You can see it in the classic movie The Godfather: the Mafia chieftain, Don Corleone, reluctantly agrees to meet with his chief enforcer, Luca Brasi, because he is aware of a cardinal law of the underworld: keep your muscle happy, or your muscle could turn on you. In the same spirit, the Biden regime is planning to reward the corrupt and sinister enforcers of its far-Left agenda, the FBI, with an elephantine new headquarters building that will make the Pentagon look like your tool shed out back. The FBI has gone so far, however, in shedding its former squeaky-clean image and becoming the Left’s Luca Brasi that now the House GOP is talking about putting a kibosh on the fancy new headquarters plan. They should do more than just talk.

Rep. Mike Johnson (R-La.) said Monday: “The FBI…they have their eye on a really fancy, very expensive new headquarters. Well, you know, do they deserve that if they can’t follow the basic tenets of the Constitution? I’m not sure that Congress should empower that.” You said it, Mike! But is this going to be just more empty virtue-signaling, or will the House take real action to make sure that the FBI doesn’t get its enormous new Ministry of Truth building? It would be hard to find a more vivid illustration of America’s slide from a free republic to a Leftist police state than the staggeringly large new FBI headquarters, and if there are any patriots in Congress, they should put a stop to it.

Right now, however, the Republicans are talking, talking up a storm: “On Tuesday of last week, we set a record, all-time, in Congress,” Johnson said proudly. “We had 42 hearings in the House in one day. Most of those were devoted to oversight. So this is going to continue.” That’s wonderful and certainly vastly preferable to the record of the last Congress, but will it result in real action to cut off FBI funding for the new building or even (oh dream of dreams!) for the agency itself?

Johnson added: “What we’ve seen now, particularly over the last two years, and we know this to be objectively true, is that some of the agencies that were designed to serve and protect the American people have been weaponized and used against them.” That’s an understatement. The Federal Bureau of Investigation was once one of the most trusted institutions in the nation. FBI agents had the image of being honest, upright, patriotic, and not only not corrupt, but not corruptible. Beginning late in the Obama administration and accelerating sharply during the misrule of Old Joe Biden, however, the FBI took its sterling reputation, stomped on it with muddy shoes, tossed it in the dumpster, took it out, set fire to it, and threw the smoldering remainder into a vat of raw sewage.

The survey site Statista reported in August 2022 that “Where 57 percent of U.S. adults said that the FBI was doing either an ‘excellent’ or a ‘good’ job in 2019, this fell to 44 percent in 2021.” If it isn’t lower now, much lower, it’s only because most Americans aren’t aware of how far the FBI has fallen. The FBI has, in these dark days of Biden’s handlers’ regime, become synonymous with corruption, partisanship, and dirty dealing. Nor is there any relief in sight; instead, it’s likely to get worse: not only do Biden’s handlers have no intention of reining in today’s rogue FBI, but they’re rewarding it with the sumptuous new headquarters.

Why does the FBI need all this space? Hey, it needs room to track down all the people whose lives it plans to make miserable if they happened to have been in Washington on Jan. 6, 2021. It desperately needs new offices so that it can expand its operations to hound and surveil parents who are angry because their children have been subjected to drag queen performances and critical race theory in primary school. The feds need extra room for their efforts to harass and terrorize pro-life activists. It takes a huge amount of office space to manufacturing “white supremacist terrorists” so as to justify the bureau’s ridiculous claims about what constitutes the largest terror threat the nation faces today. Then there is all the space the Brave New FBI needs to coordinate election crimes and stamp out “disinformation,” that is, news that deviates from the Democrat Party line.

We can only hope that this new FBI complex will indeed be relegated to the dustbin of history and that the FBI itself will follow soon afterward.

Fingerprints of Unvaccinated NYC School Teachers Sent to FBI

The fingerprints of unvaccinated school teachers in New York City who lost their jobs due to their vaccine status have allegedly been sent to the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) flagged with a “problem code.” These “problem code” flags in the FBI files on the fired teachers could impact their ability to obtain future employment.1

According to the attorney representing the teachers who were fired for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine:

When the city puts these problem codes on employees who have been terminated because of their unconstitutional policies, not only do they have this flag in their files, but their fingerprints are sent with that flag to the FBI and the New York Criminal Justice Services, so it impacts their ongoing ability to get employment at other places.2

New York City’s vaccine mandate forced approximately 148,000 public school staff to receive COVID shots by Oct. 4, 2021 or be placed on administrative leave. While the vaccine mandate provided for religious and medical exemptions, it did not allow for the option to test for past or current infection instead of receiving the shots.3 In practice, however, all vaccine exemption requests were denied and only 10 percent were granted after an appeal.4

“Why Is My Fingerprint Being Sent to the FBI?”

A veteran teacher of 15 years who was fired for not getting the controversial vaccine asked:

This is both outrageous and infuriating because my first question to the government or whatever, is basically, what did I do? What kind of criminal activity did I participate besides denying something that I felt that was right for me? Religiously, mentally, I just didn’t want anything experimental on my body, so what criminal activity does that persist? I don’t understand. Like with why am I being flagged? Why is my fingerprint being sent to the FBI?5

The media was alerted to what happened to the fired teachers when investigative journalist Betsy Combier wrote an affidavit in which she noted that the fingerprints of unvaccinated teachers were marked with a “problem code” and sent to the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).  Combier explained that when a teacher did not comply with the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, the Department of Education (DOE) put a problem code in their personnel file… 6

When the DOE puts a problem code in the employee’s personnel file, it also places a flag on the employee’s fingerprints, which is then sent to the national databases at both the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the State Division of Criminal Justice Services.7

Combier further pointed out that once a teacher provided proof of vaccination, the problem code was taken off their personnel file. New York City’s Mayor Eric Adams has denied that unvaccinated teachers had their personnel files marked with problem codes.

According to Mary Holland, JD, lead counsel for the Children’s Health Defense the “problem codes” could have a significant negative impact on the teachers’ ability to get another job as it is the same code used for someone accused of molesting, raping or injuring a child.8

Mayor Adams lifted the COVID vaccine mandate for public employees in early February 2023, but the 1,780 fired city workers did not automatically get their jobs back. City workers fired due to their COVID vaccine status are forced to reapply for their jobs and will not receive backpay if rehired.9

What was the point of the Democrats’ Jan. 6 hoax? Now that Tucker Carlson has provided abundant confirmation (with more on the way) that there was no “insurrection” on Jan. 6, 2021, and that the Democrat leadership knew full well that there wasn’t even as they went full-throttle with their narrative, the question is inevitable: why? What were Leftists hoping to accomplish? Some obvious answers are that they hoped to destroy Donald Trump as a political force once and for all and discredit and demoralize his supporters. But there was clearly a larger, more insidious goal as well: the Democrats hoped with their fabricated Jan. 6 “insurrection” to create the pretext to do nothing less than destroy their legitimate opposition, not rhetorically but in a real sense, so that America would henceforth be functionally a one-party state in which only one point of view would be allowed.

In my new book, The Sumter Gambit: How the Left Is Trying to Foment A Civil War, I lay out the entire strategy, which is not just political but cultural as well. The Left has for quite some time been deploying what I call the “Sumter Gambit,” that is, trying to provoke patriots into an act of resistance that they can use as a pretext to start nothing less than a new civil war. (Kids, the first civil war started when the forces of the Confederacy, the states that had declared their independence from the United States, fired on federal troops in Fort Sumter, which is in Charleston Harbor, S.C., in April 1861.)

As I explain in the book, Leftists hope to use the very act of patriotic resistance as a pretext for an authoritarian crackdown on the alleged “insurrectionists.” Thus they believe they have created a win-win situation for themselves: either we go along with their increasingly insane and destructive cultural agenda, or if we oppose it too vehemently, they can use that opposition as an opportunity to press forward with the authoritarianism that at this point they continue to try to hide.

Leftists, however, got impatient, or they saw a big opportunity in Trump’s Jan. 6, 2021, “Stop the Steal” rally that they didn’t think they could pass up. As Tucker’s revelations continue, it may become clear that they planned the whole thing beforehand; the footage of policemen calmly escorting the celebrated Man with Viking Horns around the Capitol building certainly suggests that. The Democrats apparently got tired of waiting for Trump to prove himself to be the authoritarian dictator they claimed that he wanted to be, and decided to frame him yet again by creating an “insurrection” with the America-First president as the ringleader. Once they had their “insurrection,” they could use it to crack down on the “insurrectionists,” and that’s where things get really insidious.

On Sept. 1, 2022, in a nationally televised address, Old Joe Biden revealed the next part of the Left’s strategy. In a dark, threatening speech before an ominous red-and-black background and flanked by two Marines in full dress uniform, Biden declared that “Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.” The message couldn’t have been clearer: the establishment Left, entrenched in power in the United States but deeply afraid of losing that power, was intent on criminalizing political opposition. Dissent from Biden’s agenda, and you could end up with the thought police breaking down your door at four a.m.

“Too much of what’s happening in our country today is not normal,” Biden complained. “Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.” After making this frankly authoritarian statement, the corrupt senescent liar in the White House had the unspeakable audacity to add, “But I’m an American president — not the president of red America or blue America, but of all America.”

No, that was exactly what he wasn’t — not any longer, if he ever was. He effectively resigned from that position with that Sept. 1, 2022, speech. He was not the president of Americans who wanted to see a strong, independent, self-sufficient America and a leader who put America and its citizens first. He was at war with those Americans, and he still is.

Back on March 23, 1933, before he became the world’s universal symbol for the embodiment of evil, German chancellor Adolf Hitler spoke before the Reichstag, urging it to pass the Enabling Act, which would give him dictatorial powers. He said that this was urgently needed in light of an imminent threat to the nation. Hitler claimed that in 1918, Marxist organizations had seized power in Germany, leading to “a time of boundless misfortune for Germany, that is to say, the working German Volk [people].” But he assured the Reichstag deputies that “the German Volk itself has increasingly turned away from concepts, parties, and associations which, in its eyes, are responsible for these conditions.”

Sound familiar? These were the same rhetorical notes Biden sounded during his ominous speech branding Trump and his supporters as enemies of the state. The resonances were real and ominous. For the first time in over two hundred years of American history, a president had declared that his primary political opposition stood outside the bounds of acceptable political discourse. The logical next step was the one Hitler took: He blamed one of his strongest adversaries, the Communist Party, for the Reichstag fire, and outlawed it accordingly. With the Communist deputies barred from being present, the Reichstag passed the Enabling Act, and Germany’s unfortunate fourteen-year experiment with a representative republic was over.

But that couldn’t possibly happen here. Could it?

You’ll find it comforting to know that the FBI has been busy tracking the real terrorists that threaten the safety of every decent, law-abiding American today: people who traveled to Washington for Trump’s rally against election fraud on Jan. 6, 2021, and Americans who dare to oppose the relentless sacrifices to Moloch that are the cornerstone of the Democrat Party’s program. The FBI has become so thoroughly corrupt and politicized that its agents apparently have no problem serving as attack dogs for the Left’s sinister agenda.

Just The News reported Saturday that the feds have “politicized cases regarding Jan. 6 defendants and pro-lifers while retaliating against internal whistleblowers” as some of those same whistleblowers testified before the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government. And Fox News reported Thursday that according to another whistleblower, “the FBI created a threat tag following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade last year, but it later ‘shifted’ to focus on pro-life individuals,” as if they were the real threat.

George Hill, a retired supervisory intelligence analyst in the FBI’s Boston field office, testified that “the Washington Field Office pressured other field offices to investigate citizens for activities protected by the First Amendment.” The Washington feds wanted the Boston office “to open cases on, first, seven individuals who came up in a sweep of bank records served up by the Bank of America, and then a larger group of 140 Americans guilty of nothing more than riding buses to D.C. to attend former President Trump’s Stop the Steal rally on Jan. 6, 2021.” Nor was this pressure singular: “Washington, Hill believes, applied similar pressure on the Philadelphia Field Office.”

Hill testified that on a nationwide call with all 56 FBI field offices, Steve Jensen, who was at that time the chief of the FBI’s Domestic Terrorism Operations Center Section, asked the Philadelphia feds about their investigations of three individuals. “The Philadelphia office said the individuals had posted on social media about being pro-Second Amendment and anti-abortion, but that it didn’t mean they were ‘insurrectionists seeking to overturn our democracy,’ Hill recalled.” This cut no ice with Jensen, who shot back: “I don’t give a blank, they’re all bleeping terrorists, and we’re going to round them up.”

When the feds did round them up, they did so in the most brutal manner possible. Former FBI SWAT team member Steve Friend testified “that after raising concerns about using a SWAT team to arrest a subject of the Jan. 6 investigation, he was ordered off the job for a day. A friend explained that the Jan. 6 subject was cooperating with the FBI and willing to surrender voluntarily, so he was concerned that the bureau wasn’t using the least intrusive methods possible to arrest them.” Clearly, the feds were not interested in being non-intrusive. They wanted to send a message, and they did with the arrests of pro-life activist Mark Houck.

Meanwhile, another FBI whistleblower, Garret O’Boyle, was suspended after he testified to Congress about the feds’ politicization. He explained: “I thought the FBI was being weaponized against agents or anybody who wanted to step forward and talk about malfeasance inside the agency prior to this. But now, after what has happened to me, I don’t think I can ever be convinced that it’s anything different than that.”

O’Boyle “testified that following the Supreme Court’s​​​​​​ decision to return abortion to the states in​ Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the FBI prioritized possible threats against the justices from pro-lifers, focusing on ‘pro-life adherence.’” O’Boyle recounted: “Why are you focusing on pro-life people? It’s pro-choice people who are the ones protesting or otherwise threatening violence in front of Supreme Court Justices’ houses.” But the FBI even wanted pregnancy centers investigated. O’Boyle remarked: “Why would we go and talk to these people about threats when, if somebody is going to be getting threatened, it would be them?”

O’Boyle was even ordered to ask a pro-lifer “about the threats to the Supreme Court. I was like, why would this person know about those threats? He’s pro-life. Like, he’s not the one going and threatening the Supreme Court Justices.” Of course. And the FBI leadership knows that. But they have a quota of “right-wing extremists” to fulfill. O’Boyle notes that his superiors at the FBI told him to divide one domestic terrorism case into four separate cases. Then, he said, the feds could go to Congress and say “look at all the domestic terrorism we’ve investigated. Where, really, I was working on one case. But the FBI can then say, well, he actually had four, and so we need you to give us more money because look at how big of a threat all this domestic terrorism is.”

Can the FBI be redeemed? Or should this desperately corrupt agency simply be shut down?

As House Republicans investigate the Biden administration’s weaponization of the federal government, Representative Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) kicked off the committee Thursday by listing what “dozens and dozens” of FBI whistleblowers have told him and other House Republicans about that weaponization.

Jordan — who chairs the House Judiciary Committee’s Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government — recounted a damning list of such whistleblower accounts, beginning with the November 18, 2021 alert by an FBI whistleblower that the FBI had created a “threat tag” for parents who showed up at school board meetings across the country to express their concern over radical LGBTQ, “transgender,” and CRT (critical race theory) ideology in their kids’ schools. His list concluded with the November 4, 2022 whistleblower alert that the FBI routinely receives private user information from Facebook without the consent of those users.

Jordan’s list included:

  • 11.18.2021 — FBI whistleblower reveals to House Judiciary Committee that the FBI created a “threat tag” for parents voicing their concerns at school board meetings.
  • 04.26.2022 — FBI whistleblower discloses that the FBI has been purging FBI employees who attend conservative political events.
  • 05.11.2022 — FBI whistleblower discloses that “dozens of parents with the threat tag designation” are investigated by the FBI. (That whistleblower has been stripped of his clearances and suspended.)
  • 06.07.2022 — Another FBI whistleblower is retaliated against after giving feedback on an anonymous survey.
  • 07.27.2022 — FBI whistleblower discloses that agents are pressured to reclassify cases as “domestic violent extremism” cases to hit self-created performance metrics.
  • 09.14.2022 — FBI whistleblower discloses that the FBI views the Betsy Ross Flag as a terrorist symbol.
  • 09.19.2022 — FBI whistleblower discloses that the Washington Field Office is deliberately manipulating January 6 case files to make it appear that “domestic violence extremism” is on the rise. (That whistleblower has been suspended.)
  • 11.04.2022 — FBI whistleblower discloses that the FBI accepts private user information from Facebook without the users’ consent. Only conservatives are targeted under this incestuous arrangement between the FBI and Facebook.

As damning as that list is — and given that it spans just less than one year — Jordan stated that it is “only a sampling” of the FBI’s weaponization under the Biden regime. He added, “In my time in Congress, I have never seen anything like this.”

Indeed, the Biden FBI makes the Clinton FBI seem mild and cautious by comparison. Who’d have imagined that things could be so bad that the Clinton years begin to take on a “good ol’ days” veneer?

Jordan said there have been “dozens and dozens of whistleblowers — FBI agents — coming to us, talking about what’s going on, the political nature at the Justice Department.” He added, “It’s not Jim Jordan saying this, not Republicans, not conservatives — good, brave FBI agents who are willing to come forward and give us the truth.”

Jordan says he is confident that many more will come forward and reveal more and more of the rot at the core of our government. As to the depth of that rot, Jordan pointed out that the above-listed corrupt actions (which, remember, are only a “sampling”) only cover the FBI. He continued:

And this is just the FBI.

Americans have concerns about the double standard at the Department of Justice. Americans have concerns about the disinformation governance board that the Department of Homeland Security tried to form. Americans have concerns about the ATF and what they’re doing to the Second Amendment. And, of course, they have concerns about the IRS and the thousands of new agents who are coming to that organization.

And finally, there are concerns about what we’ve learned in the Twitter Files where Big Government and Big Tech colluded to shape and mold the narrative and to suppress information and censor Americans.

Jordan said he hopes Democrats will work with his committee to expose corruption and begin restoring liberty, but reflected that Democrats had made it clear that they will “fight tooth and nail” against the committee and its goals.

So, while Democrats prepare to fight the exposure of the rot at the core of the Biden administration, House Republicans, “dozens and dozens” of “good, brave” FBI agents, and innumerable concerned Americans are pushing for that exposure. It may be a “tooth and nail” fight, but we can pray that the good will prevail and the truth will out.

On Thursday, former FBI agent Nicole Parker, an 11-year veteran of the agency before she quit four months ago, testified before the House Subcommittee on Weaponization of the Federal Government.

She quit because the agency has now become a weapon pointed at innocent Americans:

For me, distancing myself from egregious mistakes, immoral behavior, politically charged actions taken by a small but destructive few FBI employees became exhausting.… [I] no longer felt [that I was] the type of agent the FBI valued.

Her testimony came just a day after another former agent released a document that the Richmond, Virginia, office of the FBI had generated urging field agents to infiltrate the Catholic church looking for terrorists.

Kyle Seraphin, a former FBI special agent, federal whistleblower, and USAF veteran posted a copy of the report dated January 23, 2023, regarding “Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists in Radical-Traditionalist Catholic Ideology.” The report referred to “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics” (RTCs) and expressed “high confidence” that agents can mitigate their terrorist objectives by infiltrating local Catholic churches.

And where did the FBI get such information? Wrote Seraphin:

The attached appendices refer to a number of articles and the out-of-FBI-policy Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) at the end of the document.

For example, Appendix D is a direct copy of the SPLC list of “Radical Traditional Catholicism Hate Groups,” including the web address accessed. The SPLC appears to be a source for the intelligence analyst’s beliefs that RTCs exist and that they are anti-Semitic. The SPLC description for this “hate group” states RTCs “may make up the largest single group of serious anti-semites in America.”

Seraphin didn’t spend any ink excoriating the SPLC for its anti-Christian, anti-traditional values or anti-American bias. He didn’t have to. Readers can go to DiscoverTheNetworks.org and find dozens of pages of examples of its bias, along with connections to 56 hard-core left-wing individuals intent on destroying American culture and turning the nation into a socialist nightmare.

All of this is well known to the FBI, which formally disassociated itself from the outfit back in 2014. But that hasn’t changed how propagandists at the top of the agency obtain their “information.”

Seraphin gives the agency just a tap on the wrist:

Poorly sourced and highly speculative intelligence products [such as this report] lead to opening badly articulated … investigations into Americans in violation of their God-given, First Amendment-protected civil liberties.

He’s right about one thing: the agency’s poor intelligence products can and will lead to grievous infringements of those rights unless the agency is reined in, reorganized, or eliminated altogether:

Opening the door to associating white supremacists with traditional religious practices based on common Christian positions on abortion and the LGBTQ political agendas is a dangerous step. Such investigations can easily lead to the same analysis of Radical Traditional Baptists, Radical Traditional Lutherans, and Radical Traditional Evangelicals. [Emphasis added.]

The FBI is forbidden from opening cases or publishing products based solely on First Amendment-protected activities. By tolerating the publishing of intelligence products as shoddy as this, they are crossing a line many Americans will find themselves on the wrong side of for the first time in history.

This is what a politicalized FBI looks like; it should not be tolerated if Americans expect to enjoy the protections of our Bill of Rights.

Another former FBI agent, this one the former chief of FBI intelligence, Kevin Brock, weighed in on the perfidy:

[The report] is lazy, it is absurdly speculative, it provides no evidence for its thesis, and it relies exclusively on sources known to be aligned with the political left, such as the discredited Southern Poverty Law Center, Salon, and the Atlantic, that have been known to be habitually critical of the Catholic Church. That’s not intelligence analysis. It’s parroting.

When the FBI discovered that Seraphin had leaked the incriminating report, it backtracked immediately, saying that it was only distributed in-house and not meant for public consumption, and that, once found out, the agency brass declared it inoperative. The walk-back language is remarkable for its dissemblance and deceit:

While our standard practice is to not comment on specific intelligence products, this particular field office product — disseminated only within the FBI — regarding racially or ethnically motivated violent extremism does not meet the exacting standards of the FBI….

The FBI is committed to sound analytic tradecraft and to investigating and preventing acts of violence and other crimes while upholding the constitutional rights of all Americans and will never conduct investigative activities or open an investigation based solely on First Amendment protected activity.

Happily, for the security of the American people, more than two dozen FBI whistleblowers have emerged in recent months alleging FBI bias in cases ranging from the Hunter Biden corruption scandal to claims that parents attending school board meetings are terrorists, to faux claims surrounding President Trump and Russia.

Rep. Kat Cammack (R-Fla.), a member of the House committee who heard Nicole Parker’s testimony last week, said that that testimony adds to the increasing body of evidence that the FBI has habitually and intentionally overstepped its bounds, engaging in promoting cancel culture, encouraging censorship on Twitter, treating parents at school board meetings as domestic terrorists, and on and on:

When the FBI is being tasked to go after parents who have expressed concerns at their local school boards about what their children are being taught, and labeled a domestic terrorist … that’s a problem.

When you have the FBI and the administration and agencies coordinating with Big Tech, essentially pressuring a private company to do their bidding in deplatforming, censoring, or silencing dissenting voices, that’s a problem….

Sunlight is the best disinfectant, and whistleblowers like Parker, Seraphin, and Brock are shining that light at the core of the problem: the very top brass at the FBI.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation was once one of the most trusted institutions in the nation. FBI agents had the image of being honest, upright, patriotic, and not only not corrupt, but not corruptible. Beginning late in the Obama administration and accelerating sharply during the misrule of Old Joe Biden, however, the FBI took its sterling reputation, stomped on it with muddy shoes, tossed it in the dumpster, took it out, and set fire to it, and threw the smoldering remainder into a vat of raw sewage. The survey site Statista reported in August 2022 that “Where 57 percent of U.S. adults said that the FBI was doing either an ‘excellent’ or a ‘good’ job in 2019, this fell to 44 percent in 2021.”

The FBI has, in these dark days of Biden’s handlers’ regime, become synonymous with corruption, partisanship, and dirty dealing. Nor is there any relief in sight; instead, it’s likely to get worse: not only do Biden’s handlers have no intention of reining in today’s rogue FBI, but they’re rewarding it with a massive new building.

“Massive new building” is actually an understatement. Your taxpayer dollars are set to be used for a staggeringly massive new FBI complex that will be double the size of the Pentagon. If you have ever flown into Washington, you can often see the Pentagon from the air and get a clear idea of how immense it is. Now the feds will have a playground that makes the Pentagon look like some third-tier accountant’s cubicle.

J. Michael Waller, a senior analyst for strategy at the Center for Security Policy, adds the thoroughly unsurprising news that “riveted into the colossal new project are woke regulations to ensure that the FBI center will comply with diversity, equity, LGBTQ+, and climate change political goals.” The current FBI building, one of the ugliest in Washington, covers two city blocks. The new headquarters “will be built on one of three sites in suburban Virginia and Maryland. Those sites are large parcels of 58, 61, and 80 acres. That means, at minimum, the new FBI headquarters complex would be twice the size of the Pentagon building.” That will be true despite the fact that “covering about 29 acres plus a five-acre courtyard, the Pentagon, until recently, was the largest office building on earth.” The new FBI may even end up being bigger than the Kremlin, which covers 66 acres.

Why does the FBI need all this space? The better to surveil you with, my dear. The better to make your life miserable if you happen to have been in Washington on Jan. 6, 2021. The better to hound you if you’re a parent who is angry because your child has been subjected to the critical race theory in primary school. The better to harass and terrorize you if you’re a pro-life activist. The better to manufacture “white supremacist terrorists” so as to justify the bureau’s ridiculous claims about what constitutes the largest terror threat the nation faces today.

Then there is all the space the Brave New FBI needs to coordinate election crimes and stamp out “misinformation,” that is, news that deviates from the Democrat Party line. And if Donald Trump or any other Republican is elected president in 2024, there will need to be a new hoax along the lines of the Russian Collusion fiction in order to portray the dissident president as a traitor or, at the very least, an irresponsible loose cannon who cannot be trusted to lead “our democracy.” That’s going to require a great deal of office space. And even if the Democrats run the table in 2024, which is more likely than not given their mastery of ballot harvesting, mail-in ballots, and all the rest, there will still be pockets of resistance, pesky MAGA Republicans who refuse to submit. Oh yes, the FBI is going to be very, very busy for years to come.

Waller noted that one of the criteria for the new FBI site will be “advancing equity.” How a building complex can do that is unclear, but Waller adds that of the various criteria for choosing where the feds’ new digs are going to be, “cost to the taxpayer is viewed as least important.” Of course! However, “the equity criterion, to comply with diversity and climate-change executive orders signed by Joe Biden, is weighted as 50 percent more important than the cost.” The new site, and the design and structure of the new building or buildings, must “advance racial equity and support for underserved communities through the Federal Government.”

It could be worse. Every minute the FBI spends firing another white male agent is a minute taken away from extending its new and sinister authoritarianism over the American people. So count your blessings, and get your wallet ready: you’re soon going to be expected to pay for the new FBI headquarters, which are certain to be a monstrosity in every sense of the word.

The Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), issued his first subpoenas to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Education Secretary Miguel Cardona over a letter that the National School Board Association (NSBA) interim President Chip Slaven sent to Joe Biden calling parents at school board meetings who objected to CRT being taught in schools “the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes.”

Five days after the Sept. 29, 2021 letter was written, Attorney General Merrick Garland sent a memo to all 101 U.S. attorneys saying in part, “The Department takes these incidents seriously and is committed to using its authority and resources to discourage these threats, identify them when they occur, and prosecute them when appropriate. In the coming days, the Department will announce a series of measures designed to address the rise in criminal conduct directed toward school personnel.”

It was later revealed that Education Secretary Cardona requested that Slaven write the letter and send it to the White House. And to this day, Garland refuses to withdraw the memo.

The FBI and Department of Justice have yet to reveal what steps they took in response to that letter. At the very least, the memo was designed to chill dissent, and we still don’t know what, if any, action the DOJ took against parents.

The Hill:

Democrats immediately pushed back on the effort, accusing Jordan of peddling conspiracy theories in attacking a short-lived DOJ effort designed to respond to violent threats.

“The conspiracy theories underpinning today’s subpoenas have been debunked with facts time and time again, but Republicans do not want to be bothered by this inconvenient truth. There is no amount of documents that will satisfy the MAGA obsession with conspiracies,” said Del. Stacey Plaskett (V.I.), the top Democrat on a Judiciary subcommittee established by the GOP to examine the “weaponization” of the federal government.

“Conspiracy theories”? Cardona requested the letter from NSBA asking for FBI assistance in squelching dissent, and AG Garland sent a letter to the 101 top law enforcement officers in the U.S. telling them to “facilitate” efforts to assist school boards in silencing objections.

Local law enforcement was perfectly capable of addressing any threats to local school board members or teachers. The only reason to involve the FBI was for the purpose of intimidating parents and derailing their efforts to have input on their child’s education. The school boards didn’t want the input, so the Biden administration sicced the FBI on the parents.

That’s not a conspiracy theory.

“As Director Wray and other FBI officials have stated clearly on numerous occasions before Congress and elsewhere, the FBI has never been in the business of investigating speech or policing speech at school board meetings or anywhere else, and we never will be. Our focus is and always will be on protecting people from violence and threats of violence,” the agency said in a statement.

No one asked the FBI to “police speech.” Just the knowledge that they were watching was enough to chill dissent — an obvious fact that the bureau and its defenders are strangely unaware of.

First Trump, then Biden, and now former Vice President Mike Pence have discovered classified documents in their possession long after their terms in office had ended.

It ain’t rocket science, guys. A document marked “Top Secret,” “Secret,” “Confidential,” “Restricted,” or “Official” can’t be stuffed in a briefcase and taken home. The procedures for handling classified documents are clear, concise, and straightforward. There is no wiggle room. And there are no exceptions for violating the law.

No wonder the Russians and Chinese have most of our secrets.

For our VIPs: The Inevitable Stalemate Over Classified Documents

Now we learn that former Vice President Mike Pence discovered classified documents at his Indiana home. The discovery came about as a result of a search of Pence’s Indiana home and his office at the political advocacy group Advancing American Freedom, following the Biden document imbroglio.

Fox News:

According to his team, Pence informed the National Archives on Jan. 18 of a small number of potential classified documents found in two small boxes. Another two boxes contained copies of vice presidential papers. The National Archives then informed the FBI per standard procedure.

Pence attorney Greg Jacob wrote on Jan. 18 Acting Director Kate Dillon McClure of the White House Liaison Division National Archives and Records Administration to inform her of the papers “containing classified markings.”

After the documents with classified markings were discovered, they were immediately put into a safe, according to the Pence team.

The documents were collected by the FBI at Pence’s home in Carmel, Indiana, on Thursday evening, Jan. 19. Pence was in Washington, D.C. for the annual March for Life when the FBI collected the documents.

It’s not like these guys were fleeing a coup d’etat in the dead of night, leaving Washington with only the clothes are their backs. They all had a couple of months to prepare for their departure, so why these searches couldn’t have been conducted between the election and the inauguration of the next president doesn’t make sense.

Ultimately, the searches should have been unnecessary. Whether the marked documents were taken to make an officeholder’s memoirs more authentic or whether they thought it was really cool to possess important, secret documents to show their friends after they were out of office is immaterial. It’s mind-blowing that no matter the reason, these documents were negligently mishandled, and the primaries involved — Pence, Trump, and Biden — should all be punished.

Classified Docs Found at Mike Pence’s Home Raise New Questions

Greg Jacob, the custodian of Pence’s White House records, has revealed that former Vice President Mike Pence had a small number of classified documents at his home in Indiana, and after Pence notified the National Archives, FBI agents were sent to retrieve them on January 19.

Pence had previously said that he had not brought classified documents home with him after leaving the vice presidency.

“The transfer was facilitated by the Vice President’s personal attorney, who has experience in handling classified documents,” wrote Jacob in a letter to the National Archives on January 22.

Pence notified the National Archives that he had found the documents at his residence on January 16. According to Jacob, Pence had been unaware of the documents being at his house until then. But after he heard of the discovery of classified documents at President Joe Biden’s personal residence, Pence sought the assistance of personal counsel to make sure no such documents existed at his home, as well. It was not revealed what the subject matter of the classified documents in Pence’s possession was.

It is also not clear what was in the classified documents found at former President Donald Trump’s Florida residence, but press reports have indicated that documents in possession of President Biden from his days as vice president include documents having to do with Ukraine. Biden famously was taped bragging to the Council on Foreign Relations that he had gotten a prosecutor in Ukraine fired — a prosecutor, it should be noted, who was investigating a company in Ukraine connected to his son, Hunter. Hunter Biden was reportedly making about $50,000 per month while sitting on the board of Ukrainian energy concern Burisma Holdings.

“This discovery by Pence’s attorney is a very interesting reinforcement of the contrast between how Biden & Pence are properly cooperating and returning documents versus Trump stealing them, hiding them, and obstructing justice into their return,” said David Brock, president of the Biden-allied group Facts First USA. Brock’s caustic remarks no doubt are a signal as to how the Left will spin the Pence revelations to help Biden and hurt Trump.

On the other hand, the chair of the House Oversight Committee, Representative James Comer (R-Ky.), showed no immediate indication that he would back off his investigations in the aftermath of the Pence revelations.

“Former Vice President Mike Pence reached out today about classified documents found at his home in Indiana,” Comer said. “He has agreed to fully cooperate with congressional oversight and any questions we have about the matter. Former Vice President Pence’s transparency stands in stark contrast to Biden's White House staff who continue to withhold information from Congress and the American people.”

Representative Mike Turner (R-Ohio), the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said he planned to “ask for the same intelligence review and damage assessment” that he had requested regarding Biden, “to see if there are any national security concerns.”

Jacob appeared to stress Pence’s cooperation in his letter to the National Archives. “I expressed to you my expectation that the substantial majority of the documents in the four boxes would, upon examination, be found to be personal copies of other records that were previously transmitted to the Archives.”

“All of the documents within the boxes, and within the sealed envelopes, remain in the exact place and order in which they were discovered on January 16. The Vice President is not waiving any privileges pertaining to the clearly labeled materials.”

Pence asked for help “after it became public that documents with classified markings were found in President Joe Biden’s Wilmington residence.”

Meanwhile, six more classified documents were found during the search of President Biden’s home in Delaware on Friday.

After the Pence revelations, commentators such as Clay Travis and Buck Sexton (who took over the national radio show of the late Rush Limbaugh) speculated that former presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush might also be in possession of classified documents.

Regardless, the revelation of documents in the possession of former vice presidents Biden and Pence raises other questions. First, could the National Archives have really been unaware of such documents in the hands of Biden and Pence from their days in the vice-presidential office, but then have so much supposed concern about classified documents at the Florida home of former President Trump? After all, whatever documents were at Trump’s home, they were clearly more safely secured than whatever documents Biden had at his home — in the garage, of all places! It is hard to imagine that the average person would put sensitive and important documents of his own in the garage rather than in a safe.

In addition to that, as a former president, Trump could have declassified — and he has claimed he did — those documents before he left office and before he took them to Mar-a-Lago. On the other hand, neither Pence nor Biden had any legal authority to take possession of classified documents, let alone declassify them.

The Pence revelations — coupled with the Biden revelations — demonstrate the rank hypocrisy of the Left with their cheering on a high-profile raid on Trump’s private residence and their general defense of Biden. And then there is the hypocrisy of Biden himself, who told 60 Minutes that Trump’s possession of classified documents was “irresponsible.” Despite that, Biden has expressed that he has no regrets about his own keeping of documents.

There is no doubt that the U.S. government over-classifies documents. However, there are still times when documents need to remain classified for the protection of the country. But Biden still possesses documents from the time he was in the U.S. Senate!

The Pence revelations will no doubt take some of the heat off Biden, but considering that nothing was done to Hillary Clinton and her 30,000 government emails that she hosted on a private server — many of which she simply deleted from her laptop — one can safely predict that nothing will be done to either Pence or Biden over their carelessness.

Surely, one would hope there will be some reform to the entire process of the transfer of classified documents once a person leaves public office — or in the case of Hillary Clinton, while in office — but don’t count on it. Not unless it would give the Left some benefit.

FBI claims decline in violence against Jews, Jewish groups say anti-Semitism in US has hit highest levels in history

The FBI’s latest annual report shows a decline in violence against Jews, findings that are at odds with Jewish watchdog groups who say anti-Semitic hate crimes have hit their highest levels in history during the past two years.

The FBI’s 2021 findings, released at the end of last year, have sparked accusations the federal law enforcement agency is deflating these statistics at a time when the American Jewish community is facing an unprecedented wave of anti-Semitism. At least one watchdog group is calling on Congress to investigate how and why the FBI underreported anti-Jewish hate crimes.

“At a time of record anti-Semitic hate crimes, it is appalling that the FBI’s data-gathering has been so badly botched,” said Kenneth L. Marcus, chairman of the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law, a watchdog group that combats Jew hatred. “This massive failure has undermined the purposes of hate crimes data precisely when we most need the data. If the FBI doesn’t quickly correct this problem, congressional committees will need to ask some serious questions.”

Marcus said the FBI’s 2021 statistics on hate crimes against Jews are “essentially useless” due to new reporting procedures that omitted statistics from organizations typically included in the federal agency’s yearly assessment. While the FBI claimed that violence against Jews decreased last year, groups such as the Anti-Defamation League reported that 2021 saw the highest levels of anti-Semitic violence on record. A report from the AMCHA Initiative, a Jewish advocacy group, last year found that assaults on Jewish students and their identities doubled in the 2021 and 2022 academic year.

Marcus, an attorney and former staff director of the United States Commission on Civil Rights, said the FBI’s inaccurate reporting is likely to prompt congressional oversight.

“In my experience overseeing federal civil rights data collections, congressional committees have historically taken a keen interest in the completeness and accuracy of governmental information provided to the public,” Marcus told the Washington Free Beacon. “It is hard to imagine that a failure of this scope would escape the notice of congressional oversight staff.”

“I am hopeful that the Department of Justice and FBI will clean up this mess on their own,” Marcus said. “If DOJ and the FBI do not fix this problem, however, by providing corrected and complete data to the public, we should not be surprised if Congress should get involved.”

An FBI spokesman acknowledged the 2021 report was lacking information from multiple agencies across the country. The spokesman blamed this lapse on a shift in how statistics are collected. Due to this change, many law enforcement agencies did not submit their hate crime information in time for the FBI to include it in the most recent report….

Trump declared war Thursday on those who have been censoring online content by releasing his plan to “reclaim” free speech for the United States.

With a bang, Trump released his 5-point plan. His nearly seven-minute video begins with the declaration:

If we don’t have free speech, then we just don’t have a free country. It’s as simple as that. If this fundamental right is allowed to perish, then the rest of our rights and liberties will topple, just like dominoes. One by one, they’ll go down. That’s why today I’m announcing my plan to shatter the left-wing censorship regime and to reclaim the right to free speech for all Americans, and reclaim is a very important word in this case because they’ve taken it away.

Trump then takes aim at “deep state bureaucrats, silicone valley tyrants, left-wing activists, and depraved corporate news media” who have been “conspiring to manipulate and silence the American people” on everything from elections to public health.

COMMIE-O-RAMA! Before Elon Musk took over Twitter, anyone questioning the 2020 election results or the federal response to all things COVID faced the possibility of being kicked off of the social media giant’s platform.

Trump’s 5-point plan to make free speech great again includes:

1) Within hours of being sworn in, Trump claims he will sign an Executive Order (EO) banning ANY federal department or agency from colluding with anyone to censor lawful speech. He will ban federal money from being used to label domestic speech as “dis” or “mis” information.

2) He will order the DOJ to investigate and prosecute anyone involved with online censorship, including members of the FBI.

3) Trump will ask Congress to send a bill to him revising Section 230.

4) Trump wants to break up the “toxic censorship industry,” including universities, that has arisen to tackle so-called “mis” and disinformation. Trump stated that schools and non-profits caught red-handed should lose federal financial backing for five years, if not longer.

5) Congress should pass a digital bill of rights law, meaning government officials will need a court order to take down online content. This means the FBI could no longer have weekly meetings with Twitter and Facebook to have the content removed at their will.

(Natural News) In another sign that Barack Obama and his sycophants are really in charge of Joe Biden’s White House, the current administration is rushing to arm as many federal agents as possible, the same way Obama did during his two terms.

The question is, why?

According to a report by The Federalist, the Biden regime appears to be arming more agents than U.S. Marines, adding that “the idea that agencies are empowered to effectively create their own laws and go out and enforce them with armed federal agents should be alarming.”

“Congress authorized $80 billion this year to beef up Internal Revenue Service enforcement and staffing, Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy warned that ‘Democrats’ new army of 87,000 IRS agents will be coming for you.'” wrote Mark Hemingway for the outlet.

“A video quickly went viral racking up millions of views, purporting to show a bunch of clumsy bureaucrats receiving firearms training, prompting alarm that the IRS would be engaged in military-style raids of taxpayers,” he continued.

“The GOP claims were widely attacked as exaggerations — since the video, though from the IRS, didn’t show official agent training — the criticism has shed light on a growing trend: the rapid arming of the federal government.”

Hemingway goes on to cite a report issued in 2021 by the watchdog organization Open The Books, “The Militarization of The U.S. Executive Agencies,” which noted that more than 200,000 federal agents now have been authorized to carry firearms and make arrests, noting that currently, there are only 186,000 Americans serving in the Marine Corps.

“One hundred three executive agencies outside of the Department of Defense spent $2.7 billion on guns, ammunition, and military-style equipment between fiscal years 2006 and 2019 (inflation-adjusted),” the report says. “Nearly $1 billion ($944.9 million) was spent between fiscal years 2015 and 2019 alone.”

Open The Books also reported that of all agencies, the Department of Health and Human Resources has 1,300 firearms including a single shotgun, five automatic carbines, and 189 automatic weapons of all kinds. Even NASA has armed agents; the country’s space agency has a SWAT team with all the associated weaponry, along with breaching shotguns, machine guns, and armored vehicles.

Meanwhile, the Environmental Protection Agency now has drones, radar equipment, night vision goggles, and GPS trackers — along with a stockpile of guns.

“A 2018 Government Accountability Office report noted that the IRS had 4,487 guns and 5,062,006 rounds of ammunition in inventory at the end of 2017 — before the enforcement funding boost this year. The IRS did not respond to requests for information, though the IRS’s Criminal Investigation division does put out an annual report detailing basic information such as how many warrants the agency is executing in a given year,” Hemingway wrote.

He added that, according to the watchdog report, more than 100 Executive Branch agencies have investigators who carry firearms, and what’s more, there isn’t an independent authority that monitors or tracks the use of force across all federal agencies.

RealClearInvestigations contacted agencies from the HHS, EPA, and others who refused to provide or said they didn’t have up-to-date stats on how often firearms in their possession were used or details on how armed operations were carried out.

“I would be amazed if that data exists in any way,” Trevor Burrus, a research fellow in constitutional and criminal law at the libertarian Cato Institute, told Hemingway “Over the years of working on this, it’s quite shocking how much they try to not have their stuff tracked on any level.”

Of course, refusing to track the number of firearms or how each agency is using them means that the federal government has plausible deniability for those uses.

What we do know is this: The more guns the government has, the more necessary it becomes for private citizens to protect and defend their Second Amendment rights. Any federal entity pushing gun control while arming up reveals they are intent on becoming tyrannical.

(Natural News) The personal data of more than 145 million Americans are being indiscriminately handed over by the Biden regime’s State Department to various law enforcement and intelligence agencies for illegal and unconstitutional probing, according to a letter sent from Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) to Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

Without any proper legal due process or apparent oversight, Biden’s State Department is reportedly pulling private information from people’s passport applications without their knowledge or consent and passing it off to other government agencies. Wyden’s letter is part of an ongoing investigation into Operation Whistle Pig, a wide-ranging leak investigation launched by a Border Patrol agent and several of his supervisors at the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol’s National Targeting Center.

“I write to express serious concern that the Department of State is providing law enforcement and intelligence agencies with unfettered access to personal data, originally collected through passport applications, of the more than 145 million Americans with a passport,” Wyden’s letter reads.

It adds that “the breadth of this access highlights the potential for other abuses. In a July 13, 2022, briefing for my office, State Department officials confirmed that 25 other federal agencies have access to the Department’s database of passport applications.” (Related: In April, Biden’s State Department issued a memo claiming that covid “most likely” escaped from a lab in Wuhan, China.)

The Biden regime is an unlawful and unconstitutional regime

Among the data being collected from Americans and passed from the federal government to law enforcement and intelligence groups are names, addresses, birth dates, biometric data like fingerprints and facial images, email addresses, phone numbers, gender, race, Social Security numbers, and other private information.

“The [State] Department’s mission does not include providing dozens of other government agencies with self-service access to 145 million Americans’ personal data,” Wyden’s letter goes on to state.

“The Department has voluntarily taken on this role, and in doing so, prioritized the interests of other agencies over those of law-abiding Americans. While there is a legitimate role for the use of this information by law enforcement, the current unregulated system of interagency access to millions of Americans’ records goes far beyond what a reasonable person would expect or tolerate.”

There is no legal requirement that the State Department provide any of this information upon request, except through a normal legal process such as a subpoena or court order. In this case, there is none of that present, which means the Biden regime is committing an unconstitutional act.

It remains unknown the level to which each of the 25 law enforcement and intelligence agencies on the dole has access to said data. Some may only have access to a small amount of it while others have full access – we just do not know because there is no transparency.

Wyden also alleges that a Border Patrol agent misused government databases to pursue a rogue leak investigation into a news reporter and her relationship with a congressional staffer. The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of Inspector General (OIG) launched a probe into these allegations, as well as into the work of said Border Patrol agent.

“Abuses of this access came to light through a report of an investigation by the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General (OIG) into activities at Customs and Border Protection (CBP),” a letter about the investigation states.
