Trump Moves To Ban Biological Male Athletes From Women’s Sports, Labels Visa Gender Changes As ‘Fraud’

President Donald Trump is anticipated to sign an Executive Order on Wednesday that will keep biological males who identify as transgender females out of female sports teams through Title IX — putting more pressure on schools to enforce the mandate or risk losing federal funding.

Additionally, the order will enforce a visa review of all athletes who enter the U.S. to compete and those who mark the opposite sex on their application — considering the act as potential “fraud.”

White House officials said in a call on Wednesday morning that allowing trans-identifying “women” to compete against biological women is both “dangerous” and “unfair,” due to scientifically proven advantages that biological males have over biological females — such as larger lung capacity and an overabundance of strength compared to their female counterparts.

“Biological sex is a determinant of athletic performance: adult males are faster, stronger, and more powerful than females because of fundamental sex differences in anatomy and physiology dictated by sex chromosomes,” according to the American College of Sports Medicine.

Trump officials further explained their motives.

“On his first day in office, Joe Biden signed an executive order calling on schools across the country to allow students to compete in the sport of their ‘gender identity,’” one official said.

“That is a slap in the face to female athletes who dedicate tremendous effort to be the best in their sport, only to be forced to compete against biological men.”

Passed in 1972, Title IX prohibits sex-based discrimination in any school or other educational program that receives federal funding.

As time has passed, Title IX compliance by colleges has helped increase their funding of women’s sports, and the law has received credit for the growth in popularity of women’s sports.

Last year, the United Nations (UN) released a report that revealed nearly 900 medals in women’s sports had been won by biological males who identify as trans females.

The report also found that up to March 30th, 2024, “over 600 female athletes in more than 400 competitions have lost more than 890 medals in 29 different sports."

“The replacement of female sports category with a mixed-sex category has resulted in an increasing number of female athletes losing opportunities, including medals, when competing against males,” Special Rapporteur Reem Alsalem wrote.

Furthermore, the mandate allows women who are forced to compete against biological males to sue the schools, White House officials noted — saying this “should very much concern” would-be violators.

During his campaign, Trump vowed to end male participation in women’s sports after many Americans voiced opposition against trans athletes like Penn College swimmer Lia Thomas, who set new records in collegiate competitions as a biological male who has gone through male puberty.

“It’s a man playing the game,” Trump told Fox News back in October.

“You just ban it. The president bans it. You just can’t let it happen.”

On his first day in office, the president signed an executive order announcing the federal government would only recognize two sexes: male and female.

President Donald Trump shamed and denounced the Episcopal bishop who politicized the long-held tradition of the National Cathedral Prayer Service after her forced political remarks regarding “transgender children” and illegal immigrants.

On Tuesday, Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde spoke to a large crowd during a traditional inauguration prayer service attended by President Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and their family members.

Then, out of nowhere, the female bishop randomly urges Trump to “have mercy” on “gay, lesbian, and transgender children,” prompting confusion — with attendees rolling their eyes and smirking during the unbiblical, politicized message.

“I ask you to have mercy upon the people in our country who are scared now. There are gay, lesbian, and transgender children in Democratic, Republican, and independent families, some who fear for their lives,” she stated.

Throughout the unprompted speech, Vance could be seen slightly laughing and turning to his wife in disbelief as Budde continued to speak.

Soon after, President Trump responded to the “nasty” speech in a Truth Social post, demanding an apology.

“The so-called Bishop who spoke at the National Prayer Service on Tuesday morning was a Radical Left hard line Trump hater. She brought her church into the world of politics in a very ungracious way. She was nasty in tone, and not compelling or smart. She failed to mention the large number of illegal migrants that came into our Country and killed people,” Trump wrote.

“Many were deposited from jails and mental institutions. There is a giant crime wave taking place in the USA. Apart from her inappropriate statements, the service was a very boring and uninspiring one. She is not very good at her job! She and her church owe the public an apology!”

The service featured Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, and Hindu speakers. But, oddly enough, conservative evangelical speakers were not given a speaking slot at the inauguration service.

In addition to Trump, Congressman Mike Collins (R-Ga.) spoke out against Budde’s comments, stating “the person giving this sermon should be added to the deportation list.”

Trump recently signed an executive order to rid the country of illegal aliens accused of violent crimes following former President Joe Biden’s loose “catch and release” border policies — which resulted in millions of illegals flooding in through the Southern border.

Trump also signed an order directing federal agencies to only recognize two genders, male and female, as well as expelling woke DEI initiatives in order to return to meritocracy as the sole factor in the federal hiring process.

“As of today, it will henceforth be the official policy of the United States government that there are only two genders: male and female,” Trump stated in his inaugural address on Monday.

CHARLIE KIRK: J6ers NOT BEING RELEASED FROM DC JAIL AFTER PARDON~GLENN BECK REPORTS ALSO

Are DC Prisons IGNORING Trump's J6 Pardons?!

Rumors have spread that prison officials in Washington DC are refusing to release many January 6th prisoners, despite President Trump’s pardons for 1500 of them. Sen. Mike Lee tells Glenn that this appears to be true. He explains how he has looked into the situation and argues, “from what we can tell, they haven’t complied with it yet. It’s yet another reason to revisit DC’s Home Rule, which I think should be repealed.” Sen. Lee also weighs in on why he believes Biden’s decision to pardon members of the Jan. 6 Committee will be GOOD for the Republic: since they can no longer plead the 5th, “we can finally get to the bottom of exactly what happened.” So, will Congress “subpoena the heck out of” them?

GLENN BECK EXCLUSIVE: Charlie Kirk Returns from Greenland & Explains Trump’s Plan

Amid Donald Trump’s talk about buying Greenland, Turning Point USA founder ‪@RealCharlieKirk‬ traveled with Donald Trump Jr. to Nuuk, Greenland, to have a look around. After returning home, Charlie joins Glenn for an exclusive interview about what he saw and what President Trump’s plans are. Is this just a negotiation tactic, or is he serious about buying Greenland? Charlie tells Glenn that one thing was made very clear when he visited Nuuk: The people of Greenland are tired of Denmark and love America! Charlie also touches on Trump’s plans to rename the Gulf of Mexico to the “Gulf of America”, to annex Canada, and to regain control of the Panama Canal.

Glenn Beck: The Most INSANE Claim from the Las Vegas Cybertruck Bomber’s Manifesto

The man who blew up explosives and fireworks in his Tesla Cybertruck in front of the Las Vegas Trump International Hotel made some very odd claims in a manifesto. So, was he crazy or a government whistleblower? Glenn reviews the claims, including that the U.S. and China have silent, undetectable aircraft that defy gravity and that China is operating these devices off our eastern coast. If true, these claims could explain the New Jersey drone sightings. But was this man – who set off a car bomb – telling the truth, or just insane? Glenn argues that we may soon find out once Trump takes office.

Walmart Announces Departure From DEI Initiatives

Walmart said it will also 'identify and remove inappropriate sexual and/or transgender products marketed to children.’

Updated:

Walmart plans to end its diversity, equity, and inclusion—or DEI—initiatives, the retail giant said on Nov. 25.

“We’ve been on a journey and know we aren’t perfect, but every decision comes from a place of wanting to foster a sense of belonging, to open doors to opportunities for all our associates, customers and suppliers and to be a Walmart for everyone,” the company said in a statement.

The company announced that it will refrain from financing events aimed at sexually influencing children, stop participating in the Human Rights Coalition’s Corporate Equality Index, and remove the gender-neutral term “Latinx” from its documents, according to conservative filmmaker Robby Starbuck, who had been talking to Walmart for a story he was doing featuring the company’s DEI initiatives.

The company will also change its Supplier Inclusion program, which was criticized because of its tendency to give “preferential treatment on the basis of race.” Its purpose was to assist suppliers that were more than 51 percent owned by “protected classes,” such as minorities, women, and LGBT individuals.

The retail giant said it would not provide further funding beyond its 2020 commitment of $100 million to its nonprofit Center for Racial Equity, for which it promised funding for five years.

Walmart will also “identify and remove inappropriate sexual and/or transgender products marketed to children,” such as chest binders, which it sells on its website.

Starbuck said that Walmart contacted him after the company became aware of his investigation.

“After various conversations, I am very proud to report to you guys that Walmart has decided on making some changes,” Starbuck stated in the video on Nov. 25. He called Walmart’s turnaround a “massive win” for the conservative movement, which supporters said is supportive of equality of opportunity over the equality of outcome outlined in DEI policies.

Companies including Lowe’s, Ford, Jack Daniel’s, John Deere, Tractor Supply, and Harley-Davidson have dropped their DEI practices, Starbuck noted.

The changes come amid growing concerns over DEI policies and programs in corporate America and other sectors of society.

President-elect Donald Trump has said he intends to start rooting out what he called divisive policies in the U.S. military on day one of his new administration.

Trump’s Defense Secretary-designate Pete Hegseth is expected to fire generals who implement DEI in the military. Appearing on the “Shawn Ryan Show” earlier this month, Hegseth said, “Any general that was involved, general, admiral, whatever, that was involved in any of the DEI” must be removed."

According to the Fortune 500 list, Walmart is the biggest company in the world by revenue. Forbes predicts that Walmart’s 2024 revenue will be $657.3 billion, an increase of $46 billion from last year.

Trump: US Could Withdraw From NATO

Trump: US Could Withdraw From NATO

Sunday, 08 December 2024 10:55 AM EST

In his first formal television interview -- and just six weeks before he takes office -- Trump again signaled that US support for Ukraine will scale back, saying he will "probably" cut the aid helping Kyiv repel the Russian invasion.

Trump also said he would "very quickly" look at pardons for supporters jailed for storming the US Capitol after his 2020 election defeat to Joe Biden.

The interview on NBC's "Meet the Press with Kristen Welker" was taped Friday but aired Sunday, following Trump's meetings with the presidents of France and Ukraine over the weekend -- his first foreign trip since winning the November election against Biden.

Trump reiterated his familiar threat to leave NATO, the cornerstone of security in Europe since World War II, saying that US allies do not pay enough for their defense.

"If they're paying their bills, and if I think they're treating us fairly, the answer is absolutely I'd stay with NATO," said.

But there is also "absolutely" the possibility of America's departure, he said.

He also stressed that his campaign promises of huge tariffs -- including against top US trading partners Canada, Mexico and China -- would be enacted.

"We're subsidizing Mexico and we're subsidizing Canada and we're subsidizing many countries all over the world," he said.

Vowing that "properly used" tariffs are "a very powerful tool," Trump added that he would not only wield them economically, "but also for getting other things outside of economics."

As to whether Americans would see higher prices as a result of those tariffs, Trump said that "I can't guarantee anything. I can't guarantee tomorrow."

- Domestic pledges -

Trump has a history of breaking with precedent to undermine the independence of the US Federal Reserve, but he promised not to replace Chairman Jerome Powell.

However, Trump said he would go ahead with what economists say could be the hugely disruptive mass deportation of undocumented immigrants in the United States.

"I think you have to do it, and it's a hard -- it's a very tough thing to do. But you have to have rules, regulations, laws. They came in illegally," he said.

He said he would end the constitutionally protected right to US citizenship for anyone born in the country, calling it "ridiculous." It is unclear how Trump would be able to do this but he suggested, "if we can, through executive action."

"We're going to have to get it changed. We'll maybe have to go back to the people. But we have to end it," Trump said.
