A British man who held four people hostage in a Texas synagogue ranted against Jews and American wars in countries like Afghanistan as his brother pleaded with him to give up and free the captives, a recording of the conversation shows. In the expletive-filled recording posted on the website of The Jewish Chronicle, 44-year-old Malik Faisal Akram said he was “bombed up” and equipped with “every ammunition” as he talked to his brother Saturday from inside Congregation Beth Israel in the Dallas suburb of Colleyville.

In a chilling conversation with his brother in Blackburn from inside the Congregation Beth Israel synagogue in Colleyville, Malik Faisal Akram, 44, said: "I'm opening the doors for every youngster in England to enter America and f*** with them”.

Addressing fellow jihadists, he shouted: “Live your f***ing life bro, you f***ing coward. We’re coming to f***ing America. F*** them if they want to f*** with us. We’ll give them f***ing war.”

The disturbing 11-and-a-half minute audio recording, obtained from a security source, reveals a conversation between Akram and his brother, Gulbar, 43, who was speaking from a police station in Blackburn in an attempt to persuade him to surrender.

When urged by Gulbar to end the siege, do time in prison, and come back to his family, Akram shouted that he had been “praying to Allah for two years for this” and intended to die. "I'd rather live one day as a lion than 100 years as a jackal,” he said.

"I'm going to go toe-to-toe with [police] and they can shoot me dead … I’m coming home in a body bag.”

He added: "I promised my brother on his deathbed that I'd go down a martyr.” One of his younger brothers died three months ago, reportedly from Covid.

The terrorist had already made a phone call to his two teenage sons, who had been spending some time with him over the last year. Gulbar is heard pleading with him to calm down, put down the weapon, and let the hostages go.

The media attention was unbearable for his elderly parents and the wider family, he added.

But Akram responded by saying he was pleased with the attention he had attracted to the cause of Muslims who were, in his view, oppressed by the US.

The fanatic, who had gained entry to the synagogue by posing as a homeless man, claimed that he was heavily armed. “I’m bombed up, I've got fucking every ammunition,” he said. He then raged about the Taliban and the United States’ foreign wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. American forces had occupied Afghanistan but the Taliban were unable to travel to the US to take their revenge, he said.

The homegrown terrorist repeatedly demanded the release of Aafia Siddiqui, a Pakistani neuroscientist suspected of having ties to al Qaeda who was convicted of trying to kill US troops in Afghanistan. He spoke emotionally about Siddiqui, known as “Lady al Qaeda”, calling her his “sister” and insisting that she be freed.

The prison where Siddiqui is serving her sentence, FMC Carswell, is in nearby Fort Worth. “She's in [prison] for 84 years, they f***ing framed her,” he said.

As the recording continues, it becomes clear to law enforcement and the terrorist’s family, who were all listening to the call, that Akram did not want to live anymore, would not put down his weapon, and intended to die in the siege, security sources said.

The audio ends shortly before the hostages ran out of the synagogue and Akram died in a hail of bullets fired by an FBI SWAT team. His final words were: “I’m going.”

During an 11-hour standoff at a synagogue in Colleyville, Texas, the British gunman repeatedly demanded the release of Aafia Siddiqui, a Pakistani woman who was convicted of attempting to kill American troops in Afghanistan. The jihadi who stormed the Congregation Beth Israel synagogue in Colleyville, Texas, and took hostages Saturday, demanding the release of convicted jihad terrorist Aafia Siddiqui, is dead, and the hostages are safe. And now comes the real work: whitewashing, downplaying, and ignoring outright what took place because it doesn’t fit the establishment narrative.

FBI Special Agent in Charge Matt DeSarno got the ball rolling when he said, “We do believe from our engagement with this subject that he was singularly focused on one issue, uh, and it was not specifically related to the Jewish community, uh, but we’re continuing to work to find a motive and, and we will continue on that path.”

DeSarno’s bizarre statement is based on the fact that the demands the hostage-taker made all revolved around Aafia Siddiqui, aka “Lady al-Qaeda,” who is serving 86 years in prison for plotting a large-scale jihad massacre in New York City. The hostage-taker reportedly demanded that his “sister” be freed, which led to widespread speculation that he was in fact Aafia Siddiqui’s brother. At this point, however, although they have not released his name, officials have announced that he is no relation to Siddiqui, and thus was referring to her as his sister in Islam.

According to Tom Winter of NBC News, the hostage-taker even had the rabbi of Congregation Beth Israel, Charlie Cytron-Walker, whom he was holding hostage, call another rabbi in New York City. “The purpose of the call was to again demand the release of Aafia Siddiqui. The New York City-based rabbi called 9-1-1 and the NYPD is well aware of the incident,” tweeted Winter.

So let’s get this straight. A man enters a synagogue and takes hostages, and warns that if anyone gets too close, people will die. He demands the release of an al-Qaeda terrorist. The FBI then asserts that his actions were “not specifically related to the Jewish community,” apparently because he was talking only about Aafia Siddiqui, and at least not reportedly railing against Jews and Israel.

So why exactly did he do all this in a synagogue? He had the whole wide green world in which to take hostages; why did he choose Congregation Beth Israel of Colleyville, Texas? Once he had taken his hostages, why did he have one rabbi call another rabbi in order to demand Aafia Siddiqui’s release? What does Congregation Beth Israel have to do with Aafia Siddiqui? What does its rabbi, or the rabbi whom the hostage-taker had him contact in New York City, have to do with Aafia Siddiqui?

The answer to both questions is nothing whatsoever. The hostage-taker chose the synagogue over any other possible target because of the widespread belief in the Islamic world that the Jews control the world through various surreptitious means, as Jordanian professor Ahmad Nofal articulated last April. Railing against “Zionist notions” and “Jewish notions,” Nofal said, “It is forbidden to say ‘Jewish’ nowadays … Forbidden! Fine. Whatever. We’ll say ‘Zionist.’ It is the same thing. See how they rule the world? They even monitor what words you use. What kind of power is this? If you curse 1.7 million [sic.] Muslims — there’s nothing to it, but if you dare to say one word [against the Jews], they cancel you.”

Nofal was not singular. In a Friday sermon in 2016 at the Umayyad Mosque in Damascus, Sheikh Muhammad Ma’moun Rahma declared: “Are you aware, oh Muslims and Arabs, that global Jewry holds the political reins in the world’s superpowers? The entire world knows that the Jews control the sources of knowledge and fortune, in order to take hold of the reins of culture and economy. In America and in Europe, they are now the kings of finance, the leaders of the media, and the owners of the publishing houses. They are behind many of the ideological and political movements in the East and West. Oh Muslims and Arabs, listen to what The Protocols of the Elders of Zion tell us. They said: ‘We must get our hands on the global news agencies because the press and the media are the means to control global ideology. That way, people will only see the news from the point of view we choose.’ Their goal is to uproot Islam and bring ruin upon its followers.”

If the “global news agencies” are really in the hands of Zionists, they’re doing a remarkably poor job in telling Israel’s side of the story, but never mind. The hostage-taker chose the synagogue because he clearly believed that the Jews, and perhaps only the Jews, held the power to secure Aafia Siddiqui’s release. The synagogue in Colleyville, in his febrile imagination, would be directly connected to the Jewish power brokers who could be compelled by his hostage-taking to do his bidding.

The FBI should know all this, but it doesn’t. Early in the Obama administration, it scrubbed all counterterror training materials that made any mention of Islamic texts and teachings and severed ties with all the independent contractors (including me) who were teaching agents about the beliefs and goals of jihad terrorists. Islamic anti-Semitism is yet another forbidden area for today’s FBI; they can’t investigate anything that might appear to be “Islamophobic.” So Matt DeSarno is operating out of the willful ignorance the FBI chose as policy years ago. This time, the agency’s woke idiocy is actively misleading the American people about what happened in Colleyville.

AAFIA SIDDIQUI

Aafia Siddiqui is a Pakistani woman who is imprisoned on charges related to the attempted murder and assault of United States officers and employees in Afghanistan.

Aafia Siddiqui was transferred to FMC Carswell for medical reasons and is serving an 86-year sentence. The Pakistani government lodged a complaint against U.S. authorities after she reported she was assaulted by another inmate in July.

Aafia Siddiqui told her attorney she was attacked in her cell on July 30, the Dallas-Fort Worth sector of the Council on American-Islamic Relations previously told the Star-Telegram. Another woman reportedly smashed a coffee mug with scalding hot liquid into Siddiqui’s face. After the attack, Siddiqui was taken out of her cell in a wheelchair and then forced into solitary confinement, CAIR Executive Director Faizan Syed has said.

U.S. authorities say Siddiqui is a dangerous terrorist with ties to the ringleader of 9/11. Counter-terrorism groups have dubbed her “Lady al-Qaeda,” and U.S. officials once described her as “the most wanted woman in the world.” The U.S. government has refused to trade her for American hostages multiple times, including for journalist James Foley prior to his execution by ISIS.

According to the Department of Justice, Siddiqui was detained in Afghanistan in 2008. Officers who searched her found documents about the creation of explosives, descriptions of American landmarks and sealed bottles of chemicals, according to a press release about her arrest.

While in the Afghan facility, U.S. Army officers said, Siddiqui grabbed a rifle from an officer, pointed it at a captain and yelled, “May the blood of [unintelligible] be directly on your [unintelligible, possibly head or hands].” An interpreter lunged at her and pushed the rifle away as Siddiqui pulled the trigger, according to the DOJ. Siddiqui fired at least two shots but did not hit anyone. An Army officer shot Siddiqui in the torso.

In Pakistan, she is widely portrayed as a heroine and martyr. Her family and supporters say the mother of three was falsely accused and used as a scapegoat in the “war on terror” after 9/11, according to a profile in the Guardian. In 2018, the Senate of Pakistan unanimously passed a resolution to take up the matter of Siddiqui’s freedom with the U.S., referring to her as “the Daughter of the Nation.”

The Council on American-Islamic Relations condemned the hostage-taking incident in a statement.

“This antisemitic attack against a house of worship is unacceptable,” CAIR’s Houston chapter said in the statement. “We stand in solidarity with the Jewish community, and we pray that law enforcement authorities are able to swiftly free the hostages and bring them to safety.”

“We want to make it very well known that the hostage-taker is NOT Dr. Aafia Siddiqui’s brother, who is not even in the same region where this horrible incident is taking place,” the CAIR statement said. “We want the hostage-taker to know that Dr. Aafia Siddiqui and her family strongly condemn this act and do not stand by you. Dr. Aafia’s family has always stood firm in advocating for the release of their sister from incarceration by legal and non-violent means only.”

At Saturday night’s press conference, the FBI would not confirm any connection between the hostage-taker and Aafia Siddiqui.

Washington State Announces Plans for ‘Strike Force’ to ‘Involuntarily Detain’ Unvaxxed

The Washington State Board of Health may soon amend state law to authorize the involuntary detainment of residents as young as 5 years old in Covid-19 “internment camps” for failing to comply with the state’s experimental vaccine mandate.

“Emergency detention order” would allow citizens to be involuntarily detained and put in isolation and quarantine at the discretion of state health authorities.

The state of Washington may amend a law to allow the forcible detainment of residents into COVID “internment camps” for defying state vaccine mandates.

The proposed revision to the COVID protocol under the Communicable and Certain Other Diseases Act, called WAC 246-100-040, outlines “procedures for isolation or quarantine.”

The amendment would grant local health officers at “his other sole discretion” to “issue an emergency detention order causing a person or group of persons to be immediately detained for purposes of isolation or quarantine.”

Additionally, the measure would allow law enforcement to assist public health officials in detaining residents who refused the COVID injection.

WAC-246-100-040 states that “a local health officer may invoke the powers of police officers, sheriffs, constables, and all other officers and employees of any political subdivisions within the jurisdiction of the health department to enforce immediately orders given to effectuate the purposes of this section in accordance with the provisions of RCW 43.20.050(4) and 70.05.120.”

The “emergency detention order” would allow individuals to be detained “for a period not to exceed ten days.”

This alarming measure comes in tandem with Gov. Jay Inslee’s (D) effort to hire “strike teams” to run quarantine camps, outlined in the state’s governmentjobs.com website, a term that has since been scrubbed from the website sometime after the bulletin was posted in September 2021.

Now the state website says “Isolation and Quarantine Camp Consultant” duties include “Maintaining the readiness of the facility and equipment which includes ensuring contractors have cleaned the facility adequately.”

The so-called “Isolation & quarantine team consultants” will earn $3,294 to $4,286 monthly for their services, according to the website.

Notably, WAC 246-100-040 was certified on October 25, 2019, just months before the COVID-19 pandemic began in January 2020.

Inslee further warned unvaccinated residents on Wednesday that he will soon impose even more harsh COVID restrictions to address the 146% spike in COVID cases despite 68% of Washington’s residents being “fully vaccinated.”

This comes as New York attempts to pass a similar bill allowing Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) to forcibly detain anyone she deems a public health threat.

The bill, called A.416, would “allow the governor or the appropriate health official to order the removal and detention of any person afflicted with a communicable disease in the event that there is a state of health emergency declared by the governor in relation to such disease.”

“[A]ny person or group removed or detained by order of the governor or his or her delegate shall be detained for as long as the department may direct,” the proposed bill states.

As we’ve reported, dehumanizing COVID internment camps are already in use in Australia, with authorities rounding up COVID-positive individuals and putting them in isolation for up to 23 hours a day.

The Washington State Board of Health will hold a virtual public meeting on January 12 to discuss the implementation of W 246-100-040. 

Physician Assistant Scott Miller told The Gateway Pundit that Republicans are being pressured to fight back against the directive at the upcoming virtual meeting.

“If we can persuade this board to do the right thing and put our children first, our state will have hope,” Miller said. “We are desperate for them to uphold the principles that our nation was founded on and preserve the freedom we have as parents and Americans to determine what goes into our children’s bodies.”

“They have already set up the internment camps. I’ve seen photographs of them,” he added.

On Jan. 5, one day before the statute of limitations would have expired for some of the crimes she’s alleging, Victoria White filed a federal lawsuit against the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia. White was a protestor at the Jan. 6, 2021 demonstration at the U.S. Capitol.

According to the suit, a copy of which was posted by Epoch Times, White was forced into the West Terrace tunnel at the U.S. Capitol by the massive number of protestors. She became trapped between the protestors and the riot police and was immobilized inside the tunnel. At that time, White’s suit alleges, she was struck in the head with a baton numerous times, sprayed with mace, punched in the face, and had her hair pulled by Capitol police. The abuse continued even though White was bleeding, visibly in distress, unable to move away from the police or follow any orders to do so, and collapsed more than once.

The suit was filed by White’s attorney, Joseph D. McBride. McBride’s law firm posted several videos of the events that transpired that day on rumble.com. One video shows White being beaten and prevented from escaping by riot police over a five-minute period. The officers nearest her held onto her so she couldn’t move away, while an officer just behind them struck her repeatedly on the head with a baton. That officer appeared to be a supervisor because he was wearing a white-shirted uniform. The complaint presumes him to be a lieutenant.

White herself was hit with half a dozen criminal charges by federal prosecutors last April. One of the charges against her was “violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.” However, McBride’s firm posted a second video that shows White, before the beating, placing herself protectively in front of a window and repelling rioters who attempted to break the glass. “We don’t do that sh*t,” she is heard telling them.

McBride released a statement about the case on Jan. 6, in which he discusses the psychological trauma White suffered in addition to the physical damage she incurred from the beating.

“Victoria speaks openly about the fact that she is a domestic violence survivor. Specifically, that she was in an abusive relationship for ten years, where she endured beatings and psychological abuse on a regular basis,” wrote McBride in the statement.

“Victoria lived with untreated psychological and physical conditions related to enduring repetitive head trauma for many years. She hit a turning point in 2016 through a combination of medicine, psychotherapy, and a newfound personal relationship with Jesus Christ,” he continued, but “Years of healing and progress were literally beaten out of her by the police on January 6. The scars and trauma related to past abuse were torn open again. A multitude of preexisting repetitive trauma injuries aggravated to the point where she can never fully recover.”

McBride also stated that “Victoria’s legal team will file an amended complaint in the coming days with a dollar amount significantly higher than the preliminary ask of one million dollars. Nothing will ever right the wrong committed against Ms. White, but making sure that she is compensated for the egregious injuries that she suffered on January 6, 2021, is certainly a start.”

Columbus County (North Carolina) Sheriff Jody Greene has had a Bible verse displayed on a wall in the sheriff department’s building for years. No one complained, until three weeks before Christmas that is, when he received a complaint letter.

The verse: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Philippians 4:13,”

The complaint letter was from Chris Line, an attorney with the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF), an advocacy group for atheists, agnostics, and non-theists. the letter stated;

The Supreme Court has said time and again that the “First Amendment mandates government neutrality between religion and religion, and between religion and nonreligion.”

And:

The court has also ruled “the Establishment Clause, at the very least, prohibits government from appearing to take a position on questions of religious belief.”… [T]his Bible verse display promoting Christianity in a sheriff’s office building is correctly viewed by a reasonable observer as an endorsement of religion, and is therefore unconstitutional.”

Sheriff Greene ignored the letter and kept the Bible verse on the wall.

When the FFRF didn’t get a response from him, on December 14 FFRF’s co-president Annie Laurie Gaylor issued a public statement: “The Columbus County Sheriff’s Office must serve all citizens equally, whether Christian or non-Christian. A blatantly Christian message in a law enforcement division sends a message of exclusion.”

Still, Sheriff Greene remained silent. And then a local TV station learned about the complaint letter and ran a story about it. Only then did he decide to respond,  via his Facebook page:

Good afternoon, Columbus County citizens. I would like to address the recent news article WECT TV6 ran on me concerning a Bible verse that is posted on the wall at the Sheriff’s Office. The verse is “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Philippians 4:13” 

First, the Bible verse was placed on the wall after I took office. It was paid for with private funds, not with county funding. The verse is one of my favorite Bible verses, and it seemed fitting for all the adversity I have had to endure. It is very motivational to me and my staff.

Here at the Sheriff’s Office we work hard in everything that we do. Before we execute a search warrant, or any service that puts our people in immediate harm’s way, we ALWAYS go to the Lord with a group prayer. ALWAYS!

The complaint was politically motivated, said Greene:

I have taken many pictures with that Bible verse in the back[ground] with not a single issue, but now that we are going into an election year, it is an issue.

He said nothing about removing the verse. Instead, he doubled down:

Currently, in Columbus County, we are at 180 [drug] overdoses. Drugs and violence are killing our youth.

We need more Jesus and less politics.

He then challenged FFRF to bring it on:

It is time, past time, to stand up. So let me be clear: I will not waiver on my stance and Christian beliefs.

Merry Christmas and God bless you ALL!

As of this writing, the FFRF remains silent in face of his challenge. But his Facebook page lit up. Within hours he had 45 responses, and all but three were supportive:

• “Stay strong, Sheriff. You and your staff are appreciated.”

• “Thank you, Sheriff Greene. Prayers for you & all your staff as they protect us.”

• “Thank you Sheriff Greene and the entire department for all you do. Merry Christmas.”

• “I am inspired by your bold courage in standing for Christian values.”

• “You have my full support to keep Christian beliefs and standards in our sheriff’s office. We must take a stand and defend our rights. Thank you for taking a stand.”

And so on.

Even Franklin Graham, of Samaritan’s Purse, went to his own Facebook page to support Greene:

I’m thankful this Sheriff knows where the true solution to life’s problems and challenges comes from, and he is standing his ground.

Will you pray for Sheriff Greene and his staff? And leave an encouraging note?

More support for the sheriff poured in:

• “God bless you Sheriff and your department!!!! We are praying for all of you.”

• “STAND FIRM!! You have our support 100%.”

• “Christianity is not a religion … it is a relationship with Christ!”

• “STAND! Sheriff, I’m glad to know the leader of our law enforcement has heart, faith & a backbone. You don’t stand alone.”

• “You’re doing a great job! Please don’t take it down. Christians must stand for their faith and for each other. You have my support!”

And so on.

If the atheist FFRF (which claims that it has 800 members in North Carolina, a state with more than 10 million residents) decides to take on Sheriff Greene in a court of law, there is no doubt that pro-bono law firms such as the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) or Jay Sekulow of the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) would relish the opportunity to defend him.

“My two children still have it better than the other children, locked up alone in their rooms at the facility because at least they are together,” reports Maria.

A German mother critical of the state’s Covid measures had her home raided and her children violently removed by police and child protective services. The children are being held in a state facility and have been unable to see their mother for over a month. The distraught mother is pleading for the public’s help.

Court Removes Children

On November 15, 2021, Maria reports that German police and child protective services broke into her family’s apartment. They physically overwhelmed her and violently separated Maria from her children. The children were then thrown into a foster care facility in Treptow-Köpenick. 

This past year, Maria did not have her children attend school due to the harsh Covid requirements. The Court claims they removed the children due to Maria’s noncompliance with school attendance. However, Maria repeatedly petitioned the children’s school and its board to allow her kids to participate in distance learning. However, she was flat out denied. Furthermore, the school would not address her safety concerns surrounding face masks and repeated covid tests of the school children.

Maria explains that the raid her family experienced “was orchestrated to be as dramatic and traumatic as possible.” She continued, “To have done all this in the name of child welfare and to justify the action as such is a pure mockery.”

German Children Are Imprisoned

Since December 14th, the children have been forced into quarantine at the state facility they are imprisoned in after a symptom-free girl tested positive. The children were supposed to be isolated for seven days, then given the opportunity to regain their freedom through testing.

Although Maria prohibited the children from undergoing the testing, her children were coerced by the State. Despite not having any symptoms, one of her healthy children “allegedly tested positive.” Both of her children have now been forced into quarantine until December 31st and had to spend Christmas alone and isolated.

“I made a request to the child protective services that my children return home for the Christmas holidays, placing myself in quarantine with them during their stay, but I received no response,” states Maria.

The children are both homesick and desperately missing their mother. Maria reports that her 9-year-old daughter cries every time she’s on the phone with her. No one at the facility plays with the children or interacts with them. Even Christmas was not acknowledged to the children.

Nevertheless, “I must honestly say, my two children still have it better than the other children, locked up alone in their rooms at the facility because they are together,” reports Maria.

State Shows No Mercy

Until her children can come home, Maria has been standing outside the facility singing for her kids. She hopes that her children, along with the others who are suffering inside, can hear them.

Unfortunately, Maria singing outside the facility has cost her gravely. Before Christmas Eve, the facility informed Maria she would only be allowed to speak with her children for ten minutes, twice a week, due to her singing. So regardless of Christmas or the fact that her children were alone in quarantine, she was only allowed two phone calls.

Maria reports that the state is now considering further punishing her and relocating the children to an unknown location.

Poor “Karen.” Her magical incantations of persuasion — “Put your f–king mask on, you piece of sh-t!” — for some incomprehensible reason, failed to have their desired effect on a man on a Delta Airlines flight from Tampa to Atlanta.

Maybe her powers of persuasion failed because he knew something about mask efficacy. Maybe her magic words failed because he knew a bit about airplane filtration systems. Or maybe he was eating.

He wasn’t at that moment wearing his mask to her satisfaction and “Karen” wasn’t having it.

Video of the woman’s attack shows that her own mask was around her neck, apparently to make sure he heard her “Christmas wishes” and mask threats. Put another way, she wore her mask in precisely the same fashion as his and still berated him for his mask failures.

But profanely berating him was only part of her act. After slapping him across the face, our Karen is seen in the videos going for his throat with two hands and, as one person videoing the event said, spitting at him because he wouldn’t do as she commanded.

There were at least two videos taken of the Christmas Eve attack. In a video of the incident posted on Instagram, the man wore a mask under his chin, exactly as the woman wore hers.

The man responded to her epithets and physical attack by saying “sit down, Karen!” He also told her, “you’re going to jail!” and called her a “b—h.” It took three airline attendants to subdue her. One attendant used the food cart to gently push her down the aisle and away from the man.

Some people met their loved ones for Christmas at the end of the flight. “Karen” was met by police vehicles as seen at the end of one of the videos. WSB-TV reports that the FBI met a woman named Patricia Cornwall at the gate and took her into custody. Apparently, they take a dim view of assault and battery.

The COVID pandemic and its latest and weakest variant so far, omicron, have caused massive cancellations of flights across the country. The New York Post reports that nearly one thousand domestic and international flights were canceled on Saturday alone.

And how was your Christmas?

(Natural News) When they reconvene on Jan. 5, 2022, the New York Senate and Assembly could pass a bill that would allow Gov. Kathy Hochul to detain “cases, contacts, carriers, or anyone suspected of presenting a ‘significant threat to public health'” – meaning the “unvaccinated.”

Bill A416 would allow Hochul near-unlimited power to whimsically target whomever she pleases for pretty much any reason at all, and have her targets hauled off to “Camp Covid” for cleansing and reeducation.

According to reports, the legislation is a “serious risk to the basic liberties of all Americans in the state of New York, including their right to choose whether or not to receive medical treatment and vaccinations related to thus far undetermined contagious diseases.”

In other words, it would not be limited just to the Fauci Flu. Any new disease or public health threat, whether real or imagined, could be used as cover to remove and detain individuals or groups of people through a single order.

All Hochul needs is the individual or group’s name along with “reasonably specific descriptions of the individuals or groups.” From there, the department is free to decide where to put the targets, including at a medical facility or some other facility that they “deem appropriate.”

“The language is purposefully vague,” writes Kay Smythe for The National Pulse.

If Bill A416 passes, any person in New York could be forced at gunpoint by the government to get vaccinated or take drugs

While Bill A416 states that no one shall be held for longer than 60 days at a time, there is a caveat in place to override that in the event of a court order.

“After 60 days, the court is allowed an additional 90 days to consider the detention of an individual, a cycle that can last indefinitely per the opinion of the department,” Smythe explains.

The bill goes on to state that any individual who has been “exposed to or infected by a contagious disease … complete an appropriate, prescribed course of treatment, preventive medication or vaccination.”

The government of New York, in essence, would be allowed to detain and forcibly medicate anyone they wish, under the bill’s provisions. Even someone who is merely “potentially” a threat, as Hochul or some other bureaucrat defines the word “threat,” could be detained and force-vaccinated.

Hochul has already indicated that she is not a friend of health freedom. Immediately after being installed as Andrew Cuomo’s replacement, she announced that any state employee who is fired for refusing the jabs will not be eligible for unemployment insurance.

Now, Hochul is apparently salivating over the prospect of being able to wave her scepter and have unvaccinated New Yorkers forcibly detained, strapped down, injected with who even knows what, and held in a concentration camp for however long the system decides is necessary to eradicate a “disease.”

Even worse is the pre-crime elements to Bill A416, which would allow for a preemptive strike against someone believed to have the capacity to “pose a threat in the future, such as those refusing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.”

An unvaccinated person could be completely healthy – healthier, in fact, than a vaccinated person – and yet be deemed a potential future threat by the department. Then that unvaccinated person could be hauled off to Camp Covid and possibly never released.

“There is no explicit reference to what types of contagious diseases qualify a person to be removed from public life, detained in a facility, and forced into medical treatment and vaccination,” Smythe further explained.

“Anyone can technically be held in isolation until they are deemed non-contagious, which would also raise questions over whether those carrying HIV / AIDS could be released back into society.”

George Soros, the left-wing billionaire known for his support of socialist and globalist causes, put millions of dollars behind a far-left money hub used by activists to push efforts aimed at dismantling the police.

A search of Soros’ Open Society Foundations’ grant database showed that the Foundation to Promote Open Society, a nonprofit within Soros’ network, gave $3 million to the Community Resource Hub for Safety and Accountability (CRH) in 2020.

CRH compiles resources for local leftist activists in order to help them make transformative change to the criminal justice system. That includes materials on abolishing and defunding the police.

Out of the $3 million in Soros money, $2 million went to creating a “budgeting Academy program” to “train community safety advocates in how to advocate around their local municipal budgets,” according to grants. The remaining $1 million was used for general support.

In 2019, Soros’ nonprofit gave the resource center $1.9 million, out of which $500,000 was spent on establishing the hub, per tax forms.

Soros’ support of CRH is one of many ways the Hungarian-born investor has used his money to reshape local policing. For years, Soros has put money in district attorney races, typically supporting the most left-wing candidates. And his wide network of nonprofits has put hundreds of millions of dollars toward causes such as “racial equality” and “criminal justice reform.”

CRH describes itself “as a resource for local advocates and organizers working to address the harms of policing in the U.S.” that seeks to “cultivate community safety and accountability outside of the criminal legal system.”

The center supports campaigns with technical assistance needs while providing research, reports, data, model policies, toolkits and “other resources to the field.”

Included in those materials is a 24-page CRH-authored memo that “reviews alternatives to policing in the context of police abolitionist frameworks, offering insights and sharing successful strategies for advocates in the field.”

That memo is just one of over 700 resources available on the site. CRH maintains that it does not necessarily endorse all materials in its hub.

The hub also features contributions from radical socialist groups such as No Cop Academy, Cops Off Campus Coalition, and The Digital Abolitionist, which are all categorized under the “abolitionist” tab.

The CRH website notes that the organization directly works on projects aimed at defunding police. For example, the hub “houses and staffs” the website defundpolice.org in partnership with several national movement organizations.

CRH hosts weekly two-hour “invest/divest learning communities” that are attended by 40 to 60 organizers throughout America, with a focus on “Budget Advocacy, Community-Based Safety Strategies, Police Fraternal Association Contracts, and Reparations for police violence.”

In addition, the hub hosts a Defund Police Fellowship that gives support to 16 fellows in 13 cities with money to support organizing staff. According to the CRH website, there are also “monthly training and skill-building sessions, weekly office hours with a budget, campaign strategy, and communications experts, and a peer mentor program.”

The Soros group’s tax forms show that CRH is a sponsored project of the New Venture Fund, a nonprofit incubator managed by the Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm Arabella Advisors.

The New Venture Fund gives the groups it houses its tax and legal status, meaning projects under its umbrella are not required to file IRS tax forms that would disclose information such as board members and financials.

Fox News notes:

The New Venture Fund raked in $965 million in anonymous donations in 2020, Fox News previously reported. It is one of four funds Arabella Advisors manages, along with the Sixteen Thirty Fund, Windward Fund and Hopewell Fund. 

The four funds in the Arabella-managed dark money network pulled in a combined $1.6 billion in secret donations last year, tax forms show.

But while none of the funds disclose donors on their tax forms, Soros’ nonprofit outright states the cash is going to the New Venture Fund to be passed off to the CRH.

One of Soros’ longtime initiatives has been to elect progressive prosecutors in localities throughout the country.

“These are little-noticed offices; you don’t have to spend very much money to get elected to a prosecutors’ office,” Charles Fain Lehman, a fellow at the Manhattan Institute, told Fox News. 

“When you do, you have an enormous influence over who actually gets prosecuted and charged with crimes,” Lehman said. “You can rule out whole classes of crimes of meriting prosecution.”

Parker Thayer, who works as a researcher at the Capital Research Center, estimates that Soros has pumped $28 million into prosecutor races since 2015.

Los Angeles Police Chief Michael Moore says that “All the suspects taken into custody” following the smash-and-grab robbery of a Nordstrom store during Thanksgiving weekend “are out of custody.” Moore said the looters were freed “as a result of one juvenile, or the others as a result of bailing out or zero-bail criteria.”

Thieves hit 11 Los Angeles area stores that weekend, stealing $338,000 in merchandise. But several of the looters pled poverty and got out, thanks to a California Supreme Court decision that ordered judges in the state to consider a suspect’s ability to pay when setting bail. If you can show you are “indigent” — no visible income or means of support — you get to walk.

The court’s decision came despite California voters’ November 2020 rejection of a proposed end to the state’s cash-bail system, the AP reported.

Since then, the ramifications of “zero bail” have come up in numerous cases.

Earlier this week, officials in San Jose and Santa Clara County slammed the policy, blaming it for the release of two homicide suspects who authorities have linked to a Halloween murder.

One of the suspects is charged with murder, while the other is charged with being an accessory to murder. The shooting stemmed from a road rage incident after the victim collided with several other vehicles. The man charged with murder, Efrain Anzures, claims he fired in self-defense.

Anzures will be confined to home arrest with an ankle monitor while his accessory, Alfred Castillo, was allowed to go free “on his own recognizance.”

The San Jose Police Department also weighed in, saying, “the criminal justice system believes they are fine out of custody without bail,” despite the serious charges against them.

“Yes you read that correctly, two homicide suspects, charged, out of custody,” the department said in a tweet. “Our community deserves better, the victim’s family deserve [sic] better. The taking of someone’s life is the ultimate crime. The system has failed.”

“This is an absolute assault on the safety of San Jose residents,” Sean Pritchard, president of the San Jose Police Officers Association, told Fox News in a statement.

It’s not just accused murderers who are benefitting from this zero-bail policy. One case involved a car-theft suspect being arrested 13 times over 12 weeks.

The police are blaming one of the usual suspects — the ACLU:

Pritchard and other police union leaders are blaming the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) for policies it sees as enabling criminals, such as California Proposition 47, which downgrades charges of theft under $950 from felonies to misdemeanors. The voter-approved measure has been blamed by some amid a wave of smash-and-grab burglaries in the Bay Area and Los Angeles.

Several police unions have sponsored a website called ACLU Watch, which is dedicated to “dedicated to fighting for victim’s rights, accountability for criminals, and exposing those that defend the indefensible.”

You can’t blame this catastrophe entirely on the ACLU. It’s those behind the ACLU who are lighting the match. They may be doing it in the name of “reform” or “transformation,” but the result is blood and chaos in the streets and the unraveling of our society.

 

San Francisco: Knife-Wielding Afghan Refugee Charges Police, Is Shot Dead

In San Francisco on Wednesday, a man named Ajmal Amani, screaming “Allahu akbar,” charged at police with a large kitchen knife and was shot multiple times with a handgun and beanbag projectiles. Amani had previously threatened to kill a man in his residential hotel with the same large knife and later died of his wounds. Amani was, according to the Associated Press, “a former Afghan interpreter for U.S. special forces who had been shot several times during more than five years of service and struggled with post-traumatic stress disorder.” That is a tragedy, but it’s also a warning: how many of the tens of thousands of unvetted Afghans who have been brought to the U.S. by Old Joe Biden’s handlers are a similar threat?

The police video should be required viewing for all the “Defund the Police” advocates, as it shows calm, cautious, and careful police officers being charged unprovoked by Amani, who continues to invoke Allah even after he charges the officers and is shot. Nor was this the Afghan refugee’s first run-in with the law: according to the AP, he “was charged with assault with a deadly weapon in 2019 for allegedly slashing a city park ranger with a box cutter who said he appeared to be in an ‘altered mental state.’”

According to the San Francisco Standard, “in November 2019, Amani was arrested after crashing a woman’s car near the Seventh Street off-ramp of Highway 80 in San Francisco. He was accused of using a boxcutter to cut a city park ranger who stopped at the scene of the crash and tried to pull him from the vehicle…Amani faced attempted murder and other charges in connection with the incident, but a judge dismissed the attempted murder charge at a preliminary hearing.”

Public defender Scott Grant, who represented Amani in that case, said his former client was having a “clear mental health episode.” Grant explained that Amani “was an Afghan interpreter who contracted with the U.S. government over the course of a decade.” He translated for the Navy SEALs and “survived being shot multiple times during his five-year tenure working with the military.” He was given a visa and came to the U.S. but “struggled with severe post-traumatic stress disorder” once here. Grant concluded: “He suffered some of the most horrific trauma anyone could have gone through.” In accord with that, “the remaining assault charges against him were dismissed after he completed mental health diversion.”

But clearly, the mental health treatment didn’t work, and Amani wasn’t pacified by the fact that the country that welcomed him as a refugee was also providing for his welfare: his room in the residential hotel in which he charged the police was paid for by the city of San Francisco.

Was Ajmal Amani a jihadi? Certainly, his screaming “Allahu akbar” opens up that possibility. And nowadays officials frequently ascribe what is clearly jihad activity to mental illness. American officials, especially in the Biden era, show no signs of ever acknowledging that fact or studying its implications, but it is nonetheless true that Ajami comes from a cultural milieu in which violence against unbelievers is considered to be not only righteous but even therapeutic. The Qur’an tells Muslims that fighting unbelievers can “heal the hearts” of the believers: “Fight them, and Allah will punish them by your hands, and he will lay them low and give you victory over them, and he will heal the hearts of people who are believers. And he will remove the anger of their hearts” (9:14-15). It may be that Ajami, suffering from PTSD or any number of other torments, may have turned to jihad violence in order to heal his own heart.

Ajami also seems to have imbibed the idea of the appropriateness of violence in certain circumstances from the culture of violence in which he was raised. Such considerations, however, are out of bounds for officials in the U.S., who are dogmatically bound to the claim that Islam is a religion of peace that has nothing whatsoever to do with terrorism.

And so nothing is more certain than that this incident will pass virtually unnoticed by the political and media elites unless they want to make it into a police brutality case, which would be extremely difficult in light of the manifest professionalism of the police officers in the video. Instead of examining the actual implications of this case, particularly the question of how wise it was to bring thousands of unvetted Afghan migrants to the country, including an unknowable number who may be in the same mental state as Ajmal Amani, we will no doubt soon hear again about the chimerical “white supremacist” terror threat. Propagandists will stick to their preferred narrative.
