Hillary Clinton said Trump’s words hurt people, but it was Hillary’s commands to DNC thugs on the ground that resulted in many injuries. She then blamed the Violence on Trump’s rhetoric. The state of Georgia is demanding copies of the sermons and related notes of a lay pastor who was fired by the Department of Public Health after it investigated what he said in his church.
But Dr. Eric Walsh is resisting, issuing a statement via his legal team that he will not comply with the demand from state lawyers.
The state’s demand is in response to a lawsuit filed by Walsh against the Department of Health charging discrimination based on his religion and other civil rights violations.
He’s getting support from a pastor who successfully fought off a demand by Houston officials for copies of his sermons.
Walsh’s ordeal began in May 2014 when he accepted an offer to become district health director with the state agency. Only a week later, a state official asked him to provide copies of sermons he had preached as a lay minister with a Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Lee Rudd, the agency’s human resources director, then assigned staff members to listen to the YouTube recordings immediately. Two days later, Walsh was fired.
At that point, lawyers with First Liberty Institute joined forces with the Atlanta legal team of Parks, Chesin & Walbert to file a federal lawsuit against the state agency.
Now, in response to Walsh’s lawsuit, the state has delivered a “Request for Production of Documents” that demands once again, among a flood of other paperwork, “copies of his sermon notes and transcripts.”
“This is an excessive display of the government overreaching its authority and violating the sanctity of the church,” said Jeremy Dys, senior counsel for First Liberty.
“No government has the right to require a pastor to turn over his sermons,” said Walsh in a statement released by his lawyers. “I cannot and will not give up my sermons unless I am forced to do so.”
Officials with the Georgia Department of Health declined to respond to a WND request for comment, instead referring a reporter to the state attorney general, who did not respond to a request for comment.
Walsh’s lawyers scheduled a news conference as a display of support.
On the guest list was Pastor Dave Welch of Houston, one of five pastors whose sermons were demanded by a lesbian mayor during her campaign to establish protections for her sexual preferences in city code.
WND broke the story when the city launched its action against the pastors and also reported when Rush Limbaugh described Parker’s actions as possibly “one of the most vile, filthy, blatant violations of the Constitution that I have seen.”
In a prepared statement Wednesday on Walsh’s case, Welch said, “I can’t believe I’m saying this, but Georgia’s demand is even worse than when the mayor of Houston demanded 17 different categories of materials, including sermons, from … us.”
Welch, the executive director of the Texas Pastor Council, said what is happening to Walsh is “worse than what happened in Houston for multiple reasons.”
“First, this is state government coming after a pastor, not just a rogue mayor in one city,” he said. “Also, the state is demanding much more material: sermons, sermon notes, all documents without even topical or time limits. It could even include margin notes in this pastor’s preaching Bible. It’s almost as if they are ransacking the pastor’s study. This sweeping demand is ominous and a threat to every pastor, every church, every denomination, and every citizen of faith in America.”
Leaders of Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee, part of the nation’s largest public policy women’s group with 500,000 members, also came to Walsh’s defense.
Penny Nance, CEO, said: “The words of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., that, ‘Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere,’ still reverberate today – especially as we witness the ‘Gestapo-like’ tactics of his native state. The state of Georgia’s blatant attack on religious freedom, as they discriminate against another pastor, Dr. Eric Walsh, is indeed a threat to every American, whatever our religious beliefs.
“Can there be a clearer violation of our First Amendment right to religious freedom than for the state to monitor, examine, and retaliate against a person because of the sermons they share?”
WND reported earlier on the case brought against the state after its officials reviewed Walsh’s sermons and then fired him.
“No one in this country should be fired from their job for something that was said in a church or from a pulpit during a sermon,” Dys told Fox News when the case was filed. “He was fired for something he said in a sermon. If the government is allowed to fire someone over what he said in his sermons, they can come after any of us for our beliefs on anything.”
The original state investigation of Walsh’s sermons apparently was sparked by “one complaint” from an official with a county Democratic Party and “gay activist.”
State officials also joked about informing Walsh of his firing.
The telephone call was between Dr. Patrick O’Neal, an agency official, and Kate Pfirman, an agency financial officer. The call was captured on an answering machine, which also caught their conversation after they thought they had hung up.
Pfirman said: “And I’m gonna be very – I’m gonna try to come off as very cold, because I don’t want to say very much. If I try to make it warm – I’ve thought that through, it’s gonna just not – there’s no warm way to say it anyway.”
Then there was laughter from both parties.
O’Neal then said to inform Walsh, “You’re out,” and there was another round of laughter.
“It’s very funny,” Pfirman said.

A doctor who said he was fired from his position with the state of Georgia because of his Christian faith said new documents prove his claims.
The battle between Dr. Eric Walsh and the Georgia Department of Public Health has brewed for some time, but Wednesday he unveiled a big development.
In May of 2014, Walsh accepted a position as the District Health Director for Georgia’s Department of Health. Just one week later, he got a call from the state telling him he was fired.
Walsh said two days before his termination state employees called with questions about his work with the Seventh Day Adventist Church. The department asked to view sermons he had given on topics ranging from sexuality, to marriage, to science and politics.
Walsh has maintained since day one that he was fired for his Christian beliefs, but the state has always denied that. Fast forward to now. Walsh is embroiled in a legal battle with the state and the state has now demanded he turn over every document relating to his service as a pastor for the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Walsh and his attorneys said it is simple. If his faith played no role in his firing, why would documents about his Christian faith play any role in his lawsuit against the state?
“That means that every scrap of paper that Dr. Walsh has scribbled an outline on has to be produced. Every megabyte from the computer that he worked on to produce the sermon those have to be produced now to the state of Georgia,” said Jeremy Dys, First Liberty Institute. “In fact, even the notes that he has written in the margin of his preaching bible, that bible will have to be produced to the state of Georgia. That is wrong.”
“My faith has fueled me, and I want to be able to protect faith of others. So, I really have no intention of turning over the sermons,” said Dr. Eric Walsh.
That question will play out in court because Walsh said he has no intention of complying with the demand.
FOX 5 News has reached out to the state for a comment, but did not hear back from them by early Wednesday evening.
In the past, the state has claimed that during the background check process it learned Dr. Walsh failed to disclose outside employment to his previous public health employer. The state said that is a violation of their policy and California law and is the reason Dr. Walsh lost his job.

State of Georgia fires public health official over sermons. Dr. Eric Walsh is an expert in public health with multiple advanced degrees. He has served as the director of the City of Pasadena’s Public Health Department, was appointed to President Obama’s Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDs and also served as an associate pastor for his church. PUPILS at a primary school were forced to chant “Allahu Akhbar” and “there is no God but Allah”, an appalled father has claimed.
The father of the pupil at the girl’s primary school in German ski resort Garmisch-Partenkirchen discovered that his daughter had been forced to learn the Islamic prayer when he discovered a handout she had been given.
He claimed she had been “forced” by teachers to memorize the Islamic chants and forwarded the handout to Austrian news service unsertirol24.
The handout read: “Oh Allah, how perfect you are and praise be to you. Blessed is your name, and exalted is your majesty. There is no God but you.”
It had been given to the girl during a lesson in “ethics” at the Bavarian school.
Headteacher Gisela Herl did not confirm the incident when questioned, but said the school would issue a written statement detailing its position in the coming week.
The incident comes just weeks after parents complained to German newspaper Hessian Niedersächsische Allgemeine (HNA) that their children’s nursery was refusing to acknowledge “Christmas rituals” to accommodate the “diverse cultures” of other pupils.
The Sara Nussbaum House daycare center in Kassel refused to put up a Christmas tree, tell Christmas stories or celebrate Christmas in general because it said only a minority of pupils were Christian.
A spokesman for Kassel explained: “There will be no Christmas celebrations, in the strictest sense. Because the majority of children at this kindergarten are not Christian the festival will not be celebrated in the way that it is at other schools.”…

Let us keep in mind that there are not many differences between the D.C. Beltway elitist class politicians of either party. Saying that, I am not necessarily fighting for Donald Trump. I am fighting for the soul of America and the preservation of the Constitution from a self-inflicted wound of an Obama administration.
For the moment, Donald Trump remains our only election hope and a barrier that will stop this trend of devastation, that is the Obama-Hillary wrecking ball. I am calling on you, the individual freedom-loving person, to play your part in the defense of freedom by stopping Hillary Clinton at the polls.
We have been warned of three kinds of people: charlatans, demagogues and politicians. And, more often than not, someone like Hillary Clinton will rise up represents all three of these characters wrapped into one.
Hillary Clinton’s corruption is comprised of many proportions. It covers her private, professional, and political life. There are also various overlays. Her use of a personal email server overwhelms all three phases. With Hillary, one never has to overstate. Her wrongdoings speak for themselves, very loudly. She makes deceitful statements to get out of trouble and at the same time attempts to hoodwink both the press and voters.
Hillary Clinton is just one more in the history of unforgettable morally decadent leaders like Stalin, Zedong, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Hitler, Jong-Un, and the list goes on.
For as long as there are individuals and politicians motivated by greed and selfishness, there will be a vacuum for an immoral leader to help them achieve their goals.
The DNC, once a viable representative of what was good and honorable in America, has become the personification of greed, corruption and self-centeredness.
While we go to the polls in three weeks, let us keep in mind that we are faced with the insidious, multifaceted, and most deadly threat of both progressivism and Islamism.
Since Islam has been around for centuries, there is a tendency to ignore or even deny the threat it poses to humanity. Various concessions are made, some of them as good faith offerings and some in the hope of placating Islamists. Yet, concessions to threats are nothing more than appeasements. And appeasements have never solved any problems. They only whet the appetite of the aggressor, give it more power, and make it even more dangerous.
Our Western liberals who actively aid and support an evil ideology that is practiced by a number of regimes are, in fact, “Useful Idiots” and their strange but pleased Islamist bedfellows use them as pawns. In the recent past it was the socialist evils of Nazism and Communism that also used Muslim hatred to further their goals. Apparently evil wears many masks.
Islamists, with the help liberal leftists, take advantage of the provisions of the most benign system known to humanity, democracy, to implode it from within.
Islamists, by sheer numbers, will soon be in a position to vote out democracy in many countries, including the U.S. They will elect Muslims to all positions of local influence, who will create and enforce policy according to the Quran. Once they have control over a town, they will begin to establish informal Sharia, and there’s nothing the government can (or will want to) do about it.
Multicultural diversity is the elephant in the room allowing the ultimate incursion and inclusion of Sharia law into Western governments and into our way of life. To put it mildly and nakedly, the West is on the road to Sharia.
I have warned in the past that President Obama’s ill-advised coziness with the Muslim nations would bring down our nation faster than any foreign enemy. With the “selection” of Hillary Clinton as the next president, this dream and mission will be accomplished since the Obama administration could not possibly finish us off in eight years.
The U.S. administration must represent the people of America rather than catering to Muslims and Muslim organizations and keep repeating the same mantra of its peacefulness while American soldiers die by the religion of peace both near and far. Appointing devout Muslims in high and sensitive governmental places is also a risky business and a threat to our national security.
The message is clear. Beware of people like Hillary Clinton who knowingly and willingly serve as the greatest volunteer and an effective soldier of Islam. And if she becomes president, she will pave the way for the advancement of Islam and she will most assuredly place all Americans at far greater risk by enabling this enemy.
Forget GOP and Democrat this time. There is only one American assignment given to those running for President on Nov 8th and it is indeed pass or fail. Serve America and her citizens – Protect her safety, economy, Judeo-Christian values, opportunities for all and freedoms or not. One candidate has continuously failed on all these levels over and over throughout her 30 year, money and power hoarding career.
Trump won the hard fought primaries in spades because he was taking on the endless F’s of the political, establishment, Hillary and media sell outs. Plain Spokane Trump has also given F’s for cheating, backdoor deals at our expense, ignoring the multi billion dollar and growing illegal immigration scam at our porous borders which feed a growing drug, gang culture and criminal enterprise in every state. He has called Hillary on her greed, endless lies, crimes and corruption concerning the email scandals, criminal and greedy Clinton Foundation, Benghazi, on and on. Hillary is the criminal and corruption gift that keeps on giving.
Trump and the American people give more F’s for crushing America’s state sovereignty and freedoms with Common Core and fraudulent and unaffordable Obamacare (now just days before the election health insurance premiums are sky rocking another 100-200% after they had already shot up to Mt. Everest levels before). Hillary says she is proud of both and we don’t give Obama the credit he is due. Well, I do - Obama gets an F – that is the credit he is due.
Trump is the only candidate who has promised to repeal both Obamacare and Common Core and respond with an affordable, better health plan and state controlled and freed up education for our children.
The F’s continue with Obama, fully supported by Hillary - gutting and downsizing our military, attacking Christians, freedom of speech and attacking gun rights at every turn.
The final grade is coming for both Candidates
Hillary gets an F because she has never and will never put God and Country at the top of her priorities. It will always be money and power – bowing down to the new world order, International and Islamic dictators and manipulators.
Trump gets an A because he has the courage to acknowledge and confront all the F’s on the table at the hands of Obama, Hillary, GOP establishment and media. He gets more A’s because he has specific, Constitutional and inspired plans to put God and America at the top again, while fixing all the Obama and Hillary damage to our schools, health care system, military, borders, businesses and jobs, energy system, reputation and safety.
There must be no more extra credit or grace for Hillary who continues to get F’s and not do America’s most simple assignments. Give her the big F on Election Day.
No matter what the fraudulent polls, mainstream media and Trump haters say, remember – Trump has shown up, continued to get A’s with courage, honesty and plans to heal, prosper and fix America. He has done this almost all alone…except for the majority of the American people who are sick and tired of voting in more Fs. Vote for an A – Vote Trump on election way and watch us all win big.

I was told by John Kehoe, a representative of Media Agency in London that the London buses would not accept my ads, despite the fact that the buses were running ads proclaiming the greatness of Allah. It was Media Agency that suggested I run the ads on taxis instead. I agreed.

But here’s the thing: the ads never ran.
Transport Media lied. They said that hundreds of our ads were running on London taxis. When I asked for proof of placement – environmental shots of taxis bearing the ads on London streets – they stopped answering my emails.
If the ads had been running, there would have been an uproar in the dhimmi British media. The Guardian would have been furious that we dared to insult Muhammad by quoting his exact words.
Also, don’t you think that if the ads had been running, every Muslim cabbie in London (i.e., every cabbie in London) would have been on strike and up in arms (some literally) and refusing to drive, or peeling off the ads, etc.?
But there was nothing. Not one word.
The ads never ran. These perfidious Albionites to lie to you and take your money. They never ran the ads.
Can you imagine what would happen if they tried to pull this on jihad or Sharia groups?
On June 28, I wrote the following to Kehoe and Conneely, as well as to my attorneys in Britain:
Please immediately supply environmental (street) photos of these taxis featuring our ads running around London. Despite your assurances that they are running, we have received no reports from our numerous contacts in the city of any sightings of these taxis. There has been no discussion of them, either pro or con, in social media or in the British press. Given the highly controversial nature of the ads in light of the British political scene today, it is virtually inconceivable that these ads would run without either a murmur of dissent or one single affirmation of support.
We can only conclude that your assertions that they are running are not accurate, and unless we receive atmospheric photos forthwith, we will be undertaking discussions with our British attorneys (cc’d here) about possible legal action.
And so this week, we filed suit, through my British law firm, Taylor Rose. In response, the Media Agency actually claimed that the picture I photoshopped above was evidence that the ads ran! When we challenged that, they sent us photos of the ads on parked taxis — after repeatedly refusing to show us any evidence that the ads had run before. Their new photos were obviously an attempt to stop our suit: they put the ads on taxis, took the photos, and took them off. But their dishonesty was transparent.
We are not going to sit by and be defrauded. These ads should have run, and the British police should have been poised to defend the freedom of speech. After the Muslim mayor banned advertisements on buses and subways of bikini-clad women, what would have been more appropriate (or needed) than our new ad campaign?
This is yet another example of the crushing imposition of Islamic law in Britain — from my being banned from entering the country for the crime of opposing jihad, while the most vicious Islamic preachers who incite to violence and murder are routinely allowed in, to the new Muslim mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, banning advertisements featuring women in bikinis and promising more Sharia enforcement against so-called “anti-Muslim hate speech” – while his transit authority is stealing tens of thousands of dollars from those of us who are fighting for our most basic freedoms.
But this lawsuit is expensive. It has already cost us over $35,000, and more charges will be coming. No British attorneys will work for us pro bono. This is an important fight for the freedom of speech — will you help us make a stand?

This new video by Project Veritas and James Okeefe exposes massive fraud and corruption going on within the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democrat party as a whole.
In the effort to prove the credibility of the undercover donor featured in the videos and to keep the investigation going, Project Veritas Action made the decision to donate twenty thousand dollars to Robert Creamer’s effort. Project Veritas Action had determined that the benefit of this investigation outweighed the cost. And it did. In an unexpected twist, AUFC president Brad Woodhouse, the recipient of the $20,000, heard that Project Veritas Action was releasing undercover videos exposing AUFC’s activities. He told a journalist that AUFC was going to return the twenty thousand dollars. He said it was because they were concerned that it might have been an illegal foreign donation. Project Veritas Action was pleased but wondered why that hadn’t been a problem for the month that they had the money.
This past Monday, October 23rd, 2016 false teacher, Rick Warren started promoting what he calls the “personalize-it method” of Bible meditation. In other words, this could be summed up as the “Narcissistic method” of Bible interpretation. At Rick Warren’s Daily Hope website under the devotional section Rick Warren explains:
“Put your name in the text, and you’ll strengthen your faith and encourage yourself.”
Is this biblical? Should we be substituting our names in place of pronouns or nouns that we already find in the Bible? The short answer is —NO! In the Word of God, we find nowhere the instructions to do what Rick Warren is telling us to do. One can search the Scriptures endlessly and will come up empty-handed, never finding this concoction that Warren is promoting. Then what is the Bible about, if it’s not about us? The Bible is about Christ from the first to page in Genesis to the last page of the book of Revelation. The Bible is not about us or our story; rather it is about what Christ did for us on the Cross. It is about our sin debt being canceled at the Cross as stated inColossians 2:14.The end goal being the glorification of the Father, for sinners to be made righteous by Christ’s atonement. Which is then brought forth in the culmination of Christ’s righteousness imputed to us so that we are made clean before a holy and righteous God.
While we should, by all means, practice methods of strengthening our faith through the reading of Scripture, prayer, and fellowship with the brethren; inserting our names into God’s Word is not one of these ways. Rick Warren is walking a very dangerous line with his “personalize-it” method of Bible meditation where the outcome could radically change the meaning of those “personalized” verses. We are told throughout Scripture not to make alterations to the Word. The personalization of Scripture would also fall under this category. If we are willing to accept changing the Word of God by personalizing it with our names, what other changes are we prepared to allow? This seemingly simple and innocent tactic of altering the Scriptures opens the door to possibly larger heretical alterations in teaching and theology.
While Rick Warren may be trying to make the Scriptures more personal, God’s inherent Word does not need any help from this false teacher or any man for that matter. God’s Word is already personal enough and has been for over 2000 years. All one must do is read it. If one needs to make the Word of God more personal than it already is, it could be because that person lacks a personal relationship with the personal Savior — Jesus Christ.

VATICAN CITY — Pope Francis urged Lutherans to set aside doctrinal differences Thursday and work with Catholics to care for the poor, the sick and refugees as he laid out his vision for greater communion before his visit to Sweden later this month.
Francis greeted about 1,000 Lutherans who were visiting the Vatican on an ecumenical pilgrimage. They had arrived in Rome from Germany, where Martin Luther famously sparked the Protestant Reformation by nailing his 95 theses to a church door to challenge the abuses of the Catholic Church.
Francis will mark the 500th anniversary of the start of the Reformation with his Oct. 31-Nov. 1 visit to Sweden, where he will participate in an ecumenical service with the Lutheran World Federation.
Like his predecessors, Francis has reached out to Protestants, Orthodox and other Christians to heal Christianity’s divisions. But unlike his predecessors, Francis has said theological differences should be put aside so Christians can work together on issues of pressing social concern, including caring for the poor, the environment and helping Christians under assault in Iraq and Syria. On Saturday, Republican presidential contender Donald Trump laid out his plan for the first 100 days of his administration, if elected. His “contract with the American voter” proposes a number of significant changes that, if instituted, would change the landscape of American politics in ways that most establishment politicians would not even consider.
“It is a contract between myself and the American voter and begins with restoring honesty, accountability and change to Washington,” he explained to a small group of supporters in attendance.
With a more serious tone than we’ve generally seen from the Republican contender, Trump began his speech at the Eisenhower Complex in Gettysburg by addressing some of the major problems plaguing the nation today, including radical Islamic terrorism, a weak economy, and impotent leaders. “We will drain the swamp in Washington, D.C., and replace it with a new government of, by and for the people,” he said. “That is why I have chosen Gettysburg to unveil this contract.”
He also took the opportunity to reiterate that Hillary Clinton should have been precluded from participating in this presidential election because of the scandals involving her e-mails and the Clinton Foundation, and noted that a vote for Clinton would be a vote for four more years of Obama’s policies. “Hillary Clinton is not running against me,” he said. “She is running against change.”
Trump also stated that he did not need to run for president, but felt compelled to do so. “I am not a politician,” he also said Saturday. “But when I saw the trouble our country was in, I felt I had to act.”
During his speech, Trump acknowledged the women who have recently come forward with claims of sexual misconduct against him. “Every woman lied when they came forward to hurt my campaign,” said Trump, adding, “All of these liars will be sued after the election is over.”
He also hinted at the possibility of suing the political operatives who planted protesters at his rallies to provoke violence, and accused the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign of being behind those protesters, a claim that recent videos by Project Veritas has backed up.
Meanwhile, Trump’s address proposed several major items that he believes are necessary in order to combat government corruption, including term limits through a constitutional amendment, a proposal that resonates with many voters. But while the idea of term limits is an alluring notion for those who are frustrated with the politics-as-usual establishment lawmakers in Washington, it would do more harm than good, as it would create a partially lame-duck Congress every session — politicians who cannot be held accountable by voters and so have no real reason to do the will of their constituents. Likewise, given the government’s willingness already to violate the Constitution, the addition of another amendment would not likely prohibit lawmakers from circumventing it also.
Another of Trump’s proposals geared toward bringing significant change to Washington is a five-year ban on White House and congressional officials becoming lobbyists after they leave government service. Additionally, he said he would impose a lifetime ban on White House officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign government, as well as a hiring freeze at some federal agencies.
Trump also announced that for every new federal rule issued, two existing regulations would be eliminated.
Ever the negotiator, Trump’s plan for the first 100 days includes renegotiating NAFTA and withdrawing from the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
On immigration, his plan includes deporting criminal illegal immigrants, cutting funding to sanctuary cities, and the imposition of mandatory minimum prison sentences for illegal immigrants who re-enter the country after being deported. He also stated that he would suspend immigration from terror-prone nations.
Trump also used his address to criticize the liberal media, which he contends has rigged the election against him. “They’re trying desperately to suppress my vote and the voice of the American people,” he declared.
In fact, Trump stated that the media has become much too powerful and has abused its power by directing news coverage. In an effort to combat this abuse of power, he announced that his administration would undo a deal between AT&T and Time Warner that would ultimately result in the creation of a media conglomerate.
“As an example of the power structure I’m fighting,” said Trump, AT&T is buying Time Warner and, thus, CNN — a deal we will not approve in my administration, because it’s too much concentration of power in the hands of too few.”
He said that he would have never approved the acquisition of NBC Universal by Comcast Corp in 2013, since those mergers “destroy democracy” and “poison the mind of the American voter.”
“The Comcast purchase of NBC concentrates far too much power in one massive entity that is trying to tell the voters what to think and what to do,” Trump declared. “Deals like this destroy democracy, and we’ll look at breaking that deal up and other deals like that. This should never ever have been approved in the first place. They’re trying to poison the mind of the American voter.”
According to Trump, the media has been far too complicit in the slander against him by his female accusers who are alleging sexual misconduct. “When a simple phone call placed with the biggest newspapers or television networks gets them wall to wall coverage with virtually no fact-checking whatsoever, here is why this is relevant to you,” he said. “If they can fight somebody like me who has unlimited resources to fight back, just look at what they could do to you, your jobs, your security, your education, your health care.”
Other notable recommendations in his speech include tax breaks for the middle class, and the replacement of ObamaCare with a health savings account program. Trump also indicated that he would cancel payments to the United Nations on programs related to climate change. Those dollars, he stated, would instead be used to fix infrastructure in the United States.
Additionally, he vowed to cancel every “unconstitutional executive action” enacted by President Obama. “Change has to come from outside our very broken system,” he said. “The fact that … the Washington establishment has tried so hard to stop our campaign is only more proof that our campaign represents the kind of change that only arrives once in a lifetime.”
Saturday’s speech, perhaps the most detailed one that Trump has given during his candidacy for president, provided a great deal of insight into what a Trump administration would seek to accomplish. “I am asking the American people to rise above the noise and the clutter of our broken politics, and to embrace that great faith and optimism that has always been the central ingredient in the American character,” he said. “I am asking you to dream big.”
There are millions of Americans who still believe in the land of the free and home of the brave. They still believe in their minds that they are free, a freedom that had to be written in blood in the Declaration of Independence and codified into law by the U. S. Constitution. That Progressives, for more than 100 years, have done everything in their power to strip those millions from their freedom does not diminish that mindset. In fact, that mindset grows even deeper and more set in stone, as the attempts to destroy freedom increases. At a certain point, that mindset suddenly erupts into revolution or civil war, as it has since the dawn of time. We haven’t reached that point yet, but we have no cause to doubt that it is coming if America insists on staying on this insane course that will only end in national suicide, chaos and anarchy.
If you squeeze a ripe tomato in your hand, it will eventually ooze out between your fingers. The pressure on the American“freedom tomato”literally grows by the day, by a government and special interests that care not one whit about freedom, nor do they care about their duty to preserve, protect and defend that freedom. One political party in that government only cares about perpetuating its power by any means, but more particularly by buying votes with all of the other people’s money. They have been hugely successful to the point that the Founder’s image of freedom now lies in ruin and the nation is awash in an un-payable, ever-growing debt. Progressives have only been successful because America is such a rich country. But now, there is no more money in the public treasury to dole out for votes, unless the government prints it ….. or borrows it. Can European-style socialism be on the near horizon? Without a doubt!
An Obama presidency, and many Progressive presidents before him, all the way back to President Wilson, started increasing the pressure on the“tomato” of freedom. A Hillary presidency could push that pressure to a point at which the “tomato” begins to ooze out between the fingers of a very angry nation. At the moment when the oozing begins, the seeds of revolution will be born. We wonder why the revolution didn’t start over 100 years ago when the bankers and the government colluded to give us the 16th Amendment from which the non-federal Federal Reserve and the much-hated IRS were born.
Along comes Hillary Clinton who is crude, mean, insanely ambitious, arrogant, and hopelessly corrupt. Here is what a corrupt Hillary Clinton will do as President of the United States?
It is a given. Hillary is pre-disposed to continue the Obama doctrine of“fundamentally transforming” America into his distorted vision of what he considers to be a seriously flawed nation. She will continue his FAILED economic, financial, environmental, climate change, educational, energy, immigration and foreign policies and make them worse.
Under a Hillary presidency she will allow the federal bureaucracies to run amok, passing rule after rule on guns, the environment, climate change, education, energy, immigration and God knows what else. There will be no constitutional challenge for any of these new rules even though most will be unconstitutional.
Hillary’s foreign policy will be a carbon copy of Obama’s. ISIS will not be defeated and they will be free to continue their rein of terror on the entire planet. American civilians will die in small and large terrorist attacks and the CIA, NSA and the FBI won’t be able to stop them. Our sports stadiums, our malls, our theaters, our carnivals, our parades, our churches, our trains, planes and buses and a whole host of other places where people congregate, will be the terrorists’ soft targets of opportunity. The carnage will continue to grow by the year unless the U. S. Military and America’s allies crush radical Islam once and for all. But we guarantee, Hillary won’t do it.
Her environmental policy will be a radical environmentalist’s dream-come-true. More private land will be locked up or rendered useless by unimaginably large buffers, or outright confiscation. Government allotment land, used by ranchers for more than two centuries to raise cattle and sheep, will be walled off from agricultural and public uses for the sake of the environment and for establishing a massive, no-humans-allowed, wildlife corridor network. Environmental groups will be free to sue the government for endangered species and reap huge profits off the taxpayer. Private property rights will essentially go extinct which is what every national and international environmentalist wants. If the truth be known, every environmentalist would gladly repeal the 5th Amendment that requires due process and just compensation for government takings of private land. If you are a rural landowner and Hillary gets elected, you had better get NARLO’s 18″ x 24″ powerful, legally intimidating, constitutional NO TRESPASSING signs installed on your property post haste.
Hillary and her Department of Justice will go wild suing states over voting rights to the point that every adult in America, whether legal or not, will be able to vote. This will increase the voter rolls for Democrats and the Party of Lincoln will cease to exist, if it hasn’t gone extinct already.
Hillary and the Democrats are proposing that Washington DC become a state. Their goal is blatantly obvious. Well over 90% of Washington DC would vote Democrat.
Hillary and her gang of tag-along Democrats want to mandate a $15.00 minimum wage all across America. If you are young person just leaving high school and looking for a job, forget it. Entry-level jobs will no longer be available because every job, according to the Democrats, must have a “living” wage, whatever that is?
Mrs. Bill, adulterous, Clinton wants to nationalize public preschool so she and her cutthroat Democrats can brainwash the nation’s five-year olds in the wonders of a “free” Progressive, compliant lifestyle. Like Hitler, Democrats know that if they can indoctrinate the young, our most vulnerable citizens will be Progressives for life, no matter what their parents believe. This is no accident ladies and gentlemen. This has been pre-planned since the early part of the 20th Century.
Like all Democrats, Hillary never saw a tax she didn’t like. According to Pew Research, 16% of the top taxpayers in America pay 79.4% of all taxes collected by the IRS. 2.7% of all taxpayers pay over half of the taxes collected. Forty Seven (47%) percent of the people pay no taxes at all and in fact reap cash benefits from the taxpayer who must pay taxes. Her goal is to tax the Hell out of wealthy Americans (the 16%) because they aren’t paying their “fair share”, according to her and all other Democrats. Please, please, will someone describe in detail what “fair share” means? To a Democrat “fair share” means every dime the rich makes. When the government takes all of the money from the wealthy, who then will create the jobs and invest in businesses and business start-ups? No one!
Hillary will do nothing about America’s open borders, or try to stem the tide of illegal immigration, drugs and human trafficking. She will let in tens of thousands of Muslim refugees who will suck up billions in taxpayer dollars for subsistence, take American jobs and some will kill us at theaters, sports stadiums and shopping malls. The Democrat platform states that it wants open borders and everyone can come to America and share in her “bounty” that is no more. This isn’t for compassion it’s for votes. Democrats know that most of the immigrants will vote Democrat, immediately after the Democrats are successful in granting all illegal aliens AMNESTY! Some illegal immigrants are already voting.
But one of the worst things that Hillary will do is to “stack” the U. S. Supreme Court, ala FDR, to ram through her anti-American, unconstitutional, socialist agenda, with set-in-stone Supreme Court decisions, like Obama Care and gay marriages. The damage this “Hillary” court will do to constitutional freedom, the Bill of Rights, the natural order and the American Judeo-Christian culture is immeasurable and probably irreversible.
And let’s not forget Obama Care. Hillary and the Democrats will keep Obama Care and then move forward with a plan to shove a “single payer” system down the throats of every American.
Hillary says she is all for the Second Amendment but don’t you believe it. She hates the NRA. If she gets a Democrat-controlled Congress and a liberal U. S. Supreme Court, you can say Bye-Bye to the Second Amendment. Only the police, the military and the criminals will have guns, just like in England and Australia where the government took away the right of the people to own guns. It is so much easier to control the masses when they aren’t armed and can’t defend themselves. However, America is not England or Australia. If Hillary and the Democrats try to take away the guns from Americans, it may just start a revolution. Not all Americans will go quietly under the whip. Many have itchy trigger fingers already.
However, having said all this, everyone with any intellect knows that there is no guarantee of a positive outcome from revolution, or a civil war. But America is not so far gone that it can’t be turned around peacefully. And anyone with any intellect also knows that you can’t stop a loaded super tanker on a dime. It has so much inertia that it can take over a mile to stop it, even with all engines in reverse.
America is a super tanker of a sort and it will take a tremendous amount of energy to change course or stop it from sailing into a hurricane. That energy can only come from the people. Let’s just say for arguments sake that 10 million Americans made a list of CONSTITUTIONAL DEMANDS to government, backed up by one or both of two forces. The first force would be the force of law and the threat of massive lawsuits if the government didn’t comply. The second force would come from the promise for OPEN AND NOTORIOUS RESISTANCE of those 10 million people against unconstitutional laws and acts by government. To fund the effort those 10 million people would agree to pay $10.00 per month to an organization dedicated to delivering the DEMANDS and following through with the two forces. The other side has been doing it for years while our side yawns and complains.
We can tell you ladies and gentlemen, to turn the Super Tanker America around will not happen without the energy, dedication and commitment of at least 10 million Americans. Without that energy the path for America can only lead to revolution or worse ….. subjugation and slavery.
Yes, we can vote for Donald Trump and hope that he has the energy and stamina to start the process of restoring constitutional freedom, but without the dedicated backing of at least 10,000,000 Americans with their money, their mouths and their directed actions, he won’t be successful and will be voted out of office at the end of his first term. But if the people in large numbers don’t vote for Donald Trump and Hillary becomes President, it is doubtful that the Super Tanker America will ever be stopped from sailing into a hurricane where it will sink into the abyss of one-world socialism.
We have already tried the first Black president and we can all see how that turned out. Is the American experiment with freedom ready for the first women president, but worse, is the American experiment with freedom ready for a women president who is a carbon copy of America’s first socialist black president? God, we hope not!

Hillary’s Radical Training
There’s nothing new about radicals, camouflaging their agendas as moderates in order to disarm the public and their opposition. Devised by Communists, and originally from the likes of Lenin, they pretended to be democrats in order to form alliances with liberals, which would help them acquire the power to shut the democracy down. Saul Alinsky borrowed it for his use and taught multitudes how to use it, including Hillary Rodham Clinton. Her education with Alinsky began in 1961 when she was a freshman in high school.
It’s been used time and again throughout history. There’s really nothing new about these leftist radicals like Hillary, Kaine, Schumer, Pelosi, Sanders and the rest of the globalist ilk. They use the same agendas over and over again, and the dumbed down Americans fall for it. Why? Because the education was destroyed long ago, and the Soviet Polytech form of behavioral training replaced academic teaching. Gorbachev and Reagan struck the deals in 1985 and 1988, the US/Soviet Education Agreements, and that was the elimination of academic teaching.
Lenin and Castro were two of Alinsky’s heroes. He often used the slogan of Communist dictator, Mao Zedong, “political power grows out of the barrel of a gun.” The Black Panthers used it in the 60s, and still use it today.
The FBI Found Guilty
How interesting, however, was the fact that one Black Panther never wanted violence in order to promote change. His name was Elmer “Geronimo” Pratt. He served two combat tours in Viet Nam, reaching the rank of Sergeant, was honorably discharged, earning two Bronze Stars, a Silver Star and two Purple Hearts.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation targeted him in a COINTELPRO operation, which aimed to “neutralize Pratt as an effective BPP functionary.” Elmer was charged with a murder he didn’t commit, (he was 350 miles away at the time) the trial was a sham, marked by the prosecution’s deceitful withholding of exculpatory evidence and the presence of a government spy, still unidentified, inside the defense team. He was convicted and spent the next 27 years — eight of them in solitary confinement — in prison. During those years, there were multiple attempts to murder him.
Two lawyers, Johnny Cochran and Stuart Hanlon finally freed this innocent man and proved that the FBI and the government spy had set him up. Jack Olsen wrote the story about this amazing man, Last Man Standing, the Tragedy and Triumph of Geronimo Pratt. The book is a classic expose of how an innocent’s rights can be swept under the rug of politics and power. The FBI was sued for framing Pratt, and he was awarded the sum of $3 million after attorney’s fees. Unfortunately, it should have been millions more.
In 1968, the FBI put an innocent man in prison for 27 years. This was long ago, and they’re again showing their true colors with Hillary’s email scandal. But first, let’s go back a bit to Hillary’s past.
Hillary’s Home in Park Ridge, Illinois
Hillary has said many times that she grew up middle class. She stated, “My father loved to complain about big business and big government, but we had a solid middle class upbringing. We had good public schools. We had accessible health care. We had our little, you know, one-family house that, you know, he saved up his money, didn’t believe in mortgages.”
Yes, Hillary, I do know, because I was raised in Park Ridge, Illinois just like you were, but I lived in a newer part of town, where some of the homes were not nearly as upscale as those in your older and more wealthy neighborhood. And Hillary, your house was not a “little” one-family house, and very few people could pay cash for a home as your father did. Your parents gave you everything you wanted and needed and footed the bill for an expensive college education at Wellesley. You did not go from rags to riches, you were used to the good life, and now with the pay to play games you’ve pulled, you live in high luxury.
Somehow everything that comes out of Hillary’s mouth is a full-blown lie, or twisted truth.
FBI Dumps 100 Pages of Hillary Investigation
Even with much of this document redacted, there is damning information within it. Hillary should not be anywhere near the White House, much less running for the high office of President. Understand that this is from someone inside the FBI, it is not a WikiLeaks hacked email.
If you fully understand what the FBI is saying in these 100 pages, then you have to ask, how could the FBI decide this was not actionable? It’s so explosive, and Obama knew she was using a private server because he was communicating with her on it. So, when he told the public he heard about it on the news, he was lying, just like Hillary!
One of Hillary’s lines of defense was to claim, falsely, that she never sent or received classified documents on her off-the-books email system. But she did, and it was covered up, by the FBI, by the State Department, and by the White House.
In Jim Kouri’s recent article, he states that Hillary also told General Petraeus to use her private email and thousands of those are missing from the 30,000 emails.
Government Protection of Hillary and Obama
In this FBI doc, an unidentified FBI employee says he was “pressured” to change the classification of an email to render it unclassified. This pressure came from someone within the FBI, who said he had been contacted by Undersecretary of State Patrick Kennedy, who “had asked his assistance in altering the email’s classification in exchange for a ‘quid pro quo.’” The quid pro quo was that, if the FBI would say the email was unclassified, the State Department would allow the FBI to “place more Agents in countries where they are presently forbidden.”
Okay, so then a meeting was called, an “all agency” meeting at the State Department to discuss the classification review of the Hillary Clinton emails. By all agencies, they meant CIA, DIA, FBI, and members of the State Department and who knows who else, and Patrick Kennedy presided!
They discussed declassifying her classified emails to protect her! All of these agencies! What a set up! What protection! And don’t forget that it also protected Obama!
How many are in prison today for doing a miniscule amount of what Hillary did!
FBI Complicit
After the meeting, Patrick Kennedy called the FBI and wanted them to go along with the plan, but they refused to declassify. He asked to speak to someone else and was connected to Michael Steinbach. Here’s where they made their deal.
Prior to ending the conversation, Kennedy asked whether the FBI or STATE would conduct the public statements on the matter. Steinbach advised him that the FBI would not comment publicly on the matter.
The call ended and, according to (redacted) the Associated Press published the story within the hour. At this point, HILLARY WAS FREE TO LIE! THE COVER UP WAS COMPLETE!
Former Secretary of State Clinton appeared in front of the press shortly thereafter to deny having sent classified emails on her private email server.
The Benghazi Email
The one email which was of grave concern to Kennedy; it was classified by the FBI Counter-terrorism Division (CTD), was related to the attacks on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi!
Since the FBI said they would say nothing about it, and Comey wasn’t involved at this point, Kennedy buried the email in the basement of the Department of State, out of sight, out of mind. On 16 October 16, WikiLeaks emails were released that pointed to a Benghazi thread that exposed the entire duplicitousness.
Obviously, this mess was never going to be exposed because Obama was involved, and he certainly wouldn’t want to stain himself with Hillary’s illegal and treasonous activities via her personal servers.
Marc Turi, Arms Dealer
Marc Turi was indicted in 2014 on four felony counts: two of arms dealing in violation of the Arms Export Control Act and two of lying to the State Department in official applications. The charges accused Turi of claiming that the weapons involved were destined for Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, when the arms were actually intended to reach Libya.
Turi’s lawyers argued that the shipments were part of a U.S. government-authorized effort to arm Libyan rebels.
Marc Turi told Fox News that the Obama administration had wanted to arm Libyan rebels to overthrow Muammar Gaddafi during the Arab Spring uprising, but were stopped by a UN sanction on arms sales to the country.
He said he came up with a plan to sell weapons to US allies in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates who would then pass them on to Libya, but was cut out of the deal by Clinton’s State Department and the CIA, who transported the weapons themselves.
Those weapons, he said, then went to just about everyone in Libya and Syria – friend and foe alike – after rebels got their hands on them.
Fox News asked Turi whether Al Qaeda, Ansar al-Sharia (the group behind the Benghazi attack), or ISIS – which was formed in 1999 – got the weapons; he replied, “All of them, all of them, all of them.” Watch the three-minute interview.
He says the Justice Department then attempted to scapegoat him, charging him with two counts of illegal arms dealing and two of lying on his State Department weapons application – despite him never actually selling anything.
Wikileaks head, Julian Assange, in July suggested that he had emails proving that Clinton “pushed” the “flows” of weapons “going over to Syria.”
Additionally, Turi’s case had delved into emails sent to and from the controversial private account that Clinton used as Secretary of State, which the defense planned to harness at any trial.
The five-year, $10m case was dropped by prosecutors. Turi says they didn’t want to press on because it would compromise Clinton, and the trial would have started on November 8, election day.
Turi says Obama dropped the case against him for fear it would reveal Clinton’s department’s behind-the-scenes deals in secret transcripts.
Conclusion
Clinton armed the Benghazi rebels, that’s the bottom line. The FBI covered up the classified emails with the help of the CIA, the DIA, the White House, and Lord knows who else. In 1968, the FBI was responsible for framing an innocent man who spent 27 years in prison for a murder he didn’t do. Seems their modus operandi hasn’t changed much in all those years. Except this time the reverse is true. They are aiding Hillary Clinton, fully knowing she is guilty of breaking the law.

Podesta forwarded the report to McDonough at the White House, who responded to him, “Terrific.”
In a prior email unveiled by WikiLeaks, dated February of 2012, Podesta assured Voices of Progress president Sandy Newman that a “Catholic Spring” which would “plant the seeds of revolution” in the Catholic Church would be realized with the help of his dissident “Catholic” groups.

Say hello to America’s shadow government.
A corporatized, militarized, entrenched bureaucracy that is fully operational and staffed by un-elected officials who are, in essence, running the country, this shadow government represents the hidden face of a government that has no respect for the freedom of its citizenry.
No matter which candidate wins the presidential election, this shadow government is here to stay. Indeed, as recent documents by the FBI reveal, this shadow government—also referred to as “The 7th Floor Group”—may well have played a part in who will win the White House this year.
To be precise, however, the future president will actually inherit not one but two shadow governments.
The first shadow government, referred to as COG or Continuity of Government, is made up of unelected individuals who have been appointed to run the government in the event of a “catastrophe.” COG is a phantom menace waiting for the right circumstances—a terrorist attack, a natural disaster, an economic meltdown—to bring it out of the shadows, where it operates even now. When and if COG takes over, the police state will transition to martial law.
Yet it is the second shadow government—also referred to as the Deep State—that poses the greater threat to freedom right now. Comprised of un-elected government bureaucrats, corporations, contractors, paper-pushers, and button-pushers who are actually calling the shots behind the scenes, this government within a government is the real reason “we the people” have no real control over our government.
It’s the militarized police, which have joined forces with state and federal law enforcement agencies in order to establish themselves as a standing army. It’s the fusion centers and spy agencies that have created a surveillance state and turned all of us into suspects. It’s the courthouses and prisons that have allowed corporate profits to take precedence over due process and justice. It’s the military empire with its private contractors and defense industry that is bankrupting the nation. It’s the private sector with its 854,000 contract personnel with top-secret clearances, “a number greater than that of top-secret-cleared civilian employees of the government.” It’s what former congressional staffer Mike Lofgren refers to as “a hybrid of national security and law enforcement agencies”: the Department of Defense, the State Department, Homeland Security, the CIA, the Justice Department, the Treasury, the Executive Office of the President via the National Security Council, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, a handful of vital federal trial courts, and members of the defense and intelligence committees.
It’s every facet of a government that is no longer friendly to freedom and is working overtime to trample the Constitution underfoot and render the citizenry powerless in the face of the government’s power grabs, corruption, and abusive tactics.
These are the key players that drive the shadow government.
This is the hidden face of the American police state that will continue long past Election Day.
Just consider some of the key programs and policies advanced by the shadow government that will continue no matter who occupies the Oval Office.
Domestic surveillance. No matter who wins the presidential popularity contest, the National Security Agency (NSA), with its $10.8 billion black ops annual budget, will continue to spy on every person in the United States who uses a computer or phone. Thus, on any given day, whether you’re walking through a store, driving your car, checking email, or talking to friends and family on the phone, you can be sure that some government agency, whether the NSA or some other entity, is listening in and tracking your behavior. Local police have been outfitted with a litany of surveillance gear, from license plate readers and cell phone tracking devices to biometric data recorders. Technology now makes it possible for the police to scan passersby in order to detect the contents of their pockets, purses, briefcases, etc. Full-body scanners, which perform virtual strip-searches of Americans traveling by plane, have gone mobile, with roving police vans that peer into vehicles and buildings alike—including homes. Coupled with the nation’s growing network of real-time surveillance cameras and facial recognition software, soon there really will be nowhere to run and nowhere to hide.
Global spying. The NSA’s massive surveillance network, what the Washington Post refers to as a $500 billion “espionage empire,” will continue to span the globe and target every single person on the planet who uses a phone or a computer. The NSA’s Echelon program intercepts and analyzes virtually every phone call, fax and email message sent anywhere in the world. In addition to carrying out domestic surveillance on peaceful political groups such as Amnesty International, Greenpeace, and several religious groups, Echelon has also been a keystone in the government’s attempts at political and corporate espionage.
Roving TSA searches. The American taxpayer will continue to get ripped off by government agencies in the dubious name of national security. One of the greatest culprits when it comes to swindling taxpayers has been the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), with its questionable deployment of and complete mismanagement of millions of dollars’ worth of airport full-body X-ray scanners, punitive pat downs by TSA agents and thefts of travelers’ valuables. Considered essential to national security, TSA programs will continue in airports and at transportation hubs around the country.
USA Patriot Act, NDAA. America’s so-called war on terror, which it has relentlessly pursued since 9/11, will continue to chip away at our freedoms, unravel our Constitution and transform our nation into a battlefield, thanks in large part to such subversive legislation as the USA Patriot Act and National Defense Authorization Act. These laws completely circumvent the rule of law and the rights of American citizens. In so doing, they re-orient our legal landscape in such a way as to ensure that martial law, rather than the U.S. Constitution, is the map by which we navigate life in the United States. These laws will continue to be enforced no matter who gets elected.
Militarized police state. Thanks to federal grant programs allowing the Pentagon to transfer surplus military supplies and weapons to local law enforcement agencies without charge, police forces will continue to be transformed from peace officers into heavily armed extensions of the military, complete with jackboots, helmets, shields, batons, pepper-spray, stun guns, assault rifles, body armor, miniature tanks and weaponized drones. Having been given the green light to probe, poke, pinch, taser, search, seize, strip and generally manhandle anyone they see fit in almost any circumstance, all with the general blessing of the courts, America’s law enforcement officials, no longer mere servants of the people entrusted with keeping the peace, will continue to keep the masses corralled, controlled, and treated like suspects and enemies rather than citizens.
SWAT team raids. With more than 80,000 SWAT team raids carried out every year on unsuspecting Americans by local police for relatively routine police matters and federal agencies laying claim to their own law enforcement divisions, the incidence of botched raids and related casualties will continue to rise. Nationwide, SWAT teams will continue to be employed to address an astonishingly trivial array of criminal activity or mere community nuisances including angry dogs, domestic disputes, improper paperwork filed by an orchid farmer, and misdemeanor marijuana possession.
Domestic drones. The domestic use of drones will continue unabated. As mandated by Congress, there will be 30,000 drones crisscrossing the skies of America by 2020, all part of an industry that could be worth as much as $30 billion per year. These machines, which will be equipped with weapons, will be able to record all activities, using video feeds, heat sensors, and radar. An Inspector General report revealed that the Dept. of Justice has already spent nearly $4 million on drones domestically, largely for use by the FBI, with grants for another $1.26 million so police departments and nonprofits can acquire their own drones.
School-to-prison pipeline. The paradigm of abject compliance to the state will continue to be taught by example in the schools, through school lock downs where police and drug-sniffing dogs enter the classroom and zero tolerance policies that punish all offenses equally and result in young people being expelled for childish behavior. School districts will continue to team up with law enforcement to create a “schoolhouse to jailhouse track” by imposing a “double dose” of punishment: suspension or expulsion from school, accompanied by an arrest by the police and a trip to juvenile court.
Over-criminalization. The government bureaucracy will continue to churn out laws, statutes, codes and regulations that reinforce its powers and value systems and those of the police state and its corporate allies, rendering the rest of us petty criminals. The average American now unknowingly commits three felonies a day, thanks to this overabundance of vague laws that render otherwise innocent activity illegal. Consequently, small farmers who dare to make unpasteurized goat cheese and share it with members of their community will continue to have their farms raided.
Privatized Prisons. States will continue to outsource prisons to private corporations, resulting in a cash cow whereby mega-corporations imprison Americans in private prisons in order to make a profit. In exchange for corporations buying and managing public prisons across the country at a supposed savings to the states, the states have to agree to maintain a 90% occupancy rate in the privately run prisons for at least 20 years.
Endless wars. America’s expanding military empire will continue to bleed the country dry at a rate of more than $15 billion a month (or $20 million an hour). The Pentagon spends more on war than all 50 states combined spend on health, education, welfare, and safety. Yet what most Americans fail to recognize is that these ongoing wars have little to do with keeping the country safe and everything to do with enriching the military industrial complex at taxpayer expense.

The next president, much like the current president and his predecessors, will be little more than a figurehead, a puppet to entertain and distract the populace from what’s really going on. As Lofgren reveals, this state within a state, “concealed behind the one that is visible at either end of Pennsylvania Avenue,” is a “hybrid entity of public and private institutions ruling the country according to consistent patterns in season and out, connected to, but only intermittently controlled by, the visible state whose leaders we choose.”
The Deep State not only holds the nation’s capital in thrall, but it also controls Wall Street (“which supplies the cash that keeps the political machine quiescent and operating as a diversionary marionette theater”) and Silicon Valley.
In other words, as I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, as long as government officials—elected and un-elected alike—are allowed to operate beyond the reach of the Constitution, the courts and the citizenry, the threat to our freedoms remains undiminished.
So the next time you find yourselves despondent over the 2016 presidential candidates, remember that it’s just a puppet show intended to distract you from the silent coup being carried out by America’s shadow government.
