A new report published on Monday revealed new whistleblower allegations regarding the Secret Service’s security failures and the attempted assassination of 45th President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13th. 

Missouri Senator Josh Hawley’s office published a Whistleblower Report revealing the “multiple failures” of the Secret Service and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). It also detailed allegations that have so far not been made public. 

A Secret Service spokesperson claimed they are aware of the report and “will continue to work with Congressional Oversight Committees in both the House and the Senate.”

The whistleblowers alleged that the agent in charge of the Butler rally “failed a key examination during their federal law enforcement training to become a Secret Service agent,” according to the report.

Additionally, the document added that the agent was known as “low-caliber,” according to the whistleblowers involved. 

The Secret Service’s intelligence units were also allegedly missing from Trump’s rally. These units are considered groups of agents that work “with state and local law enforcement to handle reports of suspicious persons,” according to the report. These units would have helped limit communication failures between law enforcement agencies, the documents stated. 

Furthermore, the report noted that neither agency would agree to publicly name the lead site agent for the Butler Trump rally. The report also claimed that the hospital where Trump was being treated after an attempt on his life was also not properly secured. 

“The Secret Service site agent responsible for hospital security did not know what was going on and could not answer basic questions about site security,” the report claims.

Additionally, the report accused the Secret Service and DHS of not providing certain information he had requested, which included a copy of the manpower request allegedly sent to OPO-Manpower for the Butler rally. 

A whistleblower involved in the report highlighted that “the manpower request did not include extra security resources because agents on the ground were told not to ask for them in the first place.”

Whistleblowers also alleged to Hawley that the DHS “is leaning on Secret Service not to comply with documents requests from Congress,” according to the report.

The document goes on to list multiple questions that have not yet been answered, including the motive behind Thomas Matthew Crooks’s assassination attempt on Trump’s life. 

Another report is expected to be released by the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations before the election. It will go into further detail regarding the security failures at the Trump rally.

Remember when President Joe Biden said he never spoke to his son, Hunter Biden, about his foreign business dealings?

It’d be reasonable to assume everyone remembers when Biden said this because he’s said it so many times I’ve lost count.

If the president never, as he says, spoke to his son about his corrupt business dealings, then why was he speaking to Devon Archer, Hunter’s business partner, in 2011?

Yes, that’s right. Then-Vice President Joe Biden personally sent a letter to Archer in 2011 moments after a luncheon with Chinese President Hu Jintao.

In the letter, which was revealed by Archer in his recent interview with Tucker Carlson, Biden thanked the businessman for his friendship with Hunter, saying, “Happy you guys are together.”

Why was Biden personally writing a letter to his son’s business partner if he says he never took part in or was affiliated with Hunter’s business dealings?

Seems kind of strange.

Archer spoke about the letter during his interview with Carlson.

“What was he thanking you for?” Carlson asked Archer, referring to Biden’s letter.

“First of all, it’s a lovely letter,” Archer answered. “Listen, it was kind of the beginning of our partnership and he was thanking me and thanking Hunter, I think, at the end of the day for bringing this idea of this government-regulatory-strategic-advisory business into the private equity world. And I think he was excited for the prospects for Hunter and he was just thanking [me], and I think it was a nice gesture.”

“It was a nice gesture for sure. Very polite. It gets a 10 on the etiquette scale,” Carlson agreed, saying: “But he’s vice president of the United States and he’s talking about foreign business deals with you and thanking you for that.”

“I think I — at the time, I think I hit the jackpot in finding the regulatory environment or company that can navigate right to the top,” Archer said. “But, you know, obviously, as time has told, being a little bit too close to the sun ends up burning you.”

“These are not business guys,” Carlson pressed. “This is the vice president of the United States. He’s not allowed to be working on businesses with foreign governments while he’s vice president, I don’t think.”

“Not that I know of,” Archer said.

“But here he is!” Carlson exclaimed, to which Archer replied: “Right.”

It seems interesting that someone who has repeatedly denied ever being involved in his son’s business dealings sent a letter to his son’s business partner, who notably served alongside him at the corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings.

It seems like it was only Monday that Rep. Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.) told the entire country Devon Archer testified that Joe Biden merely exchanged pleasantries with Hunter Biden’s foreign business partners. According to Goldman, Joe Biden merely spoke of the weather and didn’t even know who he was talking to during the more than twenty times he participated in their meetings.Without a transcript of the testimony, Goldman could claim anything, no matter how absurd, and the media would echo those claims — which they did. Even the White House attempted to laugh off the testimony as a nothing burger.

“It appears that the House Republicans’ own much-hyped witness today testified that he never heard of President Biden discussing business with his son or his son’s associates, or doing anything wrong,” White House spokesperson Ian Sams told Fox News Digital. “House Republicans keep promising bombshell evidence to support their ridiculous attacks against the President, but time after time, they keep failing to produce any.”

But Fox News Digital has obtained the transcript of Archer’s testimony, and there’s really no way to spin it as anything but damning.

According to the transcript, Archer testified that Hunter Biden used his “very powerful name” to “add value” in pitching and securing foreign business ventures. But Hunter was sly about it: he wouldn’t “overtly” say that he’d use his dad as leverage.

“Defensive leverage that the value is there in his work,” Archer explained. “The value that Hunter Biden brought to it was having—you know, there was—the theoretical was corporate governance, but obviously, given the brand, that was a large part of the value,” Archer continued. “I don’t think it was the sole value, but I do think that was a key component of the value.”

Archer testified that Hunter put his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, on speakerphone during meetings with their business partners at least 20 times to sell “the brand.”

“Obviously, that brought the most value to the brand,” Archer said. “It was Hunter Biden and him.”

When questioned about whether Archer and Hunter Biden would convey to their business partners that they had “unique access” due to Biden’s position, Archer concurred. “Yes, we would say we had a unique understanding of D.C. and how it operates and how that, you know, could positively reflect on the terms of our business.”

That unique access was critical to Hunter and Archer getting high-paid board positions at Burisma. Archer testified that Hunter Biden used the Biden “brand” to get “doors opened,” which “sent the right signals” for Burisma to “carry on its business and be successful.”

In fact, access to Joe Biden was so critical, that Archer said he believes “Burisma would have gone out of business if it didn’t have the brand attached to it,” and that Burisma was “able to survive” for as long as it did “just because of the brand.”

Joe Biden infamously pressured the Ukrainian government to fire Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma at the time, by leveraging a $1 billion loan appropriated by Congress. Archer testified that Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky and Vadym Pozharskyi asked Hunter to call “D.C” to help them out of that situation.

“They requested Hunter, you know, help them with some of that pressure,” Archer said. “You know, government pressure from Ukrainian government investigations into Mykola, et cetera.”

Archer testified that Hunter Biden placed a call to his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, after the request for help, but he did not hear the phone call that took place. Five days following Hunter Biden’s call to his father, Joe Biden traveled to Ukraine.

In short: they weren’t talking about the weather.

According to newly released court records, the Justice Department is pressing for Devon Archer to report to prison only days before the former Hunter Biden business partner’s highly anticipated congressional appearance.

Federal prosecutors in Manhattan sent a letter on Saturday demanding that a court set a date for Archer to begin his one-year sentence in a fraud case separate from Hunter’s numerous scandals and illegal activities.

Archer’s 2018 conviction on two felony charges for his involvement in a conspiracy to defraud a Native American tribe was upheld last Tuesday by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Archer, who is scheduled to testify about the president’s son before the House Oversight Committee on Monday, has been contesting the conviction.

His attorney, Matthew Schwartz, said he would file a formal response to the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s request by Wednesday and that his client would continue to testify as scheduled, despite charges that the DOJ letter was an intimidation technique.

“We are aware of speculation that the Department of Justice’s weekend request to have Mr. Archer report to prison is an attempt by the Biden administration to intimidate him in advance of his meeting with the House Oversight Committee,” Schwartz said in a statement.

“To be clear, Mr. Archer does not agree with that speculation,” Schwartz continued. “In any case, Mr. Archer will do what he has planned to do all along, which is to show up on Monday and to honestly answer the questions that are put to him by the Congressional investigators.”

Schwartz has claimed that setting a detention date was “premature” as he considers his appeal options.

Archer, Biden, and Christopher Heinz co-founded Rosemont Seneca Partners in 2009, which the first son purportedly utilized as a vehicle for many of his shady business ventures abroad.

Archer is likely to testify that during numerous meetings with international partners, Hunter Biden would phone in his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, the Washington Post outlet revealed.

This is a significant milestone in the GOP-led investigations into Biden family crimes since it could link the president to his son’s business dealings.

“I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings,” Biden claimed previously.

The White House now claims that the president “was never in business with his son,” an obvious shift in verbiage that press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has dismissed.

For months, Biden administration officials have also slammed Republicans for their investigation into the First Family’s economic practices, emphasizing that the president has not been personally involved.

“Just last week, his fellow GOP colleague on the Oversight Committee said this on camera for all to see: ‘I’ve heard over and over that President Biden has not been implicated or proven for any wrongdoing here, and I acknowledge that,'” White House spokesperson Ian Sams said.

In June, Comer subpoenaed Archer and described the timing of the prison request letter as “odd.”

“I don’t want to put words in Devon Archer’s mouth,” Comer said. “But I’ll say this: He has an opportunity to come tomorrow to the House Oversight Committee and tell the truth.”

Florida’s Republican representative, Matt Gaetz, also decided to chime in and speak on the suspicious timing.

Hunter Biden’s proposed plea deal with federal prosecutors went up in flames last week as a Trump-appointed judge raised constitutional issues and identified distance between the two parties.

Hunter subsequently pleaded not guilty to two tax misdemeanor counts, which the majority of the public assumed he would plead guilty to.

Both parties’ attorneys anticipate going back to the drawing board to iron out their disagreements.
