Planned Parenthood took a major hit in 2015 with the release by the anti-abortion organization the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) of several undercover videos in which officials of the abortion provider discussed with actors hired by CMP the sale of aborted babies’ body parts.
Now Planned Parenthood is striking back with a lawsuit against CMP.
Filed in federal district court in San Francisco, the suit charges that officials from CMP — who set up a fake biomedical research company called Biomax Procurement Services to enable actors to pose as buyers of fetal tissue and secretly videotape conversations with Planned Parenthood officials — engaged in a three-year “complex criminal enterprise.”
Many have noted that the selection of the San Francisco district court, well known for its liberal decisions, was no doubt intentional.
In the first undercover video by CMP, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, Planned Parenthood’s senior director of medical services, is videotaped stating that Planned Parenthood regularly sells body parts of aborted babies. In a second video, another abortionist is caught discussing the sale of aborted baby body parts. In it, Mary Gatter, medical director of the Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley (California) Planned Parenthood affiliate, is seen in discussion with undercover investigators who posed as officials with the biotech company that was said to serve as a middleman to sell aborted baby parts to universities and other research facilities.
The prices of the body parts are open to negotiation, Gatter explained to the investigators. Among the parts mentioned were liver, head, and heart. She also explained, as did Dr. Nucatola in the first video, that the abortion procedure itself could be modified to save the selected body parts.
Dr. Nucatola had told the actors that obtaining choice body parts could easily be accomplished; she simply needed to know beforehand what specific parts buyers wanted. “We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that,” she explained, “so I am not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”
Facing intense criticism and adverse publicity, and even threats of congressional action, Planned Parenthood officials defended their organization’s grisly practices. Cecile Richards, daughter of former Texas Governor Ann Richards and CEO of Planned Parenthood, attempted to mitigate the bad publicity created by the videos, apologizing for the “tone” of Dr. Nucatola, who casually spoke to the undercover investigators of the sale of body parts while sipping wine in a restaurant. Richards then condemned the investigators, claiming the videos were “heavily edited.”
Labelling the videos “heavily edited” to produce a different impression from the facts became the standard talking point of Planned Parenthood and its defenders in the political world and mainstream media.
Named as defendants in the Planned Parenthood lawsuit are the Center for Medical Progress; its director, David Daleiden (an actor in the videos); Troy Newman, the head of Operation Rescue (who is accused of helping plan the operation); and others who played roles in the fictitious biomedical research company.
“The people behind this fraud lied and broke the law in order to spread malicious lies about Planned Parenthood,” claimed Dawn Laguens, executive vice president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America. “We filed the case to hold them accountable.”
Planned Parenthood officials have argued that any transfer of baby parts was done legally, with the permission of the women who had their unborn children aborted.
In a written statement, the CMP called the lawsuit “frivolous,” accusing Planned Parenthood of filing the suit “in retaliation for CMP’s First Amendment investigative journalism that has done nothing more than tell the truth about Planned Parenthood’s lawless operations.”
Planned Parenthood’s lawsuit charges that the defendants claimed to be a company that was a legitimate provider of fetal tissue to researchers, using fake identities, and violating nondisclosure agreements by wearing hidden cameras and recording hundreds of hours of conversations.
Planned Parenthood seeks restitution of actual costs, punitive damages, and triple damages under the civil racketeering laws, for what it asserts are civil violations of conspiracy laws, state privacy laws, and other statutes.
After the release of the videos, several members of Congress threatened to cut off all federal funding to Planned Parenthood. While Congress has not directly funded abortions performed at Planned Parenthood clinics across the country, it has provided federal funds for non-abortion activities (such as breast cancer screenings) at clinics. Many pro-lifers point out that this frees up more Planned Parenthood money to perform abortions.
After the undercover videos were made public, Senator James Lankford (R-Okla.) spoke emotionally on the floor of the Senate, declaring, “That’s a human being we’re talking about. It doesn’t bring any comfort to know that one child is torn apart so maybe they can do research on the child’s organs.”
However, despite such strong rhetoric, Lankford joined with many other Republicans in both houses of Congress for a $1.1-trillion omnibus budget that still provides taxpayer dollars for Planned Parenthood.
Many Americans have expressed outrage at what they considered the hypocrisy and impotence of the Republican Party on Capitol Hill. As one example, Billy Graham’s son Franklin publicly resigned from the Republican Party and declared himself to now be an Independent, explaining,
After all the appalling facts revealed this year about Planned Parenthood, our representatives in Washington had a chance to put a stop to this, but they didn’t. There’s no question — taxpayers should not be paying for abortions. Abortion is murder in God’s eyes. Seeing and hearing Planned Parenthood talk nonchalantly about selling baby parts from aborted fetuses with utter disregard for human life is reminiscent of Joseph Mengele and the Nazi concentration camps!
But the current controversy should raise another question in the minds of all Americans: If the gruesome practice of selling the body parts of aborted pre-born babies is so repulsive that it must not be tolerated, why is the practice of abortion itself tolerated? Is it somehow less repugnant to kill innocent human life via abortion than it is to harvest body parts form the aborted babies?

PLANNED PARENTHOOD SUES GROUP WHO RECORDED UNDERCOVER BABY ORGAN HARVESTING VIDEOS

WASHINGTON — The abortion giant Planned Parenthood has sued the group who recorded and released a series of undercover videos regarding the organization’s alleged harvesting and sale of the bodily organs of aborted babies.
As previously reported, the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) released nearly a dozen videos last year in its “Human Capital” series, after it had posed undercover as a fetal tissue procurement company to see what representatives of Planned Parenthood might say about its practices.
The first video featured Planned Parenthood Medical Director Deborah Nucatola, who nonchalantly munches on salad and sips wine as she talks about adjusting the child so as not to crush certain organs due to the demand for the body part.
“I’d say a lot of people want liver. And for that reason, most providers will do this case under ultrasound guidance, so they’ll know where they’re putting their forceps,” she explains. “[Y]ou’re just kind of cognizant where you put your graspers. You try to intentionally go above and below the thorax, so that—-you know. We’ve been very good at getting the heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so ‘I’m not gonna crush that part. I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.’”
The second video showed Mary Gatter, the president of Planned Parenthood’s Medical Directors Council, haggling with undercover investigators about the compensation for the fetal organs, laughing, “I want a Lamborghini.” Other footage showed an actual aborted baby being dissected in a dish, with an assistant declaring, “Another boy!” and another video showed an abortionist laughing about how harvesting an intact baby head would be “something to strive for.”
Holly O’Donnell, a former procurement technician with StemExpress, which broke its ties with Planned Parenthood after the videos were released, explained in one video how she was asked to help harvest a brain for StemExpress. She provided gruesome details of how she cut up the baby’s face to get to the brain, all the while the child’s heart was beating.
But Planned Parenthood claims that the videos are false and were meant to “smear” the abortion giant.
“This case is about a network of anti-abortion extremists and the laws they broke in order to spread lies and harm Planned Parenthood,” Dawn Laguens, vice president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America told reporters. “This entire smear campaign is a fraud built on illegal acts and a web of lies.”
The organization is accusing CMP of violation of privacy, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of contract and trespassing, among other “crimes.”
While some state that the videos released by the group were heavily edited, CMP also posted the complete hours-long videos on YouTube for those who wanted to watch more than just the highlights of the discussions. CMP welcomed the suit in a statement on Thursday.
“Planned Parenthood is under investigation by the United States Congress and multiple law enforcement agencies, while their business is drying up and the public is turning against their barbaric abortion for baby parts trade. Now they are filing a frivolous lawsuit in retaliation for CMP’s First Amendment investigative journalism that has done nothing more than tell the truth about Planned Parenthood’s lawless operations,” it said.
“This last-ditch move of desperation is going to expose all of the sordid dealings of the California Planned Parenthood affiliates to the light of the legal system and the public will see them for the corrupt abortion and baby body parts profiteers that they really are,” CMP added.

Planned Parenthood Launches 2016 $20 Million Campaign Against Pro-Life Candidates: ‘You’re About to Be in For a Very Rude Awakening’

BY DR. SUSAN BERRY
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes

Planned Parenthood is warning all candidates who hope to win elections in 2016 that if they are not supportive of abortion on demand, they will have to deal with the nation’s largest abortion provider and its new $20 million campaign.
“Today we have a clear message for every politician who has threatened access to reproductive health care,” executive vice president of Planned Parenthood Action Fund (PPAF) Dawn Laguens said in a statement announcing the “I Vote Planned Parenthood Action” campaign. “You’re about to be in for a very rude awakening.”
Demonstrating the strong alliance between the militant pro-abortion and LGBT agendas, Laguens continues to seek out the support of minority and low-income voters:
You cannot embrace policies that dismiss the lives of women, of the LGBTQ community, of people of color, of low-income families, of young people, and expect to be elected by the American people. We’ve already seen millions across the country rise up against attacks on reproductive health care, and now, with the launch of I Vote Planned Parenthood Action, we’re getting organized. Make no mistake — the fight for 2016 starts today.
Still reeling from a series of undercover videos exposing the abortion business’ apparent practices of selling the body parts of unborn babies on the open market and altering the position of babies during abortions in order to harvest their intact organs, Planned Parenthood has been on defense over the past several months. Various congressional committees have been investigating the organization since the release of the videos, and a new House Select Panel has been formed to probe further into Planned Parenthood’s practices.
The group that claims abortion is “women’s healthcare,” however, is being helped by its close Democrat Party allies, some of whom have been appointed by House Minority Leader  Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA)  to the special investigative panel.
As Breitbart News reported earlier in November, the six Democrats appointed to the panel have received thousands of dollars in total campaign contributions from Planned Parenthood itself, as well as abortion lobbying groups EMILY’s List and NARAL.
In a statement to Breitbart News,  Rep. Diane Black (R-TN a GOP member of the House Select Panel probing Planned Parenthood – said, “We should not be surprised that Planned Parenthood would try to stack the deck with politicians who will look the other way when the organization faces legal and ethical turmoil.”
In the new video to launch Planned Parenthood Action Fund’s 2016 campaign, president Cecile Richards asserts:
Extremists made the 2016 election about attacking reproductive rights.
Enough is enough. With our supporters, we’re launching “I Vote Planned Parenthood Action.” We’ll organize and mobilize to elect lawmakers who are in our corner.
And politicians who side with these extremists, you are NOT my candidate.
We’re paying attention and we VOTE.
As CNN reports, Planned Parenthood is planning to spend at least $20 million fighting pro-life candidates in 2016.
“I have no doubt they will spend big to prop up candidates who support their position of abortion on demand, at any moment in pregnancy, funded off the backs of American taxpayers,” Black added. “We in the pro-life movement, and more broadly, Americans who understand abortion is simply not ‘health care,’ must be equally prepared to fight back with the truth.”
For Kristan Hawkins, president of Students for Life of America – the nation’s largest organization of pro-life youth – Planned Parenthood’s announcement of the amount it will spend on its new campaign reeks of hypocrisy.
“So Planned Parenthood is crying ‘poor me, don’t take my federal money’ when they are planning to spend upwards of $20 million this election cycle?” Hawkins tells Breitbart News.
“That’s almost laughable if it weren’t true,” she adds. “Why not put that money into their supposed healthcare facilities and help poor women obtain so-called ‘quality healthcare’? Or why not comply with state laws that demand abortion facilities operate within the same standards as other surgical facilities, or widen their hallways for the inevitable emergency, instead of whining about closing their doors?”
Planned Parenthood’s campaign will supposedly include “grassroots forums taking place across the country, where key volunteers and supporters will come together to discuss a policy agenda and make plans for holding politicians accountable.” The states of “Nevada, Iowa, New Hampshire, Ohio, Florida and Wisconsin — alongside communities of color and LGBTQ communities” are considered to be key target areas for the campaign. In addition, the group plans an ad buy for key states, such as New Hampshire, Nevada, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Father Frank Pavone, national director of Priests for Life, tells Breitbart News that while Planned Parenthood kicks off its new campaign, so is his organization.
“One of the differences between their campaign and ours is that while they rally their troops to elect more politicians who cannot respect the lives of little babies, we will mobilize voters to elect public servants who know the difference between serving the public and killing the public,” he explains. “The other difference between our campaign and that of Planned Parenthood is that we will win and they will lose.”
Pavone continues:
The public grilling of Planned Parenthood has not helped their cause, but only revealed their callousness, and the callousness of the Democratic members of the three committees in the House of Representatives that have held hearings about Planned Parenthood’s practices. While quite capable of mustering outrage against pro-life people and Republicans, these hypocrites could not express one ounce of outrage over the dismemberment of living children or the sale of their body parts.
That simply does not play well with voters who, across political lines and even across “pro-life/pro-choice” lines, have expressed their outrage at what has been exposed.
Pavone says Priests for Life will expose the Democrat members of the congressional committees that are investigating Planned Parenthood.
“We will expose the attitude of the Democrat Party itself toward late-term abortion and other atrocities of the abortion industry,” he adds. “We are confident that we will find once again that the last thing these abortion supporters want to talk about is abortion — and when you can’t even talk about what you’re trying to defend, that’s a clear sign that you are on the losing side.”
Hawkins says Planned Parenthood should hold off on spending its $20 million war chest.
“Cecile Richards should save that money for her legal defense fund,” she says.

Report: Planned Parenthood Defense Run By Anti-Social Conservative Group

BY DR. SUSAN BERRY
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes

A firm with a history of harassing individuals who donate to Republican social conservatives prepared the report Planned Parenthood is using to defend itself to members of Congress following its ongoing video scandal, a report says.

Planned Parenthood’s response was prepared by research firm Fusion GPS, which at the time of publication has a website that provides little to no information about the firm.
As Mark Hemingway observes at the Weekly Standard, however, Fusion GPS is “an opposition research firm with ties to the Democratic party and has a history of harassing socially conservative Republican donors, possibly on behalf of the Obama campaign.”
In May of 2012, the Wall Street Journal observed that Fusion GPS was responsible for conducting a smear campaign against Idaho businessman Frank Van der Sloot after it was revealed he had donated $1 million to a super PAC that supported then-GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney.
WSJ reported: “President Obama’s campaign website teed him up in April as one of eight ‘less than reputable’ Romney donors and a ‘bitter foe of the gay rights movement.’ One sin: His wife donated to an anti-gay-marriage campaign, of the kind that have passed in 30 or so states.”
Subsequently, a former Democrat Senate staffer, Michael Wolf, working for Fusion GPS, called the courthouse in Van der Sloot’s hometown asking for his divorce records.
In a story that seems mostly supportive of Planned Parenthood, Politico writes that the report shows, “there is no evidence that the anti-abortion group behind the attack made up dialogue.” Further, the report for Planned Parenthood acknowledged something important: “But the firm also wrote that it is impossible to characterize the extent to which the edits and cuts distort the meaning of the conversations depicted and that there was no “widespread evidence of substantive video manipulation.”
The videos have led to an eruption of outrage from the conservative base of the Republican Party and the pro-life community, featuring tens of thousands of Americans participating in protests throughout the country as well as demands to Congress that Planned Parenthood finally is cut off from taxpayer funds.
As The Hill reports, Fusion GPS claims it analyzed 12 hours of the videos, resulting in its discovery of dozens of splices that manipulated conversations.
“The short tapes are severely edited in ways that are definitely misleading and intended for the purpose of advocacy,” said Glenn Simpson, a partner at Fusion GPS – and former WSJ reporter – who analyzed the tapes.
According to Planned Parenthood executive vice president Dawn Laguens, Simpson said that dialogue from one Planned Parenthood medical director describing lab protocols was “cut and strung together” to give the appearance the official was discussing altering the abortion procedure.
“The tapes are not an accurate record of what happen,” Laguens said. “They are made to sound that they are talking about things they are not even talking about and to be put in the worst light.”
“We are certainly hopeful that leadership of the House and Senate will take action to correct the path that this is headed on,” said Laguens.
The Hill also observes, “The public relations push could also provide cover for allies of Planned Parenthood, whose attempts to help the organization have been hurt by the controversy surrounding the fetal tissue program.”
In her letter to Republican and Democrat House and Senate leaders, Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards claims her organization’s California affiliate receives a “modest reimbursement” of $60 per tissue specimen from a procurement company.
Richards adds:
[I] want to share information with you about the outrageous activities of anti-abortion activist David Daleiden. Mr. Daleiden and his associates have sought to infiltrate Planned Parenthood affiliates and unsuccessfully to entrap Planned Parenthood physicians and staff for nearly three years. It is clear they acted fraudulently and unethically – and perhaps illegally. Yet it is Planned Parenthood, not Mr. Daleiden, that is currently subject to four separate congressional investigations.
In response to Richards’ letter, Daleiden said in a statement:
Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards makes two key admissions today in Planned Parenthood’s letter to Congress: that Planned Parenthood gets paid $60 per baby body part harvested, and that Planned Parenthood doctors alter their abortion procedures to get higher-quality body parts. Both of these admissions speak to Planned Parenthood’s financial benefit and profit motive for supplying fetal tissue, and both are the points CMP’s videos have documented and illustrated from the very beginning. When a Tissue Procurement Organization handles all dissection, packaging, and shipping of fetal organs, and all Planned Parenthood does is spend 10 minutes consenting a patient, the $60 per body part harvested quickly adds up to illegal baby parts profit for Planned Parenthood. And when a Planned Parenthood doctor manipulates the abortion to get higher-quality baby parts, they are prizing Planned Parenthood’s financial interests ahead of women’s health.

LIBERTY UNIVERSITY DEFENDS DECISION TO INVITE DONALD TRUMP TO SPEAK ON MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY
BY HEATHER CLARK

LYNCHBURG, Va. — The president of Liberty University, which is stated to be the world’s largest Christian educational institution, is defending the school’s decision to invite Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump to speak during its Martin Luther King Day convocation.
“We chose that day so that Mr. Trump would have the opportunity to recognize and honor Dr. King on MLK day,” President Jerry Falwell, Jr. told reporters, noting that King had once stated that a person should not be judged by “the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”
“Liberty stands for that principle and I believe that Mr. Trump does as well,” Falwell said.
As previously reported, on Jan. 4, Liberty announced Trump’s upcoming appearance, and later provided guidelines for attendance as the university expects record crowds at the Jan. 18 event.
“Since Donald Trump last visited Liberty, our family has stayed in close contact with him and with his top aide, Michael Cohen,” Falwell said in a statement. “We are thrilled that they are taking time out of their extremely busy schedule to return to Liberty.”
But some students have planned a peaceful protest on that day, stating that Trump’s values are antithetical to King’s.
“Mr. Trump uses speech to divide along racial lines, gender lines, ethnic and national lines, and between those with disabilities and the healthy,” demonstration organizer Eli McGowan, a law student a Liberty, wrote on social media. “He encourages violence against the innocent and the peaceful. He acts as someone above forgiveness and reproach. All of these indicate he is not an acceptable option for a speaker on a day meant to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a man who sacrificed himself in the pursuit of peace, love, and equality.”
Falwell told the Lynchburg News & Advance on Tuesday that dissenting students “can do what they want outside, but they are going to be making fools of themselves.”
However, it is not only current students at Liberty who have expressed disapproval. Alumni Joel Ready of Ready Media also recently opined on social media that since Trump claims to be a Christian but denies it with his behavior, he should not be permitted to speak at the school.
“I’m deeply disappointed to hear that Liberty University has invited Donald Trump to speak at convocation,” he wrote.
Ready pointed to 1 Cor. 5:9-13, which reads in part, “I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.”
“Trump is the grotesque personification of everything that is wrong with American political discourse, and his repeated claims that he is a Christian should disqualify him from speaking at Liberty,” Ready wrote.
He said that he would instead like to see Liberty officials challenge Trump on his lifestyle, such as his three marriages, as well as his views on Planned Parenthood and his casino empire.
“I wish I believed that Liberty would make an effort to engage him on his contradictory stances, his recent financial and political support of Planned Parenthood, his unapologetic serial monogamy, how he built much of his fortune by preying on the addictions of the weak in his casinos or perhaps his godless views that he shared so gleefully the last time he was at Liberty to speak,” Ready stated.
But Liberty’s Student Government Association also posted on social media, although not specifically mentioning Trump, remarking that inviting those with whom the university may disagree helps its Christian witness.
“As a student body, we should be open to hear any influential person in their field of work. Regardless of whether we agree with their views and opinions, it is our responsibility to show Christian hospitality and respect,” the status read. “Showing someone who we disagree with hospitality and respect doesn’t forsake our values as followers of Jesus but helps our witness. Allowing our minds to be challenged as a result of others viewpoints should cause us to look to Scripture in search for truth.”
Ready stated that he has nothing against varying viewpoints and did not oppose the unbelievers who have spoken thus far, but opined that those who claim to be Christians should be held to a higher standard.
As previously reported, Trump raised concerns among some last July after having difficulty responding to a question at the Iowa Family Leadership Summit as to whether he has ever sought forgiveness for his sins.
“That’s a tough question,” he replied. “I am a religious person. People are so shocked when they find this out—I’m Protestant. … I go to church. I love God and I love my church.”
“But have you ever asked God for forgiveness?” interviewer Frank Luntz repeated, evoking laughter from the audience.
“I am not sure I have. I just go on and try to do a better job from there. I don’t think so,” Trump stated. “I think if I do something wrong, I think I just try and make it right. I don’t bring God into that picture. I don’t.”
The Republican presidential candidate further outlined to CNN’s Anderson Cooper days later that he doesn’t always see a need for forgiveness.
“If I make a mistake, yeah, I think [repentance is] great. But I try not to make mistakes,” Trump said. “Why do I have to repent, why do I have to ask for forgiveness, if you are not making mistakes? I work hard. I’m an honorable person. I have thousands of people who work for me. I have employed tens of thousands of people over the years.”
Some have also remarked that Trump has used more profanity than any other candidate they have seen run for the office of president.
“Over the course of his time on Twitter, including in some cases after he announced his presidential candidacy, Trump has tweeted or re-tweeted profanity on his account more than 100 times,” reports the Washington Post.
“[Trump’s swear] words render him unfit to be a presidential candidate, let alone president,” wrote radio host Dennis Prager in a National Review article entitled “Donald Trump’s F-Bombs” in 2011. “Any fool can curse in public. … Leading Republicans need to announce that there is no place in the Republican party for profane public speech. You cannot stand for small government without standing for big people.”
Commentator Michael Brown additionally noted concerns with Trump’s repeated practice of cutting others down to make himself look good, as well as “the issue of pride, the sin that is often at the root of a host of other sins (Is. 14:11-15), the sin which God resists (James 4:6), the sin which leads to destruction (Prov. 16:18).”

REPUBLICAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF PROPER ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT

Two more issues over the last Week have made the need for at least a resolution of impeachment necessary.

First  Obama’s clearly Unconstitutional actions in regards to his latest executive actions on Universal background checks demands a timely response.

Second  the recent revelation that the NSA has been reportedly sweeping up lawmakers’ conversations while snooping on Israel. Even further evidence for impeachment exists.  The real issue is whether or not the president was aware that members of Congress were being spied on. If that’s the case, and the president was aware of it, I believe that this is unconstitutional and an impeachable offense.

David  J. Agema

I have submitted and hope the RNC will adopt the following at our next meeting in a few short weeks.

RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF PROPER ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT

WHEREAS, The North American Law Center has presented evidence raising reasonable concerns that Barack Hussein Obama may be guilty of Usurpation of the Oval Office via criminal identity fraud; and,

WHEREAS, additional evidence from North American Law Center supports the charge that Barack Hussein Obama is further guilty of Malfeasance, misconduct and abuse of the Oval Office; and,

WHEREAS, further evidence suggests that Barack Hussein Obama is guilty of Aiding and Abetting known enemies of the United States; and,

WHEREAS, such high crimes, constitutional offenses and intrusions committed by numerous members of the Obama Administration, under the direction of Barack Hussein Obama, violates the Republican form of Constitutional self-governance guaranteed every State and every legal American citizen; and,

WHEREAS, this conduct has caused and continues to cause great harm to citizens of the United States by way of unsustainable national debt, unsecured borders, increased national security threats, an open threat to the peace and tranquility of life in the United States, as well as an assault on States and Individual Rights protected by our Constitution and Bill of Rights, and threatens the health and well-being of our beloved country, states, counties, towns and fellow citizens: and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. that the Republican National Committee strongly supports Articles of Impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama and all involved in these crimes as prepared and already presented to Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives by The North American Law Center for formal introduction to the House Judiciary Committee.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the Republican National Committee strongly calls upon every Republican Representative to take immediate action, in accordance with your oaths of office, to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution and the people of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, placing Articles of Impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama in the House Judiciary Committee to launch an investigation into the criminal acts and asks that Republican Party principles and values be followed by all elected Republicans.

Greedy Textbook Exec: Common Core,
‘It’s Never About The Kids’

CONSERVATIVE ACTIVIST JAMES O’KEEFE TARGETS COMMON CORE WITH NEW HIDDEN CAMERA VIDEO

Conservative activist James O’Keefe has targeted Common Core with a new video that purports to show that companies embraced the academic standards for their profit-making potential. It shows a woman identified as a textbook publishing employee saying that she “hates kids” and that aligning academic standards is “what they have to do to sell the books.”
“You don’t think that educational publishing companies are in it for the kids, do you?” the employee, identified as Dianne Barrow, an account manager for the publishing company Houghton-Mifflin, said in the heavily edited video released Tuesday by O’Keefe’s Project Veritas. “No, it’s all about the money.”
A woman who identified herself as Barrow, reached by telephone, told The Washington Post that she was fired Tuesday while at a sales meeting in Orlando. She said she was told she had put the company “in a bad light.”
She said she had not yet seen the video, but after being told about the statements attributed to her, she said they had been taken out of context. “None of those statements were standalone statements, and they were completely misconstrued,” she said.
Barrow, who said she began her career as a teacher, said she believes that Common Core is a good thing for children because it creates consistent academic expectations across the country. As for the statement about hating kids? “I said that as a joke,” she said. “Who hates kids?”
Linda Zecher, chief executive of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, moved quickly to distance the company from the video and the statements Barrow is shown making.
“Houghton Mifflin Harcourt is as appalled by these comments as we expect readers will be. These statements in no way reflect the views of HMH and the commitment of our over 4,000 employees who dedicate their lives to serving teachers and students every day,” Zecher said in a statement Tuesday.  “The individual who made these comments is a former employee who was with HMH for less than a year.”
O’Keefe, whose previous undercover videos have targeted Planned Parenthood and the left-leaning advocacy organization ACORN, has been accused of editing footage in order to promote his point of view. The new video is framed as evidence that Common Core was designed to be good for corporations, not for students — a common charge among anti-Common Core activists.
Common Core supporters condemned the statements in the video, saying that they weren’t representative of the movement to adopt common academic standards across the country.
“While there are bad actors in every profession, it would be wrong and irresponsible to suggest that a few isolated incidents are representative of the tens of thousands of dedicated teachers and educators who support high academic standards and devote themselves daily to ensuring kids are prepared for success after high school,” said Blair Mann, spokeswoman for the Collaborative for Student Success, a pro-Common Core advocacy group, in a statement.
Blair added: “Still this incident, however isolated it may be, underscores the importance of states and local school districts exercising fully their local control over decisions involving books and curriculum. Common Core Standards are state-initiated, state-created, state-adopted and completely voluntary K-12 standards in math and English that are comparable across state lines. And while these education goals allow parents to compare student progress, they do not put any entity – including textbook publishers or the federal government – in charge of local decision making.”
The film shows undercover activists posing as political consultants and speaking to Barrow about textbook publishing and apparently about Common Core, the national academic standards that have been adopted by more than 40 states. The standards are a frequent target for many conservatives, who say they are evidence of federal overreach in education.
Barrow never says the words “Common Core” in the 7-minute video. But she alludes to the fact that common academic standards are good for publishers, whose bottom lines benefit when they don’t have to tailor their textbooks to 50 different sets of state standards: “The fact that they have to align the educational standards is what they have to do to sell the books,” Barrow says in the video.
“You know it’s just like any business. If you’re selling t-shirts, you want your t-shirts to fit everybody.”
Barrow appears to criticize the publishing giant Pearson in the video, saying she used to work for that company. “It owns the world. You know? They just do underhanded things,” she said.
Pearson spokeswoman Laura Howe issued a statement in response Tuesday: “The comments in this video in no way represent Pearson’s values or business practices. They are offensive to our 40,000 employees, many of whom are parents, former teachers, or students themselves, and are dedicated to working each and every day to help people make more of their lives through learning.”

EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: TEXTBOOK EXEC REVEALS GREEDY TRUTH BEHIND COMMON CORE: ‘IT’S NEVER ABOUT THE KIDS’

“There’s always money in it,” admits publishing company executive

BY ADAN SALAZAR

“It’s never about the kids,” an executive for one of the largest Common Core textbook publishing companies admits in a recent undercover sting video released exclusively to Infowars.
“There’s always money in it,” according to Amelia Petties, Strategic Account Executive for Houghton-Mifflin Harcourt, who told undercover journalists with Project Veritas that rebranding Common Core would generate huge profits, kids be damned.
In the video, Petties claims the Common Core curriculum is here to stay, but that “slapping a new name on it” couldn’t hurt, “Because I can sell a shit ton of training around whatever you’re calling it.”
When asked whether the quality of children’s lessons ever influence the sales of textbooks, Petties replies, “It’s never about the kids.”
Petties’ admission makes her the second Houghton Mifflin representative to be caught on tape admitting that profits trump their textbooks’ educational value.
On Tuesday, Project Veritas released another video exposing questionable comments made by Houghton-Mifflin West Coast sales manager Dianne Barrow, who made it a point to proclaim, “I hate kids.”
“I’m in it to sell books,” Barrow told undercover reporters. “Don’t even kid yourself for a heartbeat.”
“It’s all about the money,” she added. “What are you, crazy? It’s all about the money.”
“You don’t think that the educational publishing companies are in it for education, do you? No, they’re in it for the money,” she stated.
Houghton-Mifflin Senior Vice President Bianca Olson confirmed to the Daily MailTuesday Barrow has since been terminated.
Project Veritas took off in 2009 after the group shed light on community organizer ACORN’s nefarious activities, and has since worked to expose voter fraud, the wide open border and now the dangers behind the Common Core curriculum.
The latest admissions will no doubt bolster the growing movement to repeal federal Common Core standards.
Amelia Petties has not yet responded to Infowars’ request for comment. Infowars is also awaiting reply from Houghton Mifflin.

Ex-Textbook Company Exec. Admits: Common Core Has Anti-American, Anti-Christian Agenda
VIDEO:
Islam is in and Christianity is out, the Founding Fathers are just “dead white guys,” “D**n the Second Amendment,” and people who oppose Common Core are “idiots.” These are just a few of the sentiments expressed by a former marketing executive for textbook publishing giant Pearson Education, as she reveals on hidden camera that the federal government’s Common Core and Advanced Placement U.S. History framework are designed to indoctrinate America’s children with a leftist world view.
Kim Koerber made the startling comments in the third video (below) of a Project Veritas series on Common Core, the controversial educational scheme Barack Obama has sought to impose on states nationwide. As Project Veritas reports, the former Pearson insider, “who now works for National Geographic, was caught on camera justifying the Common Core curriculum on the grounds of anti-American and unconstitutional values. ‘People that are not educated, Fox TV viewers, think that Common Core comes from the educated liberal groups and that’s why they are against it…,’ revealed Koerber to undercover Project Veritas journalists.”
Unaware she was being recorded, Koerber let her hair down — and the put-downs flowed freely. On the Founding Fathers she said, “I did a big presentation yesterday for AP US History and the AP US History agenda was set, until Texas got upset about it and they wanted to have their founders — they wanted founders in it. And it’s like, come on, the dead white guys did not create this country. It was a whole bunch of different kinds of people…. They want to talk about those dead white guys.”
Critics might wonder how Koerber would react if Martin Luther King were diminished by being characterized as merely a “dead black guy.” Regardless, history is what it is, not what social engineers might wish it to be. The fact is that all 56 signatories to the Declaration of Independence and all those who crafted our Constitution — the very foundation for our government — were white men.
But while this anti-American spirit characterizes Common Core, it’s nothing new. As I reported in 2006, “In the textbook Creating America (A better title would be Creating History), the authors identify 10 representative American heroes. But while neither Thomas Jefferson nor Benjamin Franklin was among them, the list does include: Abigail Adams, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Ida B. Wells, Queen Liliuokalani and … Zitkala-Sa…. Yet another book had five pages about Marilyn Monroe but only five lines about George Washington.”
Speaking of the Founders, John Adams wrote in 1796, “The Christian religion is, above all the religions that ever prevailed or existed in ancient or modern times, the religion of wisdom, virtue, equity and humanity.” But Koerber obviously disagrees. She also had the following exchange with the Project Veritas reporter:
Project Veritas: Christianity is totally out of the common core?
Koerber: Yes it is, totally. It’s not a core concept at all.
Project Veritas: But then there is a mention of other religions like Islam.
Koerber: Yeah well you have to because…
Project Veritas: So how did Islam get worked in?
Koerber: Islam … they said you have to talk about Islam, you have to talk about Judaism and you have to talk about Christianity and they wanted to make it big about Christianity; no it’s like, everybody needs to know about everything else.
In the same vein, Koerber also said that it’s “offensive to have these [Christian] prayers in the school board.” The reality, however, is that Congress has opened with prayers from the time of our nation’s very founding, evidencing how government — even the central government — could acknowledge God’s providence and appeal to Him for guidance. The phrase “the separation of church and state,” which Koerber claimed conservatives “don’t understand,” is not in the Constitution because it was a minority view when the document was crafted; and even among that minority, the “separation” involved keeping government out of religion, not religion out of government. As for the Establishment Clause, it merely prohibits the creation of a national church. Anyone saying otherwise is making the tacit claim that he understands the Constitution better than the men who wrote it.
While Koerber condemned conservatives for supposedly not wanting to teach all of the Constitution, she seemingly contradicted herself, saying that you “should know a little bit about” the document but “shouldn’t have to memorize the thing” and that it’s “not a necessity for the kids.” She also wasn’t very fond of some of it, saying “D**n the Second Amendment. I don’t think personal handguns need to be on anyone except the government, the police. What is the purpose of having a gun?” Of course, one could then ask: What’s the purpose of the police having guns? If Koerber can answer that question, she’ll be able to answer her own. Note that the Supreme Court ruled in 2005 that the police have no constitutional obligation to protect you from harm.
Koerber’s apparent contempt for our history and traditions not surprisingly extended to the old West. While defending Pearson’s insistence on relating to schoolchildren that there were prostitutes present during that era (as if that’s unusual), she said, “The Wild West was not a nice place. And our kids need to know that that’s what it was like, you know.”
The truth, however, is that the “Wild West” wasn’t all that wild. As the Independent Review wrote in its 2010 essay “The Culture of Violence in the American West: Myth versus Reality”: “Contrary to popular perception, the Old West was much more peaceful than American cities are today…. Actual history concludes that the civil society of the American West in the nineteenth century was not very violent.” The notion of a “Wild West” largely comes from Dime Western novelists, who, like modern filmmakers, fictionalized accounts of frontier happenings in order to make money and entertain the public.
Yet despite Koerber’s apparent ignorance, she calls opponents of Common Core “idiots.” But she also reveals that the textbook companies, in collusion with the government, are playing Americans for fools. Alluding to how Common Core is a money-making scheme, she revealed, “Anytime a change happens that has to be put in a textbook, suddenly the school district has to adopt new books.” Ka-ching.
The good news is that a great number of states are rejecting Common Core, and presidential hopefuls are speaking out against it. As Project Veritas writes:
“Nobody can win when you’re in favor of Common Core. It’s a disaster,” said Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump [speaking to a South Carolina audience]….
“I haven’t seen the video on Common Core,” said Senator Ted Cruz. “I saw that he [PV head James O’Keefe] did it. I’ve seen a lot of his other videos…. I’ll tell you this, as President I will instruct the Department of Education to end Common Core on day one.”
“The real issues for Common Core is the elites in our culture who want to indoctrinate our young people into a certain way to think, a certain belief structure, and it’s all spread out through Common Core,” said former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum.
For sure. And as Abraham Lincoln warned, “The philosophy of the school room in one generation will be the philosophy of government in the next.” Common Core today — communist corps tomorrow.
