California passes new law to protect abusive parents who mutilate their children in the name of transgenderism

(Natural News) The California legislature just passed new legislation to turn the Golden State into a massive sanctuary zone for the transgender body-butchering of children.
Senate Bill 107 was overwhelmingly passed in a 30-9 vote along party lines in the wake of a federal ruling on August 26 that struck down a Biden regime mandate aimed at forcing American doctors to perform gender mutilation procedures on children who demand to become LGBTs.
With that mandate now gone, some states are passing their own protective legislation to outlaw LGBT indoctrination events such as “Drag Queen Story Hour” at public libraries and “family-friendly” drag strip shows at restaurants and bars.
California, meanwhile, is moving in the opposite direction (Related: Alabama is one of the states that recently banned transgender grooming, and California is now trying to cater to “refugees” from that state and others like it).
SB 107, we are told, will make California a giant “safe space” for transgender youth and their parents from other states to find refuge. The following Democrats voted yes on the bill, which now awaits Gov. Gavin Newsom’s signature:

California Democrats ignore children whose lives have been ruined by trans agenda
State Sen. Melissa Melendez, a Republican who voted against SB 107, questioned the motives of Sen. Scott Wiener, the Democrat who authored the bill. She wants to know if he is aware of its implications for the children whose lives will be forever destroyed by “gender-affirming care.”
Melendez brought up the case of Chloe Cole, who at 15 years old removed both of her breasts in a failed attempt to become a “male.” Cole, like many others, now regrets her decision to get a double mastectomy.
The day before SB 107 was passed, Cole testified for a second time before the Senate Judiciary Committee about how going trans has ruined her life.
“My parents were told that the options were transition or suicide,” Cole said at the hearing. “They complied because they were not offered any other treatment solution for my distress. My distraught parents wanted me alive, so they listened to my doctors. I was placed on puberty blockers and testosterone after expressing my gender dysphoria to my therapist, and I was approved for a double mastectomy all by the age of 15.”
“Who here really believes that as a 15-year-old I should have had my healthy breasts removed or that should have been an option? SB 107 will open the floodgates for confused children like me to get the gender interventions that many so regret. I am the canary in the coal mine.”
As you might expect, Cole also now suffers from a litany of mental health issues mostly stemming from her body being permanently butchered. She is still a female and always will be, but her chopped-up body is now a mishmash of male and female characteristics that she will carry with her for the rest of her life.
“So I easily fell prey to the narrative that if I felt different and did not want to be a highly sexualized girl, I must be a boy,” Cole went on to explain. “I obsessed over becoming a boy. I believed that all my insecurities and anxiety would magically disappear once I transitioned.”
“The mental health professionals did not try to dissuade me of this delusional belief. I was fast-tracked into medical transition after I was diagnosed with dysphoria in California.”

It isn’t as if we weren’t warned. Many people have observed for years now that the total exclusion of morality from the public square, and the refusal to declare that any behavior was wrong in itself, would lead to the normalization of all manner of abhorrent behavior. Such warnings seem almost quaint now, with drag queens in primary schools and toddlers being encouraged to undergo radical body mutilation. In this insane environment, it is no surprise whatsoever that the Left is now pushing to make pedophilia as normal as a walk in the park. The assault on traditional values is total and unyielding. No quarter will be given.
The Post Millennial reported recently that “a professional counselor who works with incarcerated sex offenders defended pedophiles as a ‘marginalized’ minority in a recent YouTube upload, sparking criticism as clips from the video went viral on social media.” Miranda Galbreath, who is a licensed sex therapist, posted a video that is, at least for now, unavailable. It was entitled "Let's talk about minor-attracted persons." In it, Galbreath advocates for the use of the term "minor-attracted people" and claims that the term "pedophile" is a "judgmental, hurtful insult." She says that pedophiles are "the most vilified population of folks."
Amid all this rancid and dangerous propaganda, even “folks” is a charged word. While the Post Millennial transcribes the word as “folks,” it is likely that Galbreath said “folx,” which Merriam-Webster, a newly woke company like all the rest of them, explains is “used especially to explicitly signal the inclusion of groups commonly marginalized.” Galbreath is semaphoring to her Leftist audience that pedophiles are or should be considered to be among the Left’s protected victim groups, groups that are prized and privileged because they are supposedly “marginalized.” To redress the wrongs done by white, Christian, cis-gendered, heteronormative bigots, these people deserve special consideration and accommodation.
Galbreath claims that the term minor-attracted person “simply means that the person has an enduring sexual or romantic attraction to minors. They have not chosen this attraction… you don't get to choose to be heterosexual or gay, and you don’t get to choose to be a minor-attracted person." It’s something the poor dears can’t help, you see. Galbreath doesn’t seem to have any interest, meanwhile, in the plight of people who don’t choose to become the victims of pedophiles. They don’t choose, either, but apparently, they don’t deserve any consideration.
The Post Millennial notes that Galbreath is not just a talking head, but acts upon her ideas: “On her website, called Sexual Safe Space, Galbreath claims that she has been an active mental health counselor for over 20 years. According to the site, she provides ‘evaluation and treatment services in the community and within state prisons to folks who have committed sexual offenses.’ On her Linkedin profile, she displays experience working with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.” And one insane and immoral perspective leads to another: Galbreath “is also a registered member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), which sets international guidelines and protocols for medically transitioning, including recommendations for minors as young as 14.”
Galbreath is not alone in trying to normalize pedophilia. She is just one part of a much larger push. As far back as October 2014, the New York Times published an op-ed entitled “Pedophilia: A Disorder, Not A Crime.” Those who would dismiss that on the basis of its having been an op-ed and not a news article, and thus not necessarily reflect the position of the Times itself, should investigate when the Times last published an op-ed arguing that Islam was not a religion of peace and that jihad terrorists were inspired by texts and teachings of the Qur’an itself. The Times has, of course, never published such an op-ed, and never would. But normalizing pedophilia? That fits in just fine with the Times’ agenda.
And with that of the Washington Post, chimed in on July 8, 2015, with a piece entitled “We’re shocked by every nice guy caught with child porn. But we shouldn’t be. Our image of pedophiles is completely wrong.” Even farther back, in 2012, CNN asked: “Do pedophiles deserve sympathy?” The answer was, of course, yes.
Clearly, the media elites want us to accept pedophilia as normal as baseball and apple pie. But why? If we had any actual journalists today, they would be investigating and exposing the forces behind this unseemly push to normalize what is and always will be the horrific abuse of children. But we don’t.
Wave of lawsuits coming against psychiatrists and doctors who rubber-stamped transgender mutilations and surgeries

(Natural News) Medical professionals who rubber stamp cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers in children will be held accountable for child abuse and medical malpractice. Medical professionals who push transgender surgeries and genital mutilations on their patients will soon see a wave of lawsuits.
Take for instance 19-year-old Jay Langadinos. Back in May of 2010, this Australian woman sought professional help from a psychiatrist named Dr. Patrick Toohey. After a single meeting, the psychiatrist scheduled Jay for hormone treatment and two major surgeries to remove her breasts and uterus. Jay’s endocrinologist, Professor Ann Conway, was concerned that Jay was “very young” and therefore needed “a thorough psychiatric work-up before embarking on hormone treatment.”
But psychiatrist Dr. Patrick Toohey did not provide a thorough psychiatric evaluation and did not take the time to listen to his patient. After just one meeting, he prescribed synthetic hormones, forcing Jay to develop secondary male sex characteristics. The mutilation surgeries followed soon thereafter, starting with a double mastectomy. When Jay was just 22 years old, her psychiatrist signed off on a hysterectomy, writing that there was no “psychiatric contraindication to proceeding with hysterectomy as part of gender transition.”
A decade later, Jay does not identify as a male, an assumption that was forced on her at a young age. Today, she is suing the psychiatrist for professional negligence.
Youth who were maimed into transgenderism are beginning to de-transition back to their true selves
Back when she was nineteen years old, Jay says she told the doctor that she suffered from social phobia, but this issue was ignored. If psychiatrists took a little time and got down to the root of the problem, then hormone therapy and gender-contorting surgeries would not even be considered. The hormones and procedures that Jay underwent ultimately caused early menopause, impaired psychological functioning, deep anxiety, and depression. She ultimately wanted to have children but could not. Now, she holds the doctor accountable for not recommending she get a second opinion before the hysterectomy was conducted.
The feelings, urges and thoughts of youth are complex and fleeting, but none of it has to define them for life — unless it gets taken too far. Birth gender is sacred and should be preserved and affirmed first. Jay remembers being confused about her sexuality and gender after going online and learning about gender dysphoria.
“Because of the definition of dysphoria, I thought, ‘That’s what I have.’ I decided that I must be transgender because of the discomfort that I had in my body,” said Langadinos. But after coming to an incorrect conclusion about her identity, she was not guided in the right direction. When she sought psychiatric help, she was affirmed in her confusion and further persuaded to accept an identity that wasn’t truly hers. As the hormone treatment took effect, it made her even more unhappy, and she sought further changes to “fix” herself and find some sort of happiness inside.
“As my unhappiness grew, I felt the cause of my unhappiness was because I was not male, so the answer was to change my body even more,” said Langadinos. “I had a breakdown, and couldn’t function for an entire year. I couldn’t get out of bed. I wish at the time I know how much I was hurting and why.”
Medical professionals beginning to speak out about gender-bending child abuse, genital mutilation
Victims of gender transition are rising up and telling their stories. These first-hand experiences are motivating more medical professionals to stand up for children who are preyed on by trans-activism, gender delusions, synthetic hormones, and genital mutilation. Dr. Quentin Van Meter, president of the American College of Pediatricians, called puberty blockers “child abuse” in an interview with LifeSiteNews.
“If you are interrupting that with clearly the intent of never having it go the direction that nature intended, with biological males ending up as adult males and biological females ending up as adult females, if you interrupt that, you are basically setting up a disease state,” Van Meter stated. “And then on top of that, the purpose is clear in the vast majority of kids that get on puberty blockers, they will not be allowed to go through their own natural puberty. They will be held back and then given cross-sex hormones.”
Dr. Van Meter said that puberty blockers are a gateway to surgical mutilation of healthy body parts and they have many short- and long-term side effects. “So it’s a conveyor belt. And once that patient is placed on the conveyor belt of puberty blockers, they are carried down the assembly line to cross-sex hormones. And then at the end, have an option to do surgery to mutilate their bodies to appear like the opposite sex.”

For the second night in a row, police showed up at the home of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) in the early hours of Thursday morning, responding to a fake 911 call. Once again, it appears that someone on the Left is hoping to get Greene into a situation in which she or others in her home could be killed.
Two police officers rushed to Greene’s home in Rome, Ga., in response to a call they received at 2:53 a.m. The call, according to the Rome Police Department, was about “a male possibly shooting his family members and then himself.”
MSN reported that “the suspect, who called through an internet chat that appeared to be a suicide crisis line, falsely told police responders that a man ‘came out as trans-gender and claimed they shot the family’ at Greene’s address, the report said.” The caller gave his name as Wayne Greene and told police on the call: “If anyone tried to stop me from shooting myself, I will shoot them.” He also warned cops that “they would be waiting for us.”
At the house, there was, of course, no Wayne Greene. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene once again met the police officers at the front door, as she did in the early hours of Wednesday morning. They told her about the call and, according to the Rome Police Department, “confirmed this was a second false report.” The report added that the call can’t be traced, “due to the person(s) using a VPN.”
As Greene stated Wednesday, “This is how they get people killed… it’s like political terrorism.” Police responding to what they have been led to believe is a crisis situation could all too easily respond mistakenly but lethally to innocuous behavior, resulting in Greene’s death or the death of someone else at the house.
As Stephen Green reported Wednesday, the first caller told cops that someone had been shot inside Greene’s home. The Rome News-Tribune said that the call led cops to think “a man who had been shot multiple times was in the bathtub at Greene’s home. The caller also stated there was a woman inside the home and possibly children with her. When officers arrived, Greene assured them there was no issue at the home.”
For that call, we know the motive. The Rome Police Department stated: “After we cleared the call and went back in service, Rome-Floyd 911 received a call from the suspect, claiming responsibility for the incident and explaining his/her motives. It was a computer-generated voice. They explained they were upset about Ms. Greene’s stance on ‘trans-gender youth’s rights,’ and stated they were trying to ‘swat’ her. The report also stated that the caller claimed they are connected to a website that police said supports cyberstalking and gave the police their user name on the site.”
This makes it clear yet again: radical Leftists are totalitarians. They want their opponents silenced. They want their opponents dead. They will brook no dissent.
Greene’s spokesman Nick Dyer said: “Right now, Congresswoman Greene’s safety is our number one concern. Late last night, she was a victim of a political attack on her family and home. Whoever committed this violent crime will face the full extent of the law.” To that, MSN sneered that “a statement from Greene’s office… described the calls as ‘violent crimes’ even though no violence occurred.”
It’s only conservative speech that is violent, you see. Leftists actively trying to fool cops into committing an act of violence and kill a sitting congresswoman? That’s not violence. Violence is only something the other side engages in.
Greene herself was having none of it and said: “Those media companies, they’re responsible for trying to get me killed by those horrific headlines. The disgusting left, MSNBCs and the NBCs, putting headlines up there that I’m targeting trans kids, that is the biggest lie, and I should sue them for saying such things.”
That would be refreshing, particularly if her suits were victorious, but the more immediate question at hand is: will this persistent swatter be caught? If he or she is caught, will there be any serious prosecution? Or will a Leftist judge who holds the same view of Marjorie Taylor Greene as that of the swatter himself dismiss these crimes as an innocuous exercise in political protest and release the offender with a slap on the wrist, if that? The larger question is: can a committed conservative, a genuine and effective dissident from the line of the political and media elites, get justice in America today?

The American Civil Liberties Union is representing a group of students and teachers who are suing to put a stop to Florida’s ban on Critical Race Theory (CRT), which went into effect in July.
Florida’s Stop Wrongs Against Our Kids and Employees (Stop W.O.K.E.) Act, which was signed into law by Republican Governor Ron DeSantis in April, prohibited CRT from being taught in the Sunshine State’s classrooms.
Specifically, the legislation makes it illegal for educators to teach that one race is superior to other races or that someone is racist strictly on the basis of race or gender.
As the Washington Times notes, DeSantis has called CRT “state-sanctioned racism.” At the time of its signing, DeSantis said no one should be ashamed of their race.
“In Florida, we will not let the far-left woke agenda take over our schools and workplaces. There is no place for indoctrination or discrimination in Florida,” the governor declared at the time.
The defendants in the new lawsuit are the Florida Board of Governors of the State University System and the board of trustees from six state universities.
“The Stop W.O.K.E. Act is racially motivated censorship that the Florida legislature enacted, in significant part, to stifle widespread demands to discuss, study, and address systemic inequalities, following the nationwide protests that provoked discussions about race and racism in the aftermath of the murder of George Floyd,” the lawsuit reads.
“All educators and students have a right to teach and learn free from censorship or discrimination,” said Leah Watson, who works as a senior staff attorney with the ACLU’s Racial Justice Program. “In an effort to prevent progress towards racial justice, the Stop W.O.K.E. Act deprives educators and students of important tools to challenge racism and sexism. We urge the court to put an immediate stop to this discriminatory classroom censorship bill.”
CRT is simply a branch of Marxist Critical Theory, which asserts that all of history has been one of an oppressing class and an oppressed class. Since no actual legal class structures existed in the United States, CRT advocates argue that the oppressed class are the non-white peoples of the country.
Part of the reason CRT had spread so far in the United States is that it is being pushed by the teachers' unions.

With three million members, affiliates in 14,000 communities across America, and a $350 million annual budget, the NEA is a powerful lobbying group that has generously contributed to liberal causes, giving millions in donations to liberal groups and Democratic candidates in the 2020 election cycle, including funneling $176,649 directly to Joe Biden’s presidential campaign, according to the Open Secrets website. The NEA, which counts Jill Biden among its long-time members, drew praise from the president as recently as Friday, who called it “one of America’s indispensable organizations.
Regardless of the inevitable opposition from the Left, DeSantis made the right call in banning CRT in Florida. For far too long, the Left has been allowed to openly indoctrinate students in not only CRT but various forms of socialism and degeneracy. And the Right’s refusal to do anything about it, other than complain, is what has permitted the culture to change so drastically within only a couple of generations.
Now, of course, other Republicans across the country are following suit in striking down CRT. The key is that victory in the culture war requires more than finger-pointing; it calls for proactive action and the willingness to use institutional power to stop the Left’s agenda.

Parent Sues School Over Transgender Brainwashing;

California parent Jessica Konen is suing her local school district for secretly indoctrinating her 6th-grade daughter into the cult of transgenderism, convincing her to change her gender identity, all while urging her not to discuss the situation with her mother because she could not be “trusted.”
The behavior of these woke teachers matters not only because parents - as opposed to the government - are supposed to be in charge of raising their own children, but also because transgenderism is a treacherous ideology that threatens the very underpinnings of both our society and Western civilization as a whole.
It is not about homosexuality or bisexuality, which Americans have become increasingly tolerant of in recent years. Many Americans are even supportive of transgender people when they are consenting adults, but they do not support groomers’ efforts to force impressionable children to renounce their birth sex and pretend to be something they are not. The rise of groups such as Gays Against Groomers, whose members are aghast at reports of little kids being forced to attend drag queen performances, shows that plenty of gays recognize it is wrong to push transgender ideology onto children.
It is about totalitarian thought control. The advocates of transgenderism, backed by the Biden-Harris regime, would force Americans to recognize an individual’s professed gender identity even if it doesn’t match the person’s birth sex. Forcing people to say things they know aren’t true is the essence of totalitarianism.
As I have written before, just about no one cared about the previously minuscule number of consenting adults having sex-reassignment surgery or hormone therapy until the Left started to demand that people think of these things as normal and forced these beliefs on children.
The Left doesn’t care about how many victims it creates, even as it breaks the fragile bodies of young people who lack the maturity to make informed decisions – decisions that will come back to haunt them in their later years.
Advocated by these radicals, puberty blockers, which can harm young people, are being prescribed for children who are now, because of incessant propaganda, reporting discomfort with their sex in record numbers. Long-term use of these drugs adversely affects brain development, bone density, and fertility but more and more medical doctors are violating the Hippocratic Oath by supporting their use on gender-confused young people.
This brings us to the case of Jessica Konen, whose young daughter was pressured to join the destructive cult.
Konen is suing with the assistance of the Center For American Liberty, a nonprofit that, according to its website, is “fighting against growing anti-free speech and anti-civil liberties trends.” The legal complaint (pdf) in the case was filed June 14 in the Monterey County office of the Superior Court of California.
San Francisco-based attorney Harmeet K. Dhillon is spearheading the legal effort. Dhillon is CEO of the Center For American Liberty.
Parents have “the right to know what is going on in their child’s school,” Dhillon told Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle,” as she explained how teachers pushed the young girl to join an “Equality Club” aimed at convincing students to embrace new gender identities.
“They invited kids, including Jessica’s daughter, to be in this club, and they told these kids, do not tell your parents, and specifically Jessica’s mom, do not tell them, they cannot be trusted,” she said.
“They gave them reading materials about transgenderism. They secretly changed the pronouns, but when in front of the parents, referred to their children by their birth pronouns. Behind the parents’ back, in the school, [they] used their new identity. All this was done secretly.”
According to the legal complaint, the Spreckels Union School District near San Jose adopted a “parental secrecy policy” that “authorizes minor children to make mature, consequential, and potentially life-altering decisions—such as what gender to identify as; how to express their gender identity, including, but not limited to, females binding their breasts so they look more like males; what name to be called; what pronouns to use; and what privacy facilities to use—with no notification to or input from parents.”
Teachers at Buena Vista Middle School in the school district took Konen’s daughter, A.G., 11 at the time, and recruited her into an “Equality Club” in which she was advised that she may be transgender and bisexual, two concepts that were not familiar to her. At one point teachers changed the name of the club to UBU, or “You Be You,” to avoid detection by parents. A.G. attended Buena Vista from fall 2018 to spring 2021 for the 6th through 8th grades.
A.G. attended a club meeting at the suggestion of a friend after 6th-grade instruction began. The girl was not interested in the discussion and decided not to attend future club meetings. But two weeks later a teacher asked her to return to the club, telling her she “fit in perfectly.” A.G. began attending the meetings again. Teachers told her at first that she was bisexual even though she did not understand the concept of bisexuality. Not long after, teachers told the girl she was transgender even though she did not grasp the concept, the legal complaint stated.
Teachers were persistent as they encouraged the child to change her name to a masculine name and present as male in order to express the new identity. Despite the emotional trauma they inflicted on the young girl, the teachers told her not to let her mother know about this because her mother supposedly could not be “trusted.”
They also forced A.G. to read articles about how to conceal her newly discovered transgender status from her mother. The teachers created a “Gender Support Plan” that directed faculty to call the daughter by a new name, male pronouns, and to allow her to use the unisex teachers’ restroom.
The California Department of Education officially encourages young children to embrace transgender identities. Even though the U.S. Supreme Court had held that parents have the right to direct the upbringing and education of their children, it is the department’s position that schools ought to keep secrets from parents; its recommended reading list promotes books for kindergartners about students undergoing gender identity transition.
During the brainwashing process, A.G. took on a new gender identity different from her female sex at birth, as well as a boy’s name and masculine pronouns, according to the legal complaint.
A.G.’s original identity went down the memory hole as teachers began referring to her by her new name and pronouns. Her name was changed in educational records and she was allowed to use the teachers’ unisex bathroom, all without informing her mother.
The school deliberately deceived Konen about her child’s assumed gender identity by using the girl’s birth name and feminine pronouns when the mother was present. When Konen was not present, the teachers resumed calling the girl by a boy’s name and using masculine pronouns.
Teachers told A.G. not to tell “her mother about her new gender identity, and by otherwise concealing facts regarding A.G.’s new gender identity from Ms. Konen.”
Konen had said she “supports her daughter, regardless of the decisions she makes. Ms. Konen simply wants to be a part of her daughter’s life and exercise her rights as a parent to direct the upbringing of her child.”
But the teachers deprived Konen of her parental rights during a crucial phase of her daughter’s development by “choosing for themselves how to direct A.G.’s upbringing regarding the major life decision of A.G.’s gender identity, and concealing critical facts from Ms. Konen, her parent.”
The teachers’ actions “also violated Ms. Konen’s and A.G.’s rights under federal and state law and inflicted serious emotional and mental harm upon them.”
This case is not an outlier.
As California and federal officials continue to advocate for transgenderism, more such lawsuits are coming.

Streaming service Disney+ has hired a prominent Chicago Area drag queen to appear in a new superhero show aimed at youngsters. 33-year-old Jaren Kyei Merrell, known better by his stage name Shea Couleé, will be a part of the new show Ironheart, a part of Disney’s Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), with the show set to begin streaming next year.
Ironheart will focus on a teenage superhero who creates a suit similar to the one in Ironman.
Couleé is a former winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race, a reality show featuring men dressed as oversexualized women competing for money and prizes such as cosmetics. The new hire would seem to be a part of Disney’s new “woke” agenda and what Disney executive producer Latoya Raveneau referred to as a “not-at-all-secret gay agenda” committed to “adding queerness” to programming intended for children.
“Everyone at Marvel has been so unbelievably open and receptive to my experiences and my expertise about drag,” Merrell told E! News. “And they’ve allowed me to really come into the MCU and put my very specific Shea Coulee print on the Marvel Universe.”
“It’s really so humbling to be able to crossover into a much more mainstream avenue, and push the needle forward as far as drag is concerned, in the way that it’s consumed and in pop culture,” Merrell said. “I’m so deeply excited for everyone to see what this role is, what it entails and everything it is.”
Merrell doesn’t appear to see the show as strict entertainment for children, but as a means of cultural change, as well.
“It’s going to be really impactful,” he said. “It’s going to be so smart and creative and clever and funny, and sexy. And so, so, so, so Chicago.”
At least Merrell is honest. He freely admits that “sexy” is being peddled to children via the series.
There is speculation that Merrell may portray a character known as “Shade,” a transgender superhero introduced by Marvel in 2019, but that has not been confirmed.
Fearful of “woke” activism directed at its brand, the company, which in previous generations was known for its wholesome family content, quickly pivoted and became fierce opponents of the legislation and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
“Thank you to all who have reached out to me sharing your pain, frustration, and sadness over the company’s response to the Florida ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill,” Disney CEO Bob Chapek wrote to employees. “Speaking to you, reading your messages, and meeting with you have helped me better understand how painful our silence was.”
Disney also appears to be going back on a 2019 pledge not to show R-rated material on the Disney+ platform. In July, the platform featured Deadpool, Deadpool 2, and Logan — all R-rated movies.
The phrase “Get woke, go broke” appears to be affecting Disney. Its much-anticipated animated effort, Lightyear, based on the “Buzz Lightyear” character from the beloved Toy Story series of films, has struggled to meet expectations at the box office.
Lightyear moved on from the actor who created the character, Tim Allen, a rare Hollywood conservative, in favor of leftist actor Chris Evans, who starred as Captain America in the MCU.
Lightyear features a kiss between two lesbian characters and, not surprisingly, the movie has struggled at the box office to even make up its $200 million budget.
Evans has referred to people that might resist such LGBTQ propaganda as “idiots.”
“The real truth is those people are idiots,” Evans said, adding that people concerned about propagandizing same-sex relationships with children will “die off like dinosaurs.”
Evans may think (or hope) that people who don’t want the gay agenda being aimed at children are “idiots,” but they are also theatergoers. Disney’s preoccupation with pushing LGBTQ ideology is a cultural decision, not a business decision. And it may have increasingly negative effects on “the Magic Kingdom” in the near future.
“Ask Students’ Pronouns”, Penn. Education Dept. Tells Teachers

The Pennsylvania Department of Education has important advice for teachers in the state: When in doubt, ask students’ pronouns because children as young as kindergarten might be “transgender.” Yes, seriously.
The gender-bending advice came on the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s website on a page about “Creating Gender-Inclusive Schools and Classrooms.” It celebrates “gender diversity” and even offers teachers and school employees a helpful list of words they “should know.”
As far as “binary gender,” for instance, the controversial site informs teachers that this is a “faulty concept” that states there are “only two genders: male and female.” In reality, there are only two genders, of course, as confirmed by every cell in a person’s body and the Bible.
Assigned gender, meanwhile, is defined on the page as the “gender a baby is given upon birth.” Of course, in reality, children’s gender is established from conception based on the genetic information contained in the child’s unique DNA. It is not “assigned” by anyone except God.
There is also troubling advice to encourage more confusion in children. “In addition to the traditional pronouns (he/him, she/her, they), some people prefer to use gender-neutral pronouns, such as ne, ve, ze/zie and xe,” the education department offers under “preferred personal pronouns” segment. “If you don’t know a student’s preferred personal pronoun, it’s always best to ask.”
The “definitions” offered by the state “Education” Department were lifted from a 2013 article claiming children can be trans by age 3 by a fringe gender ideologue called Carrie Kilman. Headlined “The Gender Spectrum,” the ramblings appeared in a publication of the Southern Poverty Law Center, a fringe left-wing hate group that publishes anti-Christian propaganda used by a terrorist in his failed attempt to massacre employees of the Family Research Council.
Also available on the Pennsylvania site for educators are numerous additional resources to brainwash children with debunked and dangerous gender ideology. There is even a helpful “lesson guide” encouraging teachers to host “gender-neutral day” for children ages 6 and up, among other controversial activities.
Apparently, she meant “all learners” except Christians, Muslims, Jews, and others from traditional families that recognize what humans have recognized from the dawn of time: That God created people male and female. Numerous educators have sounded the alarm about the escalating bigotry being encouraged against children who resist the indoctrination.
Of course, the pestering of children to choose new and unique “pronouns” and “genders” is not new. Years ago, the far-left National Education Association (NEA) purporting to represent over 3 million “educators” partnered with the Human Rights Campaign, another vicious anti-Christian hate group, to put out a video guide for creating “inclusive” classrooms.
In the video, two children — one who claimed “they” pronouns, the other who preferred “zee” — discuss the supposed importance of teachers asking about students’ pronouns. When asked whether teachers had to be “educated” about it, the younger child says only substitutes needed to be taught to ask, because the full-timers already knew.
It seems so foreign and outrageous to adults that many dismiss the gender-bending pronoun non-sense as a fringe non-issue. But unfortunately, it is ubiquitous — and incredibly dangerous to children and civilization. The end goal is the destruction of motherhood, fatherhood, and family. Parents must protect their children from this.

At least two families have decided to remove their children from Stetson Middle School after over-the-top gay pride celebrations this year.
Jim Jacobs said he and his brother have decided to send their children to different schools because of what he believes is cultural indoctrination instead of education occurring in the West Chester Area School District.
“The last thing I wanted to do was to transfer my son for his 8th-grade year, but enough is enough,” said Jacobs. “At Stetson, there is no freedom of speech but freedom of ‘woke’ speech. The tolerance promoted by Diversity/Equity/Inclusion is not practiced towards those who have disagreements with or dare to question the ‘woke’ agenda.”
During the gay pride celebrations, boys were encouraged to wear dresses during Gay Pride Month and a male teacher taught in high heels. However, Jacobs’ son was pulled out of class for wearing Uggs that officials deemed slippers, although the youth had worn Uggs the previous year without incident.
“So my son gets disciplined for wearing Uggs (which are said to not adhere to the dress code), but boys are encouraged to wear dresses and male teachers can teach in stilettoes! Really?” Jacobs said. “I called Assistant Principal (James) DeWitt to ask if that was true. He verified it and told me that ‘boys dressing as girls and a male teacher wearing high heels is perfectly acceptable and not in violation of the dress code.’”
And DeWitt also told Jacobs, “This teacher has worn high heels on multiple occasions and that if the teacher is comfortable wearing them, then the school supports him.”
“My son told me that the same teacher who wears high heels would wave the gay pride flag and march it through the cafeteria at lunch and that this was completely accepted and encouraged,” said Jacobs. “How are these not clear-cut examples of indoctrination and the promotion of a specific social agenda?”
“The final straw was the fact that students were encouraged to wear ‘gay pride’ flags for Gay Pride Week. My son’s friends were wearing American flags, and he wanted to wear a Blue Lives Matter flag. I saw nothing wrong with that since if students are allowed to wear Gay Pride flags, others should be allowed to wear an American flag, right?
“However, a gay student opposed the American flags being worn, so Mrs. Heather Selgrath, the 8th-grade counselor, told students who were wearing American flags and Blue Lives Matter flags (my son) that they had to take them off and put them away in their lockers,” said Jacobs.
“It’s selective enforcement of the dress code,” Jacobs said. “It’s ridiculous.”
Also, Jacobs said his 12-year-old niece had to do a book report this semester, but her only option was to do one on a Black or transgendered person.
“Why?” he asked.
“My brother is flipping out,” Jacobs said. “They had his daughter wearing all this make-up and posing with another girl because that’s what they’re encouraging.”
Both Jacobs and his brother are sending their children to Catholic schools in the fall.
“Students were encouraged to take pictures with same-sex students in front of the gay pride flag at school,” he said. There were also pictures on the wall for students to pose with. “When the LBTGQ display by the pride flag is examined closely, pictures of various individuals on the school wall can be seen,” he said.
“Googling two of their names gave extremely disturbing results,” he said. One was Frida Kahlo, “who was a Communist artist ‘regarded as an icon for Chicanos, the feminism movement, and the LGBTQ+ movement,’” he said. “And another was Bianca Del Rio, who is a drag queen comedian, ‘whose YouTube videos contain off-color raunchy, comedy routines and discuss heroin usage and men’s penises.’ One has to question the academic value of displaying these pictures in a middle school for 11 to 13-year-old children.”
“These activities and displays are unquestionable distractions and liabilities to academic learning, which should be the primary purpose of our public schools,” Jacobs continued. “Promotion of political and social agendas should be verboten. Unfortunately, freedom of speech doesn’t exist anymore in public schools such as in the WCASD…there is only freedom of ‘woke’ speech and selective enforcement of dress codes. Taxpayers should not be required to fund this nonsense.”
“This is unbelievable, crazy stuff,” Jacobs said about the school’s emphasis on LGBTQ issues. “It’s not enough to be gay. You have to be flamboyantly gay.”
Elana Fishbein, a Lower Merion resident and founder of No Left Turn in Education said, “Our schools have been completely derailed by woke people who call themselves ‘educators.’ These woke mobsters hijacked the schools and are suffocating and sexualizing our children with their perverted ideology. For them, furthering an ideology is their mission, not imparting knowledge and skill building. And while religion was chased out of school halls long ago, this ideology has become, ironically, not only a new religion but a cult. Today, they are the true schoolyard bullies.”

Gay Married Couple Charged With Using Their Adopted Children for Child Porn
Georgia Couple Arrested for Producing Sexually Abusive Videos on Adopted Children

The facts at hand are about as revolting as they can possibly be. A married gay couple in metro Atlanta, William Dale Zulock, 32, and Zachary Jacoby Zulock, 35, is accused of using their two adopted boys in child porn films. The case raises numerous questions that will never be answered because no one will dare to raise them.
Atlanta’s WSB-TV reports that Bill and Zack are now “facing child sex crime charges for acts deputies say they committed against their adopted children.” Following a lead regarding the downloading of child pornography, the Walton County Sheriff’s Office raided the Zulocks’ home in Loganville, Ga., and questioned one of the Zulocks, although which one was not disclosed. The on-the-spot Zulock immediately crumbled under questioning and “admitted to collecting child porn.” He also “identified a second suspect in Oxford” who was “making the child porn with at least one child who lived in his home.”

Ultimately, both husbands were arrested, and Walton County’s Division of Family and Child Services intervened “to help protect the two children in the home,” although they’re obviously a bit late to protect them from the major trauma they have already gone through. For “after making sure the children were safe, investigators found evidence that the couple, who were the adoptive fathers of the pair of brothers living there, were recording themselves committing sexually abusive acts against the children.” According to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, the adoptive fathers of the boys “were engaging in sexually abusive acts and video documenting this abuse.”
Both Zulocks are currently in Walton County Jail. They’re facing charges of “aggravated child molestation, sexual exploitation of a child, and enticing a child for indecent purposes.” On top of all that, William Zulock “has an additional charge of child molestation.”
WSB adds that “the boys are now safe,” but that bland assessment doesn’t take into account the lasting effects of what they have suffered. Nor do the available news reports give any hint that this case will lead to any reassessment of how this happened in the first place, and of course it will not do so. That reliable advocate of every Leftist cause du jour, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), crowed in November 2021: “In the past, some states had laws banning LGBTQ people from becoming foster or adoptive parents. The last of these was struck down in 2016.”
Fulton v. the City of Philadelphia, a case about “whether Philadelphia could refuse to contract with a Roman Catholic adoption agency that says its religious beliefs prevent it from working with same-sex foster parents,” went all the way to the Supreme Court last year. When the Court ruled in favor of the Catholic adoption agency, Philadelphia City Solicitor Diana Cortes was crestfallen, calling the Court’s ruling a “difficult and disappointing setback for foster care youth and the foster parents who work so hard to support them.” Cortes added: “With today’s decision, the Court has usurped the City’s judgment that a non-discrimination policy is in the best interests of the children in its care, with disturbing consequences for other government programs and services.”
Of course. The city of Philadelphia, like the rest of America’s woke-dominated localities, will always determine that what the Left wants is in the best interests of children and everyone. In this age of drag queens parading in front of the youngest children and several recently arrested for child abuse, it would be far more prudent and much more clearly in the best interests of children everywhere if prospective adoptive parents were investigated in order to try to determine if they are pedophiles and child groomers. But nowadays we can’t even say “groomer,” much less carry out any investigation to determine whether or not someone is one.
When Bill and Zack Zulock adopted the two boys they later victimized, they had the weight of the ACLU and the entire Leftist establishment behind them. They didn’t have to contact the ACLU in order to get this, and there is no indication that they ever did so. But just by being a gay married couple trying to adopt two boys, their request carried the implicit threat that anyone who denied them or even asked them uncomfortable questions would face the very public rage the Left directs at anyone who refuses to comply with their latest delusions, fantasies, and fashionable insanity.
The people who paid for this were the Zulocks’ two boys. How many more children are going to suffer while American officials cower before the Left?

The Biden administration is poised to deny free school lunch funding from a Florida Christian school that refuses to comply with the administration’s LGBT mandates, despite the school’s qualification for a religious exemption.
Grant Park Christian Academy in Tampa, Fla., represented by Alliance Defending Freedom, is suing President Joe Biden and Florida agriculture commissioner Nikki Fried for enforcing the Biden administration requirement that schools comply with its LGBT mandates or lose federal school lunch funding.
In May, the Biden administration redefined the meaning of “sex” in Title IX to include sexual orientation and gender identity, forcing schools to permit transgender students to use male or female bathrooms and play sports with either sex in order to receive National School Lunch Program funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. More than half of state attorneys general rejected the memorandum, with Florida attorney general Ashley Moody saying the Biden administration was “using hungry children to advance a political agenda,” the Washington Free Beacon reported….

The “transgender” clinic that British authorities shut down last week didn’t just rush kids into life-changing medical treatment. It also prescribed dangerous, life-altering puberty blockers after meeting a child just one time.
The National Health Service closed the Tavistock Clinic after a report deemed it “not safe,” and revealed that the facility offered “transition” treatment without fully examining the mental health of the patients. But London’s Telegraph has revealed that the health unit’s headshrinkers weren’t just too “reaffirming” too quickly when a kid showed up to say he or she was the “wrong” gender. Doctors began pumping kids with puberty blockers immediately.
One doctor said the clinic terribly mutilated or otherwise changed kids for life.
“Huge Damage”
“After the NHS announced that it was closing down the clinic amid safety fears, whistleblowers revealed the haste with which young people were placed on a medical pathway,” the Telegraph revealed:
Dr Hilary Cass, who is leading a review of the service, has warned that the drugs could prompt the “rewiring of neural circuits” and affect parts of the brain responsible for decision-making and judgment.
Such is the danger from the drugs that Tory political candidates say they want to restrict their use, the newspaper reported.
Parents say that isn’t enough. The government “must ban the drugs for use in treating gender dysphoria over concerns about the life-long damage that they are causing.”
Worse still, concerns about the clinic go back “two decades” and were ignored, as was Dr. David Bell. He “blew the whistle on practices at the clinic in a report in 2018” because Tavistock had “failed” children and “done huge damage.”
“These were kids who said I’m a girl or I’m a boy and they were affirmed. They took the drugs and they went to opposite sex hormones and they had parts of their body removed, their breasts, their vaginas. Now, as one girl put it to me, ‘I don’t have the body of a man, I’ve got the body of a mutilated woman and that’s what I have to live with.’”
Dr Bell said that he was aware of one child who was referred for puberty blockers after just one session while the “regime” was four to six hour-long appointments which he described as a “ludicrously few number.”
He said that the bar for prescribing puberty blockers should be “very, very, very, very much higher. It may be possible, in one or two cases, that it has to be done, but the way they’ve been used is totally inappropriate.”
Another employee “raised concerns” in 2004.
Yet instead of stopping the drug and surgical mutilations completely, NHS has transferred “treatment” to other facilities.
Horror Story
That won’t satisfy parents. The Telegraph told the story of a mom whose daughter “transitioned” and received a double mastectomy at 18:
Her daughter, then 14, said on her first appointment she wanted puberty blockers but was told that she would have to have four sessions first. She was referred to an adult gender identity clinic, which offers cross sex hormones and in some cases surgery, when she was 17.
“I felt that the Tavistock was just going through a tick box exercise, they asked questions like, ‘what toys did you play with as a child?’” she said. “What difference does that make?”
Leftist media reports suggest that the clinic closed because of “delays” in treatment, a common complaint about England’s socialist National Health Service. Truth is, authorities closed the clinic because it was mutilating patients for life.
Last week, the Daily Mail revealed the sad story of Ritchie Herron, whose “life over the past four years has become almost unbearable. It takes him ten minutes to empty his bladder, a process as painful as it is slow. Any sex drive is long gone. In fact, he says, his crotch is numb, ‘shell-shocked’ from the damage done to him under the apparent care of the NHS”:
Battling mental health issues — and after decades of suppressing his homosexuality — Ritchie, 35, had thought the answer was to become a woman. But instead, he says, he was fast-tracked into making “the biggest mistake of his life” and left infertile, incontinent and with ongoing pain.
Not only had the NHS clinic failed to take into account his spiralling mental health crisis, he claims, but it had also failed to properly counsel him about the risks.
Herron’s isn’t the only sad tale. Keira Bell is suing the NHS for the butchery that began when she was 16.
The number of “transgender” cases the NHS treats has risen from 6,371 in 2016 to more than 11,000 today, an increase largely driven by “transgender” activists pushing their ideology on social media.
Frighteningly, the No. 2 health official in the United States is a man who thinks he is a woman and wants kids on puberty blockers.

It seems as if every day lately there is another reason to break out the champagne in Moscow and Beijing, and Saturday was no exception: it was the day of Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE)’s first “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summer Festival,” featuring (what else), a drag show. What does all this woke nonsense have to do with winning wars? Oh, never mind that; that’s the old, white supremacist military! The new diverse military has other priorities altogether.
The festival, according to the Daily Wire, will feature “a series of performances and speeches, including a poem on ‘Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’ and a drag show by Joshua Kelley, who performs under the moniker Harpy Daniels.”
This isn’t some outsider, non-military-grade drag show, either. Harpy Daniels is actually a yeoman 3rd class in the United States Navy, and you can just imagine how proud John Paul Jones and Chester Nimitz would be if they saw young Harpy in action. He actually joined the Navy in order to finance his drag career. Back in the bad old days, young men joined the Navy out of a sense of patriotism (and no doubt a desire for adventure), but for Harpy it’s just a means to an end: “With drag being my number one passion,” Yeoman Harpy explained, “it quickly became costly. Some of the photos show Kelley nude, though the photos themselves appear to not violate Instagram’s nudity policies.” My fellow Americans, this is your United States Navy!

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Summer Festival was the brainchild of the JBLE Breaking Barriers Alliance, a committee in the base’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion. How much attention JBLE’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion, or its JBLE Breaking Barriers Alliance, devotes to actual efforts to defend the United States from military threats was not disclosed. The whole thing was approved at the top: JBLE’s commander, Colonel Gregory Beaulieu, green-lighted the festival, and it was off to the races, er, that is, off to the drag show. And not just a drag show: the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Summer Festival will also feature “bouncy houses and face painting for the children” who get bored with watching Harpy Daniels cavort.
A notable stick in the mud in all this has been Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-WI), ranking member of the House Subcommittee on Military Personnel, who dared to point out that the U.S. military should actually devote its attention to winning wars, not to woke virtue-signaling: “Diversity may be a strength for America, but it cannot be an organizing principle for the Pentagon. Actual strength — physical strength, mental strength, and overall end strength — is our strength. DEI initiatives risk sapping this strength. By co-opting the Woke Left’s obsession with racial and gender diversity, the Pentagon’s DEI evangelists are ironically stifling the very type of diversity that might improve military performance: intellectual diversity.”
The U.S. Air Force didn’t even have an Office of Diversity and Inclusion until Old Joe Biden started pretending to be president. But now that seems to be all that it’s about. JBLE explained in a statement that the goal of the Summer Festival was to “provide education and awareness, increase collaboration through outreach, and recognize the diverse composition of JBLE….JBLE leadership is committed to celebrating differences and cultivating an inclusive environment where every Airman, Soldier, and civilian feels valued.”
Well, heavens to betsy. We certainly don’t want our airmen or soldiers not to feel valued. Some curmudgeons might prefer that they feel equipped to defeat the enemy in combat, but come on, man! This is the twenty-first century!
Obama judge orders Indianapolis schools to allow 10-year-old trans child to rejoin girls softball team

One of his first acts Joe Biden did as President — only a day into his presidency — was to sign an executive order to allow trans athletes full access to female sports, and also to expand access to “gender-affirming” medical care, including to youth. It should come as no surprise that U.S. District Court Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson was nominated by Barack Obama. In the first place, how on earth is a 10-year-old transgender? All youngsters grapple with identity issues, and it is abuse for those issues to be hijacked by adult political agendas, which are physically and psychologically harmful to the child in the long term. In Florida, a mom sued her daughter’s school for helping her 13-year-old daughter transition without parental consent. Also in Florida, State Farm dropped support for books promoting transgenderism to five-year-olds, but only after a public uproar.
While Leftist media presented Biden’s executive order as “curbing discrimination” against the transgender community, it isn’t discrimination that undergirds opposition to trans athletes in female sports. It is for the protection of female athletes, who have little to no chance in competition with athletes who identify as women but are in fact, biological males. A female swimmer at UPenn admitted that the team’s support for transgender swimmer Lia Thomas (who was smashing Ivy League records) was fake. Caitlyn Jenner has also blasted the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) for permitting trans women to compete with natural-born females.
Opposition to the transgender encroachment on female sports and female privacy is for the overall safety and protection of women. Two women were impregnated by a transgender individual in a women’s prison in Jersey, while a woman was raped by a transgender individual in a UK hospital's all-female ward.

A federal judge on Tuesday temporarily blocked Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS) from enforcing a state law preventing transgender athletes from competing on sports teams consistent with their gender identity, siding with a transgender 10-year-old that was forced off her school’s all-girls softball team after the law took effect this month.
U.S. District Court Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson issued the preliminary injunction, finding that Indiana’s House Bill 1041, which went into effect July 1, likely violates Title IX and the Supreme Court’s ruling in Bostock v. Clayton County, which held that discriminating against an individual for being transgender constitutes sex discrimination.
In a lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Indiana in May, the group argued on behalf of a 10-year-old transgender girl – identified pseudonymously in the complaint as A.M. – that the state’s transgender athlete ban was discriminatory and unconstitutional.
According to the complaint, A.M. had been permitted to play on her school’s girl’s softball team last school year, but was informed by IPS once the law took effect that she is no longer able to participate because she is transgender.

A.M. informed her family that she was a girl before her fourth birthday, and has consistently used her preferred female first name and pronouns, according to the lawsuit. She has been diagnosed with gender dysphoria and is currently taking a puberty blocker.
In her order on Tuesday, Magnus-Stinson wrote that A.M.’s challenge to the lawfulness of House Bill 1041 “raises controversial issues regarding the boundaries of Title IX and whether and how those boundaries should stretch and shift in an ever-changing world.”
Magnus-Stinson added that A.M. has shown that she has a “likelihood of succeeding on the merits of her claim.”

(Natural News) There is no American institution that the left-wing extremist Democratic Party won’t tear down and politicize in furtherance of their own power and drive to change our nation and our culture into something our founders wouldn’t recognize, and that includes the U.S. military.
The new National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is massive in the amount of money it spends, but what’s worse is that a sizeable portion of the spending is going towards turning the force into a “woke” shell of itself, far removed from what it was when The Greatest Generation won World War II.
One provision of the NDAA calls for “PLAN FOR DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF THE GENDER ADVISOR WORKFORCE” under Section 539J in what is a blatant attempt to turn both the civilian defense support sector and as much of the military side as possible, into a nightmare of LGBTQ madness.
(a) Plan Required.–The Secretary of Defense shall develop and implement a plan to institutionalize the gender advisor workforce of the Department of Defense responsible for supporting the implementation of the Women, Peace, and Security Act of 2017 (Public Law 115-68; 131 Stat. 1202). (b) Elements.–The plan under subsection (a) shall include:
(1) Plans for the development and management of the gender advisor workforce, including plans for the training, certification, assignments, and career development of the personnel of such workforce. (2) The actions the Secretary of Defense will carry out to elevate, develop, define, and standardize the gender advisor workforce in accordance with recommendation 3.4(a) of the report of the Independent Review Commission on Sexual Assault in the Military titled “Hard Truths and the Duty to Change: Recommendations from the Independent Review Commission on Sexual Assault in the Military” and dated July 2, 2021. (3) Development of or modifications to guidance, policy, professional military education, and doctrine to define and standardize the gender advisor program with a focus on incorporating the principles outlined in the plan of the Department of Defense titled “Women, Peace, and Security Strategic Framework and Implementation Plan” and dated June 2020, or any successor plan. (4) Identification of training and education requirements for members of the Armed Forces and civilian employees of the Department of Defense, including general and flag officers and members of the senior executive service, on the role of the gender advisor workforce and the principles outlined in plan referred to in paragraph (3), or any successor plan.
This insanity comes at a time when Russia is building hypersonic missiles that can defeat all current U.S. missile defenses — ditto for China. Also, Beijing is building a new drone swarm network for space that can be launched from ‘motherships’ and is controlled by artificial intelligence with the objective of disrupting or destroying ‘enemy’ satellites.
Others have begun to notice how ‘woke’ the Pentagon is becoming under the far-left policies of Barack Obama, who is really running Biden’s administration.
“246 years after the U.S. Army was established, today’s Department of Defense appears to be distracted from its national defense mission. Media commentators and service members alike have lamented the military’s drift toward becoming a testing ground for social policy experimentation,” Mike Berry, general counsel at First Liberty Institute and a former active duty U.S. Marine Corps officer, wrote recently.
He added: “As perhaps the only conservative participant on the Pentagon’s newly formed Countering Extremism Working Group, I can confirm the Pentagon’s full embrace of ‘wokeism.'”
Mind you, ‘extremism’ wasn’t a problem in the U.S. military prior to Joe Biden’s ‘victory.’ But suddenly, not only is the military ‘rife’ with such members, the Pentagon is spending precious tax dollars not on building a better missile defense but on an “Office of Countering Extremism” and, of course, transgender priorities.
This is worse than madness, this is completely intentional: The Biden regime is trying to rid the conservative-leaning, patriotic members of today’s military (a.k.a. “extremists”) and replace them with propagandized left-wing drones who will crush political dissent on behalf of the regime.

The front page of the local newspaper after citizens realized what was happening, took action, and forced the city to back down. (Note the paper's daily Bible verse at lower left reflects the town's Christian sentiments.)Dozens of residents in Temple, Texas have forced the city to table its plans to impose a radical, pro-LGBT “Diversity Equity and Inclusion” (DEI) indoctrination program on all municipal employees. The city backed down following strong organized pushback by citizens. There is now momentum to derail the DEI program permanently over the next several months.
Temple is located about 40 miles north of Austin in a region with a largely conservative, Christian population.
The residents’ effort was organized by Concerned Christian Citizens (CCC), a local Texas MassResistance affiliate. CCC’s MassResistance activism in that area goes back several years. In 2017 they put on a conference on the LGBT agenda in nearby Killeen. In 2018 they organized over 50 parents in Temple to confront the Library Board over its promotion of homosexual materials for children.
Make no mistake: City DEI efforts like this are going on across America!

The apparent necessity for a DEI crusade in Temple originated from a tragic traffic stop on Dec. 2, 2019, where a Hispanic police officer accidentally shot and killed a black motorist. According to news reports, the officer attempted to pull over the man for speeding. A brief chase ensued. At an intersection, the officer was able to block the car. The officer approached the car with his gun drawn. The man did not resist, but the officer accidentally pulled the trigger while reaching for the man’s car keys.
Several months of vocal outrage ensued against the city from the local black community. That really rattled the local politicians, especially when the George Floyd riots began across America in the spring of 2020.
A Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commission is created
In mid-2020, the Mayor and City Council decided to pacify the situation by creating the Temple Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Commission, authorized in December, 2020. Its “official” purpose was to advise the city “on policies, programs, practices, and other matters to build greater equality within the Temple community by promoting equity and eliminating discrimination.”
At first, it seemed fairly innocuous to conservatives. But this is a common tactic around the country: get a foot in the door, then proceed to impose big changes in the community.
Membership in the appointed nine-member DEI Commission was purposefully based on race, sex, and “sexual orientation” (all are black, female, or “LGBT”). Most of the members are clearly leftists. Many residents have complained that normal white males, who make up a large part of the community, were excluded.
The Temple DEI Commission.The first monthly meeting was on June 6, 2021. For a year, not much was heard from the Commission. Videos of the meetings were not easily available, and few people attended in person.
Facebook announces $800 million facility to be built in Temple – in exchange for what?
In March 2022 the parent company of Facebook announced that it would be building an $800 million data processing facility in Temple. Facebook would bring in hundreds of their employees to work there.
It’s widely believed that in negotiating for this over the previous several months, the Mayor and City Council promised Facebook that the city would work to change the culture of Temple – to create and enforce government policies and city ordinances that correspond with Facebook’s leftist San Francisco sensibilities.
It also became obvious that the Mayor and City Council intended to use the DEI Commission as a front to implement the “woke” agenda that they would create.
Bizarre outside group chosen to create radical city DEI agenda
In May 2022, several residents discovered that the DEI Commission was imminently preparing to drop a bomb, so to speak, on the city during its upcoming June 7 meeting.
It was revealed that The Nova Collective, a radical pro-LGBT organization based in Chicago, had been covertly chosen by the city to implement a comprehensive DEI plan in the city. This immediately shocked many citizens. This group is an extreme left-wing organization that promotes itself as “transforming organizations through a lens of equity.” Nova’s Facebook page has, among other things, videos promoting “Drag” crossdressing and transgenderism.
This post from Nova's social media shows what they mean by "inclusion."The City Council was using the DEI Commission as a front group for this. At its June 7 meeting the DEI Commission was going to hear a presentation about Nova from city employees, then vote to “recommend” that the city move forward with that group. From there, the City Council would vote at their meeting on July 7 to officially fund Nova and get the DEI program started.
People had a lot of questions. Why is this happening? How was this group selected? Who selected it? How much will it cost? What exactly are they going to force Temple to do?
CCC fires up local residents
Immediately upon hearing all this, Concerned Christian Citizens notified Christians across the city and quickly educated them about what was about to happen. Emails, flyers, and much more went out. Letters to the editor were published in the local newspaper.

On June 7, Concerned Christian Citizens brought over two dozen strong-willed local residents to the DEI meeting. (Nobody came to speak in favor of contracting with Nova.)
The “citizen comment” portion was at the beginning. They didn’t hold back! Here’s some of what the Commission heard:
- People described in detail how Critical Race Theory, a veiled foundation of DEI, is not a unifying program at all, but a classic Marxist method of dividing society into “oppressed” and “oppressors.”
- One long-time public employee said that this was being used to discriminate against (and keep the city from hiring) people with certain religious convictions and political beliefs.
- The dysfunctional use of the word “equity” was discussed, and how critical thinking is being discouraged in these programs.
- A teacher for 25-year veteran teacher said that this will isolate the children in her class, and that the use of homosexual books will lead to the promotion of pedophilia.
- A long-time pastor in Temple said that Nova’s perverse agenda will affect the entire community in a destructive way.
And more … the DEI commission got an earful that they weren’t expecting!
How the Nova group was brought in
After the public comment ended, the introduction of Nova was next on the agenda. Erin Smith, the Assistant City Manager, informed the Commission how all this had come about.
First, she said, the City Council, Mayor, and other city officials were given some “DEI 101 training” by an outside leftist firm, The MacMillan Group, for which the city paid an undisclosed amount. This apparently was to make sure that the city’s top officials were suitably indoctrinated to move forward with the next steps.
Next was the explanation of how Nova was selected. Stacy Hawkins, the city’s “director of performance excellence” started by identifying sixteen DEI consulting firms. She interviewed them and selected seven. Hawkins and Smith then jointly interviewed the seven firms, and selected Nova. They then gave a presentation on Nova to the City Council, which obviously agreed with their choice. Note that the DEI Commission was completely left out of this selection.

Next was a presentation to the DEI Commission about Nova. Smith began with this rather alarming introduction:
They are a company that is devoted to transforming organizational values no matter where they are on the DEI journey. They work with and cultivate DEI leaders to build equity and achieve meaningful lasting change.
She said Nova has been used by Facebook, CenturyLink, Goodwill, Walgreens, Comcast, and many other major firms, as well as government agencies such as Los Angeles County, the city of Denver, and the Air National Guard.
Introduction to Nova presentation.Regarding the process Nova will use, it had already been worked out between Nova and the city. Erin showed the slide below, with the ominous title “Organization-wide and Leadership-level alignment.”
Smith discussed the steps in more detail. When understood in the larger context, this was also disturbing:
- The survey of all city employees is a tool to uncover their so-called “biases” and will be used to design woke “solutions.”
- The policy and process audit will include all the city’s current policies, procedures, hiring practices, etc. to measure how “diverse and inclusive” they are. The results will be used to “imbed DEI” into all of the city’s “organizational values.”
- The “interviews” with top city officials and the Temple DEI Commission members will be one-on-one interviews with Nova staff. The goal is to make sure that all of them ”buy-in and support” the city’s new DEI ideology – i.e., no critical thinking is allowed.
- The executive leadership team alignment session appears to be a Maoist process where Nova directs the city officials to plan the ideological overhaul of Temple’s government operations.
- The “citizen survey” is similar to the employee survey – to uncover so-called “biases” in the community – and will lead to changes in the city’s laws and ordinances to be more in line with DEI ideology and dogma.
All of this also leads to a “Strategic Roadmap” for the city, that codifies and extends the DEI reach even further. It covers diversity training for employees and others. It will address issues of “tension” – which means how to deal with anyone who resists the DEI program. It even includes discriminating among vendors the city hires depending on their DEI commitments!
Questions from the Commission members
Next came questions from the Commission members about Nova and Erin Smith’s presentation. Two people from Nova were also there via Zoom to answer questions.
The two Nova representatives answered questions via Zoom at the DEI Commission meeting.Several questions came from one of the Commission members, a conservative woman, who asked some tough, direct questions of Smith and the two Nova staffers. A few of the liberal Commission members tried to defend the process, without much success. Here’s a synopsis of what was brought out:
- Cost. There is no money currently budgeted for this. But it will cost the city approximately $112,000 annually over the next several years.
- Cross-dressing and DEI. There was a big question about Nova’s Internet post that says: “Drag provides a vehicle for self-exploration that empowers us to explore different aspects of ourselves.” Nova could not explain how “drag” has anything to do with DEI.
- What is DEI, anyway? It was acknowledged that neither the Commission nor the city could define exactly what DEI is, yet they are about to hire a firm to implement it! Maybe the city should define it first, it was suggested.
- Disagreement equals “lack of education.” One of the Nova staffers said that the reason that people don’t accept the DEI agenda is that “the fear associated with it is due to lack of education” – and Nova provides the “education.” In other words, there is no room for any legitimate disagreement, which they term as “fear.” They also said that they consider disagreement as “resistance” that must be dealt with.
- Not a good fit for Temple. Nova seems to think they’re already hired. But there is a big concern that the vulgar “Drag” component and the LGBT posts on Nova’s website and social media go against the morals of people in the community and are not a good fit for Temple. The core of Nova seems to challenge individuals’ identities. Maybe the city needs to do more research with different agencies.
The Commission votes to TABLE the plan
The DEI Commission was clearly affected by the residents’ outraged testimony and the unsettling responses to the tough questions after the presentation.
As the Commission was preparing to vote, several members said they weren’t comfortable with this plan. They said that at least they needed much more information.
So rather than directly antagonize the city by rejecting it, they voted to table it. In fact, the process of “getting more information” could be indefinite – even though the city wants to begin immediately.
This is a big victory! All that remains is for the residents to stop the City Council from bypassing the DEI Commission. And that process ramped up at the July 7 City Council meeting!
The City Council gets an earful despite the Mayor’s attempt to defend the project
Temple City Council meetings generally begin with a period for public comments from local citizens. But the July 7 Temple City Council meeting began with the Mayor, Tim Davis, making some statements in a dishonest attempt to mollify people about their concerns about the DEI plan.
Davis said that there would be no requirements for the citizens or the city to accept “the myriad of things that come with DEI.” He said that Nova would “possibly” survey the city of Temple employees “to get an understanding of where they stand regarding the DEI concepts.” From there the city would “possibly” put together a training program “so that city of Temple employees will be able to deliver the City of Temple’s services to any minority community.”
That is certainly different than what the two city employees – the assistant city manager and director of performance excellence – told the DEI commission.
Then came the public comments section. The residents weren’t buying any of Davis’s rhetoric, and for the next 25 minutes, one after another blasted the Mayor and City Council for this ridiculous and destructive proposal.
No action was taken at that meeting. And from what we’ve heard since then, the Mayor and City Council were a bit shell-shocked by the intense reaction from the community. There’s a strong feeling that they may find a way to back off from it.
Final thoughts
More and more local residents are realizing that there is no need for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program in Temple, Texas – or anywhere else. These are, in fact, Marxist concepts that were designed to cause division and antagonism between classes and races. They make conditions worse, not better.
But even in conservative Christian areas, this hideous agenda is brought in by corrupt politicians who do not care about the actual welfare of the people they were elected to serve, but seek to appear “sophisticated” to curry favor with unhinged leftists.
The pushback in Temple needs to be replicated across America.
