A Pennsylvania judge ruled in favor of allowing Elon Musk’s political action committee to continue giving out $1 million per day to registered swing state voters who signed the petition, pledging to support free speech and gun rights.
Ronald of Clarkston, Michigan received $1M for signing our petition to support the Constitution.
Every day until Election Day, one person who signs up will be selected to earn $1M as a spokesperson for America PAC.
District Attorney Larry Krasner (D-Pa.) sued to block the contest in Philadelphia on October 28th, arguing that Musk’s process of handing out money was a scam “designed to influence a national election.”
“This was all a political marketing masquerading as a lottery,” Krasner continued. “That’s what it is. A gift.”
Judge Angelo Foglietta ruled that the contest was not an “illegal lottery,” as America PAC's lawyers successfully argued that the funds were given to the best spokespeople within the MAGA movement.
“The $1 million recipients are not chosen by chance,” stated America PAC attorney Chris Gober. “We know exactly who will be announced as the $1 million recipient today and tomorrow.”
“There is no prize to be won, instead recipients must fulfill contractual obligations to serve as a spokesperson for the PAC,” Gober added during the hearing.
Krasner responded by showcasing Musk at an October Trump rally, telling rally-goers that the money would be “randomly” awarded, rather than deliberately picked.
“That doesn’t sound like a spokesperson contract,” Krasner added.
Musk has already doled out $16 million since the giveaway began on October 19th, with the final winner to be announced on Election Day.
The Pennsylvania ruling was a huge win for the Trump campaign in a critical swing state carrying 19 electoral votes, which certainly has the potential to decide the outcome of the election.
Musk’s giveaway falls under a gray area under election law, which prohibits paying individuals to register to vote, however, in order to get the funds, voters only have to sign the petition, rather than register to vote.
The U.S. Department of Justice previously warned Musk’s PAC that the scheme could potentially violate federal law, but federal prosecutors have yet to take any action.
America PAC lawyers also argued that the two remaining winners will be from individuals living in Arizona and Michigan, which would mean the Pennsylvania lawsuit wouldn’t have an affect on the ability to continue the giveaway in other states.
“The only people protected by Pennsylvania law are in Pennsylvania,” stated Richard Briffault, a Columbia Law School professor.

American politics has never seen anything like it. An apron-clad Donald Trump works a McDonald’s window, handing out burgers exactly as Kamala Harris claimed but almost certainly never did. Better still, he has a blast doing it. And best of all, the people he greeted at the drive-up window were thrilled to see him.
Joe Biden calls half of America “garbage” for daring to disagree with Democrats’ rush to socialism. What will Trump do? He arrives at a Green Bay rally in a gleaming white garbage truck sporting “Trump for President” colors and, from the passenger seat, leans out, clad in an orange and yellow safety vest, and holds an impromptu press conference, saying: “How do you like my garbage truck? This truck is in honor of Kamala [Harris] and Joe Biden.”
“He also said he was hesitant to wear the vest until his handlers assured him the vest “actually makes you look thinner.”
“’And they got me. I said I want to wear it on stage,’ Mr. Trump said, sparking laughter from the crowd. ‘I may never wear a blue jacket again.’”
The New & Improved Trump
This is but the most recent example of the indomitable Donald Trump – a man who the left has twice unsuccessfully impeached, smeared with the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, and defrauded at the ballot box; who had his home invaded by Biden’s Gestapo and was indicted (and convicted) by leftist courts on more “Trumped up” felonies than I can count. When all of that failed, they tried to assassinate him. Twice.
Most people would long ago have balled up, sobbing, into the fetal position, especially after being shot.
But not Trump.
One’s strength of character – or lack of it – is most starkly displayed, with all facades stripped away, when faced with imminent death. What did Trump do? He thrust his bloody head above the phalanx of Secret Service agents shielding him from a potential second assassin’s bullet and defiantly pumped his fist in the air, yelling;
“Fight! Fight! Fight!”
The photo of him would be iconic … if the media weren’t so intent on burying it.
You may not like Donald Trump, but no serious person can dispute his guts. And no serious person can deny that he has become a much better politician. He has learned and adapted. He is revealing not the venal side he previously displayed but instead humor, appreciation, and, dare I say, just a touch of humility.
After watching the assassination attempt, I wondered if Trump’s near-death experience might make him a more compassionate, more introspective person. I believe it has.
What has not changed is his chutzpah. Ignoring Secret Service advice to hold only indoor rallies, the new and improved Donald Trump returned to Butler, PA, and, after greeting the massive crowd, gave the opener that everyone asked for: “…as I was saying…”
Despite a couple of assassination attempts, in Dearborn, he waded through a crowd of Muslim voters, shaking hands and patting backs as the Secret Service looked both horrified and helpless.
When Trump vividly mocks his opponents, he demonstrates a clear understanding of Saul Alinsky’s fifth rule, used so effectively by the left: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. It also infuriates the opposition, who then react to your advantage.”
The New & Improved Republican Party
To the dismay of some, Trump has recreated the Republican Party in his image. No longer the refuge of “Country Club Republicans” who hold luncheons to console each other about the ills of American society, Trump’s populism has made it the party of the common man: auto workers, coal miners, cops, border patrol, southerners – people he has led to finally understand that the Democrat Party deserted them at the 1968 Democratic National Convention and has been hell-bent on socialism ever since.
While the Republican Party used to lament their inability to win the Hispanic vote, Trump has made inroads into the demographic, all while fighting illegal immigration and promising to deport the thousands of criminal “migrants” (the new politically correct phrase) that Joe and Kamala have carefully shepherded across the border.
Meanwhile, the guy Democrats claim is “racist” attracted lots of blacks and Jews to his massive Madison Square Garden rally, all while garnering more of the black vote than Republicans have in decades. (Since LBJ’s “Great Society,” perhaps?) Judging by the Republican National Convention and Trump’s enthusiastic rallies, the Republican Party has not been this vibrant since Ronald Reagan.
Is Victory Imminent?
As Harris’ presidential run founders on the rocks of her complete inability to express an intelligent thought, Democrats have reverted to the tactics of Soviet Russia: in perfect projection, they accuse Trump of everything of which they themselves are guilty.
“Threat to Democracy?” Check.
“Fascism” (or “Nazism”)? Check. (Not exactly, but certainly closer than Trump.)
Dangerously violent rhetoric? Check. (I believe the goal is to get Trump assassinated.)
I normally don’t predict close elections. But barring massive fraud or major disaster (neither of which is beyond the realm of imagination), at this point, I believe Donald J. Trump will be the 47th President of the United States.
Trump, of course, summed it up best at the Green Bay rally when he said, “My message to Joe and Kamala is very simple. You can’t lead America if you don’t love Americans.”
Make it happen, get out, and VOTE, VOTE, VOTE!
About Paul Valone
Author F. Paul Valone has been kicking leftist tails for twenty-eight years. Alarmed by the U.S. House passage of the “assault weapon” ban in 1994, he decided to take action. Finding no suitable organization, he organized a rally leading to the creation of a 501(c)(4) organization, Grass Roots North Carolina (GRNC), which remains North Carolina’s primary and most successful gun rights group to this day.
President Biden recently called Trump supporters “garbage”, although his handlers insist he meant to say the MAGA agenda is “garbage.” But did Biden have an ulterior motive? Was this meant to sabotage Kamala Harris’ campaign as revenge for his ousting? Or did Biden just fumble his response to comedian Tony Hinchcliffe’s joke about Puerto Rico? Glenn and Stu discuss. Plus, they review the latest election stats: Will the 2024 election be a landslide or a close race? And will Democrats believe it if Trump wins?
MSNBC is facing heavy backlash for using Nazi rally clips during its coverage of former President Donald Trump’s historic campaign event at Madison Square Garden on Sunday.
The far-left network included footage from a 1939 Nazi rally at the New York City arena and compared it to its own Trump rally, which had a packed arena.
“But that jamboree happening right now, that you see there on your screen in that place, is particularly chilling because in 1939, more than 20,000 supporters of a different fascist leader, Adolf Hitler, packed the Garden for a so-called pro-America rally,” the anchor said at the time of showing the footage.
The comparison of the two videos was called “shameful” by conservatives, who pointed out the diversity of the crowd.
“Yesterday’s Trump rally was filled with Americans from every walk of life, including orthodox, conservative, reform, and secular Jews. I saw a woman in a burka. It wasn’t anything like a Nazi rally. Shame on MSNBC,” wrote X user @amuse.
Several others pointed out that Holocaust survivor Jerry Wartski was at the Trump rally.
Critics even went so far as to accuse the network of “incitement.”
Additionally, Tesla founder and Trump supporter Elon Musk, who spoke at the massive rally, also blasted MSNBC as the “scum of the Earth” on X.
Meanwhile, Democrats have tried to appeal to voters as the party of positivity and unity.
But MSNBC has appeared to toss that notion and compare Trump supporters to Nazis.
“Trump had a Revolutionary Rally in New York City’s Madison Square Garden. The energy was unmatched and the Promise of a Better America was on the horizon,” wrote Sam Mitha.
“Liberal Media couldn’t handle this, so they ran a Propaganda Campaign simultaneously. They compared this Trump Rally to a NAZI Rally in 1939,” he added.
“You don’t hate the media enough,” posted Republican pundit Colin Rugg. “Holocaust survivor Jerry Wartski was in attendance at the rally this evening, along with other Jews who were supporting Trump.”
The 94-year-old Wartski endorsed Trump last week in a campaign video and slammed Harris for referring to the 45th president as a “fascist.”
After being asked why Jewish people should support the former president, the Holocaust survivor responded, “Because he’s a mensch.”

Trump’s campaign announced on X that independent politician Tulsi Gabbard, a former Democrat who previously served as a U.S. Representative for Hawaii’s 2nd congressional district from 2013 to 2021, has switched parties to join the GOP.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s response to the hurricane clearly “failed,” Gabbard asserted on stage.
Kennedy told Fox News‘ ‘Gutfeld!’ host Greg Gutfeld that Democrats are “much more intolerant” than Republicans and that the party is now associated with Wall Street and the Military Industrial Complex, unlike the old Democrat party of the past.
Meanwhile, Gabbard has also expressed similar sentiments regarding the Democrat party as well.
“I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party that is now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness, who divide us by racializing every issue & stoke anti-white racism, actively work to undermine our God-given freedoms, are hostile to people of faith & spirituality, demonize the police & protect criminals at the expense of law-abiding Americans, believe in open borders, weaponize the national security state to go after political opponents, and above all, dragging us ever closer to nuclear war,” Gabbard stated.

On Friday's episode of "Carl Higbie FRONTLINE," Carl talked about the Harris-Walz campaign spiraling as election day comes closer, discussed 60 Minutes editing Kamala Harris' response to a question about Israel, explained why former President Donald Trump deserves an apology from CBS, and more on NEWSMAX.
Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democrat nominee, has agreed to a sit-down interview with Fox News’ chief political anchor Bret Baier.
The interview will air Wednesday, October 16th on Baier’s “Special Report” at 6 p.m. E.T. in Pennsylvania.
Meanwhile, the vice presidential nominee for the Democratic Party, Tim Walz (D-Minn), will join “Fox News Sunday” for the second straight week on Sunday as well.
Harris’s first interview with Fox News comes as she has been slowly stepping up appearances on a wide range of media and news outlets after previously being accused of dodging certain conservative networks.
“Special Report” is consistently one of the most watched cable news programs. A popular feature this election cycle, “Common Ground,” features political leaders from both parties discussing current issues and trying to find a middle ground.
The Democratic presidential nominee also recently appeared on “60 minutes,” where she was criticized after the network aired two polar opposite answers of hers to the exact same question about Israel.
Harris then followed that up with more easy, “softball” interviews on ABC‘s “The View,” Stephen Colbert’s late show, and Sirius XM’s Howard Stern Show" last week, who have all voiced that they will do whatever it takes to get Harris more votes and defeat Trump.
In addition to leading Fox News’ special Democracy 2024 coverage of both the Democrat and Republican National Conventions, Baier has co-led a number of political events that have routinely ranked as the best on television, surpassing both broadcast and cable news coverage.
Additionally, he has moderated town halls and Republican presidential primary debates featuring a range of political candidates, including former President Donald Trump.

Rob Schmitt examines editing of '60 Minutes' Harris interview
Rob Schmitt calls out CBS News for their handling of the Tony Dokoupil situation, the Race and Culture Unit at CBS, the Kamala Harris interview, and the many edits in the Kamala Harris and Donald Trump interviews and more on NEWSMAX's "Rob Schmitt Tonight"
