A Canadian pastor who was jailed for holding a church service last spring was recently sentenced to a variety of penalties, including a requirement that whenever he speaks out against government COVID-19 mandates, he must also read a disclaimer stating that his views do not align with those of “medical experts.”

Pastor Artur Pawlowski of the Cave at Adullam church in Calgary, Alberta, and his brother Dawid Pawlowski were arrested “in a dramatic highway takedown” in May for defying “a government-mandated health order to keep [their] services at reduced capacity and enforce social distancing and mask-wearing,” The New American reported at the time. The two men spent three nights in jail before being released on bail.

Last Wednesday, Alberta Justice Adam Germain sentenced the Pawlowskis for contempt of court. Although Germain rejected prosecutors’ requests for jail time for the men, he did fine them both heavily, place them on probation, order them to perform community service, and prohibit them from leaving Alberta without their probation officers’ permission.

Perhaps most shocking of all, though, was his demand that “whenever they are opposing the … Health Orders in any public forum…, they must also place the other side of the argument on the record” in the form of this statement:

I am also aware that the views I am expressing to you on this occasion may not be views held by the majority of medical experts in Alberta. While I may disagree with them, I am obliged to inform you that the majority of medical experts favor social distancing, mask wearing, and avoiding large crowds to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Most medical experts also support participation in a vaccination program unless for a valid religious or medical reason you cannot be vaccinated. Vaccinations have been shown statistically to save lives and to reduce the severity of COVID-19 symptoms.

There was no word on whether Germain intended to impose a similar mandate for even-handedness on anyone speaking in favor of COVID-19 restrictions or vaccines.

But then Germain is hardly an unbiased arbiter. His 12-page ruling, released Friday, is riddled with statements demonstrating that he sides with the coronavirus tyrants. He repeatedly referred to the health orders as having been “designed to protect people.” He claimed that the Pawlowskis had “contributed to this ominous health situation by their defiance of the health rules and their public posturing.” He complained that Artur Pawlowski had condemned “everyone who follows the science on COVID-19.” And he ultimately declared that the brothers “are on the wrong side of science, history, and common sense.” (There are, of course, mountains of evidence to suggest that those pushing the various so-called mitigation strategies, including the vaccines, are “on the wrong side of science.”)

Germain wrote that while he agrees that the health orders “are all intrusions on personal liberty, they are not sacrifices that would offend the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and they are not egregious sacrifices.” Tell that to the churches and businesses that have gone under all over the world because of such restrictions.

Germain seemed to be less offended by the Pawlowskis’ defiance of the orders than he was by their willingness to speak out against them even if it meant going to prison. Indeed, he suggested that their opposition to the orders had little to do with principle and much to do with fundraising and fame. He griped that Artur Pawlowski had taken advantage of his international fame after his arrest to make a speaking tour of the United States, something “leaders and statesmen don’t do.” He also said the pastor’s repeated references to the health-order enforcers as “Nazis” were “inappropriate.”

In addition, Germain made a point of sentencing the Pawlowskis to punishments severe enough to “impact and influence” the behavior “of others who choose to flaunt [sic] court orders.” In other words, he wanted to make an example of them.

“Welcome to Chinada 2021,” Artur Pawlowski quipped after leaving court last week.

“[Now] every time I open my mouth to the public,” he said, “I have to lie … stating that vaccinations are saving lives, that masks work, that doctors and scientists are all for restrictions.”

He is already working on an appeal.

(Natural News) Wally Adeyemo, Joe Biden’s pick for the second-highest office in the Treasury Department, is threatening Americans with prolonged shortages and empty store shelves until every last person is “fully vaccinated” for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19).

In order to “save lives,” Adeyemo has indicated that he is willing to end all 330 million of them in this country if the remaining injection holdouts continue to refuse to roll up their sleeves.

Proving that the shipping container “crisis” is completely manufactured for political purposes, the Biden regime is basically threatening to starve out America until there is 100 percent compliance with “Operation Warp Speed.”

Even though the fully vaccinated have become the walking plague spreading disease everywhere they go, Adeyemo blamed the unvaccinated for the continued deterioration of the supply chain, which is damaging the entire global economy.

During an appearance on ABC News, Adeyemo blamed the ongoing shortages of consumer goods on the unvaccinated, even though it is Biden and his comrades who are refusing to allow commerce as normal without unquestioning obedience to the regime’s plandemic dictates.

The situation has become so obviously and laughably ridiculous that the phrase “Empty Shelves Joe” is now trending, pointing to the true culprit in all this – or at least the face of the true culprit, as Biden is just another puppet.

There is also prolific evidence across the web in the form of photo imagery showing that plenty of goods are just waiting to unload at the ports where they are docked, but cannot because the Biden regime will not allow it unless everyone is vaccinated.

The vaccine mandates, in other words, are the reason that all Americans are having to suffer with dwindling supplies and skyrocketing prices on just about everything.

“The reality is that the only way we’re going to get to a place where we work through this transition is if everyone in America and everyone around the world gets vaccinated,” Adeyemo nonchalantly admitted in an interview.

Calling this “an economy that’s in transition,” Adeyemo went on to acknowledge that prices are getting “high” because of the regime’s fascist policies, but that Biden should still be praised because of the “stimulus payments” it once distributed.

As for the other supply chain disruptions that are occurring internationally, it is becoming increasingly apparent that the specificity of which items are missing and which are still arriving points to foul play and a deliberate attempt at punishing America for not being fully vaccinated.

Necessities like toilet paper, for instance, are once again being limited to certain quantities just like last year, which is no coincidence. This is a deliberate attempt at making the lives of Americans as miserable as possible in order to try to coerce compliance with the agenda.

Amazingly, the latest data shows that nearly everyone who is getting sick now is fully vaccinated. But this fact has not changed any of the regime’s mandatory vaccination policies, which are still being pushed full-steam ahead.

Adeyemo went on to admit this, indicating that if only Americans would agree to roll up their sleeves, then the White House would “provide the resources the American people need to make it to the other side.”

In other words, instead of the this government working for We the People, things have switched to where We the People have become the slaves of the Biden regime – that is, if people continue to obey this illegitimate occupying force.

Christian Group Sues Biden Administration Over Transgender Surgeries

The Christian Employers Alliance (CEA) is suing the Biden administration over two mandates that force religious nonprofit and for-profit employers to fund "gender transition surgeries, procedures, counseling, and treatments."

Alliance Defending Freedom on Tuesday filed a motion asking a federal district court in Bozeman, Montana, to cease enforcement of the measures on behalf of the Christian employers group, an organization that provides support to Christian businesses and nonprofits, National Review reports.

The lawsuit maintains that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is misinterpreting and improperly enforcing the definition of sex discrimination included in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to force employers to provide gender transition medical coverage and procedures against their religious beliefs.

The lawsuit says the enforcement of a similar mandate by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that reinterprets "sex" to include gender identity will make religious health care providers "physically perform, facilitate, or promote gender transition surgeries and procedures that are contrary to their deeply held religious beliefs and expert medical judgment."

Title VII makes it unlawful to discriminate against someone on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity) or religion. The Act also makes it unlawful to retaliate against a person because the person complained about discrimination, filed a charge of discrimination, or participated in an employment discrimination investigation or lawsuit.

The CEA says on its website that its mission is to "unite, equip, and represent Christian-owned businesses to protect religious freedom and provide the opportunity for employees, businesses, and communities to flourish."

CEA President Shannon Royce said "employers and entrepreneurs, like many Americans, are growing increasingly concerned by rising costs that can be blamed in part on oppressive government mandates."

"These gender transition mandates greatly exacerbate this problem by threatening religious employers with punishing fines, burdensome litigation costs, the loss of federal funds, and even criminal penalties," Royce said. "Additionally, the mandate creates a unique quagmire of concerns for religious healthcare providers by forcing them to speak positively about gender transition procedures even if they disagree with them."

In May 2021, the Biden administration prohibited discrimination against transgender people in healthcare.

Alliance Defending Freedom senior counsel Matt Bowman said Biden has "far overreached his constitutional authority" by improperly enforcing federal law "to the detriment of people of faith across the country."

"The government cannot force Christian employers to pay for, or physically perform, harmful medical procedures that contradict their religious beliefs," Bowman said in a statement. 

The Supreme Court’s decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, Ga. in 2020, said sex discrimination protections in the workplace include transgender people. Some Christian conservatives are concerned that the decision has impacted religious freedoms and affected faith-based employment.

Archbishop Jose Horacio Gomez, president of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, said at the time that the Supreme Court had effectively redefined the legal meaning of "sex."

(Natural News) Across America, even left-wing Biden voters in blue cities are now joining protests against vaccine mandates and Biden’s heavy-handed tactics that violate medical choice / human rights.

Over just the last few days, we’ve seen protests by teachers in New York City, Boeing employees protesting in Seattle, Southwest Airlines workers protesting in Dallas, California parents protesting vaccines mandates in schools and a law enforcement revolt against coercive vaccine mandates in Chicago.

“‘We will not comply’: protests against vaccine mandates erupt in progressive Seattle,” reports the Post Millennial.

Seattle saw protests on Monday after the city and state terminated fired an unprecedented number of workers who refused to comply with Governor Jay Inslee’s vaccine mandate. The requirement went into effect at midnight on Oct. 18, by which time most people would have had to receive their first shot.

The rally hosted by March For Freedom Washington brought out firefighters, law enforcement officers, nurses, teachers, and bus drivers to Seattle City Hall. The crowd met around noon and people gave their heartbreaking testimonies as to why they chose not to get vaccinated.

On Sunday, the day before the deadline to submit vaccination status, Seattle police officers who would not comply took a strong stance and hung Gadsden flags from patrol vehicles.

“I served as a firefighter for 23 years. I have seen things that you wouldn’t wish on your greatest enemy. I never thought this is how my career would end,” a Seattle firefighter told The Post Millennial. “Last year we were frontline heroes, this year we’re enemies.”

Protests were also organized in Dallas, where Southwest Airlines employees were seen chanting, “Let’s Go Brandon!”

 

Unlike the engineered “protests” of Black Lives Matter and Antifa in 2020 — all organized and funded by globalists like George Soros — these health freedom protests are organic, genuine and attended by real people who show their faces and aren’t hiding behind masks.

“Protests are popping up all over the United States and things could get really ugly really quickly,” writes Mac Slavo from SHTFplan.com.

On Monday, hundreds of demonstrators held signs aloft that read, “Terminate the mandate,” “Freedom not force” and “No jabs for jobs,” as they convened at Southwest Airlines’ headquarters in Dallas to protest against the mandate. Attendees also chanted “My body, my choice” as they lined the highway outside the airline facility.

Former Biden supporters are now chanting, “Let’s Go Brandon!”

When campaigning in 2020, Biden told America he would never push vaccine mandates. His gullible supporters believed him and touted the progressive idea of, “my body my choice.”

But it didn’t take long for Biden to betray his own voter base, declaring, “YOUR body, MY choice!” by pushing coercive, dangerous vaccine mandates.

Trump is only slightly less offensive in all this, by the way, because he relentlessly pushes covid vaccines and is still trying to claim credit for bringing them into existence, but he says he wouldn’t force them on people.

Biden, on the other hand, is aggressively pushing vaccine mandates as a requirement to work. By doing so, he is exposing the real agenda of the radical Left — complete tyranny and total government control over your body, your life, and your behavior. For many “progressives,” that’s just too much to swallow, and they are pushing back like never before.

In Australia, Premier Daniel Andrews is now threatening the DOUBLE vaxxed with being locked up if they don’t agree to an endless series of “booster” shots (which really aren’t boosters but rather contain full doses of more spike protein bioweapons). This should be a warning to all Americans: If you are foolish enough to comply with the first two vaccine shots, you will be forced to be injected with many more yet to come.

As an increasing number of former Biden supporters are now discovering, you can’t “comply” your way out of tyranny. At some point, you have to take a stand against it and engage in mass civil disobedience to reject the insanity.

Perhaps the most viewed video of outraged parents protesting school-board mask mandates for their kids came from Clark County School District in Nevada. In September, not only did a group of parents file a $200 million lawsuit against the school board, a copy of it was hand-delivered to each board member during a meeting.

The complaint stated that the board and the school superintendent “blatantly and maliciously” violated the Constitution by imposing the mask mandate on school children. It complained that any benefits masking might provide are greatly exceeded by the damage done to the educational process. “The ability to pursue an education without being subject to health risks … are not offset by any scientifically provable benefits,” said the complaint.

Said the parents, in announcing the lawsuit as copies of it were being handed out to each board member:

You have been officially served a $200 million lawsuit with six complaints and violations under multiple amendments. Your job is not to be concerned with children’s health. You are not nurses. You’re not doctors.

Your only focus is on our children’s education. If the education system here is 50th in the state and you make almost more money than anybody else, it is very clear that you have failed in doing that job.

Accordingly, the parents are not only seeking a repeal of the mask mandate on their children but $200 million in damages. In addition, the complaint demands that “each defendant be held responsible for breaching the public’s trust to the maximum extent of the law … a category C felony.”

In Tom’s River, New Jersey, things got so heated over the mask mandates that the school board was forced to shut down a meeting. In an interview following the meeting, parent Christina Valenti said:

It’s almost like they can’t go after the adults [to enforce the mandate]. The adults won’t comply, so they’re going after our children.

They’re innocent. They’re [at] the lowest risk.

If you’re afraid, put it on. If you’re not, don’t. But it’s my choice. I should have that choice as a parent.

You’re an educator, educate! Let me parent!

Valenti revealed part of a letter she sent to New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy:

Our parents have had enough of state-mandated masks for our children under the guise of safety. They want the choice to decide what is best for their own children.

This country was founded on the principle of Liberty, and safety does not come before Freedom.

In Chino, California, dozens of parents gathered on a downtown sidewalk waving signs with slogans that said “Let them breathe,” and “Our children, Our choice.”

In Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, parents filed a lawsuit against the mask mandate, this one aimed at the state’s Acting Health Secretary Alison Beam. The suit claims she doesn’t have the authority to mandate masks in the schools and that her order to do so violates the state’s constitution.

In White Hall, Arkansas, parents of school children have sued the school district for mandating masks. Said parent Laura Golden:

I think it’s everybody’s individual choice. If you feel safe wearing a mask, wherever you go, then that’s great: wear a mask. If you don’t, there shouldn’t be an issue with that.

Just like with the flu shots. When the school sent out the flu shot it’s not mandatory. You choose what you think is best for your child. You sign it, your child gets a shot a school. If not, they don’t. There’s no issue around that.

In New York, the Massapequa and Locust Valley school boards took the position of the parents. They sued New York Governor Kathy Hochul, the head of the Department of Health, and the state’s health commissioner:

The lawsuit demonstrates that neither the Health Commissioner, nor the new Governor, Kathy Hochul, have the power to establish a statewide mandate policy as an emergency health measure, that such authority resides only with the Legislature; otherwise, it is a matter for local control.

And in Charleston County, South Carolina, parent Ashley Regan told Fox & Friends that if a student fails to wear a mask the school board will send him home:  

Not only do you have bullying students, you are isolating them. You are segregating them. You are discriminating against students who just want to breathe fresh air….

I don’t think it’s fair for our students to have to wear a mask all day.

Parents in other states across the country have voiced, and continue to voice, their objections to board-mandated masks for their children. Many of those parents are now reconsidering their decisions to send them to public schools. This is reflected in the 300-percent increase in homeschooling just in the last two years.

Perhaps those mask mandates being imposed by public school boards are the best thing to happen to public education, forcing parents to rethink their decision to let the state educate their children.

The Biden administration is poised to stick a needle filled with experimental gene therapeutics, aka COVID vaccine, in every arm, no matter how tiny. After all, the president claimed that we can get “back to normal” when 98 percent of Americans are inoculated. As Biden’s top medical advisor, Dr. Anthony Fauci, once said, “We ultimately would like to get and have to get children into that mix.”

Right now, the Biden administration’s COVID task force is making its final preparations for a COVID vaccination campaign intended for American children aged five to 11, according to ABC News.

The outlet obtained audio of a phone conversation between White House COVID coordinator Jeff Zients and U.S. governors, in which Zients stated the administration possessed enough pediatric doses of the Pfizer shot for 28 million children. The cohort is expected to become eligible for vaccination once the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) approve the shot. The first is expected to say if it recommends children to receive the shot on October 26, and the latter will be meeting to issue final approval on November 2-3.

Per the outlet, once the feds green-light the shots, the doses will be immediately sent to “thousands of sites, including pediatricians, family doctors, hospitals, health clinics and pharmacies enrolled in a federal program that guarantees the shots are provided for free.” Schools in some states will be providing the shots as well.

Zients claimed that the infrastructure to deliver COVID jabs to American youngsters would be “similar to what we’ve used for the other vaccines.”

Zients also warned that states should expect parents to be “rushing” to get their kids inoculated, so the governors would need to make sure the appointment system works smoothly. “It’s important that all of us recognize that parents have been waiting for a pediatric vaccine for a long time so they will understandably be very eager to get their kids vaccinated or kids vaccinated right away,” he stressed.

Is Zients correct about parents being “eager” to vaccinate their young children? Even the mainstream media doubts it.

According to a New York Times report, when the prospect of minors receiving COVID shots started to materialize in late September with Pfizer submitting safety data for the FDA review, many parents indicated they were reluctant to get their little ones jabbed.

The biggest concern parents raised was the shot’s safety. One mom from California, who was vaccinated herself, said she “was nowhere near ready to vaccinate her children, who are 8, 6, and 3, against Covid-19.” Further, she expressed worry about the risks for her children, partly because of the relatively small size of children’s trials and the lack of long-term safety data so far. 

Indeed, while the typical timeline for vaccine development spans from five to 10 years, with phase III clinical trials taking some two to four years, Pfizer only started testing its jabs on healthy 6-month to 11-year old children at the end of March 2021. The FDA stated the evaluation of the safety data on the possible side effects in children would be based on “at least about two months” of follow-ups.

It is worth mentioning that all of the currently available COVID shots for adults have yet to complete clinical trials, with the earliest completion date set for May of 2023.

The number of participants in Pfizer final trials was not large either and enrolled 2,268 children. How could Pfizer trace and study such types of potential side effects as “uncommon,” “rare” or “very rare”? No matter how “low” a risk, parents need that information to make an informed decision.

It comes as no surprise that parents believe that the potential risk from a new vaccine seems to outweigh the benefits, because young children have been far less likely than adults to become seriously sick with COVID, per the Times.

The polls show that many American parents are not at all “eager to rush” to the vaccination sites.

The C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital National Poll on Children’s Health found in July that more than half of parents of children ages three to 11 said they were unlikely to have their children vaccinated against COVID. A Kaiser Family Foundation national survey conducted in August revealed that only 26 percent of parents would vaccinate their five-to-11-year-olds right away.

The leftist Atlantic posted an article titled “Many Parents Won’t Vaccinate Their Kids. Here’s Why” penned by Aaron E. Carroll, professor of pediatrics at Indiana University School of Medicine.

Carroll explains that first of all, parents of young children tend to be skeptical of new vaccines, no matter how well-tested and how few side effects they may cause, even if they promise protection from a virus that is common and contagious.

Second, most American parents of young children are between the ages of 25 and 39, and only 55 percent of them have been inoculated themselves. “We can expect that parents who have chosen not to vaccinate themselves are not likely to vaccinate their children quickly, if at all. We can even expect that some who did get vaccinated themselves will still be reluctant, at first, to immunize their children,” notes Carroll.

Third, some 60 percent of the 10,000 parents that Indiana University surveyed said they would not vaccinate their children if someone else in their household had already been infected. That is due to the belief that children who have been exposed to the virus have already developed a natural immunity to it. Given the latter may grant much stronger and more lasting protection than any of the jabs, why take a risk with a jab? It is also likely that young parents who have contracted COVID themselves, like most Americans, have had only mild symptoms, if any, and therefore are not terrified of COVID.

The main force behind high vaccination rates among children is school mandates.

And that is what California is already implementing. On October 1, Governor Gavin Newsom announced he would make the injections mandatory for all “eligible” students participating in in-person learning at both public and private schools. COVID guru Dr. Fauci supports mandatory COVID vaccinations for schoolchildren.

(Natural News) After announcing that nearly all of its 18,000 employees will need to be “fully vaccinated” for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) by November 22, Amtrak incurred a “sickout” much like the one that Southwest Airlines currently faces.

Amtrak employees who do not want to permanently alter their DNA with experimental gene therapy walked off the job, reports indicate, leaving nobody to man the trains and get them from point A to point B.

In a tweet, Amtrak explained that at least two trains scheduled to leave on October 10 had to be canceled “due to unforeseen crew issues.” The company promised that “alternate transportation” would be provided to stranded passengers.

It is rumored that this latest sickout is part of a larger nationwide protest started by Air Traffic Controllers and Southwest Airlines. The next company expected to join them is American Airlines.

“Let the statists run their own country,” tweeted author Jim Hanson, along with the hashtag #GoingGalt, which is a reference to Ayn Rand and the idea that one does not need to justify his life or wealth to his neighbors, “society,” bureaucrats or politicians.

“Oh that’s right … They can’t,” Hanson added about how the Branch Covidians staging all this tyrannical nonsense will soon have nobody left to run the things that generate their ill-gotten profit.

“Airlines and Amtrak pushing back against unconstitutional and unethical mandates,” tweeted entrepreneur Oliver Cantin. “YOU LOVE TO SEE IT!”

Brave Americans are joining forces to dismantle systemic covid fascism

In case you missed the Southwest story, which is still ongoing, the company has had to cancel nearly 2,000 flights and counting over the past several days because pilots and other crew members refuse to be forcibly injected for the Fauci Flu.

The mainstream media is largely obfuscating the truth about the situation, blaming “bad weather” and “fog,” but most people who are paying attention know the truth. There are still some Americans out there with self-respect and dignity who are not about to be injected against their will just to receive a paycheck.

This kind of bravery is rare, to be fair, but it is being demonstrated on a large scale and is rapidly picking up steam. Others are being inspired to do the same, and the goal is to dismantle the systemic fascism that has embedded itself in American society under the guise of fighting a “pandemic.”

In the case of Southwest, the company’s CEO, Gary Kelly, is full-on lying about why he is trying to force his employees to take the shots. Kelly claims that a “federal government COVID-19 vaccination directive” is forcing him to mandate the injections, even though such a directive does not actually exist.

Even if it did exist, it would not be constitutionally valid or enforceable. But the fact of the matter is that it does not exist, and Kelly is simply lying, as are many others who seem to get a thrill out of tyrannizing others with pharmaceutical bioweapons.

If this continues to catch on, the expectation is that truck drivers, port workers, and others who keep this country and its economy going will also walk off the job. That is when things will really start hitting the fan as suddenly there is no more food at the grocery store and no beer at the local pub.

“We need a nationwide labor strike,” wrote one commenter at Citizen Free Press. “Every employee in every industry needs to walk out until we say otherwise.”

“Stopping the economy is how it’s done,” emphasized another.

(Natural News) An Indiana couple was horrified to learn that their local Walgreens pharmacy “accidentally” gave their four- and five-year-old children Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” instead of the seasonal flu shots they requested.

Alexandra and Joshua Price visited the Walgreens on St. Joseph Avenue in Evansville to get their family flu shots, which is an annual ritual. Everything seemed fine until the pharmacist handed back Fauci Flu shot cards indicating that their son and daughter had instead been given full adult doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech injection from “Operation Warp Speed.”

The Prices immediately contacted a local television station, a lawyer and a pediatric oncologist who was assigned to administer care to the children, both of whom quickly developed heart problems from the shots.

The little girl reportedly developed high blood pressure while the little boy developed tachycardia, or a rapid heartbeat. The brother and sister are now under close observation in case their Chinese Virus injection symptoms worsen.

“You hope it’s just the stress from being at the doctor’s office and unfamiliar response, but at the same time you’re like, ‘What if it’s not?'” lamented Alexandra Price to WFIE.

“You worry constantly. They’ve been sleeping in our bed in our room since Monday night of last week, so we can keep an eye on them, and it’s just – no one knows what to expect because there’s not a lot out there to help us.”

Walgreens says it’s “rare” for vaccines to get mixed up at its pharmacies

In a statement to the Courier & Press, another local news outlet, a Walgreens spokeswoman suggested that such incidents are “rare,” but did not deny that this one occurred.

“Patient safety is our top priority, and due to privacy laws, we cannot comment on specific patient events,” the statement reads.

“But generally speaking, such instances are rare and Walgreens takes these matters very seriously. In the event of any error, our first concern is always our patients’ well-being. Our multi-step vaccination procedure includes several safety checks to minimize the chance of human error and we have reviewed this process with our pharmacy staff in order to prevent such occurrences.”

The Pfizer-BioNTech shot is not currently approved or emergency use authorized (EUA) for children under the age of 12. However, the pharmaceutical partnership is pushing federal regulators to give the green light for children aged five to 11.

The results of a “clinical trial” procured by the two drug giants of course claims that its shot is “safe and effective” for children as young as five, but only at a dose one-third the size of an adult dose.

In this case, the Price children received what could soon be considered a triple dose of the jab, which is not considered safe for young ones.

A similar incident occurred recently in Baltimore when a couple took their four-year-old daughter in for a flu injection, only to have the same full-adult-dose Pfizer-BioNTech jammed into her arm instead.

“That’s not going to happen often,” stated Brian Castrucci, a Bethesda-based epidemiologist, in what was apparently supposed to be a statistical reassurance. “We should never have an error in our case, but this is an error that caused no harm. This isn’t a poison.”

Personal injury lawyer Daniel Tuley, who is representing the couple in Indiana, has instructed them not to speak to anyone who reaches out to them about the incident at the Evansville Walgreens.

“I think they’re preparing a press release,” he noted, adding that his office is also planning to issue a release.

So far four of the challenges have been formally denied by the library staff, and we're still waiting for the rest. Eventually, all of them will probably be denied.

At this point all we can say is that normal people would never be a part of sexualizing kids in this vile way. There is something very disordered with these people who are staffing our libraries.

Wyoming School to Honor Student: Wear the Mask or Wear Handcuffs

It’s a brutal equation some American schools and universities are teaching students this fall: wear the mask or wear handcuffs.

The most recent example comes from Laramie High School in Wyoming.

Last week, police forcibly removed a 16-year-old honor student — in handcuffs — for defying her school’s mask mandate.

Grace Smith, a junior, took video of the incident which was later posted by her father, Andy Smith, on YouTube.

As you can see, the scene was both peaceful and outrageous: The school required two good-sized policemen to cuff and remove one skinny young lady who resisted in no way whatsoever.

The charge? Trespassing, according to Fox News.

Even crazier, the entire school was locked down for 90 minutes during what the Laramie Boomerang described as a “showdown of wills” between Grace and school administrators.

The young outlaw was apparently standing peacefully in the school lobby, awaiting her fate, when the lockdown order was given.

Grace had already been suspended the previous week, also for not wearing a mask. When she returned on Tuesday, it was with a plan. “After talking with our attorney,” she told the Boomerang, “we decided to push it. So on Tuesday I didn’t (leave) and took the citation for $500 and then left.”

When she came back the third time, on Thursday of last week, she refused to leave, arguing she had a right to attend her high school and not wear the mask.

That’s when the police were called in.

“They told us how this was going to play out before it happened,” Andy Smith was quoted saying. “They all said they were not going to arrest kids. But she was taken into custody, handcuffed, and brought down to the detention center.”

Albany County School District #1 instituted the mask mandate due to a “surge” in local COVID-19 cases, but I was unable to find any reports of a corresponding surge in COVID-related hospitalizations or deaths.

The Wyoming honor student now has multiple suspensions on her record and a $500 fine to pay.

Through an executive order issued on Monday, Texas Governor Greg Abbott prohibited “any entity” — including privately owned businesses and other non-governmental entities — from requiring their customers and workers to show proof that they have been vaccinated.

On the surface, it sounded good. Abbott said his order was “aimed at protecting the health and safety of Texans, ensuring uniformity across Texas, and achieving the least restrictive means of combatting [COVID’s] evolving threat to public health.”

Some perceived his order as a direct confrontation to the Biden administration, which has ordered all businesses across the land employing more than 100 workers to require their employees to be vaccinated.

Article VI of the U.S. Constitution reads:

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States, which shall be made in Pursuance thereof … shall be the supreme Law of the Land.

In other words, any laws that violate the U.S. Constitution are null and void. As Alexander Hamilton wrote in The Federalist, No. 78: “No legislative act, therefore, [which is] contrary to the Constitution, can be valid.”

That means that Biden’s executive order was, and is, unconstitutional, as that precious document doesn’t grant any such power to the federal government. By extension, that means that any state may declare itself free from its edict.

Where Governor Abbott erred was in making his own edict that reached beyond his authority as governor of Texas. He should have listened to and followed the path trod by Governor Kristi Noem of South Dakota.

When two state legislators proposed a law similar to the decree announced by Abbott, she asked rhetorically: “If we mandate one thing, are we [not] setting a precedent for what we are telling businesses they have to do in the future?”

She expanded on her position during an interview reported by Reason:

I don’t have the authority as governor to tell them what to do.

Since the start of this pandemic I have remained focused on what my authorities are and what they are not.

Now, South Dakota is in a strong position because I didn’t overstep my authority. I didn’t trample on the rights of our people, and I’m not going to start now.

She warned that when authorities, including governors such as Texas Governor Abbott, overstep their bounds, the result is devastating:

When leaders overstep their authority, that is how we break the country, and if government starts acting unconstitutionally, even if it’s doing something that we like, that’s a dangerous path to walk down.

It is not “conservative” to grow government and to tell businesses what to do and how to treat their employees.

Noem is correct. As Robby Soave wrote in Reason: “It is wrong for the government to tell individuals, private associations, and businesses what to do. If they want to require vaccination, it’s really no concern of the state.”

Texas Governor Abbott would have saved himself some political grief by simply declaring that Texas is exempt from the Biden mandate, leaving Texans alone to make their own determinations about vaccinations. But he sullied his reputation as a “conservative” and left himself open to attacks from two Republican candidates running against him in next year’s primary.

“Don’t mess with Texas.” That slogan originated in a 1985 state-wide campaign against littering but eventually was adopted as a slogan of pride in the state’s independence. It’s one that Abbott should have used instead of issuing his executive order aimed at businesses and citizens over vaccination mandates.

The US Treasury Department delisted Iran-based entities on Friday that were sanctioned by the Trump administration for their alleged involvement in Iran’s ballistic missile program.

The department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) determined Mammut Industrial Group and its subsidiary, Mammut Diesel, are no longer blocked under Executive Order 13382, which targets proliferators of weapons of mass destruction and their supporters. The two entities were removed from OFAC’s list of Specially Designated Nationals.

The Trump administration sanctioned Mammut Industrial Group and Mammut Diesel in September 2020, accusing them of being “key producers and suppliers of military-grade, dual-use goods for Iran’s missile programs.”

A spokesperson for the Treasury Department speaking on the condition of anonymity declined to say whether there was a change in behavior from Mammut Industrial Group and Mammut Diesel. The spokesperson stressed, however, there was no connection between Friday’s action and the Biden administration’s efforts to bring Iran back to the bargaining table in Vienna.

“These delistings do not reflect any change in US government sanctions policy towards Iran. They have nothing to do with JCPOA negotiation efforts,” the spokesperson said, using the acronym for the 2015 nuclear accord. “The United States will continue to counter Iran’s destabilizing activities, including through implementation of our sanctions.”

Southwest Airlines CEO Gary Kelly is committing massive fraud against his own pilots, falsely claiming there is a “federal government COVID-19 vaccination directive” that forces him to demand vaccines for all his pilots. This is utterly false. No such mandate exists for private-sector employees. OSHA hasn’t published any such rule. Kelly is simply bluffing along with Joe Biden, pretending there is a federal mandate that he knows isn’t law.

Not surprisingly, many of his company’s pilots are far smarter than Kelly seems to realize. Pilots tend to be sharp people, and they aren’t stupid enough to get injected with blood clotting spike protein injections when they already face heightened blood clot risks due to the time spent on the flight deck, in long-duration seated positions. That’s why they’re saying no to Kelly and walking away from their jobs, at least temporarily.

It isn’t just pilots that are resorting to this important form of civil protest, either: Firefighters, police officers, railway workers, and many others are saying, essentially, “Let’s go Brandon” and telling the vaccine zealots to shove it.

Amtrack trains are now starting to be canceled as their train crews are calling in sick as part of a coordinated “sickout” protest. Using the Freedom of Information Act, Judicial Watch uncovered 198 suspect communication records from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The records unveil a criminal operation within the agency, a ghoulish operation that routinely harvests and traffics organs from LIVING human babies.

The records reveal that the FDA is under contract with a human fetal tissue provider, Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR). The FDA uses ABR to obtain human heads, organs, and tissue that are strategically harvested from aborted babies. In the records, the FDA even requested “fresh and never frozen” fetal body parts, so they could carry out chimeric research projects involving “humanized mice.”

Organs from 24-week-old abortions are harvested “fresh” and sold to the FDA

Some of the FDA communications were redacted. Judicial Watch was able to uncover these redactions with the help of the court. The redactions included a payment plan for fetal cadaverous procurement. The “service fee” for an intact calvarium taken from babies between 8 to 24 weeks old is $515 per specimen. The FDA’s contract with ABR included an estimated $60,000 in trafficked organs taken strategically from live aborted babies. During a 2016 U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee Investigation, the ABR admitted “that its procurement technicians work inside the abortion facilities, packaging and shipping the aborted baby body parts ‘on the day they are procured.’” Judicial Watch and the court have uncovered several violations of federal law and shone a light on wide-scale crimes against humanity.

“The court also found ‘there is reason to question’ whether the transactions violate federal law barring the sale of fetal organs,” Judicial Watch informs. “Documents previously uncovered in this lawsuit show that the federal government demanded the purchased fetal organs be ‘fresh and never frozen.’”

“Chopping up aborted human beings for their organs and tissue is a moral and legal outrage,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “This issue should be front and center in any debate about America’s barbaric abortion industry.”

The FDA’s sinister organ harvesting operation coincides with the macabre projects being conducted at the University of Pittsburgh. A separate Judicial Watch lawsuit uncovered 252 pages from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
