House Republican Conference Chairwoman Representative Elise Stefanik has slammed Democrats over “scare tactics” used regarding former President Donald Trump’s stance on women’s issues such as abortion and IVF access.

On Sunday, Stefanik (R-N.Y.) appeared on Fox News, where she said how Trump has repeatedly stated he would not sign a national abortion ban.

The representative reiterated how Trump “believes this issue should be decided at the states” and supports three exceptions for abortions in circumstances of rape, incest, and to save the life of the mother.

“When it comes to IVF, that is a false smear,” Stefanik told “Fox News Sunday” host Shannon Bream. “President Trump wants to expand access to IVF and make birth control available, and the reason why Democrats are only talking about this issue is because these are scare tactics because they are losing on every other issue. Whether it’s the economy, the border, safety and security around the world, we’re going to run and win, and I think that women, when they look at the key top issues, are increasingly looking at their lives were much better under President Trump versus the crises that we’ve seen under Kamala Harris today.”

This came as, at a recent campaign stop in Wisconsin, Vice President Kamala Harris claimed that Trump would “ban abortion nationwide, restrict access to birth control, put IVF treatments at risk, and force states to get this monitor women’s pregnancies.”

Stefanik also criticized Harris for failing to condemn Mark Cuban’s recent remarks about female Trump supporters.

Cuban recently received criticism for suggesting that Trump fails to surround himself with “strong, intelligent women,” claiming that they intimidate and challenge him.

Stefanik noted that she, Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R-Ark.), and Republican National Committee co-chair Lara Trump have been traveling across the country as Trump campaign surrogates. She stated that during Trump’s administration, the United States had “the highest number of women ever in the workforce, the largest wage and salary increase for working women ever,” and that “child care was affordable.”

Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner Sues Elon Musk Over Swing-State Voter Lottery

On Monday, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk and his PAC in order to prevent them from disbursing $1 million daily to a registered voter in a swing state who signs their petition.

The petition simply asks people to sign if they desire secure borders, safe cities, free speech, sensible spending, self-protection, and a fair justice system in the U.S.

Additionally, the First and Second Amendments, which address American constitutional rights related to speech, religion, and firearms, are endorsed by petition signatories.

“America PAC and Musk are luring Philadelphia citizens – and others in the Commonwealth (and other swing states in the upcoming election) – to give up their personal identifying information and make a political pledge in exchange for the chance to win $1 million,” according to the legal complaint.

“America PAC’s and Musk’s lottery is plainly not a lawful lottery,” the lawsuit notes.

The complaint claims that the lottery is in violation of Pennsylvania law, which mandates that all lotteries in the state be subject to government regulation. Additionally, the DA argued that Musk and his American PAC “have not published a complete set of lottery rules or shown how they are protecting the privacy of participants’ personal information,” which he highlighted is a violation of Pennsylvania consumer protection laws.

Musk is accused in the case of “falsely claiming” that the winner was chosen at random, with the liberal DA asserting that “multiple winners that have been selected are individuals who have shown up at Trump rallies in Pennsylvania.”

However, after the story first broke, social media users noted that it is not abnormal for Trump supporters to sign a petition touting the same ideals that the Republican Party and Trump have openly expressed as guiding principles for how the U.S. should operate.

Musk has publicly expressed support for the GOP nominee, former President Donald Trump, appearing at a number of Trump rallies alongside the former president and large crowds of supporters.

According to the lawsuit, Musk and the PAC purportedly promised to give $100 to registered voters who signed a pro-First and Second Amendment petition, but the district attorney’s office stated that they don’t believe that any of those payments have been made.

CNN reported that the PAC has already received a warning letter from the U.S. Justice Department claiming that the gift may be in violation of federal election law.

Last Thursday, Musk seemed unfazed by the warning. The PAC declared two victors on Thursday but did not declare a winner on Wednesday.

The Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas is being asked by Krasner to issue an order that would forbid Musk and his political action committee from carrying out “any unfair or deceptive acts or practices in connection with their lottery.”

Meanwhile, the New York Times reported last week that Bill Gates “disclosed in private” that he donated around $50 million to a nonprofit assisting Vice President Kamala Harris in her bid for president, according to individuals familiar with the matter who spoke with the outlet.

At the start of October, the makers of the “raunchy” card game Cards Against Humanity offered to pay blue-leaning non-voters in battleground states $100 as long as they made voting plans and posted on social media that “Donald Trump is a human toilet.”

In addition, the Tufts University Career Center has similarly offered a pro-Harris initiative, “compensating people up to $400 to talk with their friends and family about voting.” Specifically, the program is “about supporting Kamala Harris for President, as well as candidates who are fighting for climate change, reproductive freedom, democracy, healthcare, marijuana legalization, and more. It’s a chance to help shape the future while making a tangible difference,” according to its website.

After President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s recent visit to Scranton, Pennsylvania, U.S. President Joe Biden announced on Thursday that more than $8 billion in military aid would be provided to Ukraine in its war against Russia.

The first delivery of the Joint Standoff Weapon, a precision-guided glide bomb with a maximum range of 81 miles, will be one of the many expensive explosives provided as part of the aid. With the medium-range missile, Ukraine can try to strike Russian forces at “safer ranges,” and it significantly improves its arsenal of weaponry.

“Biden will not announce that Washington would let Ukraine use U.S. missiles to hit targets deeper in Russia," a U.S. official said,” according to Reuters.

“We’re making clear that we stand with Ukraine now and in the future,” Biden told reporters ahead of a bilateral meeting with Zelensky in the Oval Office. He said the U.S. would continue to help Ukraine strengthen its position on the battlefield, and that he had directed the Pentagon to allocate all remaining security funding by the end of his term in January.

Zelenskyy praised Biden for his decision to give Ukraine even more assistance, and he emphasized the need to secure Ukraine’s membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and the European Union.

At least $5.5 billion of the extra aid will be disbursed before the financing authority expires on Monday, the last day of the U.S. fiscal year. Under the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, an additional $2.4 billion is available, enabling the administration to purchase more weapons for Ukraine from companies.

According to Biden, this will boost Ukraine’s defense industrial base, support its maintenance and sustainment needs, and give it more air defense, unmanned aerial systems, as well as air-to-ground weapons.

The president also stated that his proposal also calls for the Defense Department to repair and supply Ukraine with more Patriot missiles and an extra Patriot air defense battery.

In order to boost training for Ukrainian F-16 pilots, Biden directed the Pentagon to support U.S.-funded training of at least 18 pilots in the upcoming year.

“I am grateful to the United States for providing the items that are most critical to protecting our people,” Zelenskyy said on Twitter, noting the Patriot battery, the large number of drones, and other long-range missiles.

At a campaign rally in North Carolina on Wednesday, former President Donald Trump expressed his own feelings regarding the continued U.S. funding of billions of dollars to Ukraine.

“We continue to give billions of dollars to a man who refused to make a deal, Zelenskyy,” Trump reminded the crowd.

Time Magazine and the BBC outlet also had some discouraging words to say about Ukraine’s war efforts.

“U.S. officials also need to recognize that even if this aid continues, there is no realistic chance of a total Ukrainian victory next year, or the year after that. Even if the Ukrainians can build up their forces, Russia can deepen its defenses even more,” Time Magazine reported.

Meanwhile, the BBC reported that: “the former commander of the UK’s Joint Forces Command has warned that Ukraine could face defeat by Russia in 2024.”

According to AllSides’ Political Bias Meter, the BBC lands “center-left,” while Time Magazine leans fully “left” politically.

Honeymoon OVER for Kamala Harris

Vice President Kamala Harris selected Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her VP choice for the 2024 presidential election. Will Walz’s liberal history fire up the far-Left wing of the Democratic Party? Harris chose the person that aligns with her most philosophically. Though the media has tried to rewrite Harris’ radical history in the Senate, the truth remains that she had the most liberal voting record in the Senate – and Walz is right in step with her.
