“Inflation Reduction Act” Is “Economic Malpractice”

“Inflation Reduction Act” Is “Economic Malpractice”

On Sunday afternoon, it took all 50 Democratic senators, along with Vice President Kamala Harris, to pass their deceptively named Inflation Reduction Act (H.R. 5376) by a 51–50 vote, sending it to the House. The bill at one time was thought to have been “dead in the water,” but gained life with the support of Senators Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.V.).

Today’s sky-high inflation is largely caused by last year’s Democratic spending of $1.9 trillion in the taxpayer-funded American Rescue Plan. Spending another $740 billion on climate and healthcare boondoggles with this bill will only accelerate inflation.

Political analyst David Harsanyi notes, “The Inflation Reduction Act is to inflation what the Affordable Care Act — which doubled premium costs — was to health care insurance.”

Even Senator Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who voted for the new bill, complained that it doesn’t do what its title claims — namely, reduce inflation — referring to it as the  “so-called” Inflation Reduction Act. “I say so-called by the way, because according to the CBO and other economic organizations that have studied this bill, it will, in fact, have a minimal impact on inflation,” Sanders said on Saturday.

The Inflation Reduction Act includes hundreds of billions for boondoggle “green energy” projects and hundreds of billions in tax increases — all of which will fuel inflation, not reduce it. Democrats have claimed this bill as a big win, especially for their leftist constituents, but it’s a big loser for American consumers and taxpayers, who will actually be paying for corporate tax increases and government redistribution of tax benefits for this bill’s pet projects.

Here are key points from the Democrats’ own summary of the Inflation Reduction Act:

• Enacts historic deficit reduction to fight inflation

• Lowers energy costs, increases cleaner production, and reduces carbon emissions by roughly 40 percent by 2030

• Allows Medicare to negotiate drug prices and caps out-of-pocket costs to $2,000

• Lowers ACA health care premiums for millions of Americans

• Make biggest corporations and ultra-wealthy pay their fair share

• There are no new taxes on families making $400,000 or less and no new taxes on small businesses — we are closing tax loopholes and enforcing the tax code.

In a recent interview on Fox & Friends Weekend, American Legislative Exchange Council economist Jonathan Williams hammered Democrats’ latest effort to combat inflation with the Inflation Reduction Act, arguing that raising taxes and increasing spending is “economic malpractice.”

Williams shared, “What we need is [to go] in the opposite direction and actually cut spending in Washington. It’s clear we don’t have a problem with the lack of tax revenue here. We’ve hit record tax revenue numbers time and time again in recent years, but we just spend faster than the taxes are coming in. And this is a huge problem here.”

All the Republican senators pushed hard against the bill, including Senator Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) who blasted Biden’s $369 billion on “climate” and $433 billion in new spending: “This bill is going to fuel even more inflation. It’s not going to fight inflation, no matter what Joe Manchin says. And it is going to kill jobs by raising taxes on businesses. And by the way, those taxes will also fuel more inflation because businesses will pass tax hikes along to consumers. The last thing we should be doing is putting another trillion-dollar tax and spending bill into an economy that has both record-high inflation and a recession. That is something that only Joe Biden could have accomplished.”

If this bill becomes law, The Heritage Foundation estimates: “Taxpayers with adjusted gross incomes below $75,000 would ultimately shoulder an estimated $136 billion of new revenues from the corporate minimum tax and the IRS enforcement provisions, or about 26% of the total. Indeed, the revenues would fall disproportionately hard on taxpayers making less than $25,000 per year.”

What will the House of Representatives do with the Senate’s Inflation Reduction Act? If they pass it as it stands now, Americans will continue to suffer under Biden’s leftist regime. And with November elections nearing, Democrats in the House will need to consider their electability as their constituents decide if they deserve to remain in office. We can only hope this bill is too much for House Democrats to pass.

The Biden Administration’s Sado-Socialism Transportation Secretary Buttigieg explains the Junta’s “evil way of governing.”

In a recent House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee hearing, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg proclaimed “the more pain we are all experiencing from the high price of gas, the more benefit there is for those who can access electric vehicles.” That evoked a response from Florida Rep. Carlos Gimenez.

“So you’re saying the more pain we have, the more benefit we’re going to get?” the Florida Rep. wondered. “Of course — no,” said Buttigieg with a laugh.

“I think that’s what I heard you say,” countered Gimenez, who later tweeted “the more pain Americans felt, the better for electric vehicles. It’s an evil way of governing.” The Havana-born representative has seen it before.

Sado-Stalinist dictator Fidel Castro took great delight in imprisoning and torturing political opponents, many of them black, such as Eusebio Penalver. As Cuban cinematographer Nestor Almendros (Days of Heaven) showed in Improper Conduct, Castro imprisoned homosexuals in labor camps.

Sado-socialism is now mounting a surge in America, inflicting pain on the people to benefit the agenda of the Biden Junta. Secretary Buttigieg is the perfect exponent of this evil way of governing, and he models other dynamics now in play.

The late C.S. Lewis exposed the trick of saying “we” when the speaker really means “you.” This empowers the speaker to put down others while pretending to display self-criticism. That is the dynamic going on with Pete Buttigieg, as CNN put it in 2019, “a gay Christian” who is “driving the religious right nuts.”

As a man who often speaks “at length about his faith,” Secretary Buttigieg is surely familiar with the empirically verifiable Christian doctrine that human beings are deeply flawed. In the socialist view, human flaws and vices somehow disappear when someone is elected to public office or employed by the government. The flaws and vices don’t disappear, and access to the levers of government power, with little or no accountability, can easily amplify the flaws.

Under socialist superstition, virtually everything government does is for the greater good. The people are to believe that no politician or bureaucrat would ever use the power of the state against political opponents, or people they simply don’t like. By saying “we” must experience pain when he means “you,” Buttigieg exposes that ruse in fine style.

Pete Buttigieg is a gay Christian involved in a same-sex marriage. The Secretary appears to regard these conditions as accomplishments and job qualifications. In a similar style, when fired by new San Francisco district attorney Brooke Jenkins, attorney Alicia Hurtado claimed “I am the highest ranking/LGBTQ member of the management team at that office.” In the woke view, this status somehow overrides actual job performance, an issue that came up for Buttigieg in his run for president.

“At a time when economic inequality and racial justice are at the nation’s political forefront,” CNBC noted, “Buttigieg’s candidacy could be hamstrung by the impression that he has not tried hard enough to improve the conditions of South Bend’s poor and minority communities.” According to resident Shawn White, 24, “Ain’t shit changed. How is he gonna run the whole country if you can’t even get your city right first?”

In the view of many others, mayor Buttigieg didn’t get South Bend right. His performance as Transportation Secretary, to say the least, hasn’t exactly proved stellar.

During a crippling supply-chain crisis, Buttigieg was off on a two-month “maternity leave,” a move he defended as work, “not a vacation.” The former mayor evidently believed his job was to model gay marriage, not to keep the vital supply chain moving. When it stalled, the federal Transportation Secretary blamed the people.

“Supply, demand, and the pandemic” are the main forces behind the supply chain bottlenecks, Buttigieg explained. “Americans have more money in their pockets compared to a year ago. Where they used to maybe spend it on going to shows or travel, they've been more likely to spend it on things, which is why actually we have a record number of goods coming through our ports.”

As embattled Americans might note, Biden’s Transportation Secretary failed to quantify the money now in their pockets compared to a year ago. Buttigieg failed to pin down the rise in the rate of inflation, a big issue for American workers, and he did not put a number on the cargo ships waiting to unload. Americans might think the federal Transportation Secretary should be forthcoming with such vital information.

Like Voltaire’s Dr. Pangloss, Buttigieg tells Americans they live in the best of all possible worlds if only they would deny what their own experience tells them. If the people regard Pete Buttigieg as a complete bust it would be hard to blame them. On the other hand, there are grounds for gratitude.

For the Dictatorship of the Subjunctive Mood (DSM), reality dysphoria, and the sado-socialism now inflicted on the people, sanctimonious incompetent Pete Buttigieg is the perfect instructor.

Lower Your Expectations, Serfs

You are asking for too much, you terrible person. You want cheap gas and a functioning supply chain, air conditioning and not to eat bugs. But most of all, you expect the elite to actually do its job, and for that, you are terrible. And racist.

Bums litter our streets figuratively and – in ghastly form – literally. Criminals run rampant unmolested by the gendarmes, who have been told – expressly and impliedly – to let the crooks be. Our economy is sensational, groovy, glorious – except for the inflation and the hollowing out of your 401K. Try to buy a house instead of renting – just try.

The globalist elite has failed in doing what we want, but it seems to be doing what it wants. It is gathering power and payoffs unto itself, and that is precisely the goal. If we are worrying about feeding our families – and they control the food – then we are less likely to get uppity and demand that our elite not suck.

The problem for them is that, at least in America, we still have some power to change things without conflict. But elsewhere, where the path to peaceful change is blocked by undemocratic regimes, it's getting ugly. In Sri Lanka, where the government decided to ban fertilizer because some Davos nimrods wished to appease an angry weather goddess, they rebelled. In Holland, the Dutch farmers are rebelling in order to save their farms from a similar fate. But in Canada, the truckers rebelled, and they were crushed. Now, Trudeaussolini is trying the same fertilizer scam. Who had "Famine in Manitoba" on his 2022 bingo card?

And here in America, they tried to ban modern guns. I wonder why.

The real defining election issue for the next couple of decades is going to be whether we choose to move into a future of shared prosperity, where everyone lives free and safe and well, or toward the WEF feudalism model where we own nothing, have no freedom, and obey our unaccomplished overlords. That is how we need to put it. If you vote for a Democrat, you vote for tampon shortages and auto burglaries, at least for the time being until they ban private automobiles. Oh, and let's not forget mutilating your kid both mentally with CRT and physically with surgery via elite gender nonsense.

They really do hate you, and they really do want you dead or enslaved. And until every Republican politician gets that, until they learn what time it is, we're going to merely manage the decline instead of going on the counter-offensive and wreaking these people and their trash ideology once and for all.

Are People on Planes Getting Dumber?

Yes, definitely.

I have had to fly a lot in recent weeks in connection with my new non-fiction book, "We'll Be Back: The Fall and Rise of America" – six weeks, six trips. One thing has become abundantly clear. People are getting dumber, and there's no better demonstration than taking a flight.

First of all, flights are unbelievably expensive. It's incredible. An economy ticket is what a first-class fare would have been when Trump was in office, and now a first-class ticket requires your firstborn. And for some reason, the crews now feel like they have to talk to you all the time. Safety briefing? Fine. But I don't need the pilot's musings on his thoughts about life. Fly the damn plane. If we're hitting turbulence, warn us. Tell us when we are arriving. Otherwise, silence. I want to sit there and stew unharangued.

And no, I do not need to hear about your wonderful credit card offers or be warned not to drink my own booze – like every normal person, I hit the bar before I fly instead of sneaking snorts of McCallan in my seat like a teen raiding dad's liquor cabinet. Here's one idea, though. Adequate ground staffing so that there is more than one person checking luggage for 300 people. It's like every flight is a surprise – "Gee, who would have thought a 777 would hold a lot of people?"

And the passengers… cue the circus music. Look, I don't think you need a top hat and tails to fly, but a lot of these people dress like hobos who got vomited up by other hobos. The boarding process is a parade of muffin tops and tacky tatts. Thanks for the glimpse of your pierced navel, lady – here's an idea: Wear a shirt.

Carry-on luggage…who is unaware that bin space is tight and that your steamer trunk won't fit? Check your damn bags, people. I was consigned to steerage once, and this dude from some bizarre foreign country is sitting there and in the foot space where my feet go is this giant lute – I think it was an oud. And he looks at me like I'm the idiot when I say, "Hey, you need to get your blanking oud out of my seat." We did not chat on the flight, so some good came of it.

Crying kids. I get it. Been there. Crying kids are part of life, and we need to deal. I am not complaining about that. We need strong young to fight communists, so children should be encouraged and parents rewarded instead of hassled. But you don't have to let your kid sing a song. Unless it is "Love Will Tear Us Apart" or "Anarchy in the UK" – that would rock.

Then there are the masked people with their masked children. I don't wear masks because I am a man, so I get dirty looks when they have to sit around me. Drones. Oh, and another thing – do not have long, loud cell chats as we board. "Hi, getting on the plane. Call you when I land." That is the totality of an appropriate cell call on a plane, not some lengthy digression about how Lou in marketing was telling Sheila to get her TP46 forms organized, but she thought he said TP47 forms, and shenanigans ensued. Just sit there on the plane in uncomfortable silence as Team Dumbass tries to figure out how storage bins work.

Rant complete.

Schumer-Manchin ‘Inflation Increase Act’ Helps China, Crushes U.S. Manufacturers~Manchin’s ‘Inflation Increase Act’ Raises Taxes on Most Americans to Fund Teslas for the Rich

Apparently, America still has too many manufacturing jobs. And the Senate Democrat majority has snuck in their sleazy “Inflation Increase Act” under a false flag in the hopes of doing something about that.

What many people are calling the “Inflation Increase Act” has nothing to do with stopping inflation, instead it’s yet another payoff to the green gimmick investor crowd who finance the Democrats and like all such payoffs, this one is a sharp blow to what remains of the domestic manufacturing sector while helping Communist China.

“Democrats claim the book minimum tax is a tax loophole closer, when in reality it is a tax on U.S. manufacturers.  Based on the new JCT analysis, 49.7 percent of the tax would be borne by the manufacturing industry at a time when manufacturers are already struggling with inflation, supply-chain disruptions, and an impending recession.”

Despite Democrats’ claims, the book minimum tax does not close tax loopholes. Tax and book treatment of capital investments, like those made by American manufacturers, differ for book and tax purposes – for good reason.  Congress intentionally designed tax depreciation rules to support domestic investment.  Democrats’ tax on U.S. manufacturing would eliminate that benefit.

“This is a domestic manufacturing tax, plain and simple,” Senator Mike Crapo of Idaho warned.

The real benefits of the Schumer-Manchin “Inflation Increase Act” will, as usual, be reaped by China. Not only does the “Inflation Increase Act” further weaken domestic American competition, instead, it funds the usual “green” boondoggles that are heavily reliant on China, including, once again, solar panels.

America loses, inflation rises, China wins.

That’s the Schumer-Manchin “Inflation Increase Act” in a nutshell.

The Schumer-Manchin Democrat tax deal, commonly described as the “Inflation Increase Act of 2022”, will wreak all sorts of economic havoc.

Manchin’s false claims that it will fight inflation is being justified by “increased” IRS enforcement. And the result will be higher taxes for most Americans.

As Senator Mike Crapo reveals.

The nonpartisan Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) shows that “in 2023, taxes will increase by $16.7 billion on American taxpayers earning less than $200,000—a nearly $17 billion tax targeted solidly at low- and middle-income earners next year, amidst stagflation.”

The $17 billion hit alone is confirmation that the Biden pledge to not raise taxes on anyone earning less than $400,000 is shattered by the latest tax-and-spend bill.
The proposal would raise another $14.1 billion from taxpayers earning between $200,000 and $500,000.

According to JCT data, 98 percent of all tax returns filed by those in the $200,000 to $500,000 category are filed by those earning between $200,000 and $400,000, with at least three-fourths of the income in the $200,000 to $500,000 category also coming from those below $400,000, meaning it is likely that at least half of all new tax revenue raised next year would come from those earning under $400,000.

By 2031, when the new green energy credits and subsidies provide an even greater benefit to those at higher incomes, those earning below $400,000 are projected to bear as much as two-thirds of the burden of the additional tax revenue collected that year.

Green energy is a scam that largely rewards wealthy lefties. There aren’t a lot of working-class people driving Teslas.

The JCT estimate of the Schumer-Manchin “Inflation Increase Act of 2022” shows even low-income people paying out more with percentage increases beginning for people earning $30-$40K.

Democrats will contend that their tax hikes on the vast majority of Americans are not all that “substantial”, but the bottom line is that they’re hiking taxes on Americans and increasing inflation as yet another payout to their green investors and to wealthy electric car owners.

Why are Democrats willing to raise taxes on the working class to provide more subsidies for Tesla owners?

That’s class warfare. Lefties accuse conservatives of engaging in class warfare when class warfare is all that they do.

‘Recession’ or Not, Our Economy Is Worse Than Many Countries

BY RICK MORAN

Joe Biden almost certainly saw this coming. The president spent the last week before the Bureau of Economic Analysis report, which showed another quarter of negative growth, prepping the nation for the bad news: We met the “technical” definition of a recession.

Biden basically said, “Definition? Schmefinition! I’ll make up my own. That’ll get those crazy right-wingers frothing at the mouth in no time.”

Related: Social Media Fact-Checkers Are Rejecting Criticism of Biden’s Recession Doublespeak

This, Biden proceeded to do with gleeful intent. The entire pundit class went to war over the arcane definition of an economic term. Meanwhile, the nation was distracted from the reality of what the 0.9% negative growth in the second quarter meant in comparison to other major economies.

Newsweek reports that the “United States saw worse economic growth than seven other major economies in the second quarter of 2022.” Only China with its COVID-19 lockdowns performed worse.

Even Mexico’s economy outperformed the U.S. economy.

Of the major countries which have released growth figures for the second quarter, encompassing April-June, Spain performed the best with an annualized growth rate of 1.1 percent.

It was followed by Italy and Mexico, both on 1.0 percent, then South Korea with 0.7 percent and France on 0.5 percent.

Germany and Singapore both recorded zero growth, although as their economies did not shrink this was still better than the U.S. figure.

“Coming off of last year’s historic economic growth, and regaining all the private sector jobs lost during the pandemic crisis, it’s no surprise that the economy is slowing down as the Federal Reserve acts to bring down inflation, the White House statement said.

“But even as we face historic global challenges, we are on the right path and we will come through this transition stronger and more secure.”

Brave words. But aren’t these the same bozos who were wrong about inflation?

Washington Post:

The Biden administration has spent a lot of energy trying to manage perceptions of the economy. Remember when inflation was going to be “temporary”? That experience should be instructive. Insisting that inflation was just a blip didn’t stop consumers from noticing that prices were rising. Nor did it protect Biden’s approval ratings, which dived even as the administration continued to insist that everything was fine.

Of course, inflation wasn’t the only reason for Biden’s unpopularity, which intensified right around the time that America was flooded with disastrous images from the Afghanistan withdrawal. But inflation was certainly a major contributor, and it is now probably the biggest factor in Biden’s catastrophically low ratings. There’s just not much that political messaging can do when consumers have to stare reality in the face every time they go to the grocery store.

Biden’s rhetorical distraction in trying to redefine bad economic news is an effort at altering perception. When it comes to the economy, perception can be a reality. If workers think that prices are going to rise, they will ask for a larger raise. If companies believe that, they will raise prices. This is what happened in the late 1970s — until Ronald Reagan and Paul Volker ruthlessly wrung inflation out of the economy by ignoring perception and inflicting pain.

Yet their economic confidence is low because real incomes are falling and interest rates have spiked, making it harder to buy a house or a car. You can’t message people out of thinking their economic circumstances have gotten worse — or out of worrying that this portends ill for the future.

So all the spin efforts are likely to come to naught. But contra angry conservatives, it’s probably harmless — except as it’s emblematic of a dangerous tendency on the left to believe they can control reality by controlling the words we use to describe it.

Biden’s attempt to spin his administration out of the coming disaster won’t work because the real-world economic conditions don’t match what’s coming out of his mouth. In the end, it doesn’t matter how you define “recession.” What matters is that average Americans are suffering.

Fed rate hike to unleash AVALANCHE of home foreclosures and market drops while still doing little to halt skyrocketing INFLATION

BY MIKE ADAMS

(Natural News) Yesterday the Fed hiked the interbank lending rate by 75 basis points (0.75%), which will lead to retail loan rates rising across the board. This is all part of the Fed’s attempt to reel in rising inflation, which the dishonest government claims is around 9% but the rest of the world already understands to be closer to 20%.

Thus, raising interest rates by 0.75% isn’t going to halt inflation. Prices of food, fuel, and consumer goods are going to continue to rise dramatically in the months ahead.

The rate raise, however, will cause sharp drops in the housing market, since housing is strongly dependent on mortgage loans which are highly sensitive to interest rates. Because home loans are often 30-year loans, even a small increase in loan rates can result in dramatic increases in monthly payments, pricing many people out of the homes they could afford just six months ago. The net effect will be falling home sales and decreasing values of real estate, combined with large increases in mortgage defaults.

Foreclosure starts are now up 440% year over year

According to DSnews.com’s reporting on the Black Knight Mortgage Monitor Report, our foreclosure “starts” (i.e. new foreclosures) have risen 440% from last year (June 2022 vs June 2021). July numbers aren’t yet reported, but it is near certain they will also show large increases in foreclosures.

Retail auto sales are down slightly, although much of that may be attributable to lack of supply rather than reduced demand. However, as interest rates rise, people are increasingly priced out of the automobiles they wish to purchase. As the UK Daily Mail reports, a shocking number of Americans are now paying $1,000 a month on a car loan payment:

– The percentage of people taking out new car loans and paying $1,000 in monthly payments has almost doubled from 7% to 12.7% over the last 12 months
– Average monthly payments on new car loans are at a record high of $686
– Used car market sees average monthly payments at $554, up 12% year-on-year
– Pandemic supply-chain problems are partly to blame with the shortage of new cars leading to price hikes on the forecourt
– Monthly interest payments also shot up after the Federal Reserve raised rates

Gold and silver will likely drop a bit more as people unload assets to meet margin calls in the stock market, but in the long run, precious metals look poised to skyrocket as the dollar’s real-world value plunges and inflation spirals out of control.

The Fed will likely soon stop raising rates and will start lowering them, indicating a total surrender to inflation and the eventual collapse of the fiat currency

It seems likely that this will be the last rate rise of 2022, or potentially the second to last. The Fed is already indicating they plan to start lowering rates in 2023, and many financial analysts believe the Fed will almost certainly accelerate that action in late 2022 as the economic carnage in the real estate industry becomes too messy to ignore.

Ultimately, the Fed will capitulate and abandon any real goal of tackling inflation. They will keep printing money and lowering interest rates while inflation spirals out of control, leading to an end game scenario where food and fuel prices lead to nationwide riots while the dollar collapses in real-world value.

On top of this, China, Russia, India, and other BRICS nations are rolling out a new global reserve currency that will make the petrodollar obsolete, immediately making global dollar dominance a thing of the past. This will cause dollars to come flooding back to America as other nations dump the hyperinflated dollar and embrace the commodities-backed, gold-backed, energy-backed BRICS reserve currency. Before long, America will be a collapsed Third World nation with mass homelessness, starvation, destitution, and lawlessness, with a collapsing fiat currency, a corrupt illegitimate government regime, and a captured corporate media that now sees its only job as covering up the crimes of the regime in power… the same regime that holds political prisoners in jail without due process, runs depopulation vaccine propaganda campaigns and purges the military of Christians and patriots so they can unleash the military against We the People in a domestic genocidal war. (That’s what is coming if we don’t change course…)

This is when you will thank God for the preparedness activities that you pursued in advance.

(Natural News) There is no longer “safety in numbers,” especially when it comes to about 200 million Americans taking the advice and guidance of the US government and regulatory agencies. Anyone who takes the advice of the FDA and CDC is venturing down a rabbit hole of dangerous, experimental medications and pesticide-laden, processed GMO food, all of which fuels the chronic sick care industry of America. To rub salt in that ‘long term’ wound, the economy is quickly crashing and burning (by design), causing consumers and patients to spend even more of the quickly-dwindling money they have left. Misinformation is at an all-time high, and it’s mostly thanks to the FDA, the CDC, and the highly corrupt Biden Regime. Let’s take a closer look.

Apocalyptic Problems: Food shortages, deadly COVID jabs, skyrocketing inflation, mass-disinformation

The combination of major issues Americans face today is leading to mass casualties and apocalyptic situations. None of these problems are accidental or caused by natural forces, but rather are well-planned and executed by corrupt corporations, government agencies, and of course, Big Pharma.

Chronic inflammation, for example, has always been a problem for the majority of Americans who eat processed food daily, drink tap water, take prescription drugs, and get every vaccine the CDC recommends. Now, the Fauci Flu clot shots are clogging the vascular system of hundreds of millions of ‘patients’ with spike proteins that exacerbate health problems to the fullest extent.

Now the FDA and CDC are pushing these dangerous, experimental gene therapy injections for children, babies, and pregnant women alike. This will surely skyrocket the ‘sudden death syndrome’ that’s sweeping the nation, and the ‘spontaneous abortions’ that are supposedly unexplainable by doctors.

The majority of Americans are still falling for the age-old, lying mantra about vaccines that they are “safe and effective,” when they are actually very dangerous and ineffective.

Supply chain issues are all by design, thanks to COVID-19 lockdowns, factory shutdowns, fires, explosions, and employee firings over non-compliance with illegal vaccine mandates. This is driving the cost of everything through the roof, and most families can barely afford their energy bills, mortgage, rent, food, medicine, fuel, and other basic necessities and supplies.

America’s food and fuel production infrastructure is being dismantled purposely by the evil Biden Regime

Life and living is hard enough without the government purposely wrecking every working system around. Worried about the pandemic? Don’t get “vaccinated” with protein prions that clog your blood and cleansing organs. Tough to pay the bills because taxes are high and pay is low? Inflation is only worsening by the day, so there’s no relief there. Trying to eat healthy to boost your immune system? Good luck. The US government is trying to transition everyone to eating only lab-concocted food that causes cancer, so no help there. Trying to run a business so you can be your own boss and retire early? The Biden Regime is trying to bankrupt all private businesses using COVID-19 as an excuse while choking out the supply chain and printing trillions of dollars to wreck the economy. No help there. In fact, it’s just the opposite – pure decimation of every working system.

Top 7 ways Biden Regime is decimating America and all Americans

#1. Pushing toxic, blood-clotting, spike protein injections for everyone, including babies

#2. Ending all domestic fossil fuel production

#3. Burning and exploding food factories and fertilizer plants

#4. Blocking and suffocating the supply chain in order to usher in lab-made food

#5. Printing and laundering trillions of dollars that drive inflation through the roof

#6. Censoring all information that protects the health and safety of Americans

#7. Fostering the biggest misinformation campaign ever about war and vaccines

Beijing Biden Plans to Scrap Trump Tariffs on China … to Fight Inflation?

The selling out of America to Beijing continues.

Joe Biden is expected to make an announcement later this month about undoing tariffs on Chinese imports put in place under the Trump administration. This would ostensibly be with the aim of combating rising inflation, although some of Biden’s own advisors warn that removing the tariffs would have no meaningful impact on inflation.

Politico spoke with three industry officials and a former federal official with knowledge of the White House’s plans. They said Biden will go public with his plans in July. A top White House official who also talked to the outlet, however, said there is, as of yet, no date set for the announcement.

According to Politico, the White House hopes to tame the historically high inflation presently ravaging the country, and some Biden advisors, along with outside advisors, believe the solution is to strike down tariffs on Chinese goods in order to lower consumer prices.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo have long advocated for across-the-board tariff relief as a solution to inflation, though the proposed lift would fall short of the sweeping changes the two hope for.

Per the sources cited by Politico, the White House plans are not final but are likely to be divided into three parts.

For one, they intend to scrap a limited number of tariffs, such as one on consumer goods like bicycles. While the specific duties to be targeted are still being debated, two sources who spoke to Politico on condition of anonymity claimed the proposed relief would affect approximately just $10 billion worth of imports out of the $370 billion that the Trump administration slapped tariffs on.

Second, the White House reportedly plans to announce that the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) will roll out a new exclusion process so that companies can get exemptions from the tariffs on Chinese goods. This would be a step up from the exemptions USTR handed out on 352 types of imports from China this year.

And in what appears to be an attempt to balance what might otherwise be interpreted as a giveaway to China, the White House also reportedly intends to announce a tariff investigation under Section 301 of the 1974 Trade Act that will specifically be aimed at areas of China’s economy that are significantly subsidized by the communist government.

This would be a way of addressing longstanding concerns from the U.S. that Beijing boosts its domestic tech sectors, including the production of semiconductors and batteries, to the disadvantage of foreign competition. The planned actions by the White House would possibly lead to new duties on such products as a way of improving the odds from U.S. companies.

The senior administration official who spoke with Politico said talks continue and that no final decision has yet been reached.

The outlet reports:

The announcement will represent the culmination of a year-long debate at the White House over when and how to reshape Trump’s trade legacy on China. The administration last year considered a plan to pair tariff relief for consumer goods with new duties on high-tech Chinese goods, but elected to allow USTR Katherine Tai to engage her Chinese counterpart in economic conversations before announcing the plan.

When initial talks between the Biden administration and China proved fruitless, the White House was ready to move forward with the plan late last winter, but Russia’s invasion of Ukraine pushed those plans back, as many of the administration’s economic and national security officials focused on supporting Kyiv and punishing Moscow.

In contrast to Yellen and Raimondo, Tai and Labor Secretary Marty Walsh, as well as organized labor, have advocated for keeping the Trump-era tariffs as they are. Tai has been one of the voices in the Biden White House arguing that undoing the tariffs would not alleviate inflation — but would deprive the U.S. of major leverage when negotiating with the Chinese on trade.

Word of these changes comes as the USTR this summer conducts a review of the Chinese tariffs that are mandated by law. Per Politico, more than 300 American companies have called for the Trump-era tariffs to be kept in place.

That Biden would rather ease tariffs on a hostile regime than address the actual issue behind inflation — the reckless policies of the unaccountable Federal Reserve — may be frustrating, but not surprising.

Biden has long shown himself to be Beijing’s best friend in America. Lifting the Trump tariffs would simply be one more instance in a long line of actions that have strengthened China while weakening America.

Food inflation desperation leads to VIOLENT ATTACKS in grocery stores

(Natural News) As food inflation worsens, a sense of desperation is seizing the minds of the American people, and some of them are lashing out in acts of violence against workers at grocery stores and other food retail locations. America is now seeing a shocking rise in retail location violence that seems destined to only get worse.

Joe Biden’s catastrophic economic and energy policies have led to a 400% increase in the price of fertilizer, a 100% increase in the price of diesel fuel, supply chain disruptions, and food production shortfalls. Even infant formula has been in a supply chain crisis, and the cost of agricultural inputs today means far higher prices in the coming months.

The result is record-high food inflation that keeps getting worse. Higher costs of food gobble up higher percentages of discretionary incomes for consumers, hitting low-income consumers especially hard. When food prices rise to the point of requiring 50% of a person’s income just to eat, history tells us that societies break down and lurch into uprisings and revolts.

Now, even the New York Times (via Yahoo News) is covering the trend, reporting that violence against grocery and retail workers is exploding:

In her 37 years in the grocery industry, said Kim Cordova, a union president in Colorado, she had never experienced the level of violence that her members face today.

“What happened with COVID?” said Cordova, president of Local 7 of the United Food and Commercial Workers. “People have changed. Sometimes I wonder if I am living in a Netflix movie. This can’t be real.”

But it is real, just as food inflation is real. Elections have consequences and rigged elections have catastrophic consequences because the criminals who stole the election never had the backing of the American people. So they destroyed the economy, shut down energy infrastructure, set fire to food production facilities and diluted the value of the dollar through haphazard money printing. The result? Fewer and fewer Americans can afford to pay for basic necessities like food.

Grocery chains are tired of being ransacked by criminals, especially when those criminals are protected by left-wing District Attorneys in blue cities where criminals are granted a kind of “left-wing privilege” to loot and steal whatever they want.

“These criminals feel like they own the store,” said Tony Settles, a clerk at a Safeway in downtown Denver.

Now, many grocery workers and grocery chains want to fight back. From that same story:

The union negotiated a contract that ensures workers have the right to defend themselves if a customer attacks them. It is a grim acknowledgment of not only the violence plaguing many facets of American society but the increasing unwillingness of retail employees to keep turning the other cheek to crime in their stores.

This is what happens when you allow criminals to violate the law without consequences – another disastrous “progressive” idea

This is all the result, of course, of what happens when you abandon the idea that criminals should be stopped and arrested rather than allowed to continue stealing. When retail establishments are told that shoplifting is essentially legalized — and that’s exactly the case in many left-wing cities — they are paralyzed and can’t do anything to stop the continued thefts. Even when thieves threaten or attack store employees, retail establishments are told to back down because criminals are granted high privilege in a progressive society.

They can do almost anything they want, without any consequences. They essentially exhibit what left-wing propagandists call “white privilege,” but in this case, most of the thieves aren’t white.

As the NYT explains:

From 2018 to 2020, assaults reported to the FBI by law enforcement agencies overall rose 42%; they increased 63% in grocery stores and 75% in convenience stores.

Those numbers will keep rising until retail store owners and employees start defending their lives and their property. This is easily accomplished with firearms, of course, but leftists are also irrationally anti-gun, and they don’t want store managers being armed. They would apparently rather dial 911 and wait around while the cops do nothing and the thieves assault their employees.

“While the political debate swirls about the extent of the crime and its causes, many of the people staffing the stores say retailers have been too permissive of crime, particularly theft. Some employees want more armed security guards who can take an active role in stopping theft,” says the NYT. But once again, “progressives” hate the idea of using security guards, both in grocery stores and in schools. They would rather post, “Gun-free zone” signs and pretend that signage stops shootings. This is equivalent to pretending that men can get pregnant. If your beliefs are rooted in fantasy and delusion, you’re not going to have much success dealing with reality. (And no, men don’t have periods and don’t need tampons, either.)

The reality is that as food inflation gets far worse, grocery and convenience store employees are going to face a rising number of violent attacks. We expect to see flash mob looting of grocery stores before the end of this year, and food prices are no doubt going to continue to climb to alarming levels in 2023 and possibly beyond.

In some areas, grocery stores will become war zones

It’s now abundantly obvious that as food prices skyrocket, grocery stores are going to be hit with a wave of violent attackers who are desperate to feed themselves and their families. As the attacks intensify, many food retailers will simply decide to close up shop in high-risk areas. This, in turn, will deprive law-abiding customers of access to food, only worsening food scarcity and panic, leading to an expanding wave of desperation and lawlessness.

Perhaps defunding the police in blue cities wasn’t the best idea after all. And voting George Soros-funded DAs into power — who routinely set criminals free instead of charging them — is backfiring badly.

When honest people are starving, they tend to do radical things they wouldn’t normally do. When dishonest people are starving, they go completely off the reservation and are willing to threaten or harm almost anyone to acquire food. We are going to see society collapse into its most animalistic tendencies as this food scarcity crisis unfolds, and the blue cities where most inhabitants reject Christian values and despise morality and ethics are going to be hit the hardest.

Personally, I expect to see many blue cities burning before the end of this year, and 2023 maybe even worse. I also expect to see food riots, food rationing, and price controls.

Right now, the importance of growing your own food can’t be overstated. My friend Marjory Wildcraft teaches these skills at ICanGrowFood.com, as she’s an expert at growing food when it really counts. Sadly, most Americans don’t know how to grow food. Very few have stockpiled any real food supplies, either, so the “perfect storm” is set for the oblivious masses to be plunged into total panic as food inflation and food scarcity both worsen with shocking speed.

STOCKS, BONDS, CRYPTO and REAL ESTATE: The whole house of cards is coming down

(Natural News) The Fed raised interest rates by 0.75% today (75 basis points), fulfilling their promise to attempt to reverse the runaway inflation that they caused in the first place by printing trillions of dollars and flooding the markets with cheap or nearly-free funds (zero percent interest rates, for example).

As of right now, America’s real estate bubble is now in the process of a catastrophic collapse. The stock market is collapsing and the crypto universe is absolutely imploding. “The crypto apocalypse is here,” writes Michael Snyder from End of the American Dream:

Over the last seven months, we have witnessed a cryptocurrency collapse that is so epic that it is truly difficult to put it into words… approximately two-thirds of the value of all cryptocurrencies has already been wiped out.  Some are calling this a “crash”, but the truth is that this is the sort of full-blown “collapse” that so many have been warning about for such a long time.  A lot of crypto investors are now deeply in the red, and the outlook for the months ahead is very bleak.

Meanwhile, the average stock portfolio is down 31% this year alone, and the downside still remaining now looks like a deep, ominous chasm of financial devastation that’s going to suck the vast majority of Americans into financial destitution.

You see, while everybody’s assets are plummeting, the prices of the things they need to buy keep skyrocketing.

Everything people own is going to collapse in value, while nearly everything people buy is going to double or triple in price.

The real estate bubble will now collapse, however, which may offer some relief for those trying to rent or purchase new homes. But for the tens of millions of people already locked into bubble-priced mortgages and rent contracts, the pain of paying too much won’t be easily reversed.

The truth is that most assets have been Ponzi schemes for many years or even decades. The stock market hasn’t operated from fiscal reality since the 1980s, and the fiat currency dollar has been living in a delusional fairy tale land since Nixon took it off the gold standard in 1971.

The real estate asset price explosion was just an expression of low-interest rates and cheap money, while the crypto universe was a grand social experiment that primarily served as a new generation’s “dot com bubble” where they ultimately learn an expensive (but valuable) lesson in the seduction and false promise of seemingly becoming wealthy without work. Too many crypto pioneers thought they could recreate the laws of economics by simply claiming absurd things that aren’t true, like “we don’t need intrinsic value, our token is backed by an algorithm.” That’s the crypto equivalent of the biological fantasy that claims “men can get pregnant,” which is why I call the crypto Ponzi schemes “financial transgenderism.”

See, what we’re all really beginning to experience in the world right now is a heavy dose of reality.

Transportation SHOCKWAVES reverberate as consumer demand plummets amid unyielding INFLATION

(Natural News) With the US government releasing official inflation numbers today at the “shocking” level of 8.6% (via the CPI) — with real inflation now well over 20% — it is only the oblivious morons who were surprised. The intelligent, informed people who read independent media have known about exploding inflation for over a year. We also know something that the conventional economists pretend doesn’t exist: that money printing causes inflation.

Now, inflation is undeniable even to the deniers. Fuel price increases, for example, are now sitting at 75% year over year.

Thanks to these numbers, the markets went into a full panic today as even the low-IQ corporate media economists realized the Fed is going to aggressively hike rates in response to this inflation. (Yes, they only just now figured this out. While indy analyst Gregory Mannarino has been screaming this would happen for months…)

The next Fed meeting will likely result in a 75 basis points increase or 0.75%. This will, in turn, absolutely hammer real estate, very likely thrusting America into a bona fide real estate market collapse accompanied by plunging land prices in most areas. Similarly, the increased cost of borrowed money (stemming from raising rates) will make stock market speculation far more expensive, meaning a certain pullback in stock valuations, despite all the Fed’s money printing.

This means the stock market is headed lower, and crypto will likely follow in parallel. Bonds will absolutely crater in value as the interest they pay will seem increasingly pointless compared to real-world inflation and rising costs. If the Fed tries to stimulate its way out of this conundrum to artificially keep the markets inflated a little longer, it will only accelerate the currency devaluation and lead to even more inflation.

Know what’s not going to go down? Both energy and commodities are going to skyrocket in value. Fuel prices will continue to increase at an alarming pace, driving gas toward $10 / gallon and diesel into the $10+ range by the end of this year. Right now, a transport rig (18-wheeler) rolling down the highway consumes about $1000 / day in diesel. That will increase to $2000 / day, and as it does, you’re going to see trucking companies implode with bankruptcies and sharply reduced trucking loads.

Consumers have shifted their spending to food, fuel, and rent

Consumers are already neck-deep in credit card debt, and they’re still living on credit. Demand for consumer goods has plummeted as people are forced to use their limited financial resources to pay for food, fuel, and rent. (All three have skyrocketed under fake president Biden.) As a direct result, they are not buying nearly as much in the realm of consumer goods, appliances, home furnishings, etc.

The home purchase market has already collapsed, and the collapse will only worsen from here forward. Rising interest rates will make home loans increasingly expensive, and many people will end up homeless or living out of their vehicles or campers.

Since consumers are now prioritizing payments for food, fuel, and rent, major retailers across America (Target, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, etc.) are sitting on frightening levels of excess inventory. They’re going to start announcing liquidation sales that will present rare buying opportunities for those who have the cash and want to take advantage of the last round of “cheap stuff” any of us will see for a long while.

After the excess inventory is blown out and the domestic trucking industry has been hammered by bankruptcies, we’re going to see prices skyrocket (from the September timeframe) while domestic shipping will become very inefficient and slow. This will strongly impact food shipments, causing more food spoilage, and increasing the food waste produced by grocery stores.

Nothing about this scenario is good for America. In fact, you are witnessing the planned, engineered takedown of the US economy, all right on cue.

Globalism, central bank money printing are the real root causes behind inflation and shortages

BY ETHAN HUFF

SEE: https://www.naturalnews.com/2022-06-06-globalism-central-banking-root-causes-inflation-shortages.html;

republished below in full unedited for informational, educational & research purposes:

(Natural News) In an op-ed piece for The Epoch Times, economist Patricia Adams made the case that almost every problem society currently faces is a result of globalist policies that date back decades.

Much of it centers around the fictitious notion of “climate change” – or as it used to be called, “global warming.” This is what triggered major moves away from cheap and abundant fossil fuel use, which has helped civilization as we currently know it to thrive.

Insistent that carbon dioxide (CO2), a “greening” molecule, is somehow bad for the atmosphere, the globalists have been on a crusade to eliminate it with things like electric-powered cars and soybean-based “meat.” The result is our current economic crisis.

“If not for the specter of climate change – for decades one of the globalists’ central preoccupations – the world’s energy situation would be radically different,” Adams writes.

“Canada’s tar sands wouldn’t have been demonized and the country would have built the Keystone XL Pipeline and other pipelines to transport ever greater quantities of energy across the continent and beyond.”

There also would have been liquefied natural gas facilities built along the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of Asia, the Americas, and Europe, generating a boon of “plentiful natural gas” to keep the world running cheaply and efficiently for the benefit of the most amount of people.

“‘Net Zero’ policies wouldn’t be crippling the financing of new fossil fuel facilities,” Adams adds. “Carbon taxes wouldn’t be making energy ever more expensive.”

Is it already too late for America?

Central banking is, of course, also a culprit and key player in the inflationary crisis. Its policy of endless money printing, which has been occurring under both Republicans and Democrats for many decades, is ballooning the money supply while cheapening the value of the dollar over time.

That cheapening has really picked up speed in recent months as the “everything bubble” economy expands to the point of a full-on explosion and implosion that has yet to arrive – but that is coming very soon, you can be sure.

Adams does not talk about this at all in her piece, but rather points to the overarching scourge of globalism, which governs the Federal Reserve and the money supply, as the main problem behind inflation and shortages.

“Despite the globalists’ climate change policies, carbon dioxide in the atmosphere – now at 400 parts per million – has reached record levels,” Adams explains.

“This has been a boon for the planet because CO2 – also known as nature’s fertilizer – has produced a bounty of bumper crops. Australia reports record wheat, barley, and canola crops and near-record sorghum crop. India, the world’s second-largest producer of wheat, expects record exports this year. Brazil expects record corn. Russia, with another record crop, will be the world’s largest wheat exporter.”

Had things just been left alone, free of the clutches of the globalists, there would be more than enough food for everyone at affordable prices. The free market would have done its job with the help of reasonable regulations and protections for We the People.

Unfortunately, globalism has been winning the fight against humanity, and the world so far has only gotten a small taste of the apocalyptic consequences that are soon to come once the “economic hurricane,” to quote JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon, hits the United States.

“How do We the People know that America hasn’t been sold to a foreign cartel by our traitorous politicians?” asked someone at the Times. “How do we know that America isn’t a satellite state of a super-government?”

Others pointed out that the country has probably already crossed the Rubicon and is

soon to collapse, no matter what is done now to try to stop that inevitable outcome.
