Joe Biden, the “unity president,” referred to the decision by Texas and Mississippi governors to lift mandates on wearing a mask in public as “Neanderthal thinking.”
“I think it’s a big mistake. Look, I hope everybody realizes by now that masks make a big difference. We are on the cusp of being able to fundamentally change the nature of this disease because the way in which we are able to get vaccines,” Biden told reporters.
“The last thing we need is the Neanderthal thinking that, in the meantime, everything is fine, take off our mask, forget it,” he added.
Well, of course, Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves never said to take your mask off and forget it. They didn’t even suggest it or hint at it, and it’s extremely doubtful they even thought it.
What both governors did was lift the mandate that forces people to wear a mask. They are giving their citizens the option — the “freedom” if you prefer — to wear a mask to protect themselves. Biden and the Democrats might see that as revolutionary but this is how normal Americans think and act.
Biden said that the U.S. risks thousands of more deaths to Covid-19 if Americans drop basic guidelines to stop the spread, including masks and social distancing.
“It is critical, critical, critical that they follow the science,” Biden said of the governors.
But Gov. Reeves was offended by Biden’s description that Mississippians need “handlers.”
President Biden said allowing Mississippians to decide how to protect themselves is “neanderthal thinking.”
Mississippians don’t need handlers. As numbers drop, they can assess their choices and listen to experts. I guess I just think we should trust Americans, not insult them.

Reeves said he lifted the restrictions in response to a drop in COVID-19 cases and deaths. Mississippi has been under a variety of COVID-19 restrictions since the first case was reported in the state a year ago. Masks are still required where social distancing isn’t possible at K-12 schools in Mississippi. Restrictions are also in place for indoor arenas.
Big businesses in Mississippi and Texas announced that masks will still be required. Target, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Best Buy, JCPenney and Toyota are among the companies that will mandate masks for customers and employees.
How dare these governors give their citizens the freedom to choose? Outrageous!
Some people are choosing to require masks, others are not. Begging your pardon, Mr. President, but isn’t that pretty much what America is based on?
Certainly, the wisdom of lifting the mask mandate can be questioned. But does the president of the United States have to treat governors of two sovereign states like stupid schoolboys?
Abbott had a few choice words for Biden.
Abbott told CNBC’s “Squawk Box” that the comment was “not the type of word that a president should be using” and blamed the spread of the coronavirus on immigrants crossing the southern border. The Republican governor said the Biden administration has “refused to test” them for the virus.
“The Biden administration has been releasing immigrants in South Texas that have been exposing Texans to Covid. Some of those people have been put on buses, taking that Covid to other states in the United States,” Abbott told CNBC. “That is Neanderthal-type approach to dealing with the Covid situation.”
According to The Border Report, “dozens” of asylum seekers bussed to Brownsville, TX and released have tested positive for the coronavirus.
In the Gulf Coast city of Brownsville, 108 migrants released during the past month have shown to be carrying the coronavirus, U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, said Wednesday. And he says that is putting the South Texas border community, as well as the volunteers who help them, and the border agents, at risk.
“They tested some of the people who got put at the bus station in Brownsville and according to the rapid tests, about 108 tested positive. So basically that creates a situation that they are letting people who are positive (for coronavirus) get on buses and with the permission of Homeland Security they can go anywhere in the United States,” Cuellar said during an online news conference.
Why isn’t Biden “following the science” and getting those asylum seekers tested? Sometimes the magic works. Sometimes it doesn’t.

Israel has rolled out what it is calling a ‘Freedom bracelet’, a tracking device that will serve as an alternative to a two-week quarantine for anyone entering the country from abroad.
The device, which looks like a smart watch is being produced by a company called SuperCom, which has previously worked with governments of several countries on systems to track and monitor prisoners.

Ordan Trabelsi, the CEO of SuperCom, said “We call it a ‘freedom bracelet’ because we are not locking anybody up, but rather giving them the opportunity to go home.”
…And be tracked by the government if they try to leave their house.
“Nobody is forced to do it, but for those who are interested, it gives them another option: more flexibility,” Trabelsi added.

So, the choices are be locked up for two weeks in a military-administered quarantine hotel, or take the tracking bracelet.
It doesn’t really sound like ‘freedom’.
The development comes at the same time as a court ruling demanding that the country’s domestic spy agency the Shin Bet must back off Covid-19 contact-tracing surveillance.
The court ruled that the efforts are “draconian” and a threat to democracy in the country, and can only be used in emergencies.
Israel is also operating a two tier society where those who have been vaccinated have a ‘green pass’ to go where they want, and those who haven’t must stay under lockdown.

Violent riots led by communist group Black Lives Matter and Islamic supremacists break out in the city of Brussels after the death of Ibrahim, a migrant in Police custody.
The migrant was filming police enforcing coronavirus lockdown measures at a train station. Ibrahim refused to comply with police and their requests to stop filming. Ibrahim fled the scene, but was captured by police and shortly after died, possibly of a heart attack at the station due to drugs he ingested.
Ibrahima B. was arrested on Saturday, January 9th a little before 7 pm by inspectors from the Brussels North police zone, at the train station in Belgium. Police say they had stopped to check on a group of people who had gathered at the station past curfew. Police believed the group were in violation of the states coronavirus measures.
According to the police, Ibrahim B. fled and was intercepted. However, his family says he was there to take the train to Waterloo, where he lives. According to the family, Ibrahim B. was arrested for filming the police check with his mobile phone.
After a police chase, Ibrahim was transferred to the police station, and suffered an apparent heart attack immediately after arriving. According to media reports, the migrant ingested drugs that he had in his possession. It was as a result of this that he was said to have felt unwell during his search at the police station.
“When he arrived at the police station, he lost consciousness,” says the Brussels prosecutor’s office. The officers tried to resuscitate him. The emergency services also arrived quickly, but he died in the hospital around 8.30 pm. The cause of death would have been a heart attack, reported Ibrahim’s sister.
According to the family’s lawyer, they claim police left him on the ground for five minutes, “Those several minutes without worry are crucial moments in which Ibrahim’s life which could have been saved. The officers let him die,” says lawyer Alexis Deswaef. Furthermore, “It was legal for Ibrahima to exercise his fundamental right by filming the police.”
An autopsy and a toxicological examination have been performed on the body. They will reveal whether any violence was used against him and or whether he had a heart attack due to possible drug use. The prosecutor’s office did not want to confirm whether he had drugs in his pocket.
“The deceased young man’s family and his counsel met with the Public Prosecutor this morning to obtain answers to some of their questions,” says the prosecutor spokeswoman,“ and to assure them that all resources are and will being used to provide clarity into what happened.”
Hours after the family’s meeting, the peaceful protests taking place in Brussels turned violent around 4 pm. Stones, fireworks and other objects were thrown at the police and the Islamic migrant and Black Lives Matter communists shouted “police, murderers”.
Rioters broke the windows of police cars and set vehicles on fire. The radicals burned down the police station and attacked the car of King Philippe, the current King of Belgium.
By coincidence, the Belgian king ended up in the middle of the violence. His car was recognizable to rioters by the number plate ‘1’, which suddenly appeared in the middle of the melee. Police officers escorted the king and his car away from the rioting crowds.
The riot police arrived en masse. Water cannons were used several times against the rioters. Initially, officers tried to send the demonstrators home, but their calls received little response. The organizers of the event’s efforts to calm things down were in vain. Police eventually arrested over 100 rioters and four injured police officers were taken to hospital.
Minister of Justice Vincent Van Quickenborne tweeted. “Under no circumstances can we accept what happened in Schaerbeek (Municipality in Belgium) today. Investigations are in full swing, ”said the minister. “The rioters will not go free.”

As France’s Eric Zemmour has previously stated, BLM and Islamic migrants have united in their collective dream of “beating world capitalism and beating white western countries.” The author points out that despite riots in different countries being staged by BLM and Islamic supremacists, the riots all have the same plan of action and take the same form.
Even the infamous Venezuelan terrorist Carlos The Jackal, a convert to Islam penned a letter to President Obama in 2003 stating, “only a coalition of Marxists and Islamists can destroy the United States.”

Thousands of citizens gathered in Prague, at Old Town Square on Sunday, Jan 10., to demonstrate the Czech government’s crushing Chinese coronavirus measures. Citizens are no longer accepting the states arbitrary and scientifically unproven approach to tackling the virus and are demanding their freedoms are restored.
Citizens attending the “Let’s Open the Czech Republic (Otevřeme Česko)” carried Czech flags and held sign saying, ‘COVID tyranny’, ‘Let’s stop totalitarianism in the name of Covid!’ and ” ‘We are not sheep’ . Many protesters came with their families and brought small children.
“We want to open the Czech Republic. The government’s measures do not work and will never work. On the contrary, they cause far more drastic epidemics, namely epidemics of poverty, unemployment, illiteracy and failing companies,” said Jiří Janeček, co-organizer of the demonstration and an entrepreneur in the hospitality industry..
“People feel that money is one thing, but losing the opportunity to associate, go to sports, go to restaurants and theaters, they perceive it as a great loss of their personal freedom, which is guaranteed to them by our constitution,” said Jakub Olbert, a restaurant owner.
During the two-hour demonstration, there were speeches by government representatives, famous actors and singers, small business owners, entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry, fitness trainers, doctors, academics, and business union leaders.
The former President of the Czech Republic, Václav Klaus also spoke at the demonstration. “I came mainly to express my unconditional support to the organizers and participants of this event,” Klaus said. The former president criticized the government’s harsh measures. “There have been enough prohibitions and orders that fundamentally damage our lives, our professional and life activities,” he said. He also opposed the coronavirus vaccination, saying that there was no miracle vaccine. “Vaccination must not be compulsory. I, even at an at-risk age, will not get vaccinated,” he added.
The convener of the demonstration and the chairman of the Svobodné political party, Libor Vondráček said that the goals of their protests are twofold. In the long run, it is the “opening of the Czech Republic”, and in the short term, the government will start communicating with the people affected by the current measures and to have a real dialogue with them. According to him, it is no longer just about entrepreneurs who are suffering, but also, their clients, children in schools, elderly, and others.
“Whatever the government does only makes this situation worse. Today, with the numbers we know about the infection of the population in the Czech Republic, we can say that the government has lost this battle with the pandemic. Let them throw a white towel into the ring and start protecting those who need it and want it. Let them return to the Czech Republic a normal world. Let us go to work again. Many people are so mentally and financially so bad that if they still have to suffer from this disease, it is worth it for them. We will fight this pandemic far better, provided we are a healthy and a hard-working nation with its security, its workers and its children in schools,” added Jiří Janeček.
Janeček organized a previous protest that made a line of beer mugs and candles between the Government Office and Prague’s Old Town Square. Janeček was trying to bring attention to the many pub owners and restaurateurs on the brink of financial disaster.

On Saturday, January 9th, the left-wing Premier of Quebec, Francois Legault imposed new highly controversial Chinese coronavirus measures, essentially declaring martial law in the province. Three days after Legault’s announcement, Doug Ford, the premiere of the neighboring province of Ontario, vowed he would not allow his province to become a police state like Quebec.

Quebecers are commanded to stay in their homes between 8 p.m. to 5 a.m with exemptions for essential workers. The fine for breaking your home imprisonment rules will be $1,000 to $6,000.
In the following video, police stop a man, who is out walking with his young child and dog on the first night of the imposition of Quebec’s martial law. The father instructs his frightened young child who to run home.
Police order the father to turn over his identification or they will arrest him. Also they warn the man if he does not return home they will issue a fine.
The man asks the police to explain why he is being stopped and why backup enforcement was being called. When he requests the officer badge numbers and names, they swat the father’s phone out of his hand. The father can be heard asking police, repeatedly “But why are you violent? Why are you violent!?”
The officers one again can be heard threatening the father, “You must be indoors. If you refuse to go home, we’ll arrest and detain you. Is that clear?”

Ontario’s Premiere, Doug Ford also declared a coronavirus state of emergency on January 12th, and imposed stricter lockdown rules than Ontario had until then. Unlike Quebec’s new “curfews, Ford feels his “stay at home orders” are much less harsh and sufficient without the need for a police enforced curfew.
During a press conference discussing the new rules, Premiere Ford emphasized that he would not allow Ontario to move to a police state like Quebec has. Premier was asked by a reporter Ontario would not implement curfews. Ford replied,
“as soon as you tell the people of Ontario that you have lost trust and we are going to have police chasing you down the streets when you are driving? That’s it it’s game over, you may as well throw in the white flag.”
As reported at RAIR , Quebec City has already garnished international attention for their tyrannical coronavirus actions. Health officials are forcibly removing and imprisoning ‘uncooperative‘ coronavirus-positive citizens at secret locations. Newborn babies have been threatened and homes raided for suspected violations. Meanwhile, Premier Legault was caught on open mic laughing with officials about their mandatory mask measures.
Around the world, freedom is in retreat and tyranny is on the rise, much of it under cover of coronavirus. The strictest measures being imposed by governments, are always the harshest in left-wing controlled areas. From the province of Victoria, Australia to California in America and beyond, we are being stripped of our basic liberties upon which the West was created.
