Propaganda and Censorship: The Antitheses of Freedom

Freedom is a prerequisite to having a fully realized human experience. The primary driver of our work at AFLDS is to help preserve our inalienable human right to freedom by empowering people with truth.

The most effective way to steal people's freedom is to systematically instill fear. The most unobtrusive way to instill fear is via propaganda and censorship. If someone can be convinced that they may not be alive in the future, they might carelessly trade away their right to freedom today. This is such a predictable human response that it is easy to exploit. Throughout 2020 we have watched as fear was deployed through omnipresent propaganda and rampant censorship, and then harnessed to serve a political agenda.

Modern American society is not the first to fall prey to propaganda. As Joseph Goebbels and Adolph Hitler said, “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.” Winston Churchill observed that, “A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on.” (And that was before the internet.) Every person must learn how to differentiate truth from fiction. This is such a critical life skill that I teach everyone exactly how to recognize propaganda in real-time in my new book: I Do Not Consent: My Fight Against Medical Cancel Culture. AFLDS reject propaganda in all forms.

In 2020 the disinformation and censorship has been most obvious in the scientific arena. A successful disinformation campaign convinced both ordinary people and physicians to believe that a decades-old safe medication derived from quinine found in tree barks, used billions of times around the world, is dangerous. In fact, HCQ has been used safely and effectively millions of times to treat and prophylaxis patients with and against SARS-CoV-2. America’s Frontline Doctors continue to oppose censorship in all forms.

I am a physician trying to educate patients and an attorney trying to educate everyone. As a Stanford University Law School graduate, I am familiar with the Constitution and election process. There has been tremendous misinformation on social media and flat-out disinformation in the traditional (television) media as to what is transpiring right now. Here are the facts as of November 11, 2020:
-There is no “winner" yet, not because it is unknown, but because it is thus far, unknowable.
-The winner is unknowable until the Courts determine the amount of election fraud.
-The Courts have received a vast amount of hard evidence, data, and affidavits attesting to election fraud.
-Media declarations of a “winner” are wholly irrelevant.
-Media declaring a “winner” causes citizens to lose faith in the process and hardens unjustified entitlements.
-Bush vs. Gore required 37 days of excruciating transparency, with all media and bipartisan observers witnessing and video memorializing every moment of the process.
-The media insisted on referring to Gore as President-Elect Gore. Right up until he conceded.

President Ronald Reagan taught: “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.”

May we all continue to: think clearly, discern cautiously, and trust intuitively. Only those in possession of truth can find freedom. God bless you, and God bless America.

A cancer is threatening America. The cancer is censorship and propaganda. The inherently convincing nature of propaganda enables its success, and history teaches that propaganda is most effective in combination with censorship. Today in our country we are witnessing both.

America was founded upon the idea that every human is born free, with the right to speak freely, share ideas, assemble in groups, and our Founders guaranteed that if we the people consent to be governed, the government would not interfere with these inalienable rights. That is the First Amendment of the United States of America.

People ask me how America’s Frontline Doctors came to be, and it is because I saw that censorship was literally killing people. Patients were so dis-informed that they were prejudiced against a safe, decades-old, generic medication used worldwide many billions of times for 65 years. Most doctors were no better.

First there was misinformation. Then disinformation. Then censorship. At the time I am writing this there are >130 studies showing HCQ is effective against SARS-CoV-2, and there is abundant evidence that SARS-CoV-2 is treatable and almost never lethal. And yet due to the massive disinformation campaign, people continue to be afraid, continue to believe there is no early treatment, and continue to believe masks prevent the transmission of a virus 1/1000 the size of a hair (0.1 micron.)

For ‘We the People’ to eradicate the cancer metastasizing in the life-blood of America, we must each do our part to defend our first amendment. AFLDS bring you physicians and scientists speaking about science and medicine, and we have become one of the most censored entities on social media. AFLDS oppose censorship in all forms, in all ways, at all times. Big Tech Censorship poses an existential threat to all mankind.

“Fire Fauci!” Why Trump should dump him, sooner rather than later

During a Florida campaign rally on Sunday, Trump supporters urged the president to “Fire Fauci,” of the White House coronavirus task force, who has held forth at the National Institute of Infectious Diseases (NIAID) since 1984.

“I appreciate the advice,” President Trump told the crowd, but “let me wait until a little bit after the election.” A month before the election, as it happens, Fauci helped make the case for his own dismissal.

“The fact is that we’ve got to make sure that we have a health care system where no one can go without necessary health care and quality health care. I think there’s this concern that if you make it universal, the quality will go down. It doesn’t necessarily have to go down at all. But when people fall between the cracks of health care, then you get an even more difficult situation than the outbreak itself poses.”

That was Fauci at a UC Berkeley Forum in early October, in a pitch for a “universal” system, the brand of government monopoly health care Democrats want. According to Fauci, not having government health care is worse than the difficulties of “the outbreak.” The diminutive NIAID boss wasn’t done.

“Covid-19 is a very bright light on the social determinants of health that have been there all along, that we don’t pay a lot of attention to, and that are, in essence, killing minorities,” Fauci said. “I would hope that the terrible experience that we’re going through now galvanizes and energizes us to make a decades long commitment to doing things about these social determinants of health, which are reversible, but they’re not reversible overnight or in one or two years.”

Fauci did not chart the science behind the “social determinants” of health and how, exactly, they are “killing minorities.” Neither did he outline what “things” would have to be done over a long period of time. Fauci did say that even if a vaccine were “available now,” he wouldn’t expect life to look “normal” again until at least the second half of 2021. The science behind the Fauci’s prophecy did not emerge in the forum, in effect a campaign ad for Joe Biden.

Fauci is routinely hailed as the nation’s top infectious disease expert even though his bio shows no advanced degrees in molecular biology. Dr. Fauci laments “anti-science bias,” and complains that people “don’t believe in authority,” a thinly disguised demand for unquestioned belief in Dr. Anthony Fauci his own self.

Fauci has admitted to lying about the need for masks and his pronouncements avoid hard data on the mortality rate, death rate, recovery rate and so forth. The NIAID boss is also quiet on “gain of function” (GOF) research which “improves the ability of a pathogen to cause disease.” According to the National Institutes of Health Office of Science Policy, GOF has “the potential to enhance the pathogenicity or transmissibility of potential pandemic pathogens (PPPs)” and has thus “raised biosafety and biosecurity concerns.”

As Talha Birk noted in The Lancet, the NIH banned GOF research in 2014 but revived it in 2017 over the objection of many scientists. Fauci defends GOF research and in 2019 NIAID funded the Wuhan Institute of Virology with nearly $4 million for GOF research on bat coronaviruses. The transfer of U.S. taxpayer dollars to a Chinese lab makes it a public issue but media and government have yet to press Fauci on what he knew and when he knew it. Like Hunter Biden’s laptop, the authoritarian Dr. Fauci enjoys complete immunity from the establishment media.

According to Fauci the pro-China WHO boss Tedros is a “really an outstanding person,” and Dr. Fauci holds similar views of himself. “With all due modesty, I think I’m pretty effective,” Fauci told interviewer Norah O’Donnell of CBS in a July 15 interview with InStyle.  “I certainly am energetic. And I think everybody thinks I’m doing more than an outstanding job.” Like Eve Rand in Being There, Fauci reveals himself to himself and he is drenched and purged.

Fauci’s October forum did not include Peter Duesberg, former professor of cell biology at UC Berkeley and author of Inventing the AIDS Virus, highly informative on the history of virology and other scientific matters. Duesberg, a world-class virologist, found no evidence that HIV causes AIDS. Fauci relentlessly attacked Duesberg, and even got him canceled from media appearances.

AIDS never ravaged the heterosexual community as Fauci prophecied, yet Fauci remained at the helm of NIAID. “Deep state fraud” Fauci is now the Democrats’ Lysenko and the major mouthpiece for the white coat supremacy Democrats seek to impose.

President Trump has good cause to fire Fauci at first opportunity. On the other hand, as Marlon Brando said in On the Waterfront, there’s “a lot more” to this than anybody thought.

Why did Fauci support the dangerous GOF research his own NIH banned? What was going on at the Wuhan Institute of Virology? What does Dr. Anthony Fauci know that he isn’t telling? With all the death and damage from the China virus, the people have a right to know. As President Trump says, we’ll see what happens.

 

COVID-19: Scientists and Doctors Call for Return to Normal Life in The Great Barrington Declaration

  • On Oct. 6, 2020, an international group of scientists, doctors and other medical professionals issued a petition, The Great Barrington Declaration (GBD), challenging the wisdom of current restrictive public health strategies employed by governments for addressing COVID-19.
  • The GBD signatories called for “focused protection” that commits resources to protecting vulnerable populations, allowing most people to return to normal life.
  • The scientists and medical professionals signing the GBD point out that potential ramifications of current strategies include long-term mental health issues, worsening cardiovascular
    disease and other pre-existing conditions, significant financial hardship and increased incidence of domestic partner and child abuse.

On Oct. 6, 2020, an international coalition of scientists, doctors and medical professionals created and signed a document they titled The Great Barrington Declaration (GBD), which was named for the Massachusetts town where organizers gathered and in which the petition was signed.1 By the end of October, the Declaration had already secured signatures from 10,233 scientists, 27,860 medical professionals and 504,875 concerned citizens.2

In the document, infectious disease epidemiologists and public health scientists from all over the world expressed their deep concern about the potential negative repercussions of lockdown measures imposed by governments in the wake of COVID-19 and called for a global policy change to what they call “focused protection.”

The Great Barrington Declaration Highlights Negative Effects of Lockdowns

The creators of the GBD3 maintain that “current lockdown policies are producing devastating effects on short and long-term public health,” including fewer healthcare screening visits, worse outcomes for cardiovascular disease and other pre-existing conditions, and serious effects on mental health. Stating that “vulnerability to death from COVID-19 is more than a thousand-fold higher in the old and infirm than the young” and further, that “for children, COVID-19 is less dangerous than many other harms, including influenza,” the authors recommend measures be put in place to protect vulnerable segments of society, while allowing all others to immediately return to normal life.

Specifically, they suggest that nursing home staff should be limited to those with acquired immunity, staff rotation should be minimized and all staff and visitors should be frequently tested.  Groceries and other essentials should be delivered to elderly who live in the community and the vulnerable should interact with people outside whenever possible. For everyone else, the authors recommend that:

  • schools and universities should immediately reopen for in-person
    attendance, including all extracurricular activities;
  • businesses and restaurants should open fully;
  • art, music, sports and other group events should resume; and
  • young low-risk adults should return to work instead of working from home.

Martin Kulldorff, PhD, professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School and one of the three initial signatories of the GBD said, “As a public-health scientist, it is stunning to see how focused people are on this one disease and on the short term.” He argues that public health policy must focus on health as a whole, including all diseases, and should take a long view rather than opting for a short-term solution.

Dr. Kulldorff also asserted his belief that even if we choose to focus on COVID-19 alone, the lockdowns and isolations do not make sense:

We sought to flatten the curve in the spring so as not to overload hospitals, and that succeeded in almost every country. But trying to suppress the disease with contact tracing, testing and isolation, together with severe lockdowns, is not going to solve the problem. It will just push things into the future.4

Pointing at Sweden—which did not impose strict lockdown measures for the past year—as an example of the economic and social benefits of a more relaxed approach to protective measures, he stressed that COVID-19 is much less serious than seasonal influenza for children. Breaking down statistics on Sweden’s 5,900 COVID-19 deaths as of Oct. 22, 2020, only two occurred in children under age 9, while 4,004 deaths were in people ages 80 and above.5

Others Argue That Lower Risk of COVID-19 Does Not Mean No Risk

Some argue that, while older people are more likely to experience severe symptoms or to die from COVID-19, children and young people are not immune to infection, even serious infection.6 The CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report found that more than 20 percent of confirmed cases during the summer months occurred in people between 20 and 29 years of age. For the week of Sept. 28, the National Center for Health Statistics reported 1,800 COVID-19-related deaths in people under age 35, with 419 of those in young people under age 25. They also reported that 851 children under age 18 have been hospitalized with severe disease. Those numbers are updated every week and, as of Oct. 22, there have been 2,090 reported deaths involving COVID-19 in Americans under age 35, with 462 in individuals under age 25.7

Long-Term Damage Expected from COVID-19 Restrictions

Most experts agree that lockdowns are expected to have major long-term socio-economic consequences for populations. A U.N. report focusing on the impact on children and young people warned that, “All children, of all ages, and in all countries, are being affected, in particular by the socio-economic impacts and, in some cases, by mitigation measures that may inadvertently do more harm than good,” and, further, that “the impact will be life-long.” Analysis of data from more than 60 pre-existing, peer-reviewed studies indicated a strong association between loneliness and future mental health issues in young people, suggesting that the duration of loneliness had a greater impact than degree.8

Looking at current pandemic strategies, Dr. Kulldorff also pointed out that lockdown measures disproportionately affect the working class, who may not be able to work (restaurant staff for example, if their place of business is closed) or are unable to work or isolate at home (such as those in service industries). In this way, Kulldorff argues, we are effectively “throwing the working class under the bus,” while protecting the more privileged such as college students and business professionals who can more easily work from home.9

Mental Health and Economic Repercussions from COVID-19 Lockdowns

Decreases in preventive care and screening visits, increases in risk for mental health issues, significant financial losses and the potential collapse of many restaurants and small businesses that may be unable to rebound are not the only ramifications of isolation and lockdown policies. There also has been a sharp uptick in both the number and severity of incidents of intimate partner violence (IPV) during the pandemic compared to the three years prior, with increases in calls to domestic abuse helplines reported worldwide. 10

Some of the factors identified during COVID-19 lockdowns as potential stressors that could lead to increased domestic violence include socioeconomic instability, avoidance of healthcare facilities due to fear of catching the virus, lack of community support, increased substance abuse and more time spent at home with partners. 11

During this same period, the National Children’s Alliance (NCA), reporting for more than 900 children’s advocacy centers (CACs) across the U.S., says they have seen 21 percent fewer child abuse cases in this year, correlating to about 40,000 fewer children served compared to the same period last year. Child safety advocates attribute the change to an underreporting of abuse in the face of
COVID-19. As NCA Executive Director Teresa Huizar put it:

It really did exemplify our worst fears, which is that kids are home and that they were outside the view line in many cases of trusted adults and teachers and counselors and coaches and physicians―all the folks who normally are making reports as mandated reporters.12

In the words of Dr. Kulldorff in advocating for the GBD, the strategies to try to contain and combat COVID-19 have amounted to “a unique experiment, and it’s a terrible experiment… in a short time, we are throwing all the principles of public health out the window.”13 Those who have signed the GBD and others maintain that COVID-19 will always be with us and that we must use traditional, more balanced public health strategies, while adapting to living with the new coronavirus until populations acquire immunity and the disease becomes less virulent.

Global COVID-19 Mask Craziness

In Flint, Michigan, on May 1, at a Family Dollar store, a 43-year-old security guard, a family man, the father of six children, was shot dead after asking a customer to wear a mask (“Killed for Doing His Job,” The Sun, May 4, 2020).

In Staten Island, New York, on May 25, a mob of angry customers at a Shoprite grocery store cursed and berated a woman for not wearing a mask. One shamer removed his mask so he can yell louder (“Video shows mob berating woman,” Fox News, May 26, 2020).

In Gardena, California, on July 5, a security guard shot and killed a 50-year-old man at a supermarket because he wasn’t wearing a mask (“California security guard charged with murder,” Fox News, Jul. 9, 2020).

In Bayonne, France, in July 5, a 59-year-old bus driver, family man, father of three daughters, was beaten to death by a group of passengers who refused to comply with the mask rule (“French bus driver died,” Agence France-Presse, Jul. 11, 2020).

In Lansing, Michigan, on July 14, a man stabbed another man in a restaurant after being told he had to wear a mask. He fled the scene and was later shot to death by a policewoman after he approached her with a knife and would not put it down (“Suspect killed by Michigan deputy,” ABC News, Jul. 15, 2020).

In Minden, Ontario, on July 15, a man assaulted a grocery store employee after being told to wear a mask and was later shot to death after a confrontation with police in his home. One of the employees said later that they shouldn’t have to enforce government rules. “If we didn't have to force him and tell him that he couldn't come into the store, nothing would have happened, really. He would have got his groceries and went along with his day” (“OPP shoot man dead hours after mask dispute,” CBC.ca, Jul. 15, 2020).

In Lakeside, Colorado, on July 19, a woman shopping in a liquor store was cursed and attacked with a cart for not wearing a mask (“Mask Madness,” The Washington Times, Jul. 20, 2020).

In Albuquerque, New Mexico, on July 21, a man who was told that he had to wear a mask to have his automobile serviced ran over the shop owner’s son (“New Mexico deputies,” Associated Press, Aug. 24, 2020).

In Gainesville, Georgia, on about July 23, a woman shopping in a Walmart with her two young children was severely berated by another customer for not wearing masks. The mask shamer said, “I hope you all die” and walked off. Walmart policy does not require young children to wear masks (“Store Mask Bully,” Western Journal, July 29, 2020).

In San Diego, California, on July 23, a woman pepper-sprayed a man who wasn’t wearing a mask. He and his wife were sitting outside alone, social distancing and eating a snack. The woman sprayed the entire container into the poor man’s face (“Man allegedly pepper-sprayed for not wearing facial covering,” ABC10 News San Diego, Jul. 24, 2020).

In Hackensack, New Jersey, on July 29, in a Staples store, a 54-year-old woman who had recently undergone a liver transplant and was walking with a cane, demanded that another customer wear a mask and was subsequently shoved to the floor and suffered a broken leg (“Woman Shoved to the Ground,” NBC4 New York, Jul. 31, 2020).

In Manhattan Beach, California on July 31, a woman berated a man for not wearing a mask (even though he was sitting outside and eating at the time), then threw hot coffee on him. The victim subsequently beat up the crazed woman’s husband (“California Couple Throws Coffee,” International Business Times, Aug. 1, 2020).

In Wisconsin, on July 31, the head of the Department of Natural Resources, instructed his employees that they must wear masks even while video conferencing from their homes (“Employees need masks,” The Kansas City Star, Aug. 10, 2020).

On August 10, a woman and her two children were removed from a Southwest Airlines flight because her three-year-old autistic son would not wear a mask. She had a note from the boy’s doctor about his special condition, but Southwest apparently does not allow medical exemptions (“Family removed,” USA Today, Aug. 11, 2020).

On August 19, a mother and her six children were removed from a JetBlue Airways flight after her two-year-old daughter kept pulling off her mask. The other passengers were loudly protesting the airline’s decision, saying, ‘That’s not fair; don’t do that to that mother,” to no avail. Another mother was kicked off the same flight with her young son for sticking up for the first mother (“Mom traveling with 6 kids kicked off,” ABC News, Aug. 21, 2020).

Former Navy Seal Robert O’Neill, one of the nation’s brave heroes who participated in the raid that killed mass murderer Osama Bin Laden, was banned from flying on Delta on August 20 after he tweeted a selfie of himself not wearing a mask on a Delta flight, calling masks “dumb.” Even though he was eating and drinking at the time and airline policy does not require wearing a mask for such an activity, he was perhaps targeted for his jocular attitude against masking.

On August 31, there was a shootout at a Family Dollar store in St. Louis after employees told two customers that they must wear masks according to a city ordinance. One of the customers shot at an employee, who returned fire and wounded the man (“Missouri man shot,” Fox News, Sept. 5, 2020).

On September 23, a mother was tased and handcuffed by a security officer for not wearing a mask at an outdoor eighth-grade football game in Logan, Ohio (“Woman apparently tased at football game,” WTAP.com, Sep. 24, 2020). She was seated far from other people in the bleachers.

That same day, police in Moscow, Idaho, arrested three unmasked Christians who were participating in a hymn sing outside city hall, even though there have been zero covid-19 deaths or hospitalizations in the entire county (“Idaho Christians Arrested,” PJ Media, Sept. 24, 2020).

Three National Football League teams have been fined more than $1 million because their coaches didn’t wear masks at all times during games (“Coach Faces $100K Fine,” The Daily Wire, Sep. 30, 2020).

Actor Jason Isaacs of Harry Potter said that non-mask wearers should be in prison or the stocks or executed by hanging “(“Harry Potter star,” Insider, Sep. 29, 2020).

On October 3, the office of California Gov. Gavin Newsom sent out a tweet urging restaurant-goers, “Don’t forget to keep your mask on in between bites. Do your part to keep those around you healthy.”

On October 19, a woman punched a Delta flight attendant on route from Atlanta to Miami after the attendant told her and her boyfriend to wear a face mask (“Woman incorrectly wearing face mask throws punches,” The Daily Caller, Oct. 20, 2020).

On October 25, Delta Airlines sent a memo to its employees stating that 460 people have been added to its no-fly list for refusing to comply with their mask regulation. The list is typically reserved for suspected terrorists.

On October 25, two women stabbed an employee of a store 27 times and kicked him in the head after he asked them to wear a mask. The event took place in a Snipes record store in Chicago (“Sisters allegedly hold down, stab guard,” Chicago Sun-Times, Oct. 27, 2020). The employee was stabbed in the arms, back, and chest with a small knife and survived.

 

CDC Admits: No Conclusive Evidence Cloth Masks Work Against COVID

In a recent report in Emerging Infectious Diseases, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) suggests what experts have stated all along: There is no conclusive evidence that cloth masks protects users from coronavirus, especially since most people do not use them correctly and do not keep them clean.

The report states:

More research on cloth masks is needed to inform their use as an alternative to surgical masks/respirators in the event of shortage or high-demand situations. To our knowledge, only 1 randomized controlled trial has been conducted to examine the efficacy of cloth masks in healthcare settings, and the results do not favor use of cloth masks.

More randomized controlled trials should be conducted in community settings to test the efficacy of cloth masks against respiratory infections.

There is increasing evidence that cloth masks not only may be ineffective against stopping coronavirus transmission, but that they may actually increase the spread of the virus, as well as worsening other health conditions.

A September report by the CDC found that more than 70 percent of COVID-positive patients contracted the virus in spite of faithful mask wearing while in public. Moreover, 14 percent of the patients who said they “often” wore masks were also infected. Meanwhile, just four percent of the COVID-positive patients said they “never” wore masks in the 14 days before the onset of their illness.

Likewise, the CDC’s October journal report references a 2015 study on cloth mask efficacy that found that rates of infection were “consistently higher” among those in the cloth mask group versus that of the medical mask and control groups. The authors of the study suggested it was likely that the cloth masks were problematic because they retained moisture and had poor filtration.

The CDC writes of that study, “This finding suggest that risk for infection was higher for those wearing cloth masks.”

The California Globe also observed that extensive randomized control trial (RCT) studies and meta-analysis reviews of those studies have shown that masks and respirators are ineffective against the spread of influenza-like illnesses and respiratory illnesses believed to be spread by droplet and aerosol particles. The Globe cited an analysis of 10 “randomized controlled tests” (RCTs) by the Center for Disease Control found “no significant reduction in influenza transmission with the use of face masks.”

“There is limited evidence for their [masks] effectiveness in preventing influenza virus transmission,” the studies found. This applied to masks “worn by the infected person for source control OR when worn by uninfected persons.” They concluded that there was “no significant effect of face masks on transmission of laboratory-confirmed influenza.”

Yet the CDC continues to recommend cloth masks for public use, even as the organization has flip-flopped on whether the virus is airborne. Their latest assertion is that airborne transmission is “sometimes” possible “under special circumstances.”

However, some experts have been sounding the alarm on the widespread use of masks, asserting they may cause more harm than good.

In fact, a group of doctors in Oklahoma is suing the Tulsa mayor and the Tulsa Health Department over the city’s mask mandate, asserting masks cause healthy people to become sick.

“On the OSHA website it states that employers shouldn’t make employees work in an environment where they have less than a 19.5 percent oxygen level,” said Clayton Clark, one of the plaintiffs. “And the mandated masks cause employees to dip below a 19.5 percent oxygen level within 10 seconds of wearing a mask, so I don’t want to make my healthy employees sick.”

Another plaintiff, Dr. James Meehan, MD, said he has seen an increase in patients with facial rashes, as well as fungal and bacterial infections, and has heard from colleagues around the globe that bacterial pneumonia is on the rise. He asserts this increase stems directly from mask wearing.

“Why might that be? Because untrained members of the public are wearing medical masks, repeatedly … in a non-sterile fashion…. They’re becoming contaminated,” he said at an August press conference. “They’re pulling them off of their car seat, off the rearview mirror, out of their pocket, from their countertop, and they’re reapplying a mask that should be worn fresh and sterile every single time.”

“New research is showing that cloth masks may be increasing the aerosolization of the SARS-COV-2 virus into the environment causing an increased transmission of the disease,” he added.

Dentists have also reported increases in oral hygiene issues, which they have dubbed “mask mouth.”

“We’re seeing inflammation in people’s gums that have been healthy forever, and cavities in people who have never had them before,” says Dr. Rob Ramondi, a dentist and co-founder of One Manhattan Dental. “About 50% of our patients are being impacted by this, [so] we decided to name it ‘mask mouth’ — after ‘meth mouth.’”

On the other hand, Sweden has declared virtual victory over the coronavirus, absent any draconian responses to the pandemic such as mask mandates and lockdowns, opting instead for “herd immunity.”

“Sweden has gone from being the country with the most infections in Europe to the safest one,” Sweden’s senior epidemiologist Dr. Anders Tegnell told Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera.

“The findings that have been produced through face masks are astonishingly weak, even though so many people around the world wear them,” Tengell states.

The European Center for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed Sweden’s reduction in infection rates, with just 12 cases per million, Summit News reported.

Reports by the CDC reveal that just six percent of reported COVID-19 deaths came directly from the virus, while a whopping 94 percent of the deaths attributed to the coronavirus were from people who had two to three serious underlying conditions, in addition to COVID-19.

According to a letter written to Roy Cooper by one of his Chinese Communist allies, John “Gaorong” Wei, the Communist allies urged Cooper to extract blood from people who planned to attend the RNC which was slated to be held in Charlotte, NC earlier this year. Part of the letter reads,

“Before performing laboratory testing, we can mix blood or swabs collected from 10, or 20, or even 100 people and test them together. During the test, if a group is negative, we can give the whole Groups of people issue passes to work. If a certain group of samples are tested positive, all the people in this group are notified to come back for an individual test. Only when a certain group of samples are positive, an individual test is required. In this way, we It can test millions of people in just a few days (driver’s license can be the ID of a pass), effectively screening out virus carriers.”

NATIONAL FILE — A key ally and appointee of North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper, with close ties to Communist Chinese officials and influence groups, advised the Governor to extract blood from all 50,000 of the 2020 RNC’s planned attendees before allowing President Trump’s nomination to take place in Charlotte.

This astonishing revelation was recently disclosed to National File in a copy of a letter written by John “Gaorong” Wei (who also goes by the name of Lao Wei) addressed to Governor Cooper and North Carolina DHHS head Mandy Cohen.

Wei’s plan, discovered on a Chinese language website, called for the blood of all 50,000 RNC delegates to be drawn and mixed together in groups of up to 100 before being tested for COVID-19. If the blood of any group members triggered a positive test, the entire group would be quarantined and barred from the convention.

The plan could even be used on citizens statewide Wei wrote, telling the Governor that using group blood samples to determine who would be allowed to return to work would “speed up our North Carolina Phase III reopening.”

The old slogan, "The Best of Care" can still be found on Ellwood City Medical Center's old promotional materials. When the pandemic began, the old rural Rust Belt country where President Trump beat Hillary Clinton could have used a hospital. Any hospital.

There was even talk of reopening the defunct hospital again to treat coronavirus patients.

But, like so much in Pennsylvania, the Ellwood City Medical Center never recovered from the Democrats. The FBI raided it in January and the hospital lost its license next month. Not that it mattered at that point because the hospital had already been shut down since December.

Despite that, the hospital managed to score $1.8 million in coronavirus relief funds.

With no hospital, local residents face a trip if they’re injured. And if the injury is bad enough, they might not survive. The closed hospital in Pennsylvania is just another piece of the Biden legacy.

In the three years since Americore CEO Grant White was allegedly introduced by James Biden to Joe Biden at a fundraiser for the Beau Biden Foundation, a charity co-chaired by Hunter Biden whose laptop bearing the foundation's sticker is at the center of a new scandal, there have been lawsuits, an FBI raid, and investigations in different cities and states.

“James Biden mentioned that his brother’s connections to labor unions and the Department of Veterans Affairs would help DMM expand its model nationwide,” a lawsuit filed by one company claims.

Mayor Anthony Court, a Democrat, recalls White constantly dropping Biden's name.

White would later claim that Biden told him, "there’s not a single door in the country that we can’t open."

James Biden, Joe’s brother, had become a principal at Americore whose business model was based on buying and turning around rural hospitals. But the turnaround was into the grave.

Obamacare had hit rural hospitals hard, forcing many of them to shut down. By Obama’s last year in office, 4% of rural hospitals had closed down, and hundreds more were on the brink. And the Bidens had figured out a way to profit from the devastation caused by Obama-Biden.

"His brother was very interested in rural health care and very interested in veterans’ health care, and it was something he really wanted to get behind," an Americore executive recalled Biden telling him. "This would help his brother get elected."

After Americore took over the Ellwood City Medical Center, it racked up over 40 citations from the Department of Health. Cardiovascular services were cut, the wound unit was closed, and access to its MRI machines was sidelined.

In 2018, James Biden was renovating his Americore office and demanding expensive furniture as part of an office that was described as a “little shrine to him and his brother and Obama.”

Utilities threatened to turn off the gas and the water at Ellwood. Instruments weren’t being sterilized because there was no equipment, and the hospital couldn’t even afford to order tests.

Things got so bad at the hospital that hazardous waste was just piling up in garbage bags.

Hospital patients might have been able to get basic care and supplies, but the money wasn’t there. Meanwhile, James Biden had allegedly made off with $650,000.

According to the Americore CEO, “Jim Biden directed me to loan him approximately $400,000 of this money for him to use to repay a past-due personal loan.”

Later, "Biden took additional amounts totaling approximately $250,000."

That was in January 2018. By the summer, Ellwood was closing departments, and by the fall, it couldn’t pay its power or gas bill. Meanwhile, Biden only allegedly paid back $25,000.

James Biden had promised that the money would be coming from the Muslim world.

Biden and his partners had allegedly gone to the Qatar Investment Authority, the Islamic terror state that acts as the patron for the Muslim Brotherhood, controls Al Jazeera, whose royal family had ties to the mastermind of 9/11, and which is allied with Iran, for money for Americore.

But Qatar didn’t pay up and James Biden and his partners denied ever taking the meeting. The Americore CEO claims he was told that President Trump’s sanctions on Iran blocked the deal.

The former Americore CEO also claims to have met with Hunter and James Biden at a meeting that looked for ways to raise money from China.

“We've got people all around the world who want to invest in Joe Biden,” James Biden had once boasted. There’s no denying that. How else could a college dropout and failed nightclub owner be in demand around the world, or help score a billion dollar contract to build homes in Iraq?

Together James and Hunter Biden had built a business around Joe Biden. But what happened in Pennsylvania, in St. Louis, and Arkansas ended with more than greed.

St. Alexius Hospital in St. Louis had become famous as the scene of a forties exorcism that had inspired the novel and the movie, The Exorcist, but there was no one to exorcise the Bidens.

The famous hospital is another of the failed Americore properties and as it crawled agonizingly through bankruptcy, "two preventable deaths" were among the casualties. Like Ellwood, St. Alexius had to cut patient care, sacrificing its operating room, and its wound care clinic.

The hospital’s nursing school shut down and the facility was down to four contracted nurses and was operating at a fraction of its capacity.

The victims of the disaster were the largely black residents of the south St. Louis neighborhood.

St. Alexius, which began as a Catholic hospital in 1828, is now being used to house the homeless, and its bankruptcy sale has been stalled because of a state investigation triggered by an “immediate patient jeopardy” tag.

In Izard County, Arkansas, the only hospital in the county, listed as a critical access hospital, is also on the chopping block.

"We have difficulty in securing pharmaceuticals simply because of lack of money," a doctor at the hospital warned.

Last year, two medical firms sued, among others, James Biden, claiming that, "millions of dollars in funds may have been taken by these defendants outside of the ordinary course of business."

One of the men claimed that James Biden had promised to sell the plan to the White House. Instead Biden accidentally texted him a plan to defraud him even as Biden's partner was encouraging him to make up numbers to defraud a Turkish company.

Another partner was promised that their “model would be used by Joe Biden as part of his campaign.”

The “investment capital originating from and flowing through foreign entities” did not materialize, neither did Biden’s alleged promise that the company’s model “would play an integral role in health care policy at the highest levels of the United States government.”

When there were concerns about the government, the message was, “Jim told me. Don’t worry every time someone threatens to sue you you’re with us now nobody is gonna touch You,”

After they sued Biden and his partners, they received an envelope filled with "blood-stained currency from a Middle Eastern country" linked to terrorists and a "torture ticket" resulting in an FBI investigation.

But the real price is being paid in Ellwood City, in St. Louis, and Izard County.

Joe Biden has run on a promise to tackle the pandemic. But when coronavirus cases shot up 40% in Lawrence County over the summer, the Ellwood City Medical Center wasn’t there.

New cases have been rising sharply in Izard County and in St. Louis, there is one hospital less able to help and treat the sick.

“All the promises were on the Biden name,” one of the men James Biden dealt with said.

James Biden has moved on and as his brother aspires to the White House, has no doubt found new investors who “who want to invest in Joe Biden”, but in a place without a hospital, no one can move on. And when Election Day comes to Pennsylvania, that’s one place Biden won’t win.

The next time Joe Biden promises to fix healthcare, he can start in Ellwood City.

VOORHEES TOWNSHIP, N.J. — The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), a large and well-known pediatric and neonatal healthcare institution, has announced the opening of a “gender and sexuality development clinic” at its Specialty Care Center in Voorhees Township, New Jersey to “affirm” youth who allegedly struggle with confusion about their gender.

CHOP already has such a facility at its University City location, which has seen an estimated 700 families since its opening in 2014. It provides an initial assessment, medical treatments, referrals to salon owners who can style their hair in accordance with their gender identity, referrals to therapy and psychiatric treatment, as well as surgical options.

A webpage on the clinic also outlines that the among its services include a “medical evaluation by pediatric endocrinologists for determination of appropriate timing for puberty suppression when indicated; evaluation by adolescent medicine for gender-affirming medical care,” “legal support for name changes,” and “partnerships with local organizations, schools and religious institutions to ensure supportive community environments for children, adolescents and their families.”

The hospital has now decided to expand its offerings into New Jersey.

“Our mission at the Gender and Sexuality Clinic New Jersey is similar to that of our clinic on CHOP’s University City campus in Philadelphia — to provide support for youth and families through affirming and comprehensive gender care,” clinic Co-Director Nazneen Meacham said in a statement.

“As healthcare providers, we are honored to walk with youth and families in their gender journeys,” she stated.

According to a press release from the hospital, the facility will similarly offer “psychosocial and medical support for gender variant, gender expansive and transgender children and youth up to age 22 and their families.” It will also provide “referrals and resources for gender affirming providers, including therapists and physicians.”

The facility will include those trained in endocrinology, adolescent medicine, psychiatry, nursing and behavioral health.

CHOP said that it coincided its opening of the facility with “National Coming Out Day,” which urges those who identify as homosexual or transgender to “come out” about their struggles.

“In honor of National Coming Out Day, we are timing the opening of our newest clinic with this important time of year to encourage children and youth to come out to their healthcare providers in order to gain the best support and resources,” Program Director Linda Hawkins stated.

However, as previously published, a similar transgender clinic in the UK has seen numerous employees walk away from the job in expressing concerns that children are being wrongfully diagnosed and prescribed hormone blockers that suppress puberty, altering their bodies irreversibly.

One woman who received such “care” as a youth is now speaking out, stating that she should have been questioned rather than being affirmed as a boy when she was simply a teen who struggled with being a tomboy.

“My female hormones had been flushing through my body, and suddenly, a curtain came down on them. It felt pretty bad,” Kiera Bell, now 23, told reporters. “‘I had symptoms similar to the menopause when a woman’s hormones drop. I had hot flashes. I found it difficult to sleep. … I was given calcium tablets because my bones weakened.”

She went on to obtain a double mastectomy, but “I just felt like each step I consistently felt the need to change more in order to feel better, because [with] each step, it didn’t really make me feel better as I went along.”

Last year, Bell stopped taking the hormones and came to terms with the fact that she is a woman. She became upset at what she had been allowed to do at a young age.

“I felt angry that no one was there to really say any different,” Bell explained. “I was allowed to run with this idea that I had, or almost a fantasy as a teenager … and it’s affected me in the long run as an adult.”

She is now one of two plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the UK Tavistock Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS) clinic, as she believes that the practices of the clinic are harmful to youth in that the facility does not “allow for exploration of these gender dysphoric feelings, nor does it seek to find the underlying causes of this condition.”

While some view transgenderism and gender confusion as a medical condition, Christians believe the matter is also, at its root, a spiritual issue — one that stems from the same predicament all men everywhere face without Christ.

The Bible teaches that all are born with the Adamic sin nature, having various inherent feelings and inclinations that are contrary to the law of God, and being utterly incapable of changing by themselves.

It is why Jesus came: to “save His people from their sins” (Matthew 1:21).

Scripture outlines that Jesus came to be the propitiation for men’s sins (1 John 2:2; 1 John 4:10), a doctrine in Christianity known as substitutionary atonement, and to save men from the wrath of God for their violations against His law (Romans 4:25, Romans 5:9, Romans 5:16), a doctrine known as justification.

The Bible also teaches about regeneration, as in addition to sparing guilty men from eternal punishment, Christ sent his Holy Spirit to make those who would repent and believe the gospel new creatures in the here and now, with new desires and an ability to do what is pleasing in the sight of God by His indwelling and empowerment (Ezekiel 11:19, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Titus 3:5).

Jesus said that men must be born again, and have their very nature transformed by the Spirit from being in Adam to being in Christ, or they cannot see the Kingdom of God (John 3:3-8).

The late Anglican preacher J.C. Ryle once said, “Can any change his own heart? No! The thing is impossible. We can no more quicken and impart life to our souls than we can to our bodies; we can no more rise and become new men in our own strength than wash away sins by our own performances. It is impossible! The natural man is as helpless as Lazarus was when he lay still and cold and motionless in the tomb. We may remove the stone, as it were, and expose the sad work of death — but we can do no more.”

“There must be a power far mightier than any power of earth in exercise before the natural man can awake and arise and come forth as a new creature. And to do all this is the special office of the Spirit of Christ, the Holy Spirit, whom Jesus promised to send. It is He who quickens; it is He who gives life.”

 

US Signs International Consensus on Women’s Health Declaring There Is No Universal ‘Right to Abortion’

The Geneva Consensus Declaration strengthens the resolve to achieve these four pillars: (1) better health for women, (2) the preservation of human life, (3) strengthening of the family as the foundational unit of society, and (4) protecting every nation's national sovereignty in global politics. This event charts a positive way forward for accelerating progress and will be a celebration of partnership between the many countries gathered.

WASHINGTON — The United States hosted a virtual signing of the Geneva Consensus Declaration on Thursday, joining with 31 nations to declare their commitment to women’s health and the strengthening of the family, while also proclaiming that there is no international “right to abortion.”

The event featured remarks from Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who state that they have been co-laboring to promote the value of the unborn.

“Alex and I both share a deep and very personal commitment to protect human dignity. Our agencies have worked tirelessly together,” Pompeo said. “It’s historic to be here. It’s the first time that a multilateral coalition has been built around the issue of defending life.”

He explained that he and Azar sent a letter to likeminded countries last year to ask that they join in the effort to promote human dignity, and 2o of those leaders came up with a joint statement denouncing abortion advocacy sentiments in UN documents.

“Today, we’re taking the next step, as we sign the Geneva Consensus Declaration. At its very core, the declaration protects women’s health, defends the unborn, and reiterates the vital importance of the family as the foundation of society,” Pompeo outlined. “It’s a group of countries that respects life, and the U.S. is proud to stand with each and every one of them.”

The declaration states that the signing nations “[e]mphasize that ‘in no case should abortion be promoted as a method of family planning’ and that ‘any measures or changes related to abortion within the health system can only be determined at the national or local level according to the national legislative process.”

The countries also “[r]eaffirm that ‘the child … needs special safeguards and care … before as well as after birth’ and [that] ‘special measures of protection and assistance should be taken on behalf of all children,’ based on the principle of the best interest of the child.”

The document proclaims the nations’ commitment to improving health care for women but “without including abortion” and again affirms that “there is no international right to abortion, nor any international obligation on the part of States to finance or facilitate abortion, consistent with the long-standing international consensus that each nation has the sovereign right to implement programs and activities consistent with their laws and policies.”

Signing countries include Belarus, Cameroon, Egypt, Haiti, Hungary, Iraq, Kenya, Pakistan, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Uganda, and Zambia.

Azar says that other nations are welcome to sign the declaration at any time.

“Tragically, women around the world unnecessarily suffer health challenges — all too often, deadly health challenges — while too many wealthy nations and international institutions put a myopic focus on a radical agenda that is offensive to many cultures and derails agreement on women’s health priorities,” he remarked at the signing.

“Today, we put down a clear marker: No longer can U.N. agencies reinterpret and misinterpret agreed-upon language without accountability. Member States set the policy for the U.N. to pursue. Not the other way around,” he said.

“Without apology, we affirm that governments have the sovereign right to make their own laws to protect innocent life and write their regulations on abortion. The stakes are too high to permit radical, divisive agendas to hinder the ability of women in countries at all stages of development to attain better health.”

Dr. Scott Atlas is the Robert Wesson Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, an accomplished physician, and a scholar of public health. For several weeks, Dr. Atlas has been making the case in print and in other media that we as a society have overreacted in imposing draconian restrictions on movement, gatherings, schools, sports, and other activities. He is not a COVID-19 denier—he believes the virus is a real threat and should be managed as such. But, as Dr. Atlas argues, there are some age groups and activities that are subject to very low risk. The one-size-fits-all approach we are currently using is overly authoritarian, inefficient, and not based in science. Dr. Atlas’s prescription includes more protection for people in nursing homes, two weeks of strict self-isolation for those with mild symptoms, and most importantly, the opening of all K–12 schools. The latter recommendation is vital for restarting and maintaining the economy so that parents are not housebound trying to work and educate their children. Dr. Atlas is also adamant that an economic shutdown, and all of the attendant issues that go along with it, is a terrible solution—the cure is worse than the disease. Finally, Dr. Atlas reveals some steps he’s taken in his own life to try to get things back to normal.

As an emergency physician and attorney, let’s talk masks. First let’s not tiptoe around the great big elephant in the room. The facts are not in dispute: masks are completely irrelevant to blocking the SARS-CoV-2 virus. If you doubt that, you must watch our educational session debunking the myth of masks. I encourage everyone to do their own internet search and discover that prior to masks becoming political in March 2020, there was never even an attempt at a pretense that masks, let alone bandanas, stop a virus. It’s a complete fabrication. A virus is 1/1000 the size of a hair. Consider what Emperor Fauci said, when asked if he’s SURE that masks work. Now remember, he is not new to the game, this has been his life’s work for decades. There is NO chance this was a mistake and there is NO chance that SARS-CoV-2 is different than any other RNA virus that he has made his life’s work for decades.

“When you’re in the middle of an outbreak, wearing a mask might make people feel a little bit better and it might even block a droplet but it’s not providing the perfect protection that people think that it is. And often there are unintended consequences; people keep fiddling with the mask and they keep touching their face.”

“It is also clear that masks serve symbolic roles. Masks … are lucky charms that may help increase HCW perceived sense of safety, well-being … Although such reactions may not be strictly logical, we are all subject to fear and anxiety, especially during times of crisis. … Expanded masking protocols’ greatest contribution may be to reduce the transmission of anxiety.” The NEJM. -1 min

I will put it to you plainly my fellow Americas: you have been lied to by the media! Propaganda is not a new phenomenon. Thomas Jefferson said: “The man who reads nothing at all is better educated than the man who reads nothing but newspapers.” And John F. Kennedy pointed out that it does not matter if the propaganda had a sinister purpose. “The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie … but the myth: persistent, persuasive and unrealistic.”

These days Americans fall into three groups: those who recognize the propaganda, those who have been successfully propagandized, and those who don’t care – we’ll leave them out of it. My message is for mask believers who have not yet realized they are victims of propaganda and who also think its “no big deal” to force other people to wear a mask. In fact, there are three enormous problems with mask mandates.

First, mask mandates are spreading fear and hostility that is changing American culture. We are less friendly, less interactive, more hostile, quicker to be angry with our fellow citizen. Masks are very socially divisive. There is mask shaming and mask virtue signaling; there is #socialcompliance and there is citizen policing of sidewalks and airplanes and restaurants. And in addition to hostility, masks bring a palpable sense of fear that is totally unwarranted by the facts. There are actual human beings who believe they or others will be harmed if they don’t wear a mask. This is tragic.

Second, mask mandates cause an insurmountable civil libertarian issue. In the American legal system, the government cannot force a facial covering because all rights not expressly given to the government belong to the people. The government has neither common law nor statutory right to mandate clothing. Encroaching on a right that belongs

to the people is extremely dangerous. One of our Founding Fathers, 4th President James Madison said: “(… there are more instances of the abridgement of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments than by violent and sudden usurpations.) It is proper to take alarm at the first experiment on our liberties. We hold this to be the first duty of citizens and one of the noblest characteristics of the revolution. The Freemen of America did not wait till usurped power had strengthened itself.”

Third, wearing masks is a national security issue. When most of the citizenry of our country can be so easily persuaded to do something that is so clearly against our own Constitution, our enemies certainly take notice. We are quite literally telegraphing our weakness and social divisiveness to our enemies.

Now, to those Americans whom are genuinely afraid: we are physicians. We are here to help you with facts that will reduce your fear. First the facts, then the emotion, then the call to action.

First, the facts. Notice that what the “experts” have said for months has been wrong – there are not two million dead, our healthcare system was not overwhelmed, there were 10x the ventilators we needed, nearly everyone survives, and early treatment works. You must not ignore your own life experience! If all you had to do to stop a virus is hold a tissue paper to your face, our ancestors would have learned this centuries ago and your grandmother would have taught you this!

Second, the emotion. Consider what President Jefferson said 200 years ago that newspapers are propaganda and also what President John F. Kennedy later pointed out, which is that it does not matter if the propaganda is a lie or a myth. Kennedy said: “The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie … but the myth: persistent, persuasive and unrealistic.” Realize just because you believe or feel something is true does not make it true. There has been a massive propaganda campaign to get you to believe something. But you have it within your own power to disprove the propaganda. How? An Internet search proves that no scientist ever believed surgical masks (let alone bandanas!) were relevant against a virus, right up until Covid-19. The myth of masks came from politicians and when something happens in politics, you can be darn sure it’s done for another purpose.

Third, a call to action to the mask believers who have been angry at people who won’t wear a mask – I call on you now to double your anger! But direct your anger toward those people who have lied to you – it is people who are angry who have the power to fix the social divisiveness. We need you to put your anger squarely where it belongs. Unleash all your fury on the professional media complex that has lied and lied and lied to you.

And the final call to action for all Americans: so-called experts keep telling you that a bandana can stop a virus that is 1000x smaller than a hair. How stupid do they think you are?! To all Americans we say: We will be fooled no longer!

Dr. Anthony Fauci says it might be necessary for Washington to impose a mask mandate on all 50 states, given the worrisome rise in coronavirus cases across the U.S. Fauci made the remarks during an interview on CNN.


Previously Fauci had opposed a federal mask mandate as unworkable and unenforceable.


CNN:


 Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, has been urging Americans to use masks for months. “I have trust in the American people that if we put a strong emphasis on the importance of wearing masks, that we will come around and do that and get that percentage up above the relatively low percentage of people that are using masks,” Fauci said on July 21 on NPR’s Morning Edition.


But he has said before that he doesn’t think a federal law would be the way to go.


Earlier this month, a poll found that 92 percent of Americans believe that wearing a mask is a good idea. But only about 60 percent wear one. Changing people’s minds about wearing a mask outdoors will be difficult as long as we’re getting mixed messages from public health professionals.


“I don’t like to be authoritarian from the federal government, but at the local level, if governors and others essentially mandate the use of masks when you have an outbreak, I think that would be very important,” Fauci told Alabama Sen. Doug Jones during a Facebook live event in July.


Until now.


“Well, if people are not wearing masks, then maybe we should be mandating it,” Fauci told CNN’s Erin Burnett Friday.


The obvious difficulty in issuing a federal mask mandate is how to make it enforceable.  Maybe we could take a page from the Chinese secret police playbook. It worked for them.




Fauci admits difficulty in enforcement but thinks if we all join hands (virtually) and dance around the maypole as one, everybody will be eager to comply — or something.


“There’s going to be a difficulty enforcing it, but if everyone agrees that this is something that’s important and they mandate it and everybody pulls together and says, you know, we’re going to mandate it but let’s just do it, I think that would be a great idea to have everybody do it uniformly,” he said.


Mayors and governors across the country have had mask mandates in place for months and yet we’re seeing a massive surge in positive test results. Citizens are ignoring social distancing rules and congregating in large numbers. And police officers are refusing to enforce the rules largely because they’ve got better things to do. Issuing a ticket that people are going to ignore anyway will not scare people into wearing a mask when they’re supposed to.


We locked down the country for two months, drained trillions of dollars from the economy, destroyed jobs, industry, and lives for what purpose? The coronavirus has roared back after cities and states reopened even slightly. Chicago and New York City have been essentially locked down since March. Their business and entertainment districts are ghost towns. Thousands of companies have been shuttered permanently.


All for what?


If the definition of crazy is to do the same thing over and over expecting different results each time, our public health establishment, politicians, and bureaucrats are 100 percent, certifiably nuts.

A video out of Brooklyn shows a city inspector handing out a COVID violation fine to a Jewish restaurant owner because he left his door open to let in some fresh air.


The clip, which has received over half a million views on Twitter, shows the owner complaining to the city inspector about being fined and hit with a court summons “for keeping my doors open.”


“You’re giving me a ticket because my doors are open, sir?” asks the owner.


He then points out that there is nobody inside the restaurant and adds, “What if my store is hot? I’m not allowed to open the door because the store is hot?”



The inspector refuses to engage, simply telling the owner, “Everything is spelled out in the summons.”


“I’m struggling here every single day, it’s hard for me,” says the owner, insisting that there was nobody in the restaurant because it only offers take-out.


“In a red zone, you’re only supposed to do pick up and delivery at the door,” states the inspector, to which the owner responds that he told the delivery man to stay outside when he came to pick up the food.


Restaurants in some areas of New York re-opened for indoor dining on September 30 but officials have re-introduced total bans in some areas of the city, citing a rise in coronavirus cases.


However, even in areas where indoor dining is allowed, capacity is restricted to 25% and tables must be separated by a minimum of 6 feet in all directions.

On Oct. 14, 2020, Pfizer, Inc. of New York City, New York announced it had received approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to enroll children in the Phase 3 human clinical trial on its experimental messenger RNA (ribonucleic acid) BNT162b1 vaccine for COVID-19. The trial, which last month was expanded to include adolescent children as young as 16 years old with chronic health conditions such as HIV, hepatitis C and hepatitis B among its 44,000 participants, will now also include children as young as 12 years of age.1 2 3 4


“I think this is a really big deal. Without clinical trials actually done in children, the only way to actually extend the use of the COVID-19 vaccine into children would be to rely on the adult data,” said L.J. Tan, PhD, chief strategy officer for the Immunization Action Coalition of Saint Paul, Minnesota. “I would hope that the other vaccine manufacturers with COVID-19 vaccines, would follow Pfizer’s example and go down to [age] 12.”1 5


According to the FDA, “The epidemiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19, and the safety and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines, may be different in children compared with adults.” 6


Pfizer and BioNTech Will Be First to Test COVID-19 Vaccine on Children in U.S.


The move by Pfizer and its partner on the BNT162b1 vaccine, BioNTech SE of Germany, comes on the heels of a letter written by Sara Goza, MD, president of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) to U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Alex Azar and FDA Commissioner Steven Hahn, MD asking them to include children in COVID-19 vaccine trials. Dr. Goza’s letter, dated Sept. 29, 2020, stated:


Children must be included in vaccine trials to best understand any potential unique immune responses and/or unique safety concerns.7 8


It would also be less than desirable to have one or more SARS-CoV-2 vaccines licensed or available under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) at a time when no data have been collected on the safety, tolerability, dose, and regimen for children.7 8


Pfizer will reportedly be the first company to test its COVID-19 vaccine on children. A team at the Vaccine Research Center at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital was scheduled to begin testing the BNT162b1 vaccine on children 16-17 years old last week and is expected to soon begin enrolling children 12-15 years of age.9


AstraZeneca/University Oxford Will Experiment on Children 5-12 Years of Age


AstraZeneca plc and the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom are currently conducting a Phrase 3 clinical trial in the U.K. on its experimental AZD1222 (formerly ChAdOx1 nCoV-19) involving more than 12,000 participants broken out into 11 subgroups. One of those subgroups will consist of children 5-12 years of age. AstraZeneca’s CEO, Pascal Soriot, said last month that testing on children had not yet begun.2 10


On Sept. 8, 2020, AstraZeneca/University of Oxford haulted their Phase 3 trials in the U.K and the United States due to suspected very serious adverse reaction in a female participant. On Sept. 9, Soriot said the woman had suffered symptoms consistent with a rare but serious neurological disorder called transverse myelitis, which causes inflammation of the spinal cord.11


AstraZeneca/University of Oxford have since resumed their Phase 3 trial in the U.K. after Britain’s Medicines Health Regulatory Authority (MHRA) said it was safe to do so, but their Phrase 3 in the U.S. remains on hold pending an investigation by the FDA. “We are continuing to work with the FDA to facilitate review of the information needed to make a decision regarding resumption of the U.S. trial,” said Michele Meixell, spokesperson for AstraZeneca.12 13


Pfizer/BioNTech’s COVID-19 Vaccine Has Provoked Reactions in Phase 1/2 and Phase 3 Trials


Pfizer and BioNTech have also had some problems with their BNT162b1 vaccine. The companies reported that more than 50 percent of the adult participants in the Phase 1/2 human trials of the BNT162b1 vaccine conducted in May-June 2020 experienced adverse events following vaccination. Two trial participants suffered severe reactions.14 15 16


More recently, Pfizer/BioNTech reported that two participants in their Phase 3 trial experienced adverse events, including fever, headaches, and exhaustion after receiving the BNT162b1 vaccine. According to CNBC, one of the participants “woke up with chills, shaking so hard he cracked a tooth after taking the second dose.”17 18

American medical school graduates are asking President Trump to expand his executive order to halt the H-1B and J-1 visa programs that import thousands of foreign doctors every year — taking jobs from qualified Americans who are unmatched for residencies.


In interviews with columnist Michelle Malkin, American medical graduates — unmatched for residencies — say there is no shortage of qualified doctors.


The medical process mandates that these graduates attend residency in order to begin practicing in the U.S. If a graduate is unmatched, they are often left with hundreds of thousands of dollars in student loan debt and no way to pay it back.


One such graduate, Dr. Ricardo, told Malkin that more than 5,700 American medical graduates have gone unmatched for residencies this year as the U.S. keeps importing thousands of foreign doctors on H-1B and J-1 visas to fill residency spots.


American taxpayer dollars help fund, through Medicare, matching foreign doctors with U.S. residencies.


“This past year, there were a total of 34,266 training positions for doctors,” Ricardo said. “We had 33,887 matched positions — which only left just north of 1,000 free training positions … we had 5,717 U.S. citizens go unmatched this year.”




Another American medical graduate, Dr. Emily, said she and others should not be forced to compete against import foreign doctors for limited jobs. Emily said:


In summary, we had 5,000 Americans who did not get a job who now face extreme burdens of cost of living … and we pump in at least 5,000, if not 10,000 foreigners. Again, there is no shortage. We have thousands of people who are our own people, I want my own people first, always. There’s no reason for these people getting visas over us because we can easily meet the demand.


Dr. Paulina, a first-generation American medical graduate, say the process is especially unfair because she and others take out hundreds of thousands of dollars in student loans to get a quality medical education while imported foreign doctors from India and Pakistan go to school for free.


Paulina said:


Our parents came here, they sacrificed, they worked so hard. They put us through college and then they have to sit here and see us not get accepted into medical schools and our jobs being taken over by these people who don’t even have medical school loans like we have. They don’t pay anything for their medical education. It’s all free in India and Pakistan … because there’s so much poverty in those countries. They’re supposed to be helping their own and then they come here and take our jobs. We have student loans to pay off. And we’re left in limbo, we can’t do anything about it.


Dr. Leroy, a black American, said he has about $450,000 in student loans that he has no way of paying off today.


“You can’t have a playing field where people from India can score high on an exam and have preference while we are driving Uber and doing Amazon Flex in order to pay our bills,” Leroy said.


The medical graduates said it is vital that Trump halt the H-1B and J-1 visa programs in any expansion of his executive order, especially when more than a million American medical professionals have been laid off during the Chinese coronavirus crisis.


“It’s like saying to students, ‘You’re going to finish middle school in your district, but the high school in your district will be open to the entire world. We’re not going to ensure that only people from the district go to this high school,'” Leroy explained.


While Trump considers expanding the order, Senators David Perdue (R-GA), Dick Durbin (D-IL), Todd Young (R-IN), and Chris Coons (D-DE) — as well as the Democrats’ HEROES Act — have sought to increase the number of foreign doctors and nurses taking high-paying American medical jobs.


Every year, the U.S. admits about 1.2 million legal immigrants on green cards to permanently resettle in the country. In addition, another 1.4 million foreign workers are admitted every year to take American jobs. Often, Americans are fired and replaced by foreign visa workers. Many are forced to train their foreign replacements.

Doctors from countries around the world banded together to issue a collective statement declaring the COVID-19 pandemic a sham.


In footage released by UK company Oracle Films, members of the World Doctors Alliance take turns explaining why the coronavirus has been overblown in their respective jurisdictions.


“I want to say that we do not have a medical pandemic or epidemic,” explains Netherlands general practitioner Dr. Elke De Klerk in a short excerpt from the meeting.











“We also state that COVID-19 should not be on list A for any longer, because we now know that it is a normal flu virus and the normal flu virus isn’t on list A.”


De Klerk goes on to say thousands of doctors and nurses are ready to join a class action lawsuit against the state, given that many nurses “do not want the vaccine that is being prepared for us.”


“I want to state, if there is no pandemic, I’m wondering why our kids are in schools with masks,” De Klerk ponders, going on to explain the PCR test currently used to test for the virus is faulty.


“There’s no reason for panic. Also in the medical practice, there’s no reason for panic,” assures De Klerk. “The panic is created by these false-positive PCR tests. 89 or 94 percent are false positive. They don’t test for COVID-19, and also the rest is false negatives, so we have to look at clinics. Medical doctors have to stop looking at those tests. That’s very important. Let’s go back to the claims and to the facts.”


In another video from the meeting on October 10, World Doctors Alliance host Dr. Heiko Schöning explains the group believes the coronavirus epidemic to be a “planned-demic.”








“Yes, so these are the statements of experts, doctors and our others scientists and activists all over the world,” Schöning says after hearing from over 14 doctors, adding, “and we have this good message to the people:


“We see no evidence of a medical pandemic, so it looks like a plan-demic, and we all together say we don’t want this new normal, and we don’t want to go back to the old normal because the old normal created this situation of new normal. Since February, the U.S. media has been pounding Americans with non-stop reporting about COVID-19 coronavirus.


Eight months later, the data shows everything the media said about the virus was false. Yet, those posing as “journalists” continue to repeat the lies from February and March as if they are facts rooted in their quest to “follow the science.”


Every one of the BIG THREE lies seems designed to promote panic and an irrational response to the actual threat.


Anyone who even suggests that maybe the governments of the world have been overreacting to a virus that kills at about the same rate as the flu has been immediately shot down as stupid and not worth listening to.


Slowly but surely, however, everything we “conspiracy theorists” said back in March about COVID has since been borne out as not a conspiracy theory at all. It was 100 percent true.


So let’s look at the three biggest lies that are still being used to spread fear of COVID-19, keeping in mind that the media used these same lies to castigate President Trump when he was released from the hospital October 5th and implored Americans in a tweet, “Don’t let COVID-19 dominate your life.”


This virus is “not like the flu,” we are scolded. It’s much scarier than the flu because:


1. COVID carries a very high, 3.4 percent, death rate [compared to a flu death rate of 0.10 percent].


This has now been debunked by none other than the United Nations World Health Organization, which the leftist globalists believe is the gold standard for information about COVID. The WHO came out with updated mortality rates this week showing that only 0.13 percent of those infected will die. That’s 26 times lower than WHO’s previously purported death rate of 3.4 percent. We already know that in the U.S. the average age of those who succumb to the virus is 78 and they have an average of 2.6 comorbidities. This 0.13 percent death rate is almost exactly the death rate for the common flu.


2. COVID is spread by asymptomatic "super spreaders."


This scares people to death every time they hear it, because it suggests that every human being you come in contact with can potentially infect you. This is absolute hogwash. Asymptomatic carriers have a very low viral load in their system, making it virtually impossible to pass the virus on to another person. Even in the rare cases that they might be able to pass it on, it is highly unlikely if they don’t have symptoms, meaning they are not coughing, sneezing or wheezing.


3. COVID is untreatable.


Now that truly is scary! This lie provided the pretext for Bill Gates and Big Pharma to rush to market an unsafe and unproven vaccine, which could end up being mandated by various state governments and corporations. But this “no treatment” lie has been exposed over and over by the facts, most recently seen in the way President Trump was so effectively treated with a cocktail of supplements and drugs. Trump was treated with Rendesivir in combination with zinc, Vitamin D and melatonin. Another option available in some states is hydroxychloroquine. 


These three lies were cleverly crafted to refute anyone who brings facts to the table to argue that the government has no business closing down churches, businesses or generally violating the civil liberties of any American.


The authorities say this coronavirus has killed 204,000 Americans but those numbers don’t reflect the fact that hospitals were directed by the CDC to be liberal in filling out death certificates. Some doctors were so liberal that they actually notched deaths from accidents, heart attacks and strokes as COVID-related and therefore COVID-caused. CDC estimates that only 6 percent of these 204,000 deaths have been caused by COVID alone.


While these are the three biggest lies, they are not the only lies the media has told and continues to tell. What about the risk to young people? A look at the data shows incontrovertible evidence that college-age students have virtually no risk of dying from COVID. The media knows this. That’s why they focus their hysteria on the number of “cases” on campuses, not the number of deaths.


According to a survey by the New York Times, published September 25th, at least 130,000 people on more than 1,600 campuses contracted COVID and 70 died, but “most” of those 70 deaths, the Times admits, were not students but rather college employees, who were likely much older. But even if we factor in those older employees, the rate of death on college campuses according to the Times’ own study is a paltry 0.054 percent. Stunning!


One would think that once these scurrilous lies were exposed, the media would be shouting from the housetops that the CDC, WHO, Drs. Fauci and Birks, Gates and the rest of the “experts” whom they relied on for their information, and whose misinformation formed the basis for politicians to implement the economy-killing lockdowns, were completely wrong! Isn’t that what good, honest journalists do when they find out they’ve been played? Yes, they go back and correct the record.


But instead we see no corrections of their previous false reporting. No, they double down on the lies.


This is not news. This is the hallmark of a propaganda operation. Another name for it is information warfare.


If they corrected their false reports and began to prominently report the truth about COVID, this would put pressure on political leaders to end the destructive restrictions on human activity. Those leaders could then turn their focus to protecting the vulnerable, which are people over 65 with multiple serious, pre-existing health issues.


But that would require an honest press – something that no longer exists in America. They will continue to repeat the same old lies, that COVID is a killer disease unlike any other faced by mankind; we must “not let our foot off the pedal” of containing it, people of all ages and conditions must stay masked up at all times, indoors or out, and we must stay separated and isolated from our loved ones.


The ‘Great Reset‘


Meanwhile, the real reason for locking people down, telling them they must stop traveling for non-essential trips, shuttering small businesses, or bogging them down with irrational and arbitrary rules, goes unreported by the mainstream media. But it’s hiding in plain view for anyone with an ounce of curiosity.


The global power brokers at the United Nations, World Economic Forum, the British royal family, the International Monetary Fund, and the Vatican have told us why COVID must be kept front and center in the human psyche for the foreseeable future: they’ve all identified it as the key to launching a “Great Reset“ of the global economic and social order. 


They want to do away with the post-World War II, free-market capitalist system and replace it with a global technocratic surveillance state likely to include a new digital currency and digital ID system. This new system will be much more authoritarian than what Americans would choose to live under if we remained in normal times, so the technocrats had to create a “new normal” that grips people in fear. People are known to defer to their leaders in times of crisis and panic. They can be convinced to go along with almost anything in such times, when fear brings its twin cousins of chaos and confusion. 


The new age pope


Pope Francis and the Vatican are also fully onboard with the new socio-economic world order being prepared for us – just read his latest encyclical issued on October 3rd entitled "Fratelli Tutti" [translated as "Brothers All"]. In it, he blames capitalism for the world’s most pressing problems, derides the concept of private property, holds up collectivism as superior to the rights of the individual, and seems to call for open borders and a termination of national sovereignty.


The pope cites COVID-19 as the triggering event that will usher in a new age of man-based utopian groupthink:


“The Covid-19 pandemic momentarily revived the sense that we are a global community, all in the same boat, where one person’s problems are the problems of all. Once more we realize that no one is saved alone; we can only be saved together.”


COVID was simply a prop, a triggering mechanism, for what global elites refer to as the Great Reset, the New Economy, the Green Economy and Sustainable Development. Whatever they call it, those with discernment will recognize this as the end-times beast system, global in nature, which will seek to dominate every human life on the planet.


The re-election of Donald Trump can forestall the world’s march into this new Dark Age, where freedom of movement, assembly, speech and religion are all tightly monitored and controlled. Joe Biden will welcome it, as this was the path his former boss Barack Obama had set us on. Obama signed the UN 2030 Agenda in September 2015 and the UN’s New Urban Agenda for global cities, as well as the Strong Cities Network, which is the UN’s effort to globalize city and county police forces. He also signed on to the UN’s Paris Climate accords.


Global government will materialize. It’s only a matter of when. The Bible says the end times will be marked by the rise of an anti-Christ system that bullies and bludgeons its way to power over all humanity. The United Nations arrogantly affirms the biblical prophecies with its admonition that “no person will be left behind” by its 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.


As Christians, we must prepare both physically and spiritually for persecution that will only grow more intense in the weeks, months and years ahead. We must resist ungodly government edicts that seek to silence our voice, shut down our religious practice, and deprive us of our humanity.

Anthony Fauci’s baseball pitch, despite being terrible, is still far better than his ability to predict accurately, President Donald Trump heckled on Tuesday.


Trump criticized Fauci after he accused the president’s campaign of taking his words out of context in a new ad, in which he appeared to praise the administration’s coronavirus response.











“Actually, Tony’s pitching arm is far more accurate than his prognostications,” Trump said. “‘No problem, no masks’. WHO no longer likes Lockdowns – just came out against. Trump was right. We saved 2,000,000 USA lives!!!”


Commenting on the ad, which says America is recovering much like Trump did from his coronavirus diagnosis, Fauci told CNN on Sunday he did not agree with the way the campaign used his words, or endorse the president.








“In my nearly five decades of public service, I have never publicly endorsed any political candidate. The comments attributed to me without my permission in the GOP campaign ad were taken out of context from a broad statement I made months ago about the efforts of federal public health officials,” Fauci said, according to CNN.


Fauci expressed to The Daily Beast he felt the campaign’s misuse of his words constituted “harassment.”


“By doing this against my will they are, in effect, harassing me,” Fauci told the Beast. “Since campaign ads are about getting votes, their harassment of me might have the opposite effect of turning some voters off.”


Trump’s “No problem, no masks” reference pertains to Fauci’s comments during a 60 Minutes interview back in March, where he claimed, “There’s no reason to be walking around with a mask.”








“Right now, in the United States, people should not be walking around with masks,” he said.


“You’re sure? Because people are listening really closely to this,” the interviewer asked him.


“No, there’s no reason to be walking around with a mask,” Fauci answered.


The president’s reference to Fauci’s “pitching arm” being “accurate” harks back to Fauci’s terrible inaugural pitch at the first 2020 MLB game earlier this year, which was anything but accurate.

Billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates says the world won’t return to normal until “a lot of people” take a second “super-effective” coronavirus vaccine that could be years away.


Gates told NBC that the situation will not be reversed until we reach ‘Zero COVID’ – totally eliminating the virus worldwide, a goal that represents a higher bar than for any other disease in history.


“The only way we’ll get completely back to normal is by having, maybe not the first generation of vaccines, but eventually a vaccine that is super-effective, and that a lot of the people take, and that we get the disease eliminated on a global basis,” said Gates.


“That is where we can finally start taking all the problems that have been created — in education, mental health — and start to build back in a positive way,” he added.




The Microsoft founder’s predictions on when life will return to any semblance of normality appear to be getting increasingly dire.


Last week, we highlighted Gates’ forecast that a “best case scenario” for a return to normal would be the end of 2021, a date that was qualified with the proviso, “We still don’t know whether these vaccines will succeed.”


Many suspect that the coronavirus pandemic has been hijacked by the elite to carry out a “great reset,” meaning that the entire capitalist system is being upended in favor of a ‘Green New Deal’-style economy that will lead to massive economic upheaval.


News networks like CNN appear to be insistent on having “the new normal” become permanent, with their international security editor Nick Paton Walsh asserting that the mandatory wearing of masks will become “permanent,” “just part of life,” and that the public would need to “come to terms with it.”


Last month, Bill Gates said that anyone who questioned the real agenda behind coronavirus or a COVID-19 vaccine was a “crazy conspiracy theorist.”

Billionaire globalist Bill Gates lamented that he and Dr. Anthony Fauci have become the target of ‘baseless anti-vaxxer conspiracy theories’ that have gained ground in recent months.


“The whole digital media space where people are dealing with the bad news, the pandemic, has spun up a lot of conspiracy theories,” said Gates Wednesday on CNBC. “And the two people who are most targeted in those are Dr. Fauci and myself, in terms of, ‘Do we have some sort of maligned reason to think vaccines are important in general?’”











Gates later slammed Americans’ attitude toward masks and even equated that asking people to wear masks was similar to asking them to wear clothing.


“We have to admit that the scientific community, in the early stage of the infection, we thought this was about coughing, we didn’t know the simple masks would provide so much benefit,” said Gates. “Given that we tell people to wear clothes, I don’t think of it as some ultra-important freedom thing that there’s another part of your body – at least for the duration of the pandemic – we’re asking you to cover up.”


“Mask compliance in the United States is quite poor.”











Regarding public sentiment on Gates and Covid vaccines, remember that just days ago, Gates said the world wouldn’t return to normal until a ‘Zero COVID’ situation was achieved.


This would require “a lot of people” to take a second “super-effective” coronavirus vaccine that could be years away.


“The only way we’ll get completely back to normal is by having, maybe not the first generation of vaccines, but eventually a vaccine that is super-effective, and that a lot of the people take, and that we get the disease eliminated on a global basis,” said Gates to NBC.

It’s important to note that Bill Gates’ influence over the media was exposed earlier this year when a nonprofit group found that the Gates Foundation donated over $250 million to major media outlets.


The finding helps explain the positive coverage Gates has received during recent months, particularly over the promotion of his vaccine agenda, Columbia Journalism Review reports, especially considering that he is known to the public for his work with Microsoft rather than as an infectious disease expert like Fauci.


“I recently examined nearly twenty thousand charitable grants the Gates Foundation had made through the end of June and found more than $250 million going toward journalism,” said CJR’s Tim Schwab. “Recipients included news operations like the BBC, NBC, Al Jazeera, ProPublica, National Journal, The Guardian, Univision, Medium, the Financial Times, The Atlantic, the Texas Tribune, Gannett, Washington Monthly, Le Monde, and the Center for Investigative Reporting.”


Schwab points out the ethical dilemma of billionaire philanthropists bankrolling the news; an arrangement that allows media giants to push their agenda and control the public’s perception of them.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) is asking federal officials to include children in COVID-19 vaccine trials.1 On September 29, 2020, Sara Goza, MD, president of the AAP, wrote a letter addressed to U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Alex Azar and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner Steven Hahn, MD stating, “Children must be included in vaccine trials to best understand any potential unique immune responses and/or unique safety concerns.”2


Currently, none of the COVID-19 vaccines in clinical development are being tested in children under the age of 18 years.3


The letter goes on to state, “It would also be less than desirable to have one or more SARS-CoV-2 vaccines licensed or available under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) at a time when no data have been collected on the safety, tolerability, dose, and regimen for children.”4


The AAP is also asking federal officials to include individuals in the trials who reflect the racial and ethnic diversity of the U.S. population and include pregnant women and individuals with underlying poor health conditions.5


AAP Blames Mistrust of COVID-19 Vaccines on Anti-Vaccination Movement


In the letter to HHS and the FDA, AAP officials blame the “vocal, well-established and growing anti-vaccination movement” for spreading “fear mistrust and misinformation” about COVID-19 vaccine candidates. The letter states:


Unfortunately, fear, mistrust, and misinformation about a potential SARS-CoV-2 vaccine is being spread from a vocal, well-established, and growing anti-vaccination movement. For a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine to be effective in controlling the pandemic, it must not only be safe and effective, but must also be embraced by medical providers and the public. For this to occur, Americans must have trust and confidence in the processes by which these vaccines are being tested for both safety and efficacy, and in the transparency of the scientific basis for licensure and recommendations for use. If that trust is jeopardized, mistrust of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines could become widespread and result not only in reduced uptake of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines but also in decreased confidence in all vaccines.6


Pfizer Submits Amended Protocol to FDA to Include Children in Clinical Trials


On Sept. 12, 2020, Pfizer, Inc. of New York City, New York and BioNTech SE of Mainz, Germany announced that they had submitted an amended protocol to the FDA to expand the enrollment of their Phase 3 pivotal COVID-19 vaccine trial to include approximately 44,000 participants, which also allows for the enrollment of new types of populations.7


The proposed expansion would allow the companies to increase trial population diversity and include adolescents as young as 16 years of age and people with chronic, stable HIV (human immunodeficiency viruses), Hepatitis C or Hepatitis B infection, as well as provide additional safety and efficacy data.8
