Texas Rep. Pat Fallon engaged in a yelling match on Thursday with acting Secret Service director Ronald Rowe during a hearing regarding the U.S. Secret Services’ failures surrounding the two assassination attempts against President-elect Donald Trump.

The heated back-and-forth moment occurred after Fallon (R-Texas) first questioned Rowe’s positioning during the most recent 9/11 ceremony, showcasing a photo of President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and President-elect Donald Trump.

Fallon quickly accused Rowe of placing the Secret Service’s Special Agent in Charge (SAC) “out of position” in relation to his line of sight and shot, going against protocol, in order to get closer to Trump for a photo opportunity.

It is standard practice for the SAC to be near the president, which was not the case on this particular occasion, Fallon argued.

“Who is usually at an event like this closest to the President of the United States?” Fallon asked with the 9/11 ceremony photo behind him. “Were you the special agent in charge of the detail that day?”

“Actually congressman, what you’re not seeing is the SAC of the detail out of the picture’s view. And that is the day where we remember the more than 3,000 people that have died on 9/11. I actually responded to ground zero. I was there going through the ashes of the world trade center,” Rowe responded.

Soon after, the exchange exploded further, with both Fallon and Rowe both yelling at each other while the chairman began to demand order.

“I’m not asking that, I’m asking you, if you were … were you the special agent in charge!?” Fallon shouted, cutting Rowe off.

“I was there to show respect for a Secret Service member that died on 9/11!” Rowe thundered back. “Do not invoke 9/11 for political purposes!”

“You are out of line congressman! Way out of line!” Rowe continued.

“Don’t try to bully me!” Fallon clapped back while pointing his finger at Rowe. “I am an elected member of congress and I’m asking you a serious question and you are playing politics.”

Fallon then accused Rowe of endangering Trump and President Biden in order to be “visible” for the photo, seemingly showing off and “auditioning” for Trump to appoint him as Secret Service director in his incoming administration.

“You know why you were there!? Because you wanted to be visible because you were auditioning for this job that you’re not gonna get on January 20th! You endangered President Biden’s life, Vice President Harris’s life because you put those agents out of position!” Fallon screamed.

Meanwhile, the recorded moment erupted online and soon became viral, prompting responses from social media users.

“That’s the most openly heated exchange in the hundreds of hours I’ve watched of hearings. What the agent’s job was in 2001 is irrelevant. He’s not fit to serve in 2024. Wrong temperament,” one user stated.

“Who the hell does this asshat think he is yelling at a seated congressman? This clown has no sense of decorum and no self control and HE’s running our Secret Service? This clown needs to be thrown out on his ear. No retirement and no pension. What a horrible representation of public servants,” another added.

Nevertheless, the meeting simmered down from that point on, and the discussion regarding the objective failure of the Secret Service to specifically protect Trump during the July Butler rally campaign event continued.

“The abject failure underscored critical gaps in Secret Service operations and I recognize that we did not meet the expectations of the American public, Congress and our protected and they rightly have that idea based on how we performed,” Rowe stated.

“When I traveled there, the day after I was named the acting director, and as I’m walking around and I’m up on the roof and I’m looking at the proximity of it to the site, I was taken aback that it was not secured,” Rowe added.

Rowe became the acting director of the Secret Service after Kimberly Cheatle resigned following the disastrous incompetence of the U.S. Secret Service being on full display at Trump’s Butler rally, which saw 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, the gunman, climb up on a roof and take multiple shots at Trump, almost taking his life.

A former Republican congressional candidate has been charged after allegations of threatening to kill his political opponent in 2021.

William Braddock has been accused of making the alleged threats on June 8th, 2021, which include threatening to “call up [his] Russian-Ukrainian hit squad” to take out his rival, Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.).

Prosecutors stated that the Republican candidate had been caught on audio calling Luna a “dead squirrel” and “a f—ing speed bump in the road.”

A conservative activist recorded Braddock where he can be heard making threats against Luna.

“I really don’t want to have to end anybody’s life for the good of the people of the United States of America,” he was heard saying in the audio, as reported by Politico.

“That will break my heart. But if it needs to be done, it needs to be done. Luna is a f—ing speed bump in the road. She’s a dead squirrel that you run over every day when you leave the neighborhood.”

Braddock then went on to deny making any threats and insisted that the audio may have been altered. A judge later green-lit a restraining order against him.

After leaving the U.S., Braddock went to the Philippines and was eventually extradited there. The Justice Department said he was charged with one count of interstate transmission of a true threat to injure another person.

On Thursday, he appeared in federal court in Los Angeles.

After winning the election, Luna was sworn into Congress for the first time in January 2023.

Luna disclosed earlier this month that a “very serious shooting threat” was received by her office. She was vague about the specifics of the threat due to an ongoing investigation into it by law enforcement.

Yes, They Want Him Dead: Dem. Rep. Introduces Bill to Make It Easier to Kill Trump

AP Photo/Rogelio V. Solis
Democrats have been trying to destroy Donald Trump ever since he announced his candidacy for president back in 2015. They’ve framed him for Russian collusion, election interference, and even rape. They’ve impeached him twice. They’ve tried to bar him from the ballot. They may still succeed in convicting him of bogus crimes and even sending him to prison, all in the hope of making sure that he doesn’t walk back into the Oval Office on Jan. 20, 2025. Yet even all this isn’t enough for some of these sinister authoritarians.

Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Racism) on Friday introduced a bill to “terminate United States Secret Service protection for felons.” Thompson evidently doesn’t count a competent prose stylist among his handlers, for the “Short Title” of this bill is as verbose as it is grandiose, self-important, and silly: ‘‘This Act may be cited,” it announces on its first page “as the ‘Denying Infinite Security and Government Resources Allocated toward Convicted and Extremely Dishonorable Former Protectees Act’ or the ‘DISGRACED Former Protectees Act.’”

Thompson’s bill stipulates that Secret Service protection “shall terminate for any person upon sentencing following conviction for a Federal or State offense that is punishable for a term of imprisonment of at least one year.’’ There is an unmistakable hint that the Democrats plan to imprison Trump for at least a year, ideally so that he will be behind bars on November 5, 2024 and January 20, 2025.

Thompson explained

Unfortunately, current law doesn’t anticipate how Secret Service protection would impact the felony prison sentence of a protectee—even a former President. It is regrettable that it has come to this, but this previously unthought-of scenario could become our reality. Therefore, it is necessary for us to be prepared and update the law so the American people can be assured that protective status does not translate into special treatment—and that those who are sentenced to prison will indeed serve the time required of them.

You see, this malignant clown just wants “equity”: as a convicted felon, which he likely soon will be given our two-tier “justice” system, Trump shouldn’t get better treatment in prison than any other convicted felon. “This bill,” Thompson added, “would remove the potential for conflicting lines of authority within prisons and allow judges to weigh the sentencing of individuals without having to factor in the logistical concerns of convicts with Secret Service protection.”

Thompson argues in a fact sheet for the DISGRACED Former Protectees Act, that the bill “would remove the potential for conflicting lines of authority within prisons and allow judges to weigh the sentencing of individuals without having to factor in the logistical concerns of convicts with Secret Service protection.” In other words, a corrupt leftist judge will be able to feel free to throw the book at the left’s Emmanuel Goldstein without having to take into account distracting matters such as the logistics of having Secret Service agents effectively sentenced to prison along with him.

Byron York of the Washington Examiner noted what all this was really about: Thompson, he wrote, “ran the January 6 committee, which mixed elements of show trial and reality series. Focused solely on Trump, of course.” York stated that the “obvious subtext here is that removing USSS would make it easier for someone to kill Trump, which is arguably the goal of Thompson's bill, H.R. 8081: The DISGRACED Former Protectees Act.”

Indeed. Democrats have been trying to kill Trump politically for years, and what they have thrown at him would have been enough to destroy the political careers of a thousand RINOs. Yet Bad Orange Man is still standing. Now, with leftists crazier, more aggressive, and more emboldened than ever before in American history, and increasingly inclined to resort to violence against those whom they hate and fear, Bennie Thompson wants to leave Trump defenseless against them as he serves time on the Democrats’ fake charges against him. In a sane political atmosphere, this would derail Thompson’s own political career. Instead, he’ll probably get jumped in line for the next plum committee appointment.
