Deceased sex pervert Jeffrey Epstein, the Wall Street financier and Deep Stater found dead in his cell on Saturday at the federal Metropolitan Correctional Center (shown) in New York, got some special privileges in the forbidding lockup.



He spent time alone with a young woman in the attorney-client meeting room, and otherwise occupied the space for up to eight hours a day to escape the mind-numbing drudgery of his dreary cell.



What he and the young woman were doing, Forbes magazine didn’t report. Nonetheless, whatever went on, Epstein’s money permitted him to game the system before what authorities are calling his suicide.



Epstein, 66, faced a federal sex-trafficking indictment.

The unidentified young lady visited Epstein the day after authorities removed him from suicide watch, Forbes reported. Its source was another visiting attorney who witnessed the unusual rendezvous.



He “spent at least two hours locked up alone with a young woman,” the magazine reported, “in a private room reserved for inmates and their attorneys, according to an attorney who was visiting the prison that day.”



As well, the young woman carried no files, the visiting attorney told Forbes, and was dressed casually for “Sunday brunch.”








“The optics were startling. Because she was young. And pretty,” said the visiting attorney.... He speculated the woman could be a lawyer — NBC News has reported that Epstein paid members of his team to sit with him in a room for eight hours a day for attorney-client meetings, allowing him to avoid his cell.



The visiting attorney went to the Manhattan Correctional Center on July 30, a day after Epstein was reportedly taken off suicide watch and transferred into the Special Housing Unit (SHU). During the hours the visiting attorney was present, it wasn’t Epstein’s main lawyer, Reid Weingarten, or other named attorneys who visited him.



“If I was him, I would have hired ... an old bald guy,” said the lawyer, who said the young woman was in there with Epstein for at least two hours when he was there. He also pointed out that the room is locked when prisoners go in, after their handcuffs are removed, and unlocked only when prisoners leave and handcuffs are put back on.



Weingarten and other attorneys representing Epstein have not responded to requests for comment by Forbes.



Beyond those “bad optics,” however, is this: Epstein’s control “was a sore point for attorneys trying to visit their clients. Instead of waiting 15 minutes for a room, the wait could stretch for two hours, as it was that day.”



The SHU, the complaining lawyer told Forbes, has only two rooms for attorneys to visit clients. “That means Epstein was monopolizing a scarce resource,” the magazine observed. The chief of a nonprofit that represents federal defendants told Forbes that monopolizing the room had another effect: “Eighty percent of all federal defendants are represented by my office, or assigned private attorneys who are paid statutory amounts, and they are sitting there [waiting]. That’s just taxpayers dollars ticking off the clock.”



The visiting attorney also told the magazine that Epstein’s treatment “sounded to me like a replay of the Florida thing where he got to go to the office ... and sit around rather than sit in the cell.”



That comfortable arrangement occurred after Epstein struck a plea deal that allowed him to skate away from a federal sex-trafficking charge in 2008 and plead guilty to a lesser state child prostitution rap. During that “sentence,” he wangled a “work release” billet and spent six days a week at his office, the magazine noted.



“It’s understandable why Epstein would want to avoid his cell,” Forbes rightly reported. “Conditions inside MCC are legendarily bad,” and Epstein’s lockup, SHU, is “even harsher. Inmates are housed in their cells 23 hours a day, and there’s only a tiny window letting in a sliver of natural light.



That description comports with what a former inmate described in a letter to the New York Post.



Noting that he didn’t believe Epstein committed suicide, the anonymous author explained how frightening the facility is. Some guards are on a “power trip,” he wrote, and know when an inmate will break psychologically. They do what they can to see that he does:



The damage that unit can do to someone.



It’s like you’re an animal and you’ve been brought into a kennel. A guy like Jeffrey, it’s like, “Holy sh-t.”



I told my parents not to come there. God wasn’t in the building.



I’ve had some heavy incidents in the building. What happened is permanent.

Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime bodyguard, Igor Zinoviev, cut an interview short when he was asked about previous comments he’d given four years ago, describing the billionaire hedge fund manager hanging out with teenage girls and receiving special treatment from police.



In an interview Monday, Zinoviev, a former MMA fighter who also served as Epstein’s driver and personal trainer, told New York Magazine he didn’t recall responses he’d given in a previous interview four years ago, in which he discussed the billionaire pedophile’s attraction to teenage girls, local police corruption and being insulted and humiliated by him.



NY Intelligencer writer M.L. Nestel, who had previously interviewed Zinoviev in 2015 for The Daily Beast, says he noticed this time the bodyguard, whose native language is not English, seemed very nervous.







“To be honest, I didn’t expect that he’d try to back away from the assertions he made in our original interview — but he did,” Nestel wrote. “He also seemed, it is safe to say, quite nervous about saying anything at all.”



In one instance, Zinoviev backpedalled to say he didn’t recall mentioning Epstein hanging out with teenage girls.

JB Pritzker signed into law on Wednesday a bill that pro-lifers are calling the most ‘extreme’ late-term abortion measure in the country. ‘The governor and the Democratic supermajorities who fast-tracked this legislation have created a new death penalty in Illinois, with no possibility of appeal, for viable unborn preemies,’ said Peter Breen, former Illinois representative and vice president of Thomas More Society, in a statement. The Reproductive Health Act, or SB 25, establishes a fundamental right to have an abortion while removing all rights from the unborn. It repeals the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act, legalizing late-term abortion, even when there is fetal viability, ‘to protect the life or health of the patient.’ The bill broadens the definition of ‘health of the patient’ to include (but not limited to) physical, emotional, psychological and familial health and age. ‘This bill is a horrible contradiction of fundamental scientific truths and the work that I do every single day,’ said Emily Kelly, a neonatal ICU nurse at a major Chicago hospital, according to Illinois Right to Life. ‘Under this law, every single one of my patients could be legally killed in utero in our state.’ Other provisions in the Reproductive Health Act include requiring private insurance companies to cover abortion with no exceptions for religious institutions explicitly made in the bill and allowing non-physicians, such as advanced practice registered nurses, to perform abortions. … Gov.  The British Museum tries to counter an ugly truth long captured in Western art

The British Museum recently announced a “special exhibition,” opening in October 2019, and titled “Inspired by the East: How the Islamic World Influenced Western Art.” According to the museum, it is meant to counter “stereotypes” of Muslims and will “highlight just how extensive and enduring the cultural exchange between the west and Islamic world has been.”



There is of course a less admirable “cultural exchange between the west and the Islamic world” that “influenced” generations of European painters—one which recently made the news, “triggering” many on both sides of the Atlantic, and possibly prompting this new exhibition in response: the sexual enslavement of European women by Muslims.



Around May, 2019—and to highlight the apparent threat male Muslim migrants pose to German women—Alternative for Germany (AfD), a political party founded in 2013, began using a painting created in France in 1866 titled “Slave Market.”  The painting “shows a black, apparently Muslim slave trader displaying a naked young woman with much lighter skin to a group of men for examination,” probably in North Africa.  AfD placed images of this painting on posters with the slogan, “So that Europe won’t become Eurabia.”



The director of the Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, Massachusetts, which houses the original painting, responded by strongly protesting and calling on the German political party to “cease and desist in using this painting” (even though it is in the public domain).   Other elements in Germany responded with action, so that “party workers have had to repeatedly put up new copies, only to see them destroyed again the following night.”



What to make of all this?  Objectively speaking, the “Slave Market” painting in question portrays a reality that has played out countless times over the centuries: African and Middle Eastern Muslims have long targeted European women—so much so as to have enslaved millions of them over the centuries.



The Muslim demand for, in the words of one historian, “white-complexioned blondes, with straight hair and blue eyes,” traces back to the prophet of Islam, Muhammad, who enticed his followers to wage jihad against neighboring Byzantium by citing its blonde (“yellow”) women awaiting them as potential concubines.



For over a millennium afterwards, Islamic caliphates, emirates, and sultanates—of the Arab, Berber, Turkic, and Tatar variety—also coaxed their men to jihad on Europe by citing (and later sexually enslaving) its women.  Accordingly, because the “Umayyads particularly valued blond or red-haired Franc or Galician women as sexual slaves,” Dario Fernandez-Morera writes, “al-Andalus [Islamic Spain] became a center for the trade and distribution of slaves.”



Indeed, the insatiable demand for fair women was such that, according to M.A. Khan, an Indian author and former Muslim, it is “impossible to disconnect Islam from the Viking slave-trade, because the supply was absolutely meant for meeting [the] Islamic world’s unceasing demand for the prized white slaves” and “white sex-slaves.”  Emmet Scott goes further, arguing that “it was the caliphate’s demand for European slaves that called forth the Viking phenomenon in the first place.”



As for numbers, according to the conservative estimate of American professor Robert Davis, “between 1530 and 1780 [alone] there were almost certainly a million and quite possibly as many as a million and a quarter white, European Christians enslaved by the Muslims of the Barbary Coast,” that is, of North Africa, the telling setting of the painting.  By 1541, “Algiers teemed with Christian captives [from Europe], and it became a common saying that a Christian slave was scarce a fair barter for an onion.”



With countless sexually enslaved European women—some seized from as far as Denmark, Iceland, and even Iceland—selling for the price of vegetables, little wonder that European observers by the late 1700s noted how “the inhabitants of Algiers have a rather white complexion.”



Further underscoring the rapacious and relentless drive of the Muslim slave industry, consider this: The United States of America’s first war—which it fought before it could even elect its first president—was against these same Islamic slavers.  When Thomas Jefferson and John Adams asked Barbary’s ambassador why his countrymen were enslaving American sailors, the “ambassador answered us that it was founded on the laws of their Prophet, that it was written in their Koran, that … it was their right and duty to make war upon them [non-Muslims] wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as prisoners.”



The situation was arguably worse for Eastern Europeans; the slave markets of the Ottoman sultanate were for centuries so inundated with Slavic flesh that children sold for pennies, “a very beautiful slave woman was exchanged for a pair of boots, and four Serbian slaves were traded for a horse.”   In Crimea, some three million Slavs were enslaved by the Ottomans’ Muslim allies, the Tatars. “The youngest women are kept for wanton pleasures,” observed a seventeenth century Lithuanian.



Paintings similar to the one in question — such as Jaroslav Čermák’s  “The Abduction of a Herzegovinian Woman (1861) —portray these Eastern European realities: “Disturbing and extremely evocative, it depicts a white, nude Christian woman being abducted from her village by the Ottoman mercenaries who have killed her husband and baby.”



Even the details of the “Slave Market” painting/poster, which depicts a nude and fair-skinned female slave being pawed at by potential buyers, echoes reality.  Based on a twelfth-century document dealing with slave auctions in Cordoba, Muslim merchants “would put ointments on slave girls of a darker complexion to whiten their faces… ointments were placed on the face and body of black slaves to make them ‘prettier.’” Then, the Muslim merchant “dresses them all in transparent clothes” and “tells the slave girls to act in a coquettish manner with the old men and with the timid men among the potential buyers to make them crazy with desire.”



In short, outrage at the Alternative for Germany’s use of the “Slave Market” painting—which may have partially initiated the British Museum’s new exhibit to “counter stereotypes”—is just another attempt to suppress and sugarcoat the truths of Muslim/Western history, especially in its glaring continuity with the present.   For the essence of that painting—Muslim men pawing at and sexually preying on fair women—has reached alarming levels all throughout Western Europe, especially in the two nations in question, Germany and Great Britain

A Tennessee Senator, Marsha Blackburn, has introduced a federal bill that would criminalize female genital mutilation (FGM). It’s about time this law was introduced at the federal level and laws strengthened to aid the growing number of girls who are being abused by this procedure. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, “over 500,000 women and girls have either undergone, or are at risk of undergoing the procedure.”


Four months ago, the Department of Justice decided to abandon efforts to uphold America’s FGM law, “concluding it is too weak as written and needs to be changed in order to successfully prosecute anyone.” This decision bore implications for two Michigan doctors, Dr. Jumana Nagarwala and Dr. Fakhuruddin Attar, and six others. Although FGM charges against them were thrown out last November by U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman when he ruled them to be be technically “unconstitutional,” the two doctors still faced conspiracy and obstruction charges that could have sent them to jail for two to three decades, but the DOJ dropped all charges. Defense lawyers also “argued that the defendants are good, hardworking people with deeply held religious convictions who were involved in only mild procedures that are part of their faith,” in complete disregard for the suffering of their victims.



FGM, like many other human rights violations in Islam, is a religiously sanctioned practice, as stated in the Hadiths:



 “Abu al- Malih ibn Usama’s father relates that the Prophet said: ‘Circumcision is a law for men and a preservation of honour for women.’” (Ahmad Ibn Hanbal 5:75)



“Narrated Umm Atiyyah al-Ansariyyah: A woman used to perform circumcision in Medina. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said to her: ‘Do not cut severely as that is better for a woman and more desirable for a husband.’” (Abu Dawud 41:5251)



Reliance of the Traveller — the classic manual of Islamic law — also states that “circumcision is obligatory for men and women.” (‘Umdat al-Salik e4.3)



In the U.S. Currently, laws about FGM differ from state to state, with many states having no laws against it at all.







“Tennessee Senator introduces federal bill criminalizing female genital mutilation,” by Adrian Mojica, Fox 17, August 14, 2019:





NASHVILLE, Tenn.–Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn and Rep. Scott Perry of Pennsylvania have introduced legislation which could criminalize female genital mutilation nationwide.



H.R. 3583 and S. 2017 were each introduced in late June with the goal of overturning a 2018 ruling by a federal judge which found Congress was unable to pass a 1996 law which banned the practice on females under 18 except when done out of medical necessity.



The new bill would again ban FGM on girls under 18 and specifies on laws governing interstate commerce, which Congress has jurisdiction over. Otherwise it is up to the states to pass laws.



Tennessee passed a law this year which went into effect on July 1. Under the Tennessee law, it is a Class D felony to knowingly mutilate a female, facilitate the act, or transport or facilitate a female for FGM.



The state law also extends the statute of limitations for prosecutions and civil actions when it comes to FGM…..

The former Senior Software Engineer breaks down in detail how the company engages in nefarious behavior, including manipulating search results based on their left-wing political agenda.















Vorhies explains how Google hires third parties to create email accounts with one letter or number altered from the email of a well-known person, which then send out spam messages that catch the attention of the AI system and causes the original account to be taken down.



“Google tells them the account’s down for ‘suspicious activity,’ and then they have no way of having any recourse because google is hiding their information,” he said.



Continuing, Vorhies stated, “I’ve never seen Google really address this problem, the exploit, as far as I know, still exists.”



Ultimately, Google is avoiding responsibility, he reveals, by using third parties to terminate accounts.

A former Google employee who’s gone public exposing the tech giant’s algorithmic censorship says there’s a secret “patriot network” within the company aware of the political bias, but too afraid to do anything about it.



Speaking to Infowars, Google insider Zach Vorhies described a network of employees, even in the company’s upper echelons, who understand censorship is taking place.

“So there’s this weird culture in google – they’re trying to install this monoculture,” the one-time senior software engineer told Owen Shroyer. “And yes, there are people, there’s kind of a ‘patriot network’ inside of Google, but they’re afraid to come out. And some of that extends all the way in to the executive class.”



Vorhies added he hopes his own whistleblower activities will “galvanize” others aware of the censorship practices, but too intimidated to speak out.



“And so the thing is that I felt that if I came forward that I would galvanize other people by paving a path of disclosure for these documents so that people can come forward and say their opinion without violating the NDA (non-disclosure agreement).”



In an interview with Project Veritas after going public, Vorhies expressed a similar wish to see more Google whistle-blowers come forward and expose the company’s bias.



“My message to those that are on the fence is I released the documents. They can go in, they can see everything that Google is doing and then they can see the scale of it. Because I think that there’s a lot of engineers that have a hint that things are wrong, but they don’t understand the colossal scale that it’s at. And so for those people, I say, look at the documents, take the pulse of America, see what’s happening and come and tell the world you know what you already know to be true.”

James Dobson, the 83-year-old founder and president of Family Talk, has seen the handwriting on the wall in regards to Marxism invading America, and he took to his newsletter in August to warn against leftists corrupting America through the sinister ideology.



Dobson, who holds 17 honorary doctorate degrees and is an inductee to the National Radio Hall of Fame, included in his newsletter words from Jack Graham that explained the Biblical views of both Capitalism and Socialism.



Graham, the pastor at Prestonwood Baptist Church who has become an ideological opponent of the Democrat who runs the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the SBC (Graham’s own denomination), laid out the differences between the two political, economic, and worldview systems.



Graham wrote, “Socialism is fundamentally at odds with the Christian worldview because it seeks to suppress all people according to the dictates of the state. No one serious about their Christian faith can accept socialism, and here’s why. Socialism is totally secular and is predicated on atheism. That is a fact. Our faith in Jesus Christ is built on the Word of God, the revelation of Scripture, and the belief that God exists. We believe in the coming resurrection of Christ, and with that faith comes freedom to live an abundant life that is founded on liberty.”

Graham continues in Dobson’s newsletter, “Contrast that with Karl Marx, the father of socialism. He considered religion of all types, specifically Christianity, to be what he called “an opiate of the people.” In other words, belief in God is a drug to be used to pacify the public. Marx was the originator of the horribly repressive Soviet style of government. He was also greatly influenced by Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution. It purports to explain the existence of life on earth. Human beings, he said, are nothing more than advanced animals. If that is true, anyone of us can be disposed of at the whim of the state.”



Dobson wrote at the end of Graham’s piece, “What we are facing here is a culture war that is driven by those who hate Christianity and the Church of Jesus Christ. If the far left is successful in capturing the hearts and minds of Americans, the entire world will descend into a spiritual darkness unlike anything that has ever been seen. Please make that a matter of fervent prayer during these next 14 months, and do pass this letter on to your friends and pastors.”

Tens of thousands of China’s People’s Armed Police (PAP) troops are massing inside a sports center just a few kilometers away from Hong Kong.



“The Shenzhen Bay Sports Center was packed with thousands of members of China’s People’s Armed Police (PAP) — the armed forces’ unit dedicated to crushing internal unrest — practising drills on Thursday morning,” reports the Financial Times.



“There are tens of thousands of troops inside but they aren’t letting us inside to clean, I’ve only been able to sneak a peek,” said a worker at the stadium.



According to the FT, despite authorities demanding PAP troops be sealed off from the outside world, “the sounds of boots stomping and thousands of personnel roaring” is echoing throughout the stadium.



The whole area has been turned into a “military restricted zone” and reporters are being asked to leave.



Beijing started massing troops in Shenzhen last week as a show of force to intimidate protesters in Hong Kong.



As we previously reported, experts say China is unlikely to send in armed troops to quell unrest but could disguise soldiers as Hong Kong police officers.



If Beijing did send in troops, they would prefer to rely on the PAP rather than the People’s Liberation Army, which is still notorious for carrying out the Tiananmen Square massacre in 1989



Earlier today, pro-independence political activist Chen Haotian called for a run on Chinese banks, asking that everyone in Hong Kong withdraw their money on the same day.

The autospy on Jeffrey Epstein, the mega-wealthy sex criminal found dead in his jail cell on Saturday, has revealed broken neck bones that are more consistent with strangulation than with suicide.



The report on the autopsy in the Washington Post again raises the question, as The New Americanreported, of whether Epstein, indicted for sex trafficking girls as young as 14, was the victim of a Deep State hit given his connection to and knowledge of rich and powerful global elites.



The Post provided a detailed report not just on Epstein’s autopsy but on why it shows that Epstein might have been murdered.



What the Broken Bones Mean
According to the Post, Epstein’s hyoid bone was broken, which can occur in suicides of older men. “But they are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation, the experts said.”



Just above the Adam’s apple, the hyoid is the only bone in the anterior of the neck, an anatomy website explains, and does not directly connect with other bones. It stabilizes the neck, anchors the tongue, and moves up during swallowing.



The autopsy was finished Sunday. Sources told the Post that the office of New York City’s chief medical examiner, Barbara Sampson, is still asking questions about the death given the hyoid break.








Jonathan L. Arden, president of the National Association of Medical Examiners, said a hyoid can be broken in many circumstances but is more commonly associated with homicidal strangulation than suicidal hanging.



Arden, who was not involved in the Epstein autopsy, said that in general, a finding of a broken hyoid requires pathologists to conduct more extensive investigation. That investigation can include analysis of the location of the noose, how narrow the noose is, and if the body experienced any substantial drop in the course of the hanging.



The age of the deceased is also important, Arden said. The hyoid starts out as three small bones with joint-like connections but hardens during middle age into a U-shape that can break more easily.



“If, hypothetically, the hyoid bone is broken, that would generally raise questions about strangulation, but it is not definitive and does not exclude suicidal hanging,” he said.



The Post cited two studies that showed the hyoid rarely breaks in a suicidal hanging. One study of 20 such deaths in Thailand turned up just five. Another study in India showed that just 16 of 264 cases, or six percent, showed broken hyoids.



As well, the Post reported, hyoid fractures were a bone of contention in other suspicious or at least controversial deaths.



One involved a young prisoner in 2008. He supposedly died by his hand. But an autopsy that revealed a hyoid break “fanned racial tension and fueled conspiracy theories about the suspect’s death in Prince George’s County, Md.”



Another case was that of Eric Garner, who died after a New York City police officer put him in a “chokehold.” Garner’s autopsy revealed an intact hyoid. The officer’s defenders disputed the “chokehold” claim, and argued, the Post noted, that the absence of broken hyoid meant the officer didn’t kill Garner.



The city medical examiner rejected that claim.



Other Mysteries
But the broken hyoid isn’t the only suspicious factor in the registered sex offender’s death.



Epstein was on suicide watch after an attempt a month ago, but officials took him off. As well, they were supposed to check his cell every 30 minutes, but left him alone for hours before they found him dead. Third, his cellmate was removed just before he died.



Those facts have skeptics wondering whether Epstein really did hang himself given his Deep State connections to the world’s monied and political elites. Epstein was a member of the Trilateral Commission and Council on Foreign Relations, and according to one report, skated free of a federal sex-trafficking indictment in 2008 because he was somehow connected to an intelligence agency, or because the Bush administration was trying to protect the reputation of Prince Andrew, one of Epstein’s party pals.



The prince turned up in a photo with his arm around one of Epstein’s victims. Also in the photo is the woman whom police and another Epstein victim claim was his procurer, Ghislaine Maxwell.

How deep does the Epstein rabbit hole go?



On Wednesday, the Daily Mail gained exclusive knowledge that Ghislaine Maxwell (shown), the former girlfriend and alleged procurer of victims for accused underage sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, is currently living in seclusion at the multi-million-dollar home of tech CEO and Council on Foreign Relations fellow Scott Borgerson.



Maxwell, a socialite and daughter of wealthy British newspaper publisher Robert Maxwell, has been notably absent since Epstein’s arrest last month and apparent suicide on Saturday.



Sources close to the 57-year-old Maxwell revealed that she is in a relationship with Borgerson, 43, and has been living with him at his $3 million oceanfront property in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts.



“She's become a real homebody, rarely ventures out. She's the antithesis of the woman who traveled extensively and partied constantly with Epstein,” a source told the Daily Mail.



Borgerson, who stays in an expensive Boston apartment during the work week, has been seen in the area running errands and walking Maxwell’s dog.



Maxwell’s lush townhouse on Manhattan’s Upper East Side was sold for $15 million in 2016 by a company that had the same address as Epstein’s New York office.







The former Epstein fixture has been accused of helping recruit girls as young as 14 to sexually service the mysterious financier, whose list of high-profile friends includes former President Bill Clinton, the U.K.’s Prince Andrew, and retail mogul Les Wexner (of Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works fame) — the latter of whom has been speculated to be the primary source of Epstein’s wealth.



Documents that emerged last week of a defamation lawsuit filed against Maxwell by alleged victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre show that Giuffre accused Epstein’s former girlfriend of recruiting her as a sex slave when she was just 16.



Per the documents, Maxwell forced her to have sexual relations with prominent men such as former New Mexico governor Bill Richardson, former U.S. Senator George Mitchell, and financier Glenn Dubin.



Giuffre’s boyfriend also claimed that she was made to engage in threesomes with Epstein and Maxwell.



Maxwell has denied any wrongdoing. Although she and multiple female Epstein employees accused of aiding in his sex trafficking have not been criminally charged, legal sources say that may change now that Epstein is out of the picture.



“Those who had leverage as potential cooperators in the case now find themselves as the primary targets,” former federal prosecutor Jacob S. Frenkel told the AP. “They no longer have anyone against whom to cooperate.”



Attorney General William Barr issued a solemn warning on Monday to Epstein’s accomplices: “Let me assure you that this case will continue on against anyone who was complicit with Epstein. Any co-conspirators should not rest easy. The victims deserve justice and they will get it.”



Borgerson, Maxwell’s current partner, is the CEO of CargoMetrics, a Boston-based technology company whose big-data machine tracks and analyzes global maritime trade.



He has denied that Maxwell is living with him, although he called her a “former friend.”



According to his LinkedIn profile, Borgerson spent two years with the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) as a Visiting Fellow for Ocean Governance and an International Affairs Fellow.



Borgerson’s CFR bio states that his responsibilities in those roles included “examining the foreign policy implications of increased access in the melting Arctic Ocean” and “[directing] CFR’s roundtable series on strategic ocean governance as part of the program on international institutions and global governance, funded by the Robina Foundation.”



The CFR is a globalist think tank with an overarching aim of eroding American national sovereignty in favor of creating world government. Its ranks include many of the most prominent Americans in government, business, and the media. The CFR regularly helps its members attain prominent positions in each of those spheres of society.



Jeffrey Epstein was a member of both the CFR and its sister organization, the Trilateral Commission.



Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine’s late father, who served six years as a member of the British Parliament before devoting himself to building a media empire, had ties to the KGB, MI6, and the Israeli intelligence service Mossad.



The British Foreign Office called Maxwell “a thoroughly bad character and almost certainly financed by Russia.” The controversial figure was found dead in 1991, having drowned after falling from his yacht, the Lady Ghislaine (named after his daughter).



These ties, along with Epstein’s own claims that he was gathering dirt on important public figures (his residences were wired with cameras throughout) have led to speculation that he was running a blackmail operation on behalf of the intelligence community.



This would appear to be supported by a former White House official who said that Epstein’s intelligence ties led U.S. Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta to cut the infamous non-prosecution plea deal with him back in 2007.




At the time, Acosta was U.S. district attorney for the Southern District of Florida. The deal granted Epstein immunity to all federal charges, halted the investigation, and sealed the indictment.



A former senior White House official told [journalist Vicky] Ward that Epstein’s name came up when Acosta was interviewing for the Secretary of Labor job with the Trump transition team.



“Is the Epstein case going to cause a problem [for confirmation hearings]?” Acosta reportedly asked.



“I was told Epstein ‘belonged to intelligence’ and to leave it alone,” Acosta explained to his Trump team interviewers.



While Epstein’s mysterious “suicide” means he took some of his secrets to the grave, his death has at least one silver lining: Many Americans are now willing to consider that perhaps there was some truth to all the “wild Epstein conspiracy theories” after all.

The Chicago Sun-Times reported that Pritzker had purposefully directed a mansion that he’d purchased next door to his multimillion-dollar home to become uninhabitable by removing the toilets from the residence. He then appealed his original property tax assessment, claiming that the newly-built residential property was thus “uninhabitable”; the Cook County assessor reduced the home’s value from $6.25 million to about $1.1 million, which granted Pritzker an 83% property tax reduction, equal to about $230,000 per annum.

ILLINOIS GOVERNOR SIGNS BILL INTO LAW REQUIRING STUDENTS TO BE TAUGHT ABOUT HISTORICAL CONTRIBUTIONS OF HOMOSEXUALS

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — The Democratic governor of Illinois has signed a bill into law that requires curriculum for public school students to include information on the contributions of those throughout history who identified as homosexual or transgender.
J.B. Pritzker signed House Bill 246, sponsored by Rep. Anna Moeller, D-Elgin, on Friday. It will go into effect in July 2020.
“In public schools only, the teaching of history shall include a study of the roles and contributions of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people in the history of this country and this state,” the legislation reads. “Textbooks authorized to be purchased … must include the roles and contributions of all people protected under the Illinois Human Rights Act.”
“One of the best ways to overcome intolerance is through education and exposure to different people and viewpoints,” co-sponsor Heather Steans, D-Chicago, said in a statement following the passing of the bill. “An inclusive curriculum will not only teach an accurate version of history but also promote acceptance of the LGBTQ community.”
Before being elected, Pritzker was clear about his support for those who identify as homosexual or transgender. His campaign website dedicated a page to his “Commitment to LGBTQ Rights,” outlining that his mother was an activist for homosexual causes in the 1970s and explaining his agenda if elected.
“I’ve been a staunch advocate for LGBTQ rights my entire life,” Pritzker wrote. “I marched in the Chicago Pride Parade long before it was a celebration, but instead was a protest march. And 20 years before it was legal, MK and I hosted a gay wedding in our backyard not to make a statement, but because Stephen and Dale were our friends and were in love.”
Illinois is the third state to pass the requirement, behind California and New Jersey. As previously reported, one mayor in New Jersey has spoken out against the law in his state and is urging residents to rise up and request that it be repealed.
According to the Asbury Press, during last week’s meeting for Barnegat Township, Mayor Alfonso Cirulli forthrightly declared that homosexual activism is “an affront to Almighty God” and that it is his duty to protect the people.
Cirulli believes the new law indoctrinates children and infringes on the religious rights of parents. He is also concerned about how teaching could confuse youth and thrust them into an unnecessary “identity crisis.”
“They’re just forcing an issue on kids, where I don’t think the state has any interest sticking their nose,” he stated, according to the Washington Post.
Others, such as the New Jersey Family Policy Council, similarly believe that teaching about a person’s contribution to history is one thing, but their sexual feelings are irrelevant and should not be a part of the discussion.
“Sexual orientation, desires, and feelings of historical figures [are] not appropriate or relevant to the teaching of the social contributions of historical giants of the past,” it said in a blog post on the matter.
As previously reported, while a common theme among homosexual advocates is that they were “born this way” and cannot change, the Bible teaches that all men are in the exact same predicament: All are born with the Adamic sin nature, having various inherent desires, tendencies and inclinations that are contrary to the law of God and being utterly incapable of changing by themselves.
It is why Jesus came to “save His people from their sins” (Matthew 1:21).
Jesus outlined in John 3:5-7 that men must be regenerated by the second birth, and have their very nature changed from being in Adam to being in Christ, or they cannot see the kingdom of Heaven. It is known in Christianity as the doctrine of regeneration.

  • To enhance "cultural diversity," students at Maryland's La Plata High School were ordered to copy the Islamic creed "Shahada" which states in part, "There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah." One worksheet distributed by the school states, "Most Muslims' faith is stronger than the average Christian."

  • As part of transgender instruction in Rocklin Academy in Rocklin, California, a male kindergartener was reintroduced to classmates as a girl. A first grader at the school was sent to the principal's office after she called the student by his given name on the playground – apparently unaware that the five year old had changed gender.

One of the most dangerous developments of the last few decades has been the subversion of our universities by radicals who in the 1960s first tried to burn them down and then, after this strategy of destruction failed, decided to get on the tenure track to take them over. Their generational long march succeeded, possibly beyond their wildest expectations. With the exception of a few rear guard actions by brave conservative students, American higher education is now an indoctrination center for cultural Marxism, identity racism and other anti-American ideas. 



But the left’s demolition project is not yet complete. To make the victory complete, it must take over all of American education, including the schooling of our youngest and most vulnerable students.  This effort is now well advanced as radical leftists use their control of the university Ed schools and the teacher unions as a base to extend their ideological campaigns into the K-12 system.  Their shock troops include teachers, administrators and textbook publishers and feature “theorists” such as former Weatherman Bill Ayers (who reinvented himself as an eminent Professor of Early Childhood Education at the University of Illinois when his days as a terrorist had ended) who provide the manuals on “teaching for social justice” that target teacher training programs and ultimately children as early as kindergarten for radical indoctrination.



The effects of this systematic effort to radicalize K-12 education are being felt in school districts all over the country.  No corner of the classroom is immune from indoctrination.  Young students learning arithmetic are given thought problems involving homelessness and the percentage of “undocumented workers” subjected to heartless deportation proceedings.  Social studies is now a race, gender and climate change-obsessed curriculum designed to frighten rather than educate.  In the hands of leftist teachers, America is a nation of victims rather than a nation of immigrants. 



Some concerned parents and educators appalled by this new regime have reported educational horror stories that should concern every citizen.  The following give a sense of the scope and intensity of the onslaught our youngest and most vulnerable students face after the school bell has sounded. 



Indoctrination on Race and “Social Justice”



*On February 1, 2018, Vermont’s Montpelier High School flew the Black Lives Matter flag for the month of February to mark Black History Month in response to pressure from the Racial Justice Alliance, a student group at the school where 18 of 350 students are African American. 



*A teacher at Norman North High School in Oklahoma was recorded by a student stating in class,  “To be white is racist, period.”  The teacher who made the comment was white. Despite being part-Hispanic, the student who taped the teacher and her family took offense at the comments. “Why is it ok to demonize one race to children that you’re supposed to be teaching a curriculum?” her father wondered.



*Students in a literature composition class at Aloha High School in Aloha, Oregon were given a “White Privilege Survey” to complete as homework. The assignment included such questions as “I can go shopping alone most of the time, pretty well assured that I will not be followed or harassed” and “I can turn on the television or open to the front page of the newspaper and see people of my race widely and positively represented.”  A school district spokeswoman attempted to excuse the exercise by stating that the class covers current issues including race and that the goal is for students to “gain empathy, understanding and to build bridges,” but the father of one student in the class stated, “The way this survey is read, it almost wants to like, shame you for being white.”



*Highlands Elementary School located in Edina, Minnesota—one of the state’s highest ranked  elementary schools based on standardized tests—has instituted several initiatives on racial inequality and social justice. Kindergarten classes, for instance, spend weeks participating in the “Melanin project,” which involves, among other things, coloring images of their hands which were attached to a banner reading “Stop thinking your skin color is better than anyone else’s!”  Meanwhile, first graders were to write poems about social justice and fourth and fifth graders participate in a performance project that links the anti police and racially divisive Black Lives Matter movement with peace.  The principal’s page on the website of Highlands Elementary School in Edina, Minnesota, effusively praises Black Lives Matter and reproduced the entry on the BLM’s own website which states, “We are committed to disrupting the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and ‘villages.’”  The  school principal also reported on her page that “students of color” had experienced 291 “microaggresions” in a 90 day period, meaning that they had been encouraged by the school’s racialized atmosphere to convert imagined slights all around them into instances of white racism and to inform on their fellow students.   



*Teach for America is partnering with the organization EdX to craft a six-week online course for middle school teachers called “Teaching Social Justice through Secondary Mathematics.”  A course overview states “This education and teacher training course will help you blend secondary math instruction with topics such as inequity, poverty, and privilege…” Ideas for sample math lessons include instruction on “Unpaid Work Hours in the Home by Gender” and “Race and Imprisonment Rates in the United States.” There is no lesson on violent crime rates by race so the inevitable conclusion is that if more blacks are incarcerated than their proportion in the population, white racism must be responsible.  



*In February 2017, teachers and staff serving in the Rochester City School District in upstate New York received an email stating that February 17 would be designated “Black Lives Matter at School.”  The email urged staff to purchase a “Black Lives Matter at School” T-shirt and included links to leftist websites featuring propaganda about why the phrase “all lives matter” is racist. The email explained that educational goals for students will include “Understands inequities based on race”; “Affirms that the lives of people of color matter”; and “Believes that we all have a responsibility to work for equity.” In other words the lesson is that inequalities are solely the result of racism, with differential abilities, application and individual talent playing little or no role in social outcomes.



*In January 2017 an activist group within the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers called the Caucus of Working Educators launched an optional lesson plan for the city’s kindergarten-to-12th grade students that included six days of “social justice action.”  Children in lower grades were required to work on   “The Revolution Is Always Now” coloring book; older students had science lessons about the biology of skin color. The focus in all classrooms was on imbuing children with a heightened awareness of “white privilege” while fostering feelings of racial resentment and guilt. Teachers were also encouraged to wear Black Lives Matter T-shirts.  Some Philadelphia teachers objected to such blatant politicization in the classroom, not to mention its racist overtones. One English teacher caused controversy by stating, “I don’t think kids should be taught that Western society is perpetrating a war on black people.” 



*At Highlands Elementary School in Edina, Minnesota, one of the publications principal Kate Mahoney touts for younger students in her space on the school blog is an A-B-C book titled A is for Activist.  The pages feature text such as this: “A is for Activist.  Are you an Activist?  C is for Creative Counter to Corporate Vultures.  T is for Trans. X is for Malcolm. As in Malcolm X.”



*The Edina School District’s employees must take “Edina School District Equity and Racial Justice Training: Moving from a Diversity to a Social Justice Lens.” This includes bus drivers, who are instructed that “dismantling white privilege” is “the core of our work as white folks,” and that working for the Edina schools requires “a major paradigm shift in the thinking of white people.” Drivers were exhorted to acknowledge their racial guilt, and embrace the district’s “equity” ideology.



*In October 2016 2,000 Seattle educators wore Black Lives Matter shirts at their schools in a district-wide action. The event was organized by Social Equality Educators, a group of Seattle teachers.  At Chief Sealth International High School, dozens of educators and students gathered outside the building and held up banners and signs that said  “Black Lives Matter” and “We Stand Together” with logos in the shape of a clenched fist. 



Indoctrination About Islam



*In May 2017, the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) inaugurated an anti-Muslim bullying campaign developed in conjunction with the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). CAIR is part of the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist network and was named as an “unindicted co-conspirator” by the U.S. Department of Justice in a 2007 case brought against the Holy Land Foundation, which funneled money to Hamas. The San Diego campaign will include giving teachers and administrators new calendars showing Muslim holidays, creating “safe spaces” for Muslim students, and including lessons on Islam in the curriculum which emphasize prominent Muslims in history. No such educational programs exist to teach students about Judaism, although religious hate crimes against Jews are eight times greater than those against Muslims. 



*Students at La Plata High School in Maryland were ordered to copy the Islamic creed “Shahada” which states in part, “There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.” Students were also made to memorize and recite the Five Pillars of Islam. Two weeks of class time were devoted to instruction in Islam while only one day was reserved for Christianity—which was portrayed in a negative light. One worksheet distributed at the school stated “Most Muslims’ faith is stronger than the average Christian.”



*Middle School students in the Maury County School District in Tennessee were ordered to copy the Five Pillars of Islam including the Islamic conversion creed, the Shahada, which states “Allah is the only god” during a unit on world history. Several weeks were spent on Islam and its doctrine compared to the much more limited and perfunctory time spent on Christianity and Judaism. 



*In 2007, San Diego’s Carver Elementary School made special accommodations for 100 Somali Muslims who had transferred from a charter school that had been closed.  The school rearranged recess periods to allow time for Muslim afternoon prayer, added Arabic to its curriculum, and took pork and other non-halal foods off the lunch menu. When these changes resulted in complaints from non-Muslim parents, the school removed the prayer break, but changed the lunchtime schedule so that prayer time was still accommodated.



*In 2015, a Huntington Beach, California teacher taught a class of seventh graders a song to which she had crafted lyrics supporting and romanticizing Islam. The song is set to the tune of Rachel Platten’s “This is my Fight Song.” The lyrics state: “Like how a single faith/can make a heart open/They might only have one God/But they can make an explosion.” A parent brought the song and lesson to public attention after her son came home with a notebook showing a stick figure stating “Believe in Allah! There is no other god.”



*Freshmen at Salem Junior High School in Utah were told by a teacher to get inside the mentality of a terrorist organization like ISIS.  The project worksheet asked students to list “eight reasons why young Muslims join ISIS” and instructed them to create a “terrorism propaganda poster.”



*Third grade students at the Beverly J. Martin elementary school in Ithaca, New York were made to sit through a blatantly one-sided presentation featuring radical anti-Israel activists who told Hamas propaganda lies about the Israeli state. The presentation on “Palestinian human rights” was led by pro-terrorist and radical Israel-basher Bassem Tamimi who videos his own children attempting to provoke Israeli soldiers and Ariel Gold who holds “delegitimizing Zionism” as a personal goal. Full footage of the event was released only after the school district was compelled by a Freedom of Information Act request. This footage revealed that the presentation included a video made by Tamini and featuring his daughter sharing a “message for the world from the Palestinian children.” This “message” states: “We don’t like [that] Israel kill us, kill Gaza, kill Palestinian and we don’t like they to kill us [sic]” and “They [Israel] can’t be terrorists. We don’t like them to be terrorists.” After parent complaints, the full footage was released and the superintendent of the Ithaca City School district issued a Letter of Reprimand stating that the event was “politically skewed” and “inflammatory.”



Indoctrination on Gender



*Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools in North Carolina assigned the book “Jacob’s New Dress,” a story about a boy who prefers to dress like a girl, to all first grade classes. After a teacher launched a complaint which sparked outrage among lawmakers the decision was reversed. Instead, first graders will read “Red: A Crayon’s Story” about a red crayon who views itself as blue. The school board is now attempting to add sexual orientation and “gender identity/expression” to its diversity policy. 



*New health and physical education standards created by the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) became part of the curriculum for students from kindergarten through high school in the 2017-2018 school year.  It required the teaching of “gender identity” and “gender expression.”  Its goals were summarized as follows:  Beginning in Kindergarten, students will be taught about the many ways to express gender.  Gender expression education will include information about the manifestations of traits that are typically associated with one gender. Cross dressing is one form of gender expression. (One of the books kindergarteners read is “Introducing Teddy.”  In it Errol, a friend of a bear named Thomas, asks why he is sad and Thomas says, “I’m a girl teddy, not a boy teddy” and asks to be called Tilly instead.) Third graders will be introduced to the concept of gender identity.  These children will be taught that they can choose their own gender. Fourth graders will be expected to “define sexual orientation” and taught that they can choose their own. Fifth graders will learn about the relativity of gender roles and why such roles are “social constructs” not inherently related to who we are as male or female human beings, a fundamentally anti-scientific view that ignores the biological fact is that gender is not a choice but genetically determined.  Seventh graders will be expected to “distinguish between biological sex, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation.” High school students will critically “evaluate how culture, media, society, and other people influence our perceptions of gender roles, sexuality, relationships, and sexual orientation.” 



*Sixth graders at Fox Chapel Middle School in Spring Hill, Florida were given a survey by their teacher that included explicit questions on sexuality and race. Students were supposed to read each of these statements and indicate how comfortable they were with the situation described:



 “A friend invites you to go to a gay bar.”



“You go to the gay bar and a person of the same sex invites you to dance.”



“You discover that the cute young man/woman that you are attracted to is actually a woman/man.”



“You discover your teenage brother kissing a male friend.”



“Your two next door neighbors in your hall are lesbian/gay.”



“Your mother ‘comes out’ to you.”



When some of the children proposed bringing the survey home, the teacher told them not to show it to their parents.  



*A kindergarten class in Rocklin Academy, a prestigious school in Rocklin, California was exposed to transgender instruction without parental notification.  Two children’s books espousing transgender ideology were read to the class.  Also a male kindergartener was reintroduced to his classmates as a girl. Later on, a first grader at the charter school was sent to the principal’s office after a girl accidentally “misgendered” the classmate in what administrators called a “pronoun mishap.” The girl called the student by his given name – apparently unaware that the boy now identified as a girl.



Anti-Trump Indoctrination 



*Before the 2016 election, a teacher in an advanced placement history class at Minnesota’s Edina High School demanded that students known to be Trump supporters explain to the rest of the class why they shouldn’t be considered racist.  The day after the election, many of the teachers at the school were in tears, one telling her students, “Today is worse than 9/11 or Columbine.”



*After the 2016 election, Chicago Public Schools sent students home with a letter bashing Illinois’ Republican Governor Bruce Rauner and President Trump. The letter stated, “Dear Families, Governor Bruce Rauner, just like President Trump, has decided to attack those who need the most help. Governor Rauner and President Trump regularly attack Chicago because they hope to score political points. It is shameful.” 



*A high school art teacher in Seth, West Virginia, wore a profane anti-Trump patch on the back of her jacket during school hours stating, “Tuck Frump” with the T and F highlighted in white. 



*Brainerd High School, a public school in Minnesota, published a 2017 yearbook containing violent and derogatory quotes from students about President Trump. One student stated, “I would like to behead him.” Another commented, “I feel like Donald is very racist and sexist and doesn’t care to give people a chance before knowing them.” Yet another stated, “I don’t like the way he comes off, he seems really rude.” 



*The Wall Township Public Schools in New Jersey ordered a school yearbook to be reissued after at least three photos of students wearing clothing with logos supporting Trump were intentionally altered. Grant Bernardo, a school junior, wore a “Make America Great Again” shirt in his school photo, but the image that appeared in the yearbook was digitally altered to show him in a black T-shirt instead. A photo of a student wearing a Trump logo on his sweater vest was also cropped to erase the logo. And a quote from Trump sent in by the freshman class president to appear on her page also did not appear in the yearbook, although it was confirmed that it was received before the deadline.



*A teacher of sixth-grade English at Paulo Intermediate School in Staten Island, New York assigned students to complete a vocabulary assignment that forced them to insert words in sentences disparaging President Donald Trump. Among the phrases students were asked to complete were the following:



“President Trump speaks in a very superior and _________ manner insulting many people. He needs to be more ________.



“Barack Obama set a ________ when he became the first African American president.”



The teacher was looking for students to insert the words “haughty” and “humble” in the one question and “precedent” in the other. When the father of an eleven-year-old in the class objected to the assignment and refused to have his child complete it, the teacher docked the student 15 points for an incomplete assignment. 



These are not isolated incidents but part of a national pattern.  This leftist indoctrination  in K-12 schools is the daily classroom experience of children  around the country, a concerted assault on the values of the families from which they come as well as on the intellectual integrity of the students themselves.  Under this regime, students are not taught how to think, but told what to think. And what they are told to think is racially divisive, intellectually vulgar, politically partisan, and often unscientific and simply untrue. It is little wonder that after years of such classroom indoctrination, buttressed by forced readings of anti American texts by Howard Zinn and other leftist propagandists, many high school graduates arrive at college seeing the world through the lens of grievance and victimhood, illiterate in basic civics, hostile toward the rich complexity of the American experience, and willing accomplices in the leftist political order that now controls higher education. 



Combatting the Assault on K-12 Schools



The David Horowitz Freedom Center has historically taken a leadership role as an early warning system for America on the radical subversion of American higher education.  It uses that experience in a new campaign designed to make K-12 schools places of objective and unbiased education rather than indoctrination.  The goal of this campaign is to secure legislation in 50 states that would create a “Code of Ethics for K-12 Teachers” that would enforce traditional rules of fairness and non-partisanship in our public school systems. Among other things, the Code forbids teachers from taking partisan political positions in the classroom which include endorsing candidates or pending legislation; introducing controversial material not germane to subjects being taught; engaging in actions which impede access of military recruiters or federal law enforcement authorities to the school site; advocating either side of public controversies; segregating students by race or singling out one racial group as responsible for the sufferings or inequities of other racial groups. 



In short, the Code of Ethics for K-12 teachers we have designed forbids teachers from using their classrooms as a bully pulpit for political, ideological, racial, or religious indoctrination, or attempting to use the authority of the classroom to support one side of a public controversy.



The Code, in other words, is a reassertion of the common sense principles—presenting unbiased educational materials in an unbiased way—that guided American public education from the time of the one-room schoolhouse of the 18th century until radicals began their assault on the contemporary K-12 classroom.



Teachers in violation of the Code would be subject to penalties such as probation, suspension and loss of their teaching licenses. This Code has the potential to stop the leftist assault on our schoolchildren in its tracks.



Translating the Code into Action



The public may have become inured to the radicalization of higher education, whose appalling absurdities have become so notorious that they are now the stuff of nighttime comedy routines. But while parents may feel that the universities are at least temporarily beyond repair, they continue to be heavily invested in our public schools. It is our belief that when the public learns about the stranglehold “progressives” are trying to obtain on K-12 curriculum it will be outraged and demand action.



But while public awareness is important, stopping the indoctrination in our schools ultimately requires a legislative solution.  The Code of Ethics will ban the abuses without infringing First Amendment rights. (It has already been thoroughly reviewed by First Amendment lawyers.) 



The Freedom Center campaign to implement the Code will identify legislators on education committees of states across the nation who are concerned about the conversion of our public schools into indoctrination centers for leftist politics and racial views, and willing to draft and introduce statutes based on our Code of Ethics. We are simultaneously identifying think tanks and public policy organizations in those states to collaborate in generating public awareness about this issue and promoting this legislation.



We are now working with concerned legislators in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Texas and other states.



The subversion of our K-12 public schools is already well advanced.  It is imperative that parent groups and concerned organizations initiate a counter-offensive to turn back this determined effort to make our schools into academies for leftist ideologies and anti- Americanism.  The Center’s Code of Ethics for K-12 Public Schools will educate the public about the extent of the threat to our educational system and our essential liberties and carry the fight directly into the political and legislative arena.



A Code of Ethics for K-12 Schools



[The following Code of Ethics for K-12 teachers forbids teachers from using their classrooms for political, ideological, or religious advocacy. Teachers in violation of the Code would be subject to penalties such as probation, suspension and loss of their teaching licenses.]



Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility For Educators in K-12 Public Schools



  Whereas the purpose of public education in America is to produce knowledgeable and competent adults able to participate as informed citizens in the democratic process;



Whereas education in a democracy is best served by teaching students how to think, not telling them what to think;



Whereas our country is divided over many issues affecting its citizens;



  Whereas it has been established through surveys that a majority of K-12 teachers discuss controversial issues in their classrooms;  



  Whereas it has been established that some teacher training institutions, teacher licensing agencies, state education departments and professional teacher organizations have condoned and even encouraged this behavior under the guise of “teaching for social justice” and other sectarian doctrines;  



  Whereas time spent on political or ideological indoctrination takes time away from instruction in the academic subjects taught by public educational institutions including the foundational subjects of mathematics, science, English, history, and civics and prevents students from receiving the best possible public education as funded by the taxpayers of this state;



  Whereas parents and taxpayers have a right to expect that taxpayer resources will be spent on education, not political or ideological indoctrination;   



Therefore be it resolved that this state’s [board of education or other relevant regulating body] will promulgate clear regulations and enforcement mechanisms for appropriate professional and ethical behavior by teachers licensed to teach in this state; that these guidelines shall make it clear that teachers in taxpayer supported schools are forbidden to use their classrooms to try to engage in political, ideological, or religious advocacy.



  At a minimum, these regulations shall provide that no teacher is permitted during class time or while otherwise operating within the scope of employment as a teacher in a public educational institution to do the following:



     (1) Endorse, support, or oppose any candidate or nominee for public office or any elected or appointed official regardless of whether such official is a member of the local, state, or federal government;



    (2) Endorse, support, or oppose any pending, proposed, or enacted legislation or regulation regardless whether such legislation or regulation is pending, proposed, or has been enacted at the local, state, or federal level;



     (3) Endorse, support, or oppose any pending, proposed, or decided court case or judicial action regardless of whether such court case or judicial action is at the local, state, or federal level;



     (4) Endorse, support, or oppose any pending, proposed, or executed executive action by an executive branch agency of the local, state, or federal level;



     (5) Introduce into class any controversial subject matter that is not germane to the topic of the course being taught; 



     (6) Endorse, support, or engage in any activities that hamper or impede the lawful access of military recruiters to campus;   



    (7) Endorse, support, or engage in any activities that hamper or impede the actions of state, local, or federal law enforcement;



    (8) Advocate in a partisan manner for any side of a controversial issue, defined as an issue that is a point in electoral party platforms at the national, state or local level. To ensure that students have the resources to make up their own minds on such issues, teachers must provide them with materials supporting both sides of the controversy, and present those views in a fair-minded non-partisan manner. Teachers may express their opinions on these matters but only in such a manner that students understand that they are free to make up their own minds and to disagree with the teacher without incurring any penalty for doing so.



     (9) Segregate students according to race, or sin-gle out one racial group of students as responsible for the suffering or inequities experienced by another racial group of students 



The regulations promulgated pursuant to this act shall apply to all teachers at public educational institutions, tenured and non-tenured. Moreover, the regulations shall contain clear guidelines for enforcement and provide penalties for violations, up to and including termination. The state’s [board of education or other relevant regulating body] shall provide written notification to all teachers, parents, and students of their respective rights and responsibilities under the regulations promulgated pursuant to this act and shall provide at least three hours of annual continuing teacher education instruction to teachers to instruct them regarding their responsibilities under said regulations.



Moreover, we call on the state’s professional teacher organizations and unions to voluntarily adopt an educators’ code of ethics and professional responsibility that incorporates the above principles and specifically prohibits teachers in K-12 schools from using the classroom for political indoctrination.

But why is Eventbrite taking orders from Hamas-linked CAIR? If Eventbrite really wants to stand against hate, it would refuse to sell tickets for CAIR events, not Pamela Geller events. CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas terror funding case — so named by the Justice Department. CAIR officials have repeatedly refused to denounce Hamas and Hizballah as terrorist groups. Several former CAIR officials have been convicted of various crimes related to jihad terror. CAIR’s cofounder and longtime Board chairman (Omar Ahmad), as well as its chief spokesman (Ibrahim Hooper), have made Islamic supremacist statements about how Islamic law should be imposed in the U.S. (Ahmad denies this, but the original reporter stands by her story.) CAIR chapters frequently distribute pamphlets telling Muslims not to cooperate with law enforcement. CAIR has opposed virtually every anti-terror measure that has been proposed or implemented and has been declared a terror organization by the United Arab Emirates. CAIR’s Hussam Ayloush in 2017 called for the overthrow of the U.S. government. CAIR’s national outreach manager is an open supporter of Hamas.



It’s evidence of how insane the public discourse has become that organizations such as Eventbrite think it’s “hate” to stand, as Pamela Geller so courageously does, against jihad violence and Sharia oppression of women and others. And so one more outlet that should be viewpoint-neutral jumps into lockstep with the Leftist initiative to shut down everyone who dares dissent to the slightest degree from the hard-Left agenda.

An event featuring conservative commentator Pamela Geller will proceed as scheduled, despite being blacklisted by the ticketing service Eventbrite over supposed violations of the platform’s “community guidelines.” The group had been using the platform as its main source for organizing ticketing for the event.



The New York Young Republican Club plans to proceed with hosting its event featuring Pamela Geller, despite backlash by the online ticketing service, Eventbrite, which warned the group that any further attempts to create an event listing featuring Geller could result in the group’s account being banned from the platform.



The event is scheduled for Thursday, August 15 at the Women’s National Republican Club in New York, New York.



“Eventbrite was the only ticketing option available for this event. We are now selling tickets directly on our website,” New York Young Republican Club president Gavin Wax told Breitbart News. “We believe CAIR put pressure on Eventbrite to get the event canceled on their platform.”



The club president elaborated by explaining that the group believes CAIR — the Council on American-Islamic Relations — has been “behind the entire manufactured outrage” over the event, in an effort to smear the group and its event speaker.



“It’s very sad that Eventbrite would cave to an organization of such ill repute as CAIR,” said Wax. “They are an organization with strong ties to Hamas, Hezbollah, and other terrorist groups, with CAIR themselves being labeled as a terrorist organization by the United Arab Emirates. They are an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holyland case.”



“Their tactics to shut down speech they don’t like is thuggish and anti-American at its core,” added the club president. “In the last week or so we have been inundated with hate mail and threats, many of which had strong anti-Semitic overtones as half of our Executive Board is Jewish.”

The state of California has introduced “blatantly anti-Semitic and anti-Israel” lessons into its official high school curriculum, drawing outrage and concern in the state’s Jewish and pro-Israel communities, according to multiple sources involved in the controversy.



The California Department of Education is facing backlash after permitting a host of anti-Israel activists to build a statewide educational curriculum that demonizes the Jewish state and is said to be fostering hatred of Jewish and Israeli-American students, sources said.



Already, 83 pro-Israel and anti-discrimination organizations have petitioned the state’s education department to reform its Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum (ESMC) to remove multiple instances of what they say is anti-Semitic and anti-Israel bias.



Multiple sources involved in the fight have described to the Washington Free Beacon anti-Semitic courses that they say are fostering an unsafe environment for Jewish and Israeli-American students. Further information obtained by the Free Beacon reveals that several of the educators involved in pushing the new curriculum have a history of anti-Israel activism that has often spilled into anti-Semitic territory….



The curriculum, the organizations claim, is the result of an effort by several leading educators who have expressed both anti-Israel and anti-Semitic viewpoints….



Shoham Nicolet, head of the Israel American Council, an organization working to oppose the curriculum and expose those behind it, told the Free Beacon that California’s small, tightknit Israeli-American community is concerned that this curriculum will foster anti-Semitism in the state’s schools.



“As immigrants of this country, we’re looking at a curriculum that will discriminate based on ethnic backgrounds,” Nicolet said.



After researching the educators behind the new curriculum, Nicolet said he was “surprised to find out that you have people who are … supporters of BDS publicly.”



The global BDS movement has been described not just by pro-Israel leaders but also by many members of Congress as an anti-Semitic movement that seeks to wage economic warfare on Israel and Jewish citizens.



“It’s odd that a professional committee that’s supposed to have an impact on the education of millions of kids in California in public school and is funded by taxpayers is so biased,” Nicolet said. “How come the BDS movement is part of what is supposed to be allowed in classrooms in California?”



Public research materials viewed by the Free Beacon reveal that several committee members behind California Department of Education’s Draft Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum are outspoken critics of Israel.



One member, Samia Shoman, is a Palestinian-American who teaches in the San Mateo Union High District. Her lesson plans on Palestinian history have been featured as a teaching tool by the Qatar Foundation International, a group tied to the nation and its efforts to proliferate boycotts of Israel. Shoman is also a pro-Palestinian activist on Twitter.



Another committee member, Gaye Theresa Johnson, an associate professor at UCLA college of social sciences, also has supported pro-Palestinian causes on Twitter, including retweets from pro-Iran individuals who have deemed Tehran as the victim in the ongoing nuclear standoff with the United States.



A third committee member, Theresa Montaño, a professor at California State University, Northridge, has publicly supported the BDS movement and advocates for Israeli scholars to be boycotted in the United States. The brutal persecution of young Christian girls in Pakistan is ongoing, and largely ignored by “feminists” and fake human rights activists, who call it “Islamophobic” to shed light on such atrocities:

The phenomenon of forced conversions hits Pakistan’s religious minorities, especially Christians and Hindus.



Better legal protection



In just one case, last month, a 14-year-old Christian girl was abducted in Lahore and forced to marry her kidnapper. Police later informed her parents that a conversion certificate had been registered for her.



Though current Pakistani law sets the legal marriage age at 16 for girls, ACN is pushing for it to be changed to 18.



The Catholic charity is also advocating for better legal protections against kidnappings and forced conversions for religious minorities. Families of victims often face an uphill battle in court when taking on perpetrators of forced conversions.



Media attention



The press conference on Thursday falls close to the national Minorities Day, which was held on August 11.



Ms. Yousaf, the Catholic lawyer, says the West and the international media “can do much to safeguard religious minorities in Pakistan.”…..

Is America’s First Daughter at odds with the Second Amendment?



Since the mass shootings at El Paso and Dayton, Ivanka Trump has been making calls to lawmakers to get a feel for different gun-control measures and determine how to get them passed, sources familiar with the discussions said.



The calls allegedly included talks last Wednesday with Senator Joe Manchin (D-W.V.), who is preparing to reintroduce a universal background checks bill he and Senator Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) sponsored after the 2013 Sandy Hook shooting.



“She had him explain how they drafted the bill, where it stands and what changes needed to be made in order for it to pass,” the source said of Ms. Trump’s conversation.



If passed, the legislation would expand background checks to nearly all commercial firearms sales.



President Trump himself spoke with Manchin multiple times last week, saying he wanted gun legislation before the Senate returns from its recess in September.



Ivanka Trump, who holds the title of advisor to the president, reacted to the back-to-back shootings with a call on Congress to “enact Red Flag laws/Extreme Risk Protection Orders in every state, increase resources dedicated to mental health support nationwide and close background check loopholes.”







The president’s daughter doubled down on her call for red flag laws on Twitter:




Red flag laws are laws that allow police, family members, or friends to petition a state court to order the removal of firearms from a person believed to present a danger to himself or others.



Critics of red flag laws argue that they can be abused by politically motivated individuals who want to disarm responsible gun owners.



President Trump has come out in support of red flag laws and universal background checks, telling reporters last week that there is “great appetite for background checks.”



Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, meanwhile, has signaled that red flag laws will be debated when the Senate reconvenes. He also said the Manchin-Toomey background checks bill will “lead the discussion.”



Ivanka Trump has been an important figure in moving gun control forward, insiders say. A White House official claimed the president’s daughter “has trusted relationships on both sides of the aisle and she is working in concert with the White House policy and legislative teams.”



The younger Trump has notably advocated for positions that contradict key tenets of her father’s agenda. She and husband Jared Kushner worked within the White House to keep the United States in the Paris Climate Agreement, which President Trump ultimately pulled out of.



President Trump signed an executive order halting the separation of illegal-alien families at border detention facilities (an action that has resulted in more migrants being released into the country), citing as a factor his daughter’s strong feelings on the issue.

Hillary Clinton held a séance in the White House. The seance overseen by Jean Houston, the author of The Hero and the Goddess: The Odyssey as Pathway to Personal Transformation, encouraged Hillary to contact Eleanor Roosevelt. Hillary and Houston hit it off after the Clintons invited self-help book authors to Camp David to help them cope with their defeat. The authors included Marianne Williamson.



Marianne Williamson had reportedly participated in some of Hillary’s White House seances.



Esquire claimed that Hillary Clinton had met her at a fundraiser where the New Age guru made such an impression that she was invited to stay in the Lincoln Bedroom.



Where did Marianne Williamson come from? The White House and the Democrat Party.



Unlike Andrew Yang, Williamson isn’t a fringe character who somehow made it into the debate stage. When she ran for Congress, her backers included Dennis Kucinich, who told supporters, "You are the ones who are calling forward a reality by the name of Marianne Williamson", and Jennifer Granholm, the former Governor of Michigan, who headed a key Hillary SuperPAC.



Williamson is a crackpot, but her crackpottery fills the broken china closets of the Democrats. She got this far because the upper echelons of the Dems don’t believe in God, but do believe in crazy.



When Hillary Clinton wasn’t trying to commune with Eleanor and Gandhi, she appeared to share the obsession of John Podesta, her campaign chair, with UFOs. There was bafflement when former Senator Majority Leader Harry Reid was caught earmarking $22 million to study UFOs. Earlier this year, Reid claimed that there was a UFO race between Russia’s KGB (which no longer exists), China and America.



$10 million went to a Dem donor interested in UFOs who had written Harry $10,000 worth of checks.



The UFO research quickly took a dive into the paranormal, which, according to a senior manager included studying, "bizarre creatures, poltergeist activity, invisible entities." The reports were subcontracted to a research team led by a psychic espionage researcher.



Compare that to President Trump being briefed on UFOs and dismissing them.



Remind me again which party “believes” in science?



Democrats were twice as likely as Republicans to think that astrology is "very scientific". And the Democrats split equally down on the middle on whether astrology was or wasn't scientific.



Liberals were more likely to believe in astrology than conservatives. 43% of liberals believed that astrology was scientific, while only 26% of conservatives did. Only 48.6% of Democrats, compared to 62% of Republicans, were able to correctly answer that the earth revolves around the sun.



58% of Democrats compared to 37% of Republicans believe in UFOs. 35% of Democrats and 27% of Republicans believe they experienced the paranormal. 69% of Democrats, compared to 49% of Republicans, believe in ghosts.



That’s why Marianne Williamson is up there on the debate stage. The only surprise is that it took this long for an unabashed representative of what the Democrats really believe to finally show up.



At the 2020 debates, the Democrats are letting their leftist freak flag fly. They’re coming out of the closet about their support for taking away everyone’s health insurance, dismantling the border and freeing criminals. Why shouldn’t they come out of the closet about their New Age beliefs?



70% of Republicans believe in the God of the bible. Only 45% of Democrats do. 39% believe in some other power or spiritual force. 14% don't believe in any kind of higher power.



47% of white Democrats say that religion isn't really important in their lives. What do they believe in?



Spirituality. Auras. Energy forces. Karma. Battling dark psychic forces. Being attuned to the universe. They believe in, among other things, the founder of the Church of Today who lived in a commune, worked as a cabaret singer, ran a New Age bookstore, and became a fave of Oprah and Hillary Clinton.



"One sometimes gets the impression that the mere words 'Socialism' and 'Communism' draw towards them with magnetic force every fruit-juice drinker, nudist, sandal-wearer, sex-maniac, Quaker, 'Nature Cure' quack, pacifist, and feminist in England," George Orwell wrote.



But do lefty politics draw in nuts and kooks for no apparent reason. Or is the insanity baked inside?



Are Marianne Wiilliamson’s crazy rants about dark psychic forces and force fields  unrelated to her politics, or is the socialist conviction that the world needs careful management by the enlightened to cure us of our human nature exactly the sort of political philosophy that attracts quacks and kooks?



Behind the façade of reason, the light side of the Left, with its plans for a totalitarian utopia of resource management, speech policing, constant reeducation, and disposition of the unworthy, is a dark side of festering demons, spirits, ghosts, sorcerous powers, and invisible visitors from other realms. The light side claims that its ideas are the product of science, experts and modern thought, but the dark side is throbbing with magical thinking, hysterical outbursts, senseless cruelty, and cults of personality.



People don’t believe in what speaks to their conscious, but their unconscious.



The Left likes to claim that its plans come out of the light side, but history shows they originate in the dark. That’s why all the scientific plans never work out the way that they are meant to. The revolutions devolve into blood rituals. The economic plans fall into corruption and chaos. And when it’s done, masses of brutalized people wander in the shadows and wonder how all this could have happened.



The answer is that leftist politics only pretend to come from the conscious mind, but actually originate in the resentments, fantasies and terrors of the unconscious mind. Leftism isn’t reasoned, it’s rationalized.



Its politics are the wishes and the vendettas of the subconscious filtered through pseudoscience.



Marianne Williamson is unremarkable. After Trump’s election, tens of thousands of women like her swarmed the streets wearing pink hats to shriek at the sky and repel the dark psychic forces. This caucus of crazy white women, who underlie the leftist activist base, are spiritual rather than religious. They believe that they have special insight and are much too smart for organized religion. They are convinced that women are more spiritually attuned than men, that progressives are more sensitive than everyone else, and that they project spiritual forces through their activism that will change the country.



They believe in everything, ghosts, auras, energy forces, UFOs, and even angels, but no God.



That would be blasphemous because what they believe in, above all else, is themselves.



Marianne Williamson, like Obama and Oprah, speak to their inner specialness, to their egos and their conviction that they were put on earth to change the world and feel good about themselves. They assure them that all their inner conflicts can be resolved by directing their energy into politics and that they will be assured of immortality if their political activism puts them on the right side of history.



They are their own goddesses, their religion is narcissism, and the church is leftist politics.



Hillary Clinton, despite being one of them, never actually managed to speak to them. That’s one of the reasons why she lost. Even aside from Marianne Williamson, the 2020 field is full of Democrats trying out the rising cadences and long pauses of fake spirituality and impassioned vagueness. They use the borrowed poetry of religion to convey faith, but the only thing they believe in is themselves.



Williamson will lose this race. Just as she lost the race to represent Beverly Hills in Congress. But eventually the unofficial religion of the Democrat Party will get a guru as President of the United States.

Two Democratic presidential candidates, Bernie Sanders and Julian Castro, have agreed to speak before the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). The candidates will address the forum during its convention in Houston on August 31, 2019.



The ISNA is listed by the United States Justice department as an entity of the Muslim Brotherhood which is a terrorist organization linked to several Islamist and Jihadist global political movements. These movements have as their goal the establishment of a global caliphate. This means that their goals are to subject all human beings to Sharia law. In fact, the president of ISNA was quoted in a 2006 film as saying that the organization’s mission was to change the Constitution of America. The organization has as its goals, by means of a jihad campaign, the destruction of western civilization from within.



There are several reasonable people who believe that both Sanders and Castro are either ignorant of the ISNA’s real goal, or are simply trying to turn a blind eye to an organization’s radical agenda with the hopes that they can modify the nihilistic and jihadist agenda of the movement.



Nothing could be further from the truth. I submit that both Castro and Sanders, given their virulent demonstrations of Americaphobia are directly complicit with the goals of ISNA. They are joining forces with an enemy organization to delegitimize our great republic under the current form of its constitutional configuration. Before analyzing the real motives behind these America-hating politicians, let us briefly examine their stated political visions for America.



Bernie Sanders is an avowed democratic socialist. He intends to transform our system of free market enterprise that has lifted millions out of poverty and raised the standard of living for all persons. What does he intend to transform our socio-economic American civilization into? A totalitarian, expropriative government of theft by legalization. Socialism advocates vesting ownership and control of the means of production, capital and land in the community as a whole. Socialism is not a morally neutral system. Any system of governance presupposes an answer to the questions: Are you a sovereign entity who owns your life, work and mind? Is your mind something that can be nationalized and its material contents distributed by the state? Socialists think the answer is yes. They believe the products of one’s efforts belong to the community; that the state and society have a moral and financial responsibility to care for other people’s children; that is, the procreative choices made by those who are strangers to us, and that the most successful and productive people should be the most penalized.



This is the socio-economic caliphate Sanders wants established not just in America, but throughout the world. Like ISNA he wants to radically challenge our constitution and change the political DNA of our great republic.



Julian Castro is such a political and social ballast that it might not even be worth mentioning his totalitarian agenda for America were it not for the fact that such an agenda is becoming normalized. He wants to establish free healthcare for all illegal immigrants, thereby skirting the laws of the land by appropriating tax dollars for those whose illegals activities would be normalized and legitimized via a governmental fiat of hand whose conferral of a benefit that, even if justified, could only be granted to US citizens. He wants to supersede the rule of law with a dastardly vision of open borders. Castro also wants to eviscerate from all governmental legal codes, the term, “illegal immigrant,” thus blurring the distinction between those who are here legally, and those who are not.



Now we begin to see why such candidates are eager to speak before a unit of the terrorist organization known as the Muslim Brotherhood. All parties are united in their goals of normalizing and mainstreaming that which is not just radical, but inimical to the national security interests of America. All are purveyors of normalizing national security threats to the United States of America; all are interested in making sure that as philosopher Ayn Rand pointed out: The uncontested absurdities of today are the accepted slogans of tomorrow. They come to be accepted by degrees, by dint of constant pressure on one side and constant retreat on the other—until one day when they are suddenly declared declare to be the country’s ideology.



Do Sanders and Castro want an Islamic global caliphate ruling western civilization? If such were the means of establishing their radical totalitarian and anti-America vision for the world—perhaps. I’m not sure. What I am sure of is that in agreeing to speak before such a Jihadist organization they intend to mainstream the radical manifestations of a movement’s philosophy, and to establish it as a common canard among the voices of US citizens. When the sensibilities of all rational persons have been neutralized and dulled into submission, the introduction of the radicals’ own agendas will pass into the mainstream uncontested.



Sanders and Castro, and other politicians such as Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib will undermine our republic by making unholy alliances with forces that have as their goals the radical transformation of the socio-economic culture of the United States and western civilization. Another goal they share is the re-socialization of the moral and political sensibilities of those Americans who are highly persuadable; persuadable that is, into becoming enemies of the republic. These socio-economic Jihadists might not be religious Jihadists; however, they are fighting to the death for the method by which the Islamist Jihadists have and are using to win their battle of destruction over the West. First, by neutralizing the moral ammunition defenders of America and the West have at their disposal by positing such ammunition as detrimental and destructive of the of the agency of a group of individuals showcased as permanent victims of the “nefarious and imperialistic West.” This moral ammunition consists in, among other things, our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, our celebrated and successful form of capitalism, religious freedom, freedom of conscience, freedom of association—in total, the complete abolition of individual and property rights.



Second, they along with other haters of America are part of a coterie of individuals who are socio-cultural Jihadists operating with impunity right here in our own republic. Their association with ISNA is not accidental or innocent. It is an attempt to bleed to death by thousands of tiny scratches this country of its moral vocabularies of defense and resistance by the normalization and the mainstreaming of goals whose implementation would see the annihilation of America as we know it. Sanders, Castro and sundry politicians may not explicitly desire an America ruled by Sharia law. But they are willing to bed down with those movements and individuals that do, and they are all too ready to defang this country of its bedrock principles. This then allows such political actors to usher into existence a new America: a collectivist America; a totalitarian America; an America whose cultural identity will be destroyed and replaced by a non-vision—if nihilism and wanton destruction for the sake of destruction can be referred to as visions. This, however, is how all social-engineering movements that operate by stealth and subterfuge win their battles, promulgate their ideas and execute their policies. 



Let us all unmask the Faustian bargains such politicians like Castro and Sanders and others are making with our avowed enemies. No, unlike the Jihadists they will not murder us in cold blood. They will simply sell us cultural suicide as a moral virtue. Their clarion call: Sacrifice who and what we are in the name of some futuristic horror that one day will, somehow, after we are dead, be for the good of our children.

Billionaire sex pervert Jeffrey Epstein might be dead, but the case prosecutors were building against the Deep State insider will likely now move on to his helpers.



Yesterday, the FBI and local police raided the deceased financier’s home on , an island in the U.S. Virgin Islands. As well, unnamed conspirators whom prosecutors allege helped Epstein have been warned that they will face justice. And last week, new details about Epstein’s major sex-trafficking operation emerged with documents in an Epstein-related case.



Federal prosecutors will now turn their attention to the employees and associates who helped him, tops among them Ghislaine Maxwell, the British socialite who has, apparently, gone on the lam.



Raid on Home
The raid involved FBI agents, along with U.S. Customs and local law enforcement, who “fanned out in golf carts across Epstein’s estate on Little St. James Island,” the Miami Herald reported.







The Herald reported that Epstein purchased the isle for $7.95 million in 1998 and built a “24,000-square-foot private home, swimming pools, cabanas and other structures on a 70-acre swath of oceanfront land studded with palm trees.”



Whatever evidence they gathered won’t harm Epstein, whom authorities found hanged in his cell on Saturday. Guards didn’t bother check on Epstein, who was briefly on a suicide watch after a supposed previous attempt, for hours, the Washington Post disclosed.



Epstein faced a federal sex-trafficking indictment that alleged he procured girls as young as 14 for sexual trysts, and that employees and associates helped him procure the girls, who then often became procurers as well.



Epstein skated on similar sex charges in 2008 when then-federal prosecutor Alexander Acosta, who became President Trump’s labor secretary, cut a deal that permitted Epstein to plead guilty to lesser state charges. Investigative reporter Vicky Ward divulged in the Daily Beast that Acosta cut the deal because Epstein, a member of the Trilateral Commission and Council on Foreign Relations, was connected to “intelligence.”



Documents
That’s where last week’s document release come in.



The documents paint a “a chilling picture” of “hundreds of girls and young women” that Epstein, Maxwell, and their cabal of helpers “trafficked for sex to a number of wealthy business, political and world leaders,” the Herald reported last week.



The documents come from a defamation lawsuit that Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre filed against Maxwell in 2015 and settled in 2017. Giuffre said Maxwell recruited her to be Epstein’s masseuse when she worked at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort.



The documents contain the names of highly influential men, including former Maine Senator George Mitchell, super lawyer Alan Dershowitz, and Britain’s Prince Andrew. All those named deny any participation in such deeds. 



Epstein, Giuffre alleged, wanted compromising sexual information on the men. Reported the Herald,



While there’s no direct evidence contained in the court record substantiating her accounts with prominent men, Giuffre did provide testimony and evidence to corroborate her claims of exploitation at the hands of Epstein and Maxwell through photographs, plane logs, and even a medical record from Presbyterian Hospital in New York where Giuffre was taken by Epstein after a particularly abusive sex episode.



A boyfriend she told about the abuse and another a college student Maxwell procured verified Giuffre’s account. The student said Epstein demanded three girls a day.



Documents also detail the story of a 15-year-old Swedish girl, the Herald reported, who was “shaking and crying in fear” when she “told a butler who worked for two of Epstein’s closest friends ... that Epstein and Maxwell had physically threatened to harm her and seized her passport to keep her on the island, according to the butler’s statement.”



Even as Palm Beach cops were investigating Epstein in 2006, the Herald reported, Maxwell was still helping operate “a pyramid-like scheme the pair operated to lure young girls from around Palm Beach County, focusing on schools, colleges and spas.”



Maxwell refused to testify against Epstein and called Giuffre a liar.



Democrat power lawyer David Boies, Giuffre’s attorney, told the Herald that she sued Maxwell “to chronicle, in testimony and evidence, the scope of Epstein’s and Maxwell’s sex trafficking operation” because the courts, prosecutors, and even the media had “failed” the girls.



Apropos of Epstein’s plea deal in 2008, Vanity Fair reported that the Bush administration permitted it, possibly, to protect Prince Andrew, who posed for a picture with Giuffre that appeared in the Herald. Also in that photo is Maxwell.



“The royal family did everything they could to try and discredit the Prince Andrew stuff,” Boies told Vanity Fair. “When we tried to follow up with anything, we were stonewalled. We wanted to interview him, they were unwilling to do anything.”



Such were Epstein’s and Maxwell’s perversions they actually expected Giuffre to bear a child for them, she told the Herald.



Speaking at the national convention of the Fraternal Order of Police, U.S. Attorney General William Barr warned Epstein’s helpers that justice was coming: “Any co-conspirators should not rest easy. The victims deserve justice, and they will get it.”

As the hysterical cries continue, demanding that government “do something” about gun violence, more thoughtful advisors and commentators are digging more deeply into the dangers of “doing something.” Especially concerning is the rush to implement major infringements of gun rights, with many politicians using the flawed argument that “If even one life is saved, infringements on the rights of many are justified.”



This is the siren song of tyranny.



Former Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke said everyone should take a deep breath and step back from the ledge: “I like to remind people that we should never make sweeping policy changes in a state of hysteria. A wiser course of action would be for elected officials to talk people in off the ledge so we can have a reasonable conversation about the horrific incident after things settle down. Emotion-based policy always turns out to be a lousy policy loaded with unintended consequences.”



One especially grievous black mark in America’s recent history is the rush to judgment about Japanese Americans in the months after Pearl Harbor. President Franklin Roosevelt issued an executive order forcibly removing more than 110,000 of them from their homes and into “internment” (read: concentration) camps. They were guilty of nothing more than being Japanese. As Colonel Karl Bendetsen (the architect of the program) put it, anyone with “one drop of Japanese blood” would be taken from their homes by force and placed in concentration camps.







The Supreme Court never ruled on the constitutionality of the incarceration of these American citizens, although their Fourth Amendment rights were clearly violated. Modest financial reparations were belatedly made by the federal government to those survivors in 1988, along with an apology.



Tony Lovasco (R-Mo.) exposed the danger of thinking that red flag laws could never apply to law-abiding citizens. After all, most people would never dream of shooting up a Walmart store. Wrote Lovasco, “Proponents of gun control (and make no mistake, red flag laws are gun control) want you to think, ‘I’m not like them. This isn’t about me.’ But you are like them, and it is about you. It’s about everyone.”



Every American citizen, gun owner or not, has unalienable rights, wrote Lovasco: “The right to face your accuser. The right to due process. The right to protection against unreasonable searches and seizures. Every one of these rights is explicitly violated under red flag laws.”



Added Lovasco:



Such laws often allow a judge to issue an order of confiscation “ex parte”, meaning without you [being] present. Because it’s a civil process, you aren’t entitled to a public defender, or even afforded the opportunity to defend yourself.



Once a protective order is issued, law enforcement [officers] are dispatched to search your property and seize your weapons – without criminal charges ever being filed, or even probable cause that an actual crime has been committed.



To make matters worse, Red Flag hearings can be adjudicated based on uncorroborated claims made by a single individual. Perhaps it’s an angry spouse, jealous co-worker, or disgruntled neighbor. All it takes is for someone to make a convincing argument that you are a danger to yourself or others, and your property is taken from you and you lose your right to defend yourself.



Representative Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) joined with John Lott, president of the Crime Prevention Research Center, to expose Colorado’s recently enacted red flag law. Under that law, “anyone at all can make a phone call to the police. They don’t even have to be living in the state. There is no hearing. All the judge has before him is the statement of concern.”



Red flag laws have nothing to do with mental health. Only one of the 17 states now imposing red flag laws on their citizens even uses the term. Wrote Massie and Lott: “It’s about figuring out who is going to commit a crime (or suicide). This is the realm of science fiction.”



It’s also the theme of Steven Spielberg’s 2002 film Minority Report wherein three “precogs” predict the future criminal behaviors of suspects. As viewers will remember, it did not end well.



The Fourth Amendment requirement demanding “probable cause” has been almost completely ignored. As Massie and Lott noted, “Little certainty is needed. Initial confiscations often require just a ‘reasonable suspicion’ which is little more than a guess or a hunch.” In addition, red flag laws typically make no provisions to cover the legal costs incurred by the victim (not suspect) and so many charged will not be able to have an attorney assist them.



Finally, wrote Massie and Lott, “It has always been possible to take away someone’s guns but all 50 states have required testimony by a mental-health expert before a judge. Under red flag laws, however, expert testimony will no longer be used.” In addition, “Gun-control advocates argue that it’s essential not even to alert the person that his guns may be taken away. Hence, the 5 A.M. police raids.”



Red flag laws don’t work. That’s the conclusion Lott came to in a study he and a professor at the College of William and Mary published last December. After reviewing data from 1970 through 2017, they concluded that “Red flag laws had no significant effect on murder, suicide, the number of people killed in mass public shootings, robbery, aggravated assault, or burglary.… These laws apparently do not save lives.”



Perhaps most impressive are the questions raised and insights offered by Alan Dershowitz, retired Harvard professor and no friend of either the Second Amendment or President Trump. But he has not let either personal opinion sway his view of the Constitution’s protection of precious God-given rights. Although he voted against Trump in 2016, he defended the president in his book The Case Against Impeaching Trump. He also argued against the Democrats’ investigations into the president, including the Special Counsel investigation by Robert Mueller.



Dershowitz asked, “How many law-abiding people are we prepared to deprive of guns to prevent even one mass shooting?” He asked, “Can the government deprive a citizen of a constitutional right based on a prediction?” He asked, “If the government can take your guns based on a prediction today, what will stop it from taking your liberty based on a prediction tomorrow?”



These are not “far-fetched” concerns. He noted that the federal government, under a presidential executive order, “detained more than 100,000 Japanese-Americans during World War II based on wildly exaggerated predictions of sabotage.”



Therefore, wrote Dershowitz, “We should be careful about denying individual rights based on questionable predictions.… When government starts taking away some rights in the interest of safety, all rights are at risk.”



Once a red flag law is put in place, it is permanent. As Thomas Jefferson said, “It is in the natural course of events that liberty recedes and government grows.” It is far better to rein in government beforehand than to try to retreive precious rights afterwards.

CNN talker Chris Cuomo acted every bit the goombah from Mulberry Street on Sunday when he threatened a man who called him “Fredo,” the name of Michael Corleone’s older, worthless brother in the Godfather films.



In a profanity-laced tirade, Cuomo told the man that calling an Italian “Fredo” was like calling a black person the “n-word,” and threatened physical violence.



Cuomo, a ham-fisted leftist who spends a lot of time at the gym, didn’t exactly say he’d whack the offender or give him a Moe Greene Special, but he did threaten to work him over if he didn’t shut up.



CNN, Cuomo’s employer, thought the Gotti-like explosion was just fine because Cuomo, it averred, was hit with an “ethnic slur.”



That isn’t true, and Cuomo was more likely upset at the real implication of being called “Fredo.”



Down the Steps You’ll Go
Video evidence of the F-bomb-laced reaction went viral last night after it showed up on the Twitter feed and YouTube channel of “That’s The Point with Brandon.” 



After the fellow called Cuomo “Fredo,” the television host lost his cool. He was, as Michael Corleone might say, “hysterical.”



“I thought that’s who you were,” the man said, as Cuomo explained who Fredo is. “Punk-a** b***ches from the right call me ‘Fredo.’ My name is Chris Cuomo. I’m an anchor on CNN.”







Fredo, Cuomo said, is “like the n-word for us. Is that a cool f****ing thing?”



“You’re a much more reasonable guy in person than you seem to be on television,” the man said.



The exchange escalated as Cuomo became more irate. “You’re gonna have a problem” the CNN host said.



“What are you gonna do about it?” the man asked.



“I’ll f***ing ruin your s**t,” Cuomo told him. “I’ll f***ing throw you down these stairs like a f***ing punk.”



Cuomo also challenged the man to swing at him and call him Fredo again.



Not a Slur
Not surprisingly, leftist CNN backed its host because he “defended himself when he was verbally attacked with the use of an ethnic slur in an orchestrated setup. We completely support him.”



After that, video of CNN’s leftist Ana Navarro-Cárdenas calling Donald Trump Jr. that same thing surfaced, undoubtedly to the chagrin of Cuomo and CNN because she uttered them on Cuomo’s own program, Prime Time.



The Washington Post helpfully provided the perpetually angry Navarro-Cárdenas’ full remark.



[Trump Jr.’s] only call to fame was being his daddy’s son.... He didn’t even make the cut that his brother-in-law and sister did to be part of the Oval Office and the White House staff. Daddy kept Fredo back home.



As the Post noted, “Cuomo did not push back.”



Unsurprisingly, Trump fils tweeted this question: “Does CNN’s head of PR still think ‘Fredo’ is an ethnic slur after watching this? Because if it’s the N word for Italians like @ChrisCuomo says, I don’t understand why Chris seems so at ease with someone saying it here.”



Trump Jr. also explained what Fredo really means when used as an insult: “Hey @ChrisCuomo, take it from me, ‘Fredo’ isn’t the N word for Italians, it just means you’re the dumb brother.”




As someone born in Rome, whose given name at his baptism in St. Peter’s was Marcantonio, who had a relative in the mob, & who loves Roman history as much as The Godfather and Goodfellas, I would like to submit my credentials as an Italian-American.



“Fredo” ≠ N-word. Not at all.



Others agreed, the Post reported.



All of which points to Cuomo’s real problem: what being called Fredo signifies.



Michael, Fredo’s brother in the film, called Fredo “weak and stupid,” and Don Vito Corleone passed Fredo over in favor of Michael as the successor to run the family’s crime empire. Fredo was also a traitor who cooperated with a rival Mafia family to bring down Michael.



In other words, Cuomo wasn’t upset about any “ethnic” insult, but instead about the implication that he was, like Fredo, the stupid, weaker brother of Andrew, the governor of New York.



“The truth hurts,” as President Trump tweeted.



“Vote for Cuomo, Not the Homo”
As slurs go, the Cuomos have experience.



Some political observers believe that Andrew was the culprit behind his father’s now-famous campaign slogan in the Democrat mayoral primary against Ed Koch in 1977. Koch won, but not before Andrew, it was said, unleashed his “Vote for Cuomo, Not The Homo” poster campaign.



The Cuomos denied they did it and claimed it was the work of someone who wanted to Cuomo to lose.
