Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signaled this week on Tucker Carlson Tonight that his office is looking at ways to combat the federal government’s program of bringing illegal aliens into the Sunshine State via plane — including by denying state contacts to the companies that facilitate the flood of border-crossers.

Per the governor’s office, over 70 flights landed in the Jacksonville Airport from the southern border.

The federal government’s actions have stirred controversy, particularly in light of the recently publicized murder of a father of four in Florida who was murdered by an illegal alien flown into Florida under Biden’s policy.

In October, Yery Noel Medina Ulloa was arrested in Jacksonville and charged with murdering Francisco Javier Cuellar. DeSantis’ office called the crime “horrific,” saying that it showed the precariousness of “unfettered illegal migration.”

“If Biden had not been doing that, if he’d been doing his job, that individual would be alive today,” DeSantis said.

The Florida governor told Carlson that the Biden flights arrive at “one or two or three in the morning.” He added that the flights were “unannounced” and he was not given notice and thus has no ability to veto the flights.

“The feds, of course, control the airspace and they’re there on the ground. They take these folks and then they send them to other parts of Florida by bus or other parts of the southeast,” DeSantis said.

Although the federal government has jurisdiction over airspace, DeSantis is committed to fighting the flights.

“We’re looking at what we can do. I think that they use these private contractors. So what we’re looking at is how can we fight back against the contractors? We can obviously deny them state contracts, which we will do. Can we deny them access to Florida’s market generally? Can we tax them? Can we do things to provide disincentives so they can’t do it? So we’re going to do whatever we can to do it,” he added. 

“But we are going to go after some of these contractors because they are bringing in people that are causing burdens on us and, as we’ve said, tragically caused someone to lose their life.”

Joe Biden’s stance on immigration has differed drastically from Donald Trump’s. The COVID-19 outbreak is now being used as grounds for carrying out attrition of U.S. border patrol.

According to an internal report from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (USCBP), more than half of Border Patrol personnel may be terminated for failure to get the COVID-19 vaccine. This would leave just 8,000 officers on duty.

The report notes that “in the worst-case scenario, agents who have not reported their status have done so because they refuse to take the jab, and so they will be terminated (scenario 3). In that case, net attrition could exceed 11,523 agents, leaving a mere 8,013 border agents on patrol.”

If the approximately 10,000 Border Patrol agents who have yet to register their vaccination status do not do so this week, they will be offered counseling, then suspension, then termination.

All this comes despite the fact that the illegal aliens coming into the country without permission are not required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to be granted entry.

The Biden White House’s refusal to enforce existing immigration law has prompted states in addition to Florida to take action. Notably, the attorneys general of Texas and Missouri have partnered to sue the federal government in order to compel it to complete the border wall started under the Trump administration.

This week, the two AG’s filed a preliminary injunction seeking an immediate ruling. They argue that because Congress already specifically appropriated $3.8 billion toward the construction of the border wall, Biden’s decision to not go through with the project is a violation of the separation of powers and the Take Care clause of the Constitution.

The surge of illegal aliens across the border is unlikely to decrease under Biden. Mexican officials are expressing concern that over 125,000 Haitian migrants are anticipated to reach their country by the end of the year, with the majority of those arrivals destined for the U.S. border.

The U.S. Border Patrol has already surpassed the total number of migrant apprehensions made in any year along the southwest border since the agency’s creation in 1924. According to a source, the figure has reached 1,646,000 for the year.

A U.S. federal appeals court issued a stay Saturday freezing the Biden administration's efforts to require workers at U.S. companies with at least 100 employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 or be tested weekly, citing "grave statutory and constitutional" issues with the rule.

The ruling from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit comes after numerous Republican-led states filed legal challenges against the new rule, which is set to take effect on Jan 4.

In a statement, Solicitor of Labor Seema Nanda said the Labor Department was "confident in its legal authority" to issue the rule, which will be enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

"The Occupational Safety and Health Act explicitly gives OSHA the authority to act quickly in an emergency where the agency finds that workers are subjected to a grave danger and a new standard is necessary to protect them," she said. "We are fully prepared to defend this standard in court.”

An average of about 1,100 Americans are dying daily from COVID-19, most of them unvaccinated. COVID-19 has killed roughly 750,000 people in the United States.

The stay comes two days after the Biden administration unveiled the rule, which was immediately met with vows of legal action from Republican governors and others, who argued it overstepped the administration's legal authority.

The action on the private-sector vaccinations was taken under OSHA's emergency authority over workplace safety, officials said. The rule applies to 84.2 million workers at 1.9 million private-sector employers, according to OSHA.

The administration's various vaccine rules cover 100 million employees, about two-thirds of the U.S. workforce, according to the White House.

Saturday's court order came in response to a joint petition from several businesses, advocacy groups, and the states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Utah. The rule is also facing separate legal challenges before other courts.

The two-page order directs the Biden administration to respond to the request for a permanent injunction against the rule by 5 p.m. Monday.

After 19 years in the U.S. Air Force, Lieutenant Colonel Brandi King was fired from her position because she refused to be vaccinated. When her request for an exemption for religious reasons was denied, she was terminated.

She hired a highly successful civilian lawyer with an extensive and successful career in defending such cases, Davis Younts, who said this was part of a pattern to “purge” the military of Christians:

Our military is being purged of those who dare to be faithful to their Heavenly Creator and Savior over the earthly authorities within the government and military.

This [case] should wake up anyone who believes their God-given, constitutionally recognized freedoms will continue to be protected by our military.

In her prior position she either worked alone or from her home. In addition, she tested positive on a serologic test, showing that she had COVID-19 antibodies present from having previously contracted the virus.

None of this mattered. The letter from her commanding lieutenant general said:

I understand your concerns, which are based on your sincerely held beliefs … [nevertheless] I disapprove your request for religious exemption from required immunizations, including the COVID-19 vaccine….

I do not doubt the sincerity of your beliefs. However … I also had to consider the risk to our mission.… Individual medical readiness is a critical requirement for maintaining a healthy and ready force.

He then said that if she chose to appeal his decision, she had 72 hours to do so.

Her commanding officer said that she would now likely “be subject to court martial, dishonorable discharge along with … punishment under the Uniform Code of Military Service (UCMJ).” He said that since her exemption had been denied, he would terminate her service.

Within 24 hours, her orders were canceled.

In her complaint she provided a timeline of the conversations she had with her superiors and said, “This cancellation of my previously approved order, due to my expression of sincerely held religious beliefs, is religious discrimination.” She added:

The cancellation of my orders was a direct result of my … intent to request religious accommodation [and as a result] I have suffered discrimination and substantial burden for exercising my religious beliefs.

Given her attorney’s remarkable record of defending officers in the past, it is likely that this case isn’t going to go away any time soon.

However, it does reflect the claim that Fox News host Tucker Carlson made on his show on September 20, namely, that the purpose behind the vaccine mandate, and the consequent denial of religious exemptions, represented a “takeover of the U.S. military” by progressives. He called it a “ruse” to rid the military of Christians and other undesirables:

The point of mandatory vaccination is to identify the sincere Christians in the ranks, the free thinkers, the men with high testosterone levels, and anyone else who does not love Joe Biden and make them leave immediately.

It’s a takeover of the U.S. military.

Whether that’s true remains to be seen. But King’s experience, and her filing of a complaint over religious discrimination, suggests that it is.

This teacher was denounced by one of his students, just as in totalitarian regimes such as National Socialist Germany and the Soviet Union, where young people, so easily led, were exhorted to report their elders who deviated from the groupthink of the day. At Lincoln College Preparatory Academy, the little Hitler Youth reported his English teacher to his superiors for daring to express his Christian faith, which is so far from what is politically and ideologically correct these days that the young Stalinist was shocked out of his Mao suits when the teacher expressed his convictions that Islam was false and that homosexuality was wrong. He doesn’t appear to have gone beyond that; in other words, he didn’t say that any violence or anything untoward at all should be done to Muslims or homosexuals; he just expressed his disapproval. But that was enough for this budding Stasi agent, and he turned him in. Then the school suspended the teacher, saying they did so in order to preserve a safe environment for students — because as everyone knows, words that dissent from the Left’s agenda equal violence.

The fact that this young man’s Muslim friends would affirm their conviction that Christianity is false and that homosexuality is wrong is likely something he does not know, and would not care about if he did know. He knows that Muslims are a protected class and any criticism of Islam would be “Islamophobic.” That is all he knows, and all he needs to know.

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) — A teacher at Lincoln College Preparatory Academy High School has been placed on leave because of some controversial comments he made in class.

Students report the 10th grade English teacher was preaching about Christianity, then disparaging Muslims and LGBTQ+ people.

KCTV5 talked with a student with his mom’s permission and agreed not to use his name to keep strangers from contacting him. That student was in the class where it happened Monday. He said it came out of the blue 10 minutes into class.

“And then he kind of got a little emotional and said, ‘If I get fired for this, I don’t really care. I care more about you guys’ and then started to say stuff about how God loves us and he’s going to save us and how if you don’t, like, basically convert to Christianity, then you’re going to live a bad life,” the student recounted. “It was very uncomfortable.”

Students then started debating with the teacher, he said. He recorded a portion of the interchange on his phone and shared the video with KCTV, which goes as follows:

Teacher: Homophobia. What does that mean, like scared of homosexuals?
Student: Homosexuality is a sin in the Bible.
Teacher: Yes.
Student: Meaning it’s a bad thing in the Bible.
Teacher: Yes.
Student: (Unintelligible)
Teacher: Like, what makes saying that homosexuality is wrong not a horrible thing?
Student: Yeah, not a horrible (unintelligible).
Teacher: It’s just a wrong thing.
Students then reportedly asked about other religions.

“He said that he thinks Muslims are wrong and that Mohammed was a terrible person,” the student recalled.

The principal sent an email to parents saying, in part, “Both LCPA [Lincoln College Preparatory Academy] and KCPS [Kansas City Public Schools] are committed to a school environment that is safe and welcoming for everyone, including honoring separation of church and state within our school community.”

The student KCTV5 interviewed was pleased with how the administration handled the situation, noting that he emailed the principal from class and the teacher was gone at the end of the next period.

A district spokeswoman sent the following statement:

“Our students deserve better than what they got, and we are so grateful to the students who came forward to make us aware of what was happening. Once our administrators were made aware, they went into the teacher’s classroom to observe. At that point the teacher was removed from the classroom and placed on administrative leave.”

“I’m pretty sure like 99% of everyone is agreeing that he should not come back to school for a while,” the reporting student said of the student body’s response.

He said there are a significant number of Muslim and LGBTQ+ students at the school, adding that — until yesterday — the teacher was well-liked for giving students a lot of creative freedom on writing assignments.

The district spokeswoman said any disciplinary action would come after an internal investigation, which began immediately….

(Natural News) Safeway grocery store #1892 in Cortez, Colo., just lost its pharmacy manager because she no longer wants to administer “this poison,” referring to Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines,” to customers.

According to reports, Nichole Belland took to the store’s intercom to announce that she is leaving her position for good because she can no longer in good conscience continue jabbing people with these “Operation Warp Speed” abominations they are calling “vaccines.”

“This is Nichole Belland, pharmacy manager for Safeway store at 1892 of Cortez,” Belland was heard saying over the intercom to a store full of surprised shoppers.

“I quit, effective immediately because I will not give this poison to people. Wake up, everybody. This is poison. This is hurting people. I’ve seen it. I’ve seen customers die. Wake up, do not take it.”

If it came down to it, would you quit your job rather than harm others with covid jabs?

Steve Kirsh, the executive director of the COVID-19 Early Treatment Fund (CETF), got the chance to talk with Belland about what prompted her to leave her job in the dramatic way that she did.

It turns out that Belland had not worked at Safeway for several months prior to coming on the loudspeaker to make her announcement. Almost immediately after she was told by her supervisor that she would need to jab people with the “Operation Warp Speed” drugs, she decided to quit.

Belland was told at the time that she would have no choice but to administer the shots on demand, or else be fired from her position. She instead decided to go on temporary personal leave, but that was set to expire on October 15.

“I had tremendous concerns about these shots early on,” Belland says.

Not seeing any other way to get her message across before being forced out of her job, Belland went in on October 14, took her certificates and degrees off the wall, and proceeded to use the intercom to reveal publicly why she was essentially being forced to quit.

Belland says that around 8-10 customers were in front of her at the time when she picked up the intercom microphone and began speaking the truth into it. She had no idea that this brave act would end up going viral, possibly inspiring others who feel similarly to do the same.

Like many, Belland says that she is not necessarily “anti-vaccine.” She is anti-experimental gene therapy, which is technically what covid shots are since they were not developed using the same technologies as existing vaccines.

Prior to quitting, Belland had administered “thousands” of other shots to patients at her pharmacy, where she worked for 12 years after graduating from the University of Minnesota. However, when covid injections came along, it was a different story.

“Every time a nurse who sticks a needle in someone’s arm who becomes ill or deceased later, and when on learning of their loss, she intentionally continues – is committing a premeditated harmful act to another.”

OSHA changes employer policies to BURY Covid-19 vaccine side effect reporting in latest cover-up of jab injuries

(Natural News) The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has quietly released a new Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) that clarifies employers are no longer required to report adverse reactions caused by Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines.”

Since too many people are becoming injured or dying as a result of the jabs, OSHA and other federal agencies are “working diligently” to hide the truth in order to avoid “any appearance of discouraging workers” from complying with the “mandates.”

Even though 29 CFR 1904 requires businesses to report all vaccine side effects to health authorities, OSHA has made an exception for Fauci Flu shots – even though this is against the law.

“DOL (Department of Labor) and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations,” OSHA’s FAQ section now reads.

“OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts.”

At least through May 2022, OSHA will not be enforcing 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements, which otherwise would have required all employers to record worker side effects from Chinese Virus injections.

“We will reevaluate the agency’s position at that time to determine the best course of action moving forward.”

Even in cases where employers incentivize or require employees to take the jab against their will, OSHA’s new reporting exception will allow employers to basically hide any vaccine adverse events that emerge.

In the age of covid, the rules change on a whim almost daily

OSHA also removed three other FAQs that explained how employers have a responsibility to report all adverse reactions to the injections, even in cases where the jabs were merely “recommended.”

These now-deleted FAQs clarified that employers have a legal duty to report adverse reactions stemming from mandatory injections, though it was previously optional in cases where the vaccine was merely “compelled” but not required.

“The two scenarios used to be properly differentiated on the agency’s web page which made it unquestionable when a business was exempt from reporting the vaccine side effects, stating that ‘the vaccine must be truly voluntary’ in order to qualify,” reported The Gateway Pundit.

It was clearly specified at that time that in order to be exempt from reporting requirements, a vaccine-injured employee must have truly taken the jab(s) by choice and not under coercion.

“For example, an employee’s choice to accept or reject the vaccine cannot suffer any repercussions from their choice,” it stated.

“If employees are not free to choose whether or not to receive the vaccine without fearing adverse action, then the vaccine is not merely ‘recommended’ and employers should consult the above FAQ regarding COVID-19 vaccines that are a condition of employment.”

Since many large corporations and major employers are now demanding that their employees take an “Operation Warp Speed” injection in order to keep their jobs, OSHA bent to the demands of corporate America that these reporting requirements be abolished.

Until at least next spring, very few, if any, covid vaccine adverse events will make it into the government databases, in other words. This is likely to create the illusion that the shots are safe and effective, even if millions of workers are being injured or killed behind the scenes.

“So now they’ve come right out and admitted it,” wrote one commenter at The Gateway Pundit about how OSHA and the federal government are no longer even attempting to hide their agenda.

“People are dying and they don’t want you to know so you’ll go out and die, too. What more do we need to hear?”

Micki Jeans is a CT technologist and works for Ballad Health of Tennessee. Up until October 31, that is, when she will resign. She gave two weeks’ notice directly to Alan Levine, executive chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Ballad Health.

In her nine-page letter of resignation, Jeans gave her reasons: Levine sold out, and in good conscience and as a Christian, she can’t work for him anymore:

You are the sole reason that I am resigning from your company, Ballad Health….

You have infringed upon my personal rights and freedoms and the freedom of your employees.

She started from the beginning. For 30 years, she labored faithfully for Mountain States Health Alliance, which became Ballad. And she believed Levine had her best interests at heart. She also believed him when he declared himself to be saved by the blood of Jesus Christ:

When you became CEO, I appreciated your spiritual words of encouragement. I was your advocate. When others came against you, I defended you for no other reason than your consistent religious encouragement.

I thought you to be a Godly man. I considered you not only a hospital leader worthy of respect but a friend and a fellow brother in Christ.

In July 2021, however, “all that changed. I watched as you adhered to the unconstitutional words of the unelected CDC, FDA, WHO, and OSHA … and even the current, yet corrupt, Biden Administration.… I watched you speak on CNN … urging Americans to take the experimental injections.”

She learned the reason why: He was protecting his company from federal sanctions if he didn’t sell out and go along:

I have recently learned … that if you did not adhere to the guidance of these … organizations, you would no longer receive Medicare/Medicaid funding.

You had a decision to make.

You could have, and should have, found a way to fight for Medicare/Medicaid funding while going against the unconstitutional mandates….

You did not choose wisely.

Instead, Levine chose to segregate his employees by badges they were required to wear, for those vaccinated, and those unvaccinated. He forced them to share their private health information.

In so doing, she wrote, he walked away from his Christian faith:

I was shocked that you would go along this path of division because you have claimed Christianity. God calls us to bring unity and peace, not division. You had the incredible opportunity to use your platform to stand up for what is right.

Could you imagine the mountains you could have moved?

Unfortunately, you did not use your platform to stand up for freedom.

There was a moment in time when she saw clearly who Levine really was:

The moment you told every single one of your employees via email that we would face disciplinary action up to termination if we did not comply with your badge buddy system, I saw you in a completely different light.

When you began to encourage the Covid-19 injections, I felt that you absolutely did not care about the freedom of anybody.

As a veteran of the United States Air Force, I value every God-given freedom that I have. In my life, I endured 7 months of captivity and I learned to value and to always fight for the human rights and freedom of every human being.

Jeans had done her homework, even if Levine hadn’t:

I am surprised that you, an educated and Christian man, cannot see right through what Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci, and the billionaire global elites on this earth are trying to do. I do hope at this point that you will consider opening your eyes to the evil and corrupt global agenda, of which you are unfortunately a part.

The pandemic is not a healthcare crisis, she wrote, but “a global bioweapon against humanity.” And Levine doubled down by accusing “those who speak the truth of spreading disinformation and misinformation.”

She closed her letter of resignation:

I never would have imagined that I would be fighting government mandates and requirements by [Ballad Health] to receive a non-FDA approved experimental treatment for a disease with a 99.5% survival rate….

Medical decisions should be the sole responsibility of the individual.… These rights are God-given, inalienable, and constitutionally secured! Medical tyranny has no place in America or in Tennessee.

Her letter sounded like an application for membership in The John Birch Society:

I will join every group, every person, every doctor and healthcare worker to stand against what you are doing. I will work to unify the people of this community, not divide them. I will work to support your employees, my peers, who have gotten these injections under duress and coercion. I will work to give Ballad Health employees a voice.

Dear Mr. Levine,

My name is Micki Jeans and this is my letter of resignation. I am sending it directly to you because you are the sole reason that I am resigning from your company, Ballad Health.

I will admit that I am constantly learning and that I may not understand the details of your job like you don’t understand the details of mine, but there is one thing that I am certain of. You have infringed upon my personal rights and freedoms and the freedom of your employees. I am not concerned about whether (or when) you choose to mandate the experimental and highly controversial Covid-19 injections. I am concerned that you would even consider it.

Let me start by saying that since the onset of my employment with Ballad, long before you took over, I have considered Mountain States Health Alliance the most favorable company that I have ever had the pleasure of working for. When you became the CEO, I appreciated your spiritual words of encouragement. I was your advocate. When others came against you, I defended you for no other reason than your consistent religious encouragement. I thought you to be a Godly man. I considered you not only a hospital leader worthy of respect but a friend and a fellow brother in Christ.

However, In July 2021, all of that changed. I watched as you adhered to the unconstitutional words of the unelected CDC, FDA, WHO, and OSHA through the Department of Labor, and even the current, yet corrupt, Biden administration. You consistently sent us emails stating these words, “according to the CDC.” Admittedly, I was never aware of the evil dictates of these organizations until I was in the position to have to learn more about them. I naively trusted our medical leaders and hospital administrators. I watched you speak on CNN, abusing the “Christian, Conservative, Republican” stance urging Americans to take the experimental injections.

I wonder if your employees realize that Comirnaty (which is not currently in production in America and will not be until 2023), not the current Pfizer-BioNtech injections, was approved by the FDA, and fraudulently at that, according to Dr. Peter McCullough, Dr. Carrie Madej, and Pfizer whistleblower and scientist, Karen Kingston among others.

I have recently learned from you that if you did not adhere to the guidance of these, in my opinion corrupt, organizations, you would no longer receive Medicare/Medicaid funding. You had a decision to make. You could have, and should have, found a way to fight for Medicare/Medicaid funding while going against the unconstitutional mandates that you instead, seemed to simply accept. In my opinion, you did not choose wisely. To me, it appears that you chose the success of your company over the freedom and rights of your employees and your patients.

You were asked to segregate, separate, and divide over 3,000 employees and you chose to do that with color-coded badges, indicating their injection status.

You were asked to make your employees share their private health information and to violate their own HIPPA rights, the very same rights that we have been taught BY YOU and others to honor during my career of over 30 years.

I was shocked that you would go along this path of division because you have claimed Christianity. God calls us to bring unity and peace, not division. You had the incredible opportunity to use your platform to stand up for what is right. Could you imagine the mountains you could have moved? Unfortunately, you did not use your platform to stand up for freedom.

I read your emails to us where you stated that you were listening to both sides of the current Covid-19 injection opinions, yet I never once heard you inform us that God was your ultimate voice. King David asked God for direction, not his leaders. David wrote in Psalm 118:8 that “it is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.” Thank goodness Job did not listen to his friends.

Joshua 24:15 says, “And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the LORD, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”

2 Timothy 4:2-4 “Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching. For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching but having itching ears they will ACCUMULATE FOR THEMSELVES TEACHERS TO SUIT THEIR OWN PASSIONS, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.”

We fought back against your mandate and you retreated, admitting that you were wrong, but YOU made us fight for ourselves. You didn’t seem to mind seeing us divided. You didn’t seem to mind watching us be brow-beaten by doctors and coworkers, including yourself, for choosing not to take these human experimental injections. You didn’t seem to mind watching injected cliques of people suddenly put on masks and socially distance themselves when an un-injected person walked up to them.

You were asked to support the injections that corrupt global elites choose to falsely call a vaccine, again, in my opinion, which matters just as much as yours. I would like to encourage you to listen to God’s Word in 1 Timothy 6:20 which says, “Keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of SCIENCE falsely so-called, which some professing have ERRED concerning the faith.”

The moment you told every single one of your employees via email that we would face disciplinary action up to termination if we did not comply with your badge buddy system, I saw you in a completely different light. When you began to encourage the Covid-19 injections, I felt that you absolutely did not care about the freedom of anybody. As a veteran of the United States Air Force, I value every God-given freedom that I have. In my life, I endured 7 months of captivity and I learned to value and to always fight for the human rights and freedom of every human being.

You should be ashamed for making your employees fight for their God-given, inalienable rights. You cannot serve two masters (Matthew 6:24). You cannot serve God and money. You will either love one and hate the other or hate one and love the other. We haven’t received a biblical devotional from you in quite some time. I humbly suggest that you start with this scripture.

As for the CDC, FDA, and the WHO, I am surprised that you, an educated and Christian man, cannot see right through what Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci, and the billionaire global elites on this earth are trying to do. I do hope at this point that you will consider opening your eyes to the evil and corrupt global agenda, of which you are unfortunately a part.

If you were on the side of freedom and humanity, and the army of God Himself, it never would have crossed your mind to segregate and discriminate your employees and consider mandating these injections for the sake of the financial Medicare/Medicaid gods. If you would have stood against this from the beginning, I would have respected you and stood with you to fight against government overreach.

During these last few months, I have educated myself on your history. I have learned of the prior accusations against you regarding setting admission goals for the Florida hospital at 20%. I am concerned that money has driven you for years. And sir, quite honestly, I have grieved over learning what you truly seem to value. Money. Not employees. Not people. Not humanity. Not freedom.

You seem to believe that this is a medical crisis and not a global bioweapon against humanity. You seem to believe these injections should be mandated. You seem to believe that your employees cannot see the truth. You have gone as far as to increase wages by 20% plus other financial incentives to keep people working for you. I personally have been informed that you have increased my hourly wage by 20%. 20%! I cannot be bought.

Vulnerable people who work for Ballad Health are trying to financially care for their families. You have selfishly made us choose between our morality and money.

You have even written condescending letters to people, including your employees, in the public eye of Facebook, who do not share your views. Therefore, I will bring this to the public eye.

You have accused those who speak the truth of spreading misinformation and disinformation. I believe that you are spreading misinformation and disinformation. The point is that everybody has the right to their opinion, their own research, and decisions. We are free. Those who are speaking the truth are being bullied and put down, even threatened that their medical licenses will be pulled. I believe it is you who should be pulled and punished.

You will answer to God for your actions on this earth, we all will. Shame on you, Mr. Levine. I have watched as some of our honorable physicians have tried to order vitamins and nutrients for their patients who are suffering from Covid-19. They have ordered medications, only to be undermined by you. With all due respect, neither you nor I are physicians and we do not have the authority to authorize or not authorize orders from a physician.

I have read in the charts of patients here at Ballad where physicians have had to state that “Ballad does not allow the use of Zinc or Vitamin C in the treatment of COVID 19, despite a doctor’s order, pharmacy is authorized to withhold it.” The public and this community have a right to know that. They have a right to know that you have NOT authorized Hydroxychloroquine/ivermectin azithromycin/colchicine/IV or supratherapeutic dose vitamins or minerals for use for COVID-19 at Ballad Health facilities outside of clinical trial, and WHY.

To summarize the words of those who stand for Tennessee (standfortn.com): I never would have imagined that I would be fighting government mandates and requirements by (my words Ballad Health) to receive a non-FDA approved experimental treatment for a disease with a 99.5% survival rate. Governments absolutely should NOT mandate any sort of medical treatment, like vaccines, for which manufacturers carry no-fault or liability for injuries or damages. Medical decisions should be the sole responsibility of the individual and in the case of minors, parental rights should, and still do, reign supreme over any governmental authority. These rights are God-given, inalienable and constitutionally secured! Medical tyranny has no place in America or in Tennessee. Many people have died with Covid-19, not from it.

I will take this time to remind you of the 10 points of the Nuremberg Code.

  1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.

This means that the person involved should have the legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior forms of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.

The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rest upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.

  1. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
  2. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.
  3. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
  4. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
  5. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
  6. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
  7. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
  8. During the course of the experiment, the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.
  9. During the course of the experiment, the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill, and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.

There is no informed consent because, to date, there is no accurate, unprotested, factual information to consent to.

Mr. Levine, because you consistently profess to adhere to the CDC guidelines in order to make your decisions, here are some numbers from the CDC that you may want to be aware of. Keep in mind that a study from Harvard University has shown that less than 1% of all vaccine injuries, illnesses, and deaths are reported to VAERS. As of October 1st, 2021, there have been:

  • 16,310 deaths
  • 75,605 hospitalizations
  • 87,814 urgent care visits
  • 121,305 doctor’s office visits
  • 7,141 anaphylaxis
  • 9,446 bell’s palsy
  • 2,415 miscarriages
  • 7,868 heart attacks

I hate to even imagine the role you continuously choose to play in the responsibility of these numbers.

You stood proudly in solidarity with some of the medical providers of SOPHA, encouraging the COVID-19 injections for everyone ages 12 and over, including expecting and lactating mothers. You said “TRUST US.” Mr. Levine, I do not trust you with my medical treatment. I do not trust you with the treatment of my children and my grandchildren. I do not trust the providers and medical stand by you. My family does not trust you. I will not say that you have broken the trust of many members of our community unless I have written evidence. But I will say that there does exist the possibility. Once trust is broken, it is difficult, if not impossible, to earn back.

In closing, as a fellow human being and sister in Christ, I must consistently repent and turn from my evil ways. I urge you to do the same. It would be prudent to at the very least admit the possibility that it is you, not the physicians who you come against, who is hurting people. I encourage you to seek God, to turn back to your Creator.

2 Chronicles 7:13-14 says, “When I shut up the heavens so that there is not rain, or command the locust to devour the land, or send PESTILENCE among My people, if My people who are called by My name humble themselves, and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

Ephesians 6:12 says, “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.”

1 Timothy 2:2-3 says, “For kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior.”

1 Timothy 4:1-2 “Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons, through the insincerity of liars whose consciences are seared.”

Mr. Levine, with all due respect, you sign every email with the words, “God bless you.” I would never admonish you as a brother in Christ if you did not openly profess your faith. As a Christian man, you are accountable to God for every word that you speak. We should all make sure our hearts are right with God before we use His name.

Matthew 15:8, Jesus says, “This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.”

As a courtesy to you, I am letting you know right now that I have done my research. I will fight this government overreach and global agenda with every fiber of my being. You will begin to see my name in our area, and you will hear my voice. I am not on your side.

I will join every group, every person, every doctor, and healthcare worker to stand against what you are doing. I will work to unify the people of this community, not divide them. I will work to support your employees, my peers, who have gotten these injections under duress and coercion. I will work to give Ballad Health employees a voice.

I will work to educate people about our Constitution and make them aware of the freedoms that God gave them. I will travel, speak, write letters, emails and I will do everything in my power to expose the corruption of our world, our beautiful country, our state, and your company. I will join forces with the Patriots of this great nation to do everything that I can to build a parallel society, a parallel financial system, a parallel healthcare system, to combat what you and others are allowing to happen to our nation.

I will be going public with this letter of resignation.

The Christian Employers Alliance (CEA) is suing the Biden administration over two mandates that force religious nonprofit and for-profit employers to fund "gender transition surgeries, procedures, counseling, and treatments."

Alliance Defending Freedom on Tuesday filed a motion asking a federal district court in Bozeman, Montana, to cease enforcement of the measures on behalf of the Christian employers group, an organization that provides support to Christian businesses and nonprofits, National Review reports.

The lawsuit maintains that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is misinterpreting and improperly enforcing the definition of sex discrimination included in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to force employers to provide gender transition medical coverage and procedures against their religious beliefs.

The lawsuit says the enforcement of a similar mandate by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that reinterprets "sex" to include gender identity will make religious health care providers "physically perform, facilitate, or promote gender transition surgeries and procedures that are contrary to their deeply held religious beliefs and expert medical judgment."

Title VII makes it unlawful to discriminate against someone on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity) or religion. The Act also makes it unlawful to retaliate against a person because the person complained about discrimination, filed a charge of discrimination, or participated in an employment discrimination investigation or lawsuit.

The CEA says on its website that its mission is to "unite, equip, and represent Christian-owned businesses to protect religious freedom and provide the opportunity for employees, businesses, and communities to flourish."

CEA President Shannon Royce said "employers and entrepreneurs, like many Americans, are growing increasingly concerned by rising costs that can be blamed in part on oppressive government mandates."

"These gender transition mandates greatly exacerbate this problem by threatening religious employers with punishing fines, burdensome litigation costs, the loss of federal funds, and even criminal penalties," Royce said. "Additionally, the mandate creates a unique quagmire of concerns for religious healthcare providers by forcing them to speak positively about gender transition procedures even if they disagree with them."

In May 2021, the Biden administration prohibited discrimination against transgender people in healthcare.

Alliance Defending Freedom senior counsel Matt Bowman said Biden has "far overreached his constitutional authority" by improperly enforcing federal law "to the detriment of people of faith across the country."

"The government cannot force Christian employers to pay for, or physically perform, harmful medical procedures that contradict their religious beliefs," Bowman said in a statement. 

The Supreme Court’s decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, Ga. in 2020, said sex discrimination protections in the workplace include transgender people. Some Christian conservatives are concerned that the decision has impacted religious freedoms and affected faith-based employment.

Archbishop Jose Horacio Gomez, president of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, said at the time that the Supreme Court had effectively redefined the legal meaning of "sex."

Among many surprising developments during this pandemic, the most stunning has been the questioning of naturally acquired immunity after a person has had the COVID-19 disease.

We have understood natural immunity since at least the Athenian Plague in 430 BC. Here is Thucydides:

Yet it was with those who had recovered from the disease that the sick and the dying found most compassion. These knew what it was from experience and had no fear for themselves; for the same man was never attacked twice—never at least fatally.

We have lived with endemic coronaviruses for at least a hundred years, for which we have long-lasting natural immunity. As expected, we also have natural immunity after COVID disease, as there have been exceedingly few reinfections with serious illness or death, despite a widely circulating virus.

For most viruses, natural immunity is better than vaccine-induced immunity, and that is also true for COVID. In the best study to date, the vaccinated were around 27 times more likely to have symptomatic disease than those with natural immunity, with an estimated range between 13 and 57. With no COVID deaths in either group, both natural and vaccine immunity protect well against death.

During the last decade, I have worked closely with hospital epidemiologists. While the role of physicians is to treat patients and make them well, the task of the hospital epidemiologist is to ensure that patients do not get sick while in the hospital, such as catching a deadly virus from another patient or a caretaker.

For that purpose, hospitals employ a variety of measures, from frequent hand washing to full infection control regalia when caring for an Ebola patient. Vaccinations are a key component of these control efforts. For example, two weeks before spleen surgery, patients are given the pneumococcal vaccine to minimize postoperative infections, and most clinical staff are immunized against influenza every year.

Infection control measures are especially critical for older frail hospital patients with a weakened immune system. They can become infected and die from a virus that most people would easily survive. A key rationale for immunizing nurses and physicians against influenza is to ensure that they do not infect such patients.

How can hospitals best protect their patients from COVID disease? It is an enormously important question, also relevant for nursing homes. There are some obvious standard solutions, such as separating COVID patients from other patients, minimizing staff rotation, and providing generous sick leave for staff with COVID-like symptoms.

Another goal should be to employ staff with the strongest possible immunity against COVID, as they are less likely to catch it and spread it to their patients. This means that hospitals and nursing homes should actively seek to hire staff that have natural immunity from prior COVID disease and use such staff for their most vulnerable patients.

Hence, we are now seeing a fierce competition where hospitals and nursing homes are desperately trying to hire people with natural immunity. Wellactuallynot.

Instead, hospitals are firing nurses and other staff with superior natural immunity while retaining those with weaker vaccine-induced immunity. By doing so, they are betraying their patients, increasing their risk for hospital-acquired infections.

By pushing vaccine mandates, White House chief medical advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci is questioning the existence of natural immunity after COVID disease. In doing so, he is following the lead of CDC director Rochelle Walensky, who questioned natural immunity in a 2020 Memorandum published by The Lancet. By instituting vaccine mandates, university hospitals are now also questioning the existence of natural immunity after COVID disease.

This is astonishing.

I work at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, which has announced that all nurses, doctors, and other health care providers will be fired if they do not get a COVID vaccine. Last week I spoke with one of our nurses. She worked hard caring for COVID patients, even as some of her colleagues left in fear at the beginning of the pandemic.

Unsurprisingly, she got infected, but then recovered. Now she has stronger and longer-lasting immunity than the vaccinated work-from-home hospital administrators who are firing her for not being vaccinated.

If university hospitals cannot get the medical evidence right on the basic science of immunity, how can we trust them with any other aspects of our health?

What’s next? Universities questioning whether the earth is round or flat? That, at least, would do less harm.

“Employees who are unable to be vaccinated due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief must submit an accommodation request,” Boeing wrote in the announcement, adding that even these employees will be punished by being forced to “undergo frequent testing and be ready to present a negative test result upon request.”

Boeing claims that fake “president” Joe Biden is behind the mandate as the Pedophile-in-Chief has ruled that the entire aviation industry, from defense contractors to jet manufacturers to major airlines to subcontractors, must get jabbed immediately in order to continue working.

One of the largest U.S. defense contractors, Boeing had previously just “encouraged” its employees to get jabbed. Thanks to the Biden regime, though, Boeing is now demanding it in order for its workers, many of whom have been there for many years, to keep getting a paycheck.

Boeing airplanes aren’t even safe to fly on anyway

Since Boeing refuses to disclose how many of its employees are refusing to get injected, we can only speculate that the number is probably pretty high, especially if the company is having to issue threats like this.

Chances are, Boeing is about to lose a whole lot of employees come December. This will render the already faltering company even more on the down and out since, as you may recall, its airplanes are not exactly safe anymore.

Once the critically thinking employees who do not want to damage their immune systems and reprogram their DNA with spike protein needles depart, Boeing will become a mere shell of what it once was, which was a reliable company that made quality products.

Since the 737 MAX and the Dreamliner are both unfit for flying, will Boeing ever again produce a safe and reliable airplane once its entire staff is comprised of only spike protein-injected zombies?

Competitor Raytheon Technologies Corp. is planning a similar move with its 125,000 U.S.-based staff, which are likewise being told that they must get injected with Operation Warp Speed needles by Jan. 1, 2021, or else face termination.

Lockheed Martin Corp., meanwhile, does not appear to be implementing the same type of mandate, at least not yet. Lockheed says that its employee vaccination rates are “above local and national averages,” but that only around half of its employees at some shipyards are currently injected.

(Natural News) Workers who make the global supply chain function are warning that it is extremely close to falling apart because of a combination of lingering COVID pandemic shutdowns and shortages of workers and staff along the way.

“Several industry groups have warned world leaders of a worldwide supply-chain ‘system collapse” due to pandemic restrictions, coming as Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell suggested that the current period of higher inflation will last until 2022,” The Epoch Times reported, as prices for oil continue to rise and have surpassed $80 a barrel as of this writing for the first time since earlier in the Trump administration.

The International Chamber of Shipping, a coalition of truck drivers, seafarers, and airline workers, has warned in a letter to heads of state attending the United Nations General Assembly that governments need to restore freedom of movement to transportation workers amid persistent COVID-19 restrictions and quarantines.

The group noted further that if improvements are not made and soon, there will be a “global transport system collapse,” adding that “global supply chains are beginning to buckle as two years’ worth of strain on transport workers take their toll,” according to the letter.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA), the International Road Transport Union (IRU), and the International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF), representing about 65 million transportation workers the world over, signed the letter.

“All transport sectors are also seeing a shortage of workers, and expect more to leave as a result of the poor treatment millions have faced during the pandemic, putting the supply chain under greater threat,” the letter said.

“We also ask that WHO and the ILO raise this at the U.N. General Assembly and call on heads of government to take meaningful and swift action to resolve this crisis now,” they wrote.

“We are witnessing unprecedented disruptions and global delays and shortages on essential goods including electronics, food, fuel, and medical supplies,” said the letter.

“The impact of nearly two years’ worth of strain, placed particularly upon maritime and road transport workers, but also impacting aircrews, is now being seen,” the letter continued. ‘Their continued mistreatment is adding pressure on an already crumbling global supply chain.

“At the peak of the crew change crisis 400,000 seafarers were unable to leave their ships, with some seafarers working for as long as 18 months over their initial contracts,” it added. “Flights have been restricted and aviation workers have faced the inconsistency of border, travel, restrictions, and vaccine restrictions/requirements.

“Additional and systemic stopping at road borders has meant truck drivers have been forced to wait, sometimes weeks, before being able to complete their journeys and return home,” the union bosses noted further, calling on governments to prioritize vaccines for transportation workers and grant them more freedom of movement.

One problem — the cargo ship backlog — stems from another — the shortage of dockworkers and truck drivers.

“As long as cargo doesn’t move off terminals, it does impede the amount that can come off the ship,” Bethann Rooney, deputy port director of Port of New York and New Jersey, told the Journal of Commerce. “Since terminals are at or near capacity, they can’t turn over the ship as quickly because there’s no room at the inn.”

Some retailers like Costco have resorted to retaining their own cargo ships on routes from Asia to the Western Hemisphere and the U.S., according to The Epoch Times. But it’s still not enough and there will no doubt be shortages of products on shelves ahead of Thanksgiving and Christmas.

“Many shoppers across the United States and the rest of the world have noticed shortages of everyday products in recent weeks, with Costco recently limiting the amount of toilet paper and cleaning products its customers can buy amid the supply crunch,” the Daily Mail reported. “Plastic products are also becoming scarce. Production of a wide range of electronic devices and cars has slowed down because of microchip shortages.”

Consumer experts are advising people to order early.

“We’re witnessing a pandemic-induced buying surge by the American consumer, the likes of which we’ve never seen,” Gene Seroka, executive director of the Port of Los Angeles, told ABC News this week.

“Managing through that process over the next couple of years is … going to be very challenging because we have this hypothesis that inflation is going to be transitory. We think that’s right,” Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell said. “But we are concerned about underlying inflation expectations remaining stable, as they have so far.”

(Natural News) After announcing that nearly all of its 18,000 employees will need to be “fully vaccinated” for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) by November 22, Amtrak incurred a “sickout” much like the one that Southwest Airlines currently faces.

Amtrak employees who do not want to permanently alter their DNA with experimental gene therapy walked off the job, reports indicate, leaving nobody to man the trains and get them from point A to point B.

In a tweet, Amtrak explained that at least two trains scheduled to leave on October 10 had to be canceled “due to unforeseen crew issues.” The company promised that “alternate transportation” would be provided to stranded passengers.

It is rumored that this latest sickout is part of a larger nationwide protest started by Air Traffic Controllers and Southwest Airlines. The next company expected to join them is American Airlines.

“Let the statists run their own country,” tweeted author Jim Hanson, along with the hashtag #GoingGalt, which is a reference to Ayn Rand and the idea that one does not need to justify his life or wealth to his neighbors, “society,” bureaucrats or politicians.

“Oh that’s right … They can’t,” Hanson added about how the Branch Covidians staging all this tyrannical nonsense will soon have nobody left to run the things that generate their ill-gotten profit.

In case you missed the Southwest story, which is still ongoing, the company has had to cancel nearly 2,000 flights and counting over the past several days because pilots and other crew members refuse to be forcibly injected for the Fauci Flu.

The mainstream media is largely obfuscating the truth about the situation, blaming “bad weather” and “fog,” but most people who are paying attention know the truth. There are still some Americans out there with self-respect and dignity who are not about to be injected against their will just to receive a paycheck.

Kelly claims that a “federal government COVID-19 vaccination directive” is forcing him to mandate the injections, even though such a directive does not actually exist.

Even if it did exist, it would not be constitutionally valid or enforceable. But the fact of the matter is that it does not exist, and Kelly is simply lying, as are many others who seem to get a thrill out of tyrannizing others with pharmaceutical bioweapons.

If this continues to catch on, the expectation is that truck drivers, port workers, and others who keep this country and its economy going will also walk off the job. That is when things will really start hitting the fan as suddenly there is no more food at the grocery store and no beer at the local pub.

“We need a nationwide labor strike,” wrote one commenter at Citizen Free Press. “Every employee in every industry needs to walk out until we say otherwise.”

(Natural News) Last month, Joe Biden took to the podium at the White House and did something no president has ever done: He ordered private businesses over a certain size to require their employees to make a health decision they may disagree with — get a COVID-19 vaccine.

“As your President, I’m announcing tonight a new plan to require more Americans to be vaccinated, to combat those blocking public health,” he said during a Sept. 9 speech.

“I’m announcing that the Department of Labor is developing an emergency rule to require all employers with 100 or more employees, that together employ over 80 million workers, to ensure their workforces are fully vaccinated or show a negative test at least once a week,” he continued, adding:

The bottom line: We’re going to protect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated co-workers. We’re going to reduce the spread of COVID-19 by increasing the share of the workforce that is vaccinated in businesses all across America.

My plan will extend the vaccination requirements that I previously issued in the healthcare field. Already, I’ve announced, we’ll be requiring vaccinations that all nursing home workers who treat patients on Medicare and Medicaid because I have that federal authority.

‘Because I have that federal authority.’

Several constitutional experts doubted that and said so at the time.

“Two dozen Republican state attorneys general have signed onto a letter challenging Biden’s mandate, which amounts to forced medical rape. Those states include Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming,” Vaccines.news reported.

“Your plan is disastrous and counterproductive,” the letter said. “From a policy perspective, this edict is unlikely to win hearts and minds – it will simply drive further skepticism.”

“And at least some Americans will simply leave the job market instead of complying,” the letter goes on. “This will further strain an already-too-tight labor market, burdening companies and (therefore) threatening the jobs of even those who have received a vaccine.”

But wait a minute.

Here we are more than a month removed from Biden’s speech and the reaction to it, and there doesn’t appear to actually be a ‘vaccine mandate rule’ in the works, according to The Federalist — which means Biden’s handlers duped the country into believing one was coming so companies fearful of litigation and fines would adopt the mandate on their own.

“It’s all a mirage. Biden’s so-called vaccine mandate doesn’t exist — at least, not yet. So far, all we have is his press conference and other such made-for-media huff-puffing. No such rule even claiming to be legally binding has been issued yet,” The Federalist’s Joy Pullman wrote last week, nearly a month to the day after Biden’s proclamation.

She went on to say that she has confirmed no court cases have been filed yet opposing the mandate, which may have been “part of the plan” all along.

“There is nothing there yet that gives employers any mandate,” Stephanie McFarland, a spokeswoman for the Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration, told Pullman last week. “The president made an announcement on this asking OSHA to do it, but we’ve not yet seen anything come from it yet.”

Turns out that stating an order was coming without having actually issued an order has had the same effect: Companies are complying, as they wanted to do anyway, and they are using the fake order as cover.

“Everybody loves this cover,” Minneapolis employment lawyer Kate Bischoff told Bloomberg Law last month. “Many were already looking down the road at doing this, but the fact that they get to blame Biden is like manna from heaven.”

In all, Pullman summarizes this constitutional coup:

If you’re just hearing about this now, you’re not alone. There is apparently a “meltdown” at Jacksonville International Airport that has led to the cancelation of more than 1,800 Southwest Airlines flights. The company says the cancelations are due to weather and “air traffic control issues.”

Well, the claim that weather is the culprit is absurd. Other airlines, according to the respected aviation site One Mile at a Time, are operating at near capacity.

  • On Saturday American canceled 66 flights (2% of the schedule), Delta canceled 16 flights (less than 1% of the schedule), and United canceled 11 flights (less than 1% of the schedule)
  • On Sunday American canceled 63 flights (2% of the schedule), Delta canceled three flights (less than 1% of the schedule), and United canceled six flights (less than 1% of the schedule)
  • On Saturday, October 9, 2021, Southwest canceled 808 flights (24% of the schedule) and delayed 1,154 flights (35% of the schedule)
  • On Sunday, October 10, 2021, Southwest canceled 1,007 flights (27% of the schedule) and delayed 120 flights (3% of the schedule)

Speculation centered on air traffic control employees walking out because of the vaccine mandate.

If it had been a controller issue, other airlines would have been affected. But the Southwest Airlines pilots union recently filed a suit against the airline’s vaccine mandate.

It seems that there could be something further going on. It’s my understanding that a huge number of Southwest pilots have called in sick this weekend, much more than usual. It’s anyone’s guess what the cause of that is, but it follows the Southwest Airlines Pilots Association (SWAPA) on Friday asking a court to block the airline from requiring vaccination, in anticipation of an upcoming federal mandate.

SWAPA had already filed a lawsuit against Southwest, claiming that the airline was violating labor laws. The union now doesn’t want the airline to be able to require vaccination (in line with the expected federal mandate) until existing issues are resolved. The union claims that the airline is taking unilateral action that violates the Railway Labor Act (including requiring vaccination), which is supposed to govern relations between airlines and unions.

Given the timing here, I have a hard time imagining that it’s a total coincidence that so many pilots are calling in sick this weekend.

The “sickout” is made infinitely worse because airports and airlines have yet to recover from pandemic-related labor shortages. Flight attendants and pilots are especially in short supply and even a few dozen pilots calling in sick could cause all kinds of problems in staffing.

The further issue with the airline industry is the domino effect when it comes to irregular operations. Airline operations are incredibly complex, and when a plane has a problem in one place, it can have huge issues down the line.

That’s what we’re seeing here. The delays and cancelations are also affecting other airlines besides Southwest. And experts are saying the problem may get worse before it gets better.

Of course, Southwest Airlines would want to keep this news of a pilot “sickout” under wraps. But this isn’t news to a lot of aviation experts, so why the news blackout?

(Natural News) On Tuesday, National Institutes of Health (NIH) head Francis Collins resigned from his post following the revelation that he lied about funding illegal gain-of-function research on bat coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in China.

Instead of jail time or the gallows, Collins is apparently strolling off into the sunset as always seems to be the case for white-collar criminals. He also issued a statement pretending to be an honorable man who served the country well in sending millions of American taxpayer dollars to China.

“It has been an incredible privilege to lead this great agency for more than a decade,” Collins had the gall to say in a statement posted to the NIH website.

“I love this agency and its people so deeply that the decision to step down was a difficult one, done in close counsel with my wife, Diane Baker, and my family. I am proud of all we’ve accomplished. I fundamentally believe, however, that no single person should serve in the position too long, and that it’s time to bring in a new scientist to lead the NIH into the future. I’m most grateful and proud of the NIH staff and the scientific community, whose extraordinary commitment to lifesaving research delivers hope to the American people and the world every day.”

Touching. Except for the fact that Collins is a liar who made “untrue” statements, as the media is calling them, about grants that were funneled from Tony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) to the WIV.

We now know, based on what has been revealed thus far, that American tax dollars were sent by Collins and Fauci to China for the purpose of creating “chimeric SARS-related coronaviruses” much like the one that has been circulating since the start of the plandemic.

These genetically modified coronaviruses would not exist, were it not for Collins and Fauci, who used Americans’ hard-earned money to created Frankenstein coronaviruses capable of infecting human cells.

Obama appointed Collins to his post in 2009

According to Richard Ebright of Rutgers University, Collins and Fauci both lied when they denied any involvement in supporting illegal gain-of-function research. Collins and Fauci also lied about purposely enhancing pathogens, making them a pandemic threat.

It is Barack Hussein Obama who is responsible for putting Collins in his position back in 2009. Fauci, on the other hand, has been in government for decades – a quintessential political dinosaur, you might say.

Collins was the longest-ever serving director of the NIH, having held his position through Obama, Donald Trump, and now Joe Biden. Prior to being appointed, Collins worked at The BioLogos Foundation, which he founded, which reportedly aimed to “bridge a dialogue between science and religion.”

Even before being appointed by Obama, Collins was buddies with George W. Bush, who in 2007 awarded him the Presidential Medal of Freedom for his involvement in the Human Genome Project.

Like Fauci, Collins was all over the television last year pushing for face masks to be forced on children. Collins has also blamed unvaccinated Americans for the continuation of the plandemic, even though the science shows that “fully vaccinated” Americans are the ones driving disease and death.

“This is not a political statement or invasion of your liberties,” Collins rattled during one of his media appearances about forcing children to wear a mask. “This is a life-saving medical device. Asking kids to wear a mask is uncomfortable, but kids are pretty resilient.”

“If we don’t have masks in schools, this virus will spread more widely. It will probably result in outbreaks in schools, and kids will have to go back to remote learning, which is the one thing we want to prevent,” Collins further threatened.

WASHINGTON D.C. -(Ammoland.com)- A Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) whistleblower exposed Bureau administrative employees fleecing the American taxpayers for possibly millions of dollars.

The whistleblower only identified as Joe told CBS that multiple employees filed for and received “LEAP” pay even though they did not qualify for the bonus scale. LEAP stands for “Law Enforcement Availability Pay.” It is meant for paying law enforcement officers for on-call hours where they are required to work long and odd hours. The pay is not meant for non-law enforcement employees of the ATF, and non-LEO is expressly prohibited from collecting the income. The ATF pays a rate of 25% over base pay. If an employee makes a base salary of $100,000, that officer could be paid $125,000 with LEAP pay.

“If you were functioning in an administrative capacity, you don’t qualify for the pay. So, you’re not supposed to get it,” Joe said. “A lot of people were getting it.”

In 2016, the whistleblower noticed the problem of administrative employees claiming LEAP pay shortly after taking a job as an information specialist in the ATF’s Human Resources department. Joe reported the violations to his supervisors. Instead of rewarding him for finding fraud, his employee review was downgraded from “fully successful” to “minimally successful.” Last summer, the ATF fired Joe for “unacceptable performance,” which he believes was retaliatory for his discoveries.

Last year, a lawyer for the Office of Special Counsel (OSC) claimed the agency found “a substantial likelihood of wrongdoing.” The OSC is an independent federal investigative and prosecutorial agency whose mission is to investigate whistleblower’s claims.

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) performed an audit on ATF employees filing for and receiving LEAP pay. The audit turned up at least 94 employees that collected LEAP pay when they were not entitled to the money. OPM stated that the ATF engaged in “prohibited personnel practices.” OPM suspended the ATF’s ability to create specific jobs for “no less than six months.”

OPM did not state the fate of the ATF employees that defrauded American taxpayers out of taxpayer’s money. It is not known of any disciplinary action or if the employees were forced to pay back the money. The exact amount of funds incorrectly paid out to administrative employees is also not known. It is also not known for how long the fraud has been going on inside the Bureau.

A recent AmmoLand News story recently highlighted a leaked video conference call where Acting Director Marvin Richardson announced the ATF’s goal to double in size over the next five years. Many in the gun world worry that this goal, along with the mismanagement of current funds, could affect gun rights and waste money that could be used for things like clearing out the NFA backlog.

Some gun rights groups and government waste watchdogs see this uncovered fraud as yet another example of an out-of-control agency abusing its power and changing the rules as it sees fit. Many believe that the ATF works outside the law by changing definitions to meet its political goals and sees the firing of Joe as internal political payback.

The ATF did not respond to AmmoLand’s request for comments.
