The sweeping bribery case brought against U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez includes allegations that he took cash and gold in exchange for interfering in a criminal case against a New Jersey real estate developer. Menendez faces three counts, including conspiracy to commit extortion under color of official right, a charge for public officials who take bribes in return for official acts.
The indictment alleges the New Jersey senator provided sensitive U.S. government information to aid Egypt, sought to influence a pair of criminal investigations into two New Jersey businessmen and attempted to interfere with an investigation by the state attorney general’s office.
According to the indictment, the bribes included “cash, gold, payments toward a home mortgage, compensation for a low-or-no-show job, a luxury vehicle and other things of value.” Last year, Menendez added on his financial disclosure that his wife owned up to $250,000 worth of gold bars…
Prosecutors also noted that in a search of Menendez’s home, investigators found more than $550,000 in cash that was, in part, hidden in clothes.
How does the senator respond to such serious charges of official impropriety? The only way such people are trained to respond: “Muh white supremacy!”

For years, forces behind the scenes have repeatedly attempted to silence my voice and dig my political grave. Since this investigation was leaked nearly a year ago, there has been an active smear campaign of anonymous sources and innuendos to create an air of impropriety where none exists.
The excesses of these prosecutors is apparent. They have misrepresented the normal work of a Congressional office. On top of that, not content with making false claims against me, they have attacked my wife for the longstanding friendships she had before she and I even met.
Those behind this campaign simply cannot accept that a first-generation Latino American from humble beginnings could rise to be a U.S. Senator and serve with honor and distinction. Even worse, they see me as an obstacle in the way of their broader political goals.
Obviously, let’s acknowledge that allegedly taking a quarter of a million dollars worth of gold bars to stash in your closet and hiding a half million dollars in your wardrobe in exchange for alleged government favors to business partners falls within the range of the “normal work of a Congressional office.” Claiming otherwise is basically domestic terrorism.

When you think of Jimmy Carter and his disastrous presidency, what’s the first thing that comes to mind? Galloping inflation? The energy crisis? The national “malaise”? Appeasement of the Soviets? Appeasement of the Palestinian jihadis?
All that and more can be said about Carter’s sorry record as president, topped only lately by the frankly anti-American Biden regime, but as far as the world’s worst and scariest philanthropist, Bill Gates, is concerned, none of that is President Cornpone’s greatest achievement. The Gates Foundation has just awarded Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter with a lifetime achievement award for their “near-eradication of guinea worm disease.”
No, I am not making this up. Atlanta’s WSB reported Wednesday that America’s second-worst president, Jimmy Carter, and his wife Rosalyn “have been awarded for their lifetime of philanthropy and leadership with a lifetime achievement award from the Gates Foundation.” By “philanthropy and leadership,” of course, the Gates Foundation means “sanctimony and globalism.”
The award that Mr. and Mrs. Peanut got is called the Goalkeepers Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Gates Foundation explained why they deserved this illustrious and coveted honor: “From the near-eradication of guinea worm disease to their work for peace and democracy, Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter’s trailblazing leadership has made a difference for the world. We’re thrilled to give them the Goalkeepers Lifetime Achievement Award.”
Well, yeah, Carter certainly has made a difference in the world. He weakened America on the world stage in what turned out to be the final stages of the Cold War, which his successor, Ronald Reagan, brought to a close by abandoning Carter’s policies of appeasement.He emboldened genocidal Palestinian jihadis by forcing Israel to accept the fiction of Palestinian nationality and make numerous other concessions in the widely and unjustly hailed Camp David Accords. He embodied pusillanimity as he adopted the pose of the self-righteous schoolmarm, scolding America to turn down the thermostat in response to a fictional energy crisis (created by a forest of regulations that Reagan cleared away, thus ending the crisis).
Political cartoonists of the day took to portraying Carter as a tiny man seated in a massive presidential chair; throughout his presidency, the conviction grew among Americans that he was just too small a man for the job.Thus it is fitting that Bill Gates would look up from his efforts to depopulate America and the world and decide that the great achievement for which Jimmy Carter ought to be remembered and honored is the “near-eradication of guinea worm disease.” Maybe it takes one worm to eradicate another.
After all, what else could the Gates Foundation say? That Carter emboldened and strengthened America’s enemies, as has nearly every president who has followed him into the Oval Office? That the “malaise” for which Carter wagged his finger at Americans has now become the official policy of the Biden regime? That regime appears bent on removing every source of comfort and happiness from American lives and leaving us riding stinking, jam-packed electric buses on the way home from our joyless jobs to our overcrowded, dilapidated, crime-ridden yet high-rent apartment blocks, where a revolting meal of bugs awaits us.
Carter set the ball rolling toward that dystopian future when he called upon Americans to swelter in the summertime and freeze in the winter so as to address a crisis he created. Half a century later, the America-Last successors of Carter are preparing to force Americans to take similar steps to solve the fake crisis of “climate change” as Merrick Garland’s Gestapo is poised to put dissidents on terror watch lists.
The father of the dystopia we already enjoy is Jimmy Carter, and so he is more deserving of an award from the sinister and dystopia-minded Gates Foundation than anyone else, with the possible exception of Old Joe Biden himself. But hey, there’s always next year to honor the conscienceless kleptocrat who now sits in the Oval Office.
If Gates does honor Old Joe, he could throw in a new award also: the Jimmy Carter Award, given to the president of the United States who damages the country the most while crowing about how much he has accomplished and smugly hectoring the American people to look up his works and hail him for his magnificence. Who would have thought that Jimmy Carter, of all people, would become the paradigmatic president in our Age of Absurdity? But here we are.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced that it will be extending deportation protection for Afghan nationals.
On Thursday, the DHS announced it will be extending and designating Afghanistan for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). This allows refugees who have arrived in the United States in the last year deportation protection and work permits due to the conditions in Afghanistan.

Since the Biden Administration’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan, more than 70,000 former Afghan nationals have been relocated to communities throughout the United States via U.S. federal programs.
DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said in a statement that the announcement allows them to provide safety to Afghan nationals.
“Today’s announcement to extend and redesignate TPS for Afghanistan allows us to continue to offer safety and protection to Afghan nationals who are unable to return to their country,” Mayorkas said. “DHS will continue to support Afghan nationals through this temporary form of humanitarian relief.”

The decision comes amid military violence in Afghanistan, where the Taliban has regained control. The designation is usually based on conditions in the selected country and is based on one of three criteria, armed continuous war, environmental disasters, or “extraordinary and temporary conditions.”
Reportedly, extending TPS means that the estimated 3,100 people who have already been protected by past designations would get further benefits until May 2025. New refugees who arrived between March 2022 and Wednesday are eligible for the reclassification.
The DHS has also reported that they expect around 14,600 more Afghan refugees will be admitted to the program.
According to reports, many have raised concerns about the decision and have stated that the TPS authority has been abused and has drifted away from its initial intent and is now “anything but temporary.”
Director of the Border Security and Immigration Center at The Heritage Foundation Lora Ries spoke to the press about how it is time for Congress to take back its authority.
“And all receive what they really want – work authorization,” she said. “It’s past time for Congress to take back its authority to determine who is authorized to work & narrow parole and TPS statutory text to align with Congress’ original intent.”
The move comes a day after the Biden Administration announced that they will be giving nearly half a million Venezuelans temporary residence and work permits.

Have you noticed that the time in between embarrassing moments for Joe Biden seems to be getting shorter and shorter? On Wednesday, Biden nearly knocked over the Brazilian flag while walking on stage before giving a speech launching the “Partnership for Workers’ Rights” program. Later, he gave an awkward salute to the audience while appearing somewhat lost before exiting the stage.
During a speech at a campaign event at the home of billionaire Amy Goldman Fowler later in the day, Biden told the story he’s been telling for years about why he decided to run for president in 2020.
Biden started by claiming that after leaving the office of vice president, he had no intention of running for office again.
But then along came, in August of 2017, Charlottesville, Virginia. You remember those folks walking out of the fields literally carrying torches, with Nazi swastikas, holding them forward, singing the same vicious, anti-Semitic bile — the same exact bile — bile that was sung in — in Germany in the early ‘30s. And a young woman was killed. A young woman was killed.
And this was — and I re- — you may remember it. There was a consequential piece of business going on. And the former guy was asked, “What do you think would happen?” He was the sitting president. And he said, “I thought there were some very fine people on both sides.”
And I mean this sincerely, from the bottom of my heart, that’s when I decided I — I was going to run again.
Of course, the claim that Trump called neo-Nazis and white nationalists “very fine people” has long been debunked. But Biden is totally committed to this lie, telling it over and over and over again. In fact, he’s gotten so used to telling this bogus story that he ended up telling it again moments later.
“You know, you may remember that, you know, those folks from Charlottesville, as they came out of the fields and carrying those swastikas, and remember the ones with the torches and the Ku — accompanied by the Ku Klux Klan,” Biden said. “And in addition to that, they had — there were white supremacists. Anyway, they were making the big case about how terrible this was. And a young woman was killed in the process. And my predecessor, as I said, was asked what he thought. He said, ‘There are some very fine people on both sides.’ Well, that kept ringing in my head. And so, I couldn’t, quite frankly, remain silent any longer.”
Why is this important? Well, there’s been a concerted effort by the mainstream media to suggest that it’s unfair that voters are concerned about Joe Biden’s age but not Donald Trump’s. Chronologically, the two men may be only three years apart, but can anyone say that telling the same story in the same speech is normal? Whatever’s going on with Biden is getting worse.

New Jersey Democrat Senator Bob Menendez has been charged with a federal corruption indictment, making it the second set of corruption charges against him in 10 years.
Menendez (D-N.J.) and his wife, Nadine, are accused of accepting “hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes” in exchange for the senator’s influence, according to the newly unsealed federal indictment.
The sweeping 39-page indictment claims that the couple accepted bribes in exchange for Menendez using his power as a U.S. senator to protect the interest of three prominent businessmen, while also benefiting Egypt’s government.
Federal prosecutors in New York announced the charges during a press conference on Friday, adding that the investigation is “ongoing.”
“Today, I’m announcing that my office has obtained a three count indictment charging Senator Robert Menendez, his wife, Nadine Menendez, and three New Jersey businessmen, Wael Hana, Jose Uribe and Fred Daibes for bribery offenses,” U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said at a press conference late Friday morning.
The list of charges against the couple includes conspiracy to commit bribery, conspiracy to commit honest services fraud, and abusing his power in office.
The indictment alleges Menendez and his wife received bribes that included “cash, gold bars, payments toward a home mortgage, compensation for a low-or-no-show job, a luxury vehicle and other items of value.”
Menendez responded to the indictment in a statement.
“For years, forces behind the scenes have repeatedly attempted to silence my voice and dig my political grave. Since this investigation was leaked nearly a year ago, there has been an active smear campaign of anonymous sources and innuendos to create an air of impropriety where none exists,” he claimed.
The indictment revealed that in 2022, federal agents carried out searches at Menendez’s residence and safe deposit box, discovering nearly $500,000 in cash.
Some of this money was reportedly hidden in envelopes within jackets bearing Menendez’s name.
Prosecutors assert that some of those envelopes carried the fingerprints or DNA of one of the business associates allegedly involved in providing bribes to the senator.
During the search, federal investigators also found a “luxury vehicle, paid for by [Jose] Uribe,” parked in the garage.
As Menendez gears up for re-election next year, these charges have cast a shadow over his political future. The senator has been a fixture in the Senate since 2006.

There are an awful lot of strange things about the war in Ukraine. Here’s another one.
The New York Post reported matter-of-factly Monday that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy “headed to Staten Island University Hospital on Monday to visit his country’s wounded soldiers after he landed in the Big Apple for this week’s United Nations General Assembly.” It was presented as a heart-warming story: the Commander-In-Chief gives a morale boost to those who have been wounded in defense of the nation, and everyone goes away feeling inspired.
But wait. Why are the Ukrainian wounded in a hospital on Staten Island, instead of, say, Kyiv, or Odessa? It seems an awful long way for a wounded person to have to travel for treatment. Yet the Post offers no explanation of why they’re there, how they got there, or what the implications of their being there might be. Sky News offered raw footage of the event but no further explanation.
The Post says that Zelenskyy “thanked Ukrainian fighters receiving treatment at the hospital and even helped one soldier out of his wheelchair and to his feet as the two took a photo together.” And even more inspiring, “during his visit, Zelenskyy handed out commendations to the injured soldiers, some confined to wheelchairs and others with prosthetic limbs.”
While he was there, “he also toured the facility” and gave “a short address to the soldiers in the room.” That was when the inspirational content of this story reached its height, for Zelenskyy “reportedly issued the country’s battle cry, ‘Glory to Ukraine’ with soldiers replying ‘Glory to the heroes’ in Ukrainian.”
Gee, that’s swell, but when did Staten Island become part of Ukraine? Did Zelenskyy buy it with all the billions that the Biden regime has been shoveling his way?
Michael Dowling, whom the Post identifies as “the CEO of Northwell Health, which owns Staten Island University Hospital” offered a clue to this curious scenario when he said that “18 Ukrainian soldiers have received treatment at the medical center since March.”
That leads us to an ABC News story from March 30, which informs us that “a U.S.-based nonprofit is providing life-changing prosthetic limbs to Ukrainian soldiers who were wounded while defending their country against Russian forces. In just a few months, Kind Deeds has helped 11 soldiers receive and get fitted with prostheses.” The story adds that the soldiers were being treated at Staten Island University Hospital.
Dowling explained, “We have an obligation to help with the situation in Ukraine as much as we possibly can. It’s our privilege to help any way we can.” The executive director of Staten Island University Hospital, Dr. Brahim Ardolic, added that “the soldiers want to get back to serve their country.”
He said, “We’ve rarely seen patients that are this much wanting to get better to go back to help. It’s really incredible to see how passionate you all are about getting better so you can go back and help your country. It really is something that is an inspiration to all of us.” In the same spirit of warmth and commendation, Zelenskyy “also presented awards to hospital staff.”
Zelenskyy is in New York to speak at the UN, and while he is in the country, he also plans to pay a visit to his piggy bank: “Later this week, Zelenskyy plans to meet with President Biden and congressional leaders in Washington, D.C. in a bid to secure more assistance from the U.S. as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine approaches 20 months.”
And of course, he will get it as America’s infrastructure continues to crumble and Americans are increasingly squeezed by the financial burden of taking care of everyone in the world who has any problems.
It is unlikely that Zelenskyy and Old Joe will discuss the wisdom of the U.S. getting ever more involved in the war in Ukraine and thereby also inching ever closer to a world war. American taxpayer money is bankrolling the war in Ukraine, and wounded Ukrainian soldiers are being treated in the United States (paid for by a charity, apparently), and no one seems concerned about the bigger picture at all.
So relax. There will never be any consequences for America’s actions, and the money will never run out. Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!

A committee on the New York City Council is set to vote on a proposal that could result in monuments honoring figures such as George Washington, Christopher Columbus, Thomas Jefferson, Peter Stuyvesant, and more being removed due to their “controversial” pasts.
A public hearing was held on Tuesday addressing the proposal established by the NYC Committee on Cultural Affairs, Libraries, and International Intergroup Relations. The proposal specified that public art that portrays someone who has been linked to slavery or “crimes against humanity” should be taken down.
However, if the commission determines that a statue or monument honors a person who committed crimes against humanity, but votes not to remove the artwork, it would require the city to create an “explanatory plaque” discussing the misdeeds of the historical figure.
The committee’s hearing involved additional legislation that would mandate the city’s Public Design Commission (PDC) to administer a plan to remove works of art on New York property.
According to the committee, the monuments represent individuals who owned enslaved persons who economically benefited from slavery, or those who participated in systemic crimes against indigenous people.
“This bill would require the PDC to publish a plan to remove works of art on City property that depict a person who owned enslaved persons or directly benefited [sic] economically from slavery, or who participated in systemic crimes against indigenous peoples or other crimes against humanity,” the proposal explains. “If PDC determines a work of art depicts a person who fits these criteria and decides not to remove the work of art, PDC would be required to include in the plan steps it will take to install an explanatory plaque next to the work of art.”
However, Republican officials claimed that the proposal was created in an effort to erase history and dishonor those who established America. Critics immediately branded the attempt to remove the notable statues as being a part of “cancel culture.”
“This is little more than an attempt by the radical left to rewrite our nation’s history,” said Republican Councilwoman Joann Ariola of Queens, according to the New York Post. “These men all had an enormous impact on this country, and these statues commemorating their achievements have been in place for decades.”
“The radical left has been trying to reframe our nation as one born from evil, and it is time we put our foot down and say enough is enough,” she added. “The Founding Fathers and the others who worked so hard to establish this great country should be celebrated, not eliminated from memory.”
There are over half a dozen monuments on city property admiring Washington, the first president of the United States and a revolutionary hero, which could now potentially be taken down. These include monuments in Washington Square Park and Union Square Park.
Statues of Christopher Columbus, an Italian man famously known for discovering the “New World” in 1492, were also targeted with outcries for his statue to be removed from the public square due to how he allegedly “abused native populations throughout his travels.”
Additionally, Peter Stuyvesant, an early New York settler and slaveholder, has a statue erected of him in Stuyvesant Park, and the prestigious Stuyvesant High School is also named after him.
Furthermore, NYC officials have already taken down a statue of Thomas Jefferson, an author of the Declaration of Independence and the third president of the U.S., due to his connection with slavery. These included monuments at the city council chambers that were removed in 2021.
Another monument, which honors the 26th president of the U.S., Teddy Roosevelt, has also been taken down in front of the Natural History Museum in New York.
“I thought this was behind us,” Angelo Vivolo, president of the Columbus Heritage Coalition said. “This woke group wants to cancel our culture.”
“I’m here for the fight. The Italian-American community will come out strongly against this move to ban Columbus, a symbol of Italian-American accomplishment. But it’s not just Columbus. You’re going against Washington… Jefferson…. You’re going against the people who contributed greatly to America,” he added.
The 51-member New York City Council is in control of the operation of city agencies and the passing of local regulations and laws that deal with everything from outdoor dining to zoning matters. However, their main focus currently is canceling historical figures deemed “controversial.”
Brooklyn Council Sany Nurse, the author of the proposal, was not immediately available for comment when asked about the situation.

There’s an election coming up next year, so naturally, we’re all being conditioned for a return of COVID-19. For weeks, there’s been talk of a new COVID variant, which prompted Joe Biden to request more funding for Big Pharma a new, updated vaccine. Conveniently enough, at the same time, the media started reporting on the alleged increase in COVID-19 hospitalizations, and some high-profile people suddenly caught COVID, including Jill Biden.
The message was clear: be afraid of the return of COVID. Be very afraid.
But is that really what you should be afraid of? As you may recall, during the pandemic, we learned that the vaccines didn’t necessarily protect people from COVID-19, prompting widespread skepticism. Heck, the CDC even changed the definition of vaccine to remove references to immunity. Even though you may have decided that you weren’t going to get this updated vaccine, Biden floated the idea of a new vaccine mandate.
It seems likely that the Biden administration will do whatever it can to ensure demand for this updated vaccine, which has already been approved by the FDA for all Americans six months and older. According to Johns Hopkins professor Dr. Marty Makary, this new vaccine was approved by the FDA despite any human trial data.
“They are telling every American six months of age and older to get this new COVID vaccine, but they approved it based on almost no data,” Makary told Guy Benson on his radio show. “There’s no human clinical trial data. Pfizer submitted data on ten mice, and Moderna, which also got a new vaccine approved [sic]. This is not an additional booster. This is an entirely newly designed COVID-19 vaccine they want everyone to get, even if you had COVID a few months ago. They don’t care. They’re pushing it hard.”
Even worse, the Biden administration appears ready to push this untested vaccine on children, who, we’ve pointed out many times, aren’t really at risk from COVID.
“And the White House bought four times as many doses for children this round as they did last fall when they had that new Bivalent vaccine. So this is a big push now of the Moderna trial. It turns out if you actually look at the data returned, they [Moderna] did give it to 50 people back four months ago. One of them had an adverse event requiring medical attention.”
So Pfizer has no human trial data for its new vaccine, and Moderna is being mum about the adverse effects of its new vaccine. How can they get away with this? Well, as Makary pointed out, they’ve gamed the system before.
“They know that the regulatory process to get this approved is totally greased,” Makary pointed out. “President Biden was out there saying that this thing works and everyone needs to get it before the FDA even, you know, approved it. So this thing was greased.”
Imagine a vaccine where 1 in 50 doses resulted in an adverse effect. That’s the kind of result that, in the past, would guarantee rejection from the FDA. Heck, the Biden administration put a pause on the Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccine over a one-in-a-million risk of blood clots. Consider the evidence, and ask yourself why the Biden administration is pushing you to get an updated vaccine that hasn’t been thoroughly tested to protect yourself from a virus that isn’t nearly as severe as it was two years ago.
House Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., on averting a government shutdown, budget negotiations, a potential Hunter Biden subpoena, and the Biden impeachment inquiry.
The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans has given new life to a lawsuit brought by three doctors claiming the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) overstepped its authority and acted as a medical doctor rather than as a regulating authority in the agency’s campaign promoting a ban on the use of the drug Ivermectin in the treatment of COVID-19.1
The court’s decision overturned U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Vincent Brown’s lower court’s order dismissing the doctors’ lawsuit. Judge Brown agreed with the government that it was protected from the lawsuit due to sovereign immunity.2 Sovereign immunity provides that the government may not be sued without its consent. The purpose behind the legal doctrine of sovereign immunity is to protect the government from being forced to change policies should someone disagree with them and bring legal action.3
The medical doctors, Mary Bowden, Paul Marik, and Robert Apter, argue that the FDA’s actions of interfering with their prescribing of Ivermectin harmed their reputation caused punitive action to be taken against them, and interfered with the practice of medicine, which included pharmacies failing to fill their prescription orders for Ivermectin.
Jared Kalson, the lawyer for the plaintiffs argued:
If the government is going to label Ivermectin a horse medicine or a horse dewormer and promulgate the idea that it is only for animals, then the natural correlation is that doctors who prescribe it are horse doctors or quack doctors, which has played out. The government engaged in a singularly effective campaign here to malign a common drug that has been used for a very long time and has been dispensed in billions of doses. It’s one of the most famously safe drugs in the history of human medicine. And when people did exactly what the FDA said to ‘Stop it. Stop it with the Ivermectin,’ I don’t understand how that would not be traceable back to the FDA.4
Court Rules “FDA Not a Physician”
The plaintiffs appealed the lower court order to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. The panel of three appellate judges, including Judge Don Willet, Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod, and Judge Edith Brown Clement agreed with the plaintiffs that the FDA committed government agency overreach and allowed the doctors to proceed with their lawsuit.5
The Order read,:
FDA is not a physician. It has authority to inform, announce, and apprise—but not to endorse, denounce, or advise. The doctors have plausibly alleged that FDA’s posts fell on the wrong side of the line between telling about and telling to. As such, the doctors can use the APA to assert their ultra vires claims against the agencies and the officials.6
Judge Willet took issue with the FDA’s Aug. 21, 2021 Twitter post stating, “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.” The judge wrote, “Even tweet-sized doses of personalized medical advice are beyond FDA’s statutory authority.”7
How a Licensed Inexpensive Antiparasitic Drug Helped Treat COVID
Merck originally marketed Ivermectin, which was licensed in 1981, as a veterinary antiparasitic drug. By the late 1980s, Ivermectin became the most widely used antiparasitic drug in both animals and humans and has been especially useful in Africa to effectively and safely control malaria.89 A Nobel prize-winning drug, doctors have been prescribing Ivermectin to patients for decades.10
So how did a cheap, accessible antiparasitic become such a popular drug used to treat SARS-CoV-2 infections during the COVID pandemic?
In 2020, Australian researchers from the Biomedicine Discovery Institute (BDI) at Monash University made the discovery that Ivermectin could neutralize the novel SARS-CoV-2 virus within 48 hours. The study, a joint effort between Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute, Monash University in Clayton, Australia, and the Peter Doherty Institute of Infection and Immunity—a joint venture between the University of Melbourne and the Royal Melbourne Hospital, both in Melbourne, Australia—found that, in vitro, the drug proved effective against a number of viruses, including HIV, dengue, influenza, and Zika. The findings suggested that just a single dose of Ivermectin could remove or significantly reduce viral RNA within 24 to 48 hours of SARS-CoV-2 .
Dr. Kylie Wagstaff, Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute scientist and leader of the study said: “We found that even a single dose could essentially remove all viral RNA by 48 hours and that even at 24 hours there was a really significant reduction in it.”
A study was published in 2021 in the American Journal of Therapeutics providing evidence that the use of Ivermectin reduces morbidity and mortality from SARS-CoV-2 infections, including time to recovery and viral clearance.11 In addition, Ivermectin is being investigated as an option for treating certain other human viral infections like latent Epstein Barr, which can be reactivated in some individuals when they are infected with SARS-CoV-2 and lead to long COVID.121314
Ivermectin Showed Antiviral Effects Against Omicron and Other Variants
Off-label use of Ivermectin has been the source of much scrutiny among many public health officials throughout and even following the pandemic. And while historically prescribed as an antiparasitic for humans and animals, the drug did show and other variants in 2022 during joint nonclinical research conducted by Japanese pharmaceutical company, Kowa Co. Ltd.15
Additionally, another study published in The Lancet in 2021 found Ivermectin to incite “antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2 and provides insights into the type of evaluations to be considered in the assessment of antiviral drugs for the control of COVID.”16
Popular podcast host and health and wellness influencer Joe Rogan posted a video only days after the FDA urged people to stop taking the drug to prevent or treat COVID-19 to share he was taking Ivermectin after contracting the virus. He said that taking Ivermectin in conjunction with monoclonal antibodies, prednisone, azithromycin, a NAD drip, and a vitamin drip, a protocol he shared with his followers, helped him feel “great” only three days later.
FDA’s Condemnation of Ivermectin-Blocked Doctor Prescriptions for COVID Patients
Judge Willet further pointed out that Ivermectin is available in both animal and human form and that doctors have been prescribing the drug to patients for decades. However, after the FDA’s condemnation of Ivermectin as an ineffective and potentially dangerous treatment for COVID-19, pharmacies across the country began refusing to fill doctors’ prescriptions for patients.
A Department of Justice attorney, Ashley Cheumg Honold, clarified the FDA’s position to the court stating…
FDA explicitly recognizes that doctors do have the authority to prescribe ivermectin to treat COVID.17
Despite the FDA’s statement that doctors have the authority to prescribe Ivermectin to treat COVID, pharmacies continue to refuse to fill prescriptions for the drug, leaving patients scrambling. Dr Bowden told The Epoch Times:
This needs to come to an end. In telling my patients what medicines they can and cannot have access to, we effectively have a large group of pharmacists practicing medicine without a license. They have no accountability for this yet they are allowed to dictate patient care. … I see it every single day. Enough is enough.18

A potentially devastating video from 2005 has resurfaced showing Hunter Biden socializing with then-senator Joe Biden and potential clients, discussing “the weather.” I’m just kidding. They weren’t talking about the weather; they were talking business.
The video, which was taken after a speech in South Carolina, was recently featured on Newsmax’s “Greg Kelly Reports,” and it captures a moment where Hunter Biden stands on the sidelines while Joe Biden interacts with attendees, “working the room,” as Kelly describes it. After waiting patiently for the right moment, Hunter eventually joins the conversation to greet a couple with whom he had apparently discussed a potential business opportunity linked to his lobbying firm.
“At the right time, Hunter moves, all right, Hunter moves in as soon as it turns to business. Watch and listen here,” Kelly observed, before showing the exchange that occurred.
“Maybe we can work something out,” Joe Biden says to the couple in the video.
“Yeah, yeah, that is what we will do,” the woman excitedly replies.
“Hunter was just telling me about his law firm in Washington, his law firm,” replies the man next to her.
“Yeah,” Joe Biden says, clearly not surprised.
“Do you have a [business] card by any chance?” the man asks Hunter.
“I don’t, but I’ll give you my, uhh—” Hunter replies.
“Well let me give you mine,” the man offers.
“Yeah, then I’ll give you my [inaudible]… I gave ’em all away,” Hunter explains.
At this point, the woman starts engaging with Joe, while Hunter and the man go off to the side to have a separate conversation that the camera can’t pick up.
“You see it right there. That’s how it worked,” Kelly observed. “Circumstantial but devastating.”
This took place while Joe Biden was a senator. He wasn’t even vice president yet, and it appears that he and Hunter had been working political events for years to make business deals. For sure, business only got better when Joe Biden became vice president and yielded more influence. That they were doing this out in the open with a camera on them tells you how little shame they had and leaves me wondering how many more deals were done similarly out of sight of the cameras or behind closed doors for years.
While the new impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden involves influence-peddling during his time as vice president, it’s quite clear the shady Biden family business was going on well before that.

On Thursday, the younger Biden was indicted by special counsel David Weiss in connection to a firearm he purchased in 2018. He was charged with making false statements on a federal firearm form and possession of a firearm as a prohibited person. The three charges carry a maximum prison sentence of 25 years behind bars and a $250,000 fine.
In June, it appeared that both sides reached a plea agreement. The agreement would’ve forced the 53-year-old to plead guilty to the charges. Hunter would’ve entered a pretrial diversion program, which would’ve allowed him to avoid prosecution on a felony gun charge. The July plea collapse was unexpected and instead, he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
In 2018, Hunter purchased a firearm from a Delaware gun store. When signing federal forms to purchase the weapon, he lied on federal forms by stating he was not using or addicted to any drugs. At the time, Hunter was allegedly addicted to crack cocaine. It is considered a federal crime to lie on the ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) form or to possess a firearm as a drug user.
This indictment comes days after Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) announced an impeachment inquiry against the 46th president.

New video and photos from Fox News capture part of the Biden administration’s increasingly catastrophic border crisis, as over 9,000 illegals were encountered by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in a single day.
CBP encountered an estimated 9,100 illegal aliens in just one day, according to Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin on X (formerly Twitter) on Sept. 13. The magnitude of the Biden border crisis is becoming difficult to comprehend, and too many of these migrants are simply being released since Border Patrol does not have the resources to deal with them. The migrant flood includes tens of thousands of potential terrorists and criminals.
Melugin:
NEW: Per CBP sources, yesterday alone, Border Patrol apprehended over 7,400 illegal immigrants at the southern border, & when combined with CBP ports of entry, there were over 9,100 migrant encounters in one day. I’m told CBP released 5,000+ yesterday w/ a notice to appear. As of this morning, CBP had over 21,000 people in custody.
My hometown of Tucson, Ariz., is one place experiencing a disturbing influx of illegal migrants. ”NEW: Large numbers of single adult men from all over the world are crossing illegally into Border Patrol’s Tucson, AZ sector,” Melugin announced on Sept. 14. “Our team shot this video in Lukeville, AZ, where men from Africa have been crossing daily. Hundreds from Senegal have crossed here in recent days.”
Melugin also shared images and explained just how overwhelming the border crisis is in the single sector of Tucson. “NEW: Images from Ajo, AZ show illegal immigrants being detained in an outdoor Border Patrol holding area yesterday as the Tucson, AZ sector is overwhelmed & CBP facilities there are overcapacity,” he posted on Sept. 14. “The sector has seen approx 2,000 illegal crossings per day last 3 days in a row & street releases are now taking place there in an effort to decompress.”
A retired ICE Field Office Director, John Fabbricatore, confirmed that the situation at the border is only getting worse, and it’s due to deliberate policymaking. “I retired from ICE last year. Since I retired I have been down to the border 6 times. The problem has gotten worse. The border is not secure. This is by design. This administration wants open borders!” he insisted.
As I noted above, this illegal migrant invasion is a national security risk, putting Americans in danger. CBP data records 10,810 migrant criminals arrested just in this Fiscal Year. Meanwhile, CBP flagged 74,904 illegal migrants across the U.S. for being potential national security risks (i.e. potential terrorists or those with terrorist ties) between October 2022 and August 2023. That’s a huge increase over last year’s total of 25,627 individuals. And under Biden, it’s only going to get worse.
Susanna Gibson is running for a key seat in the Virginia House of Delegates that could determine which party has a majority in that body and can enact its agenda. She has also just been discovered to be an active porn star, performing sex acts with her husband on livestreams. After this news broke, Gibson was defiant, refusing to withdraw from the race. And why should she? She perfectly encapsulates the Democrats’ present-day ethos: statism and libertinism wrapped in the language of moral crusades and individual rights.
Gibson promises that if she is elected, she “will continue to fight for you, your families, and our community.” Hey, great, we’ve never heard a candidate say that before. She ticks all the boxes for today’s left: “Climate change is a very real threat to our national security, public health, economic prosperity, and diverse biosphere,” she informs us solemnly. She wants “common-sense gun laws.” She “will be a strong ally for the LGBTQ+ community in our General Assembly.”
Above all, she will fight for the most important issue of all for Democrats today, the right to sacrifice babies to Moloch: “As a volunteer with Planned Parenthood, I believe strongly — with every fiber of my being — that women must have control over their own bodies.” Oh, boy, does she.
The Washington Post revealed Monday that Gibson has “performed sex acts with her husband for a live online audience and encouraged viewers to pay them with ‘tips’ for specific requests.” She “streamed sex acts on Chaturbate, a platform that says it takes its name from ‘the act of masturbating while chatting online.’” Yet despite the fact that these live streams were all too public, a furious Gibson responded to this revelation by terming it “an illegal invasion of my privacy designed to humiliate me and my family.”
In the tried-and-true Democrat fashion, Gibson claimed victimhood, saying that the disclosure that she has sex for money on video “won’t intimidate me and it won’t silence me.” She charged that “my political opponents and their Republican allies have proven they’re willing to commit a sex crime to attack me and my family because there’s no line they won’t cross to silence women when they speak up.”
Wait a minute. A “sex crime”? Gibson was referring not to her videos, but to the revelation that she had made them. As they were quite public, it’s difficult to see how she has a case, but she is claiming that the revelation that she made the videos constitutes revenge porn, which is against the law in Virginia. With all the indignant self-righteousness he could muster, Gibson’s attorney, Daniel P. Watkins, stated: “We are working closely with state and federal law enforcement.”
Yeah, well, it doesn’t take a lawyer to point out that revenge-porn laws address the unauthorized publication of photos or videos that were meant to remain private. The Post notes that “in this case, Gibson originally live-streamed these sexual acts on a site that was not password-protected. The couple had more than 5,700 followers there.
Many of the videos remained available to the public on other unrestricted sites as of Saturday.” Watkins “pointed to a 2021 Virginia Court of Appeals ruling that found it was unlawful for a man to secretly record his girlfriend during a consensual sexual encounter even if he did not show the video to others.” Yet there was nothing secret about Gibson’s videos.
Corey D. Silverstein, whom the Post identifies as “a prominent adult entertainment industry lawyer,” is more honest when he says, “I think it’s fantastic you have someone running who has an open sex life. It’s actually very refreshing.” Refreshing maybe, but Susanna Gibson certainly epitomizes the ethos of the modern Democrat Party. Why shouldn’t the party that is pushing drag queens and pornography in primary schools want a pornographic performer in the Virginia House of Delegates?
In Huxley’s “Brave New World,” the luckless inhabitants of the dystopian statist future are kept perpetually stoned with a drug that keeps them passive and happy as they toil away as slaves to the state. Gibson’s drug of choice is pornography, but if that doesn’t do it for you, the Democrats are also offering free needles and all manner of other perks to those who just keep pushing the correct lever and keeping them in power. The Post notes that Gibson’s “two largest donors are the environmental group Clean Virginia Fund ($45,000) and the abortion rights outfit Emily’s List ($20,000).” Of course, they are. Impoverished, barren, and enslaved to the shallow pursuit of pleasure: there’s the perfect leftist voter.
In her own defense, Gibson took a page from Trump’s playbook, charging that “they are trying to silence me because they want to silence you, and I won’t let that happen.” She doesn’t want us silenced until she is elected. Then she wants us to shut up and watch porn while we are disarmed and rendered defenseless as our economy is destroyed and our rights are systematically taken away. It’s the Democrat way. She’s the perfect Democrat candidate.
