Biden brought tens of thousands of unvetted Afghans to America, the vast majority of whom had no visas and were not eligible for anything.

Call that Phase 1.

Since then the State Department and the Biden administration have been negotiating with the Taliban to bring over everyone else.

Call that Phase 2.

What’s Phase 2 going to look like? Take that 50,000 and double it. At the very least.

More than 60,000 Afghan interpreters and others who have applied for visas to seek shelter in the U.S. after working alongside American forces still remain in Afghanistan, a State Department official said Thursday.

About 33,000 Afghans, including principal applicants and their families, have already cleared the more-onerous vetting requirements and could be eligible for immediate evacuation. This is the first time that the State Department has provided a number on those left behind since the Afghanistan government collapsed this summer.

A total of 62,000 Afghans are believed to have been left behind, the official said.

Some “conservatives” are jumping all over this to demand that they all be brought to America yesterday, but as I’ve been writing for years, the vast majority of these people are not “interpreters”, they were employed by the United States or some contractors associated with us in some capacity. And then all their kids and spouses and relatives have to come along too.

The State Department official said that the remaining 29,000 visa applicants are in earlier stages of the application process. The figure doesn’t include their family members at this stage. The vetting steps aim to verify their employment history and check for connections to U.S.-designated terrorist groups.

There will be no vetting. We know this because there was no vetting with the tens of thousands that the Biden administration already brought to America.

Likewise, the vetting here will most likely involve running their names (or the names they’re providing) through a database to see if anything pops up.

If it doesn’t, they’ve been “vetted”.

The U.S. is co-organizing a couple of flights a week, but scheduling depends on conditions at Kabul airport—which is only partly operational—and the weather. It could take until well into 2022 to complete the evacuation of those who already qualify for flights. If the other 29,000 visa applicants pass vetting, they too would become eligible for evacuation along with their immediate family members.

We’re easily looking at 100,000. If not more.

And by 2022, they will have discovered tens of thousands of more “interpreters”. Too many media “conservatives” are falling for this scam in a knee-jerk effort to attack the Biden administration. Much like they stupidly complained about the airstrike that took out someone they thought was a suicide bomber. Instead of attacking the Biden administration for the right thing which is opening the country to a huge number of migrants from a hostile culture, some of whom are or will become terrorists.

The latter point does not matter to Leftist pro-migration activists. They claim to represent “human rights” and opposition to racism but ignore the global jihad, which inflicts the worst human rights abuses globally. They care nothing about the astronomical numbers of jihadist blacks who are murdering Christian blacks in Africa. To Leftists, some black lives don’t matter. Useful idiots scream “racism” at critics of irresponsible immigration policies, dismissing those critics who are from multiracial groups. Meanwhile, advocacy for open-door immigration policies threatens the sovereignty and security of Western countries.

Heidi Beirich is a hardcore Leftist activist who formerly led the SPLC’s “Intelligence Project.” Beirich is now working with another “social justice” activist group, the Global Project Against Hate and Extremism. She insists contra-factually that “the argument for curbing immigration is just a ‘white nationalist’ argument that America should be for white people, and everybody else is somehow subpar and doesn’t belong.”

Beirich took a run at me in the Toronto Star, calling me “anti-Muslim” for writing for Jihad Watch after I was fired by the Trudeau Liberal government for criticizing Islam. She was quoted as saying that “Douglass-Williams has been ‘on the anti-Muslim circuit for some time’ and has written hundreds of articles for Jihad Watch since 2012.” She falsely asserts that Jihad Watch is “anti-Muslim.” Jihad Watch is about the stealth and violent jihad; is she then insinuating that all Muslims are jihadists?

She and a colleague landed the Southern Poverty Law Center in a lawsuit for falsely designating the Center for Immigration Studies as a “hate group.” And after Robert Spencer was blacklisted by Mastercard, Beirich said: “We want PayPal, we want Mastercard, we want all of them to stop servicing hate groups.” And she herself is the self-appointed arbiter of what constitutes a hate group.

In 2017, Judicial Watch warned that evidence had emerged that Middle Eastern jihadists were entering the United States across the Mexican border. It is a common-sense observation that jihadists on a mission of conquest would exploit open borders. But Leftists, especially those who materially gain from the business of open-door migration, continue to defame and libel genuinely concerned citizens. Should anyone oppose the obvious dangers of open-door immigration policies, they are called “racists,” “Islamophobes,” “anti-Muslim,” and “white supremacists.”

Meanwhile, jihad training camps have been operating “in America’s back yard,” and with the opportunity that reckless open-door immigration policies offer, and the fact that martyrdom is the jihadist’s ultimate calling, America is in trouble. And drug traffickers and other unvetted criminals are also all welcome.

The argument for curbing immigration “is just a white nationalist argument that America should be for white people, and everybody else is somehow subpar and doesn’t belong,” said Heidi Beirich, who named her activist group, The Global Project Against Hate and Extremism.

The GOP has “benefited enormously from [establishment] media outlets actively normalizing anti-immigrant hysteria,” according to an op-ed published by the Los Angeles Times.

“This movement has very sinister origins, right? Racist eugenicist beliefs that have shaped the ideology,” claimed Lola Ibrahim, the director of the Migrant, Immigrant & Refugee Rights Alliance. She spoke at a December 9 online meeting of progressives seeking to minimize media coverage of Americans’ views about immigration.

The mainstream groups include the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), NumbersUSA, the Federation for American Immigration Reform, and the Immigration Reform Law Institute.

“The point is to intimidate people and prevent them from articulating these mainstream policy views,” responded CIS director Mark Krikorian. He continued:

If they can shut us up, they have a good chance of preventing these views from being articulated by politicians and writers. [If] so, they would’t have political effect because even if people agree with you, if no one is talking about those issues and no politicians are running on them, then people’s opinions and views can’t translate into policy.

It is somewhat successful but not nearly as much as they want. Obviously, concerns about excessive immigration are breaking out of the box that these groups would like to confine them to. It’s not just [President Donald] Trump — Trump was more a manifestation of that happening rather than the cause of it.

Multiple polls show the public is increasingly opposed to the federal government’s economic policy of cheap labor migration. That policy cuts Americans’ wages, raises their housing costs, and diverts politicians from national problems of productivity, alienation, health, education, research and prosperity.

For example, the left-wing Equis Research group reported December 13 that almost 51 percent of Latinos want to rollback asylum migration, and 45 percent want to reduce legal immigration:

Ilhan Omar’s ‘Islamophobia’ Bill Passes Over Objections That It Will Inhibit Opposition to Terrorism

On a party-line 219 to 212 vote, the House on Tuesday passed the Combating International Islamophobia Act, which is co-sponsored by Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Mogadishu). The bill calls upon the president to appoint a “special envoy” to fight “Islamophobia”; this envoy will head up a State Department that will monitor the phenomenon. Omar’s bill, however, is wrongly focused in all kinds of ways, not least of which is the fact that it will combat efforts to “promote racial hatred” against Muslims, even though Islam is not a race and there are Muslims among people of all races. Meanwhile, the raucous House debate raised other problems with the bill as well, including the likelihood that it will inhibit counterterror efforts.

“The office,” says the Washington Post, “would record instances of Islamophobia, including violence against and harassment of Muslims and vandalism of their mosques, schools, and cemeteries worldwide, in reports created by the State Department.” That’s fine, although it’s striking that there is no similar call for the State Department to create reports about violence against and harassment of Christians and vandalism of their churches, schools, and cemeteries worldwide, or violence against Hindus or any other religious group. Why the special treatment for Muslims? It can’t be because Muslims are uniquely the victims of persecution around the world; Christians are by far the most persecuted religious group.

Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Texas) noted this, saying: “This word appears nowhere in the federal statutes,” and that the bill “prioritizes the religious persecution of Muslims over the persecution of other religions.”

Of even greater concern, however, is that the new “Islamophobia” office would target “propaganda efforts by state and non-state media ‘to promote racial hatred or incite acts of violence against Muslim people.’” As noted above, Islam is not a race, so “racial hatred” against Muslim people is not even possible. But if the way that the word “Islamophobia” has been used up to now is any indication, what is considered to be propaganda or incitement will be based entirely on subjective criteria, and include even reporting about jihad activity and honest analysis of its motivating ideology.

McCaul noted this as well: “It is so vague and subjective that it could be used against legitimate speech for partisan purposes. Even the term ‘phobia’ [connotes] irrational fear, not discrimination.”

Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pennsylvania) also warned that the bill would be used “to silence dissent and critiques of terrorism.” He added: “By intentionally leaving the definition of ‘Islamophobia’ blank in this bill, the gentlelady and my friends on the other side of the aisle are creating an office in our State Department that will likely spew antisemitic hatred and attack Western ideas throughout the world under the farce of protecting Islam.” Indeed.

Perry is under fire for “baselessly” and “falsely” claiming that “Omar is an associate of terrorists” – or at least that’s how the Washington Post reported it. This, however, is what Perry actually said: “We all agree that nobody should be persecuted based on their faith. We all agree on that. But American taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to pay terrorist organizations, organizations that the maker of this bill is affiliated with like the one that’s an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terror finance case in the United State of America’s history.”

No one in the establishment media seems to have picked up on it, but Perry here was clearly referring to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which is indeed an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas terror funding case, so named by the Justice Department. CAIR officials have repeatedly refused to denounce Hamas and Hizballah as terrorist groups. Several former CAIR officials have been convicted of various crimes related to jihad terror. CAIR’s cofounder and longtime Board chairman (Omar Ahmad), as well as its chief spokesman (Ibrahim Hooper), have made Islamic supremacist statements about how Islamic law should be imposed in the U.S. (Ahmad denies this, but the original reporter stands by her story.) CAIR chapters frequently distribute pamphlets telling Muslims not to cooperate with law enforcement. CAIR has opposed virtually every anti-terror measure that has been proposed or implemented and has been declared a terror organization by the United Arab Emirates. CAIR’s Hussam Ayloush in 2017 called for the overthrow of the U.S. government. CAIR’s national outreach manager is an open supporter of Hamas.

What’s more, the United Arab Emirates named CAIR a terror organization in 2014. Ilhan Omar has been a featured speaker at CAIR events. So Perry was correct but is predictably being smeared as falsely accusing Omar.

Rep. Beth Van Duyne (R-Texas) got to the heart of the matter: “This bill brought to the floor today is for one purpose only: to appease the hurt feelings of members who themselves have well-documented backgrounds of anti-American and antisemitic remarks.” Right. No one is talking anymore about Omar’s well-documented anti-Americanism or anti-Semitism. She has successfully played the victim card and shifted the focus of the public debate. We will be seeing a great deal more of this strategy in the near future, and why not? It obviously works.

Meet the New Iranian President of the Norwegian Parliament

In Norway, the king is head of state, and the prime minister is head of government. But there’s a third individual who, under law, is ranked in the official hierarchy ahead of any political figure and just after the sovereign himself. That person is the president of Stortinget, Norway’s Parliament.

As a result of the national elections on September 13, the so-called conservative coalition under Erna Solberg that had governed since 2013 was replaced by a center-left coalition under the new prime minister, Jonas Gahr Støre. Eva Kristin Hansen, a Labor Party Member of Parliament from the northern county of Sør-Trøndelag, was named president of Parliament.

Barely weeks after her installation, Hansen was at the center of a minor controversy. The Christian People’s Party - which is the traditional home of Norway’s religious right and which, dwindling steadily in size over the last generation, clung on to power by its fingernails after the September elections, winning 3.8% of the vote and only three out of 169 seats - demanded that nursing Members of Parliament be allowed to breast-feed in the parliamentary chamber. Hansen responded by saying that nobody had ever told them they couldn’t and that she’d take action to ensure that this was understood by all.

Well, that one was resolved easily enough. But a bigger scandal was waiting in the wings. In November, it was revealed that Hansen, who represents the city of Trondheim, 250 miles north of Oslo, the capital, has actually lived since 2014 in Ski, a town just outside of Oslo. To maintain her official residency in Trondheim, she’d listed a room in the home of Trond Giske, a Labor politician who resigned from Parliament in 2018 after a sexual-harassment scandal, as her official residence.

But that wasn’t all. Until 2017, Hansen had also occupied, at the taxpayers’ expense, a furnished government-supplied apartment in Oslo - a clear violation of rules requiring that Members of Parliament live at least 40 kilometers (25 miles) from Oslo to qualify for one of these freebies. She was, it turned out, one of several MPs who’d cheated the public in this fashion. While keeping her seat in Parliament, Hansen stepped down as president of Parliament.

Which led to yet another controversy. For in Hansen’s place, Støre appointed a Labor Party MP named Masud Gharahkhani.

Gharahkhani was not a parliamentary superstar. Born in Tehran in 1982, he and his family came to Norway as refugees in 1987. He and his wife, who met in 2002 while Gharahkhani was on vacation in Iran - yes, we’ll get back to that - were married in Turkey in 2010. He works as a radiographer at Blefjell Hospital and has only been an MP for four years. In 2018, Aftenposten ran a splashy profile of him under the headline “I eat hot dogs. I drink alcohol. And I believe in God and am a Muslim, in my way.”

Although Gharahkhani was formally elevated to his new position by a vote of the full Parliament, it was really up to the Labor Party, specifically Prime Minister Støre, to fill the slot. In picking him, Støre passed over a host of Members with greater seniority and higher profiles. Given the Labor Party’s current racial and religious politics, his selection was not terribly surprising. Nor was the mainstream media’s uncritical response.

In the alternative media, however, there was pushback. Hans Rustad, editor of document.no, wrote on November 24 Gharahkhani’s appointment made one wonder if Støre and company “know which country they’re living in.” Rustad noted that the announcement came only days after Kapital (a financial magazine like Forbes or Fortune) named the Pakistani-Norwegian MP Hadia Tajik, Labor’s Deputy Leader, “Norway’s most powerful woman.” Also in recent weeks, another Pakistani MP, Abid Q. Raja, won the annual Booksellers Prize for his memoir Min skyld.

While Raja, an MP since 2013, has been famous in Norway for years (two decades ago, when he was the highly visible spokesman for the country’s largest mosque, I predicted that he’d become its first Muslim prime minister), Rustad pointed out that neither Tajik nor Gharahkhani is on most Norwegians’ radar. Does Støre care? Probably not. Like Democrats in the U.S., Labor Party folks in Oslo look upon most of their fellow countrymen as deplorables, and view foreignness as a plus, not a minus.

Rustad’s piece was followed by a December 8 article in which Helge Lurås, editor of resett.no, noted that Gharahkhani is a dual citizen of Iran and Norway and that he and his wife both have relatives in Iran. How often, asked Lurås, have they been back? Others, after all, have been forced to resign from high-ranking positions because of less intimate foreign ties. Per Sandberg had to quit as Fisheries Minister after taking a vacation in Iran; a Norges Bank official was forced out because his wife was Chinese.

Gharahkhani’s situation is much more delicate. He and his wife rely on the mullahs to provide them with visas if they want to visit family members in Iran. And because Gharahkhani does have loved ones there, he’s someone whom the Iranian government could easily subject to pressure and bend to their will. At the very least, their power over his and his wife’s relatives could incline Gharahkhani to temper his public comments about the monstrous regime in Tehran.

Yet nobody in the Norwegian government or mainstream media seems willing to take this problem seriously. Gharahkhani refuses even to say whether he’s used his Iranian passport to travel to Iran, and, if so, how many times. Years ago, a couple of agents of the Norwegian Police Security Service grilled me behind closed doors, because they considered me a potential threat to national security. Why, then, be so lax about Gharahkhani, who’s actually in a position of power?

In Norway, there’s a 67-year-old comedian named Otto Jespersen. Years ago, when I watched Norwegian TV far more often than I do now, I found him quite funny; for a comedian in Norway, he was refreshingly un-PC. Addressing Norwegian Muslims in one bit from the early 2000s that could never be repeated today, he hilariously took on honor killing, forced marriage, stoning, and other Islamic practices, and in conclusion advised them to start celebrating Norway’s Constitution Day, May 17, instead of the anniversary of 9/11.

But Jespersen was tamed soon enough. In 2003, in protest against the Iran War, he burned an American flag on camera. Sometime later, he set fire to some pages from the Old Testament. (He’s admitted that he wouldn’t dare burn a Koran, because he doesn’t want to be killed.) His lowest point came in 2008 when he said the following: “I would like to take the opportunity to remember all the billions of fleas and lice that lost their lives in German gas chambers, without having done anything wrong other than settling on persons of Jewish background."

Anyway, after reasonable concerns were raised about Gharahkhani’s Iranian ties, Jespersen saw an opportunity for his particular brand of comedy. The other evening, in a monologue for TV2, he wondered aloud why Rustad hadn’t gone after other people with foreign backgrounds who’ve taken important jobs from Norwegians. Jespersen proceeded to list high-ranking politicians whose ancestors came from Denmark and Scotland and to point out that one of Norway’s top soccer stars is English. His clincher: King Haakon, grandfather of the current monarch, was Danish - so, by all rights, King Harald should abdicate and hand his throne over to a real Norwegian.

It was painfully safe, predictable stuff, the equivalent of the unfunny PC claptrap served up in the U.S. these days on the late-night talk shows and Saturday Night Live. Like Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel, Jespersen transformed some years ago from a truly edgy comic into a hack and a tool, toeing his masters’ political line while pretending to speak truth to power. In 2021, of course, it’s people like Rustad and Lurås who are speaking truth to power. Just as, thanks to the irrational xenophilia of Norway’s mainstream media and of the Norwegian equivalent of the D.C. Swamp, it’s people like Musad Gharahkhani and Hadia Tajik and Abid Q. Raja who increasingly hold in their hands the future of this little land of Hansens, Olsens, and Larsens.

…Meanwhile, a video has now surfaced from Pakistan that exposes Pakistan’s violent, hardcore Islamic, and chaotic face in blasphemy. The video is said to be from the Red Mosque in Islamabad.

The viral video shows girl students being taught in the mosque how to behead a person if someone insults religion. In the background of the video, the slogan of radical Tehreek-e-Lubbek Pakistan (TLP) is also heard on the loudspeaker. This is the same slogan that supporters of the TLP were chanting while killing Sri Lankan factory manager Priantha Kumara in Sialkot and burning her body. Tell me, recently there was a peace agreement between the Government of Pakistan and the TLP. Before the agreement, the TLP had created a stir in Pakistan.

The video was shared by Pakistani journalist and social activist Gul Bukhari on Twitter. He has claimed that students of Lal Masjid in Islamabad are practicing beheading of a person accused of blasphemy. Pakistan’s ‘Successful Youth’ project is progressing well. Hundreds of girls and women are seen in religious costumes in the video. In front of the girls, women are seen beheading an effigy with a sword. ‘Kaamyaab Jawan’ is a scheme of the Government of Pakistan, which is said to encourage education, employment, and engagement for the youth….

Australia: Muslima sells her daughter for $15,000 for marriage, new husband slits his wife’s throat

The mother’s action is an example of how Islam, with its polygamy and more, reduces women to the status of commodities. The husband’s action is a manifestation of a culture of violence that mandates the beating of disobedient women (cf. The mother of a young Afghani woman who was murdered by her husband has been accused of forcing her daughter into an arranged marriage for a $15,000 payment.

Sakina Muhammad Jan, 45, is facing a single charge of causing another person to enter a forced marriage, and faced a court hearing for the first time on Wednesday.

Police will allege Ms Jan pressured her daughter Ruqia Haidari, 21, to marry 25-year-old Uber driver Mohammad Ali Halimi in November 2019.

The couple met just four times before they were married in front of hundreds of guests just outside of Shepparton, 180km north of Melbourne, in a community hall in Mooroopna.

The marriage quickly soured after the couple flew to the opposite side of Australia to Perth just ten days after Ms Haidari finished her last year at McGuire College.

The young girl repeatedly rebuffed her husband’s attempts to consummate the marriage, which saw him angrily phone her brother several times.

On January 18, Muhammad Taqi Haidari listened helplessly as the pair argued – not realising it would be the last time he heard his sister’s voice.

Mr Haidari would however, speak to his brother-in-law again, when he phoned back to tell him: ‘If you’re a man, come get your sister’s dead body.’

During the time between calls, Halimi found a stainless steel knife from the kitchen and slit Ms Haidari’s throat twice, Western Australia’s Supreme Court eventually determined.

Halimi was sentenced to life behind bars earlier this year.

During the first day of a three-day hearing this week, Shepparton Magistrates Court heard Ms Jan visited her daughter in Perth to teach her how to cook and clean, the Herald Sun reported.

During the hearing it will be determined if there is sufficient evidence that she forcibly arranged the marriage to stand trial.

Friend of the family Shukria Muqadas, 31, revealed in court she was the matchmaker who introduced Ms Haidari to the man who would ultimately end her short life.

Ms Muqadas said she had acted off the advice of his sister Fatima, who had lived close-by to her in Pakistan and said he was ‘a good boy’ looking for a wife.

She said joked with Ms Haidari about the union for months before the high schooler said she could mention it to her mother.

Ms Muqadas explained it was Hazaragi custom to consult families of the union with two traditional nikah ceremonies held to draw up the agreement and be witnessed.

She said by the second ceremony Ms Haidari had been beside herself and confided in her she no longer wanted to marry the Perth Uber driver.

Ms Muqadas told the court the young bride had felt pressured by her mother and sisters to wed and ultimately decided to accept her fate.

The hearing continues.

Previously Ms Haidari’s best friend Abbey Gawne told Daily Mail Australia she had dreams of travelling and adored her new home for the freedoms it afforded her.

‘She would say how much she preferred Australia to Afghanistan, how she wanted to go overseas [to travel] but not too much.’…

UK won’t give info about its Afghan refugees because it wouldn’t be in the ‘public interest’

The UK government either just doesn’t know who is coming into the country from Afghanistan, or it doesn’t want to tell the truth, because the truth would scare people.

Breitbart’s Jack Montgomery’s Freedom of Information Act request to the Home Office asked: “Exactly how many airlifted Afghans were subsequently ‘found to have previously been on ‘no-fly’ or ‘no-entry’ lists’ or to ‘have previously been deported from the United Kingdom.'” But there was no answer. All the British Home Office was able to come up with was that “it knows the answer. But it won’t tell us because ‘after careful consideration’, it has decided it’s not in our interests to disclose it,'” according to Montgomery.

UK taxpayers have suffered enough violence, attacks, Muslim rape gangs, jihad and jihad hate preaching, not to mention the price tag of unvetted immigration and the associated security costs and investigations. But, shhhh. Let’s not discuss it. To talk about it would be “Islamophobic.”

Some of the thousands of Afghan refugees who have been resettled in the UK since the Allied withdrawal pose a security risk. It could be a few of them or it could be a lot of them but we don’t know how many because, we learn from a Freedom of Information request made by Breitbart’s Jack Montgomery, the Home Office is apparently too embarrassed to tell us, claiming it would not be in “the public interest”.

Wait. What? There are few things, you might imagine, that are more in the public interest than national security. The British, though generally tolerant, are increasingly exhausted by the wave on wave of immigrants arriving both legally and illegally. If Priti Patel’s Home Office is incapable of stopping them coming then at the very least it could try to weed out the ones hell-bent on killing us.

Unfortunately, though, it would appear that even this job is beyond the Home Office’s capabilities.

At least one of these evacuees, we know, had been on Britain’s ‘no-fly’ list — an indication that he was considered a potential threat. Another, a former Afghan special forces commando, was arrested in a dawn raid on a Manchester quarantine hotel.

And those are just the ones we know about. Hence Jack Montgomery’s Freedom of Information Act request to the Home Office asking exactly how many airlifted Afghans were subsequently “found to have previously been on ‘no-fly’ or ‘no-entry’ lists” or to “have previously been deported from the United Kingdom.”

The Home Office admits it knows the answer. But it won’t tell us because “after careful consideration” it has decided it’s not in our interests to disclose it.

Its proffered excuse is the usual mealy-mouthed nonsense we’ve come to expect from the Deep State bureaucracy.

Apparently, giving a straight answer might “provide insight into the operational capabilities of Border Force intelligence-based operations and systems.”

Too right it might. And the insight, I suspect, might go something like this:

The Home Office is a chocolate fireguard. It is utterly incapable of defending Britain’s borders. And its intelligence capabilities are laughable.

Some of the refugees Boris Johnson’s government has welcomed to the United Kingdom from Afghanistan may well be “deserving” candidates: Afghans, say, who have risked their lives as guides or interpreters and would now almost certainly be killed by the Taliban were they to stay behind.

But many others may well be at best con-artists keen to take advantage of Britain’s generous welfare system, at worst rapists, paedophiles, murderers, fifth columnists, or terrorists come to wreak havoc on their newly adopted home…..

Archaeological Remains of Jihadist Massacre of Christians Unearthed

A piece of history from the long war between Islam and the West was recently unearthed: a mass grave of 25 Crusaders who were attacked from behind and/or beheaded in the thirteenth century. According to one report,

A team of international archaeologists uncovered the gruesome scene at Sidon Castle on the eastern Mediterranean coast of south Lebanon. Wounds on the remains suggest the soldiers died at the end of swords, maces, and arrows, and charring on some bones means they were burned after being dropped into the pit. Other remains show markings on the neck, which likely means these individuals were captured on the battlefield and later decapitated…. Archaeologists knew the remains belonged to Crusaders after discovering the European-style belt buckles and a crusader coin within the graves. DNA and isotope analyses of their teeth further confirmed that some of the men were born in Europe, while others were the offspring of crusader settlers who migrated to the “Holy Land” and intermarried with local people…. The way the body parts were positioned suggests they had been left to decompose on the surface before being dropped into a pit sometime later. Charring on some bones suggests they used fire to burn some of the bodies.

Archaeologists determined that these Christians were likely slaughtered around the middle of the thirteenth century, around the time of the Seventh Crusade (1248-1254) of King Louis IX, better known as Saint Louis.

Interestingly, this discovery is a physical reflection and manifest proof of what history so vividly records from that era. Then, the Mamluks—ferocious Islamic slave-soldiers who overthrew their Ayyubid masters— came to power, first in Egypt in 1250, and then into the Levant. For decades they warred on and terrorized the remaining Crusader kingdoms along the coast (including Sidon) until 1291, when, with the sack of Acre, the Muslims were finally able to expel the Crusaders from the Holy Land.

The wars and atrocities committed during these decades are many. Moreover, and despite the fact that many modern historians underplay the religious element, these wars were exemplified by an extreme jihadist hatred for Christianity and everything it represents. Thus, after the first Mamluk sultan, Baibars (r.1260-77), had sacked the Crusader kingdom of Antioch in 1268—the “single greatest massacre of the entire crusading era,” according to Thomas Madden—he wrote a letter gloating over what took place in explicitly jihadist terms. Addressed to Bohemond VI, lord of Antioch, who was not present at the time of its fall, an excerpt follows:

You would have seen your knights prostrated beneath the horses’ hooves, your houses stormed by pillagers and ransacked by looters … your women sold four at a time and bought for a dinar of your [own] money! You would have seen the crosses in your churches smashed, the pages of the false Testaments scattered, the Patriarchs’ tombs overturned. You would have seen your Muslim enemy trampling on the place where you celebrate the mass, cutting the throats of monks, priests, and deacons upon the altars, bringing sudden death to the Patriarchs and slavery to the royal princes. You would have seen fire running through your palaces, your dead burned …, your palace lying unrecognizable, the church of St. Paul and that of Qusyan [Cathedral of Saint Peter] pulled down and destroyed.

In other words, the 25 slaughtered, beheaded, and/or burned Christians recently discovered are just the tip of the iceberg of massacres perpetrated against the Christians of the Holy Land.

As for the specifics revolving around that particular mass grave unearthed in Sidon, according to Dr. Piers Mitchell of the University of Cambridge, the Crusader expert working with the archaeologists,

Crusader records tell us that King Louis IX of France was on crusade in the Holy Land at the time of the attack on Sidon in 1253. He went to the city after the battle and personally helped to bury the rotting corpses in mass graves such as these. Wouldn’t it be amazing if King Louis himself had helped to bury these bodies?

Ironically, even that incident, when Louis buried the putrid remains of butchered Christians, was recorded by eyewitnesses. The account of William of Chartres, who was present, follows:

Also, I must not pass over in silence this thing, which perfectly pronounces the fervor and humility of the faith of this king [Louis]: while on his way to Sidon he heard about the Christians … who had been slain there by the army of Damascus; that many of their bodies and limbs lay completely unburied on the shore. Our pious king, without pausing to eat, went there straightaway … Now, although all the others who were present reacted as though they had some sort of loathing and dread of picking up the bodies and gathering the now half-rotten, hacked-off limbs or touching the bones, our devout, greathearted king himself, as though having and sensing no repulsion, was there from morning even until noon … with his very own hands so benevolently gathering up the limbs and entrails of these Christians, whom he considered to be martyrs, so sweetly handling and gathering them up and placing them in containers to be carried to their place of burial, which he had made near the camp. Everyone there, and many who had fled the ghastly endeavor, marveled at his magnanimous humility.

It is due to such consistent behavior that King Louis IX became Saint Louis—and why a major American city in Missouri was named after him.

Today, of course, his statue, which has stood in the city of St. Louis for more than a hundred years, is under assault by BLM and Muslim activists, on the claim that Louis was an “Islamophobe” and a “racist.”

Congress votes to give Biden’s handlers $13,000,000,000 to resettle unvetted Afghan evacuees in the US

President Joe Biden’s massive Afghan resettlement operation, with no end date, has been funded by Congress to the sum of more than $13 billion thanks to 19 Senate Republicans who helped advance the plan.

Late Thursday evening, House Democrats and Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) passed a government funding bill that will keep the federal government operating through mid-February. In the bill is more than $7 billion in funding for the Biden administration to resettle an unlimited number of Afghans across the United States.

In the Senate, 19 Senate Republicans joined Senate Democrats to send the bill to Biden’s desk — now authorizing, in total, $13.3 billion for the administration to resettle Afghans after 49 House and Senate Republicans voted in September to fund the resettlement operation $6.4 billion.

In the bill, Afghans and other foreign nationals are identified as “individuals at risk” who can take part in “relocations” to the U.S. “as a result of the situation in Afghanistan.”

Senate Republican support for Biden’s Afghan resettlement operation comes even as Republican voters are deeply opposed to the plan, multiple polls have shown. The latest Pew Research Center survey shows that 63 percent of GOP voters oppose the plan.

In addition, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has admitted that “not all” Afghans are being vetted through standard in-person interview procedures.

“We are not conducting in-person, refugee interviews of 100 percent individuals,” Mayorkas told lawmakers last month during a hearing….

The data revealed also that most Afghan arrivals in the U.S. live on welfare.

This is the information you are not supposed to have. According to Forbes, the Biden Administration is not helping transparency by “hiding key audits on Afghan military equipment.”

A GAO spokesman said “The State Department requested we temporarily remove and review reports on Afghanistan to protect recipients of US assistance that may be identified through our reports and thus subject to retribution.” However, the reports included no recipient information.

Never in American history have we seen such military failure.

The idea that American citizens, left behind in Afghanistan, would be left defenseless as Taliban fighters go door to door seeking them out while using the weapons this Administration left behind, leads any logical thinking person to believe that there were ulterior motives. This is a mistake that a group of third-graders playing backyard tag wouldn’t be so foolish to make. The top priority is to get your teammates to safety, but apparently, the Biden Administration had a different plan.

While Joe and his Cover-Up Queen, Jen Psaki, praise their Administration’s actions and try to convince American Citizens that leaders around the World support this decision, former Commander of British Troops in Afghanistan, Colonel Richard Kemp, spoke out specifically on the effects this decision will have on NATO.

“President Biden has just completely destroyed it’s (NATO’s) credibility. Totally destroyed it, single-handedly. What we face now is a terrorist threat coming out of Afghanistan that is greater than the terrorist threat before 911.”

He added, “People have been talking about impeaching President Biden. I don’t believe President Biden should be impeached. He’s the commander-in-chief of the U.S. Armed Forces, who’s just essentially surrendered to the Taliban. He shouldn’t be impeached. He should be court-martialed for betraying the United States of America and the United States Armed Forces.”

President Trump implied that Joe Biden’s decision lacked intelligence and common sense. “Leaving our Military till the end was such a simple decision that anyone with intelligence and common sense would have made.”

If the Democrat’s goal was really to keep weapons out of the hands of dangerous people, wouldn’t Taliban fighters be at the top of that list?

New data reveals just how much danger the Biden Administration has put American Citizens in. In an effort to save face, Pentagon Press Secretary, John Kirby, said some equipment was destroyed. However, new photos of Taliban fighters using American weaponry is surfacing every day. It is unclear exactly how many weapons have fallen into the hands of the Taliban, but according to the Hill, even the Biden Administration has acknowledged it’s a “fair amount.”

So while Democrats are trying desperately to disarm American Citizens, they are simultaneously arming foreign terrorists to the teeth and beyond. Is this sheer incompetence or something else?

It will take articulate strategy and extreme force to repair the damage Joe Biden and his Administration have done. The effects the World will endure as a result of this colossal failure will be felt decades, possibly centuries into the future.

The Afghanistan debacle also reveals the left-wing gun hypocrisy here at home. Isn’t it interesting how we don’t see Shannon Watts and her angry mob of gun-grabbing misfits pleading to get “actual” weapons of war out of the hands of real Terrorists? This, even at a time when those weapons are pointed directly at defenseless, fellow Americans immediately after their “President” has abandoned them. Instead, Everytown is ramping up articles painting lawful, American gun-owners as Terrorists. The shameful behavior of these anti-American groups never seems to reach its pinnacle and the incompetence of this administration is likely to result in the loss of American lives.

The 2nd Amendment is not a privilege.
It’s your right.

The role of the program Giants of Endurance broadcast by official PA TV is to serve Palestinian terrorist prisoners and their families. As a service to the terrorists, who watch PA TV in Israeli prisons, Giants of Endurance visits their relatives and broadcasts from their villages and homes, passes on greetings from family members and updates the terrorists on their children and their achievements. The program also broadcasts home videos of children of terrorists reciting poems, singing songs, and delivering messages and greetings to their terrorist relatives in prison.

Recently the program aired two such home videos of two young girls performing songs for their imprisoned relatives. Both songs presented an antisemitic view of Jews, demonizing them as “impure” and “the world’s dogs”. One song also glorified violence and terror:

The PA’s presentation of Jews as “impure” is a well-known example of the PA’s Antisemitism. Palestinian Media Watch has exposed that the PA teaches that Jews must be fought for Allah on behalf of all humanity and that the PA constantly is telling Palestinians that Jews are “defiling” and “desecrating” Jerusalem and particularly “the Muslim holy places” like the Al-Aqsa Mosque plaza – i.e., the Temple Mount and the Western Wall – the holiest place in Judaism.

New BLM fundraiser asks for $5 million after previous one is taken down

A Milwaukee Black Lives Matter GoFundMe page claims to be raising $5 million for a nonprofit bail organization. It comes days after GoFundMe shut down a BLM fundraiser for Darrell Brooks, the suspect in a Waukesha car attack.

A previous GoFundMe page that was raising funds specifically for Brooks’ bail was taken down for violating the platform’s terms of service. The new fundraising page, set up two days ago, is trying to raise the exact same amount, but is much more generic in its language and does not mention Brooks.

The page, started by Holly Zoller, says it’s raising money for the Bail Project, a nonprofit organization that works to raise funds for people’s bails. The group bailed out numerous people arrested last year during Black Lives Matter protests.

Zoller says she is raising money to “help make an impact,” though she does not say where the money will go after it is given to the Bail Project.

Brooks is accused of driving a vehicle into a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin, injuring dozens and killing six. At the time, he was out on bail of just $1,000. The organizer of the previous GoFundMe page described Brooks, a convicted sex offender, as “our dear friend” and insinuated that Brooks’ arrest was a result of systematic racism.

While the new project doesn’t specify that it will help Brooks, many have accused the page of using a loophole in the system to continue violating the platform’s terms of service, which prevent fundraising for someone accused of violent crimes.

The woman who is organizing the Go-Fund Me bail is a left-wing extremist named Holly Zoller and she is a part of the Bail Project and it is not a coincidence that she is trying to raise 5 million dollars in bail.

Zoller is listed on the Bail Project’s website as a ‘bail disrupter’ in Louisville, Kentucky. A ‘bail disrupter’ is described by the group as “community members” dedicated to “racial and economic justice.” Her activism in the past included a viral video showing a U-Haul truck, reportedly rented by her, that handed out supplies, such as shields.

Update. RT has received an email signed by The Bail Project press manager Joseph Pate, who said his charity has no connection to the fundraiser campaign and was not raising funds for Darrell Brooks. The GoFundMe page has since been deleted.

Two years ago, Senator Kamala Harris, along with Senator Cory Booker and six other Democrat Senate members, attacked the Justice Department for monitoring black supremacists. The politicians signed a letter falsely claiming that black identity extremists was “a fabricated term based on a faulty assessment of a small number of isolated incidents”.

And they argued that monitoring black racists was racist.

When Kamala Harris was running for president, the privileged daughter of wealthy foreign students falsely claimed that she faced segregation in Berkeley, California.

“That little girl was me,” she famously declared.

In Waukesha, Jackson Sparks, an 8-year-old boy, was killed by the black supremacist terrorist whom Kamala Harris had protected.

That little boy’s blood is on her hands.

Kamala had joined a crusade by Senator Cory Booker to pressure the FBI to eliminate the black identity extremists category and stop tracking terror attacks by black supremacists.

Later that same year, two devotees of the Black Hebrew Israelite hate group, a racist and antisemitic cult, opened fire at a Kosher market in Jersey City. The black supremacist terror attack killed the store owner, an employee, and a customer.

An unexploded bomb in their van could have killed people a distance of five football fields away.

Even though the terrorist attack happened in Senator Booker’s state, he refused to acknowledge that the black supremacist hate he had protected was responsible.

Booker had previously berated FBI Director Christopher Wray for monitoring black racists.

“That language you said, both ends of the spectrum, the murders at synagogues, the murders we've seen motivated,” he ranted. “You said both ends of the spectrum as if there actually is a movement of black identity extremism: it's almost creating this reality.”

Another Black Hebrew Israelite terrorist attacker went on to attack a Monsey synagogue during Chanukah, slashing worshipers with a machete, wounding 4, and killing one.

A 72-year-old Chassidic Jew who had been born in Hungary after the Holocaust tried to fight him off with his cane. The black supremacist killer smashed in his skull with a machete.

A Green Party candidate and "respected civil rights attorney" fought for the racist killer who got off, despite having googled "Why did Hitler hate the Jews" and "New York City Increases Police Presence in Jewish Neighborhoods After Possible Anti-Semitic Attacks. Here's What To Know."

The Black Hebrew Israelite cult’s "Why did Hitler hate the Jews" meme reappeared again in the internet history of another black supremacist killer.

Darrell Brooks, who drove his car into the Waukesha Christmas Parade, killing 6 people, including an 8-year-old boy, had previously posted a variation of the same Black Hebrew Israelite meme claiming that Hitler was killing Jews to support the black supremacists.

While Kamala and Booker intimidated the Justice Department and law enforcement officials, the media had celebrated the vile racists. The New York Times described the Black Hebrew Israelites as “sidewalk ministers” who practice “tough love” while dismissing their racist rants as “blunt and sometimes offensive language.”

Typical of this “tough love” and “blunt” language was declaring, "The Holocaust is a damn joke! Heil Hitler!" and “The Messiah, who is a black man, is going to kill you”.

The media’s laborious whitewashing of the Black Hebrew Israelite hate cult began when it falsely accused Covington Catholic students in D.C. for a pro-life rally of racism when they were assailed by racial slurs from members of the BHI hate group. The Washington Post, which would end up settling a lawsuit over its false reporting, claimed that "Israelite street preaching in parts of D.C., Philadelphia and New York is commonplace, a familiar if odd accent to city life."

According to the Bezos paper, “Heil Hitler” adds a ”familiar if odd accent to city life”.

Rep. Ilhan Omar, who could never resist antisemites and racists, falsely claimed that the slandered students were “taunting 5 Black men”.

There is a direct line from the New York Times and the Washington Post’s lies about the Black Hebrew Israelites, the suppression of FBI efforts to track black supremacist terrorists, to the rising tide of BHI violence including a machete attack on a random white family last year.

Tragedy was averted in North Carolina when the Black Hebrew Israelite attacker, who had been lying in wait behind the house, grappled with the husband while the wife returned to the house, got a gun, and opened fire, forcing the would-be killer to run for his life.

What began with the media’s lies about Covington escalated to growing acts of terrorism until it reached its pinnacle with the Waukesha Christmas Parade massacre by a racist killer who had cited the hateful teachings of the black supremacist Black Hebrew Israelite movement.

Where was the FBI?

Senate Democrats had forbidden the FBI from monitoring black supremacist terror groups. And the FBI had put political correctness over public safety by bowing to their racial dictates.

Booker had grilled FBI Director Christopher Wray over efforts to prevent black supremacist terror. “So, you no longer use the term Black Identity Extremism,” he had gloated. “That's great news.”

Great news for Booker’s black nationalism meant mass death for Jews and Christians.

“So nobody is being investigated or surveilled under black identity extremism?” Booker had demanded.

No one was. And that’s why the Jersey City Kosher supermarket massacre and the Waukesha Christmas massacre happened with no interference from the FBI. After the hearing, Booker issued a press release urging, “Director Wray to issue updated guidance notifying law enforcement agencies about the elimination of this misleading designation.”

Black supremacism, this “misleading designation” which Democrats claim doesn’t exist, keeps killing people, police officers in Dallas, Jews in New Jersey, and Christians in Waukesha.

When Kamala Harris joined Booker’s crusade to protect black supremacists from the FBI, she helped pave the way for the brutal killings carried out by these racist killers and terrorists.

Democrats frequently accused President Trump of protecting white supremacists. Despite these false claims, the DOJ and FBI never stopped tracking or investigating white racist terrorists.

That was not true of black supremacist terrorists.

Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, and other Democrats are on record as suppressing FBI investigations of the kinds of black supremacist hate that led to the Waukesha massacre.

Even now the same media that began by lying about Black Hebrew Israelite hate when smearing the Covington Catholic students is back to lying about the killer in Waukesha.

The lies must end.

Republicans must have the guts to name the hateful black supremacist ideology behind the racist terrorist killings across the country and to denounce Kamala Harris and Democrats for protecting their racist allies. Like Islamic terrorism, black nationalist terrorism happens because law enforcement is prevented from doing its job by the Democrat political allies of the terrorists.

Waukesha was not an “incident”. It was a massacre. It was not committed by an “SUV”, but by a racist black supremacist terrorist. Its accomplices are sitting in the White House right now.

Biden and Kamala issued statements on the Arbery verdict. Biden had previously issued a statement condemning the Rittenhouse verdict. Neither of them has issued statements about the massacre of six Americans by a racist terrorist. Democrats have adopted the critical race theory ideology which, like the racist killer, causes them to believe white people aren’t human.

That’s what Black Lives Matter means. Black lives matter. No one else’s lives matter.

In Diane Weber Bederman’s latest book, The Islamophobia Industry: The Insidious Infiltration of Islam into the West, she provides an essential reality check about the “Islamophobia” industry’s aim to shut down all criticism of Islam, while propagating the irrational and damaging view of Islam as a “race.”

By now, it should be well understood that freedom of expression in free societies incorporates the right to offend. One does not have the same right to offend Islam and Muslim sensibilities in Sharia states, or even in many majority-Muslim countries. In the current era, the Muslim Brotherhood, supported by its affiliates and Islamic countries such as Qatar, has infiltrated free societies at every level, working to instill a fear of criticizing the Islamic ideology. Diane Bederman effectively points out that by means of an “islamophobia” industry that is handsomely funded from abroad, there is an aggressive push to silence anyone who criticizes or questions any aspect of Islam.

Bederman’s book explains how the “Islamophobia” industry has managed to insidiously dominate the anti-racism network, attempting to turn Islam, a religion and a political ideology, into a race. She also warns about the manipulation of lawfare in order to stop criticism of Islam which is deemed “offensive,” “racist,” and “hateful,” and thus contrary to human rights.

Diane Weber Bederman is a multifaith-endorsed, hospital-trained chaplain with a background in science and the humanities. She is a columnist and blogger who is passionate about religion, ethics, politics, and mental health. She is also the author of The Serpent and the Red Thread: The Definitive Biography of Evil and Back to the Ethic: Reclaiming Western Values. I had a few questions of my own for Ms Bederman:

What motivated you to write this book?

We are experiencing a rise in Jew-hatred across the world. There are those who say it is coming from the right; white supremacists and Nazism, but in fact, it is coming from the left and Islam. While researching Jew-hatred, which is shared in Islam, I learned more about Islamophobia; the “irrational” fear of Islam and that we must never criticize Islam. Yet, at the same time, Islam criticizes the West.

Take for example: Mazin AbdulAdhim, a prominent Canadian Muslim scholar and Imam of Iraqi descent and affiliated with the pro-Caliphate Islamic global movement of Hizb ut-Tahrir shared this January 17, 2019, on his Facebook page:

“In terms of morality, the West is absolutely a cesspool of corruption and depravity.”

It is a common phenomenon to compare the so-called “far-right” with Nazism today, which is peculiar given that Hitler’s party was the National Socialist German Workers’ Party. In recent times, it is telling that the Nazi flag has been raised in Gaza. You wrote a chapter entitled: “What Did Islam Learn From Nazism?” Can you tell us about those lessons and how, in your view, they have had an impact upon antisemitism today?

Jew-hatred was spread far and wide long before Hitler came to power. Jew hatred in Germany was shared by theologians, professors, in the media, in government and through antisemitic associations. Today, Jew-hatred from the left and right have come together, sharing this common hatred. Like Nazism, Islam has infiltrated our universities, media, government, and sadly, too many share hate; for Jews and Christians.

I provide these examples in my book:

Imam Raed Saleh Al-Rousan, from Tajweed Institute Islamic Center in Houston, Texas preached and posted on Youtube and Facebook the full hadith in Arabic calling for the murder of Jews: “The Muslims will kill the Jews, and the Jews will hide behind the stones and the trees, and the stones and the trees will say: Oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah, there is a Jew hiding behind me, come and kill him, except for the Gharqad tree, which is one of their trees.” He is not alone.

Omar Suleiman the founder and president of the Dallas-based Yaqeen Institute for Islamic Research wrote on his Facebook page, “God willing on this blessed night as the 3rd Intifada begins, the beginning of the end of Zionism is here. May Allah help us overcome this monster, protect the innocent of the world, and accept the murdered as martyrs.”

He wrote on Facebook in 2015, ““Want to know what its [sic] like to live under Nazis? Look no further than how the Palestinians are treated daily by apartheid Israel.” Suleiman is also a supporter of the boycott, divestment and sanctions movement against Israel.

And then there is Canadian Imam Younus Kathrada of the Muslim Youth of Victoria Islamic Center, British Columbia, Canada. Here are his words following the fall of Afghanistan and its takeover by the Taliban, August 20, 2021:

Kathrada emphasized that the Jews and Christians are the enemies of the Muslims. He prayed to Allah to grant victory to the mujahideen who wage Jihad in Afghanistan and success to the “brothers” in establishing shari’a.

“The [Jews and Christians] are willing to spend mountains of gold in order to take us away from Islam…”They will attack what is most sacred to us. But all of that [which] they do is only a small portion of what is really in their hearts, of the hatred that they have towards us in their hearts…”

“Do not think that the Jews and Christians are our friends – they are our enemies…”

Is it any wonder that hatred for Jews, antisemitism, is on the rise when it comes from the right and the left?

You highlight the fact that educating the West is key. There are many who have paid a dear price for trying to educate the public about how we are losing our freedoms in the face of Islamic supremacist incursions. In your view, how could a broader range of citizens aid in this battle to defend all our freedoms?

Too many, today, live in fear; mostly of being canceled, attacked by friends and family for sharing views that have been deemed racist. Islamic supremacists have managed to convince us that Islam is a “race,” since they know that it is unacceptable for Westerners to criticize anyone based on race. But Islam is not a race. It is a religion with core ideologies that are not compatible with Western Values. The Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) has stated, as I point out in my book: “The political system of Islam is totally incompatible with western democracy.” Freedom is not “free.” It must be protected.

That the West is open and tolerant and inclusive does not mean that we should be open to ideologies that are diametrically opposed to our values. It takes courage to speak up, to fight for our values. Our grandparents fought for our freedom in wars oversees. Our freedom is under attack, here. We must fight, here, for our children and grandchildren, to protect our institutions and our values or the West will fall.

I have shared facts about Islam and its insidious infiltration into the West. Learn them and fight back. Do not fear, for fear leads to submission and your silence is collusion.

Several sources are reporting that the Israeli government informed the Biden administration and its western allies that Iran “is taking technical steps to prepare to enrich uranium to 90% purity — the level needed to produce a nuclear weapon,” according to Axios.

The report comes as Iran and the six nations negotiating with Tehran to reestablish the 2015 nuclear deal are sitting down in Vienna, Austria to discuss ways that the agreement could be reactivated.

Israel has been a strong opponent of the nuclear deal from the start. But they’ve been very accurate in their reporting so far, including uncovering tens of thousands of pages of documents in a daring midnight raid on a warehouse in Tehran that revealed that the Iranian government was still working on the bomb despite their denials.

When it comes to Iran, Israel has impeccable intelligence sources. So would Iran really be so stupid as to invite an attack by the Israelis with U.S. support?

Enrichment alone will not produce a bomb. Estimates vary as to how long it would take Iran to master the additional technological requirements, but U.S. and Israeli intelligence sources have put the timeline at one to two years.

Iran is already enriching uranium to 60%, far beyond the levels allowed under the 2015 nuclear deal that Donald Trump abandoned and President Biden is now attempting to salvage.

There is no civilian use for 90%-enriched uranium.

Iran has been working on a bomb for at least 30 years, so it’s assumed that they already have a bomb design and have simulated an explosion hundreds of times. They know what they have, and they know it will work.

But developing a delivery system is another matter entirely. Fitting a nuclear warhead atop one of their unreliable long-range missiles could be beyond their technological expertise — at the moment.

The intelligence Israel shared with the Biden administration suggests the Iranian preparatory steps would allow Iran to move ahead with 90% enrichment within weeks if it chose to do so, according to one of the U.S. sources.

Israeli intelligence analysts assess that Iran could take that dramatic step soon in an attempt to gain leverage in the Vienna talks, the source said.

Israel also shared an intelligence assessment that Iran’s desire for leverage in Vienna could lead Tehran to further increase attacks against U.S. forces and interests in the region via proxies in Yemen, Syria and Iraq, the U.S. source said.

What kind of leverage? Iran is a failing state economically and needs the sanctions lifted immediately or there will be a revolution in the streets.

Washington Examiner:

Any Iranian escalation to weapons-grade enrichment would have to be authorized by Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. But economic pressures inside Iran are now critical, limiting the regime’s ability even to pay off its most loyal supporters and fueling political instability . Khamenei wants economic relief that only the West can provide, but without providing much in return. He might see enrichment to 90% purity as a means to play hardball in that pursuit.

What would follow if Iran took that action?

Starting a war has been the final gambit of failing regimes for centuries. If Khamenei gives in to the west and halts uranium enrichment while also limiting his nuclear program, his own hardliners would have his head on a platter.

So Khamenei’s path is set. He will continue to escalate until someone stops him. And since Joe Biden is too busy trying to find ways to surrender to Iran, it will have to be Israel that takes on the thankless task of ridding the world of the Iranian nuclear threat.

In San Francisco on Wednesday, a man named Ajmal Amani, screaming “Allahu akbar,” charged at police with a large kitchen knife and was shot multiple times with a handgun and beanbag projectiles. Amani had previously threatened to kill a man in his residential hotel with the same large knife and later died of his wounds. Amani was, according to the Associated Press, “a former Afghan interpreter for U.S. special forces who had been shot several times during more than five years of service and struggled with post-traumatic stress disorder.” That is a tragedy, but it’s also a warning: how many of the tens of thousands of unvetted Afghans who have been brought to the U.S. by Old Joe Biden’s handlers are a similar threat?

The police video should be required viewing for all the “Defund the Police” advocates, as it shows calm, cautious, and careful police officers being charged unprovoked by Amani, who continues to invoke Allah even after he charges the officers and is shot. Nor was this the Afghan refugee’s first run-in with the law: according to the AP, he “was charged with assault with a deadly weapon in 2019 for allegedly slashing a city park ranger with a box cutter who said he appeared to be in an ‘altered mental state.’”

According to the San Francisco Standard, “in November 2019, Amani was arrested after crashing a woman’s car near the Seventh Street off-ramp of Highway 80 in San Francisco. He was accused of using a boxcutter to cut a city park ranger who stopped at the scene of the crash and tried to pull him from the vehicle…Amani faced attempted murder and other charges in connection with the incident, but a judge dismissed the attempted murder charge at a preliminary hearing.”

Public defender Scott Grant, who represented Amani in that case, said his former client was having a “clear mental health episode.” Grant explained that Amani “was an Afghan interpreter who contracted with the U.S. government over the course of a decade.” He translated for the Navy SEALs and “survived being shot multiple times during his five-year tenure working with the military.” He was given a visa and came to the U.S. but “struggled with severe post-traumatic stress disorder” once here. Grant concluded: “He suffered some of the most horrific trauma anyone could have gone through.” In accord with that, “the remaining assault charges against him were dismissed after he completed mental health diversion.”

But clearly, the mental health treatment didn’t work, and Amani wasn’t pacified by the fact that the country that welcomed him as a refugee was also providing for his welfare: his room in the residential hotel in which he charged the police was paid for by the city of San Francisco.

Was Ajmal Amani a jihadi? Certainly, his screaming “Allahu akbar” opens up that possibility. And nowadays officials frequently ascribe what is clearly jihad activity to mental illness. American officials, especially in the Biden era, show no signs of ever acknowledging that fact or studying its implications, but it is nonetheless true that Ajami comes from a cultural milieu in which violence against unbelievers is considered to be not only righteous but even therapeutic. The Qur’an tells Muslims that fighting unbelievers can “heal the hearts” of the believers: “Fight them, and Allah will punish them by your hands, and he will lay them low and give you victory over them, and he will heal the hearts of people who are believers. And he will remove the anger of their hearts” (9:14-15). It may be that Ajami, suffering from PTSD or any number of other torments, may have turned to jihad violence in order to heal his own heart.

Ajami also seems to have imbibed the idea of the appropriateness of violence in certain circumstances from the culture of violence in which he was raised. Such considerations, however, are out of bounds for officials in the U.S., who are dogmatically bound to the claim that Islam is a religion of peace that has nothing whatsoever to do with terrorism.

And so nothing is more certain than that this incident will pass virtually unnoticed by the political and media elites unless they want to make it into a police brutality case, which would be extremely difficult in light of the manifest professionalism of the police officers in the video. Instead of examining the actual implications of this case, particularly the question of how wise it was to bring thousands of unvetted Afghan migrants to the country, including an unknowable number who may be in the same mental state as Ajmal Amani, we will no doubt soon hear again about the chimerical “white supremacist” terror threat. Propagandists will stick to their preferred narrative.
