A transsexual was elected president of the Republican Women Federated in Escondido, California, on Nov. 18. According to his Facebook page, Gina Roberts, a man who identifies as a woman, was sworn in by Congressman Darrell Issa. This is a reminder that Republicans are not the saviors of America. Ms. Roberts is a business woman in San Diego, operating her own engineering consulting business. She graduated from University of California, San Diego with a degree in Chemistry and Economics Minor.

(The Christian Institute) — A video calling on the Church of England to uphold the Bible’s teaching on biological sex, marriage and sexual ethics is being investigated by the police for a “hate crime.”
Ben John of Christian Concern was reported to North Yorkshire police over remarks he made about a trailer to the Church of England’s controversial resource Living in Love and Faith.
URC Minister Alex Clare-Young, a woman who now lives as a man, and who appears in the trailer, complained to the police after Young denied that it was possible to change sex.

This month, HBO Max released the documentary Transhood, a film celebrating transgender identity for children as young as age four. According to director/producer Sharon Liese, the film’s central characters — children ages 4, 7, 12, and 15 — “redefine ‘coming of age.'” Many conservatives rightly condemned the film as “child abuse,” launching a Twitter hashtag “#BoycottHBO.”
While the documentary’s basic premise is disturbing enough, the outrage focused on a clip slightly longer than one minute in which a pro-LGBT church celebrates the “transition” of a 4-year-old boy identified as “Phoenix.”
“Today, we choose to recognize, honor, love, and celebrate anyone here who would claim their identity publicly as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, intersex, pansexual, asexual, or any category that I’ve left out,” a female minister says in the clip.
A mother brings her two children to the altar and introduces her four-year-old boy. “This is Phoenix,” the mother says. A woman hands the boy a microphone to announce his transgender identity as a girl, but Phoenix turns to his mother, saying he is “shy.”
“Do you want to tell everyone if you’re a boy or a girl?” his mother encourages.
“I just want to tell them that I’m a girl,” the boy says to his mother.
“Okay, you can tell them that,” his mother says. The boy turns to the crowd, holds up the microphone, and then reconsiders, saying, “I don’t want to do it.”
“Phoenix would like you to know that she’s a girl and she prefers ‘she’ and ‘her’ pronouns,” the mother says as the embarrassed boy walks off the stage.
The mother brings her son back to the stage as the congregation joins in a disturbing prayer. “May you be well, safe, and whole. We honor you exactly as you are,” the minister says.
Ironically, the minister, the congregation, and even the boy’s mother did not honor him exactly as he is — they honored him according to a profession of transgender identity that he is too young to make. Even if he were old enough to understand the meaning of gender and biological sex, the boy could not change the fact that he is male — that every full cell in his body carries X and Y chromosomes and that from conception, through his time in the womb, and before and after puberty he has developed and will continue to develop as male.
The minister’s Orwellian prayer about accepting the boy “exactly” as he is involves denying the plain biological reality right in front of her. This is bad enough, as it encourages the boy to grow up with a false understanding of biological sex. Yet this ceremony and the attitudes it encourages may also harm the boy physically.
Many medical professionals now encourage experimental “treatments” to “confirm” children’s “gender identity.” Major medical associations have embraced transgender ideology, recommending experimental “puberty-blocking” drugs with long-term side-effects for kids and cross-sex hormones for older children and young adults. Endocrinologists have warned that the “treatments” actually cause a disease that will likely stunt these children’s growth and cause long-term harm.
Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling, who has encouraged transgender “treatments” for some who suffer from gender dysphoria, has rightly warned about “a new kind of conversion therapy for young gay people, who are being set on a lifelong path of medicalization that may result in the loss of their fertility and/or full sexual function.” She shared a documentary about the gender clinic in Britain, where whistleblowers have voiced concerns that some parents push transgenderism on children because the parents prefer a “straight” transgender child over a “gay” child.
Men and women who once identified as transgender have grown to reject that identity, lamenting the serious damage they did to their bodies. “I am a real, live 22-year-old woman, with a scarred chest and a broken voice, and five o’clock shadow because I couldn’t face the idea of growing up to be a woman, that’s my reality,” admitted one woman who once identified as a man and took cross-sex hormones. One man described his artificial female anatomy as a “Frankenstein hack job.”
Evidence from the 10 available prospective follow-up studies from childhood to adolescence for gender dysphoric kids (who identify with the gender opposite their biological sex) shows that about 80 percent of those kids lose their gender dysphoria around the time of puberty. For these and other reasons, many pediatricians have condemned the mainstreaming of transgenderism among children as “child abuse.”
Similarly, the Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh condemned the HBO documentary as child abuse, urging an HBO boycott.
“HBO is promoting and normalizing the most horrific forms of child abuse with its ‘Transhood’ documentary. If you have HBO’s streaming service, cancel it. Don’t give your money to this evil,” Walsh tweeted.
“It’s grotesque to tell this tiny boy to be ‘well, safe, & whole’ when probably they’ll chemically castrate him with puberty blockers as part of their destructive trans ideology,” political commentator Liz Wheeler tweeted. “He’s not old enough to walk on stage by himself. He can’t ‘pick’ a gender.”
Transgender activism involves a great many societal changes that will undermine the rights of girls and women to privacy in spaces like bathrooms and changing rooms, as well as their right to fair competition in sports. Yet the disturbing advocacy of transgender identity for young children — likely later to involve experimental treatments that amount to chemical castration — is utterly sickening.
Episodes like this should jolt Americans out of their complacency on this issue, and encourage them to stand up for truth against this nefarious movement.
One tweet featured a picture of Phoenix and his mother reading a book called Jacob’s New Dress; a book Walsh called “LGBT propaganda.”
“You're literally watching her brainwash the child into thinking he's a girl,” Walsh wrote. “It's no mystery how children end up ‘trans.’ This is it. Right here.”
Transhood, which was released on HBO on Nov. 12, follows four transgender children and their families as the children explore their chosen gender identities. The film follows the children between 2014 and 2019.

Lawmakers in New Jersey are considering legislation that would ban textbooks that are not in a database approved by radical homosexual and transgender activists, sparking alarm about religious liberty and government indoctrination of children.
The proposal, dubbed S1512, would force the state Department of Education to maintain a list of textbook publishers that include “inclusive material” in their products. However, “inclusive material” does not include being inclusive of people of faith who reject LGBT propaganda in the classroom.
Critics blasted the legislation, warning that it threatens religious freedom, strips parental rights, silences First Amendment-protected freedoms, shatters the innocence of children, forces divisive indoctrination into the class, and represents taxation without representation.
Parents and faith leaders are also warning that the legislation would encourage bullying of children who come from Christian, Jewish, and Muslim homes. By teaching that there is something wrong with those who consider homosexuality sinful and believe that there are only two genders, the schools would stigmatize and demonize children from religious homes, critics warned.
Under the bill, local school districts would be stripped of their authority to purchase textbooks that did not include “diversity” in “such areas as gender, … gender identity or expression, and sexual orientation.” In other words, books that do not peddle homosexuality or gender confusion would be banned from school.
“This legislation will force publishing companies and textbook authors to elevate sexual attractions and gender identities in their publications in order to be approved by the state of NJ to sell books to your school district,” explained Director of Advocacy Shawn Hyland with the Family Policy Alliance before urging parents to get involved in the fight.
“Elected school board members, in collaboration with parents serving in curriculum committees, should decide what is best for their community — not the all-encompassing overreach of state government,” Hyland added in an email to activists. “Education is best left to local school boards and parents.”
Conservative grassroots groups across the state are gearing up to fight the bill, too. The Morris Patriots of Northern New Jersey, for instance, sent out an e-mail alert over the weekend including Family Policy Alliance’s warning and urging activists to reach out to legislators to stop the bill before it comes up on November 16 at noon.
“There is no longer religious freedom in NJ when school boards will be mandated to purchase and students will be mandated to read textbooks that normalize LGBTQ behavior,” the Morris Patriots organization said in its mass email encouraging N.J. activists to get involved.
Another group fighting back is Team PYC – Protect Your Children, which has been organizing people of faith all across the state to stand up for religious liberty and against anti-Christian indoctrination in public schools.
In an email about the legislation, Team PYC urged those who value parental rights to prevent the far-left from transforming the state with radical LGBT legislation and tax-funded propaganda targeting children.
The group also warned about another piece of legislation in New Jersey, S2781, set to be considered next month. It would order school districts to “provide instruction” on “diversity” in sexual orientation and gender identity as part of the New Jersey Student Learning Standards in Comprehensive Health and Physical Education.
Among other concerns, Team PYC, which is active across the state, blasted the idea of teaching a 10-year-old child that children should get a sex-change or that it is normal to have “fluid ever-changing sexuality or identity.” And yet that is coming, with these bills paving the way.
“The Inclusion Bill (if passed into law) will mandate changing terms and definitions and that is 100% going against the HOLY WORD of GOD how God has made man and woman, not a combination of the two,” explained Victoria Jakelsky, state director for Team PYC.
The extremism that has engulfed New Jersey schools and lawmakers in recent years is getting worse. And it is hardly limited to New Jersey. The consequences will be devastating. Americans across the nation must take action, or it will be all downhill from here.

In a Federalist Society speech on Thursday, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito raised the alarm about threats to religious freedom, free speech, and the rule of law — threats exacerbated in the “constitutional stress-test” of the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic. These threats are by no means limited to lockdown restrictions and COVID-19 issues, but the virus has highlighted them.
“The pandemic has resulted in previously unimaginable restrictions on individual liberty,” Alito said. “I am not diminishing the severity of the virus’s threat to public health, and putting aside what I will say shortly about a few Supreme Court cases, I’m not saying anything about the legality of COVID restrictions. All that I’m saying is this… we have never before seen restrictions as severe, extensive, and prolonged as those experienced for most of 2020.”
Alito mentioned many “live events that would otherwise be protected by the right to freedom of speech” that state and local governments have prohibited, including the fact that churches were closed on Easter Sunday by government fiat.
“The COVID crisis has served as a sort of constitutional stress-test. And in doing so it has highlighted disturbing trends that were already present before the virus struck,” the justice argued.
Alito first highlighted “the dominance of lawmaking by executive fiat rather than legislation.” He rightly traced this idea back to “the vision of early twentieth-century progressives and the New Dealers of the 1930s … that policy-making would shift from narrow-minded elected legislators to an elite group of elected experts, in a word, that policymaking would become more scientific.”
For instance, a Nevada law gives the state’s governor extraordinary powers. If the governor finds that there is “a natural, technological, or manmade emergency or disaster of major proportions, the governor can perform and exercise such functions, powers, and duties as are necessary to promote and secure the safety and protection of the civilian population.”
Yet the Supreme Court has a duty to step in “whenever fundamental rights are restricted.”
Along those lines, Alito warned that religious freedom has grown increasingly out of favor.
“It pains me to say this but in certain quarters, religious liberty is fast becoming a disfavored right,” he lamented. He briefly mentioned the Supreme Court case Employment Division v. Smith and Congress’s passage of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993. The House of Representatives unanimously passed the bill, while the Senate passed it, 97-3. President Bill Clinton signed it into law.
“Today, that widespread support has vanished. When states have considered or gone ahead and adopted their own versions of RFRA, they have been threatened with punishing economic boycotts,” Alito said.
He also briefly covered recent Supreme Court cases illustrating the threat to religious freedom.
Alito mentioned the Little Sisters of the Poor, “women who have dedicated their lives to caring for the elderly poor, regardless of religion.” Some of their beneficiaries have testified that the Little Sisters “will keep you alive for ten years longer.”
“Despite this inspiring work, the Little Sisters have been under unrelenting attack for the better part of a decade. Why? Because they refuse to allow their health insurance plan to provide contraceptives to their employees. For that, they were targeted by the prior administration,” the justice noted.
The Obama administration threatened the Little Sisters with hefty fines “if they did not knuckle under and violate a tenet of their faith.” While the group of nuns won a Supreme Court case last spring, the case went back to the Court of Appeals. President Donald Trump created a religious freedom exemption in the contraception mandate, but Joe Biden has pledged to drop that exemption.
In another case, the State of Washington required pharmacies to carry all contraceptives, including the morning-after pill. The Christian pharmacy Ralph’s refused to carry that abortifacient pill, but it gladly referred women to nearby pharmacies that did carry it. The state decided that this work-around was not enough.
Alito also mentioned Jack Phillips, the owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop who notoriously refused to bake a cake celebrating a same-sex wedding. He cited a member of the Colorado Civil Rights Commission who said that freedom of religion had been used “to justify all kinds of discrimination throughout history, whether it be slavery, whether it be the Holocaust, we can list hundreds of situations where freedom of religion has been used to justify discrimination.”
“For many today, religious liberty is not a cherished freedom. It’s often just an excuse for bigotry, and it cannot be tolerated,” Alito warned.
He mentioned that not a single employee of the Little Sisters has asked for contraception, no woman lacks contraception because of Ralph’s, and no same-sex couple has failed to get a cake because of Jack Phillips.
“A great many Americans disagree, sometimes quite strongly, with the religious beliefs of the Little Sisters, the owners of Ralph’s, and Jack Phillips. They have a perfect right to do so. That is not the question. The question we face is whether our society will be inclusive enough to tolerate people with unpopular religious beliefs,” the justice noted.
Alito cited Harvard Law professor Mark Tushnet, who notoriously wrote, “The culture wars are over. They lost, we won.” Terrifyingly, the professor compared social conservatives to the defeated Axis powers in World War II.
“My own judgment is that taking a hard line (‘You lost, live with it’) is better than trying to accommodate the losers, who – remember – defended, and are defending, positions that liberals regard as having no normative pull at all,” he argued. “Trying to be nice to the losers didn’t work well after the Civil War, nor after Brown. (And taking a hard line seemed to work reasonably well in Germany and Japan after 1945.)”
This hostility to traditional religion has bled into COVID-19 restrictions.
Alito referenced a Supreme Court decision on Nevada’s restrictions upholding the state’s double standard on casinos and houses of worship. The governor opened casinos — some of which are truly humongous — at 50 percent capacity while restricting religious services to 50 people or fewer. “If you want to worship and you’re the 51st person in line, sorry, you are out of luck. The size of the building doesn’t matter, nor does it matter if you wear a mask or stay 6 feet apart.”
“The state’s message is this: forget about worship and head for the slot machines or maybe a Cirque du Soleil show,” Alito said.
“Take a quick look at the Constitution. You will see the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment which protects religious liberty. You will not find a craps clause, or a blackjack clause, or a slot machine clause,” the justice quipped. “Nevada was unable to provide any plausible justification for treating casinos more favorably than houses of worship, but the Court nevertheless deferred to the governor’s judgment, which just so happened to favor the state’s biggest industry and the many voters it employs.”
The justice contrasted this “blatant discrimination” against religious freedom with a Maryland district judge’s decision to strike down an FDA rule providing that women who want medication abortions must go to a clinic in person to access them. The judge struck down this rule in the name of protecting women from COVID-19, even though Gov. Larry Hogan (R-Md.) had allowed people to go to gyms, casinos, and hair and nail salons in a limited reopening at the time.
Alito also warned that “support for freedom of speech is also in danger and COVID rules have restricted speech in unprecedented ways.”
While coronavirus lockdowns have shut down attendance at speeches, conferences, lectures, rallies, and more, “even before the pandemic, there was growing hostility to the expression of unfavorable views.”
Alito quipped that there are “seventy times seven” things that Americans cannot say if they are students or professors at a college or university, or employees speaking for a corporation.
“You can’t say that marriage is a union between one man and one woman. Until very recently, that’s what the vast majority of Americans thought. Now, it’s considered bigotry,” he warned.
“That this would happen after our decision in Obergefell [the 2015 case striking down state laws on marriage] should not have come as a surprise. Yes, the opinion of the Court included words meant to calm the fears of those who cling to traditional views on marriage. But I could see, and so did the other justices in dissent, where the decision would lead,” Alito warned.
He quoted his own dissent in the case, “I assume that those who cling to old beliefs will be able to whisper their thoughts in the recesses of their homes. But if they repeat those views in public, they will risk being labeled as bigots and being treated as such by governments, employers, and schools.”
“That is just what is coming to pass,” the justice lamented. Indeed, in one recent case, the Kroger Company fired two women in Little Rock, Ark., who refused to wear a rainbow-colored heart emblem on an apron because they did not want to endorse LGBT activism.
Religious freedom and free speech are indeed under assault in America today, and even if the coronavirus pandemic fades away tomorrow, these threats to fundamental rights will persist.

Sodomites from around the country are celebrating as a record number of homosexuals and sexually aberrant candidates ran for office in this year’s elections. According to Crooks and Liars (that’s the actual name of this blog…fitting), “more LGBTQ candidates ran for office in the United States in 2020 than ever before – at least 1,006,” Timothy Bussey wrote. “That’s a 41% increase over the 2018 midterms, according to the LGBTQ Victory Fund.”
The Scriptures speak of homosexual celebrity as judgment against a nation. When a nation turns its back on God, according to Romans 1, God gives that nation over to sexual immorality. There can be no question that God has given America over to the lusts of their hearts. A nation filled with evil people — even those who claim to be conservatives — celebrate homosexuality and abortion at record rates.
Bussey argues that “better representation” in the political arena could “help LGBTQ Americans maintain some of their hard-won rights, which have come under attack over the past four years.”
These “rights,” however, are nothing more than wrath and judgment being poured out. These “rights” are signs that a nation does not worship the one true God, but has, instead, refused to acknowledge him (Romans 1:28). Even the Church has joined with Sodom to celebrate this immense perversity.
The Church deserves every bit of persecution she will see come her way in the next decade. Even if God decides to extend mercy, the Church, in her weakness and refusal to boldly proclaim the one true living God and the gospel of Jesus Christ, will face an increasingly difficult and perilous time. God will not allow other gods before Him. If you think it’s bad now, just wait.

The idea of being “nonbinary” is not something that hardline Muslim clerics are likely to regard favorably. However, Islamic supremacists and jihadists do have a shared goal with the Left, and their interests coincide: for example, Italy’s largest Muslim organization a few years ago called for the legalization of polygamy on the basis of the legalization of gay marriage. Accordingly, Mauree Turner is unlikely to get much flak from Muslim clerics who believe that “Allah created you male and female” (Qur’an 49:13).

OKLAHOMA CITY – Although a Democrat will again represent Oklahoma House District 88 in the state legislature, its next occupant will be historic on multiple fronts.
Democratic Nominee Mauree Turner handily won over Republican Kelly Barlean by a more than 40% margin, or nearly 6,000 votes.
Turner will be the first Muslim lawmaker in Oklahoma and first nonbinary person, which means their gender identity is not strictly male or female, to hold state legislator in U.S. history.
“It feels really kind of remarkable. It’s still hard to put into words,” Turner said.
The 27-year-old said neighbors recommended they run for office last year.
“While I don’t really agree with career politicians, I do agree with answering a call to action,” Turner said. “My community asked me to run.”
Turner said being a queer minority raised in Oklahoma presented many challenges and that they will work to bring a community-first perspective to the capitol.
“A seat at the table is not something we were meant to be given,” Turner said. “I’m not asking for a seat at the table, but we’re here to make a new table. We’re here to create new rooms.”…

Voters in the Bible Belt states of Georgia and Tennessee elected the first openly homosexual members to their state legislatures on Tuesday, including a lesbian Episcopal priest.
Georgia state Senate candidate Kim Jackson won the heavily Democratic District 41 by a landslide, defeating Republican challenger William Park Freeman 74.9% to 25%.
According to reports, Jackson is an ordained Episcopal priest, is the interim vicar at the Church of the Common Ground in Atlanta, and a graduate of Candler School of Theology.
“Jackson, the first black LGBTQ+ person ordained as a priest in the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta, previously served as chaplain at the Absalom Jones Center for Racial Healing and the Atlanta University Center, and as associate rector of All Saints’ Episcopal Church,” the website for the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta states.
In Tennessee, two openly homosexual candidates were chosen by voters to serve in the state House of Representatives: Democrat Torrey Harris and Republican Eddie Mannis.
“I believe women and their doctors are in the best position to make informed decisions about what is best for them, no one else,” Harris said in a campaign video posted online.
He unseated longtime incumbent John DeBerry, a pro-life Democrat who supports biblical marriage and was forced to run as an Independent after the Democratic Party removed him from the ballot. DeBerry has preached at Coleman Ave. Church of Christ for the past 20 years and has been elected to the state legislature 13 times.
“My work in Nashville as a legislator is nothing more than an extension of my work as a child of God, as a Christian,” DeBerry explained to the Catholic News Agency in September. “And I take to heart Ephesians chapter 6, ‘We wrestle not against flesh and blood.’ People are not the enemy,“ but “there are those who make laws that are blasphemous of God’s law.”
“Both Torrey and Eddie sent a clear message that LGBTQ candidates can win in a deep red state while being their authentic selves,” remarked former Houston, Texas Mayor Annise Parker, who now leads the LGBTQ Victory Fund. “Their presence in the state legislature can dilute the most toxic anti-LGBTQ voices and lead to more inclusive legislation.”
As previously reported, all three “LGBT” candidates in Delaware won their races on Tuesday, including a man who identifies as a woman and a homosexual who moonlights as a drag queen.

GLASGOW, Del. —Voters in Delaware’s 27th District have chosen to elect an openly homosexual man who moonlights as a drag queen to represent them in the state House of Representatives over his Republican challenger, who lost by a significant margin.
According to reports, Eric Morrison won 61.4% of the vote (7,844), compared to the 36.8% (4,699 votes) garnered by Donald “Tripp” Keister III. Only 1.8%, or 225 residents, selected Libertarian candidate William Hinds.
Keister is the manager of the Fredericksburg Nationals minor league baseball team and was said to have done little campaigning for the job. However, in speaking with the Newark Post, he contrasted his positions with those of Morrison.
“My opponent has been very vocal about what he wants to do: He wants to defund the police, have community policing and have Delaware become a sanctuary state,” he said. “I really want to make sure that our communities are safe, our schools are safe, and that we’re easing the burden on our families.”
The Philadelphia Gay News reported in January that, along with “with LGBTQ rights and women’s reproductive rights [a.k.a. abortion], Morrison plans to support criminal justice reform, marijuana legalization, the expungement of records, campaign finance, elections and environmental protections.”
On Oct. 20, Morrison tweeted a graphic that read, “I’m a better Christian than any Trump supporter, and I’m an atheist.”
As previously reported, in September, he likewise was preferred in the primaries over current Rep. Earl Jaques, Jr., a “moderate” Democratic lawmaker who voted against same-sex “marriage” in 2013, as well as a 2017 bill to “modernize” the state’s laws to align with Roe v. Wade.
Morrison, who has been performing in drag for over 20 years and goes by the name “Anita Mann,” held a “Dude Looks Like a Lady” drag show as a fundraiser for his campaign. Jaques told reporters that he thought Morrison was “far off base” for the district — remarks that he later apologized for.
“You can have fundraisers; I don’t care about that. But dressing in drag? Really?” he said. ““I’m not sure he represents the people who attend those places of religion. If he’s actually having a fundraiser in drag, I don’t think those churches would endorse that. … I’m just saying it’s a little different, that’s for sure.”
In addition to Morrison, Human Rights Campaign’s Timothy “Sarah” McBride also won a seat in the state Senate, becoming the first “transgender” to do in American history. Lesbian social worker Marie Pinkney likewise was elected to the Delaware Senate by a significant margin of 76% to 24%.

A notice posted on the White House website on November 2 stated that President Trump had just signed an order to establish what he calls the 1776 Commission — an idea he first proposed in September.
Trump began his executive order by summarizing some of the principles cherished by Americans since the signing of the Declaration of Independence. He explained that the purpose of the 1776 Commission is “to better enable a rising generation to understand the history and principles of the founding of the United States in 1776 and to strive to form a more perfect Union.” (The phrase “to form a more perfect Union” comes from the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution.)
In outlining the purpose of the 1776 Commission, Trump included the following points:
• The American founding envisioned a political order in harmony with the design of “the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God,” seeing the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as embodied in and sanctioned by natural law and its traditions.
• The formation of a republic around these principles marked a clear departure from previous forms of government, securing rights through a form of government that derives its legitimate power from the consent of the governed.
• Throughout its national life, our Republic’s exploration of the full meaning of these principles has led it through the ratification of a Constitution, civil war, the abolition of slavery, Reconstruction, and a series of domestic crises and world conflicts.
However, Trump lamented, despite these proud accomplishments, our heritage is being maligned:
Against this history, in recent years, a series of polemics grounded in poor scholarship has vilified our Founders and our founding. Despite the virtues and accomplishments of this Nation, many students are now taught in school to hate their own country, and to believe that the men and women who built it were not heroes, but rather villains. This radicalized view of American history lacks perspective, obscures virtues, twists motives, ignores or distorts facts, and magnifies flaws, resulting in the truth being concealed and history disfigured.
While the absence of quality education that upholds our nation’s historic values has existed for decades, the timing of Trumps’ proposal was made more urgent by the publication in a September 2019 issue of the New York TimesMagazine of an article by Nikole Hannah-Jones launching the 1619 Project, which asserted that “anti-black racism,” slavery, systemic oppression, and other evils are embedded “in the very DNA” of America.
Support for the article was not even unanimous among the Times’ writers. Times opinion columnist Bret Stephens wrote an opinion piece October 9 calling the 1619 Project a “failed” enterprise that was built on the faulty premise that slavery, not the Declaration of Independence, was the driving force that forged the nation.

Popular NYC Hillsong pastor, Carl Lentz, has reportedly been terminated from his position as lead pastor for “moral failures.” In a letter sent to the staff of Hillsong NYC and obtained by Religion News Service, Hillsong founder and CEO, Brian Houston expressed regret in his decision to let Lentz go.
The letter did not go into detail, according to RNS, in exactly what these “moral failures” were, however, Houston explained that his actions were not in light of “leadership issues and breaches of trust, plus a recent revelation of moral failures.”
“I know this will come as a shock to you, but please know that this action was not taken lightly and was done in the best interests of everyone, including Pastor Carl,” Houston wrote.
“Please understand that it would not be appropriate for us to go into detail about the events that led to this decision. However you can be assured that this decision was made in order to honor God and pastorally care for you, our East Coast family, Pastor Carl and his family,” Houston continued.
Lentz was recently under fire by Christians after he announced to a CNN host that he may be open to affirming homosexuality at some point.
During an interview with CNN, Lentz was asked if he could see his church changing views in the future since there are so many people who are “turned off” from church because of conservative politics.
“Anything’s possible,” Lentz said, after saying he refuses to endorse political candidates.
While we don’t know the exact reason for Lentz’ termination, we can rest assured that it will come out at some point. Often, when a church leader or pastor is terminated citing “moral failures,” it often involves some sort of sexual immorality.
Lentz, a good friend of Justin Bieber, is well-known for his affinity for worldly things. He wears highly expensive clothing and lives a luxurious lifestyle. In 2017, Lentz and Justin Bieber were caught together in a bar in New Zealand removing their clothing and acting promiscuously while taking liquor shots.

Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (SEBTS), increasingly one of the most liberal seminaries in the Evangelical Church, recently hired a liberal English professor — who supports ministries that promote woman-to-woman and man-to-man intimate relationships — from Liberty University. Karen Swallow Prior, who served many years on the Southern Baptist Convention’s Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC) as a research fellow, has been outspoken in her support of “gay Christianity” over the years.
Prior makes no qualms about her unbiblical positions as many have been warning about her for years. It wasn’t until recently, however, that Swallow Prior has completely unveiled herself as a totally “woke” leftist without a conservative bone in her body and people are finally starting to notice.
Recently, Donald Trump’s lawyer, who also represented John MacArthur’s church in a battle against Los Angeles over religious freedom, called out Swallow Prior for defending far-left radical Vice-Presidential candidate, Kamala Harris. While conservative Malachi O’Brien tweeted favorably that Kamala Harris had been “canceled” because of a lack of support in Texas, Swallow Prior jumped in to defend Harris.

Karen Swallow Prior is a liberal activist and sadly, she represents a large majority of the Southern Baptist Convention and the Evangelical Church. Biden Pledges to Gut Religious Freedom Protections, Saying They Give 'Hate' a 'Safe Harbor'
On Wednesday, the Democratic nominee told Philadelphia Gay News that President Donald Trump has given “hate” a “safe harbor” by protecting religious freedom and enabling what Biden condemned as “discrimination.”

Joe Biden made no bones about it: If he wins the presidential election, he will gut religious freedom protections that allow faith-based homeless shelters, charities, and small business owners to act according to their consciences. Specifically, he will shove LGBT ideology down the throats of religious Americans in the name of fighting “discrimination.”
On Wednesday, the Democratic nominee told Philadelphia Gay News that President Donald Trump has given “hate” a “safe harbor” by protecting religious freedom and enabling what Biden condemned as “discrimination.”
“Donald Trump and Mike Pence have given hate against LGBTQ+ individuals safe harbor and rolled back critical protections for the LGBTQ+ community,” the Democrat alleged. “By blocking the ability of transgender individuals to openly serve their country, denying LGBTQ+ people access to critical health care, proposing policies allowing federally funded homeless shelters to turn away transgender people and federally funded adoption agencies to reject same-sex couples, and failing to address the epidemic of violence against transgender people — particularly transgender women of color — the Trump-Pence Administration has led a systematic effort to undo the progress President Obama and I made.”
Throughout his interview, Biden condemned as “discrimination” the idea that faith-based homeless shelters, adoption agencies, and other charities would refuse to endorse same-sex marriage, transgender identity, and experimental cross-sex drugs and surgeries. He acted as though any desire to follow a traditional Christian, Jewish, or Muslim view of sexuality and gender must be rank “discrimination.”This falls in line with the radical pro-LGBT Equality Act, which Biden said he would pass in his first 100 days, should Democrats win the Senate and hold onto the House.
“It’s wrong to deny people access to services or housing because of who they are or who they love,” Biden argued.
Philadelphia Gay News asked the Democrat a question about religious freedom that demonized the very idea. “The idea of ‘religious freedom’ as a reason to allow discrimination has stoked divisiveness in this country. What can we do as a country to ensure that discrimination against LGBTQ people, no matter how it’s justified, does not happen?” the paper asked.
Biden responded by condemning Trump, accusing the president of having “deliberately tried to gut protections for the LGBTQ+ community by creating broad religious exemptions to existing nondiscrimination laws and policies that allow businesses, medical providers, and adoption agencies to discriminate against LGBTQ+ people.”
“We need to root out discrimination in our laws, institutions, and public spaces. Religion should not be used as a license to discriminate, and as president, I will oppose legislation to deny LGBTQ+ equal treatment in public places. I will immediately reverse discriminatory practices that Trump put in place and work to advance the rights of LGBTQ+ people widely,” Biden pledged.
“Discrimination”-The Democrat’s pledges may sound positive and inclusive — he wants “protections” for people and he wants to fight “discrimination,” right? — but this rhetoric is deceptive.
Democrats have twisted the notion of discrimination in order to force Christians to violate their beliefs.
Christian baker Jack Phillips, for example, refused to bake a custom cake for a same-sex wedding, although he gladly sells all sorts of pre-made cakes to LGBT people in his shop. Yet the Colorado Civil Rights Commission ruled that he had discriminated against people on the basis of sexual orientation. He appealed the case all the way to the Supreme Court and won — because members of the commission displayed animus against his religious faith, comparing his views to those of the Nazis.
Even after this Supreme Court victory, Phillips again faced the commission. A transgender lawyer asked him to bake an obscene custom cake celebrating the lawyer’s gender transition. Phillips refused, citing his free speech right not to be forced to endorse a view with which he disagrees. The commission again found him guilty of discrimination, but it dropped the complaint in March 2019. The lawyer promptly sued Phillips. Christian florists, farmers, and other bakers have faced government sanctions for “discrimination” when they refused to celebrate same-sex weddings, exercising their rights to religious freedom, freedom of association, and free speech.
This year, Gov. Ralph Northam (D-Va.) signed legislation that will force Christian schools and ministries to hire people who oppose their religious convictions on sexuality and gender. The laws will also force these ministries — which hold that God created humans male and female — to open women’s sports and women’s restrooms to biological males, to refer to biological males by female pronouns if they “identify” as female, and to pay for transgender surgery in their health care plans.
A lawsuit challenging the new laws as unconstitutional charged that Virginia’s LGBT statues force “people of faith to adopt a particular government ideology under threat of punishment.”
Indeed, it seems Biden aims to force transgender ideology on the American people.
“I believe every transgender or non-binary person should have the option of selecting ‘X’ as their gender marker on government identifications, passports, and other documentation. I will support state and federal efforts to allow for this accurate representation,” he said (emphasis added).
In other words, Biden claims that transgender identity, not biological sex, is an “accurate” representation, even though biological males do not become female and vice versa. In one particularly tragic case, a pregnant mother who identified as transgender arrived at the hospital in labor. Because her documents falsely listed her as male, the doctors assumed her issue was not pregnancy and her baby died.
Yet the Democrat endorsed transgender identity as “accurate” and seems intent on forcing that ideology throughout the federal government.
Biden illustrated just this kind of logic by demonizing Trump’s commonsense policies and religious freedom protections.
Trump required the military to admit soldiers according to their biological sex, not their gender identity. This was not a “ban” on transgender people but an acknowledgment of biological sex, which might be extremely important in the military and in health care, since men and women physiologically react to certain medications differently.
Similarly, Trump protected religiously affiliated medical groups from having to pay for transgender surgery — an experimental and divisive medical operation that Obamacare appeared to mandate businesses must cover in insurance. This is what Biden referred to as “denying LGBTQ+ people access to critical health care.” Many former transgender people have regretted surgeries that left them permanently scarred.
Finally, many homeless shelters and adoption agencies are run as religious charities. Mandating that homeless shelters must house biological men who claim to identify as female with vulnerable women is a recipe for disaster — and it violates the religious freedom of faith-based shelters that do not accept transgender ideology. Similarly, adoption agencies should be able to abide by their own standards and many adoption agencies do place kids with same-sex couples.
Violating the religious freedom of homeless shelters and adoption agencies will only gut these critical services. Many adoption agencies have shut their doors rather than violate their consciences, so Biden-style government policies leave needy children in the lurch.
Biden did not just pledge to fight religious freedom at home, however. In his interview with Philadelphia Gay News, he pledged to “restore America’s global leadership on LGBTQ+ issues and actively combat violence and discrimination that is far too rampant. … If governments restrict the rights of LBGTQ+ individuals, or allow violence or discrimination, my Administation, working with partners, will use America’s full range of diplomatic tools to influence that government’s behavior, including private diplomacy, public statements, and multilateral initiatives at United Nations agencies.”
Of course, America should stand up for human rights across the world, and too many countries make homosexual activity a crime punishable by death. The Trump administration has launched a global effort to end the criminalization of homosexual activity.
Yet it seems Biden is intent on pushing his radical anti-religious freedom vision of opposing “discrimination.” In fact, he argued that “the Trump-Pence Administration’s treatment of LGBTQ+ Americans… signals a tolerance for abuses by other countries.”
Tragically, all of this radicalism is of a piece with Biden’s public statements, notorious statements from a staffer, and his party’s increasing hostility to religious freedom.
One of Biden’s staffers said that a woman like Amy Coney Barrett should be “disqualified” from serving on the Supreme Court because she believes marriage should be between one man and one woman. Biden has demonized those who oppose LGBT activism. His running mate has endorsed the “anti-LGBT hate group” smear that the scandal-plagued smear factory the Southern Poverty Law Center levels at conservative Christian groups.
While Joe Biden identifies himself as Roman Catholic and claims to abide by the Greatest Commandment, he would vehemently oppose religious freedom in office.

JD Greear, president of the Southern Baptist Convention — who denounced Southern Baptists as racists and white supremacists, called on Christians to stand up for LGBTQ rights, and has a pro-choice woman leading bible studies at his church and also says that people who are followers of Jesus will think about the “rights of immigrants” while at the ballot box — has denounced the Church as “cursed” like Meroz for not fighting for “racial justice” and “gender justice.”
Greear, recently complained in a sermon that Christians today, like Christians during the time of American slavery, have a “malaise” about matters of justice because, he says, it doesn’t “directly affect them.”
“Whether we’re talking about racial justice or gender justice or what have you,” he says, “tragically…there’s often been a malaise in the church…because the injustice did not directly affect those of us sitting in places of privilege. Like Meroz, it didn’t affect our tribe.”
Greear argued that Christians are “cursed,” like Meroz, for sitting back and “doing nothing” while oppressed people are bearing the burdens of the privileged.

God has no doubt unleashed his wrath and judgment upon this nation. While many of us are struggling to hang on to the last thread of conservatism in this country — hoping that Donald Trump can pull off one more election — the country has undoubtedly already been given over to a debased mind.
Earlier this week, we reported that the vast majority of Roman Catholics and an increasing number of Protestant Christians now believe that abortion should remain legal. Despite the fact that the Scriptures are clear — those who hate God love death (Proverbs 8:36) — those who profess the name of Christ continue to rot away like corpses in the muck and mire of anti-God, anti-life politics.
Romans 1 speaks of God’s judgment upon a nation that has turned its back on Him. The judgment is the sin itself — it is the act of being given over to a debased mind; to do things that are contrary to God’s will.
“And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done.” –Romans 1:28
It needs to be clear that America is not under judgment becauseof rampant abortion and homosexuality, but that rampant abortion and homosexuality are the actual judgment.
Recently released is another American Values Survey that finds that the overwhelming majority of Americans, including the vast majority of the Christian Church, are in favor of same-sex marriage. Among the findings is that seventy percent of Americans in total support gay marriage. To be broken down further, eighty percent of Democrats and fifty percent of Republicans are in favor.
Most major religious groups support homosexual marriage as well, including
Mainline Protestants (79 percent),
Hispanic Roman Catholics (78 percent),
Religious non-Christians (72 percent)
Hispanic Protestants (68 percent),
White Catholics (67 percent),
Black Protestants (57 percent) and
Other Christian denominations (56 percent).
However, white Evangelicals stood out as the only group that opposed same sex marriage with 63 percent not in favor.
While conservative Evangelicals have traditionally stood against the influx of cultural perversions such as same-sex marriage, even this group is slipping away because, while they may oppose it, do not find it politically expedient to speak out against it. This is why the Scriptures gives us the fair warning; it should be heeded with urgency.

Voting With a Biblical Worldview
The sanctity of life, the sanctity of marriage and the protection of religious freedom are the key issues for Christians as they cast their vote in this year's election. There is only one party that upholds and supports these Christian values. Therefore, the decision should be easy for those who desire to please God. Yet recent polls indicate that many Christians will vote for the godless party platform which opposes Christian values and promotes a woman's "right" to destroy her unborn baby. What hope do the American people have if the people of God will not stand against evil and the powers of darkness? America is at a crossroads, and the Church must continue to be salt and light and the restraining force against the willing pawns of the evil one. We cannot be cowardly, or complicit or silent. We must stand up and speak out for what is right and true!
Voting Is Our Privilege and Responsibility
What is our Christian responsibility as American citizens? Is it a matter of conscience and Christian liberty as to how we vote? How can we approach this election with a biblical worldview? Our guiding principle should be to honor our Creator by submitting to the authority of His Word. As we make moral decisions, we must obey biblical commands and biblical prohibitions. It is true that we have two flawed candidates; however, the two platforms they represent are polarized morally, politically, and theologically. The two platforms are diametrically opposed on the issues of the sanctity of life and the sanctity of marriage. It is important to consider that these are spiritual and moral issues because they are clearly revealed throughout God's Word. All other issues must be secondary to these. As Christians, we must always oppose infanticide, the destruction of traditional marriage, and the pending loss of Christian liberty. Scripture exhorts us to destroy every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God and to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Cor. 10:5).
Our Votes Could Help Put An End to What God Hates
God hates hands that shed innocent blood. They are an abomination to Him (Prov. 6:16-17). There is nothing more evil or wicked than destroying the innocent life of a defenseless baby in a mother's womb. Those who support politicians who give women the right to murder their unborn children are complicit with those who disobey the clear commandment of God - "...Do not murder" (Luke 18:20). Abortion is morally evil and a serious capital offense that must be outlawed and punished, not condoned, excused, overlooked, or allowed. "Whoever sheds man's blood, by man his blood shall be shed, for in the image of God He made man (Gen. 9:6). Even an inadvertent killing of an unborn baby justified killing the responsible person (Exodus 21:22-23). How much more serious is it when done intentionally? Let us vote righteously to save unborn children who are the most defenseless and helpless of all people. We can be the voice for the voiceless.
Our Votes Reveal What We Approve or Disapprove
The apostle Paul warned those who give approval to people who practice such wickedness. He wrote: "...although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them (Rom. 1:32). We are to "have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them (Eph. 5:11). Christians who support an immoral, ungodly, and unbiblical platform are giving approval to their wicked works of darkness and clearly not reproving them. We are called to "abhor what is evil and hold fast to what is good" (Rom. 12:9). Since God requires government to restrain evil, voting is about supporting the candidate who will restrain as much evil as possible (1 Pet. 2:14).
Our Votes May Determine if We Rejoice or Groan
There is so much at stake in this year's election. After it is over, we will either rejoice or groan. "When the righteous increase, the people rejoice, but when a wicked man rules, people groan" (Prov. 29:2). We must vote and vote righteously because "righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people" (Prov. 14:34). Christians have been called out of the world, sanctified by the truth, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to live lives pleasing to our Lord. May all of our decisions of the conscience be fortified by a biblical worldview. Let us pray for God's people to do what is right!
How Are 53% of Protestant Pastors Voting?
Nashville-based LifeWay Research found 98% of Protestant pastors in the U.S. say they plan to vote in the presidential election. When they cast their ballot, 53% of pastors plan to vote for Donald Trump. Joe Biden is the choice of 21% and 22% say they are still undecided. About 4% say they are voting for a different candidate. When asked which characteristics of the candidates are important in deciding how to vote, clear majorities of pastors say the candidate's position on abortion (70%), their ability to protect religious freedom (65%) and their likely Supreme Court nominees (62%) are key factors. In terms of the most important issue in determining their vote, evangelical pastors are more likely than mainline pastors to say abortion is most important (33% to 5%). Read more.
An oxymoronic group that calls itself "Pro-Life Evangelicals for Biden" has released a document calling for evangelical Christians to vote for pro-abortion candidate Joe Biden for president. Billy Graham's granddaughter is part of the group. It is inconceivable that all Christians would refuse to take a stand against abortion, yet Southern Baptist president, J.D. Greear, allows a pro-abortion woman to teach Bible study at his church. John Piper will not vote for the prideful pro-life candidate because it is "presumptuous to assume that pro-abortion policies kill more people than a culture-saturating, pro-self pride." What hope does our country have if the church cannot get it right?
Biden Was Asked: "How Will You Explain Supporting Abortion to God?"
A Tennessee Catholic bishop asked Joe Biden how he will account to God for his support of killing innocent unborn babies in abortions. Bishop Rick Stika of Knoxville, Tennessee has not been shy about criticizing the Democrat presidential candidate. Biden claims to be a devout Catholic, but he supports abortions without restriction and wants to force taxpayers to pay for them. VOORHEES TOWNSHIP, N.J. —The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), a large and well-known pediatric and neonatal healthcare institution, has announced the opening of a “gender and sexuality development clinic” at its Specialty Care Center in Voorhees Township, New Jersey to “affirm” youth who allegedly struggle with confusion about their gender.
CHOP already has such a facility at its University City location, which has seen an estimated 700 families since its opening in 2014. It provides an initial assessment, medical treatments, referrals to salon owners who can style their hair in accordance with their gender identity, referrals to therapy and psychiatric treatment, as well as surgical options.
A webpage on the clinic also outlines that the among its services include a “medical evaluation by pediatric endocrinologists for determination of appropriate timing for puberty suppression when indicated; evaluation by adolescent medicine for gender-affirming medical care,” “legal support for name changes,” and “partnerships with local organizations, schools and religious institutions to ensure supportive community environments for children, adolescents and their families.”
The hospital has now decided to expand its offerings into New Jersey.
“Our mission at the Gender and Sexuality Clinic New Jersey is similar to that of our clinic on CHOP’s University City campus in Philadelphia — to provide support for youth and families through affirming and comprehensive gender care,” clinic Co-Director Nazneen Meacham said in a statement.
“As healthcare providers, we are honored to walk with youth and families in their gender journeys,” she stated.
According to a press release from the hospital, the facility will similarly offer “psychosocial and medical support for gender variant, gender expansive and transgender children and youth up to age 22 and their families.” It will also provide “referrals and resources for gender affirming providers, including therapists and physicians.”
The facility will include those trained in endocrinology, adolescent medicine, psychiatry, nursing and behavioral health.
CHOP said that it coincided its opening of the facility with “National Coming Out Day,” which urges those who identify as homosexual or transgender to “come out” about their struggles.
“In honor of National Coming Out Day, we are timing the opening of our newest clinic with this important time of year to encourage children and youth to come out to their healthcare providers in order to gain the best support and resources,” Program Director Linda Hawkins stated.
However, as previously published, a similar transgender clinic in the UK has seen numerous employees walk away from the job in expressing concerns that children are being wrongfully diagnosed and prescribed hormone blockers that suppress puberty, altering their bodies irreversibly.

One woman who received such “care” as a youth is now speaking out, stating that she should have been questioned rather than being affirmed as a boy when she was simply a teen who struggled with being a tomboy.
“My female hormones had been flushing through my body, and suddenly, a curtain came down on them. It felt pretty bad,” Kiera Bell, now 23, told reporters. “‘I had symptoms similar to the menopause when a woman’s hormones drop. I had hot flashes. I found it difficult to sleep. … I was given calcium tablets because my bones weakened.”
She went on to obtain a double mastectomy, but “I just felt like each step I consistently felt the need to change more in order to feel better, because [with] each step, it didn’t really make me feel better as I went along.”
Last year, Bell stopped taking the hormones and came to terms with the fact that she is a woman. She became upset at what she had been allowed to do at a young age.
“I felt angry that no one was there to really say any different,” Bell explained. “I was allowed to run with this idea that I had, or almost a fantasy as a teenager … and it’s affected me in the long run as an adult.”
She is now one of two plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the UK Tavistock Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS) clinic, as she believes that the practices of the clinic are harmful to youth in that the facility does not “allow for exploration of these gender dysphoric feelings, nor does it seek to find the underlying causes of this condition.”

While some view transgenderism and gender confusion as a medical condition, Christians believe the matter is also, at its root, a spiritual issue — one that stems from the same predicament all men everywhere face without Christ.
The Bible teaches that all are born with the Adamic sin nature, having various inherent feelings and inclinations that are contrary to the law of God, and being utterly incapable of changing by themselves.
It is why Jesus came: to “save His people from their sins” (Matthew 1:21).
Scripture outlines that Jesus came to be the propitiation for men’s sins (1 John 2:2; 1 John 4:10), a doctrine in Christianity known as substitutionary atonement, and to save men from the wrath of God for their violations against His law (Romans 4:25, Romans 5:9, Romans 5:16), a doctrine known as justification.
The Bible also teaches about regeneration, as in addition to sparing guilty men from eternal punishment, Christ sent his Holy Spirit to make those who would repent and believe the gospel new creatures in the here and now, with new desires and an ability to do what is pleasing in the sight of God by His indwelling and empowerment (Ezekiel 11:19, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Titus 3:5).
Jesus said that men must be born again, and have their very nature transformed by the Spirit from being in Adam to being in Christ, or they cannot see the Kingdom of God (John 3:3-8).
The late Anglican preacher J.C. Ryle once said, “Can any change his own heart? No! The thing is impossible. We can no more quicken and impart life to our souls than we can to our bodies; we can no more rise and become new men in our own strength than wash away sins by our own performances. It is impossible! The natural man is as helpless as Lazarus was when he lay still and cold and motionless in the tomb. We may remove the stone, as it were, and expose the sad work of death — but we can do no more.”
“There must be a power far mightier than any power of earth in exercise before the natural man can awake and arise and come forth as a new creature. And to do all this is the special office of the Spirit of Christ, the Holy Spirit, whom Jesus promised to send. It is He who quickens; it is He who gives life.”

John MacArthur has been on the defensive from practically every angle for the last several months. From playing defense against the woke feminist social justice Evangelical camp after rightly telling Beth Moore to “go home,” to now being threatened with jail time by his government leaders for having church during the coronavirus “pandemic,” John MacArthur’s steadfastness and unwavering faithfulness to the gospel should be an example to every Christian alive today.
Sadly, some of the harshest attacks come from within the most prominent leaders of Evangelicalism. But, today, MacArthur is being attacked by “gay Christians” who team up with Beth Moore & Co for his biblical views on sexuality. Nate Collins explains how John MacArthur made a biblical comparison of sexually aberrant behaviors — except, of course, Collins didn’t explain it that way — and called John MacArthur’s views “toxic.” One can only assume that Collins would find the vast majority of the Bible to be “toxic.”
Collins, a sodomite leader from the Revoice Conference launched his attack today against John MacArthur and Beth Moore’s daughter, Melissa, joined the chorus calling it “awful” and how it “hurts my heart” that he had to “endure this.”
Revoice is the “gay Christian” movement that has been largely condemned by conservative Evangelicals and even condemned by more moderates including Al Mohler. Revoice is led by openly-gay but “celibate” men who claim to be Christians but whose sexual orientation is not (and cannot be) changed. This movement, led by people like Nate Collins and Preston Sprinkle, advocate for acceptance and inclusion of homosexuals in the ranks of Christianity and those who choose to remain single (from the opposite sex) should form close, intimate, marriage-like relationships with people of the same sex with the exception that the abstain from intercourse.

What was Washington D.C. missing?
A feminist hotel whose lobby has a giant portrait of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg made out of “repurposed tampons”. Of all the ways the deceased justice would want to be remembered, a giant tampon portrait likely ranks below being the new Land O’Lakes or Aunt Jemima mascot.
But Hotel Zena’s incredible commitment to female empowerment also includes a reception desk full of jumbled high heels, giant portraits of female warriors, thousands of feminist protest buttons, and a Wall of Honor that includes Oprah and Hillary Clinton, for a “fierce” atmosphere.
Because who doesn’t come on a business trip to D.C. and then wants to stay overnight in a “fierce” atmosphere while being glared at by a mural of a dour Greek goddess in every room?
The only thing funnier than a “fierce”, but “inviting” feminist hotel is who’s behind it.
Viceroy Hotels & Resorts announced that “Hotel Zena was created primarily by women, for people, both women and men. It is a hotel that offers a haven for all genders, races, and sexualities.”
That might not be quite the attitude of Viceroy’s Maldives hotel in a country where Islamic sharia law orders women who have been raped to be lashed. The Islamic regime made headlines around the world when it ordered a 15-year-old girl to be lashed for having premarital sex.
But then again, 50% of Viceroy is owned by the Mubadala Investment Company, a sovereign wealth fund in Abu Dhabi. Its CEO is the grandson of the former top Sharia judge there.
Some 50% of Viceroy was owned by Jho Low, the businessman at the center of Malaysia’s 1MDB scandal that dragged in sections of its government and assorted Muslim royals. The Justice Department seized some of Low’s assets and the Abu Dhabi wealth fund was negotiating to buy that 50%, but it’s unclear who now owns the other half of Viceroy.
Viceroy’s true hometown in Abu Dhabi is about as feminist as a tampon portrait of RBG.
Women have “male guardians” who run their lives and decide whether they can travel and the Sharia Court of Appeals found that men have the right to beat their wives. Female genital mutilation is commonplace, and rape is only a crime for girls under fourteen years old.
Hugging a man without the benefit of marriage however, is a crime.
Foreign tourists who reported being raped were sentenced to prison because they had confessed to extramarital sex. In other words, it’s the usual sort of Sharia setup.
And don’t ask about “sexualities.”
“Unnatural sex with another person” gets you 14 years prison. That’s progressive in a region where Iran hangs gay people. And it’s not the only one dispensing death penalties freely.
All of this is a little awkward for a feminist hotel that boasts of its “provocative art” produced by “feminists of both genders” who are “working globally for the cause of human rights.”
A giant tampon portrait of Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a very convenient distraction even if it’s not too clear how all those “repurposed tampons” are advancing human rights around the world.
The business model is a familiar one. Take an underwhelming hotel, and renovate it into a “luxury urban lifestyle hotel” by throwing lots of bad art, and virtue signaling at every inch of it. But the investors are often foreign, looking for someplace with potential to put their money.
Last year’s reviews for The Donovan mentioned smells, leaks, and dirty toilets. The hotel had been renamed several times and showed up in the D.C. Madam’s phone records (probably not one of the accomplishments of female empowerment that the current management would like to celebrate, but you never know) and then a $25 million renovation gave it a feminist makeover.
Now if there are any leaks, visitors will be too distracted by all the feminist virtue signaling.
Washington D.C. is leading the nation in the trend of woke hotels with extremely un-woke owners. The Eaton Workshop had been previously announced as a woke hotel with crystal healing, politically correct lectures, and bibles replaced with UN pamphlets. But its ownership was linked to a Hong Kong family entangled with Chinese state-owned enterprises.
Like the NBA, Disney, and the rest of the huge corporate titans, woke is reserved for America.
Opening a hotel in D.C. that blathers about oppression or feminism is fine. It’s just marketing to the ruling class of a government town that sees oppressors everywhere except in the mirror. But don’t expect any lectures about human rights in a Hong Kong hotel or feminist tampon portraits in the hotels of Maldives or Abu Dhabi. That’s the difference between virtue and virtue signaling.
So many corporations have been happy to shout, “Black Lives Matter”, lecture on “toxic masculinity”, ban gun owners, and pro-life activists because that’s the official dogma. Every dot com from Amazon to Spotify will rename Columbus Day, Indigenous Peoples Day, because that’s what the ruling class here wants, the way the PRC’s ruling class wants Mao portraits.
There’s no contradiction between Sharia law in Abu Dhabi and tampon portraits in D.C., or Communist propaganda in Shanghai and Black Lives Matter t-shirts in San Francisco.
It’s not about rights, principles, or commitments: it’s about power.
That’s why shoving the Uighurs in the NBA’s face is a great own on Twitter, but not much else. The NBA doesn’t care about rights. No more than Disney or any corporation shooting off emails about its commitment to racial equality and the millions it’s sending to Black Lives Matter does.
When most Americans were patriotic, corporations also wanted to be seen as patriotic. But these days most Americans matter about as much as most Chinese or most Venezuelans.
The ruling class has a new set of mores and virtues to distinguish it from the folks, as Obama once put it at a San Francisco fundraiser with George Soros in attendance, bitterly cling to their guns and religion, instead of bitterly clinging to their Black Lives Matter signs and RBG portraits.
The luxury hotels of D.C. cater to the new ruling class and its mores and fetishes.
The Zena Hotel, like the Eaton Workshop or any of the new urban luxury leftist hotels, doesn’t represent rights, but the power of the ruling class to repress the rest of the country. The more obnoxious, crude, hypocritical, and abusive its propaganda, the greater its show of strength.
The propaganda can be about female empowerment, the glories of Maoism or Sharia law, but their real message is in the universal language of the power and preening of the ruling class.
In D.C., Democrat women can be groped by Biden before checking into a feminist hotel where tampon portraits and murals of female goddesses and warriors make them feel empowered. It’s no different than the Muslim women who claim that Sharia law empowers them. Empowerment is different from freedom. Rights provide real freedom while empowerment offers a heady rush.
One is a legal reality and the other is an emotional feeling.
A brief history of the tyranny of the Left is that it substitutes emotions for rights. Its empowerment doesn’t promise freedom or rights, only the thrill of power over others.
“Every architectural line, material and art preinstallation was thoughtfully designed and curated to send a message of female empowerment,” a story about the Zena Hotel claims.
It’s not about the empowerment of women. The Zena Hotel is still a product of two massive companies with male CEOs, not to mention Islamic emirates with male rulers, and even the hotel’s chef is a man. But it is about the empowerment of some women of the ruling class, not to rule over their male bosses, but the rest of the country which lacks their wealth and power.
A ruling class doesn’t seek to empower women or anyone else, but to hold and wield power. Zena’s portraits of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, of Hillary Clinton and Oprah are not about rights: they’re a celebration of the power of a ruling class while pretending that power is feminism.

Most parents are completely unaware that this is being taught to schoolchildren across America - even in academic subjects such as English and math.
Right now, many people are focused on national politics, the elections, the banning of conservative thought, and the fear of more violence and destruction to come from Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Antifa. But anyone who cares about the nation’s longer-term future needs to pay attention to the horrible transformation going on in the nation’s schools. It is on a scale that we have never seen before.
A flood of Black Lives Matter curriculum material – specifically tailored for various grade levels – is now showing up in public (and some private) schools across the US. Children are hit with insidious Marxist messages including:
America is a very bad place.
Police are racist and violent.
White people are naturally bigoted and have unfair privilege.
All black people are morally superior.
The traditional family structure is archaic.
The obvious purpose is to divide people, not bring them together.
But that’s not all. Two of the three founders of BLM are “out” lesbians, and “from the start Black Lives Matter has been about LGBTQ lives.” So along with the Marxist ideology – often mixed together – comes a new radical wave of LGBT indoctrination in the schools. From what we’ve seen, it is even more psychologically aggressive than before.

Earlier this year, MassResisance activists around the country began confronting local BLM groups that were targeting their communities with their aggressive Marxist, anti-police, and racist demands. Much of this was centered around de-funding the police and pushing Marxist policies into city government.
When the new school year began back in August classes were conducted via Zoom because of COVID-19. Parents at home began noticing extremely offensive BLM lessons being pushed on students in supposedly academic settings such as English and math classes. It was frightening and very upsetting. MassResistance has helped some parents confront the school officials and get it stopped.
This has all been shockingly sudden. Last year there was almost no BLM material being taught that we could identify. But now we’re seeing that it’s a much larger problem than we could ever imagine. The sheer amount of material and the methodical way it’s being presented to children makes it obvious that the preparation for this has been going on for some time.
Where is this coming from?
This assault on children is being funded by Corporate America. The amount of money is staggering. Two years ago the National Football League announced a $90 million donation to Black Lives Matter and its “social justice” front groups, which was later upped to $250 million. This has been joined by Apple, Amazon, Walmart, and Google, Bank of America and many others. (See sample lists of funders here and here.) The total by now has easily reached a billion dollars.
A substantial amount of this money goes to “educating” the nation’s schoolchildren. They have been able to create their extensive course materials and the methodologies for pushing it most effectively on children.

It’s moving so fast because the Black Lives Matter organization is working closely with the LGBT movement which infiltrated the schools over the past several decades – as well as the political entities that run them and universities that influence them. As a result, most of this new material is coming from the state or city level – and being pushed into the individual schools.
Teachers have also been put through indoctrination “teacher training,” much like the LGBT training that HRC and its “Welcoming Schools” have given them in years past (which is also pushed from the government entities).

BLM is also working with other left-wing extremist groups already in the schools, such as the Southern Poverty Law Center and its so-called “Teaching Tolerance” curriculum.
Disturbing focus on Elementary and Middle School students
From what we are seeing, they are focusing particularly intensely on the Elementary and Middle School grades. They have a definite – and quite frightening - obsession in molding children’s minds as early as possible.

This, unfortunately, is not a new concept among totalitarian movements. It’s something that we need to pay attention to.
Militant attitude of teachers
One very disturbing thing that we’ve found in both writings and even video clips that we’ve come across is the extreme militant attitude of teachers.
In one video of a training session, teachers explain that parents don’t have a right to decide what their children learn – because the teachers are the ones who know best. And children need to be protected from parents’ bigotry.
A popular slogan is “Freedom to read.” They unabashedly say that young children have the “freedom” to read pornography, or children’s books promoting homosexuality or witchcraft, or any subject the teacher may choose.
Keeping parents in the dark is a goal. And in fact, most people have no idea what’s happening. But sometimes parents find out. So there are training sessions on dealing with pushback from parents - particularly “bigoted conservative religious” parents. They teach the teachers how to give such parents misinformation and confuse them to a point where they don’t oppose the material.
Can this be stopped?
Yes, we believe it can be stopped – school by school. None of this can be defended by the schools – if parents are educated and equipped to properly confront it. Because it is virtually all based on lies and discredited Marxist ideology, it is surprisingly easy to tear down.
The education establishment is used to intimidating and steamrolling parents and community members who are frightened and unsophisticated. But our experience has been that they cannot effectively deal with people who are aggressive and well equipped with the facts.
There are numerous strategies at our disposal – including demands that the ringleaders pushing this on children be fired – which we’ve successfully used.
(The only thing limiting us right now is the funding to manage a larger-scale operation. Conservative donors are historically reticent to be confrontational. But we’re working on that.)

Most of this has come from teachers (and even principals) who have been outraged – and reached out to us. It even includes some videos of secret teacher training sessions.

Now, he’s openly endorsing same-sex unions.
ROME (AP) — Pope Francis endorsed same-sex civil unions for the first time as pope while being interviewed for the feature-length documentary “Francesco,” which premiered Wednesday at the Rome Film Festival.
The papal thumbs-up came midway through the film that delves into issues Francis cares about most, including the environment, poverty, migration, racial and income inequality, and the people most affected by discrimination.
“Homosexual people have the right to be in a family. They are children of God,” Francis said in one of his sit-down interviews for the film. “What we have to have is a civil union law; that way they are legally covered.”
While serving as archbishop of Buenos Aires, Francis endorsed civil unions for gay couples as an alternative to same-sex marriages. However, he had never come out publicly in favor of civil unions as pope.
The Jesuit priest who has been at the forefront in seeking to build bridges with gays in the church, the Rev. James Martin, praised the pope’s comments as “a major step forward in the church’s support for LGBT people.”
“The Pope’s speaking positively about civil unions also sends a strong message to places where the church has opposed such laws,” Martin said in a statement.

ROME —In a documentary released in Rome on Wednesday, Roman Catholic leader Jorge Bergoglio, also known as “Pope Francis,” says that he believes homosexuals have a “right to a family” and that he supports civil unions as a legal covering.
“Homosexual people have a right to be in a family. They are children of God and have a right to a family,” he states in the movie “Francesco” by Evgeny Afineevsky, which premiered at the Rome Film Festival. “Nobody should be thrown out or be made miserable over it.”
“What we have to create is a civil union law. That way they are legally covered,” the Vatican head continues. “I stood up for that.”
According to the Catholic News Agency and Reuters, the documentary also tells the story of Bergoglio encouraging a man in a homosexual relationship to raise his three adopted children in a parish church. Andrea Rubera had given Bergoglio a letter after attending mass and received a phone call days later telling him that the correspondence was “beautiful.”
“He didn’t mention what was his opinion on my family. Probably he’s following the doctrine on this point, but the attitude towards people has massively changed,” Rubera states in the production.
“His message and his advice was really useful, because we did exactly what he told us. It’s the third year that [the children] are on a spiritual path in the parish,” he says.
According to reports, the documentary is not the first time that Bergoglio has expressed support for civil unions, although it is his first as “pope.” Formerly the archbishop of Buenos Aires, Bergoglio is said to have told others behind closed doors then that he is okay with the concept.
“He told me, … ‘I’m in favor of gay rights, and in any case, I also favor civil unions for homosexuals, but I believe that Argentina is not yet ready for a gay marriage law,'” Catholic homosexual rights activist Marcelo Marquez claims Bergoglio told him in a meeting in 2010.
As previously reported, in 2013, Bergoglio generated controversy after he said during a news conference that it is not his job to judge homosexual priests.
“If someone is gay and he searches for the Lord and has good will, who am I to judge?” he stated. “The Catechism of the Catholic Church explains this very well. It says they should not be marginalized because of this, but that they must be integrated into society.”
“The problem is not having this orientation. We must be brothers,” Bergoglio continued. “The problem is lobbying by this orientation, or lobbies of greedy people, political lobbies, Masonic lobbies, so many lobbies. This is the worse problem.”
The Catechism of the Catholic Church says in paragraph 2358, “The number of men and women who have deep-seated homosexual tendencies is not negligible. This inclination, which is objectively disordered, constitutes for most of them a trial. They must be accepted with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. Every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided.”
“These persons are called to fulfill God’s will in their lives and, if they are Christians, to unite to the sacrifice of the Lord’s Cross the difficulties they may encounter from their condition.”
It also states that “[h]omosexual persons are called to chastity” and “[s]exuality is ordered to the conjugal love of man and woman.”

“Donald Trump has never cared about how you look; he has never cared about your gender, your religion or who you love. Donald Trump is fighting for every single American, period. That’s it,” Lara Trump told those gathered in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia, on Oct. 13.
She was introduced by Richard Grenell, former U.S. Ambassador to Germany and current Trump Pride coalition co-chair. As previously reported, Grenell, a homosexual himself, led the Trump administration’s effort to decriminalize homosexuality worldwide. He noted at the event that he is the “first openly gay cabinet member appointed by any president in American history.”
“[T]he entire family is with us. Don and Ivanka and Eric [and] Lara — everyone is with us,” he said, meaning that homosexuals have the Trump family’s support.
“This is a family that for decades has been fighting for gay equality. This isn’t new,” Grenell stated. “As someone who has sat in the oval office with this president on numerous occasions, I can tell you he loves the support from gay Americans. He loves it. He constantly asks me about it in his very Trumpian way.”
Lara Trump made similar remarks in speaking to those in attendance, some of whom held up “Trump Pride” rainbow placards.
“This [event] is upsetting a lot of people in Washington, D.C. This is upsetting a lot of Democrats. Because they don’t want the message to get out that Donald Trump has been the most pro-gay president in American history,” she declared.
“Not only did he appoint Ric Grenell to a cabinet position, not only do we have the first LGBT coalition of any Republican Party in history, but Donald Trump led the way, [inaudible] the campaign for decriminalizing homosexuality around the world. [He is] the only president to do that, ladies and gentlemen,” Trump’s daughter-in-law boasted. “This is big league.”
“I know what my father believes in. Prior to politics, he supported gays and lesbians, the LGBQIA+ community. … My father has always supported all of you,” she said. “He’s not doing it for politics and he has never done it for politics.”
Trump noted that her mother, Marla Maples, was also in the audience. Maples stood to her feet and happily waved to those gathered.
“People can say whatever they want to say. But I’m here because I support my father. He supports all of you,” she stated. “And we are here to fight for equality, democracy. To keep America [great] and make it better.”
During her speech, Tiffany Trump said that her Facebook post inviting others to the “Trump Pride” event was deleted as spam and expressed how the act of removing her status was suspect.
“People’s eyes are opening … The Lord is opening our eyes; I do believe that,” she opined, being met with cheers, applause and one attendee shouting out “amen.”
As previously reported, according to pride.donaldtrump.com, the Trump Pride advisory board “is a diverse coalition dedicated to re-electing President Trump, the first president to begin his presidency in support of marriage equality.”
“President Donald J. Trump is the only president to openly support the LGBT community since his first day in office,” the page reads. “President Trump stands in solidarity with LGBT citizens by supporting and enacting policies and initiatives that protect the wellbeing and prosperity of all gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender Americans.”
Last month, while speaking on “Fox & Friends,” Eric Trump said, “the LGBT community, they are incredible and you should see how they’ve come out in full force for my father every single day.”

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden says that, if elected, he will make the “enactment of the Equality Act during his first 100 days as president a top legislative priority.” The controversial bill has been of concern to Christians as it is believed that it would preclude entities — including faith-based organizations and others who do not want to participate in affirming sinful behavior — from living out their convictions in society without the heavy hand of government coming down upon them.
“The Equality Act is the best vehicle for ensuring equal rights under the law for LGBTQ+ Americans, and will guarantee that LGBTQ+ individuals are protected under existing civil rights laws,” reads “The Biden Plan to Advance LGBTQ+ Equality in America and Around the World,” as posted to his campaign website.
“Biden will make enactment of the Equality Act during his first 100 days as president a top legislative priority,” it outlines. “Biden will also direct his Cabinet to ensure immediate and full enforcement of the Equality Act across all federal departments and agencies.”
The page also states that in addition to pushing for Congress to make the Act law, he will use his executive authority to “immediately reverse the discriminatory actions of the Trump-Pence Administration and then go further to end discrimination against LGBTQ+ individuals.”
As previously reported, the bill, which passed the U.S. House of Representatives last year but has moved no further, would amend the 1964 Civil Rights Act — which currently prohibits discrimination on the basis of “race, color, religion, sex, or national origin” — to add “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” to the list. The two terms would be included as pertaining to matters of “sex” discrimination.
“[D]iscrimination against a married same-sex couple could be based on the sex stereotype that marriage should only be between heterosexual couples, the sexual orientation of the two individuals in the couple, or both,” the legislation, introduced by Rep. David Cicilline, D-RI, reads in part. “Discrimination against a pregnant lesbian could be based on her sex, her sexual orientation, her pregnancy, or on the basis of multiple factors.”
The measure would also outlaw “conversion therapy,” which faith groups say would prohibit licensed Christian therapists and counselors from sharing with homosexuals or those struggling with transgenderism that Jesus Christ offers hope and change to every man via the good news of salvation and regeneration.
“The discredited practice known as ‘conversion therapy’ is a form of discrimination that harms LGBTQ people by undermining individuals sense of self worth, increasing suicide ideation and substance abuse, exacerbating family conflict, and contributing to second class status,” the Act states.
Most commonly, the bill prohibits discrimination in employment and housing, meaning that faith-based employers, Christian schools and churches cannot fire an individual for engaging in same-sex behavior, nor can landlords with convictions about marriage decline to rent to two men or women. Women’s shelters would also not be permitted to turn away men who identify as women.
As previously reported, a Christian-based women’s shelter in Alaska filed suit in November after it was placed under investigation by the Anchorage Equal Rights Commission for declining to admit a man who identifies as a woman as the shelter was not accepting any new guests at the time.
Several lawsuits have been filed in recent years against faith-based hospitals that have declined to allow the performance of sex-change related operations on the premises — mainly women who sought the removal of their uterus so that they would feel more masculine physically. The 2019 version of the Equality Act proposed in Congress specifically stated that religion cannot be cited to protect one’s actions if sued, outlining, “The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 shall not provide a claim concerning, or a defense to a claim under, a covered title, or provide a basis for challenging the application or enforcement of a covered title.”

A number of faith-based groups have spoken out against the measure, stating that not only will the bill threaten businesses run by Christians and others, but it will also have negative ramifications on churches and religious schools.
“[T]he Equality Act would suppress particular beliefs on sexual expression and behavior, especially religious convictions on sexuality, marriage, human nature, and human dignity. The law would devastate institutions built on those convictions, such as schools, charities, small businesses, hospitals, and houses of worship,” wrote Thomas Farr of the Religious Freedom Institute.
“The Act will expose persons or groups holding these beliefs to lawsuits and financial ruin. The law will mark them – like racists – as ‘hateful’ and ‘bigoted.’
“If gender identity and sexual orientation become a new protected class under federal law, then biological men will be permitted to use women’s restrooms, locker rooms, and any other facility designated for women. The Equality Act would mean even Christian retreat centers, youth camps, and Christian schools would all have no protection under the law to keep facilities, retreats, or camps strictly for biological females,” also outlined My Faith Votes.
The religious liberties group Alliance Defending Freedom similarly noted, “The ‘Equality Act’ … threatens religious colleges and universities, forbidding college students from using their federal tuition assistance at schools that ‘discriminate’ on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. That means any Christian university that has a code of conduct prohibiting homosexual behavior or that declines to let biological males compete on women’s sports teams will lose federal student aid.”
Last month, at the Human Rights Campaign’s virtual Unite for Equality event, Biden noted that one of his goals is to pass the Equality Act.
“You deserve a partner in the White House to fight with conviction and win the battles ahead,” he stated. “Together we’ll pass the Equality Act, protect LGBTQ+ youth, expand access to health care, support LGBTQ+ workers, win full rights for transgender Americans, recommit to ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic by 2025, advance LGBTQ+ rights around the globe, not just at home.”
On Thursday evening, during a town hall event hosted by ABC News, a mother whose eight-year-old son purportedly identifies as girl, asked the candidate what he would do to “reverse [the Trump administration’s] dangerous and discriminatory agenda and ensure that the lives and rights of LGBTQ people are protected under U.S. law.”
“I would flat out just change the law,” Biden replied. “I would eliminate those executive orders, number one. … And so I promise you there is no reason to suggest that there should be any right denied your daughter …”
As previously reported, President Trump has also spoken favorably of homosexuals throughout his tenure, posting in recognition of Pride Month last year and authorizing then-U.S. Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell to lead a campaign to decriminalize homosexuality worldwide.
