Army Hands Down Rules on How to Treat “Transgender” Soldiers

The U.S. Army, once led by men such as Generals George S. Patton and Jumpin’ Jim Gavin, is preparing for war the modern way: with “gender identity” training that teaches soldiers how to treat “transgender” military personnel. 

It was bad enough that President Joe Biden opened military service to the tragically mentally ill individuals, who need treatment, not “validation.” But now, the real work begins: Jamming leftist “gender” ideology down the throat of everyone who wears the uniform of his country. 

The latest madness occurs, as the Washington Free Beacon’s Adam Kredo noted in his disturbing report, as Russia brutally rolls over Ukraine, or so the leftist Mainstream Media tell us.

Treat With Respect

The Army’s new policy on “transgenders” serving “openly” took effect in June, pursuant to Biden’s order in January last year to put “transgenders” in the foxhole.

Now, the fruit of that crazy order — forcing sane military personnel to validate the pronouns of the mentally ill — is falling from the tree.

“The Army allows transgender soldiers to serve openly,” the policy says. “An otherwise qualified soldier shall not be involuntarily separated, discharged, or denied reenlistment or continuation of service on the basis of gender identity.”

The guidance includes “vignettes” that show radical “transgender” subversives and sex deviants who now control U.S. military personnel policy.

“Soldier who was assigned male at birth says he identifies as a female,” one such scenario begins:

Soldier lives as a female in his off-duty hours. He has no medical diagnosis, does not plan to seek medical treatment, and does not experience significant distress relating to his gender identity. Soldier is not requesting to be treated as a female while on duty.

Aside from treating the soldier with “dignity and respect,” the vignette says, military personnel must kowtow to him and pretend he needs a new “gender identity,” not a discharge and psychiatric treatment:

If Soldier later requests to be identified as a female during duty hours and/or experiences increased distress relating to his gender identity, inform Soldier of the Army’s transgender policy and recommend that he see a military medical provider. Gender transition in the Army begins when a Soldier receives a diagnosis from a military medical provider indicating that gender transition is medically necessary.

A second vignette is about a soldier “assigned female at birth. She tells her first sergeant that she identifies as male and would like to be treated as a male. She has not yet seen a military medical provider”:

Inform Soldier that the Army recognizes a Soldier’s gender by the soldier’s gender marker in DEERs. Coincident with that gender marker, the Soldier is responsible to meet all standards for uniforms and grooming; body composition assessment; physical readiness testing; Military Personal Drug Abuse Testing program; and other standards applied with consideration of the Soldier’s gender.

DEERs is the Defense Enrollment Eligibility System.

Note that the Army used standard pronouns in these directions, not the newly created nonsense pronouns that “transgender” ideologues would prefer. Xe and xim won’t be far behind.

No Surprise

The trouble for the military began even before Biden took the oath of office. In November 2020, he appointed a man who masquerades as a woman to run his transition review of the Department of Defense.

Just days after assuming office in January 2021, he opened the armed services to the mentally ill “transgenders.” There followed drag queen shows at Nellis Air Force Base, and worse still, naming a Navy ship after homosexual politician Harvey Milk, a statutory rapist.

The latest move is particularly concerning given that the military focus has, as expected, shifted from winning wars to promoting “diversity” and sexual deviance. 

A recent recruiting advertisement for the U.S. Army features the story of a “soldier” named Emma Malonelord, who operates a Patriot missile defense system. She was a “little girl raised by two moms.”

She marched for “equality” — meaning “gay rights” — as a kid. “I like to think I’ve been defending freedom from an early age,” Emma says.

Emma grew up a privileged girl, and with sorority sisters who traveled to Italy and climbed Mount Everest, needed “my own adventures, my own challenge.” 

Emma joined the Army as a “way to prove my inner strength and maybe shatter some stereotypes along the way.”

The advertisement is also notable for its opening, which features five battle-dressed personnel who transform into cartoon caricatures of themselves. 

Apparently to show the Army’s diversity, not one is a white man. As of 2020, official data showed, 67.9 percent of the Army’s active-duty personnel were white; 84.5 percent were men.

ACLU, ALA, PEN Fight ‘Censorship’ in Schools, That Is, Parents Resisting Leftist Indoctrination

Freedom of expression is under more concerted attack than it has faced in years, and as the censorship efforts of Big Tech demonstrate, that attack is coming from the Left. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), the American Library Association (ALA), and the anti-censorship group PEN America, however, would have you believe that the real threat is coming from the big, grey conservative machine that looms so large in far-Left propaganda. AP ran a story on Tuesday about these admirable warriors, entitled “Activism grows nationwide in response to school book bans.” It is, as you might expect, a near-total inversion of reality: what the Leftists in the story characterize as censorship is actually the effort of parents to roll back at least some of what the Left has done to transform American public schools into centers of Leftist indoctrination.

We are first introduced to a woman named Stephana Ferrell, who was moved to become politically active when her Florida county decided to remove a graphic novel entitled Gender Queer: A Memoir from the local high school’s library. “By winter break,” she says, “we realized this was happening all over the state and needed to start a project to rally parents to protect access to information and ideas in school.” Along with another parent, Ferrell then founded the Florida Freedom to Read Project, which labors to “keep or get back books that have gone under challenge or have been banned.”

This is a deft spin, but it’s a spin nonetheless. Ferrell and her ilk aren’t fighting against some entrenched conservative establishment that is banning books left and right that don’t conform to the MAGA worldview. There is, of course, no such establishment. There is, rather, an educational establishment that is wholly under the control of the Left, and that has been pushing to get books such as Gender Queer: A Memoir into schools in order to break down traditional morality even more than it is already. Some parents have taken it upon themselves to try to resist this effort. And now, for AP, as well as the ACLU, the ALA, the National Coalition Against Censorship (NCAC), PEN America, and others, they’re the censors.

The ACLU, PEN America, and the NCAC have been astroturfing this effort to strike back at the supposed censors. According to AP, the three groups “have been working with local activists, educators and families around the country, helping them ‘to prepare for meetings, to draft letters and to mobilize opposition,’ according to PEN America’s executive director, Suzanne Nossel.” These people are awash in cash: “The CEO of Penguin Random House, Markus Dohle, has said he will personally donate $500,000 for a book defense fund to be run in partnership with PEN. Hachette Book Group has announced ‘emergency donations’ to PEN, the NCAC, and the Authors Guild.”

These well-heeled activists also have the ACLU mounting legal battles for them, fighting the removal of books including Gender Queer. “The civil liberties union has also filed open records requests in Tennessee and Montana over book bans, and a warning letter in Mississippi against what it described as the ‘unconstitutionality of public library book bans.'” Vera Eidelman of the ACLU cited a 1982 Supreme Court case stating that “local school boards may not remove books from school library shelves simply because they dislike the ideas contained in those books.”

The irony couldn’t be thicker. Local school boards, contrary to the impression that AP gives, are not hotbeds of reactionaries and anti-intellectual yahoos. Up until the recent book controversies, they were generally as dominated by Leftists as everything else in America today. Conservative parents are only fighting back now because they have begun to be aware of the effects of decades of Leftist domination of the educational establishment. The Leftist activists AP celebrates in its article aren’t fighting to get books defending the traditional family, arguing against the wisdom of encouraging and celebrating transgenderism, or praising Washington, Jefferson, and other Founding Fathers out of schools, because for the most part, those books aren’t there in the first place. The Leftist activists are just fighting to preserve the gains that the Left has made in recent years in the culture wars.

The AP article concludes by telling a story about how the Round Rock Black Parents Association in Texas fought to prevent Stamped: Racism, Antiracism, and You by Ibram X. Kendi and Jason Reynolds, a piece of race-hate agitprop, from being taken off middle school reading lists. A Leftist activist recounts proudly, “We had children speaking up in favor of this book, even though it was traumatic for some of them to read. We had everyone from middle school students to grandmothers and grandfathers stating their reasons why this should remain on the shelves. The board ended up voting in our favor and the book is still there.” Heartwarming.

Imagine, however, the outcry if a book calling for racial equality and arguing against Critical Race Theory had somehow gotten onto the curriculum in Round Rock. In the first place, that never would have happened at all. But if it did, there would be an outcry in the establishment media, the book would be removed, and that would be that. Censorship is usually the act of the powerful, silencing the powerless. The powerful in America’s schools today are all on the Left. AP’s propaganda won’t change that.

German Campaign Seeks to Change Church Teachings on Gender & Sexuality 

Catholic bishops in Germany are supporting a new initiative that calls for a change in the Church's teachings about gender and sexuality. The #OutInChurch — "For a church without fear" campaign launched yesterday and gave a list of 7 demands, including that "defamatory and outdated statements of Church doctrine on sexuality and gender need to be revised." A group of 125 Catholic employees in Germany say they are a part of the so-called LGBT community. Editor in Chief of CNA Deutsch, AC Wimmer, joins to tell us more about this. Bishops around Germany have voiced their support for the #OutInChurch campaign. Wimmer shares why the bishops are supporting a campaign that challenges Catholic teachings. He explains how the synodal way has played into this campaign. On another note, Germany is working to amend its law to allow doctors to advertise they perform abortions and give more detailed information on abortions. Wimmer fills us in on why we are seeing this change now. In Germany and the United States, parishes and ministers also began blessing same-sex unions in lieu of marriage, with growing calls for bishops to institutionalize gay marriage.

However, in response to formal questions from a number of dioceses on whether the practice was allowed, the Vatican’s doctrinal office, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) made clear it wasn’t, ruling: “negative.”

In Germany, gay Roman Catholic priests are coming out, literally, and demanding that it is time for the world to see the ‘true diversity’ of the Roman Catholic church, and to demonstrate that the Body of Christ is ‘wonderfully queer’.

More than 120 LGBT priests, teachers, and Church volunteers in Germany have launched an initiative – OutInChurch – and demanded that Catholic higher-ups toss away their long-standing disdain for homosexual relationships and grant them greater freedoms within the Church.

The members of the church community published seven demands on social media under the “OutInChurch” initiative. These demands range from queer people saying they should be able to live without fear and have access to all kinds of activities and occupations in the church without discrimination.

They said their sexual orientation must never be considered a breach of loyalty or reason for dismissal from their occupation. They ask the church to revise its statements on sexuality based on “theological and human-scientific findings.”

Besides asking for equal rights, employees also put down demands that the church takes accountability for their discrimination against people of the community throughout history, calling on the bishop to take responsibility on behalf of the church.

The Roman Catholic Church under Pope Francis has softened its stance on the issue of sexuality. Francis has made headlines by reaching out to priests and nuns who ministered to the LGBTQ community, declaring in 2020 that “homosexual people have a right to be in a family.”

Last year, at least two bishops in Germany, including Cardinal Reinhard Marx of Munich, one of the pope’s top advisers, showed some support for a kind of “pastoral” blessing for same-sex unions.

Questions With Everlasting Consequences

Our great God and Savior spent His entire earthly ministry proclaiming the Gospel of salvation. In His mission to seek and to save the lost, our Lord asked 339 questions that are recorded in the Gospels. Christ's example of asking questions is a method we would all do well to follow in our evangelism (1 Pet. 2:21). Questions are an effective way to engage people in conversation and to challenge them to think about compelling issues that have eternal consequences.
Questions Jesus Asked of Religious People
He challenged Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews, about his knowledge of the Kingdom of God, "Are you the teacher of Israel and do not understand these things?" (John 3:10). He asked the stubborn-hearted Pharisees, who were blinded by religious tradition, "If I speak the truth, why do you not believe me?" (John 8:46). Then He exposed how corrupt their religion had become with this pointed question: "Why do you break the command of God for the sake of your tradition?" (Mat. 15:3). Possibly the most important question Jesus ever asked was, "Who do you say that I am?" (Mat. 16:15). Clearly, the response carries eternal consequences because Jesus warned, "If you do not believe that I Am [He], you will indeed die in your sins" (John 8:24). 
Questions Jesus Asked About Faith and Truth
Jesus challenged people about their faith. "Do you believe in the Son of Man?" (John 9:35). "When the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?" (Luke 18:8). "Where is your faith?" (Luke 8:25)."Do you not yet see or understand? Do you have a hardened heart?" (Mark 8:17). "Is this not the reason you are mistaken, that you do not understand the Scriptures or the power of God?" (Mark 12:24). "Everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?” (John 11:26). "What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul?" (Mat. 16:26). 
Questions We Can Ask About Truth
As we seek to follow the example of our Savior, here are some questions we can use to challenge people as we evangelize. What is your most trustworthy source for truth? People will give many different answers, but there is only one source for truth that will never mislead or deceive them. It is the inspired, inerrant, infallible Word of God! It must become our supreme authority for discerning truth from error. Jesus Christ, who is the personification of truth, declared His Word is truth and He came to testify to the truth (John 14:6, 17:17, 18:37). He said, "If you abide in My Word...you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:31-32). Free from what? Free from the bondage of religious deception and free from the snare of the devil who holds people captive to do his will (2 Tim. 2:25-26). We must encourage people to test the uninspired words of men against the inspired Word of God. It is my prayer that those who are lost in religion will believe only what God says and not what man says God says. 
Questions We Can Ask About Salvation
Ask people if they know that there is only one way God saves sinners and that all other way leads to destruction (Matt. 7:13-14). We must tell people that salvation is offered only to confessed sinners who repent and trust the Lord Jesus Christ, His perfect life, His atoning death and burial, and His glorious resurrection (1 Cor. 15:1-4). He is the only way to the Father and the only mediator between God and man (John 14:6, 1 Tim. 2:5). Salvation is offered only by God's grace apart from works (Eph. 2:8-9). Any attempt to add human merit to Christ's all-sufficient, finished work of redemption is an insult to the Savior.
Questions We Can Ask About Eternity
Ask people "Where will you spend eternity?" Most people will respond "I hope it's heaven." We can share with them from God's Word that we can know for sure. The apostle John wrote, "These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life" (1 John 5:13). This is an excellent verse to create interest in God's Word and the glorious Gospel of grace!
Questions We Can Ask About Jesus
Why did Jesus have to die? This question gets to the core of the Gospel. Since the punishment for sin is death, the sinless Savior had to die as a substitute for sinners to satisfy divine justice for all who repent and believe the Gospel (Isaiah 53; 2 Cor. 5:21). Those who reject Christ as their substitute will suffer divine justice in the eternal fires of hell (Rev. 20:11-15). This leads to another question about Jesus: Are you ready to meet your Creator? Everyone will meet Jesus when they take their last breath. He will either be their sin-avenging judge or their merciful Savior.
Questions We Can Ask Catholics
Why does your priest continue the work of redemption on an altar when Jesus finished it on the cross? (John 19:30). Why do you believe in purgatory when the blood of Jesus purifies believers from all sin? (1 John1:7). Why do you invalidate the word of God by your tradition? (Mark 7:13). 
Here are some more good questions to ask. What is the most important decision you face in this life? What is the greatest gift you’ve ever received? If you could ask God one question, what would it be and why? Are you a Christian? What does your church teach about salvation? Remember, asking questions shows people you care for them and you are interested in their responses. Most people don't care what you know until they know that you care. May God help us to care enough for lost souls that we will share the greatest news they will ever hear!

Discernment Needed for The Chosen
The ecumenical unity among all who name the name of Christ is seducing many because of the death of discernment in many churches today. The growing controversy over the video series The Chosen is a prime example. It was released in 2019 after the show’s creator, Dallas Jenkins, put together a panel of consultants including a Messianic Jewish rabbi, a Catholic priest, and an Evangelical professor. Members of the Mormon Church have also been involved in its production and its distribution through VidAngel, which was founded by two Mormons. Dallas Jenkins has embraced Mormons as his brothers and sisters in Christ and has deceived many by saying Mormons and Christians worship the same Jesus. A video has been produced that warns people of the ecumenical nature of The Chosen. Freedom of Religion on Trial in Finland~Will Finland bow down to the gods of fashion?

Päivi Räsänen is a member of the Finnish Parliament, a former minister of the interior, a public speaker, and the mother of five grown children.

She faces a heavy fine and two years in prison for quoting the Bible.  In response to the Evangelical Lutheran Church’s affiliation with the Helsinki LGBT Pride event, she posted the Bible passage from Romans 1: 24-27 which condemns homosexual behavior.

Finnish prosecutors stated that the use of the word “sin” could be harmful, and alleged that Ms. Räsänen’s comments were made to cause intolerance, contempt, and hatred toward homosexuals.

But couldn’t the prosecutor’s remarks cause intolerance, contempt, and hatred toward Ms. Räsänen?  If criticizing another person’s beliefs or behavior is a hate crime, then isn’t she the victim of a hate crime?

The court prosecutors worried that the word “sin” could be harmful.  One supposes they mean harmful to one’s self-esteem.  And, indeed, the list of sins in Romans 1: 24-32 is meant to make you feel bad about yourself.  From a Biblical perspective, acknowledgment of sin, followed by repentance, leads to salvation.  In other words, feeling bad about your behavior is, in some cases, a good thing.  It’s not only homosexual behavior that is condemned in Romans I.  The extended passage condemns all manner of sins including idolatry, deceitfulness, envy, gossip, slander, and disobedience to parents.

From one point of view, this is highly offensive and insulting to those disposed to deceitfulness and slander.  From another point of view, it can be looked upon as highly therapeutic—a moment of self-recognition that leads to change.

Prosecutors should have no difficulty understanding the concept.  After all, they apply painful therapeutics as a matter of course.  They hope that a heavy fine or a dose of prison will force the criminal to recognize his crimes and put himself on the road to rehabilitation.

Increasingly, however, prosecutors are prosecuting “thought crimes” rather than real crimes, and courts are using hurt feelings as a criterion for making decisions.  Take the case of Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff, an Austrian woman who was found guilty of “inciting hatred” by an Austrian Court because of her assertion that the prophet Muhammad was a pedophile.  In 2018, the ruling was upheld by the European Court of Human Rights which held that her right to freedom of expression was outweighed by “the right of others to have their religious feelings protected.” In short, feelings trumped facts, and the alleged pain caused to Muslims by the “slander” of their prophet became the deciding factor.

 Interestingly, the case of Päivi Räsänen also involves “religious feelings”—her feeling or, rather, her conviction that Lutherans should be guided by the words of St. Paul rather than by the fashions of the day.

But although the feelings of Muslims still count for quite a bit in Europe, it seems likely that the Christian “feelings” of Ms. Räsänen will count for very little against the supposedly great pain homosexuals feel when they read the words of St. Paul in Romans.  The Finns will probably be hearing a great deal in the near future about the harm that Christianity causes to homosexuals, transgenders, and other favored sexual minorities.

So, just as Muslims must be protected from Islamophobia, homosexuals must be protected from homophobia.  Whether or not the free speech rights of Christians get trampled in the process doesn’t seem to matter much to European elites.

But if the rights of homosexuals clash with the rights of Muslims, what happens then?

Well, if you understand how the hierarchy of feelings is structured, you’ll quickly realize that—all things being equal—Muslim feelings will prevail.  For example, a Birmingham, England primary school stopped lessons normalizing same-sex relationships when hundreds of Muslim parents protested.

This is in contrast to the attitude of schools in the UK toward non-Muslim parents.  Such parents can expect to be ignored completely when they complain about sex-ed.  It’s not that the Muslim protests were threatening:  they weren’t.  It’s just that the Muslim population of Birmingham is thirty percent and rising.  And if you’re given the choice of offending the city’s gay population or its Muslim population, you’ll probably choose to do the former.

Meanwhile, in Helsinki, the top priority is criminalizing Saint Paul’s “offensive” letter to the Romans.  But if the Finns had looked over their border to the rest of the Continent, they might have noticed that homosexuals in Europe worry very little about St. Paul and very much about the growing number of Muslim gangs in cities and suburbs.

In Brussels according to Bianca Debaets, the former Belgian Secretary of State, “there are too many areas where it is difficult for women and homosexuals to walk.”  That may be because the Muslim percentage of the population of Brussels is now between 25-30 %.  Perhaps, you may think, homosexuals in Brussels should consider moving to close-by Amsterdam which has traditionally been a haven for gays.  But the Muslim population of Amsterdam has also been growing, and as Amsterdam becomes more like the real Mecca, it is no longer the Mecca for gays that it once was. As a result, many gays have moved out.

In short, while European elites claim to be fighting homophobia, they are doing little to resist the gradual takeover of Europe by the most homophobic culture on the planet.  A similar contradiction can be found in the attitude of European officials toward anti-Semitism. On the one hand, they tell us it’s a very bad thing. On the other hand, they welcome waves of immigrants from cultures that are steeped in anti-Semitism.

These schizoid policies suggest that European leaders are seriously confused. Indeed, many of the Western experts and authorities that we once relied on for guidance are now in the grip of deep delusions about obvious realities. I refer to politicians, teachers, health professionals, and media commentators who insist that men can become pregnant, that women can become men, and that a union between two men is no different than a marriage between a man and a woman.

It's ironic that some of these gullible types in Helsinki are now in a position to criminalize a passage in the Bible. It’s ironic because the chapter from Romans that most offends them not only criticizes idolatry and homosexuality, it also criticizes the foolish thinking of the time which passed for wisdom among the elites.

But what Paul said about the supposed wise men of his day applies even more fittingly to the supposed wise men of our own age. Here’s a sample:

So they are without excuse, for although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking and their senseless minds were darkened. Claiming to be wise, they became fools…(Rom 1:20-22).

You can see why the authorities want to cancel Paul. The fashionable ideas they want people to bow down before are just as foolish as the once-fashionable idea of worshipping birds and reptiles. Yet, for opposing the present foolishness, Päivi Räsänen now faces prison time.

Oh my, words like this should never be allowed to be promoted in any way to believers!  We should never support a man who teaches these abominations, should we!  No, of course not.  But that’s exactly what is happening in the Church of the Nazarene.

Nazarene Theological Seminary ought to be called a Cemetery now, not a seminary.  Dr. Willie James Jennings is the latest reason why the predominant school for preparing future Nazarene pastors is almost full-blown apostate!  I will give you the details a little further in this article, and each of you Nazarenes can decide whether you care or not and if you will say something to your esteemed General Superintendents, who are charged with the spiritual leadership of the church.

Apostasy is not new in the Nazarene denomination. It has been creeping in and spreading for years now, and it will probably continue. The rejection of the inerrancy and full authority of God’s word has been the foundation of this apostasy. When pastors no longer believe in God’s word, what else do we expect, except chaos, followed by the embrace of the worship of blackness and Critical Race Theory, the approval of LGBT and homosexuality, and the worship of “worship” itself rather than worshipping God?

I have little time as I used to have for the nonsense happening in my former denomination. I spent more than ten years warning everybody I could, along with a few other Nazarenes who were willing to risk everything, including their positions as pastors. These were the truly brave and faithful warriors, not me. But I’ve had enough now. I have my church to shepherd now, as well as my family, although I will occasionally post a new warning. One of the abominations being allowed to continue unabated in the denomination is the disgraceful Andrew McGee, with his perversion of the Gospel and promotion of homosexuality, under the guise of his lying ministry called “Love Wins.”  If you don’t believe me, listen to this stupidity being allowed by the wise leaders of the denomination. He talks about being “Being Queer In Ministry”. Why this man is still allowed to pervert God’s word in a Holiness denomination is a total disgrace.  General Superintendents ought to be fired if that was at all possible.  But they should be held accountable in some way.

The Latest Abomination

Here is the latest abomination. Dr. Willie James Jennings will be speaking on February 26 at a conference sponsored by Nazarene Theological Seminary. The folks at We Are Nazarene are doing a great job carrying out the exposing of abomination in the denomination, and I agree with them when they say “It is long past time to defund the NTS.” I would encourage any Nazarene who cares, that they would join this FaceBook site and understand the many awful things being promoted and celebrated in the Church of the Nazarene.

But there is more evil coming from this man, who will be speaking to future Nazarene pastors.  Dr. Willie James Jennings is a full-blown supporter of same-sex marriage! And yet, NTS is promoting this seminar!  NTS is either utterly incompetent, or they are aware of his unbiblical theology. In either case, it is bad- and I believe they know full well what he promotes.

Here are just a few of his words, and there are a lot more I could give you, but this should be enough:

“Gay marriage must be celebrated just as strongly, as loudly, and as intensely as any marriage of disciples, because what begins in civil toleration when touched by the Spirit of the living God becomes joyous and extravagant celebration” (“Acts: A Theological Commentary on the Bible”).

And this: “Coupling in this regard is a wonder to be shared by all who wish it, whether heterosexual or homosexual, and marriage should be grasped by all who would mark their life together as a life inside the way of disciples.” ((“Acts: A Theological Commentary on the Bible”).

If you as a Nazarene don’t know this yet, well now you do.  What will you do or say about this?

What a disgrace this is, and a slap in the face to our Lord Jesus Christ.  For this kind of nonsense to be allowed for so many years- and it has not stopped - is a reflection on the uselessness of the Nazarene “leaders.”  I am particularly referring to the elitists at the top, the General Superintendents.  They have done very little and instead have shown their propensity to join the “woke” bandwagon and other leftist political views.  They have sacrificed holiness for political expediency and the approval of man.

At some point, every faithful and Bible-believing Nazarene Christian will come to a decision.  Stay, or leave?  After all, who are you most faithful to, a denomination, or the Lord Jesus Christ? Every pastor who leads his congregation must tell the members about this as well.  There is no excuse for keeping silent. To you pastors, remember Ezekiel 33:6, because it is still relevant today for every under-shepherd of the Great Shepherd:

“But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand.”

One of the biggest divides between conservative Republicans and the establishment RINOs (who run the Party) is over the radical LGBT agenda.

The situation has worsened recently. As we’ve reported (here, here, and here), for years the LGBT movement has dominated CPAC (the so-called Conservative Political Action Conference), where Republican leaders annually go to pontificate. Last year, the Republican National Committee and President Trump formally announced their “Pride Coalition” to fully integrate the LGBT movement into the Republican Party. In November, twenty-one Republican Congressmen co-sponsored the so-called “Fairness Act” which would have embedded the radical LGBT demands in federal law. It’s not just the national GOP. Last year, every Republican State Representative in Massachusetts but one signed a statement that religious beliefs against homosexual behavior are “inappropriate and disturbing” and have no place in the Republican Party.

But at a certain point, the rank and file need to step up and draw the line.

In November 2020, a MassResistance activist in southern California contacted Arthur Schaper, our Organization Director (who lives in the area). She was very upset because the Escondido chapter of the California Federation of Republican Women had just elected a cross-dressing “transgender” man as its next president. She could not believe this was happening! She begged MassResistance to get involved and help overturn this.

Background: California Federation of Republican Women

The California Federation of Republican Women (CFRW) was founded in 1925 to give women a voice in politics and governance at the local, state, and national levels. Women tended to vote Republican after receiving the franchise in 1920 (and in some states, before the 19th Amendment had passed). This was because it was Republicans who had pressed for them to get the vote. The National Federation of Republican Women was formed in 1938. So the institution has a long history. California’s chapter is still one of the largest in the country, having numerous local units throughout the state.

According to the organization’s by-laws, men can only join as associate members. They cannot vote and they cannot become officers of the club.

The man who was elected to be the Escondido chapter president calls himself “Gina” Roberts. He had already been making a name for “herself” by pushing the transgender agenda into the California Republican Party as a “Log Cabin Republican” member, and by getting elected to various local town boards. He received glowing press from the leftist media.

MassResistance gets to work!

MassResistance was determined to help California’s Republican women halt this insanity.

Arthur began contacting other CFRW units throughout the state. Many of these women are dedicated MassResistance supporters and activists in pro-family battles across California.

Members of the South Bay CFRW group in San Diego filed official letters with their state leadership. Other members informed their club leaders that they would leave the organization if the state and national leaders did not rectify this situation.

Arthur contacted the leaders of the Escondido group to find out why they would allow this. Shockingly, previous club leaders and officers at the time engaged in non-stop gaslighting: “She is a woman. We did elect a woman to be our President,” they told Arthur. Their denial of reality was truly disturbing.

The leadership in some local units, as well as in the state organization, sounded off with the usual excuses: “We have our orders. We cannot do anything about it. We will get sued if we try to prevent him from becoming a member as a woman,” they said.

The CFRW state leadership was particularly adamant that Gina Roberts should continue to lead the Escondido group.

But across the country: More outrage!

Arthur reached out to Federation of Republican Women chapters across the country as well, urging them to pressure the National Federation leaders to do something to stop this. The Montana and Idaho chapters, and to some extent Virginia's, were supportive. The Texas chapter was the best. One Texas RFW group reacted to MassResistance’s call by changing their by-laws to include only “biological” women! The national office, however, was not interested in getting involved.

The California backlash grows

As word got out, more and more Republican women became angry. As an American Thinker article noted:

Immediately, MassResistance activists in the club, as well as surrounding CFRW clubs, started sharing and protesting how the organization’s leadership had rejected its own bylaws. They and others wondered why they should elect Republicans with an eye to smaller government, lower taxes, strong military, right-to-life, pro-Second Amendment, adherence to the U.S. Constitution, and all the other GOP talking points if the Republicans are going to vote and act like Democrats?

A MassResistance activist in Orange County who was a local CFRW member was furious. She began an email campaign, writing to other CFRW members across the state. She sounded the alarm that men were taking over women’s Republican positions. And she castigated the “woke agenda” taking over the California Republican Party.

October 2021: The state CFRW convention

In October 2021, during the statewide CFRW convention, the Orange County MassResistance activist and several others spoke out and even attempted to introduce an emergency amendment. But the leadership took extraordinary steps to silence them. As American Thinker reported:

Some members at the organization’s October 2021 convention in Rancho Mirage pushed back against the CFRW executive board’s unilateral decision that “woman” should be based on identity rather than biology. To that end, they attempted to bring an emergency bylaw amendment to the floor.

Yet each time someone came to the microphone, leadership cut off the mic and angrily told the member that she was out of order. Finally, one woman walked away from the turned-off microphone and yelled into the cavernous conference room about what was happening.

Some members were learning about this issue for the first time. Others had known but thought they were the only ones who felt it was wrong. A few had complained to the executive board and were called transphobic.

Several were annoyed that “conservative” Congressman Darrell Issa went along with the woke parade. “Republicans like Issa are exactly what is wrong with the Republican Party,” claimed one frustrated member adding, “Why should I volunteer my time to elect woke Republicans?”

Two CA chapters leave the organization

All of this only ignited more outrage across the state. Soon after the October convention, the East Valley and San Clemente CFRW chapters – including over two thousand members – voted to break away from their parent organization. (East Valley CFRW is now East Valley Republican Patriots. San Clemente Area CFRW is now East Valley Area Republican Women.) Reportedly, there were several issues roiling those groups, but the transgender issue was the final straw!

Retribution against conservative member!

In retaliation for this MassResistance activist’s efforts to expose the flagrant violation of the organization’s by-laws, Janet Price, the state CWFR president, wrote a letter to the woman’s local chapter, stating that she could no longer be a member of the CWFR local club or of the federated groups as a whole!

Price concocted a series of Orwellian arguments, asserting violations of various bylaws: (1) not “cooperating with the California Republican Party”; (2) “working against the goals of CFRW” and the national group; and (3) violating an ethical ban not to “speak disparagingly in public of any Republican or candidate.” (This absurd ban would keep a member running in a GOP primary from speaking critically of her opponent.)

A few weeks later, her chapter formally kicked her out and sent her a check refunding her dues.

Of course, this only inflamed the situation even more. She continued to write extensively about this, and more CFRW members became angry at their RINO leadership.

Gina Roberts resigns!

These efforts, along with the ongoing reports and complaints from other chapters around the state, clearly made an impact. On February 7, 2022, Gina Roberts finally resigned from the Escondido CFRW chapter. The official reason given for his resignation (as told to us by one of the Escondido officers) was an employment commitment.

Final thoughts

Republican activists across California are grateful to MassResistance for taking on this battle.

Many Republican women were extremely upset when they heard about this ridiculous, unnatural, and lunatic situation. But they felt alone and feared retribution by the often vicious RINO establishment. (It’s a common tactic among totalitarians of all stripes. The “cancel culture” also in exists in the leftist GOP.)

MassResistance made it safe for them to speak their minds – and demand a stop to this outrageous and degrading situation. This may seem to have been a small battle in the larger scheme of things, but it represents something much bigger!

Fox News Correspondent Caves to Woke Gender Theology and Uses Preferred Pronouns of Convicted Child Molester

Has Bill Melugin at Fox News has lost his marbles? While reporting on a gruesome story in which child rapist James Tubbs (who calls himself “Hannah”) has been caught on tape bragging about the light sentence he got after sexually assaulting a ten-year-old in a bathroom, Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin went out of his way to call Tubbs “she” and “her” multiple times on America’s Newsroom. It’s not only wrong but confusing to the audience. Why would Fox News join the woke gender bullies who demand that everyone gets their preferred pronouns no matter what our eyes tell us or despite whatever heinous crime they’ve committed?

Strangely, Melugin did not call Tubbs “she” and “her” on Tucker Carlson’s show, seeming to know the audience wouldn’t appreciate calling the convicted child rapist “she.” So what’s the story? Is Melugin required to use the preferred pronouns of psychopaths, or is it a personal choice?

Don’t audiences have to put up with enough gaslighting from every other news network? How does Melugin justify showing a photo of a biological male predator and telling the audience he’s a she? Melugin isn’t responding to my inquiries.

As for the story, it’s a terrible one and should illustrate why these woke gender demands should never be indulged. Here’s a man who raped a child, and after he was arrested he claimed to be female, thus giving him access to a female juvenile detention center that housed underaged girls who are his preferred victims. And Los Angeles’ stupid woke laws allowed this to happen. Even the far left-wing prosecutor, George Gascón, admits he got played by a scammer. In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Gascón considered the possibility that Tubbs faked being transgendered. (But it should be noted that the Times still refers to Tubbs as “she.”)

In an interview Monday afternoon, Gascón said he first learned of the recordings Thursday through an email from a Fox News journalist. He described himself as “very, very upset” and disgusted with Tubbs, who he said had taken advantage of his office, by among other things, potentially identifying as transgender in a bid to get more lenient treatment.

Giving Tubbs anything he desires is the wrong move. Justice starts with refusing to call him by female pronouns. Perhaps if more people refused to play these games, Tubbs would not have been able to manipulate the system to such an extent that he is now going to be free without even having to register on the sex offender registry.

The tapes that Melugin uncovered are a good find and forced the prosecutor to admit that he made a big mistake. At one point in the taped conversation, Tubbs calls his victim a piece of meat. “I was young, and I was hungry for some meat.” Tubbs showed no remorse for his actions and mocked the system that didn’t punish him.

“I’m gonna plead out to it, plead guilty,” Tubbs says in one recording. “They’re gonna stick me on probation, and it’s gonna be dropped, it’s gonna be done, I won’t have to register, won’t have to do nothing.”

“You won’t have to register?” her father asks on the other line later in the conversation.

“I won’t have to do none of that,” Tubbs replies.

“So what are they going to do to you then?”

“Nothing,” Tubbs answers, then laughs.

Gascón also says he’s rescinding his policy of never prosecuting minors as adults due to the outrage this case caused. “It’s unfortunate that she [sic] gamed the system,” Gascón said. “If I had to do it all over again, she [sic] would be prosecuted in adult court.”

The victim spoke out about what she suffered. “The things he did to me and made me do that day was beyond horrible for a ten-year-old girl to have to go through,” she said. “I want him tried as an adult for the crimes he committed against me.”

Even after telling the media that referring to her rapist as a woman hurts her, the media and those in authority still continue to do it, silencing the actual woman who was harmed. “I’ve also heard that my attacker goes by she/them pronouns now,” she added. “I see it also unfair to try him as a woman as well, seeing how he clearly didn’t act like one on January 1st of 2014.”

It is unfair and unjust and a total whitewashing of the truth. This is not someone like Caitlyn Jenner, a law-abiding transwoman whose pronouns are a matter of politeness for most people. This is a child predator who has made a mockery out of the desire of well-meaning people to be accepting of trans-identifying people. This man has used the transgender blindspot in our culture to abuse a child and then get a lighter sentence by claiming an identity that is false.

Why are Bill Melugin and Fox News enabling him? Accepting that any man can claim womanhood puts women and girls in danger. Viewers of Fox News should start emailing and contacting Melugin to ask him to stop enabling kiddie molesters like James Tubbs and tell the truth instead.

Bill C-4 Criminalizes Conversion Therapy

On January 7, 2022, Bill C-4, a federal bill that amends Canada’s Criminal Code by creating new criminal offenses related to conversion therapy, came into effect. The new offenses include knowingly causing another person to undergo conversion therapy, promoting or advertising conversion therapy, and receiving financial or material benefit from conversion therapy. Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada David Lametti and Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Youth Marci Ien introduced the bill on November 29, 2021. On December 1, members of Parliament (MPs) in the House of Commons unanimously agreed to expeditiously adopt a motion to pass the bill. Soon after, the bill was also fast-tracked in the Senate, and on December 7 it was passed without amendment. The bill received royal assent on December 8, 2021. The bill itself stipulated that the law would come into force 30 days after it received royal assent.

Contents of the Bill

The bill defines “conversion therapy” as follows:

[C]onversion therapy means a practice, treatment or service designed to

(a) change a person’s sexual orientation to heterosexual;

(b) change a person’s gender identity to cisgender;

(c) change a person’s gender expression so that it conforms to the sex assigned to the person at birth;

(d) repress or reduce non-heterosexual attraction or sexual behaviour;

(e) repress a person’s non-cisgender gender identity; or

(f) repress or reduce a person’s gender expression that does not conform to the sex assigned to the person at birth.

For greater certainty, this definition does not include a practice, treatment, or service that relates to the exploration or development of an integrated personal identity — such as a practice, treatment, or service that relates to a person’s gender transition — and that is not based on an assumption that a particular sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression is to be preferred over another.

The bill amends sections 320.‍102–104 of the Criminal Code to establish the following as indictable offenses:

  • Knowingly causing another person to undergo conversion therapy or providing such therapy, which is punishable by up to five years’ imprisonment.
  • Knowingly promoting or advertising conversion therapy, which is punishable by up to two years’ imprisonment.
  • Receiving a financial or other material benefit, knowing that it is obtained or derived directly or indirectly from the provision of conversion therapy, which is punishable by up to two years’ imprisonment.

Each of these offenses can also be punished on summary conviction.

Bill C-4 amends subsection 164(8) of the Criminal Code to define “advertisement of conversion therapy” as “any material — including a photographic, film, video, audio or other recordings, made by any means, a visual representation or any written material — that is used to promote or advertise conversion therapy contrary to section 320.‍103.” Moreover, the bill states that “[i]t also amends the Criminal Code to authorize courts to order that advertisements for conversion therapy be disposed of or deleted,” including from computer systems or the internet. (Bill C-4 summary; sec. 2(2).)

In addition, the bill amends the existing offense under section 273.3(1)(c) of the Criminal Code, which prohibits the removal of children from Canada for “specified purposes,” to now include subjecting them to conversion therapy abroad. This is also a hybrid offense that is punishable by up to five years imprisonment on indictment.

Previous Attempts to Ban Conversion Therapy in Canada

Previous attempts to pass a bill to ban conversion therapy in Canada were unsuccessful. Bill C-6, which was considered during the second session of the 43rd Parliament, “died on the order paper when Prime Minister Justin Trudeau prorogued Parliament before the last federal election.” An even earlier Bill C-8 that was under consideration in early 2020 was “derailed” when the “government turned its focus almost exclusively to its emergency response to the COVID-19 pandemic.”

The previous Bill C-6 was eventually adopted in the House, despite opposition from dozens of Conservative MPs, and it faced opposition from Conservative senators in the Senate as well. One news report indicates that “[t]hose opposed to the legislation generally criticized it for offering too broad a definition of conversion therapy.” Another news report notes that “[a]t the time, Conservative Senators expressed concerns about the bill and said it merited a fulsome study in the fall.”

Passage of the Current Bill

This time around, the bill had cross-party support, and it was Conservative MPs and senators who proposed fast-tracking the bill through unanimous consent motions in both chambers. One news report stated that this shift was “likely in an attempt to make [the conversion therapy bill] no longer a wedge issue used by the Liberals.” Conservative Sen. Leo Housakos, who proposed the motion to expedite the bill in the Senate, reportedly declared that “C-4 is a bill that has been turned into a controversial political football, unfortunately. We saw the House of Commons do the right thing a number of days ago and pass this piece of legislation unanimously.” Advocacy groups also praised the “unanimous support” for the bill in Parliament, with No Conversion Canada founder Nicholas Schiavo claiming that the passage of the bill “sends a clear message to LGBTQ2 Canadians: you are valid and deserving of a life free from harm.”

Pastor Jordan Hall, a conservative pastor who is the publisher of Montana’s largest and most influential conservative news site, has been forced to file for personal bankruptcy as he faces a massive LGBT lawsuit. Even before his trial, the judge was expected to impose fines in a hearing that had been scheduled for Feb. 16. That proceeding was suddenly postponed once Hall filed for bankruptcy.

As we reported earlier this week, Pastor Hall is a publisher of the Montana Daily Gazette. He is being sued for libel and $250,000 damages by Adrian Jawort, a “transgender” American Indian activist who is also a registered lobbyist at the Montana State Capitol. Jawort – a man who wears a dress and heavy makeup, and stands 6’3” in women’s heels – claims that Hall libeled him in an article describing a confrontation allegedly involving Jawort and some legislators at the Capitol. As we described, this case has no merit and would be thrown out in any normal court setting.

Not your regular State Capitol lobbyist. From Jawort’s public Facebook page: Christian verses certainly seem to anger this fellow. The Satanic horns, inverted cross on his forehead, and blood dripping from his mouth indicate where he’s coming from.

However, Jawort is represented by a group of well-funded leftist attorneys who have already spent an estimated $150,000 against Hall – and the trial has not even started.

In addition, Jawort’s lawyers were able to get the case moved away from Hall’s home county to a judge, Elizabeth Best, who is arguably the most ruthlessly left-wing in the state. She has already shown her strong bias against Hall. In a recent court filing, she characterized his Gazette article as employing “an offensive and ignorant epithet used by transphobic people, obviously aimed at demeaning Jawort.”

Judge Best had scheduled a special preliminary hearing for this past Wednesday, Feb. 16, to determine if Hall is a “threat” to public order. Jawort’s lawyers claim that Hall’s use of Bible quotes and Christian imagery when speaking about the lawsuit constituted “threats” to the plaintiff, his attorneys, and the judge. According to information we had, Judge Best was very likely to fine Hall up to hundreds of thousands of dollars – before the trial even started.

Pastor Hall forced to file for personal bankruptcy

On Monday, Feb. 14, Pastor Hall filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in federal bankruptcy court. Pastor Hall has not discussed any details about this. But according to a news report, his filing “listed assets of less than $50,000 and that attorneys’ fees were the primary drivers of his bankruptcy, and those bills ranged between $100,000 and $500,000.”

Judge Best put a “stay” on the Feb. 16 hearing. The Daily Montanan newspaper explained:

Hall’s bankruptcy filing also puts an immediate stay, or halt, to any legal proceedings, meaning that it instantly stops the sanctions hearing that was scheduled for Wednesday. The stay is in effect for as long as 30 days, and Judge Benjamin P. Hursh [the federal bankruptcy judge] may ultimately decide how the case will proceed.

A seemingly impossible situation for Pastor Hall

Going into personal bankruptcy is certainly a horrible situation. Although Pastor Hall has not discussed this, it’s easy to see the seemingly untenable situation he was put in.

He and his attorney are facing a team of leftist lawyers who have unlimited funding to destroy him. He is up against a far-left judge who has already shown extreme bias against him, including allowing the opposing lawyers to impose an aggressive and invasive “discovery” process that clearly goes beyond any objective necessity for the case. There was a strong feeling that the judge was preparing to declare him a “threat” and impose a huge fine on him.

Just how bad is Judge Best? Here’s what Bart Crabtree, President of the Montana Citizens Council on Judicial Accountability, recently wrote about this case:

Eighth judicial district court judge Elizabeth Best is arguably one of the worst judges ever to sit on the bench. There is case after case in Cascade County of her usurping our state statutes, violating the judicial canon of ethics, and a character of intemperance. Her appointment to this particular case is by design and of no surprise. She believes she is the master rather than a servant of the people, and is not liked in Cascade County where there is a fervent desire to have her removed. She has already demonstrated undue bias towards Mr. Hall in statements she has apparently made, according to the [Sidney, MT] Herald, which automatically disqualifies her as judge in the case, per MCA 3-1-805.

After the trial is over, the only appeal is to the Montana Supreme Court, which is very left-leaning. It already has ruled against Hall on one issue regarding this case that would have seemed obvious – whether Jawort is a “limited public figure.” So there is no confidence that Hall would get a fair hearing there. (Maybe this must go to the U.S. Supreme Court?)

Final thoughts

Jordan Hall’s real “crime” is being unafraid to publish the truth about the LGBT agenda. The “libel” charge is a red herring concocted to bludgeon him. His Daily Montana Gazette may be the most widely read news site in the state. That’s why the Left wants to destroy it – and him.

It is unfortunate that in a “red state” like Montana – where Republicans have super-majorities in both houses of the Legislature and hold all statewide elected offices, that the judiciary is largely left-wing. According to people we talk to there, this is because the state’s only law school is at the left-leaning University of Montana.

Addendum 2/19/22: A person knowledgeable of this case has told us that it’s extremely unlikely that it will be back before Judge Best. The federal bankruptcy judge, Judge Hursh, will be deciding what will happen going forward. Although Jawort’s lawyers have already begun contesting the bankruptcy, Judge Hursh has a reputation for being fair and following the law properly. We'll see what happens.

A conservative pastor who is the publisher of Montana’s largest and most influential conservative news site is being sued for “libel” by a bizarre transgender lobbyist. The leftist judge assigned to the case is also threatening the pastor with fines and a gag order even before the trial takes place.

This assault on free speech and free press is buttressed by the state’s far-left legal establishment and appears to be funded by the wealthy LGBT and Planned Parenthood lobby. The aggressive legal action, including an invasive “discovery” process of the pastor’s media operation, is clearly aimed to put the conservative news site and its subsidiary voices out of business. The radicals would even like to dictate what the pastor may say in his own church.

Background

Montana Democrats are still reeling from the Republican blowout victory in the 2020 election. Republicans now have a super-majority in both houses of the Legislature, and hold the Governorship and all statewide offices (Attorney General, Secretary of State, Supervisor of Public Instruction, Auditor).

Paradoxically, the judiciary in Montana is dominated by leftists. The state’s only law school is at the very liberal University of Montana and the state’s lawyers – and thus the judges – are far more left-wing than the general population.

Just as in DC back in 2016, the Democrats’ response to the Republican sweep has been to lash out wildly. Leftist attorneys are using the liberal courts in Montana to challenge conservative bills passed in the 2021 legislative session (pro-life laws, the ban on transgender boys in girls’ sports, strengthening parents’ rights, reining in sex ed, strengthening election law, and banning discrimination on the basis of vaccination status). They are also contesting Attorney General Knudsen’s and Supervisor of Public Instruction Arntzen’s policies banning Critical Race Theory and declaring masks optional in schools.

One news site stands out

As in other conservative areas, the news media across the state is also horribly left-wing. The one prominent exception is the Montana Daily Gazette, published by Jordan (“JD”) Hall, who is also a Baptist minister. The Gazette is bold and straight-shooting, with a down-to-earth style – and is definitely not “PC.” It has caught the attention of Montanans tired of the other news outlets. On many days, the Gazette often claims the highest readership of any news source in Montana. Some say its fearless reporting contributed to the Republican sweep in the 2020 election.

Hall is also very influential in Montana through his other conservative Christian media. He runs the well-respected religious blog Protestia, the podcast Pulpit & Pen, and a radio station. He shares Christian truth without reservation.

While many conservatives are becoming reluctant to speak out publicly on hot-button issues, Pastor Hall is fearless – and has definitely become a thorn in the side of the Left in Montana.

Bizarre transgender lobbyist in the Montana Capitol

Adrian Jawort identifies as “transgender” and is a member of the Northern Cheyenne tribe. He is also a registered lobbyist in the Montana legislature. He is quite a sight in that building. As his own attorneys describe him:

Adrian is physically distinctive: Native American, transgender, 6’3” in heels, always dressed in black dresses and hosiery, her [sic] black hair trimmed short on the sides with curls falling down her [sic] forehead.

In the 2021 session, Jawort lobbied against the (successful) bill banning “transgender” boys in girls’ sports, and the (failed) bill to ban surgical procedures to “transition” minors.

His demeanor and antics around the Capitol are infamous. According to Hall, Jawort and another transgender activist simulated sodomy in the Supreme Court chambers until told by security to leave.

Legislators were familiar with Jawort’s “torrent of obscene, angry social media posts that he published throughout the 2021 legislative session” (according to a court filing by Hall). Luckily, Hall took screen shots of some of those posts before Jawort deleted them.

We have been told that at first many legislators did not know Jawort was a lobbyist, but assumed he was a homeless man wandering around the building. Not surprisingly, “numerous legislators” had contacted Hall with concerns about Jawort’s lobbying style.

The incident

On April 22, 2021, one of the most controversial transgender bills of the legislative session, HB 112 (the bill barring transgender male students from participating on female sports teams), was scheduled for a vote on the Senate floor. Six or seven transgender activists, including Jawort, converged on the Montana Capitol that day to try to halt its passage. According to a court filing, Jawort made clear earlier in the day that he would vigorously lobby Senators to vote against HB 112.

Some people later contacted Hall to report that Jawort and his cohorts, wearing Covid masks and makeup, encountered legislators in the Capitol hallways. Allegedly, there was some abusive language directed at the legislators, and one of them, an elderly Senator, had to be escorted away to avoid the disturbance.

The Montana Daily Gazette coverage – and alleged libel

Before publishing his report on the event, Jordan Hall contacted Jawort asking to get his side of the story. But Jawort refused to talk with him.

On May 3, 2021, the Montana Daily Gazette published Hall’s article, Who’s the Gothic Transvestite Haunting the Halls of the Montana Capitol? It did not hold back in its general description of Jawort, culled from the numerous phone calls Hall had received:

Fooling precisely no one, the man has been seen wandering the Montana State Capitol like an out-of-place Sasquatch in goth make-up, looking for a snack or someone to yell at. The ill-tempered, dress-wearing man was regularly seen in the gallery of both the House and Senate, chastising legislators with his wagging, giant man fingers, and sitting in fish-net stockings reapplying his make-up with all the precision of a birthday clown with a bad hangover.

The article also included these two profane quotes from Jawort’s social media posts:

Fascist fucks. Tomorrow I will file paperwork likely leading to a lawsuit challenging one of the many anti-trans bills. My reward will be seeing my name dragged through the mud. Being mocked by good Christians and doxxed…

Fight the power of the State of Montana. Fuck your #Montaliban theocracy. I am not a political pawn in a chess game–someone to be used for ‘culture war’ clout and fodder. I am a fucking Indigenous Queen of these Indian Lands.

Regarding the confrontation with legislators, the Gazette article simply had two sentences:

Reportedly, the angry transvestite and several of his associates had cornered Senator Butch Gillespie in an angry tirade. Also reportedly, Montana Family Foundation President Jeff Laszloffy escorted Sen. Gillespie to the Sergeant of Arms for his protection.

Those two sentences are now at the center of the huge lawsuit. They would seem rather innocuous, especially given the larger context.

Jawort ignites over the article – files failed lawsuit

On July 12, 2021, Jawort filed a complaint against Hall in Richland County Court (where Hall’s hometown of Sidney is located). He demanded monetary damages for Hall’s “transphobic” statements and for supposedly “doxing” him (though Hall had included only publicly available information from Jawort’s public Facebook or tweets).

But there is no such crime as “transphobia” in Montana law (or US law), and the case went nowhere. Nevertheless, Jawort set up a GoFundMe page for his attempted lawsuit charging “transphobic hate speech.”

A new lawsuit – alleging libel

Soon after that, Jawort connected with a group of well-heeled leftist attorneys willing to take on his case. He is now being represented by Attorney Raph Graybill and two attorneys at the Upper Seven Law firm, Constance Van Kley and Rylee Sommers-Flanagan. Graybill is a well-known Montana attorney who recently ran for state Attorney General (losing 59%-41%). The Upper Seven Law firm is a social-justice group apparently set up for cases like this. All three attorneys clerked at the left-leaning Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

The attorneys re-filed the case and changed the charge to libel. They are focusing only on the two sentences cited above: "Reportedly, the angry transvestite and several of his associates had cornered Senator Butch Gillespie in an angry tirade. Also reportedly, Montana Family Foundation President Jeff Laszloffy escorted Sen. Gillespie to the Sergeant of Arms for his protection." 

They are claiming that Jawort was not present at that confrontation – not part of the group that accosted the legislators – so these are false, libelous statements. They assert that since the group was wearing masks, it was only assumed that Jawort was one of them. They are seeking $250,000 in damages from Hall.

The claim of libel would not appear to hold much water: (1) Hall’s article said only that Jawort was “reportedly” part of the group. That is not a false statement. (2) Despite a mask, Jawort is a very recognizable figure – a 6’3” man wearing a black dress with a distinctive voice. (3) Hall attempted to get Jawort’s side of the story, but Jawort refused. (4) By any sensible legal definition, Jawort is a “limited public figure” which in Montana requires a high standard for libel. (5) Hall relied on credible sources who identified Jawort as the individual who accosted the Senator, and as a credentialed journalist he does not have to reveal these sources.

The arguments put forth in Jawort’s lawyers’ filings appear to be very weak and amateurish, though strongly worded. Thus, in a normal court this would get very far. But this isn’t a normal situation at all.

Judge shopping

Through a series of events, Jawort’s lawyers were able to get the case heard in a different county under a judge, Elizabeth Best, who is arguably the most ruthlessly left-wing in the state. She is notorious among Montanans for her leftist judicial activism (A Change.org petition has 2,325 signatures calling for her removal from the bench.)

Judicial bias and enormous legal harassment

Judge Best has not hidden her disdain for Pastor Hall. In one court ruling, she characterized his article as using “an offensive and ignorant epithet used by transphobic people, obviously aimed at demeaning Jawort.” Thus, the judge is accusing him of ignorance and “transphobia” – and even before the trial, exposes her belief that Hall intended to demean (libel) Jawort.

She has ruled that Jawort is not a “limited public figure,” and that the confrontation incident had no connection to Jawort’s work as a lobbyist. This means that the plaintiff does not have to prove “malice,” just “negligence” on Hall’s part.

Judge Best has allowed Jawort’s lawyers to conduct an enormous amount of legal harassment against Hall, mostly in for form of incredibly aggressive “discovery” demands, almost on a daily basis. Jawort’s lawyers are demanding records and other information on virtually everything about the Montana Daily Gazette business, plus extensive information about everyone who works there. He’s being told to provide his text messages and emails going back years on every person he’s contacted. He must provide copies of every sermon he has given, every manuscript he has written, and even his sermon and public speaking notes. Objections to this by Hall’s lawyer have been overruled by Judge Best. (Moreover, it is well known that Best is close friends with Graybill, Jawort's lawyer.)

It's been estimated that Jawort's legal team has already spent over $150,000 on this case - and the trial hasn't even begun.

Special hearing on Wednesday, Feb. 16 to determine if Hall is a “threat” to public order

Pastor Hall’s actual trial hasn’t been scheduled. But Judge Best is conducting a special hearing on Wednesday, Feb. 16, to determine if Hall is a “threat” to public order.

Over the past few months, Hall has traveled around the state giving speeches in order to raise money for his legal defense. His lawyer says he will need a minimum of $100,000. (He has raised a little about $45,000 so far.) His speeches are mostly to Christian groups. Being a Baptist pastor, Hall uses a lot of Bible quotes and Christian imagery. Jawort’s lawyers are charging – and Judge Best seems to be agreeing – that these speeches somehow constitute “threats” to the plaintiff, the judge, and others. (Of course, Hall has no history whatsoever of threats or violence.) The judge is prepared to impose extreme sanctions on Hall over this.

Best is also angry that Hall is reluctant to follow her “mask mandate” in the courtroom. Montana has no mask mandates whatsoever at this time, and it is very questionable whether Best has the authority to impose one.

According to information we have, Best has likely decided to impose both judicial and financial sanctions at the hearing on Wednesday. The judicial sanctions could include a gag order or other limitations. The financial sanctions could be a fine anywhere from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars. It's also likely she could declare a default judgment against him, so a trial would not even be held.

This is the frightening state of affairs in the supposedly “red” state of Montana. We will report on what happens at the hearing.

Final thoughts

Throughout all this, the thing that has saddened Pastor Hall the most, he told us, is the number of conservative Christian pastors who have shied away from publicly supporting him. It’s not that they think he’s wrong. They privately admit that they are “afraid” of the LGBT movement and the power of the state. As one pastor told him, “I just can’t have them picketing my church.”

Caligula’s Horse in the Senate, Biden’s Dog in the Department of Energy Biden’s handlers bring us to the late, decadent stage before the destruction.

In the most consequential appointment since the Roman emperor Caligula made his horse Incitatus a senator, Old Joe Biden’s handlers have appointed one Sam Brinton (“they/them”) to be the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the Office of Nuclear Energy in the Department of Energy. But in our American version of late imperial decadence, Brinton is not a horse, but a dog: Brinton is also involved in “puppy play,” which apparently involves grown men putting on dog masks and behaving like animals for sexual kicks. Some people think Caligula was playing an elaborate practical joke on the Roman elites by exalting Incitatus, but the appointment of Sam Brinton is no laughing matter, and no one is more po-faced about it than the broadminded Leftists of the Biden administration.

Brinton is, to put it bluntly, a pervert, and proud of it. In his drag queen persona, “Sister Ray Dee O’Active,” he announces: “I am the slutty one. And the nerdy one. #sexynerd.” In a 2016 article in Metro Weekly, he speaks at length about puppy play (he is identified only by his first name, but an accompanying photo makes it clear that Sam in the article is Brinton), explaining his role as a “handler” of men who pretending to be puppies: “It’s the concept of the teacher and nurturer…. My job is to make sure that while he’s in headspace, I’m keeping him safe.” He says of one of his companions in this bizarre role play: “Pup and I have what I feel is one of the most ideally perfect connections between our personal and kink life. Both of us have other partners, so we come into this space, and then we come out of it, knowing the boundaries of where your kink and non-kink relationships begin and end.” Right, that’s always good to keep in mind.

The new Deputy Assistant Secretary explains some of the hazards of “puppy play”: “I actually have trouble when we transition from pup play to having sex. Like, ‘No, I can’t have you whimper like that when we’re having sex,’ because I don’t want to mix that world. It’s interesting, because he doesn’t have to come out of pup mode to have me f**k him. I personally have to bring him out of pup perception for me. But then I’m still treating him as a submissive to me.”

The Biden administration official also defends the concept against those strait-laced bigots who might object to the whole idea: “One of the hardest things about being a handler is that I’ve honestly had people ask, ‘Wait, you have sex with animals?’ They believe it’s abusive, that it’s taking advantage of someone who may not be acting up to a level of human responsibility…. The other misperception is that I have some really messed up background, like, did I have some horrible childhood trauma that made me like to have sex with animals.”

Brinton promotes all this on college campuses. A student who attended his speech at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2017 reported: “Throughout the entire talk, Brinton was open about his experiences, the kinks he partakes in, and the nature of his relationships. He left us with countless anecdotes, like how he enjoys tying up his significant other like a table, and eating his dinner on him while he watches Star Trek.”

In his government work, Brinton makes no secret of who and what he is. According to the bio he provided to the “LGBTQ Religious Archives Network,” “Sam has worn his stilettos to Congress to advise legislators about nuclear policy and to the White House where he advised President Obama and Michelle Obama on LGBT issues.”

However, according to the Washington Examiner, “Brinton also holds a master's degree in nuclear engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and had previously advised former President Donald Trump on nuclear waste matters.” Many would insist that what he does on his own time, however bizarre it may be to many people, has no bearing on whether he is qualified for the position he has been appointed to in the Department of Energy. And he may indeed be a perfectly competent Deputy Assistant Secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition. But the fact is that in human societies and cultures all over the world and throughout human history, such decadence as his personal behavior represents has only been seen in nations that were comfortable, wealthy, overconfident, and ripe for destruction.

It would be naïve to assert that the United States of America at the beginning of the twenty-first century has reached some new level or stage of perversity. This kind of behavior has always been with us. But only rarely has it been flaunted with the gleeful self-confidence Sam Brinton displays, and it is not without reason that such flaunting has come to be associated with the late, decadent stage of once-great nations. Given the race to ruin that the Biden administration is pursuing, Sam Brinton will fit right in.

When it comes to arrogant anti-family public officials, parents don’t have to just sit and take it. But they have to be willing to take a very strong stand and be persistent.

Like most areas in Wyoming, Campbell County is quite conservative. But unfortunately, liberals and RINOs have been elected to key positions. Last summer, local MassResistance parents began complaining to their County Commission about the pornographic and obscene LGBT books for children and teenagers appearing in the public library. Some of the graphic homosexual books for young teenagers are sickening even for adults.

The Library Board, which the County Commission controls, is run by leftists. But the five-member County Commission was stacked 3-2 against doing anything to challenge the Board.

A particularly hostile Commissioner

One County Commissioner, Daniel G. Reardon, was particularly hostile to the idea of shielding children from obscenity and LGBT pornography.

On July 13, Reardon sent an email to a constituent smearing the parents who had objected to a “transgender” performing for young children at the library. He wrote, “It is a sad state of affairs where we regress back to the Matthew Shepard days because of ignorance of hate.” When this became public, parents were livid.

Then on August 12 during a County Commission meeting, Reardon suddenly launched into an angry rant against the parents in the room.

He started out by defending library staff and their bureaucratic “processes that are in place” for selecting the books and allowing for parents to fill out forms to “challenge” books. He said that the Commission’s job is to support the Library Board.

He went on to say that “censoring” LGBT books (i.e., homosexual pornography) was equivalent to censoring books on guns, the military, blacks, or religions other than Christianity.

Then he really went off the rails. It’s the parents who are not doing their jobs, he said. It’s the parents’ fault for not supervising what their children are reading in the library. He said that parents need to “stop talking about censoring, taking books out, burning books, and going back to the days of the Nazis.”

An audience member angrily yelled back at Reardon that he was lying about the parents. Reardon had a Sheriff’s officer escort the man out of the room. He then looked right at the parents and scolded them, “Don’t tell us we’re not doing our job. We are doing our job.”

Parents fight back!

Reardon clearly intended to intimidate and silence the Wyoming MassResistance parents. But his tirade had the opposite effect.

Our activists made sure that the community heard about Reardon’s offensive remarks. They got the message out on social media.

They continued to come to every County Commission meeting and Library Board meeting to demand that the local children be protected from the library staff’s promotion of obscenity and pornography. Though the Commission’s 3-2 majority refused to do the right thing, they were clearly being worn down.

In October they voted to ban all public comment to keep the parents from being able to complain at the Commission meetings. Of course, this just riled the parents up even more.

Reardon announces his resignation

On January 5, 2022, without prior notice, Reardon delivered a letter of resignation to the Campbell County Commission.

His “official” reason was that he had moved to another community (Cheyenne). However, as he told the local newspaper, his family had moved to Cheyenne some time earlier, and he had rented an apartment in Campbell County and was spending more than half of his time there. (It’s not required to live in the County to serve on the County Commission.) He also cited his fear of COVID, though did not elaborate. Reardon said that he had “intended to serve his full term” through 2022, but changed his mind and decided to resign now.

This came just weeks after the Library Board Chairman had also suddenly announced her resignation, although she will continue to serve as a regular Board member.

A new pro-family Commissioner gets voted in!

Since Reardon was technically a Republican (though an insufferable RINO), the process for replacing him was for the local Republican Central Committee to nominate three people, and the Commissioners would vote to accept one of them.

The Commissioners apparently got the message from the outraged parents. At the Jan. 27 Commission meeting, they selected Don Hamm as the new Commissioner. According to the parents who met with the candidates, Hamm was right on their wavelength regarding the library problems.

To start with, the parents are now expecting the Commission to repeal the offensive ban on public comment, when one of the family-friendly Commissioners also becomes the new Chairman this month. And there’s talk of even bigger changes.

Final thoughts

We may sound like a broken record, but we’ll say it again: These people running our libraries and the politicians who support them have neither morals nor conscience. They know what they’re doing to children and are proud of it. Too many conservatives more interested in appearing reasonable and polite than standing up for the truth. But this gains them nothing. The best way: Be resolute and don’t give up.

Promoting the Grooming and Sexualization of Children

Woke literature infects public schools.

Each year, public school libraries face angry parents and school boards upset with the presence of reading materials they find objectionable. These attacks on specific books have included classics such as often-banned Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (for its repeated use of the n-word), Catcher in the Rye (for what in today’s culture are its mild references to sexuality and its vulgarity), and other literary works whose value and reputation, despite occasional challenges, have made them logical additions to a school’s reading list.

Just last month, for example, The Mukilteo School Board near Seattle voted unanimously to remove Harper Lee’s classic examination of racism, To Kill a Mockingbird, from the required reading list for ninth graders because, as the American Library Association has noted, the book includes “racial slurs and their negative effect on students, featuring a ‘white savior’ character, and its perception of the Black experience.”   

Also last month, the McMinn County Board of Education in Tennessee made the troubling decision to remove the Pulitzer Prize-winning graphic novel about the Holocaust by Art Spiegelman, Maus, from the school system’s curriculum. In justifying its decision to remove the book, the Board claimed it was “because of its unnecessary use of profanity and nudity and its depiction of violence and suicide,” although the anthropomorphic characters in the novel are mice (Jews) and cats (Nazis), and the nudity in question referred, of course, to a naked mouse.

While parents and school boards have long questioned titles that some consider objectionable, inappropriate, indecent, or lewd, complaints from parents and school boards about offensive books currently seem to involve books about sexuality, particularly including those with a focus on LGBTQ topics. In fact, an American Library Association report noted that “Most challenges to library resources in 2018 focused on materials and programs associated with issues of concern to those in the gay, lesbian, transgender, and queer communities, most notably drag queen story hours and books affirming transgender youth....”

While the vigorous debate over race and the teaching of critical race theory (CRT) in public schools has garnered an enormous amount of attention, less visible but equally as troubling is the increased adoption of books whose language, subject matter, illustrations, and general tone are so sexually charged and so graphic that a school board’s concern about a drawing of a naked mouse or some off-hand swearing by Holden Caufield seems disingenuous at best and hypocritical at worst.

A whole collection of new titles has been published as part of a campaign to normalize extremes of sexual behavior, to expose even young students to discussions about sexuality and physical relationships, to advance tolerance for and acceptance of gay and even deviant lifestyles and behavior, and for a pervading attitude that anyone’s difference and uniqueness—no matter how obscure or aberrant—should be discussed and embraced by everyone. This is part of a wide campaign that educators have taken on as something they believe is their right and duty to promote and teach, resulting in a variety of what many think are inappropriate, even offensive books that have found their way into school libraries, reading lists, and classrooms.

Consider, as one example, Lawn Boy by Jonathan Evison, a coming of age book which the School Library Journal described as a “deceptively simple novel [that] takes on tough issues such as race, sexual identity, and the crushing weight of American capitalism.” Of course, the fact that “Mike Muñoz, the 22-year-old biracial (Mexican and white) narrator, has grown up dirt-poor with his hardworking waiter mother and his brother, who is developmentally disabled” makes this entire package irresistible to educators in the thrall of intersectionality, perfectly coalesced here with a poor, bi-racial gay person victimized by capitalism and white supremacy.

But it is the language that is troublesome here, not the oft-repeated critique of American society. At a September meeting of the board of the Leander Independent School District in Texas, the vulgarity and blatant sexuality of the book was exposed by a concerned parent who read passages from it and questioned why her child had found a book like this in his school library.

As a sample of some of the sexual descriptions in the book, she read such passages as, “Not that it really matters, in fourth grade at a church youth group meeting out in the bushes, I touched Doug Goebbels’ dick, and he touched mine. In fact, there were even some mouths involved.”

Another passage, which the parent accurately suggested was an example of grooming of children to make them likely to want to participate in sexual activity, read, “What if I told you I touched another guy’s dick? What if I told you I sucked it? I was ten years old, but it’s true. I put Doug Goebbels’ dick in my mouth. I was in fourth grade, it was no big deal. He sucked mine too. And you know what, it wasn’t terrible.”

Perhaps when a gay, bi-racial Mexican character is the subject of a book any language and graphic description are acceptable, the only explanation for the passages like this one in which the most intimate childhood recollections are described: “He talked about all times at the church but never mentioned our penises, or the fact that he never said ten words to me after our little foray in the bushes. Not a single reference to holding or tugging or sucking dicks. All I could think about while he was chatting me up, was his little salamander between my fourth-grade fingers, rapidly engorging with blood.”

Holden Caufield’s musing in Catcher in the Rye seems quite quaint compared to the language of Lawn Boy, “If you want to know the truth, I’m a virgin. I really am,” he says. “I’ve had quite a few opportunities to lose my virginity and all, but I’ve never got around to it yet. Something always happens.” Yet, one of the complaints about Salinger’s work is that it is profane and overtly sexual.

In January, the Board of Education of the Wentzville (Missouri) School District debated whether The Bluest Eyes, a novel by the late Toni Morrison, should be retained in the library collection after complaints were made about the book’s depiction of “pedophilia, incest, rape.”

Literature, including, of course, great literature, has often dealt with difficult and controversial topics as far back as Oedipus. But whether The Bluest Eyes, with this description of a pedophile’s yearning for sex with children, is a good choice for a school library is debatable. “He further limited his interests to little girls. They were usually manageable . . ,” it reads. “His sexuality was anything but lewd; his patronage of little girls smacked of innocence and was associated in his mind with cleanliness.” Later, in an attempt to expiate himself of his sins, the pedophile deludes himself by suggesting, “I work only through the Lord. He sometimes uses me to help people.”

And his professed innocence and self-awareness do not diminish the repulsive attraction depicted here: “The little girls are the only things I’ll miss. Do you know that when I touched their sturdy little tits and bit them —just a little—I felt I was being friendly?—If I’d been hurting them, would they have come back? . . . they’d eat ice cream with their legs open while I played with them. It was like a party.”

The language of this book also includes some of the same words condemned in Huckleberry Finn and To Kill a Mockingbird, but this school board condoned them in this instance, suggesting in their review that “This novel helps the reader step into and understand 1941 (pre-WWII, pre-civil [sic] rights movement), small-town black culture in a way no textbook can do.”

“With a violence born of total helplessness, he pulled her dress up, lowered his trousers and underwear,” one violent, misogynistic passage reads. “‘I said get on wid [sic] it. An’ make it good, [n-word], Come on [c-word]. Faster. You ain’t doing nothing for her.’ He almost wished he could do it—hard, long, and painfully, he hated her so much.”

The Left’s current obsession with gender fluidity and gender dysphoria has, of course, made its way into children’s books as well, as activists determined to promote transgenderism are eager to bring that discussion into schools. One such book, Felix Ever After, is “a revelatory YA novel about a transgender teen grappling with identity and self-discovery while falling in love for the first time.”

KTTH-AM host Jason Rantz revealed that in a display for Pride Month, Zeiger Elementary School in Puyallup, Washington included Felix Ever After, a book that focuses on “top surgery.”  The book, according to Rantz, is “a book with prolific drugs, sex, and vulgarity,” not to mention the fact that it promotes a controversial sex-altering surgery performed here on a minor. On top of that, the book is replete with swears and obscenity. “The F-word is present in this book 66 times in the first 90 pages, local activist Dawn Land said at a recent board meeting. “Considering that a movie that [says] the F-word more than once is automatically rated R, this book should not be anywhere near any school in this district.”

Apparently, if you are a “Black, queer, and transgender teen who faces transphobia,” you can swear with impunity, just as a gay, bi-racial Mexican character can engage in gay sex and describe oral sex sessions with another child and that content is acceptable because of the victim status of the books’ subjects.

Another example of intersectionality unbound can be found in All Boys Aren’t Blue, a book which “covers topics such as gender identity, toxic masculinity, brotherhood, family, structural marginalization, consent, and Black joy,” “weav[ing] together the trials and triumphs faced by Black queer boys.”

Why the subject of “Black queer boys” is more relevant to and has more educational value than some other works of literature that seem to be so carelessly and thoughtlessly tossed aside is not clear, other than the fact that a character with so much victim status is irresistible to woke, virtue-signaling educators who wish to promote their supposed tolerance and insight on school children. Perhaps that is why seventh-graders in Olathe, Kansas, as one example, were exposed to the language in this book, including such passages as, “He reached his hand down and pulled out my dick. He quickly went to giving me head. I just sat back and enjoyed it as I could tell he was, too.” “He didn’t know I was a virgin,” it continued, “and I did my best to act dominant like my favorite porn star.”

“For the first few minutes,” the narrator recalls in another section, “we dry humped and grinded. I was behind him with my stomach on his back as we kissed . . . he pulled out some condom and some lube . . . . I had never done it before . . . I had one point of reference, though, and that was seven-plus years of watching pornography. Although the porn was heterosexual, it was enough of a reference point to get the job done.”

Something is clearly amiss when school boards and teachers purge their reading lists and libraries of classic works of fiction that have proven educational value and merit, even if they are peppered with occasional swears or slurs, including the n-word, but words that are appropriate to the narratives and even helpful in making the point of the stories. If an illustration of a naked mouse in a significant novel about the Holocaust is considered too controversial, but pedophilia, rape, and graphic depictions of oral sex by minors are somehow acceptable because the characters are members of protected identity groups, then the wrong standards are being applied to the literary works schools adopt for teaching its students.

Great literature is still worthy even if it sometimes offends, but unworthy books do not become literature merely because they are offensive, and educators should know the difference.

These days, radical public library officials will do almost anything – even break the law – to intimidate and discourage citizens from attempting to stop their abuses against children. In Campbell County, Wyoming, MassResistance community activists have been relentlessly taking a stand to stop their public library officials from foisting LGBT pornography and other inappropriate books on young children and teens.

But our activists are learning that relentless pressure pays off.

Library Board chairman steps down

On Dec. 20, 2021, the Campbell County Library Board opened its meeting with a new chairman, Charlie Anderson.

His predecessor, Dr. Hollie Stewart, had abruptly resigned as chairman soon after the November meeting but continues to serve as a Board member. According to people we spoke to, she had been complaining bitterly to members of the County Commission about having to run Board meetings with the ongoing anger from Wyoming MassResistance parents over the offensive children’s books.

Odious new “public comment” policy

Anderson’s first action as new chairman was to introduce a new restrictive “public comment” policy. This high-handed tactic is being used across the country by public officials to insulate themselves from the outrage brought on by their arrogant actions.

Anderson read his proposed policy aloud. (See our transcription here.) It states that public comment at meetings is not a legal right, but a privilege granted by the Board. The policy was developed after (supposed) “personal attacks directed at this Board.”

The policy bans “inappropriate comments or behavior.” Inappropriate behavior is defined as “attempting to engage individual Board members in conversation” and “insults.”  It also lists “obscenities, or profanity and/or physical violence or any threat thereof” as well as “attacks against any person in their personal capacity” (which is unclear). But to imply that concerned parents would engage in profanity, physical violence, or threats is absurd.

The policy outlines a series of steps for enforcement: (1) The chairman rules the speaker out of order. (2) If the behavior continues, the speaker will be asked to leave. (3) If inappropriate conduct continues, the chairman may “entertain a motion to end public comment and adjourn the meeting.” It also limits speakers in public comment to three minutes, an absurdly short time for that kind of body.

Anderson said that he and Sean Brown, the (liberal) assistant County Attorney jointly put together the policy. (Perhaps they were inspired by U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland’s memo casting parents who dare to speak up as domestic terrorists.)

The Library Board unanimously approved the policy.

Illegal under Wyoming Law?

It would certainly appear that this policy is illegal under Wyoming law. Wyoming statute 16-4-406 states that in the event of “disruption of public meetings” a body may (a) have the person or persons removed and continue the session, or (b) recess the meeting and reconvene to another location and continue with the agenda. It does not give the option of simply adjourning the meeting. But like most leftists, Charlie Anderson and Sean Brown decided to devise their own set of rules.

Using a new policy to suddenly shut down the meeting!

On the Dec. 20 meeting’s agenda were appeals to the Library Board by local citizens. They sought to remove four books whose challenges had been rejected by the library staff.

We’ve already reported on the appeal of the first book Trans Mission, a sickening, pornographic LGBT book for teenagers that the Board nevertheless voted to keep on the shelves.

The other three books were being appealed by Kevin, the son of two great Wyoming MassResistance activists. Kevin got right to work.

His first appeal was on the book, The Babysitter’s Coven. Following the trend of anti-Christian children’s books, it is a slick teenagers’ introduction to the occult and satanic beliefs and symbolism which encourages teenagers to explore further. (It’s no wonder so many young people are drawn into Satanism.) The plot also includes a man abducting girls and holding them in a basement. It encourages underage drinking and drug use (two issues affecting teenagers in Campbell County). This portrayal of repulsive people who do nasty things has no redeeming value.

Even the book cover is weird.

Kevin described how reviewers – which the library uses in their “collection” process – were not impressed by this book. He quoted one mainstream reviewer saying, “I am not really comfortable recommending a young teen to read this book.”

A few minutes into Kevin’s presentation, some of the Board members were clearly getting uncomfortable. They rudely started interrupting Kevin. Charlie Anderson grilled him about Lord of the Rings, a book that was not relevant to the conversation. It seemed like a hostile cross-examination. Then Anderson started berating him for bringing up the book reviews. When Kevin started to answer him, Board member Miranda Finn suddenly jumped in:

Charlie Anderson: I was hoping you’d talk about the book that we’re here to discuss.

Kevin: That’s what I’ve been doing. I’m using data and sources to back up what I’m saying so I’m not just bubbling effervescent from my face here. I’m trying to actually use some facts here.

Miranda Finn: Mr. Chairman, we’ve reached the point where disrespect is being displayed. I move to adjourn the meeting.

Immediately then, Anderson called for a vote to adjourn. There were four “Aye” votes. (He did not ask if there were any “Nay” votes. Mandy Steward later told him that she was a “Nay” vote.) Anderson quickly declared the meeting adjourned.

A violation of the policy they had just passed

This was in violation of the policy they had just passed! Before adjourning the meeting, they should have first (1) ruled Kevin out of order, then (2) asked him to leave. They did neither.

Also, the basis of the adjournment was that “disrespect is being displayed” by Kevin. But “disrespect” is not part of their definition of inappropriate behavior. Kevin did not actually violate anything.

All this shows how contemptible and loathsome these people are.

At the January Board meeting, Kevin was allowed to continue

At the January 24, 2022 meeting of the Library Board, the arrogance continued. But Kevin’s persistence clearly had them rattled, and he was not letting up.

At the beginning of the meeting, Kevin requested that they read the Wyoming statute on “disruption of public meetings” which clearly contradicts their new policy. Anderson asked one of the staff members to read it aloud. The staffer did, but the Board didn’t react at all and just continued with their meeting.

They allowed Kevin to finish his three book appeals. The other two books were A Quick and Easy Guide to Queer and Trans Identities and Music from Another World. Both books intend to draw young teenagers into homosexuality. They portray homosexual relationships and sex as normal and very desirable.

This time the Board let Kevin finish his presentations. Immediately afterward, the Board allowed the Library Director to deliver a “rebuttal” to Kevin’s appeal. Much of that was the boilerplate text from her previous rebuttal in December.

Then, to no one’s surprise, the Board voted 4-1 to reject all of Kevin’s appeal, with Mandy Steward being the holdout.

And then came public comment - parents blast Board!

The Board was not in the clear yet. They got pummeled during the public comment section.

Citizen after citizen got up and blasted the Board for doing nothing to get rid of the terrible books, and the staff who have been selecting the books. One woman pointed out that the efforts of the Wyoming MassResistance team are inspiring other people around the country to press forward, demand answers from their local libraries, and get harmful books removed. At one point, a woman who identified herself as a retired librarian pointed out that the local newspaper has applauded the Library Director. Kevin got up and reminded her that the newspaper differs from the community on most issues, including this.

This woman talked about being part of Wyoming MassResistance and traveling around the state, and that people knew about this battle: “I hear some positive stories and it’s so exciting. Because of us, people have taken on their own libraries. And they’re getting things done! Books are being removed!" she said.

Final thoughts

Decades ago, most states across the country passed laws exempting schools, libraries, and museums from laws banning obscenity (as harmful to minors). This was done in the interest of protecting legitimate artwork that sometimes portrayed nudity. But now, radical staff members and public officials are using that as cover to push pornography onto children in schools and libraries. (Attempts to overturn these laws in some states have been strongly opposed by teachers’ unions and LGBT groups.)

Regarding the issue of “disrespecting” officials: In a famous 1964 case (New York Times v Sullivan) the US Supreme Court opined that America has a "profound national commitment to the principle that debate on public issues should be uninhibited, robust, and wide-open, and that it may well include vehement, caustic, and sometimes unpleasantly sharp attacks on government and public officials."

When public officials declare that they and their actions are above criticism by ordinary citizens, we all need to get very upset. These people have no morals and no conscience. They deserve parents’ disrespect. We will certainly not be intimidated by them.

A California woman is threatening her local school district with a lawsuit for convincing her young daughter that she was transgender and bisexual.

Jessica Konen of Spreckels, California, filed a legal claim — the precursor to a lawsuit — against the Spreckels Union School District plus two teachers and the principal at Buena Vista Middle School. She claims the teachers, Lori Caldiera and Kelly Baraki, secretly manipulated her then-11-year-old daughter, referred to only as A.G., into changing her gender identity and requesting to be treated as a boy, even to the point of using a unisex restroom normally reserved for teachers.

That Caldiera and Baraki would do such a thing is hardly surprising. In a video from a California Teachers Association conference that was leaked to journalist Abigail Shrier in November, the two proudly laid out exactly how they recruited students to the LGBT cause and how they kept parents from finding out.

Caldiera and Baraki explained that when students were engaged in remote learning during the COVID-19 lockdowns, the teachers “totally stalked what [students] were doing on Google” and used that knowledge, plus their classroom observations, to identify potential recruits for their school’s pro-LGBT “Equality Club.” They further admitted that they intentionally kept no records of who attended club meetings, scheduled the meetings during lunch period rather than after school, and told students not to tell their parents about the club.

According to Konen’s legal claim, all this was enabled by the school’s Parental Secrecy Policy, under which the school would keep students’ gender confusion or gender-identity changes a secret from their parents.

Konen says that A.G. first attended an Equality Club meeting at the beginning of her sixth-grade year at the invitation of a friend but only continued to go because of encouragement from Caldiera. Soon, Caldiera and Baraki were strongly hinting to A.G. that she was both transgender and bisexual, terms that the girl did not even fully understand at the time. Then they convinced her to begin using a boy’s name and wearing boys’ clothing. Worst of all, the teachers “instructed A.G. not to tell her mother about her new identity or new name, saying that her mother might not be supportive of her and that she couldn’t trust her mother,” reads the claim.

Later, Caldiera, by misrepresenting A.G.’s desires to other faculty and administrators, got everyone to call her by her new, male name and pronouns and obtained access to the unisex restroom for her, alleges Konen. Moreover, she claims, Caldiera insisted the girl read several articles on transgenderism, including one on how to hide it from parents — and, as usual, keep it a secret from her mom.

Meanwhile, the school kept Konen from learning of any of this. In all its communications with her, teachers and administrators continued to refer to A.G. by her given name and feminine pronouns.

Eventually, the principal called Konen in for a meeting, at which she was told what was going on with her daughter and was given no choice but to accept it. She says she feared having her daughter taken from her if she objected.

After more than a year of remote learning — and, therefore, far less influence from Caldiera and Baraki — A.G. “began to return to her old self,” says the claim. Nevertheless, she remains “confused about issues related to her sexuality” and still has a somewhat strained relationship with her mother.

Neither Konen nor her daughter really understood what had happened until Shrier reported on the leaked video. Then they began to realize that Caldiera and Baraki had orchestrated the entire sequence of events, with the girl the unwitting victim of their schemes — and probably not the only one.

As a result, they are asking the school district to “award appropriate damages … to the fullest extent allowed under the law.” Failure to do so will, of course, result in a lawsuit.

“Parents are supposed to have access to all the educational records of their children,” Konen’s attorney, Harmeet Dhillon, told the Associated Press. “The concept that the schools have a right to be running secret, don’t-tell-your-parents clubs and don’t-tell-your-parents programs and actively coaching children how to mutilate themselves … is certainly not consistent with California law.”

Over the last several months, our growing MassResistance chapter of local parents in Gillette, Wyoming has been working to stop their public library’s promotion of pornographic homosexual and transgender books to children. It has been a shockingly difficult battle!

Many of us remember when public libraries (and schools) were safe, educational, and nurturing places for children. But over the last few decades, monstrous arrogant people with no moral compass have been attracted to these institutions. This disturbing report provides a window into how their minds work.

Parents have recently filed 57 formal “challenges” for the removal of 19 particularly horrible books in the children’s and teens’ areas. Every challenge has been rejected by the Library Director and her staff. Two of the books were simply moved to a different shelf within the library.

Citizens can appeal the library’s rejection of a book challenge before the five-member Campbell County Library Board (which meets every month). As with other library boards across the country, they are supposed to represent the community in overseeing the library operations – but instead, they work to protect the library staff’s radicalism from the community.

The Library Board meets to hear (and subvert) appeals by the parents

At the December 20, 2021, Campbell County Library Board meeting, citizens’ appeals of books were on the agenda. Wyoming MassResistance parents came prepared.

But the Library Board had also prepared for this meeting. They purposefully made it as intimidating as possible for the parents. We describe below what is in the above video.

Here’s what happened:

Library Director describes their “professional” book acquisition process

[Beginning of video.] Before the parents were called up to make their appeal presentation, the Board Chairman called on the Library Director to describe the process for acquiring library books. This is known as the “collection policy.”

Reading from a prepared text, she described how the library’s “highly trained professionals” followed the library’s formal policy to add books to the collection. This includes consulting reputable book lists and sources, such as “professional journals, awards lists, analytic software, and local community demand.” On the surface, it sounds appropriate and professional.

But looking closer, one can see that these “reputable” sources are actually far-left and radical pro-LGBT groups. The ALA recommends the Stonewall Book Awards, the Rainbow Book List, and Over the Rainbow Book List. In addition, the ALA produces its own LGBT book lists. (See here, here, and here.) The library’s claim of “local community demand” usually means LGBT and other fringe groups. (The ALA actually sees the “Leather Archives and Museum” – BDSM radicals – as a legitimate source for developing collections. Surely, there are some BDSM practitioners in the Gillette area. Should their books be included?)

Thus, using these sources the library can “legitimately” cherry-pick from among the worst possible books for children.

The purpose of describing the “collection policy” was obviously to intimidate the parents and cast them as contradicting the “professionals.” But to the parents, this had the opposite effect. It reinforced to them what a sham the library’s so-called “official process” really is.

Parents present their appeal – of a vile children’s book

[2:12 in video.] Two of the mothers were then called up to present their appeal of a book whose challenge had been rejected. The book is Trans Mission: My Quest to a Beard - a gruesome book about a girl “transitioning” her body to “become” a male.

They started out by addressing the Library Director’s “collection policy.”

Terri, thank you for the presentation. But if you were using different policies this book wouldn't be allowed here. And I think that's the root of the problem of everything we've challenged ... and many others that promote radical perversion. We want to be proud of you guys. But we're ashamed. You've been very stubborn in refusing to remove the vilest, perverted books.

They went on to describe the book. It's an autobiography of a girl who hates everything about herself. She hates her breasts, hates her face, hates her skin.

She decides she’s “really” a boy: It’s as if someone had put her head onto an alien body. The book gives full instructions on how a girl can “bind” her chest to disguise her breasts. She talks about taking male hormones. She finally finds a doctor to do breast-removal surgery for her.

There is great detail on genital surgery (“bottom surgery”). There’s even a page on how a girl can buy a device so she can stand up to urinate as if she were a boy.

“I know that some of you think this is all normal. But it isn't,” the mothers told the Board. They also read a fairly long list of terrible medical problems that follow these procedures.

Also in the book, the girl describes her sexual behavior. She engages in all sorts of sex: with lesbians, homosexuals, bisexuals, transgenders, etc. (known as “pansexuality”). She describes how to buy sex toys online while underage. She describes her great experience having sex with an older man. She speaks of the YouTube sex videos she has made since she was 14. (Clearly, the author has a lot of mental health issues.)

The book also goes on for pages promoting a radical LGBT agenda and displays hatred of anyone who questions it.

Profanity is infused throughout the book. The "F-word" is used numerous times.

 “Why would we want our children to read about this?” the mothers asked. Not only is this book clearly promoting deviant sex practices, but it would seem that the people who promote such a book likely have sexual dysfunction issues themselves.

The mothers added that it's also concerning that the schools drop children off at the library, and there are many children there without parental supervision who could easily pick up this book.

Board members interrogate the parents

[12:43 in video.] A few of the Board members then asked the mothers some questions. These questions reflected how disconnected from the reality of normal community concerns their thought processes are. But this mother wasn’t the least bit intimidated.

Here is a summary of some of the questions:

Q: Was it your feeling that it glamorized the lifestyle?

A: Not so much glamorizing it, but promoting it through peer pressure. If children already have issues, these books are very dangerous for them.

Q: Are you saying that we move this book into the adult section from the children’s section?

A: Traditionally, people go to adult bookstores to get their sexual perversion. I would prefer that our library is not a porn library.

Q: When I read the book, I felt that it didn’t glorify it at all or promote it. When I read it, I thought it was just a book that explained what this particular person was going through. I didn’t see anything that would be particularly attractive to making that choice.

A: It’s being put in front of children whose brains are not fully developed. And traditionally in our country, we like to educate our children with higher morals and higher intellect than we're seeing right now. There are plenty of good books that they could be reading instead of this which I don't see in the library here. 

Q: I’ve looked, and this book is in several other Wyoming public libraries.

A: All across our nation the public is waking up about this. It's just a matter of time. It's going to be happening across the country. Our library should be at the forefront.

Q: Are you familiar with MassResistance?

A: Yes.

Q: Did you first hear about this book through MassResistance? Do you know that they list books?

A: I haven’t seen a list. I do my own research I've been to the library many times. I've spent hours in the various sections. I found these books myself. I care about children.

Q: Do you think a person is born in the wrong body, or do you think that's made up?

A: My opinion doesn't matter in areas like that. I'm just against sexual content like this being exposed to children. If someone's 18 years old and they want to be a dog, it's a free country. But like most responsible adults, we believe children should have their innocence. Let the parents be in charge. And they don't know.

Library Director delivers statement defending the book

[19:52 in video.] Before taking a vote, the Chairman, Charlie Anderson, leaned over and asked the Library Director to make a statement for the record defending the book. She already had it written, and she read it.

Its banal, bureaucratic tone was so arrogant and insulting that we transcribed the entire statement here.

Here are the major points in her defense of the book:

She completely ignores concepts of morality or any appropriateness for children. She simply says that the library has a “singular obligation” to reflect “differing points of view on controversial or debatable subjects” and “all perspectives of human experience.”

She says that people have the right “not to read or check out any individual book” and “there are 1,200 other books that somebody could check out.” But this book “serves the educational research needs of secondary students.” And even moving the book to an adult section would be “censoring it.”

Parents have a responsibility to monitor what their children are reading, she says, and there’s a process where they can see what their kids check out. [MR comment: Though not what they pick up and read while in the library].

She points out that the book is definitely appropriate for children. She says that “several professional library journals” have recommended this book for children ages 13 and up.

The intent is “to inform and educate about the Transgender experience.” The book is meant to support individuals who may be “considering gender transition.”

She believes that this book is credible because “this author has a significant YouTube following” and because it is written, “as an informational resource about gender dysphoria and the author’s experience in transitioning from female to male.” Thus, this would also be a good guide for parents who have children who have these feelings, she said.

Regarding the profanity, she says “the tone is factual, though slightly informal to appeal better to a teen audience.” She says the book “does not necessarily include sexual encounters.”

This was like something out of a bad futuristic movie – except that it’s happening now.

The Board votes to reject the appeal

[25:18 in video.] Library Board Chairman Charlie Anderson asked if there was any discussion by the Board. But there was none, so they voted. It was a stiff 4-1 vote to reject the appeal. The “yes” vote came from Mandy Steward, the “moderate” (or secret conservative?) on the Board.

Unfortunately, Steward said nothing during the discussion. This is not a borderline kind of issue. This book is not legitimate “information” by any normal standard. It is a catalog of perversion. But we’ll gladly take her vote.

Final thoughts

The late Judith Reisman, who did decades of research on this subject, often observed that the people who work in schools and libraries make this material available to young people because deep down they hate children. From our experience over the years, we would add that it is not an exaggeration or hyperbole to say that parents are dealing with people who have no conscience, no morals, and no souls.

Sadly, too many parents – and conservatives – do not appreciate the scope of what they are up against. Hopefully, this report will help.

Thousands of Churches Warn Against Canada’s Ban on Conversion Therapy

In Canada, a wave of Christian churches are condemning the recently enacted Bill C-4, a law that criminalizes the act of providing, promoting or advertising conversion therapy. The legislation was unanimously passed by the 44th Parliament and was the first bill to do so. It took effect on January 8.

In response, thousands of clergy in Canada have dedicated their Sunday sermons to denounce the new law, which could criminalize teachings on biblical sexual morality, Fox News reported. Over 4,000 Christian pastors who publicly admitted to wanting to protest the legislation have come together to support an initiative sparked by Liberty Coalition Canada, which was also promulgated in the U.S. by Pastor John MacArthur of Los Angeles.

The controversial legislation, which was fast-tracked through the Canadian Parliament just last month without any lengthy debates, describes the belief that heterosexuality and cisgender identity are preferable as a “myth.” Any type of conversion therapy or counseling that does not support this worldview, under Canadian law, can now be punished with a five-year jail sentence.

Critics of Canada’s ban on conversion therapy, among other new rules under the just-enacted legislation, claim that the language of the bill is too broad and can even cover personal conversations. Some pastors who were arrested by authorities in Canada for violating COVID restrictions on gatherings spoke out and said the law will enable religious persecution.

“The biblical gospel is a message of conversion, whereby Christ causes sinners to be born-again, thus converting them from sinful propensities to godliness,” Canadian pastor Jacob Reaume of Trinity Bible Chapel, whose church incurred more than $100,000 in fines in 2021 for refusing to comply with COVID restrictions, told the Daily Wire. “The bill’s language is vague enough that many think it might criminalize a biblical call to forsake sodomitic propensities to embrace righteousness.”

Another Canadian pastor Tim Stephens of Fairview Baptist Church, who was detained in a maximum-security facility in the summer of 2021 for refusing to close his church, argued that the new law “promotes a truly harmful type of ‘conversion’ using puberty-blocking chemicals, surgeries to remove functioning breasts and sexual organs, regular hormone treatments, and truly harmful counseling that has led to exorbitant suicide rates.”

Stephens called upon Christians not only in Canada but in the United States as well, to fight the “spiritual battle” against the “strongholds” and the “opinions and philosophies that are raised against the knowledge of God.” He lamented that the Constitution will not be able to prevent the advancement of “these godless ideologies.”

“Revival and reformation is needed,” Stephens remarked. He added that the Church must lead the way, but that in the United States like in Canada, there are “only a few voices sounding the alarm and speaking truth to culture.”

Other pastors are also warning against the impending doom these ideologies are causing in the west. Pastor Andrew Brunson, a missionary who was unjustly imprisoned in 2016 and caused a conflict between Turkey and the U.S., said during his 2018 release that religious persecution is coming soon to Western countries. He now works as a special advisor for religious freedom at Family Research Council, where he observes the developments in North America and calls Canada’s ban on conversion therapy “a dark wave of hostility” that will crash onto the church.

(Natural News) Back in December, Tony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) sent $205,562 to Scripps Research to convert innocent monkeys into transgenders.

The alleged purpose of the research was to identify why transgender “women” experience high rates of HIV, which is something that Fauci knows a lot about as a longtime AIDS proponent.

For their Fauci-funded study, researchers abused male monkeys by subjecting them to feminizing hormone “therapy.” The stated goal was to identify the impact of female hormones on the immune system of male monkeys.

Since Fauci took over the NIAID back in 1984, this is the kind of horrific medical experimentation he has been funding and overseeing. Not just monkeys but also beagles have been subjected to extreme abuse as part of Fauci’s abusive mad scientist experiments.

“It was revealed in November that the NIAID funded a study that infected beagles with heart-worm larvae and euthanized them after experimentations,” reported The Washington Free Beacon.

“As part of another study, researchers infected beagles with mutated bacteria from ticks.”

Fauci loves to abuse animals and seems to have an obsession with gender-bending

Fauci also subjected monkeys to HIV as part of “vaccine” tests he oversaw. Every year, as many as 600 rhesus monkeys are captured and hauled off to an island off the coast of South Carolina where Charles River Laboratories abuses and tortures them for “research” purposes.

Charles River Laboratories, by the way, currently has a $27.5 million contract with the NIAID.

Dr. Katherine Roe, a neuroscientist with PETA, says that Fauci’s latest study involving the “transitioning” of monkeys into transgenders is “yet another pointless, wasteful monkey torture experiment.”

“It’s just bad science to suggest that dosing monkeys with feminizing medication make them good stand-ins for humans,” Roe told the Beacon. “This study will not help to prevent or treat HIV and will not help transgender women.”

Roe added that the study is ineffective if for no other reason than the fact that monkeys cannot even contract HIV. They contract something milder but similar called the Simian Immunodeficiency Virus or SIV.

Roe blames the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for spending billions of dollars on this pointless research even though primates are also unable to contract AIDS.

In a statement, a spokeswoman from Scripps Florid claimed that testing these “sub-populations” of monkeys can help to develop effective treatments for fatal diseases.

“The research you reference concerns a sub-population of people at greater risk of HIV infection, and factors that may or may not affect their response to a treatment/preventative approach in development,” the spokeswoman said.

“It is through these types of targeted research studies that substantive progress against HIV, cancer, ALS, dementia – indeed most diseases and conditions – will be made.”

It turns out that the NIAID has funded all kinds of transgender research involving HIV, almost like Fauci has some kind of obsession with gender-bending – and using American tax dollars to do it.

At one point, Fauci gave $155,000 to the University of Alabama to research the effects of giving testosterone to women.

He also sent $230,000 over to researchers at Emory University to study how immune cells in the rectums of transgender people affect their HIV risk.

Fauci has had a sick obsession with HIV and AIDS since the 1980s, which is important to emphasize. Something is very wrong with the guy.

“I’m thinking his fear experiments on monkeys were a prelude to the covid fearmongering now being imposed on people,” wrote a Natural News reader. “What a monster. He shouldn’t be allowed to walk free.”

Maryland Parents Shocked to Learn Children Were Given Race and Gender Scorecards to Calculate Privilege

A mother in Carroll County, Md., reported that students, including her daughter, were recently given race and gender privilege scorecards to complete as part of their preparation for an upcoming reading assignment in English class:

Accompanying the scorecards were other media elaborating on the concept of privilege, including this video:  

When the daughter questioned her teacher on what privilege has to do with learning English, expressing concerns that the material seemed “racist towards whites” and that it “portrayed the police in a negative light,” the teacher reacted by saying it was actually good to have those feelings and that the purpose of the lesson is to foster uncomfortable conversations.  

The girl’s mother sees things differently, calling such topics in the classroom “absolutely appalling.” She continued: “They’re teaching our kids to view and treat people based on their skin color, rather than treating each other as individuals. How this belongs in an English class is beyond me.”

The Concerned Parents of Carroll County Maryland, a local group organized to remove political indoctrination in schools and promote common-sense COVID policies, were originally sent the classroom documents. The group has received similar reports from many students and parents throughout their community’s school system. 

On Wednesday, the local Board of Education will vote on a “political neutrality” policy, which aims to position teachers as neutral moderators when discussing political topics while reinforcing a focus on the basics: reading, writing, and arithmetic.   

Concerned Parents Chair Bryan Thompson urges local parents to “show up” to the board meeting and to “demand that political indoctrination remains out of our schools and that repeat offenders are held accountable”.

He was very upset that the local public library had scheduled a bizarre “Pride Storytime” in the children’s room featuring Drag Queens and others. The event was categorized as appropriate for children “birth through 5” and (ages 6-11).

Our conversation with the Library Director

About a week before the Sept. 18 event, Arthur Schaper, our Organization Director, phoned the Reading Public Library to get more information. After being transferred a few times, he was connected to a woman who identified herself as the Library Director, Amy Lannon.

Arthur asked her, “Who are the performers who will be reading at the Pride Storytime? Do you know their names?”

She said they didn’t know. She said that the library had invited the “Drag Kings, Queens, and Friends” group but they don’t have any specific names. She directed Arthur to a link on the library’s website. From there he went to the group’s Facebook page, which listed the presenters for that event.

What followed was a very troubling conversation, to say the least:

Arthur: Their Facebook page shows “Nuqueer Power” and “Miss Vivienne” as readers for this event. Do those names sound familiar?

Library Director: I didn’t organize it. Our staff organized it. I don’t call up the people for these events. Our library staff does arrangements with various authors, presenters, birdwatchers, environmental people.

Arthur: I’m looking at this character “Nuqueer Power” on his Facebook profile. It’s a man dressed up as a weird woman. Do you really think that’s appropriate for children ages birth to 5 – I’m going by your calendar description?

Library Director: The program is in alignment with our mission and how we want to present and be welcoming to a wide variety of people.

Arthur: For ages birth to five – you’ve got half-naked figures on this man’s profile. What does that have to do with reading?  Could you explain to me how sexually explicit entertainers reading to young children conforms or fulfills the goals of the library? I just don’t understand.

Library Director: It is supporting our mission and our statement of being welcoming to all, including our LGBT community.

Arthur: “Being welcoming to all” – is the library going to start inviting pornography stars?

Library Director: If that’s a program you’d like to see, then you can absolutely submit it, and we’ll take it under consideration.

Arthur: You would actually entertain a pornographer reading to children? Or pole dancers?

Library Director: We cannot stop anybody from submitting a program request, no.

Arthur: But you have the authority to stop a program from taking place?

Library Director: Sure… But we are a welcoming space. And we’re committed to equity and diversity and inclusion.

Arthur: What does equity mean?

Library Director: Providing services to everyone.

Arthur: I’m just trying to understand. A library is about teaching people to read. This is a drag entertainer who engages in sexually provocative demonstrations on a stage.

Library Director: I don’t know if they’re actually going to be doing it in the Storytime.

Arthur: But that’s what drag queens do. Drag entertainment is heavily connected to alcohol and drug use. They engage in sexually explicit acts – that’s the whole point of “drag.” Why are those people presenting to kids?

Arthur: Would you allow your children to be around drag queens?

Library Director: Yes.

Arthur: You’re pushing an agenda here on kids to engage in behaviors that are harmful to them. You do realize that?

Library Director: I’m not sure I agree with that. But I appreciate that’s how you feel. So thank you for sharing.

Arthur: You are the Library Director, and are allowing a Drag Queen, a sexually explicit entertainer, pushing this perversion on children.

Library Director: I’m really excited about the program and I think we’re really looking forward to it. I’m very excited about the feedback that we’ve gotten from the people who are attending. And they’re thanking us for having it.

The Pride Storytime event on Sept. 18 was apparently such a “success” at introducing young children to sexual entertainers that the Reading Public Library has scheduled another one for Jan. 22.

Library NOT checking the Drag performers' criminal background - as required by law

Massachusetts state law requires that organizations such as public libraries do criminal background checks (known as “CORI checks”) on all adults who will be working with children:

[A]ny entity or organization primarily engaged in providing activities or programs to children 18 years of age or less, shall obtain all available criminal offender record information from the department prior to accepting any person as an employee, volunteer, vendor, or contractor.

This past week, Arthur called and spoke with the Library Director about this. She confirmed that the library employees and volunteers do receive CORI checks. But she admitted that the Drag “performer” did not have a CORI check done before working with the children in September. As to why she clearly didn’t want to talk about it and gave very confusing reasons.

Arthur: Prior to the September 18 Pride Storytime, was a CORI check or background check done on “Nuqueer Power”?

Library Director: Can I ask why you need to know this?

Arthur: It’s a matter of public record.  And I care about kids. And it’s state law.

Library Director: I don’t think that CORI checks are public record.

Arthur: But they’re required by law.

Library Director: All employees and volunteers who work in the Reading Public Library are CORI checked. People that come into the library are not.

Arthur: You’re saying that the Drag Queen did not receive a CORI check?

Library Director: Nope. They don’t work for the library. Nor are they mandated under the guidelines required by the state according to the Department of Education or mandatory reporters. [NOTE: Department of Education guidelines or issues regarding “mandatory reporters” are not pertinent to this situation.]

Arthur: But he’s a volunteer in the library.

Library Director: He’s a program person who comes in. [NOTE: The law applies to “an employee, volunteer, vendor or contractor.”]

Library Director: For example, if we have Hank Phillippi Ryan [a Boston TV reporter and author] coming in to do a program we do not CORI check on her, even though she may be presenting to people over 65. [NOTE: There is another statute requiring CORI checks on people who work with the elderly. That is not pertinent to this situation.]

Arthur: The bottom line is that there was no CORI check. OK. Thank you.

The Reading Public Library is arrogantly ignoring this requirement. Even worse, as the Library Director admitted above, they don’t even know who the people are who will be coming in to work with the young children.

Final thoughts

Many people still think (or want to believe) that “Drag Queen” presentations to children in public libraries somehow happen by mistake, or through an oversight. In fact, they are put there purposefully by library officials who take pride in presenting these deviant characters to children. And normal safety checks are thrown out the window.

These library officials are out to get children to accept deviant behavior as normal. But they blatantly don’t care how this can adversely affect young minds. In their opinion, it’s not their problem.

One thing that these library officials do get right, however, is that this kind of perversion does constitute “serving the LGBT community.” As we’ve observed before, LGBT activists are obsessed with children – and pushing their agenda on young people. While most of the community is sickened by these presentations, it’s the “LGBT community” and their allies who are thanking the library for hosting them.  

What you can do:

Monitor your local library for similar events and work to cancel them.
