A member of the Boston City Council, who describes herself as “the first formally undocumented African-born immigrant & first Muslim elected in the city of Boston” has reportedly upset her leftist colleagues because of her vehement rhetoric, a source said, according to Fox News.
Hmm. She’s “undocumented.” That’s a euphemism for “illegal.” She’s the first illegal immigrant elected to office in Boston. And proud of it.
A Boston city hall employee told Fox News Digital that the city council meetings featuring Councilwoman Tania Fernandes Anderson are filled with “swearing, yelling and screaming” as well as calls to “create a revolution” to combat “systemic racism.”
“I can’t even call you cowards because desperation deserves mercy. "Your votes here sometimes are racist … I am here to represent every black woman and man in the community … What the f*** do I have to do in this f***ing council to get respect as a black woman,” Fernandes Anderson yelled during a meeting in August 2023, the outlet noted.
She has also said, “We should dismantle the White backdrop [sic] and we should restructure it so that it’s welcoming,” [to black people? to illegal immigrants?] according to Fox News.
“Don’t come for me, because if you want smoke, you’ll get smoke. "I'm not afraid of any of you,” Fernandes Anderson said in a March 2024 meeting.
“It’s a threat. "I feel like it’s a threat,” the source told Fox News.
“People are intimidated by her. And that intimidation does work,” the source claimed, adding that city council members capitulate because “no one want[s] to disagree with Tania because she’s unpredictable … The last thing someone wants is to be labeled as a racist in this city.”
Within days of the Oct. 7 Hamas massacre of more than 1,200 Israelis, Fernandes Anderson offered a resolution that called the massacre a “massive military operation,” called Hamas a “militant group,” and accused Israel of “war crimes,” the Boston Herald reported. Fernandes Anderson also reportedly called Israelis “political animals.”
In October 2022, Fernandes Anderson was harshly criticized for suggesting that the birthday of Mahsa Amini — the 22-year-old Kurdish-Iranian woman who was accused of not properly covering her hair and was taken into custody by Iran’s morality police, dying three days later — be named Boston’s official Hijab Day….
Oh, I don’t know. No doubt Tania Fernandes Anderson has good qualities. I can’t think of any just now, but give me time — I’m sure I’ll think of something.

When questioned by Senators during the hearing, Judge Netburn was not able to answer why she recommended that a male serial rapist who was convicted of molesting a 9-year boy and sexually assaulting a 17-year old girl and was later convicted of possessing and sending child pornography, be sent to a women’s prison.
The Courthouse News Service described the Senate Judiciary Committee as descending “into a screaming match.”
Watch Senator Cruz question Netburn:
Netburn became Biden’s 200th federal court nominee, “putting the White House well on track to surpass the number of lifetime judges appointed by former President Donald Trump.”
That’s not all Netburn is known for. In 2020, after Biden was declared president but while Trump was still in office, Netburn signed an order “that compelled Google to secretly hand over to criminal investigators information from the email account” of the Project Veritas journalist “who had obtained Ashley Biden’s diary.” At the same time, Netburn forbade Google from letting the journalist know anything about the order, thus preventing Project Veritas “from fighting the move.”
Now Netburn gets nominated for the lifetime position.
“Biden nominates judge who put transgender rapist in women’s prison,” by Susan Ferrechio, Washington Times, May 28, 2024:
Judge Sarah Netburn, nominated by President Biden to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, faces a rocky path to confirmation after Republicans exposed her decision to move a sex offender from a transgender woman to a women’s prison.
Judge Netburn, who has served as a magistrate judge for 12 years, disregarded the recommendation of the Bureau of Prisons and ordered prison officials to move July Justine Shelby, who was imprisoned under the name William McClain, to a women’s prison.
Republicans tore into her decision at a heated hearing this month, labeling Judge Netburn a political activist who twisted the Constitution to justify moving the prisoner and put vulnerable women in danger.
Sen. John Kennedy, a Louisiana Republican, scoffed at Judge Netburn’s reasoning for moving the prisoner, who she said had “serious medical needs” that were not being met at the men’s facility.
“The Board of Prisons said, ‘What planet did you parachute in from?" "You're going to a male prison with this kind of record," Mr. Kennedy said in response. “And you sent him to a female prison, did you? You said that the Board of Prisons was trying to violate Ms. Shelby, former Mr. McClain’s, constitutional right, didn’t you?”
Judge Netburn’s nomination now hinges on a Senate committee vote that hasn’t been scheduled and, if she clears that hurdle, a Senate floor vote…..
“That’s something that the voters need to make clear that this is something that they’re going to hold them accountable for, that we’re not going to allow judges to be activists and staff men into women’s prisons under the guise of the Constitution,” May Mailman, director of Independent Women’s Law Center, told The Washington Times.
“She says that the Constitution requires men to be housed with women, which is just absurd,” Ms. Mailman said….
Fox News' Jeanine Pirro and conservative commentator Charlie Kirk are melting down over former President Donald Trump's 34-count conviction for falsifying business records in his hush money trial.

The jury in the so-called Trump “hush money” case has found 45th President Donald Trump guilty on all 34 counts of falsifying business records.
The verdict was reached by the jury in just over 11 hours.
Prior to the declaration, reporters, prosecutors, and Trump all anticipated that the jury would be excused for the day at 4:30 p.m.
Shortly after the verdict was read, Trump was seated in the courtroom with his arms crossed and a dejected expression on his face.
Meanwhile, supporters of Trump expressed their thoughts on the verdict on social media platforms.
“Ray Charles could’ve seen that coming,” said one commenter on Meta (Facebook).
Many had expected the guilty verdict in light of the fact that the trial took place in the overwhelmingly liberal state of New York, with a liberal judge whose daughter works for a company that provides digital campaign work like online fundraising, mobile messaging, and web design for Democrat politicians.
In this case, Trump was found guilty of 34 felonies related to manipulating business records pertaining to a $130,000 payment made by his former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, to porn star Stormy Daniels prior to the 2016 election.
The Manhattan Supreme Court jury’s decision was rendered just hours after they were shown excerpts of Merchan’s legal instructions on Wednesday, in addition to readbacks from Cohen and former National Enquirer publisher David Pecker’s testimony.
Trump is the first former president of the United States to face criminal charges.
During the trial, Cohen alleged that Trump gave him the order to pay Daniels before the 2016 election in order to stop her from hurting his chances of winning the presidency.
“This was a disgrace, this was a rigged trial… They wouldn’t give us a venue change… This district and this area… The real verdict is going to be November 5th by the people… We didn’t do a thing wrong, I’m an innocent man. "I'm fighting for the country, I’m fighting for the constitution… We will fight for our constitution,” Trump said after the trial.
Sentencing has been set for July 11th.
The Republican National Convention event will be held from July 15th-18th.

San Diego is currently the busiest corridor for illegal border crossings, according to the CBP.
From October to April, more than 27,000 illegals entered the San Diego sector.
And while most of the border sees illegal immigrants from countries like Mexico and Venezuela, the area near San Diego attracts illegals from around the world, including many from China. One America's Stella Escobedos spoke with the mayor of Vista, John Franklin.
