SILENCE VS. THE SILENCE~THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BIBLICAL MEDITATION AND CONTEMPLATIVE MEDITATION
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
August 28, 2019 (first published September 15, 2011)David Cloud, Way of Life Literature, P.O. Box 610368, Port Huron, MI 48061 866-295-4143, fbns@wayoflife.orgThere is a vast difference between biblical contemplation and the contemplative prayer that is sweeping through evangelicalism. It is the difference between “silence” and “the silence.”In biblical contemplation, silence refers simply to a quiet place in which the soul can effectively seek the Lord. In Scripture it is called seeking the Lord (Psalm 105:3; Isaiah 55:6), waiting on the Lord (Psalm 69:6), meditating on the Lord (Psalm 104:34), meditating on God’s Word (Psalm 1:2). In these times, when most of us use computers and smart phones and our waking hours are filled to the brim with distracting busyness, it is important to have daily periods of silence for spiritual devotion. During these times we don’t sit with an EMPTY MIND and DO NOTHING; rather we open the Bible and read and meditate on its teaching, and we pray IN WORDS to God the Father through Jesus Christ by the wisdom and direction of the Holy Spirit. On the other hand, “the silence” of contemplative prayer refers to pursuing God beyond the Bible, beyond thinking. It refers to putting aside thoughts through mechanisms such as mantras. It has been popularized by contemplative gurus such as Richard Foster and Dallas Willard and is promoted by many evangelical leaders today, including Rick Warren, Bill Hybels, Chuck Swindoll, David Jeremiah, Beth Moore, Mark Driscoll, Max Lucado, Ed Young, Sr., Gary Thomas, Philip Yancy, Lee Strobel, and Charles Stanley. (See “Evangelicals Turning to Roman Catholic Contemplative Spirituality” at the Way of Life web site.) Harry Plantinga, director of Christian Classics Ethereal Library, describes contemplative prayer as follows: “As I was growing up, my church experience seemed somewhat heady to me--concerned more about correct belief than about actually loving God. Whether or not that was a correct perception, I wanted more. I wanted not just to know about God, I wanted to know God ... Christian mysticism addresses that longing of the heart. ... Webster defines mysticism as ‘the doctrine that it is possible to achieve communion with God through contemplation and love WITHOUT THE MEDIUM OF HUMAN REASON.’ That definition captures what I have in mind by the term” (CCEL Times, April 1, 2008). In his pursuit of contemplative mysticism, Plantinga promotes Roman Catholic mystic writings such asThe Cloud of Unknowing. This book, which came out of the darkness of Roman Catholic monasticism, encourages the use of a mantra to drive away conscious thoughts with the objective of entering into an experiential communion with God in “the nothingness.” The Cloud of Unknowing says: “... DISMISS EVERY CLEVER OR SUBTLE THOUGHT no matter how holy or valuable. Cover it over with a thick cloud of forgetting because in this life only love can touch God as he is in himself, never knowledge” (chapter 8, pp. 59, 60). “Focus your attention on a simple word such as sin or God ... and WITHOUT THE INTERVENTION OF ANALYTICAL THOUGHT allow yourself to experience directly the reality it signifies” (chapter 36, p. 94). “For in this darkness we experience an intuitive understanding of everything material and spiritual WITHOUT GIVING SPECIAL ATTENTION TO ANYTHING IN PARTICULAR” (chapter 68). Richard Foster, one of the most prominent gurus of contemplative mysticism, says repetitious contemplative prayers such as breath prayers “BIND THE MIND” (Prayer: Finding the Heart’s True Home, p. 124). This is not biblical meditation; it is a dangerous recipe for demonic delusion. We must seek God through faith, and faith comes only by God’s Word. Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. If we try to know and “experience” God beyond the pages of Scripture, beyond the teaching of the Bible, we are walking in disobedience and unbelief and are setting ourselves up for spiritual deception from the hands of the one who appears as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14). The Scriptures instructs the child of God to be “sober” and “vigilant” (1 Peter 5:8), which means to be in control of one’s mind and heart in order to protect oneself from spiritual error. Sober-mindedness is the opposite of the empty-mindedness of contemplative prayer. The late Roman Catholic Buddhist Thomas Merton, one of the most influential contemplative writers, described his own delusion in these frightful words: “In the end the contemplative suffers the anguish of realizing that he no longer knows what God is” (Merton, The New Seeds of Contemplation). Merton’s contemplative mysticism at a Cistercian monastery in Kentucky led him to Buddhism. He traveled to Sri Lanka to meditate before Buddhist images before traveling to Thailand to participate in an interfaith dialogue. There he died of electrocution. Contemplative practices, such as the Jesus Prayer, visualizing prayer, and centering prayer are exceedingly dangerous. Many who practice these things end up believing in a pagan concept of God such as pantheism (God is everything) and panentheism (God is in everything). Through these practices, people typically become increasingly ecumenical and interfaith in thinking. One does not have to choose between knowing about God and knowing God personally. GOD IS KNOWN IN CHRIST THROUGH HIS WORD. The study of the Bible is not an end in itself and should never be a mere dry intellectual exercise; it is the means whereby we know God, and this is something we can grow in year by year. “But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night” (Psalm 1:2). “Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust” (2 Peter 1:4). Pro-democracy protesters outlined 5 demands from their government
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
This week marks the 12th consecutive week of protests in Hong Kong and protesters have explained their demonstrations against police, stating that demonstrations will continue escalating until the government meets their five demands. The five demands, which protesters created in response to China’s threat of extraditing protesters from Hong Kong, outlines the five requests protesters are demanding from the government. They are as follows:1. A Full Withdrawal Of The Extradition BillProtesters are demanding a full withdrawal of the unpopular extradition bill introduced in February 2019.The bill was introduced after a Hong Kong man, Chan Tong-kai, killed his girlfriend during a vacation in Taiwan.Because Chan did not commit the murder in Hong Kong they were unable to charge him, leading to the introduction of the extradition bill which would allow the Hong Kong government to extradite citizens to jurisdictions they lacked formal agreements with, both Taiwan and mainland China. The bill was shelved in June 2019 due to its unpopularity but protesters say that this is not enough.“The government is still lying,” a citizen shares, “they claim that the bill has been suspended but we can still find it in the legal documents. We think the government is not trustworthy so we are still protesting.”2. Investigation Into Alleged Police BrutalityThe protests, which started in March 2019, began as peaceful demonstrations but escalated. On June 12, protesters gathered outside the Hong Kong Legislative Council building where the second reading for the extradition bill was being held. Protesters stormed defense lines, prompting police to use what protesters say was excessive force.Since this incident, several videos and pictures have circulated online of police kicking down and pulling guns on unarmed protesters.Citizens are also wary of police after allegations of police colluding with Chinese mafia, the triads. Citizens speculate collusion after a slow response time and no charges when triad members attacked unarmed protesters.3. A Retraction Of Protesters As RiotersAfter the June 12 protest, Chief Executive of Hong Kong, Carrie Lam and Police Commissioner Stephen Lo used the term “rioters” to describe protesters. Rioting is a crime that is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.4. Amnesty for arrested protestersSo far more than 700 protesters have been arrested since demonstrations began. They have been charged with crimes such as unlawful assembly, assaulting police and rioting. Protesters have explained that marches are approved and police still arrest and charge them for unlawful assembly despite marching within the legal time frame.Other reports detail citizens who were arrested even though they were not involved in protests.5. Universal SuffrageCurrently only half of the seats in the legislative council of Hong Kong are directly elected by voters. Chief executive Carrie Lam is elected by a 1,200 member committee considered to be mostly controlled by Beijing.Sunday’s protest at Tsuen Wan marked one of the most violent protests since demonstrations began and protesters have shared that demonstrations will continue to escalate until their demands are met.Protesters have explained that they do not trust China and are fighting to keep the “one country, two systems policy” implemented in their autonomous city. This weekend’s protests were rocked by warnings of big brother-like surveillance and the authoritarianism Hongkongers would face if mainland China were to take control of their city. For those questioning the violent actions of HK protesters, these people are fighting for their rights and freedoms the People’s Republic of China doesn’t believe in.-Freedom of speech-Universal suffrage-Freedom of religionThe citizens of Hong Kong are fighting for everything Americans take for granted._____________________________________________________________Hong Kong - China's Hostage In Trade War With US
The showdown in Hong Kong will likely escalate as it becomes a chip in the trade war between China and the United States. As the western hedge of protection fades in Hong Kong, so the wave of Chinese influence continues to take a stronghold in the US. The media, Democrat party and Federal Reserve appear to be working against American interests favoring China in the accelerating trade war. China has been welcomed into the liberal world order and President Trump's 'America First' agenda stands in its way. From North Korea to the South China Sea, the trade war with China resistance is heading to a crescendo. Are we poised for war with China?Millie Weaver (Millenial Millie) Reports

At the latest hearing on August 9, CPS demanded Ashley and Daniel admit in court to child abuse and mental health issues in order to have Drake returned. Even the judge at the hearing chastised CPS for such ridiculous demands.
Children in foster care subjected to dangerous drug trials, face high rates of sexual abuse
The research was conducted in at least seven states — Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, Colorado and Texas — and involved more than four dozen different studies. The foster children ranged from infants to late teens, according to interviews and government records.Several studies that enlisted foster children reported patients suffered side effects such as rashes, vomiting and sharp drops in infection-fighting blood cells as they tested antiretroviral drugs to suppress AIDS or other medicines to treat secondary infections. In one study, researchers reported a “disturbing” higher death rate among children who took higher doses of a drug. That study was unable to determine a safe and effective dosage.…Researchers reported some children had to be taken off the drug because of “serious toxicity,” others developed rashes, and the rates of death and blood toxicity were significantly higher in children who took the medicine daily, rather than weekly. At least 10 children died from a variety of causes, including four from blood poisoning, and researchers said they were unable to determine a safe, useful dosage. They said the deaths didn’t appear to be “directly attributable” to [the drug] dapsone but nonetheless were “disturbing.”
Cynthia Abcug’s son has been out of her care for over 80 days. Seven-year-old Michael* [name changed for privacy reasons] was taken from his mother’s care when Douglas County CPS took him alleging that Abcug “may be exaggerating his medical condition.” Medical reports do not corroborate the county’s claim. Abcug was also denied due process in several ways leading up to, and after, the removal of her son. That evidence can be seen in previous reporting on this issue here. She was finally allowed to see her son after 66 days of separation and she said he begged to be returned home. Her court-appointed supervisor, paid for by the county, instructed her she was not allowed to give him any comfort items or tell him she loves him during her visitation.Since then, she has seen him two more times. The first time, Michael had a black eye. The second time he complained to her that his “sphincter hurt.” When she asked him what a sphincter is, he reportedly told her, “it’s my butthole and my foster family taught me that.” The supervisor in the room, Maureen MacLaughlin, a counselor contracted with the county to supervise visits, overheard this exchange and told Abcug it concerned her. Unfortunately for Michael, it did not concern her enough to stop him from being returned to the same foster family that same day.

THE GETTYS: THE PIED PIPERS OF CONTEMPORARY WORSHIP MUSIC
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
Updated August 22, 2019 (first published September 27, 2012)David Cloud, Way of Life Literature, P.O. Box 610368, Port Huron, MI 48061 866-295-4143, fbns@wayoflife.orgThe following is from the the latest edition of the Directory of Contemporary Worship Musicians, which is available in print or as a free eBook from Way of Life Literature, www-wayoflife.org --Keith and Kristyn Getty’s “contemporary hymns” are used widely among “traditional, non-contemporary” churches, because they are considered relatively safe. At least eight of their songs are included in Majesty Music’s Rejoice Hymns. Twenty-nine of their songs are featured in Hymns Modern and Ancient, published by Heart Publications, a ministry of Steve Pettit Evangelistic Association and compiled by Fred Coleman who heads up Bob Jones University’s Department of Church Music. Both Crown Baptist College and West Coast Baptist College, the two largest independent Baptist Bible colleges, perform Getty material in their services. The Getty’s popular songs include “Don’t Let Me Lose My Wonder,” “In Christ Alone” (penned by Keith Getty and Stuart Townend), “Speak, Oh Lord,” and “The Power of the Cross.” Typically, the lyrics are Scriptural and the tunes are not blaring rock & roll (though the Gettys can and do rock out in their concerts). What could be wrong with this, then? Among all of the contemporary worship musicians, I consider the Getty’s perhaps the most dangerous, because what they are offering is wrapped in a package that is attractive to “fundamentalists” -- from their Irish brogue and their physical attractiveness, fairly conservative appearance, and effervescent cheerfulness to their foot-tapping, Emerald Isle-tinged music and the spiritual depth of their lyrics. They aren’t writing the typical CCM 7-11 music (7 words sung 11 times); their lyrics have scriptural substance. But as likable as the Gettys are, that attractive, “conservative-appearing” package is a bridge to truly great spiritual danger. The Gettys represent the exceedingly dangerous world of contemporary worship music as definitely as does Graham Kendrick or Darlene Zschech, and any bridges that Bible-believing churches build to the Gettys are bridges built to the one-world church and even to secular rock. We are living in the age of end-time technology, which means that one can no longer use songs and hymns without the listeners being able to come into communication with the authors with great ease. Whereas even 30 years ago, it was difficult to contact and be influenced by authors of Christian music, that has changed dramatically with the Internet. Today if people in a Bible-believing church hear songs by Jack Hayford or MercyMe or Graham Kendrick or Stuart Townend or Darlene Zschech or Keith Getty, songs heard in “adapted form” in many Bible-believing churches, they can easily search for that group or individual on the web and come into intimate contact with these people -- not only in contact with their music (typically played in "real" rock & roll style as opposed to the watered-down soft-rock ballad versions performed in churches that are beginning to dabble with contemporary praise music), but also in contact with their ecumenical/charismatic/separatist hating/one-world church philosophy. Let’s say someone hears the choir perform “In Christ Alone” or “The Power of the Cross” by the Gettys. He likes the music and decides to check them out on the web. He comes across the Gettys rocking out at their concerts and begins to question his church’s stand against rock music. He sees the Gettys associating with anyone and everyone and begins to question biblical separation. “The Gettys seem so sincere and Christ-loving; maybe I’ve been too hard-nosed in my Christianity; maybe the separatist stance is all wrong; perhaps I should lighten up.” He comes across Keith Getty’s July 2013 interview with Assist Ministries and decides to listen to what the man has to say. He hears Getty speak highly of Bono and C.S. Lewis, so he decides to take a look at these people, and by so doing he begins to question fundamental Bible doctrines. After time, through the influence of the Gettys, the soul who was once a content member of a Bible-believing church, raising his children in a Bible-believing path, is on the high road to the emerging church and his children and grandchildren will end up who knows where. The same could be said for the influence of Townend or Kendrick or MercyMe or Zschech or hundreds of other prominent contemporary worship musicians, because they hold the same philosophy and represent the same bridge to spiritual danger. Men such as Paul Chappell and Clarence Sexton and Ron Hamilton, who should know better but who are defending the use of contemporary praise music either in word or by example, will answer to God for the souls that cross the bridges they are building to the dangerous world that is represented by this music. The Getty’s ecumenical, one-world-church goal is to “bring everyone together musically” (www.keithgetty.com). They want to “bridge the gap between the traditional and contemporary” (http://www.gettymusic.com/about.aspx). In a July 2013 interview, Keith Getty mentioned vile rocker Sting and homosexual rocker Elton John in a positive light, with not a hint of warning. The interview was with Dan Wooding of Assist Ministries and was broadcast on Frontpage Radio from Nashville -- www.assist-ministries.com/FrontPageRadio/FPR06.09.13KeithGettyMono.mp3. The Gettys list the Beatles as a major musical influence, and I have never heard them warn God’s people to stay away from the Beatles. Thus any bridge that Bible-believing churches build to the Gettys is a bridge beyond to the world of secular rock, because the Gettys speak in positive terms of that world instead of reproving the unfruitful works of darkness in accordance with Ephesians 5:11. While the Getty’s worship music is fairly conservative in its rhythm, they are not opposed to rock & roll. They themselves rock pretty hard at some venues. And while they don’t write hard rock worship songs, they don’t speak against this, either. In fact, Keith Getty recently said that he is glad for edgy, rocking renditions of his music by artists such as Newsboys, Ricky Skaggs, Owl City, Alison Krauss, and Natalie Grant, because “it is an honor” for him to witness popular modern musicians record them, and “it’s also interesting to hear their interpretation of it and useful for the song because it helps the song get played more” (“The Gettys Exclusive: Famed Hymn Writers Talk Irish Christmas Tour,” Christian Post, Dec. 2, 2014). The Gettys are also a bridge to a wide variety of theological heresy. In the same 2013 interview Keith Getty heaped praise on Bono of the Irish rock band U2, calling him a “brilliant theological thinker” and saying that Bono “cares for a lot of the things that Christ asks us to care about.” He also said, “I love his passion for life and his passion for learning.” Getty had absolutely nothing to say about Bono by word of warning. Bono rarely even attends church, and when he does it is often a viciously heretical “church” like Glide Memorial United Methodist in San Francisco (Bill Flanagan, U2 and the End of the World, p. 99). Bono’s biographer said that he has been a frequent worshiper at Glide. Cecil Williams, former pastor of the church, doesn’t believe in heaven; he began performing homosexual “marriages” in 1965; and church “celebrations” have included dancing with complete nudity. This is Bono’s type of Christianity. Bono says that he believes that Jesus died on the cross for his sins and that “he is holding out for grace,” but Bono’s “grace” is a grace that does not result in radical conversion and a new way of life; it is a grace without repentance; it is a grace that does not produce holiness, in contrast with Titus 2:11-15. Nowhere does Bono warn his myriads of listeners to turn to Christ before it is too late and before they pass out of this life into eternal hell. In fact, he says that heaven and hell are on this earth (Bono on Bono: Conversations with Michka Assayas, 2005, p. 254). Bono says that the older he gets the more comfort he finds in Roman Catholicism (Bono on Bono, p. 201). But he has nothing good to say about biblical “fundamentalism,” falsely claiming that it is a denial that God is love (Bono on Bono, p. 167) and calling it vile names (p. 147). The problem is that Bono defines love by the rock & roll dictionary rather than by the Bible, which says, “For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous” (1 John 5:3). Bill Flanagan, a U2 friend who has traveled extensively with the group, in his authorized biography describes them as heavy drinkers and constant visitors to bars, brothels, and nightclubs (Flanagan, U2 at the End of the World, p. 145). Bono admits that he lives “a fairly decadent kind of selfish-art-oriented lifestyle” (Flanagan, p. 79). Many of Bono’s statements cannot be printed in a Christian publication. Appearing on the Golden Globe Awards broadcast by NBC television in 2003, Bono shouted a vile curse word. Bono told the media that he and his bandmates planned to spend New Year’s Eve 2000 in Dublin, because “Dublin knows how to drink” (Bono, USA Today, Oct. 15, 1999, p. E1). In 2006 Bono said: “I recently read in one of St. Paul’s letters where it describes all of the fruits of the spirit, and I had none of them” (“Enough Rope with Andrew Denton,” March 13, 2006). In October 2008, Fox News reported that Bono and rocker friend Simon Carmody partied with teenage girls on a yacht in St. Tropez. The report, which was accompanied by a photo of Bono holding two bikini-clad teenagers on his lap at a bar (Fox News, Oct. 27, 2008). This is the man that Keith Getty publicly calls a brilliant theologian and praises for caring about things that Christ tells us to care about! Doesn’t Christ care about truth and holiness and a pure gospel and repentance and sound doctrine and separation from the world, Keith? Aren’t these absolute fundamentals? Doesn’t the Bible say, “He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him” (1 John 2:4)? Doesn’t the Bible say, “Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God” (James 4:4)? (For more about Bono see the report “The Rock Group U2” at www.wayoflife.org. Any bridge that Bible-believing churches build to the Gettys is a bridge beyond the Gettys to people like Bono of U2. In the same 2013 interview, Getty claimed C.S. Lewis as a major theological influence. Yet Lewis rejected the fundamental doctrines of the infallible inspiration of Scripture and “penal substitutionary atonement” and believed in purgatory and baptismal regeneration (“C.S. Lewis Superstar,” Christianity Today, Dec. 2005). Lewis rejected the historicity of Jonah and Job. He believed in prayers to the dead and confession to a priest. He held to theistic evolution, believing that “man is physically descended from animals” and calling the Genesis account of creation “a Hebrew folk tale” (Lewis, The Problem of Pain). He denied the eternal torment of hell and claimed that followers of pagan religions can be saved without acknowledging Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour (Lewis, Mere Christianity; The Chronicles of Narnia: The Last Battle). (For more about Lewis see the free eBook Evangelicals and C.S. Lewis at www.wayoflife.org) This is a man that Getty honors as a major theological influence and about whom he has nothing negative to say. No warnings. No separation. Any bridge that Bible-believing churches build to the Gettys is a bridge beyond the Gettys to heretics like C.S. Lewis. The Gettys are called “modern hymn writers” but their music is syncretistic. They “fuse the music of their Irish heritage with the sounds of Nashville, their newly adopted home.” As we have noted, the Gettys list the Beatles as a major musical influence. Keith arranged some of the songs on Michael W. Smith’s charismatic Healing Rain album. The Gettys have a close working relationship with Stuart Townend, who is radically charismatic and ecumenical. Not only do they write and publish songs with Townend, but they also tour together, joining hands, for example, in the Celtic Islands Tour 2012. Townend is charismatic in theology and radically ecumenical in philosophy, supporting the Alpha program which bridges charismatic, Protestant, and Roman Catholic churches. He is a member of the charismatic Church of Christ the King in Brighton, U.K. and supports the “extraordinary manifestations of the Spirit,” which refers to the demonic/fleshly charismatic mysticism such as meaningless gibberish, spirit slaying, holy laughter, and shaking. Townend’s testimony of salvation is extremely weak, as stated in the following biographical sketch from WorshipTogether.com: “Stuart grew up as the youngest of four children in a Christian family in West Yorkshire where his father was a Church of England vicar. Stuart’s family always enjoyed music and one brother, Ian, went on to become a member of the group Heartbeat. Stuart himself began to play the piano at the age of 7. It was while living in West Yorkshire that at the age of 13 he made his Christian commitment. Then later at the age of 18, when helping to lead a children’s camp in Hand Cross, West Sussex, he had a profound experience of the Holy Spirit.” Townend has a false concept of Christ. When asked, “What would Jesus sing?” he replied: “I think he would be doing thrash metal or hip hop or something where we’d go, ‘He can’t do that!’ Because I think he would be challenging our comfortable perceptions. I don’t know what he would sing or whose songs he would sing, but I believe he would do it in a way that would surprise and probably shock us” (“What Would Jesus Sing?” from an interview with Stuart Townend, TV series Principles of Praise, 2011, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCW0oAAna7c). So, according to Townend, instead of singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, Jesus would be singing thrash metal and hip hop and trying to shock us with His musical choices. That is not the thrice holy Jesus described in Scripture. It is true that Jesus shocked the religious crowd of His day, but that was not because He was performing worldly musical numbers, gyrating to rap, and screaming out thrash! It was because the religious crowd had rejected God’s Word and He was God’s Word incarnate, so they did not recognize, understand, or appreciate Him. He came to fulfill every jot and tittle of the holy Law of God (Matthew 5:17-19). Jesus was a friend of sinners, but He did not sin with sinners and He was no sort of a party dude. He frequently preached on hell and demanded repentance, and that would put the brakes on any party! Since the Christian rock crowd loves to shock people, they think Jesus is like them. Christian rockers lose no sleep at the fact that many of the saints are upset and discouraged with their music because they consider it worldly and inappropriate for the service of Christ. Christian rockers have taken over countless once-traditional churches even to the extreme of pushing aside and running over anyone who got in the way of their musical “choices.” Instead of sympathizing with the saints who oppose their music, they slander them as Pharisees and legalists and mindless traditionalists. This is not the spirit of Jesus. He solemnly warned about offending those who believe on Him (Matthew 18:2-10). Paul, too, issued this warning. “Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way. ... Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another” (Romans 14:13, 19). In July 2012, the Gettys joined Townend and Roman Catholic Matt Maher on NewsongCafe on WorshipTogether.com. They played and discussed “The Power of the Cross,” which was co-written by Getty-Townend. The 10-minute program promoted ecumenical unity, with Maher/Townend/Getty entirely one in the spirit through the music. Fundamental doctrinal differences are so meaningless that they are not even mentioned. Spiritual abominations such as the papacy, the mass, infant baptism, baptismal regeneration, and Mariolatry were ignored. Jude 3 was despised and Romans 16:17 completely disobeyed for the sake of building the one-world church through contemporary Christian music. Keith Getty collaborated with Catholic Margaret Becker in the song “Jesus Draw Me Ever Nearer.” In an interview Becker said, “One of my missions has been to say, let’s not label ourselves, let’s not put up walls between each other. I may go to a Catholic church, that does not mean I’m Catholic, in that I cannot (disagree with) any Catholic rhetoric or Catholic belief” (“US singer to make an appearance at Cross Rhythms ’95,” CR Magazine, June 1, 1995). Getty also collaborated with Roman Catholic Máire [pronounced Moya] Brennan in writing “With the Early Morning.” Brennan says, “Christians fighting Christians, Catholics and Protestants! It breaks my heart, because we're all stemming from the same rock. We should look at that and not at what we’ve become. I discovered an awful lot, being from a Catholic background and getting married to a Protestant” (“Back to the Rock of Ages: Maire Brennan Talks to Christina Rodden,” rootsworld.com). This is the ecumenical Christianity of the Gettys. In October 2012, the Gettys joined hands with emerging heretic Leonard Sweet at the National Worship Leader Conference in San Diego. Sweet calls his universalist-tinged doctrine New Light and “quantum spirituality” and “the Christ consciousness” and describes it in terms of “the union of the human with the divine” which is the “center feature of all the world’s religions” (Quantum Spirituality, p. 235). He defines the New Light as “a structure of human becoming, a channeling of Christ energies through mindbody experience” (Quantum Spirituality, p. 70). Sweet says that “New Light pastors” hold the doctrine of “embodiment of God in the very substance of creation” (p. 124). In Carpe Mañana, Sweet says that the earth is as much a part of the body of Christ as humans and that humanity and the earth constitutes “a cosmic body of Christ” (p. 124). Sweet lists some of the “New Light leaders” that have influenced his thinking as Matthew Fox, M. Scott Peck, Willis Harman, and Ken Wilber. These are prominent New Agers who believe in the divinity of man, as we have documented in the bookThe New Age Tower of Babel. Sweet has endorsed The Shack with its non-judgmental father-mother god, and he promotes Roman Catholic contemplative mysticism and dangerous mystics such as the Catholic-Buddhist Thomas Merton. (For documentation see the book Contemplative Mysticism, which is available in print and eBook editions from Way of Life Literature -- www.wayoflife.org.) Any bridge that Bible-believing churches build to the Gettys is a bridge beyond the Gettys to heretics such as C.S. Lewis and Bono, to the Roman Catholic Church, to the Charismatic movement, to the filthy world of secular rock, to emergents and New Agers like Leonard Sweet, and to every element of the end-time one-world “church.”
CHINA’S PLAN FOR HONG KONG INVASION REVEALED~VIOLENCE BETWEEN PROTESTORS AND POLICE INCREASES
Hong Kong protests turn violent as police fire live ammunition
The day’s main showdown took place on a major drag in the outlying Tsuen Wan district following a protest march that ended in a nearby park. While a large crowd rallied in the park, a group of hard-line protesters took over a main street, strewing bamboo poles on the pavement and lining up orange and white traffic barriers and cones to obstruct police.
After hoisting warning flags, police used tear gas to try to disperse the crowd. Protesters responded by throwing bricks and gasoline bombs toward the police. The result was a surreal scene of small fires and scattered paving bricks on the street between the two sides, rising clouds of tear gas and green and blue laser lights pointed by the protesters at the police.

BOMBSHELL, ON-THE-GROUND COVERAGE:
HONG KONG PROTESTS EXPOSE FREEFALL COLLAPSE OF GLOBALISM
Despite fears of being kidnapped by Chinese forces, protestors still press on
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
Beijing’s decision to focus less on Hong Kong while building up neighboring Shenzhen as a rival city reveals the loosening influence that globalism is having on world populations.China knows the world is watching, and has avoided a Tiananmen Square-style response to the Hong Kong protests so far in part because many of the young protesters have nothing to lose due to extreme cost of living in the city combined with low wages. Some estimates indicate that nearly half of Hong Kong’s population are considered “working poor” in which they are employed, but don’t make enough money for basic living needs.According to ChinaUrbanDevelopment.com:The picture is clear: Hong Kong is expensive, and housing is a huge expense for most people. Price-To-Income (a basic measurement for housing affordability) in Hong Kong is almost double that of New York City (35.8 in HK; 19.5 in NYC).What can low-income residents do? Some have the patience to wait in extremely inhumane living arrangements until the day a public housing spot opens up: some build shelters on others’ roofs, and some spend their nights at McDonald’s as McRefugees. Most of them live “creatively” day-to-day, because they have no other choice. In short, such a heavy-handed response against protesters would backfire, and in a way it’s unprecedented for China to instead focus on a relatively-peaceful solution of developing Shenzhen as a more “autonomous special economic zone.”Infowars is on the ground in Hong Kong with in-depth interviews with locals and unprecedented coverage of what’s going on.And as you’ll see from the following reports, many of the protesters fear being kidnapped by Chinese authorities, but that hasn’t stopped them from pressing on, which highlights the waning influence of globalism pushed by highly-centralized governments.Hong Kong protesters comment on the extradition bill and some of what is experienced from mainland China. #HongKongProtestsFull report here: https://t.co/orftOYePdb pic.twitter.com/5QSjBb2FzM— Sav (@sav_says_) August 22, 2019The East Is The New West. WHITE HOUSE CITES EMERGENCY ECONOMIC POWERS ACT TO GET U.S. COMPANIES OUT OF CHINA
TRUMP PREPARING EXECUTIVE ORDER TO LET STATES REFUSE “REFUGEES”
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
Is President Trump returning to form on immigration? The White House is preparing an executive order that would allow state and local jurisdictions to deny entry to refugees even if they have been approved for settlement by the federal government, according to a draft of the policy obtained by NBC News. The draft features language stating that “the federal government will resettle refugees only where both the relevant state and local governments have consented to participate.”Under the order, the federal government would have to find another location for refugees if the jurisdiction in question does not agree to take them in. An exception would be made for the resettling of spouses or children of those already settled.According to a DHS official, the plan is currently being reviewed by lawyers at various government agencies.Peter Boogaard, a former Obama advisor who worked on immigration issues, criticized the order, claiming it would prevent religious organizations such as the Catholic Church from resettling refugees and “would also have a dramatic impact on the ability of future administrations to return refugee admissions to the normal historic levels.”Boogaard’s comment appeared assume that “normal historic levels” are those that existed under the Obama administration.Under President Trump, the limit on refugee admissions went down from 85,000 in fiscal year 2016 to 30,000 in fiscal year 2019 — and the administration is considering an additional reduction, with some officials advocating bringing it down to zero.NBC cited “refugee rights organizations” that say refugees should be relocated in areas with refugees from the same country in order “to create a sense of community for those fleeing violence and persecution.”The news outlet did not address the concern that building “communities” of refugees from the same county may preserve their culture, but at the expense of preventing them from adopting American culture. Furthermore, the cultures refugee communities preserve are often ones that are conducive to the social ills and persecution they escaped from in the first place.Mark Hetfield, president and CEO of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS), an organization that resettles refugees under State Department agreements, argued that the proposed executive order would violate the federal government’s authority over immigration matters.“Governors could elect not to take part in the refugee resettlement program,” Hetfield said. “That would have a horrible impact on the program. That would literally be an abdication of federal authority.”He also called the developing policy a “malevolent and wasteful plan to concentrate refugees in blue states.” (Perhaps Hetfield would prefer to concentrate refugees in red states, in order to turn them blue.)But Hetfield’s assertion that authority over immigration lies with the federal government doesn’t hold up to constitutional scrutiny. While the U.S. Constitution does give the federal government the responsibility of defending our national borders, it is silent on the issue of immigration. As the 10th Amendment states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”Immigration falls into the sphere of such powers reserved to the states. This principle was long understood in American politics. As President Ulysses S. Grant noted in a memo to the House of Representatives during deliberation of the Civil War amendments, “Responsibility over immigration can only belong with the States since this is where the Constitution kept the power.”Those who favor granting the federal government supremacy over immigration erroneously point to Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution, which gives Congress power to “establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization.”The key is that there is a marked difference between naturalization and immigration — a difference refugee advocates try to blur.Immigration is the act of coming to a country to which one is not a native. Naturalization is the conference of the rights of citizenship upon an alien. In other words, Congress may get to decide the rules behind allowing foreigners to become U.S. citizens, but it’s up to the states to decide whom they allow into their own sovereign territories. The New American writer Joe Wolverton made this case in 2015, when 31 state governors declared their intent to refuse entry to Syrian refugees. At the time, the governors’ declarations were little more than an empty gesture. But that could change if the Trump administration follows through with the executive order on refugee settlement.Letting states decide whether to accept or reject refugees would not only be a win for the America Frst side of the migration debate, it would constitute a major victory for the Constitution and for states’ rights.

OBAMA GETS A $1+ MILLION PRICE CUT ON 29 ACRE MARTHA’S VINEYARD ESTATE
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
It pays to fight for the downtrodden from your 29-acre Martha's Vineyard estate.Former president Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama are in the process of purchasing a multimillion-dollar Martha's Vineyard estate from Boston Celtics owner Wyc Grousbeck, according to a report. The former first family is currently in escrow for a 29-acre beachfront estate listed at $14,850,000. The Obamas were renting the house from Grousbeck, who donated $2,300 to Obama for America in 2008, over the summer and loved the property so much they expressed interest in purchasing it with a lower offer, according to TMZ.As of last year, the home was listed at $16,250,000. That's down from $22 million originally. Not a bad deal apparently.Built in 2001, the contemporary home offers more than 7,000 square feet, seven bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms and plenty of space for entertaining—whether for a small family gathering or a crowd. The master suite features its own private sundeck and fireplace. The nearly 30-acre estate sits on the Edgartown Great Pond, with views of the Atlantic Ocean.Of course, with the amount of acreage around the main residence, a new owner could build additional residences for family vacations on the water. In 2015, the home's listing agent at the time said, "It certainly has the capacity to expand to more of a compound. One could build two additional full-size properties if one wanted to create a generational meeting place."Or house more of your illegal alien relatives. The property listing states, "A property of this stature needs to be seen to be experienced."The same is true of Obama's America.
WIKIPEDIA HAS ICE FACILITIES LISTED UNDER ‘CONCENTRATION AND INTERNMENT CAMPS’ SECTION

Wikipedia, the online Encyclopedia, which has been routinely accused of left wing bias, has a list of ICE facilities under a section titled “concentration and internment camps,” and is keeping it there despite critics requesting it be removed. The list of ICE facilities reappeared on the concentration camps page after Democrats, including Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, used the rhetoric to describe US holding centers on the border with Mexico.Editors of the Wikipedia page cited the Democrats’ use of the term “concentration camp” to justify the inclusion of the ICE centers on the page.A discussion regarding the inclusion of the centers has been closed, with the list of facilities remaining on the page.Wikipedia policy states that another discussion with have to be opened before the matter can be reviewed again. The way Wikipedia functions means that even unregistered users are able to add sections to pages, which can then be edited and added to by other users. After the ICE facilities were initially added to the concentration camp page last year, media coverage by leftist entities such as Vice and Gizmodo acted as if the entries were proof that the ICE facilities are indeed internment camps.Gizmodo called the action “a surprisingly unbiased entry that’s clearly presenting information without taking sides.”Vice said that the ICE facilities had been listed next to “other sites of atrocity throughout history.”The concentration camp rhetoric used by AOC and others has been slammed by actual survivors of the holocaust, and was even cited by Antifa terrorist Willem van Spronsen who was killed in a recent attack attempt on an ICE facility.

GOOGLE JOINS THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY~TAKE ACTION AGAINST BIG TECH CENSORSHIP & ELECTION MEDDLING
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
Google’s burgeoning ties to Big Pharma have been exposed with the disclosure of its new pharmaceutical division, which just happens to be led by the former head of GlaxoSmithKline’s global vaccine business. As cautioned by Progressive Radio Network journalists Gary Null, PhD and Richard Gale, “Google today is not only a weapon for promoting the pharmaceutical agenda but now also a drug company itself.”1Google is Much More Than a Search Engine
Backing up a few years to 2015, Google’s co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin decided the multi-armed behemoth that Google had become would benefit from a drastic reorganization. Consequently, they split their “core internet business” off from their other minimally (or un-) related projects such as X Lab and the Calico life extension project. Along with Google itself, those secondary companies were grouped under the umbrella of a new corporation called “Alphabet.”2The upshot was that Alphabet now owns Google, although the key players have not changed. Page and Brin now serve as CEO and President, respectively, of Alphabet, while former Google product chief Sundar Pichai is now CEO of Google.Tracing a line from Google’s reorganization of itself to its structure today, the initial division kept all of the Internet entities under Google’s wing, under one “side” of the Alphabet umbrella. These included Google Maps, YouTube, Chrome, and Android. Google remained as the largest and most financially robust of Alphabet’s ventures.3Other semi-independent companies under the Alphabet name included a diverse collection of corporations focused on such wide-ranging fields as biomedical or scientific advances, investment ventures, “smart home” applications, drone technologies and urban infrastructure.3The Many Faces of Alphabet/Google
As the dust settled at Alphabet/Google, a number of the newly independent or semi-independent companies emerged, wielding some clout of their own. While Google’s revenues in 2017 continued to reap the lion’s share, reaching $110.9 billion, revenues from other ventures reported $1.2 billion. With operating losses reported at $3.4 billion, Google’s “side lines” were not yet profitable but climbing, up from 2016 losses of $4.6 billion.4Those other ventures include X Lab (research and new ideas), G and CapitalG (investment funds), Sidewalk Labs (focused on urban innovation), Nest (smarthome devices), Chronicle (cybersecurity), Waymo (autonomous vehicles), Access (Internet provider innovations), Jigsaw (technological and geopolitics), Deep Mind (artificial intelligence), Verily (healthcare and managing disease) and Calico (biotech and lifespan extension). The X Lab, or “Moonshot Factory,” is a research and development lab aimed at, in their own words, creating “radical new technologies to solve some of the world’s hardest problems.”5 Some of their projects include self-driving cars, delivery drones, renewable energy storage technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and learning robots, among many others. X acts as an incubation lab for cutting edge ideas that, once developed, may either be discontinued or “graduated” to become an independent entity.Verily’s Pharmaceutical Ties
Verily Life Sciences is one of those Alphabet ideas now launched into independent status. Initially begun as a series of projects exploring the use of technologies including miniaturization and machine learning to create “wearable” devices such as smart lenses, Verily now partners with a number of pharmaceutical companies that develop vaccines on projects ranging from smart lenses with Alcon (a subsidiary of Novartis) and surgical robotics with Johnson & Johnson to early identification and intervention in chronic diseases with Merck Sharp & Dohme and diabetes management with Sanofi.6Verily is partnered with Gilead on profiling the immune system to clarify the biological mechanisms of autoimmune disease and with Verve Therapeutics on nanoparticle formulations. Verily is also partnered with GlaxoSmithKline, the world’s largest vaccine manufacturer,7 in the development of bioelectronic medicine.6With the creation of Galvani Bioelectronics in collaboration with GlaxoSmithKline, Verily now has its own pharmaceutical company that is working to “enable the research, development and commercialization of bioelectronic medicines,” which aim to treat disease using miniaturized implanted devices.8 Another of Verily’s projects is the development of the “sterile insect technique” to manipulate mosquito populations by releasing sterile male mosquitoes that will reduce the populations of insects carrying such diseases as dengue, Zika, chikungunya and yellow fever.9The company has also entered the clinical study arena, first with its own study called Baseline, which seeks to connect potential study participants with clinical research groups.10Partnering with Verily initiatives is appealing to pharmaceutical companies, including vaccine manufacturers and developers like Novartis, Sanofi, Otsuka and Pfizer, because of the young biotech company’s focus on modernizing and increasing the efficiency of data collection using tools such as electronic medical study process, as well as getting new drugs and vaccines to market faster. Although the partnered studies are not yet in progress, studies are being explored in cardiovascular disease, oncology, mental health, dermatology and diabetes.Because anyone can join Baseline and potentially be connected with clinical trials relevant to their own life, keeping patient information private will be a challenge, but the projected market value of the program is expected to reach $69 billion by 2026. 11As reporter Mark Terry put it for BioSpace, “Perhaps disconcertingly, a company that handles 92.4% of internet searches globally and already has significant amounts of information about your life, now wants to know medical and health information as well.” 12Alphabet’s Other Medical Venture: Calico Labs
In addition to Verily, Alphabet has another older medical research company called Calico, founded in 2013 and headed by Arthur Levinson, the former CEO of Genentech, another pharmaceutical company that develops vaccines.13 According to Calico’s mission statement, the company wants “to harness advanced technologies to increase our understanding of the biology that controls lifespan” and will “require an unprecedented level of interdisciplinary effort.14Dr. Aarif Khakoo, Head of Drug Development at Calico (and formerly a Vice President at Amgen, a pharmaceutical company that develops vaccines) said, “With the aging of the world population, there is a pressing need to gain a deeper understanding of the molecular underpinnings of human aging and to translate these insights into new therapies for aging and age-related diseases… I’m looking forward to working with the team and our external collaborators to move the lead therapeutic candidates into clinical studies in the future.”14It has been obvious for some time now that Google’s algorithms have been adjusted to make it more difficult to find information, including information about vaccines, that doesn’t align with the messages about health and medical care that are approved by government and the pharmaceutical industry. In some cases, no matter how specific a search question is, or how it is worded and re-worded, the search results stubbornly return the same tired but mainstream medical authority-approved results.Teasing out the infiltration of the pharmaceutical industry into Google, it seems that Alphabet is not just delivering an approved narrative, but Google’s message too.References:1 Google is Now a Pharmaceutical Company. WORLD VISION’S APOSTASY: EVANGELICAL CHARITY CONTINUES TERROR FUNDING SCANDAL
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
World Vision, a multi-billion dollar international charity founded on evangelical Christian principles, has made quite a few deals with the devil. A new terror-funding scandal seems to implicate the organization every few years.
Last month, documents obtained from the U.S. Treasury via the Freedom of Information Act revealed how World Vision used funds from the United Nations to bankroll the Islamic Relief Agency (ISRA), a designated terror finance charity based in Sudan that has raised millions for al-Qaeda in the past. This news comes after revelations that World Vision provided U.S. taxpayer dollars to the al-Qaeda-linked group. Moreover, World Vision allegedly sought to strong-arm Treasury into allowing the ISRA project to continue, soliciting congressmen to intervene and threatening litigation.World Vision has a history of ignoring finance risks. In 2016, Mohammed El Halabi, head of World Vision’s Gaza operations, confessed to redirecting $50 million to the terrorist group Hamas. In 2012, World Vision diverted $1.68 million of Australian government aid to a fake Palestinian charity established by the PFLP terror group.World Vision maintains a strong New York presence, where supporters have largely turned a blind eye to the group’s sinister activities. World Vision’s partners include three of New York’s biggest evangelical churches: Redeemer, Hillsong, and Times Square Church, along with local civil society and non-governmental groups, including Operation Exodus, Crossroads Tabernacle Church, Real Life Church, South Bronx United, Manhattan Bible Church, and Hope for New York.Institutions reached for comment about World Vision’s record appeared indifferent or defensive.“I’m not very aware of their international work but that sounds out of character with the people and the ethos that I see coming out of the organization,” said Matt Mahony, CPO of Operation Exodus.Local World Vision partners presented with information about these cases responded with silence or defensiveness.“I’ve never heard anything like that about World Vision,” said Pastor Willie Lopez of Manhattan Bible Church. “All I know is that they are a tremendous help to the community.”One affiliate isolated the El Halabi scandal, claiming his church would stand by World Vision because charges weren’t proven in court. Another church administrator said accusations were driven by an anti-evangelical agenda.Pro-Israel evangelicals should also be troubled by World Vision staffers’ anti-Israel stances and borderline anti-Semitic comments — like those of former World Vision International Operations Director Tom Getman, who calledHezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah a “friend.”A variety of different sources from different backgrounds have raised issue with World Vision’s anti-Israel bent. In a 2016 article, Luke Moon, an ordained Southern Baptist minister, wrote that World Vision had “done more to undermine Christian support for Israel than any other organization.”World Vision’s defense raises more questions, with many of its claims proving difficult to verify. Financial reports are opaque. There’s little indication where donations are spent, and annual reports seem irreconcilable with details made in statements. NGO Monitor called it a “multibillion-dollar NGO industry that remains largely unregulated and unexamined.”New York evangelicals’ resistance to the truth about World Vision is perplexing. The Jewish and Zionist communities, on the other hand, know where World Vision stands.Asked about the ISRA allegations, Ephraim Inbar, director of the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security, commented: “We have the moral duty to demask organizations, such as World Vision, which are undermining Christian values, by spreading hatred and violence.”Avi Posnick of StandWithUs Northeast was appalled, noting, “World Vision donors and partners, including those in New York, should demand full transparency and accountability before continuing to support and work with this organization.”This does not mean World Vision’s partners aren’t also doing some good work. Punishing kids in the Bronx isn’t the answer. World Vision Greater New York is a branch of World Vision USA, which maintains a degree of separation from World Vision International. But it is difficult to tell where one group ends and the other begins.Established as separate entities, World Vision USA provides the lion’s share funds to World Vision International. Yet only World Vision International appears as a registered charity in New York. The global and the local have merged, making it difficult to guarantee where donated funds are headed.World Vision does tremendous work on a local level and is a boon to the New York community. But there are other evangelical groups with clean reputations willing to partner with these communities.Empowering rogue regimes — like Sudan or Hamas in Gaza — creates the problems World Vision seeks to solve, and World Vision’s local partners should demand clarity. The shroud of moral darkness surrounding World Vision’s actions is a departure from the spirit of service that is the basis for its very existence.Karys Rhea is a writer and musician living in Brooklyn. REDDING, CA. BETHEL CHURCH SUGGESTS “LGBTQ+” PEOPLE “WHO FEEL FULFILLED & HAPPY AS YOU ARE” DON’T NEED TO CHANGE OR REPENT
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
“God loves all people, LGBTQ+ and straight. The message of CHANGED has never been ‘All Must Change,'” it wrote. “We share these stories specifically for Christians who are unfulfilled in identifying as LGBTQ+. For those of you who feel fulfilled and happy as you are, we love you!”“God doesn’t force people to change, and people — including Christians — shouldn’t force others to change, either. We stand against any and all forms of shame, manipulation, force, humiliation, or physical harm in so-called ‘ministry’ or therapy,” Bethel continued. “CHANGED is a safe space for Christians seeking an alternative to LGBTQ+ as they follow their faith according to their personal convictions.”The post generated mixed reaction from commenters, with some defending the status as not really saying what it implies, and others chastising Bethel for unbiblical teaching.“[The post] doesn’t say that being LGBTQ isn’t a sin; it says we still love you! God gives us all free will and He does not force us to change or to conform. And neither should we,” one commenter wrote. “We need to love even though we may not agree with them. It is the Spirit working in them that will change them. We don’t love when we demand they change; let God do the work!”“Yes! It is not for me to judge. It is for me to love,” another remarked. “I cannot believe this gender agenda has taken our eyes off Christ. Did you learn to love, or did you learn to condemn? The love of Christ makes us want to become what He says we are, not what the world teaches.”“The message of CHANGED might not be ‘all must change,’ but the message of the gospel is in fact that we all must be changed. ‘For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God’ (Romans 3:23). When we come to Christ, we can’t stay where we are, for ‘we all … are being changed into the same image’ (2 Corinthians 3:18),” a third noted.“We can never be fulfilled living in sin. Only God fulfills us, ‘For he satisfies the longing soul’ (Psalm 107:9),” they continued. “Ultimately, ‘Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind’ says it all. So, yes. Be changed. Because we were never meant to live fallen in sin.”“Repentance means doing a full 180° turn, and if that doesn’t mean change, I don’t know what does,” another stated. “Being born again, our hearts change, our desires should change, and our actions should follow suit. You cannot thrive or survive in the faith if you remain entirely in the shadows of your old life.”“Thank you Bethel Church, Redding for affirming me. I love to steal and take things that aren’t mine without a lawful transaction. I covet a lot. But, I’m at peace with it, I’m completely happy. Theft gives me such a thrill and joy, and coveting really motivates me,” a one sarcastically commented. “So thank you for affirming that I just need to follow my faith according to my own personal convictions. I know God says otherwise, but He loves me anyways, and I don’t need to change that for Him.”Bethel Church has generated much controversy over the years, as a number of remarks from leadership have been called into question.“It’s difficult to expect the same fruit of the early Church when we value a book they didn’t have more than the Holy Spirit they did have. It’s not Father, Son and Holy Bible,” Bill Johnson said in a sermon clip posted online in 2009.In a 2011 sermon entitled “Your Identity as Sons of God,” Kris Vallotton, the co-founder of the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, had those in attendance repeat statements after him such as “I am amazing,” “I rock,” “Nations are attracted to me because I’m so good looking and I have the mind of Christ,” “He actually likes me and I like me too” and “If you got to know me, you would like me.”Various photos online also show members of Bethel visiting cemeteries to try to soak up the anointing of the deceased, including the graces of John G. Lake, Smith Wigglesworth and others. While Johnson has stated that he does not endorse the practice, and Vallotton once said that he had never heard of the idea, some note that photos online show Johnson’s wife Beni laying on the tombstone of C.S. Lewis and hugging the tombstone of Charles Finney. See here and here.Videos show Bethel claiming to have had a “glory cloud” appear at their services, also known as gold dust. One video posted outside of a Benny Hinn meeting shows a woman allegedly with Bethel behaving strangely as she laughs over and over and makes claims such as “we’re all loved no matter what theology believe.”According to reports of an online exchange inquiring about Bethel’s practices, in 2012 one questioning person asked, “Hi Bill, I was wondering why you have things at Bethel that cannot be found in the Bible like fire tunnels, angel feathers, gold dust, soaking prayer, glory clouds, healing rooms, etc. Can you please explain? I have some very good friends at Bethel and I am concerned for their spiritual well being. The videos on YouTube with the fire tunnels are very, very, alarming.”“We also have altar calls, video cameras, paid counselors, children’s church, youth groups, Sunday school. None of which are in the Bible,” Johnson replied. “Is praying for people, prayer, or healing in the Bible? That is what we do. The feathers, gold dust, etc. are not things we do. They happen. … Why do they happen? Ask the One who does them. Rather than assume they are not biblical because you’ve not experienced them, search the Scriptures. Clouds, glory, and even feathers are in the Bible.”
GERMANY: 25% OF THE POPULATION & 42% OF YOUNG CHILDREN NOW OF MIGRANT BACKGROUNDS

What will this new, proud, Merkelian multicultural Germany be like in ten years? Twenty? Fifty? For a hint, look at Afghanistan or Somalia.“One Quarter of Germans Now Come From Migrant Backgrounds,” by Chris Tomlinson, Breitbart, August 22, 2019:The number of migrant-background residents in Germany has reached a new all-time high at 25.5 percent of the population, and a significant 42 per cent of young children in Germany are of migrant backgrounds. The new statistics come from a report released by the German Federal Statistical Office this week which states there are now 20.8 million German residents who come from migrant backgrounds, defined by having at least one parent born overseas, Kronen Zeitung reports.Of those 20.8 million, just over half, or 52 percent, hold a German passport, with the other 48 percent being citizens of foreign countries….The vast majority of migrants who came to Germany to live with family, 72 percent, were from another European country, while around half of the asylum seekers were from the Middle Eastern region….While mass migration has been a major factor in the rapid demographic changes in Germany, hundreds of thousands of Germans also move overseas each year. In 2017 alone, nearly a quarter of a million Germans moved abroad.Gee, I wonder why.____________________________________________________________Several German cities have seen major demographical shifts with Frankfurt becoming the first German city where native Germans are a minority in 2017.Frankfurt is joined by the cities of Offenbach, Heilbronn, Sindelfingen and Pforzheim, which also have native Germans as a minority. In Offenbach, only 37 percent of the population are native Germans.Several other major German cities are trending toward natives becoming a minority as well, such as Nuremberg where migrant-background residents make up 44.6 percent of the population, Stuttgart, where they make up 44.1 percent and Munich with 43.2 percent. However, when breaking the figures down by age bracket, 60 percent of the under 18s in Stuttgart come from a migrant-background, illustrating the future demographic of the city. When age groups are taken into consideration across Western Germany, the figures reveal that at least 42 percent of children under the age of six have a migrant-background.

ANTI-WHITE PRIVILEGE: THE ONLY SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE RACISM TODAY IS RACISM AGAINST WHITES
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
Leftists keep saying, like a mantra, that “White Men Are Terrorists”. All white men? What about non-white men and women? This need to make evil things like terrorism appear to be somehow worse, by being “white”, is pathological, and racist, and characteristically leftist. And it also blows up in the faces of these leftist racists when, if we’re going to actually classify terrorism based on “race”, there is NO terrorism like “brown terrorism”, “brown” being the word that racist leftists use when they speak of other human beings, as all they see is color. And that’s why we keep hearing about “white terrorism”, because “brown terrorism” is so prevalent in the world. You can always tell what leftists are hiding and covering up by what they openly say.If you criticize Islam and jihad, you get death threats and you’re smeared as a “racist Islamophobe”. If you rabidly criticize “white nationalist terrorism”, and talk it up as a “Major Threat”, you get a pat on the back from leftists. So it’s not surprising how many criticize “white nationalism”, and how few criticize Islam and jihad. The left’s need to make terrorism outside of Islam appear to be far greater than it is, is in exact proportion to how great a threat Islamic terrorism is. It gets to the embarrassing point where leftists, after being presented with massive lists of Islamic terrorist attacks and Islamic terrorist groups, invoke an individual terrorist, Timothy McVeigh, as if he represents a vast terrorist group. The closest thing we have to Nazis today are Muslims who admire Hitler, and who hate Jews, but they’re ignored by those who place their fear of being called “racist Islamophobes” above the truth, and who spend an inordinate amount of time trying to make the case that there’s a “Nazi” threat in 2019. I expect this from truthless, gutless leftists, not from those who should know better. With racists always shoving race down our throats, here’s a thought: You can’t bitch and moan about “white privilege” when white people are the only people who can be openly and categorically trashed on the basis of skin color. The leftist terrorist group, Antifa, which has cells in North America and Europe, is 70 years too late to “fight Nazis”, but since Nazis are still the safest enemy that our entertainment media is willing to “fight” in its stories, then the Nazi-like members of Antifa self-identify their political opponents on the right as “Nazis” (Nazis were leftist, National Socialists), in order to self-identify themselves as “heroes”.And how white are “white nationalist” groups who have black, Hispanic, Asian, Jewish and gay members? The Proud Boys, the group that Gavin McInnes founded in order to simply get a guy laid for the first time (true story) are made up of all kinds of people, but when there are very few, if any, “white nationalist groups” to point to, then leftists simply call any group that isn’t predominantly non-white “white nationalist”. And what terrorist group is more white than Antifa? You can be as colorblind as you want, but when racists are always shoving race down your throat and accusing you of “racism”, you have to get into the mud, and expose them, and call out their racism. To human beings, racism is repugnant. But to racist leftists, racism is not only acceptable, but it is to be understood and even celebrated, but ONLY if it’s held by non-whites, because these racist leftists expect no better of non-white people. Rags like the New York Times bitch and moan about so-called “white privilege”, and about racism, yet they happily publish a racist’s article titled “I Broke Up With Her Because She’s White”, when they’d Never publish “I Broke Up With Her Because She’s Black.” The reason leftists scream “white privilege” as loud as they possibly can, is to drown out the obvious reality that there’s No privilege today like Anti-White Privilege. When the only socially acceptable racism is racism towards white people, it’s not a mystery why, all of a sudden, and with no proof, that “white supremacy” is spoken of as if it’s the only threat we face, while all other actual threats are ignored or downplayed. The Only reason we know about the very little known white supremacist, Richard Spencer, is because the leftist media promotes him. Despite the hysterical alarmism over it, the “white supremacist movement” is minuscule. Unlike the Islamic threat, which is played down by those who play up the “white supremacist” threat, it is Truly a “small minority of extremists”.Since blacks can constantly and openly, and with no consequences, bitch about “white privilege” and condemn “whiteness” at large, it’s proof of black privilege. If “white privilege” was a problem, then white people could mention the reality of black privilege without being called racist. White racism/Black racism is the same thing, racism. Racism in America will truly become intolerable when black racism becomes as intolerable as white racism.Leftists who are always going on about non-Islamic terrorist groups, about how Islamic terrorism is just a “tiny handful of extremists”, and who smear critics of Islamic terrorism as “racists”, while at the same time identifying terrorism by race when they bitch and moan about “white terrorism”: they never name the “many” non-Islamic terrorist groups that they claim we should be more worried about. Hell, they never even name one non-Islamic terrorist group, not even the leftist terrorist group, antifa. But despite their denial of reality, there are people who do focus on reality and who accumulate information and turn it into lists that disprove leftist myths. There is no terrorism like Islamic terrorism, and those who go out of their way to claim otherwise are callously doing so over the endless dead bodies of non-Muslims who’ve been targeted and murdered and injured by seemingly endless Islamic terrorist groups across the world. Those who peddle the lie that “white terrorism” (whatever that means, as if “white” were an ideology) is a greater threat than Islamic terrorism, should produce for everyone the equivalent list of “white terrorist groups” (and not actual lone wolf terrorists) to match the very long list of Islamic terrorist groups below:Al-Shabab (Africa)Al Murabitun (Africa)Al-Qeada (Afghanistan)Al-Qaeda (Islamic Maghreb)Al-Qaeda (Indian Subcontinent)Al-Qaeda (Arab Peninsula)Hamas (Gaza)“Palestinian” Islamic Jihad (”Palestine”)Popular Front for the Liberation of “Palestine”Hezbollah (Lebanon)Ansar al-Sharia-Benghazi (Lebanon)Asbat Al-Ansar (Lebanon)iSiS (Iraq)iSiS (Syria)iSiS (Cauacus)iSiS (Libya)iSiS (Yemen)iSiS (Algeria)iSiS (Philippines)Jund al-Sham (Syria/Afganistan)Al-Mourabitoun (Lebanon)Abdullah Azzam Brigades (Lebanon)Al-itihaad al-islamiya (Somalia)Al-Haramain Foundation (Saudi Arabia)Ansar-Al-Sharia (Moroccon)Moroccon Mudjadine (Morocco)Salafia Jihadia (Morocco)Boko Haram (Africa)islamic movement of (Uzbekistan)islamic Jihad Union (Uzbekistan)islamic Jihad Union (Germany)DRW True-Religion (Germany)Fajar Nusantara Movement (Germany)DiK Hildesheim (Germany)Jaish-e-Mohammed (Kashmir)Jaish al-Muhajireen wal-Ansar (Syria)Popular Front for the Liberation of “Palestine” (Syria)Jamaat al Dawa al Quran (Afghanistan)Jundallah (Iran)Quds Force (Iran)Kata’ib Hezbollah (Iraq)Al-itihaad al-islamiya (Somalia)Egyptian Islamic Jihad (Egypt)Jund al-Sham (Jordan)Fajar Nusantara Movement (Australia)Society of the Revival of islamic Heritage (Terrorfunding, worldwide)Taliban (Afghanistan)Taliban (Pakistan)Tehrik-i-Taliban (Pakistan)Army of islam (Syria)islamic Movement (Israel)Ansar Al Sharia (Tunisia)Mujahideen Shura Council in the Environs of JerusalemLibyan Islamic Fighting Group (Libya)Oneness and Jihad in West Africa“Palestinian” Islamic Jihad (”Palestine”)Tevhid-Selam (Al-Quds Army)Moroccan Islamic Combatant Group (Morocco)Caucasus Emirate (Russia)Dukhtaran-e-Millat Feminist islamists (India)indian Mujahideen (India)Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen (India)Ansar al-islam (India)Students islamic Movement of (India)Harakat Mujahideen (India)Hizbul Mujhaideen (India)Lashkar e islam (India)Jund al-Khilafah (Algeria)Turkistan islamic PartyEgyptian islamic Jihad (Egypt)Great Eastern islamic Raiders’ Front (Turkey)Harkat-ul-Jihad al-islami (Pakistan)Tehreek-e-Nafaz-e-Shariat-e-Mohammadi (Pakistan)Lashkar e Toyiba (Pakistan), Lashkar e Jhangvi (Pakistan)Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (Pakistan)Jamaat ul-Ahrar (Pakistan)Harkat-ul-Mujahideen (Pakistan)Jamaat Ul-Furquan (Pakistan)Harkat-ul-Mujahideen (Syria)Ansar al-Din Front (Syria)Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (Syria)Jamaah Anshorut Daulah (Syria)Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement (Syria)Liwa al-Haqq (Syria)Al-Tawhid Brigade (Syria)Jund al-Aqsa (Syria)Al-Tawhid Brigade (Syria)Yarmouk Martyrs Brigade (Syria)Khalid ibn al-Walid Army (Syria)Hezb-e islami Gulbuddin (Afganistan)Jamaat-ul-Ahrar (Afghanistan)Hizb ut-Tahrir (worldwide caliphate)Hizbul Mujahideen (Kashmir)Ansar Allah (Yemen)Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (USA)Jamaat Mujahideen (india)Jamaah Ansharut Tauhid (indonesia)Hizbut Tahrir (indonesia)Fajar Nusantara Movement (indonesia)Jemaah islamiyah (indonesia)Jemaah islamiyah (Philippines)Jemaah islamiyah (Singapore)Jemaah islamiyah (Thailand)Jemaah islamiyah (Malaysia)Ansar Dine (Africa)Osbat al-Ansar (”Palestine”)Hizb ut-Tahrir (group connecting islamic Caliphates across the world into one world islamic Caliphate)Army of the Men of the Naqshbandi Order (iraq)Al Nusra Front (Syria), 111. Leftists tell us that Islamic terrorist groups “aren’t Islamic”, but that individuals and groups who are Not “white nationalist”, are “white nationalist”. They refuse to acknowledge that jihadist attacks are all connected, whether they’re committed by individuals or groups, and are all part of a unified movement that jihadists acknowledge, but then they take it upon themselves to connect disparate shooters into a unified group based on “white” skin. The left has gone from identifying themselves as things they’re not to identifying others as things they’re not. And we’re going to have to identify the left for what it is, for what it accuses its political opponents of being, an existential threat to America.

(LifeSite News) — The Drag Queen Story Time’s question-and-answer session didn’t go as planned. After this event at Westcliffe Community Centre in Ottawa on Saturday afternoon, evangelical street preacher Dorre Love responded to an invitation for questions. “I have a question,” Love said. “What are you going to do when you stand before God and He judges every one of you here for your sins?”A video published on Facebook shows the surprised, unhappy faces of a few parents and Russian-Canadian drag performer “Adrianna Exposée,” 20, as well as a small number of children. Moments before, parents and children had been dancing with the scantily-clad Adrianna or watching from their seats.“What are you going to do?” a woman snapped back to Love.“The Bible says this,” Love continued, “but if anyone causes one of my little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone be hung around their neck and they be drowned in the depths of the sea.”The parents booed him. Two of the adult women present asked him and his supporters to leave. One threatened to call the police.Undaunted, Love continued to preach.“The Bible says that men are men and women are women,” he said as two mothers picked up their children and fled.“And men shouldn’t dress like women, and women shouldn’t dress like men. That’s a sin. And the Bible says that the wages of sin are death,” he continued. One hand on hip, Adrianna Exposée confronted the preacher. Love told the performer that the Lord had sent him to tell him to turn “from (his) wicked ways and repent,” for he was going to stand before God and be judged.Exposee suggested that Love had no place talking about “wicked ways” as he had interrupted a children’s event.“Look how you’re dressed,” Love said to the performer. “You’re dressed like a whore in front of children. Are you teaching children to be whores?”As the parents reacted angrily, Love told them that they were abusing their children by bringing them to the event.“Everyone here needs to repent, turn from your wicked ways and accept Jesus Christ as your Savior,” Love said.Exposée and the parents continued to remonstrate with Love, as one of his fellow protesters explained that they loved the audience and didn’t want them to go to hell.“Let he who is without sin cast the first stone,” snapped a parent. Another chanted, “Love is love” at Love.“Believe in Jesus, kids,” said the preacher. “Don’t believe in LGBT. Kids, if you don’t want to go to hell, believe in Jesus Christ. Jesus died for you. Jesus died for that drag queen. Jesus died for everyone.”He said that if they did not believe in Jesus Christ, they would be thrown in a lake of fire.Love and his supporters were followed outside by various parents, who continued to photograph or film them. The entire altercation lasted about 13 minutes.Although one of the participants claimed that the Drag Queen Story Time was a private event, it was advertised publicly as a “magic storytime experience” for children aged 3 to 10. There was no entrance fee.According to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, police arrived and asked the protestors to leave the area. Meanwhile, the drag queen told the CBC that his group had rented out the space and found the interruption “inappropropriate.”"I found it very inappropriate," Exposee said. "We did rent out the space for ourselves to educate kids on what we believe, which is inclusion, diversity and love.”“I’m open to hearing all opinions, always,” he continued. “I am a very open-minded person, but to come in here, in that way, in that manner — it was hateful.”Ottawa’s LGBT Pride festival officially began Sunday. As a result of Love’s appearance at the Drag Queen Story Hour, organizers of “Capital Pride” said they were reviewing security procedures.LifeSiteNews attempted to reach out to Love, but as yet has not received a response._______________________________________________________________DRAG QUEEN INTERVIEWED BY THE LOCAL NEWS STATION, WITHOUT HIS MAKEUP & COSTUME_______________________________________________________________SEE ALSO:
