hear an appeal regarding California’s ban on “conversion therapy” and
counseling youth to resist romantic desires toward the same sex.
“SB 1172 directly violates the fundamental constitutional
right to privacy in that it prohibits minors from defining their own
existence. The law prevents minors from accessing mental health services
and spiritual mentoring that would assist them in diminishing same-sex
attraction in accordance with self-defined religious, moral, cultural,
and philosophical beliefs,” the Writ of Certiorari recently filed by the Pacific Justice Institute (PJI) reads.
As previously reported,
in 2012, as the ban was being contemplated in the legislature, Gov.
Jerry Brown remarked that he hoped reparative therapy would be forever
heaved into “the dustbin of quackery.” The bill’s author, Democratic
Sen. Ted Lieu of Torrance, claimed that counseling and therapy aimed at
helping youth turn from the homosexual lifestyle is the equivalent of
“psychological child abuse.”
The legislation
prohibited any type of “conversion therapy,” “sexual orientation
therapy,” “reparative therapy” or “sexual orientation change efforts,”
by licensed therapists and counselors, but did not apply to those who
“provide acceptance, support, and understanding of clients or the
facilitation of clients’ coping, social support, and identity
exploration and development, including sexual orientation-neutral
interventions to prevent or address unlawful conduct or unsafe sexual
practices; and do not seek to change sexual orientation.”
It pointed to statements from the American School Counselor
Association, the American Counseling Association, the American Academy
of Pediatrics and others.
“No one should stand idly by while children are being
psychologically abused, and anyone who forces a child to try to change
their sexual orientation must understand this is unacceptable,” Lieu
wrote in a written statement.
Soon after the bill became law, PJI and the Florida-based
Liberty Counsel filed suit in hopes of obtaining an injunction against
its enforcement. A psychiatrist, a licensed therapist who also oversees a
church counseling ministry, and a resident who struggles with same-sex
attraction and has been helped by the therapy were all represented in
the suit.
“School counselors in private religious schools will only be
allowed to give counseling that affirms same-sex attraction,” lamented
PJI President Brad Dacus. “Youth in the early stages of puberty, when it
is normal for them to be curious, often have fears that they may be
homosexual. These youth are going to be subjected to tremendous
victimization [via the affirmation that is] mandated through every
counselor in the state of California.”
As the legal battle continues five years later, PJI has now
appealed its case to the U.S. Supreme Court, presenting questions such
as, “May a state bar ministers from inculcating or encouraging certain
religious values in youth, when those ministers are also licensed by the
state as mental health providers?”
“Are minors’ rights to privacy, autonomy, and
self-definition violated by a State’s determination that they may only
seek to reduce same-sex attraction on their own or with the assistance
of unlicensed individuals, and they may not seek professional help to do
so?” the legal challenge also asks the court to determine.
Plaintiff Donald Welch, who serves at Skyline Wesleyan
Church in LaMesa, says that the law now subjects him to potential
discipline by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences if he counsels
youth in accordance with the Scriptures.
“In his pastoral role, Dr. Welch is prohibited from
encouraging, enabling or validating sexual beliefs or behaviors contrary
to the teachings of the Church. Dr. Welch’s clientele includes minors
who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, heterosexual and questioning
youth,” the lawsuit notes, pointing to conflict between his job as a
church counselor and the law.
PJI says that if the court accepts the case, it could be one of the most significant of 2017.
“If the Supreme Court grants our petition for Certiorari,
this will be the most important freedom of religion case for this year
and will impact the rights of counseling ministries across the country,
potentially for generations to come,” Dacus said in a statement.

US President Donald Trump sought to lend
his own legal argument for his executive order banning travel from
certain Muslim-majority countries on Wednesday, discounting a legal
challenge to the order as anti-security.
Contending that a US
President has wide powers to control who comes into the country, Trump
said that even a “bad high school student” would rule in his favour, CNN
reported.
“This isn’t just me. This is for Obama, for Ronald
Reagan, for the President. This was done, very importantly, for
security,” Trump said.
“It was done for the security of our
nation, for the security of our citizens, so people don’t come in who
are going to do us harm. That is why is was done. It couldn’t have been
written more precisely,” he said.
Trump said his executive order was “written beautifully” and fully within the bounds of US statute.
“We’re
in an area that, let’s just say, they’re interpreting things
differently than probably 100 per cent of people in this room,” Trump
told a group of major city police officers and sheriffs in Washington.
“We want security,” Trump said.
On
Tuesday evening, a federal appeals court heard arguments in the legal
battle over the travel ban. The California-based Ninth Circuit Court of
Appeals will decide soon whether to reinstate the executive order.
The
top legal officials in 16 states, including Pennsylvania and Iowa which
voted for Trump, filed a memorandum in support of efforts to halt the
travel ban.
The state attorneys general from these states argued
that they have standing as the executive order inflicts harm on states,
including disruption at state universities and medical institutions.
President
Donald Trump is asserting that he had the right to enact his travel
ban, saying it was “done for the security of our nation.”
Speaking
to the Washington, D.C. conference of the Major Cities Chiefs
Association, which represents sheriffs and heads of large police forces
around the country, the president said the order was written
“beautifully” and was within his executive authority.
“A bad high
school student would understand this,” he said of the ban. “It’s as
plain as you can have it and I was a good student. I understand things, I
comprehend things very well.”
Trump said one of the reasons he was elected president was “because of law and order and security.”
“I
think it’s a sad day. I think our security is at risk today and it will
be at risk until such time as we are entitled and get what we are
entitled to,” he said.
Trump also read parts of his order aloud,
saying it allows the chief executive the ability to suspend the “entry
of all aliens or of any class of aliens” into the country, CBS News
reported.
“You can suspend, you can put restrictions, you can do
whatever you want,” he said. “You’re the chiefs, you’re the sheriffs,
you understand this.”
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is
weighing the appeal of Trump’s executive order on immigration, including
a temporary travel ban on those from seven Muslim-majority countries.
The
appeals court challenged the administration’s claim that the ban was
motivated by terrorism fears, but it also questioned an attorney’s
argument that it unconstitutionally targeted Muslims.
While awaiting a decision, Trump said “courts seem to be so political.”
“They
are interpreting things differently than probably 100 percent of people
in this room,” the president said. “I never want to call a court
biased, so I won’t call it biased.”
He added “it would be so great for our justice system if they would be able to read a statement and do what’s right.”
Earlier
Wednesday morning, the president tweeted: “If the U.S. does not win
this case as it so obviously should, we can never have the security and
safety to which we are entitled. Politics!”

President Trump addressed a law enforcement conference in
Washington D.C. where he expressed his shock and dismay at leftist
judges blocking the border security policies set forth in his
Trump read language from the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952
which clearly grants the President express powers to control the entry
of non-citizens into the United States on virtually any basis, but
specifically as a duty to protect the citizens from potentially
dangerous groups of foreigners.

Trump went to on make clear why the executive order went into place so
suddenly, saying that he had proposed a notice period of either one
month or one week – which his advisors shot down.
He distilled their explanation: “‘You
can’t give a notice. If you give a notice that we’re going to be really
tough one month from now, or in one week from now – then people are
going to pour in before the… restrictions,’” to which the crowd of law enforcement and security specialists applauded.
He
circled back to the previous night’s hearings: “I want to tell you – I
listened to a bunch of stuff last night on television that was
disgraceful.”

Friday that “a trio of House Democrats say President Trump is making a
mistake pushing for counter-extremism efforts to focus only on radical
Islam….Friday’s letter was signed Democratic Reps. Bennie Thompson
(Md.), Eliot Engel (N.Y.) and John Conyers (Mich.).” Thompson, Engel and Conyers wrote: “Such a move is wrongheaded
insofar as persons who commit acts of violent extremism are inspired by
diverse political, religious and philosophical beliefs, and are not
limited to any single population or region.” In reality, there have been over 30,000 murderous jihad terror
attacks worldwide since 9/11. What other political, religious and
philosophical beliefs have been responsible for any comparable number? A
widely publicized study purporting to show that “right-wing extremists”
have killed more people in the U.S. than Islamic jihadis, and thus pose
a greater threat, has been debunked on many grounds.
These representatives also wrote: “Changing the name to ‘Countering
Islamic Extremism’ or ‘Countering Radical Islamic Extremism’ would have
damaging effects to our national security by feeding into the propaganda
created by terrorist groups and child domestic and international
diplomatic relations. Additionally, it could further alienate and create
distrust with the Muslim-American communities when the program depends
on close cooperation with law enforcement.”
Islamic jihadis routinely cite the texts and teachings of Islam to
justify their actions and make recruits among peaceful Muslims. The idea
that Muslims who reject jihad terror will be enraged if the U.S.
government takes note of this is absurd. If they reject jihad terror,
they won’t embrace it because officials are saying things they don’t
like; in fact, if they really reject it, they should welcome and
cooperate with efforts to identify its causes and eradicate them. These
Congressmen are recommending that we curtail our speech to avoid
criticizing Islam, which is a Sharia blasphemy provision that the
Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has been trying to foist upon
the U.S. by means of “hate speech” laws for years. That the statements
of Thompson, Engel and Conyers are simply today’s conventional wisdom is
one indication of how successful these efforts have been.
Critics of President Trump’s plan have complained: “The program,
‘Countering Violent Extremism,’ or CVE, would be changed to ‘Countering
Islamic Extremism’ or ‘Countering Radical Islamic Extremism,’ the
sources said, and would no longer target groups such as white
supremacists who have also carried out bombings and shootings in the
United States.”
Indeed, but the white supremacist threat has been wildly exaggerated by Soros-funded groups
(which exaggerations have been pushed by Soros-funded media) that
downplay and deny the jihad threat. Reuters’ equivalence here also
ignores the fact that the jihad is an international movement set on
destroying the U.S. and found on every continent; white supremacism is
not.
What Trump is really doing here is reversing Obama’s bow to Muslim
Brotherhood-linked groups in scrubbing counter-terror training materials
of all mention of Islam and jihad. On October 19, 2011, Farhana Khera
of Muslim Advocates delivered a letter to John Brennan, who was then the
assistant to the president on National Security for Homeland Security
and Counter Terrorism. The letter was signed by the leaders of virtually
all significant Islamic groups in the United States: 57 Muslim, Arab,
and South Asian organizations, many with ties to Hamas and the Muslim
Brotherhood, including the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR),
the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), the Muslim American
Society (MAS), the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), Islamic
Relief USA, and the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC).
The letter denounced what it characterized as U.S. government
agencies’ “use of biased, false and highly offensive training materials
about Muslims and Islam.” Khera complained specifically about me, noting
that my books could be found in “the FBI’s library at the FBI training
academy in Quantico, Virginia”; that a reading list accompanying a slide
presentation by the FBI’s Law Enforcement Communications Unit
recommended my book The Truth About Muhammad; that in July 2010 I
“presented a two-hour seminar on ‘the belief system of Islamic
jihadists’ to the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) in Tidewater,
Virginia”; and that I also “presented a similar lecture to the U.S.
Attorney’s Anti-Terrorism Advisory Council, which is co-hosted by the
FBI’s Norfolk Field Office.”
These were supposed to be terrible materials because I was supposedly
bigoted and hateful. However, many of the examples Khera adduced of
“bigoted and distorted materials” involved statements that were simply
accurate. The only distortion was Khera’s representation of them.
For instance, Khera stated:
A 2006 FBI intelligence report stating that individuals
who convert to Islam are on the path to becoming “Homegrown Islamic
Extremists,” if they exhibit any of the following behavior:
“Wearing traditional Muslim attire”
“Growing facial hair”
“Frequent attendance at a mosque or a prayer group”
“Travel to a Muslim country”
“Increased activity in a pro-Muslim social group or political cause”
The FBI intelligence report Khera purported to be describing didn’t
actually say that. Rather, it included these behaviors among a list of
fourteen indicators that could “identify an individual going through the
radicalization process.” Other indicators included:
“Travel without obvious source of funds”
“Suspicious purchases of bomb making paraphernalia or weapons”
“Large transfer of funds, from or to overseas”
“Formation of operational cells”
Khera had selectively quoted the list to give the impression that the
FBI was teaching that devout observance of Islam led inevitably and in
every case to “extremism.”
Despite the factual accuracy of the material about which they were
complaining, the Muslim groups signing the letter demanded that the task
force, among other actions:
“Purge all federal government training materials of biased materials.”
“Implement a mandatory re-training program for FBI agents, U.S. Army
officers, and all federal, state and local law enforcement who have been
subjected to biased training.”
They wished to ensure that all law enforcement officials ever learn
about Islam and jihad would be what the signatories wanted them to learn
— and Brennan was amenable to that. He took Khera’s complaints as his
marching orders.
In a November 3, 2011, letter to Khera that — significantly — was
written on White House stationery, Brennan accepted Khera’s criticisms
without a murmur of protest and assured her of his readiness to comply.
He detailed specific actions being undertaken, including “collecting all
training materials that contain cultural or religious content,
including information related to Islam or Muslims.” In reality, this
material wouldn’t just be “collected”; it would be purged of anything
that Farhana Khera and others like her found offensive. Honest, accurate
discussion of how Islamic jihadists use Islamic teachings to justify
violence would no longer be allowed.
The alacrity with which Brennan complied was unfortunate on many
levels. Numerous books and presentations that gave a perfectly accurate
view of Islam and jihad were purged. Brennan was complying with demands
from quarters that could hardly be considered authentically moderate.
This Obama policy of the U.S. government ensured that numerous
jihadists simply could not be identified as risks. The Obama
administration was bound, as a matter of policy, to ignore what in saner
times would be taken as warning signs. Now we can hope that Trump will
reverse all that. Indeed, it is our only hope of defeating this scourge.

The top lawyer for Hillary Clinton’s failed presidential
campaign has joined a Soros-linked Super PAC to challenge Voter ID laws
across the country.
Marc Elias, a partner at the D.C.-based Perkins Coie law firm and the
head lawyer for Hillary Clinton’s failed presidential campaign, has
joined the board of directors for Priorities USA Action, a Super PAC
heavily funded by globalist billionaire George Soros. Priorities USA Action will also absorb Every Citizen Counts, a nonprofit founded
by Priorities USA Action chief strategist Guy Cecil dedicated to
mobilizing African-American and Hispanic voters, as it shifts its
efforts to challenging state Voter ID laws.
Led by Elias in his capacity as a partner with the Perkins Coie law
firm, Every Citizen Counts spent $17 million on legal challenges to
voting laws in North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin during the
2016 general election. The lawsuits were financially supported by Soros as well.
Priorities has also indicated
their intent to build a database “that’s intended to serve as a
one-stop inventory of restrictive voting measures which will be shared
with other progressive organizations.”
“We need to take a clear and aggressive stand that we’re going to do everything we can,” said Cecil. Priorities USA Action received nearly $157 million in contributions during the 2016 campaign, including three contributions totaling $9.5 million from George Soros; his son, Alexander, donated $1 million as well.
“Looking purely at his record of achievements in the 2016 cycle, this is not the best ‘get’ for Priorities USA,” said
Logan Churchwell, a spokesman for the Public Interest Legal Foundation.
“He took millions of Soros dollars to tilt at voter ID and early voting
reform windmills in Virginia, Wisconsin, Ohio, and North Carolina and
largely failed across the board.”
“He didn’t even shift public opinion.”
Soros’s
support for legal challenges to laws making it more difficult to commit
voter fraud are unsurprising given his stated goal of enlarging the
electorate by 10 million people by 2018.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Those opposing vigorous and truthful
examination of voter fraud in the United States are advancing a
narrative asserting there is “no proof of voter fraud” in recent years. This past weekend, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-KY, said on CNN’s “State of the Nation” program that he does not want to spend federal funds to investigate
President Trump’s claims of massive voter fraud in the 2016
presidential election because “there’s no evidence that [election fraud]
occurred in such a significant number that it could have changed the
presidential election.” While McConnell may be right, there is
evidence that would suggest voter fraud prevented Trump from winning the
popular vote, as well as the electoral vote.
Democratic Party operatives and their supporters in the Democratic
Party-sympathetic main stream media originally crafted and advanced this
meme in a transparent effort to ward off all responsible efforts to
enact the type of Voter ID laws that would largely rule out or
dramatically reduce the possibility of systematic Democratic Party voter
fraud.
Today, while no American can board an airplane today
without showing TSA employees a valid government-issued ID, the far-left
screams “voter suppression” and brings lawyers affiliated with the
Democratic Party to court to litigate every time efforts are made to
pass voter ID laws. A truthful examination provides ample evidence
President Trump is right in asserting Democratic Party fraud accounts
for between 3 to 5 million illegal votes to be cast, enough to cost him
the popular vote. In the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton with
65,853,625 votes won the popular vote by some three million over Donald
Trump, who got 62,985,105 votes. The three million vote margin needed
to have swung the popular vote victory to Trump could have been obtained
had Democratic Party fraud amounted to only 2.5 percent of the total
votes cast.
While the Washington Post, in an article
published on Dec. 1, 2016, claimed that there were just four documented
cases of voter fraud in the 2016 presidential election, the newspaper
restricted its “proof” to only those cases in which someone was caught
and faced possible criminal prosecution after being caught voting twice,
voting illegally as a non-citizen or a criminal felon or voting for
someone already deceased.
The available voter fraud evidence
suggests voter fraud in precincts controlled by the Democrats around the
country could easily top 2.5 percent of the total votes cast, provided
we do not restrict, as the Washington Post did, the “evidence of voter
fraud” to cases where fraudulent voters are caught.
The issue of
voter fraud, properly stated, involves the type of systematic Democratic
Party fraud that eludes detection precisely because Democratic Party
politicians and election officials take active steps to encourage
illegal voting that they have no intention of reporting, investigating
or prosecuting.
Truthfully, we need look no further than the 2016
Michigan recount demanded by Green Party candidate Jill Stein find clear
evidence of systematic Democratic Party voting fraud. 2016 Michigan recount finds voter fraud in Detroit
In
the Michigan recount, instead of swinging the election to Clinton, the
recount found evidence of massive voter fraud in Wayne County, pointing
to Democratic Party voter fraud in Detroit, where Michigan’s largest
city in Michigan’s largest county had voted overwhelmingly for Clinton,
as noted by Roger Stone in his recent book, Making of the President 2016, on pages 296-298.
Stone
reported voting machines in more than one-third of all Detroit
precincts registered more votes that the number of people recorded
having voted.
Overall, state records showed 10.6 percent of the
precincts in the state’s 22 counties could not be recounted because
Michigan state law bars recounts for unbroken precincts or precincts
submitting ballot boxes with broken seals.
The Detroit news reported the problems were the worst in Detroit
where officials could not recount votes in 392 precincts, or nearly 60
percent of the total, with two-thirds of these precincts having too many
votes.
The newspaper further noted Hillary Clinton overwhelmingly
prevailed in Democratic-controlled Detroit, while Republican
President-elect Donald Trump won Michigan by only 10,704 votes, or by
47.5 percent to 47.3 percent.
The voting fraud found in Detroit as
a result of the 2016 Michigan recount suggests recounts in the
Democratic-controlled precincts in other rust-belt cities, including,
Chicago, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, as well Newark, New
Jersey, bear rigorous recount investigations to see if similar patterns
of Democratic Party voting fraud can be validated.
A study
published by the Pew Center on the States in February 2012, entitled
“Inaccurate, Costly, and Inefficient: Evidence That America’s Voter
Registration System Needs an Upgraded,” documented that approximately
24 million – one of every eight – voter registrations in the United
States are no longer valid or are significantly inaccurate, with more
than 1.8 million deceased individuals listed as voters, and
approximately 2.75 million people with registrations in more than one
state.”
While the Pew Center on the States does not prove that
voter fraud caused someone to vote for all the deceased on voter
registration rolls, or that a large proportion of those registered in
more than one state voted in more than one state, the 2016 presidential
election provides evidence Democrats in various states have exploited
registration problems that could be solved with a Voter ID system at the
center of rigorous enforcement of voting laws throughout the United
States.
The lack of rigor in U.S. voting registration rolls is
unlikely to be rectified as long as the Democratic Party resists every
and all efforts to enact for voting the type of Voter ID laws that the
TSA demands for those seeking to board commercial aircraft in the United
States. Non-citizens and felons vote
In 2016, an
investigation in Virginia by the public Interest Legal Foundation, PILF,
and the Virginia Voter’s Alliance, VVA, showed that in a small sample
of the eight Virginia counties responding to the investigators’ public inspection requests, 1046 illegal aliens were found registered to vote.
“The
problem is most certainly exponentially worse because we have no data
regarding aliens on the registration rolls for the other 125 Virginia
localities,” the Virginia investigators concluded. “Even in this small
sample, when the voting history of this small sample of alien
registrants is examined, nearly 200 verified ballots were cast before
they were removed from the rolls. Each one of them is likely a felony.”
In
2016, Virginia’s Democratic Governor Terry McAuliffe, a long-time
Clinton associate, cleared 13,000 Virginia felons to vote in the
presidential election, after the State’s Supreme Court struck down his
earlier “sweeping order” automatically restoring many felons’ voting
rights in a move that would have provided clearance for some 206,000
Virginia felons to vote, despite their criminal records as murders,
rapists, sex offenders, kidnappers, child abusers, arsonists, drug
traffickers, and other dangerous criminals, as noted by Breitbart in an article published on Aug. 22, 1016.
In
April 2015, McAuliffe vetoed House Bill 1315, a state law that would
have required jury commissioners to retain individuals not qualified to
serve as jurors for reasons that would also disqualify them from voting,
including finding out that a prospective juror was not a citizen of the
United States.
In August 2011, the Fairfax County Electoral Board
notified the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of
Virginia in Alexandria, as well as the Public Integrity Section of the
Criminal Division of the Justice Department in Washington, of possible
voter fraud by non-citizens.
An Electoral Board study conducted in
conjunction with the Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles discovered
that 278 registered voters, when they got their drivers licenses, admitted they were not U.S. citizens. Almost half of them, 117, were subsequently found to have registered to vote and to have voted in Virginia.
The Public Interest Legal Foundation studied a case where 86 non-citizens registered to vote in Philadelphia
since 2013, with almost half (46) known to have voted in at least one
recent election, asked for their names to be removed from voter
registrations.
“This is just the tip of iceberg,” concluded Joseph
Vanderhulst, an attorney with the foundation. “Who knows how may are on
and don’t ask to be taken off.” Research indicated Philadelphia makes
no effort to proactively remove from voter registration rolls
non-citizens or incarcerated felons that are ineligible to vote under
Pennsylvania law.
“Election fraud, whether it’s phony voter
registrations illegal absentee ballots, shady recounts or old-fashioned
ballot-box stuffing, can be found in every part of the United States,
although it is probably spreading because of the ever-so-tight divisions
that have polarized the country and created so many close elections
lately,” concluded journalist John Fund in his 2004 book entitled
“Stealing Elections.” Project Veritas documents Democratic Party voter fraud
In
my 2012 book examining the 2012 presidential elections entitled “What
Went Wrong?” I found a series of undercover voters taken by James
O’Keefe and his Project Veritas were particularly damaging to Democrats
claiming there is no proof of voter fraud.
O’Keefe’s videos showed Democratic Party campaign workers and
volunteers being willing to advise voters how to commit voter fraud,
including how to register and vote in more than one state. The videos
also demonstrate how difficult it is to get your name removed
from the voter registration rolls after you have moved, and how easy it
is to get an absentee ballot to vote in a second state, even if the
second state is registered in a different name than the person’s current
legal name.
One video demonstrated states like North Carolina
that do not require voter ID how easy it was for illegal immigrants
non-citizens to vote, or for persons to vote after showing up at a
voting poll after stealing the identity of registered voters who are
dead. Also exposed by O’Keefe’s undercover video cameras were students
voting for Obama in the state where they were attending college, as well
as voting by absentee ballot in their home state.
A clear point of O’Keefe’s videos is that early voting statutes provide
ample time to explore and implement voter fraud statutes. O’Keefe
exposed judges and state voting officials who imposed lax voter
registration processes because the favored the type of “open election”
procedures favored by Democrats who charge voter ID laws are racist
by-nature, supported and enacted by Republicans who want to suppress the
votes of African-Americans and Hispanics.
O’Keefe’s videos caught salaried employees of the DNC working for the
Obama campaign in Organizing for America offices advising undercover
Project Veritas reporters on how to vote twice, including in more than
one state – clearly demonstrating the Democratic Party and the Obama
campaign were engaging in voter fraud in 2012.
