HITLER’S ‘Mein Kampf’ Found In Hamas Hideout

Well, what was the world expecting to find? Eric Carle’s “The Very Hungry Caterpillar”? Or Dr. Seuss’ “Thidwick the Big-Hearted Moose”? What else would Hamas killers be reading for inspiration than that book “for antisemites of all ages,” Adolf Hitler’s riveting and raving tale, Mein Kampf?

Let’s not forget that Hitler and the Arabs who now call themselves Palestinians go way back. It was the leader of the Palestinian Arabs, Hajj Amin al Husseini, who met with Hitler in 1941 and told him how much he admired Nazi Germany for its war against the Jews and offered to help the Nazi war effort. He, in fact, did so in two ways. First, he broadcast to Muslims in North Africa and the Middle East, urging them to rise up against their British and French colonial masters, and to support Germany in its titanic struggle with “the British, the Communists, and the Jews.” Second, Hajj Amin al Husseini was responsible for raising a division of Bosnian Muslims (with a few Croatians in the mix), known as the 13th Mountain Division of the S.S. Hajj Amin al Husseini spent the war years in Germany, where both Himmler and Eichmann befriended him. It is said that one of these friends took him to Auschwitz for a sightseeing tour; Amin al Husseini was delighted with what he saw, suitably impressed with German efficiency in carrying out the Final Solution.

After World War II, the Nazi-Arab connection continued. Many Nazi war criminals fled to Egypt and Syria. There was Johannes von Leer, a member of the Waffen SS, who, even in those circles, stood out as a fanatical antisemite. He was one of the most important ideologues of the Third Reich, serving as a high-ranking propaganda ministry official. After the war, he spent five years in Italy, then a few years in Argentina, before finally settling for good in Egypt, where he converted to Islam, changing his name to Omar Amin, and served for two decades in the Egyptian Information Department, in spreading anti-Israel propaganda. He was also an advisor to Gamal Abdel Nasser. He became friendly with Hajj Amin al Husseini, who had managed to escape being tried by the Allies as a war criminal by fleeing to Egypt.

Another Nazi war criminal given refuge in Nasser’s Egypt was Aribert Heim, known as “Dr. Death” for the gruesome, deadly experiments he carried out on Jewish prisoners. Less well known than Dr. Mengele, he managed to flee from Germany after the war, and eventually, in the early 1960s, settled in Cairo, where he lived a quiet life. Many Nazis in Egypt ended up being involved in anti-Israel propaganda, or helped in the production of new weapons; it is not known what tasks Heim may have performed for the Egyptian government. Like so many Nazi war criminals living in Arab lands, he converted to Islam, trading one antisemitic fanaticism for another.

Heim bought sweets for friends from a famed confectionery, and he was known for playing ping-pong and taking long walks for exercise, said Egyptians who knew him. No doubt he was regarded as a “sweet old man.” After all, besides buying sweets for friends, he hated Jews, and he had converted to Islam. What more could any Egyptian ask of him?

The only hint of his past — besides a constant refusal to be photographed — was the personal “research” that he wrote, purporting to prove that the Jews of Israel are not true Semites, according to the son of Heim’s Egyptian dentist, who saw the paper. Heim argued, as other antisemites have subsequently done, that those people who claimed to be descendants of the Jews who once occupied what became the modern state of Israel were not Jews at all, but descendants of the tribe of Khazars from Central Asia, and thus had no legitimate claim to the land they now inhabited.

Another Nazi war criminal who ended up in Egypt after the war was Colonel Leopold Gleim, an SS Startenführer in Warsaw. He was for a time head of the Gestapo’s Department for Jewish Affairs in Poland. After the war, he went to Egypt, converted to Islam, took the name of Ali al-Nahar, and served with the Egyptian state security services, teaching them the methods of interrogation and torture used by the Gestapo.

There were hundreds of other Nazi war criminals, not quite at the level of Johannes van Leer, Leopold Gleim, and Aribert Heim, who found refuge, and government employment, in Egypt after the war. More on those Nazis who ended up quite happily in Egypt, where they found employment in the propaganda ministry or in the security services, can be found here.

The notorious Doctor Hans Eisele of the concentration camp at Buchenwald fled to Cairo, where he lived openly under his real name. German courts asked for his extradition, but Cairo refused. Dr. Eisele, who had committed terrible crimes in Buchenwald, continued his work as a doctor in Cairo until his death.

One of the chief aides of Adolf Eichmann was Alois Brunner. Eichmann had sent him to Czechoslovakia and Greece to help impose the Final Solution in those countries. For years he lived in Syria and Egypt. He was wanted by Austria, the USSR, and Hungary. He first found refuge in Cairo, working for its security services, and then moved to Syria, where he worked with the secret police. Franz Abromeit, another aide of Adolf Eichmann in Hungary and Theresienstadt, accused of murder, lived contentedly in Cairo for many years. The Arabs understandably regarded him as their friend. Hans Appier worked in the Goebbels Ministry. After the war, he fled to Spain. From 1956 on he lived in Cairo. He became a Moslem, assumed the name of Salah Chaffer, and worked in Egypt’s Propaganda Ministry. The former Gestapo man, Franz Bartel, once wanted by Poland, worked from 1954 until his death for the Jewish Section in Egypt’s Propaganda Ministry. He is believed to have converted to Islam. He was known as El Hussein. Former SS-Standartenführer Baumann, who took part in the liquidation of the Ghetto in Warsaw, lived for decades in Egypt. He worked first for the Egyptian War Ministry. Later he became an instructor for the Palestine Liberation Organization. Hans Becher worked in the Jewish Section of the Gestapo in Vienna. In 1950 he moved to Alexandria and worked in the Egyptian police until his death.

Former Sturmbannführer Bernhard Bender was a member of the Gestapo in Warsaw. After the war, he became an adviser to the political section of the police in Cairo where he went by the name of Ben Salem. Bender helped Dr. Hans Eisele to open his practice in Egypt. Former SS officer Werner Birgel came from East Germany to Egypt. He became known as El Gamin — a possible convert to Islam — and worked in the Egyptian Propaganda Ministry. SS -Untersturmführer Wilhelm Bockler participated in the liquidation of the Warsaw Ghetto. He lived in Egypt from 1949 on and worked in the Israel Department of the Egyptian Information Service. He, like most of the others who fled to Egypt, was on the Nazi-criminal wanted list of many East European countries. Cairo Propaganda Aide SS-Sturmbannfüuhrer Bollmann was sought by the Prague government as a war criminal. In 1948 he moved to Cairo and worked as an adviser to Egypt s Propaganda Ministry. Former SS-Untersturmführer Wilhelm Borner became a Moslem and called himself Ben Kashir. He worked in the Egyptian Ministry of the Interior and then transferred his skills to the Palestinian Liberation Army. Franz Buensche learned his job with Goebbels and Streicher. He moved to Alexandria in1949 where he wrote anti-Israel propaganda booklets for the Egyptian government. Former SS-Obersturmführer Erich Bunzel, who worked in Goebbels’ Propaganda Ministry, after the war moved to Cairo, where he worked in the Israel section of Egypt’s Propaganda Ministry. Former SS Standartenführer Erwin Fleiss, responsible for many crimes against Jews in Austria, lived in Port Said as an advisor to Egypt’s police and called himself Ahmed Sadat. He is believed to have converted to Islam. SS-General Leopold Gleim, wanted for crimes he committed in Poland, lived in Cairo and worked for the Egyptian Secret Service. He too converted to Islam and took the name Ali el Macher. Another Nazi resident of Egypt was El Hadj, alias Louis Heiden, who translated Hitler’s Mein Kampf into Arabic. The Israeli army found copies of this translation in the Sinai Desert during the Six-Day War, just as it found a copy in a Hamas outpost in Gaza. The former Hitler-Youth leader, Karl Luder, participated in crimes against the Jews in Poland. For years he worked for Egypt’s War Ministry. The former Gestapo chief of Katowice, SS-General Dr. Rudolf Mildner, lived for years in Egypt, working for the security services.

These are just a handful of the many Nazi war criminals who lived in Egypt, many of them working for the security services. Syria also provided a haven for Nazis. The most famous was Alois Brunner, who was Adolf Eichmann’s right-hand man in implementing the Final Solution. He arrived In Syria in the 1950s and was granted asylum, a generous salary, and protection by the ruling Ba’ath Party in exchange for his advice on effective torture and interrogation techniques used by the Germans in World War II. He died in 2001.

Fritz Stangl, who ran the Treblinka death camp, after the war fled to Syria, where he lived for a few years, quite comfortably, before moving to Brazil, where there was also a thriving community of Nazi war criminals, including Dr. Mengele. The former Nazi minister to East European countries during the war, Franz Rademacher, responsible for the murder of thousands of Jews, lived in Syria under his real name. Those are just three of the Nazi war criminals who after the war found refuge in Syria; there are so many more. And many of them, both in Egypt and Syria, converted to Islam, another fanatical faith.

Many Arabs, beginning with Hajj Amin el Husseini, looked sympathetically at the Nazi war criminals who were, after all, engaged in the same fight as they against “international Jewry.” And that is why so many of those war criminals found refuge, employment, and respect, in Egypt and Syria. No one should be surprised that Hamas operatives in Gaza have been reading Mein Kampf. It would be surprising if they were not.

Members of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) teaching and administrative staff celebrated Hamas’ massacre of 1400 Israelis and abductions on October 7th. UN Watch, a human rights organization that monitors the United Nations’ compliance with the principles of its own Charter, has just issued a blistering report exposing this scandalous endorsement of the actions of genocidal terrorists

For example, an UNRWA principal, Iman Hassan, praised the massacre for “restoring rights” and “redressing” Palestinian “grievances.”

An UNRWA teacher, Osama Ahmad, posted, “Allah is Great, Allah is Great, reality surpasses our wildest dreams” on the morning of October 7th as news of the genocidal attacks was spreading,

An UNRWA English teacher, Asmaa Rafiq Kuheil, posted, “7th, October, 2023! Sculpture the date!” To make sure that nobody missed the point, this Hamas supporter added a heart emoji to his post.

Another UNRWA English teacher, Mohammed A. Adwan, justified Hamas’ deliberate slaughter of the most Jews on a single day since the Holocaust as “resistance, regaining our rights and defending our land.” He propagated the blood libel that Israeli Jews are European colonizers who “occupy” the Palestinians’ homes and “displace our ancestors with massacres.” According to this false victimhood narrative, the Jewish people who live in Israel today have no historical connection to the land of Israel, the Jewish homeland where Jews have lived continuously for nearly 4000 years. This false narrative also castigates the Jewish inhabitants as white European “colonialists” – a racist accusation that ignores Israel’s actual demographics. A higher percentage of Israeli Jews today are categorized as Mizrahi (descendants of African and Middle Eastern Jews) than Ashkenazi (descendants of European Jews). Mizrahim, who were welcomed to reside in Israel and became Israeli citizens, were often fleeing the persecution of Jews in the Arab lands where their families had lived for centuries. Arab countries, on the other hand, have been far less hospitable to so-called Palestinian “refugees.”

Mohammed Al-Shaikh Ali, who has identified himself as an UNRWA employee, posted an ominous warning on October 10th to any Gazans thinking of escaping Gaza to Egypt: “Anyone who talks about taking refuge in Sinai is a traitor, and such people, along with anyone who tries to flee to the south, should be treated the way we ought to treat traitors.”

An UNRWA Gaza psychological school counselor, Niveen Afana, posted her prayer the day after Hamas’ savage attacks on Israeli civilians: “Allah, have mercy on our martyrs, heal our wounded, free our prisoners, strengthen our mujahideen (holy warriors), and grant them victory over the unbelievers.”

These examples and others that UN Watch’s report describes of UNRWA staff’s hate speech, blood libel against Jews, and support for the Hamas terrorists are sickening but not unexpected, given UNRWA’s anti-Semitic track record. But this evil phenomenon is spreading throughout the world, including across America.

Even in New York City, home to the largest Jewish community in the world outside of Israel, public school teachers are spouting the same hate speech and demonization of Israel as the pro-Hamas UNRWA teachers do.

A Manhattan pre-K teacher, Siriana Abboud, for example, “offers social-media guides on how to talk to 4-year-olds about ‘land theft, displacement, and ethnic cleansing,’” the New York Post reported. “She proselytized online that ‘teaching can never be radical or revolutionary, so long as you deny the ongoing and violent colonization of Palestine by Zionism’ and that early education can be a ‘tool for liberation.’” Abboud called Israel a “fascist ethnostate.”

New York’s Department of Education rewarded Ms. Abboud earlier this year with the Big Apple Award for 2023-2024 as a “liberation-inspired educator” who advocates “global consciousness.” The only “consciousness” she possesses is her hatred of Jews. The award entitles this anti-Semite to engage with the School Chancellor’s Teacher Advisory Council where she will have the opportunity to advocate for incorporating her blood libel against the Jewish State of Israel in citywide education policies and programs.

Ms. Abboud should not be anywhere near pre-K children with her poisonous ideas, let alone be in a position to influence any citywide education policies and programs. She should be required to forfeit her award and be kicked out of the School Chancellor’s Teacher Advisory Council.

A Gotham Tech High School teacher, Mohammad Jehad Ahmad, denounced New York City’s Department of Education for distributing to the city’s teachers some sources of information it recommended for use in classroom discussions on the Israel-Hamas war. Ahmad claimed the Department was distributing “Zionist propaganda” even though the Department of Education referenced some websites that are heavily biased against Israel.

Mr. Ahmad called New York City Chancellor David Banks a “white supremacist, imperialist scumbag” for daring to condemn Hamas’ October 7th terrorist attacks. Ahmad praised Hamas’ dastardly massacre of young people at a music peace festival and Hamas’ slaughter of families, young children, and even babies as “a successful military campaign.”

Ahmad also wrote on X: “So-called ‘Israel’ is a settler colony that was invented and only continues to exist through terrorism, dispossession, ethnic cleansing, and ongoing incremental genocide.” And he displayed a pro-Hamas paraglider photo online.

“How can Jews feel safe in Mohammad’s classroom?” Justin Spiro, a New York City school social worker, asked. They can’t. This pro-Hamas Jew hater does not belong anywhere near a classroom, but he is counting on his teachers’ union to protect him.

New York City school teachers, staff, and students walked out of the city’s schools to participate in a pro-Palestinian rally on November 9th, in concert with a nationwide “Shut it down for Palestine” protest. The Palestinian Youth Movement, the National Students for Justice in Palestine, the ANSWER Coalition, the People’s Forum, and the International Peoples’ Assembly were the organizers of the nationwide walkouts. Their stated purpose was to “keep building momentum and increase the pressure with more marches, walk-outs, sit-ins, and other forms of direct action directed at the political offices, businesses, and workplaces that fund, invest, and collaborate with Israeli genocide and occupation.”

New York City public school teachers participating in the walkout ignored Chancellor David Banks’ warning that “When speech and action — even on one’s personal time — undermines the mission or core functions of NYCPS [New York City Public Schools], we will review and take appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.” He made it clear in his e-mail to teachers and staff that even out-of-school political activity can violate city rules if it “disrupts … the school environment.”

In this case, New York City teachers walked out of school during their working hours, along with students and staff, to incite hate against Israel with their scurrilous accusation that Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinian people. By their actions, they have contributed to creating a more hostile “school environment” for Jewish students who are pro-Israel. The teachers especially deserve punishment for shirking their educational responsibilities to spread hate.

In Massachusetts, a school superintendent sent an e-mail just days after the Hamas massacre to teachers in her district directing them to a site that states: “Contrary to the standard mythology, especially in Israel, Israeli terrorism has been significantly worse than that of the Palestinians.”

On the Left Coast, the Oakland Education Association responded to the October 7th terrorist attack and aftermath by condemning Israel. This union accused Israel of maintaining a “75-year-long illegal military occupation of Palestine” and espousing “genocidal rhetoric and policies against the people of Palestine.”

The Oakland Education Association recommended to its members that they should use the “Teach Palestine” website as a resource. This website points to several examples of lessons for teachers to use in brainwashing their students with pro-Palestinian propaganda.

In one example, a third-grade teacher describes how she coaches her students to believe the false narrative that Israel was created as “a European colony” resulting in the forcible removal of “750,000 Palestinians from their homes and lands.” This teacher indoctrinates her students to view the Palestinians’ experience as equivalent to the Native Americans’ loss of land in the United States.

The third-grade teacher says not a word to her students about the continuous presence of Jews in their historic homeland for nearly 4000 years because such a fact would contradict her colonization fabrication. She skips over the fact that the Arabs rejected the opportunity for the Palestinians to have an independent state of their own in 1948, as well as the Palestinian leadership’s rejection of Israel’s generous land for peace offers several times since. She omits any mention of Hamas’ declared mission to destroy Israel altogether and kill as many Jews as possible.

The pro-Hamas teachers are stuck in their own web of lies and vicious slurs with their attempts to rationalize, even celebrate, Hamas’ savagery. They are complicit in egging on the Palestinian terrorists to conduct more vicious attacks against Israeli civilian women, children, infants, and the elderly in what a Hamas media adviser said will hopefully become a “permanent” state of war.

The IRS Refuses to Act Against a Hamas Nonprofit

Islamic terror groups should not be subsidized by taxpayers.

It has been 5 years since journalists warned that an anti-Israel nonprofit was lending its tax-exempt status to a BDS group whose coalition included Hamas and other terror groups.

Since that time the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights (USCPR) has held on to its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. USCPR’s response to the brutal Hamas butchery of entire families, the rapes, and the abductions of children was to state that the “Palestinian people have the right to defend their homeland from Israel” and to retweet messages describing the horrors as a “response” to Israeli oppression and bragging that “Gaza just broke out of prison”.

USCPR, which calls itself the Education for Just Peace in the Middle East in tax documents, had previously been exposed as the “fiscal sponsor” for the Palestinian BDS National Committee which means that when someone donates money to the BDS umbrella group, it uses USCPR’s nonprofit status to make it a charitable tax-deductible donation.

The BDS National Committee referred to the Hamas atrocities as the “resistance of the oppressed” and the “powerful armed reaction of the oppressed Palestinians in Gaza.”

The BDS National Committee’s general coordinator had previously expressed support for Hamas terrorism which is not surprising since the BDS National Committee’s members include a coalition of Islamic terrorist organizations known as the Council of National and Islamic Forces in Palestine.

That includes Hamas.

The Jihadist council features Hamas along with Islamic Jihad, the PFLP, and two other terror groups banned by the United States. This terror coalition was the first to sign the call for BDS.

USCPR had previously lost its fundraising account over the Hamas connection, but not its nonprofit status. Both USCPR and the BDS National Committee have defended the horrors committed by Hamas as legitimate. But while many Islamic and allied nonprofits have done as much, the BDS National Committee is unique in its connection to a Hamas-backed organization.

It’s also unique in that the BDS network has been the subject of multiple campaigns to bring this to the attention of the United States government. In 2021, Rep. Burchett expressed concern that money raised on ActBlue by the Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel, part of the BDS National Committee, could be “directed to foreign terror organizations” because of the “ties with foreign terrorist groups such as Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.”

After the Hamas mass killings in Israel, the Hilton Houston Post Oak hotel canceled USCPR’s “Seize the Moment US Campaign for Palestinian Rights National Conference” gala, stating that it “cannot serve as the venue for this event because of the potential risks.” Gov. Abbott tweeted that, “Hilton Hotels in Houston was correct to pull the plug on the U.S. Campaign for Palestine Rights event hosted by Hamas supporters. Texas has no room for hate & antisemitism like that supported by Hamas. No location in Texas should host or sponsor USCPR.”

The IRS clearly does not agree. And so USCPR retains the tax-exempt status that it’s held since 2005. Over that time, the pro-terror group has taken in millions of dollars, including $1.5 million in 2021 alone, and over $1 million in 2020, 2019, and 2018. It also received over half a million dollars from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund which funds much of the anti-Israel Left. And  $450,000 from George Soros’ Open Society Foundations. It’s unknown how much money the BDS National Committee may have received by utilizing USCPR’s sponsorship.

USCPR and the BDS National Committee are deeply integrated organizations. A lawsuit by terror victims noted that “Nasser Barghouti, the brother of BNC founder and Secretariat member, Omar Barghouti, is USCPR’s Treasurer and member of USCPR’s steering committee.”  Omar Barghouti stated that USCPR “is simply the BNC’s most important strategic ally and partner in the U.S.”

Omar Barghouti, a founder of the BDS movement, has called for the destruction of Israel and endorsed terrorism against Israel. The Barghouti clan includes top Hamas terrorists including a Hamas leader also named Omar Barghouti, now dead, several of whom have carried out attacks on Israelis including the mass shooting at a bus stop in 2018 whose victims included a pregnant woman, as well as Marwan Barghouti, a top Palestinian Authority terror leader responsible for multiple massacres and who is serving five life sentences in Israeli prison.

USCPR and the BDS National Committee are not the only examples of terror-linked groups that enjoy nonprofit status. The David Horowitz Freedom Center had previously profiled Samidoun, which was banned in Israel as a terrorist front group, and was recently banned in Germany after handing out candy in Berlin to celebrate the Hamas atrocities of October 7.

“Holding spontaneous ‘jubilant celebrations’ here in Germany in response to Hamas’s terrible terrorist attacks against Israel demonstrates Samidoun’s antisemitic, inhuman worldview in a particularly sickening way,” German Interior Minister Nancy Faeser stated.

Samidoun was too sickening for Germany, but not for the IRS to let it function as a charity.

In the United States, Samidoun celebrated the Hamas butchery on social media, boasting that “the resistance” is “seizing occupation settlers” and urged support for the “resistance”.

The terror front group was linked to pro-Hamas rallies. Even the Ford Foundation, the New Venture Fund, and a number of other major leftist donors announced that they would stop directing money to Samidoun’s fiscal sponsor, the Alliance for Global Justice, which also sponsors some BLM groups. However, the IRS has still refused to act against Samidoun. And so Samidoun assures donors that they can make a “US tax-deductible donation today, and donate safely and securely from around the world.” This would not be possible without the IRS.

As the David Horowitz Freedom Center has documented in our ongoing project, Internal Radical Service, the failure of the IRS to enforce the laws against leftist nonprofits has wrecked cities, cost lives, and spurred the illegal invasion of our borders. The next step is up to Congress.

Islamic terror groups should not be subsidized by taxpayer-backed donations.

Terror nonprofits are exploiting loopholes and IRS complicity to promote banned terror groups. Hamas should not be a charity. Congress can close the ‘terror loophole’ in the tax code.

And that will make America and the world safer.

Maryanne Trump Barry, Donald Trump’s Older Sister, Dies At 86

Insider sources say that Maryanne Trump Barry, a former federal judge and the older sister of former President Donald Trump, has passed away at 86.

According to ABC News, she was found in her Fifth Avenue apartment at around four in the morning. There were no indications of trauma or malevolence.

The sources also added that emergency personnel had attended to a call from “a person experiencing cardiac arrest.”

Up until her retirement in 2019, Barry served as a senior judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In 1983, then-President Ronald Reagan appointed her to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Later, in 1999, then-President Bill Clinton nominated her to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Barry retired around the same time that a probe commenced into possible misconduct over her father’s and siblings’ allegedly illicit tax and financial activities. However, the investigation ended without a conclusion when she retired in February 2019.

Now, three out of the four siblings of former President Trump have passed away. His youngest brother, Robert Trump, passed away in August 2020 at the age of 71. In September 1981, Fred Trump Jr., at just 42 years old, passed away after a heart attack.

When Mary Trump, the former president’s niece, revealed in her book and made public audio recordings of her aunt Maryanne criticizing her younger brother, the connection between the former president and his eldest sister deteriorated towards the end of Trump’s administration.

However, sources told ABC News that the siblings had been working to make things right and had even seen each other as recently as last summer at Trump’s Bedminster, New Jersey, club.

Wolfgang Büscher is worried. The 65-year-old is the spokesman for the children’s and youth organization “Arche,” which looks after around 7,000 children and young people every day in 33 facilities across Germany – many of them with a migrant background. In his work, Bücher has been experiencing increasing radicalization among young people for some time, he tells “Bild.”

According to the newspaper, Hamas’ terror against Israel is being welcomed and celebrated more and more openly by young people. This is clear from the statement of Arab young people that Büscher quotes: “First we cut the throats of the Jews, then the gays and finally the Christians!”

This statement is not an isolated case, the Arche spokesman reported to “Bild”. “Children and young people are becoming increasingly radicalized. I’ve never experienced anything like this. We are facing a catastrophe.”

A crowd of students assembled around the effigy on Wednesday to express their anger at Israel’s retaliatory strikes in Gaza after the Hamas attack on the Jewish state on Oct. 7, according to a clip posted on X.

Many of the protesters are seen wearing keffiyeh scarves on their heads and over their faces as they take turns pummeling the swiveling piñata amid loud chants.

“Beat that f—g Jew!” a woman screams into a bullhorn as the crowd chants, “Free, free Palestine!”

Eventually, a man grabs the piñata, punches it, and tears it down, to loud cheers.

“I am horrified. This was @ucla today. This is indefensible. They will start with punching piñatas and end with punching Jews,” X user @AYM_Higher wrote along with the clip.

The incident occurred at a rally hosted by Students for Justice in Palestine, who gathered on campus to demand the US “end funding to Israel.”

They were joined by the UCLA chapter of the UC Divest Coalition, according to the Daily Bruin, which reported that the destroyed piñatas also featured a photo of President Biden….

I have for years drawn attention here to the billions of dollars that the leaders of Hamas have stolen from the sums provided by foreign donors, money that was meant to support the people of Gaza. While the people of Gaza live in poverty and have suffered under the horrors of Hamas, the terror group’s leaders apparently are living high on the hog.

Hamas bosses Khaled Mashaal and Ismail Haniyeh are worth an estimated $4 billion each, and political bureau leader Mousa Abu Marzouk is worth $3 billion….

Reports have long claimed that one of the Hamas leaders’ bases of operations has been the Four Seasons Hotel in Doha, Qatar. In 2015, Mashaal held a press conference in the hotel’s ballroom, where he attacked Israel. And it was said he spent a lot of his time at the property. Four Seasons touts its property as being “reimagined with modern grandeur and sparkling with sunlight and sea views. From the elegant lobby to energetic restaurants and lounges, our beachfront urban retreat has been transformed into a vibrant hotspot.”

In a statement to Fox News, the company says the “Four Seasons confirms that Ismail Haniyeh is not living at or staying at Four Seasons Hotel Doha. Information circulating on social media suggesting otherwise is not true.” Requests for comment from Fox News about other Hamas leaders have not yet been answered.

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz has introduced legislation, “The Hamas Sanctions Act,” that would block Hamas’ ability to find safe havens abroad, including in Qatar or Turkey. The legislation would impose sanctions on “hotels, landlords, banks, and similar businesses in allied countries that provide services to Hamas leaders,” and would potentially classify countries, like Qatar and Turkey, “as state sponsors of terrorism for hosting Hamas.”…

“The United States has targeted nearly 1,000 individuals and entities connected to terrorism and terrorist financing by the Iranian regime and its proxies, including Hamas, Hezbollah and other Iran-aligned terrorist groups in the region.”…

The three Hamas billionaires have stolen, from the people of Gaza, eleven billion dollars. They luxuriate in their residences, and luxury suites, in Doha, as well as in their villas in Beirut and Istanbul, where they have been photographed lolling on beds, working out in private gyms, flying about in their private planes, eating at the most expensive restaurants, completely indifferent to the conditions in which the people of Gaza live. Think of how many apartments, electricity plants, and water purification plants could have been built in Gaza with those eleven billion dollars. The only people trying to help the Gazans directly — thus avoiding sending aid through the thieving Hamas rulers — are the Israelis, who until October 7 had been providing jobs to 20,000 people from Gaza, who earned between three and five times as much working in Israel than they could have earned at home, even assuming there were jobs to be had in the Strip.

The monstrous theft by Hamas leaders of aid meant for all Gazans is likely to arouse more indignation in the outside world than their record of supporting terrorism. For their vast wealth, stolen from the people of Gaza, and their living the high life while leaving the Gazans to wallow in their misery — a misery made much worse by the atrocities those leaders set loose on October 7 — is an outrage easy to grasp.

There should be posters, with the faces of these Hamas leaders, and the amounts they have stolen from fellow Arabs in Gaza, held up by pro-Israeli counter-protesters everywhere. Those will get attention in a certain segment of the population in the West that, I regret to say, posters of kidnapped Israelis will not.

 

FBI Investigates Potential Turkish Government Ties to Eric Adams Mayoral Campaign

New York City Mayor Eric Adams has spoken out about his role in the new Turkish consulate building project amid reports that he pressured the city to approve the building despite safety concerns.

Following his victory in the 2021 Democratic mayoral primary, Adams (D-N.Y.), who was Brooklyn’s borough president at the time, reportedly contacted Daniel Nigro, the then New York City fire commissioner.

Adams allegedly then urged Nigro to allow Turkish government officials to utilize the unopened building. The structure had faced delays as fire department officials had withheld approval due to safety concerns, according to sources cited by The New York Times.

OAN has not independently verified the Times report.

Adams said in a statement Sunday via campaign spokesperson Evan Thies that part of his role as Brooklyn borough president was to “notify government agencies of issues on behalf of constituents and constituencies.”

“I have not been accused of wrongdoing and I will continue to cooperate with investigators,” he said.

City Hall Chief Counsel Lisa Zornberg echoed that statement on Sunday, saying that Adams and her team are cooperating with investigators.

“We hope that investigators will continue to cooperate with us and reprimand any federal officer who has improperly leaked details about this investigation,” Zornberg said, “as such conduct could prejudice the public and undermines the integrity of our law enforcement process.”

As part of an ongoing inquiry into campaign fundraising, FBI agents seized multiple electronic devices from Mayor Adams earlier this week. The mayor’s team asserted that it had voluntarily informed authorities about an individual involved in the federal investigation who had engaged in improper conduct. 

During a recent news conference, Adams expressed skepticism, stating he would be “shocked” if investigators uncovered any evidence of his campaign coordinating illegal activities.

Text exchanges between Adams, Daniel Nigro, and Turkish Consul General Reyhan Özgür from September 2021 hinted at the possibility that the mayor played a role in expediting the opening of the Turkish government’s new building, according to sources cited by the New York Post. However, these sources also noted that the texts did not appear to reveal any criminal activity.

In the text messages, Özgür reportedly asked Adams if he could help the building receive a “temporary certificate of occupancy” from the city’s fire department, according to the sources’ descriptions of the text messages, and Adams then asked Nigro to look into it, but didn’t instruct him to do anything in particular.

Adams reportedly more than $2 million for his re-election campaign in 2025. Adams, formerly a New York Police Department captain, had campaigned as a tough-on-crime Democrat who would increase the city’s police staffing and funding.

In July, charges were brought against six individuals in connection with an alleged plan to channel tens of thousands of dollars to Adams’ campaign through straw donors, individuals whose names were used to bypass individual donation limits. Two of the individuals pleaded guilty.

These allegations, filed in state court, did not directly implicate Adams, and his representatives have maintained that he was unaware of the purported scheme.

House GOP Unveils Strategy To Prevent Government Shutdown

House Republicans are currently pursuing a two-step government funding plan as Congress approaches another spending deadline Friday. 

The plan was introduced by newly elected House Speaker Mike Johnson during a GOP conference call on Saturday. While Johnson embraced the right-wing members of his conference by proposing the two-step approach, he did not fully concede to their demands for deep spending cuts. Instead, the package extends funding at current levels.

“This two-step continuing resolution is a necessary bill to place House Republicans in the best position to fight for conservative victories,” Johnson said in a statement after speaking with GOP lawmakers in an afternoon conference call. “The bill will stop the absurd holiday-season omnibus tradition of massive, loaded-up spending bills introduced right before the Christmas recess,” Johnson said in a statement Saturday.

The first bill, extending funding until January 19th, includes allocations for military construction, Veterans Affairs, transportation, housing, and the Energy Department. The second part extends funding until February 2, covering the rest of the government. Notably, neither bill includes additional aid for Israel or Ukraine.

Although the two-step approach was championed by Republicans, it faced skepticism from many senators who deemed it a complex solution. However, given that funding for agencies remains at current levels, Democrats may find it challenging to reject. 

While some Republicans had considered alternative options, including a more straightforward stopgap bill, the GOP remained divided. The Freedom Caucus favored the laddered approach, while appropriators preferred a “clean” stopgap bill. Representative Chip Roy, part of the House Freedom Caucus, opposed Johnson’s plan for lacking the deep spending cuts sought by the right.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre criticized Johnson’s plan, characterizing it as a recipe for more Republican chaos and shutdowns. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries also opposed the two-step continuing resolution, viewing it as a right-wing joyride with potential economic consequences.

As the GOP navigates its strategy, questions loom about how Democrats will respond to Johnson’s plan. The approval of the bill in the House hinges on Johnson securing a rule to set debate parameters, with the minority party typically voting against it. If a rule cannot be passed, the bill would require a two-thirds majority under suspension of the rules, necessitating significant Democratic support.

The ultimate level of Democratic support will influence the GOP’s floor strategy. Failure to pass a spending plan by Friday could lead to a government shutdown, affecting various operations unless Congress intervenes.

Shutdowns have broader economic consequences, potentially impacting unemployment rates, GDP growth, and borrowing costs on a national scale.

Pope Francis has removed Bishop Joseph E. Strickland from the pastoral governance of the Diocese of Tyler, Texas.

On Saturday, Pope Francis ordered the removal of Bishop Strickland who is one of his harshest detractors among Roman Catholic conservatives in the United States, after he refused to resign following a Vatican probe. 

The decision came amid Strickland, 65, who has emerged as a prominent critic of Francis, accusing him earlier this year in a tweet of “undermining the deposit of faith.” 

Strickland recently questioned Francis’ month-long closed-door debate on making the church more welcoming and attentive to the concerns of today’s Catholics. The gathering debated a number of traditionally taboo themes, such as women in leadership posts and accepting LGBTQ+ Catholics, but the final text did not depart from established doctrine.

Strickland called it a “travesty” that such topics were even on the table for debate before the meeting.

The Vatican brought in investigators earlier this year to check into his governance of the diocese, following reports that priests and laypeople in Tyler had complained and that he was making unorthodox assertions.

The Vatican never revealed the conclusions, and Strickland argued in media interviews that he was given a mandate to serve as bishop by the late Pope Benedict XVI in 2012 and couldn’t relinquish that role.

Cardinal Daniel DiNardo, the head of the church in Texas said that the two Vatican investigators sent to investigate Strickland “conducted an exhaustive inquiry into all aspects of the diocese’s governance and leadership.” 

“The continuation in office of Bishop Strickland was not feasible,” DiNardo said in a statement Saturday, following their inquiry.

The Vatican urged Strickland to quit on Thursday, but he refused, causing Francis to dismiss him two days later, according to DiNardo’s statement.

Hundreds of anti-Israel protesters calling for the elimination of the Jewish state stormed Grand Central Terminal Friday night, furiously banging and kicking at a locked entrance of the station that was forced to temporarily close over the rowdy demonstration.

The mob was part of a “Flood Manhattan for Gaza” protest that initially converged on Columbus Circle earlier in the evening, where they set fire to an Israeli flag and taunted a small faction of counter-demonstrators before marching through Manhattan and splattering fake blood on the New York Times building.

“We don’t want a Jewish state. We want ‘48!” the anti-Israel protesters chanted at the starting point, referring to Palestine before the establishment of Israel.

“Settlers, settlers go back home! Palestine is ours alone!” the crowd yelled.

“It is right to rebel. Israel, go to Hell!” others chanted.

Across the street stood a small group of Israel supporters. Bergen County resident Gregory Jachts, 56, said he found it “offensive that they’re here chanting for the elimination of Israel.”

“They were chanting from the river to the sea and that calls for the elimination of Israel and the genocide of the Jews,” said Jachts, who is not Jewish but has family in Israel….

On Campuses, Jewish Students Are Being Harassed, Yelled At, Punched

It’s not much fun being a Jewish student on many campuses today. Pro-Hamas students, who want the only Jewish state to disappear and be replaced by a twenty-third Arab State, may snatch away your Israeli flag and spit on it. They may surround you, preventing you from walking away as they scream “Shame, Shame, Shame” or “apartheid” or “genocide.” They may punch you in the face. They may send you menacing emails threatening to “kill all the Jews.” They may punch you so hard that they break your nose. They may hit you with a stick if you dare to object to their ripping down posters of Israeli hostages. A University of Massachusetts-Amherst student has been arrested for allegedly punching a Jewish student who was carrying an Israeli flag during a gathering held to call for the release of the over 240 people kidnapped by Hamas terrorists from Israel on Oct. 7 and taken to Gaza.

After the alleged punch, the assailant snatched the Israeli flag held by the Jewish student and spat on it, according to details of the incident reported by the Massachusetts Daily Collegian, the campus newspaper for UMass-Amherst….

“Toward the end of the event [which was sponsored by Hillel], a student approached the gathering and walked through the crowd, aggressively giving people the middle finger,” the statement read. “After the event had concluded and event security had left, the same student returned to the site of the event and punched a Jewish student holding an Israeli flag, then took the flag and spit on it.”

UMass staff witnessed the incident, according to the school’s Hillel, which noted that a police report was filed and that UMass police arrested the individual….

The perpetrator was later released on bail, “with conditions prohibiting them from returning to campus,” according to a statement put out on Monday by university officials, who said the student will be subject to the legal consequences of their actions….

Let us hope that once the university is done with this student, by permanently expelling him, the local DA will step in and charge this now ex-student with battery, which was also clearly a “hate crime,” committed against a Jewish student precisely because he was Jewish.

Last month, for example, an Israeli student at Columbia University was beaten with a stick by another student who had been ripping off flyers with names and photos of Israelis that Hamas had taken as hostages.

What happened to the student who beat the Israeli with a stick? Has Columbia done the right thing and expelled that student, or is it going to submit to the pressure of its antisemitic faculty — one hundred of whom just signed a letter condemning Israel for defending itself — and let the student off with a warning? Whether Columbia does the right thing or not, the Manhattan DA has the ability, and the obligation, to press criminal charges against this student, as in a similar case at UMass/Amherst, for battery.

Two weeks later, a melee ensued at Tulane University in New Orleans in which an anti-Israel activist broke a Jewish student’s nose.

In the Tulane case, the two aggressors were not students but were in a truck that was driven by the pro-Israel demonstrators when they stopped, got out, and started attacking the Jewish students. One of those students was set upon by two pro-Hamas demonstrators, one of whom rained punches on his head and body while the other struck him over the head with a megaphone, breaking his nose.

One hopes, and expects, that both malefactors will be charged by the DA with aggravated battery, given the severity of the injury.

Intimidation and death threats have increased as well. At Harvard University, a mob — some clad in Palestinian keffiyeh scarves — jostled and harassed a Jewish student as he walked across the campus. Among the mob was Ibrahim Bharmal, the editor of the prestigious Harvard Law Review — a publication whose past editors include former US President Barack Obama.

You can see here the pro-Hamas students surrounding a Jewish student and screaming “Shame! Shame! Shame!” at him as he tries to break free. Harvard has not yet done anything to discipline those students, much less expel any of them. One expects little from President Gay, who was so belated and Laodicean in her condemnation of the October 7 massacre. And what will local law enforcement do about this angry mob of students who prevented the Jewish student from leaving? Anything? Nothing?

At Cornell University, someone threatened on a social media forum to commit acts of murder, rape, and mass shooting against Jewish students and a kosher dining ball on campus. Patrick Dai, a 21-year-old engineering student at Cornell, was arrested on a federal complaint for allegedly making the threats. He faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine….

Patrick Dai has now been expelled from Cornell and faces several years in prison. That’s the right result. Those students who are tempted to make murderous threats against Jews on campus will no doubt be reconsidering.

Pro-Israel groups, and pro-Israel donors who lately have been withholding donations to schools they deem insufficient in their lukewarm condemnations of Hamas’ brutality, can keep the pressure on colleges to expel students who engage in antisemitic behavior. And whatever the colleges do or fail to, the local DAs should do their job, and unhesitatingly prosecute antisemitic behavior wherever it appears. Even at Harvard, Columbia, Tulane, Cornell, and now, UMass/Amherst.

UN agency staff celebrated Oct. 7 Hamas massacre of Israeli civilians

Teachers at Palestinian schools run by the UN agency responsible for Palestinian refugees celebrated Hamas’ Oct. 7 massacre against Israel and are part of a “national strategy to commit acts of terror,” the head of a watchdog group told The Algemeiner following the release of the group’s new bombshell report on the matter.

At least 14 teachers at schools run by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) publicly celebrated the Hamas atrocities on their social media accounts, with one calling the morning of Oct. 7 an “unforgettable glorious morning,” a report released on Monday by the Institute for Monitoring Peace and Cultural Tolerance in School Education (IMPACT-se) found.

The report also identified at least 100 Hamas terrorists who are graduates of UNRWA’s education system. It highlighted Amer Yaser Nazmi Sada, whose diploma was found in the vehicle of one of the terrorists who participated in the Oct. 7 slaughter of Israeli families. The diploma, granted to Sada in 2018 upon his graduation, was signed by the chief of UNRWA’s vocational program in Gaza, Farid Ajmi’an Abu Adhira.

One UNRWA employee in Gaza, Mahmoud Abu Adhm, uploaded several posts supporting the massacre by Hamas, the report showed. In one, posted three days after the attack, Abu Adhm urged the Palestinian terrorist group to kill Israeli hostages, citing Islamic texts: “Do not walk past a captive who has not been given amnesty without striking off his neck so as to terrorize the enemy.”

IMPACT-se CEO Marcus Sheff told The Algemeiner: “When you teach young people to cut the neck of the enemy, do not be surprised when you see acts like that.”

“When you teach young people that Jews should be exterminated, do not be surprised when that is what they attempt to do,” he added.

In another instance, the official Facebook page of an UNRWA elementary school in the West Bank city of Nablus posted a video of a school rally held on Oct. 26 featuring a young boy, accompanied by what seems to be an UNRWA administrator, calling for victory for Hamas’ “jihad warriors” in Gaza and evoking the defeat of the Jews at Khaybar at the hands of Muhammad’s forces in 628 CE….

Alan Dershowitz Admits Barack Obama Has ‘Deep Hatred’ of Israel

During the Obama years, many voices on the right were calling out his apparent disdain for Israel. It was plainly obvious, but many on the left deluded themselves by taking Obama’s public statements in support of the Jewish State at face value while ignoring his actions. One voice on the left that finally seems to have woken up and is finally acknowledging Obama’s “deep hatred” of Israel is famed lawyer and Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz. According to Dershowitz, Obama’s criticism of Israel since the October 7 terror attacks, like calling for an end to Israeli occupation, exposed Obama’s true feelings.

"Do you think Obama understands what his words have meant?” asked Fox News Business host Maria Bartiromo.

“I think so,” Dershowitz told her. “I think he always had a deep hatred of Israel in his heart. He hid it very well. He called me to the Oval Office, and he said Alan, you know I have Israel’s back. I didn’t know he had a target on it. He has never been supportive of Israel. And finally, his true feelings have come out now that he’s no longer president, doesn’t have to be elected.”

"He has contributed enormously to the problem because he is respected among young people. And if he says the occupation is unbearable and that anything can be done to stop it, he is encouraging people to engage in their antisemitic, anti-Israel, and anti-American attitudes. Dershowitz has reportedly had a good relationship with Obama, but he said that relationship is now “over” because of his statements on the Israel-Hamas war.

I’m glad Dershowitz has seen the light, but it bothers me it took him so long to see Barack Obama for who he really is. In my 2016 book, The Worst President in History: The Legacy of Barack Obama—yes, I know the title is a bit outdated now, I’ve heard it before—I called him the first anti-Israel president and backed it up with a substantial list of Obama’s anti-Israel policies and actions. It didn’t take a political genius to see who Obama really was or what his true feelings toward Israel were. Why didn’t Alan Dershowitz and other liberals (particularly Jewish liberals) see what was going on at the time? 

Thankfully, I think many Democrats are realizing that anti-Semitism and anti-Israel sentiments are a plague in the Democratic Party. Frankly, I believe Obama made such beliefs fashionable in the Democratic Party, even if many weren’t willing to acknowledge it. So, hopefully, more will see what’s happening and come to similar epiphanies.

Maya Kowalski and her family just won a landmark judgment against Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in the amount of $261 million dollars for false imprisonment, battery, and a litany of other injustices. You can read the details of that via the link. But something that came out in the trial outside of the presence of the jury, which wasn't allowed in as evidence, was Maya's testimony that she was sexually assaulted by someone dressed as a doctor while she was being held away from her family in the pediatric intensive care unit. The allegation was not allowed into the trial because it wasn't in the original lawsuit due to Maya disclosing the incident to her attorney after the action was filed. Maya's attorney, Greg Anderson, says they have now filed a criminal complaint against JHACH officially with the police for that assault.Maya told Judge Carroll that she was alone in her room in the PICU when a man with dirty blonde hair wearing glasses and a white coat came into her room and said he needed to "take a peek." He then lowered her pants and underwear and stared at her vagina for a long time which made her feel scared. Maya's parents weren't allowed into the hospital to visit with her except under supervision by a social worker, Cathi Bedy, who also was found by the jury to have intentionally harmed Maya. 

Anderson was interviewed about the new complaint here:

"I can tell everyone that today Maya Kowalski went to the Pinellas County Sherriff's department with my partner Nick Whitney and swore out a criminal complaint against Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital," he said. "I want to be clear that we have not been able to identify a specific perpetrator there," added Anderson. It could have been a staff member, he said, "but it very well could have been someone who snuck in there." 

Anderson said one of the ways JHACH put Maya at risk of such an assault was to treat her like a "non-entity." The other children in the ward had families with them all the time and identifiers on the door with their names and decorations while Maya's room was marked with mysterious color-coded stickers with no nametag. The lack of similarity to the other rooms marked her room as occupied by someone who didn't have familial protection and was a target for a pedophile.

Just when you thought this case could not get worse, it does.

Maya Kowalski Wins $260 Million Groundbreaking Judgment Against JHACH

It's official. Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital has been found liable for the medical kidnapping of Maya Kowalski, medical malpractice, billing fraud, and driving Beata Kowalski to suicide. In a groundbreaking decision, a Florida jury found the hospital liable for every charge brought forward by the plaintiffs and awarded compensatory damages in the amount of just over $211 million. Then they awarded $50 million in punitive damages against the hospital that colluded with DCS to falsely imprison a medically complex child over false allegations that her mother had Munchausen by Proxy.

There's never been a victory like this before in civil court. Most medical malpractice suits never make it to trial, and this one included the novel cause of action, the intentional infliction of emotional distress that caused the death of Beata Kowalski. The question posed to the jurors on that count is one that will certainly be appealed but survived this jury's bar for liability, and it read as follows:

Did Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, through the acts of its employees, engage in extreme and outrageous conduct, intending that conduct to cause, or with reckless disregard of the high probability of causing, severe emotional distress to Beata Kowalski that was sufficient to be a legal cause of Beata Kowalski's death by suicide?

The answer was a resounding yes. The jury found that the conduct by JHACH created in Beata an uncontrollable impulse to die by suicide, and that conduct was a substantial factor in her death. On just that one count the jury awarded around $104 million.

This is the first time this kind of claim has prevailed in a civil case. The rest of the claims included false imprisonment, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraudulent billing, and medical negligence. The jury was unanimous and they dropped the hammer on JHACH. My only regret is there wasn't a count for the religious discrimination the family suffered. 

Whether the Kowalskis will see any of the money for years to come is unknown. JHACH is sure to tie them up in appeals courts on the wrongful death claim if not others. However, their actions and the consequences of them have been fully aired in the public and no amount of appeal decisions in their favor will repair JHACH's reputation it has earned as child abusers.

Maya Kowalski suffers from a rare pain disease called complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), which the hospital refused to believe and instead accused her mother of falsifying her illness. Even after separating Beata from Maya, she didn't get better, yet the hospital continued to keep the family apart. The hospital was fighting in dependency court to ship Maya thousands of miles away from her family to be housed in "medical foster care."

This type of situation happens to more people in this country than you would want to believe. Rachel Bruno, Drake Pardo, Justina Pelletiere, and Cynthia Abcug are just a few of the cases I've covered here on PJ Media, some of whom have never seen justice for the horrific family-destroying acts perpetrated on them.

This win for the Kowalskis is a win for every family who has ever been falsely accused by an out-of-control medical staff of being a child abuser. Perhaps this huge judgment will reverberate through hospitals that their priority should be to "do no harm" and treat their patients instead of investigating them. One can hope that the insidious partnership between hospitals and malicious state agencies that claim to protect children will cease after this. 

While Maya's nightmare is finally over, a bigger nightmare is beginning for JHACH. A new lawsuit has been filed against them for similar claims. The Kushnir family is suing JHACH and Dr. Sally Smith, the child abuse doctor who kidnapped Maya from her family, with the same lawyers who just won what was called an unwinnable case. 

In a 57-page petition, the Kushnirs allege medical malpractice, negligent hiring, and supervision of its doctors, abuse of process, malicious prosecution, intentional interference with the custodial parent-child relationship, and civil conspiracy. Many of the same doctors involved in Maya's kidnapping are named in the suit. 

The lawsuit includes shocking allegations including false allegations of sexual abuse. 

Based upon the misrepresentations and bad faith allegations of the Defendants, William and Adele were removed from their parents' care and custody for approximately three months, William's condition worsened at the hands of Bayfront Health, JHACH, and their involved physicians and other healthcare providers, and Vadim and Elina were subjected to the Defendants' physical abuse, sexual abuse, and medical neglect misrepresentations and allegations.

JHACH has been hiding some very dark things that thanks to attorneys Greg Anderson and Nick Whitney are all coming out into the light. If you watched Court TV's coverage, though, you'd think Maya Kowalski was a liar. It has been absolutely awful. But anyone with a brain can see that where there is smoke there is fire. 

There are a reported 300 families that USA Today has been looking into who may have been similarly abused by Dr. Sally Smith. This verdict was a resounding vindication for parents who have less and less rights to their children, their education, and their medical care. America has had enough of this tyranny and the perpetrators are going to be held accountable now. 

What should happen next is a state investigation into Dr. Sally Smith, JHACH, and the Department of Child and Family Services, and if found to have engaged in criminal acts, they should face jail time. The House of Representatives in Florida also needs to remove immunity from hospitals and DCF when they use the power granted by the state to abuse the citizenry like this. 

Let's go, people. Now is the time to make this a reality.
