In response to a criminal complaint alleging that a 25-year-old Georgia man named Aliakbar Mohammad Amin transmitted interstate threats to harm Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard and her husband, Amin has been arrested and charged.

“Threatening to harm public officials is a criminal act that cannot be excused as political discourse,” stated Acting U.S. Attorney Richard S. Moultrie, Jr. “Our Office, in coordination with our law enforcement partners, will vigorously prosecute individuals who commit these acts of violence.”

“The FBI sees all threatening communications as a serious federal offense. We will employ every investigative tool and resource available to identify those responsible and ensure they are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” stated Paul Brown, Special Agent in Charge of FBI Atlanta. “Let this arrest serve as a clear warning: if you engage in this kind of criminal behavior, you will be caught and you will go to prison.”

Acting U.S. Attorney Moultrie stated in the complaint, attached as evidence in court, that Amin reportedly conveyed threats against DNI Gabbard and her husband by text message between March 29th and April 1st, 2025.

Some of these threats included the messages:

  • “You and your family are going to die soon” and “I will personally do the job if necessary.”
  • “Death to America means death to America literally, Tulsi is living on borrowed time.
  • “The home you two own. . . is a legitimate target and will be hit at a time and place of our choosing.”
  • “Prepare to die, you, Tulsi, and everyone you hold dear. America will burn.”

Similar threats purportedly made by Amin were also discovered by federal authorities throughout the investigation in his social media posts, including one that showed a firearm being aimed at a picture of Gabbard, and another that showed a firearm aimed at a picture of both Gabbard and her husband.

Later, while carrying out a warrant search of Amin’s residence, federal officials found the firearm.

On April 11th, 2025, Amin, 25, of Lilburn, Georgia, was charged with violating Title 18, United States Code, Section 875(c) in a criminal complaint that had previously been sealed.

After his first appearance in federal court, a U.S. Magistrate Judge ordered him to be held pending trial.

An image of Amin has not yet been released by federal authorities.

Operation Take Back America is a nationwide effort that uses all of the Department of Justice’s resources to combat illegal immigration, eradicate cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), shielding U.S. communities from violent crime perpetrators. This case is part of that effort.

Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) and the Department’s Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) pool their resources and efforts under Operation Take Back America.

Gabbard: ‘Radical Islamist Terrorism’ is Biggest National Security Threat

Now comes the tough part.

In a sane political environment, this would have passed as a decidedly unremarkable, albeit not quite one-hundred-percent accurate, observation. The U.S. Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, recently warned that “radical Islamist terrorism” is the biggest national security threat the nation faces today.

Well, of course. The top terror groups worldwide are all Islamic. On September 11, 2001, Islamic jihadis carried out the largest-ever terror attack on American soil. Numerous other Islamic jihad attacks have taken place in the U.S., at Fort Hood, the Boston Marathon, San Bernardino, New Orleans, and numerous other places. The Biden regime caught numerous people on the terror watch list crossing into the U.S. from Mexico, and released at least 99 of them into the country. Gabbard was therefore making an entirely reasonable assessment.

Gabbard said: “We look at the past four years of open borders, where we’ve had tens of millions of people coming across our borders, many of whom we don’t know who they are or what their intentions are, and very specifically the threat of radical Islamist terrorism here within our country is higher than it’s ever been before, not only because of Biden’s open borders, but because of his and his administration’s fear of being called Islamophobes.”

For Gabbard to speak of “radical Islamist terrorism” was not quite accurate, as there is nothing “radical” about Islamic jihad violence. It is mainstream and deeply rooted in the Qur’an and Sunnah. And “Islamist” is a phony word that corresponds to nothing in Islamic theology. It is just an attempt to distance Islam from the crimes done in its name and in accord with its teachings.

Nevertheless, her statement was a tremendous improvement over the Biden regime. FBI Director Christopher Wray testified before members of the Senate Judiciary Committee in March 2021, saying: “The top threat we face from [domestic violent extremists] continues to be those we identify as Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists (RMVEs), specifically those who advocate for the superiority of the white race.”

Old Joe Biden then said it during his speech to a Joint Session of Congress in April 2021: “we won’t ignore what our own intelligence agencies have determined – the most lethal terrorist threat to the homeland today is from white supremacist terrorism.”

The following month, a revealing piece in Yahoo News by “journalist” Alexander Nazaryan stated that Biden’s desperately corrupt and partisan Attorney General Merrick Garland “told Congress on Wednesday that violence incited by white supremacists poses ‘the most dangerous threat to our democracy.’ That assertion reflects near-universal consensus among national security experts, including those who work for the Trump administration.”

In June 2021, Biden doubled down: “As I said in my address to the joint session of Congress: According to the intelligence community, terrorism from white supremacy is the most lethal threat to the homeland today. Not ISIS, not al Qaeda — white supremacists. That’s not me; that’s the intelligence community under both Trump and under my administration.”

The agenda of Old Joe Biden, Merrick Garland and their henchmen was obvious and insidious: they intended to find these white supremacist terrorists, and prosecute and destroy them. They had no anxiety about the prospect of not finding those white supremacists in sufficient numbers, because by “white supremacists” they meant law-abiding patriots who dissented from the left’s political agenda. The Garland “Justice” Department, which should be rebranded as the Partisan Vengeance Department, wasn’t content with persecuting Donald Trump. It also sicced the FBI on angry parents protesting at school board meetings, worked with Twitter (TWTR) and other social media giants to silence and deplatform people with opposing views, and even sent spies into Catholic churches to keep tabs on pro-lifers.

That’s what Biden, Garland, Wray and the rest meant by a “white supremacist terror threat.” Now Gabbard has swept all that aside and begun the road back to realism and honesty regarding where the real terror threat is coming from. The problem she faces is that the views of Biden, Garland and Wray are widespread within the intelligence community, not just during the Biden regime, but during the Obama years as well. If she doesn’t manage to root it out in its entirety, it will continue to do damage to law-abiding Americans. All patriots should be hoping that at this critical juncture, Tulsi Gabbard succeeds in the monumental task before her.

Tulsi Gabbard to Fire 100+ NSA Staffers Who Took Part in Hair-Raising Online Sex Chats

Let the fumigation begin.

What the Trump administration has uncovered in just five weeks about what has been going on in Washington is beyond belief. What has been happening in the National Security Agency, however, goes beyond anything that has been found (at least so far) to show leftist elitists’ self-absorption and contempt for the American taxpayer. It’s not the waste and fraud that DOGE has been uncovering. It’s much worse.

City Journal revealed Monday that although “the ‘intelligence community’ is one of the most powerful parts of the American national security apparatus,” some of those entrusted with the solemn responsibility of keeping the nation safe “have another on-the-job priority: sex chats.”

That’s right: we’re paying these people to protect the nation from threats, and they’re spending their time on our dime talking about their various lurid obsessions, delusions, deviances, and perversions. And those words are far too polite for some of what they were doing.

The bacchanalia took place on the NSA’s messaging program, Intelink. That in itself was a violation of regulations, for an NSA staffer explained that “all NSA employees sign agreements stating that publishing non-mission related material on Intelink is a usage violation and will result in disciplinary action.” Yet for at least the last two years, NSA employees have turned Intelink into Smutlink, swamping it with talk of “sex, kink, polyamory, and castration,” and there is no indication that anyone faced any disciplinary action for breaking the rules about how Intelink was supposed to be used.

The Biden regime doesn’t consider such talk to be “non-mission related.” After all, with pride flags hanging from U.S. embassies worldwide, and billions spent to push transgender madness around the globe, it’s clear that libertinism and a rejection of traditional morality is a key element of the Biden regime’s agenda. The NSA’s online orgies were part of that. City Journal notes that “the sex chats were legitimized as part of the NSA’s commitment to ‘diversity, equity and inclusion.’ Activists within the agency used LGBTQ+ ‘employee resource groups’ to turn their kinks and pathologies into official work duties.”

These were not quite G-rated conversations: the discussions often “became explicit.” One NSA insider “claimed to have witnessed hundreds of sexually provocative discussions, which, he added, occurred mostly on taxpayer time. A former NSA source who was familiar with the chats recalled being ‘disgusted’ by a particularly shocking thread discussing weekend ‘gangbangs.’”

It gets worse, of course. In these chats, “one popular chat topic was male-to-female transgender surgery.” People who were supposed to be intelligence professionals also whiled away their work hours discussing “hair removal, estrogen injections, and the experience of sexual pleasure post-castration.” Others went in for discussions of polyamory, or, as they delicately put it, “ethical non-monogamy.” Some intelligence officials “spent all day” in meetings discussing topics such as “Privilege,” “Pride,” and “Transgender Community Inclusion.” One NSA officer insisted on being referred to as “it,” rather than “he” or “she.”

The good news is that it is about to lose its job. On Monday evening, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard wrote:

“This behavior is unacceptable and those involved WILL be held accountable. These disgusting chat groups were immediately shut down when @POTUS issued his EO ending the DEI insanity the Biden Admin was obsessed with. Our IC must remain focused on our core mission: ensuring the safety, security, and freedom of the American people.”

And ABC News reported Wednesday that “more than 100 intelligence community employees will be terminated and have their security clearances revoked as the intelligence community investigates group chats that allegedly discussed explicit behavior, officials said.” By then, the process had already been set in motion; on Tuesday, Gabbard’s Deputy Chief of Staff Alexa Henning said: “The DNI sent a memo directing all intelligence agencies to identify the employees who participated in the NSA’s ‘obscene, pornographic, and sexually explicit’ chatrooms and to terminate their employment and revoke their security clearances. Deadline: Friday.”

Gabbard also said: “There are over 100 people from across the intelligence community that contributed to and participated in this — what is really just an egregious violation of trust, what to speak of, like, basic rules and standards around professionalism.” She said that this housecleaning was part of the Trump administration’s efforts to “clean house, root out that rot and corruption and weaponization and politicization, so we can start to rebuild that trust in these institutions that are charged with an important mission of serving the American people, ensuring our safety, security and freedom.”

More than a housecleaning is needed. The NSA is going to need fumigation. And a thoroughgoing, all-encompassing overhaul so that the culture that gave rise to this sick madness is thoroughly rooted out and cannot return once the heat is off.

Gabbard Garners Key GOP Support, Senate Intel Committee Advances Confirmation

Tulsi Gabbard was able to secure support from GOP senators who were previously on the fence regarding her director of national intelligence nomination, surviving a crucial Senate Intelligence Committee vote on Tuesday.

The Senate Intelligence Committee sent Gabbard’s nomination to the full Senate by a vote of 9 to 8.

Republican Senators Todd Young (R-Ind.) and Susan Collins (R-Maine) confirmed their support for Gabbard — after previously expressing skepticism.

“American intelligence officers around the globe deserve our respect and support. I appreciate Tulsi Gabbard’s engagement with me on a variety of issues to ensure that our intelligence professionals are supported and policymakers receive unbiased information under her leadership,” Young stated on Tuesday.

“I have done what the Framers envisioned for senators to do: use the consultative process to seek firm commitments, in this case commitments that will advance our national security, which is my top priority as a former Marine Corps intelligence officer,” Young continued. “Having now secured these commitments, I will support Tulsi’s nomination and look forward to working with her to protect our national security.”

Young’s comments of approval follow his prior concerns over Gabbard’s “dismissive” attitude towards whistleblower Edward Snowden while at her heating last week.

“I think it would benefit you, and be helpful to the way you are perceived by members of the intelligence community, if you would at least acknowledge that the greatest whistleblower in American history, so-called, harmed national security by breaking the laws of the land.”

Snowden, a former National Security Agency (NSA) contractor, previously leaked classified documents in 2013, disclosing the massive illegal and unconstitutional global surveillance programs that the NSA was conducting, which included the mass surveillance of everyday Americans, among other illicit programs.

Meanwhile, Collins further confirmed her support for Gabbard on Monday, stating “After extensive consideration of her nomination, I will support Tulsi Gabbard to be the Director of National Intelligence.

Collins previously voted against Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, showcasing her willingness to defy the GOP and President Donald Trump’s preferred candidates.

Collins added: “The Office of the Director of National Intelligence, however, has become far larger than it was designed to be, and Ms. Gabbard shares my vision of returning the agency to its intended size.”

Another point of contention was Gabbard’s previous opposition against Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Section 702, which provides the federal intelligence apparatus to spy on non-Americans living abroad. Gabbard previously expressed concern that the program could violate the Fourth Amendment by “accidentally” collecting information on U.S. citizens.

However, after certain provisions were made that would disallow the possibility of these concerns to occur, Gabbard quickly changed her tune during the previous hearing.

“The national security capability that is provided by Section 702, that enables this foreign surveillance on non-U.S. persons overseas, is critical — period,” she affirmed during her hearing, calming one of Collins’ concerns.
